Day of January 2023, right? Mm hmm. All right, I can still remember.

All right. All right, folks, here tonight we have on the other side on the board, my producer tonight, he's doing it with Style and that's his name, Style. Good evening, Pastor. Good evening. Now, that little noise that you heard up there, that is what she's the studio marm.

She's fresh off the farm. That's Little Lisa. Good evening, everyone. And my special guest tonight is the renowned legal scholar. And he's he's like me.

He's no kid. He's been around a while. And that is Dr. Frederick Graves. Are you there, Frederick? Yes, sir.

Good to have you here with us tonight. And we've got a whole lot to do. And as you know, my I preached a message last week on the day 50 years to the day that Roe v. Wade was passed, the darkest time in American history. When when a court that they called themselves supreme, but they were only supreme in the rebellion against Almighty God when they committed high treason and said, what God has made unlawful, we will make legal with the purchase of license.

And anyhow, that was America's darkest day, in my opinion. And so that was what my my message was on. And tonight we left off in Proverbs chapter 24 verses 10, 11 and 12. And so that's where we're going to pick it up. So we go through there.

Just jump right in and add your input. OK. OK, we start in verse 10, if thou fate in the day of adversity, thy strength is small, if thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn to death and those that are ready to be slain. If thou say'st, behold, we know it not, does not he that ponder with the heart consider it and he that keepeth the soul?

Do they not know it? And shall he not render to every man according to his works? So here, America, abortion was America's national sin. Back when that happened, I was asking the older pastors back in that time, what are we going to do about this? Let's let's march on Washington, D.C., let's let's charge, let's put that court on trial for treason against Almighty God.

We've got the book of law right here, the King James Bible, the only ultimate book of law, the only inerrant, the final authority. And well, actually, there was about 100 of us pastors went to D.C. And that didn't do a whole lot of good, as you know. But here, but I've actually heard from some of them actually said to me, young man, if you continue this way, you're going to bring the government down on all of us. In other words, they were telling me that they feared the government more than they feared God.

But anyhow, there's no stuttering in these words. If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. In other words, he's telling you about courage. The Bible says what? That there where you have the unbeliever, whenever you have the unbelievers and those of no faith, the faithless and the unbelievers, you know, they're not saved.

They're lost, right? If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn to death and those that are ready to be slain. Well, now, I've heard a preacher trying to justify his lack of being able to stand up and with his eyes on the cross like a Christian soldier, say we've got to do all that we can to stop this horrible, horrible slaughter of the innocent. So his explanation was, well, that's not a literal. That's that's not speaking literal. It's speaking figurative.

No, it's not figurative. It's pretty clear if thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn into death and those that are ready to be slain. If thou say'st, behold, we knew it not, doth not he ponder at the heart consider it? And he that keepeth the soul, doth he not know it? And shall he not render to every man according to his works?

In other words, I think that when you stand before Almighty God and he says, what were you doing to stop the killing of the innocent? I think the only answer would be all that I could. What do you think? What do I think?

Yeah. Well, I think the Lord has to lead us. The Lord has to call us. We have to be moved. And that's why he sends preachers.

Well, that's a really good answer. You ready? Let's jump over because I got another one over in Jeremiah. Let's jump over to Jeremiah.

Chapter two, I believe it is, if I remember right. Jeremiah chapter two. And verses 33 through 35.

I keep passing it. Jeremiah chapter two verses 33 through 35. Now here, he's referring to the nation of Israel as an adulterous woman, as a seductive woman. And think about, and this actually you can apply to, I would say actually one of her sins as of abortion.

But it's comparative. The nation says, why trimmest thou thy way to seek love? Therefore has thou also taught the wicked ones thy ways. In other words, why are you seducing, why are you seducing these people in your teaching, the wicked ones to be that way, to seduce the people? Also in thy skirts is found the blood of the souls of the poor innocents.

I think you can make a comparison there to abortion, but not, you know, but also all of these feminists out there nowadays that you see. People like Whoopi Goldberg who brags about how many babies she's killed, okay? I have not found it by secret search, but upon all these, well obviously he didn't have to look upon her heart. She knew it would be her own mouth condemned her. Yet thou sayest, because I am innocent, surely his anger shall turn from me. Behold, I will plead with thee, because thou sayest I have not sinned.

So she's saying that, look, it was nobody stopped me, the authorities didn't stop me, they considered it what I was doing lawful. And since what I was doing was lawful, I haven't sinned. Do we see that same mindset out there today in our society, Dr. Graves? Well, you know and I know that people believe falsehood, they believe the liar. We know who Satan is, Satan is the liar, he's the author of lies, he is the darkness, he is the emptiness, he is the ignorance, he is the lack of knowledge, he is the vacuum into which fools are drawn, and all the more reason for you to do your preaching.

Alright, well I'm going to do some more of that. I'm going to just go over to, you know when you ask most people, where did we get the divine institution, or the institution of divine human government? You know the vast majority of people don't know, in fact, and I'm talking about the vast majority of pastors in this land don't really know that. And I taught biblical law, and for many years, and I want to take you right over to Genesis, and in Genesis, the very last verse in chapter 8, and that is, While the earth remained, seedtime, and harvest, and cold, and heat, and summer, and winter, and day, and night, shall not cease. So God is, you think God can keep his word, he said he's going to keep the seasons, as long as he keeps this earth, he's going to keep the seasons, and maybe we should be listening to him and not Al Gore, what do you think? Well, God's been keeping everything pretty well in check for quite a while, no reason to think that that's not going to change, the challenge before us is what are we going to do to try to educate the people of this nation, and ultimately the world, that in order to have peace, in order to have peace in order to honor the promise that Christ brings, we have to begin to learn how to live with one another, and that requires understanding some rules. And some of those rules are rules of court, and rules of evidence, and rules of juridical reasoning, and reaching beyond, you know, in the book of Hebrews, we hear a passage there where it says that we will go on, we have other things to do, we will still lay on hands, we will still bring the sheep, but there's more to be done, we need to also get involved with what is going on, and make the world safe for the children, both born and unborn.

Amen. Especially now with the new threats that you have out there with these so-called, with these bioweapons that they're calling vaccines, but anyhow, let's go take a quick look at where we got the divine institution of human government, and that was in the Noahic covenant in Genesis 9, And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth. And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, and upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea. And to your hand are they delivered, every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you, even as the green herb have I given you all things. Well, here now, we see in this covenant five points that God has given us in the divine institution of human government. One, the first point to whom it is given, and he sees you that down here when he says, And God said, This is the token of covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature which is with you for perpetual generations. But going back to verse, let me go back to verse 10, when he says, well, eight, And God spake unto Noah and his sons, and saying to him, And I behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you, and with every living creature that is with you of the fowl of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you from all that go out of the ark to every beast of the earth, and I will establish my covenant with you.

Neither shall all flights be cut off anymore by the waters of the flood, neither shall there be any more flood to destroy the earth. Now, this is a covenant that spans all seven dispensations, so it goes all seven, and he's telling you that he made this covenant with all mankind, with perpetual generations it does it in, and with every living creature. But then there's the second point was the intent, the intent of divine human government, and we read that in the first four verses there, where God gives man dominion over all the environment. But in verses five through seven, we see that he keeps, he keeps dominion of man for himself, and so that's where you got the statute of the death penalty there. And then the third point, and this is the most important point, Dr. Graves, the entire purpose, the entire purpose of human government we find in these two verses, and that is this, And surely your blood of your lives will I require at the hand of every beast, will I require at the hand of man, at the hand of every man's brother, will I require the life of man, whoso shedeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed, for in the image of God made he man. And you be fruitful, multiply, and bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein. So he's telling you the entire purpose of human government, the entire purpose of divine human government was to preserve the image of God, and that is man.

Now, this is the third time he's told you to be fruitful and multiply. How does that coincide with Roe v. Wade? Roe v. Wade was almost a jump from the point of view of anybody that has any knowledge at all about the law. I have a law degree and 36 years of experience winning cases, and when you, well, when I first read Roe, I thought it was jump. The idea that ancient Greeks took their children out and let them die on a stone was somehow justification for a law in the United States of America where young men and many women have given their lives for a system of justice that is perverted in such an outlandish way.

Well, I could go on for a long time, brother. Well, let me, there's something there that's very interesting too, but before I do that I wanted to go to the last two parts of that, the points, and of course the fourth point was the means by which man was to govern for God, and that's God's laws, God's statutes, God's commands, God's covenants, so on and so forth. But, and then the fifth point was that all nations and all peoples that would be in compliance with the first four would be at peace and not a war with God, and of course you don't see this, but you know, you being a Bible scholar, maybe you can answer this question for me because I have never been able, you see, I remember very clearly because we fought that from day one. In the Constitution, I've read that Constitution from top to bottom, I don't remember it all, you know, I couldn't quote it all and everything, but I never found any emanations of a penumbra in that Constitution. Have you ever found emanations of a penumbra in that Constitution that says a woman has a right to kill her baby?

Of course not, and there's no provision in the Constitution for the so-called right of privacy. The first case started was, let me see if I can think of it, it was a Massachusetts case where the people of Massachusetts, most of whom were Catholic, wanted to legislate the use of contraceptives. And from that case, then there was another case, don't remember the name of that one either, and eventually it got up to Roe vs. Wade, and it was pretty obvious to me when I first read the case, I think I may have been fresh out of law school back in the 80s, and it just didn't make any sense. I had read an awful lot of cases over the years by justices who had common sense, but when I read that one, I realized that it was politically motivated. I could tell from reading it that it was political, I don't need to know what was going on outside, I could read it and know it was politically motivated, they had an agenda, they knew that conclusion they wanted to reach, and they threw everything but the kitchen sink into that opinion. You really have to read it to see how ridiculous it is.

You hear emanations of penumbra for folks that don't know, emanations is like impulses of light, and a penumbra is like a shadow. I know that, yeah. But I'm saying here that somewhere in the Constitution, you had impulses of light within this shadow telling people that a woman has the right to kill a child, but again, see this to me is kind of insanity. I mean, it's crazy.

Well, it is. But it's been coming a long time, you know, we decided that God had no place in government, and because of the First Amendment, in which people do not understand, the First Amendment talks about religion. Religion is the practice of faith, it has nothing to do with God, God is the reality in which we live and move and have our being, that's what Paul said to the men of Athens, or was it the men of Rome, I think it was the men of Athens. The God in whom we live and move and have our being, the reality in which we live and move and have our being, that is real, and for this government to have turned its back on its motto, because to satisfy the whim of a handful of atheists and agnostics that don't have a clue what's going on, we're going to turn that around, that's what our American Justice Foundation is all about. We have a website, American Justice Foundation, I hope you don't mind me telling people about it, we also have a website called WordWar.com, where we are giving people opportunities to talk about these issues in a way that good people get rewarded, and stupid people and bad people and hateful people, they lose points. We're doing the best we can, we have HowToWinInCourt.com, but the bottom line is, if we're going to have a government that is going to recognize the Prince of Peace, and provide for the needs of the people while governing them, this all has to be done according to a set of rules. You know, it was Moses that set up the idea of having judges, you remember that part, don't you brother?

Actually it was his father-in-law that came up with the suggestion, but God had given it to him, but you're absolutely right. Can I just ask you, AmericanJusticeFoundation.com, what is that website? And the other one is the words, what was the other one? Well, there's one, it's called WordWar, a battle of ideas, it's a place where people can talk about abortion, talk about drugs, talk about sovereignty, talk about what's going on in the world, they can propose things to be talked about, and then we call them wars, and then there are battles, they can fight battles on the wars and skirmishes on the battles. But the bottom line is, we believe, and we are confident, we're fully persuaded, that people who offer good comments will get votes, they'll get voted up, and people who offer stupid or hateful comments will be voted down, and people earn rank. It's really a game, in a way, but it's more than a game, because it does give this opportunity for people to discuss these things and compete without violence, without having to set fire to police cars or carry signs in the street, or, God forbid, go into a shopping center with an AK-47 and kill people. Well, WordWar.com, and you're directly right, that's exactly what God's Word of the Bible teaches now, but let me ask you this, because when Roe v. Wade went down, the echo chamber was activated. You could turn the stations on the TV, and every talking head was saying, the fate of democracy is at stake, the fate of democracy is at stake, the fate of democracy is at stake. I always thought we had a constitutional republic.

Do we still have it, or is it totally gone? What's a democratic republic? Well, it's the democratic process that elects the representatives, and the representatives that are supposed to rule, but when the representatives decide that there is no God, there is no reality, it's only whatever you want it to be, that's why we're going down the, you know, circling the drain. We are going to do, we are not going, God is not going to allow this to happen. This nation is going to be rescued, and it's going to be rescued by the people themselves as they begin to learn the truth that has been hidden from them by the bar. I've got to find out a lot more about this. We'll be back right after this.

Hang in, Doc. I had this crazy dream about some folks who love this country, who all began to dream the same dream. And when the morning came, there arose across this nation people thinking one and the same. And they woke to find their freedoms and all their liberties had gradually been taken away. And when they realized the danger to their posterity, I heard those patriotic people say, we want this country back.

We ain't just joking, Jack. We want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back.

She's been driven way off track. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now, and we ain't gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore. Remember golden days when the stars and stripes forever symbolized her glorious name, America.

But now it's all been changed, and when we gaze upon old glory, it's hard to fight back feelings of shame. We're fed up with lying politicians and greedy corporations who have sold us out time and again. And we're sick and tired of sending our soldiers off to wars that we were never meant to win. We want this country back.

We ain't just joking, Jack. We want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back.

She's been driven way off track. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now, and we ain't gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore. Now we know our cause is right and our victory's on the way, and we won't give up the fight till we hear 200 million say. We want this country back.

We ain't just joking, Jack. We want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back, and we ain't taking anymore back. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now, and we ain't gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore. That's right, we're not gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore.

Some of us haven't been taking it. Some of us have been fighting it for the last 50 years, and tonight we have renowned legal scholar Dr. Frederick Graves, and he's gonna tell us how we can win in court without a lawyer. Well, let me talk. Oh, please, let me talk.

All right. You know, our friend the carpenter, our friend the carpenter, wow. The carpenter. You know, he was tried. He was tried by Caiaphas. Caiaphas had the same spirit in him that Diotrephes had. If you read 3 John, you can read about Diotrephes and his spirit of, well, it says right there that he wanted to have the preeminence among them.

The preeminence. So there with us, John 3, read it for yourself. John came there. John had been at the cross. John wasn't afraid of the soldiers, the drunken soldiers with their swords and swords in their spears.

It's late at night here, so forgive me if I stutter. But John went there and wanted to talk to the people that Diotrephes brought around him there in his little so-called church, and Diotrephes wouldn't let John speak. Of all the people that had something to say, the one who leaned on Jesus' breast at the Last Supper and went to the cross. And Diotrephes wouldn't let him speak because Diotrephes wanted the preeminence. Well, Caiaphas wanted the preeminence too, and he was the chief priest of Israel, but he was also the chief justice of the entire nation. And he and his cronies made up their mind, if the King James Bible is correct, and I believe it is, they made up their mind to murder him. So they took him, and the whole story about in the garden and all that, you know that, but you see, the real drama begins and the secret to what this nation needs, brother, we find in the trial. And we have to understand, whether we like it or not, that the trial of Jesus was something that was supposed to take place according to a set of fixed, inviolate rules. And those rules were broken. They were broken, they were violated, they did things that they should not have done, and here they were, the chief justices of the nation, breaking the law.

Roe versus Wade, breaking the law, because they would not obey the rules. And the people, you see, who might have stepped in and said, well, wait a minute, you can't break those rules. Well, the people didn't know the rules either, and here we go, this is where it gets wonderful and potentially something good that we can begin to tell the American people so they don't just go around saying, we want our country back, but where they can roll up their sleeves and put on their big boy pants and learn these rules.

But you remember, in Luke 52, Jesus says, woe to you all yours, for you've hidden the keys of knowledge, and those who would have entered in, you forbade them. Well, here we have the American Bar Association hiding the rules from your children, the rules of evidence, the rules of proper procedure, the rules of how we're supposed to use the English language correctly with phrases and clauses and periods and semicolons. And the people don't know what the rules are. And these rules are required if you want to have order, if you want to have peace, if you want to have America where young couples can have children and own a home and have a car and maybe have a job or start their own business, a little restaurant or something. If that's what you want, that's what I think America is supposed to be, the young couple with a baby, buying a house, settling down, living in peace. But you can't have peace without order, you can't have order without justice, and you can't have justice without a set of rules that the American people sooner or later are going to have to wake up and realize we have been remiss.

We have not learned the rules that make America possible. All right. Yeah.

You know, I think you're right. In my lifetime, you know, from day one, I was a pro-life activist many, many times. I ended up in court and three times, three times, Dr. Graves, they tried to recall me in the courts and three times. They threw, the cases were just thrown out of court. They didn't go very far. But here, I guess my question is, you're absolutely right what you said.

You have to know the rules, how to play the game. The problem of it is when the rules are changed on you, we had... They're not changing.

No, no, they're not changing. The rules of procedure and the rules of evidence have been around for probably, I don't know, hundreds of years. It's all very simple. The rules about hearsay, the rules about asked and answered, the rules about calls for speculation, all these things I can teach an eighth grader in a weekend.

And the American people don't know because the American Bar Association has never made the slightest effort to teach anybody in this country anything other than maybe a little bit about the Constitution, and the Constitution does not tell you what the rules are that get justice. That's what the missing link. That's what I offered you. That's why I was so glad that you gave me an opportunity to speak to your people. The missing link is we have to do some work. And the problem is, like Thomas Edison said, he said, you know, opportunity is a wonderful thing.

The problem is, when it walks past you, it's dressed in overalls, and it looks like work. Opportunity requires some work. And when the American people make up their mind, and I have a website called How to Win in Court, not trying to make money here, of all the things on earth I want to see, and let me just go one more step here with you, if I may. Jesus is there, he's praying in the book of John, Chapter 7, I believe, if I'm 717, and he says to the Father, Thou in me, and I in them, that they may be one. That's that song that we heard on the break, that we may be one, that we may share something together as Americans, and make this world safe, not just here, but in Africa, where they're taking mud and putting it in cloth and straining it to get some water to drink. And we're here throwing money away, because we don't understand who we are. And who we are is a people who should be governed by a set of rules that we believe in, that we applaud, that we want to share with everyone we can possibly find that will listen to us.

There are these wonderful rules, the lawyers corrupt them, the judges many times are ignorant of them, I've proven that, I've stood before the Florida Supreme Court and listened to judges that didn't understand. So when the American people decide that they are going to learn these rules, the procedure, the rules of evidence, the rules of how do you interpret a statute, or how do you interpret any sentence on the English language, things that they could be taught in the schools, that's what our American Justice Foundation is dedicated to do, to get this education into the schools if we have to ride roughshod over these people that might dare to resist us. Well, you know, how do we do that?

I mean, I'm all for that, absolutely, we need to. Hosea 4-6 says, my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. And of course, yes. You see, here's Jesus says, woe to you lawyers, you've hidden the keys of knowledge, and we've heard that over and over as if that was something rather than blaming the lawyers.

No! The legal system is owned by lawyers and barristers, and it's been going on since the beginning, millennia. Now is the new opportunity. Now is the time when Americans are going to begin, and they've already begun, to understand that America is a system of laws, and those laws must have rules. See, there's two things. There's laws, and then there's rules. The laws have to obey the rules. If the writers of Roe vs. Wade had been following the rules, brother, Roe never would have happened in the first place. But the rules have been forgotten, and we can recover the rules, we can study the rules, we can share them, we can teach them in our churches, we can get them into our schools. But if we refuse to do this, if we do like Edison, and see opportunity come, here's opportunity, but which dressed in overalls and looks like work, and we just, oh, I don't want to do that, that might be too hard, and yet I tell you, I can teach an eighth grader this in a weekend.

Well, I'm not quite as alert as the eighth graders are nowadays, but I'll listen for sure. You know, I guess what I want to say is, over these years, I've been in court many, many times because of my pro-life activity. They've charged me with about everything you can imagine.

Now, we beat them every time. A couple of times, I defended myself because I was the only one charged, and I did it with my venue, and my venue is the actual book of law, the King James Bible, and it only took about fifteen minutes, and they just wanted me as far away from the court as they could get me, okay? And so, here though, what I'm saying is, when you have these corrupt judges, and you're right, but they don't play by the rules, and... It doesn't matter, brother, it doesn't matter, once you know how to write your, get your record, once you know how to create the record, know how to object, understand the rules of evidence, it's a piece of cake, it really is, it's not hard to learn, rules of evidence take you about two hours to learn the rules of evidence in my course, and then about two hours to learn how to object. Now, when you know the rules of evidence, and you know how and when and why to object, you've controlled the judge.

I've had judges rule against me, and I've appealed and had them reversed. That's how it works. It's a beautiful system, but the American people have been kept in the dark, religionists have no idea, and it's time that the American people wake up and realize we have been conned. Boy, you're not kidding about that.

One of the things you hear all the time is, no standing, no standing. Well, we witnessed the greatest election fraud in the history of this country. Now, I want you to know, on the very night in 2016 when President Trump won the election, on that very night, on that very night, right then, we had on this radio program said the election of 2020 would be the most fraud, you would see more voter fraud than it would be said presidents, and boy, we were right on. Now, here's the situation. All of these courts refused to hear about the election fraud, and this idea that there was no standing because they could not prove damage. President Trump worked like a dog.

I mean, I never seen in my lifetime a president do so much campaigning as he did, and yet they said he suffered, no, he had no damage. How do you figure that? Well, are you talking about the Brunson vs. Adams case? Well, you know, that would be, yeah, we had them on here.

That would be a good thing. I've known Roland Brunson for 20 years. I've been to his shop in Salt Lake City. We've gone out to eat together, he and at least one of his brothers, there's four of them all together, they're trumpet players. Yeah, we had one of them here on the program just recently. Yeah, they're good fellows.

I talked to Roland the other day, about a week ago, and we talked about the fact that if he had done things differently, I think different things would have happened. So I come back to this argument, and I enjoy the opportunity to persist in, which is if we want to get a good result, we have to do good work, and good work means understanding how the law is supposed to work, and what I mean by that is how the law is supposed to obey the rules. You see, no one can know all the law, brother, but you can know the rules. They're not hard to learn.

You can learn them in a weekend, but nobody seems to want to bother. They'd rather carry a sign or complain or send out emails about how everything's falling apart, and I just don't buy that anymore. I think it's time for America to put on their big boy pants, learn the rules of evidence, learn the rules of procedure, learn how to read an English sentence, and know what it means, and from a point of view of what it really means, and turn this country around. Don't wait on somebody to do it for us.

It's not going to happen, and you can all pray if every last one of us got up with hatchets and pitchforks, nothing's going to change until we the people do it, as Paul said, decently and in order, and you can't have order without rules, and you can't have rules if the American public refused to learn. Let me give you an example. So you learn those rules by going to your website there?

No. I grew up in Ohio. So you go to Google and you say, Ohio rules of evidence. That's not too hard. That's not a lot of work. That's not going to hurt anybody.

You're not going to get calluses. You go to Google, Ohio rules of evidence, and you read them. There probably aren't more than 20 or 30 rules. Maybe 40 rules. So what's 40 rules? Big deal. Is that too much to learn?

I don't think so. God just wants to envelop us because we will not lift the lamp that's been given us by too many people that didn't get to come home from Normandy Beach or Iwo Jima. We need to learn the rules and honor those people who gave their lives for us. All right. Very good.

Well, I'm going to do exactly what you said. Let me give you an example because there's a lot of people listening to this here and not just in our county. I want to take you down to a county level right now. In our county, we have a lot of corruption, even though we're here in Ohio, and we're very conservative. The people in charge, the rhinos that were in charge of the Republican Party actually sent letters out, flyers out to the Democrats, asking them to vote to register as Republicans. And they were going to run some Democrats as Republicans, and they did this, and they caucused with the Democrats. Now, what you said about the legislation, we decided, look, because of the corruption, we can't get this done through the legislature because the legislators were influenced by the lawyers. And the other side out there, this corrupt, the rhinos had all of the lawyers within their little group.

And so we're trying to find a lawyer that could represent the conservatives. You did not need one. You could have learned this yourselves.

A handful of you could get together and learn it all that much better. Go down to your church, get a video thing up on the screen for your computer. Use your computer.

Go to Google. Google Ohio rules of procedure. Ohio rules of civil procedure. Or if it's a criminal case, Ohio rules of criminal procedure. It's not rocket science. It's just the bar has conned everybody into thinking, oh, well, you're not smart enough to do this.

My gosh, the rules of evidence in every federal case, brother, every federal case, civil or criminal, bankruptcy, tax, whatever it is, the rules of evidence can be written on about 19 pages. And for anybody to tell me, well, I don't have time to read those 19 pages and then turn around and complain about what's going on in this country, I don't want to listen to them. I don't want to be in the same room with them. I wish they'd go to another planet.

Well, very good. So look, listen, I'm with you. 19 pages is not too many pages to learn in order to make America what it needs to be.

A place where people like Jesus Christ are safe. I'm with you on that. Now, all of the people in our in our tea party and our conservative group in my county, they're going to be listening to to what you're saying here. And we're going to do exactly what you said. We're going to go right up there on the Internet to Ohio rules of evidence.

And we're going to see what those rules are and we're going to see if we can apply them. Pardon? They've been there forever. It's free. It's free. Why were we not told?

I keep saying this to people. Why were we not told? I'll tell you why we were not told.

Here's here's a good one. Charles Dickens. What I hope I hope in if I make it to heaven, I hope I get to see him. You just want to meet Charles Dickens. But anyway, he wrote he wrote a book called Bleak House. He wrote a book called Hard Times. He wrote a whole bunch of novels.

As you know, he wrote Christmas, The Christmas Carol, you know, with Tiny Tim, all of that. Bleak House, for example, in Bleak House, there's a case and it's called the Jarn Dice case. If you were to ask an old, seasoned lawyer.

And do you know what the Jarn Dice case is? There's a good chance he would know. And it's from that story that Charles Dickens wrote called Bleak House, where a young fellow had an expectation of an estate that was going to be settled. And he and his young lady, they wanted to get married. They wanted to have a good life.

And the young man, he figured, well, why don't we just wait till the estate settles and we'll be able to have a home. You'll have a carriage. You'll have servants.

You'll have everything you want. So they got conned by the desire for money. But the lawyers, the lawyers on the Jarn Dice case, ended up with everything and it took years and years and years. And it's called the Jarn Dice case. And any old lawyer or law professor would probably know what it was. But it comes back to the same thing. Why have we, for 6,000 years, allowed the lawyers to run our world while keeping the secrets that Jesus challenged them about that they will not tell us because that's how they make the big bucks? You know what, I'm 110% with you on this, but let me ask you this.

Explain to us, because I keep hearing how the lawyers are esquired to the bench of England, of Britain. That's nonsense. That utter nonsense. That's more people trying to undermine reality because they don't have enough courage or gumption or get up and go about them to learn what I teach.

They want to condemn and blame and talk about things. They heard from somebody else. Must be true. Somebody said it must be true.

And they go around repeating these things, which are absolutely utter nonsense. But the bottom line is, why don't we set all those silly things aside that are the weight that doth so easily beset us, brother. Set aside these weights that do so easily beset us, I believe that was Paul, and get down to brass tacks. I'm all for that, okay. If you want to build a race car, you better understand a little bit about internal combustion engines and drive shafts and wrist pins. If you want to build a race car, you might actually have to learn something. So my challenge is to the American public, if you want to build a better nation, maybe you need to learn something. Well, I'm all for that.

This is why we have you here tonight. I'm big on that learning thing. The people perish for lack of knowledge, and knowledge is there, sir. There's nobody keeping you from learning it. It's there.

Absolutely. Nobody's keeping you from learning it, except you've been conned into believing it's too difficult, and I tell you I can teach an eighth grader in a weekend. Well, you know, one of the other things I want to learn about is inviolability, because I've got the definition of it, but it doesn't seem like our so-called legal system or judicial system acknowledges that in its true form. Because, you know, the definition there talks about ambassadors and how they're exempt, you know, from searches and so on and so forth.

Now, God's word the Bible says that we're a born-again believer, we're ambassadors for Christ, and I don't know why our government does not recognize that or our judicial system. Maybe you can explain that. But we're coming up to a break. I will, real quick. I'll give you a quick one and we'll come back to it, okay? Okay. It's because the American people at no time in the history of America have really been involved in trying to build the government.

The government's been built by a bunch of people that actually know how to read and write English. Okay, very good. We're coming up to a break. When we come back, we'll have some more questions for you, but let me ask you this. There's a lot of lawyers out there listening to us tonight, and a number of them, I think, will be wanting to call you right away, and they want to learn, okay?

So, are you ready to take calls? Sir, I think the spirit of the octrophes is very strong in most of those people that call themselves lawyers. They want to have the preeminence.

They want to think they already know more than anybody could possibly know. But you need to understand that we don't care about those people. What we care about is mom and dad and Billy and Sue.

That's who we care about. Amen. Hang tight.

We're up against a very hard break. Hold tight. We'll be back right after this with more.
