Good evening. To the voice of the Christian Resistance, and this is not the normal voice of the Christian Resistance. This is Pastor Richard Lewis filling in for Pastor Sanders tonight. And uh this is October thirtieth. twenty twenty five.
And Pastor Sanders is resting up Uh uh he's going to have surgery tomorrow. And so he's resting up tonight. It's early in the morning, nine o'clock, for his surgery.
So we're filling in for him tonight. And in the studio, I have Elder Randy. Barkley, yes. And uh our are great uh Very astute. Yeah.
Uh coordinator of all of this is in the studio here. Hey, how are ya? And we also should have Joe Larson, Pastor Joe Larson, on the air by now. Is Joe there? I am back.
Hey, all right. Praise the Lord for that. But God-fearing, Bible-believing, flag-waving, gun-owning, constitution-loving, patriot, we're back on. And ask me to step in and help. What the special program tonight.
So we've got something really crazy Mustafa. I think it's going to be more than interesting. It's going to be. Know thy enemy, how Satan uses And I'll start with a Bible quote. Colossians 2.8.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the traditions of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. And um Oh, guys, this is what has brought about the downfall Of America, and one of the problems is, and it's not pastor earny, but procrastination. Most of the pulpits are silent. They always talk about Satan. But they never talk about the tools.
State and users. They don't talk about the philosophies, the isms the way Satan has uh It helped. Turn Everything over into the hands of the The radical far left to the Uh elements, the Islamists And that's where we're going to go tonight. we are going to try and give a little education, especially Any of the listeners in New York Uh Or they could possibly be electing this mandami, this crazy kami son of Islamist And uh This could be the start. of well what's been going on there's been a revolution taking place for years now And uh Ernie and I were talking about it many, many years ago and uh People didn't realize it was one of those things called.
Yeah. And it came gradually, gradually through many different forms. forms. And unfortunately, Most churches and most pastors never really preach the truth so With your permission, let's Get started on it. What do you say?
I think that's a great idea, Joe. But right before we start on the lesson, and I really want to hear about all this, I would like to put a prayer out for Pastor Sanders. Right, we're going to do that first. and foremost. Yeah, let's let's focus right now and why don't uh each one of us take a turn and we'll just uh uh pray to pray together and uh pray for Pastor Sanders.
And I'll just start it out and then uh Randy can pick pick it up and then you you can finish it up, Joe, if that's all right with you. All right.
Okay, dear Heavenly Father, we just come and lift up Pastor Sanders for the surgery that's going to happen tomorrow for his eyes, Lord. And we would just pray: number one, that he would get a good night's rest tonight and be able to do it. Go into that uh surgical situation uh rested in uh ready for whatever they're going to give him. And we would just pray that you would uh guide the doctors, Lord. Let the let the your mind be the doctor's mind while they're working on his eyes and your uh their hands be your hands while they're working on his his eyes to be able to restore him to uh normal vision And we just would uh continue to pray and lift him up for that.
Amen. Father God, we just come before you, Father God. First of all, thanking you, Father God, that we are not just praying to the empty air. But, Father God, we know you are King of kings, Lord of Lords. You are sovereign.
You are in control. You hear us, Lord God. And you also said that men ought to always pray and not to faint. And so, Father God, I'm glad that we can bring our petitions to the throne of grace right now, Father God. We can intercede, Father God.
We can lift up, Father God, Pastor Sanders before you. And we know that you hear us, Father God. And so, Father God, we just ask you right now to come by here for Pastor Sanders, Lord God. We pray that you would be with him, even in his resting tonight before this surgery, Lord God. And we pray, Father God, for the doctors, for the nurses that on this side in the physical that will be doing their part.
But, Father God, we look to you, Father God, to even touch and to do the supernatural, Father God, to. Bring about his healing speedily, Father God. I'm just reminded, Father God, of how you touched a man's eyes, Lord God, and you asked him, How did he see? And he said, I see men as trees. And you touched him again, Lord God.
You took him to the point where his healing was complete, where it was whole, where he was not just left seeing images and people. People looking like trees, Lord God, but you gave them a full healing, Lord God. And we know that you are still in the miracle-working business even in 2025.
So we just pray that we know how Pastor Sanders is, but we just pray against any fear. We pray also for his wife, Lord God, that she might be comforted during this time, Lord God. And again, that this would be a successful surgery for him.
So we thank you, Lord God, and we ask this in Jesus' name, amen. Joe, you want to continue? Go ahead. Dear Lord, you know that I've been praying for my mentor, my brother, my teacher. And you know what's on all of our hearts You know what how faithful Pastor Ernie's been throughout the years.
And I believe in my heart you have much more. That you want from him.
So I just say if it be, I will, Lord. Bring him back swiftly. And uh Watch over him. not just with these eyes, but uh in all ways so that they continue to be your faithful servant. We ask this in Jesus' name.
Amen. Amen. And I pray the listeners out there are praying with us. Those are prayers that we. Wanted to lift him up for, and I pray that uh each each of the listeners would uh lift him up in prayer.

We started with the idea that uh the wearer that men might spoil you through philosophy and deceit. And in Scripture, I'm going to read a couple of verses. Second Timothy three thirteen. But evil men and seducers shall wax Worse and worse, deceiving. and being deceived, Uh Titus three three For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish.
Disobedient, deceived. There's that word again. serving divers lusts and pleasures, Living in malice and envy, Hateful and hating one another.
Sounds like our world today. And finally, Revelation 18, 23. and the light of a candle shall shine no more At all in thee. and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more in all in thee. or thy merchants were the great men of the earth.
for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And we see their uh That word the saving But I found it interesting, especially in Timothy, where it says deceiving and being deceived It sounds like God's telling us a lot of these people really drink their own Kool-Aid. Yeah. You agree? Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely, a lot of them start believing what they're they're selling to other people. Mm-hmm. And but that deception, isn't that kind of the key to what's going on? I think we have because of the press, the far left the liberal press which is I see The changes coming, but it has been deceiving because you can let lie by omission or commission. But they lie more by the Sin of omission, right?
Mm-hmm. Any comment there? For some reason, my printer went off. I hope it's not making too much noise. I can't shut it off.
I don't know. I didn't print anything. Apparently, my wife did something. That's okay. We're not really hearing that in the background.
You're doing fine, Joe. Yeah. Thanks. Yeah, but this uh this deception, I think it's uh it's we're getting it from both parties actually. But uh the Democrats certainly are uh the the creators of a lot of these things.
Exactly.
Well, Pastor Richard, would you read Ephesians five, six, seven, and yeah. Five, six and seven. Uh Ephesians 5, 6 and 7. Yeah. Let no man deceive you with vain words.
For because of Those things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. There we go again, that word deceived. I was amazed. We're going to see that word quite a few times here as we take a look at what the Lord is saying.
But uh apparently that is the key is to because we have people who lie. People who do not tell the truth in all the commission and of Omission. And he's saying what have nothing to do with them, but I think we'll see later on in the study. And he he tells us we have things to do we're supposed to go out there and do, but we'll get to that later. Um First Corinthians fifteen, thirty three says Are you not?
deceived Evil communications corrupt Good manners. Evil communications. There we have that word deceived again. And evil communications. And boy, do we see a lot of that on.
The internet, don't we? Yeah, we sure do. Don't uh isn't uh I I'm not trying to jump ahead with your s uh the scriptures you're giving there, but isn't there some place where j uh the Satan is called the great deceiver? Yes, he is. Yes.
And one last one. Uh 1 John 3:7. Little children. Let no man deceive you. He that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
Let no man there again, let no man deceive you, Same thing in Ephesians 5 verse 6. I think God's trying to tell us something.
So Elder Barclay, would you read first cards? Corinthians 3, 18, and 19. Yes, let no man. Deceive himself. if any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool.
that he may be wise. for the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. And again. The Lord knoweth the thoughts.
Of the wise. that they are vain. Oh boy. Would you like to comment on that? Because I.
We I think we could spend a lot of time, but the more I look at this, um, going back up that deceiving and being deceived. I think that's kind of what he's speaking to. yourself, right? And you do that by being what? Ignorant?
Mm-hmm. Yeah, ignorant of scripture and also prideful in the fact that you might think that. Um You're smarter than God. Um I've heard the saying: there's no wisdom for a commandment. You have to obey God.
And uh to As he says, for the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.
So the person with the most degrees, the best education, the one that scientifically just figure they have it all figured out, God is saying, the the max of your wisdom Is still foolishness with God. And he says, for it is written, he taketh the wise in their own craftiness. This is just, I mean, the best thing I could look at is like just. playing a master chess player and and and you're just a beginner. And you try to make a move.
Uh, maybe you've learned a couple of moves and you try, you try, you're trying to go against God. There is no way you're going to defeat a master chess player at this game, he's just 10 steps ahead of you, if I could say that. They're exactly Well you know, I think I think a lot of things that um You know, we talk about like, especially this being deceived in that. And talking about God Almighty, I think one of the biggest problems is a lot of times we don't understand the awesomeness of God. They got who the cr How he created, he spoke things into existence.
I mean, this is, we can't even. in our finite minds can't even relate to To the power and the knowledge of what God is, and then to think some, you know, people thinking that they could. be like God or It's You're not even close. Yeah. You look at the world itself.
Romans talks about that. You know, the nature itself reveals that. Yeah. Yeah. You know, I was looking at a uh there was a little bug flying around uh the other day where I was and I'm I'll I you know you hit swing at it and it's like this little thing not only is able to fly and walk around, But it can re Repropriate.
Mm-hmm. And it's just a little speck. I mean, and God made that. You're not com Go ahead, man. Try to make one of those.
Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah. Have you ever seen the eye diagram of a Although little Yeah. Yeah, it is incredible. You're right.
And we uh we think that so many people they teach in schools that, oh, that just all happened by accident, right? Oh, my goodness. Yeah. Doesn't even make sense. And it's not l it's not logical at all.
All right, well, where I'm heading with these, and I want you to go ahead, Richard, Galatians 6. Verses seven and eight. Sure. We see a lot of scripture, but what? the church has got to start doing is taking the verses in scripture And applying them to what's happening in the world, which is what we're going to do after the study.
So, would you do Galatians? Yeah. Sure. Galatians 6, 7 and 8, it says, Be not deceived. God is not marked mocked.
For whatsoever a man soweth, That shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption. But he that soweth to the spirit Shall of the spirit reap Life everlasting. Right. Whatever they sow, they reap.
And that's one of the things I think a lot of the churches have neglected to do, not you know, doers of the word. Pastor any here at one. Right, what's left ministry? But they don't Somebody's out there sewing. corruption sewing Lies, sowing discord or omitting the truth.
Truth, you know, not telling the truth. When they know it, Uh they don't realize that they are sowing their own destruction, right? Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. And you know, you mentioned You mentioned the churches, Joe.
The th the thing is You know the Pastures Have it, they'll preach a sermon and that, but it's the responsibility of the congregation to check that pastor, you know. Follow along with the scriptures and then study it yourself and make sure that it's lining up with what the Word of God says. Right. than that it's What does some of that mean? On like uh um Barkley, would you do Revelations twenty ten?
Certainly. Uh okay, it Revelations 20, 10, it says, and the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Uh Yeah. That deceived him.
Now, there's a question. I've heard a lot of pastors preach on the devil, but. How does he deceive the people? And that's what I do not hear. from most churches Most pastors, most of the ones that are on radio, television, even the smaller churches that I visited.
Uh the people are left. R oh the devil will Yeah. Yeah. Nobody knows really. What that means.
Do you do you think that people do? I I a lot of them don't. I don't I don't think a lot of them Uh they they think, Oh, well, if that's not the devil, that must be okay. And uh the thing is the devil affects man. And uh it's I I always pictured it as uh these little tops that you used to spin with your fingers and you'd spin it around on the table and it would keep spinning and spinning.
That's kind of what the devil does sometimes with us. He'll he'll get us he'll start spinning us and then he'll walk away and that little top will wobble and knock things over and everything, and that's the devil's influence there. Uh Real quick on the scripture that I just read, the Greek definition for deceived comes from. 4106 and it means to properly cause to roam uh from safety or truth. or even virtue to go astray, And one of the things, you know, when you look at Satan.
uh who was Lucifer, that brighten uh that bright star. He was created perfect, the Bible says, in beauty and in wisdom. And but he has the ability to, I believe, deceive by causing. Not only the angels that fell, but humanity that fell, because he appealed to Eve. uh in being she she was not content With what she had.
She looked at that tree, and as he appealed to her, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. and as she saw that it was uh yu y you know, good and uh a tree to be desired, it was like the the the contentment. She she was not content with where She was. And this is what we see now. Where people, they have to have more.
I need more. And you can, and I've always said. All knowledge is not good knowledge. We know that the Bible says that knowledge shall be increased, but all knowledge is not good knowledge. There is a forbidden knowledge, and there was that knowledge from the tree that.
They shouldn't have partaken of. There's the forbidden knowledge that people get into. Black arts and the worship of the black magic, and or not the worship, but getting into black magic and the different things that they go through, all the way even to the Masonic orders and various things like that. You have to go up in all of these degrees, 33rd, 33rd and a half for some. uh you know degrees of supposed But it's it's it's that Dark.
knowledge, but people they have an insatiable appetite. To want more knowledge, and the Bible says knowledge puffs up.
So, again, you fall into the area of pride.
So, yeah, to me, again, one of the things, like I said, to get back on point, is I believe it's through the lack of contentment. And Paul said that I've learned that whatsoever state I'm in to be content, and I think people need to be content. It doesn't mean that you don't seek out knowledge, but it needs to be righteous. It needs to be countered or coupled with the wisdom because the Bible also talks about that there's two types of wisdom. And so we want to be able to obtain that godly wisdom.
Uh from on high, not the earthly.
Okay, I want to. Read something real quick because we're coming up to a break, and this is where we're going to go tonight after the Bible study: 2 Timothy 4, 2, and 3. Preach the word, the instant in season, out of season, reprove. Rebuke and they desort. with all long suffering in doctrine, And this is the big thing where I want to go, for the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine.
But after their own lust they shall heap to themselves teachers having itchy ears. and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and return to and as sables. We need as a church to be reproving, rebuking, and exhorting. And when we come back from the break, I want to ask. you guys to help.
Find those words reprove, rebuke, and exhort. And let's see then if we can find out what we can be doing that other Okay, and we'll be back right after this. And I heard as it were. The noise of thunder. One of the four beasts saying Come and see.
And I saw. And the old. A white horse. There's a man. Going round They can names.
And he decides who to free and who to blame. Everybody won't be treated all the same. There'll be a golden letter reaching down. When the man comes around the hairs. On your arm.
We'll stand up. At the terror in each sip and in each suck. Will you partake of that last offered cup? Or disappear in the middle. to the clutters grab.
When the man comes around. Hear the trumpets, hear the vibers. 100 million angels singing. Multitudes are marching to the big Voices calling, voices crying.
Some are born and some are dying. It's Alpha and Omega's King Come And the whirlwind. It's in the thorn tree, the virgins. are all trimming their wicks. The whirlwind is in the thorns.
Yeah. It's hard for thee to kick. against the pricks. Tillar McGidden. No shalom.
No shalom. Then the father hen will call his chickens home. The wise men will bow down before the throne. And at his feet with cast their golden crowns. When the man comes around, whoever is unjust.
Let him be unjust still. Whoever is righteous. Let him be righteous still. Whoever is filthy. Let him be filthy still.
Listen to the words long written down. When the man comes around Hear the trumpets, hear the pipers 100 million aims. Joe singing up. Multitudes on my Yeah. There's a big kettle drowning Voices calling, voices crying.
Some are born and some are dying. It's Alpha Land Omega's kingdom come. And the whirlwind is in the thorn tree. The virgins are all trimming their wicks. The whirlwind.
It's in the thorn tree. It's hard for thee to kick against the pricks. It measured 100 weight. And Tiny Powell. When the man comes around.
And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts. And I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And his name that sat on him was death. And hell followed with him. Amen.

Well good section there. The Revelation. Mm-hmm. like one of those uh um Promise of things to come. Yeah.
Promise, right? Yeah, it's going to happen. God said it.
Okay. Real. Folks, this is Pastor Joe Larson. I'm coming in as a guest tonight. Pastor Richard Lewis is hosting there in the studio, and Pastor Ernie Sanders is.
Relaxing. He is going to be having.
some eye surgery tomorrow. We've talked about that. But if you're just tuning in, Uh We are talking tonight about Please do. Know your enemy, how Satan uses philosophy and vain deceit and the Traditions of men, the rudiments of the world. And I wanted to start.
Uh because a lot of lot of the things that the church never touches are isms. And I don't know how many people actually know the definition of anism. Either of you gentlemen know that. An ism, no, I S M. It's uh put on the end of the separate words.
Uh I know the prefects, but I don't know what are Uh what that's Where I'm going to take you guys tonight a little bit because so many of the things wrong with our world. Mm-hmm. Anism is a Suffix. And I said prefix. I'm about, yes, it's a suffix.
Yes, yeah. To create abstract nouns of action, state, condition, doctrine, and used often to describe a philosophy, a theory. a social movement or even a religion Remember, we don't really have a religion, we have a personal relationship.
So These words uh We think of things like Well, we're going to take a look at things Uh starting communism, socialism, Progressivism, environmental. Atheism, existentialism, humanism. These are the tools that Satan uses, these are those vain philosophies and deceits Now, there's some goodisms out there. We know that Uh conservatism you know, is is an ism. But it's a cultural, social and phil philosophical Uh Political, I'm sorry.
Political political. Philosophy and idea that. seeks to promote and preserve Promote and preserve. traditional Institute. customs values And Faith.
So that is a good ism, right? And then we know capitalism. is a good word, right? Sure. Mm-hmm.
And how about uh Uh tritheism. Belief that the members of the Yeah, yeah.
Okay. We see modalism, the belief in the unity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
So there's a lot of good isms out there, but Let's start. With the two that are probably the most familiar but the least understood. Communism And socialism.
Now, communism to start because once I define communism.
Socialism is you'll see shortly kind of taken care of. Communism aims for a classless society without private property. And this Form of government envisions. Yeah. of the means of production.
And it goes back to the old Soviet Union. And uh Always leads to a author uh authorian A regime where a handful of people are. and power and And becomes totally the people become submissive totally to the government.
Now, these are things that were never taught in school. Vladimir Lenin said. Democracy is indispensable to socialism. What party uses the term calls us a democracy all the time. The Democrats.
Right. But yet it's indispensable to socialism and one of the world's leading experts. ought to know, right? Karl Marx said, Democracy is the road. to socialism.
Hmm.
Well, if it's indispensable. It's also the road And Lennon again said The goal of socialism is communism. The goal of socialism is communism. And then one of them turned around and said, Communism is socialism In a hurry. How many pastors do you think preach that from the pulpit?
Not very many, I wouldn't think.
Well, they're always talking about. We looked at all those Bible studies about deceiving, deceiving, being deceived, deceiving with vain words. deceiving you know Let no man deceive you. in different forms.
Well, these are how they deceived They use these words, but they try and make them the uh enemy. Satan Makes them sound good. Oh, everybody's going to be equal. Yeah. Uh everybody's going to be happy and wonderful.
And you know, What they do is they lie without You know. Then there's the biggie. cultural Marxism. Aha Cultural Marxism. That is the cultural Revolution That is uh How we've been taken over Through what?
How would you say it? Through the culture. Do you guys know what that means? Through the culture. That would be the deception through the idea of uh these other nationalities coming in and not um melting into our society.
End part. That's part of it. The other part would be the culture, what's part of the culture? Is our Yeah. Yeah.
I think that's the only thing that's. Yeah. Uh how about radio television? Yes, sir, sir. Mm-hmm.
How about newspapers, advertising? Mm-hmm. Education Together, music. Sure, all of those. Cultural Marxism is using.
all of the elements of our culture to promote Socialism Which is you know, a slow, gradual means to get to communism. Mm-hmm. And it started out It was created uh Because they realized that the world was not when Economies took over in Russia and places, but Europe didn't fall. And the Marxists were going, Okay. You know, something went wrong.
And What happened? The other European countries didn't go the way of Russia. you know, when it fell in nineteen seventeen was totally communist. Um So they said, well, we've got to come up with something new. And uh There are a couple of their main uh Uh people uh Antonio Gramsci and George Lucas.
said well Western civilization, that's our Culture. And Christian religion had blinded all the workers out there to Its true Marxist class interests that communism was. possible and Western civilization until Western civilization could be destroyed.
Now, do you guys remember way back in the 60s? Are you old enough? I don't know, I am. Berkeley had a chance. The students in Berkeley were going, Hey, hey, ho, ho.
Western Civ has got to go. Remember that? Yes. What did they mean? Western civ western civilization has got to go.
In the sixties, they were promoting the overthrow of Western civilization. And what is the foundation of Western civilization? The Constitution? Would you be talking about the?
Well uh Our foundation is the Constitution, yeah. But our value system. Christianity.
Well, yeah, sure. Christianity and Capitalism. Those are the two things, Christianity and capitalism. formed Western civilization.
So When they're chanting hey, hey, ho, ho, Western Civ has got Yeah. We've got to destroy Western civilization. to bring about Communism. What's happening? What have you what have we seen in the past twenty, thirty years?
We've seen the left having a revolution to basically what destroy our Western civilization, right? Yes, they have, yeah. And they try to dilute Christianity over and over again. You know, look at. the taking the Ten Commandments out of the school.
You're not allowed to read the Bible in the schools and Exactly. See, this was all planned Way back in the nineteen hundreds the uh Cultural Marxists that came up with this idea of attacking it through the culture. They came to the United States. You see, they uh Uh you know, there was a war coming, so they didn't want to be involved in that. these people knew that they would have to destroy our traditional sexual morals that have to go after our faith, And one of them, George Lucas, was in Hungary The first thing he did, he was a government official, was to introduce sex education into the public full system.
That kind of breaks. Down the family values, right? Yes, absolutely. In 1923, Lucas and the group of people established a think tank. called the Frankfurt University.
Yeah. at Frankfurt University called the Institute for Social Research. Or the Frankfurt School, and this was where all. All the things with this culture of Marxism came to be This created this whole and one of the people came to America was a name Herbert Marcuse. And he wrote a book called Eros and civilization.
That was the pleasure principal. He was teaching at Berkeley. Yeah, remember, hey, hey, ho ho, Western Civ has got to go.
So here's this cultural Marxist is a professor. And you wrote this book. And You might have not read the book, but do you remember? Make love, not war. I've heard the phrase, yeah.
That was in that book. How about if it feels good, do it? And we've heard that phrase too, for sure. Yeah. Civilization from Berkeley.
How about God is dead? Yeah. But See, so here's a man. Teaching in Berkeley. Framing section.
restraints remember all the hippie movement. Oh, what was that all about? Free love, free sex, right? It was the cultural Marxists that brought about the hippie revolution there. The flower power, the flower children.
This was all brought about by the Marxist teaching in our colleges and universities. Mm.
So they would have to build A group of people that would fight the culture.
So, what did they do?
Well, they tried to get a coalition of like feminists Sodomites. Oh, some of the repressed minorities. Oh, that sounds like the Democrat Party, doesn't it? Today it does. It sure does.
Okay, so they got these people. and they started their work. And they created a thing called Critical theory.
Now this critical theory they invented The idea is to listen, you've probably seen this in action: criticize every traditional institution, starting with the family. cruelly and unremittingly in order to bring it down And they wrote a series of what they call studies and prejudice. That anybody that believed in traditional Western culture is prejudiced. We're racist. Sexes.
Fascists Homo flag? Oh, sounds like political correctness, doesn't it? Mm-hmm. So here we had all of these cultural Marxists come over. They came to New York.
They went to. California, they spread out. They started taking physicians In literature, they started writing books, they started creating NGOs, they started becoming college professors. And they started normalizing things like Oh, they were the ones behind normalizing homosexuality. And what did they say to do?
Oh, just take the sodomites and or homosexuality, just being television programs into every American home where All these homosexuals, I know we call them sodomites, but they said homosexuals make them appear normal and healthy and fun and nice. And you know, somebody you'd like to have next door to you and So now remember that Homosexual movement. to normalize homosexuality. It used to be And mental illness, right?
Okay. But it was the Marxists who brought up the money, brought up the advertising and tried to normalize homosexuality in America. And yet, Pastor Ernie and I, I think, we're about the only two preachers I know that were talking about this kind of thing on the radio. Mm.
Yeah, and they've cert certainly have done that with the uh T V and the movies. Exactly.
Cultural Marxism, radio, television, advertisement, blah, blah, you get the drip. They even sodomites. in a lot of the advertisements, right? And it all goes back to a group of people who were trying to bring down Western civilization, these Marxists. that wanted to bring about communism.
Then Marcus came up with What he called liberation. tolerance And he defined that as tolerance for all ideas that come from the left. The radical left and intolerance. for any idea that comes from the Right. Oh point Can you see that as What the Democrats have been using all these years?
Yes, yes, absolutely. Yeah. Here we have this. We had political correct multiculturalism all these different multiculturalism is another one of those isms All of those isms. Yeah.
Tie in with Communism, Marxism. communism, socialism, see how they come together. And then they include Atheism And you guys know the definition of that, right? There is no God. There is no God, yeah.
God. is dead. Herbert Marcuse there and Aeroson Civilization and The University of Berkeley. All of a sudden God is dead. Right.
And that kind of led to what? Madeline Murray O'Hare.
So do you see the tie-ins now? Yes, absolutely. And, you know, you talk you talk about them uh trying to destroy the Christianity, w uh, you know, just uh part of destroying the Western civilization that's s so prevalent, uh, even uh on commercials today. You know, uh they they always show the uh if there's a husband and wife, the husband is generally a buffoon. And the wife knows uh who to call for the answer or knows better than the husband.
Over and over again you see commercials like that. You remember that old television show Life O'Reilly. Yes. Mm-hmm. William Bendixi, the big buffoon, his wife was the Smart one that saved everything.
Yeah, even back then, and that was, oh my goodness, long time ago. Yeah, a long time ago. But see, this has been going on for a long Long time, a slow, gradual march of socialism, communism. You can call it. put and include those words, multiculturalism.
Now, you know, and the left uses racism Right. Existentialism. Have either of you gentlemen ever heard of that term? I have, yes. It's the basis of and university philosophy.
courses in America. And I was speaking with a group, Pastor Ernie and I were there talking to we had a large group of pastors, I don't remember 60, 70 of them. And I brought this up. And they go more. Who, what ex a, who's a you know, they kind of made fun of it.
But It's a doctrine of individual human responsibility that's really in an unfathomable universe. And I want to point out something. The person that Dead it, his name is Soren Kierkegaard. This man wanted to be famous for being brilliant. He wanted to be famous for being a great thinker.
And he spent years And trying to make the world better. But he said Out of my despair, my embarrassing situation, Seeing I had accomplished nothing and was unable to make anything easier than it had already been. and moved by a genuine interest in those To make Everything easy. I conceived it my task and duty to create difficulties everywhere. We couldn't Come up with any way to make life better for the world, so he decided to make it more complicated.
More confusing.
So he created existentialism, which is a really a concept of truth is subjective. Truth is diffused. And there is no absolute. Truth. and he used circular reasoning.
This is What is being taught? To all of our young people and has been for many, many years in the colleges and universities. and you wonder why our young people are confused. Truth is subjective. Truth is very diffused.
Truth is relative. and they use circular reasoning to come up with it. Mm-hmm. If the church doesn't know what's being taught. and what our students are being brainwashed.
How can they defend it? How did the you know, talk to the young people when they don't know what they're being taught. Joe, we have a we have about two minutes before the hard break, so. All right, let me hit one thing real quick then. Remember Relativism.
Mm-hmm. Okay, that was a fake thing. Einstein came up with his theory of relativity, and to make a long story short, A bunch of reporters were very naïve, didn't really understand it.
So they were trying to figure out how to make relativity how they could relate to it. and they turned it from a scientific Uh term And to a social term, Relativity became relativism. And this became a prevailing thought in our society, but. Einstein himself was chagrined at the way this physics presentation became twisted in the public mind And he was distressed that this about this misapprehension. Bewildered.
He was bewildered by the relentless publicity and error. his work brought about. And he talked about it created it Religion out of something because The reporters did not understand what the great man had come up with, what it was all about. and they turned it into a social construct So basically Relativism. Uh it's nothing but a joke.
It's a mistake. And we now, you know, people, oh, it's relative, baby, you know, I mean, Our whole this is again that deceit, the lies. were created by ignorant people who wanted to be able to sound like they knew something.
So they made up something. Yeah. Isn't that amazing? Yeah, it is. trained to figure out things.
and and make up these Look at tr to try to look Wise. You know, they're they're always wise. Puffing themselves up. Uh yeah. As the scripture says.
To be wise, they became as fools, right? That's right. That's right. Yeah. Yeah, we're just about out of time for this hour.
