On this March thirty-first, we're only Two hours away from April, folks. Wow How fast this year has gone by And uh tonight you know I don't know the rest of you folks around the country out there, but here in northeast Ohio we've had some weather. I mean, we've really had some weather here and uh Um my wife and I and our little dog found ourselves Here Uh down Laying low as we had to Uh our phones were ringing saying there's a tornado. There's a tornado in your area here, and uh boy, I'm gonna tell you, things got really interesting here. Tomorrow I gotta go out and take a look at some of the damage over at my home because it was.

It was nasty over there. But anyhow, Uh tonight. It might be storming outside. But in that studio here, right in the studio, He's our storm He's our thunder and lightning. Uh You hear him every now and then when I get him going.

My producer, Style. Hey, Pastor, how are you? I'm all right. How are you tonight? I'm doing all right.

Okay. And uh my guest tonight, my special guest tonight. He is Well, I wouldn't call him a politician. I would call him more of a statesman. Yeah, I would have to say Steve Olek.

Hey, Steve, are you there? Yes, hello. Hi, Pastor Sanders. How are you? I'm all right tonight.

I think You're about as much a politician as I am, okay? Uh we we we believe in telling it the way it is. I'm not a politician. I'm a retired army officer. I'm not retired, but I I could have been a long time ago.

I can tell you this, there's a lot of people out there that would like to retire me. But anyhow, it's. I could believe that, yeah. Yeah. Anyhow.

We got a lot to get to tonight, and so we got to start here. I have A prayer request, and this is kind of an unusual one because it's a long one. Ah, but this lady I know this lady very well Oh, Jenny. She is a real sweetheart. She got a a real tender hearted lady.

And She has a friend.

Well, I'm just gonna read. her text to me because it's a lot easier that way than trying to explain. She said Pastor, please Ask your listeners to pray for Kevin. complete dependence on God for wisdom and protection, from his ex brother in law, who has power of attorney over Kevin. who is forty seven, and considered a highly functional autistic violinist.

and who has already Consented to having Kevin's mother given lethal dosages of morphine. On the basis of the Um Fifth stage dementia now It's his brother-in-law, not Kevin, that that has gotten to the position of of being able to do this. Morphine for five-stage dimetrium when she is really suffering from post traumatic stress. Syndrome. causing her to be unable to eat or drink, and thereby causing her death.

If there is any way to revoke Eric's power of attorney over Kevin, Uh in order A better chance of being able to continue with his musical or other career under the guidance of a kind Christian person or family. who would not be tempted to use unethical devices to control Kevin for their own personal gain. He could possibly be a significant blessing to those who could see how the The Lord can turn Okay. Blessing. and a testimony of God's amazing grace in awesome transforming power.

Thank you so much for praying for Kevin. You and the doers of the Word Church are wonderful Good. Blessings. And you've been a blessing to me.

Well, here I know she's been concerned about this all along. uh, when she tried everything she could to keep a The mother from being euthanized. Kevin's mother. And she was helping taking care of Kevin, and I guess she's no longer able to do that. But I'm going to ask the folks all across the country out there.

Remember what God's word the Bible says. It says There's power in prayer. Much prayer, much power.

Now, folks out there listening to me. Tonight is Kevin that needs your prayer. Uh tomorrow it's you. It is. You know, all of us, all of you out there listening, either need prayer right now or you will.

That's a fact. And so let's pray. Join with me and hold him up, Heavenly Father, Lord God. What this situation is one of those that Unfortunately in our society With the judicial system, it really needs some work. But, Father God, I just want to hold that situation up to you and ask, Lord God, that you would intercede on this.

Are you were provide, Kevin? With someone who cares about Kevin being in his situation, A Father God, we saw this brother in law Who who was in a big hurry to put Kevin's mother to death. And we know his states are involved, and states are involved in these things.

So But I just would ask that you would intervene on Kevin's behalf. Father God and Lord, either however you need to do, either give Kevin a very clear mind that he can take care of himself or provide someone. who's able to take care of em. We ask this now in Jesus' precious name. Amen.

Yeah. All right, we're gonna get to the message tonight. And The title of the message Steve. was The entry, the trial, and the crucifixion. And we're going to pick it up tonight where we left off.

And this is in the week. Right now Uh, we're only on Tuesday still in the week of uh Palm Sunday. when since Jesus entered into Jerusalem, And we're going to pick it up here in Luke chapter twenty uh in verse nineteen And here And the chief priests and the scribes. Of this same hour sought to lay hands on him, and they feared the people for the perceived that they had spoken this parable against them.

Now And the other Uh Scriptures here, the Gospels. In Matthew, he talks about it, he refers to. The Pharisees and the Herodians. They these were the chief priests and and um The Pharisees were the judicial. The Herodians of that date were were half breed Jews and they were The politicians, they were the the representative of the congressmen of that day, you might say, the politicians.

Now normally Uh, they were at odds with each other. They didn't they didn't like each other at all because they were really In competition over over taxing the people, you know, and and robbing the people. But here they saw Jesus as a real threat. To all of them. He was doing something that just wasn't done.

He was telling the truth. And so He goes on to say And they watched him and sent forth spies which should feign themselves. just men that they might take hold of his words and that they might deliver him into the power and the authority of the governor. In other words, the idea was that they were going to try to put him in a position. To where he could not give a right answer.

It's like the old the old question. They asked you. And I learned And and I learned a lot about this. In fact, last night we were talking about this. Uh Where the Lord where they had come to Jesus and asked him about Who gave him the authority?

Uh just to do what he's doing. And he asked them a question John the Baptist Did he come from heaven?

Okay. Or of men and uh They reasoned among themselves. They knew well, listen Now if if we say that John Well We don't want, we don't know. Let's give them the answer. Here's what they said.

They reasoned with themselves, saying if we shall save from heaven, he will He will say then, believe you not him, okay? In other words, why don't you believe what John said the prophet? About me, okay. But if we say of men, all the people will stone us, for they are persuaded. that John was a prophet.

And they answered that they could not tell whether it was and Jesus said unto them, Neither shall I tell you by what authority I do these things.

Well, Here I learned, Steve, because being in the pro life Um ministry all of my years. Saving babies. I got arrested out there for preaching the gospel. I got arrested. many times for preaching the just preaching the gospel And they would make bring false charges against me because I was saving babies.

And What happened? Uh They actually tried to recall me, Steve, three times, of course. Yeah. You see, the problem with trying to recall me was Uh they had to prove that I was somehow profiting you know, from from taking from Yeah, right. saving babies that I was profiting, but I wasn't profiting, I was losing money.

Losing money cost me money to do that, but It was wor well worth it, right? And so Here I learned, though, what I learned was that for less verse that To always answer a question with a question. Answer a question with a question. And So when they would put me in the witness stands, And they would ask me, see, they would try to get you a question that you couldn't give a right answer, and they would say, answer yes or no. You must have been a very irritating witness.

Yeah, yeah. I was, believe me. I wasn't. It's like saying Well, Steve, are you still beating your wife? Right.

Well, you can't answer that question. Right.

That's what they tried to do to me. And so, what I would do. is I would answer, you know, with questions when they would lay one, I would say, why on earth would you even ask me such a question? Tell me why, you know. And this would would agitate them too.

Where they would they would ask the judge, Judge, please, uh, would you make him answer the question? And when the judge would ask me. Um Will you answer that question? I would say What is the question? And the judge would always say, I don't know.

They would be so confused, you know, just by telling the truth, you know. Because Their questions were framed in such a way where they were not real legitimate questions at all. Like Well, like issue one, the way that they passed that thing. But anyhow, so here we go and He goes back and he says And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest. and teaches rightly Neither accepting thou the Person of any, but teaches the way of God truly.

Now, you see, these people were the lawmakers. They were the lawmakers. They the judicial And Politicians, if you will, that you and the princess. And what happened here is they knew that John when John the Baptist came, They they knew that He fulfilled the Scriptures. And now here's Jesus here.

And here they have the Old Testament. They know That here he's coming and he's doing all of these things, he's fulfilling scripture. And so he goes on to say. But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt you me? Show me a penny or a denary, which he was, And they showed him one and he said, Whose image and superscription, meaning Inscription.

hath it? And they answered and they said, Caesar's.

Now remember They were the law makers. And so As He's speaking to them, He's speaking to them in accordance with the law. And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's. and a God the things which be gods. and they could not take hold of his words before the people and they marvelled at the answer.

And they held their peace.

Well, here's the reason for that, Steve. You see According to the law What belongs to God And what belongs to Caesar?

Well, according to the law, the earth and the fulness thereof belong to God. If we go over to Somme, Uh fifty verse twelve if I were hungry I would not tell thee, for the world is mine in all the fulness thereof. If we go Uh Over to 1 Corinthians. In the first Corinthians, and I believe it's in. Chapter X We read.

Here. For the earth. is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. In fact, he also tells you the very same thing in Exodus. Where in Exodus he tells you In verse Five.

Uh chapter nineteen, verse five. For all of the earth is mine.

Well, let me read the hope: for therefore, if you will obey my voice indeed and keep my covenant. Then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto me. Above all people, for all That's in the earth is mine.

So he's making the point that according to the law That The earth is and the fulness thereof Boong to God. Caesar was on the earth. But here's the thing. If he would have said Uh yeah. Go And paid tribute or tithe to Caesar.

Then he would have been in violation of what law? What law do you think he'd have been in violation of? God's law. Yeah. Style, what do you think?

That's right. It's the first commandment: Thou shalt have no other gods before me, because Caesar had proclaimed all over the placards put up Caesar was God. that they had proclaimed Caesar to be God.

So if he had said no. You know, don't tie it to Caesar. Then, well, if he'd said yes, tie it to Caesar. with it under Herod's law. Then Now he could have been stoned.

Okay, for violating the first commandment. But on the other hand, had he said, No. Don't, Tyther, don't pay tribute to Caesar. then he could have been tried by Caesar for insurrection.

So the idea that he was to be put in a position where he could not give a right answer. But So when he answered him And it said in the chorus to the war. That's why they they couldn't. They had to remain silent because when the people would come to them and say, Well, What did he say about the tithing to Caesar? If they said, Well, you know He said uh render to Caesar what belongs to Caesar And what belongs to to render to God?

What belongs to God? And and they said, Well, according to the law, what does belong to Caesar and They would have to say listed according to the law. Caesar belongs to God. Everything. You see, we literally.

We don't own anything. None of us own anything here. In order to actually own something, you have to be able to take it with you when you leave this world. and there's not very much we can do to take with us. When we leave this world.

Exactly right. You you're gonna have a a bunch of artificial arms, legs, Um You know, when the rapture takes place There's going to be a lot of false teeth and everything else left behind.

Okay. Yeah. But here's the point when he asked Show me the image on the coin, you see. When God when God gave us The divine institution of human government, Steve. It has five points.

He gave us. I'm talking about real government, I'm talking about legitimate government. Our government is so far away from in fact it's in in opposition to God's government. The very first command that God gave men was to be fruitful and multiply. And by the time you hit Genesis 9, here where we're going to go.

He had said it given that command three times. No, Here The five points. of divine human government, the first being To whom God made the covenant with? And here's the answer. Behold, I will establish my covenant with you and with your seed after you.

and with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of all of every beast on the earth, And whether you're from that go out of the ark to every beast of the earth. and I will establish my covenant with you. Neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of the flood shall there be any more be a flood to destroy the people. And so here now He made the point that his covenant was going to be with all mankind, with all living creatures. An everlasting covenant which spans all dispensations.

So that was the first point. The second point was the intent. the intent of of divine human government. We're talking about real government. And Here's what it is.

And God blessed Noah and his sons, and he said, Be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth.

Okay. And fear of you, and the dread of you, shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the earth, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all. the fishes of the sea, into your hand are they delivered. Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you, even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Now he Uh but flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, you shall eat not now.

So, the intent was that man was to govern for God. That's the second point. But now, Here comes the third point, Steve. This is the entire purpose of divine human government. The entire purpose.

And surely your blood of your life will I require at the hand of every beast, will I require it at the hand of man? At the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. Whoso sheddeth man's blood, By man shall his blood be shed for the image of God. made he man And you be ye fruitful, and multiply, and bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.

So, the entire purpose of divine human government is to preserve the image of God, that being man. And what what Does this country do? They said, Well, you can go ahead and kill babies. That court of nineteen seventy three They were supreme only in their sin. Only in their sin were they supreme.

in the rebellion against God. Because what they will they said what God has made Unlawful. We will make legal if you purchase a license from Caesar with mammon. then we will give you the authority to destroy the image of God, to transgress God's dominion. And And do you know the interesting thing?

Do you know where A judge, and I won't call him Justice Blacknum, where He got that ruling in Roe v. Wade, where he found in the Constitution. A right for a woman to kill her baby? No, no, not necessarily. where he found emanations of a penumbra, In the Constitution.

No, I've read that constitution. I've read it a lot. Yeah, there's nothing in the constitution that addresses that. I've never found any emanations of a phenomena. Do you know what emanations are?

Their little impulses of light My energy. And And the Penumbra is like a twilight zone. like a twilight one. It's neither dusk nor night. nor dark as in between And so in there he found that in the Constitution Well You know, I mean, unbelievable.

And that's what they made that decision on. And because of that the sewers in this country have run red coast to coast, coast to coast, they've run red with the blood of innocence. And Let me tell you. God is not mocked and Just as Abel's blood cried out. Against Cain the blood of those babies is crying out.

That's America's national sin. Hang tight, we'll be back right after this. Uh Remember me, you're taking all my money Remember me, you gave my job away Remember me, or am I just a number who's white and straight and doesn't qualify for a name Remember me, I helped you get elected But you haven't done one thing you said you'd do Well, even though you'd rather not remember me I'll remember you I'll remember, I'll remember In November as I step into the little booth I'll remember In November to vote for anyone but anyone but you remember me I serve my country proudly Remember me out? Love the USA Remember me, or am I just some pumpkin who you didn't think would notice the bounce checks and midnight brains? Remember me?

I wrote you all those letters thinking that you cared, but I thought too. Even just forget to remember, I'll remember you. I'll remember, I'll remember in November, in November, as I step into the little booth. I'll remember in November for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember, we'll remember in November, in November, as we stand on the little booth.

We'll remember in November to vote for anyone but anyone but you. We'll remember in November to vote for anyone but anyone but you. All right, I'll remember enough. And I know That's why we have Steve here. Steve, you are running for County Commissioner in Geaugha County.

And um You don't really need that job, do you? Uh no, I don't, to be honest. But you know, yeah, there is a need because we have commissioners that support. things like Nawaka. uh things that are really not up enough, they're really Agenda twenty thirty.

And uh twenty thirty five. I think they have a strategic plan now that includes Teauga County. Yeah, they do. And uh we've exposed this.

Now, Steve. I went to uh You know, just like we did with with the issue one, I I tried and I tried to tell people, I tried to explain people what that was all about, but They were so confused the lawyers had r had written that with Uh They had twisted and spun it in such a manner that uh boy I'm gonna tell you people fell for it but now I also try to tell people that They were literally sending out letters saying Um, there are with certain candidates that we're running in the Republican primary as Republicans They were really Democrats. And the letters were going out to the Democrats saying. Listen. These people are really Democrats.

Go ahead and and vote for 'em because we're going to have the Republicans voting for 'em too. All they do is see the R behind their name. And we try to warn people here. We were telling people, listen, You better check these people out see how they've been voting over the years. But they didn't listen and these Democrats got in.

Yeah, well Yeah. Yeah, I mean, yes, I've I've heard it over and over again. Uh um How uh uh people in Giaga. Uh Democrats have switched to Republican because They know that they can only win if they're a Republican in Cheaga. Most intents and purposes, but Giog is a Red County, and Giaga is a Republican county, and that's fine with me.

Well, you want to be county commissioner because you want to. Uh do what's right for the people, right? I mean, I know you don't need that job. No, I y y y y you know, Pat Sanders, I'll tell ya. I uh My whole life has been one of service.

I you know, twenty seven years on active duty in the Army. I understand about selfless service and serving the common good. And then I when I left, I retired from the Army in 2010. I was a dean at at Lakeland Community College, where I was able to make a lot of positive changes and help the college move forward. We did a lot of great things.

And then I left, uh, the college and I worked for the county for a few years and And I left the county, I was the director of water resources, so I was overseeing the county's infrastructure, sewer and water. And and I enjoyed that. I was an engineer in the Army, so I I have a strong background and familiarity with construction and basic design principles. I'm not a degreed engineer, but nonetheless, uh a lot of what we do is common sense and rational based. And I finally left the county because I got I became very frustrated with uh lack of leadership and uh I just decided after being almost out of three years out of the job And I'm retired.

I just still have energy and I still feel I have purpose. To serve. And I want to do that. And I want to Enlighten. and make things transparent in the county because they surely are not.

Well, that's that's a a big, big problem. We have a lot of kind of shadowy government, don't we? We have a deep steak. There is a deep state here. You don't have to watch Fox News and look at District of Columbia.

We have a lot of relationships, a lot of things going on in the county that totally, totally are hidden from the public. And uh and it and it it bothers me. I mean, it bothers me because I came from professions that you know, uh we had honor, we had professionalism, moral courage. doing the right thing for the right reasons at the right time. Never lie.

You know, the funny thing is, you don't have to get along with everybody. But if you're serving the public, you're You better serve the taxpayer and the voter. The the people that you're running against. These people, have they been lifelong Republicans or have they been? I think it's a very good idea.

No, uh he hasn't been. He's run as a Democrat and and that's fine. This is America. you do have some freedom in politics, so on and so forth. But, uh, you know, don't be a false idol because uh say who you are and what you are.

I I mean I've gone to two public events now for the GOP. Presented my positions and where I look at the county moving ahead, and my opponent hasn't been at one of those. Matter of fact, I've never seen them at a GOP meeting. Eight.

Well, I can tell you he's not gonna he's not gonna come to the uh Tea Party meeting because they're all conservatives there. They're you know, w they're mega people. and that meeting that took place last night. Um No, there were a lot of people there. Yeah, the place was packed, but Uh I would say ninety percent of those people were pretty much mega people.

Oh yeah, yeah, oh no, no, no, no, of course, but you know, what's the label? The the thing I really believe in is America, right? Right.

And we've always had dilemmas with party systems. We always will have that. But it just seems to be so exacerbated. since really since President uh uh Trump had his first term, and I don't understand why it is so exacerbated. I mean, rationally, he's a threat.

To what what you've talked about in the first half hour. He believes in the principles of this country. I think everyone can believe in that. He's brash. He's outspoken.

Um But I think most people would enjoy spending time with President Trump. He doesn't pretend to be something he's not. And that's what makes him so refreshing as a leader. And the leader's a special word. You know When I speak to my fellow veterans, I'm very active in the veterans community here in Geauga and in the region.

And uh W we understand when we say, Oh, he's a real leader Because there's so uh ine so many ineffable things about leadership. It's not management.

So often out here, we equate management with leadership. And that's not what leadership is. Uh I I find it very frustrating to and and that's one of the reasons I left Employment in the county, because I found it very frustrating that you I was dealing with egos. um relationships between people that superseded the common good. and lies that would be told in my opinion, outright lies.

No, there's a dearth of a dearth of honesty.

Now You know, in the Bible, when when God gives you a whoa, You're in trouble. But when you get three hoes, you're really in trouble. And here, when it deals with hypocrisy, The Lord Jesus said to the in Matthew twenty, Three. Six times. Woe unto you, hypocrites.

Woe unto you, hypocrites. Now With you and me, hypocrisy Is something That d divorce is is is It's anathema. Yeah. To them you have to understand, remember, they're Their playbook is, you know, right from Karl Marx.

Now, people don't understand this. But communism or socialism if you want to Is Satanism. It's the same thing. with just different it's just described differently. They They hold a tune of the very same Right.

Well, first of all, the Bible says all of those that hate God love death.

Well, those on the left they embrace death. They embrace whether it's abortion, whether it's euthanasia.

however they love death. The Bible says the very first time the word abomination was used in in the Bible uh described The sin of sodomy. And so Here In fact, four times in Scripture.

sodomy are sodomites are referred to as dogs, okay. It's and that that word abomination in the old Hebrew uh definition where that was the stench of rotting flesh in the nostrils of a holy God. That's not a good thing. But Everything that the left stands for, everything in their platform, God's word the Bible calls sin. It calls sin.

And h here it even tells you Um Ens. In the scripture, especially And Matthew chapter twenty five. But in Ecclesiastes ten, two, it says a wise man will turn towards his right, but a fool We'll turn towards his left. When j when Jesus was hung upon the cross between two thieves, the thief on the right repented. the thief on the left didn't fare so well.

And in Matthew chapter 25, he tells those on on the right. that you will inherit the kingdom. You will sit with me in the kingdom. But those on the left, he says, you'll be bound and cast into the lake of fire. And so three times yin He gives this, he tells you very clearly, you know, the right makes a distinction between.

the right and the left. And then in Matthew thirty two It's really very, very good because it refers to Today, if you're called a liberal today, if you're called a liberal today, Uh then you're a vile person that you're a vile person. But so it's right there. It's literally spelled out for him. It's spelled out for the Word of God.

And They totally ignore it.

Well, and and you know, you speak about the left and these Yeah. We h we've discussed about, for example, communism. and the control of people and and the destruction of society as as our country knows it. happened in the communist world, and that's that's fallen for the most part. But you have a lot of these ideologues out there.

You know, people still read uh books by Gramsey. who who spoke at length, the communist, postmodernist, who who said language, you can control everything. And and the the phrase liberal, like you said, is is a condemning word now because if you're If you're identified as a liberal, you're you're automatically way on the left, although there are multiple meanings to the word liberal that uh don't cast you that far. But but I will tell you, Pastor Sanders, I I've seen it uh all over the world in my time in the military. I've witnessed uh how how young people's minds can be shaped by the word taught to them in academic institutions.

My Lord, even in the last oh, I would say ten years And I have to be honest, thank God for President Trump. the academies were were becoming very much infested with some of this woke ideology. That stopped It's never bad to train and educate young men and women, but not to indoctrinate. You know, uh America is founded on on certain principles. And they come from Europe too, right?

Our rights come from God, not from man. Man does make laws, but our rights are bestowed upon us by our Lord. And we have to remember that sometimes, especially in these trying times we face right now. Modern technology is is a gateway to hell, I have to tell you, to be quite honest with you. And everything that's available in anyone's hands in a phone or on a computer.

Suggests that. I've I've joked uh yeah you know, I'm I at the VFW in American Legion with my colleagues. It's a place that I feel comfortable because we speak the same language without even speaking, right? We all serve, we all see things that most people never see. We understand each other innately.

But but I've I've been quoted a couple of times as saying, I think the devil's walking the earth right now. Oh, yeah, he is. Believe me, he's walking here. Uh And and here you're right. This technology that you're talking about Uh, you know, as I when I was growing up, The one time of day the whole family got together was at the dinner table.

Everybody was there and we would talk. We would we would have communication. Today you don't. You'll be in a residential. Yeah, you'll see a you'll see a family sitting there with three kids and uh parents and And they'll all be looking at the phone, even the parents, instead of talking to each other, okay?

Uh here These these phones, these smartphones, or a major if you look at all of these divorce courts now What is happening it switched around when when I was young growing up It used to be it was the husband that would would leave or desert the family. often today, it's just the opposite. It's women Taking off and leaving more often than not, I agree with you. Yeah, leaving their husbands with the kids. And it's because those phones have given them what they think is a new freedom uh you know where where they can cheat Uh, it's an unbelievable thing.

And and what's happening You hear these people say, well, You know, that's that the phone. That's my Person and property, don't you dare The wives will tell their husbands, You have no right at all to look at my phone. You have no right to see. Who's texting me? Not only does he have the right, He's got the responsibility.

Uh she's the weaker sex. He has got the responsibility to find out, to know. If Adam had done that uh In the garden we wouldn't be in all the trouble we're in today. But when you I mean when you look back to s to scripture I I agree with you and that uh we used to always say uh that that a ca a ship has to have a captain.

Someone has to be leading the ship forward. And it I mean, it relates to modern day truths. where a captain of a vessel has almost all rights over those on board of the ship. That's because someone has to be in control.

Now uh you know I'm not going to go down the the road and and and and and say that it's not very complicated how we live today, and it is. But I remember gr I grew up on the west side of Cleveland, inner city. Uh it's it's a different place when I grew up, but I'm a product of the Cleveland Public School system. But I On my street, I rarely knew anybody that was divorced. Uh, and it's a it's a fact of life now.

Oh yeah. Yeah, wh when I was growing up, um Lo let me say this first, but When it comes to these phones, the wife has got every bit as much right to know what's on her husband's phone, too. Exactly. They should have no secrets from each other. And any time they want to see that.

And see, that's what the enemy uses. But you I remember When I was a kid coming home Um from school, from elementary school, I had a friend named Chuck. And his mother was a single mother. She was divorced. And we had to get when we would walk, we'd come to his house before mine, and he would often asked me to invite me in he'd like to have me come in.

and his mother was a nice lady, she would always make us something to eat.

So one day Uh When I came home And my mother asked me, Where were you again today? and I told her we stopped by And When she found out it was Chuck's mother, She said, I don't want you going over there again. That woman is a divorcee. Max of when I was a kid growing up, sure. Yeah, I don't want you by her.

And I didn't you know, I you know, I thought, is that like a criminal or something, you know? Uh but yeah, and that's how things have changed so much today. Today you're right. You know, for every marriage there's just about there's a divorce. It's about a fifty fifty.

I mean Okay. Let's look. A a marriage is a covenant between a man and a woman before God. Uh and uh and it should be held in high esteem. Um I think sometimes our lives, the the privileges we have now, You look at Western Europe.

America, Canada. Uh-huh. Life is too easy. Do what you want to do when you want to do it for whatever reason. I don't necessarily agree with that.

Life is a marathon. It's hard. You have to work through it. And, you know, God's there to help you work through life. And I I we'd laugh in the Army, laugh at VFW, we'd say, never met an atheist in a foxhole, I never met an atheist in an airplane that's getting shot at.

Never met an atheist in the middle of a minefield when you get stuck.

So God's ever present, and people, whether they're they believe or not, He's there. And I think one thing in the Army I mean, for example now, the Heg Seth is getting criticized because he invokes Uh-huh. the Lord and and many things. I I don't know how many times, twenty seven years in the Army, how many times we had group prayers before a mission or to go out on a deployment or do something. There's nothing wrong with that.

Matter of fact, there's everything right with that. And uh y you know uh While you're counting on the man Uh on your left or right. You're hoping the Lord's watching over you. You're right, Stephen. Right now the morale in the military It's it's it's a hundred percent.

They are is the highest morale I've seen. That I don't remember seeing. Right now, those all of the the military, their morale is high. Under Biden, it wasn't the case at all. It was just the opposite the case.

No, and I'm still in contact with I mean, many of the young cadets I I was a professor at West Point and uh uh assistant dean at West Point and many of these young cadets that I helped uh mentor and grow. They're lieutenant colonels now in the Army, and I talk to them now, and they're happy with a return back to standards and morals. The military is a very moralistic society. You know, the quip is I was talking to a young man I know from I think he's from Youngstown or Au uh near Youngstown, Austin Town. And uh I said, So how are things now in the military?

And he goes, Well, I don't see soldiers with black fingernail polish anymore. Males. Because remember, the military is now Oh. on average about eighteen percent female, more so in the Air Force than in the Marines, but it's different. But it's still a very male dominated society.

And it attracts young men. It's the challenge, it's the service, and by God, it's the patriotism. Young people want to serve their country. And there's nothing like that. My God.

Why would you attack a young man or woman who writes a A blank check. to their country with their life.

Well you know, Steve, I'm some of the old standards and perspectives.

Society needs rules. And society needs a framework to operate. I mean, what what what helped mankind through the dark ages was the church. Amen. I mean, if we didn't have that during the Dark Ages, there would be nothing when we came into the Enlightenment.

And a lot of those, John Locke and so many from France and Britain, helped teach us and educate us about the rights of man. Uh and and you shouldn't discard our beliefs. Because It's it's uh It's rewritten by communists or other movements that that totally disrespect faith. And I think that's wrong.

Now I would never preach to someone what to do or how to do it. They have a conscience, right? And they have someone to guide them, whether they know it or not. They just have to believe. Tell the folks how they can help you.

Out there, we have a lot of people listening. They don't have to live in northeast Ohio to help you. Uh we we need I'm a common sense, rational leader. I lead from the front, and leadership is getting people to do what they normally would not do on their own. Everyone pulling on the rope in the right direction.

Every political see, I'm not a politician, and that's one of my biggest dilemmas. I don't feed into this notion that everything's political. I believe in the people. I believe in our country. I believe in the you know, this is our 250th anniversary.

And and I'm sorry, but I saw more in nineteen seventy six than I'm seeing right now as far as the media celebrating where we are. If Americans knew what it's gotten to get where we're at today, uh it would be mind-boggling for them. But no one reads anymore. They watch they do YouTube videos. Yeah.

You know, libraries are full of books, not just laptops and computers. You need to grab some of those well r well-worn books. You know, Thomas Payne. you read these things and sometimes you need time to do it. Life is such a rush right now.

They don't want to read, but it's important that you put set time aside to actually read. The Bible. Thomas Paine's Common Sense, some of the greatest authors of the recent past, McCullough, seventeen seventy six. Read with our founding fathers, what what our leaders from the pulpit who led the revolution in many cases. uh uh said and led by example.

Now there is no such thing as perfection. All man is lawed, to some degree that higher essence. of what God has given us the opportunity to do, we can do great things. And that's what I want to do in the county. I would love to have everyone all the political leaders pulling the rope in the same direction.

That is moving the county ahead. Taking care of the populace, taking care of our people here, giving them a a home that's worth living in. And if the people want to help me, I mean they only have to Google my name on uh, you know, and and they'll see all the things that I've I've I've been able to uh accomplish because of the opportunities given to me. And that's what it is. Opportunities given to me.

Uh by God, to be honest with you. I uh you know, I was a Fulbright scholar. I spent a few weeks in Russia. Before all the troubles, right before the real troubles with Ukraine started, and I've got to see a whole new society over there. most of that society is not reflected in the media today.

Yeah. And uh and when we we come back from that break, Uh if you want to stay with me, we're going to go we're going to start doing national news now. We have a lot of information. If you want to hang in there and comment, I'll hang in.

Okay. And so I appreciate I'm honored to be to be able to talk with you tonight, Pastor Sams.

Alright.

So the folks out there, if they wanted to Get your signs and Uh how would how would they get in touch with you? Just go to It's Steve. It's S T E V E, the number four G aga. G E-A-U-G-A That's my website. It also has a lot of information on me and my biography and all the things I've been able.

uh to accomplish.

Well, they're going after your signs again. We put a bunch of your signs out, and we're seeing they're already taking them again.

So now what we have to do is we hang o have to hang on to 'em Just before the night of the election, and get them out that night so that they're out there. You notice that the opposition signs never disappear, only The Republicans. We'll be back. Right after this with more. And there's some good news out there tonight. You know, Michael Flynn, General Flynn. Uh you know what they did to him is like what they did to Trump. And, uh, you know, he it cost him But here, praise the good Lord. The government is going to be suing The the D O J Uh And he won.

Michael Flynn, a former National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump, is being paid one point two million dollars by the Department of Justice for a militia prosecution of him that stemmed from the corrupt, very corrupt Robert Mueller investigations of Trump. And Flynn is warning warning Americans not to let the corruption happen again. Flynn issued a family statement on the settlement of his fifty million dollar lawsuit. over being pro prosecuted. What happened to to to General Flynn is what we would humorously call a war crime.

What they did to him was just outrageous. And he was Uh he was one one could say my opinion, blackmailed because they were going to try to go after his son. Yeah. And his family. And he fell on his sword for that.

And I don't I find a lot of honor in that. I find it's far too long for him to have received the justice he had.

Well, here's some other good news. Here's some other good news. Uh uh as of today The J six. Patriots, the protesters that went to jail. nay, as of to day, and those that didn't go to jail but were beaten Uh they can now sue the DC police.

They have got the the green light to go ahead and sue the DC police.

So that's good. Why not? We've had all sorts of riots across this country in the last ten years, and it only seems to be people who have conservative values get prosecuted.

However, there was some nonsense that happened. But nonetheless, there was an abuse of the law. And I know people, good people who would never break the law that were down there Never went in the Capitol or anything, but were there with their fellow Conservatives to protest what they thought was an injustice. And that's a right, isn't that, Pastor? We're another protest.

Yeah. you know, we have the it's called the F it's called the First Amendment. Yeah. And we just had a protest this weekend in Charon Square and I think elsewhere for the No Kings. Demonstration?

And there wasn't any trouble. People came in. ostensibly from out of the area, but they had a right to protest and they did protest. And it was peaceful and everything went their way. But I don't think Giaga is one of them The uh hornet's nests of woke ideology or no kings movement?

Well, you know, that whole thing. Pe it is not what it appears to be.

Now the First of all, those people, you can rent a mob now. It's a big, big business. Rent a mob. Yeah, I'm not kidding you. It's a big business.

And you have a lot of these. Uh they take uh a number of homeless people, they actually go into Some of the nursing homes, those that are able to get up and get out. And they and these older people, you see them out there, they're getting paid. They paid. Yeah, I was chuckling in unison with you.

And you know what one of the big problems with all of this is? the proliferation of nonprofits, The purpose of the 501c3 and several other IRS designations were to funnel money to organizations that help people. that actually help people, for example, recovering addicts. And a lot of that was done through the religious institutions, people with mental health problems, so on and so forth. But again, it's been hijacked By identity movements.

It's been hijacked by scheming politicians. It's been hijacked.

Well, you can see in Milwaukee for crying out loud. Go to Los Angeles. And and the and the law has to come down on that. And I think one of the biggest problems in society today, and and it's it's endemic right now, no one trusts the government anymore. Steve, it looks like we might have a little trouble connecting with Pastor right now while we get this figured out.

Why don't you take a minute to to tell the people a little bit more about your platform.

Well my platform so that I want to be a public service, and I want to serve the people in all respects. I'm looking at eliminating wasteful spending. I'm looking at approaching the affordability crisis. And affordability means different things to different people.

Some part Geauga County is very unique where I live and Pastor Sanders lives. You could be all the way in the eastern part of the county, very rural. We have a very large Amist community. But then you could go all the way to the west. And for example, Bainbridge Township that has a lot of professionals and people that work in Cuyahoga County, Cleveland.

And so we're really eclectic geographically, farmers, rurals, suburbanite, and light industry.

So I'm looking to serve all the people of this great county. And I'm also looking to reassert the authority of the commissioners. Every county in Ohio has three commissioners. They're the chief administrative officials of the county, and they're really the representatives of the county. And they work in tandem with other political officers.

you know, the prosecutor, the auditor's office, treasurer, so on and so forth. But in our county, we've seen a lot of friction between them because we have less than 100,000 people in our county and I think we have People who who have egos are outsize. the power of the county. I mean, they really think they're in control of things. And that's wrong.

And that's wrong. I've seen a lot of things happen. I just would like to bring some transparency to it. I'd like to bring some new ideas. I'd like to do some out of the box thinking.

You know, over t over to what, forty, almost forty years I served in the military and higher academia and then in the county, I've learned a lot of out of the box things and approaches to address problems that are not really problems. They're challenges that are meant to be overcome. like I said earlier, I was an engineer officer in the Army, and so we did a lot of things like breach minefields or put minefields in, and they're obstacles, and obstacles are to be bypassed. There are always ways around obstacles if you work together. on a mission.

And that's what the military always had. Military always had a mission. And it just seems we don't have a mission. And the mission of the commissioners are to serve the people of the county. Bottom line.

And I hope to do that. And I hope to instill some more activity among the population and get involved with local governance. because the apathy is like a rust. in a ship, and sooner or later, rust's going to eat through and destroy the basic components of the vessel that's sailing. We really need people to be more cognizant of what's going on.

I just suggest people do some investigation or self investigation on the candidates, whether it's me and my opponent, the auditors running, we have the probate judge. People need to get out and really reflect on what's happening on the county. It's it's you know um The media is is suspect. And so you you really need to do your own research. But my platform is just to serve the people.

I was a trusted for twenty-seven years in the Army, and I never broke that trust. And I don't think I ever let the Americans down in that position. Neither did I at teaching and educating young men and women and older people too at the community college. I had a clear mission. And that mission was to keep problems off my professors' desks and let professors do their mission, which was to educate and transfer knowledge to the students.

So we have to really look and reflect on how things operate in county governance. And I hope to bring a different perspective and some light upon that. Have we overcome our communications challenges? Are you with us again, Bester? Yeah.

Are we? Am I back up now? You're back on. Yeah, you're back up. All right, very good.

Are you still there, Steve? Oh yes, I was pa I was talking a little bit while you were while you were down. Yeah, I was uh I don't know. Where I left off at what I was saying. Did I ever get through the Psalms?

Uh Uh That's where I went to the songs, but anyhow. Because No, wait, no, I didn't hear that. Oh.

Well, if you read Psalm number two, boy, it describes the Snow King rally, those that are marching. And that whole thing was a super floppy for them. I mean, that's been failed. They they accomplished absolutely nothing. No, it tend to work out too well.

No. I had here with colleagues and some friends that were up there. They just wanted to see what was going on and I found it a little bit odd. I d w don't understand what you're really protesting against.

So Yeah.

Well, that's the interesting thing because with You you talked to some of those people and you asked them. They don't know. But they look, they'll tell you. All I know is I'm getting paid to do this. Yeah, and that's that's happening more and more often.

I just don't understand how that uh I don't understand how it can be really legal if it's funneled through a five hundred one C three or a nonprofit. We could talk days upon days about the influence of factors such as like the Soros. Uh Um Personalities and other people that have outside influence in our society. But again, if you look at our country, It's a little different. You know, you look at the East Coast and the West Coast.

And then you got to fly over country and We're out of sync very often in our spirituality and what it means to be an American. And sometimes I think the dollar far outweighs what the meaning of being American is. And you see that with our international relations and how I grew up in Cleveland, my dad was a steel worker and how so much of our industry was outsourced because it was cheaper elsewhere. And you know, I'm an American. I love this country more than you can imagine.

And I don't I just don't see that as being a positive asset. to helping America. No, I don't either. the problems we had with with Trump when he was doing he was well He was going to allow A lot of that could be our source to Uh India. Yeah, to build a better relationship with India.

Yeah, I think You know, we have to be careful where we tread today. I think globalization, the great phrase globalization, a tide rising tide lifts all boats. you know, you have to believe in your where you I take care of my home first. If my home's good, I'm going to help my neighbors. to do whatever I can for my community.

But if everything's for profit, and we are a capitalist society, and I don't have a problem with that. I defended that for a long time. But I also realize that I was protecting my country, not necessarily a company. couple of things that happened in the round off there. The Pope now has come out and said that God does not hear.

the prayers of those that go to war. What do you think of that? I mean, here. I don't under I mean, I I don't understand that. I mean, you could look at the the history of the the Roman Catholic Church and the Vatican.

I mean, the Vatican had armies in the Renaissance.

So, uh, you know, we have a All the military officers, whether you're Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, Army, Marines, we all go through training and and a just cause war theory. The taking of human life. If God doesn't hear the prayers, I mean, He didn't hear Abraham's prayers then, or the prayers of Moses. Or Joshua. He hears our prayers.

Um, Washing George Washington would be another great prayer warrior, huh? Exactly. Exactly. And even those warriors from the Civil War, Grant, even the South, Lee, they believed in what they were doing and they look towards biblical sanction for what they were doing. It's always been there to inspire.

And And you know, it gets tough out there when you're in the military. When these sailors are out undersea for six months at a time or on an aircraft carrier with five thousand other sailors, let me tell you, they have church services And don't ever tell me that the Lord is going to leave us. Oh, let me tell you. A whole lot of people I know got saved in the military. That's where they got saved.

Yeah. And people who have never served, you don't have to serve, it's voluntary. I have people I know say, well, you know, I wanted I said, you don't it's okay, you don't have to, it's voluntary. I did it. I enjoyed it.

I liked what I was doing. I liked the men and women I served with. We all believed in the same things. Never did we I have never been stationed anywhere in the military that doesn didn't have a chapel, or a place of worship for the servicemen and women.

So that openers, I believe in what you said about the Pope saying that Yeah. Was in office he took. He had all of the crosses, he had all of the tracks, and that removed. Uh from the VA hospitals and the clinics, you know, where you had the chapel and there were I know we took Uh cases of um military New Testaments into The uh ch caplains there at the VA who bought the Oh, yeah, we we always had uh a Bible available to us. Actually, they were issued, I think, w early on in my career.

You got issued a a Bible. Because you could draw great strength from from uh The Bible. I I remember when I was stationed in Korea, had a young soldier and He was a, um Chaplain's assistant.

So every battalion has a chaplain, whatever, Roman Catholic. uh Baptist, whatever, Orthodox, Eastern Orthodox, Jewish. Today, Muslim, we have more of them, and they always have assistance, and they go out. And they uh they're among the other soldiers, and they're able to find out who's troubled, marital discord, mom and dad sick at home or brother and sister. And they're able to bring some comfort Through the avenue to the chaplain, who's always there to serve the spiritual well-being of the soldier or sailor.

It's a very large component of our military. You didn't see that in the Soviet Union or the Communist armies. You won't see it. They're there now. Yeah.

In Russia. They're there now in all the Eastern European countries. Not in China. Yeah, those that made the uh that printed up the The New Testament, the military, New Testament, they were for military and police. They asked me to prove freedom and to prove freedom and find any errors and.

I did and I found a few and we corrected them. And because I did that for them, They sent me out cases and cases of those Thank you. We were able to take 'em out all over the place, yeah. You know, the American military is made up of Americans. Everything you find in American society, you're going to find in the American military.

It's not a unique group of people, but it's the people that are drawn to serve, much as the clergy, I would say. Uh in a different way. much as law enforcement and health care providers. They but you know they yearn to s serve the greater good. I'm of the old school.

I don't. You know, I don't I don't see women going into combat. I don't think they have, you know, I think we should treat our women better than that. It did bring challenges, I will tell you that.

Well, it brings a lot. It's not right. You know, if you want to know if something's right or not, read God's Word, the Bible. It tells you that women were not meant to be warriors. They were not And uh but anyhow I know that's a good idea.

Most most men look at women as mothers. uh caregivers, the givers of life. It's hard in many cases for young males testosterone laden young males to see a female infantryman or something like that. It just doesn't sometimes fit with their worldview, right? Or with the biblical teachings.

And it's a challenge, but women do serve honorably, and they serve very effectively in certain components. Combat arms are a little tough, though, I'll be honest with you. But in combat, I don't think the only exception I would have, and I really don't like that much, would be. as pilots is because Because they're smaller, their hands are smaller. They seem to be very, very good where it comes to.

operating our fighter jets, but um But but other than that, you know, I I don't I just don't hold to There are physical differences that that uh people just don't want to accept between men and women. And uh and they're and they're described at length In verses and in the Bible. Women are different than men, and men are different than women. It's hard for her. Yeah.

That's why you have all of what you're having now with Men and women's sports, they've got no business, men have got no business in women's sports, and vice versa. I agree with you. I agree with you. I don't I mean That's I believe that thoroughly. I just don't understand how this phenomenon has taken over in our country.

It's lunacy. I mean, it's look, here's very simple, very simple. Everything that the left does is in total opposition to what God's word the Bible teaches. Everything. Yes, and Yeah.

You know, the feminist movement, the Bible says rebellion is the same as witchcraft. The the feminist movement is placed in witchcraft. Look at How crazy they are. You know, God is not the author of confusion. You know, you have people here that that don't know what a woman is, that think men can have babies They call They call people that nursing mothers, chest feeders.

I mean, Yeah, that's just That's I and I would I would I would offer that 95% of Americans just roll their eyes when they hear that. But most don't take a stand.

Well, and that's and that's the problem. I don't I mean, I I'm very blessed about my daughter, uh, she lives on East Coast and she we just had our first granddaughter and I I you know, I It just Every time I see a picture of her, And I have three adult children, but that's the first grandchild of my family, and and it's just so sweet and so blessed we are to have her. But But some people are just disconnected from general society. And and modern technology allows that. We don't have to participate in society, right?

Yeah, Trump here now says that he may He may call this just came out today that he may call. Congress back to DC. early. He's he's putting a threat out there on them if if uh he doesn't get You know, the DHS funding back. This is a national emergency.

That's a crisis. They're fighting their country in danger, a lot of danger. I have n I have little faith in the uh politicians. In DC. But you could see that here in Ohio with the whole property tax conundrum we have.

The people are tired of it. They've made it quite clear. We have petitions going around to change the state constitution, and yet Columbus just sits on its hands. It can be fixed. Why don't I?

Because we haven't put the fire to their feet. The people haven't put the fire to their feet. But let me tell you this here. You know, when from now on, and there's there are ways there are a few. uh par comic conversion uh We have that are willing to go along with this anytime.

Anytime. that the DHS or any of it gets no funding, Congress does not get paid. As long as any other department of government is not getting paid, Congress will not get paid. I agree. A couple a couple of your airlines now.

Have taken away the congressional privileges where they can go to the front of the line. I think Delta just did that. Yeah. Delta Airline. And you know, Delta, Delta has the highest proportion of military, former military pilots.

So there's a large group of The pilots at Delta that are former flyers in the Air Force or the Navy. It's it's it's just an odd fact. Anyhow. Yeah, you know, Pastor Sanders, I know we're running out of time. we're coming up on eleven thirty and I'm probably going to pop off at that time, but y you know, uh The country is heading in a good direction.

Right now, I don't you know, the problem is in the US, we live from election cycle to election cycle. You know, if you don't have belief in your own country, then it's party that's going to run everything. And if the party doesn't run everything, then it's tribalism. And no one wants that. You're absolutely right.

Well I mean I believe in this country thoroughly. I I love my country. I've been in places that I wish most Americans could actually experience so they would they would not critique what they have, what we live in, what what our forefathers gave us. And we need to look back two hundred fifty years to what really undergirds country because we're losing sight of that. You're right.

And what you have, you know, God's word in the Bible is very clear from Genesis to Revelation. Stephen teaches. Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God. Failure to resist carefully. See, that's what's happened.

And I've been preaching this for over fifty years. Uh, you know, back in w when when That Supreme Court ruled God dead and ruled themselves God. You know, we had a hundred of us pastors went to DC. There should have been a hundred thousand of us. Go.

Yes. Uh politicians can count. They can count, and they know that when they see a thousand pastors, they know that that thousand pastors all have congregation, they represent millions of people.

Well there are pebbles in the pond. Yeah. The pebbles in the pond, they ripple, they have the ripple effect. They do have that power. But they lost their courage.

They didn't have the courage when it was needed. And today, we need courage. It's a time where people need to step up and be courageous. And again We're totally lacking in moral courage. Totally lacking.

And we have a situation where in the corruption. I I see like today that they're They want they want to uh outlaw the death penalty. Uh now here Being in the prison ministry, I was ministered up on death row for 45 years. I was up there when our whole team. I was a senior pastor, but I had seven others go with me.

We had eight of us. And we ministered upon death row for all those years. And I hold to what you just read earlier, what we read in scripture. The death penalty in accordance with God's word. But I I can't hold to it.

For the state of Ohio. because they don't have the standing. The state of Ohio Does not have the legal standing, the lawful standing, because of their policies.

So I can I can't go along. We ended up, we helped get seven men off of death row that were innocent. And today, I hate to say it, but it's true. Guilt or innocence means very little in our judicial system, especially when it comes to the criminal court. Guilt or in the middle.

No, it's not. That's the problem. It's not about justice. It's about power and influence. Absolutely.

And that's not Christian virtue. No, it's not. But if you go, if you read. Hebrews chapter thirteen, verses seven and seventeen. They tell you very clearly that In government they God gave us.

That whether you're a governor, whether you're a senator, whether you're the president. You're supposed to go to the men of God, you're supposed to go to the men of God and say What's right the Lord does. And Santa Cup is supposed to be bold. And he is supposed to be very bold and say, Thus saith the word of God. And they they failed to do that.

You know.

Well, you know, we're fighting in a day and age where when you when we discuss this and say, oh, you want a theocracy, you want a theocracy.

Well, that's not what's being proposed. What's proposed is Following the original establishment of our country. You know, our rights are from God. Laws are created by men, but laws could be changed by men. Or whatever, men and women, humans.

And we forget these what would I call facts or truths that we Everything else is too convenient. You can make your own facts up. My God, AI is creating a world that we we don't even comprehend. Wow, you're not kidding about that. And that's another whole show.

Yeah, with that. Those are the signs you'll find the answer there in Daniel chapter twelve, verses three and four. It talks about all about AI, but uh Anyhow, but Hey hey. Pastor Sanders, I really enjoyed spending the last hour and a half with you. I wish our weather was better.

I wish I was sitting with you in the studio and not talking on a phone. But I really appreciate you allowing me the opportunity to speak to your listeners, to let them know that I would like to say that you could trust your military. I always hear these stupid things about, oh, Trump's going to do this or that. That would never happen in this country. American soldiers, sailors, Marines, Coast Guardsmen love their country.

That's why they're in the military.

So rest assured. And the military always comes up high in the popular as trust, but it's decreasing. And it correlates with everything else that's being heard in this country.

Well the l the far left media out there keep trying to tell us how. How bad things are, but you know what? The morale in the military has never been higher, and guess what? That's really good, right? Comps.

Trump's rating now Amongst the MAGA, his rating is 100%. But you're not hearing that at all. You're just tough. But I would even I would posit I would posit even go one step further. he's much higher in the average American standing because, yes, maybe I don't like how he says things, but I know he loves this country.

And I think President Trump really loves our country. And most Americans really love their country.

So in spite of the politics and the ideologies, I think he's probably one of the most popular Presidents we'll ever have.

Now you and I will be gone before we know that. That'll be thirty or forty years from now when he's held up on a pedestal. But he's turned the ship around. He's avoided the iceberg. But Again, we go back to that four year cycle, political cycle.

Well, you know, there's an old saying, forget what they say, watch what they do. He he's gotten it um We're coming up to a break, so I want to thank you for being here. Keep in touch and have a blessed, blessed Resurrection Sunday. Oh, bl that Holy Week's upon us. Thank you.

Bye bye. Bye-bye, Tess Sanders and all your listeners. God bless. God bless. We'll be right back.

Sure. Tackled by a hay. Be Burden neath the load of cures and shame the hand of Jesus He touched me And now I am no longer the same He touched me before He touched me And oh the joy that floods my soul Something happened And now I know He touched me and made me whole. And since I met this place, it's a Lord and since he cleansed me. Behold I will never cease to praise him I'll shout it while it turned tear for he touched me oh he touched me And oh the joy that floods my soul Well something has happened And now I know he touched me and made me whole Something has happened, and now I know he touched me and made me whole.

That's right. God can touch you and make you whole. He's done it a lot. And well, he makes you whole in the soul. The greatest gift that anyone could ever receive is that of eternal life.

And you know what, though, there's a price to pay for being a Christian. And we find that the Bible says, like Paul says, we find it all glory to be found worthy to suffer for the Lord's sake. Nigerian Christians were massacred this past Sunday on Palm Sunday. Again, And here, I know President Trump had given a warning to the President of Nigeria. If he if he allowed this to happen again, he was going to cut all funding.

Hopefully, he has pulled all funding from them. But I really believe that this situation would be If he did want to send troops, I think we should be able to to arm the Christians there in Nigeria. I will be attending morning today, said a local Nigerian. Um Go state. Josh stay where Holy Quiz was transformed into a week of mourning to Christians killed by Islamist.

and Palm Sunday. On the evening of march twenty-ninth, twenty twenty-six, terrorists attacked the Ang won. Yukuba. area of JAS Uh Plateau State gunmen riding motorcycles shot an unspecified number of use. The attackers just rode past and started shooting.

Theoretically, people work. running in all different directions, said one resident. Humanitarian worker confirmed at least ten. Dead while another report placed the figure at fifteen. office official figures have not been released And no group.

has claimed responsibility. Accounts differ on the identity of the attackers and One resident identifying them as Hoko Haram, another describing them as Luani militia who fired on residents before retreating toward nearby. Mountainous areas. It just um Yeah. A lot of people don't realize the style.

How much did did you hear any of that on any of the local news media? No, I don't I don't watch any mainstream news media anymore. I do my own research. Did you come across that? Were you aware of that?

I was, but it's it's uh, like you said, it's not heavo heavily publicized. No, not at all.

Alrighty. Um You know, Trump did a good thing, he he just he defunded the Department of Education. which was a hardcore communist stronghold. And so now It's got to go back to the States. And I think that's a great, wonderful thing.

What do you think about that? I agree. There you go. Popular platform draws backlash from offering twenty-five thousand dollars for sex changes. as employee benefits.

Seek Geek, a platform which users can buy tickets and chasing. backlash for a job posting. that offer a substantial perk such as twenty five thousand dollars and gender affirming care The analysis. Analytics engineer position is as reported by Fox Business Pace, as much as one hundred seventy five thousand per year. also includes unlimited PTO five hundred per year for Wellness expenses, subscriptions to Meditation and Therapy F.

and one hundred and twenty dollars per month for live events. the most head turning benefits, however, and twenty five thousand for family building reproductive health. Services and gender fair care.

Well, yeah, ribs of Tip Talk. Drew attention to the elements. It seems like those those that that are in the mutilation of children. Are things aren't working out too well for them. They're being sued left and right.

And a lot of them are shutting down. These hospitals are shutting them down now. And that's a good thing. I think the interesting portion portion of that is people are going after SeatGeek, which I understand they're the ones advertising this as a job benefit, but. When you really think about it, the people offering that benefit would be the insurance provider that SeatGeek goes through for employment.

We should be looking into whoever this insurance provider is and wondering why that that's covered. Get after it, my friend. We'll let them, let's expose them. All right. I'll look into it.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley.

Well, today released. Uh, no, this was this was a week ago last Tuesday. I'll release Jack's. Myth. subpoenas of FBI Director Cash Patel's phone records.

But Jack Smith, you know, Smith's in trouble. I mean, he got caught up in. you know Usually that, you know, it's when they come after ordinary people like us. The politicians don't do too much but to When they went after all those senators and they were reading their emails and tapping their phone lines, They didn't take too kindly to it. And so old Jack Smith and and the problem, the trouble.

And guess who's in that trouble with him? Judges Barrow Howwell And yes, who else? Boesberg. Um And so Uh there They got caught up in this stuff too, doing illegal Thanks. And I know um they you have to impeach these people, but um Anyhow.

Jack Smith subpoenaed Version for roughly two years worth of FBI Director Cash Patel's private record. including his text and call logs. residential addresses, credit card numbers, And the Senate Judiciary Committee said on Tuesday. The records included a wish list created by Smith's team naming fourteen members of Congress for whom They wanted to seek A tolling data, Grassley said.

Some of those members are senators on this very committee, Senator Gressley said.

So last month it was reported that. Joe Biden's FBI obtained phone records. Cash Patel, Susie Wiles. back in twenty twenty two and twenty twenty three. as a part of Jack Smith's investigation into Classified documents.

Lawfully stored at Trump's Mara Logo estate. Uh it's outrageous. Oh, by the way, did you know that They when they went in there when the FBI, they planned it. stuff in there. Oh.

That was supposed to be. The troubles that had not declassified. It's outrageous and deeply alarming that the previous FBI leadership society are secretly subpoenaed my own phone records along with those of the White House. Chief of Staff Susie Wild. using flimsy pretexts and varying the entire process.

and prohibited the case files designed. to evade all oversight. Jasmine said. There you go. Well, it looks like The worm has turned.

And uh these people are are Starting to get their own. I know that they're going after Brennan too. And it's been a long time, and people have been wondering if we are ever going to get. Any justice Okay. I'm shocked.

The court delivers anti-Christian ruling. In lawmaker's hate speech case. Tenman Supreme Court. has delivered a shocking anti-Christian ruling in a lawmaker's fight for free speech. she was fined for expressing her biblical beliefs.

The court said that. Heavy. rather than a medical director, a medical doctor. A member of parliament. there since nineteen ninety five was guilty of incitement.

She was ordered to pay a fine of about two thousand dollars. Lower courts repeated it. Repeatedly, that acquitted Rassin of all charges in the anti-Christian agenda. Adopted by Prosecutors and had them appealing over and over again. Finally, the nation's highest court claimed its own authority over medical decisions in.

opinion stating the Supreme Court considers that Rest Saturn must have undermined Must have. understood that, for example, claiming that homosexuality is a disorder Um The psychological development. Is But what do you think? Is that a a disorder psychologically speaking? Of uh being a Saturnite?

Yeah, I think that falls into a a lot a b a broader category of many disorders along the same uh same lines. God's word, the Bible calls it being reprobate, being given over to A reprobate mind. And that definitely is a psychological disorder, wouldn't you say? it if if not a disorder, then at the very least a lack of self control or or a lack of uh faith and knowledge and being able to understand your own mind.

So at the very least it's it's some form of incompetency. Speaker speaker. Speaking of incompetency. Uh did he hear? Justice Department sues Minnesota.

for allowing boys and girls sports in uh intimate spaces. The Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the Minnesota Department of Education. and the Minnesota State Heights School League. Alleging sex bias. This was just yesterday.

By allowing boys sex bias discrimination by allowing boys to account. to compete in girls' sports. and the use of the girls' locker rooms and bathrooms. Minnesota Governor Tampon Tim Waltz. A well-known idiot.

an advocate for these policies. And he infamously signed a 2023 law directing all public schools to provide free. Minstrel Products to administration students including Trans students in grades. Four to twelve well. Look.

You know.

First of all, if they're actual girls. There's nothing wrong with that, I guess, but He put 'em in boys' bathrooms. Tylec's core purpose is to ensure that both boys and girls have equal educational opportunities. That includes protecting girls' equal educational athletic opportunities by recognizing that boys have an inherent biological advantage in sports. psychological differences. You know what the problem is, dial. The problem is when they're they're suing the state of Minnesota living The taxpayers have to pay for what Wallace did. And you know, that's that's the real problem there. I I agree with that.

It's it's the same as someone suing the Federal Government, it's our tax dollars that they're getting paid out from if they win.

Well I know that we we talked about General Flynn. But what they did to him, that it's too bad it's not the same D Department of Justice. But you're right. You know, that it should be that these people responsible for that. Uh a c at least a good portion should of that should come out of their wealth.

What do you think? Oh, absolutely. You should be not so much suing uh and I know this isn't exactly how the court system works, unfortunately, but you shouldn't be suing the government itself. You should be suing the people within the government that did the specific crime to you. Yeah.

I agree. All right, Missouri Highway shut down. Here you go. Here's the number. When you ought to see.

I have a picture of this, the huge. semi truck on fire. It collides with vehicle, catches fire. Indian Indian driver can't speak English. Highway forty four Uh here in L'Ceda County of Missouri was shut down.

after a semi truck collided with a vehicle and caught fire. The Missouri State, however, controls troops. One reported that the westbound I-44 was shut down. As the one hundred sixteen mile marker for a tractor. Trainer fire.

A witness caught the aftermath of the accident after emergencies responders revived. Arrived to the scene. The semi truck was completely engulfed in flames and the driver look on his disbelief. What happened? could you not see because of the of the sun.

They witnessed. who's goes by TikTok username. Sweet peach. four thirty two. The Indian driver could not communicate with a witness.

It's underclear whether the driver obtained the C D L. I couldn't see it either and it blew up. Did you think we could get further back? The witness said to the Punjab driver. I'm glad you're okay.

I don't understand how you did it. You hit somebody else. I didn't realize, she said. The witness was walking over to a driver who was allegedly involved in the accident with the semi truck. Anyhow, again, this is another A legal alien.

But that would go, you know. They probably got one of the Oh, I bought a license. You know, Minnesota another one and California. They handed out millions of those. All right.

Oh, boy, I see what time it is. Um It's time to It's the most important part of the program, isn't it? And why do you think it's the most important part of the program? 'Cause this is the part that's actually gonna determine someone's salvation should they make the choice.

So Why do you believe that? God's word the Bible is is 100% accurate. And Why do you believe? Because all of science kind of makes it clear that. With men, that was with our technology.

Then once we die, we're gone. But um That's not what God's Word the Bible says. And all the evidence points towards. Which being Actual factual. But is called science today or the word of God.

Did that confuse you? Are you still there? I'm I'm a little confused by your wording there. All right. Well, I don't have time to explain it to you.

We might as well just go with it. Yeah. So let's let's just put it this way. How much time do I have? About three minutes.

All right, we got to do it this way. The folks out there in three minutes. It's just simple. You're going to die, you know, as we talk about that. Everyone that's alive will die.

The last part of living, the last act of living is dying. That will happen. That's why you don't have anyone around that was here 150 years ago. They've all died, just like God's word the Bible said they would. That's going to happen to you.

No. Reality is the Word of God. Reality is the Word of God. It is absolute. This Bible I have right here is the greatest source of wisdom and knowledge.

Every given man is the highest authority. And, you know, when we talk about It's the perfect word of God. And so. We read what happened years ago. But God's word the Bible.

But it said that God so loved the world he gave his only begotten Son. God the Father demanded. a sacrifice, a perfect sacrifice for sin. He gave man a a choice, and man chose to sin. And the only one that can fulfill that.

The only one that would be perfect that could do that. was the Lord Jesus himself, God the Son, the second person. of the Trinity. He didn't have to do that. He didn't need us.

Every person on this planet could vanish tomorrow, wouldn't affect God at all. We needed him. And he took our place upon a cross. He suffered like no man. ever suffered desent.

That doesn't make sense to me.

Well, No, because God's ways are so much higher than our ways.

Someday It will. It makes a lot of sense to those that that that are in heaven tonight. Here's what you need to do. You need to pray to the Father, ask for forgiveness of your sins. Call upon the name of the Lord Jesus.

Ask Him to be the Lord of your life, all of your life, without reservations. And if you do that, you will become a new creature, a born-again believer, and heir of the kingdom. You've got God's word on it, folks. We really do. And there's nothing more sure than that.

So Do it tonight. Because no one is promised it tomorrow. And we're out of time for tonight. And so we want to say thank you for being here. Good night.

God bless. And until tomorrow, I want to say always, always, always key. Fighting the Bye. Bye. Like Right.
