In the program is Judge David Engler and his A lovely wife, Diane. Welcome to the program. Thank you. Wonderful to be here. And Diane's not talking because he beats her if she does.
No, only kid and post only kid. Bye. But uh, anyhow. No, uh Judge Ingler is here and he is running for The Eleventh District Court of Appeals, and he's got our vote, I can tell you that. And um Well You're supposed to say hello.
Hello. There you go. Hello. I'm just, I'm taking it in. I'm just, I'm soaking it in, you know, to get.
That your vote means a great deal to me and and because of the people that you're reaching. And because of your message, and because where your truth comes from is the exact same place that my truth comes from. And I'm not shy about telling people that I may be a judge in a black robe and I hold a gavel. But there is a biblical truth that I Um That I guide my life by. There's only one absolute book of law.
It's right here in front of me. It's called This is the Word of God right here. It's the absolute authority. That we have here. As the Lord Himself said, heaven and earth are past, but His words will never pass away.
And for two thousand years. People have been trying to get rid of this book, haven't they? But those words go back six thousand words for the Word of God here. Six thousand years, rather. And um Well, let's get into it because before we do that Uh I think we have uh Linda Tice.

Okay. Wait a minute, that doesn't sound like Linda. I got a This is Elizabeth. You keep coming back to me. Yeah, she said Elizabeth.
Well, w I think we got a mix up here on the program tonight. Uh How did we get Elizabeth here? I don't know. Let me throw her back on hold. Yeah, find out.
Find out what's going on here. See. This is a different kind of program.
Somehow we might have got got confused, uh, the books. Uh sometimes When you book people on on Thursday, they get confused with Tuesday. And so sometimes that happens, but Who knows what happens, but uh The name is El Very Elizabeth. is very, very familiar, but I'm not sure which Elizabeth. This is.
But anyhow, the the voice sounds familiar to me. But I'll find out in a little while. But we have to go to prayer, okay?
So Let's go to We have Lind no, Linda's not there, right?
Okay. Because Linda had called in, she needs we wanted a prayer for Veronica. Veronica has postpartum Psychosis Mania. Uh and this is this is folks, it's where you start having a lot of illusions, delusions and things, okay? And um so we're gonna pray for her and then Donna has stage four cancer.
And she's not saved.
So let's pray for the two of 'em. Heavenly Father, Lord God, I just want to start and hold up. have Veronica here, Lord I you know, just the very thought of this having postpartum. Psychosis mania. where you're you're so con you're confused, you uh, Lord, you you have illusions and And I hear that she's she's a saved person.
She's w she loves the Lord and So, we want to hold her up, and I'm going to ask all you folks out there from coast to coast, wherever you're listening to this radio program. Uh And over the internet around the world. To join with me in prayer. Would you do that? Because God's word, the Bible is very clear.
There's power in prayer, much, much prayer, much power. Little prayer, little power.
So let's pray. Heavenly Father, Lord God, I would ask that you would just touch Veronica here tonight. Lord God, we know that a lot of times, so many times, Uh Yeah. They We have situations far beyond what all of our technology and all of our medical science can do. Father God, we know that you have unlimited power.
We ask, Lord, that you would touch her. you would heal her, and then you would use her. in a mighty, mighty way, to your glory right up until the time you took her home. We want to ask for Donna. First, we know that the very first blessing you can receive is that blessing of eternal life, that blessing of salvation.
And once you've received that, you're open for all of the blessings, God, that you have to offer.
So we would ask that even this very night, even this very moment, Donna might might receive Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour out there. for we know that she's very, very ill And uh May, take that illness might be what brings her to you. and that she might receive Eternal life and then a healing from that cancer. These we ask in Jesus' precious name. Amen.
Yeah. All right, did did we get uh anything with Elizabeth? I'm not sure. Um, no, I'm I'm I'm not sure what Elizabeth was calling about, but she did say she wanted to talk to you, so. I don't know if.

Okay. Uh So there you go. You never know what's gonna happen here on this radio program. We're gonna start tonight, though. I know where I'm gonna start.
And that's right in the Word of God in Deuteronomy chapter sixteen, verses eighteen through twenty two. And if we go through here, David, if you have any questions Or Diane, if you have any questions, just uh just jump right up and ask. And so we start with verse 18. First of all, Uh let me ask you. Do you know who Susan Race is?
I do, I do. Do you know who Chucky Schumer is? I do. James Carville? Yes.
You know who Ayok or A O C is? Yes, I do. And uh well anyhow All of those people have come out and they said something recently, and you know what they've said? The first thing that they will do if they After the midterms, when they take back Congress, they're going to impeach. President Trump and vice president they've y even today come out and And they're gonna say they wanna impeach them both, but then they want to send us to prison.
They wanna send me to jail, okay? And you, okay? Anyone who's MAGA, anyone who's who pro-lifers. like they did when Biden was in office. They said a lot of pro-lifers went to prison, okay.
And so, uh Anyhow, and and the way that they say they're gonna do that is through lawfare. Lawfare that's corrupt, corrupt judges like Boysberg and that. And so it is Here God tells us he gives us the qualifications for and the orders for judges. He says, Judges and officers shall thou make thee and all the gates Which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
Now, the reason he's telling you the gates is the gates is where. They did all the business where The political business was done, the judicial business was done, and all the commerce of the city. was done right in the gates of the city. That's where it was all taken care of. And he says And g and God giveth thee throughout the tribes, and and they shall judge the people with a just judgment.
Just judgment.
So how do you determine what's a just judgment?
Well A good way to go would be a hundred and thirty nights sole, but God's word, the Bible, defines what is just. You've often heard people Ma make statements. There's sound bites out there t today. You hear it all the time. especially neo evangelical were Uh they say We are the Bible teachers.
That you hate the sin but love the sinner. The Bible doesn't teach that. The Bible teaches that we are to hate what God hates and love what God loves. That's what the Bible teaches, okay? and not not these sound bites that you hear people often say.
And that's what it means. Then he says this Thou shalt not rest judgment Now Here in our in our definition, if we use that word, if I was to say judge. If I was to wrest something from you, it would mean me mean to take it. But here, that that's not exactly what that means. What that means in that Hebrew word there is pervert.
Thou shalt not pervert judgment. Thou shalt not respect persons In other words, Uh as a judge And you have someone of influence. Who kinna? Maybe help you. Uh you know And as you're right in office, or you got someone who's got no influence.
Uh but justice should be the same for both of 'em, okay? Uh and this is what he's talking about here. That neither shall I respect persons, neither take a gift. You know Oh, y you saw what's happening And and and not just in Not just in Congress today. You know, you have Nancy Pelosi was worth one million dollars when she took office.
Today it's over 340 million. Harry Truman said When a politician gets rich in office, you can bet he's a crook, right?
Now, uh, I I know it had to be a little bit more than just insider trading, but If you look at um AOC If you look at J uh Jazzy, Jazzabel the Crockett that uh she started out uh with a with a thousand or two thousand dollars worth, and now she's over thirty something thousand. But Eh uh Omar, the little Moslem woman. She started out in debt. She was in debt, and now she's worth over thirty five million dollars just a couple of years. How does that happen?
We're seeing that, but we're seeing the same thing happening and two other professions one is yours and one is mine. Uh to day you see these preachers out there These prosperity preachers that are multi-billionaires, okay. Uh I mean billionaires, not just millionaires today. And also you see a number of judges out there Let of Well You know, they live in two or three thousand dollar mansions and yet Their salaries aren't that big. You you don't have a salary like that, do you?
No, no, I do not. I do not. I'm a humble servant of the state of Ohio. Uh Amen. And so this is what he's talking about.
Or you don't take gifts, you don't take bribes, okay? And He goes on. For a gift does blind the eyes of the wise and pervert the words of the righteous. That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, and thou May'st live. and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Thou should not plant a they a grove of t any trees near unto the altar of the LORD, that the God which thou shalt make thee know. Here trees were not they they were lawful to plant a grove of trees. That's how they got the fruit. They had figs and they had almonds and and olives and that. But They did something else in those groves.
They sacrificed children. And they were and you and They liked to plant him close to the altar and and he forbid a grove. to be planted anywhere near the altar of God, okay? And then he says here, by the way, Um That word Grove. The actual word for that was in the Hebrew was Asherah, Asherah.
And Asherah was said to be the wife this these are these pagan gods okay of L, and L was the And she was also the mother of Baal. And so Then Bale Poor Is where the king, it was the king. A bell And that was Jezebel's father. And he was also uh the grand grandfather or the grandson is what you see in Ezekiel twenty eight, the king. Uh but a king that declared himself to be God.
Okay. And so So There you have Some that God has given you Uh Some of what he requires a judge to be. If we turn over to Isaiah chapter 3. Yeah. In Isaiah chapter 3.
Uh I had m mentioned to you this earlier. In verse 9, it says, The show of their countenance doth witness against them, that's the look on their face. That they declare their sin as Sodom.
Now he's talking about judges here. They declare their sin as as in Sodom.
Now, in S in Sodom The very first time the word abomination was used in Scripture, was for the sin of sodomy. And today, what do they do? They they glorified L G B D Q. They glorify that's that sin of sodomy. And he says here, Woe unto their soul, for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.
Say you to the righteous that it shall be Well with him. for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe unto the wicked, it shall be ill with him. for a reward of his hands shall be given him. As for my people, children are their oppressors.
This word here, children, means incompetent. It's an incompetent person, okay? Like like we have so many in government today and But if you go to verse 4. And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them. That means actual adolescence, that word there that's used.
And so what he's telling you and that and that took place shortly after this that happened Because Here Manasseh at the age of twelve became king. and he was the one that had the prophet Isaiah sawed in half. Which um And and there's a punishment God shriveled his hands, his hands uh were shriveled up until he repented. He goes on to say, As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. And my people And so here again he people didn't re realize it, but to women to rule over the men in Scripture he tells you That The enemy attacks men in the area of pride.
That's worry tax men. We get that the very first. uh sin of pride. Happened in the throne room of God with Lucifer when Lucifer. which was the the greatest creature the the most beautiful creature ezekiel chapter 28 that God made, okay.
Uh And you because you get You see these pictures of this Serpent wrapped around a tree. Beguile a knave? No. He didn't look that he w he he looked like a man. He walked on two legs.
and his vesture was with diamonds and rubies and all precious stones, He was the most beautiful creature God made, Lucifer. And so what would attract the second most beautiful creature?
Well, Eve was a prototype. She was the most beautiful woman that ever existed there. Uh, she was made perfect. and she was attracted by the beauty of Lucifer there. And so Here Paul tells you the Apostle Paul says that Men the enemy comes against the men in the area of pride.
And and we have that even as we're as we're kids, you know, like uh I can run faster than you, you know. My dog's bigger than your dog, whatever. But in with women it was the area of discernment, and that's what the Apostle Paul says there. That's where the women are attacked in the area of discernment. and here he's talkin' about giving women And where their prop weakness is discernment rule over the people, okay?
And so Here And he says here and they which lead thee cause thee to err and destroy the way of thy paths The Lord standeth up to plead and standeth to judge the world. In other words, that word plead means contend. He's contending there with the people. There. He goes on to say The LORD will enter into judgment with the ancients of thy people, and the princes thereof, For you have eaten up the vineyard, and the spoil of the poor is in your houses.
So He's saying if you want to find out where the property of the poor are, you can go to the rich and they it's in their place they have all the the they have the And then he says What mean ye that beat my people to pieces? and grind the faces of the poor, saith the LORD God of hosts, And then He goes and he deals with at that time Um the daughters of Zion, okay, which were the wealthy uh the wealthy Jewish women, he's dealing with them. Because they're They're ruling now, but they're very cruel. And So he says here Oh Moreover, the Lord said, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty and walk with stretched forth necks. and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and maketh a tinkling with their feet.
that's all those things that, uh those little trinkets and things that they would wear like on their bracelets and that. Uh therefore Now you see wh wh what happened is those women had these uh maids That would Would fix their hair, you know, fix it up like a nice thing, and then they would put all those little things in it, those little ornaments in their hair. But but to show you that they were wealthy. Their skin would be light. They would be out of the sunlight, okay?
and that's how they would prove that they were they were wealthy people. And he says, Therefore will the LORD smite the scab of the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, And so in other words what happened in those days we were just talking about the um Okay. The gates of the city. When Israel would go to war with the Canaanites and the Philistines and that Uh Win home. the Israel women would be captured.
By the enemy. They would take them into the the gates of the city. There would be a platform like they were in the early days, you know, of slavery in this country. and they would bring these women up The men they would kill. They would kill the men off right away.
In fact, you find that down here. Verse twenty five. The men shall fall by the sword And I'm mighty in war. But what the women of the conquering tribe Would bring these women up here, and that's what would happen to them, and that was God's judgment on them. and they would bring him up s s uh naked And then they would humiliate them.
They would humiliate them. uh upon that stage. He says Therefore the Lord will smite with his scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will discover their secret parts. In other words, like they did the prisons and that, yeah. In that day, the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments.
about their feet in their cowls, and the round tires like the moon. The chains, the bracelets, the mufflers, the bonnets. the ornaments of the legs The headbands and the tablets and the earrings. the rings and the nose jewels. The changeable Um suits of apparel and the mantles, the wimples, The crisp pullman.
Why the hell could you walk with all that stuff? I don't know. They're loaded down. Yeah, boy. They're not sneaking around anywhere.
No. But here's the thing: you see, because now.
Now they're going to be out in the field and they're going to be working out in the field. And if you're a very light-complainted person, what happens to get out and have sunlight?
Well Uh and the glasses and the fine linens, the hoods and the veils And it shall come to pass that instead of a sweet smell there shall be a stink, and instead of a girdle a rent, and instead of a well set hair baldness, and instead of a stomacher, a girding of sackcloth, and burning instead of beauty. The men shall fall by the sword and the mighty in war, And her gates shall lament, and mourn, and she shall be desolate, and shall sit upon the ground.
Well, one of the reasons he did that was because of what Manasseh did. And here uh these women became very, very They became judges and they b they were wicked, okay? And they uh They made their husbands take more and more from the people. and that's where you see in that verse at the top. And um They beat the faces, as it says.
What mean ye, the beat? my people to pieces and grind the faces of the poor, saith the Lord God of hosts. And that's what and that was God's judgment on it. And uh But you don't want that kind of judgment, do you? And with that we'll be back right after this.
I had this crazy dream. About some folks who love this country, who all began to dream the same dream. And when the morning came. There arose across this nation people thinking one and the same. And they awoke to find their freedoms and all their liberties had gradually been taken away.
And when they realize the danger to their posterity, I heard those patriotic people. You say We want this country back. We ain't just joking, Jack. We want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back.
She's been driven way off track. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now. And we ain't gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore. Remember golden days when the stars and stripes forever symbolized her glorious name?
America. But now it's all been changed And when we gaze upon Old Glory It's hard to fight back feelings of shame Warp it up with lion hole. And greedy corporations who have sold us out time and again. And we're sick and tired of sending our soldiers off to wars that we were never meant to win. We want this country back.
We a Just joking Jack. We want our liberty. And our dignity. And our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back.
She's been driven way off track. We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now. And we ain't gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore. Now we know our cause is right.
And our victory's on the way And we won't give up the fight till we hear 200 million say Wee-wee. Want this country back. We ain't Just joking, Jack. We want our liberty. And our dignity.
And our freedoms and our rights restored. We want this country back. And we ain't taking Anymore back We're wide awake and we're better than Now, and we ain't gonna take it anymore. No, we're not gonna take it anymore. That's right, we're not gonna take it anymore.
We said we're not gonna take it anymore. That's right, we're not gonna take it anymore. We said we're not gonna take it anymore. All right, no, we're not gonna take it anymore.
Some of us haven't been taking it, we've been pushing back because from Genesis to Revelation, God's word, the Bible says resistance to tyranny is obedience to God. Failure to resist tyranny. Tyranny is disobedience, and he tells you: Be you a doer of the word, not a hearer only. deceiving your own selves and so With that I have Judge David Ingler here with me and he Uh he's got a well, he's got some really good news.
So Take it away. Fantastic.
Well, thank you. Thank you, Pastor. Um and I'm I'm happy to be here with my wife, Diane. In in beautiful Independence, Ohio. The news is is this, and this is God putting his hand on me and and guiding me in the Direction I need to go because sometimes you don't know.
You know, I've been. a practicing attorney for many, many years. Doing much litigation. I had represented Boys to Men in a record deal. In the year 2000, I had represented the producer of Hot in Cleveland, the big Smash T V show.
Mm-hmm. many different divorces and custody hearings and brought lawsuits. all across the state of Ohio.
Well, I wish I had known about you earlier. Yeah, I could have used you. I've been busy. And I became a judge sort of later on in life. You know, I'm a little bit older, not out to quite out to pasture yet.
However, at a recent Right to Life convention, I was meeting with some people who were interested in the fact that I was seeking to be elected to the 11th District Court of Appeals, which is the northeast corner of Ohio, Ashabula, Lake Giaga, Portich in Trumbull County, Trumbull, where I'm currently a judge. Yeah. I was talking to them about Article 1, Section 22 of the Ohio Constitution. That is the abortion amendment that was passed in November of 2023. uh by the public.
And I was demonstrating to the group the use of AI, you know, because AI could be used as a useful tool. if it's understood and used just as that as a tool. Uh because we're taught as lawyers and and judges to To do proper research, and you have to do your research before you do anything. Always be prepared. Always do your reading ahead of time.
Understand what you're talking about. Absolutely. And in the course of that, now, this is the key piece. I'm trying to d to determine if there's a any sort of Is there any issue, avenue attack, in terms of the abortion amendment, and, as it turns out, there is. in the state of Ohio.
Uh that As a juvenile court judge, And all the juvenile court judges around Ohio, they were part of something called the judicial bypass. Judicial bypass is a procedure where if a minor wanted to have an abortion, But they didn't want their parent to consent, or they didn't want to tell their parent they were having an abortion, then an abortion provider or some type of friend or some advocate would bring that. that young girl into the courtroom, and that information would be presented to the judge. The court would then appoint a guardian ad litem uh to interview the girl and make determinations about their maturity, if they understood the consequences. etc.
And then a judge would make a decision. A judge like me Would make a decision whether the parent should be involved or not involved. If there was some particular reason why a parent should be involved, that was up to the judge.
Well In Ohio right now. If your fifteen year old daughter wants to get a tattoo. She needs Her parents' consent If that same fifteen year old daughter in Ohio wants to abort Her child was or your grandchild. She doesn't need your consent. That's an abomination.
It's absolutely. It's. It's odd, it's strange, it's sick, it's twisted. And the reason that exists, Pastor, i is that When that abortion amendment was passed, They didn't tell people that they were going to strip away parents' consent. The right for a parent to be a parent, the right for a parent to give advice and counsel to their child.
didn't tell the public that was in the amendment. And because Section 4 of the Ohio Constitution Is where the power that I have as a judge comes from. It's in the Constitution, but for the Constitution, I don't have a job. but in another section of the Constitution, it takes away my power.
So there's conflicting sections of the Ohio Constitution. And when you have conflicting sections of the Ohio Constitution, one giving a judge a power, the other taking away power from a judge. But the way you construe it, the way you take a look at it in hindsight, is to ask the court, the Supreme Court of Ohio, for a declaratory judgment. I love that word, declaratory judgment, Supreme Court.
So I have prepared litigation and I'm breaking it tonight on this program. to a national audience because it deserves that much attention. That You must Say to the Supreme Court, Supreme Court, I'm a juvenile judge in Ohio. My name's David Angler. And You took away, or well, you didn't take away Supreme Court, but that amendment, that abortion amendment, took away.
the right for me to do my job as a judge. I'm asking you to enjoin The abortion amendment. Put a halt to it. Stop it. And then you send that language back to the ballot commission.
the group that drafted that language in the first place, and tell them. If you want to take away a parent's right to consent, a parent's right to be a parent, then spell it out in the amendment and then let the people vote on it. But don't trick 'em. And that's what they did. They tricked him.
Absolutely. They absolutely tricked him. People would not have voted for something if they knew that you were taking parents. out of the equation. And taking parents out of the equation isn't just an accident.
It's not just an accident. You can't get to communism in my mind. Without the family in the way. Absolutely. You're absolutely right.
That's what it is. You need to take it down. And so My declaratory action. will be filed before the Ohio State Supreme Court. asking that the language be rewritten.
in a manner that's consistent. With my role as a judge.
Now, if the ballot commission wants to rewrite this language, and say, Okay, Judge Engler and all you other juvenile court judges throughout Ohio, You have no authority anymore. We will spell it out in the Constitution that you don't have authority when it comes to dealing with parental consent.
Okay, well put that before the public. If you're so sure that the public will will accept that, Then let them have it. Yes, say that, and not the opposite of what they've done, the way that they had things worded. People did not understand. If people understood that they were making killing a child a constitutional right.
People never would have voted for it. And there were people so confused that I tried to explain it to them. And I couldn't get through because they had been. they had read so much. uh especially the way it was on the ballot.
That was total disinformation. Isn't and isn't it true that you know w we know we talked to a a gentleman and and and this this was interesting. I we mentioned it when we were having dinner earlier, how how God works and And I tell people this, I'm not sure if I'm in that race for the 11th District Court of Appeals. To win that race, or if I'm in that race to find this issue, to be this advocate, to be this champion, to take this fight on. That might be why I'm here right now.
I have no doubts at all. Yeah, that's what I'm supposed to do. But so much so. That When I'm doing the research and I'm putting this together, A friend of mine had called from a resource center that deals with. young women who are abortion ready.
You know, they're thinking about having an abortion. And The Young woman had listened to the baby's heartbeat and decided that she wanted to keep this child. And decide that maybe she wanted to raise this child, or at the very least, put this baby up for adoption. At that very moment, Pastor Ernie, at that very moment, The mother of that young girl, that minor. had come to the facility And was saying No you don't.
I'm not. I want you to have that abortion if you want. I am not going to agree that you're emancipated, my daughter, and I have set a meeting up for an uh with an abortion provider to take you to that clinic. At the very same time that I'm on the phone call explaining the law and the Constitution of the state of Ohio. That drama is happening in real time.
And I was able, I was able to give. My opinion that There's no more parental consent needed. Tell that mother She has no choice. If her daughter wants to have her child. In that instance, it was a good thing.
Yeah. Because the child wanted to have the daughter. And I understand that that grandmother Also, I was brought in to listen to the child's heartbeat and the sonogram at this facility. We only pray, we pray, and the lady asked for our prayers to say, May that grandmother realize that that's her grandchild that she's listening to the heartbeat of, and be there to support her daughter in that decision to deliver that baby and to have that baby, whether she keeps it and the grandmother and the daughter help raise it or she puts it up for adoption, but it's a precious life. Amen.
You know, the very first command that God gave men, do you know what that was? The very first command was to be fruitful, multiply, have children, give life, bring life. And from Genesis 1 to Genesis 9, he gives that command three times. Be fruitful and multiply. Dang.
And then, you know, I discussed it before. He gives you, when God gave us. the divine institution of human government. He made the five points, and they are right here in Genesis chapter nine. The third point of that five points, the most important.
was the entire purpose of human government, the entire purpose of divine human government Was to preserve the image of God, that being man.
So Tell me what that court in 'seventy three' did. They declared God dead. They were only supreme in the rebellion against God. That that was they they committed abs absolute Uh tyranny against Almighty God, okay. Treason against God and the country.
And so Well, it's it's it's fasting. Pastor Ernie, I think. I'm one of the few judges, certainly in Ohio and in the nation. I do TikToks. I communicate to peop through through TikToks.
It's called Judging David 2. And I've had maybe a million views on my TikTok channel. Where I talk about the role of a judge, and I do some fun things. But the one thing that gets people going. But I'll say this: it's a minority.
It's a minority of people. If I dare bring up religion, if I dare bring up. Bible-based principles. in the context of me being a judge, Oh, so many people just go berserk. They start calling me names.
They've called me a Nazi. They've called me a right-wing lunatic. When I did a. A posting where I was publicizing that we were going to have a vigil for Charlie Kirk. And I did it in my robe.
And all we did was get together in in our community in Warren, Ohio, and pray and sing songs, listen to the great Chris Higbee Country Western Band. And I got grieved over it. They sent a grievance to the Ohio Supreme Court to try to stop me. The reason for that you'll find in 2 Timothy chapter 3. And he tells you And he it makes a very very clear uh He says, in the last days, now previous chapters in chapter 4 says, and later days or end times.
But twice there, there and Peter, He tells you in the last days and then he gives a litany Of the characteristics of and the attributes of men are going to have. At the end of the sixth dispensation period at church age, the last days And it's exactly what we have today, what you just said. People uh It's like the world out there is saying You know, God's got to get with the times. No, God doesn't have to get with the times, okay?
Okay, people better understand that out. You know, it's God's immutable, He doesn't change. And so And you know, we're standing.
Now think about this for a minute. Here from coast to coast. I've been saving babies my whole life. and I've talked to a lot of these abortionists that have come out of the baby killing industry. and every one of em will tell me They only claim one out of every two babies they kill.
They only claim. That's a a practice throughout the industry, okay? They don't even They don't even turn in numbers to tell how many babies they killed there. They don't even report it, okay? out there.
And so instead of saying sixty-five million, it's it's more than it's double that. It's double that.
Now think about that. In America The land of the free, home of the brave, our sewers from coast to coast run red with the blood of innocent children. That's happening in the shadow of an Almighty God. And Almighty God, who is long suffering, But he's not slack when it comes to judgment, and We've been trying to preach this for years and years out there. Remember he heard Abel's blood cry out And the blood of those babies are crying out to Almighty God.
And there's gonna be a one heck of a judgment take place upon this planet. You know that I have no doubts in my mind that that Court of nineteen seventy three did seven of those nine judges I won't call em justices Seven of em are at least in burning in hell to day. Burning right and people say, Well boy That's that's That's inflammatory rhetoric. Get me going. I'll give you some inflammatory.
you know, if you wanted to see someone have inflammatory rhetoric it was the Lord Jesus. Uh, he didn't he didn't pull any punches at all, okay. Right. It's remarkable. I really thank you for the work you do.
Fighting for the unborn, fighting for those lives. And for doing for such a long period of time, I am blessed just to be in this radio studio with you and have spent the time tonight talking to you and learning more about you. I wish I could see the documentary. When is it going to be made?
Well actually We've had ma we've made some already. We have D V D's of fifty years um So very interesting. Life and stories. I could have never pulled my life off the things that have happened to me myself. I'm not that smart.
I'm really not, okay. But believe it or not, Diane, I am smarter than I look. I'd almost have to be, right? All you got to do is ask Kenny, he'll tell you. But I have I agree.
But I am uh You know, one of the things I have a big event coming up on Thursday at the Avalon Grand Resort, the number one resort, number one center in the state of Ohio. And by the way, that's a good part of the state of Ohio. One of the bad things of the state of Ohio right now is we're fast becoming an abortion destination in the entire country. Last year in the state of Ohio, there were reported 25,000 abortions. Half of those abortions were as a result of a medical abortion, a pill.
And half of those abortions were abortions of. of African American babies. It's a terrible shame. But g getting back to what I'm going to do at the Avalon Grand Resort on Thursday, I'm going to be talking about this litigation coming up. The cell phone number of my campaign.

And they got us through the lean times that we had in Youngstown and Warren. And they're here right now, and they're going to be here for our golden days that are yet to come. And they will come.
Praise the Lord. I know that you have got our endorsement right to the Life Action Committee of Ohio. has en has endorsed you and and and I gotta tell you, Uh do you have to be against abortion, period, okay, period, to get that endorsement and you you made it. Let don't get our endorsement and uh You've got my adoration, but what's right, what's left ministries too, 100%. Oh, that's that's beautiful.

And so uh and I will give you all the airtime you could use if uh to come on here and and we're going to be with you When as we go And we try to get this uh you know you know your the the way you you have that legislation passed Um Well we're going to keep you in prayer too, big time on that. you know, when we was talking about this and and I was trying to tell her how important it was. And when you get when you get to this point in time, you're like, look, it feels like I I literally feel like I'm up against a Goliath and I and I am a David too, and I just got one pebble in my sling. And I have to look around and I have to feel the strength of the people behind me and have me lifted up in prayer to give me the strength to do this. Because it's not easy to take on Goliath. No, it's not.
It really isn't. But, you know. Bible says, If the Lord be with you, who could stand against you? And so, Amen. You know, we're You know.
You you've got us, we've got your back, we're gonna push because I've been hoping for a judge like you and this is That that hurt me so bad when they passed that Issue One because I saw so many people being so lied to and so confused and Boy, I'm going to tell you, but if we can get this passed and praise the good Lord, you're the guy that can do it. Thank you. Anyhow, I know we're coming up to a break. I guess you guys probably want to get home and and get to bed, all right? I got cases tomorrow.
