Well, I know that s some of us have been pretty unhappy, especially with the weather up here lately. Wow, I can tell you last night what a what a ride home I had, I should say this morning early.
Well, one o'clock it was a white out. What a white out all the way home. It was no fun. We're having global warming. How can you be having a whiteout in global warming?
and parts of the country having the most snow they've had since somewhere in the eighteen hundreds. How could it possibly be happening with global warming? I must be talking too. that, uh, fellow Paul Ehrlich. You remember Paul Ehrlich?
Oh, yeah, that guy. Yeah. He hasn't gotten anything right yet. No, guess what, though? He he finally did get something done.
He died today. He died today. Yeah, he was a thief. The world didn't. We didn't lose much, I'm sorry.
Well, he's a believer now. He was a. Long time advocate Antichrist, he He did not let God or c uh or Christians at all and uh But today he became. He's awake now and knows. Yep, he became a believer today.

So I had a a tooth I knocked out a tooth. I went to the dentist to get it fixed and found out I got I gotta have a road canal, so Ha ha ha ha ha. I've got to tell you, we've had some exciting times now. I don't know what's what's gonna happen. It could be, but what we need f we need a good night tonight, a good night tonight.
And so what I'm going to do is ask you to pray and get all the folks please folks out there listening. Please pray with Pastor Joe tonight that we can have a good night because we definitely need a good night tonight. Oh, dear Heavenly Father, as we Listen to the news around the world. We can see changes coming faster and harder. Things that we have tried to warn the people about are just happening. Our world is changing. And we have the enemy within The greatest danger of all is that enemy within.
And largest ministry has been out in front Warning the people, giving out the truth. to what's going on. And we ask if it be thy will, Father, that this radio program continues to be on the air with Pastor Ernie. at the helm. And uh Mm-hmm.
We need that truth and that knowledge out there to this country more than ever. And Lord, I would just ask you to touch the hearts and minds of the people out there that. they would understand that you have said in your word that When you give to a righteous cause, when you support a ministry, that you will make sure that. A giver can continue to give. And that when they give to a ministry that's serving you, that they will share in all the blessings, all the blessings of everything this ministry has done from the trucking to hospice to teaching to the radio ministry to all the other things that go on Anything that blesses you, those that support Lord.
Let them in their hearts understand that they will share in all the blessings And you bless the people that go out and do thy will. and due to your work.
So tonight we just make that appeal, Lord, and that you would just reach out and in your own way, you know who needs to be touched. And so And we we left off in verse 19. And it was the title of the message. They went out from us, but they were not of us, for had they been of us they would no doubt have continued with us, but they were not of us that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
So we talked about this last night and in that time here when this was being written, the Apostle Paul had been dealing with uh, two ba two major groups of people. Actually there were more. Uh there were the Antichrist too, but He was dealing with um The Gnostics And also the Judaizers and I think I think we went into uh detail last night on agnostics. and the Judaizers You know, uh very quickly the Gnostics had two six. two distinct sects.
One uh they believe that Uh They were spiritual beings and not Physical beings. Therefore One sect believed that since they were spiritual beings, they had to abstain. as much as possible from anything material. And so Uh, they ate as little, they drank as little as possible, some either even tried to dreathe breathe as little.
Some actually lived in trees, others In caves they wore as little amount of clothes as they could. Um and some actually believe that their priests that if they had touched a woman They would have to burn the tips of those fingers to touch the woman because Um That was the be they violated themselves and then they believed that they would were like a stairway to heaven, and you would ascend upon this stairway, Uh by How much? Um you could possibly refrain from uh in materialistic worlds, okay. The other sect was just the opposite. They too believed that you were a spiritual being.
that materialist material could have no no effect on you.
So they went in the absolute opposite direction. They believed that everything, that since they were were spiritual beings, They could eat all they want, they could drink all they want, they could have as much illicit sex as they want. uh none of none of these things would have any effect on him, so Uh They were both Pretty far off, would you not say, Joe? Wow. Bert sounds you know, when you have something that's diametrically opposed, I It seems like they've gone out of their way to avoid the truth as much as humanly possible, is what it sounded like.

Let's pick it up there in first John chapter two, verse nineteen.
They went out from us. But they were not all of us, for had they been of us they would have no doubt have continued with us. but they went out that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. The other group we were talking about, Joe, were the Judaizers. And of course the Judaizers, and there are Judaizers today.
Uh they taught that uh salvation came through Jesus. Plus by Believing on the Lord Jesus, but also by keeping the laws of Moses.
So you had to. You had to marry Grace to the law. And uh Joe, are we saved by grace or are we saved by the law? We are saved by grace. You can't it's like mixing the two don't mix.
You're either Christian or you're Jewish. God did not make a combination there, did he?
Well, no, it's the the law. Uh the Jewish you know, the Jews were saved. The first ones saved were the Jews, but they They were saved by grace and faith, and not of works. Uh, unless any man should boast, but uh But the law, there was only one that fulfilled the law. Only one kept the law.
One human being that ever walked the earth filled the fall. fulfilled the wall. and that was the Lord himself. And the reason is You believe that you say by the law, the Jews still believe that because they're still waiting for Christ to come.
So, um You know, grace is the only way we're saved. There is no way we could uh Did they have him other than through Christ himself? Yeah, but you know, Joe, today You still have those, you know, since I was a talking to some one that was in Israel. Orthodox Jews professing that Jesus is the Christ, that the Lord Jesus is the Christ. But also we had to be they had to also keep the laws of Moses.
And they still believe that today. And We've already learned that men can't keep the law. Yeah, I know. But I can tell you this: I had to do something that's impossible to do. I had a lot of dialogue.
With these folks, and I can tell you, you can take it up to the point where you you try to show them. What the Lord Jesus taught about that, and that's where they cut off the conversation. They won't go there with you. And so Anyhow. The next verse says You have an unction from the Holy One, and you know all things.
Now that is the way that they spoke back when this w uh sixteen eleven book was put together. But that could be better said, if you will. That You all know things. You all, instead of you know all things, you all know things. He's making a point.
He's. He's not saying that you know everything. But he's saying that you all all of us he's talking about here in those church You know things. And that word unction Joe. is actually the same word that we use for anointing.
You have the anointing. And so I want to just jump way out ahead here on this to verse twenty seven. And so Go ahead. Would you read verse twenty seven? Yeah.
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you. and ye need not that any man teach you. But as the same anointing teacheth you all of all things, And his truth. And it isn't a lie. And even as it That taught you.
Ye shall abide in him.
Okay, so he's making a point. He's not He's not saying that you don't need to study the word of God by any means at all. Uh, and and he's not he's not telling you that Uh That there's nothing you know everything, there's nothing more d for you to learn. What he's what he's telling you here That word anointing is In 1 Peter chapter 2 and verse 9, Peter talk tells us that We're a nation of priests. We're a A holy priesthood.
And when we have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, That's all we need to know is that we're filled with the Holy Spirit, okay? And here, we're guided by the Holy Spirit. He. He leads us, he guides us, he uh nudges this and he helps us when we study. When we read God's word, he helps us in understanding.
The Holy Spirit's the one that convicts the heart. to repent and turn to Christ as Savior.
So The anointing is almost like the indwelling when you have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, right? Yep, you got it. All right, I'm going to from here We let's jump over to f uh Second Corinthians chapter eleven Because when he's talking about they came out from us, but they were never part of us. And of course that's what And and, you know, there's another application to that too. Uh and we'll we'll take a we'll look at some of that applications here.
But in Second Corinthians chapter 11, verse 4 Oh okay. It is he that cometh preach preacheth another Jesus whom we have not preached For if ye receive another spirit which ye have not received, or another gospel which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. And so That sounds like a contradiction, doesn't it? For if he that cometh preacheth kind of, but it it talks about there all the trying to show you there's all kinds of false things out there.
Well if you've been taught by some The difference, Joe, is here. when he said, uh if you come and preach us another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive another spirit, which you have not received, or another gospel what you have not accepted You might well here is here's the key. It's that word bear there. If I say that's what he's is meaning to push push, see now. Normally where you use that word, the word there means to Hold something up or carry somebody's burden carry their burden here.
This means to push that push away from And then Would you go jump over? To verse twelve and read twelve through fifteen.
So what I do that I will do. that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion. what wherein they glory they may be found even as we For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel. for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Pub star, did you have me go? Of verse two, verse fifteen.
Okay, therefore, it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed. As ministers of righteousness. whose end shall be according to their works. All right, hang tight, we'll be right back.
Now we can see a new world. coming into view. A world in which there is the very real prospect of a new world order. The new world order does not mean surrendering our national sovereignty. or forfeiting our interests.
How can I convince you when your ears refuse to hear? You turn your heart away from me each time when I draw near. Your eyes refuse to meet with mine, they glance away in fear. As if you should not look at your rejection in the mirror. How can I explain to you when you won't understand?
You scoff me and you mock me and reject the truth at hand. You spread your vicious rumors all across this troubled land. You willfully and knowingly transgress from his command. Your mind has been made and used by people you don't know. Thought machines control is seen so well it doesn't show.
How can I contain this anguish and this pain? Knowing that your eyes are blinded by the lies. Have your eyes been blinded by the lies? Have your eyes been blinded by the lies? Yes, your eyes are blinded by the lies.
Yes, your eyes are blinded by the lies. Every time I think about the damage that's been done, the anger wells inside me till I'm almost overcome. I wanna tear the moon out of the sky and drop the sun. Why do I do so often? Even though your eyes are open, they may never ever see.
Your mind may never comprehend this sinful subtlety. Your heart may never hunger for the truth that sets you free. Your soul may know the darkness of divine eternity. Like petty thieves who plunder in the shadows of the night, they break inside and enter through the windows of your mind. How can I control this poisoning of the soul?
These lies that blind. Your eyes blinded by the lies. Have your eyes been blinded by the lies? Have your eyes been blinded by the lies? Yes, your eyes are blinded by the lies.
Yes, your eyes are blinded by the lies. So we've got I've got a clip, Joe, that I wanted to play. Uh, it says Judge A pipe uh para judge Janine. Pyro. This is a Really interesting. She's now not not a judge, she's a a attorney general or or a prosecuting attorney for yeah, attorney general for Uh D Columnia.
Uh, District of Columbia, right, and so Anyhow. We're gonna listen to this. We'll do about five minute clip and then you and I will will comment on it. And uh We'll let Spunky comment if he behaves himself. All right.
So. Let's go ahead and take her away. For D.C., giving an update on the DOJ criminal investigation into Fed Chair Jerome Powell. That's why. Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Now The American public is fed up with public monies that seem to go into a black hole. Especially in D C. where no one is held accountable. One of the age-old tools. that all prosecutors have to investigate any crime.
including cost overruns, is a grand jury subpoena. Today, however, in Washington. An activist judge. has taken that tool Away from us. By inserting himself.
And preventing the grand jury from even obtaining, let alone hearing evidence, he has neutered. the grand jury's ability to investigate crime. As a result, Jerome Powell today. is now bathed in immunity. Preventing my office From investigating the Federal Reserve.
This is wrong. And it is without legal authority. In June of 2025, Jerome Powell testified before the Senate Banking Committee. Making Quote Questionable statements that did not comport with publicly available documents. And that was regarding the atrocious cost overrun.
Of more than one billion dollars. I didn't say million, I said billion. in renovations to his headquarters. This from the man who says that he is the steward of our public funds. In November, the United States Attorney's Office began an inquiry.
Prosecutors from my office gathered information for months. before we served two grand jury subpoenas. On December 19th, we sent an email to the Federal Reserve to have a conversation. a meeting, or even a phone call. to discuss our concerns.
There was no response. On December 29th, We sent an email. to have a conversation. A meeting. or even a phone call.
to discuss our concerns. Again. We were ignored. We in fact asked to meet. the first week in January.
We were ignored. It was at that point. That two grand jury subpoenas were issued to the Federal Reserve, not even to Jerome Powell. Again, no response. No compliance.
But instead A woe is me video. By Mr. Powell. Falsely claiming. that he was being threatened with criminal indictment.
and claiming victim status. Powell proceeds to call his political friends in DC and around the world to gin up support for himself. All the while. Refusing. to produce simple documents.
Now, enter local District Court Judge James Bosberg, whose written decision on its face. Makes clear. His antipathy toward President Trump. In this administration. He quashes both subpoenas, thereby prohibiting us from reviewing any records.
and precluding us from submitting records to the grand jury. Backgrand jury, of course, comprised of Ordinary people. Ladies and gentlemen. No one. is above the law.
But for the first time, a judge is ruling that a grand jury subpoena. On its face, legal in all regards, can be ignored. Because a judge thinks the subject is beyond reproach. This is a decision that is untethered to the law. It creates chaos where any defendant Who wishes to evade an investigation, guilty or not?
Can allege I'm a victim. I'm being targeted. And therefore You cannot investigate me. And if you find the right judge. You'll buy it.
This is the antithesis. of American justice. Exonerating anyone. without any records, without an investigation. or question Is not how our criminal justice system works.

Uh Joe, this Judge Wolseworth, this guy Uh is And this is law affair. This guy has become a real tyrant. And Here th for years we've been wanting to uh take and audit the Federal Reserve. We we know the corruption, you know, again, the Federal Reserve is not federal at all, folks. It's not.
Um, hey, do you have that song up there still? The Fe yeah, look at this on the Federal Reserve is not Federal at all, okay? uh, is one of those because, you know, in that song I'm gonna tell you, Carl, really Uh, he lays it out the way it is. But uh Here It is not federal.
Okay. And The corruption, we know the corruption there for years. This Bozberg, this Judge Bozberg. This guy is practising law affairs. They're placing themselves, you've heard.
Uh Uh all of a sudden is moving. No k we don't want a king.
Well, of course we have a song we sing No King but King Jesus and that's that's our king. But this Boesberg thinks he is now. Karl Marx taught and so did Lennon, that any one who was willing within the collective to break the law, to boldly go out and break the law, to say in your face, I'm over, I'm better than the law. To do what Hillary Clinton. Has gotten away with Because of people like Bozberg, because of people like this Judge Bozberg.
Uh you know, these other criminals have gotten away with this This guy needs to be stopped. He's a tyrant. He needs to be stopped. Anyhow, that's my opinion. What do you think, Joe?
Well, I think he's one of many. There's another judge up there, Brian Murphy. He's done another big ruling here, another bit appointed federal judge. He's uh the Supreme Court twice has intervened in uh telling him he couldn't his rulings were no good. And back to Deputy Attorney General there, Tom Blanche, Rhode on X.
How many times can Judge Murphy get reversed in one year? Oh this The same day he is stayed for refusing to follow the law, he issues another activist decision. And the Attorney General said we're going to keep appealing these lawless decisions. And we're going to keep winning because they've won most of them. But it takes time, it drags things out.
slows down what Trump's doing. And we've got to go back to the Obama administration You and I would sit there and say, look what he's doing now. We did it. It was almost a nightly thing, but he was replacing judges, he was replacing. Professional bureaucrats with political hacks.
And he was basically building the deep state is giving gun permits to people in the Department of Education, Transportation, places that had no need to be carrying concealed weapons. IRS agents were guns. And uh This all goes back to that Obama administration. And this has been something the left has been building this deep state It's their power base, it's their control. It was basically they were trying to what, take over the United States of America, reduce this from a constitutional republic to a socialist democracy.
Just you know, the enemy from within. We've got several of them, but the Democrat Party has been the main enemy that we've had for the past fifty, sixty years. Right. the Dumocrat. I call it the Dumocrat Party, and uh you're absolutely right.
Well, they're not dumb, they're evil. It's the evil crap party. Uh they they act dumb, they do dumb things, but all these things are Designed to bring down our constitutional republic, destroy western civilization. Go along with the Fabian Socialists, the cultural Marxists. They're basically communists trying to overthrow our government.
In all of that, Joe, they're mocking God. In all of that, they're mocking God. And believe me, to mock God is dumb. That's anti-Christ. That is dumb, man.

uh for uh Secretary of State and We've had him on this radio program. He would be the guy I would vote for, okay? Uh, he's he's one of us. He believes in God, country, constitution. doing what's right.

And besides that, you know, Uh here, you know, Karl Marx said these people should be promoted But Both they're in the book of Isaiah and the book of um Hosea refers to these people of the judges, those with power, that have gone a whoreing, that they've gone a whore and that they've literally become whores. uh, using their power, they've hoarded themselves out. And that's what that's what's happening today. And so they prostituted their morals, their standards, their rule of law, all for the filthy lucrative sake.
All right, Hector in Michigan pledges twenty and Mark in Ohio pledges one hundred. Thank you, Hector. Thank you, Mark. Joe, I have a very quick announcement I want to make. Then we're going to go back and hear another five more minutes.
Before I forget to do this, you know the the the chatter out there uh what is on the internet right now and what's happening and and from some Uh I'm hearing too from some People that are responsible people, people that uh You know, that have been you know, right all along and we're listening we're hearing That uh They The Radical Muslims. Of course, supported by the Democrats, supported by the Democrats, are planning to uh hid some churches to go after during Resurrection Sunday week of um but starting with um Palm Sunday going through, that they're planning on g you know, they've they've been going after synagogues and now they're planning on switching and going after churches. uh for a week or two. And that's what the w what that is what's happening out there. That's what the word is out there.
And so hopefully Uh le legitimate now that we have a legitimate government in And that the FBI is no longer uh been weaponized against the people but back to to protecting the people. in our Sheriff's Department, so on and so forth. Anyhow, people should know this: that churches. need to be prepared. Churches should be prepared.
uh to to p possibly come under attack from Radical Islam.
So there you go. That's the warning. That's the chatter. That's what's out there.
So Ezekiel chapter three says Be a watchman on the wall to warn the people. And it also says the same thing in Ezekiel thirty three.
So Folks, be prepared. If you're prepared, Very little will happen. If you're prepared, the enemy will usually Go away.
So get prepared. All right, let's go back to to uh Judge Janine. This judge. Has put himself at the entrance door to the grand jury, slamming that door shut. Irrespective of the legal process.
And thus preventing the grand jury from doing the work that it does.
So what is the law? What is the what? According to the United States Supreme Court. the highest port in the land. certainly higher than the court that Boesberg is on.
A grand jury. Every grand jury has broad discretion to quote. Investigate. Merely On suspicion. that the law is being violated.
Merely on suspicion the law is being violated. or because it wants assurance. The law is not being violated. In fact, the court says A grand jury may act. On tips.
And rumors. Right here are the cases and the citations from the highest court in the land. And yet, this judge is shockingly requiring the government to show something akin to probable cause. And those are his words, probable cause. In order to justify The issuance of a grand jury subpoena.
Folks, probable cause is not. And never has been the standard that prosecutors in this country need in order to go into a grand jury. This is not. And has never been. The Law of the Land.
And so, this decision today by Judge Bosberg runs directly afoul of our highest court's admonition. That courts and judges must not. And cannot saddle grand juries with mini trials and preliminary showings that impede a prosecutor's investigation and thus. Frustrate the public's interest in the fair and expeditious administration of justice. No one, folks, is above the law.
And this outrageous decision. will be appealed. by the United States Department of Justice. Go ahead, sir. Do you think that the your office's failure to attempt to attempt to prosecute such a number of first factors?
I'm not here to talk about six members of Congress. I'm here to talk about the fact that the grand jury has a job. They look at evidence. They decide whether they want to indict. If they don't indict, so be it.
And if you want to know what the judge thinks, go ask him.
Next question. I need your reaction to statements from Senator Tom Tillis, who you know has been blocking and vowed to continue blocking. You know, honestly, I don't know, and I don't care, and I'll tell you why. I am in a legal lane. All of the rest is white noise.
I don't care what they say. I have a job. I have the ability to go into a grand jury. There are questions that the American public and people in DC are entitled to know where a billion dollars has gone. And that's my focus.
Alrighty. The rest of this uh interview is with questions that people ask and you really can't hear too much of what they're saying. Uh so Taking him back. This Vosberg is way, way out of his lane. He is.
Again Um This is that law fair. And this this stuff's got to be stopped somewhere along the line. Right now, Think of all of the the threats that that we have today in our country right now. And what we're concerned about, Joe Uh what I'm a concern about is we'll get in in fact I'll be in into this the rest of this week is you know, what's what's gonna happen and you have the midterms coming up and gas prices are going up. The Democrats, they they're doing all that they can to destroy America.
the Democrats are you know, right now you know, with their air traffic controllers are not being paid, Uh our Uh Okay. Our Coast Guard our Coast Guard is not being paid. Uh they're trying to bank corrupt America. Why?
Well, One of the things they want uh is they want no ICE agents around Uh the Poles, they don't want any ice agents going to the Poles. Joe, why do you think that the Democrats don't want ice agents going to the polls?
Well, that's they're hoping all those illegal votes. We've been talking about. Clear back as far as I can remember, the Democrat Party has been the party that cheated during elections. And it has not done nothing but gotten worse since way back in what, the sixties that I remember, And it seems like it gets worse and worse. We have got the best politicians money can buy.
We've got a corrupt government. And because we lost our righteousness as a nation, Back in the sixties, we told God we didn't need him in schools, we didn't need him in government, we didn't need him. And uh But that's been our problem. We needed God. We told him to leave.
and the nation turned our turned its back on him. And you can see, well, look at what's playing out: the crime, the corruption. Everywhere I look in the news. A story of corruption here, corruption there. Medicare fraud uh Healthcare fraud fraud.
Yeah. people cheating the government. I'm beginning to think probably a third of our budget goes to nothing but corruption and fraud, maybe even more than that. In California. We're brought about ourselves.
In California alone. They say the the welfare fraud in California uh is more than all the rest, than even Minnesota and New York and all the rest combined. And that is that is something and I mean, just absolutely Do you know in California the amount they don't even count. the amount of babies that are murdered by abortion, they don't even keep records because they don't even consider their them humans. That's how wicked, how ungodly, how evil it is out there.
It is really bad.
Well, there's one smart Democrat that realizes they put out information like that, it could be used against them.
So, what people don't know. people can't use but You've got a new uh there's a new Nick Shirley video out there. The headlines revealing the astronomical fraud in California. These fraudsters defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public, for politicians. And he goes on, this is the sound of hotest money in this new products voting video video.
And he's he's standing by a picture. I'm watching him of a Luxuries BMW purchased with Money obtained through fraud. And he's going around He's finding out things that the press couldn't find, all the major media couldn't find. Here's this guy, he's never been trained, he's not professional. Uh he's traveling the country finding all this fraud.
And of course, we had Doge going for us, and then we, you know, everybody shut it down, and the politicians didn't want to. listen to all the wasted money by Doge.
