So go ahead and put her through. We've set out to overthrow functioning constitutional democracies in over 20 countries. We manipulated elections in dozens of countries. We created standing armies and directed them to fight. We went after to organize ethnic minorities to encourage them to revolt. The first thing we did in Nicaragua was to go to the Mosquito Indians who had never gotten along with the other people in Nicaragua very well and give them more money than they had seen in the entirety of history and arms and training and rationales and sanctuaries in Honduras and sent them into Nicaragua to attack, kill, fight, rape, burn, pillage.
And this is an insidious thing. Every society is torn with racial conflicts and conflicts with minorities. Think how violent our nation is. Think what if there were a super superpower so big that we didn't dare even flap back or strike back at them that we're coming to our minorities with huge sums of money and arms and training people from our minority groups and sending them into the country to do open acts of violence, how we would rise up and the bloodbath that would ensue. And this has been a technique the CIA has used in Nicaragua, in Thailand, in Vietnam, in Laos, in the Congo, in Iran, Iraq, with the Kurds in different parts of the world. We created, trained, and funded death squads like the Treasury Police in El Salvador that are responsible for killing as many as 70,000 people according to the count of the Catholic Church. And we've assassinated world leaders, including the United States president in 1963.
And I'll get to that in more detail in just a moment. Getting back to the subject of democracy, and that's something that Bush and everyone is talking about right now, I remind you of Chile. In 1973, the CIA organized the overthrow of Salvador Allende, the democratically elected president of Chile. And he was killed in the process, and we killed General Schneider, who was the pro-US defender of the Constitution there, in order to put the CIA's representative Pinochet in power.
And Henry Kissinger's, when he was grilled by the Congress over this program, his rationale was, yes, the issues are much too important for the Chilean voters to be left to decide for themselves. Now, there was a long CIA destabilization and propaganda campaign against China. We were parachuting teams from Khmer, Matsu, Tibet, Burma, Thailand to destabilize China with the propaganda campaign. The propaganda aimed at the United States as well as China and other parts of the world, until eventually we talked ourselves into the Korean War, where we fought China and Korea, and a million people were killed. There was a long CIA destabilization and propaganda campaign against Vietnam, until we talked ourselves into going into Vietnam to fight, and two million people were killed.
Again, read for yourselves. Read Bill Blum's book, The CIA, A Forgotten History. Read Portrait of a Cold Warrior by Joseph Burkholder Smith, who was a CIA case officer in Southeast Asia. Read Fire in the Lake by Francis Fitzgerald, the daughter of Desmond Fitzgerald, the famous CIA chief of operations of Southeast Asia. Read Deadly Deceit by Ralph McGehee, another case officer who served in Southeast Asia. Read Decent Interval by Frank Snapp, who covered the period of time in Vietnam, 73-75.
He and I were colleagues there at that time. Or, if you will, read my own book, In Search of Enemies by Norton, which remains the only insider's detailed account of the inner functionings of a covert action. Or, read Washington's War on Nicaragua by Holly Sklar, not written by an insider, but a remarkable detail on the Nicaraguan operation, great detail of how that operation has been run. Trying to come to grips with these CIA activities and these broad numbers, trying to figure out how many people have been killed, you can count it up different ways. You can never be sure how many people are killed in the jungles of Laos or the hills of Nicaragua. But, adding them up as best we can, we come up with a figure of six million people killed, minimum figure.
It has to be more than that. A million in the Korean War, two million in the Vietnam War, 800,000 in Indonesia, a couple of million in Cambodia, 20,000 in Angola, the operation I was part of, 22,000 in Nicaragua, again the figure the New York Times cites. You're dealing with large numbers of people who died who would not have died if our tax dollars had not been spent by the CIA to exacerbate situations and destabilize and set people to fighting. So you began to analyze these figures to figure out who are these six million people we've killed.
And again, that's a minimum figure. The conservatives tell us it's a dangerous world. Our enemies have to die so we can be safe and secure. Some of them say, I'm sorry about that, but that's the way the world is.
We have to accept this reality. So you begin to study these things and rip through them and analyze them and break them apart, and you find some shocking common denominators come out to you, namely, for example, since 1954 we do not parachute teams into the Soviet Union to destabilize the country in a brutal way. Coincidentally, 1954 was the first year the Soviets developed their actual capability of actually dropping atomic weapons on the United States. For other reasons, we don't do these things in England, France, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Switzerland, et cetera. These things are all done in countries of the third world where the governments don't have the power to force the United States to stop destabilizing the country and brutalizing their people. These six million people killed are people of the Mitumba Mountains of the Congo and the jungles of Southeast Asia and the hills of northern Nicaragua. Conspicuously, they're people who don't have ICBMs or armies or navies. They don't have any capability of doing physical hurt to the United States. The 22,000 killed in Nicaragua, for example, they're conspicuously not Russians. They're not Cuban soldiers or advisors. They're not even percentage-wise mostly Sandinistas. They're mostly rag-pore peasants, including a high percentage of women and children.
I'm sorry, they're mostly Roman Catholics. Enemies of the United States? I can't give you that one either because we have all these witnesses who've gone down to live in their villages with them, and they invariably come back to testify that the Nicaraguans are the warmest people on the face of the earth, and they love people from the United States, and they simply cannot understand why we would want, our leaders would want, to rationalize spending a billion dollars on a contra force to go into their villages to kill them and mutilate them while their families are forced to watch. Remember that JFK wanted to defund the CIA, and they killed him. It was assassinated, exactly. President Reagan wanted to defund the CIA, and they tried to kill him. And now Donald Trump wants to defund the CIA, and, well, they tried, didn't they? Yep, and I'm afraid they will try again.
Yeah, they will. It's 65 days to the election, so we need to cover Donald Trump with prayer. We need to be covering our own nation in prayer. Congress needs to act and defund the CIA and not be intimidated and scared to death to do it. They've got to do the right thing.
So, I mean, it just has to be. This world is kind of run by intimidation, I think. Years ago, you and I did something, we were showing different examples of intimidation and how usually 90, 95 percent of the time, nothing ever has to happen. People are just intimidated into not doing things, not speaking up, not testifying, not protesting, just the fear of what can be done. And it's hammered over and over by the vicious gang-type retaliations that people see in the news, on the television shows, and it's just like being a snitch will get you killed. And that kind of brainwashing, again, carries over, and it's extrapolated into a lot of other areas where it really isn't true, but people are ruled in this world by fear, and our Lord tells us we are not to be afraid, right? We are to put our faith and trust in Him. 366 times, He says, fear not. Only 366 times, right? Yeah, one for every day and even leap year, huh?
Yeah, that sounds like maybe God wants us to know that. Yep, there you go. What do you have? I've got this one Kamala Harris, this Elon Musk. There's a battle going on, folks, and it's against free speech. Oh, yeah. Oh, Kamala Harris out there, the title of this news. Kamalak. Kamalak. Kamalak, Kamalak, yeah.
Kamalak. He has lost his privileges. Wait a minute. He has lost his privileges and that his free speech excite, formerly Twitter, should be taken down. See, she's going to war with Elon Musk.
Now, if you think about, wait a minute, privilege. No, he bought a company. He has been promoting free speech. He is the one that turned over evidence of the government corruption with, you know, the media to misinformation, disinformation, lie to us, deceive us, brainwash us, and now they're saying, you know, they're trying to ban his platform in Brazil because, you know, again, in free speech, they're going socialist in Brazil. They don't want the truth out, and here's what she had to say. They are speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation, and that has to stop.
Wait a minute. Oversight, regulation, in other words, government oversight and regulation, and what does the government always do? They always hide things that hurt them. They promote things that help the government, help the other side.
This is dangerous, dangerous territory. This lady is a communist. She wants to end free speech. The only free speech allowed is that which supports the narrative of the Communist Party, which is the Democrat Party nowadays, the far left, communist, socialist, whatever you want to call it.
It is all the same. They want to totally control you. They want to do it, and the first thing they've got to do is control free speech. They've got to stop free speech from happening. Every country has been taken over, whether it was Venezuela, stop the free speech.
Right now they're trying to do it now in, what did I say, Argentina or Brazil, sorry, Brazil. But you go back to Germany, cut off free speech. Everywhere evil triumphs, that's the first victim is free speech has to go.
The government starts to control everything you see, hear, think, and your freedom goes. So we're warning you now. This is a battle. Musk is going to stand and fight, and RFK is joining with him. But remember way back, do you remember Robert Reich?
I'm sure you do. He was the former labor secretary under Bill Clinton, and guess what? He is now calling for the arrest of Elon Musk.
For what crime? For allowing free speech on X. His comments were made in the Guardian newspaper, that's a London newspaper, and he called for Musk to be reined in because he is out of control. Yeah, the government can't control him, so he's out of control because he won't bow to the government, to the Communist Party. This is the liberal way they work. This is why this election is, it's not about Kamala or Kamala Harris. It's about whether we have a constitutional republic or a communist state. That's what this election is about. Donald Trump is for freedom.
The Harris team is for what? Radical socialism, communism, you name it. That's what's on the agenda. It's not about her joy. It's not about her new persona. It's whether America stays America or really freedom in the world ends. This is getting that serious.
Would you agree with me? Yeah, and again here, you do have people, one of the fellows I would like to see replace Merrick Garland would be Attorney General Ken Paxton from Texas. Ken Paxton, he warns Harris County and Bexar on using private company to print ballots and send them out to unverified recipients. So Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton warned officials in Harris County not to send out ballots to unverified recipients, including the non-citizens and the felons.
Attorney General Paxton published the warning on Labor Day on the Attorney General's website. Paxton continues to serve as a gatekeeper to the attempts by the communists and the rhinos to steal the state from the eligible voters. Bexar County, Texas officials announced recently they were going to pay a third-party vendor to print and distribute voter registration forms for unregistered individuals residing in the county.
Texas counties have no statutory authority to print and mail state voter registration forms. Crooked Harris County officials, the county that includes Houston, may attempt to follow suit. So there you go. I'm thinking of that old hymn, I can't remember the name, but the line is, the battle goes on forever twixt the darkness and the light.
And that's really what we're up against. Did you hear? Remember Governor Hochul there in New York?
Oh, how could you forget her? Yeah, well, it turns out her former deputy chief of staff was arrested today by the FBI for being a Chinese agent in a dawn raid on her, get this, she's a staff member, $4.1 million home. Linda Sun, S-U-N, and her husband, Chris Hu, were taken into custody there in Long Island out of their mansion, their $4.1 million mansion, and she's accused of enriching herself and her family by acting as an agent of the Chinese Communist Party. This was revealed in an indictment. She's charged with blocking representatives of the Taiwanese government from having access to New York state officials, changing messages on issues that involve the Communist Party, the CCP. She used her proceeds of her illegal work to buy this home there, as well as another $2.1 million condo in Hawaii, and luxury vehicles including a 2024 Ferrari, which is well over $100,000. She and her husband are also charged with laundering the proceeds of their illegal activities.
But as you get into this, oh, it gets fascinating because she has had many other jobs. She was Deputy Chief of Staff within the New York State Executive Chamber, and you get down here, the couple, where is it? She held post in the administration of former Governor Andrew Cuomo back in 2012. She served as Global New York Trade Manager, Agent Outreach Director for the Office of the Governor, and Queens Regional Representative. She was with the Cuomo administration as the Chief Diversity Officer, and then in 21 was the Deputy Chief for Hochul, and then she had a job at the New York Department of Labor, where she served as a Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Business Development, and something else, there's so much here, but she's been in government service with all these different people, and she even has ties to New York Mayor Eric Adams, and the investigators were looking at his records with stuff on her. Isn't it interesting, we've had several Chinese spies, and they always seem to be, let's see, with Democrat Congressmen or Senators, right? One was a driver for the California Senator, what's her name?
Oh, the one that quit. Feinstein. Feinstein, her driver for 12 years was a Chinese spy, and then we had that crazy guy that slept with Fang Yang.
Fang Fang. Yeah, she was a Chinese spy. That was another Democrat. There's another one I can't think of, but at least three, maybe four, they seem to be embedded in the Democrat Party.
I find that, well, very telling is what I find it. Well, it's because the Communists know, they know each other, and they're in there, but it's not that they didn't know who they are, okay? Here's the other thing. Iran's plan for the 2024 U.S. election, here's an interesting thing. There are reportedly Iranian attempts to make sure former President Donald Trump does not return to office. There is reportedly both the high-end threat of direct assassination and malign influence activities from cyber and social media. Walid Fair is a respected expert in Middle East matters, has said the Islamic regime in Iran is trying to assassinate former President Donald Trump with hopes of doing so by November 5th. Listen, I would give you odds that it's not the Iranians, it's the CIA that is behind trying to kill Trump. And, oh, the Iranians, I could see how they want him dead, but I find it very interesting now because Joey Biden just come out and said, you know, they tell me now, my people tell me it's too dangerous for me to go out in public.
To speak in public is too dangerous now, so I have to avoid that. Isn't that interesting? You don't suppose they're going to use this to try to, for like a segue into war, into... Yeah, it sounds like a very frightening thought. We knew, you know, something bad was going to happen before November, and there are so many possibilities that just add one more to the list.
Absolutely. I could just see. Even before the July 13 Butler shooting that inquired that injured Trump, which is not known to be linked to Iran, there was concern that Iran was plotting to kill the former president. That whole thing, that whole thing was the CIA. The CIA does not want Trump.
You know, the IATLs do not want Trump because, remember, he had them against a wall, they were broke, they couldn't continue with their nuclear program, they didn't have any money to fund all their proxies, and so that part of it, see, when they do a lie, they always take some truth and then the rest becomes more believable, but that's how you do a good lie. Well, you know, you're seeing with the attempt on Trump, President Trump, how they try to cover up, they try to clean up and leave no evidence to cover their tracks, and that had to do with the Secret Service, and that had to do with the FBI, more likely the CIA involved, too. You know, all of the CIA agents, the whistleblowers, said they couldn't believe, or the Secret Service, rather, the whistleblowers said they couldn't believe, they never cleaned up a crime scene like that so quickly. Never did they wash down with acid.
Then you went into Crook's house, went into his home. Right, his body was cremated all of a sudden, yep. Getting rid of all the evidence as quickly as they can. Normally, you know, the body stays with the, not the embalmer, the corners for quite a while because they have to do toxicity tests and everything else, take time. So any time they come and they have a body cremated, immediately they're covering something up because there's something they're trying to hide. Any other major crime you see, any crime show on television, it takes quite a while to get all that information back from labs and whatnot. And the most suspicious thing they can do is just have the body cremated. There's no reason to do that.
Except if you want to hide things. Well, right now, the headline, Trump assassination attempt, whistleblowers claim they were woefully unprepared to provide security. Whistleblowers-led agents were given grossly inadequate training.
That's the new headline on Fox News. Those weren't even Secret Service, those weren't even Secret Service agents. Right, they were brought in from Health and Human Services. No, Homeland Security. Security, yes.
Yeah, so I mean, can you... The agents that were there, though, they're claiming they weren't properly trained. The ones that they sent to Trump were not trained good agents. Those that were originally assigned to Trump, they pulled six of them off and sent them over to Biden's wife. Right, so she could go shopping or something. No, she was supposed to be speaking at an event at the same time in a different place, so they sent them over there to the actual Secret Service agents. Yeah, nothing like, you know, the one who's in danger. There's been no threats on her life or anything.
Trump's the one that's had the threats. So this whole thing smells worse every time we find out something else. It gets... It was a setup. A setup, yeah.
Is there any word I can come up with? I mean, just the story gets darker and darker and darker. Every fact comes out. Well, the senator from your state, Holly, said it was a setup, and he knows it was a setup and that there's going to be an investigation to see if somebody's going to get fired. Well, you know, I would think that the attempt to be a part of a coup to eliminate a president is worth more than being fired, wouldn't you think? The punishment should be greater.
I would think it is. This article is talking about the lead agent. There are people, these HSI agents, lack of training. They came over not trained, and the lead agent was known to be inexperienced and, quote, incompetent, and they said that there were also... She was not checking people's IDs. She didn't use the Secret Service agents. This is according to Senator Josh Holly, and most of the agents there that day were not Secret Service. They were Homeland Security, which we said, and the ones that they sent over from Homeland Security were not trained. They were complete lack of training and preparation.
They didn't know what they were doing, what they were supposed to doing, and they had no communication with the local police departments and people that were there, supposedly in supportive roles. So if you wanted to set something up so that something bad could happen, that's how you do it, right? I guess so. Hey, Austin. Hi, Pastor Sanders. I'd like to ask you two questions and make a statement. Now, can you name me five or seven prophecies that have been fulfilled from 2000 up to now? Well, that would be something five to seven prophecies that have been fulfilled. Well, I think if you start right there in Matthew chapter 24, you can probably have five of them right there. Starting with verse four. So, there in Matthew, there would be a good sweat. My second question is, are you familiar with the Ecclesiastic chapter 7?
I'd have to go take a look at it. Well, maybe I can tell you something. It says in there, it's a good idea not to be too wise or too just. Because, you know, bad things can happen to you. But does Ezekiel 3 take preference over that? Ezekiel chapter 3 tells you to be the watchman on the wall, right, and to warn the righteous and the wicked. It says not to be silent, because if you're silent, that's how evil people take control, right? Right.
Exactly. And my last statement is, do you ever tell your audience to pray for the CIA and FBI? Because in the Bible it says nothing's impossible with God. And if you pray, it gives you the virtue of hope. We always tell the audience to pray that they go to repentance. If they fail to repent, then they be removed, okay? And that's what the Bible teaches, that repent or perish. The Lord Jesus said, repent or perish. So, that's what we pray for. You have a lot of courage, Pastor Sanders.
Thank you. You know what? If you go to 2 Timothy chapter 3, you'll have about eight of those prophecies fulfilled right there in that one chapter. You know, a lot of people say we're in the end times. But I think events have to speed up more.
You know, like earthquakes, fires, floods, tornadoes and stuff like that. It has to get worse. And mothers and fathers have to turn in children, and children have to turn in parents. That hasn't happened yet. Well, that's what they try to legislate that in Canada. Trudeau tried to make that. And right here you had some of those Democrats that were calling during COVID, remember?
Right. Governor Walz there in Minnesota wanted the neighbors to call and report their fellow neighbors if they went outside their house and went out to get some air. So, it's already happening in places.
And the teachers in the public schools were telling the students to report their parents if they were doing this. In fact, they... Pastor Sanders, my last thing. Pray for me and the government. Okay. How should we pray for you, Austin? Well, I have a lot of faults and God knows them.
Alrighty. Well, we'll just... Or you take those and just ask the Lord to forgive you for all those faults because you're just like the rest of us. I have to go back to Him quite frequently and admit that I've done another sin, I've done something wrong, and I need to be forgiven.
But the wonderful thing there, He's always there, He always listens, and if you are repentant, He does forgive. Is this Pastor Larson? Guilty as charged. You do great work, too, just like Pastor Sanders.

You know, for several reasons, neither one of us should probably be here, and I just wake up thankful I got one more day to work and serve and laugh and love and serve the Lord. Absolutely. When you think about it, Joe, you know that there's six billion, six billion people in this world live on two dollars a day or less. Did you know that?
Yes, I did. And that was shocking when you think of it. It's one of those figures you can't really wrap your mind around the poverty in the world, how many poor, and that's why they're exploited, because they're poor and we just, what's that phrase there, but for the grace of God, go I? Well, you see, when Joe Obama said that the economy was good, it was good, he was talking about for the billionaires here in this country, it's not bad for the billionaires, the wicked, wicked billionaires. They're trying to totally... Their wealth is growing fast, because they're able to take care of things because the situation is bad for others. It gives them opportunities to get richer. Well, James chapter five talks about woe unto you rich men, but what he's talking about is these corrupted, corrupted, and that's what we have here. And so what happens is their own money betrays them, don't they, because what happens, Joe, is they learn to put their trust in what they can buy and their wealth. Yes, exactly.

Hey, Pastor Arnie. In reference to the guy who tried to, the kid who tried to assassinate President Trump, there's been some research on him from a reliable source. Now, they said that he was in one of, he tried to try out for the high school rifle team, and when he shot it, it hit the ceiling or something, he got laughed away. That's garbage. They have it on record that he's been at the Homeland Security shooting range, practicing, and that he was there the day before, and he's been going there like the past year. Have you heard anything like that? Yeah, yeah.
I know that he was doing that, and I also know that there was a picture, I don't know how legitimate it was, because you can do things of his dad holding up a CIA badge with his name on it, Crook's name on it, and his dad was saying he was, what do you call it, not an actual agent, but maybe not a, pardon? Would it be agent? No. What's the word? I know what you're thinking here is a... Asset, they call him an asset.
Asset, asset. Yeah. Oh, yeah, that makes sense, because I must have not heard it when you brought it up, but, yeah, there's a lot more to it than meets the eye. Oh, obviously, I mean, today it looks like it's got CIA fingerprints all over it.
For sure. See, they've run it to the point... Almost anything going on, there's a lot more than meets the eye. It's getting so complicated, the web of connections is so deep and vast, it's hard to keep track. Exactly.
And they always try to deflect things, like when he left all of those billions of dollars worth of military equipment, they deflected it with the January 6th thing. Absolutely, yeah. All right, you guys have a blessed night, thank you.

Hi, Clifford. Yeah, a good book was Mark Lane, The Last Word. It's an audiobook. It's kind of interesting about the Kennedy assassination. This guy was relentless in trying to track things down, but he finally got the one guy from the CIA, he has his name, to admit that Oswald was never in Mexico, never went to the Cuban embassy, never went to the Russian embassy. And the CIA was behind having the receptionist at the Cuban embassy arrested, because she wouldn't go along with the story that Oswald was there. She said the guy was heavier, did not meet the description, and had this 26-year-old woman arrested, but they set up Oswald in anticipation of a warrant commission, and they told the warrant commission, you know, you have to kind of squash this, because the Russians were in on this, and he was going to go to Mexico and Cuba after this.
And, you know, 50 million people in America could be killed if we let this out. So they set up that whole story, and there was a high school kid that was, it was like maybe 9th grade or 8th grade even, that saw the shooter from the window, and he said it was a colored man. And then the FBI called him up and intimidated his mother, got threats.
So Oswald wasn't even a shooter. He was a throwaway, it's what they call a throwaway. Yeah, yeah, so they did that whole story in anticipation of a warrant commission.
That's what they did to Tim McVeigh, he was a throwaway. Yeah, yeah, so pretty smart plot. But I want to ask you about the last couple of verses in Amos chapter 1 and 2. Both are interesting. The first one I would relate to abortion. The very last couple of verses, three or four verses in Amos chapter 1. The second one would relate to the inescapable tangents of the Lord, no matter what your attributes are, they're not going to work.
Okay. Thus saith the Lord, for three transgressions of the children of Enoch and the four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof, because they have ripped up the women with child who bleed, and they might enlarge their border. But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabah, and it shall devour the palace thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, and with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind, and their king shall go into captivity, and his princes together, saith the Lord. Well, that would be, that, I don't know, you can have an implication, what they did is, it sounded to me like, when they ripped up the women with child, you know, that they, that's what they did. That they, they killed them.
They tore the child out of the womb. Yeah. So that was considered akin to murder, basically, according to Amos, I would, you know. Oh, absolutely it was murder. It was murder, yes. Yeah.
They might not have killed the woman, they might have just, uh... Or they killed the child, it's murder, that's still a murder. Yeah. There was a scripture, God said that was murder. Well, you know, if you go, you'll find the answer to that in Exodus 21 verses 22, Exodus 21 verse 22. There, that gives you the answer on that. Yeah.
But go ahead, what was the second question? Yeah, the second one was Amos chapter 2, the last, like, three verses. Uh, you know, it's talking about, like, uh, even the, even the, uh, swift will not be able to run away, the courageous, the courage won't do any good. Yeah, he says, therefore the, therefore the flight shall perish, and the swift and the strong shall not strengthen his force. Neither shall the mighty deliver himself, neither shall he stand that handleth the bow, and he that swift on foot shall not deliver himself. Neither shall he that righteth the horse deliver himself, and he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the Lord.
Well, the point that he was making is, you can't fight against God and win. When judgment comes, yeah, no matter what you, who you are, what you are, you're toast. And I saw that the Metropolitan Museum is amazing in terms of the art they have, but I remember that one picture that made an impression on me was the last judgment, painting from the Middle Ages. And it had a long group of naked people on one side of the river, and a long group of naked people on the other side, and the one on the one side of the river were, uh, on their way potentially to hell. But either way, they were already dead apparently, according to the, you know, the text, you know, what they wrote underneath, and, uh, so they were naked in a sense, so you're at the mercy of God at that point. You know, like, flee away naked.
But that really made an impression even more than Dante's Inferno, which is an amazing painting. Yeah, well, we're out of time, but thanks, Cliff. Joe, you've, how much time do we have there, uh, Stile? You're coming up on six minutes. Six minutes, Joe.
Six minutes. I'm going to do something a little different. I'm going to give you one of my hymns, which I often do, but it's a hymn called When the Roll is Called Up Yonder. And for any of you out there who aren't saved, this is, uh, something that Ernie and I, Pastor Ernie and I know, when the roll is called, we're going to be there. And I want to read this poem, because that's what these hymns are.
They're poems set to music. When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound and time shall be no more, and the morning breaks eternal bright and fair, when the saved averse shall gather over on the other shore, and the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there. On that bright and cloudless morning when the dead in Christ shall rise, and the glory of His resurrection share, when His chosen ones shall gather to their home beyond the skies, and the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there.
Let us labor for the Master from the dawn till setting sun, let us talk of all His wondrous love and care, then when all of life is over and our work on earth is done, and the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there. Pastor Ernie will be there. Will you be there? Will you have made the greatest decision of your life? Will you have made that decision where you want to spend eternity? Will you spend eternity in heaven as a child of the kingdom with the Lord Jesus? Or will you spend eternity in hell?
There's only two choices. The world doesn't like to hear that, but that is what God says. He gives us a choice between blessings and cursings.
He tells us, you know, where to choose life, everlasting life, where to choose Him. Have you thought all the problems in this world that you have, most of them we create ourselves because of our sin. We people become prisoners of sin, prisoners of Satan by our choices at free will. We choose to do things that are ungodly, unrighteous, that are wrong.
But we have help. We can have God on our side helping us, forgiving us, but we have to what? John 1, 1-9 says, if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And we know that Ephesians 1-7, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of His grace.
Yes, Jesus said what? When He shed His blood, He said, for this is My blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. He did that at the Last Supper.
He was letting us know His blood was going to be shed. He was going to make that once perfect total sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins. So God sent the Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world to the cross to do a substitutionary death to pay the price for our sins. But we have to accept, we have to accept His grace, His offer of grace, and to do that we have to confess our sins. We have to call upon the Father and we have to confess that it was our sins that placed His Son on that cross and we are sorry.
This is the point. You have to be really repentant that your sins placed His Son on that cross. And if you do that with a repentant heart, the Father will forgive. And when you're forgiven, you're able to call upon Jesus Christ and ask Him to come into your life to be Lord of your life, all of your life. You have to make Him first place.
Yep, first place. You can't, you know, put everything in the world ahead. He has to be the head of everything in the world. And if you're willing to do that, He will give you the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God. And your body then becomes the temple because your housing God is Holy Spirit. You become a new creature, a new creation, Scripture says. You become a actual son or daughter, a child of the kingdom, a son or daughter of the living God.
One minute, Joe, one minute. A personal relationship, got it. Personal relationship, not a religion, but a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, with God Himself. You become that born again believer and your life will be changed. You will find peace in your life. You will find joy and happiness. You will begin a journey to grow in knowledge and love of God. And you, it's a greatest decision anyone can ever make.
You have to make it yourself. Jesus told Nicodemus that you must be born again, have that spiritual baptism of the Holy Spirit. There is no other way to get to Heaven, no other way to be in the presence of God Almighty but His way. You must choose. Where are you going to spend eternity? Who will be your master? God or Satan? It's up to you, right, Pastor?
Yeah, and you want to make that decision while there is time. Call upon the name of the Lord while there is still time.
