Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left. The voice of the Christian resistance on this 29th day of May 2024. And tonight we have a lot going on tonight. We may have some special guests calling in, but I can't announce their name because that could keep them from calling in.
They could be prevented. So I've got to just wait and see if they make it. But that's alright. I'm not alone. We have none other, our producer standing by, loyal, ready to throw his body in front of mine if necessary.
None other than style. Hey, good evening, Pastor. Alrighty. And then we have here live in the studio, or pretty close to live in the studio, we have Bill Wild. And Bill is the county coordinator for Tactical Civics. Say hello. Hi, guys. There you go. And then here we have my also, our contributor and co-host, Aaron Ganeas. Hello, Pastor.
Alright, we're ready to roll tonight. Our scripture is going to be in Acts, chapter 5, starting with verse 12. And so Aaron, you can read through verse 12 through 16 and then stop. And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people, and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch. And of the rest durst no man join himself to them, but the people magnified them. And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women, insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them. There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and then which were vexed with unclean spirits, and they were healed every one. Alright, so here now the Lord gave them, remember, these very same guys were the ones that professed to believe in Jesus, but when he was crucified they all abandoned him.
Except John. And then Peter denied him three times. But now there's a difference, there's a difference, they're bold as lions now. Old Peter's as bold as a lion, because when Jesus arose himself from the dead like he said he would, now he's a believer. And so here they're out there and they were told not to preach in his name, not to heal in his name. And so, and then the high priest rose up and all that were with him were the sect of the Sadducees and were filled with indignation. These were the Sanhedrin. And they laid their hands on the apostles and they put them in the common prison. But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors and brought them forth and said, Now the angel of the Lord, this is called Christophany, that means it's the Lord Jesus Christ himself, and he said to them, Go forth, stand, go forth and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.
In other words, go preach to them. And when they heard that, they entered into the temple early in the morning and taught. But the high priest came and they were with him and called the consul together and all the senate of the children of Israel, and that was called the consul of the elders, the consul of the elders, and sent to the prison to have them brought. But when the officers came and found them not in the prison, they returned and told, saying, The prison truly found we shut with all safety and the keeper standing without before the doors.
But when we had opened, we found no man within. Now when the high priest and the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these things, they doubted of them where into this would grow. Now, in other words, why do you think that they didn't believe these officers? They sent. Well, first of all, they knew what happened in the past when they would come, especially if they came in large numbers and especially for Jesus, since they were afraid of the people.
Okay? But in this case, they were telling the truth that, you know, what happened. And so he says, Then came one and told them, saying, Behold, the men whom you put in prison are standing in the temple and teaching the people. Then went the captain with the officers and brought them without violence, for they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned.
Now, think about this. What were Peter and the apostles doing? They were healing people. People were sick, were healed.
These are miracles, right? And so the people said, Look, over here, you've got these people. They're, well, they're like conservative Republicans today. They're doing the Lord's work. They're doing something good. You know, maybe that's not a good analogy.
But over here, you've got the Democrats, right? Their symbolism over substance. A lot of noise with no action, right? No fruits, not bearing any fruits. And then, and when they had brought them, they set them before the council, and the high priest asked them, saying, Did we not straightly command you that you should not teach in the name? And behold, you have filled Jerusalem with this doctrine and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. Wait a minute.
Wait a minute. When Christ was upon that cross, and the Pharisees were walking out, and they were shouting, If you're the Son of God, come down off the cross. Remember what they said? Let his blood be upon us and our children. Let his blood be upon us and our children.
Okay? So now what are they saying? Now you're going to try to put this man's blood upon us.
Well, that's where it belonged. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than man. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom he slew and hanged on a tree. Him hath God exalted with the right hand to be a prince and a savior, for to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. And we are his witnesses of these things, and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.
Now, here, it's like today. This is where you have the apostles were like the... I like to compare to the preachers of today that are activist preachers, the black-robed regiment of today. Those that are standing up, those that are preaching out, those that are bold, those that are... I remember years ago when I was preaching in front of those bloody abortion mills, saving babies.
We saved a lot of babies. But the prison preachers were saying, He should be ashamed of being arrested. He should be...
The mindset that you had, that's not a good example for his congregation. He gets out there and he's arrested. He's breaking the law.
No. You see, what these guys didn't understand is there's things that are legal but are not lawful. I was obeying the law. I was doing... Not just me, but those men that were with me. We had a handful of pastors that were bold men, godly men.
Most of them... Most of those guys have gone home to be with their reward. They've gotten their reward. They've gone home to be with the Lord.
But we were obeying God rather than man. We need that now more than ever. You do.
You need it. Again, I've said it over and over a hundred times, where no place has our Lord been more dishonored than from the pulpits of men who were supposed to be bold. The righteous are supposed to be as bold as lions. Every pastor should be saying, Vote the Bible, at the very least.
Absolutely. And when these guys tell you you shouldn't be involved in politics, this is where it's supposed to be the salt and light. And your politics and your faith should be totally inseparable, one of the same. And when they heard that, they were cut to the heart and took counsel to slay them. Then there stood up one... Oh wait, I missed one.
Let me start back with 29. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than man. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus. I did read this, whom he slew and hanged down a tree. And when they heard this, they were cut to the heart and took counsel to slay them. Then stood up one in the counsel of Pharisee named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, and had a reputation among all the people who commanded to put the apostles forth a little space. Now, he was the apostle Paul's mentor.
Gamaliel was the apostle Paul's mentor. And he said unto them, You men of Israel, take heed to yourselves. What you intend to do is touching these men, where before these days rose up Thaddeus, boasting himself to be somebody, to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves, and who was slain. And all as many as obeyed him were scattered and brought to naught. And after this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing, and drew away much people after him, he also perished. And all even as many obeyed him were dispersed. And now I say unto you, refrain from these men, and let them alone, for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to naught. But if it be of God, you cannot overthrow it, lest haply you be found even to fight against God. And to him they agreed. And when they called the apostles and beaten them, and commanded them that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go, and they departed from the presence of the counsel rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer the shame for his name.
And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach to Jesus Christ. Well, this is what, you know, again, we have to do today. Things are kind of late, and I know this is why we're doing, one of the reasons we're doing tactical civics. Tactical civics, we're not going to have done in time to stop what might be coming.
We may be having, but if we win, and I think we will, what is coming this summer? The communists are going to, it's going to be an all-out offensive, folks. Let me tell you, believe me, people like Obama, Hillary, these folks, we look at Merrick Garland, Chris Ray, you have a whole list going all the way down the line. They know that they would be tried for high treason if Trump gets back in office. They've committed high treason against God and country. And they know what happens to them if Trump gets back in.
So they're going to do whatever they've done. Obama or Joe Biden has been bringing in Chinese national soldiers. He has committed high treason against America, and he's brought all these people into our country here along with the gangs and that. And he knows if he loses, and it's going to be much harder now with the election fraud because Trump has become so popular right now, and he has become so unpopular, and now he's losing.
The blacks and the Hispanics are leaving him, and even some of the women are leaving him now. And so he knows if he loses this thing, he's going to jail. So anyhow, we've got to get prepared for that, and that's why we're here tonight to talk about tactical civics, and we may have a special guest, hopefully, but I can't really say for now. What's cool is that at the county level we can do amazing things as long as we understand that instead of getting all caught up in what we can't do. There's a lot we can do if we can actually just enforce our Constitution and start working at it. A lot of these criminals go run and hide in their dark places where they've been for a long time, and we've let them out because we haven't done our part. Well, when we see people awakening and that, so this Friday night we're having a meeting at Doers of the Word Church at 14781 Sperry Road for those folks in Northeast Ohio.
At 7 p.m. you'd be there putting on a presentation. It's growing little by little all across the country. Four more counties are having chapters, and the idea is to bring back the grand jury and the standing militia, according to the Constitution. Well-regulated militia. Not the crazy thing that the FBI and everybody else wants us to think militia is. It's well-regulated. It's controlled.
Right. It's not a bunch of guys in fatigues crawling around through the bushes out there. The militia is you and I, businessmen, preachers, cops, doctors, whoever, that are Americans, and they're armed and they're prepared to protect and defend, huh? Yeah, the law. They're brought out by the grand jury, lawful grand jury, and they're told what to do by grand juries, and then they exercise the laws that maybe the other persons in law enforcement aren't paid to do, or whatever the right words are.
Well, you see, we've gotten away from the way it was originally. Originally the grand jury was of the people, by the people, and today the prosecutors, these prosecutors, and I want to remind people again, folks, I got to tell you that the one office that Satanists covet more than any other office by far is that of prosecutors, whether it's county, state, and the reason for that, okay, is they're the ones that decide how cases will be heard, and they definitely don't want cases heard as Satanist cases, and on top of that, they're far more likely to become judges than any other, okay, these prosecutors. So let me, I want to read from Chapter 5 of the Grand Jury Awake. The grand jury panel is selected at random from the county roll and the volunteer roster, and they head for the grand jury chambers. The only people present in the room during the proceedings are the jurors themselves. A prosecutor only when requested by the panel and a court reporter who is sworn to secrecy.
No judge, clerks, or other court personnel. The panel elects a foreman who will preside over the meetings. The foreman then appoints or has volunteers, a clerk, to call witnesses, keep track of evidence, and similar tasks.
When you need something from the court staff, you ask for it. The following oath, or one similar, is to be administrated by the judge under the judge's direction to the jurors. You solemnly swear that you will diligently inquire into and true presentment make of all such matters and things as shall given you in charge.
The state's counsel, your fellows, and your own you shall keep secret unless required to disclose the same is in the course of judicial proceedings in which the truth or falsity of evidence given in the grand jury room in a criminal case shall be under investigation. You shall present no person from envy, hatred, or malice. Neither shall you leave any person unrepresented for love, fear, favor, affection, and hope of reward. You shall present things truly as they come into your knowledge, avoiding to the best of your understanding, no, according to the best of your understanding, so help you God. Now, you've taken that.
I want to come back and reflect on this, because look what's just happening today. You have this Judge, Juan Washan. And what this guy has done here, the courts have ruled in the past that you're an enemy in any issue in criminal hearings. In other words, what that means is you all have to agree. You all have to agree. What he has said is this. Look, I'll give you your choice.
There's a buffet. What you can do is you can pick one, and I don't care what you find Trump guilty of, but as long as you find him guilty of something. Now, you don't have to all agree on the same thing. Three or four of you can say he's guilty of perjury. Three or four of you can say he's guilty of election fraud.
So you can all say something different as long as you all agree he's guilty of something. This is what this guy did. That's amazing, huh?
Yeah. This is how corrupt. It's like, in your face, we're corrupt, we're in charge, we're in control. Activists, judges. No fear of God.
What can you do? And this is what the idea is. They're trying to tell the people, look, no matter what you do or what you think, we're in control.
You're not. You're helpless to stop us, okay? And it's supposed to discourage us, but certain people don't discourage. It just makes them more diligent to say, oh, yeah, well, let's see. And let's go after them, okay? Yeah. And that's what we're all about with the... We're looking for them people.
Yeah. And so let me just go on here. He says, and you see witnesses are sworn to keep their testimony secret for obvious reasons. Secrecy is demanded of the grand jury to prevent escape of people whose indictment might be contemplated, of course, but also to ensure the grand jury is free to deliberate without outside pressure and to prevent subordination of perjury or witnesses tampering prior to the subsequent trial. This guy is so corrupt. Here's a guy that said before the trial started that Trump was guilty.
And Engron was the other one. He said before the trial started, he said it's not a matter of finding him innocent or guilty. It's a matter of pronouncing the judgment, the punishment. In other words, these guys are just totally no honor, no integrity, no decency. Well, I can tell you, and here's the other thing, the Ethics Committee, they're in New York City, the Council of Ethics. My message for you folks in that Council of Ethics in New York City is here's what God's Word of the Bible says in Revelation 21, verse 8. All liars, all liars, all liars will have their place in Lake of Fire. This so-called Ethics Committee said that they could find nothing wrong with the way Marshawn was conducting his court. That means that these people in that Ethics Committee are totally corrupted.
They're totally corrupted, too. Boy, I tell you what, I wouldn't be very proud. I'm happy I don't live in New York City. Good point there.
I wouldn't be very proud to live in New York City. What's amazing to me is that the only reason why these people believe they can get away with this is because we have not enforced our Constitution. We haven't actually sat back and reflected on what kept America so great for so many years, as good as it was. And that was the fact that there was people out there, anybody, you could look at anybody. If you were of criminal intent or whatever, you went to the store and you might see just an old lady that was shopping and you kind of had in the back of your head that she could be part of a grand jury in indicting somebody at any time.
For anything. We could look at whatever we wanted because grand juries came before the Constitution. They came before America.
They're very old. And because of that, it kind of held us to a higher standard as people. And of course we had fear of God. I mean, without that, I mean, misplaced fear. It's amazing how often we seem to get ourselves upset. I was just talking about that here with Joe.
I think it was last night or night before. I remember when I was a kid, in fact, I had listed off a number of things that used to be illegal. You know, like sodomy. Sodomy was a crime. Abortion. Abortion was a murder.
I saw, I remember as a kid seeing a neighbor being arrested for cursing, for cussing, taking the Lord's name in vain out in the public. Wow. I've heard that one. But that makes sense.
But today, look at what you have out there. Was that the crime? It was taking the Lord's name in vain? Yeah. He got arrested? Yeah. Oh yeah. That was a crime. Wow. Yeah.
And so it's just unbelievable how things have changed. Hang tight. We'll be back right after this.
We'll be right back. So ever eagles gather, that is where his body is. On that evening, late one August, you were forced to take your stand. There were two strangers as they trespassed, drew first blood on private land. Governor Andrus, back in Boise, let the enemy tell him lies. And from his anti-Christ decision, Sam and Vicki lost their lives. Federal agents, U.S.
Marshals, and FBI men stormed the Hill. All on false, fictitious charges, given orders shoot to kill. We stand with you, Randy Weaver, cause your Lord and Savior lives. Where so ever eagles gather, that is where his body is. Though the armies of the enemy may surround us in the night, there's a host of heavenly angels, a veneer ready to fight. We stand with you, Randy Weaver, we are proud to call you friend. As we gather here together, stand beside you till the end. We stand with you, Randy Weaver, cause your Lord and Savior lives. Where so ever eagles gather, that is where his body is.
Where so ever eagles gather, that is where his body is. Alrighty, we are back, and we have a special guest with us tonight. He is a J-6 prisoner of war, okay.
A prisoner of, a political prisoner, I guess you'd say. Are you there, Jay Cling? And my brother, God bless you, thank you so much for having me back on, Ernie. I missed you, ma'am.
Well, I'll have you on anytime you can get on. I know that there could be retaliation, I hope there's no retaliation, but how are you doing? Are things any better for you? It's been, what, over three years now, and you still haven't had your trial. You know, we have an amendment to the Bill of Rights, that's the Amendment 6, that says U.S. citizens have the right to a fair and speedy trial. You're a U.S. citizen, aren't you? Yeah, I'm born and bred, man.
I'm red, white, and blue toting American young men. Well, we've got to pray President Trump gets back in office, and those people that put you there, they need to be there. We need to do all that we can to make sure that they end up in that filthy jail where they put the patriots. But tell us how things are now. There's a great federal facility that can provide the care, maybe the memory care unit in one of these federal prisons would be great for dementia, Joe Biden. Yeah.
Well, you know, with Joe Biden, there's a lot of things I can think of that would be good for him, but I can't mention them here. So I don't know if your audience is aware, but I just came out of 36 days of solitary confinement. That's why my dad appeared on my behalf a few weeks ago, like a month ago, because I was stuck in the midst of a sensory deprivation torture chamber on the rooftop of this prison I'm on.
And it was, I mean, without the Lord's grace, I don't know how anybody survives that thing without a relationship with Jesus, because they give you nothing. There's no books up there, there's no pencils or envelopes to write letters, there's no radio to listen to music. It's just you and four whitewashed walls and your thoughts all day long with a glaring interrogation light on you that pretty much never turns off, and you only leave the cell two hours per week to go outside in a slightly larger cage with nothing there just to hang out, basically.
So why'd they put you there? First Amendment violations, they call them, first amendment right issues. You know, they're trying to stifle my voice and the voice of the January Sixers crying out from the prison cells.
I did an interview with Lou Dobbs, and I guess that rubbed some people the wrong way, because Lou's a great friend of mine, and he's got a large, large voice. And I think we're picking up steam in the January 6th political imprisonment has become an election issue, and people are voting to get the January Sixers out of prison, and they can't have anything that could help the Republicans win. I got some good news for you, Jake. Justice Alito is not going to recuse himself from the January 6th cases. That just came from today's news. When is your case going to... When did you hear that?
That just came out today. Would you like me to read the article to you? Yeah, it was today, because some senators, I think it was the guy from Illinois, Dick Durbin. Democrat senators Dick Durbin, the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman, and Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, subcommittee on federal courts chairman, had written to Chief Justice John Roberts on May 23rd, demanding he force Alito to recuse. From the cases, Alito's letter goes into detail about his wife flying an upside-down American flag at their Northern Virginia home in January 2021, over a dispute with her liberal neighbors. Neighbors, the dispute has gone on for years, with the neighbors protesting in front of Alito's home after the June 2022 Dobbs decision returning abortion laws to the states. The Alito letter also describes his wife's flying an appeal to heaven revolutionary war flag at their family vacation home on Long Beach Island, New Jersey, in the summer of 2023.
Flag flying controversy was manufactured by the New York Times in what he became a traditional liberal springtime offensive on Republican nominees of the court. And to the point of. Forgive me for a second here, trying to find this. It's. Let me find it.
I'll come. I'll come back to that. So, well, that's all right. I mean, finally, we've got somebody in the judicial system with a backbone because I have yet, I've literally yet to find the one prosecutor or judge or member of the bar that. That is legit.
Yeah, I know what you're talking about there. Here's Alito's letter. Dear Senators Durbin and Whitehouse, this is in response to your letter of May twenty third to the chief justice, requesting that he takes steps to ensure that I recuse in Trump versus United States, number twenty three nine thirty nine and any other cases related to the 2020 presidential election or the January 6th attack on the Capitol. As the court has pointed out, individual justices rather than the court decide recusal issues.
I am therefore responding directly to your letter in it. You claim that two incidents involving the flag, the flying of flags created an appearance of improper, improper property that requires my recusal, the applicable provision of our code of conduct states as follows. And he lists that in which the justice impartially might reasonably be questioned. That is where an unbiased and reasonable person who is aware of all relevant circumstances would doubt that the justice could fairly discharge his or her duties. Code of Conduct for Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States canon lists that.
Attached the letter, considering where this event requires recusal, an unbiased and reasonable person would take into account the following facts. As I've stated publicly, I am not with I am I had I had nothing whatsoever to do with the flying of that flag. I was not even aware of the upside down flag till it was a call to my attention. As soon as I saw it, I asked my wife and he's going to go on for a while here.
The good news is you'll have Justice Alito, who's one of the better Supreme Court justices here in the J6 cases. If you read Luke 23 31 news that, you know, his first of all, those neighbors, those liberals referred to his wife, they used the C word. But people don't most people don't understand what what the the tree the pine tree is. And the Bible tells you, if you read Luke 23 31, let me read it to you so you understand why why Washington had that flag made.
And that flag actually flew above the Christian flag, which flew above the stars and stripes. But let me just read to you so you understand. I'll get there in a minute.
All right, here you go. For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall they be done in the dry? And what the Lord Jesus is saying here, if if they're going to do this to me and I am full of life, OK, I have come to bring you life. They're going to do this to me. What do you think they're going to do to you sinners? That's what he was making the point.
So. And there were also two others, malefactors led with him to be put to death. And when they were come to the place which is called Calvary, there they crucified him.
And the malefactors went on the right hand and the other on the left. And so now tell me, how how is your treatment now? How are your living conditions doing now? Well, I got out.
Well, first of all, hallelujah, beautiful scripture. And I got out of solitary confinement. I'm back in general population. I'm fighting hard. I'm doing my podcast again. We're doing our organizational work, everything we can do, pushing for the freedom and the truth for the January sixers. And so I'm doing good God's glories all around me. I've been able to start up to my Bible studies with the guys in here.
And, you know, I'm feeling strong. I'm feeling like 2024 is going to be a big year, not only for the January sixers and our vindication, but just a year of reclaiming territory for the kingdom. I think that the Christians in this country are tired of being pushed around. And we have a blessing, the Abrahamic blessing, to be the head and not the tail, to be above and not below, to be the lender and not the borrower. And it's time we take that leadership. That is a blessing and a role of sovereignty and of leadership that we have as Christians. And it's time to take that blessing seriously and to live up to it and to manifest it.
And so I think 2024 is going to be a year of where we become and reclaim our headship at the table here. If you hadn't done what you've done, Jake, because remember we gave those names and numbers of those people in the system out over the radio, and apparently they must have been hearing from the people. And they know that the light has shined on them, thanks to people like your father and others out there that are bringing the message out, letting people know what is happening, letting people know what they did to you. But because you did that, because you went out and you went on the radio, and boy, I don't know how you managed to do that, God, only by God's grace could you do that. I was on death row, I ministered upon death row for 45 years, and believe me, there was no way in the world any of those guys could ever manage to do that. In fact, in general population either, it was just, in fact, we're trying to work on now, they've changed a lot.
The guys actually have their little pads in the cells and things. You know, back when I first started, they were allowed one phone call, they were on death row a year. It was either they could pick Christmas or Easter, but that was it, they were allowed one phone call. That's abhorrent. Pardon? That that's abhorrent to treat human beings like that.
I know it is, yeah. We fought it, I mean, we really did fight it, and because of that, today, they can call me anytime. Which is what a big difference it is today, and they do call me all the time every day. So now, how can folks, if people can write you, how would they write to you?
Would you get the mail? The best way to connect nowadays, honestly, is through my social media platform, my Twitter account, my ex-account. That's where we make the biggest impact, and for anybody out there that wants to really keep abreast with the January 6 movement, everything we do, the new documentary we have coming out very soon, called Weaponize, the DOJ versus We the People, that is going to be groundbreaking. Colonel McGregor and Anne VanderSteele are our narrators, and we have a great production team that's going to be another J6 Truth documentary. The first one we ever made is still the number one viewed video ever on Rumble at over 2 million views, so I'm so blessed.
We have a great team that does those. So if you guys want to be connected and just stay up to date, I post through my team every day on my Twitter. That Twitter handle is JakeLangJ6, the letter J, the number 6. JakeLangJ6 on Twitter. And so shoot me a DM there. My team will copy and paste it and email it to me here in the prison, and I'll be able to respond to you guys.
That just helps me basically keep everything flowing through one area and keep you guys up to date. How many of our Patriots did they have there now that are still in prison? We have, unfortunately, brother, about 260 January 6ers in prison. I see that they went after a 90-year-old Holocaust survivor. Well, that's for pro-life. That's pro-life work that they were after her for. I mean, weaponization is basically the same nowadays. It's incredible, right? Yeah.
Homeschoolers, pro-lifers. And this is why they are in such a panic. They are scared to death because they know, if Trump gets back in, and they know that the people in this country, boy, I'm going to tell you, people are fed up. I mean, we're really fed up. And this is why I think they're going to try to have a diversion if they don't try to cause a civil war. Because they've committed high treason. Jake, did they try to get you to make any kind of deal? Jake.
Yes, they offered me a nine-year plea deal about three years ago. And I took it to God, and He told me, Do not compromise your integrity, Jake. Do not bend the knee to tyranny. We're told in the Word of God that light has no fellowship with darkness, and to not partake in with the sinners. And that tells us we're supposed to be holy and consecrated and separated. So how can you enter into a contract with tyranny, with Marxism, with socialism and communism?
You can't. And you can't sign a contract with your enemy. We don't negotiate with terrorists here in America. And so I've resisted the temptation to take a plea deal. And God's got me through that.
That's been, obviously, when you're facing up 20 or more years in prison, like some of my other Jad 6 brothers have got, it's very serious. And I'm a young man. I want to live my life. I want to have all the experiences and grow a beautiful family, and give back to this amazing world that God's given me to give back to. But whatever He calls me, whatever His will has ordained for me to serve, whether it be a prisoner or a janitor or a congressman or a pastor, or all four of them, I'll do it.
And by God's grace, we'll do it to the highest ability that we have. On Thursday nights, we have Richard Lewis. He sits with me. He was one of my former associate pastors. And he spent 10 years in prison because he petitioned the court to show him the law. He demanded which way they were operated under, and they couldn't do it. And these were the people, and they tried to do the same thing to me as they did to him. But I got tipped off. I didn't wait for them to come to me. I took a dozen men in the one town, and I confronted the judge and the prosecutor, caught them off guard. But this is the corruption.
It's just unbelievable. And so, anyhow, he spent 10 years. While he was there in prison, the chaplain quit or had to leave, and so they had no chaplain at the prison. So they asked him if he would be their chaplain, because even when the chaplain was there, all the men were going to him for guidance, and he was heading up to the prayer meetings and that. So he actually became the chaplain while he was in prison as an inmate. He was the chaplain there at the prison for all those years.
And he's my co-host on Thursday nights here. We were just reading out of the book of Acts, because some years ago, Jake, you know, I've been arrested many times for saving babies, for being out there and preaching the Gospel. The ACLU, I've had my run-ins with them several times, and I got accused of about everything you can imagine. But, you know, we just kept going right at them. You always give them better than what we get, no matter what. And that's what you've got to do. Do you remember Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, they wouldn't give in to tyranny either.
Or Daniel. What was the crime they wanted to charge against you for the nine years? I mean, I have a 13-count criminal indictment of Trump's politicized charges. It's, you know, such a myriad of just garbage and nonsense that they've charged us with. You know, I'm about to put out a video on my Twitter of me saving the life of a young man at the Capitol, where Capitol Police are beating people on the ground, pepper-spraying them. And it's just simply because we're Trump supporters. That's what we're being charged with.
Yeah, I know. And it's just, who would have ever thought we'd ever come to this point in America today, but we're here now, huh? But we're going to take America back. Lord willing, yeah. Amen.
One prayer at a time. Yep. And so, I mean, are they feeding you? Are you getting proper food now? Or, I mean, what's it like there?
The folks need to know out here. I mean, you know, the food they give us is pretty rancid, but we do have promissory food that we're able to buy. And, you know, make little home-cooked, you know, meals that we do like that. In that way, you can eat well, I guess. I mean, it's basically cooking out of a gas station food, you know what I mean?
It's all preservatives, all, you know. If you can get the money to buy that, though, you have to buy that. Exactly. So that segues me to, you know, talking to your audience about what some people consider one of the most important aspects of this battle, which is fundraising, because you've got about 300 men in prison that all used to be the breadwinners in their family. You know, there were carpenters, electricians, plumbers, school teachers, firefighters, former police officers. I'm talking to you, and most of them, almost all of them, are former, you know, served in the armed forces.
And, you know, Marines and Army Rangers and stuff. And all these people have been taken out of their leadership position and their family financials. And so not only are the wives and the young kids at home, you know, without dad's income, but they also have to spend money to help them buy commissary food and hygiene products and clothing. And email credits and phone calls and stamps. I mean, it's expensive to be a prisoner, plus a federal attorney.
So we're talking about big, big costs. So, guys, if you're out there and you want to help out the Jan Sixers, all my brothers and these great American patriot heroes, we have a program that we launched to become a monthly commissary sponsor. You guys can sponsor a Jan Sixer while we're in prison. You guys can help us and our families take care of these bills. It's a dire situation. Some guys don't really have much of anything. And they're proud.
And they will not take money out of their family's mouth and food off their kids' table to feed themselves while in prison. So we're going to step up and help them out. If you guys want to help out, go to this website.
You know, take it down on a pencil paper right now or open up your, you know, Google Chrome app or your Safari app on your phone, however you're listening. Just take the time right now to go on this website. Please sponsor J6.com. Sponsor the letter J, the number 6.com. Please, guys. Sponsor the number 6.com. Okay.
Yes. If you guys can help out, that is the place to go. Sponsor J6.com. Sponsor January 6 political prisoner and help us out. You know, any generosity that God puts in your heart is a blessing to us and we receive it. And we love you guys. And we're grateful.
And it's a blessing to be surrounded by such a great group of American patriots who are willing to give and help us out while we're struggling against this tyrannical despotic regime. Thank you. How long will you be able to be with us tonight? Sponsor J6.com. Okay. Sponsor J6.com. Make sure we have this.
I want to work this out during the week. How long are you going to be able to be with us tonight? Would you want to take some phone calls?
Yeah. I would love to. I would love to.
I'm available. The prison lines here are not busy tonight. So I'm ready to rock and roll. All right. We're coming into a break. And we're going to open the phone lines. And, folks, you know, again, phone lines are now open.
We have Jake Lang. He's a J6 prisoner. And so if you have a question or comment for him, give us a call at 888-677-9673.
That's 888-677-9673. And today, or we may be having another fellow on here, Scott Rotor. Do you know who Scott Rotor is? Scott Rotor.
No, I do not know who Scott Rotor is. There was a notorious abortionist named George Tiller. I was the only one that ever closed his abortion mill down for a day there in Kansas City. But he was a notorious. He started a brain-suction abortion. But anyhow, Scott Rotor killed him. And so because he killed this bloody abortionist, eight different men had come to him and thanked him or contacted him because they found out that their wives had appointments to go and kill their babies, you know, without letting them know.
And so because of that, they were cancelled. But anyhow, I'm going to be talking more about that because the vast majority of people do not know what God's word the Bible teaches. OK, we're coming up to the break. Hang tight.
