Well, it's the 12th day of August. twenty twenty six. and indeed this is the legendary voice of the Christian Resistance. And uh tonight we have a ho a whole lot well, we have a whole lot to to cover tonight. And so Yeah.
are very dedicated and responsible and articulate. Producer is none other than Style. Hey, Style. Hey, Pastor. and tonight we have our co host and contributor, America's Medicine Marvel.
Miss Bendy Wilson. Hello. Good evening, Pastor. Good evening, young lady. We have a lot to go through tonight.
And um We started out the title of the message well dealt with If you were left behind, if the rapture took place and you were left behind. Would there be any hope? Would you still have any hope? What do you think, Wendy? Um, I think there's a second chance, isn't there?
Well, we're gonna get through that. We're gonna we'll touch on that tonight. What do you think, Stile? Yep.
Okay.
Well, we start out by saying God didn't leave us. in the dark. He Debate ignored or to be ignorant, rather, of the past, present or the future, he gave us the only perfectly inerrant account of Creation. from its beginning throughout eternity. There has never ever been in all of man's history any other account that could even begin to come close to having the historic accuracy while at the same time predicting the future with absolute precise Observable accuracy.
The Bible is the only source of absolute and unmatched authority.
So we started out there, and then we talked about some scenarios. Uh, we talked about a a man wakes up in the morning he hears a Tremendous commotion is He hears sirens. and he gets up to to find out what's going on and he heads towards the living room to look out the window and he runs into his daughter in the hallway, his teenage daughter, and she's beside herself. She She is absolutely doesn't know what to do because she's in a total panic and she's telling her father, Dad, Mom's gone. Mom left the stove on and she's just gone and and dad Her clothes are in a pile on a floor.
And then he talks about their two younger ones, one nine and one five. Siblings. Boy and girl, and they're gone. And then she goes on to say, Dad, There's cars are running into each other out there on the streets. Helicopters falling out of the sky.
There's fires all through the neighborhood. And I'm scared, Daddy. What is happening? I'm scared. That's how he starts out.
Then he's thinking, oh my gosh, this is what the preacher talked about. This is what the preacher. kept telling us and warning us what happened. That thing about making your salvation sure. Oh, I wish I had listened to him But since The wife and the kids are not here.
Maybe they're saved. Maybe they went to heaven. Hopefully that's there in heaven. What am I going to do now? What am I going to do?
What can I do? What would you do in a situation like that, Wendy?
Well, I guess the smart thing to do is, you know, grab your Bible, start reading it and believing it. you know, and See what the where the Lord takes you. All right, that's right. You gotta find the King James Bible. And Let's see what he says about this, about this tribulation period.
this rapture of the church. I remember And so that's where we left off and Some of the things that we talked about that you might see.
Now There were some scenarios that are Or just theory. Um But as you know. there'll be things left behind like There's going to be artificial shoulders, artificial hips, artificial knees, artificial teeth. All in a pile, those things would be left behind. uh and a pile of clothes.
And so But one of the things that one of the theories that people have is that the Bible says blood, there will be no blood in heaven. And Some believe that those clothes'd be soaked in blood that that blood'd be left behind. But that's a theory. if God would change the rest of us Why wouldn't he change our blood too? Uh That's another so that's that's just a question out there.
It's Uh something to Ponder. And then Tonight we're going to pick it up. We left off. We went, we took a look at the rapture of the church, then we took a look at. the tribulation period, going into this the start of the tribulation period and things that were happening.
And so tonight we take a look, we jump ahead over to Revelation chapter thirteen And in Revelation chapter thirteen. We take a look at starting with verse one. And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and I saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his head, the name of blasphemy.
Now there's a couple of things that that are important there. One When when you see a beast coming up out of the sea, That means the sea is always referred to as the nations of Gentile, the Gentile nations. And for example, if we go over to Revelation fourteen and verse two And I heard a voice from heaven, as of the voice of many waters. as the voice of a great thunder And so that's referring to as the voice of of many, many peoples. If you go over to Chapter 17 You'll hear when he says And he saith unto me, VERSE fifteen, chapter seventeen, And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sowest Where the hoarse sitteth our peoples, multitude, and nations in tongues.
So it's referred to that just like The saints are often referred to as clouds. And so we see that this beast is coming up out of his the Gentile nations. And he says the Here And the beast out of the sea, having seven heads, ten horns, and upon his ten. crowns and upon the heads the name of blasphemy.
Now Um Here There is a significant difference between the description of the dragon and of the other beast.
Now the dragon has seven crowns. Those seven crowns represented seven different kings. and on his seventh Heads Uh that represented their their kingdoms. No. The beast has ten crowns and on and ten horns, as suggested, Um That the that the seven heads were historical.
kingdoms the ten Horns uh Well most f are future kingdoms. And so I'm not going to go into that because there's there's really a lot then I would have to go over to the book of Daniel too. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of of a bear, and the mouth is the mouth of a lion, and the dragon gave him power and a seat and a great authority. Uh so here this is a hybrid beast and Uh here It's it's kind of like what was described over there in Daniel seven, verses one through six. But now here the dragon That is referring to is none other if we go over to Revelation chapter 12.
Verse 1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven. a woman clothed with the sun, and moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.
Well, The woman has two applications here, obviously The one is the the nation of Israel because the Messiah comes out of their and the other is uh the the Virgin Mary. And she being with child. Cried it would The Trevalion in Perth. and pain to be delivered. And there appeared another wonder in heaven.
Behold, a great red dragon. having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his head. We just talked about that. And his tail drew the third part of the stars, those are angels. of heaven, and did cast them to the earth.
and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. Of course, that was Uh how many times did uh Satan attempted to heal stop the Christ child. Mm-hmm. And so here We're going back, he says And I saw one of the heads, as it were, wounded to death, And his deadly wound was healed, and all the world wondered after the beast.
Now every time I read this, I think about uh when Barack Obama was coordinated there. Um I was there in Washington When that happened And I walked down Constitution Avenue with some other pastors. There were several of us. And Uh there were these vendors you know, about every f you know, fifty, sixty yards Down th the street you'd have a vendor, and these vendors Had these plaques. I know I've mentioned this before, but it's worth mentioning again.
and on the plaques they were about fourteen inches high and about eighteen inches long. You had five slight offals on this. And in these slight ovals you had Starting at the bottom, say if you're holding it up in front of you, like a clock. Starting at eight o'clock. would be Abraham Lincoln.
10 o'clock would be JFK. High Noon was uh Martin Luther King Two o'clock was Robert Kennedy. And then Four o'clock was Barack Obama. Barack Obama said there were Five on there. What do you think the first four all had in common?
Oh no. We're assassinated. They were assassinated, and how did they die?
Well, usually with a bullet. To the head They were all shot in the head. Yeah. And I saw, right, and he goes in, and he said, and I saw one of his heads, as it were, Wounded to death, And is deadly wound was healed. And all the world wondered after the beast.
And so And I was wondering why, what, why, was a purpose. What was what was Obama What was the message that Obama was getting out with that plaque? 'Cause that those plaques ended up in just about every black barber shop in the country. They had them in there. And I saw him in a bus company.
I was in the office of a bus company and they They had one there too. And so here. And I saw one of the heads as it were wounded, to death And his deadly wound was healed, and all the world wondered after the beast, So if we should see Barack Obama Thanks. I'll take a sh a shot to the head. And we wait to see if he rises again.
What do you think, the The the purpose of that was to Here. Who raised himself from the dead? Lord God the Father raised Jesus from the dead, right? Or he Jesus rose people from the dead when he was here.
Well, Jesus rose himself from the dead. The Father gives the orders and the and the Son always carries him out. And so So He was the resurrected and Satan is the counterfeit. He was always always trying to counterfeit God. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast.
And they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is likened to the beast who is able to make war? with him.
Now the beast is a man um that is possessed by Satan is The Antichrist is possessed by Satan. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies. and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Well, you have a number of people out there that spoke blasphemies. Um you know, I've I've seen Many in my lifetime, but The one that really comes to mind again is Barack Obama. Um Calypso Louis, Louis Farrakhan, he spoke blasphemies. Um Who was it, uh? Oh, I'm having one of my senior moments.
The from the Moonies Um Uh Moon Reverend Moon a number of these people that proclaimed themselves to be God, okay. And so Here now, but Barack Obama Do you remember anything that he said that you Uh that you would consider to be like proclaiming himself to be God. Um He said he was the I M. He said, I am. That's right, the way he said it, huh?
I don't know. Then he said he paused and said the one. I am the one. The Bible says the one I am is the Lord Jesus, uh.
Alright. And so He says, I am the one you've been waiting for. and I am the one I've been waiting for. That's that's blasphemy right there, but he said that Christ was his Saviour But he was only one of many saviours. In other words, they were talking about the twenty-one masters, or the, you know.
Have you ever you've you've heard about the Twenty One Masters? I've heard, yeah. And so, anyhow, He goes on to say And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme the name. and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints to overcome them.
and power was given to him. over all the kindreds and the tongues and the nations, And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb. From the foundation of the world. If any man have an ear, let him hear. He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity.
He that killeth with the sword shall be killed with the sword Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. And then he says and I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth, So the the Antichrist comes up out of the seas And there's another beast that comes up out of the earth. Who is that beast that comes up out of the earth? I can't remember. It's a false prophet.
The false prophet. And so here Whenever you hear him referring to coming up out of the earth, it's referring to the nation of Israel.
So he's he's a Jew, or at least. Yeah. He's he's at least a one of what you might saw, if not. Not a s he's not a son of Abraham, but he's his seed. And so, here down, this second beast in effect is going to minister.
He's gonna be kinda like the minister of religion in a Like, um Captain of the first beef, if you beast.
So, and what he's going to do, he's going to consolidate all the religious systems of the world into one religion. Uh and that's the occultic, patheistic, evolutionary humanism. In twenty fifteen. They had in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Well, there's been several since then. But they had a a gathering, a convention of the World's Religions, the World Religion Convention. and the Pope was one of the major speakers. And I remember hearing the Pope at that time say, That If we're going to have A one world government We've got to have a one world church. And he was promoting exactly this here.
Yeah. So he goes on to say And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him. And causes the earth and them that shall dwell therein to worshipped the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven. on the earth in the sight of men.
And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he hath power to do in the sight of the beast. saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they shall make an image. to the beast. which would which had the wound by Sword, and he did live. And he had the power to give life unto the image of the beast.
That the image of the beast should both speak. and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causes all both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hands or on their foreheads. and that no man might buy or sell. save to be save he that them that had the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is the wisdom, let him that hath understanding, count the number of the beast, For it is the number of a man, and and the number is six hundred, threescore, and six now. Today During that tribulation period, You're going to have people the the the pressure to take that number is going to be tremendous, tremendous. Uh I I believe all the young children will be will be taken up. They'll be gone out of this time. But here There there's gonna be others that are at the age of accountability that aren't saved um, you know, your teenage kids or whatever.
And your spouses, yes, ma'am. What is the age of accountability? Is that Is that when men have start to grow hair on their face? No. No, the age of accountability is different for everybody.
It's some some people some kids are twelve going on twenty, others are twenty going on twelve, okay. It's it's it's different for everybody. And so God reads your heart, so He knows. He knows what you know, okay, and what you understand. And so here You there's gonna be all kinds of pressure.
Your neighbors will be saying Come on, are you going to sit there and deny Your ch your children, your family, medical care, or food? Go ahead, get with it. Take the number like everybody else. At least you can eat and and live. It was you know, I mean, the pressure's gonna be there big time.
That's how it'll start, and after a while If you you continue. And you don't give in and you refuse. Uh then what's gonna happen? Then they're going to resort to other means, maybe torture. Uh now here is what he says.
And that no man might buy or sell save that he that had the mark. Or the name of the beast till the number of his name, Here is wisdom, let him hath Understanding count the number of the beasts, Now, why do you say here's wisdom? Let him understand this. Let him see what's going to happen. is oh, we'll be gone at this time, but there'll be others there that find the Bible and they read this.
For it is the number of a man and the number of six hundred threescore and six.
Now Let me ask a question. Um Is Satan omnipotent? Yeah. Okay.
Is he omniscient? Yeah. is the omnipresent. Yeah. But through technology can he appear to be all of those things.
Yeah, he probably could. Yeah, he he can. And you see So now here through technology You're gonna have people That never they didn't they never received Christ, but they never rejected him. They never understood, you know. Scripture.
So now they have an opportunity, but it's going to be different than it is with us. We got saved, we can't lose our salvation. We have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. We can't lose our salvation. Uh And that we can lose rewards.
I mean, because. Uh proof of salvation is for your fruits. And if there's no fruits, no works there, then you can lose rewards. But during the tribulation period, you're going to have to keep the faith, even under. tremendous persecution, You have to keep the faith.
You can't No matter what they do, they can you could never let them uh gets you to deny Christ or Never let them Never take the number of the beast. I'll be back. Right after this. I feel so certain about this faith of mine. I'm hanging in there.

How happy I'll be where his glory shine, there I'll apply on those golden shoulders. I'll be satisfied. Oh, some bright day, gonna fly away. It's there I'll be. I'll be there with you cause your words are true.

Well folks, that's where all the county offices there. and it'll be on the first floor there anyhow.
Now, What do you think the importance of this meeting that What what would that um The local residents show up for this meeting to find out And you know Uh exactly. when they when they discussed this, what do you think there would any dangers would be in that windy. Mm. What what is the topic again? Hoarding, hoarding.
Oh, they don't they don't want you prepping?
Well, I just wa I'll just say quick 'cause I don't want to use up your time. And there's a lot of people that are concerned about who is deciding what is hoarding, right? I mean, you might have people decide that, um If you have more than two lawnmowers, that's hoarding. You don't know what they're going to how they're going to decide.
So that's what people need to know. uh to find out they need to be uh concerned and And so, um Educated good boy, I'm gonna tell you.
Well well the other thing the other thing is is, you know, you and I, when we were growing up, you know, we we would joke about people being pack rats, right? But the psychology the psychology uh part of um the healthcare area has made, you know, hoarding or being a pack rat an illness, a mental illness. That's right. In the board of health and I can see they are very good. That's what they could do.
They could well, they could, uh Brand Jew is mentally ill, huh?
So well I know That well, that can snowball into you probably shouldn't have any firearms. Oh yeah, absolutely. All right, again, the meeting will be held at the Gioga County office building. In the ruthless Carleton Conference Rooms. B one six seven B one six eight located on the first floor.
at one twenty six one one Ravenwood Driving Shard. Wendy, take it away. You always have such interesting topics. Oh, I thought we would talk about some people out there may have already heard about the Minnesota coronary experiment. Have you heard of it?
No. Okay, so it's kind of an old buried study. It was a double-blind experiment. that was conducted in 1968 through 1973. And what they found was a natural solution to normalize high cholesterol and prevent heart attacks.
But until recently, this research was hidden.
So the National Library of Medicine, Center for Biotechnology brought forth this information, this study, in April of twenty sixteen, citing that the unpublished data needed to be evaluated.
So the raw data for this study was still intact, which provided a hypothesis. presented by the original researchers. And the study proved replacing saturated fat with vegetable oils reduced serum cholesterol, which is you know, what the statin cholesterol drugs attempt to do.
So this research was challenging the assumptions that the cholesterol drug companies were working on.
So today, about fifty percent of our U. S. population over the age of fifty is on a cholesterol drug. Here's a quote from the study. They said, this double blind randomized controlled trial designed to test whether replacement of saturated fat with vegetable oil rich in linoic excuse me acid reduces serum cholesterol.
The outcome was a significant reduction in serum cholesterol compared to the control group remaining on saturated fat.
So, you know, this was like a pushback on the drug companies coming out with drugs for cholesterol. Yeah. Now we were kind of rolling into at this time the Staten era.
So the drug companies had been at work providing cholesterol medications. And they had a failed attempt at it in 1959. They made a drug called MER29, tryptoperanol was the name. And they launched it as the first clinical cholesterol synthesis blocker.
So the synthetic cholesterol blocker was pulled from the market due to severe side effects such as rapid cataracts. Severe hair loss, scaly skin disorders and nausea, vomiting, severe weakness, accelerated arterial sclerosis.
So it was later revealed that the manufacturer of this drug falsified the data, the safety data.
So that had come off the market.
So in the Minnesota coronary experiment, this was a threat to the future cholesterol drug market, and so it needed to be successfully suppressed.
So the study was hidden for 54 years and it's still not widely known. And in the meantime, the drug companies launched the following cholesterol drugs. They brought out in 1987, Mevacor. Do you remember that? Maybe you do, I don't know.
It was approved as the first safe statin drug. The side effects were muscle pain and injury, so you had what is called muscle wasting disease. headaches, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, stomach upset, insomnia, liver damage, allergic reactions, breathing difficulty and high blood sugar. Then they came out with some newer statin drugs in nineteen ninety one through nineteen ninety six. And Lipator was in the group.
So these drugs carry the same side effects as Mevacor with the additional problems of serious drug-food interactions. crossing the blood-brain barrier and can cause sleep and memory problems.
However, according to naturopath Joseph Pizzermon, the above adverse drug reactions are only secondary to the microchondrial damage An impairment. in the what is called the electron transport chain function, that these drugs cause, which means your cells struggle to make energy and free radicals are created causing cell death, and patients on these drugs feel like they're falling apart. Therefore, your cholesterol drugs cause oxidative stress, cell damage, microchondrial dysfunction, and this puts people at risk of Myopathy, which is a decrease in your muscle fibers, that muscle wasting disease I mentioned. Cognitive loss. neuropathy, your brain and spinal cord, nerve nerve gets damaged, pancreatic dysfunction, hepatitis dysfunction, your liver, and sexual dysfunction.
So if you ask artificial intelligence, what's What is the long term outcome from this type of damage to your body? You would experience the the following is what AI said. This combination of factors often creates a vicious cycle of chronic inflammation, severe degeneration of high energy organs, energy failure in general leading to permanent tissue damage such as cardiomyopathy, hepatic neurosis, and neurodegeneration.
So it would attack your cardio system, your liver, and your neurological system. Those are kind of important systems, wouldn't you say? Yeah, I would say so, yeah.
Now the let's see, the study was Joe Powtherman. He's a naturopath president of the Bayster University National Library of Medicine Center for Biotechnology. He said this in june twenty fourteen. He said, the big problem with accurately assessing the harm caused by the statin drugs is the systemic underreporting of statin adverse drug reactions. Twenty percent of patients stop taking statin drugs due to decreased quality of life, end of quote.
Did you know anybody that's taken a statin drug, Pastor? Yeah. They put me on I If they finally talked me on to it, And remember I had just started taking those and um I was having well, I was having constipation, was one thing. And uh and some other some other and I and I called you and I said, What do you know about those statin drugs? and you you read me a whole list Oh.
And that's how I found out I had 'em. Yes, and Sean Ellison, who's the author of Over the Counter Natural Cures, he's a chemist, used to work for the drug companies. We had a conversation on my show when I interviewed him about his book. And we talked about the statins and he said, well, you know, if you're on these drugs long enough for like decade, you're going to come down with congestive heart failure. He said these actually weaken your cells on a cellular level and they just fall apart and that's why people feel like they're falling apart on the drugs.
I thought that was an interesting way of putting it.
So when these cholesterol drugs were presented to our marketplace, science lowered the normal cholesterol reading from 300 to 200. You probably heard that, right? And yeah, I think you had mentioned that to me once before. Yeah. Now the Minnesota coronary experiment of 1968 said this.
Before statins and modern guidelines, a total blood cholesterol level up to 300 milligrams was often viewed by many clinical laboratories as within the broad or acceptable reference range, and action was rarely taken. End of quote.
So yeah, so and and what do people do in the Mediterranean area. Healthy plant olive oils. And in this one seven country study, the middle-aged people of these regions, Italy, Greece, Portugal. The average cholesterol level was 175 to 210 without any medication.
So the human brain uses the most cholesterol and without it you're going to have memory issues.
So if you're eating right, cholesterol shouldn't be an issue. Here's another quote from Dr. Pizzerman. He said, cholesterol is a molecule critical to your health. It has been demonstrated in conventional medicine and in the popular press.
to be demonized as a major cause of your heart disease. He goes on to say the real problem is not cholesterol, but rather oxidized, low density lipotrope protein, which is your LDL cholesterol. Elevated cholesterol typically also means elevated oxidized cholesterol.
So it is, in reality, an indirect measure of the true problem. cooking cholesterol-rich foods. in the presence of oxygen will cause excessive oxidative stress in your body along with inadequate consumption of antioxidants. Um let's see, he adds The underlying causes of heart disease are once again ignored in favor of treating the symptom and elevated blood measurement.
So yeah, you always want to get at the cause, not the symptom.
So what drug companies have done is to sell you on an assumption that by lowering cholesterol with drugs, this automatically improves your health outcomes. reduces your risks.
So the Minnesota coronary experiment was a detailed double-blind study of nearly 10,000 patient volunteers that were in hospitals and nursing homes. And the amount of data that came from this five year study was pretty impressive.
So doctor Eric Westman, he's a professor of internal medicine at Duke University. He says this. The Minnesota coronary experiment accumulated evidence from autopsy data, tightly controlled diets, and real mortality results. This forgotten experiment raises uncomfortable but necessary questions about nutritional science, dietary guidelines, and how evidence gets ignored when it doesn't fit the story. This is not about conspiracy.
It's about humility, evidence, and why nutritional science is far more complex than we ever have been led to believe. ⁇ And let's see, doctor Pissiman also says, therefore, elevated cholesterol is not the problem. Rather, the problem is a measure of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle, which the drugs cannot fix. Taking cholesterol drugs will take an apparently healthy individual to being dead from a heart disease or a heart attack in fewer than ten years, end of quote. And that's what Shane Ellison said.
And he's a chemist. He would make the drugs for the drug company, so he knows about that.
So do you have any idea why cholesterol is good for you? I think that's what your brain's made out of mostly, isn't it? Right.
So your human body will need And actually, manufacture cholesterol. This is not a complete list, but cholesterol is needed to keep your cell walls strong. insulate your nerves Carry fats in your blood to your brain. to make steroidal hormones. to make vitamin D to make bile salts to repair injured tissues and to make breast milk that would contain thirty-three percent cholesterol, which helps the infant brain to develop.
So it's kind of an important thing.
So the problem is when cholesterol becomes oxidized, it becomes toxic in your body, causing inflammation, particularly to the lining of your blood vessels.
So lifestyle typically is the main cause of this happening.
So that's why this you know, Minnesota experiment was trying to say it's you don't need drugs, you just need a lifestyle change.
So here's some important information.
So, how does your cholesterol become oxidized?
Well, this occurs when you cook animal foods. And you heat, and oxygen changes the cellular nature of these foods, making them Um psychotoxic. mutagenic, carcinogenic, and arteriogenetic.
So therefore, eggs, animal products, milk, all these products, meat, are all sources of oxysterols.
So it can help to counter with these antioxidants. People take a lot of antioxidants to inhibit the oxidization of the cholesterol.
So things like vitamin C and vitamin E, rosemary extract. Couracin, garlic, milk thistle, which will help the liver as well. Hawthorn berry, which is also a very nice vasodilator for better circulation.
So if you don't want to take a supplement of antioxidants, you can tap into those real foods, those whole food versions.
So they're recommending don't fry. Don't grill. bake or boil. Don't even broil anything, but bake or boil rather than fry or broil anything. And keep your oils in your in dark amber glass to help prevent oxidization, increase your folic acid intake, So eat nuts, limit alcohol, stop smoking, eat only organic foods, and you're probably going to get this all corrected in a short amount of time.
Um Dr. Pazaman also said He says lastly, the research is very clear that the Mediterranean or plant-based diet reduces elevated cholesterol, but more importantly, it actually decreases cardiac events, strokes, risk of death and even dementia and Alzheimer's disease, end of quote.
So we have a lot of power over this if we just exercise it. I got a question for you. Mm-hmm. Uh, you know that, um, olive oil that, uh, you you told me that the the best kind well, Pastor Hal went and and wrote that down and he went and bought me a big bottle of that. Uh than olive oil.
And um Now, my my question is If if you take that, like and I have it on salads. and I if I mix it if I mix it with vinegar Does that in any way dilute it or does it uh No, that's fine. Um actually if you're if you're actually you know sauteing anything uh with a little bit of olive oil, sometimes people will do a little stir-fry. Um olive oil holds up better than the other oils under heat.
Okay.
So it doesn't break down as readily as other oils. But, um, is it was it, um, Apollo? Was that the brand? I can't remember, but it's got the top on it, you know, where It closes up. by itself so it doesn't it doesn't allow any oxygen in the bottle.
Uh that way you don't have to But uh But but you know, basically this Minnesota um coronary experiment tells us a clean diet and plant-based Uh foods are going to be very effective, less toxic than dystatin drugs are. And of course, it's also cheaper and without the increased risk of dementia, arthritis, muscle damage, sexual dysfunction and liver and pancreatic issues.
So, yeah. Um It's it's just, you know, make that Assessment. Get it set in your mind. And if your mind is willing, you can. you can do anything, you know, you just gotta be determined.
So that's why a lot of people mention the Mediterranean diet because Um They do eat animal foods there, but they also use a lot of olive oil. And um they they boil food or braise food, um, but they they don't really do Um a lot of um frying or um broiling there. What they had given me were statins until you You told me when When I 'cause I asked you about this in um because I was having that problem, you know. Yeah, it gives you short term memory loss. A lot of people are so forgetful on those things.
And I get calls a lot of times from people taking care of their elderly parents thinking that they're coming down with dementia or Alzheimer's. I say, well, you know, get on your search engine and type in the medications that your parent is on and then check the side effects on WebMD because they'll list common and rare side effects. And a lot of times you can have a drug giving you a drug induced dementia symptom. And if you come off the drug, then the dementia goes away. Yeah, well, it didn't last for me very I wasn't on it very long because I luckily I I was talking to you and you you read to me the um side effects and those were those that's what I had, those were the same side effects, so I I cut it out right away and uh Well, do you d do you know what a side effect is?
Um scientifically what it's called, it's not called a side effect really. What's it called? I mean, it's a very common description, but a side effect is a secondary disease. Huh. And the reason it's con considered a secondary disease because doctors will write you prescriptions for a drug to cover those Symptoms.
And they can't do that unless it was actually a disease. Oh, I see.
So they give you one drug and it causes a problem, so they give you another drug to take take care of that problem. And so on and so forth. Yeah, and then pretty slowly.
So the the legality of it is they can't really prescribe unless you have a disease.
So this nonsense about giving you drugs to prevent future diseases, that's a little sketchy in the legal area, if you ask me. Pastor Howell just texted me and he said it's 100% California extra virgin olive oil. But he didn't tell me the name of it. Oh, okay. Um Well, there's a company in California called Apollo.
And they cold press their olives in a vacuum so there's no oxygen touching it. And they have different olives from different parts of the world, so you get different flavors in your olive oil.
Some are a little spicy, some are mild. Um so they have very good olive oil there.
So what uh would you recommend, say, the this olive oil? a teaspoon a day or you know, two teaspoons for on a salad or what what would you say? Yeah, I mean, some people will just, you know, take a tablespoon of it, you know, and then, you know just if they're not putting on food, they'll just take it straight as a tablespoon, like a supplement. Yes, I you certainly put it on your salads. You can put it on your baked potato to keep your baked potato moist if you don't want to add butter.
You ever have a nice baked baked potato? Yeah, a nice, really nice baked potato, organic potato with some. straight up cold pressed organic olive oil on it. It is yummy. Hm.
No, I never thought of that. I'll try that sometime.
Okay.
I know that I don't particularly like just the taste of plain olive oil, uh You know, I've, you know, tasted it before and, you know, don't turn me on. Yeah, well ol diff depending on the olives they use, a lot of times olive oil will look golden or a goldish green. You know, to it. Yeah. Um Yeah, and when you have some really good quality olive oil, you'll start to taste the differences.
Majority of the olive oils in your grocery store are kind of cut. Hey, just texted me that California olive oil is the name. It's called California Olive Oil. Oh, okay. Gotcha.
