Our daughter, Jessie, loves playing detective.
A clue. But since we discovered she has sensitive skin, we've been playing detective too. We thought the problem was our puppy. But it was actually our old detergent.
Aha. So we switched to Tide Free and Gentle. Tide Clean's better than the leading competitive free detergent and it doesn't leave behind irritating residues. Plus, Tide Free and Gentle has no dyes or perfumes, so it's gentle on her skin. Case closed.
If it's got to be clean, it's got to be Tide Free and Gentle. The following program is sponsored by What's Right, What's Left Ministries, and is responsible for its content. Portions of the following program may be pre-recorded. I am Pastor Ernie Sanders, the voice of the Christian Resistance. Stay tuned, my radio broadcast, What's Right, What's Left, is coming up right now!
Coming to you live from Independence, Ohio. We changed our life for the better in many different ways. Heard around the world every Monday through Friday. Pastor Sanders is always years ahead of the rest of the media telling you exactly what they're covering up.
This is What's Right, What's Left. I tune in every chance I get to hear exactly what's going on with the voice of the Christian Resistance. Unabashedly cutting through the rhetoric by exposing the hard topics facing our society and world.
A lot of the other news media don't pick up the news items like he does. And bringing to light the enemies of freedom who are out to steal your rights, your children, and enslaving you. You really get the truth out. I can tune into your show and hear the unvarnished truth.
Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left, with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left, the voice of the Christian Resistance on this fourth day of November, 2024. And boy, this year is moving so quickly.
I mean, time is flying by here tonight. And tonight we have Producer Maximus. That's his title. Producer Maximus, huh? Yeah. Yeah.
Producer Maximus. And that's Kenny. I dig it. Good evening, Pastor. Good evening, young fellow. And tonight we have also out there joining us is the elder Randall Barkley. Hey, Randall. Good evening.
Let not your heart be troubled. Alrighty. Okay. And then we have none other than the radio person, the legendary Joe Larson.
I think we just lost Joe. But we do have Representative Fisher on hold if you want to go to him first. Alright.
Well, then we have State Representative Tex Fisher from District 58. Good evening. Thanks for having me. Good evening. Good to have you there.
We're going to start out with prayer, and hopefully Joe will come back with us. I'm back on. I got cut off. I was going to say something bad about Maximus, so he just cut me off. I knew it was coming. Anyway, I have a quick word of wisdom. Heaven has a wall and very strict immigration policies. And folks, hell out there has complete open borders. That's absolutely true.
It's open to come in, but you can't leave. Right. We're going to do, while we're on the thing for wisdom, what we're going to do, Joe, is we're going to ask all of the folks out there to join us, all around the country, from coast to coast, to join us in praying for tomorrow's election. Amen.
And so, folks, listen. There's power in prayer. Believe me.
Believe me. I know absolutely positively for a fact that, you know, what God says, He means. And we really need prayer. America is a very sinful nation that's been standing in the shadow of a holy, mighty God. And many, many of us here in America have been doing what the Lord has told us to do when we repent and we've been calling out His name. And so let's pray right now, and if you would join us, okay, we can all pray. Pastor Joe and Elder Barkley, and if you want to join in that prayer, too, with us, Representative Fisher, we'd be glad to have you.
I sure do. Okay, so I'm going to start out, and then I'll go from me to Joe. Joe, to Randall, we'll let you finish, Mr. Fisher. So, Heavenly Father, Lord God, as we gather here tonight, Lord, Father, You've told us, You've told us if we call to You, if we repent, okay, and call upon Your name, and that's what we're doing tonight. America, Lord, needs You. You have many, many people here, Lord, Your people down here, Father God, that hate what is happening to America, the home of the brave and the land of the free, the most blessed country in the world.
You gave us this nation, and You blessed us amongst all the nations in the world. And then the wicked ones came in. The terrorists were planted. We've seen the corruption. We've seen the evil, and now the evil has a name.
It's called a party. They call it the Democratic Party or the Deep State, and everything that they stand for, whether it's killing babies in pedophilia or mutilating children or prostitution, everything that they stand for, You call sin, Lord, everything. And so, Lord God, we want our country back. We ask, Father God, tomorrow we have an opportunity, Lord, and that You would knock the apathy out of those so-called Christians. We know, Lord, that only 51 percent of those, only 51 percent of those Christians out there tomorrow are likely to vote. That is pathetic. That is very, very pathetic, Lord.
We also know, Lord, 32 million professing Christians said that they're not likely to vote. And, Lord, I just would ask that You would knock the apathy and the ignorance out of them and put the fear of You into them, Lord. And so, Father God, again, we ask that You would recall in upon Your name that You could bring America back to one nation under God, Lord, the way You gave her to us. This is what we ask in Jesus' name.
Go ahead, Joe. Dear Father, there are so many of us who have been praying for another chance for this country. We may not deserve it, but, Lord, You are merciful, very merciful and long-suffering. And we are pleading with You for that chance to return this nation back with Your help. And, Lord, I want to add not only that, but to have a victory that is strong enough to stop some of the potential violence and hatred that if the victory is big enough, a great deal of trouble and possibly a lot of violence and very bad things can be averted. And, Lord, we, so many of us, do not want to see any more violence and hatred.
We're already story after story of people fighting, assaulting, attacking one another because of wearing a hat or wearing a T-shirt. And, Lord, we know in Your scripture and Your word, it says, A house divided against itself cannot stand. So, Lord, the only answer is that we have the victory in Jesus, the victory through You, to win strongly enough that we can win the House, the Senate, and do something to turn this clock back and start heading back toward those values, principles, ideas, and faith of our founding fathers and the Christian heritage this nation was built upon. And we ask it in that precious name, of course, of Jesus.
And now, Randall. Amen. Father God, we thank You tonight. Father God, You are the author and the finisher of our faith. Lord, You said that men are to always pray and not to faint, and that the prayers of the righteous avail us much. So we thank You tonight. For, Lord God, we don't come empty-handed.
For You said that the weapons of our warfare are not carnals, but mighty to guide to the pulling down of strongholds. So, Father God, in this warfare tonight, Lord God, we intercede on behalf, Lord God, of this country. We intercede, Father God, even on behalf of those that are ignorant tonight, Lord God.
They don't realize, Lord God, the detriment of how serious this time is right now. And so, Father God, we just pray again that You would open their hearts, open their ears, open their eyes to see, Father God, what You are saying, Father God, even this very night. And we just want to thank You. We pray for the airwaves, Lord God, that there would be no trouble, Father God, in Your ministering and warning angels.
And we give You praise, glory and honor in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Amen.
Tex. Well, Lord, please give wisdom to the voters. I know we pray for wisdom for our leaders all the time, but I think too often we overlook that 5% of the people that are going to go to vote tomorrow have not made up their minds yet. So I pray that they will have wisdom and discernment and understand what's at stake for our country, our freedoms, our values, our morals. Our ability to worship freely is on the ballot, and I pray for wisdom and discernment for all those people who haven't made their minds up yet. And then I pray that the Lord will light a fire in the hearts of all those that maybe feel disaffected and feel like they're not going to show up to vote.
Or they aren't sure if they're going to make time, make sure that they are given the conviction and understand the importance of participating in this process, because this is the way that we have the future of our country put into our own hands. And we need to make sure that we are leaning on God's wisdom and God's word for these decisions that we make, because this is the most critical election that we've had in my lifetime, and probably many lifetimes before it. So I pray for wisdom, discernment, and motivation for those who are unsure if they want to participate, and that we all turn out in overwhelming numbers too big to overcome any potential irregularities, and just show up with your hearts on fire for our country and our freedoms and our ability to worship God freely in this country, because that's truly what's at stake. Amen.
Kenny? I'd like to ask God for wisdom for first-time voters. There's a lot of young people out there that didn't get a chance to vote yet in their life.
This will be their first election. Wisdom and courage to go out there and do what you know is right. Do not be overcome or bombarded with all the lies that are coming with every political ed.
Look into your heart and know what's right, and I hope that God will give them the wisdom to go out and pretty much just execute and do your American duty. All right, thanks, fellas, for all of those prayers, and all you folks out there that prayed with us. Listen, believe me, God's listening, and He hears us. And so, let's get into the Scripture.
The title of the message was, The Elect, the Election, and the Elected, Part 2, and we're going to start tonight in Ecclesiastes, chapter 3, and we'll go ahead. Joe, let's take a verse at a time. Go ahead and read verse 1. To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
Well, here, now this is an interesting thing, because you have a listing here of 28 times and 14 pairs of opposites, and every timed event has a specific purpose here. And so, go ahead and read verse 2. A time to be born, a time to die, a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted. All right, so, a time to be born. God tells us pretty clear in Scripture, God gave everyone, did God not give everyone the right to be born nine months after conception?
Yes, He did. Doesn't our Bill of Rights, what does the Bill of Rights say? The very first thing, to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The right to life. And the ultimate, the ultimate hypocrisy is for those that have enjoyed that right to life, the liberty and pursuit of happiness, to deny that very same right to the most innocent and the helpless, and it is despicable.
And they call it freedom of choice. Those are hypocrites of the worst kind. And here tonight, Randall, you sent me that clip, and those Planned Parenthood women who, and I'm going to tell you, I couldn't even watch the whole thing, it made me so angry.
You talk about evil. You say, God Almighty, how could people be so evil as those unclean women? They were talking about how, they were laughing and giggling, talking about the problems they had, pulling the arms and the legs off the little babies, okay? And the one was saying how, what a job it was, pulling the head off a baby, and they were laughing, these are wicked, hoarse women, you know?
I'm almost at the point anymore, when you watch television and hear, and you listen to these women, these Democratic Communist Party unclean women, when you listen to them talk, you wonder if every one of them is that way, if every single one of them is that evil. And then, where it says a time to die, Joe, turn over to Hebrews 9, and in Hebrews 9, read me verse 27 and 28. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment, so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many, and unto them that look for him, shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. All right, so now, he appoints all of us once to die. There are some people that died more than once, but that's okay, like Lazarus. But now, there are many, many that have a second death, okay? And those that are going to have a second death, woe unto them, right? Right, that's woe unto them. And also the fact that God, well, he knows the near the end from the beginning, so he knows the day of our departure, the exact second that we will be called home, called by God.
It's because it's been pre-set. It's his, it's God's call, not ours, okay? We've had, you have some situations there in Scripture where people have asked for the Lord to extend and give them a little bit more time, and it didn't work out too well in a number of cases where God did grant that. So, God's wisdom, if God sets the time, we need to just accept that and go where God wants us. He knows the beginning, he is the beginning from the end. What about people that think that they've decided, I mean, people that, say, are suicidal, and they believe that they've decided that the time that they're going to die, is God on top of that, too?
Yes, he knows, but I guess he allows them to commit that sin if they are, you know, he, he allows us, we have free will, and if we sometimes do some very stupid, sinful things, then it's our choice. Alright, when he says, so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many, and to them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Okay, so, here, there are those people out there, you've heard people say that they believe you can lose your salvation, and I've heard people say that they lost their salvation, and then they came back, they repented, and they got their salvation back. You know, how does that work?
It doesn't. We, salvation is once, it's final, when you're born again, you have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, you're down payment. Now we continue to sin, yes, even though we've been forgiven, born again, we are to go back to the Lord to be asked for forgiveness for the sins that we continue to commit, because we are in a physical body. But the Lord made it clear that once we're saved, we are always saved. God can punish us, take us home early, but we are always saved. Kenny wants you to tell us about some of your sins when you continue.
Go ahead. No, let me tell you this, if you could lose your salvation, you would lose your salvation. Oh, you sure could, yeah, because we will all sin.
As long as God says we are in the flesh, we suffer from the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, we sin because we're in these flesh bodies. Yeah, but it's deeper than that, Joe. Joe, what was our salvation? Our salvation was bought for with what? Paid for by the blood of the Lamb. All right, now that's the most precious quantity substance that ever existed, right?
I mean, it's the only thing that can buy eternal life. Because it was perfect and we are imperfect. That's right. Some of us were imperfect than others.
A couple, yeah. Anyhow, but here's the thing. That he understands. Now think about this. Think about this. Would God the Father, would God the Father cover us, you know, with the blood of Christ and let us lose that salvation, would he trust us with such a precious gift as the blood of Christ?
No, our salvation is saved in heaven, not on this earth. It's sealed. It's in our trust.
We're not capable of keeping that trust. Ephesians 1, 13 and 14, right? It's sealed. Christ Jesus himself is the Sealer. Sealer, right. And the Holy Spirit is the Sealer itself, right? Yes.
Now listen. It's a down payment on eternal life. If you could lose your salvation, what would it take to get it back?
Then Christ would have to die again and he isn't going to do that because he made a sacrifice once, forever, perfect sacrifice, nothing is needed. So he did it right. He did it right. And it was fulfilled exactly the way God planned it, so it cannot be changed. So it couldn't be done any better than it was. No.
You cannot do better than perfection. All right, let's go back over to verse 3. A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up. Okay, now, time to kill. Do you know the Bible talks about a time to kill and who you should kill?
But you want to go over to Leviticus chapter 20. Now, is God immutable? Yes. So if he gives you a statute, does that statute ever change? No. Okay. It lasts forever. He's eternal and his statute lasts as long as he does because he never makes a mistake. He doesn't have to change or correct anything.
All right. So would you start reading in Leviticus 20 and read verses 1 through 5? And the Lord spake unto Moses saying, Again, thou shall say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel that giveth any of his seed into Moloch, he shall surely be put to death. And the people of the land shall stone him with stones. And I will set my face against that man and will cut him off from among his people, because he hath given of his seed into Moloch to defile my sanctuary and to profane my holy name.
And if the people of the land do anyways hide their eyes from the man when he giveth his seed into Moloch and kill him not, then I will set my face against that man and against his family and will cut him off and all that go ahoring after him to commit whoredom with Moloch from among their people. So what does it mean to be cut off? Taken away from God. It means to be killed.
It means to be killed. That's what he's talking about here. Right. Well, and that cut off from God is pretty much like you lose your life. Right.
Because sin is death, right? Yep. So that's what he's saying.
Now, here's what he's saying. God is saying that all of those that sacrificed their children to Kamalek, because it's the same thing, whether you kill a child, it's an offering of sacrifice, or if the sacrifice is one of convenience, or if it's one of hypocrisy, or if it's just one of pure evil, just one of thinking, I've got the right to do this, one of wickedness and pride, okay? Whatever the reason for the sacrifice of the children. I remember when I headed up an operation rescue many years ago there in Akron, and it was in an old motel, and upon the second floor you had a group of witches. These were evil, evil women, okay?
And what happened, they were trying to put curses on me, and all of us that were there at the place. And here they were offering these wicked, ungodly women, they were yelling out, we offer up first their menstrual blood as a sacrifice, this was their communion, and they offered up their children, okay, the babies being born there, to their goddess Sophia, to their god Sophia, okay? These are wicked democratic women, okay? And so here, it's the same thing today, Kamalik, and these wicked democratic women today, they're doing the same thing, not just the women, those feminized males that are with them, they're not men, okay?
No. That are with them, but here, again, this is as evil as evil gets. Now let me ask you this, all three of you fellas, or all four of you fellas, if the pastors in the pulpits around the country were preaching what I just preached, what we're preaching, how wicked it is, and how God's word to the Bible says those that do this not only deserve to die, but they deserve to burn in hell for it. If the pastors were preaching a strong and bold message, what do you think it would be? Do you think we'd have all the dead babies?
We sure wouldn't have as many, of course there's always be some, but there sure wouldn't be as many. Alrighty, we'll be back right after this. Remember me, I helped you get elected, but you haven't done one thing you said you'd do. But even though you'd rather not remember me, I'll remember you. I'll remember, I'll remember, in November, in November, as I step into the little booth. I'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. Remember me, I served my country proudly.
Remember me, I love the USA. Remember me, or am I just some bumpkin who you didn't think would notice the bounce checks and midnight breaks? Remember me, I wrote you all those letters, thinking that you cared what I thought too. Even though you often just forget to remember, I'll remember you. I'll remember, I'll remember, in November, in November, as I step into the little booth. I'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you.
We'll remember, in November, as we step into the little booth. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, in November, to vote for anyone but anyone but you.
the Christians, all decent Christians, all decent people will vote no. Now, if you don't believe what I'm saying, right now, I'm holding the actual ballot. They're betting that you will not read, that you will not read the ballot.
You'll just listen to what you saw on television and check the box, yes. This is what what virtually they're saying is, look, they were stupid before and they voted yes because it's easy to vote yes to no. They didn't read it and this is what they, why they eliminated 50 years of pro-life legislation we worked so hard for.
And they're counting on the people being as stupid again. Now just listen, because this is the ballot. I'm holding the actual ballot in my hand to create an appointed redistricting commission not elected by or subject to removal by the voters of the state of Ohio, proposed constitutional amendment to repeal constitutional protections against gerrymandering.
Do you hear what I said? To repeal constitutional protections against gerrymandering approved by the nearly three-quarters of Ohio electors participating in the statewide election of 2015 and 2018 to eliminate the long-standing ability of Ohio citizens to hold their representatives accountable for establishing fair legislative and congressional districts. To limit the right of Ohio citizens to freely express their opinions to members of the commission or to commission staff regarding the redistricting process or proposed redistricting plans under, other than through designated meeting hearings, an online public portal and would forbid communication with the commission members and staff outsider to these contexts. I just read to you right from what's on the ballot itself. To prevent a commission member from being removed except by vote of their fellow commission members even for incapacity, willful neglect or duty of gross misconduct. To prohibit any citizen from filing a lawsuit challenging a redistricting plan in any court except if the lawsuit challenges the proportionally standard applied to it.
Do you understand? This is pure communism. This is pure tyranny.
So folks, please, tell people you know. Vote no, no, no, no, no on issue one. You have to because... Well, what happens when you let government police itself? They do nothing. You end up with what you have now.
With what Joe Obama says. You end up with with the January 6 prisoners. They're denied the right to vote while those in there for murder, for rape and that, they're given the rights to vote. This is tyranny. You end up with pro-lifers, with homeschoolers, with, you know, good and decent patriot people like the January 6ers in prison by a completely and totally corrupt, a completely and totally corrupted Department of Justice and America Garland. That man is the most corrupt Attorney General that maybe the world's ever seen. But we gotta jump over though, Ken, and we gotta go to Representative Fisher.
Go ahead Texan and tell them what you're up to. Yeah, so we're out, I'm actually here in the Mahoning County Republican Party headquarters with my friend and colleague Senator Al Catrona who represents the 33rd State Senate District. He's been a great, great ally in the cause of conservatism and we're both working really hard to defeat issue one. So thank you for that really great explanation and clarification because there's a lot of a lot of lies being spread by the left about what issue one does. The consequences of issue one are not just limited to redistricting because when they take away our ability to have a clear majority in the state house and they take away our congressional majority in the House of Representatives, that is going to touch and impact every policy area of our lives. That's going to impact what's being taught in public schools, that's going to impact whether biological males are allowed in women's bathrooms and to play in women's sports. That's going to impact whether we're allowed to freely worship and express our faith in public. Issue one is probably the most destructive constitutional amendment that we will have in this state. I think it is every bit as destructive as issue one last November, but with the ability that it it's going to have an even broader impact across a whole different slew of issues.
So thank you for speaking the truth on that. I urge everybody who might be confused, read the ballot language when you go to vote tomorrow. Read exactly what what pastor just read there because what is on the ballot is truthful.
It is going to repeal every protection the citizens of Ohio have against gerrymandering and it's going to permanently enshrine Democrat gerrymandering in the Constitution. So that's one of the most critical votes that we're going to have ahead of us tomorrow. In addition to your state and local and federal office holders, obviously we all know President Trump is critically important that we get President Trump back in the White House. It's critically important that we finally fire Sherrod Brown. He's been in office longer than I have been alive. He's been pushing radical left values that are completely out of touch with what we believe here in Ohio. And we desperately need to change in the U.S. Senate because if we reelect President Trump but we don't give him a majority in the Senate and a majority in the House, he's not going to be able to accomplish anything.
And we're going to be back to square one where he's going to have to fight and beg and scrape to try and even get one small piece of good policy passed. So it's really, really important that we make sure that we vote. Vote for good, God-fearing conservatives all the way up and down the ticket.
No race is too small. The local and county races have more of an impact on our day-to-day lives than people realize, probably even more than who the President is. So make sure that you're vetting and paying attention to, and if you're able to do some research tomorrow before you go to vote, some of those non-partisan races, the local judges, those are also important.
So try to do your research. Pray about it. Make sure that you're very clear on who you're going to vote for when you go into the ballot box, into the voting booth, and make sure that you are voting with conviction all across the ticket, because this is probably the most important election, definitely the most important election of my lifetime. I'm only 28 years old, but there's a lot at stake, and the entire future of our country and the type of country we want America to be is going to be determined tomorrow between 6.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. So I would appreciate everybody's prayers for what we're trying to do here in Ohio. You know, we've had, I think we have a really good feeling about how things are going to go here in the Mahoning Valley and Trumbull, Columbia, and Mahoning Counties, but we're only three out of 88 counties, and we're one of 50 states. So making sure that you're spending whatever time you can between now and when the polls close, talking to people in church, call people that you go to church with, call people in your extended family you might not talk to, and pray for them, pray with them, encourage them to vote, make sure that they understand what's at stake here, because like we talked about earlier, if Christians stay home and if Christians are disengaged and apathetic, we're going to lose our country, and we can't afford to do that. We're the last, we're a shining city on a hill, we're the last beacon of freedom in the world, and if America falls, there's nowhere else for us to go. So I think it's really important that we all spend a lot of time between now and tomorrow night praying for our country, praying for our neighbors and our family members to make the right decision, and to make sure that we do everything in our power to try and save our country, because if we don't do it now, it may be too late.
Absolutely right now. You know, let me just say this. If you knew nothing about issue one, if the only thing you knew about issue one is who is behind it, you start with Eric Holder, Obama's former Attorney General, George Soros is financing it, Bill Gates is financing it, the ACLU is promoting it, and so if you knew nothing other than who's behind it, I mean, could it be worse if the devil himself was behind it?
He basically is. The devil is behind it. Yeah, you're absolutely right. And so, there you go, folks. You got to understand that, and let people vote no.
I've been all over this because I remember what happened the last issue one. You know, I've been, I was in the pro-life movement from the very beginning. I was with Dr. Wilkie when we made our mission statements back in the day, and here, you know, all those years I worked very hard to get on pro-life legislation with the others out there, and because of that issue one, because people misunderstood it, because they were totally confused. They didn't listen. They didn't even read, read it. They just read what was on the ballot, but they didn't.
They listened to what television said, and that wiped out 50 years of pro-life legislation that we made, so you can kill a baby for any reason, and, you know, for the little amount of time that the heartbeat bill was in effect, for that small amount of time, many babies were saved, but Hosea 4-6 is my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, and that's exactly what happened there. So, anyhow, that's, so tell, so tell them about you, you, Tex, you're running, tell them where you're running at, and you're in the, I believe, you are in the 58th district, right? Yes, so I, it's kind of funny, speaking of redistricting, so I currently represent the 58th district. I was appointed to finish an unexpired term at the end of June, but I'm running in a slightly different district, which is the 59th district, so I'm Southern Mahoning County, so if you're from the area, you'll probably be familiar with with Boardman, Canfield, and basically most of Mahoning County outside of the city of Dunstown is my district, so I've been, I've been really honored with this opportunity. It's a great opportunity to serve the community and hopefully accomplish some good, some good positive, positive policy down in Columbus. I've been very blessed to have some really good people that have my back, that have been supporting me, like I mentioned earlier, Senator Katrona, who actually, he moved up to the, to the State Senate. He was formerly in the House, and I replaced him, and so we've been hitting the campaign trail, campaign trail really hard, trying to tell people the truth about issue one.
That's actually what we're out here doing tonight. We're out posting yard signs at our polling polling locations here in Mahoning County. This is one of the most important counties to get Bernie Marino elected.
It's also going to be a really important county if we're able to stop issue one, which I'll tell you that the race is very, very close for issue one. I've seen some polling where there are a lot of people still undecided. So many people are undecided that it's basically a dead heat. It's all going to be about, you know, where are those people who are undecided?
Where are they going to land? Are they going to vote yes or no? Because the election is really in their hands. But I'm doing my best to try and stop that and help elect good, good, God-fearing conservatives up and down the ticket. And in Columbus, there are a lot of things I want to try to tackle, but one of the most important things is education and making sure that our kids are not getting fed, you know, leftist, godless propaganda in schools being paid for by our tax dollars. So that's going to be one thing that we're working on, and Senator Katrona is actually a leader in trying to crack down on some of those explicit materials that are actually being put in our public libraries.
And that's a huge, huge another, I think, issue that people aren't entirely familiar with is how much absolute propaganda is fed to kids at public libraries, and making sure that there are some safeguards in place. He's been a champion of that issue, and so definitely looking forward to the opportunity to hopefully move some of those things forward and make Ohio a little bit of a better place, you know, make sure we protect our values, our morals, and our culture, because, you know, there's there's more to state government than just taxes and spending. Those are really, really important issues, but make sure that we have a strong moral compass in our society. You know, a lot of those issues end up in Columbus in the Statehouse, so that's what I'm going to be working on. Over the next two years, if I'm elected tomorrow, God willing, but I would appreciate everyone's prayers, and if you live in the 59th District in Southern Mahoning County, I hope that I could earn your vote. You can check me out on Facebook, just state rep Tex Fisher, and that's Fisher with a C, F-I-S-C-H-E-R, and, you know, I really appreciate the opportunity to come on and get to know everybody here better, and, and, you know, thank you for the opportunity to pray with you, and I would appreciate, you know, as many prayers as you can give me both today for the election and for the next two years as I, you know, represent my district and have to deal with those really difficult decisions. We have many, many good people that live in your district that listen to us, and I praise the good Lord for them, and, and, you know, we prayed that they, they vote for you tomorrow.
We need to get as many good people. We got to take our country back, and I agree, and so, so anyhow, yeah, so we want to praise, you know, I know that also I was talking to Bernie Marino, and he said, as far as he knows, that virtually him and Sherrod Brown are tied, and I know they, they pumped millions and millions in here for Sherrod Brown. About 80% of that money or more comes from outside the state of Ohio. It don't come from in here, from within the state of Ohio. They've got signs everywhere. I mean, everywhere you go, there's Sherrod Brown signs, okay?
Just, you know, unbelievable, but Marino, like I said, right now, they're running neck and neck, and there's a contest, contrast. Some years ago, when I was about your age, Tex, I had a confrontation with Sherrod Brown. He came to a town hall meeting, and do you know that Elvis was still making songs when Sherrod Brown got into politics? Did you know that? That's how long...
I did not know that. Yeah, that's how long he's been, so back in those days, he came to a town hall meeting, and he was promoting baby killing, a woman's right to kill her child, and I confronted him. In fact, my nose was about a half inch from his nose. I was very upset with him, and I preached him on the fires of hell. I preached him on what God's Word, the Bible, said about killing children, about how you'd rather have a millstone hung around your neck, and he was sweating, and the sweat actually was falling on his shoes, and I remember he said to me, you don't pull any punches, do you? I said, if you think you're hot now, you wait till you get to that burning lake of fire, because God says what you're doing, Sherrod, by promoting killing of his children, you're gonna end up in that burning lake of fire. And then his wife, Connie Schultz, come up one day when I was out front and preaching at the abortion mill, and she stops out there and she screams out at us, look at you, you're all men. Well, there was about four of us men out there that morning in front of the abortion mill, and I said, that's right, Connie, we're men, and we're not ashamed of who we are and what we do, because we're out here doing the Lord's work, and she says very nasty things to me.
But other than that, there you go. Well, I want to thank you, Tex, for coming on here, and good luck with your campaign. Thank you, I appreciate it. Keep me in your prayers, keep all of us in your prayers running for office. You get put through the ringer when you do this, but it's all going to be worth it tomorrow night.
Hopefully we're celebrating a great victory, but thank you for having me. I got a good feeling, I got a good feeling about the election, but what comes after that, well, the enemy right now, they know that if we get an actual real Attorney General in there, that actually invokes the law. These people have committed high, high treason against God in the country, and that's why they are paranoid. There's no telling what they might try to do, and they're talking about one of the things that they're talking about is that on January 6th, that's when the new Congress is sworn in. They think that they have got enough corruption that they can win more seats of Congress to win enough seats to vote that President Trump, that President Trump was involved in insurrection and therefore invoked the 14th Amendment. That's what they're thinking they can do, and I don't think they're going to win it.
I don't see how it would be possible that those wicked people, well, I know it wouldn't be possible legally, not legally unlawfully, are going to pick up any seats. The mood of the country is totally opposite of what the Democrats stand for, and I feel we're going to pick up a number of seats in the Senate because I think there's what, 24 Democrats up, Senate seats up, and only what, 11 Republicans? So we should be able to pick up at least two or three seats in the Senate, don't you think? I think so. Anyhow, there you go. Yeah, I do agree we need to make sure that, you know, the President's important, but the people in the Cabinet are every bit as important.
Absolutely. All right, you know, what I was saying, too, earlier when I talked about that, January 6 prisoners denied the right to vote while career criminals cast their ballots in an appalling move of tyranny. Political prisoners from the January 6 locked up in the Washington, D.C. jail for nearly four years now are being denied the right to vote in the upcoming 2024 election.
Even as the other inmates, including career criminals, carjackers, thugs, violent rapists, repeat offenders, are escorted to early voting stations, these American heroes are being cruelly blocked from exercising their fundamental rights as the rest of the jail population sees their voices counted in a critical election. Let me tell you, the greatest crime cartel in the world, and this is the absolute truth, the most, the biggest crime cartel is the Democratic Communist Party. They are the world's largest crime cartel. They are, the corruption is from head, from top to bottom, and that's just the way it is. Yes.
Yes. Earlier today about our military not, or them running out of dollars for our military, but when you go to check it now, they claim that the fact-checkers have disproved it and you can't find the story, so I'm wondering, did anybody else hear that? No, but I know that they always, the messy with our military, I don't trust Austin in there, these guys were the woke, these, these guys are Obama's people, and they are totally anti-military. Right, the past three years, Pastor, we've had problems with the military ballots coming in late, not being counted, not getting shipped from some base in Europe, I mean, it's, the left hates the military, do not like to wear the military votes, and even in this new woke military, it's not the, a lot of the enlisted people, but it's the high-ups that run it that are extreme liberal woke.
