Coming to you live from Independence, Ohio. We change our life for the better in many different ways. Heard around the world every Monday through Friday. Pastor Sanders is always years ahead of the rest of the media telling you exactly what they're covering up.

This is What's Right, What's Left. I tune in every chance I get to hear exactly what's going on with the voice of the Christian resistance. Unabashedly cutting through the rhetoric by exposing the hard topics facing our society and world.

A lot of the other news media don't pick up the news items like he does. And bring into light the enemies of freedom who are out to steal your rights, your children, and enslaving you. You really get the truth out. I can tune into your show and hear the unvarnished truth.

Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left. I'm Radio Pastor Ernie Sanders and indeed this is the voice of the Christian resistance folks.

And this is the last night of pledge week. And so I am calling upon you folks out there. We really, really need to hear from you.

This week has not been the best week by far. And you know we, I can say this in 50 years, we have never ever, not once, given it less than our best. So we need to hear from you tonight. You've been hearing from us for 50 years. We need to hear from you tonight.

The phone lines are open at 888-281-1110 or 888-677-9673. Back in the back, in the phone booth all the way back, we have number one Frank and Eric. And then we have late comers. And we might have to say the late Ritzes. Ritzes are late. And word has it that Barb's mother might have been 15, 16 months pregnant when she was born. And even that took a really long time. But that's just a rumor.

I know because I started it myself. And then in between here and there in the glass cage where they keep him. Because he can be a little rowdy if he gets out there on his own and gets too much freedom. None other than Kyle with a smile. But I don't know. Hey pastor, I hope you can hear me. Alright, we're having a little bit of problems right now.

Difficulty is mechanical. Getting him, it seems like he's been censored. Kyle has been censored in there. He's in the glass cage and couldn't get out and now you get him and talk. And you hear the cackling? You hear the cackling out there. Well, that's what they call lock and unload.

Or unlock your glock. Little leaping lizard, it's Lisa. Good evening everyone. Alrighty.

So we have a whole lot to get to tonight so we're just going to jump right into it. And tonight I'm going to be, Lord's willing, this Sunday preaching a different message. Have you been bewitched and simple minded?

Right now out there today, I was listening to a woman today. And she was talking about how here she didn't realize her son, her son was actually a woman or a girl. At least he thought he was. And of course he'd been convinced by his teachers and that that he was really a girl. Folks, guess what they did?

They lied to him. But anyhow, this woman with very, very poor discernment was talking about how it's a good thing, it's a Christian thing. It's a Christian thing to help those people who, well, who want to be the girls that want to be boys and the boys that want to be girls.

To help them to be boys and girls when they're not boys and girls, you see. And see, this woman is very, very confused, folks. And we're going to take a look, because God's Word, the Bible has a whole lot to say about that. And these people out there that think that they're doing a good thing and a kind thing when they're doing just exactly the opposite of what God's Word, the Bible says. And so, what does he tell you in Hosea chapter 4? My people are destroyed, they're destroyed, they're destroyed for lack of knowledge. And I want to go over tonight, I want to start out in Galatians chapter 1.

And I'll probably go through this in a much deeper way next week. But in Galatians chapter 1, Paul, an apostle, not of men, neither by men, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead. So, Paul is making a very clear statement, and that statement is this, that he got, what he was about to preach didn't come from any men. These were not the teachings of any men, but directly, the teachings directly, he got directly from the Lord Jesus.

He had spent three years in the Arabian desert being tutored by the Lord himself. And he goes on to say, And all the brethren which are with me at the churches of Galatia, grace be to you and peace from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins, and he might deliver us from this present evil world, this present evil Aeon. The word Aeon there actually means age, folks. And what age was that? Well, this was the church age. And this is what he was referring to.

And guess what? That was at the beginning of the church age. We're at the end of the church age now. Any day this church age could come to an end. It will come to an end with the rapture of the church and the start of the tribulation period. And so here, and that will be again a seven-year period between the church age and the Millennium Kingdom.

And then he goes on to say, Now I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ and to another gospel. Well, here it's an interesting thing. The word another here actually, if I remember right, is heteros, heteros. And that word means another of a different kind, another of a different kind, and not another of the same kind.

Okay. And what do I mean by that? Well, you see, if you have Paul preaching the gospel of Christ and Peter preaching the gospel of Christ, it's the same gospel. But now here when they're preaching a gospel that is not of Christ, it's a different, it's a heteros, a different gospel.

And then he goes on to say here, Some that trouble you and would pervert to the gospel of Christ. You say, what in the world do you mean if it's not another? It just said another gospel. And then you say, which is not another.

Well, that other, another, alus there, means what we just said. The gospel of the same kind, another of the same kind. In other words, actual gospel of Christ. Today, there are many, many, many, many, many, many out there that are not preaching the gospel of Christ by any means. They're preaching everything but the gospel of Christ.

And so here he goes on to say, But there be some that trouble you and would pervert, would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you, in that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Now, Paul is not saying that an angel of heaven would preach another gospel to you. We know that the fallen angels are no longer angels of heaven.

They're fallen. And of course, they would definitely preach a different spirit to you. But here, if you read over in Revelation chapter 14 verses 6 and 7, the Lord says he'll send an angel to preach the everlasting gospel from heaven during the coming tribulation period. Now, the message of the angel will exhort people to worship the true God who had created all things. And so this obviously can only be the same gospel that Paul said, We have preached unto you, is what he's referring to here. And so he goes on to say, But though we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you, in that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

Let him be accursed. Now, that's anathema. That word's anathema in the Greek meaning. Well, it means being when you're cursed. That means you've given yourself over to a false god. You're worshiping a false god. And that's what he's talking about under the curse. You're under the curse of God to worship a false god. And that can only bring you a whole lot more trouble than you want. Now, Paul here, in his situation, he's dealing with two things.

But this applies to all that we're dealing with today, too. But with Paul, in his situation, he was dealing with the Gnostics and the Judaizers. The Gnostics and the Judaizers.

Now, the Gnostics, you had two sects of Gnostics who were totally but one post to each other. And one sect of the Gnostics believed that, well, since you were spiritual beings, that you must not have any contact with anything material. And they actually believed that you could ascend upon like a stairway, if you will, or a ladder into heaven by abstaining, by touching as little as possible, eating as little as possible, actually even breathing as little as possible. Some of these people, these guys, would actually climb trees and try to live upon a tree.

Some of them would get up there naked and try to live upon a tree by eating as little as possible, drinking as little as possible. And in their mind that this was an ascension upon the stairway, and some actually taught, some actually believed that you could, if you were true enough, you could actually ascend up to the same level as the Lord himself. Now, on the other side, the other group of the Gnostics was just the opposite. They believed that since you were spiritual beings, that material, anything material, could have no effect on you at all. So they believed you could eat all you wanted, you could drink all you wanted, you could have all of the illicit sex that you wanted, and since you were spiritual beings, it would have no effect on you.

Well, here's the problem. The first group, they believed that even if you were to touch a woman, if you were to touch her, you would actually have to purify your hand by burning the tips of the fingers with the hand that touched a woman. The other group was just exactly the opposite.

They couldn't touch enough. And so that was the Gnostics. And then you had the Judaizers, and Paul refers to them as the Jews' religion.

If I go over here, I just want to jump over here and go to verse 12. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. For you have heard of my conversation times past with the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God and wasted it, and profited in the Jews' religion, above many am I equal to my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of the fathers. So here he's referring specifically to, well, what the Judaizers did. Now, the Judaizers thought, well, here, now those that were professing to be converted, when the Judaizers would come into and say, well, they've had a conversion, they acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the Savior, but you had to combine the law with grace in order to be saved. In other words, you had to believe upon the name of the Lord Jesus, but at the same time, you'd have to keep all of the dietary laws and all of the sanitary laws and all of these things, and the combination of the two, you would receive salvation. Well, folks, it doesn't work that way.

You're saved by grace and not by works, okay? And so, lest any man should boast. All right, we want to say Bob and Laurie from Michigan pledged 100. Rose from Pennsylvania pledged 50. Thank you, Bob. Thank you, Laurie. Thank you, Rose. Folks, the numbers are now, again, we really, really need your help tonight.

This is, I've got only what's left in tonight's radio program, and we came far short of our goals. So, oh, by the way, that reminds me, we have a special for you tonight. Now, you know, you have the little red book, which is valued at $25. You had the rubbish hauler's wife versus Barack Obama for $20. You have the gay agenda, and that's for $20. And in other words, if you got any of these independently, and tonight we're adding to that our CD, Freedom Worth Fighting For, Freedom Worth Fighting For. It is a good one. You hear some of these songs here. In fact, folks, we have a hard time keeping them in stock.

Debbie, if you're listening out there, girl, we got to make up a bunch more in a hurry. But if you add this all together, it's $85. It's an $85 value, and you can get that tonight. If you get all four of them together for $60, $60 tonight, okay. And I know that some of you folks out there that say, well, boy, I would love this. Boy, would I love that.

Oh, but I don't have it. I can barely put food on the table, or I can barely keep the lights on, pay the light bill. Well, call us at the office, and we'll see what we can do. We have many, many times when people were destitute, we have been able to bless them, as all of you bless us with all of your donations and your support. Here, John from Parma Pledges 200. Thank you, John.

Thank you, John. Well, now I want to go over to 1 Corinthians and 1 Corinthians. I said first, I mean 2 Corinthians, and I want to go to verse 4. For if he that cometh preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive another spirit which you have not received, or another gospel which you have not accepted, you might well bear with him.

Now, here, again, this is what we're talking about out there today. They've got all of these different Jesus's out there. You ever hear those songs being played out there a lot of times, especially the country music, as they refer to as the man in the sky or the trucker songs, my buddy Jesus.

I know they don't mean anything, but you're dealing with God here, and you always want to be totally, completely respectful. Then you have the socialist Jesus. They had one day, years ago, I preached in a church. I was invited to come preach in an apostate church. Here, in fact, folks, I had gone into several apostate churches. In these churches, if God's Word, the Bible called it a sin, they would embrace it. In that church, they did have a male pastor, but the associate pastor was a female, and the two, they had two deaconesses instead of deacons, were women. I was asked to come and preach on a pro-life message, on the right to life, because what they would do in that church is every year around March for Life, they would invite a nice, gentle, sweet little pro-life lady in there, and then they'd just rip her to shreds.

Well, I got invited in because the fellow who happened to be a bank president asked me. I said, you know, you're in an apostate church. He says, if you don't come and preach the pro-life message, you're only going to get the pro-death message. I said, all right, but I can tell you right now it's going to be exciting. And he said, that's what I expect.

Well, I went in there, and in track racks, they actually had tracks, these socialist tracks out there. There's Jesus, and he's got a bandana on his head, and he's got gun belts, wearing gun belts. In other words, he's a rebel.

He's a rebel Marxist fighter. I got to stop right here and give the number out. 888-281-1110. So that's the number with the credit cards especially.

Or 888-677-9673. And so I went in there, and I let them have it, folks. I mean, I really preached Heaven Sweet, Hell Hot about the horrible, horrible sin of abortion and how it was murder and about how it's said there in Jeremiah chapter 2 verse 34 that these bloody women, their skirts were filled with the blood of the innocent and how they claimed, well, they did nothing wrong because they were allowed to do it, okay?

Basically, and so, like in America here today. Well, so these, this associate pastor and her two deacons, females, they asked me before I was to preach, they asked me to come in. They would like to have a word with me.

And so the very first thing one said was, well, you know, we've always had an abortion. You're not going to stop it. Wouldn't it be better to take it out of the back alley and make it clean and safe? Not safe for the babies, right, folks? I said, you know what, I know what you mean. I know, yeah, I know what you mean. You see here, like right here in Cleveland, it's the hot car capital of Ohio. It was at that time.

I don't know if it still is. And, you know, why risk life and limb chasing these guys stealing cars? Let's just let them give them a free one. By the way, you know, since you brought it up, we've always had rape. And we're not going to stop it. So instead of keeping it in the back alley, why don't we just make it legal and take it out of the back alley? And that way everyone can enjoy it, and it's a freedom.

A man has the freedom, right? So the preacher says, I am offended. I said, oh, no, no, you just think you're offended, and you just give me a few more minutes because you hypocrites are really going to be. And with that, all three of these very unclean women jumped up and they literally ran out the door, and I followed them out. And I yelled out to them, was it something I said?

I almost said, ladies, but I didn't. Anyhow, I wanted to take you over here. What he says in this verse, for he that come preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or receive another spirit, which have not received, or another gospel, which you have not received, you might well bear with him. Now, that is not what this sounds like. Here, that word, bearer, means it's not like when we bear a burden, it's like if we hold it. And that word there means to push against it, to push against that, okay? And then, going over to verse 12, we read this. But what I do that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion, that we are in the glory that they may be found even as we. Apostle Paul is saying, look, there are these guys that are coming and they're telling you, well, we're apostles just like Peter and Paul, we're apostles of Christ too. But they're not, for such are false apostles, deceitful workers transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. I've had to deal with people with these apostate preachers, that everything they, they'll smile and they'll call you brother, we're brothers in Christ, yet everything that God's word, the Bible calls sin, they embrace.

And I mean everything. I'm not talking about just abortion, I'm not talking about just sodomy, homosexuality, I'm talking about pedophilia. If it's, if God's word the Bible calls it a sin, these apostate preachers, United Church of the Antichrist, Episcopalian and many others, they will embrace him.

And no marvel, for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light, therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness, whose ends shall be according to their works. We're, we're going to, I'm going to play a clip here folks, we're going to go to a clip that we're going to play now. In Michigan, here in Ohio, they're trying, they want to pass this, what they call a woman's reproductive rights amendment to our Constitution. It's horrible, it's right from hell. It's like the devil himself came and gave it, this is wicked, and these people that are out there with their little pads and their little boards getting signatures, these people are doing the devil's work, it's evil, it's wicked, it's unclean, and what it will do, literally take away all parental rights, now there's something more into it, and it's going to be like what they've, what they're trying to pass, or what right now in Michigan, right now in Michigan, and we're going to go, and we're going to listen to a clip here, and in this clip, we're going to hear Brandon House, along with Attorney Matt DiPerno, Matt DiPerno, who ran for Attorney General of Michigan, and listen to this now folks, they want to do this here, I'm trying to tell you, August 1st, vote yes on issue 1, not August 1st, August 8th, vote yes on issue 1, go ahead and bring me the clip. So Matt DiPerno, he was running to be Governor of Michigan, I believe he probably won, but it was stolen through cheating, but I contacted him today because of the fact I did see this article about what is happening there in Michigan, and that is a law that I believe could criminalize Christianity, could criminalize a pastor saying certain things from the pulpit, or over the airwaves, so I sent the article and a link to the legislation over to Attorney Matt DiPerno, and Matt joins us tonight to discuss this, Michigan prepares to gut free speech with new quote hate crime legislation, there's the headline over at worldviewreport.com, guys show that would you, that's our aggregated news site, worldviewreport.com, so if you want to find this article, you can do that right there by going to worldviewreport.com, so we click on that article, and there it is, Michigan prepares to gut free speech with hate crime legislation.

Joining me now is Matt, Matt, welcome to the broadcast, thanks for joining us. Thanks for having me on, Brandon, and I ran for Attorney General. What did I say, what did I say? You said Governor. See, maybe I should get a teleprompter, he ran for Attorney General. I knew that, I don't know why I said Governor. Yeah, I knew you ran for Attorney General, why did I say that?

Who knows, why do I say half the stuff I do? Anyway, did you get a chance to look at this legislation? I did, and I was aware of it. They passed this out of the House of Representatives on Tuesday. It's not, well it's new legislation in one sense, in another sense they've amended a law that's been on the books since 1986, and I think that's where we should start in understanding what's happening. So in 1986 they passed a law called ethnic intimidation, which criminalized the idea that you could be guilty of a felony of ethnic intimidation if you have specific intent and cause physical harm to someone with an ethnic background. So maybe that makes sense, maybe some people don't think it makes sense, but nevertheless that is the law that was amended. So now let's talk about the law as they amended it on Tuesday. They now say a person is guilty of a hate crime.

They remove ethnic intimidation. That's not in the statute anymore. It's now a hate crime.

They remove specific intent. You don't need intent anymore to commit this hate crime. And what it says is if you do any of the following to an individual based in whole or in part on their actual or their perceived characteristics, then you are guilty of a felony. You would be guilty of this felony if, it says in the statute, if you damage, destroy, or deface real personal or digital property. I don't even know what that means.

Or online property. So again, you're guilty if you do something that causes a person to feel bad. And then they add in certain characteristics where they amended the ethnic intimidation. They've now added in sexual orientation and gender identity or expression and association with any of these groups. So for instance, if you are a pastor and you say the words LGBTQ, under this statute, you have now done something that could cause people to perceive themselves to be insulted or intimidated. And because they are associated with the LGBTQ community, you are now guilty of a felony. That's a radical departure of what the current law was. Now let's talk about the penalty that you could suffer.

It could be either a two-year or a five-year felony. Or the judge has an option to send you to, as it says, an alternate sentence where the offender would complete a period of community service intended to enhance the offender's understanding of the impact of the offense upon the victim and the wider community. And so then they define what gender identity or expression is, meaning someone who self-identifies with a different sex than they were assigned with at birth. And then they define intimidation. Intimidation now is how someone feels. If you feel terrorized or frightened or threatened, then that's intimidation. So we no longer have a specific intent crime. We have a crime that's based on how people feel.

If you talk about them in a way that offends them. So this is, it's radical. Say, for instance, what if I went out and did a speech, Brannon, and I talked about Richard Levine, right? You know who that is. Works for the White House, right?

Right. Calls himself Rachel. But what if I called him Richard? That person would therefore could be offended.

And if he feels offended, I could be guilty of a hate crime, punishable by five years in prison or both, not only in prison, or I could be sent to this reeducation system that the government sets up to reeducate all people who offend people that they disagree with. This is so dangerous. And I'm going to go back to what I said earlier. In 1965, Herbert Marcuse, the cultural Marxist Herbert Marcuse, who coined the phrase, make love, not war.

In his paper, 1965, repressive tolerance. All right, we're back, folks. I got to give you that number. We can go back to the clip, but I, phones aren't ringing. They got to ring. Listen, all of these years, we've always given you our best. We need to hear from you tonight.

We really need to hear from you tonight. We've got just what's left of tonight's program to stay on. And we're hoping to get back on those six stations we went off.

And now, you know, we're wondering if we can stay on the stations that you're listening to us on now. So 888-281-1110. Those are the credit card stations. That's the credit card station's number. 888-281-1110 or 888-677-9673.

888-677-9673. We've been having some problems within the, in the devils at work tonight again, okay? It's always us. It's always us. So we've been having a little bit of problems within, well, we have a lot of problems in the equipment here tonight.

So okay, go ahead if you can bring me on back. Ideology and our goals and our objectives of the growth of the welfare state, disarmament, et cetera, et cetera. This is exactly what they're doing. Repressive tolerance, depriving conservatives, Christians, people of faith.

I think that's the target. I mean, Karl Marx said, my object in life is to dethrone God and destroy capitalism. The Frankfurt school openly spouted the source of all suffering and oppression is Christianity and capitalism.

The Judeo-Christian worldview. This is, this should be the big news tonight. I am sorry for the passing of those that were on that sub, but that has gotten so much airtime the last two days, in my opinion, that it did not deserve. These people were warned about safety and all kinds of stuff. It did what they did and they, they, you know, bad ideas, you know, your, your, your ideas matter.

They have consequences. And I know it's a news story, but it has gotten wall to wall coverage when we should be talking about the FBI, the DOJ, the IRS involved in covering up crimes and committing crimes. Therefore to keep and help Joe Biden stay and get into office, we should be covering this in Michigan. There are so many stories that should be out there that are a serious threat to our constitutional way of life.

And Matt, you, as an attorney who ran for attorney general in Michigan, I don't have to tell you, you're an expert on the constitution. If you have no freedom of speech, first amendment, freedom of speech, you have no freedom of religion. You have no freedom of religion.

Then all the other freedoms start to collapse with it. This is a huge story tonight. And I don't know many people covering it.

No, it's, it's, it is huge. Now think about my race for attorney general, my opponent, Dana Nessel, the attorney general in Michigan, you know, she ran on a platform of putting a drag queen in every classroom. We had a big issue throughout the state regarding parental rights and parents' rights to be in charge of their children's education. We had, we talked a lot about removing pornography from school libraries.

Now you go back to that and think about all those speeches I gave where we talked about these issues under this statute, arguably every one of them would have been criminal. You talk about, you talk about parents going to school board meetings and speaking out against LGBT community coming into their schools. They speak out against pornography in schools.

They speak out against the schools grooming their children. All of those things would now become hate crimes under the statute. And all of those parents would be guilty of a felony.

What does that amount to? It amounts to terrorizing those parents into not going to school board meetings and not speaking out. It criminalizes conservative, pastors, parents, right? Community activists under this proposed statute, intimidate and harass will mean whatever the victim or the authorities want it to mean. It can be redefined based on who the prosecutor is. The focus again is on how the victim feels rather than a clearly defined criminal act.

And it's ridiculously vague and very subjective for those reasons. I believe it'll ultimately be challenged on constitutional grounds, but the absence of intent in this statute that I took out, how they removed actual intent from the prior law that they amended that absence of intent makes no difference. Now under the law, you are guilty of the crime because the victim feels uncomfortable. This is past the House. This is past the House is headed to the Senate. Is it likely to pass in the Senate?

Oh, no question. It'll pass in the Senate. The Senate is Democrat controlled. And also in the House, there were three Republicans that voted for this bill. So, you know, the Democrats are claiming they got bipartisan support for this. It will pass the Senate.

The governor, Governor Whitmer, will sign it. This will be the law. We are now criminalizing speech. The representative who introduced this bill, a Democrat, he stated we are not criminalizing hate.

That's what he said. He said we are criminalizing hate when it dovetails in a criminal act. So understand that circular reason.

Yeah, exactly. We are criminalizing hate when it dovetails with a criminal act. That new criminal act being what they defined as hate speech. So yes, they are criminalizing what they deserve defined as hate speech. All right, folks.

Here's what he's telling you here. In all of these years we've been on the radio, we've always obeyed God. And when you've had ungodly, wicked laws, like when they passed the child killing, when they made killing children legal, we fought against it.

We did not comply. God's word in the Bible is very clear. We must obey God rather than men. You people in Michigan, if you don't, if you don't totally oppose that, if you don't totally oppose that, if you don't stand up against that wicked and completely, totally corrupted government, you've got an extremely corrupt governor there.

She's a very wicked, extremely wicked woman. Okay. If you don't stand up against that, I can tell you right now, we're going to preach the gospel.

God's word in the Bible tells us we must obey God rather than men. And folks, if you don't stand against the wickedness there, you people in Michigan, then you deserve it. Then you deserve what you're getting. You need, first of all, you don't have a legitimate government. Your Senate and your state representatives in Michigan are illegitimate. They are not legitimate. They are illegitimate.

They're called to refer to, in Hebrews 12, as bastards. Okay. And so you have, not only do you have no obligation, and I don't care what these prissy, effeminate preachers, neo-evangelical preachers tell you, not only do you have absolutely no obligation whatsoever to abide by these people or to obey them, but you've got every obligation to Almighty God to disobey them. Resistance to tyranny is always obedience to God.

All right. I got to say here, Donald in New Hampshire pledged 50. Trey from New York pledges 300.

Mike from Texas pledges 10. Folks, we got to hear from you again. And I can tell you this. In 50 years on the radio, we have always obeyed God. We have never, not one time, not one time, backed down from this wickedness, these wicked people. So we need to hear from you tonight.

888-281-1110. And we're coming in, especially you folks in Michigan, you're going to need a radio station out there that champions your cause. You're going to need one that stands up for you and exhorts you.

You're going to need one that comes against. You know, I wish I could find a way to get into that house of representatives there in Michigan and lock the doors where they could not get out. I just love to preach them God's Word, the Bible. If I could do that, folks, they would get, the Word of God does not return void, and it would be so hot and heavy their hair would catch on fire. Those are wicked people, and Lord, and folks, again, they either are going to repent or they're going to perish.

You people out there in Michigan, you better listen to what these people are saying. You must obey God, and you must fight against this wickedness, this evil with every ounce of life and blood and breath that you have. Now, again, the numbers are 888-281-1110 or 888-677-9673. Come on. You got it. We want people out there with some metal, with some guts. Those that really, for real, believe the Word of God, that really, truly believe the Word of God, we need to hear from you tonight.

Okay, 888-281-1110 or 888-677-9673. Take me back to the clip. Attorney General Dana Nessel, who you ran against, has been slammed as a Soviet-style tyrant on a number of occasions and dubbed, quote, the lesbian terror of Michigan, end quote. Is that something she's been called?

Who calls her that? Is she public about her sexuality like this? Oh, very much so. You know, so, you know, she used to, in prior election cycles, she had a campaign ad where she, in her campaign ad, she said, vote for me.

I am the candidate who will not show you my penis. Wow. That was her campaign ad. So some of the stuff she does is completely outrageous. The thing she says is outrageous. But, you know, contrary, I think, to what you just read, in Michigan media, she's actually viewed as a lovable figure, right?

That's how they define her. But this proposed statute that the Senate will sign is completely inconsistent with fundamental principles of constitutional good governance. It is outrageous.

And make no mistake about it. What they are trying to do here is either send you to prison if people feel bad about what you say, which amounts to shutting you down. Christians now speaking out against homosexuality will be a crime. And in the alternative, they can send you to the Soviet-style dissident reeducation camps. That's what we're going to have in Michigan.

This is outrageous, and people need to fight against this law. Indeed they do. So in closing, let me ask you this, counselor. I'm on 63 Christian stations nationwide, have been for many, many, many, many years. One of them, or at least one of them, if not more than one, is a humongous station in Michigan. What could they do to someone like me in Tennessee that broadcasts into Michigan? Could they have me extradited and put in one of their concentration reeducation camps or find me or charge me criminally and have me extradited from Tennessee if I say something down here they don't like that broadcasts in Michigan now? Absolutely.

I think they can. Because if you say something, and again, no specific intent required, but it is a hate crime. If the person intentionally does one of the following to an individual based on perceived characteristics, if you intimidate that person, which is unknown what that actually means, right, if you damage them digitally somehow, we don't know what that means, or if they actually or perceived in some way, if they perceive what you say to be offensive or threatening to them, and they fall into one of these categories regarding sexual orientation or gender identity or expression or are affiliated with such a group. So if you just say LGBTQ, then people who are affiliated with those groups could have a cause of action against you This law also provides for civil penalties. They can sue you in court for damages, and you can also be guilty or sent to prison for up to five years or sent to their reeducation camps. I want to make it very clear in closing then, for those who say, well, I don't live in Michigan, so I don't care. What you're saying is this becomes a threat to a Christian broadcaster like myself living and broadcasting from Tennessee, but has picked up on Christian radio in Michigan. I could be criminally charged in Michigan. Yes, you can be criminally charged if you say, for instance, that a man is a man and a woman is a woman, and that broadcast reaches Michigan, you can be criminally charged. I think the concerns with this statute are the potential impact of invading free speech and the broad interpretation of intimidate and harass in the statute.

I think every conservative across this country has to worry that this bill could have far-reaching consequences for individuals such as yourself expressing their opinions and beliefs. Not to mention the pulpit. All right, Matt, what's your website?

How can people reach you and work with you? Dpernolaw.com. All right, we are back, and folks, let me just tell you something here. This, for you folks out there in Michigan, but whatever it'll bring here, you have your choice to obey God or to obey an extremely, an extremely corrupt and crooked. Now, again, I wanted to say that state legislature and in Michigan that would pass this legislation, these are corrupt people. God's word, the Bible, actually refers to them, read Romans chapter 1, as reprobate. These people that have voted for that legislation, those both in the House, and according to God's word, according to God's word, are reprobate. And so here, you know, the Bible tells you this, for you, any of you legislators, and you folks out there, you need to call your legislators. You need to call them there in Michigan, and just let them, and you can tell them I said so, but the word of God doesn't stutter.

It doesn't stutter, folks. They repent or they're gonna perish. They repent or they're gonna perish. Those legislators that voted for that, okay, they're, many of them will say, well, you know, Jesus, God loved everybody. No, the Bible doesn't teach that at all. The Bible teaches there's some people, in fact, the Bible says God hates all of those that commit inequity. The Bible says God hates those that commit inequity, folks. The Bible says those that love death, they hate God. Those that love abortion, those that love euthanasia, they hate God. The Lord Jesus made it real clear.

He didn't stutter a bit. He said they either repent or there's a fiery, a fiery hell for them. Now, you have a very wicked governor there. She is extremely wicked, and you folks, again, if you don't stand up against this wicked, evil, ungodly legislation, then you deserve it, and if you don't stand up and fight against, push hard back against this antichrist, satanic, and I'm gonna tell you this, and when they talk about LGBTQ, folks, that is right from the pit of hell and all of this transgender, transgender that is a sick hoax.

The Bible, like the man said, God said a man is a man and a woman is a woman. He didn't make a combination out there, and you folks out there need to listen to me in Mexican. You need to stand your ground. You need to stand up again.

If you won't stand your ground for this, what will you stand your ground for? Well, ready. So, anyhow, the numbers are, we gotta hear from you. We really need to hear from you tonight. It's 888-281-1110, or 888-677-9673. Again, 888-281-1110, or 888-677-9673. I'd like to say to you folks that are calling in, the ones that do, try not to keep the operators on the phone too long. They're really busy out there, because it takes a while to write everything down and take the credit cards and stuff like that. So try to be brief with them.

Kind of give them a break if you could. Now, I wanted to say this for, this is for doers of the word Baptist Church. This Sunday, first of all, tomorrow, tomorrow is, I need volunteers tomorrow, workday tomorrow at the pavilion. Tomorrow, 10 o'clock, 10 a.m. at the pavilion.

All you doers of the word, this is the call, okay? Clarion call, 10 o'clock, 10 a.m. tomorrow morning. I need you there at the pavilion. Sunday, we're going to have, the church service will be all day at the pavilion. The church service will be all day at the pavilion. Let's come against the night. When I grow up, I want to work for a woke company. Like super woke. When I grow up, when I grow up, I want to be hired based on what I look like rather than my skills. I want to be judged by my political beliefs. I want to get promoted based on my chromosomes. When I grow up, I want to be offended by my coworkers and walk around the office on eggshells and have my words policed by HR.

Words like grandfather, peanut gallery, long time no see, no can do. When I grow up, I want to be obsessed with emotional safety and do workplace sensitivity training all day long. When I grow up, I want to climb the corporate ladder just by following the crowd. I want to be a conformist. I want to weaponize my pronouns. What are pronouns? It's time to grow up and get back to work. Introducing the number one woke-free job board in America, redballoon.work.
