The following program is sponsored by What's Right, What's Left Ministries, and is responsible for its content. Portions of the following program may be pre-recorded. I am Pastor Ernie Sanders, the voice of the Christian Resistance. Stay tuned. My radio broadcast, What's Right, What's Left, is coming up right now.
This is what's right, what's left. I tune in every chance I get to hear exactly what's going on with the voice of the Christian Resistance. Unabashedly cutting through the rhetoric by exposing the hard topics facing our society and world.
A lot of the other news medias don't pick up the news items like he does. And bring into light the enemies of freedom who are out to steal your rights, your children, and enslaving you. You really get the truth out. I can tune into your show and hear the unvarnished truth.
Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left on this 21st day of July 2024. I'm Radio Pastor Ernie Sanders, and indeed, this is the voice of the Christian Resistance. And tonight, the title of my message is, Because God Has Already Ruled, and that trumps strategy. Because God has already ruled. And I've been more than just a little bit concerned, folks, about some of what I'm hearing from the RNC on the softening of the positions on abortion, which is child killing, baby killing, and LGBTQ, which happens to be an abomination, an unclean thing.
Now, I've spent over 50 years in the battle for pro-God, pro-marriage, pro-family, and pro-life. And every time I've seen people win, and used to be, well, let's take what we can get now, and we'll go back for the rest later. And that never works. That never works. Whenever you compromise, even the little least bit, you never get that back, folks. And when it comes to your position now, I've heard President Trump say that he has exceptions.
Well, when it comes to abortion, he should not. You know, we have a manual that's very clear. It's called God's Word of King James Bible. And in God's Word of King James Bible, God has ruled. God has ruled, okay?
And there are no exceptions for rape, for incest, or even for life of the mother. There are no exceptions in God's Word. Folks, again, God has ruled on this. God has ruled on the sin of sodomy. It's an awful sin. It's a transgression of God's law. It's a transgression of God's law. God has ruled on the sin of pedophilia. It's, again, it's a transgression of God's laws, these things.
And so for people to come out and say, well, we're going to kind of soften our position so that we can bring more people, we can have a wider tent. Wrong way to go. I can tell you this.
If they, if that's what they do, they'll never get a dime from me. Folks, again, in this ministry for over 50 years, we've had one position, and that's no, absolutely no compromise period. Now, this nation has been under a horrible, horrible threat because we open our borders wide. We have the wide open borders, okay?
And just like they want to have a wide tent, a big tent, and here you have President Trump warning about all of the illegal aliens coming across our wide borders, wide open borders. We have murderers, we have rapists, we have human smugglers, we have drug dealers, we have terrorists, et cetera, and a lot of crazy people. Yeah, a lot of crazy people. They've let them out of their, well, kind of have to be a crazy person, in my opinion, today to be a Democrat.
I'm not saying that to be mean or nasty, but when you challenge God, you've got to be crazy. So here, when, and I've seen some of these churches have signs out front saying, all welcome. Everybody is welcome, without exceptions.
Everyone is welcome. You're saying the door is open, come on in, Satan, okay? And so here, what you've just done, when you've done that, you've planted a lot of tares in the garden, and we're going to start tonight, because God has ruled on all of this already, and we're going to start from the world's most authoritative book of law, and that's right here, the King James Bible. Chapter 12, verses 1 and 2. I beseech you, therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Now here, what he's saying is, believers, when he talks about by the mercies of God that you present, he's referring to believers having the duty of all comprehensives to yield their bodies in an abstention of evil, in an abstention of evil, and also as an instrument of good. When he says here, a living sacrifice, we are to be a living sacrifice, holy, that means without blemish or unforgiven sin, acceptable, that means instruments of righteousness and reasonable service. That's referring to that we make our bodies as a living monument of redeeming mercy, and you know, in that word there, too, it's an interesting thing, where it says acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Here, we used the very same word, it could be used called rational.
Reasonable there, and the other change means rational. In other words, logical, logical, that your body is a logical instrument of redeeming mercy. So here, he goes on, he says, be not conformed to the world. Now, that's kind of a subtle, unconcise indoctrination to be conformed to the world, and be not conformed to this world, and when people get conformed, most of them are doing it without their knowledge, they really don't, they don't really realize that they're being conformed to the world. He goes on saying how, and be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that's an inward spiritual transformation to make your whole life new. Then he says here that you may prove, that same word there also is the same word you would use for experience, that you would experience what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
And so, here, folks, it's very clear that we are not, that we are not to allow ourselves to be indoctrinated here and conformed to this world. And what they're saying, look, let's give a little bit, I had a lady say, Pastor, you know, how come there's no gray area with you? How come everything is black and white? I opened the Bible, I showed it right here.
Do you see anything that's gray in there? That's God's word, right? God's word is black and white. There are absolutes, there's absolute rights and absolute wrong. Everybody wants to run for the cover of gray, you know, when, to try to justify, actually, more than anything else, sins of omission. And so, again, our policy from day one in this ministry for over 50 years has been no compromise period, and we've stuck to that, and it works pretty well. Now, I want to go over to Matthew chapter 13, and I'll get there in a minute, Matthew chapter 13.
Okay. And in Matthew chapter 13, Proverbs, verses 24 through 30. Another parable putteth forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto men which sow good seed in the field. That's interesting because, you know, that term, kingdom of heaven, is used 32 times here in the New Testament, and all 32 times you find it right here in the book of Matthew. And the other is like if you go over to Mark, it's not the kingdom of heaven, it's the kingdom of God. And that means that the earthly aspect of God's kingdom is essentially the church and all those that are doing the Lord's work on earth.
He goes on to say, here, But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went its way. See, that's exactly what they're doing when they come in and they tell you to compromise. Just, you know, compromise. I have a relative of mine say, Uh, chill out a little bit, Pastor, chill out a little bit. You know, you don't have to be so so stringent, you know, uh, you know, you got to loosen up.
In other words, compromise somewhat, you know? Uh, no. Look, look, you get it's like having a cup of clean, pure water, right? Pure clean water. And then you put just a drop of sewer on the other side of the cup. You say, Well, that's all right, because that's on that side of the cup. You're drinking out of this side. No, no, no. A little leaven leavens the whole the whole low folks.
And it's always better not to ever start the compromise. But when the blade was sprung up and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tears also. So the servants of the householders came in and said unto him, Sir, did not thou so good seed in thy field from whence then have the tears? And he said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The service said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? And he said, Nay, lest while you be gathering up the tears, you root up the wheat with them. Let them both go together until the harvest. And in the time of the harvest, I will say to the reapers, gather you together first the tears, bind them in the bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.
Well, the terrace has two things. One, it's the false doctrines out there. You've got all of these 200 perversions of God's word, the Bible out there on the market today. And also it's false Christians, it's people, many professing to be Christians that aren't.
They're wolves in clothes, sheep's clothing. And so here, he's making a point there, and he said, And the enemy hath done this. The service said unto him, Wilt thou then we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay, lest while you gather up the tears, you root up also the wheat with them. Now here, if we go to verse 27, So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didn't thou not sow good seed in the field? He's asking a question from whence hath these tares? And the householder should have said, Well, here I've seen these tares. These tares never could have infiltrated the wheat, which is the church, if you had been alert to it, if you had been alert and watching, they never could have got in.
But people weren't alert. And that's what's happening today. Again, I've seen signs outside of what are called churches that are saying, All are welcome. There's a church here over towards the Parma area.
I can't remember exactly where it's at, but it's got a big sign out front. All are welcome here without exceptions. All are welcome here without exception. Well, that's where the Bible tells us very, very clearly, folks, that well, we'll get it. Let's go over there to that.
Let's take a look over it. Second Corinthians Chapter six, and we'll we'll read it right from the scripture. We're to be separatists. Second Corinthians Chapter six, starting with verse 14. Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers? For what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? What communion hath light with darkness? What concord hath Christ with Belial?
Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what arrangement hath the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God.
As God has said, I will dwell in them and walk in them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore, come out from among them and be you separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing, and I will receive you, and will be a father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. Well, this is a very, very clear indication that we should never, no not ever, be yoked together with the wicked.
And, you know, I've had people come to me, I had a young woman come to me, and I knew that young woman, a Christian lady, and, but she didn't have very good discernment. She brought her fiancé who was a Muslim, and they came and they wanted me to marry him. And he was going to stick with his Muslim faith and she was going to stick with her Christian faith, and I said, I can't marry you. I cannot marry a Christian to a Muslim.
You'll be unequally yoked. And so, folks, here when it comes to such things, important things, like, well, well obviously marriage, but what about partnership in businesses? You don't want to go into a partnership in a business with an unsaved person. What about different Christian organizations? You don't want to head up, you know, they have Catholic charities in Boston some years ago, they had planned predators, planned prayer characters, sitting on the board of that. Folks, when it comes to activism, you know, like out there pro-life activism, standing and doing a battle, you don't want to be there with a heathen. We used to have a couple people who were professing to be atheists, and they would come out actually to be with us, even though they were atheists, the new abortion was murder. So they would come out and say, we're here to stand with you and to save these babies in fellowship. I said, well, you know, we can stand here and both save the babies, but we can't be in fellowship. And so, light can have no fellowship with darkness. So whenever, whenever there's a strong agreement is required, we cannot be, you know, we can't allow ourselves to be compromised. Well, for a good example, as a registered Republican, but more so as a Christian, I could never be involved with the log, what they call the log cabin Republicans.
They're a side of my organization. So we're separatists. The Bible says be separate. Now today, people confuse separatists with supremacists. Randy Weaver was a separatist, and the media, the lousy media was trying to paint him as a supremacist. He was no more a supremacist than we are. And here, and also, sometimes they confuse separatists with isolationists.
We're separatists, but we're not isolationists. And so here, we can witness, and we're supposed to witness to the wicked, unbelievers, without partaking of their beliefs or sinful behavior. When we hear people say, well, we need a wide tent. We, we have to have a wide tent. Well, you're asking for trouble.
You're really asking for trouble. I want to go over to Matthew chapter seven. And, and Matthew chapter seven. Matthew chapter seven, verses thirteen through twenty-three.
We read this. Enter you in here at the straight gate. For wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at. You see, and that's what, that's what the apostate church, the, the ones that had the signs out front. They, they actually had all are welcome, without exceptions. The universal, universalist church. They call themselves the church. And they say, all religions are welcome here.
All religions. Do you understand what they're saying? They're saying, whatever you are, whether you're a witch or Satanist, whatever your religion, you're all welcome to come here, and we practice our, our religions together. That's insanity. That's insanity.
Because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way which leadeth into life, and few there be that find it. Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep's clothing, when inwardly they are ravening wolves. That would be today the apostate church. Remember the Matthew twenty-five coalition when Barack Obama was running back in two thousand and eight. They came out with what they call the Matthew twenty-five coalition, the religious left, and they were, they were making a mockery. They were playing off the biblical illiteracy of the vast majority of the American people. And they were making a mockery when they said, we are the Matthew chapter twenty-five coalition.
And I thought, well, I'm going to help them out there, because I'm going to explain to people very clearly, right from God's Word, the Bible, what Matthew chapter twenty-five says. And Matthew chapter twenty-five, very, very clear, it says, those on the right will inherit the kingdom of God. He makes it clear, because when I was hungry, you fed me, when I was naked, you clothed me, when I was sick and in prison, you came to visit me. And those were those on the right. And so he says he will come and sit at the right hand. He said, but those on the left, he said, when I was hungry, you didn't feed me, when I was sick, you didn't clothe me.
And when, you know, the left, the left, the Communist Party today, is very generous with other people's money, not their own. And here, he tells them, those on the left will be bound and thrown into the lake of fire. Folks, that's the Matthew chapter twenty-five, the Matthew coalition, what they call themselves. So, I started preaching on that, showing that, and they were running these commercials, and then others picked it up. Other pastors must have figured it out the same time I did. Some of them heard me, and they picked up on that. And pretty soon, there was a whole lot of us preaching, exposing what the Matthew twenty-five coalition, what they were really, who they really were. So, they pulled their commercials.
Within about a week's time, they pulled them all off. And here he goes on to say, beware of false prophets which come to you in seeps clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. You shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns or figs of thistles? Even so, very good trees. Even so, every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, but corrupt trees bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth forth not forth good fruit is shewn down and cast into the fire.
Where therefore, by thy fruits, you shall know them. Again, I mentioned it, Al Sharpton, I heard him trying to say that God's word of the Bible condones abortion, child killing. That's a lie from the pit of hell.
It's a lie told by liars, folks. And here again you have these apostate preachers out there today. We warned you about Rick Warren on today, the whole Word of Faith movement. You know, you see in the Episcopal Church especially, I don't know who's there now, but one of their leaders was a witch.
And again, the United Church of Christ, they call it headquartered in Cleveland. That is an anti-Christ. They're an anti-Christ. They promote everything that God's word of the Bible calls unclean, everything that God's word of the Bible calls sin, everything that God's word of the Bible calls inabominable, they embrace it.
They embrace it. And so here he goes on to say, Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father, which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name, and in the name cast out devils, and in the name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you, depart from me, you that work iniquity. Here, when you see the world and the National Council of Churches, they have a very, very wide gate, and it's a wide road to hell.
By their fruits you'll know them. Here, being saved means that we are forgiven. It doesn't mean that we're perfect. We're not.
To shoot our own wounded. And yet I've heard people tell me that, and I've had people tell me, there's been some people that have, well, say, not the best social skills, the best people skills. There are people that have that are, and we're talking about believers, but they're not saved.
No. The believers that are saved, that are saved, but like I said, they have some defects. All of us have one defect or another. And because some of the people, in one case, again, an individual has very, very poor people skills, another case, the individual was coming to our church starting when they first started attending a church, wasn't saved. And they didn't act like saved people. But then now, today, they've grown greatly in the faith.
Since they've got saved, there's evidence that there's a fruit there of salvation. And so here, I've had people actually come to me and say, well, either they go or I go. I'm not going to stay in this church with that person.
In other words, what they're doing is they're telling the pastor and the elders that they have no confidence in our judgment. Folks, listen, we have plenty of enemies out there. We have many more enemies than we need. We are not to shoot our own.
You come to me and tell me that that person, because they're slow on people skills for that person, because maybe they're not the most intelligent people, maybe they're a little slow. And therefore, either they go or I go. If you bring that to me, you've made up my mind already. I don't accept that. But here, again, let me read this last three verses. Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven. But he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils, and thy name done many wonderful works. And then I will profess unto them, I never knew you. Depart from me you to work iniquity.
Here, it's a brutal, harsh, heartbreaking truth to realize that with the exception of innocent children, the vast majority of people on earth today will burn in hell. What do you say? Let me read it again. Enter ye in the straight gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in, because straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Few there be that find it. And Jesus is saying, look, you know, you came and you said in my name you did this and in my name you did that, but you didn't do it for me, you did it for yourself. You did it to be men pleases.
You didn't do it for me. And so he says, depart from me you that work iniquity. I want to go to 2 Corinthians chapter 13 here. And one verse, verse 5, this is very, very important, this verse. Very important. I'm getting there.
Okay. Verse 5. Examine yourselves whether you be in the faith.
Prove your own selves. Know ye not that your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except you be reprobate. Paul here when he says examine yourself, examine yourself, Paul reminds the Corinthians, and this is for all of us actually, that it's quite possible for a man or a woman to profess Christ and salvation, yet still be unsaved. They may even deceive themselves into thinking that such a profession has saved them. Some think that.
Okay. But unless you've called upon the name of the Lord and you asked Him and you made, you made a sincere repentance, then they say that's the first thing that you have to do. The Word of Faith movement preaches that repentance is not even necessary for salvation, folks.
Starting all the way back in the days of Noah. Noah preached 120 years repentance. We see that John the Baptist came preaching repentance. Jesus in His very first servant preached repentance. And yet they tell us, Jesus said, unless you repent, you too will suffer hellfire, folks. And so again He says, examine yourselves whether you be in the faith.
Prove your own selves. Know you not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except you be reprobate. Reprobate is one that failed a proof test that does behoove anyone who is doubting and disobeying God's Word to be carefully examined the reality of the professed conversion to Christ.
Every professing Christian needs to give diligence to make your calling and your election sure, to make your calling and your election sure. Examine yourselves whether you be in the faith, folks. Now, proof of salvation is knowing that the Holy Spirit is entwilling in you. Now, here, I had, I had no doubts that I had the Holy Spirit dwelling in me because I had situations where I've been up against people with devils. You often hear demonically possessed, demonically gay. Actually the Bible refers to them as devils, not demons, but devils. And I've had several situations where I've had to go up against people that had devils. They were possessed by devils. And in that fact that, when I would say, the Lord rebuke you, Satan, the Lord rebuke you, we've had the devils come out of people.
They've had to come out of people. And the other thing was that in these cases, and I never expected to have any of that, to have that happen to me, but in every single case, I had absolutely no fear. I had, there was no fear present.
I had an overwhelming feeling of confidence that he that was in me was greater than he that is in the world. And we've seen this play out time and time again, where I've had to be up against these people that had devils, people foaming at the mouth. I had one woman that was elevating, I mean, all kinds of situations where, where I've had to be up against people that were demonically possessed.
And yet, there was no fear. And I rebuke the demons. I had to at one point, and there were some stories, and I'll be telling a lot of these stories, but there were some prosecuted attorneys, and they were involved in Satanism. And I knew that, okay. I knew it because I had been told earlier, but I didn't know who these people were, what they even looked like. And then the situation had to come down, where I had to be in the court with them, without even knowing them, without even looking at them, having the hair on my arms, the hair on the back of my neck raise up, and you could feel this demonic presence. And when I turned, and they were looking at me, when we had eye contact, they looked the other way, and they wanted to get out of there. Now, it wasn't me. It wasn't me, okay. But he that is in me was greater than he that is in the world, that they feared.
And so, here, it's very, very important. Examine yourself whether you be in the faith. Prove your own selves. Know you, not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except you be reprobate. Now, here, folks, do you profess Jesus to people? Ask yourself a question.
It's very, very important. Look, there's an old saying, if you take a bird, if that bird's alive, you throw it in the air, it'll fly, because that's what birds do. If you take a fish, the fish is alive. Put it in water, it'll swim.
That's what fish do. Born-again Christians, born-again Christians with a possession, spirit-filled, blood-wash Christians, they will do the Lord's work. They will have a burning desire to do the Lord's work. They will be totally unhappy if they're not doing the Lord's work.
And so, ask yourself a question. Do you sometimes feel like going to church is a burden? They're getting early in the morning, going to an early morning Bible study. And I'm not talking about really, but going to a Bible study, or going to a prayer, especially prayer meetings, really.
Do you sometimes put no interest in doing that? If you don't have interest in doing the Lord's work, if you don't have interest in going to prayer meetings or the Bible studies, but even more so, more than anything else, witnessing to people, witnessing to people, Jesus said that if you profess Him to men, so shall He profess you to the Father. But if you fail to profess Him to men, or if you deny Him, He said if you deny Him, well there's different ways of denying Him, folks. One way of denying Christ is being silent when you should speak out, and you should witness to Him.
This is why you won't hear a program go by where we don't give that witness. Folks, this is why right now, as I'm sitting here, my share pocket is bulging with gospel tracts. You see, I don't always have time to stop and talk to people. They don't always have time, we go through business, maybe if I go into the bank and I don't have time to sit there and talk to the teller, or if I'm going through a line in a grocery store, I don't have time to talk to the cashier, but I can hand them a gospel tract and say, read that.
And they do, they do read them. I mean, some now and then you'll find someone that will mock or laugh, but that's all right, folks. That's a feather in your cap.
Any time that they mock you or make fun of you, for the Lord's sake, that's a feather in your cap. But failing to witness, that's what you're supposed to do. I want to turn over to Galatians chapter 4.
Galatians chapter 4, verses 19 and 20. Here, listen to this very carefully. Listen to this, he's making, he's making a statement here. My little children of whom I travail in, birth again until Christ be formed in you, I desire to be present with you now and to change my voice, for I stand in doubt of you.
I stand in doubt of you. What is he saying? He's telling, he's making a point there that he has his doubts on their salvation.
Why would he say that? My little children of whom I travail in, birth again until Christ be formed in you. In other words, I'm going to start all over, witnessing to you, teaching you, ministering to you, until you make that decision, until you become born again.
He had, because he couldn't find fruits of their salvation there with them. Let me tell you something, folks, there's nothing, nothing, nothing at all more important than that. You see, there are absolutes. One of those that's a point in time and wants to die and end the judgment. You see, there's no in between. You're either saved or you're lost. You're either saved or you're lost. There's no in between. When you die, you'll either end up in heaven or hell.
And some people say, well, you know, I just don't want to agree with that. I had a guy real crazy wrote me a letter telling me that everybody is going to get saved. He apparently hasn't ever read the Bible. And so here, again, and I emphasize this all the time, I want you to all think about, we all know people, we all have people that are close to us, and I have several people that are very close to me, and I pray for them all the time.
We were doing that today. I pray for their salvation all the time. Because even though they have a professing of faith, they have a profession, yes, I'm saved, I've been baptized. I don't see any evidence. I don't see any evidence. I don't see people wanting to go to the Bible studies. I don't see people wanting to go to the prayer meetings.
And I tell them, well, you ought to be very, very concerned. When was the last time? Have you ever witnessed to anybody?
Have you ever handed out a gospel track? And if you don't have a desire, if there's no desire in you to witness for the Lord, then you better make your salvation sure. You're standing on a tight rope over a burning lake of fire. I want to go over to 1 Peter chapter 1. 1 Peter chapter 1. And I've got to wet my whistle.
Here. 1 Peter chapter 1 verses 10 through 12. Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the great, of the grace that should come unto them, or come unto you. Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ, which is in them, did signify when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glory that should follow.
Unto whom it was revealed that not unto themselves, but unto us, that they did minister the things which are now reported unto you by them, which have preached the gospel with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven, which things the angels desire to look into. And here, when it says searching, this is a striking affirmation of the nature of biblical inspiration, especially in those proportions of scripture which contain these messianic prophecies. The prophets were so carried along by the Holy Spirit that they themselves did not quite understand what they were prophesizing. In fact, in Daniel 12, 8, and 9, where Daniel was told that these words were sealed until the time of the end. Well, when he told Daniel to seal up these words until the time of the end, we today are seeing the unsealing.
All those things, we're seeing the unsealing of that book. Now the prophets of old, again, hearing what God had revealed to each of them, they were doing as they were searching diligently for more revelation of the coming of Messiah. They would prophesize, they would listen to other of the prophets, they would try to put the pieces all together. When he would come, they wanted to know when would he come.
They knew about Isaiah 53, what would he suffer, right? They often did, again, they did not fully understand what they were prophesying. Now we have the 66 books of the canon, we have the completed story here. We have the completed 66 books of the canon.
They didn't have that. And so here, he's even referring to the angels, both the good angels and the falling angels. They too, he says here, unto whom it was revealed not unto themselves, but unto us that they did administer the things which are now reported unto you, by them which have preached the gospel unto you, with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven, which things angels desired to look for. So the angels, both the good angels and the fallen angels were observing with great interest in God's plan, and especially God's plan of salvation.
And that's why, again, it's so important. There simply are no words, there are no words that can fully express with clear urgency how fearful it would be to die unsaved. If you don't have a desire to serve God, you are in great danger, a great danger of hellfire, folks. And so, if you don't have this, and you have a profession of faith, you are not saved by your profession of faith, you're not saved by a profession of faith. You have to, one, repent of your sin. Two, you have to pray to the Father, asking forgiveness, begging forgiveness of your sins.
Three, you have to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus. You have to call upon his name. You have to, as he says, you have to put him first before everything, before mother, father, brother, sister, before yourself.
He's got to be first in everything. Now, when you do this, in other words, you put him first without any exceptions, and you ask him to be the Lord of your life, all of your life, completely and totally, without any reservations at all. If you do this, see this is, the Bible doesn't stutter, it tells you what you must do. If you will do that, then you will become a new person, you will become a born again believer, an heir of the kingdom. You know how these crazy environmentalists out there, environmental wackos, they want to depopulate the planet because they believe that Christian people, especially the folks that were parasites on the back of Mother Earth, Gaia, they believe that Mother Earth should belong to them.
What doesn't? The Bible says the Earth in a fullness thereof belong to God, and we're heirs. The Christians are heirs of God, joint heirs, you see. And so, the next time you hear one of the environmental wackos talking to you, remind them what God has said, what God has said. You can have your opinions all day long, but God has said that we born again believers are heirs of the kingdom, and so this Earth that belongs to God, belongs to us also, not to them, doesn't belong to them, God has said it belongs to us. God, in fact, has given us dominion over the Earth, folks.
And so, these are realities, going back to what we were talking about, without exceptions. We don't make exceptions, we don't give in, and we don't compromise with the unsaved. The Bible says be you separate, and come out from amongst them, folks. And so, again, the most important thing that I can say, and we emphasize this all the time, I'll tell you what, it breaks my heart, because I know people who have a profession of faith, and they really do believe that they're saved on their profession of faith. And, but you see no fruits, I see, I see no fruits, I see no urge, no urgency, no desire to do the Lord's work.
And it breaks my heart. And this is why we pray for these people daily, we pray for them daily, that the Lord will break their heart, and bring them to repentance, and so they truly can get saved. You know, the Bible says that your works, what you do in this body here on earth, your works will follow you into heaven. Your works will follow you into heaven. We just read there in Romans where it says that your reasonable sacrifice is to use your body, what you do in this body, in service to God, to glorify God, that's your reasonable sacrifice to God. Folks, the Bible tells you too, in 1 Peter, that if the righteous, listen, if the righteous scarcely be saved, did you hear that?
That should scare the dickens out of you. If the righteous scarcely be saved, okay, where do the unsaved stand? So that's the message, the point of it is, folks, is again, there's nothing, nothing that's important, as important to you right now as to make your, well, to make your salvation sure, to make your salvation sure. How do you do that?
We just talked about that. You get on your knees, you ask the good Lord, you pray and ask for forgiveness of your sin. You pray to the Father and ask Him for forgiveness of your sin. Then you ask the Lord Jesus to be the Lord of your life, all of your life.
Again, if you haven't done that, you need to do that. And He will honor that. And then you've got to put Him first and foremost before everybody else, before yourself, before everything else, you got to put the Lord's work, you got to put Jesus Christ in your life ahead of everything. And if you will do that, you will become a new creature, a born again believer, an heir of the kingdom and joint heirs with God. And then you'll be on the road to immortality. When you say, oh, come on, immortality, come on, Pastor, immortality, you will be on the road to immortality. You've got God's Word on that.
But how can you do that? How can anyone possibly live forever? God said, with God, all things are possible, all things, there's nothing that's not. Well, we're out of time again for tonight. As we get to this time, every night at this time, we say, we don't say 30, we say, good night.
That was Ken that did the 30. We say, God bless. You ready, Ken? And always, always, always, let's do it. Ready?
