What's Right What's Left
Pastor Ernie Sanders

The following program is sponsored by What's Right, What's Left Ministries, and is responsible for its content.

Portions of the following program may be pre-recorded. I am Pastor Ernie Sanders, the voice of the Christian Resistance. Stay tuned, my radio broadcast, What's Right, What's Left, is coming up right now.

Coming to you live from Independence, Ohio. We change our life for the better in many different ways. Heard around the world every Monday through Friday. Pastor Sanders is always years ahead of the rest of the media telling you exactly what they're covering up.

This is What's Right, What's Left. I tune in every chance I get to hear exactly what's going on with the voice of the Christian Resistance. Unabashedly cutting through the rhetoric by exposing the hard topics facing our society and world.

A lot of the other news media don't pick up the news items like he does. And bringing to light the enemies of freedom who are out to steal your rights, your children, and enslaving you. You really get the truth out. I can tune in to your show and hear the unvarnished truth.

Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left on this 18th day of November.

Whoa, it's going by fast, 2024. And tonight our producer is none other as he's known by his colleagues as Killer Kenny. It's always something different. Good evening, Pastor. Good evening, my friend, and you hear the cackle, don't you? I hear it.

Have you ever heard that song? Fauna Lisa, Fauna Lisa, how you talking all the time? That's to say, hello, Fauna Lisa. Good evening, everyone. There you go. Now get out of here. Go on.

Way out yonder we have the legendary, legendary known, well, the Missouri parson, Pastor Joe Larson. I'm just barely hearing you, boss. Can you hear me now? Yeah, I can hear you.

You've got to just speak up. You're a long way away. Oh, yeah, for some reason I lost you there.

I was talking, oh, Killer Kenny, I found out before he got the nickname. Where's that? He killed ten flies with one swat. Wow. All right, there you go.

And it went down there in the studio as, you know, history. Yeah, he's been, he's been making things, man. He's with me on every Sunday night now. Oh, wow.

Okay. Well, at least you've got some good company. Yeah, and outside because his wife won't let him come home, so he just hangs with me. It's good company, yeah.

Yeah, I would never hang with anyone my own age. No, somebody's got to keep going. Is there anyone left?

No, not many. All right, listen, we've got to, this is serious. This is pledge week, so we've got to get going, right? And so, being pledge week, we have to say, folks, this is pledge week, and we really, you really need to hear from you this week.

Believe me, we really need to hear from you, and I'll tell you why. We have a short week, and we have a long bill, but a short week. And tomorrow, though, don't miss tomorrow's program. Don't miss tomorrow's special program. And in there, we're going to give you a little history of this radio program, some very interesting things.

But we won't be taking pledges because of a dumb old ball game, right? Right. You ladies that call me. It's going to be pre-recorded.

That's right, we've got to pre-record. And you ladies that call and talk about those dumb old ball games, we agree with you 100%. And by the way, speaking of that, I want to thank all of you. You know, I get a lot of mail, a lot, and a lot of good letters, encouraging letters, which, boy, do we need them here.

But probably 80% or more are from the ladies. And so, God bless you for taking the time to write us. And I read every single letter. Some of them aren't easy to read, but I do.

I read every one. And so, speaking of that, we have a prayer request tonight from Margaret Clark. And Margaret is, she's about to be evicted. She's an elderly lady that's about to be evicted from her home in New York.

So let's pray. Heavenly Father, Lord God, we want to hold Margaret up. We know she's had a tough year. She moved to Florida to get away from New York, and then she moved back to New York, and now she's about ready to get evicted again. And, Lord God, we know that she's having a time that the rent has gone up. Rent is so high.

So high, especially for elderly. And so, folks, we just want to hold Margaret up and ask Lord that she would intervene on her behalf. And, Lord God, that you would help her, Father God, and bless her in everywhere, every area where she could receive that blessing, you know, financially, in every area. And, Lord, for all the folks that are listening to me right now, every single one, we ask that you turn their desires toward you more and more every day in every way. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Amen. Phone lines are open at 888-677-9673. That's 888-677-9673. And 888-281-1110. That's 888-281-1110. All right, Lisa pledges 125. And that last number is the credit card line, right?

Absolutely. And Wendy out of North Carolina pledges $437. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Anyhow, again, the phone, we can use all the help we can get tonight. Again, like I said, we're handicapped because we have a short week this week. Well, because one won't be able to do it tomorrow, I'll pledge $200 tonight. I normally like to just go ahead and donate online before the show, but I was too busy today to get to it. All right, very good.

I'll do it tomorrow after we do our tape. Okay, very good. Pledge, Pastor Joe pledges 200. Thank you, Pastor Joe.

Excuse me. All right, so we're off to a fairly good start. I wait until things aren't looking good, and then I... Wait until they get bleak. Yeah, when things get, then I come in and I always... That's why he keeps hoping it won't get bleak.

Yeah, you're right. Anyhow, let's get into the message. Remember the title of the message? Will a man rob God? And we're talking about, this is appropriate for this week because it's about pledging, but it's also about tithing. So, we start, let's take it a verse at a time, Joe. Verse 6, chapter 3, Malachi 3, verse 6.

You ready? Well, I am the Lord. I change not.

Therefore, ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. All right, so now, first of all, when he says, I am the Lord, I change not, what is he saying? He's making a statement. Well, he's saying two things, that he first told him who he was, I am, he is the Almighty, the All-I-Am, and that he is eternal and he does not change. He was the same yesterday, today, tomorrow, what he says is forever, what he does last forever. So he, does he get it right every time? Yes, well, he's perfection, if you think about it.

Whatever he, in his mind, imagines, he can create exactly how he imagines it to be. That's called perfection. Right. And so he's what they call immutable, he's immutable, he gets it, he's the same, he's 100% perfect in everything. Right.

All righty. All right, Bob in New York pledges $500. Thank you, Bob. And Deacon John pledges $100. Thank you, Deacon John. Okay, so now, then he says the second part, I change not, therefore you sons of Jacob are not consumed. What do you think he means by that, you sons of Jacob are not consumed? Well, I would say he was consumed by sin, which means that they would be, what, the wages of sin or death. Well, he has a covenant that he would always keep a remnant, right?

Right, he would always keep with his people. So here he goes on to say, even from the days of your fathers you are gone away from my ordinances and have not kept them. Return unto me and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts, but you said, wherein shall we return? In other words, they're saying, return for what? They're telling God they don't understand that they haven't really left him, right? Well, that's what it would sound like, but I can't imagine that because he said that the key word in there, you have gone away from my ordinances, now they would have to know when they're disobedient, have not kept them. And he said, if you return to me, I will return to you, meaning when they turn from him, he lets them go off on their own. Yeah, but then he says, they're saying, wherein shall we return?

In other words, what way, what is it that we've done wrong? He goes on to say, will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed me, but you say, wherein have we robbed thee? And tithes and offerings? And offerings, yes. Let me ask you this. Does God need our money?

No. Okay, so now, when we tithe to the Lord, is that an investment? We are giving back to him of that which he has already given us, so we're just returning what is his already that he gave us. And yes, it's an investment because we're being obedient, and that's what God wants us to be, is obedient.

Okay, so when you tithe to the Lord's work, let me give you an example, okay. Our church, we don't have a large building, the doers of the word. We've got a, it's a good sized building, it'll hold a hundred people or so, but we could have had a huge building.

We could have had a mega building if we had wanted to do that, but here's what we did. We actually believe, for real, and I mean for actually real, Matthew chapter 25, okay, where it talks about feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, clothing the naked, and visiting those in prisons. So, we put, instead of building projects, over the years, we put all our money into feeding hungry children, okay. We put it into the persecuted church where, you know, people were suffering. We were, we've spent a lot, we were the only source for many death row inmates. We're the only, many of them, we're the only ones that even sent them a Christmas card, but we helped them get things, they're still, they're people, they're on death row, they're not, and they, and not only that, but we got like seven of them off of death row that we're never guilty to begin with. But, especially where it came to the mercy ships for the children. So, we believed that that's where we should put the money, okay, also we spent a good portion in starting new churches, building, starting up new churches, independent churches. But we believed what the Bible says about feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, helping the widows, doing those things there. We've never, we've never turned to people that come around who've been homeless. And it's been very difficult because even right now, we're having, we're struggling trying to find a place for a fellow who was homeless. He was homeless, you know, had no place to go, no place, you know, and it's getting cold out there.

And so now we're working to find him a home where he can actually, he's got a lot of physical problems, he's going to need like a nursing home type of thing. So you actually practice what you preach? What a novel idea! We believe this, I mean for real, okay? And that's why we don't have that big building, okay? But anyhow, so he says here in verse 9, you are cursed with a curse, for you have robbed me, even this whole nation. So what do you think, what kind of curse do you think he was cursed with?

They were cursed with Joe. In this case I'm not sure because he's done many things that when you don't obey him, he takes his hand of protection away from the people and I can't remember right at this point just what happened to him. Well, one of the things they did, if you remember, there in chapter 1, he told them he didn't want their sacrifices, don't bother to bring your sacrifices around here.

Because, you know, he told them, you know, when they brought the sacrifices outside the gate, the animals would stand outside the gate that were going to be the bullocks and that, and you know what animals do when they have to go, right? And so he was telling them, he was telling these guys, you know, you're going to end up, I'm going to bury you up to your face and dung, okay? Now, when God tells you that, you're not having a good day. No, no.

And why? Well, we'll get to why here in a minute as we go through this passage here. He goes on to say, let me, well, you know what, I want to go back for a minute, back to verse 8. Will a man rob God, yet you have robbed me. Let me go back one more verse. Even from the days of your fathers you are gone away from my ordinances. Turn over, real quickly, I'm going to turn over to Nehemiah, and I'll do it, you don't have to turn, I'll turn to Nehemiah. Chapter 13. Nehemiah 13. Alright, Linda in California pledges 100, thank you Linda.

Thank you. In Nehemiah chapter 13, starting with verse 10, and I perceived that the portions, are you there Joe? I'm getting there, Nehemiah 13, what? Okay, verses 10 through 14, go ahead and just read them. And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them, for the Levites and the singers that did the work were fled everyone to his field. Then contented I with the rulers, and said, Why is the house of God forsaken?

And I gathered them together and set them in their place. Then brought all Judea, the tithe of the corn and the new wine, and the oil unto the treasuries. And I made treasurers over the treasuries, Shelemiah the priest, and Zadok the scribe, and of the Levites, Padiah, and next to them was Tanan son of Zakur the son of Mattaniah, for they were counted faithful, and their office was to distribute unto their brethren. Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds, that I have done for the house of my God, and for the offices thereof. And so here, what he's saying, now, the key verse of the 14th verse, when he said, Remember me, O God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds, where he had come to help them and provide for them when they were forsaken. The house of God was neglected, and so the good deeds were not any merit towards salvation, Joe, but rather crowns or standing in heaven.

That's what he was referring to in Etosha. Faith without works is what? Dead. Being alone, and be you a doer of the word, not a hero only. And Revelation 14, 14 says, Your works will follow you into heaven, huh?

Right. And so here, the house of God is forsaken when it is neglected. So to do so is a very serious transgression that, you know, it's hard. Sometimes, you know, you're looking, and you're speaking, and you're preaching to people, and you're looking right at them, and they're looking right at you. But you can tell they're not there. In their mind, they're looking at you, but in their head, they're out there chasing rabbits someplace. They're not getting the seriousness of the message.

It's like, and this is what happens with so many people. It's to, and I know some that don't tithe. They don't tithe. And they don't understand that God actually, for real, means what He says, right?

Right. And so it's a transgression. It's a real transgression. The tragedy, Joe, is that most folks don't realize that what, how much of a transgression it is to try to rob God until it's too late to repent of that, huh? Well, it's the case with most people. It's usually, by the time they figure it out, it's too late. Yeah.

I think that goes for most of the things we do and don't do. Now he goes, let's go back to verse 10, back to Malachi chapter 3. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open unto you the window of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Does God always honor the commitments that people make? Yes, He does.

Okay, so, is He able to do that? Exactly. He's saying if you give like I ask you, I tell you to do, you will receive blessings more than you can, more than you need. So, what kind of a deficit does God have? I don't understand the word deficit.

God doesn't have any deficit. Right. He owes no debts at all, does He? Oh, yeah, right.

I couldn't figure out what you were referring to. He has none. Okay, what is, you know, America's national debt is what? 34 trillion something, but their actual debt is, unfounded liabilities is more like 120 trillion dollars.

Right. And that's to people, that's to private organizations, private corporations that appointed themselves, you know, as world bankers. And so, here, do they really have that money coming?

No, they shouldn't. And so, here, but God… Well, you go back in Deuteronomy, God said basically you were to be a lender, not a borrower. You are to be the head and not the tail. I can't remember the total exact quote, but basically we were not to borrow at all. We should be lending to other nations, not borrowing from them. So, what do we do in America? We borrow from the Chinese, we borrow from the world, we borrow from our enemies.

It's kind of stupid and un, well, of course the Bible says it's wrong. All right, so let me ask you this. What is it that God owes us? Nothing. So, God owes us nothing. What do we owe him?

Everything. Here it is, Deuteronomy 28, 12. The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give rain unto the land in his season, to bless all the work of thy hand. And thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

And the Lord shall make thee the head and not the tail, that thou shalt be above only, that thou shalt not be beneath. All right, we're going to stop right there. I've got a few quick announcements to make. One of them is here in Ohio. We have, here in Ohio, we have, it's coming up Wednesday, we have an election here.

And it's a very important one. And it has to do with breaking, call to action, want America first. We must first defeat the swamp.

That means here in Columbus and in DC, in a press conference today, Ohio speaker Jason Stevens, we had the 22 blue. Okay, these were Democrats that ran, and we warned people that they were doing this. We were warning people. You remember, Joe, I would say, hey, these people, be careful, these people are not, they've voted, they've always voted Democrat. And now they all of a sudden they switch and they're running as Republicans.

Right. The people out there, they sure got fooled. You warned them loud and clear many, many, many times. I kept wondering, you know, we kept saying they're probably doing this in other states too. Oh yeah, oh yeah.

And people didn't listen there also. Well here now, Ohio House speaker Jason Stevens, he was one of the rhino blue 22, announced that he is not running for speaker. So this Wednesday at five, a new speaker will be voted on, be voted in, this coming Wednesday.

Now here's what you do, folks, the guy that should have had it the first time. If you want America first, if you want America first, contact your state representative here in Ohio, folks. Contact your state representative and tell them that you want Tim Bahrhorst for speaker of the house.

Tim Bahrhorst for speaker of the house. The rhino blue 22, these so-called Republicans, vote with the Democrats. And I think what you're going to try, what we're going to see happening, I think they're going to try to, in our Congress too, pulling some of this stuff to get into, getting the Democrats. Some of the rhino Republicans are going to try to get the Democrats in the Senate to go with them and not confirm President Trump's, his picks. But I think they're going to have a harder time this time because Trump has a mandate and they're going to be risking a lot. And so we'll see what happens here because I think we're going to see Trump use some unusual, unusual maneuvers. Well, there's precedent for it. Like when they're in recess, he can make appointments, temporary appointments that will be in place for, what is it, 210 days and then possibly another 210 days after that. So, I mean, whether they actually approve the appointment or not, he can get them in. Yeah, well, Mitch McConnell's come out and said he's going to stop it. Right.

Good luck. Good old communist Mitch. He's showing his true colors. Yeah, he's, and he's got some, some support amongst the rhinos out there with him.

Yeah, I've got a list of them. But anyhow, anyhow, so folks in Ohio, just remember this Wednesday, this is, you only got a couple days, call your state rep and tell them that you want Tim Bahrhorst for Speaker of the House. He's an actual real Republican. Okay.

An actual conservative. Now, I got a couple other announcements to make. Meanwhile, Joe, we got to give the numbers out. The numbers are 888-281-1110. That's the credit card line. That's 888-281-1110 or 888-677-9673.

888-677-9673. Now, some other quick announcements we need to make. And that is, well, one of them is for our good friend Wendy Wilson. She's having her Black Friday sale. And throughout, through December 2nd, 30% off orders of $75 or more.

Okay, and that's with, you know what, I didn't take her phone number. I'll find it and give it out later. That's thepowerirbs.com, right? Yep, thepowerirbs.com. That's the website.

Yeah, just go up to thepowerirbs.com. Now, also, the Geauga County Right to Life Christmas Concert, December 1st, Sunday, at 7 p.m. at the Chester Christian Center at 11815 Chillicothe Road. That's Chesterton, Ohio, for you folks in Northeast Ohio.

This is very important. This is one of the Geauga County Right to Life major fundraisers. And folks, Geauga County Right to Life, you know, we have a saying there.

We've done so much, we're so little for so long, we can do almost anything with nothing. And that's kind of like this radio ministry, too. And so, anyhow, remember, they've been a major part of working with us, saving over 24,000 babies since 73. And they deserve your help.

But this concert, they always put on a tremendous concert. There's no charge, no admission. We just take up an offering there. And I get up there and I speak to the people and I try to shame them into really putting a lot of money.

No, they really deserve it. They work hard. They work very hard. In fact, tomorrow at 1 p.m., come out and join Missionaries of the Unborn from Doers of the Word, folks from Doers of the Word, Missionaries to the Unborn.

And they're going to be right there at 1 p.m. at Route 43 and Rockside Road in Bedford Heights, Route 43 and Rockside Road in Bedford Heights. Come on out and stand with Doers of the Word out there. Help them save some babies. That's what we do. We save babies. And then Friday at 1 p.m., the preterm killing center at 12,000 Shaker Boulevard.

Come on out and stand with them and help them save babies. All right, I think I got it all. Oh, no, one more here. Let me see. Well, there's one more, but I don't have it here. Lost it. That's right. All righty.

888-677-9673, 888-677-9673, or 888-281-1110. We got a little clip to play. Let's play that clip and we'll be right back. President-elect Trump rattling Washington this week with some of his cabinet nominations, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Health and Human Services Secretary, puts his controversial views right back into the spotlight. Joining me now, Johns Hopkins professor Dr. Marty Makary, also the author of Blind Spots, When Medicine Gets It Wrong and What It Means for Our Health. Doctor, good to have you back on Fox News Sunday.

Good to be with you. Okay, you've spent time with RFK Jr. You know his controversial views. You know what critics are beating him up about right now. A piece by an M.D.

over at the Washington Post says this. He's either unable to understand the scientific process that forms the basis of modern medicine, or he purposefully ignores the research. When conclusions don't support his preconceived notions, either explanation is disqualifying for someone overseeing the nation's health and science. Well, I think if we listen to what he's talking about, he's very clear about what he wants to do. Number one, he wants to address corruption in healthcare and corruption in our government health agencies.

A lot of people don't like that message and they're threatened by it. Number two, he wants to get back to evidence-based research and he wants to fund research that's going to answer the big questions of our day. And number three, he wants to address the child chronic disease epidemic. A lot of people are concerned food supply is poisoned and kids are growing up in a toxic milieu and we're drugging kids at scale as the American Academy of Pediatrics is pushing those zempic and six-year-olds. He is talking about health and chronic diseases. It shouldn't be a political message and I think you're seeing a lot of people unite around that message. Parents, it was effective on the campaign and I think they're delivering on that now. I have seen those within the medical community, your peers as well, saying we do agree with him on a lot of that stuff.

Those are conversations we need to have. But they're very worried about his authority over agencies that are very important when it comes to things like vaccines and public health. I would say people should not dissect what he said 30 years ago and listen to what he's saying now. He's saying very clearly he's not anti-vax.

He's not going to remove or take away anyone's vaccines. And what is scary and dangerous to health is not RFK Jr., it's what people just witnessed. It's the food pyramid lie that's been out there for 60 years. It's the medical establishment that lied to us about opioids for 20 years saying it was not addictive. It was the vaccine mandates, ignoring natural immunity, cloth masks on toddlers. That's what's driving a lot of the distrust of the medical establishment.

It's not RFK Jr. There are also those who object within the Republican Party because of his issues on abortion, his positions there. Former Vice President Pence, now with American Freedom, put this on X. He says he would be the most pro-abortion, Republican-appointed secretary of HHS in modern history. He says, I'm respectfully urging Senate Republicans to reject this nomination. So there's the abortion issue too for conservatives that they have some concerns about with him.

I don't speak for him. I don't know his views on abortion, but I do know his views on addressing a lot of these chronic diseases and the issues of the food supply. If you look at the path that we are on as a country, it's not a good path. We're watching so many of these chronic diseases go up. Early onset Alzheimer's has tripled. Cancer in young people under age 50 has gone up by 79%. We're looking at half of our nation's children are sick. We're looking at 40% of our nation's children now with a mental health diagnosis, one in five kids on a medication. So what he is really focused on is this concept that we can't keep drugging our nation's children going down this path.

That's what's dangerous. Really quickly, if he were to be confirmed to this position, how much authority would he have to make real progress on all those things you mentioned in maybe four years? I think he wants to bring in a lot of scientists from highly respected institutions and let them do good work, and I think that's the focus. He is really the quintessential environmental health attorney of our era, and that may be the quintessential issue of our era if we look at our status in terms of health. The central issue in healthcare is the health of the population. It's not health insurance and how we finance the broken healthcare system. It's how we fix it, and so for the first time ever, we're now seeing a focus on addressing the health of our nation's children and the chronic disease epidemic, and that's exciting a lot of people.

Well, for a lot of people, it's a shock to the system, so we'll see how this plays out. Doctor, always good to see you. Good to see you, Shannon. Thanks. There you go. I can tell you how my opinion is. I'm with him on, well, not all the way on the vaccines. I'm against those vaccines.

I can't see that they're doing any good, and I'm with him with the food supply, especially what they have in children's cereal and that, but I can't support anyone who's pro-abortion. I can't do, you know, I mean, if my own mother was pro-abortion, I'd quit talking to her. I'd have nothing to do with her. I mean, I really believe, you know, I'm all the way in. God, you know, God gave me, gave me, gave his life and life more abundant, and I can't have anything to do with anyone. You know, the Bible tells you what can light have to do with darkness and what can Christ have to do with Belial, okay?

And so I can't have, you know, I could never support anyone who's pro-abortion in any manner at all, right? Well, Trump has just kind of told him to stay away from that issue, that his concentration is on the corruption in the FDA. We talked about this years ago, the open door between big business and the food and drug. He might go from big business and do a stint at the FDA and then back to big business, and that's why it's so corrupt.

I think he's picked for that, and I think Trump's kind of told him what to stay away from if he wants the job. Right. The bottom line there, though, is there all these food companies, they have all these chemicals in our food that are outlawed in every other country, but the only reason why they're not outlawed here is money, and that's what needs to happen. Absolutely. Even north of the border in Canada, I mean, this country. Yes, absolutely.

We're outlawed there. All right. Pastor, years ago you and I were talking about, which I can't remember which one, it was one of the FDA red dyes or something, and the Congress passed that, oh, it would be banned, but they would be able to use up the existing supply. Well, the existing supply was six to ten years of this stuff was stockpiled. Oh, yeah. And basically it was like, well, we've banned it, but you've got up to ten years to use up whatever you've got.

I mean, we were talking about how ridiculous it was at a time. This was the kind of corruption that, as the watchman on the wall, we were doing. Yep.

Marion Dayton pledges $500, Carly in Cleveland pledges $500, Rocky in Michigan pledges $25, and Mary Grace in Cleveland pledges $125. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you. One and all, yeah. We're on a roll tonight. Yeah.

888-281-1110, again, 888-677-9673. And it goes back to what we did, when we did that program years ago on the swine flu vaccine, that vaccine that they were giving was made to vaccine hogs, and it was killing the hogs, so the farmers refused to buy it. And so they just turned it, they got it approved for people. And that's amazing, but that's what happened.

It shows you what money can do, how money can influence those in Congress. Alrighty, here's the speaking of that. Service members and veterans and their family members are being encouraged to reach out if they were affected by the use of remdesivir, okay? You know, what the nurses in the hospital over here were calling that was run death is near. That's what they referred to remdesivir. First published by the Gateway Pundit on October 4th, 2024, the remdesivir papers reveals evidence that 64% of service members and veterans whose deaths were attributed to COVID were also administered remdesivir.

That's telling you something there, right? And the author of the report continues to be troubled by the informed consent form given to service members and veterans at the start of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command's clinical trial. The Gateway spoke to attorney R. Davis Yachts to address some of these concerns. The retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and former Judge Advocate General Jag officer described in the form in its most fundamental sense as a contract. I would certainly argue that that form, a legal standpoint, all the same principles of a contract are going to apply, he explained. According to the principles of contract law, Yachts said, it's basically an agreement between two people coming together on something for him.

Honestly, in the key issue, to the benefit of the bargain, layman's terms, both sides of the agreement are ensured by that they are receiving what they intended to receive without deception. And so, do you suppose that they were informed that there's a very good chance that this shot is going to kill you? No, they weren't informed in any way, shape, or form.

And so, yeah, and I know, and that's a real problem. And if anyone tried to inform them, they were labeled conspiracy theorists. Right, and they were, what do you call it, banned and... Misinformation, disinformation. Disinformation, yeah, shut down quickly.

Yeah. When it was really just information. Yeah, when it was truth. And when people did like what we're doing right now, now we went on, but a whole lot of us that went on got a part of the cancel culture, they were cancelled, they were... Oh, big time. Big time, yeah. We're telling the truth, and now...

Even just questioning it, you know, not even being opposed to anything, just asking questions because things weren't making sense. A lot of people were getting cancelled or fired over that. Yeah, I know. We caught a lot of attention because, you know, three weeks before the first kill shot was given, we were telling people this is not a vaccine. It is not. It is not a vaccine.

And all the test animals died, folks. Don't take this thing. We were warning people.

And they kept changing the story around it. Oh, you take this, you won't get it. You won't spread it. You won't get it, you won't spread it. And then, oh, well, you might get it, but you won't spread it.

Oh, well, you might get it and you might spread it, but it won't be as bad. Or, yeah, the story kept changing. Well, yeah, and Joe Obama, Biden, was telling us, you get the shot, you won't get that, and then he had it four times. He got the shot and he got the COVID four times.

Right, he had four boosters with it. Yeah, and I had a lady who was very close to me and I told her, do not take that, do not take that. Honey, my doctor would never, would never steer me wrong, would never suggest I do anything that would harm me. I said, listen, your doctor don't know. Do not take the shot, okay? Yeah, the doctors are just going on what they told him, I mean, or her.

They're not actually testing these things themselves. Yeah. No, no. And what happened was she went and got the shot and then she was very quiet for a long time and then finally one day she said, I've got to tell you something. She said, I wish I'd listened to you. She says, you know, I got that shot and you hadn't heard it from me because the door near killed me.

So sad. And she says, from now on, she said, I'll listen to you. She said, I'll listen to you, okay? And so, I hope she's listening right now. I hope she is. Yeah.

All right, 888-281-1110, 888-281-1110 or 888-677-9673, phone lines are open. I heard tonight, Joe, I saw a quick from Steve Bannon that President Trump has appointed Kash Patel to be the FBI director. Or he will.

It's not official yet, but Bannon has, I don't think he's been wrong about any of these yet. Yeah. So, I'm hoping that that would be a very good choice.

I think it would be a wonderful choice. Who is he? He just picked, let's see, where is it? Duffy? That Fox News guy to be... Oh, yeah. What's his name? I can't remember, but yeah, he's a very good pick as well.

Almost all these picks have been home runs. Yeah. You know what? He has got one of those names that it is hard to remember, but you're right. I think it starts with an H. H-Rig or something along those lines.

I'm not 100% sure. A hedge. No. Haggith. Haggith.

Haggis. Yeah. He's picked Sean Duffy for Secretary of Transportation.

No, we're talking about for Secretary of Defense. Oh, yeah. Pete Hedsteth. Pete Hedsteth, yeah. Hedsteth. Yeah.

It's not one of those... He's a real soldier combat vet, and then he went back and went to, like, Yale, Harvard. So he's highly educated, but he knows the military from the ground up. I would never send one of my kids to Harvard or Yale today. Never. He was ready for it because he was combat tested.

He was a diehard, so they didn't brainwash him at all. All right. We have got Jim in Ohio. Pledges 100. And Joyce in New Jersey. Pledges 35. Thank you, Jim.

Thank you, Joyce. Now, here's the appointment that's scaring them to death. The one that's scaring them to death is Gats. Matt Gaetz, okay? Right. Because they're coming after him, and McConnell said they're not going to let him go in.

No. We need this guy. He had all these accusations against him, kind of like Trump did, and they investigated him, prodded in. They couldn't come up with anything to charge him enough.

If you were Biden government, Department of Justice, and the men were guilty in the least, you would have been able to find something wrong and been able to charge him, right? Absolutely. Sounds like to me they wanted him to play ball.

They wanted him to play ball, and he refused, and they said, oh, yeah, we'll see what your refusal gets you. Yep. You're exactly right. They were after him with every lie they could.

Yeah, you're right. People know it. They've lost all credibility. They know that Justice Department is as unjust as can be. It's as bogus and corrupt, and I mean corrupt.

If they couldn't find anything against him to charge him, you know he's clean. So they're just going to keep pushing, just like they did Trump. He's Hitler. He's power hungry. He's going to put everybody in jail. He's going to bring the world to an end and all this stuff.

Same thing they're doing with Matt Gaetz. They're just throwing everything they've got to stop him because he's the one they fear the most, like you said. Yeah, they fear because he's got a history. For one of the things, he's very highly intelligent, and this scares a liberal.

It sure does. And not only that, the guy doesn't back down. He's like Trump. He's a fighter. He doesn't back down. He's not afraid to ask the tough questions. Oh, you look back at the way he's interviewed different people.

They don't like him at all. He will do exactly what Trump once done. He will clean house. Well, remember, don't forget the immortal words of one Hillary Clinton. If Trump gets in, we're all going to hang. We've got to stop him.

We're all going to hang. Hillary knew that she was guilty of treason, huh? Well, look what she did.

Pretty much, yeah. She did several things. I mean, remember, she gave away our uranium, what, 20% of our uranium stock to the Russians. She was running her own system out of her bathroom. All the allegations with the Clinton Foundation?

Yeah. She destroyed government documents. She was ordered to save stuff. She destroyed documents, phones.

I mean, she did things anybody else did that had been in jail for 20, 30 years. And all that money they raised for Haiti, remember, and only 10% of it went to Haiti. It went to Haiti. All the rest went to Bill and Hillary. Yeah. And so, well, I'm going to tell you, she knows. I mean, this woman is... Well, I mean, there's administrative expenses, right?

Yeah, 90%. What was the other biggie? There was that one... Oh, well, how about Uranium One?

How about selling our enemies? Benghazi. And Benghazi. Benghazi. And then when she had that one guy assassinated, his son... I'm trying to think of something.

My brain's not working. His son was making plans for him to turn himself over to the Americans to give us some information. So she had him killed, and the state government was trying to keep using, and she had him killed so he couldn't do that. It was Colonel Gaddafi, Muammar Gaddafi's son was... They were making a deal that he was going to give up information that the government wanted. She had him killed.

Had him beaten to death like a dog in the street begging for... Muammar Gaddafi just couldn't... He was begging for mercy, and she was laughing. She was sitting there and laughing at that, okay? That woman is one wicked woman. I mean, she is really wicked, okay? Yeah, she did not have the authority to do that. That was another thing she could have been put in jail for, you know?

Being a foreign leader without permission, I mean, come on, that wasn't exactly authorized by her, you know, job. All right, we have prayer requests here. Nurse Elaine, who used to be a part of our co-host, and she's had a really tough year, a bad year physically, and she's asking for prayer tonight.

Mike Wilson also has cancer, and he's in hospitals, and so he's asking for a prayer too. So, do you want to pray for Elaine, Joe? Dear Heavenly Father, you know our sister Elaine, and I'm not sure what is all wrong. She's had a lot of problems lately, but the wonderful thing is you know everything that's wrong with her, so dear Lord, we just lift her up to you that it would be Thy divine will that you would just heal her, make her a wonderful testimony to your healing powers, that you would be with her, that you would bless her in every way possible, but again, we ask if it be Thy will. She's a good and faithful servant, and I just hope all the people out there are praying with me, because everyone out there will need prayer like Elaine.

Someday we all will. So Lord, we just ask you to wrap your loving arms around her, comfort her, and just give her that blessing that you know that she needs the most. Thanks, Joe. We're running up against the clock, and very quickly I'm going to pray. I don't know Mike Wilson. Lord, I don't know Mike Wilson, but Thou dost, and my first prayer would be for him if he's not saved. Of course, it's the prayer of salvation. We know that that's the very first blessing one can receive, so we want to hold him up to you. We know, Lord, that cancer is not a problem for you, Father God. We know that all you have to do is say the word, be clean, be healed.

So we want to hold him up and ask Father God, Lord, since he's asking for prayer, so he's attested a show of faith out there that you might touch him and heal him, and for both of them, Mike and Elaine, and the rest of us to turn our desires towards you again, more and more, every day in every way, and that you might use us to the maximum, right up until the time you take us home so we can hear those words, Well done, my good and faithful servant. We'll be back right after this when a whole lot more don't go away and more to come. Mail your donations to What's Right, What's Left Ministries, 14781 Spearee Road, Newberry, Ohio, 44065.
