Donate and listen to the podcast at Wrwl.org Okay, we're back. This is Pastor Lewis on here, and I just had a question. We're talking about this situation with the church here in Arizona. And um Um yeah. Is Greg or Elizabeth, either one, answered this.
Do you think because you have corporate soul in the middle of that, uh, is that's what's uh s started all the problems? No, it actually didn't start all the time. the corporate soul is through an individual, right? The corporate named The corporation sole is the office of one person.
Okay. Uh the church itself, the church is independent from the corpse. Uh just like a pastor is independent. From the congregation, they're all one, and the corporation soul is all one. And then the issue is the the big issue here is is can the go Violate the First Amendment of the Constitution, related this Freedom of Restoration Act.
Uh, the own legitimate property in the in their name. I mean, we have we have uh deeds for everything, uh, of all of all the entities that we changed the name to. We have uh the the um Yabipai County uh assessors, they've been to our property and looked over our property when we first asked for exemption, and they said that we have full exemption as a church.
Okay, so the property. is Tied to the ministry, the name of the ministry. Is that right? Yeah, yeah.
So so the corporate soul is not in the in the equation or shouldn't be, right?
Well, it is because it it the corp the corporation soul is is recognized by the IRS as as holding property for in for the purpose of the church.
Okay. So the the the church the le legal Elizabeth, let me interrupt you. Legal title. If you're to go to a title company and say, We want to sell this property They would say, Oh, let's see how the title is held. It is held.
Elizabeth Gardner. Bishop Oh. The Society of Apostolic Christian Ministries. That is how the title is held. Yeah.
Excuse me, one minute. And her successors. It's not just me. Period, and my successors. See, corporations so as successors.
Get off it. Like it when like when I retired when I retired from uh ministry, w the the church donated the property to SACM. That's how they got involved with it is that when the church that that I was pastoring with we we decided I wanted to retire because I was quite old. And so we donated the property to SACM, which is the side of Apostolic Church Ministry. And so that's how it got into the ministry.
So they didn't recognize or look at the others the churches As holding the property as much as they did SACM. And so it's it's dated as Elizabeth Gardner S SAC Society of Apostolic Church. uh Elizabeth Gardner and her successors.
Okay. Uh that's how it's Um It's a perpetual corporation soul is perpetual. And the toe goes on to the next assessor. It's not like it's like a corporation or a president of the corporation. Right.
The church is not the corporation, it's the person. It held it holds that title called Corporation Slow. I I um I I think uh I I don't know if uh Greg mentioned this uh or uh we were talking about it before, but the Catholic Church is set up with a corporate soul. Uh as corporation so is that correct?
Well, they're not set up in the church. The bishop is the corporation, the pope is the corporation soul. The corporation soul see a lot of people think, oh, it's the church is the corporation soul. The corporation soul is not the church. It's a it's an individual, usually the pastor or bishop, mostly the bishop.
that holds uh governance over the church.
So so how's the how's the Catholic Church do this? Is that well, again, let me interrupt Elizabeth, because it's confusing to a number of people because if you if you think of how I started out explaining to you that in England, churches couldn't hold real estate. Back under Henry VIII, etc. And so they created this idea of the corporation soul.
So the Church of England, bishops and archbishops, were the. Titular heads of a corporation soul that held the church property for the benefit of the Church of England or for the Catholic Church. And that's how it is in the United States now. with the Catholic Church, with lots of other churches, small and large, that use the corporation soul. And so It's just a convenient way for many churches usually to hold their real estate.
It's really protection for the church. that if if somebody uh sues the church, Itself, it cannot get to its assets because the the the property is in the name of the corporation sold. The bishop. I see.
So there's a protection there. But the thing that's happening now was There's getting interference with the church by its government, how it's governed. And it's uh it it's it's This is not going to affect only churches that have corporations at all. It's going to uh attack any church. It could be any church.
That is non and non-incorporated with the 501c3. Mm-hmm. Yeah, I I see what you're saying, Elizabeth. It it's a a very broad brush here what what they're trying to do, but uh I was just trying to get a little more clarity on this, uh if it was focussing more on the uh the nominee or the corporate soul.
Okay, for the next for the next about twenty minutes, what we're going to do is we're going to open the phone lines and take some calls on that. There are people so the phone lines are now open at eight eight eight. six seven seven nine six seven three That's again 888. six seven seven nine six seven three If you have a question or a comment and you want to add to but stay on the topic. You know, we you know, w we want to stick to the topic here tonight for the next twenty minutes.
But uh I'm sorry, go ahead, Greg.
Okay. Yeah. I was gonna say. That the sad reality of what occurred here is That because this Judge Huituma received this motion for summary judgment. Where the government just Glazed over.
The the Uh back by saying, gee, this church is The SACM seem to pay for Utilities uh seem to pay for Uh Yeah, but and it's like Property and allowed the gardeners to live there as a parsonage. And as if that therefore that lines were blurred and nobody could tell what was church and what was the gardeners. And so they just never had a burden of proof To show anything, and no independent voice like a jury was able to listen to. The facts on our side. And when we got to the Ninth Circuit, Judge Bumate said, wait a minute, there's lots of.
great facts that the Church has to say and presents And They deserve a right to explain that to a jury. And And he was correct. Uh but Uh he didn't The other two justices who were assigned by the Ninth Circuit to that panel. And so it's very unfortunate that we just had. One judge.
who who understood that this was a very dangerous precedent. that the government was doing. And and that small churches particularly That don't have the wherewithal to fight the full weight of the federal government. In these fights, when they're misapplying principles of law, the First Amendment to the Constitution. and just blow and go and and cost uh church people, church organizations.
thousands of dollars and lots of time. Uh and and can't get from here to there because we haven't had A fair judiciary. Any more than the fair judiciary that tried to prosecute President Trump. I mean, that was a. That was uh sad.
situation where we didn't have Much different. Audience. In Judge Hui Tuma or the other two panel judges in the Ninth Circuit, sadly enough.
Well, let me ask you this because. President Trump has sued the IRS for two hundred fifty million dollars. Uh that's a lot of money. Wait a minute. No, it's I think it's even more than that.
And uh Do you think that he can do that? Because if I know the law, the They say that uh once a president is an office He can only receive his salary. He can't receive any other funds. from uh from the federal government But of course he doesn't take a salary. Um so I don't know how that's gonna work there, but uh Well, I'm going to tell you, that's one lawsuit that'll get their attention.
He also fired close to 7,000 IRS agents. But I had a question. Because she mentioned she reached out to a number of lawyers, and I know you're a lawyer as well. But did you try to ACL Jay? ACL J?
Yeah, to stay with her okay. I didn't hear you say what. That we're not interested in the case. We also, here in Arizona, we have a very fine institution called the Goldwater Institute. That.
takes up a lot of uh conservative causes and has done very, very well. and one of my Law School classmates heads it up And I contacted him. But their focus is uh really On uh Other constitutional things, and they didn't have the bandwidth. to help cover us, but they're they are very good. Uh organization.
All right. Uh Elizabeth, um You're too close to the mic 'cause you're breathing into the mic and so could you just uh get back a couple of inches away from the mic there?
Okay. There you go. That's that's much better. All right. Is the status thing for us.
They have now judgment. And so in that judgment, they will take our property and we will have an art parsonage and we will not have a place to live. And so I make it they they could take uh even our sense of security and they could take everything they want from us to to get this judgment. And so this is our really cause because we'll have no place to meet. The society will have no office to and facility to have their yearly conference.
I mean, it it's it's not just A case. But it's gonna harm us. And and and it's going to harm other churches too because of the precedence of it.
Well, I'm I'm wondering if there's not some other of those national law firms out there that That would be interesting. This is what you know, what the Supreme Court did to you guys, like they heard you at first and then they decided not to take it. They've done that to so many people that I know of. Uh, it's amazing. But I'm I'm very surprised the ACLJ didn't take your case because They took a case for me that I didn't even offer they ask me to challenge some laws here in Ohio and I did and I didn't even realize that that case went all the way to the the US Supreme Court and uh They argued in one night case.
And I didn't even know until Doctor Jack Wilkie told me, you know, you won a course today. I didn't even know we were there, but But I'm really surprised that they didn't take that case. The HLG. I think the reason why is because they think it's a uh individual tax case. You know, they they don't they don't understand corporation soul, they don't understand.
And and you know, and you have to really sit down to to talk to someone to explain everything. That you know, we are a church. We've been a church for forty-eight years and I've been order ordained. And they they just don't see it. They right away they say, Oh, this is a tax court and we don't ta a tour a tax case.
And we don't um Take care tax cases. But, you know, they won't take time to listen to the whole thing and what it's really about. Protocol in. I'm gonna give the phone number out again. It's uh For the call in 888.
Six seven seven nine six seven three. That's eight eight eight. Six seven seven nine six seven three. I'm surprised.
some of these local pastors or you know pastors haven't called because I know, you know, this is right down the alley of several of them that concern us. Let me ask. You this great too because I've always uh wondered Are IRS courts, these tax courts, are they legitimate federal courts? I mean, are they actually a part of the federal government? what are called statutory courts.
And so their jurisdiction is not as broad as the federal district court.
So that if their jurisdiction is written by specific statutes, so that if you as an individual or a corporation or a church, Our sub organization. or audited and you disagree with the audit results, You can get a notice of deficiency, and you have 90 days to file a petition in the United States Tax Court. And the United States Tax Court has nineteen judges That all are Tax lawyers from across the country that are appointed. By uh the uh Yeah. What is basically the Department of Treasury, they find them, they're appointed.
and they move to Washington DC and then they go out on circuit To all of the larger towns in the United States. several times a year and they come to Phoenix for two tax court sessions each year. And they therefore are legitimate arms of the federal government, federal judiciary. And when uh Any either side appeals, they're appealed to the circuit court. In the jurisdictions where you're at.
So out here in Arizona, California, and Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, we're in the Ninth Circuit, in Hawaii, and Alaska. We're in the Ninth Circuit.
So Uh So you go from the tax court up to this whatever circuit you're in. And so, yes, it's It has the rule of force just like a federal district court. Or uh just like a court of claims. Uh so yes, it's legitimate.
Okay. I was just wondering, but that doesn't seem like very many judges for the entire country, nineteen judges. That's well, they they also have about ten what are called commissioners that handle under fifty thousand dollar disputes. But the the the nineteen judges are cover the entire country. You know, and you have all these organizations that are run by former IRS agents that Tell you look, if you owe the IRS money, come to us.
And you hear all these people saying I owed fifty thousand but I ended up only paying five thousand and so on and so forth and And we know a little bit of that's a little bit exaggerated.
Well, here's what happens. And if you're down and out and you have nothing.
Okay, and the IRS can see that you have nothing, you have no prospect of future income, and you have no assets. Dial or IRS will take What you can muster, and usually mustering is borrowing from family or friends. I'm going to give you a case in point. I had A husband well, I had a I represented a lady. The lady was married to a man who was a Contractor.
In Texas. She worked for a bank. He came to that bank and borrowed money, and then, being a not very honest contractor. Welched on the $3 million that he borrowed, didn't pan back when they found out that his wife had helped approve the loans. They prosecuted her and her husband.
They both went to jail. She then got out of jail before he did because she had to spend three years in prison. She comes back to her father here in Arizona. She has two small children. The father sets her up in a house.
The father hires me. to say, can you resolve her tax problem with the IRS? And I said, well. Tell me about what she has and does. And she said, well, she makes $35,000 a year.
She has two small children. And I bought a house that she occupies, but she doesn't own.
So she owns nothing and she has just enough to get along. And she's an ex-convict. I went to the IRS and I said The father will pay fifteen thousand dollars. Against her tax liability and the tax interest and penalties, guess what? It turned out to be $3 million.
And so the IRS Said, well, $15,000 is not quite enough. Could you get the father to give us $25,000? And the father said, Yes, I'll do that. For $25,000. She became Uh, free of all her three million dollars tax debt because the IRS realized they were never going to get anything from her.
And if the father wanted to give a little bit of money, They you let her have this offer and compromise. And I accomplished that some years ago. And I can do that when people are down and out. But if somebody has $600,000 equity in a home. The IRS has a right to seize and sell that home.
Okay?
So it doesn't work unless you say, well, I can only borrow four hundred thousand dollars against a home, and otherwise, I'm living on Social Security or a minimum amount. The IRS may take your loan amount Of four hundred thousand. and accept four hundred thousand And you can. Get rid of. the much larger possible liability that you have.
The IRS is uh Congress Let's the IRS interest. compound daily And when you don't pay, there's also a six percent Okay. Failure to pay penalty.
So, when you think of the 7% to 8% that it's been the last few years during the Obama years, or excuse me, the Biden years, and it's continuing on. Compounding daily plus 6% compounding daily, it's really the equivalent of about 15%, 16% interest. Yeah. And I had a client.
Some years back. And he was an entrepreneur and everything went south. He ended up owing thirteen million dollars in tax. And the Iris has ten years. to collect And after ten years, the statute of limitation goes.
Well, yeah. He outlasts of the 10 years. But the bill at the end of ten years was thirty three million dollars. That's how much it grows over ten years.
So, it it's a little bit Uh ugly and difficult in terms of the what happens with the internal revenue. The the laws are written in their favor. And uh and it's hard to It's hard to um Uh You know, get away with much because, again, they can levy your. Wages, they can levy. Uh on your real estate.
they can if they take your social security, they have to get Some approval, and they do. Start levying up to 15%. And then, if the statute of limitations is about to expire, They can increase that amount and all the way up to 50% of your Social Security. One time they one time they took a hundred percent. of my sense of security.
And I went to the bankruptcy court To get rid of it, and it I couldn't get rid of it. They they would not. Stop taking 100%, and the judge says you cannot take 100%. And finally, that judge in the bankruptcy court gave us favor and made them give all the money back that they took. And then we were free of that.
But then they came in, they couldn't get anything from us.
So what they did is they attacked the church. It's saying that we're the church. Yeah, maybe.
So it's it's it's very Yeah. Our country, I don't understand what's happening, but I know that the churches are in trouble. I mean, not only because of us, but because of the the Antichrist wants to destroy everything. There okay, if there's folks out there that may be able to help you, might have an answer um you know maybe come up with something we haven't thought of yet. Here, or maybe even some cases that they're dealing with, similar cases.
How can they get in touch with you and Greg? Or they could call me. You have my telephone number. Just call me and I'll recognize. Greg and I will get on the phone with them.
All right, well, go ahead and give it out. And uh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Seven seven five Five four five four. Nine two eight. Seven seven five.
Five four five four. And you know it's I appreciate you doing this, but let me tell you something. Nothing could be done except for the the President Trump or the Congress to do something because We have a judgment. Am I correct, Greg?
Well, we do have a judgment. And, you know, I'm going to tell you another story, Elizabeth.
Okay, 'cause I have another client. I have many, many clients over the years. And I I there this one gentleman owes a lot of money. and he has a lot of equity in his own personal house And the IRS isn't uh Supposed to not dispossess Senior citizens of their house. They've got to go through several levels of approval.
to take somebody's house. And because of this Persons Wife. Had mental issues and she was really troubled, bad health. Um The IRS just let the tenure statute limitations of collection expire and never did take their house.
Okay. I have another case where the IRS Said, okay. Yeah. We will let you live out your natural lives in your house. But you have to maintain it.
Keep the mortgage up, keep pay the property taxes, pay the utilities. And then after the two of you die, than we will collect at that point. That's something that the IRS can and does do every once in a while, but you've got to proactively push it. Oh, Greg, that sounds great for an individual. But what about a church that owns the property?
They're taking Congregational Uh Building from the people that worship there. Plus the parsonage that is allowed by law for the pastors to live in.
So with them it's not like Uh understand that they they are They are Uh we're going to see. It remains to be seen Elizabeth What the internal revenue may do. One of the things that the letter to President Trump. Uh and to the office of uh Uh faith based initiatives in the White House does, We've asked them to tell the IRS to stand down. And to not enforce their judgment.
Mm-hmm. Yes, it's so we got to make sure that letter goes to the he gets to him. You know, many people, I'm sure, write letters to the President, but How do we get it on his desk? That's what needs to be done.
Well well, he he's got he's got Plenty of people. Under him that look work in the faith-based initiative. Uh sector. And they may make that decision on their own. Just like the Solicitor General, who's now a Trump appointee.
Okay. he may very well have not wanted to file an opposition to our At request for Uh jurisdiction with the Supreme Court called the writ of certiore. It may be that the Trump administration was just going to let the Supreme Court decide whether they wanted the case or not without without trying to oppose our petition.
Okay. We it could be that under the Trump administration, we'll get a better. interpretation and application Of the law as it applies to church organizations than occurred. in the Biden administration and that occ was occurring the internal revenue with Lois Lerner and in the Obama administration.
So we'll see.
Well you know, what happened during The Obama regime Uh m m John McTurden, he's the founder of Cops for Christ International and and National. Uh he and I we had a a big disagreement with the Pentagon. And also the um The War College, because they had come out with a statement saying, and they used Zachariah chapter 14 and Ezekiel 36 to 38. saying that Christians should not serve in the military, because our loyalty was towards the Lord Jesus Christ, and not the UN and this and that. And that that was the paper they and so we had a a big disagreement with Admiral Mullins and and them.
Uh but I called the DOJ, Department of Justice, and I talked to some lawyers. And I asked them, I said, Do you know of any Christians there? They had I think like, what, nineteen thousand something, an outrageous amount. I said, Do you know of any Christians there? and the person I talked to said No, I don't.
Off head, I don't know of any. And I said, I I'm just amazing. He said, Let me uh do this. Give me a few minutes. Let me see if I'm going to ask around here because there's a lot of us here.
And I'll I'll come back to you with that.
So he came back in about twenty minutes or so and he said We've asked uh uh about a hundred people or more, and nobody there's not one Christian here. That was during the Obama regime. Wow.
Well, ninety seven percent of the Department of Justice staff lawyers. were liberal registered Democrats or liberal. And I understand that's And we had A many, many. Resign and leave the Department of Justice once the Trump administration took over. particularly the second session.
Yeah, I I heard that thou that that just recently Several thousand walked out. They uh They resigned. They didn't have to get fired. They actually resigned. And so leaving and that's one of the reasons Because everybody's wondering When are we going to get some justice there?
One of those people that Uh what they did to the J6ers and what they did to the pro-lifers. You know, they committed crimes, major crimes. Uh and when are when are we gonna give some justice? And uh Hank Tit will be back right after this.
So There's a burning thing. Uh deadly steam. is a burning desire. Brother, we'll take you to the lake of fire. Don't fall in.
Into that burning lake of fire. You go down, down. The flames don't burn. Hired your burning burn. Bye.
That lake of fire. That lake of fire. Don't fall into that burning lake of fire. You'll go down, down. Down the flames double burn.
And you'll burn, burn, burn that lake of fire. That lake of fire Christ. is a saving king. Feel it cheap. You found that sting.
So is a firm desire All into that burning lake of fire. You go down, down, and down. flames they'll burn higher. Burn, burn, burn. That lake of fire.
That lake of fire. Don't fall into that burning lake of fire. You'll go down, down, down. The flames, they'll burn higher. And you'll burn, burn, burn.
That lake is fire. That lake is fire. All righty, we're back with Elizabeth Gardner and Greg Robinson. You know that song that you just heard, I I sang that to a group of wit witches out of Planned Predators, Planned Parenthood. And they actually charged me with terrorizing him th as a terrorist.
Yeah, no kidding. That's an amazing thing.
Well, God bless you. All righty. We gotta wrap it up. We have ten minutes to wrap it up here. And so You have your your closing comments to Elizabeth and Greg?
But my comment is that anybody that's listening, if they have Uh if they are true believers. And and seek the Seek the Almighty with all their heart. I pray that they would pray for us, that Trump will do something, that their organization, the face-based, or whoever. uh i get this letter to the to them because that's the only hope we have. If uh if they don't Help us or uh will be living out in the street in my car or a tent.
Because We we'll lose that too. We'll lose everything. And um Uh it's a situation at my age of eighty three. Yeah. the to live out in the streets would be kinda harsh, number one.
And number two, if they know anybody in contact in this Congress or anywhere. That they would call them and ask them to hear our case. All right, two things. Folks, give that phone number again, Elizabeth, out for the folks out there over the air. And then, what we're going to do is, we're going to ask the folks all around from coast to coast right now to pray with us on this.
Uh to intercede. and to pray that uh that this message gets to President Trump. Uh, because if you know, th you're right. uh, we can't let you end up out on out on the street. That's not that we can't let happen.
So Uh anyhow, uh uh go ahead and give us that number again. Nine two eight Seven seven five By four, by four. Nine two eight Seven seven five Five four five four. All righty, I'm going to start out with with uh Richard. Would you lead in a prayer and we'll all pray here.
Folks all across the country, listen. Right now it's Elizabeth and her family. Folks, it it could be you tomorrow. If we can't let them get away with this, we just can't. And so Join us, join with us in this prayer.
Uh you've heard her phone number if there's ways you can help Uh give her a call, let her know. And with that, Pastor Richard, would you go ahead and lead us? Sure. Dear Heavenly Father, we just come before thy throne to just lift up this situation for Frederick and Elizabeth Garner. And we just pray that you would give them w your wisdom and your understanding and your direction.
As they uh fight in this uh terrible situation and uh allow uh Their attorney, Greg Robinson, to be able to guide them in the way of the law, but most importantly, in your way, Lord. To be able to do what needs to be done. And as they send this letter to Washington, we just would pray that it would. Get in the right hands through right to the president if possible, or whoever would read it. The most important thing, you know, we can send letters, but Lord, you know, we need you to assist to get it to the right people.
Heavenly Father, we just would. ask for that blessing and we don't want to see them lose their their actual living space where they their home and or their church, but most importantly, their home. And not be thrown out on the street.
So we would just ask Heavenly Father for a special blessing for them. Please, Lord, intervene. and allow this to happen for them. Thank you. Go ahead, Randy.
Amen. Father God, we come before you, thanking you, Lord God, again. Father God, we lift up Elizabeth before you. We lift this situation up before you, Lord God. I'm reminded that, again, your word says that the kingdom of God suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
God, we know that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. And so, Father God, we call on you right now, Father God, to move to release your ministering and your warring angels, Lord God. I'm reminded of the prophet who said, There are more that be with us than that be with them. And we are calling on you, Father God, to move because you said, On this rock would you build your church, and the gates of hell would not prevail. We know that the enemy would come up against the church, but Lord God, they will not prevail.
And we are praying because this is more than just about Elizabeth, Lord God, and we're concerned. Concerned for this situation and what they're doing, but Lord, this has ramifications to potentially affect so many other churches. And Lord God, we need to get this situation resolved, Lord God.
So we're praying that you would be with the attorneys as well that she's working with. And that, Father God, again, that, God, you might move, that the Office of Faith with Trump, Lord God, that they might get wind of this and that, Lord God, they can do what they can do executively. But, Lord God, we're looking for you, Father God. And there's nothing, nothing too hard for you.
So we ask this in Jesus' name. Heavenly Father, Lord God, we're asking at this time, Lord, you've made it clear: He that is in us is greater than He that is in the world. And so, Heavenly Father, we ask for discernment. Give us a very clear leading. Show us what we need to do, Lord.
to right this wrong that's being done right now.
So this we ask, we ask that you would come against those that are coming against your church. and show us again what we need to do. Give us leading and a very, very clear direction. And you 'cause you've told us Lord, that resistance to tyranny is obedience to you, fail you to resist tyranny. There's always disobedience.
So show us how we can be in compliance and obedience. By resisting this tyranny, The Lord. And finding justice. This we ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
Amen. Elizabeth, do you by chance have? the a phone number there uh to for the Department there of Religious Freedom or Their telephone number? No, I don't I don't have it in front of me, but I c uh I have it, but I don't what is the correct is the correct uh name for that? It's a faith-based initiative.
The base office is the is is they have an office at the at the uh White House.
Okay, do you uh can you find that style? Uh You know, I I normally have a number for the White House, usually on my phone here, but I don't know, lately this this, uh This phone of mine has been readjusting itself. And boy, I'm not happy with the way it does it, but Uh, let me look at my phone and see if I But I have a number there. It would be great if uh the people would call their congressmen and ask them. Uh two Oh yeah.
seek the the President to to to look at this I got that number if you want it. All right, we've got a number here. Go ahead and give that number out. That number is 202. Seven oh eight.
Two four oh four. Once again, that's two oh two. Seven zero eight two four zero four. All right, very good. Folks, if you would do that, if we would give them a call.
and uh just tell them, you know, look, If they were to get 500 phone calls, let me tell you, they would fix it tomorrow, right? And that's what they need. And there's enough people out there listening. Folks out there, if it just remember the name is Elizabeth Gardiner. and her situation That elderly Christian lady that they're trying to put on the street.
The IRS. Would you and So if you would give him a call, you've heard the program tonight, you know what we're where we're coming from. That number again. It's 202. Seven oh eight two four zero Four.
Great. Do you have any? Uh any final comments b Well, thank you for the opportunity to speak, and God bless you all for everything that Salem does. For the betterment of our country and the world, and the Christian message that you give, I've been a a listener of Salem Radio for over twenty five years.
So that's from Hugh whenever Hugh Hewitt started in Salem. But my thought is our federal government is way too strong And And it needs to be checked. And if it isn't for us, good uh Christian citizens to understand what is right, whether it's an issue of abortion, whether it's the issue of the First Amendment Uh free exercise of religion. Uh we we need Active Uh Christians. to raise their voice.
And if they would be of assistance, that would be greatly appreciated. God bless you for your service. You know, this is. My fifty first year on the radio. And so I've been doing this for a while.
And um anyhow we've we've had over those years we've had over twenty four thousand babies saved from abortion. uh to do with this radio program since seventy three. But anyhow, I wanna I want to thank you for being here tonight. We're at that point where We switch and from this point on we go into prayer Um Yeah, you know, for the nation here and our people we when we Give the invitation for the Lord people to come to the Lord Jesus as His Savior.
So again, thank you both of you. Keep me updated. Keep us updated, if you will. And uh You know, if you don't get any response soon Give me another call back. Maybe we can do some more.
So, God bless you. Congratulations. Bless your everyone there is a studio. And I've been talking to you again for many years.
Okay. Well thank you and God bless and As we always say here, always, always keep fighting the fight. That's right. Right. That's what we this was our motto.
Fight, fight, fight. Remember when Trump said that?
So I I told my husband, I'm going to fight, fight, fight. And all all the elders of the we got five elders in our in our society, and they all said, Let's let's fight. Fight, let's fight. Amen. That's what that's what ours here.
We've got two sayings here: when in doubt charge, when not in doubt charge, anyway.
Okay. So, thank you for being here. Thanks again. God bless. Bye-bye.
Alright, with that, it's that time again, fellas, so Who wants to start with the invitation out there? Go ahead, Randy. Yeah, listen, those that are listening, we're coming to the point, or we're at that point, where this is the most important decision that you can make in this life. Because once you cross over, it doesn't matter what you believe or not, you're going to find out that Jesus is real, that God is real, and that there is a judgment, as the Word of God says. It is appointed after man wants to die, and after this is the judgment.
And so sometimes people feel like, you know, I've done too much wrong. There's no way that, you know, God could ever forgive me. I've even heard Trump say that. Uh but listen uh the price and the penalty that Jesus Christ paid for our sins on that cross. That was enough.
That blood that was shed, that holy blood that was shed, is enough. uh to cover your sin if you would accept him And in Isaiah, it says, Come now and let us reason together, saith the Lord. Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow, though they be. Red like crimson, they shall be as wool. And so you need to understand that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
And nothing that you're doing in this life right now is more important in making the preparation for your soul. And you can only do that by accepting Jesus. There's nothing that you can do. You can't live a good enough life. You can't give away enough money to charities or doing enough good works or anything like that.
Our righteousness, the Bible says, is as filthy rags.
So the only thing you could do is accept the plan that God set forward by setting his Son, Jesus Christ, to be the propitiation for our sins, dying on that cross, sacrificing and shedding his holy blood. There was no angel that could ever die for you. There's not another human being that could live holy enough or keep the laws. There was not a human being that could do that except for Jesus. Jesus Christ, and he did that.
And so he says, Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. He says, I am the way, the truth, and the life. Go ahead, Pastor Richard.
And that's the idea: we can't do anything about the sins that we've committed. And the Scripture tells us very c very clearly that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
So Even if we've only done a few sins or we've been fairly nice person. You know uh The simple thing is That no matter even if it's one sin, God can't allow sin into our into heaven. And so we couldn't go to heaven with one sin on us. And so the only solution is the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood that was shed on the cross for our sins.
If that blood isn't on us, when we can't get to heaven. It's a simple account, and it's kind of sad. In Romans 10, it says. Here's the simple salvation. Yeah.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, And shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, Thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is No difference between the Jew or the Greek. For the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
For whosoever shall call upon his name Of the Lord shall be saved. And that's it. That's a simple salvation.
So, all you need to do is bow your head and just admit that you're a sinner. Dear Heavenly Father. Uh I'm a sinner and I need a Savior, Lord. I need somebody to save me so I can go to heaven. And I ask you to come into my heart and change my life, make me different, Lord.
Make me a new creature. Let me be born again. And we just ask you, Heavenly Father, to do that. Because of our belief, our belief alone. It's not what we've done, it's what Jesus has done.
And our belief alone is what will send us to heaven. And Lord, we would ask for that to happen. Give us a new heart. and allow us to walk in your light from this day forward. That's salvation, folks.
If you prayed that with me. or anything like that, if it's a change in your heart. God says you're saved. And now you now you have a Place in heaven. and God is holding that for us until we get there.
So praise the Lord. Absolutely. And folks out there listening. I mean, a lot of people say, Well, you know How do I know? Everything I just heard is true.
Let me tell you, you can't afford. You can't afford to take a chance on that. There's no better explanation of our existence in existence from the Than what you find in God's word, the Bible. His word is absolute authority. It's the absolute authority.
He speaks with exactness. And here, folks, again, every one of you. That are alive, someday you won't be. We are eternal beings, we never go out of existence. We change real estate, we change form, but we're gonna go out of existence and you're gonna continue to exist.
You're either going to exist in glory if you If you listen, God has given you, He's opened the door, He's given you. Jesus took your place. He did all the. for you that you could not do for yourself.
so call upon his name to night. And we're running up. I know all you simply do is you pray to the Father. Ask for forgiveness of your sins. Ask the Lord Jesus to be the Lord of your life all of your life.
Without any reservations, folks. Just like it tells you in the Gospel of John, chapter three. and if you do that you will become a new creature. If you mean it. Listen.
And I believe that you want to avoid that burning lake of fire. You will become a new creature. You will become a born-again believer, an heir of the kingdom. And you will be filled with the Holy Spirit if you do that. You got God's word on it, which is the strongest thing that ever existed.
Well We're coming to that point where we come to every night where we say, Thanks for being here. We want to say good night. We want to say God, I'm blessed to you all out there. Thanks for your support. Remember what we just prayed about.
And always, always, always, and I do mean always, we want to say keep. Fighting the fight, fight, fight, fight, fight. Fight, fight, keep fighting, fight, fight, fight, fight, fight.
