Unabashedly cutting through the rhetoric by exposing the hard topics facing our society and world. A lot of the other news media don't pick up the news items like he does. And bringing to light the enemies of freedom who are out to steal your rights, your children, and enslavement. You really get the truth out.

I can tune into your show and hear the unvarnished truth. Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left, with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening, and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left, The Voice. of the Christian Resistance on this twenty third day of april twenty twenty six, And tonight there in the glass cage where we keep him until I turn him loose is none other than Style, our producer.

Hey Style. Hey Pastor, how are you?

Okay, ready to go tonight? Always ready. Yeah, you see here in the studio, this is my Thursday mor Thursday evening group. We'll do one night a week. where I pack them in here.

And the reason I do that is because I can't Can't watch 'em on Thursday nights and Keep an eye on em here. Rest of the week, I have other people keeping an eye on them. But we have with us, you heard the cackle, right? Jacklin Rose, Little Lisa. Good evening, everyone.

Okay, and we got him over there, Shorty. We have that's what it's called, but he's actually the elder. But he's not the eldest. We're the eldest, but he's called the elder.

Well Randall Barkley. Good evening, everyone.

Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And here we go with um We'll talk with Richard the Younger, Pastor Richard Lewis. Welcome, everyone. Glad to be here. And tonight, our special guest.

is Kim Georgetown from who is running for lieutenant governor Uh as the running mate with Casey Push Are you there, Kim? I'm here.

Okay. Welcome to What's Right, What's Left. This'll be a s a real experience if you survive it. You're ready to roll?

Okay. I am so ready. We're going to start out with, like, we always do, we have a prayer request. And we have a fellow Who Charlie Johnson who Been very, very active in politics. Not at all.

over the years And he's been a frequent guest on our radio program. He has had cancer. And he has uh asked us to pray for Maxim Melanomis.

So Let's do that. Let's hold him up. All you folks around the country, remember What God's word in the Bible teaches. Those who show mercy receive it. All right.

And so Right now Charlie's asking for prayer, but Just about every one of you if not every one of you Either need prayer now or will. And what happens is those that give prayer receive it, don't they?

So let's pray. Heavenly Father, Lord God. We just want to hold old Charlie up. He's been very, very active. He loves you, Lord.

He's. Um I've been a true conservative. Christian patriot. And he's asking, Lord, that he might get a healing so he could continue to. Place up crowns and glories until the time you take em home and And so we're asking, Father God, Lord, that you would maybe touch him.

you might just g c give him a complete healing. And use him right up until the time you take him home. And well, I ask the same for the rest of us. that she uses every day in every way, Father, right up until the time ye you take us home. that we all hear those words Well done, my good and faithful servant.

In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Amen. We're going to jump in here to Kim to the Bible study tonight. We're going to shorten it up a little bit because we have such an agenda.

If you have any questions as we go along, just jump right in and ask a question. And the The title of the message. Was the Holding fast to the traditions of the apostles. Holding fast to the traditions of the apostles, And um That's what we do at Doers of the Word Baptist Church. We hold fast.

to the traditions of the Apostles. And we're gonna pick it up where we left off. And uh 2 Peter chapter th uh three starting with verse sixteen. We'll take it a verse at a time.

So, Re Richard, do you want to go ahead and read a verse? Sure. as also in all his epistles speaking in them of these things in which are some things hard to be understood, which they That are unlearned and unestablished. Rest. as they do also the other Scriptures, unto their own destruction.

Well, you know, it's an interesting thing. That word there rest means to distort, to distort, as some of those And so Paul had already wrote to the the people that thus they're like a And here He was Peter was saying that Paul had already wrote to you. I'm going to be talking the very same thing that Paul had said. Uh and so Actually this was a church in Asia. I just said that's like the church in Asia.

That he was talking about.

Now, Peter is saying that. There are those that are going to distort the scripture. Uh they're gonna try to twist them, they're gonna spin them. Uh they're gonna make them appear to mean what they They wanna believe.

Now we going through this this week, we just like Yesterday we were in 1 Timothy chapter 4. Talking about what the Apostle Paul called doctrines of demons, of devils, where of s you know, abstaining from certain meats and of course We've had to deal with the pork police. We had actually had the pork police come into our church, and uh, but there are those out there and that. believe that if you eat pork you go to hell.

Well That's not exactly what the word of God teaches, right? He teaches that it's sanctified if we give thanksgiving in prayer. That's right. Also. We dealt with those that uh We're saying that you have to abstain from marriage.

You have to be celibate to minister. Of course, the Bible teaches exactly the opposite of that.

Okay? Yeah. In fact, if we We go back over there to First Timothy just to recover that. Again, very quickly. Oh.

We'll look at that in Here And the pages, okay.

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly that in later times some shall depart from the faith. giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.

Now, here, this actually, those later times, he was speaking of the beginning of the sixth dispensation period. It's it's not ex it's not the same as in Second Timothy chapter three, where he's very specific where he talks about the last days, and he mentions that in Peter 2. Saying when you get to the south end of the sixth dispensation period.

So here. He says, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their conscience uh seared for the with a hot iron. Forbidden to marry and c a commanding to abstain from each. As we look back and we see that this started back there where. uh in order to be a bishop, okay, Or in the in the church you had to uh abstain, you couldn't you had to be single, you couldn't be married, okay.

Abstinence, but that's Exactly the opposite of what the Bible teaches, because if we go to Chapter three of First Timothy, he says this This is a true saying if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth good work.

Now there's very important in that Verse there. There's two truths in there that are very, very important. Ready?

Now, listen. I'll emphasize. This is a true saying, okay. If a man desire the office of a bishop.

So what is what is he saying here? Women can't be. It has to be a man. He's talking about only a man can be the pastor of the church. He's referring to a men pastor in a church.

You know, the issue with men. There's there People need to understand there's certain jobs that God has chosen. For men to do in the church, and there's certain jobs for women to do in the church. And a lot of times. Women want to do the men's jobs and uh nobody does the women's jobs sometimes.

But uh there's specific jobs that like uh picking uh with the apostles. when they replaced uh Judas. It the first requirement was to be a man. Mm-hmm.

So same thing with elders and uh Deacons These these are supposed to be men. Yeah, but can't we just uh hold to the parts of the scripture we like and root and just uh yeah, the c the cafeteria style uh that is the mindset today of neo evangelicalism, okay. Uh so let me ask you this. There was a guy on the radio some years ago, oh, He was of had a long, long time talk show. He had an English, a very English accent.

And um he uh Brother, I'm trying to think of his name. It's uh I'm having one of my senior moments now, but Well, he had a very low regard for women. That's one of the problems we had. He also had a a very misconception of He said that he never sinned never sinned. And um So we Well, I took him over there to to 1 John and also to James and and 1 John 1.10.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar and the word is not in us.

Well, he he points out that The moment you're saved, your sins, past, present, and future, forgiving, therefore, you're now sinless, but that's not exactly um the way that that that's taken, right?

So But anyhow, he had a uh a lower regard for women uh in the sense that Now see the Bible teaches that they're Is I don't want to use there's a chain of command, if you will, okay? we see in the Trinity the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. The Father, from Genesis to Revelation, the Father gives the marching orders. The Son carries the mountain and the Holy Ghost provides the power.

So now they're in authority the father is the head Uh but when it comes to Their deity, they're equal. They're all equal in their deity.

So now. Here when it comes to People to us, okay, God's creating. Uh Man was created in the image of God. Ah he He them male and female. Uh and the but the Apostle Paul said that The woman was created for the man and not the man for the woman.

And so this point he was saying that we have just like in the Trinity, there's A chain of command. And Jesus teaches this very clearly that the man is the head of the house, He's the head of the family. And uh the head of the wife, then they The parents are the head of the children.

So, when it comes to an authority, the chain of command that God has given us. Uh There's uh the men are in charge, okay? But when it comes to Uh our humanity We're all equal in our humanity. The man, the woman, and the child. We're all equal in the sight of God in our humanity.

That seems to be a problem for some. To understand, okay. That's uh in 1 Corinthians 11, it's called headship. Yeah. It's the order.

You're not making many friends with the feminist movement.

Well, I don't think the Lord Jesus did either with them, okay. Um the fact that he he's he's not even Christ, he's Christa with the feminist movement. If you saw what they they had there at the Saint John's Cathedral, New York, They had a Big woman, naked woman on the cross. That was Krista. Oh, she was.

And so here now he's talking about forbidding to marry.

So now we see over there, like you were saying. A bishop must be blameless, be the husband of one wife.

Now, You see? To be a husband, you really have to be a male. I mean Uh, you can believe whatever you want nowadays, and of course the Democrats believe that Oh, you know, you have men can have babies? Cool. But and what if they find out that men really can't have babies, okay?

And they don't call. You know, I remember when you know they always refer to women that nurse their babies as Nursing mothers, okay? Or they call it breastfeeding. Today they're not. You can't do that.

They're chest feeders. And so now this is this is uh political correctness or What they call woke, but there's another name for woke. It's called lunacy. Yes. Lunacy, okay.

But anyhow, so going back to traditions, we're talking about we keeping the traditions, and this is what Peter is telling telling them here the Church of Asia As Paul taught, he's teaching us the very same thing. that these people were going to come and they were going to wrestle and and pervert and distort the scriptures. And today you have over 200 perversions of the Bible.

So Whatever it is you want to believe, you can b find a version that teaches what you want to believe.

Okay. And so Uh remember Rick Warden? Here, when he came out, all of a sudden he was America's pastor. America's he was on the 700th, they had him on. Fox News all the time in in They Steve Doocy was talking about the gospel of W Rick Warren.

He was bringing boat uh plane loads of um Purpose-driven life books to Africa. I showed all these pastors. He had 40,000 pastors. Reading is a book, right? And uh what did he tell you?

He told you, Well, first Here, forget the traditions of the apostles. Forget the traditions of the apostles. Get rid of the hymnals. You don't need hymnals. Bring in rock bands.

Bring in. You choose different venues of worship. He had eleven different venues of worship there. It's saddleback, okay. Quit preaching against sin.

All it does is make people feel bad. You don't need to preach against sin, okay? Uh don't beat unchurched Harry over the head with the Bible. in order to get to be able to witness to him You need to get him into the church and In order to get Harry into the church, you need to conform the church to the world. Right.

So, what does it say in Romans chapter 12, verse 2? Be not conformed to the world, right? Right.

So, all of these things, Rick Warren was telling people, okay. Uh and I mean The people were running with us. They weren't paying attention. He was telling people They would have these meetings, and he would invite pastors to saddle back, He would tell them, Do not tell the church that you're coming here. Don't let your congregation know.

And they would tell him, Look, In order t to have uh to grow, to have growth, you've got to have change. and change sometimes can hurt, and sometimes Uh To get change you got to get rid of the people That are the foundation of the church. You've got to get rid of them. In other words, the people that actually founded the church.

So he instructed them how to have a meeting to go back Coal people, certain people they could trust. have a meeting and vote those people in the church. that didn't go along with The new teachings vote them out. And they were doing that, and I know several they did that, okay. That they tried to do that with Noah Hutchins Church.

This radio ministry and Noah Hutchins, we were the first in the entire country to expose Rick Warren. We exposed it. We were the very first to do that. Those were some of the teachings. And then And these pastors were falling for this.

Rick had him going until he came up with Krizla. Krizlam was the last straw for many of them said, Well, that's a line now. He's crossed a line that we can't follow. And that's where you marry the teachings of Muhammad or Allah with the teachings of Christ. And um And so that's where he today He's lost his church.

He's no longer a pastor. And I don't know whatever happened to him. Nobody hears anything from him anymore.

Okay? But here now, we go. And this is exactly what happens today in the emergent church, the emergent church, a lot of them. Where was body count theology? Body count theology.

They took a polls. where they had these we They actually polled people and asked What is it you want to hear preached? What do you want to hear preached? And then uh they would give them a venue to where they would hear what they wanted to hear preached. And you know, that really increased the body calf.

I mean, people were coming. But guess what? All of these people that profess to be saved new Christians. within six months quit coming to church. And they were it was all folk.

Fake. Why? They didn't continue. In the traditions of the apostles. The way they were instructed.

Verse seventeen You therefore, beloved, seen how these things Second. before beware lest you also being led away with the error of the wicked, Now here it's an interesting thing because He's referring to the word wicked, there means lawless to the lawless, okay? Um and fall from your own steadfastness, One of the things, Richard, you know, 'cause you've been with us from the beginning, Into words of the word church, no compromise from day one. From day one, we've said it, no compromise period, on anything. We do not compromise.

And where it comes to the the the preaching of the gospel, the tr traditions of the early church, we hold to that, okay? And so then he goes on. But growing grace and knowledge. And our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be the glory.

Both now forever. Amen. Now here that knowledge is referring to that As we grow. In the knowledge and the teachings of Christ, it was is like milk for babes, for newborn babes. And we grow from the milk into the meat of the word.

And that's what we do there. Doers of the word, do you think we take the teaching of scripture to a little higher level than you get most places? Yes. And that's showing growing in grace. And in knowledge of the Lord, how do we grow in the knowledge of the Lord?

The only way we can is through the scriptures. And today here The people failed to understand the Absoluteness in God's Word. They don't understand the power. At the judge to reward to condemn That's found in the unlimited authority of God's immutable written word.

So, very, very, very few of this world's. population today have even the smallest inkling understanding of the reality that Heaven keeps a perfect record. of every single thought. And you say, how could that be? God says his ways are higher than ours.

We'll never.

Someday we might know that when we get to heaven. But we'll be right back. Yeah. Pop on that. Remember me, you're taking all my money.

Remember me you Game button. Java wait. Remember me, or am I just a number? Straight. doesn't qualify For an age, remember me, I helped you get elected, but you haven't done one thing.

You said you do. But even though you pray the night, remember me. I'll remember you. I'll remember. I'll remember.

In November, November, as I stared. Have been chitching a little booth I remember in the member to both anyone but anyone but you remember me I serve my country. Founding human Number me. I'm not sure if I can do it. Remember me or am I just some funky Who you didn't think would notice the bounce checks and midnight race?

Remember me? I wrote you on those letters thinking that you care, but I Thought too. Leaving the oven just forget to remember I'll remember you I'll remember in November November as I step into the little booth I'll remember in November for anyone but anyone but you We'll remember in November as we step the little booth We'll remember in November Remember to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember in November to vote for anyone but anyone but you. Amen, folks.

Remember, vote. That's your duty. That's your privilege. That's your duty. And this May fifth Republicans, get to the polls.

Tuesday, May fifth. Democrats Wednesday, May sixth.

So there you go. Yeah. Right, is that that's fair? And we each have our own day. Yeah.

Okay. Okay. So anyhow A week. We have here with us, Kim.

Okay. Uh Georgeton Kim. Tell us all about what you're going to do. You're you're running with Casey pushed. Uh, on the same ticket.

Why do you guys want to be governor? We got some questions about issues. And of course the first issue the most there's two issues that's the most important. to us and this listening audience right now. And that is number one.

Pro-life. Pro-life is the number one issue. Do you know who said it is? God? Yeah.

He said that. That's it. The entire purpose of divine human government given to us in the Noate covenant was to preserve the image of God. that being man, The second one, the most important issue to us, is called a Great Commission, the Great Commission. The freedom.

to go out and and preach and teach the Word of God And baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Those are the very two most. Other issues we want is like election fraud is another at the border wall.

So tell us where you stand on all these issues. Sure. Yeah. So on life, obviously, I'm 100% pro-life. I believe that.

As God said in Psalm 139, 13, He formed my inward parts. He knitted me together in my mother's womb.

So that is obviously very important to me and to Casey as well. And Casey actually was interviewed on the Tucker Carlson show. And he was introduced to Tucker Carlson by a friend of his who. is involved in an organization called Let Them Live. Um very important to us, an issue that's Extremely important.

All right, very good. Uh And of course obviously you you are both Christians, so you're all in favor of uh a Christian The faith First Amendment. and so on and so forth. Religious liberty. What about the Well, tell us what issues that you think are very, very important for those of us here in the state of Ohio.

Yeah, so I think right now the key issues that we're mostly concerned about is making sure that Ohio jobs. stay for Ohio workers. Is that Ohio resources? Yeah, in Ohio. And that you own your home and actually own it without having to rent it back from the government.

Those are three key issues that we feel very strongly about. and that we want to make sure We contrast that quite a lot with our opponent in pretty serious ways.

So we want to make sure when I'm bringing up those conversations with electors letting them know where we stand on those issues.

So Regarding the first item, Ohio jobs are for Ohio workers. we've seen a pretty disturbing trend over the past twenty to thirty years. I have a thirty year career in consulting, technology and e-commerce. And what we've seen is the slow offshoring of Ohio and American jobs to other countries. And I myself have a personal story when my job was ended in April of twenty twenty four, when I was working for a small American boutique company And an Indian firm came in and bought our company.

And this is a very large large business, multi-billion dollar company with couple hundred thousand employees worldwide.

So they came in and And snapped up the company because they like to buy they like to buy smaller companies, not just American companies, but companies all over the world because they want the business, they want the customers.

So they bought our business and then slowly but surely, as soon as they learn the customers, they learn the processes, they learn the projects. they, you know, slowly let go of everyone. And that's their model. That's how they've been growing their business over the years. And to the detriment of American workers and Ohio workers.

And what we found is that oftentimes you know, an average job for, you know, in an IT or e-commerce role. You know, that would be paying an Ohioan, you know, $100,000 a year. They reduced that salary to, like, say, $60,000 or $70,000 a year. And so that's lost wages for Ohio. And then what we also find is those folks that are hired on these H-1B visas, they oftentimes send money back to their home countries.

And so that's also loss. Income for Ohio in terms of the money that gets sent back. But isn't even the worst part of that under that contract. you actually have to train up the person that's going to get your job. You actually have that under that agreement that HP won.

And so you have to train them to take away your job. Um now, in that, do you retain any of your retirement or benefits at all?

Well, they, you know, they, when you, when you depart from the company, they do provide you with like a suburance. amount but you know it's definitely not It's not enough. to sustain yourself for more than a, you know, a couple of few months.

So Um yeah, I mean it's it's an unfortunate situation. And then and then what has happened is the jobs are so few and far between.

So we're telling our kids to go to college and get a computer science degree. And when they graduate, they start looking for entry-level work in that field and it's just not there. There are lots of stories about young people who have graduated who just can't find any work whatsoever because it's automatically offshored because that's more of the entry level style work.

Well, we've we've encouraged people We've been encouraging people here for several years to go I go to the trades. That's where the real money is out there today. uh is is in the trades. You know, in New York City, The um A plumber actually had a higher wage than M D s in New York because There were a lot of MDs. A lot of people went to become doctors, but very few plumbers left.

And so. There is where we're we're telling people to have And the young men are going, they're trending back towards the trades today, going to trade school. They don't have mechanics anymore. You can't go into they they have technicians. Everything's different out there.

But That's where the wages are at. Absolutely. And yeah, that's really interesting you brought up a mechanic because Casey is obviously works with his hands a lot. He's known as the quote car the car guy unquote. In fact, his YouTube channel is called Casey the Car Guy.

So You know, he. He has a lot of experience working with his hands, and he started a nonprofit company called The Genius Garage for young people who are studying engineering in college. Because he noticed that a lot of these young people are graduating with awesome degrees, but absolutely. have never had an opportunity to turn a screw in a screwdriver.

So he started this nonprofit company to help train up these young folks and give them real opportunities to work with their hands and to actually build. fix and repair cars and and they actually during one of their projects they together built an airplane.

So it's just really cool that he has been able to do workforce development in Ohio for young Ohioans. and they've been able to get gainful employment And they credit it to this the Genius Garage experience that they've had.

So, um You know, kudos to Casey for Being able to start that kind of a company and help our youth actually better their lives. Oh. Absolutely. Let me ask you a question because here, right here in the studio with me is Pastor Richard Lewis. Uh he's a good friend, but Richard's an elderly fellow.

And there's a lot of elderly fellows. I know a bunch of them anyhow. out there that uh Have lost their homes because they weren't able to pay their property tax. have lost their homes because of that. And wh where what is your standard property tax?

Because that's a major issue. To us, that's in the top four or five of us. Yeah, absolutely.

Well, you know, I saw my parents go through struggles even, you know, when they were alive, going through that difficulty paying property taxes. And at that time, it wasn't even exploded to the way that it has now.

So quite frankly, before I got involved in this race, I had already signed the abolished property tax movement because I thought, you know, it's about time we do this. And so I was one of the first people to volunteer to go sign that petition. And that was, you know, last summer sometime when the woman was p you know, walking around with the petition in our group. And Casey also signed it before as well, before he got into the race. And so we signed it as constituents, wanting it, and now we're living out our candidacy absolutely supporting it 100%.

The reason, Kim, that it exploded, like you said. Was because of the the huge rise in property tax without justification. They just You know, rose, you don't uh Overestimated the property value all of a sudden. All of our property values have gone way up, and then with that, the property tax goes out. without any any justification.

It uh Yeah. Yeah. What other investment is a number made up and then that you have to pay on that actually doesn't even is not even a number that exists or a number that you've actually transferred for?

So, yeah, it makes absolutely no sense. What's going to be the fix for that? How can you what's the solution, Kim?

Well, we've talked at length about it. And we have like a 15 page draft document. that we're working on because As you know, there's about $21 billion that is responsible. or paying for About 50% of it going to priv schools and the other 50% of it going to police, fire, and EMS.

So as we traveled around the state talking with individuals, obviously the main concern Is making sure that there's a seamless transition with police, fire, and EMS. Those are important services that everybody. you know, needs to have.

So basically, when we look at splitting those two things apart, we look at ensuring that there's coverage for those things.

So we will have to be working hand in hand with all of the different counties and their specific instances. But the first thing we want to look at is where do we cut. We want to identify the waste fraud and abuse. We know that it's happening. We know that it's out there.

We know there are a lot of pet projects. That are being spent upon of our tax dollars that many of us probably don't even know about that's being spent. silly little things like the Dolly Parton library book, that was like a ten million dollar investment where we already have libraries all across the state of Ohio.

So why are we spending ten million dollars on adding some kind of cutesy little project like that where Ohioans definitely didn't vote on that? Um So there's all kinds of little projects like that that I believe we can look at in terms of cutting spending. And then identifying the waste and the fraud that's going on. We know we have a lot of illegals here in Ohio, and they're taxing our system from welfare, SNAP benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, all of those things.

So once we get a handle on that, That will also reduce quite a lot of spend And then there's opportunities for consolidation, looking at different departments within the state to consolidate and save money.

So with my background being in consulting, one of the things that or the main thing that we always look at when we go and look at a business is we're trying to figure out how to optimize. what they're doing in terms of their processes, how efficient they are. And we will be taking a look at the state of Ohio in that with that lens, with the consulting lens to make sure that We went from spending $50 billion in Ohio back in like 2012 timeframe, and today we spend $100 billion. That's 100% increase. And I certainly can't say that my salary increased by 100%.

I don't know anybody else who can say that either. In fact, most people have seen wage compression over the years.

So we regular consumers, we have to tighten our belt. We have to pass by that fast food restaurant and go eat at home for dinner. And we don't I don't think that our government has done that. I think they have been spending liberally. And not the way that a Republican should be thinking about spending.

And I think there are a lot of ways that we can reduce that. Identify waste, fraud, and abuse, then cut that out. And that would be definitely a good chunk of that. I think one of the ways when you have, if you're going to fund something, If it's uh a school tax, then you should have a school tax, okay? That's where uh for for schools on education.

If it's highways, it should be specific. There's a very Um deep state of a very sinister Uh organization out there. In Ohio called Nawaka, called Nawaka. And these are is a shadow type government of Uh and uh they're g they're peeling off a lot of our tax dollars, making them going to places where they sh where we don't want them to go. Uh when you have highways that are full of potholes, and they're building m multi-million dollar bike trails.

alongside the highways, That you leave your mufflers there on the road because the potholes are so big, okay.

So this this group know Waka. They they're a really Uh Uh an Agenda 2030 group. They're They're for the same thing. What do we do about them?

Well, we get rid of groups that we don't find value in for Ohioans. We are definitely on a. I don't know how that group is funded, so we'll have to look at it if it's actually funded through. Our tax dollars, I think. It is, it gets through taxes on gasoline taxes and other things they get funded.

Should we maybe eliminate them as that for the Second Amendment? Hopefully, we don't have to get there. Hopefully, we can do other things to eliminate them in other ways. Just wondered right now. Back on that property tax issue, you know, there's a number of Groups of citizens getting together to get petition signed about this and that, and a lot of them have very excellent ideas on how to.

Subsidize or replace that property tax where the government could still be funded in the things that are needed. Styles, I think you had some information on that. Yeah, I work with a group for it's Homestead Heroes of Ohio. Myself, Bill Holman, and Kyle Kutz put together this group. With the Main focus being retaining property for the property owner, not having to pay out a property tax for the rest of your life and never own your home.

And this budget is something that we took very seriously. We broke down, like you said, we're looking at roughly, if we completely eliminate property tax, $21, $22 billion deficit there. But what we found is we really don't have that deficit. We can make that up fairly easily with scale backs and cuts. You've mentioned quite a few of them.

We found somewhere between $27 and $33 billion in Ohio waste right now that we can use without actually impacting day-to-day life. My question for you, and this is my biggest concern with the abolishment Proposal that's going through right now: this petition to abolish property tax, because it sounds great on the surface. But this petition is a complete abolishment of property tax. That means commercial properties as well. Companies like BlackRock, Amazon, any large corporation or LLC can now come in and buy up land in Ohio from out of state, from out of country, without having to worry about property tax at all or any kind of legislation to that.

That not only hurts the homeowner, that hurts the property market as well. Are you in favor of some kind of restriction, if this passes or not, being placed on the fact that corporations and entities of that still would have to pay a property tax? Absolutely. And it doesn't have to be called a property tax per se. We can they can be impact fees or however we want to word it, but we can definitely we definitely would would want to tax those.

And then also legislation around preventing foreigners from purchasing our land. I think we need to take a hard look at that. I know we want to make sure that no venture capital companies can come in or we call them vulture capital companies that they cannot come in and actually buy up our residential and commercial properties. That's been something that's been driving home prices up. And we need to get on to, you know, grab a hold of that right away and make sure that that's not allowable.

Well, there's some of the states that pass that. For example, out there in Arkansas. Uh the Chinese are no longer allowed to purchase land or companies, but uh I know that Bill Gates is the largest landowner in the United States, and he's. He's buying all of these farms. Uh just to shut him down.

Okay. Um Yes. And I know he owns property in Ohio as well. And I heard recently Saudi Arabia came in and bought some land in Ohio.

So these things are extremely concerning. They are numb. Uh Cash Patel, he s he said, Well, Since Most of the people that are losing their home because of property tax, because they can't pay. are elderly people so What if we just had either um We cut the rate for the elderly person, the senior citizen. or we do away with uh th those property taxes for say anybody over sixty Uh Do you think that that's an idea or do you think To eliminate them altogether.

Now, the Bible teaches that property taxes are not lawful. They're not a lawful tax, okay? Correct. Yeah. That's my feeling.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, that's definitely my feeling. I mean, I think.

there was a time when we had we had it was just land contracts and you owned your land outright, but for some reason with all of the mortgages and the changes in finance laws, You know, that became kind of the outlier. And now we're constantly owing somebody for our property.

So It happens like the frog boiling in the pot. You know, you put the frog in when the water's cold, and you just turn on the heat. the before the frog knows it, he's boiling in the water. I mean, that's kind of like where we are, I feel right now with um not just property taxes, but with a whole lot of other things too.

Well, it's what we call socialism or communism where the state owns everything. You don't you don't own your property. Yeah, and I reject that. Yeah, I reject that. Yeah, we do too.

Very, very good.

Well, tell the folks out there. Uh how they can get uh active, you know, if they how they can help you, if you'd want to put signs in the yards, or do you need Um How can people out there get in touch and con in contact with you? 80 billion a year for for four years, okay?

So over 32 billion dollars. No. There it means. Three thousand. two hundred billion dollars.

That he spent uh that was supposed to go to a department supposed to go to children in the public school system, okay. But it didn't. And that's billion. With billions. Yeah, billions would it be?

Uh what do you Uh What what do you say to people that say, Well, Gee, I haven't really heard of them before. They they don't have much of a chance. What do you what do you say to those people? I would say God is in control. And, you know, really.

We're running because the opportunity and the option that is on the ticket is not what we wanted to see. And we felt like a whole lot of people also agreed with us from that standpoint. And we wanted to make sure there was an option. You know, we are the right now, with Heather Hill being unable to continue on in this race, we are the only Christian ticket. And um, you know.

The only person who knows the outcome is The man upstairs.

So, you know, we're doing our best getting our message out.

So, have we seen in the past a lot of people that never had a chance win? That's happened a lot, hasn't it?

Okay. So, hey, we're coming up to a break. Uh hang on, uh it's gonna be a very very quick break Kim so And we'll go to the other side of the hour and take some calls. Be right back after this. We're in the count right now.
