Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left on this 22nd day of January 2025. And tonight, boy, do we have a lot to do.
And so tonight, our highly motivated professional producer, board op, is none other than style. Hey, good evening, Pastor. And my man of deep faith and my co-host here, Elder Barkley. Good evening, for in him we live and move and have our being. And we're going to start out.
We're going to switch things up from our normal Bible study over here tonight because we should be. Is Jake there? Not yet. Not yet?
Okay. We're expecting Jake Lang to call in. He had texted me and said he was going to be calling in. So hopefully he'll get here. I believe he's out and he's free. Hopefully.
Yeah. And so anyhow, let's start doing the Bible study and go ahead and start here in Luke chapter 4 verse 16. And it reads, And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up. And as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up for to read.
Let me stop you there for a minute now. The rabbis were very, very impressed with him. We find that out there in Luke because even as a young man, when he was young, at his age, I mean, he would go to listen and they were just amazed at his Bible knowledge and knowledge of history. So they allowed him to speak as a child as he was growing up.
But go ahead and pick it up from there. And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet, Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written. The spirit of the Lord is upon me because he had anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set the liberty for them that are bruised. That's Isaiah 49, verse 8 and 9. To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. Now, it's an interesting thing where he stopped there because he stopped just before he, in Isaiah there, just before he went on to say the day of vengeance of our God because that day was not yet. So he stopped right there at that point.
Go ahead and pick it up. And it says, And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. And all bear him witness and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son?
And he said unto them, Ye verily, you surely say unto me this proverb, Physicians heal thyself whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum do also here in thy country. And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country. But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah. And when the heavens were shut up three years, and in six months, when the great famine was throughout all the land, but unto none of them was Elias sent. Save unto Seraptah, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow. And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Elijah, the prophet. And none of them was cleansed, saying, Naaman, saving Naaman the Syrian. And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, and rose up and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong. But he passing through the midst of them went his way. Okay, so, in other words, they had taken him out to toss him over. The first time he stood up to preach, they wanted to, this was the start of his public ministry right here.
Right. They didn't like it then, they don't like it today, do they? No, no they don't, Pastor. You know, this is actually one of my favorite passages of Scripture because, Pastor, when I look at the fact that with all of the things that were going on in the world, the fact that Christ was sent to heal the broken hearted, and it's, it's, it's a very serious thing because when a man is broken, when a woman is broken, it really stops them from being able to go on and do what they need to do. And I think about this with so many lives, those that were impacted with, even right now, what we're dealing with, the J-6 situation. It's not just that these people were locked up, some of these people have lost their families, they have lost so much. And this Scripture speaks to the fact that no matter what they're going through, that the Lord is here to even heal their broken hearts right now.
And so we really care for their situation right now. Well, they went to throw him over the cliff, but he, he made himself invisible to them, just passed right through. He sure did. And could you imagine being there for that, all of a sudden they're saying, where'd he go? Where? He was right here. What happened to him?
Okay. And, I mean, they had to be standing there looking at each other. What do you think was on their mind when that happened?
And he was right there, and then now he's gone. Do you think they're going to think, whoa, maybe he is the Son of God. And so, now he had a good point where he said a prophet is never accepted by his own country. His own country, not even that, but his own family. Jesus was not accepted by his own brothers now. That's right. So he said this, and then he had to raise himself from the dead before his own brothers would accept him. But once he did that, they all accepted him, huh?
Yeah. And so, here now, so when you're talking about people losing everything with the J-6ers, the ones, some of them, that they let go, but they, what they would do, and we talked about this last night, they were shipping them off to all these other prisons, and then open the doors and say, okay, get out there. They had nothing.
They had no money, no credit cards, no ability. Now, these people, these were federal prisons. So that falls under the jurisdiction of the federal government.
Yeah. Do you think a whole lot of those wardens are going to lose their job if they haven't already? They need to, as well as what we're to understand that they're trying to contend, if you would, with the pardon that President Trump issued. Here now, you know, Trump's firing all the DEI. They're getting canned. The military, they're making them, they're shutting down, they're removing the DEI officers, which they should have.
They've destroyed our military, okay? Yeah. This is treason. That really is treason.
And so, it's an interesting thing, because you have here, wait a minute. I'm getting a call from Jake Lane, but what is he doing? Jake Lane is free. Okay.
No, that's not from Jake. Here. Irrational and unjustifiable. Christian band for military leadership. Now all hell breaks loose. Well, they picked the wrong time to do that. Here you had a lawsuit has been filed against Idaho Governor Brad Little and a couple of the state's National Guard leaders from removing a Christian officer from command solely due to his personal Christian expression on biblical sexuality. He spoke out against, he spoke out on his own time, and it's sodomy.
Sodomy was a sin. And so, here now, the action is coming from the Liberty Council, which was reported on facts of the situation. They know Christians in command policy, and that's what they've had. That's under Biden. Remember, John McTernan and I had our battle with the War College, and here when they declared that Christians should not serve in the military, because of Ezekiel 36, 37, 38. And Zechariah, chapter 13 and 14, okay, in Revelation 19. And so they were saying that here, their allegiance, these Christians, their allegiance is to Christ and God, and not to the US government.
And therefore, they should not be serving in the US government. And that was the paper that's worked, and I called them. We went after them on the radio. I called them.
We had a talk, and they were unbelievable. Now, Matt Stover, the founder and chief, said, The US Supreme Court has long held that military members do not shed their constitutional rights when they step forward to serve the nation, nor are their military departments immune to the laws protecting their individual freedoms. By suspending or removing Major David Worley from command over his Christian beliefs, the Iowa Army National Guard formally adopted an unconstitutional no-Christians-in-command policy. The Constitution simply does not allow the military to punish those with sincerely held religious beliefs or to specifically target religion for desperate or discriminatory treatment. Governor Brad Little must ensure that the Idaho Army National Guard opposes federal and state laws and protects the free speech of its service members. This discrimination against Major Worley must stop, and its record must be cleared and his career restored. Now, this dispute over the state's attacks on Major David Worley, an infantry officer who ran for mayor in Pocatello, Idaho, that might have had something bearing on it too, huh? During Worley's political campaign, which he conducted strictly outside his military duties, he expressed his religious convictions and moral objections to certain issues relevant to political disclosure in his community. He expressed his opposition to issues involving so-called drag queens. Remember, Millie in Austin pushed drag queens in the military, and boy, I'm glad that we're going to get this stopped. Story hours, drag queen story hours, pornographic material for minors in public libraries and the medical mutilation of gender-confused children.
All of Worley's protective speech occurred off-duty in his private capacity and before he took command of the Idaho National Guard's recruiting and retention unit, the legal team said soon. There you go. They're going after them and they're suing them, and they should.
I hope they sue them for everything. Because we have to fight back. See, people don't understand. You know, now that Trump's in, people think, well, we've won now. No, the battle is just, the fight is just starting. It's just starting.
It's by no means is it over with. Yeah. So, anyhow, here we have another big article coming up.
It's a retired New York Police Department intelligent officer predicts learning ugly truths on the FBI as Trump administration digs deeper, not going to be pretty. Well, we knew that. I mean, really.
I mean, the FBI has really been corrupted. Now, here's what I'm wondering, okay. You know all of this that Biden had pardoned. He, the preemptive pardons. First of all, I don't think preemptive pardons are constitutional. I don't think they are.
Yeah. Okay, so, now remember, with Trump, promises made, promises kept. And the question that they asked Biden, I remember watching him when they asked him, because when Trump was still in office, they were asking him, Biden, is Trump going to pardon his family and himself?
And preemptive, even though there was no charges. And Biden said then, I don't think you can do that. I don't think it's constitutional that you can do that.
Yeah. And he said that would set a really bad precedent if he tried that. Now, but Trump, when they asked Trump that, Trump said, no, I will not. So Trump did what he said. Biden, on the other hand, said no, that he would not pardon, that those preemptive pardons were not constitutional. In fact, here's what Biden said. Biden said a preemptive pardon is an admission of guilt.
And what did he do? He pardoned those people. Let me tell you, he pardoned the whole J-6 committee. Now, remember Jamie Raskin, how he was running his mouth, saying, we're going to stop Trump, we're going to stop him.
That his election will not be certified, that Kamala Harris has said that she will not, she will not certify, we will use the 14th Amendment to remove him. So Jamie was running his big mouth, right? Well, now he had to run to Joey. He had to run to Biden and say, you better help me, Trump's going to get me, right? Well, I don't think those pardons are constitutional, and I think all the J-6ers, Benny Thompson, he was the same thing. He was crying like a baby. He was in a big hurry to get the J-6ers, but they cried like a baby, okay? And now you have Lynne Cheney out there, Liz Cheney, same thing. My guess is, and I know, you see, he had to pardon them, he had to shut them up, because they, you know, could come out and blow the whistle saying, look, we were just doing what Biden ordered us to do.
We were just doing what we were told we had to do. Now, that goes, here's my question, because we haven't heard anything about this, but you remember James Comey, he was running around going on all the talk shows saying that Trump is going to come after me. I know Trump gets in, please, you can't let Trump get in.
If you can't, he's going to come after me, okay? Mary Garland and Chris Wray. Now, I haven't heard, but now the number, they say, is up to style. Didn't you say that the number was up to 8,000?
I believe the number is 8,064. 8,064 that he pardoned, and I'm wondering how could, I wonder if there's any way we could get a list of those, because I'm wondering if Chris Wray, I'm wondering if Mary Garland, I wonder if these people were all involved in that, okay, that pardon. Now, if I'm right, and these preemptive pardons are not constitutional, boy oh boy is the Justice Department, they've got 19,000 lawyers over there. Yeah, yeah. Now, he just fired a whole bunch of them. Yeah. And so, they're equipped to go after all of these people.
Yeah. Not only is this pastor not constitutional, but there's two other things that come to mind. Number one, the Bible says, fretting out thyself because of evildoers, because they're going to soon be cut down. So, they may have gotten a pardon from Biden, but they're not pardoned by God. And then, the other thing is that, not only is it not constitutional, and there are those that are going to be looking into that, but what if it's proven that this election is stolen and Biden wasn't really a duly elected president, then his signature on those pardons are null and void. Right. Well, that's true, too.
And that goes back to the, what do you call brothers, Brinson. Well, that lawsuit is still there. Maybe Trump knows something we don't know, then that may come out now. Maybe that's exactly why Justice Thompson said, Thomas said, let's just sit on this for now, okay?
Maybe he was waiting for this moment. If I'm not mistaken, Biden's last pardons, too, were during Trump's inauguration speech. Yes, it was, just minutes before. Yeah, that's when he pardoned his whole family. Yeah. And so, that's a, now here's the thing, about a, see, a pardon, a pardon, by definition, can only occur when there's been a conviction. Right.
So, how can you have a preemptive, now, like Biden, in his own words, said, a preemptive pardon, all that is, is an admission of guilt. Uh-huh. So, this is very, very interesting.
Now, we're seeing what's happening now. You see, they're going to the apostate church. Uh-huh. This is what's, speaking of apostate church, the apostate race baiting, if I was to say to you, who do you know that would be a real race baiting preacher?
What would you say? Oh, I would, I would think that that, I know you may be going somewhere else, but that, uh, Lady Bishop Marion Boo, that just... Well, she's apostate, but I'm talking about Al Sharpton. Oh, oh, yeah, sure. Al Sharpton, he, race baiting is what he does now. Uh-huh. He's been running his mouth, he's saying that every one of these, uh, companies, these big companies that are getting rid of their DEI, all of those that are getting, he is going to lead a boycott against all of them. He's got a problem.
The problem is nobody's listening to Al anymore, are they? Yeah, yeah. And not only that, but those corporations know what happened.
They know that they went broke, they went broke, huh? Yeah. And so, Al's running his mouth again, but, again, Al is not, not a saved man. That man's an apostate, it's a day as long. No. If it's a sin, whatever the sin is, abortion, homosexuality, whatever that sin is, Al embraces it.
Yeah, they can't be reading the same Bible. No. Speaking of that, we'll talk about that, because what you had, you talked about that Episcopal woman, uh, what's her name, Butt? Marion Bood.
Bood? Yeah. Uh, she's apostate. Well, actually, those women, a large number of those are witches, they're actually involved in witchcraft.
The former leader of that Episcopal church, some years back, was a witch, a regular witch. Yeah. We'll be back right after this. There's a cancer cult crime in our cities And an unspoken fear We're on our way down We must take America back Put an end to the gangs And the drugs in the streets And the fact that the bad guys Most always go free That is wrong We need leaders who lead us Not stick us and bleed us And take all our money And send it abroad We must take America back We need prayer in the schools And more things made in USA It's the least we can do For the red, white, and blue We must take America back It's a hell here on earth In some city schoolyards When bullets and birth control Outnumber books, something's wrong There's a hunger for good news and heroes But good news is no news So all of the heroes are gone We must take America back Put an end to the gangs And the drugs in the streets And the fact that the bad guys Most always go free That is wrong We need leaders who lead us Not stick us and bleed us And take all our money And send it abroad We must take America back We need prayer in the schools And more things made in USA It's the least we can do For the red, white, and blue We must take America back We must take America back Put an end to the gangs And the drugs in the streets And the fact that the bad guys Most always go free That is wrong We need leaders who lead us Not stick us and bleed us And take all our money And send it abroad We must take America back We need prayer in the schools And more things made in USA It's the least we can do For the red, white, and blue We must take America back We must take America back We must take America back We must take America back It's the least we can do For the red, white, and blue We must take America back We must take America back Pastor Ernie, blessed be the name of our God, who still delivers and saves. Amen. How does freedom feel?
Well, I've been free for a long time in my own heart, my spirit, and my mind. But physically, to be embraced by my family, my beautiful fiancé Rachel, my community, just the American people in general who have watched me emerge and watched just the transfer of an intangible spiritual faith to a tangible physical deliverance, to see that transfer happen, I think has made the beginning marks of a huge spiritual revival in this country. I mean, I'm talking about next level revival that can only be brought about by something as indelible and monumentous as this moment. We need to do that. I mean, again, we've got to bring America back to one nation under God. And I've been trying to do that for 50 years. That's been our goal.
It's not over until we win, is it? How are you physically compared to when you were arrested four years ago? Have you lost a lot of weight?
I'm so graced by God. I gained about 40 pounds of muscle. I've been doing an intense workout every day. Actually, I need to go back to my hotel room tonight and get a workout. This is the longest I haven't worked out in four years this last three days. I do about a thousand push-ups a day past the Ernie. And while I do my workout every single day for 1,467 days, four years and six days incarcerated without a trial as a J-6 hostage, I do what I call worship workouts.
And I play K-Love on the radio. And I just let my spirit be refreshed and just wash over me with the words of encouragement that come straight out of the gospel. There's nothing like you're engaging your physical. You're releasing the endorphins.
You're letting your body exercise when you're in an eight by ten confined space doing jumping jacks and thousands of burpees and whatnot. And then the words are walking over you, reminding you, you are chosen. You are a child of God. You have not been forsaken. He is a deliverer. He will break the chains. And so that's been some of the most intimate moments I've had with God.
And like one out of every three workouts I do, I end up like hitting my knees and crying in the middle of the workout. And just praising the Lord because I just get so overwhelmed with how good He is to me, even in the face of the tyranny and the oppression and the human degradation. He's shown me love and kindness and strength and a bond with my brothers in Christ and people like yourself and my family that has just been supernatural.
There's no other way to say it. He is the God of the supernatural and we believe in things we do not see and we walk by faith and not by sight. And He's my God and I love Him. And I'm so proud to be a Jan Sixer and to be a child of the King. Well, we're proud of you being, well, I don't want to say proud, we're blessed by you being a Jan Sixer. Do you kind of associate with Joseph and his situation?
He spent half of his life in prison for a crime he never committed. And so we take a look at that, but we see how all things work together for good to those that love the Lord, huh? Amen.
Amen. Well, this entire story reminds us of so many biblical stories. The first one, I mean, obviously Joseph.
Joseph comes to mind first, especially in just part of his incarceration. The fact that he was framed, right? Same thing.
Absolutely. Tell us, tell us what... Sorry, I'm sorry. I'm over here.
I'm trying to navigate society right now. Pastor, I just finished Alaskan king crab and fried chicken dinner. And now I'm going back to my hotel. I'm a freak now. Take that, Joe Biden.
OK, so listen, Pastor. Yes, we are David and Goliath. This situation, we had an insurmountable odd. The entire monolithic United States government, the U.S. prosecutor's office, 18 floors of all these liberal, bloodthirsty George Soros prosecutors were slated to come against us, right? They were positioning themselves as our are the arm of it.
We say that's a good Yiddish word. The molecule of it is the angel of death, the state in itself. And so they were the molecule of it of our life. But no matter what they did, God used the weak to confound the strong. He used the humble to confound the arrogant and the self-righteous. And we were delivered in a David and Goliath area, an impossible odd, a just, you know, a single prisoner rotting on the way. Nine hundred days solitary confinement versus the descending hour of the entire United States government, the FBI, the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the DOJ. All of these corrupt agencies working together for our destruction were defeated. And this single prisoner walked out of the prison cell.
The same men who turned and slammed the door on me every single day are the same ones that turned the key and allowed me out of the prison. And that's I mean, we played the giant. It was amazing.
God be glorified. Well, tell me about that when they came. And unlike yourself saying, all right, you're free to go.
Tell us tell us how it went down. So it was it was a roller coaster ride this last 48 hours. You know, we're hearing from CNN on Inauguration Day that President Trump's not going to be pardoning the violent, quote unquote, violent January sixers, but only the nonviolent ones.
And I'm obviously I had assault charges. Pastor Ernie trying to defend Roseanne Boylan's life from, you know, that incredible onslaught that she faced. And so then it went from that to all of a sudden President Trump is inaugurated and that he says that his inauguration, you know, post speech that he's going back to the White House to start signing pardons. And then we're like, well, how many is he signed and what's going on? And then, boom, 8 p.m. Monday, January 20th. We hear Donald Trump is pardoning all the January sixes, every single one. So I start packing my bags.
I'm ready to go. And then as I'm sitting at the door waiting to be released, the prison guards bum rush me, accost me, assault me like hogtied me behind my back. They jack me up with handcuffs, cut my hands up and threw me back in my prison cell. And then 24 hours later, it took for the U.S.
Marshals to come in and demand from the D.C. jail to allow us out of out of this incredible hostage scenario. And then I waited in a bullpen for like eight hours all day yesterday and I was released 8 p.m. last night to the loving embrace of Rachel, my fiance, my father and hundreds of cameras in my face. And it was like a Super Bowl championship moment. But it actually meant something.
I'm like Super Bowl. Well, you know, I know that a lot of those crooked, really crooked, corrupt, cowardly D.C. cops got got pardoned. And we were just talking about that because we're not sure that it was actually Biden who was pardoned because there's a lot of evidence that Biden Biden had no idea about a lot of what's going on out there.
And I was just reading with Johnson was Speaker Johnson that he was talking about his meeting with Biden. Now, now that you guys are out and I know you just out and you got you want to kind of get yourself settled and I don't blame you a bit. But we have to go.
Let me tell you, you have to go. You guys, especially you have to go after these people. It's not vengeance. It's not revenge.
It's justice. If you don't go after them, you send a message out there. Look, they've done it before they got away. And that will be like a red flag saying, we'll do it again.
The Republicans, the Christians, they'll they'll just let us get back, get away with it. We have to go after these people. And I'm and I'm I'm pretty sure that these preempted pardons are not constitutional.
I don't think that they are. And I'm talking about what you know, all of those dirty cops. I mean, eight thousand and six people. Biden pardoned or they or somebody there pardoned them. And you had all the dirty cops involved in there and all these prosecute these prosecutors. We have to go after them. Big graves.
We have to go after that graves guy big time. And so, you know, Biden has what are Trump has what? Nineteen thousand attorney generals there at the Justice Department, I believe.
I don't know, man. They have some army of liberalized lunatics, bloodthirsty prosecutors that are looking to advance their career more than they are to administrate justice. And, you know, to your point, pastor, about accountability, that's exactly what we're going after.
I mean, that's my first and foremost operation after I've been released. Now, we started the Federal Watchdog Organization and it's a legal group, anti-lawfare legal group. We're going after DOJ with a 50 billion dollar lawsuit against these perpetrators of tyranny and evil.
Over six hundred Jan six plaintiffs on that. And I want to ask the audience, guys, this is this is not a inexpensive endeavor by any means whatsoever. We're talking about getting three or four lawyers full time for the next six months to make this a reality. And so, guys, we need your help to fund this. And as well, on top of that, we have started the January 6th Life Rebuilding Project. And what we're doing with this fund, the J6 Life Rebuilding Project, is we're allowing the Jan sixers to get their feet underneath them. A lot of these guys have become financially destitute from January 6th. And, you know, one hundred thousand dollars federal attorneys and they have also, you know, been financially screwed.
Their families are at home without their breadwinner. We've talked about this before, but now it's more important than ever because we got two hundred fifty guys that did it up the prison cell yesterday. And they have some of them are homeless. Some of them don't have jobs anymore, careers. And, you know, many of these people need our help. And so, guys, I want you guys to go on this page right now on your phones.
If you're able to, please. It's J6rebuild.com. That's the donation site. J6rebuild.com. The letter J, the number six rebuild dot com. One more time.
J6rebuild.com. That's going to help Jan sixers get first month rent paid for. It's going to help them get a new pair of shoes and some clothing and some groceries and, you know, basic necessities just to get these guys back, you know, with basic basic human dignity. I've got guys that are staying in extended stay motels for, you know, the next week. And I'm asking them, what are you going to do next week? You got enough cash to make it through? And they're like, I don't have a job. I don't have enough money.
I don't know where to go. So we're really going to be trying to take care of every single J6rebuild. Right now we've got enough money to take care of about half of them, but the other half are in a bad, bad scenario. All right. Well, very good. Hopefully the folks out there will respond to that because, again, you know, it would be. Let me tell you, in the interest of everybody out there to respond, we have to send a very strong message back to these people. We're not going to take it, you know, again, what they did. They all need to be in that dirty jail where they kept you, you guys.
And especially that whole J6. And so I'm hoping the new Justice Department, by the way, those lawyers you were talking about, Trump just fired a lot of them. He just fired a whole bunch of them.
I'm not sure, but he may have fired the entire group. OK. Thousands of them. OK. And because and replacing them with all new people. There's a there's enough attorneys out there to replace them with.
Yeah. Oh, President Trump as well will address this situation as he did for those military people that got that lost their job due to their rejection of taking that covid jab. And just as he mentioned, he would bring them back with back pay. I pray that he looks at this situation with them as he has released them to understand of what they have lost, their livelihoods and things like that. And that that your fight, though you're going after that 50 billion dollar lawsuit, that you guys wouldn't have such a tough fight with that.
But that Trump would look at that as well and direct his Department of Justice and those that are involved to grant you all what you need, what you should have. Well, right now, I don't know if you've if you've had an opportunity to watch it, but the fake news media out there, they had they're pulling their hair. Their hair's on fire. Oh, yeah. And they're talking. They're what they are talking about. You guys is killing.
How many police officers you killed and. Yeah. And beat. And you talk about you talk about propaganda. Unbelievable.
I don't know. I don't think there were any police officers that were injured that didn't deserve it out there. What do you think about all that, Jake? Do we still have Jake with us?
OK, so you look at the comparison, Pastor. There were four unarmed Americans that were murdered on the Capitol steps that day and inside the Capitol. Ash and Babble was shot to death.
Roseanne was beaten and bludgeoned and trampled to death. And two men lost their lives from concussion grenades, having a heart attack. And look at the restraint of the crowd where we outnumbered them, you know, 20 to one. We did not kill anybody. We did not seriously injure anybody. There was a couple Capitol police officers. They got, you know, scuffed up in some, you know, rumble, you know, rough and tumbles with some of the Jan Sixers.
But other than that, you know, we're talking about negligence, minor injuries, nothing. And the Jan Sixers I was main on January 6. They shot me with a rubber bullet. My foot was broken.
I was on crutches for weeks. They clubbed me in the skull. My skull was split open, bleeding everywhere with a metal baton. That's a deadly force blow. Not allowed at all. Batons are to be used only below the shoulders. And, you know, this is the type of treatment that I got.
I know other Jan Sixers were beat even worse than me. And, you know, talk about the murder. So we were restrained, I believe. And on top of all of that, we have the right as Americans to defend our country versus tyranny. We have the right to make a stand peacefully for our constitutional governance here, our republic. And when we're attacked on the steps of our own capital by Jack Booth's thugs, we have every right to push them back and to tell them to get away from us and our bodies. We are here to protest, not to have a war. But if you want a war, we will surely end it. We will surely make sure that you will stop attacking us and encroaching on us. And so, you know, they had the aggressive stance.
We had the defensive stance. And at the end of the day, history has, you know, is permanently written for now that on a single shot fired, we the people were back in the people's house. Well, again, they keep calling you folks insurrectionists.
There was no insurrection. There was a false flag that was set up. And everybody involved in that, the J-6 Committee, all of them, okay, need to be tried for that.
I mean, now one of the things about these, once you receive a preemptive pardon, if they call it, then you no longer, if you get charged with a new crime, you can no longer claim the fifth. In other words, that would be, to do that would be a federal crime, okay, to not be able, not to answer all the questions like they did. And Mary Garland lied under oath. Mary Garland lied and lied and lied. Chris Ray lied and lied and lied.
Mario Orcus lied and lied and lied under oath, all of these people. All the so-called fake news media, okay, all of them are out there today just going on and on, talking about the insurrectionists, how violent, how all these violent people were. You people were there because, and by the way, Spectrum One here, one of the local Spectrum One news keeps saying that there was, that the election was not stolen, that President Trump keeps making false claims that the election was stolen. Listen, anyone and everyone, anyone and everyone that says that election was not stolen is a liar and there's not a bit of truth in them. Every single talking head that makes that statement, look, I sat there and I watched those numbers, I watched Trump being way out ahead and I watched them invert those numbers right before my eyes.
They turned them upside down and, folks, I wouldn't nearly want to have seen that. A lot of people saw it all across the country. And so here, you know, again, you people were there because your election was stolen.
You were exercising your constitutional rights, not just a right mandate to go and protest. And the Communist Party, and I mean it, the Democratic Communist Party and all of those corrupt people in there, and by the way, the fake news media now, more and more, they call themselves the legacy news media now because what's happening, Jake, is they're losing listenership so rapidly, they are no longer, no longer can they claim to be mainstream because programs like this, we far outnumber them now. Our listenership far, far outnumbers their listenership now.
And this is why you have people like Ayock, you know, Alexandria, whatever her name. Yeah, why these people are pulling their hair out now, okay? And they're, you know, they're seeing this stuff. So we have to just keep going after them and after them. You know, some of the J-6s, we've been hearing how they put them in different prisons, sifts them out to Oklahoma and places, and just open up the doors and set them out, let them out there with no money, no credit cards, no place to go. I was talking, there's one medical student whose family disowned him because he brought shame upon the family for being arrested. Unbelievable.
I wouldn't want anything to do with that family. My goodness. Anyhow, so where do we go from here, Jake? Are you still there, Jake?
We still got him on our end. Okay, I think he might be in transit or something. Are you still there, Jake? Can you hear me, Jake? Yeah, I'm here. Okay. Yeah, are you in transit or what?
Yes, I am in transit. I told you I was leaving the restaurant. I had some Laskin King crab legs and some fried chicken.
That's a little, that's my iteration on surf and turf. And then I just got out of my Uber and I'm walking into my hotel with my lovely fiancée. And we're finally going to be able to relax tonight in a little bit. And I've been up since 8 a.m. doing back-to-back media interviews and talking to them. Well, you know what?
We'll let you go then. I guess you want to say that you- Well, I wanted to say, I wanted to- Go ahead. Yes, Pastor, I just wanted to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. After, you know, in the aftermath, you know who your friends are, you know who your brothers in Christ are, you know who your advocates are.
There are many people, you know, Fairweather Friends showing up now, trying to stand beside us and, you know, talk about how much they supported us. But there's very few and far between that have truly showed us the love that you have. And so I love you, my brother. May God bless you. And guys, please visit that website for us, J6rebuild.com.
Alrighty, well, you go ahead and have a pleasant evening with your fiancé and stay in touch. We've got to stay in touch and as we progress, let me know how we're doing. God bless, my friend. God bless.
Is he still there? Okay, okay. Well, I think we're coming up to a break, aren't we? And so, how much time do I have for that break?
Okay. Folks, we're coming up to a break and then, you know what we're going to do? We're going to open the phone lines to take some calls after, when we come back. So, we're having a countdown. We're down to about, what, ten seconds now? Twenty seconds down.
Sometimes, style counts. Everybody knows he can count. I knew it.
