The legendary voice of the Christian resistance movement, and tonight. My producer is none other than the fearless guardian of the gate, the mighty Andrew. Hey, mighty Andrew. Hey, mighty pastor. You ready to roll?

Yes, I am. Tonight, live in the studio, I have the former county commissioner of Jugg County, Tea Party activist, political commentator. And radio host Walter Skip Claypool. Hey, Walter. Hey, Pastor.

How are you doing tonight? We're ready to roll. We got a lot to cover. Title of the message this week is: "I Have Fought a Good Fight, I Have Finished My Course, and I Have Kept the Faith." And we're going to start tonight in Second Timothy chapter four. I charge thee, therefore, before God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Well, you know when He gives a charge, that's actually a military term. If you look at, and the only way you were relieved of that military term is if the person who gave it to you the charge, or if you died.

Okay, and He's talking about before God, who shall judge the quick. And the dead, of course, the quick. That quick means those that have been born again, those that have the Spirit. In other words, born twice, die once; born once, die twice. And the dead.

The dead are those that are born once and die twice. And and he's referring to the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge those at his appearing in his kingdom. And so, here. Preach the word, be instant in season and out of season. What do you think that means, Skipper?

To be ready in season and out of the season.

So, in other words, when you have when you have an opportunity, okay. What if what if you're sitting there in a restaurant and is and you're sitting at at the counter and there's a guy sitting next to you. And he say, "Well, you know, I don't believe all that stuff in the Bible. What do you do?" I say, "Good luck." You know, the the the the way that I read this, or the way that I, I'm not a pastor. I mean, I wouldn't even.

Scratch the surface, Pastor, of what you know in the Bible, but what I'm, what this is saying to me is, everybody needs to be ready. You need to be concentrating on doing the right thing all the time.

So if you slip to the side, you may not be ready. You may be, you know, called the by the devil rather than called by God. Absolutely.

Sometimes when you know silence is convicting, Jesus said that. That those that are ashamed of him before men, so shall he be ashamed of before the Father.

So, in a situation, you say like that. I would say, well, really, what is it you don't believe? And when they start telling you, boy, it's easy to undo that. But it has another application, and that is, you know, when the opportunity. Presents itself.

You're out there many, many years. I spent forty five years. In front of those bloody abortion mills, preaching the gospel, and many times people would come up, and I got arrested. I don't know how many times for preaching, for preaching the word of God, and then, but I actually got arrested. I got thrown into jail for preaching and thrown out.

I was the only pastor I ever known that was thrown out of jail for preaching. They couldn't take it anymore at the fourth district, and so here. I have to keep that in mind in case I ever end in that situation. All I got to do is start preaching. Maybe they'll toss me out.

Yeah, well, it worked for me. But anyhow, so when you have this situation out there, and we have many, many people out there in front of a bloody abortion mill. Receive Jesus Christ. I tell you what, I believe more people receive Christ on the streets out there with our people than in a lot of those old apostate churches around. Anyhow, so whenever the situation, the opportunity presents itself, be in season and out of season.

Now, what that means in season and out of season—that means when you can do it without persecution, or if it's going to put you in jail. Either way, that's what he's talking about. Then he's telling you here to be ready to reprove. That simply means to correct, to correct somebody. If they're preaching the wrong or if they're saying something that's not true, to rebuke.

You let them know very clearly. One time when I had the furniture store, I had a sign up there in the background, and it says. Damn, is not God's last name, you know the big sign.

So, a cop came in there, but he was drunk. This guy was well, wasn't he? Was you know, it wasn't flat out drunk, but he was little bit drunk. You know, I would say, and he came up and he, and he says, he looked at it, he says, I don't believe that, and he took the Lord's name in vain. I said, turn around.

That's the door. Hit it. And I said, you don't do that in here. You don't blaspheme in here. You don't take God's name in vain in here.

And that was called a rebuke. And he was offended. And I said, you're either going to walk out there, or I'm going to walk you out there.

Okay. And he apologized.

Okay. On the way out. But anyhow, or exhort. When I was ordained as a young preacher, believe it or not, one time I was young. I was.

Ordained vision. Yeah, my gift. My gift was or exhortation, that that was my gift of that I was would exhort people to to activism with long suffering and doctrine. There you go. The very important thing: doctrine, doctrine, doctrine, real doctrine.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lust shall they hate to themselves, preach teachers having itching ears. If I was to say, well, if you think about it, in what areas would that really apply? Of course, we know the apostate church out there today, you know, doesn't hold to doctrine. But what about the itching ears? What do you think that means?

You know that's a curious one to me. I was just sitting there thinking about that one. I mean, I got you with apostate churches, and they're kind of vying off the right path. But the itching ears thing—you know—the only thing I can think that it means is they're they're they're being swayed to go in the wrong direction. The itching ears.

These are here when it says that. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lust shall they heap to themselves teachers, having the engineers. We talked about earlier about the apostate church, like the Word of Faith movement, yeah. Where they were the prosperity preachers, and what they actually do is they actually go and they poll an area, and they they send out flyers and they ask people, "What do you like to hear preached? What do you want to hear preached?" We talked about Rick Warren.

That's exactly Rick Warren provided eleven different venues, okay, and so that's what they once they find out what it is you want to hear. Then they play to that, okay, and to separate the the fleece to flock, to separate the fool from their money, okay. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned into fables. Boy, do we see a lot of that out there? We do.

Everybody having their own opinion of what things means. Yeah, yeah, and and there, there's. I've never, I never would have believed. Thirty years ago, if you'd have told me that we would have such biblical illiteracy today, I never would have believed it. You know, I you know today it's just unbelievable.

This is why two things are happening today simultaneously in the country. One is the good news is that this movement with Charlie Kirk and that where he. Activated the young people, and there's a movement, you know, amongst the young people there, which is very good. The problem with that is, it's emotional. It's a lot of emotion, which you know, there's nothing wrong with emotion, but it's they don't have a foundation.

And we're we're talking now about biblical doctrine. You're finding that in the last few years. Church attendance in this country has fallen off. I mean, it has really fallen off now. And the good news is that we talked about the prosperity church.

You saw, Joel Osteen's church that holds like forty thousand people. That big, that big arena. They're down to about four or five thousand. No, it's twenty-four thousand. I'm sorry, twenty-four thousand.

Their their services now are down around four thousand. They're they used to pack their loot. They're losing a number of these big prosperity churches. These big mega closing their doors. You know they can't afford to keep them open anymore.

They're going bankrupt.

Okay, and that's good because they're not preaching the gospel. They're the Church of Leo to see them. The bad news is, but it's across the board. Even, even your churches that are Orthodox, fundamental churches that are preaching, holding to the gospel, they're holding to the older people, the older crowd that's staying there, but the younger crowds have left. Many of them have left.

Okay, not they're not they not having new young people coming in. They're With the internet, and oh boy, I am going to tell you, is there a lot of real misinformation on the internet? I don't know if you saw the AI churches they have now. They have AI churches with AI pastors, and one of them was saying how.

Now, here, this is the Apostle Paul that we're reading today. And he was saying that if you're following the teachings of the Apostle Paul closely, you're committing idolatry. You're you're violating the first commandment.

Okay, that's what this guy was saying, and he was saying because you know we're only supposed to listen to the teachings of Christ.

Well, you know. The Apostle Paul spent three years in the Arabian Desert being tutored by Christ personally, and he's written more books books than any of the other apostles. And so we go on to say here, but watch thou now in all things endure afflictions. Do the work of an evangelist and make full proof of the ministry. Make full proof of the ministry.

In other words, take every opportunity you can in every way. For example, whatever area that you're in, to go out now. We we have people that go out in the street preachers and that's good. We have people that are witnessing to people. The Great Commission number one.

And and that's good. I can reach more people on the radio here than I can by going out on the street. I I did for forty five years. I went out on the street, and then I went and got old. And when you get old, and you get colder faster too out there in the wintertime.

I was out there winter summer, but. But I, I make full ministry. I take a look where can I reach the most amount of people more efficiently, to get the maximum done, and then whatever capacity that is that you can do that.

Okay, because see, this is not about us. It's not about us. We're going to die and be forgotten pretty quick.

Okay, but it's about. The cause is a righteous cause. For I am now ready to be offered; the time of my departure is at hand. The Apostle Paul knew that the Lord had to let him know that he was soon to be offered up.

Now, this these are the words that every one of us, every one of us, want to hear these words someday, and that is.

Well, well, I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course, and I have kept the faith. Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, shall give me at that day, and not to me only, but unto all of them also, that love His appearing. To all of them also that love His appearing, and so. One of my favorite verses in the Bible is in Zechariah, in the one of the very last verses in Zechariah, chapter fourteen.

And I'll get there, Pastor By. And here's what it says. Oh, where are you going, Zachariah? Yeah, you know what? Let me see.

No, I've been met Malachi, Malachi chapter. Three verses, sixteen through eighteen. Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another, and the Lord hearkened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon His name. And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels, I will spare them as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall you return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God, and him that serveth him not.

And so there's seven different books in seven books in the Bible that I'm not talking about, that are the books of the canon. But are spoken of. One of them is the the book of remembrance. Another is the book of war. The another is in Genesis chapter five, and so you have these seven books that are written.

But In here, this passage. Those that think upon the Lord—that's what we're to do during the day. We're supposed to. God listens and and think about as you go through your day. How often are we talking with one another about the Lord?

How often do we discuss the Lord? And that's what we're supposed to do. I'm going to stop right there, and then just for a minute, I'm going to jump over. And again, when it when it talks about we're to run a good race, fight a good fight.

Now, it's such a blessing to have the satisfaction of being able to say, I have given it my very best. And and going on fifty two years, I can honestly say that. I've never compromised in this ministry. In all those years, I've given it my very best.

Now, I haven't always done the best. I've haven't always been right. I mean, as far as Very successful in certain things, but I've never given it less than my best. I've always done, and whenever you're doing the Lord's work, that's exactly what you're expected to do. You never want to give the Lord less than your best, and so that gives me some satisfaction because I know that someday I'll hear those words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." And with that, Skip, I'm kind of sickened by the whining of some of those out there that were, you know, supposed to be Trump supporters, supposed to be, you know, conservative Christians, and many of them.

Out there today are whining about the higher gas prices. It seems like they've got very short memories. You remember that fellow named Joe Biden, well, and they don't have very accurate view of the world of reality. Because if they're complaining about higher gas prices, they should reflect back on when Biden was in office, because they were much higher. It had five dollars a gallon when Biden was down there, but that.

But they forget quickly, right? Because Trump came in and things got better. But here, but you know, much much worse than that, the border. All of those Trump Trump throwing word out there. He's saying it's 50 million.

I don't know how many, but I know it was in the millions that Biden brought in. But I know amongst those. He brought in many, many convicted murderers. The these other countries had opened their prisons and sent these murderers here.

Okay, some of them who were guilty of several murders.

Okay, with that you had a lot of rapists. A lot of rapists. In fact, right there, just when you come into the border. Of this country, there, in Texas, there, in Mexico, they had what they call the rape tree. That these women who would have to come in, they would have to submit to rape, and they would hang their panties on the tree.

And they, they knew they would have to do that.

Okay, but how many of these rapists he brought in, and you know, and and some countries like England, for example, right now today in England. There's a very strong patriot movement, conservative movement. I mean, they've had the largest marches they've ever had in their history out. But there's what's happening is there's it's going to be a a conflict. There's going to be a civil war because.

In England, just about most of their major cities are headed up by Muslims, and what what had happened in England what caused this conservative pushback was that these Muslims were raping these young British girls, and they was being told, well, you know, that's just a part of their culture, okay, and people have had it; they were fed up with it, okay, and of course. Here in this country, you know, if the Democrats, if you're a Democrat, you want to punish the victim, okay, not the criminal, right? I mean, that's that's the way Democrats, that's their mindset. I mean, I hate to say it, but it's true.

Okay, you got these so-called lawfare judges. That that's exactly what they're doing out there, going after pro-lifers, putting pro-lifers in prison and and people. And so here, and all the pedophiles out there. Have you forgotten how the brightest and the best were purged from our military? Because they refused to have to take the COVID kill shots, okay?

How many people died? We we had these nurses on here. Nurses have been dropping the dimes, and they they said people weren't dying from COVID. People were dying from the shots, and you you saw people. You did not have people dying from COVID at home.

They were dying from the hospitals. They were dying in there from COVID in the hospitals, and so. Here they refused that in the military.

So because of that, they were purged out. They refused the to take a lesser person status, refusing having the accepting transgender. You know, they told the trans Biden said the transgenders that if you were transgender, you were going through your treatment there, getting your your hormone. You didn't have to worry about combat. You didn't have to go to duty.

You know. LGBT, drag queens, woke, DEI, all of that forced so many of the brightest and the best out people that have morality. What do you think? Oh, absolutely. I have two kids that retired from the service—one in the Air Force, one in the Marines—and part of the reasoning now they had reached retirement.

Age, or they put in enough years for retirement, but they would have stayed in longer because they loved the military service. But they couldn't tolerate the nonsense that the Biden administration was putting on the military. You know the procedures, the the mollycallying, and the you know soft handed way that they were treating. Same thing with the prosecutors that are letting criminals out on the street.

Well, in the military, we were looking the other way in all kinds of bad behavior. You can't have that. You can't have discipline in a in a unified military whose one job it is to protect this country is to kill the other enemy better than the enemy can kill us. That's their job. Their job is to go out there and defend this country.

And when you've got, you know, my son got brought up on charges because he forced a young guy who was out past his curfew, so to speak, because he was in training, and he had come in on drugs, and my my son had him do pushups. Which he's in the Marines. That's what you do in the Marines. And it just so happened that this this kid's dad happened to be a congressman, and so they brought him up on charges. Thank God, my son's.

Commander was pretty strong guy, and they fought it, and my son won in that situation. But he had to endure that whole process, and it's because they mollycoddle the you know people. You'd have gays and LGBTQ T and all this nonsense, and and and and making that public and bringing it out. I mean, they don't tell the policy. You know, when I went in.

Days were strictly prohibited, and then they've changed to this "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

Well, okay, if if I don't know, then yeah, it's not going to bother me. But the minute you bring it out there and you make this an issue, now you've created division within the military, and you can't have that kind of division. We had when when they they were caught in an act of homosexuality, they had to wear red tennis shoes. Where I was at for certain periods. Of times that people would know, well, they just kicked them out when I was in service.

And so we'll be back after this for the different topic. We'll be right back. Remember me, you're taking all my money. Remember me, you gave my job away. Remember me, you're and my.

Just a number. He's white and straight. Doesn't qualify for an A. Remember me? I helped you get elected.

But you haven't done one thing you said you'd do. But even though you'd rather not remember me, I'll remember you. I'll remember, I'll remember in November, in November, as I step into the little blue. I'll remember in November. To vote, anyone but anyone but you.

Remember me? I served my country proudly. Remember me? I love the USA. Remember me?

Or am I just some bumpkin who you didn't think would notice the bounced checks and midnight rain? Remember me? I wrote you all those letters, thinking that you cared what I thought too. Even though you often just forget to remember, I'll remember you. I'll remember in November, as I step into a little room.

I'll remember in November to vote. For anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember. We'll remember in November. In November, as we're standing in the little booth.

We'll remember. In November to vote for anyone but anyone but you, we'll remember in November to vote for anyone but anyone but you. All righty, we are back.

Okay, Walter Skip Claypool, tell me this: these. Traffic cameras that are out there giving people tickets—they're all over the place. Are they, in your opinion, lawful? I am really fed up with them. It's like we're constantly being spied upon.

And you know what? I got to tell you this: for over probably close to forty years, I never got a speeding ticket—not one, not one. But then I get within a couple weeks, I get three. And you know what? And they were from these cameras.

You know, two of them, Skip, were exactly the same. In other words, it's exactly the same picture. I was exactly the same place, and I'm wondering if they just sent me another copy.

Well, that's quite possible, and you might want to look into that and and have them or make a request, public information request, for the specific. Date, time that those pictures were taken, and what the certification was of that camera at that. Specific time and date, but back to your original question.

So, are these cameras technically legal? Yes, but in Ohio, there is a state law that says, in order for those ticket cameras to operate, there has to be a law enforcement officer, a full-time employed by the village, city, law enforcement officer at that camera, physically at the camera, not back at the office viewing the camera, but at that camera. And and so none of the cities or villages are having that. They they sued the state, indicating that or saying that that violated their home rule rights. And the Supreme Court stood with the villages and the cities.

So the cameras, they're able to operate the cameras, or this is their position anyway. They can operate the cameras. Without a an officer present, because the Supreme Court backed. The home rule provision of the villages and cities. That doesn't mean that they comply with all the rest of the law.

The law says a bunch of stuff about how what they have to follow. They have to follow follow specific signage requirements. They have to have officers that certify the ticket in a particular way. There's this whole procedure and process that they're required to follow in order to issue that ticket and for the ticket to stand. I personally think there's constitutionality issues.

There have been some lawsuits filed so far; none of them successful. But there's all kinds of different angles that have not been tried yet. But I believe that if and I've recently gotten three tickets, one of them in Hunting Valley, and so I sit down with the prosecutor and managed to get that ticket. Reduced, it's a hundred and fifty dollar ticket, and it was reduced to fifty dollars. Wait, wait, wait.

What does that tell you right there?

Okay, when you go into court and and you go to the Shaker Court, right? Yes, the Shaker Court's got a reputation. It's called Shakedown. They've been known now for years. Shakedown Court for traffic and violations like that.

That's just amazing.

So now. I've I've known a lot of people that have got these tickets and they've just thrown them away. They were really upset because they're a couple miles over the speed limit or whatever, and you know sometimes I let other people drive my car and I'm not the guy in the car.

Okay, and sometimes I have my deacons and are driving me around.

So I would have to pay for that, or if my wife's driving the car, I get the ticket.

Okay, so that's I don't think it's a good idea, and I, I know there's several people I know that have told me they just toss the tickets when they get them because they're not. They're not lawful, and some some of the police officers out there telling you really they're not lawful. Nobody's paying them, right?

So what do you think?

Well, it's a civil ticket, so it's no points associated. It's not a criminal violation; it's a civil violation, and so there's all kinds of opinion on this. But I personally am not going to throw a ticket away. I'm going to address it and take it on head on. I I have been told by law enforcement.

I am going to say who to do just that, just to rip up the ticket and throw it away. But I have a hard time doing that because the way I was raised, and if if law enforcement gives me a ticket, I am going to deal with the ticket. But there are issues with the whole ticket law.

So a couple of things, and I am going to get into a little bit of detail on them. You need to get a hold of your state legislature if you are. If you are opposed to these camera tickets, and there's a bunch of reasons why you should be, in my opinion, then get a hold of your state legislature. We need to eliminate or outlaw these ticket cameras in the state of Ohio, in my opinion. The other thing is there is legislation currently pending in the state of Ohio that would require people in a community to vote.

To allow those ticket cameras, and that's on. That's going through the process right now.

So, if you agree with that, call your state legislator and tell me you want to support that law that's going through the process. But think about this, pastor. If you're out, let's say you're speeding through whatever community, and law enforcement picks you up. They they got a car. They they have the radar gun.

They catch you speeding. They will put on their lights. They'll come chase you down. They come up to your car. They'll stop you.

They come to the car. They ask for your driver's license. They ask for your registration. They can look at you. They can see you.

They can prove that it's you. The burden of the proof that you've created some criminal event is on the police. It's their burden to prove that you did that. A speed camera. There is not the same burden of proof when the camera snaps the picture.

In Ohio law, and I think this is totally wrong, and I think it's got constitutionality issues. I'm not an attorney, but I just feel in my heart that this is constitutionally a problem. There's an assumption that if you own that car, you're driving it. That's what the law says. The assumption, if they send you a ticket, and so the assumption is, if somebody else is driving it, you're going to tell them somebody else was driving it.

But you're not required by the Fifth Amendment to incriminate yourself. You're not required to incriminate somebody else. And so, and so, there's some real issues with this whole burden of proof and assumption of of legal violation and so forth.

So I have some challenges. Plus, it's very Precise in terms of the procedure, the signs have to be in a specific place. They have to be, you know, visible. And in the case of Gates Mills, they have a camera in Mayfield Heights. The camera giving pictures going eastbound on Mayfield is actually in Mayfield.

And so I've made a request for the agreement between Mayfield and Gates Mills.

So when they check you speeding, I got a ticket just crossing the line. Into Gates Mills.

Well, where did they catch me speeding? They caught me speeding in Mayfield. They didn't catch me speeding in Gates Mills, but yet my ticket was issued by Gates Mills. I think there is a real legal issue for Gates Mills in that.

So a lot of these police departments and/or and and by the way, the prosecutor when I sit down with him to talk about this camera ticket thing, he had a he had. Five, six sheets of violations that he was going to be handling, and each sheet probably had two hundred tickets on them. At at one hundred and fifty dollars or two hundred dollars a piece. If you're in Gates Mills going through the school zone, and you're exceeding six miles an hour in the school zone, it's a two hundred dollars ticket. And so, if you got you know a hundred tickets on there, these guys are making a boatload of money.

This is no longer about law enforcement. It's not about safety. It's about the Gates Mills and Honey Valley and whatever community it happens to be in the state of Ohio. Just you know. Ring in the cash register, and so they're just making a boatload of money on these things.

Well, yeah, not only that, but there's days when you know the school is out in certain areas. There is no school, but you still have the yellow lights flashing there, and people go through there. You still have that. Not only that, but you'll have situations where you'll have like Russell and South Russell or whatever, and one finds out well, you know, we're making some, we're ripping the folks off here. We're making some big bucks, and they put the cameras up.

Pretty soon, you've got cameras, you know, up and down the entire highway, everywhere you go, and everybody wants a piece, you know, of the action getting cut in there.

So you're getting a hurry. One day, you find out that you get a call. You have a family member that's home sick in the hospital, right? And you you just have four or five miles you have to travel, but there it's emergency, right?

So you speed a little bit. You go a little bit above the speed limit, and find out you get ten tickets.

Well, do they really care that you have a family emergency? No, they don't care. No, they don't care at all, do they? No, they just want you to pay them the money. It says, and their take on this whole thing.

Well, you should slow down. You should speed. It's it's for safety. No, it's not about safety. It's about them making money.

And so, let's be honest about it. The other thing, by the way, I'd love I'd love to do a class action lawsuit. And come in, challenge, come in. And so, but you can't pay your ticket if you can do class action, and we need to do it quickly. We need to find an attorney, and then we need to get everybody who has got one of these outstanding tickets.

Because the minute you pay it, you've given up your opportunity to participate in a class action lawsuit. But I'd love to find an attorney.

So if we got an attorney out there listening to this program, I'd love to find somebody who would like to challenge these speeding camera ticket devices, and for a whole variety of reasons.

Now think about this: these devices not only do they give you a ticket, and and I object to the ticket for a lot of reasons. Process and you know my the speeding in both cases were was not that much. It's about freedom, and you know, get a ticket. But you know, all all that aside, um, I lost my train of thought there. You're talking about privacy and freedom, and you know.

Oh, I know what it was. Yes, and so I mean, think about it.

So you get these ticket cameras, and they catch you. Right, and now there's a record of you in the system. They've got flock cameras out there. Flock cameras are scanning license plates. A lot of communities now have flock cameras, and the flock cameras scan every license plate coming to a community, and they will track you.

It goes from Chestland to Mayfield to Linhurst to Cleveland, wherever you happen to be traveling. These flock cameras scan you.

Well, that. In in and of itself is a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. If if the law enforcement wants to track you with a GPS device, they have to go to a court, to the judge, and get a warrant to track you. But they can track you through these flat cameras without you know. And I think there's a real legal issue with that.

Just nobody stepped up and challenged it yet. But that data is now in the system, and it's it's located.

So now they're starting to build a case for every individual who's driving. Driving a car down the highway, that is a real privacy issue in my mind and a real problem. It's just building, so there's more of these dots that get created. They've got new technology now called, I think it's Flunko or something like that, where police departments can actually listen in on your telephone calls when you're in your car.

Well, that's a direct Fourteenth Amendment violation, and so that's a whole new technology that's coming out. You've got all these other Monitoring cameras that are being located all over the cities that that take your picture and they track you and they they register where you are. That is leading us down that whole social credit Chinese communist type of a scenario where they're tracking all of your movement. They know where you go, what you're doing, and if they don't like where you're going or what you're doing, you might be going to visit your pastor who is anti-abortion. And they may not like that.

And so, you know, now the government has all this data on you, and with AI coming up, it can compare all that and say, "Oh, yeah, this guy, we're going to ding him. We're going to stop him from banking. We're going to, you know, do whatever the penalty is that they say." That's what the Chinese government's doing on people. They build this whole credit, social credit profile, and it keeps you out of school if if you're not doing the right things. It limits where you can be employed.

It limits how much money you. Can make, you know, it's all kinds of penalties that the Chinese government puts on people who are not behaving like they think they want you to behave, and that's where I fear we're going with all this technology that's following us all the time.

Well, that's exactly where we're going. This is what God's word in the Bible makes very clear: we are to resist unto blood, resist unto blood. In other words, that's the antichrist system. All of these data centers that they're putting all over the. The country, the Antichrist is not omnipotent, omniscient, or omnipresent.

But through all of this technology, like you said, he can appear that he's everywhere at one time.

Okay, and but we are to resist unto blood. That means resist unto death. This is the Antichrist world system. Oh, and look at what the Democrats are doing right now. I mean, my goodness, I never in my life, and and my family were Democrats when I was growing up, and they were God fearing.

American-loving veterans, and and but the Democrat Party has gone off of the rails, and and basically, I look at the Democrats and what they're doing and saying, and they're just liars and deceivers, and now we've got all these crazy Marxist socialist, you know, and they would hurt you. Marxism and socialism and communism has been responsible for more deaths in this world than. But haven't you heard, Skip, that? The American Democrats aren't aren't the same as the Russian communist or the Chinese communist or the, the Vietnamese communist or the Cuban communist. They would never kill all those people.

The Democrats here in this country would not. How about the millions of babies that they kill through the abortion mills and process? And you talk about that all the time. Look at Maryland, some of these states that have abortion right up until birth. That is murder.

That it's 28 days after birth now, but even more than that, think about we've got an election right now with Sherrod Brown and Mark or John Houston, right? Think about Sherrod Brown and what he was involved with the decision process. He helped to marshal in Obamacare. Obamacare literally is such bad healthcare that it's being responsible for people's deaths. I believe, and it's and it's fiscally irresponsible.

It's it's a terrible healthcare system. They want Medicare for all. I'm on Medicare. I don't like Medicare. It's a crappy healthcare system, and so they want crappy healthcare for everybody, and yet the people in Congress and Senate are on.

Medicare, or Medicaid, nor will they be if they go through so many terms.

So they'll get lifelong platinum grade healthcare, where where the rest of us are going to get, you know. Medicare for all, which is crappy Medicare, and you just go to England and go to Canada, go to any of these socialist countries where they have healthcare, and ask them if they like the healthcare they're getting, and it puts your lives at risk. Literally, people from Canada come to the United States to get. Better quality healthcare if there's if there's a real problem going on, and they need to see somebody. Even here in the United States, I have trouble getting in to see a doctor, particularly the doctor I want to see, you know, because.

Of the way the system is set up, so I have to flip a coin and get the next guy in the queue, and I don't know this guy, and he might be an Indian guy, he might be a Chinese guy, he might be a Japanese guy. I mean, culturally, I don't even know if these guys, you know, what they're all about. And these are the guys I have to see. I don't have any choice in it, and so it's a really terrible system. Yeah, but you see, don't you understand?

Communism has a Much simpler way of solving problems. For example, under communism, if there's not enough, you know, under well under capitalism, if what do we do if we don't have enough food to feed the people, we grow more food, don't we? And that's how it works. We grow more food. But under communism, it's much simpler.

They just eliminate more people, so you have fewer people to feed. And this is exactly the mindset of Joe Biden. Had gotten reelected, I think I think that we would be by now in a civil war because he that would have hit he would have thought okay I can go full blast now with what I'm doing here. Let's do this. I'm going to open the phone lines out there, and you folks out there listening, if you had been gotten these tickets these from these speed cameras or whatever.

Here in Northeast Ohio, or any place around the country, wherever you're at, if you've gotten these, I know a lot of people here in Ohio got have gotten them, and they just told me they just throw them away. They're they're so angry about that because of the way it's set up, and again, they're tired. Oh, and it's such a nuisance to pay them. I mean, I'm fighting them, but it takes time. You got to go do homework.

I'm not an attorney, so I have to go do homework, find out what the law is, find out you know if there's a way to challenge it. Then you got to take time to go meet with the prosecutor, and then and if you go beyond that, then you have to take time to go to the court and argue your case and go through the process.

So most people just say, I'll just pay the 150 bucks or 200 bucks or whatever it happens to be. People they'll either pay it or they won't pay it, and that's what the that's what these villages are counting on. They're counting on even the people that throw it away. A certain percentage of people are going to pay them, right? And so, if they can get those numbers of people, they got so many people to give them tickets to.

They're still going to make a boatload of money. They're, you know, they're coming out on top. And if those people are pay keep paying those, then they say, "Well, if we can get this much out of them, we can raise it up a little bit. We can raise it up by ten percent, and we can get a little bit more out of them." Okay, folks, and that means a little bit more of your privacy taken away, a little bit more. And if they get away with that.

Where they going to go next? What are they going to do next?

Okay, so. We're gonna open the phone lines. If you've if you've had one of these tickets, give us a call here two one six nine zero one zero nine three three, two one six nine zero one zero nine three three. Don't worry, they won't know who you are. Don't be afraid.

Be bold. If you've had one of those tickets, let us know. How did how did you deal with it? Did you pay it or did you throw it away? How do you feel about it?

Two one six Nine zero one zero nine three three.

Now I want to know if anybody out there likes these things and they want these tickets.

Well, you know the thing of it is, I like common sense.

Okay, just using just playing common sense, and there's there's things that that I think work much better than that. Like for example, there's areas where You have hidden drives. A hidden drive would be good example. And if you put up a sign out there that, you know, caution, hidden drive, reduce your speed. If that doesn't work, what do you do?

You put in a speed bump. Those speed bumps work. They work. They that definitely work.

Sometimes just that the big sign or a flashing light that works to reduce the speed a lot. Here again, these things, you know, these tickets, and you'll notice some of them that, like in my case, I got that I'm the only car on the road. There is no other cars in sight anywhere. I mean, you're looking down the road, you know, a mile down the road, there's no no other cars in sight. It should be just used on common sense and look.

Anytime. I was ever pulled over by a police officer, and I was speeding. I violated the law. I paid the ticket. Didn't complain.

Okay, but these cases, I you know, I just. Don't feel right at all. Yeah, no. The speeding cameras. I'm like you.

If I get picked up for speeding and I get a ticket, okay. If I was speeding, I was speeding, and so. But these speeding ticket cameras, they're they're not right. And and um, it it in the Gates Mills situation, because of the way the camera and the signs are configured, um, I literally. Was well, the Ohio law says you're not going to be given a ticket unless you go over ten miles an hour in a regular speeding zone.

If it's a school zone, six miles an hour. I was doing twenty twenty seven versus twenty six, and in Gates Mill, so I got a two hundred dollar ticket. But I was in Mayfield. Decelerating, so I saw the the flashing lights on the school zone.

So I'm I got my foot on the brake. I'm trying to decelerate going into there. When I hit the Gates Mills, I don't even know how fast I was going. I don't know that I was even speeding in Gates Mills. I might have been speeding in Mayfield.

I was at 27 when the camera caught me, but I was still in Mayfield because I could you can literally on the video see the lights flashing taking your picture as I'm crossing. The border, and so there is just something fundamentally wrong about that whole process and the way that they gauge the speed and track you and do all that kind of stuff. It just doesn't smell right.

Well, yeah, it doesn't smell right because maybe you know the magistrate or you know they take a look at this and say, well, you know. It's six miles. We're not getting the, you know, people are, you know, they're pretty much not going six miles over. Let's drop that, or they might just say, well, you know, this guy was. Was actually only going five miles over.

Well, you know, raise it up a mile. I mean, can we trust these people?

Well, that's that's a big question. They have to process the ticket in a certain way, and it's very it's clearly defined in the law. Did they do that? Did the law? Was it?

Was the law enforcement officer and not the company? By the way, these cameras are not owned by the police department. The cameras are owned by an outside concern.

So, was it the outside? Certain that actually viewed the ticket, and then had the police sign off on it. Yeah, who was it that actually saw the video, or saw the picture, and certified the ticket? Was it the law enforcement? I believe it was somebody else.

There's so many open questions. Like on my car, you see the the stickers. The I have those big magnetic bumper stickers on the side. They said, "If you died today, would you go to heaven or hell?" Right. I have a Democrat just watching those cameras.

What are they going to do? They're not going to like that.

Okay. Yeah.

Okay, he's got to push the button. Give that guy two tickets. Yeah, which he did. Yeah, or at the same time. Yeah, or if you have pro-life bumper stickers on your car.

Well, how do you know you didn't get those? They might have done two flashes of that license or that speeding ticket at the same time. They could have. Yeah, you're going down exact same place, exact same. You know, everything's the same.

Unbelievable. Phone lines are open. If you if you've gotten one of those tickets, give us a call. Don't be afraid. What's the number?

It's two one six nine zero one zero nine three three. Two one six nine zero one zero nine three three. We're going to switch over here and talk about some other things. But meanwhile, if you've if you've gotten one of those tickets, give us a call. We we want to hear about it, and we have a lot of different things we're going to be talking about tonight.

If you're an attorney, call us. Man, I want to I want to do a class action lawsuit. Yeah.

If you're out there, if you're an attorney, you're listening. You want to do. Ticket, and you want to join our class action suit? Let me know. Yeah, absolutely.

We'll give you we'll give you airtime to you know to get on and tell your side of the story. Do whatever you have to do because that's not right. You know, the thing of it is, if you don't stop them here. Then they're gonna, they're gonna. Oh, it's gonna proliferate like daisies.

Right, it'll be all over the state of Ohio. It's gonna continue. When, when, even then, it might, they might move to something even worse. You know, you folks, it's your freedoms, your First Amendment rights. Little by little, you're losing them every day.

Coming up to a break, we'll be back right after this with a whole lot more. Don't go away. More to come. Thank you for listening to What's Right, What's Left, the voice of the Christian resistance. To support this ministry, head to wrwl dot org.
