Um where They had made our Ohio Constitution making killing babies a constitutional right. our privilege. What a what a wicked piece What a wicked issue from from the pits of hell But he's here to overturn that. He's bold and he's brave and he's looking. to be your next eleventh appellate court or the appellate court judge of the eleventh district, Judge David Engler.
Hey, David. Hey, good evening. Thank you, Pastor Ernie, for the kind introduction. We gotta we gotta kinda warn you 'cause you don't know about Friday nights, but uh No.
Well, you know, out there there's a lot of bad people that don't like this radio program. And they want us they'd like to get us off the air and for years and years moveon.org and all these organizations have been trying to get us off. but they have used all kinds of means. to do that. over the years, but they usually o hit us the hardest on Fridays.
and last Friday it was a very strange one, because we were getting phone calls coming in supposedly from all the stations. saying that we were down on this day, we were down in San Diego, we were down in Minneapolis, we were down in New York. And at the same time we were getting calls coming in saying No, you're not down. You're up. We can hear you here.
Uh You know, you're you're coming in loud and clear, so They were trying to steer confusion Anyhow, uh and I guess to try to take over the topic of the the program and uh turn it so we couldn't cover our topics. But um But, mighty Andrew, you've got to admit, just for a little while, they did have you convinced, didn't they? They did. They did, Pastor. Yep.
And I gotta admit I was too. I I didn't know what was going on again, but Anyhow. With all of that, you know, our adversaries they kill babies. They promote sodomy and, you know L G B T Q They promote paedophilia. They protect criminals.
They'll come to the aid of a criminal any day over a victim. They hate God, they love death, They hate America. They hate Christians, They love communism. They steal elections They aid and abet the enemies of America. They're rooting right now for Iran They're rooting for Iran in this war.
They lie about most most everything. They have T D S Trump Derangement Syndrome. They don't know what a woman is. They think that men can have babies And They scream in trees. Out in the woods.
often on the weekends. And they think that all of America's problems are due to White Christian men. That's our opposition. Uh Uh I wouldn't say people of sterling personalities, would you?
So of course not.
So that's that's what we're up against and And of course, David, you're gonna you'll find out with what you're doing. They'll be coming after you.
Well, ever since I appeared On Monday night on your programmer at first. suggested this this proposal, this lawsuit. a means to challenge the entirety of issue one, the abortion amendment, you know, the baby killing. Um law that was passed Uh by voter initiative. Um I've the attacks have already begun.
And I think you warned me that they would come.
So I've been called a Nazi this week. I've been called a Trumpster. Um my character has been Has it come under attack? And as I'm getting ready to make my announcement, Uh, in front of 230 people at the Avalon Grand Resort. beautiful resort in Trumbull County.
Dates number one. resort destinations. God bless America is being sung by a pastor who's coming us. to us live from Houston, okay? Pastor Jason David, who had lost His tongue To cancer, and he had his forearm forearm piece of it sewed back in.
His mouth is a tongue, but yet he's still is a youth minister and sings and teaches and has over a million YouTube subscribers and followers. And Pastor D. H. David is providing a curriculum in our Detention facility. that I had the nerve to use a faith-based Curriculum to work with the young people.
And it's all voluntary, and I'm off track a little bit, it's all voluntary. But guess what type of participation we have from the young people in our detention facility? when they're given the option because we can't mandate it. 100%. Wow, wow.
Praise the good Lord. 100%. 100%. Well, so I so on Monday I announced that I'm going to have to make this announcement on. Last night.
And so God Bless America is being sung by Pastor Jason David live from Houston. 'cause he couldn't make it on. He's on tour and Wouldn't you know it? Everyone cell phones go off at the same time in this hall. Um two hundred plus cell phones chiming in that there is a tornado warning take shelter immediately.
Take shoulder immediately. I'm like Oh my, you know, I Oh. Yeah, yeah. noises, screeching. in unison You know, is is Am I going to have to cancel this entire event?
Is this an attempt?
So I don't Yeah. And I Pastor already. I said a prayer myself. I said Be calm. You know, God has us.
And In a moment or two, the the s wells of the cell phone stopped. And Um we we proceeded And the county engineer, a man by the name of David Christofaro, was also in charge of emergency management in our county. And he he got up to the podium and said Not to worry, people, the tornado is north of us by about fifteen miles. It shuts down. causing no damages or injuries.
and there's no danger. And the show went on. The night went on. I read your speech, it was dynamite. It was absolutely dynamite.
Well, you know, I'm gonna we're gonna go tonight. The title of the message this week was. the law of the judges. And we're going to finish this tonight here. Uh and you know what?
Normally we we do a lot of commentary, but big John. Let's just read. the scripture because here A hundred and ninth Psalm, you know. Actually It's probably the most aggressive of all the impregnory psalms out there, But you know and here it sounds like David is praying for himself, but he's actually the opprecatory prayers are against those that have sinned against God. And so we'll see this as we go through here.
But, John, are you ready? I'm ready, Fest Ernie. Why don't you read verses 1 through 18? We'll just read it and I'll pick it up in 19 and read it through 31. Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise.
For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are open against me. They have spoken against me with lying tongues. They compassed about me also with words of hatred. and fought against me without a cause. For my For my love, they are adversary.
But I give myself unto prayer. And I and they have rewarded me evil for good. and hatred For my love. Set thou a wicked man over him. And let Satan stand at his right hand.
When they shall be judged, let him be condemned. And let his prayer become sin. Let days be few. and let another take his office. Remember when when David was prayering, how the Lord Jesus was quoting David.
Because David was actually saying what the Lord had put on his heart and And that took place there with Judas Iscariot. His office was given to another. But go ahead, I'm sorry. Let's children be fatherless. and his wife a widow.
Let his children be continually vagabonds and begs. Let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places. Let the extortioner catch all that he hath. and let these strangers spoil his labor. but there be none to extend mercy unto him, Neither let there be any to favor his Fatherless children?
Let his posterity be cut off. And then the generation following, let them name it blotted out. Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD. and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out. Let them be before the Lord continually.
that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth, Because that he remembered not to show mercy. the persecution of the poor and needy, Him or Maybe. Needy man, that he might. even slay the broken in heart. He all and as he loved cursing So let him come unto him.
and he delighted not in blessings, So let him be far from him. as he clothed himself with purses like as with a garment, So let him come into the bowels like water. and like oil into his bones. Let it be unto him as the garments that covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith He is girded continuously. Let this be reward of mine.
adversaries for the Lord. And of them that speak evil against my soul. But do thou forsake me, O God, The Lord For thy name's sake? Because thy mercy is good. Deliver thou me for I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.
I am gone like the shadow of a declineth. And I'm tossed up and down as the locust My knees are weak. Through Fasting. My flesh faileth of fatness I become also a reproach unto them. When they looked upon me they shaked their heads.
Help me, O Lord my God O save me according to Thy mercy that they may know that this is thy hand. And thou, Lord, hast done it. Let them curse, but bless thou When they arise let them be ashamed. But let thy servant rejoice. Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion.
as with a mantle, I will greatly praise the Lord. with my mouth, yes, I will praise him among the multitude. For he shall stand in the right hand of the poor, to save him. From the throne that condemneth his soul.
Now it's an interesting thing. Uh John, because Uh here The King David Uh God said was a a man after his own heart, and that He had a Oh. A very, very special relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. And here You know, that relationship was where you saw Jesus after he became. uh a man, after he became flesh, Um he took on he quoted David often But David, when he was there, writing his psalms, he was quoting what the Lord had laid upon his heart, because he often says, My Lord has said, Or my lord said to my lord, okay, And so It's just interesting.
God's Word the Bible is so far superior. Um in information and knowledge uh than anything else that exists on this planet is I mean, it's just it's got Complete and turtle Inerrant and perfect authority And With that, Judge, tell us how did it go? Uh on Thursday night. Oh, on on on Thursday night It was. people are saying it was the best Uh political rally.
political fundraiser. Events they have seen in the last 50 years. It was so powerful. And It all led up to My address. And the the the address was um I surprised this Tom right before I spoke All right.
Daniel White from the right to left Action Coalition of Ohio came up and drove in from Findley, Ohio to Warren, Ohio, and presented me the endorsement of the organization to myself, Judge David Engler. And that was wonderful. And I I gave my speech in And uh what I pointed out is that what makes our community in Trumbull County, Mahoney County Unique and grace, I believe, is We have these families. We have a history of families who have done these amazing things. the Cafaros, the Piavoses, the Zoldens, the Millers, you know, Covelli's, household names across the country.
people who have done wonderful things could have moved anywhere in our country but they chose to stay at home And it's those families that make our place great. And My suggestion was is that the most important constituency that we represent are those who have gone before us the constituency of our parents and our grandparents. their traditions, their faith, their value. When we go into the voting Bark. That's what we bring with us because we are in a social contract With those who come after us, our children.
and the unborn. And that's a critical part. We are in a contract. If you're truly a conservative person, a Christian conservative at that, you understand that we are representing the past. And we have a contract, an obligation to those who come after us.
Especially the unborn.
So From there, I was speaking of you know, as a Baby Judge, I went to Baby Judge school down in Columbus. Uh because I was a ve a long practicing lawyer, constitutional litigator. big time cases, entertainers, all sorts of interesting work. And I go to baby judge school. And they I'm a juvenile judge down in Columbus.
And the two other judges, not quite as old as me, they're saying Here's what a judicial bypass is.
Now this is the key to your listeners Pastor Ernie John. is that the judicial bypass is a procedure where in Ohio, if a minor wants an abortion, but she doesn't want her parents to know He would come to the juvenile court judge. in any of Ohio's eighty eight counties.
Well Then the judge would take evidence, make a decision, appoint a guardian to determine if that young girl was mature enough that there was reasons why she didn't or shouldn't have her parents' consent. and the judge would make a decision. I explained to the group in Columbus that my wife and I are very strong supporters of a transformation organization designed to Identify abortion vulnerable women. Let them hear the baby's heartbeat. Tell them that they're choices and options and show them support and love.
And they do transformations, and it's a beautiful process. It's all throughout Northeast Ohio. I'm sure there's a. one close by to everyone throughout this Radio audio. And they do a great job.
And since I was a supporter, these judges who are teaching the class about this judicial bypass said, well, Judge Angler. You're going to have to recuse yourself. You can't listen to one of those cases. Because You can't be impartial. And you need to be impartial if you're going to be a good judge.
And my answer to them at that time was Look. I will recuse or step down from my position as judge. the first time some left wing liberal judge decides to step down. and recuse themselves because they bend the knee to their religion of human secularism. where they are their own God.
and they abide by the their rules that they put in place. And those rules are then. their government. And I know at that time, Pastor Ernie, the the judges down there saying like Who let the old cranky Christian conservatives judge into this party. If I was okay.
But then as fate would have it, and just as you said, like With David, you know, the Lord put something on David's heart.
Well, two weekends ago, It's the two weekends ago. You know, it uh actually From today. I'm in Cleveland at the Babble Conference, Bring America Back to Life Conference. And I was helping a group understand that how important AI is, right? And I I've been well versed in law for years.
But I said Is there a way to challenge? The Abortion amendment. And I went. I said, I'll come back over lunch and I'll tell you what it looks like. Why go away, Pastor Ernings?
I'm working on my computer. I'm doing the research. I'm using AI, okay, which is. Brings together when used properly is an incredibly powerful tool. It brings together much of the information or all the information on this subject you could possibly find from a legal perspective.
I then find out As God put onto David the word that here is to use And the psalm God put on to me, Pastor Ernie. the answer to how to take down the abortion amendment in the state of Ohio. And it was me. Or one of the other 110 juvenile court judges in Ohio who have the standing, legal standing, meaning I have a right. as a judge, a juvenile court judge.
It has to be a juvenile court judge. to stay to the Supreme Court of the state of Ohio I am asking you. to declare with abortion amendment. That it violated my constitutional authority as a judge. I'm asking you to enjoin it, to stop it.
And what I want you to do, Supreme Court of Ohio, is I want you to Send the language back to the ballot commission. And tell the ballot commission. If you really intended to strip away all the juvenile judges' authority, then put it in the amendment. If you really intended to strip away now this is a key point, and the people were so enraged last night when I mentioned this to them. If you intended to strip away the rights of parents to be a parent.
then put it in the amendment and have the people vote on it again. Because I'm pretty sure in Ohio pastor her name. People didn't think. they are voting for the absurd result That today in Ohio, if your fifteen-year-old daughter wants to get a tattoo, He asked to has to ask your permission. But if that same fifteen year old daughter wants to have an abortion, she doesn't need your consent whatsoever.
And kill your grandchild. Here's the thing, David. You know, when the fifteen year old daughter goes in there, you know, very, very often You know, they don't end up just killing one, they end up killing both the baby and the mother, okay? And so the fifteen year old girl goes in there Things go wrong, and I've seen that happen many times, many times. and she is permanently damaged.
And John McTerden, who's with us tonight, He has won some lawsuits against planned predator. He's an active, active. A pro-life champion. But that young girl doesn't go back to that judge that said, Yeah, go ahead. and kill that child.
That young girl and the bills and all the responsibilities and the damage caused That falls upon her parents, huh? Right, oh of course, of course, she's a minor. A minor. But can you imagine a a a a young girl going in for a procedure like to have her baby aborted, the grandchild aborted. And she doesn't have to tell her parents.
They actually put that into the law.
Now it was hidden in the law. It was deceitful. It was deceptive. And I'm telling I'm going to ask the Supreme Court. We're trying to identify lawyers to represent me.
I could represent myself, but I'd rather have. a good group of lawyers. We talked to Thomas Moore Society last week. And I hope they're listening because we'd like to have them on board. to get this filed, but it's coming.
One way or another it's coming. Very, very good.
Well We're going to keep keep go ahead, John. Yeah, yeah, Judge, thank you for everything you're doing. I'm John McTernan. And I have a question of another way of looking at this. Could the state of Ohio Be clear or um Make it a law, I guess you could say, recognizing that the the the child in the womb is a human being and that they fall under the rights of protected by the rights of the state of Ohio and the Constitution.
Well, no, I don't believe so. Not with Article one, Section twenty two, which is the abortion amendment. That amendment clearly says you can't take any action whatsoever to impede uh the right for a an individual, they use the word individual, that's what brings in kids. to have an abortion before the first trimester.
So what you just said would be squarely in opposition to the way the law is currently written. But what that law did and why I have standing, it's a little bit of a legalistic argument is that Article four of the Ohio State Constitution gives judges like me, juvenile court judges, every judge for that matter, if that's where our authority comes from in the Ohio Constitution is Article four. When Article I, Section twenty two, the Abortion Amendment was passed, you know, what that did was strip away Got you. Article four authority. And every judge in Ohio should be outraged about that.
What? And if you're going to take away judges' authority, which comes from the Constitution, it's clear in the case law over time It's a structural conflict. It has to be resolved. And the only way you could resolve it is you're going to have to have it revoted upon. But if you really want to strip away my right as a juvenile court judge or my not my right, my obligation, my job.
Take away my job that came from the Ohio Constitution. You want to take it away from me? spell it out in the amendment, put it back before the voters and tell the voters of Ohio, oh, by the way, parents, we're taking you out of this decision making process with this. Do you think they'll vote for it then? I don't think so.
I don't think so. I think they fooled the voters. by hiding this language. hiding that it eliminated primal consent. hiding that it tripped away judges like myself our authority to make a decision.
You know, Judge, I. I tried, you know, to explain that to people, but apparently, you know, I. I didn't have the prowless that you have in being able to Uh you know knowing you know, exactly what the what the judges, you know, the laws are, but I I did try to explain that to them, that's what it did, but because of the way it was worded. Uh you know, like you said, it was hidden in there. We understood it, but trying to explain that to people that are, you know Not, you know, not not used to having to deal with the corruption of those on the left.
Uh the deceitfulness of those on the left is amazing. because it clearly In the way it's it's written. And when they use the word individuals, this ballot commission came up with the word individuals, and that must have had something to do with what they were passing around when people were signing the petition to put it on the ballot, the amendment. Individuals They should have stopped saying, Oh, by the way, Public, When we write the word individual, that means your kids. You're kidding me.
can have an abortion and you don't get to know about it. because we're taking away parental consent. What's admitted? That's just wrong.
So you can have an abortion provider, some wacky counselor, or some, you know. You know, twisted boyfriend, or whoever it is, they, oh, come on with me. Come on with me. I'll take you down to the abortion clinic.
Well, don't my parents need to know? No. No, they don't need to know. Don't worry about it. Because they don't need to know anymore.
So, the one group of people, your mom and dad, or maybe it's your grandparents, the people who are your guardians. And that's what they're there is to protect you, give you wise counsel and love, more importantly than anything else. the state of Ohio through that language. took it away from parents. It's a matter of parents' rights.
Absolutely. What about, you know, we've been working on. uh the wording for a personhood amendment. Um and so here You know, you've got the Bill of Rights, you've got the Declaration of Independence. What does it guarantee you?
Life, liberty, uh How do how do they just totally ignore this? Um Well, i I think It'd be because you know all all men are created equal and endowed with their and certain inalienable rights from their creator from their creator Right. Yeah. Yeah because that I think I find it to be the most important language. in our country's history.
The the important most important sentence in our country's history. But it's not actually Part of the constitution. It's a declaration, right?
So it it it doesn't have constitutional effect. And in Dobbs v. Jackson, that was the most recent case out of the Supreme Court, that did away with Roe v. Wade, You know, Dobbs E. Jackson Wasn't everything that was that the the people that support life bought it might be Because Dobbs V.
Jackson Made a determination. I'm sure you Pastor Ernie and John, you you may know this. that there is no federal right to personhood. That's part of Dobbs B. Jackson, and that's why many people are pushing.
for President Trump. The path. This a federal legislation that affects abortion. because it it went right back after Dobbs D Jackson that people put on the ballot in Ohio because they could.
Now Ohio is the Yeah, yeah. leading state for abortion In the country. twenty five thousand abortions Last year. We are now an abortion destination. That's it.
Very powerful. It's terrible. And I could say all this, by the way, Pastor. I have to say this, okay? I can say this because a recent Supreme Court case came out.
It was the Grendel, Judge Grendel case on Geauga County. Thereby the Supreme Court. Justice Pat DeWine said the following. Just because you put on a black robe. doesn't mean you lose your First Amendment right to speech.
Okay.
So if people are wondering like, how can this judge be talking like this? One, I'm not afraid. Two, I know the law protects my First Amendment's feet. And number three, I always tell people: whatever the case is, no matter who you are, I'm still going to decide the case on the Constitution as a they're in front of me and all the facts that are presented to me at that time. Each and every case, I'll decide fairly.
Well, you know, Judge, there's only one Supreme Court, and that's Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. And here they've ruled on this. God has ruled on this a long time ago. Here what these judges that are making these decisions That court of seventy three, again, was They were only supreme in their sin and their rebellion. If I were the king I would have put All those seven of those nine judges, I would have tried them for treason, okay, if I were the king.
The reason they got away with what they did is because God Somewhere. No place was our Lord more dishonoured he was dishonoured From the pulpits in this country. The pastors failed, God. The pastors failed. We tried and tried to get him to say, let's.
Let's march on. There should be a hundred thousand. Marching on DC. And guess what, folks? I am Uh there wasn't I w I went down with one hundred pastors But there should have been a hundred thousand of em marching and they should have gone in and put that court on trial for Treason against God and country.
Because you see, right here, this book, this King James Bible, this is reality. See, someday everybody will know this. You see, someday everybody will know it. Those those judges on that 73 court, just like the ones on the 62 court. They they weren't believers there, but they are now.
There's no unbelievers in heaven or hell. They're all believe.
Okay.
And so and that's still the pastors In this country, Go to Hebrews chapter thirteen. Read verse seven and seventeen. Vose The pastors in this country have the responsibility to Almighty God, okay. to to go Add to To change this, to march upon Washington, D.C., and say in one loud, loud voice, Thus saith the Lord God. But you know what happened, Judge?
The vast majority of them are corrupted now. They're corrupted. And just like it said, we're in we are in Second Timothy chapter three. Um and it's as clear as the The nose on your face, right, John? John?
Mm-hmm. Yeah, and so And that's what we got to do. But we need people like Judge like Judge David here. on that appeals court. You mentioned Judge Tim Grindell, honourable man, hey, Very good friend of mine for many, many years.
We were very good friends there. and they went after him because he was a good judge. Because he did he did the right things. uh an honest judge in We have I gotta tell you, we have a very corrupt judicial system. just an awfully corrupt judicial system.
Uh out there. I've been in I I went to court so many times And I've seen so many innocent people. being betrayed by a corrupt judicial system, and and reality in so many of the Courts to day. Guilt or innocence really has very little to do with what the verdict's gonna be. It's it's what you n it's who you know, what you know, and what you can afford.
And unfortunately, that's just the morality. But thank God we still have some judges. Like you'd Judge David. I Okay. It is fascinating to me.
what happens. And as you're talking about the corruption that exists, both in the judicial branch and also the certainly legislative and and executive And when I was formulating this idea over the last two weeks You know, a a person who was long versed in politics. Um First ment I'm mentioning the concept. And the person's response was, well You know, that may not uh that may not be you know, good for the uh the election. Your election.
you know, because uh you know that that abortion issue cuts both ways.
So i interestingly, it was you know, people tried to turn the focus, turn the prism of the lens in such a way that you start to think about Oh, I want to be in power. I want to get elected.
So let me. Let me restrict Or Compromise is the word I'm looking at. Let me compromise. my integrity, my values. Because if I do that and I don't really push hard on this issue, then maybe I'll get elected, right?
And and and but thank goodness person. You know, what am I thinking about? I understand where you're coming from, says David Angler. You know, what you want to do is save lives. Thank you.
Absolutely. There's no time to wait. I don't have a political consideration. I have none. I'm I'm I'm doing this because I mean, I'm telling you, when the Lord laid it on my heart, And the Lord used AI The tool which generates all this information and knowledge from all the law cases and the statutes of the amendments across the world.
And I've been using it, and I'm pretty good at technology. I've had a couple of technology companies over the years. But um It it came to me and and I'm And I found it hard, Pastor Ernie. I'm still dealing with it. Like when you you find out that the uh The boat's sinking right with it.
It's got 25,000 passengers on it, and they're all children. and you have a way to keeping it afloat. Like, you feel such a sense of urgency to get this done. And then I come across other people who are like, Oh, that's interesting, uh, interesting. what's for dinner?
You know, it it's it it's I have to be able to modulate myself because I feel as if. Everyday counts. Because If I have the ability to file this in Columbus and it actually enjoins the abortion amendment for now, How many lives are saved? You know, it it reminds me of what a fellow once to told me. And this guy was a professing Christian.
He It just didn't really seem To get it, to understand. Uh but he was a professing Christian. He said he got saved and He he wanted to know why I I s I wasted so much time. Uh out there Here, saving babies.
Well, I went out on the streets and I preached in front of those abortion mills. why I was always getting arrested and and things for doing that. He says Because he was very, very business minded, very materialistic and he he said You've you had offers of very good high paying positions in sales and he said you could you could be rich right now But you're out there, you're spending your days out there on those sidewalks. Let's let somebody else do that. And now here's a guy who Did you think that he was really saved?
And and I I asked him, Do you know if Do you really believe Here again, they just don't get it. There's some things, you know, the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. In fact, if it is. But you know, you you have to be able to look yourself in the mirror, you know, and see that person looking back at you. What what kind of honor, what kind of integrity do you have any honor or integrity?
Uh this is one of the things that's That it's just really, you know, you just scratch your head and you wonder: what is wrong with these people? Why can't they see? this here It's just amazing. And I know that John Big John, he was uh he him and I have been in this pro-life battle for years and John's had his He fought with Planned Parenthood, and he had to deal with the corrupt judicial system. But he had one judge that recruited himself because the judge admitted.
that he had been taken uh donations from Planned Parenthood too. Planned Parenthood was buying everybody in the town. You're absolutely right. You're right, Pastor Ernie, that that judge is an honest judge. He said, you're never going to win a case in this town, and he was right.
We won them and we appealed. And this is York, the city of York. and Pennsylvania. In fact, uh Judge David I won a very significant case in the federal appeals court. That's taught as law now, the law schools are teaching it in Pennsylvania.
And I'd like to Prister Ernie, if he gives me your email, I'd like to forward the case because I think you'd be really blessed by seeing what transpired. Oh, I I'd love to read it. I'm gaining so much information on a daily basis. Yeah, that'd be fantastic. I'm just curious from the both of you.
Uh this is from a you know, a person not steeped In the history of the abortion Um Yeah, the abortion movement and the then the pro life movement, you know, what what is it like When you have the sense that It's hard to move people. The legislature is taking these. actions that somehow Yeah. glorifying killing babies. How do you how do you handle that?
Or or people who just have no They're too busy. And maybe you say that, hey, the people too busy to really care about it. How do you deal with it? the the attitudes of of the uncaring.
Well, you know, I have little tolerance. Go ahead, John. Yeah, go ahead, Peter. No, no, you go first. I have very little tolerance for it and.
As you know, uh I have let And I don't compromise. And I've had I've let these judges in cases where I've had to go to court where they've drugged me in. And I've let the judges know what God's word in the Bible says. I've let them know very clearly. What Here's what I will do.
No, I will not conform. I will not comply to your sentence or whatever. I will obey God rather than man. You need to do that. You know that.
You know you need to do that. And God's word doesn't return void. It does cut him to the quick, but The problem we have in the pulpit today is a dearth of courage. There's just There's just a shortage of courage in there. And uh they will give you all kinds of of excuses on why They can't get out there and do what they should be doing.
If the pastors in this country were serious if they had honored God with with courage, You know, we could politicians can count. They can count. And if 10,000 pastors showed up in DC, they recognize how each one of those represents how many people. They would have stopped abortion in one day. It would have been stopped in one day.
But the pastors failed and I know I get a lot of them angry at me for continually saying that. Yeah, so we feel, we feel, we feel. You have to keep telling us, yeah, I do. Because it's you know, it's time for you to stand up and be become men, okay? We need to take this country back.
See God. is very long suffering. He's given us, you know, a lot of time. But we're standing in the shadow of a holy and a just God. who must punish sin.
And America has sinned a mighty sin. Our sewers run red with the blood of innocent children from coast to coast. When I watched the Spectrum One news today, I was watching it they had an evil, ungodly, very unclean. Jeremiah chapter two, verse thirty four. Unclean Woman are from planned predators.
on that. uh talking about this w woman's constitutional right for abortion. A wicked, very wicked woman. That spectrum went news. They lean, and here's the thing that I get.
So many of these female talking heads they wear crosses, necklaces, And yet They're pro-abortion. They They they encourage LGBT solder me, okay. Uh and and yet You know, the Bible, when the Lord Jesus said in Matthew chapter 7, Depart from me, you worker of iniquity, I never knew you. I got a feeling these women are in for a very rude awakening because Christians could never do that. They would He tells you there in Ephesians chapter four verse thirty two that that you would that When you grieve the Holy Spirit, They would be grieving the Holy Spirit if they were actually Christians and uh And then they would be subject to Hebrews chapter twelve, the chastisement of God.
But but they're not and they they're clueless, and they they probably won't find out. Like all pro-deathers, like all of these wicked judges, you know, Gosnell, that wicked abortionist Gosnell, is a believer now. He's a believer. He died two days ago, so he's a believer now. Go ahead, John.
Yeah. What I'm I was the pro-life leader in central Pennsylvania. And I sent the letter out to seventy two pastors in the area that I knew preached the gospel. One respi and I I offered like some leadership that we needed help. But basically it was me And uh maybe a a a friend or two of mine and they're my school Catholics.
And one pastor responded, one out of the 72, and I had some conversations with him, but he never followed up.
So I had to push that all aside. and just work directly with the Lord. And we went we we Great things happened. Numbers of babies were saved. Mothers were helped.
Uh the that c case of mine Uh, everybody was against me. The us, the men, well, me, the mayor. of the district attorney, he wanted me bad. The district attorney of York County. The police, the police are getting paid part-time to come there in a uniform.
contro uh and then they would uh was it patrol car and all And then they take this before the court and perjure themselves. Right, right. I everybody knew they were purging themselves. But in the end, we want. Joe, Joe.
We didn't flinch. We kept going with the Lord, in the end, we won't.
Well, praise the good Lord for that. Judge, we're coming up to the end of the the hour here.
