The Christian resistance discusses the One Health Plan, a governance framework that involves pathogen monitoring and surveillance, which they believe is a stepping stone to more government overreach. They also talk about the issue of property tax and school system fraud, and the importance of natural medicine and immune boosting.

Thank you. This is What's Right What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right What's Left, the voice of the Christian resistance on this 29th day of January. And I'm awake tonight.

I'm not woke, but I'm awake tonight, folks. But anyhow, tonight we have, well, our producer extraordinaire, though. The whole while is going to be style. Hey, style. Hey, good evening, Pastor. And we have the herbalist extraordinaire, Miss Wendy Wilson. Hey, Wendy. Hey, Pastor, good evening. Good evening, young lady. Good to have you back. We got a lot to talk about tonight.

Fellowship, unity, hope and change were the top, was the title of the message this week. And, you know, with what's happening today, we were telling you when Trump got in and the day he was inaugurated, everybody was breathing a sigh of relief and all that. But this thing's done over. It's just really starting the battle.

The opposition, the deep state, the completely and totally corrupt Democratic Communist Party, they have been planning for this, if it was to happen. And the devil is working, I mean, around the clock. And one of the ways he's really working is in the churches. You know, the fellowship and the membership and the attendance of churches have fallen off dramatically.

I mean, dramatically. And the reason, the opposition has targeted that. They've targeted the churches. And so but except for the real fundamentalist Bible-believing churches, they're, in fact, there's a number of them every year starting. And so what we're seeing is happening is, like you said, the last two churches before the rapture of the church and the start of the tribulation period is the Church of Philadelphia, which is the fundamentalist Bible-believing church. And then you have the Church of Laodicea, which is the apostate church that still has a chance, but with the apostate and with what is called the prosperity church. And today, this is why we're looking at how they come in to divide.

And it starts, you know, it starts in the family. And then it goes to the church. And then it goes, unity is very important. And that's the title, Fellowship, Unity, Hope, and Change. And here, unity is very, very important, especially in the family, in the church, in the workplace, and in sports and military. Unity is very important. And that's one of the things we're preaching on here tonight. And that's where we're going to pick it up. But I had a commentary, and I think it's probably appropriate to read the commentary again.

And here's the commentary. We are living in a rapidly changing times. President Trump is rapidly implementing his political agenda. On the positive side, he is purging our country of treacherous deep state traitors, a few of them like Mary Garland, Chris Ray, Alejandro Marriocas, Anthony Blanken, et cetera. These, along with other enemies of God and country, such as Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Bill and Hillary, have caused many to suffer and caused a lot of pain and suffering through their evil, evil agenda of abortion, child sex trafficking, fentanyl killing, transsexual surgical mutilation, along with mind-bending indoctrination of the youth, but mainly targeting college-age females with the woke DEI and immorality. The battle to restore America is just beginning. The enemy has both, in the open and in darkness, been installing antichrist agents in large numbers.

We witnessed the weaponization of our judicial system resulting in the stealing of an election, along with the imprisonment of hundreds and hundreds of Christian patriots and the murder of others. These enemies of God and country have not gone away. Many are still operating in the open, such as Chuck Schumer.

Chuck Schumer, he's still out there right in the open. Others like Anthony Fauci are looking for a place to hide, much more than just the Democratic, the Democrats to be concerned about. Biden brought in, don't forget, we keep warning you, and now tonight on Fox News, they were talking about this, bringing it up, hey, you know what, we still have all of these terrorists in the country. So Biden has brought in 20,000 or over 20 million immigrants mixed in with them thousands of known terrorists and at least 500, or rather 50,000, another 50,000 Chinese nationalist military and hordes and hordes of MS-13 and Venezuela gang members. I understand that Trump is now shipping back 96,000, 96,000 Venezuela gang members that Joe Biden brought here, flew them in in the middle of the night, flew them in. And here, then he had, amongst those people, there were 1,400 known convicted murderers and Wendy, many of them, 40% of those convicted murderers had murdered more than one person. And again, at the same time, along with them, another 1,400 known and convicted rapists.

Add to that the Antifa and Black Lives Matter or Burn, Loot, and Murder, they're all waiting for a new leader to emerge from hell to lead them against us. And so tonight we're going to pick it up where we left off and remember the title is Fellowship, Unity, Hope, and Change. And we're in Romans, Chapter 5. Therefore, being justified by faith.

If you have any questions as we go along through there, Styler, Wendy, just stop me. Therefore, we're being justified by faith. We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we also have access by faith and to His grace wherein we stand and rejoice in hope and of the glory of God.

Now, again, here we're justified. Here it tells you by faith, but also if you look at verse 9, it says we're justified by His blood. Then it also tells you we're justified freely by His grace in Chapter 3 here. And all of these, we're justified so many ways through the Lord. And not only so, but with glory and tribulation, knowing that tribulation worketh patience. Now that's an interesting word there because here, glory, there is the very same Greek word as rejoice.

So it says, and not only we rejoice in tribulation, also knowing that tribulation worketh patience. And patience, experience, and experience, hope. And hope, when that word hope there is not used. If I was to say, Style, what do you hope for?

Or maybe give you an example. You hope that that storm don't come in tonight before you have to leave the studio here. Right, yeah, you'd hope the storm wouldn't come in. Okay, so in that word hope, you're hoping, but there's no certainty, is there?

Correct. Okay, but see, that's not really the way that this is used in here. That word hope is more used, more like the word we use for assurance. And rejoice in assurance of the glory of God. And not only so, but with glory and tribulation, also the tribulation worketh patience, the patience experience, and experience, hope.

And so here, and hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. For when we were without strength in due time, Christ died for the ungodly. And scarcely for righteous men will one die, yet pray to venture for a good man, some would even dare to die. But God commandeth his love toward us, in that while we were still yet sinners, Christ died for us. So does that mean that Christ died for everybody? No, he didn't die for everybody. How do we know that? Well, he died for those who believe. Well, that gives you, there's a whole list of Romans chapter 8, starting with verse 20, and he gives you a whole list of the people, the characteristics, the attributes of those that he died for. But, in a simpler term, what do you know that God has ever failed at?

Nothing. Yeah. So if he had died for everybody, then wouldn't everybody be saved? Right. So those that he died for are all saved, aren't they? They'd have to be.

I would think so. Yeah. You guys are pretty smart, I can tell you that. But God commandeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more than being, you know, so while we were yet sinners, he died for us, okay. Did he know who would receive him and who would reject him? All right. If we were to go to Ephesians chapter 1, it refers to predestination, predestined, and it refers to before the foundations of the world, okay. Before the foundations of the world, God had prepared, one, he prepared us a place.

Two, well, I tell you what, why don't we just go over there and read it, because that's the easiest thing to do. And I think it would make this a lot clearer, because it's important that we know what we're talking about, don't you think? Uh-huh. Yeah.

I bet you'll never get a Democrat to agree to that. Let me see. All righty. But who enriches his mercy for his?

Well, no, let me go over here. What chapter are you in? I'm in Ephesians chapter 1. Okay. And blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places.

Okay. So what's the very first spiritual blessing we can receive? That's the gift of salvation. According to Ephesians 5, he has chosen us in him, here you go, this is what I was referring to, before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love, having predestinated us into the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself according to the good pleasure of his will, to the praise and to the glory of his grace wherein he has made us accepted in the Belovedness. So he did this before we existed. Before we existed in the flesh, we existed in the mind of God, didn't we? That's kind of a big thought, isn't it? Yeah. I mean, if you just want to, you know, marinate that for a minute, you existed in God's mind.

Oh, my goodness. And are things that exist in the mind of God, are they as real as things that you can see, touch and feel? Well, they can be.

They are. Because God, the reason God cannot lie is because whatever he speaks, it becomes. So when we existed in the mind of God, remember in Jeremiah, chapter 1, verse 5, when he tells Jeremiah that he ordained him, okay, even before he was conceived in his mother's womb, that he was going to be a prophet, okay? And so here now, that's what he's referring to, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. He knew way out of time who we were going to be. He knew we were all going to be sinners. How did he know we were all going to be sinners? Well, we were kind of born into sin. Yeah, right.

You're right. And so, anyhow, he goes on to say, much more than being justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. What do you think, he's talking about the wrath there? The day of the Lord. Yep, that's right, the tribulation period, huh? And so here, he goes on, for when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son much more. Now, that's interesting, that word much more there. You know what it actually means?

Intensive, with intense value, intense value, okay? Being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we now have received atonement. Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.

Why? Who do you think that one man was that sin entered into the world? Adam. Yeah, it was. It was. I mean, Satan was there first, but he wasn't really a man, was he? No.

Okay. But Eve was the first sinner. Why was it that sin entered through Adam and not Eve? Why wasn't it entered through Adam and not Eve? Yeah, I mean, she was the first to give in. Well, she was under Adam.

You're absolutely right. It was, God had spoken, given Adam the headship to him. He was the buck stopped with Adam in the garden, didn't it?

Well, it was supposed to. Yeah. He should listen to God and not Eve, huh? Yeah, there's a couple of Bible examples of that problem, huh? Oh, boy, you're not kidding about that. Abraham and Sarah. Yeah, there's several in there. Yeah.

Ahab never should have listened to Jezebel. Things didn't end well for him, did it? Right. And I'm drawing a blank.

The guy with all the strength is connected with his hair. Oh, Samson and Delilah. Yeah. He was listening to her, wasn't he?

Yeah. He listened to her and not to the Lord. He had a lot of restrictions on him, didn't he? He was a Nazirite, so he had a lot of restrictions on him, and a lot of responsibility was a judge, okay? And he was to listen to God. Well, he listened to God in the end, didn't he? Yeah. But he paid a big price for listening to her, didn't he? Yeah. Do you suppose he went to heaven?

Oh, yeah, absolutely. He repented. Did he marry her?

No, uh-uh. Well, I thought fornicators weren't in heaven. Well, repentance, he repented, remember?

Okay. And so God granted him, God granted him, restored his strength right at the very end before he took him home. He took the building down and took all of those Democrats that were up in the stands, gentlemen. So they all went with him, okay. And so wherefore, okay, for unto the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. But not as the offense, so also in the free gift, for if through the offense of one, many be dead, much more the grace of God and the gift of grace, which by one man Jesus Christ had abounded unto many. And not as it was by one that sinned, so as the gift of the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offenses unto justification. For if by one man's offense death reigned by one much more, they which received abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one Jesus Christ. Therefore, as by the offense of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation, even so by the righteousness of one, the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

For like Adam was referred to as the first man, and the Lord Jesus Christ was referred to as the second man. And so as sin and death came into the world through Adam, righteousness and deliverance came into the world through the Lord Jesus. Whereas by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover, the law entered that the offense might abound, but what sin abounded, where sin abounded grace did abound much more. That as sin hath reigned unto death, okay I'm going to ask you two a question. That as sin hath reigned unto death, okay I'm going to repeat this again.

That as sin has reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness and eternal life of Jesus Christ our Lord. So what sin, what sin is it that brings death? I mean there's a multitude of sins. Yeah but there's, have you heard of the impardonable sin and the unforgivable sin? There are two different sins. Yeah I think, I think the Holy Spirit where you're mocking the Holy Spirit.

Okay, that was given to the nation of Israel, that's called the impardonable sin, but that was, that was given to the nation of Israel, okay, but that was not a permanent sin, okay, that sin was given to the leaders of the nation of Israel until they repented of their sin and received, that was the impardonable sin, okay, because they said that Jesus did the works that he did by the power of Satan, Beelzebub, okay, so that was again the, that was in fact if you read that it talks about Jesus said that sin will not be forgiven you in this age or the age to come, okay, so that age was the fifth dispensation period when he was talking and then the age to come is what the age we're in right now, the sixth dispensation period, but it will be forgiven at the end of the tribulation period, those that are true Israel, those that are true Israel, but the answer to that question is the unforgivable sin is the rejection of the Lord Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior, we'll be back, yep, we'll be back right after this. What would you say if someone decided that Shakespeare's plays, Charles Dickens' novels of the music of Beethoven could be rewritten and improved, I'll be right back. Writing in the Journal of the Alternative, Richard Hanser, author of The Law of the Prophets and Jesus, What Manner of Man is This, has called attention to something that is more than a little mind-boggling, it's my understanding that the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments has been the best-selling book in the entire history of printing, now another attempt has been made to improve it, I say another because there have been several fairly recent efforts to, quote, make the Bible more readable and understandable, unquote, but as Mr. Hanser so eloquently says, for more than three and a half centuries, its language and its images have penetrated more deeply into the general culture of the English-speaking world and been more dearly treasured than anything else ever put on paper, he then quotes the irreverent H.L. Mencken, who spoke of it as purely a literary work and said it was probably the most beautiful piece of writing in any language, they were of course speaking of the authorized version, the one that came into being when the England of King James was scoured for translators and scholars, it was a time when the English language had reached its peak of richness and beauty, now we're to have the Good News Bible, which will be in, quote, the natural English of everyday adult conversation, well I'm sure the scholars and clergymen supervised by the American Bible Society were sincerely imbued with the thought that they were taking religion to the people with their Good News Bible, but I can't help feeling we should instead be taking the people to religion and lifting them with beauty of language that has outlived the centuries, Mr. Hanser has quoted from both the St. James version and the Good News Bible some well-known passages for us to compare, a few thousand years ago Job said, how forcible are right words, the new translators would have him saying, honest words are convincing, that's only for openers, there is the passage, for in much wisdom is much grief and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow, is it really an improvement to say instead, the wiser you are, the more worries you have, the more you know, the more it hurts, in the New Testament, according to Matthew, we read the voice of the one crying in the wilderness, prepare ye the way, the Good News version translates that into someone is shouting in the desert, get the road ready, it sounds like a straw boss announcing lunch hours over, the hauntingly beautiful 23rd Psalm is the same in both versions, for a few words, the Lord is my shepherd, but instead of continuing with the, I shall not want, we're supposed to say, I have everything I need, the Christmas story has undergone some modernizing but one can hardly call it an improvement, the wondrous words, fear not, for behold I bring you good tidings of great joy, has become, don't be afraid, I'm here with good news for you, the sponsors of the Good News version boast that their Bible is as readable as the daily paper and so it is, but do readers of the daily news find themselves moved to wonder, quote, at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth, unquote. Mr. Hanser suggests that sadly, the tinkering and general horsing around with the sacred text will no doubt continue as pious drudges try to get it right.

It will not dawn on them that it has already been gotten right. This is Ronald Reagan, thanks for listening. Well, I love that three minute clip of him, you know, I met him, it was an amazing thing, you know, God has had his hand on that some years ago. I went to, I was going to, I was in this Amway, have you ever heard of Amway?

Yeah. Well, I was in Amway and I was moving up that ladder real fast and I was, we went to a, it was a big conference and you know what, I think it was in North Carolina, I think it was in North Carolina, anyhow, if I remember right, but anyhow, I went by myself and everybody was there, we were in groups, people came in groups and they had, you know, ten people to a table and that, but the fellow who I talked to when he asked me who I was with, I said I'm on myself and he said, well, this is your lucky day, I'm going to give you a very nice seat and there was like two levels, the main floor and then there was a rise that would go all the way around, it was about, oh, maybe four feet high and there were chairs sitting up there and he said, right up here, here's your chair and I thought, well, he's just being nice, polite, you know, here I'm sitting up there by myself and then the chair over next to me I saw had reserved and had the cover and everything on it, reserved, big sign, reserved and guess who came out there, he was our keynote speaker to speak, he was governor then in California and that was Ronald Reagan, he sat right next to me and I got to talk to him and that was great, so that's the second really great person in North Carolina I spoke to, you were the first, Wendy, oh, really, hey, speaking of that, how's everything going down there, I see that Reagan is, Trump has sent a whole convoy of trucks down there to actually do what FEMA failed to do, I know, I hope he gets rid of FEMA, you know, and they don't do anything, yeah, so he's helping out, Samaritan's Purse has done a lot, the local people, people in North Carolina have contributed all kinds of things for the folks, but it's really sad that they're living in travel trailers or still in hotels, you know, they don't, I think that one of the big blockages, I hope Trump removed it, he probably did, was they were being told they can't rebuild on the land, it's considered a flood plain now, well, isn't that insane, it is, well, ever in the history of that mountain has ever been a flood, you know, well, in some of that land where they, what he's talking about, there happens to be minerals, mines, yeah, rare minerals, rare minerals in there, and some people have, when you buy property, I mean, I've bought property here in North Carolina, and you get, you know, documents that you sign, and on the disclosure documents, there's boxes they check, and you should have the box that checks that you are not waiving any right to the minerals in the soil, so, I mean, if, you know, they still, I don't know, I mean, everything washed away, they probably don't have copies of anything. Well, it didn't matter if Biden, the idea that they were planning on trying to win the election, if they had, it didn't matter, because they were totally lawless, and they would have split it up, the corruption in the Democratic Party, in the deep state, is, you know, over the top, but anyhow, you always have, it's slow progress, maybe with Trump helping them out, it'll go faster, yeah, oh, definitely, the trucks are moving in, aid is coming to the people, so, the Calvary has arrived down there, that's what they're saying, and, you know, we, you know, we donated to Samaritan's Purse, they're doing a great job, aren't they?

Yep, that's what we did, because, you know, they were boots on the ground up there, so, yeah, we felt really secure in donating to them. Alrighty, well, you always have a very interesting topic, and what is your topic tonight? I want to talk about the One Health Plan, so, kind of our government has been back working at launching some new plans, probably under Biden's administration, in order, supposedly, to help Americans deal with pandemics, so the One Health is a governance framework that involves pathogen monitoring, pastor, so this plan is a stepping stone to more government overreach, really, disguised as a pandemic prevention and provisions plan, now, with Trump being in there, they may, you know, discard this plan, but I'm just going to tell you what was set up, okay, so, because it's all about the crisis, okay, according to the Children's Health Defense Organization, the One Health is a crisis-driven plan to establish additional health policies, and a lot was learned during the COVID test, netting about 60% pandemic compliance of the United States population, so One Health was introduced by a collection of agencies, it was the CDC, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Department of the Interior, and that's an interesting collection, so these agencies worked to create a plan, and announced that a few weeks ago, well, it was January 13th, they were told that the plan is going to help Americans prepare for the next pandemic, so there are already opinions on this plan, serving up some strong warnings, that the plan adds government surveillance and crisis-driven policies to all the lives of Americans, so the collaboration of these government agencies is kind of an interesting mix, and the U.S. Department of the Interior normally is not involved in human health concerns, but more about the environment, the public lands and wildlife, so why would they be involved? So if you ask artificial intelligence this question, Pastor, here is the answer, quote, the U.S. Department of Interior is involved in the One Health plan because it's responsible for protecting wildlife and environmental health, end of quote, okay, so this answer kind of may puzzle some people, unless you realize that government agencies look at humanity as another animal species, and the notion that man is higher than the animal kingdom to them has, and has domain over animals is really, we're not in the image of God, they don't even think along those lines, so.

What if you're looking to, say, those people in San Francisco, would that be like the same of the, as the animal kingdom? Sometimes you wonder, you know, but according to the government, though, we humans are supposed to be grateful that there is cross-agency involvement in preparing us with this One Health plan, or in other words, pucker up and kiss their ring, okay, so what kind of surveillance is this plan? Well, the plan is really to invoke surveillance of the following, pathogens and to track mutations, pandemic preparedness, such as travel restrictions, masks, and vaccine use, vaccine development and use, environmental factors that may contribute to pathogen risks, such as livestock travel, water supplies, that kind of thing, and also operation of safe bio labs, so here is a quote from the CDC, and this is on their announcement sheet, 2025, they said, in this announcement, the CDC cited the threat of COVID-19, mpox, bird flu, Ebola, and other diseases as examples of health threats that the One Health approach could help address, so the surveillance strategy pastor of HealthONE will include tracking the effects of social, economic, and environmental determinants of health with upstream drivers, such as climate change, land use, there's your 15 minute cities, also to track pandemics that are emerging and re-emerging zoonotic diseases, so if you'll recall, viral diseases often spread when people are crowded into small spaces, right?

Right. So from what I've read, that could mean about 250,000 to 750,000 people in a city that you can walk across in 15 minutes, so if you ask artificial intelligence about the size of a 15 minute city, this is what it tells you, depending on the city's layout, the typical estimate could be about two to five square miles for a density population urban area. So if you want to get a picture of the crowding situation, Charlotte, North Carolina has a population of 911,311 people, and it's approximately 310 square miles, so that's about 0.0003401 square miles for each person, but in a 15 minute city, you would put a population into either apartment complexes or high-rises to contain the masses in two to five miles, there's no single family home in a situation like that. Well, no, the Agenda 2030 that they're talking about, they have, and here in Ohio, the Agenda 2030 is called Nahuaca, it's referred to as Nahuaca, but what they want to do is they want to expand the city limits ten miles around completely, but they want to build apartment buildings, and these are complexes that are 33 stories high, that are 33, all in their plan.

Yeah, it's in their plan, because that puts people in cluster communities, and they're closer to each other, and pathogens spread more easily that way. Absolutely. These are like huge apartment complexes to where, like a mailman would have to ride a motorcycle or something down the hallways to deliver mail and things. Yeah, a friend of mine was just in the town I moved from five years ago, and he said he drove by this new, huge development, and it looked like townhomes and condominiums and stuff, so he stopped by the local bank in that town and asked about it, and they said it was totally all sold, all those units were sold, or not sold, but rented, so this was lease only, so nobody could own those condominiums or townhomes, it was lease only. Right. Wow. Well, not only that, but what they're doing is, even now in some areas, they're going to no single-family homes, no single-family homes, everything's going to be duplexed. Yeah.

Yeah, and I've also experienced firsthand that if you're wanting to buy land or a home in the county, you know, you have to have special permission to do that, yeah. So, now we've talked about a lot of these pathogens before, Pastor, and what they seem to come up with is numerous times in the media with regards to, you know, they speculate the next pandemic, so if you've been listening, you know there is natural solutions for these types of problems, so if you listen to, I did a show on the 16th of January, 2025, on the mutating avian viral pathogens, so that one is kind of an important show, and we have it in the archives up on thepowerups.com, so the thing is when they also make, I guess, vaccines for flu bugs and the viruses, the process of making the vaccine actually mutates the virus, so they're already mutating it when they make their serum. Now what are the critics saying? Well, as with, you know, new government plans, there are critics astounding the alarm, you know, big brother getting too big, but I think we should listen to that. Here is Seyr Jay, founder of GreenMedInfo, he says, the crisis-oriented approach to One Health threatens democratic governance by focusing on zoonotic diseases. The framework risks amplifying crisis-driven health governance, further entrenching centralized global systems that bypass the democratic oversight, end of quote. Well, yeah, I mean, you'll be happy to know nothing is where that's moving to, right?

Right. So the other elephant in the room, if you would, is the developers of the pandemics and the treatments are either, well, pardoned from liability, or they have a long-term immunity from the harms that could be caused. So I think the Founding Fathers of America would be really appalled at how the United States government is operating like the King of England, handing out favors and protections with disregard to the outcomes of the masses. So that's what, you know, our government has done with regards to the pharmaceuticals. So a lot of this is being implemented overseas in England, in which the people of Oxford signed up for a 15-minute city, thinking doing more walking and riding bikes will keep people in better shape and better health. So what they failed to understand is that if they work outside the 15-minute city, they are given an allotment of miles that they can travel per year. And if they go past that allotment, they get taxed.

So when they complained, they were told, well, move closer to your work to another 15-minute city to avoid the penalty. So it would seem that the United States government is seriously entertaining this idea also, and one could just look at their metro areas and suburbs, and you see few single-family houses being built, but you're seeing a lot of apartment complexes and condos being built. I would also say that when, you know, I purchased a home in 2020, I had to go through a special approval process to buy the home, because it was in the county, it wasn't in the city limit.

So that was kind of new, and you have to get special permission to buy property outside a city limit anyway in the state of North Carolina. I don't know if you've ever heard of that. No, but I know that whenever you have a bunch of bureaucrats and politicians, they get together, they can come up with some very strange things that always benefits them, okay? Yeah, and I was just listening to an accountant and another gentleman at a YouTube channel in the state of Texas. They basically have a whole slew of paperwork regarding property tax and school system fraud, and it's called America's Brief, which any state can use, which I think is brilliant. So it goes hand-in-hand with your property tax and unrealized capital gains. What they found is the school systems, all that property tax money, only 15 cents goes to educating kids, the rest goes to their pensions.

Oh yeah, yeah, I knew that. I didn't know that it was, yeah, it sure is. Yeah, and they're hiding it within their paperwork, and they're not having independent audits like they should.

They're just sending audit agencies information, and audit agencies are taking it as truth, like they're not really investigating, also against the code, but anyway. They encouraged everybody in the state of, well, every state to go ahead and have their legislators do the same investigation, because otherwise, unrealized capital gains is really to take your house from you. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, it's taking your investment, it's taking your equity, and 30% of homeowners won't have a home and go bankrupt. Well, even here in Ohio, they've raised property taxes have gone so high to where a lot of the elderly people can't afford them.

That's the point. Yeah. Yeah, it's to get you out of the house, out of a single-family house. But they're also doing it here in the Charlotte area to people, while it's really the HOAs are out running amok, people that are on the HOAs don't know what they're doing and they're under-vested, and so when they have a lot of repair work done, let's say on the condos or the townhomes, and they can't afford to pay the contractors, what they do is they do, they send a bill to the homeowners, and then the homeowners have to pay it. But one really bad report was last summer where they got a bill for $30,000.

Who has $30,000 just to hand over? Yeah. So some people, they were foreclosed on by their HOA. Well, that needs to change.

I know. I think our legislators are working on it because people have complained because there was a lot of people that were on fixed incomes and retired in these buildings that had been living there for like 30 years, and now they're homeless. Well, we have a group of people that come on the radio program every now and then, and their goal is to get rid of the property tax. Property taxes are not biblical taxes. They're not. Well, yeah, and that's not what our founding fathers set up either.

Right. And obviously, the property tax, you know, if you, most counties will give you a pie chart of where your property tax is going, and a majority of it is supposedly going to the school, a big chunk of it is going to the school system. But as Texas has found out, and it's probably the same in a lot of other states, that money is being misused. It's not even there to educate the kids. Fifteen cents of every dollar goes to educating the kids in Texas. The rest goes to fund the pensions. Yeah, I know.

And then you had the, what happens is with the NEA, that's one of the country's largest unions. Okay. More and more people are pulling their kids up, you know, because of the COVID thing, and people started realizing what their kids were being taught in the public schools, what was in the libraries, and so more and more of them, and I think Cope wants to be able to, be able to, people would have vouchers so that the taxes that they pay go to the school, the private school, whatever school they choose. Well, if you homeschool, where does your tax go, then? Well, if you homeschool, you should get a tax deduction, huh?

You should. Yeah. ReformPropertyTax.com is their website, by the way.

Yeah. It's ReformPropertyTax.com. But this is why there's this big push all over the nation for, you know, your counties doing, you know, an evaluation of your property tax and pushing it up, you know, maybe even 100%.

It's because the school systems inflate their budgets that they submit to the city council people, and what they do is they raise the property taxes to meet those budgets, but those budgets that they're submitted are fraud. That's the problem. Well, that's where you have to go to radio programs like us that will bring that out, that aren't a part of the corrupt, deep state, and we will bring that out and keep talking about it until the politicians feel the fire in their feet and they do something to change it. Yeah. I can send you that link on that accountant and that other guy in Texas if you want. Maybe they can come on your show and explain it a little better than what I just did. Well, you did a pretty good job, but you can do that if you want. Okay.

I'll send it over. Yeah. It's just, everything's a battle.
