Donate and listen to the podcast at WRWL.org Alrighty, we are back. And uh today, uh, just a a little while ago, I was uh talking to State Senator Jerry Serrino here.

Now he's taking a total opposite opinion on property tax here at Ohio, but Uh here did you got about a half a million people In Ohio, that are behind on their property tax, and a whole lot of people your age and my age, John. that are literally because of property tax, even though their mortgages are paid, They're renting their properties uh Whenever, mighty Andrew, you're ready, take it away.

Okay. He's working on that. He's getting it up now. And um Also, when we come back I'm going to talk about John Solomon, what he has to say. He reveals that, uh The DNI, Tozi Gabbard, and the FBI release explosive declassified documents proving.

Foreign election interference and secret U. S. surveillance programs triggered by The speech delimiters.

So we're gonna do that.

So whenever you're ready, big Andy, are you ready? though he is not ready yet.

Meanwhile I'm gonna uh I'm gonna go ahead and read this article while he's getting ready. Investigative journalist John Sullivan says a wave of explosive revelation may soon shake Washington as Newly declassified intelligence documents are prepared for release. In a jaw-dropping interview on Steve Bannon's war room, Solomon revealed that Director of National Intelligence told C. Gebbert, and the FBI are preparing to release a large body of of declassified material over the next ten days. that exposes foreign interference in US elections and secret government surveillance operations targeting Americans, including Of course, included President Donald Trump.

According to Solomon, The documents contain information that has been hidden from the public. and possibly even from Trump himself until recently. I mean, we we actually talked about we knew that that that stuff was there, John. About how A lot of that was right out of Venezuela, where they had the headquarters. Um where where this whole thing was being staged, where they were uh interfering in the elections of numerous countries.

And um he said that information could Begin surfacing by the end of this of next week, early next week, once the declassified process is completed.

Solomon revealed the existence of previously unknown, off the books, FBI investigation. While we heard of Arctic frost in Plasmic Echo, this new operation targeted President Trump and his associates using the Solomon described as speech Delimiters E essentially if you spoke about certain issues or used specific phrases you were automatically deemed a national security threat. placed on a list and subjected to. Khand Einstein Government. A Krandelstein.

clandestine government surveillance I get it right Alright, we're we're gonna play this clip now, so we'll be back right after this. Property tax shock in Ohio isn't coming. It's here right now. And folks, it's way worse than anyone realizes. Because what we're watching across the state isn't just frustration.

It isn't just higher property tax bills. It isn't just people complaining online. This is shaping up to be the largest housing market crisis Ohio has ever seen in modern history. And it's accelerating faster than lawmakers, counties, and homeowners can keep up with. Delinquencies are piling up.

Foreclosure pressure is quietly building under the surface. Tax bills are spiking in ways families simply can't afford. And multiple county auditors are warning that Ohioans are facing one of the largest property tax increases in history. Let that sink in. People already can't afford property taxes.

They're falling behind in record numbers. The next valuation cycle is projected to be even worse. In some cases, the property taxes on paid-off homes are more than the mortgage payment was. Imagine working your entire life to pay off your house, only to realize the government can still take it. Not because you owe the bank money, but because your property taxes doubled or even tripled.

That's the new reality across the country and certainly here in Ohio. Today on the Ohio Housing Nerd, I'm going to show you just how bad this crisis really is. I'm going to put real numbers on the screen and we're going to talk about who's being hit hardest, why it's happening, and what's coming for Ohioans if this situation is not fixed. Let's start with a number that even shocked me. In just six Ohio cities, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Akron, Toledo, and Dayton, there are nearly 300,000.

And properties behind on their taxes. 200. Thousands. Delinquent properties. That's not homeowners struggling a little.

That's not people missing by a month here and there. That's a mass wave of owners that can't afford their property taxes.

Now, here's the part nobody in the media wants to say out loud: those six cities represent only 20% of Ohio's population, which means when you extrapolate the tax delinquencies in these major cities, we could be looking at between 500 and 750,000. Total property tax delinquencies in the state. Yes, you heard me right. Half a million Ohioans, at least. Are behind on their property taxes.

This is not, some people are having a small problem. This is a structural failure of the entire property tax system. When nearly half a million households fall behind, you're not looking at just a small problem. You're looking at early stages of a potential. Foreclosure crisis and housing market crash.

And I think that's the part almost everyone is sleeping on.

Now, let me show you the real world pain behind these numbers. One of my viewers said: I live in a rural area in Medina. Property taxes keep going up and up. It's ridiculous. Can't afford to stay here anymore because the property taxes are through the roof.

Another viewer said, our taxes went up $2,000 in 2024 from $6,000 to $8,000. How does this happen? We haven't made any improvements, but the taxes keep going up and up. We're seniors who can afford to pay the increase, but what about the people that can't? I'm mad as hell that the politicians keep giving excuses and keep kicking the can down the road.

We need to hold their feet to the fire or vote them out. But it's not just senior citizens and boomers that are having an issue. Younger home buyers are in the same bind with property taxes. Here's one on my channel that said: I'm seemingly one of the few millennials that bought before the giant boom in 2021. And got a low interest rate.

Every time I look at my breakdown, on my mortgage statement It blows my mind that insurance and taxes is by far the highest portion of the total payment monthly. Our family makes decent money for the time with little debts. I have no idea how people who are entering the market are doing it. And another young viewer said, Thank you so much for making these videos. People really need to see this data and understand what a huge problem this is for so many hardworking Ohioans who can't.

Find housing. These costs are leading people into homelessness, and it's really sad how unaffordable things have become. Millennials have experienced the most unaffordable schooling and housing. Make no mistake, this is not a generational thing. The county auditors don't care how old you are.

Property taxes are crushing Ohioans of all ages, retirees on fixed incomes, and certainly first-time home buyers that are locked out of the market. As a realtor, I work with these people every day, and many are shocked when they realize what their property tax bill will be once they move into their new home. For many, it feels like there's no solution. And no escape. That's not hope.

That's not stability. That's not a future. That's a nightmare waiting to happen.

Now, let's break down why property taxes keep rising. One of the main culprits has been the insane rise of property values throughout the state. In fact, according to Zillow, home prices in Ohio continue to run up. On average, the typical house in Ohio is now 51% more expensive than it was in 2020. And in some locations, it's 100% more.

At the same time, you have counties and schools demanding more and more money for services and education. And that's the brick wall that Ohio homeowners continue to slam into. The system doesn't care if you're a first-time home buyer trying to build your future wealth. If your valuation jumps, your property taxes jump. Period, and that jump is happening at a rate Ohioans simply can't afford.

This is how you get. Half a million Ohioans late on their property taxes.

Now, let's talk about the big bad wolf that could be coming soon for the Ohio housing market. Tax delinquency is one of the first stages of foreclosure. Here's how it works: penalties and interest continue to accumulate. You get further behind, and it grows faster than you can pay it. Your county sells the lien to an investor.

That investor adds their own fees and interest and penalties. Eventually, you're foreclosed on. Here's an example of one of those investors now. From the research I've done, it looks like this company here, Tax Ease, which is actually based in Texas, has contracted with counties throughout the state to slam Ohioans with massive penalties and tax delinquent interest that continues to pile up to a point that the homeowner has really little choice except to sell their property or face foreclosure. And many counties will do this because they can get their money upfront from this investor.

And then the investor gets to enjoy massive profits from the insane penalties.

Now, I plan to do some more investigating about taxis in the future. If you know anything, hit me up. My email is in the description below. One of the things about property taxes that are way different than mortgages from a payment plan standpoint is many times with a mortgage servicer, you can at least. Plead your case and get some type of relief, depending on your situation.

But with taxes, it's you pay or you leave. And I can't stress enough how much these penalties will add up. Trust me, as somebody who's missed a property tax payment before. The fees and the penalties are insane.

So, when you think about all these tax delinquencies throughout the state, imagine what will happen if a lot of those enter foreclosure. And when you have hundreds of thousands of properties tax delinquent statewide, this is a slow crash that almost no one is talking about. You want proof? Check this out. This is a small sampling of the tax foreclosure sales that are happening in the little county I live in just outside of Columbus.

And what I'm seeing are more and more foreclosures because of tax reasons, not mortgages. And I think as we move through the next couple of years, you're going to see a lot more tax foreclosures. But the good news is, Ohioans are not sitting quietly anymore. Across the state, there are multiple citizen-led grassroots groups that are battling this property tax extortion.

Some of these groups are pushing for property tax reform.

Some are pushing for the complete abolishment of property. taxes. These are survival organizations. People are coming together because quite frankly, they don't know what else to do. To put it bluntly, they're sick and tired of being extorted for unrealized gains on the paper value of their property.

And at the end of the day, it's unconstitutional. Although that hasn't stopped the lawmakers, politicians, and grifters from dipping in our pockets and taking our money.

Now, I've interviewed several of these groups on my channel. The link for those videos is in the description below. If you want to understand what real Ohioans are doing to fight this property tax theft, those interviews will open your eyes.

Now, don't get it twisted. I really enjoy my local school system here in the small town I live in. I also enjoy using the public services and I have no problem paying for those and supporting the teachers and staff of the amazing schools. And I think many of you all feel the same way. But tying a bill to the unrealized gain on my house, no way.

Kicking senior citizens out of their homes and blocking. First-time home buyers from having a chance to buy. I don't think so. We need to fund public services. We need to fund public schools, but the current tax system is definitely broken.

Now, what comes next? In the short term, unfortunately, I think it gets worse. Even counties are admitting that property tax bills will rise again. They're warning people, they're preparing people. And the next valuation cycle is already locked in.

More seniors will fall behind. More first-time buyers will be priced out. More homeowners will be sucked into the delinquency pipeline. And more neighborhoods will see foreclosures hit the market. That's the near-term reality.

Long term, there are conversations happening. There are reform ideas on the table. There are citizens-led groups pushing for change. But none of that stops the tax bills that are coming right now. None of that reverses the pressure already building in the system.

This crisis is not slowing down.

Now, if you're a homeowner that can't pay your property tax, what I'm advising all Ohioans is that property taxes. Are here right now, and the bills will probably continue to rise, at least for the foreseeable future.

Now, many of y'all have asked me what happens if home values drop. Will we see relief in property taxes? I mean, after all, they're based on the value of our home, right?

So you would think if values drop, the property tax bill will drop.

Well, I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch. I'm anticipating these bills continue to go up. As a landlord, it's one of my largest expenses every year I have to shell out. And the more my taxes go up, The higher I have to charge for rents.

So even renters feel this pain. You just may not know it.

Now, I hope you learned something on today's Ohio Housing Nerd video. If you did, hit the like button, subscribe to my channel, and you can check out those other.

Alrighty, we are back and um I believe si we have until I think it's July sixth. uh to get uh enough signatures. And I'm not quite sh if I remember. I think it's about four hundred thousand. that they have to yet.

Uh to get that on the November ballot.

Okay. And so, uh You know, and if it fails they can do it again. They could have it another uh Uh the back on the ballot, you know, for 2028. But uh Anyhow It's folks, there are a lot of people when you have half a million people that here in Ohio alone. uh that are behind on their property tax.

And again, John, they've raised it up by thirty percent in a lot of places here. Uh i you know, the your tax goes up, they what they do is they reevalu evaluate your house, your home. But but uh If you go to sell it, you're not going to get that much for it. I mean, you you you don't. It's corruption So what does John McCern say we got to do about it?

You gotta come to Texas first, Ernie. And so so you you don't have property uh taxes in Texas?

Well, I I'd emb you'd be embarrassed if I told you what I pay in property taxes. No, they what they've done for now, you know, I'm sorry sad to say, but one of the benefits of being older is they give the senior citizens here in Texas huge uh property tax breaks, huge.

Well, those are for the most part the people that are are losing and those that are on limited income. retirees that have paid their mortgage off and then when they keep taxing them, basically they're renting their property, huh? And when they can't when they when they can't that's what I'm saying, they could come here.

Well, no, maybe we you know, with with first of all, property tax are not a lawful tax. God's word in the Bible is very clear. You're not to tax God's land, okay? Uh so that's that's not a l it's not a lawful tax to begin with. But it's not a fair tax either.

Um to do that, okay. And so to to you know, once you paid your mortgage off, That should be it. You shouldn't have any more taxes. I mean, that's only common sense, don't you think? Absolutely.

Yes.

So Otherwise, it's like the state owns your land and you're you're renting it for Um $800 a month or whatever you're paying in property fair. And so, again, they're going to. Hopefully, we're going to get that on the ballot. I mean, they've been. We have a lot of groups going out with petitions to do that.

And the main thing we have to do in Ohio, we've got to undo that our uh The What was it, uh Article One that they passed, or uh, not Article I. I'm trying to think of what it was on the To make make abortion, child killing a constitutional right according to our constitu they they altered the constitution. here in Ohio, and that was done you know, with complete and pure deception. The people that thought they were voting When they voted for it, they thought they were voting against it.

Okay, they d they they were so confused and I saw some of em that get so angry when I tried to explain to em you know, you know Uh so that is is what we have to do. We have to rev reverse that. That's just pure right from the pit of hell. Uh and so That's one of the things we do, we are working on, and that's what we were talking about tonight at uh over there bringing America back to life, that was one of the main the goals, is to reverse that. Uh to have a Life Act Conception Law in Ohio, you know, and we need that.

That should be a federal law. Life at conception, once there's a heartbeat There's a person and that person has What does the Bill of Rights guarantee us, John? Life, liberty, and what? Is John still there? Did we lose him?

No, Pastoria, I'm here. I'm sorry. I had the uh mute on. Uh well yeah, in the Constitution. The Bill of excuse, not the Constitution, the Bill of Rights.

The Declaration of Independence. Yep. Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness. And so Here That's what we need to do. Representative James Comer to subpoena Epstein.

Guard after chilling Google search and mysterious five thousand dollar deposit, days before Epstein's alleged suicide. Um, here house rubber house Oversight Chairman Rep of Representative James Cromberry, Kentucky. announced that Congress will subpoena Jeffrey Epstein's former prison guard. The guards were asleep, this and all of this stuff. Um you know The whole thing I'm not even sure Epstein's dead, are you?

I have no Master Ernie. What do I know in this? Uh the guards were asleep. And not only that, but the uh Uh the the monitor, the uh video monitor of his room in the hall and all that. mysteriously went down for two hours or something, right?

Yeah. Yeah. And and why aren't heads rolling on this? Why? Why did, you know, during the well, of course, you would expect that during the, you know, the the corrupt.

Biden regime With a very, very totally corrupt Mary Garland, you would expect that. But now, why? Heads should be rolling, there should be people. You know, it it's it seems like it's always been this way. The Democrats put Republicans in prison, The Republicans have hearings.

And they bring the Democrats for hearing. That's the way it's been happening. We need to get uh really there needs to be some convictions on these people. what has taken place and We still haven't seen justice for the J Sixers, have we? Uh there should there should be a they've sued.

They've sued the federal government. And yeah, that should be expedited and they each should be millionaires as a result of it. Let me read you a little bit more of this. Cormer's announcement is a direct response to the jaw-dropping details on Earth. and a Department of Justice records which paint a picture of gross negligence, or worse, deliberate sabotage.

At the Metropolitan Corrections Center. As the Gateway Punder previously reported, citing New York Post reporting, Noel caught googling our latest on Epstein in jail. at five forty two AM and then again at five fifty two AM a mere forty minutes before her colleague Uh Michele Thomas discovered Epstein's hanging in his cell. At 6:30 a.m. And they say that it was almost impossible for you to.

for him to hang himself in that cell, okay. Instead of performing her mandated 30-minute checks on the high, Profile inmate ho high profile inmate. Noel was busy snoozing on the job. or shopping for furniture online, while Thomas browsed motorcycles. Both guards later admitted to falsifying records but escaped real punishment thanks to a Sweetheart deferred prosecution deal.

By the plot thickens even further, FBI Forensics highlighted Noil's Google search as the One only one of note in their sixty six page examination of the guards computers. when the special attention Noel flat out lied to investigators claiming she didn't Remember searching for Epstein. and insisting the records were inaccurate.

Um I mean, there there's it's just unbelievable. adding fuel to the conspiracy. Fire, Chase Bank flagged series of suspicious cash deposits. and to Noel's account culminating in a whooping five thousand dollar deposit on july thirtieth. twenty twenty nine, just ten days before Epstein's death.

From December twenty eighteen onwards, seven deposits totaling Eleven thousand eight hundred and eighty appeared. Right around the time Noel started working, An Epstein's social housing unit. Yet the DOJ never bothered to question her about it.

Well You think that, uh, we'll get any justice there?

Well, Pastor Ernie, in addition to what you said, they said some woman. or it was a woman or a guard. I this just came out Had text. Um Epstein like the Ten or fifteen minutes before they found I just read that. Yeah, that was that guard.

That was that woman that he was talking about. No it's all yeah, I didn't pick that up when you were reading it. Because but wha does he have a cell phone in in prison, Past Bernie? Yeah. How do you I mean, maybe I've missed something since when do prisoners have cell phones?

They have them? I'm not aware of it. No, they have they do have those like tablets where Uh they can make calls out of now, they can out of right out of their cells. Yeah. Right out of their cell.

Yeah, but they're not supposed to have any access to the internet. And so So you could call Epstein at any time. Uh apparently. Wow. I I I never heard of that.

Uh I know when I was um in prison chaplain there that they didn't have cellphone. That was of course many years ago. Oh, everything has changed one hundred and ten percent. It used to be, you know, in the early days of Death Row, I I was up on Death Row for forty five years going up there. Uh the inmates were allowed here in Ohio one one phone call a year.

They could either do Christmas or they could do uh Resurrection Sunday.

Now they can they can do, I don't know, five five calls a week or something. And so Anyhow, let's uh let's hope the phone line takes some calls real quick. Uh the phone lines are now open Uh, we'll make the mighty Andrew get up and and work. The phone lines are now open at eight eight eight. six seven seven nine six seven three.

888-677-9673. If you have a question, if it's like a really hard question, ask John. He's very smart. Right, John? Huh.

Huh. I've been around with you. Yes, alrighty. Eight eight eight six seven seven nine six seven three. We'll find out.

if everything's still working.

Okay. Uh it's it's remarkable the difference in the uh and this new equipment that the sound quality from on my end here. Uh, it's really different. It's it's good. And so, uh Ever since the fire.

Okay. So everybody thought that The fire was started to get me off the air. And to tell you the truth, I kind of wondered myself uh if that was the case, but it was a big electrical fire.

Okay, we got calls coming in already. And um So we're going to go to whenever ready, Steve, in Ohio. I believe, Steve, you're in the air. Dr. Hey, Pastor.

Hey, Steve. Hey, uh, I read an article real quick tonight. Um, The week. is ten percent behind uh Some uh Amy Ashton woman Amy Ashton. Yeah.

I mean, when you look at her face and anybody's face, I mean You could just tell they're just They don't know where the money's coming from, but it's like, wow, where did I get all this? They're just sitting there nice and comfy and It's just, um, you know, they're they've it's it's Soros money coming in or something like that. Yeah, you have a lot of coming in from the Communist Democratic Communist Party coming in. This is why we keep trying to tell people in Ohio they they have to wake up. We cannot do you cannot go down during the the midterms here.

You can't do it if you do it. Uh you don't deserve a one day of freedom, do they? I mean, she looks like she's got a, you know, you know, ma some business education or something somewhere, but Vivic's a billionaire. She was your former. Ohio uh j surgeon general.

Under um That said that we need to close down the churches for health reasons, but if the abortion mills can stay open. The the marijuana stores could stay open, the state liquor stores could stay open, but churches needed to be shut down. By the way, she's also was working with plant predators.

So does that tell you anything? Whatever you just said, I know what you said if everybody She needs to scare the Hades out of everybody because that right there, the Surgeon General, what you just said. Closer. We we will this will become a third world state. In a in in a third world country.

I mean, um, Trump's going after the governor there up in Canada. You know, what's his name with the you know, the um Prime Minister, whatever it is, with uh the China the China Alliance. Yeah. But, um, I I mean, vivic they took Charlie Kirk out Possibly because he was our next president. But I I've I've been watching it's all he was on Real America's voice, but they still have him there, you know, um, his clips and everything.

It's like Rush Limbaugh, there's a lifetime of clips, and they need to pull Rush's just everybody out. Just ed educate the stupidity, you know, just educate the stupidity out of people. You know, ignorance is one thing, but stupidity is something else. You know, you look at Chuck Holtz. I hear you.

When you drive down the street, there was truck holes in the street and years ago they said there's a machine that fixes them better, but we'd be putting all the people that d do the road work out of business. That was like ten years ago. I don't know if it was Texas, Arizona, somewhere um, out in, you know, where it's it was warm. But um Civic is um They took Charlie out for a reason because he was probably next president coming up. He is Go on, YouTube.

Go on, Rumble. Go on, you're listening to this guy talk. He is so smart, and Vivik was just such good friends with him. But these guys got to learn how to advertise themselves. I mean, I don't see much right now.

All righty. I got to move on, but thanks. Let's go to. Who do we have next? I don't see any words there.

Okay, we'll go to Gary. Where's Gary calling from? North Royalton. North Royalton, okay, hey Gary, you're in the air. Hello, Pastor.

Um just wondering what uh What is the Vivek Ramaswamy doing in regard to property tax? I from from what I hear, his position on property tax. Uh is that he thinks we should do it uh uh instead of having a property tax, we should do away with state tax. Yeah. No.

So Instead of doing away with property tax, we should do away with state tax. Uh, myself, you know, I I think you should have a consumption tax. It's the only fair tax. Absolutely, I agree.

So I mean, it's fair.

Well, a consumption tax would be good, but you have to uh, you know, for people with large families and a lot of kids, You can't have tax on food and clothes. Right. That's why I suggested like a some sort of syntax. Yeah. That would that would work.

things that are aren't that are not necessities, that are more Right. That's only fair. What do you think? Right. I think that's the right thing to do.

But something's got to be done to pressure him.

Well, you see, it doesn't matter 'cause if we get it on the ballot. We can get it on the ballot. All we need is enough signatures and it it wouldn't matter. It would be on the ballot and be passed. It'd be law.

And so then he would have to enforce it. Do these various petitions that are out there, even though they may suggest different solutions to the problem, Our um Uh do the uh uh cumulative uh totals of signatures uh go towards putting this self on on the ballot, uh this uh situation on the ballot? Or yeah, yeah. July sixth. They have to have the signatures in by July sixth to be on the November ballot.

Mm-hmm.

Okay. Alright.

Okay. All righty. Thank you, Pastor. Thanks, Gary. Let's go to Dennis in Cleveland.

Got a lot of calls from Cleveland from Ohio tonight. Go ahead, Dennis. Hey, lucky you. Hey, um John's in Texas, right? Yeah.

Okay, um There's a a site on the internet, uh YouTube called Real Estate. uh mindset Real estate mindset. And that's a lawyer there. I forget his first name. His last name is Vexler, V-E-X-L-E-R.

And he lives in Texas and he's put getting a huge following to get the property taxes removed in Texas.

So you might want to look up that site and see what he has to say.

Well, because of the elderly in Texas, I think what is it, sixty five or older? Uh because John's taxes are so low, He he doesn't want to get out and don't poor old folks, other people who you know, aren't you aren't old like John. He should be standing and fighting for them, too, shouldn't he?

Well, I have a suggestion for you too, Pastor. How about you? uh telling people where they can go to sign that uh petition, you know, like Have the people that have the petitions get a hold of you, and then you tell the people where they can go. Because a lot of people don't even know these petitions exist. We've done that about a dozen times.

We are more than a dozen times. But I'll do that. What I do is we'll. I told them to contact me whenever they're going to be going out because it's about a dozen different organizations that are getting. And then I'll announce it on the air so they know.

Where they're going to be Uh And and we have announced that and they've and they've racked up thousands uh A c couple hundred thousand names already. Does anybody have an idea how close we are to that 400,000 figure? I don't think we're we're not close to it yet, but we have till July w and Uh at the present rate we should be able to make it. I talked to a number of the guys and they they pretty confident we can do it. And do we know how h what what they're going to do to us if we do uh if this does fail?

I mean, you know, like if it if it passes and we don't pay property taxes anymore, do they have any idea where they're going to collect the monies. Oh, well, yeah, you know, if you wanted it If you wanted to raise m uh money for the schools and actually go to the schools, remember the lottery? That lottery was going to pay for the schools? Right. Yeah, okay.

No, you know what you should have? You should have a school tax, right?

So people that They go to send their children to Christian schools they should be able to pay taxes for the Christian schools, okay? people that send to want to send their kids to the public schools where Uh then they should be able to be to be taxed and their tax go to the public schools. Home schoolers shouldn't have to pay any kind of t uh tax for schooling. But you can you can tax that the same thing with Um, the road, you know, if you w a highway tax. I have a highway tax that goes to The other thing is too, they never mentioned this, but how about the teachers' pensions and the police's pensions and the firemen's pensions?

There's huge, huge, huge amounts of money that are spent on those on their pensions. Why don't they cut them in half?

Well, you know, I'm I don't really want to go into all that because the you know f firemen and police they're We need firemen and we need police and it's like anybody's pension, you know, I mean You wouldn't want. I mean, if it's exorbitant, if it's if it's. much higher than it should be, but then yeah, I would agree with it. How about this? When I was at the gun show a couple of weeks ago in Medina, I was talking to this cop and he said that his buddy just retired from the police department and got almo pennies short of a million dollars for retirement lump sum.

That that seems excessive to me. Uh well, depends on how old he was when he retired and how many more years he A million dollars? Come on. He couldn't he couldn't be satisfied with a half a million or a quarter of a million? I don't know.

I don't know what, you know, what kind of a policy of retirement he had.

Well ask Big John. What do you think, Big John? Big John's a former cop. He's a former Special U.S. Treasury agent.

And uh what do you think, John?

Well I'm not ag I'm really against unions paster any within the government. And 'cause we've protected by so many laws and these unions They've got a stranglehold on. I don't know if they have it in Ohio. Do you have unions in Ohio? Oh, yeah.

Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, and they they put pressure on And you know, they they they organize and they they make donations to the political parties. In all of that. No, the union should be gotten rid of pasterity because The civil service employees are all are protected by laws now.

What do you need a union for? In the government, you've got all these laws to protect you. I hear you. All right, I gotta move on, but thanks. Let's go to yeah, we're gonna go to uh Brooklyn, New York, Rocky in Brooklyn.

Hey, Rocky. How are you, Pastor? How are you? How you doing, buddy? We're m we're missing Swifty tonight.

Or Spunky, whatever. Yeah. Spunky's not here. He's a great. He got a great staff.

I tell you, I love you guys. All right. Thank you. Hey, you guys. Hey, Rocky.

Hey, you guys guys. Yeah, I just wanted to sh I just wanted to share. You know, like I you know, 'cause I listened to with John Kennedy, Senator John Kennedy, and I love him because he's from the hip just like you guys, you know. And it's like, you know, he he like, you know, he silences these people. There's so many people start the issue on abortion.

And then I was listening to something that uh that he he m he w he mentioned uh that might might have happened a couple of years ago. But anyway, I was are are they still releasing people from prison? Or has Trump administration stopped that? Uh you mean the J Sixers? Yeah, th are those uh are they are they still releasing people from prisons to to to you know, because I mean, I heard I heard a couple of years ago they they released like thirty thousand people from prisons.

Well, yeah, and they uh a lot of those Uh in these sanctuary cities are, yeah. I mean, why are they still still doing that? There's nothing Trump could do to just stop that completely. They hate America Democrats hate America. They're the ones who should, you know, all right, release those 30,000 and put the the Democrats in the prison to in the cells where they belong.

Well, th they'll always take the side of the criminal over the the look look Look who they defend. You got this man Joni. Who murdered, who shot a man in the back like a coward. I know. They make him a hero, okay?

Ah, you know, and it's You know, these people that attack the ICE agents for just doing their job and try to run them down, they make heroes out of 'em. Democrats will always do the opposite of what is right. It's a sh it's a shame. I tell you. I'm just so blessed that, you know, it's you know, the you know, we haven't grown numb to it, you know.

I'm so glad that, you know, it just leaves us more on fire for the Lord, you know, and his cause. That that's what I said today. That's what I you know, I I was really Uh today at at the um The right to life. Up there at the conference boy, they're they positively The attitude was, you know, was so positive. The ener there was a lot of energy.

I mean real pro pro God, pro family, pro country energy. uh in the area, you know, to save the babies there.

So You e you ever come to the metropolitan area, uh, Pastor? Uh, I've been there several times, yeah. Yeah. All right. Well, I'll look for your website when you know when you ma make a trip, you know, because I'd love to meet you in person.

All right, very good.

Well, thank you. All right. We got to move on. Let's go to Bryan and Dallas. Mm-hmm.

Hey, Pastor Sanders, this is Brian. I got one for John. John's still with us here tonight on the air. Yeah, he's still with us. Uh certainly Dallas.

Yeah, John, I don't I don't know if you guys touched on it or not, but I Was watching something in our media here the other day where our governor, Greg Abbott, our great governor Greg Abbott. Our great state of Dallas, Texas, and how all these Californians and stuff are coming here. We just had our election a couple of weeks ago and How they're trying to change our state, and I don't understand this.

Well, I do understand it through Pastor Arnie Sanders because they're antichrist, but they want to take Texas and because California is so. Uh Lapis and uh Now here we are and They wanted to build that Islamic center up here in Josephine, Texas, which is across the highway from us.

So we're off George Bush, and they want to build their own community. The Islamic community does kind of like get as big as not. We're already in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We already are one of the largest Islamic communities, Muslim communities in the United States, other than like Pastor was saying last night up in Michigan. But what I wanted to touch base with you on, John, is.

Our state of Texas, we allow an allotment of money for these children to go to school. I think it's like $10,000 or something like that. For to get them into these private charter schools and stuff. And they were saying that our. Great governors here, and the people that are against these Islamic Antichrist Allah worshipers, they're not going to allow them their families to have access to that money to allow their children to get into these schools.

I don't know if you picked up on that this week or not. It's something that you guys might want to look up and uh talk about, but um I I think that our Uh governor and along with Ken Paxton, not allowing these uh Mosques to continue to be built and these communities that continue to be built in our communities, and now they don't want to allow that those funds to go to these Muslim Islamic training. children for to be trained on to kill Americans. All right, very good.

Thanks. That's real touchy, Pastor Ernie. because the the caller here has really touched upon something. Does the Constitution allow you to have freedom of religion religion To destroy freedom of religion in America and introduce Shah law and all. I mean, there's becomes a.

Does the Constitution allow that? Or was the Constitution designed? for a certain type of people that believe certain things.

So can can you bring the people in here? that want to bring America as part of their religion is er law. No, no. Again, that's that's the net is allowing to do that because that's that is their religion, but that's also government. That's their Their politics is is they're one and the same with them.

I join. Exactly. John, real quick, on the ballots. When I went to go do the voting, well, I picked up two ballots. I picked up the anti-democratic.

Anti-cross Democratic ballot and the the great Republican ballot and On the Democratic ballot, it is not listed on their About Sharia law against it. On the Republican ballot, it is. Yeah, I got to move on, Brian, because we're out of time. Let's go to this is the last call for tonight. Vince and St.

Paul, you're the last call, Paul. Oh, thank you. Thank you. You had one caller that said something about the police officers firefighters being overly pale, or at least they're punched, and they're pretty hefty. There's no argument there.

It is a little bit of an imbalance. But uh what I guess I really wanted to say is this I I live in Tw the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Minneapolis, Minnesota, and we have such high crime with carjackers. Shoplifters copper thieves. The city uh the city of St.

Paul Minneapolis is really, really terribly Being infested with the cop with these and shoplifters and carjackers. And what I'm trying to say is. um ISIS and the and the people that rebelled against ISIS I I think it's just a hoax. Um And it you know, it it I think it's like another George Floyd thing that really never even happened. Uh But if the the government really wanted to do anything, that sh focused on the shoplifters, copper threes and the uh car jackers.

Well What you got there is corruption. I mean, it just flat out from the governor's office. That the Attorney General's office, they're loaded with corruption. Everybody's stealing taxpayers' money. But I'm out of time, but thanks, Vince.

Thank you. Thank you very much. God bless.

Okay, Big John, you know what time it is? You gotta tell the folks How they can get to heaven And how they can avoid that burning lake of fire.

Okay. The only way Jesus Christ said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes unto the Father but by me. that price is the only way who have eternal life. And the gospel It is defined within the Bible.

So we go to 1 Corinthians chapter 15, starting at verse 1. Paul was writing here and he says, Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel But doubtful means good news. which I preached unto you, which also ye have received and where you stand. By wick. Also, you are saved.

Now saved means saved from hell. saved from the penalty of sin. If you keep in memory that which I have preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. for I delivered unto you now here it is. for I delivered unto you first of all that which I received.

He received it from Jesus Christ. all receives it directly from Jesus Christ. How that Christ died for our sins. according to the scriptures. The Bible in Romans 6:23 says the wages of sin is death.

But the gift of God is eternal life. through Jesus Christ our Lord.

So that that is Let me repeat uh verse three. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I received, how Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures.

So The price of sin is death. The penalty for it is dead. Christ died for our sins. He took the penalty. For our sins when he died on the cross and his shed blood.

He was buried. He was he literally died on the cross. He was buried and then he rose again the third day. according to descriptions.

So The gospel is Christ died for our sins on the cross. with his actually it says his body became sin. Bros. and the shed blood paid the penalty. He was buried and he bodily rose again from the dead.

So to have eternal life. There's a little bit more leading into this. is repentance. Repentance is very important because it's an act of your will. Without repentance, It can be it can be just like Past Bernie, I call it mental assent.

You know? It's just a a thing like you just It has no depth to it. But with repentance That's real. real, that you recognize that you're a sinner. And you want no part of Sydney.

You're turning from it. and turn to Jesus Christ.

So repentance is actually like an about face.

So you're walking one way. In the world, you know, full of sin and all.

Now you realize that sinning is wrong. You do it about faith, and now you're walking towards Jesus Christ and his word.

So patents is is a must. In fact, in uh Luke 2447, it says that repentance And remission of sin. Remission of sin. means doing away with the penalty. should be preached in my name, in the name of Jesus Christ.

amongst all nations beginning at Jerusalem.

So it's right there when the Lord was leaving, when he was ascending. uh from the Mount of Olives, he gave instructions to the Apostles And one of it was that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in my name.

so that in the name of Jesus Christ the penalty for sins. is done away with. And Paul says that that takes place on the cross. when he died and shed his blood, Pay the penalty for soon.

So repentance is needed. And then along with that is the confession. That Jesus Christ died on the cross, paid the penalty for your sin, and He bodily rose from the dead. That is the gospel. One minute, John.

You have one minute. Oh, wow, that went fast, Pastor Ernie. Yeah. So you can do it right now, folks. Repentance.

Admit that you're a sinner and you're turning for it. You want to be a disciple of Jesus Christ and follow him. and then confess with your mouth. that he died on the cross. The sinless, only begotten Son of God.

He took your penalty for sin, the remission of sin, In him when he died. And when he rose again. He rose again in power, and the same happens to you when you confess Christ. That he paid the penalty for your sin and You want you want to be raised from the dead like Jesus Christ was. Thank you, Pastor Ann.

All right. Well, thank you, John, for doing that, folks, again. God's word in the Bible is very, very clear. That was believed amongst all of the people.

Well, we're coming up to that time where we come to every night at this time. uh where we say Good night. Good night. We say God bless. God bless.

We say thanks for being here. Thanks for your support. And remember, always, always. Ready? Let's do it.
