Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left on this 28th day of August 2025. And tonight, it's his last night on the board as a single man. That's right. He's tying the knot. And folks, because he's one of us, he's a Christian conservative, he will be marrying a pretty woman.
Right. and all of us Christian men we do that we marry Christian women right and we will never marry an ugly man would we if we did we'd become democrats I guess so and so we want to just say congratulations for and we want to keep you this whole thing in prayer for this weekend it'll be the best time of your life thank you pastor I've been married for 57 years now. 57, yeah. Wow. Wonderful.
Some big stories for that, but I'm not going to get into there. We've got to start out. We have a couple prayer requests here to start with tonight. We have Sandra. Her husband has called and asked us if we would pray for her.
She's got cognitive degeneration or decline, you might say. And so he's asked if we could pray. Let's do that. Heavenly Father, and folks out there, remember, remember, remember, God answers prayer. Prayer is important.
A lot of you out there have had prayer answered, and a lot of prayer, a lot of power. No prayer, no power. And so join with me, and we pray for Sandra in her cognitive decline. Heavenly Father, Lord God, I want to hold Sandra up and just ask the Father God, Lord, that you might touch her because her husband says that she's saved, that she knows you. And so, again, we know, Lord, that we've seen so many things, so many times when all the men's science and all the men's technology can't heal someone.
But we've seen you come through in so many cases, so many times. And so, Lord, we ask that you would do that with her. Father God, if it be your will that you touch her and that she becomes, again, reverses it. Lord, she's restored her memory and everything is restored. And then, Lord, you use her in a mighty way right up until the time her soul is required of her.
Lord, Father God, turn her desires towards you more and more every day and every way and all things. And we ask the same for all of us here in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. I have a prayer request, too, because we came up just 2,000 short.
We're just 2,000 short of what we needed. And it's kind of a we need an ASP. We need it yesterday. And so, Richard, if you could ask the folks out there if they could come through. we need it right away maybe even by credit card if it's possible yes uh but um so go ahead yeah we we just lift up this ministry lord uh dear heavenly father father god we just uh love you and we know you hear and answer prayers and we just lift up this ministry it's been going on the ministries for uh over 50 years and uh pastor sanders has been fighting the good fight and doing the best he can out here.
And right now he's behind the eight ball a little bit with this need for a $2,000 donation. And so if there's anyone out there that is able to do that, and like he said, it would be best as a credit card offering because that way they get the money right away because he needs to pay this bill post-haste.
So, Heavenly Father, we just ask you to touch the hearts of everyone that's listening out there. And please, God, just prompt someone, if they're able to, to be able to donate that kind of money and to help out the ministry. And we just pray that you would allow that to be on their minds and on their hearts and direct them. And we just thank you so very much, Lord, for hearing and answering our prayers and just being the God of answering prayers. Just a wonderful Lord.

Oh, dear. Yeah. Anyhow, I guess the ballgames pay more money than we do. They've got more than we do. Yeah, they have more clout, I guess.
Yeah. That's all right. God has all the clout. Yes, he does. Let's see.
There was one other announcement, and I'm trying to think of what it was. Oh, I know what it is. Here's what happened, Richard. I was at the Great Geaulge County Fair today, and I had announced that I was going to be there today from 10 to 2, and so I told the folks to come out and join me.
Now, I've been to that fair every year for years and years, and we were all the way back in the 70s, and it was the slowest I've ever seen it. Yes. And so what happened, I expected a huge crowd of fans to come out, maybe in a parade, but they didn't, Richard. Oh, no. I didn't get any of that.
In fact, but I did meet some really nice, two very nice ladies who were in a booth next to us with a lot of Bible questions. Oh, wow. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, it was so slow. I had a great time doing all the Bible questions.
It was great. You had a little prompt to Bible study out there. That's fantastic. Oh, yeah. Yes, it was.
And then across from us was another Christian organization ministry out there, and I had a good discussion with the pastor over there. It was very good.
So anyhow, I guess that was it. We're going to get right into the scripture. And the Geog Affair will be going on until what? Oh, yeah, that's right. It's going to be until Labor Day.
I will be, Lord's willing, for you folks, if any of you care, to come out and see me, okay, if you love me. Anyhow, I'll be there from 2 to 6, Lord's willing, 2 to 6 on this Sunday, and also 2 to 6 on Monday.
So both days I'll be there from 2 to 6, okay? And the booth will be there at the other fair times, and there'll be other people in the booth. Oh, yeah. Yes. Yeah, we have over 30 different people to work from.
Okay. They come in from time to time, so you have to because, you know, it's five days and it's all day. Yes. So we have all those volunteer. Good people, praise the good Lord.
In fact, guess who's there right now? I know. Master Hal. I know, yeah, Hal and Eric. And Eric, huh?
Yeah. Hal and Eric.
Well, wait a minute. I think they just... They just finished. Their ship just finished. They just closed.
At 10. Yeah, it closes at 10.
So they're probably on their way wherever.
Well, come on now. You know Pastor Hal. I know where they're going. You know exactly. They're on their way to a restaurant.
That's exactly where they're going. On their way to a restaurant. Hopefully listening to us on their way. Yeah, Hal's got to eat. Let's get into the scripture.
and the title of the message was The Truth, The Christian, and The True Church. And so here we went through verses with the truth versus falsehoods and lies. We went through the true Christian versus the false Christian. Tonight we're taking a look at the true church versus the apostate or the false church. And so we pick it up in Acts chapter 20, and would you read verses 28 through 35, and then we'll go back and come at it a verse at a time.
Sure. Starting in verse 28 of chapter 20. 20 of Acts. Take heed, therefore, unto yourselves and to all the flock over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things and drawing away disciples after them. Therefore, watch and remember that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn everyone night and day with tears. And now, brethren, I command you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. I have coveted no man's silver or gold or apparel, yea, ye yourselves know that these hands have ministered unto my necessities and to them that were with me. I have shewed you all things, how that by so laboring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
Okay, let's go back and take it from verse 28. Take heed, therefore, unto yourselves and to all the flock over which the Holy Ghost has made you overseers.
Now, it's an interesting thing because that overseers really covers a lot. And it's an interesting thing because for the same office, you have so many different names. For example, that word overseer is the very same word that they use for bishop. And also, the same thing for a bishop is an elder.
Now, men have changed that, you know, I mean, from what God's word the Bible has given us. But the elder is the same as the presbyterist or what we call the presbytery okay which is a pastor okay or the episcopal you know An episcopal was, again, clergy, and a shepherd, and the pastor, and the episcopal, and the presbytery, and the bishop, and the elder were all in the same office. Yeah. But right here, yeah, for this, he's talking to the elders of the church, right? Yeah.
Yeah. Well, now, the under-shepherd is the pastor, the pastor of the local church, okay?
So he's the head pastor. Like I was the under-shepherd of our church. We had eight pastors there, okay? They were elders, okay? But you would refer to the same word, too, as a bishop.
It's like you can either drive a car or a motor vehicle or a Honda or a Buick. I mean, it's all the same thing with a different name. Yeah, there's different jobs within the local church, though. Oh, yeah, different ministries. But what I'm saying is the Word of God doesn't change all those offices.
Like today, what they have done is they have made like a hierarchy where a bishop is someone today in some denominations, which denominations are not biblical. God never gave us denominations, okay? What did he give us?
Well, he gave us assemblies, the local church, okay? And that's what we need to remember is the church is the people. It's not a building. Right, right, absolutely.
So many people confuse that. They say, oh, that's my church there. No, that's the church building. That's where the church meets. But the people are the church, not the building.
He goes on to say, for I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Boy, you and I have seen that over the years. That happens all the time. The first one to show up at church on Sunday morning is the devil. He's usually there to divide and conquer.
And we have to be. And he goes on to say, Also of your own selves shall man arise speaking first things to draw away disciples after them.
So we've had that where we've had a betrayal where people have come in over the years and pretense that they're with you until they get an opportunity to betray you. And in this radio ministry, boy, we've had that happen on numerous occasions over the years, okay, where they come in unawares, wolves in sheep's clothing, huh? Yeah, and that's one of the reasons why God set up the church to be a private assembly. Really, it's not a public assembly. And you can have people in there that aren't saved, but those are invited guests.
Well, when you baptize people into, you're supposed to be baptizing them into the congregation, into the local body, okay? A lot of people don't know that. I mean, I've had people call me up from other states. I'm going to be passing through. Could you baptize me, Kate?
But the idea was you were to be baptized. I mean, and that's more tradition, I guess, than clearly ordered in Scripture. But that's the way it's been throughout the centuries. Yeah, but yeah, the support. But baptism is just an obedience to what God commands.
For instance, that... It's one of two ordinances. Yeah, the Ethiopian eunuch in chapter 8, Acts 8, he got baptized and he went back to Ethiopia. And Ethiopia was a Christian nation up to 1953. Do you remember who it was that baptized you?
Sure, Philip. No. What happened to Philip right afterwards? He was taken up. He was taken up and taken somewhere else.
I bet you can't do that. No. He didn't need no Uber or anything like that. He didn't even get a towel. Yeah, he was just taken up and lifted up.
Up, up, and away. All righty.
Now he goes on to say, therefore, watch and remember that by the space of three years I cease not to warn everyone night and day with tears. And that's what we do. I mean, this has been one of our biggest ministries over the years. First of all, warning people about salvation, making their salvation sure. But also, you know, there's these six things, J7, that God hates.
And one of them is those that cause division amongst the church, in the church there. And boy, have I had to deal with that over the years. I mean, it's really, see, when you're over the targets, when you get the flack, huh? Oh, yes. And if things are nice and quiet and you have no problems, that means you're not causing the devil any problems, are you?
Right. And so here he goes on to say, And now, brethren, I command you to God and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. I have coveted no man's silver or gold or apparel. You hear that, you prosperity preachers?
Okay, right. I have coveted no man's silver, gold, or peril. That's exactly the goals of the prosperity church is to covet that. And you yourselves know that these hands have ministered unto my necessities and to them which were with me. I have showed you all things that so laboring you ought to support the work to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how that he said, here you go.
Folks, remember that Richard had just prayed that we need around 2,000 ASP as soon as possible. Jesus said it is better to give than to receive. Yes. All righty.
Now we want to turn over to Philippians chapter 3. Philippians 3, chapter 3, verse 18. I believe it's 18 and 19. 18 through 21.
Well, actually, let's start with 17 through 21. And then we'll do the same thing. We'll come back to Philippians 3, 17 through 21. Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an example. For many walk of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ.
whoso end in destruction whose God is their belly and whose glory is in their shame whose mind earthly things. For our conversation is in heaven from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Who shall change our vile bodies that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the works thereby. He is able even to subdue all things unto himself. All righty, let's go back to verse 17.
Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as you have us, for example. Is he being arrogant there, or is Paul really up against, just like us today, wolves, those false teachers, false preachers that were coming? They were coming in from all over. And just like today, you have the apostate church. I mean, openly apostate, literally teaching and preaching just in total opposition to whatever God's word the Bible teaches.
everything that the Bible calls sin, they embrace. And so, but a lot of people are clueless. They don't know because of biblical literacy, they go into these United Church of Christ, the Episcopal, they're sitting there, they're clueless because they don't, and what they're given for Bibles aren't really Bibles, they're perversions of the Bible, huh? I know, I know. But this is a double-edged sword here, too, when Paul says that, which walk so as ye have us for an example.
That is something that we need to be very careful of because if we are claiming the name of Christ, we need to walk accordingly. And so we need to watch ourselves, too.
Well, absolutely. And I mean, here, because Paul says in other places, he makes it clear. He said, what you've heard me say, say what you've heard me say. What you've seen me do, do what you've seen me do.
Okay. And so I know when we started Doers of the Word Church, there were people out there saying, how dare you call yourself doers of the word.
Okay. I mean, but we really believed it. I mean, we meant it. We really meant it. And today, you know, it's not that way.
At the fair today, across from our booth, and by the way, folks, I'll be in the Merchants' Building Sunday from 2 to 4, the Merchants' Building at the Great Yacht County Fair. But in the ministry across, they got a big sign up on the wall that says, most pastors in America don't believe the Bible, okay? And that's true. Yeah, that's true. That's a shame.
But yeah, there's so much confusion. And that's what the devil's done. He gave us over 200 translations in English to fool all these people. If they would just stick with the authorized version, the King James, they wouldn't have a problem. I know that.
And so anyhow, he goes on. The last verse, let me jump to the last because we're running out of time. who shall change our vile bodies that it may be fashioned unto the glorious body according to the workings whereby he is able even to subdue all things to himself. Have you ever wondered, Richard, amongst all the pastors, we had all of us pastors together, which one of us had the most vile body? We'll be right back.
Sorry to hear the interference you were having after having my sister on, Pastor. I pray that that's ended. I know when you first had me on, you mentioned that those types of things have happened when you've helped people like me in the past. And if I was the reason, I am sorry and very grateful to you for what you've done helping me so far. I believe it was God who let me get in contact with you in the first place.
Because basic communication and making contact with people is something they've actively suppressed from me. For those who don't know me. My name is Daniel Kovacek. I was and am a far right political activist who was unjustly targeted by Biden's FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force in May of 2023 and unjustly labeled a level one national threat ban potential terrorist for at least five months. On August 17th, 2023, I was falsely accused of having been an armed barricaded standoff.
It was an entirely false, known to be false report. And even though I've proven this, I've been locked up for a pending firearm possession charge for two years now as a result of officers searching my condo that night. Intelligence communities run operations that continuously violate my rights and silence and discredits me. One example of this is all of my calls and texts are forwarded through an entity. A lot of them never are received or sent.
And a lot of them that I was sending, I believe, now was powered by AI through a filter that was intended to make me come off as a jerk or just basically to cool or end the relationships with various people And I would try to get in contact with customer service and hacker agents would be there to forward the call and superimpose on it I just happy to waste hours of my time to ensure that the issues were never fixed So then things like this and far worse. I mean, hacking, stalking, burglaries and other things happen multiple times a day sometimes. And this was, again, almost every day for months on end. And there's witnesses to this. You spoke to my sister.
She spoke on it. I remember on at least two occasions a close friend of mine, Mercedes Adams, was brought to tears of fright just witnessing the intense stalking and targeting and hacking that I was going through. Neither of us at the time would have guessed that the government was behind it because what was happening seemed so criminal. And it was only recently that the Department of Justice even admit that I had this level one national threat band level that they reluctantly turned over, saying that it was unrelated in a separate investigation to the firearm possession charge that I'm currently being held on. And it was only after I agreed to plead guilty to the firearm possession charge that they turned over documents they said out of an abundance of caution, which is really just a way to cover, to protect themselves down the road, to say, oh, we did turn those related to that other investigation over.
But it proved what I've been saying all along to my attorneys, which is, hey, the government was targeting me and conducting these operations prior to and on this day of this fake standoff.
So basically in May of 2023, the FBI designates me the highest risk level potential of national damage, which according to the FBI website requires immediate and comprehensive action.
So then a few months of psychological and cyber warfare later, on August 17, 2023, I'm falsely accused of being in a five-hour long standoff, which was a narrative that was used by officers to buy time and exert pressure on people that were concerned for me to help them get warrants, and they couldn't get enough, so they ended up just lying anyways to obtain these warrants. Officers stormed my condo after I exit and claimed they found one 380 pistol. I bonded out and was out for about a month until on September 27, 2023, the FBI arrested me for one charge of firearm possession for that pistol.
Now, that exact same day, on September 27, 2023, the FBI arrested me. the state of Ohio dropped every single charge relating from the fake standoff.
So the FBI arrests me on a supposedly unrelated mere firearm possession charge. According to them, it had nothing to do with whatever they labeled me a terrorist about. But would you know it, Pastor, they've had me now locked up for two years on this unrelated firearm possession case and have not attempted to ask me a single question or even mentioned this terrorism designation and quote-unquote investigation they had going, which is absolutely unbelievable. But the reason for this is obvious. It was obvious to me really back then.
The purpose of the operations were not surveillance. I saw and I felt the stalker agent's presence daily.
So the purpose wasn't investigatory either. They never asked me or anyone else I know any questions about anything.
So if it wasn't surveillance or investigation, what were they doing? It was purely weaponized intelligence community and law enforcement who were attempting to create a crime where none had existed. I'd been saying for months to multiple witnesses, people who will vouch for this today, that it seemed like I was being targeted and that these people targeting me were hell-bent on trying to frame me or kill me, which almost happened. This for almost five hours on August 17th, SWAT snipers and an assault team had guns trained on my home, with me inside, unaware that they were out there. And the entire time, the officers in charge knew that I was unaware police were outside and was sleeping.
The officers who knew this did not relay it to the SWAT snipers at all, and instead let them continue all those hours under the false belief that I was barricaded, armed, and refusing to exit. Again, the officers in charge knew at all times, from the only person who claimed that she saw me that day, that I wasn't aware police were outside and was sleeping. My prosecutor said that he was seeking an indictment due to the amount of prison time he believed I face for a firearm possession charge due to charges I had when I was 18 years old back in 2008.
Now, I noticed in my life, right around the same time of the targeting, May of 2023, federal, or what I believed who they were, trying to get me to go to gun shows or look at guns for purchase or bring firearms around me. It was very strange to me. I didn't understand why it was happening. But now I'm certain that it was FBI operations that had the exact same aim in mind that the prosecutor did. simply put a firearm around him, say that he shot it and was in an armed standoff, and then charge him with 922G, and we can imprison him and cover up the lives of police and FBI that are needed to do it later.
Now, I know Kash Patel and Pam Bondi have a lot on their plates, but if the lower-level instances of what I've gone through and what you're going through, Pastor, and have gone through, if they're not fixed with who we have in power now, ...be like government gangsters who bide their time under the radar while Trump's in office and will still continue to harass and silence patriots. It's happening right now to my family, and it appears to you as well. I pray that there's some investigation by Congress or Ed Martin's office or something before the Cleveland FBI office begin erasing evidence, if they haven't already. I mean, the Wickwith police have tampered with records, reports, and evidence, and I'm sure that this was emboldened if not even directed by the feds. And I've pointed these serious crimes that were committed by law enforcement out way worse than you would think than the allegation that I merely had a .380 pistol in my home, but apparently not.
I believe the agents were conspiring to frame me by putting firearms around me. This is a complex case and it's hard to get it all out. I wish I could do an interview with you, but we lock down every night at 9 p.m. in here. but if people look at what actually has happened not the surface lies told even last time you had me on on August 8th I exposed a few of the many blatant perjuries in the affidavits that are sworn under oath to arrest me and search my condo the search warrant was submitted shortly after the fake standoff ended the affidavit statement one of them, one of the last ones that was sworn under oath to be true this is it, I'm going to quote it quote, detectives Cook and Fitch attempted to speak with Daniel after his arrest, but he refused to make any statements regarding the incident.
End quote. This is a bold-faced lie. I spoke with Detectives Cook and Fitch for over 22 minutes, and what I had to say were significant narrative-shifting comments, crucial that a judge contemplating probable cause should hear. Because if what I actually said to Detectives Cook and Fitch were told to the judge, it would cause the judge to pause and question if the entire narrative told to her by police was false, which it all was. It was an entirely falsely alleged standoff that was widely publicized as being true.
So I was in custody. I had exit the condo and was arrested, and Kulik now asking for a warrant to go in and search my condo.
Now, as a side note, as soon as I exit the condo after the fake standoff ended, when they got my attention, I saw over a half dozen officers or agents storm in my condo illegally without a warrant. And they tried to deny that this happened, but eventually they finally admitted, yeah, we did go in there. But while inside, these officers attempted to stage a scene to make it look like I was in this standoff when I wasn't. It was totally staged, with a gun case on the ground, bullets scattered everywhere. They did that to help further the false standoff narrative.
After being told I was in a standoff for five hours, barricaded, and then finally surrendered, this judge would probably wonder what did they have to say after he exit, right? Why did he say he was in a standoff for five hours? What was he so upset about that made him do this standoff? And what made him finally surrender after five hours?
So the judge not only wasn't advised of what I actually had to say, but she was falsely told that I refused to say anything at all, which was, again, another lie in furtherance of this false standoff. The truth is that from the time I exit the condo, I wouldn't stop talking. It was clear how upset and shocked I was that the dozens of police and SWAT were outside.
Now I'm going to quote verbatim from Detective David Cook's police report. This is the same Detective Cook that's referred to in the affidavit that says, quote, Detectives Cook and Fitch attempted to speak with Daniel after his arrest, but he refused to make any statements regarding the incident, end quote. Yet look at David Cook's report. This is what his report says, and I quote, Detective Fitch and I then went into WPD jail where we met with Kowalski. Kowalski indicated that he wished to speak with his attorney before speaking with officers.
However, without prompting, he continued speaking about the incident. Kovacic indicated that he was upset with the large police presence at his home and indicated that he was sleeping during the entirety of the incident. Kovacic was mainly concerned with the ERT entering his home without a warrant, and it was explained to him that a protective sweep was conducted.
However, his home had yet to have been searched. It was explained to Kovacic that we were in the process of writing a search warrant for his home and suggested that should there be a firearm in his home, it would be best to disclose that to us. Kovacic stated that there was not any firearms in his home. Once completed with the interview, Detective Lieutenant Kulik advised that he had completed a search warrant for Kovacic's condo. Detective Lieutenant Kulik and I met with Judge Cornaccio of the Willoughby Municipal Court, and she signed a search warrant for his home.
End quote. Yes, that was the exact same search warrant that falsely said I refused to make any statements to Detectives Cook and Fitch regarding the incident. Again, there's a recording of me speaking to Detectives Cook and Fitch for over 22 minutes.
Now, prosecutors argued the statement saying that I refused to make any statements that Detectives Cook and Fitch was true because I never spoke on why officers were there. But even though I had asked the officers many times, what is this all about? Why were you guys outside my house? And I was never told that I was accused of barricading in my condo or of having shot a gun in the air. They said that since I never spoke on shooting a gun or being in a standoff, the statement was true.
I didn't find out I was being accused of these things until days later, when I saw it on the media after I bonded out. Police refused to tell me what was going on.
So there's many crimes that have been committed by the police, FBI, and DOJ, many violations of my rights which somehow, unbelievably, not a single officer has been fired, let alone charged. If someone like us, Pastor, who's not an officer or in government, told the types of lies that are seen many times over in my arrest and search warrants, we'd be charged with perjury. But instead, I'm still locked up, and prosecutors have not charged these officers for defrauding the public and falsely telling local media that a standoff occurred. Google searched Wycliffe Standoff 2023, Daniel Kovacic, it's all still there. And this lie that I refused to speak to officers was told to further the false standoff narrative.
Imagine if the judge was told what I actually said. It would be cataclysmic to the well-established false standoff narrative. The judge might not have even signed the search warrant. The judge who'd been told I was in an armed, barricaded standoff for five hours would say, wait, what do you mean he said he was sleeping? You guys had some type of contact with him during this five-hour standoff that proves he knew you were there, right?
No, Your Honor, we never made contact with him, and we didn't try to contact with him or announce our presence. Did you observe any activity from him at all during these five hours? No, Your Honor, we saw his dog in the window, which our snipers almost shot.
Well, what about the barricade? Oh, we made that up too, Your Honor. There was never a barricade, and actually 20 minutes after we told SWAT there was a barricade, we saw his girlfriend exit the condo, and she was not blocked by a barricade and told us none existed, and that she left the door unlocked, and that she planned on returning soon. Also, she told us to go get the defendant, that she was certain he wasn't aware that we were outside.
Well, did you guys knock on the door or ring the doorbell or announce police presence or do anything to wake or alert him? No, Your Honor. the only method we used to contact with him for nearly five hours were unanswered calls and texts to his phone. Then after you signed the arrest warrant, we approached near his condo and got his attention. You said he was sleeping.
You have one minute remaining. Do you have any evidence to contradict that? I know, Your Honor, his girlfriend told us that he'd fallen asleep on the couch. We detained her and took her phone to mute her, and we kept her detained for four hours inexplicably, even though she wasn't accused of doing anything wrong. You say he was upset you guys were already in his home without a warrant.
Is that true? Yes, Your Honor. We illegally entered the condo, staged a scene while inside, and a neighbor heard us laughing about kicking his small dog while we were inside, causing it to defecate. No, none of us were wearing a body camera during this illegal entry. We lied to him and tried to deny that we had entered without a warrant, but he actually saw it happen.
And the search warrant is for firearms. Did he speak on this? Oh, Your Honor, he said that there wasn't any firearms in his home. We're not going to tell you this either, even though we're asking for a search warrant for firearms.
So these are just many of the lies that have occurred, and I appreciate you, Pastor, helping me get the word out about it. All right. Here, I want to say this. First of all, I have not been able to verify everything that he said.
Now, so, again, what we just read is the views and opinions of Daniel Kovacic. But then now I want to say, but I believe everything he said because, Richard, you and I, we've had our dealings with corrupt judicial system. Certainly have. In the big times, and you spent 10 years in prison for a non-crime. Right.
They came after me for the radio program.
Now, I want to say this, folks. There's some good people. We have some good people in the FBI We have some good people but unfortunately we have some very very corrupt people in the courts the judges You seen that Engron You seen what has taken place with President Trump, how they've gone after him.
Well, they did the same thing, but we went after them. I went after them, just caught them by surprise. The temp showed up in court when they weren't ready for us did to them what they do to other people. And right now, this very day, right now what's taking place as we're sitting here, there's a big civil war going on within the FBI. The stay-behinds are still there.
The deep state's still there. And they're battling the White Hats.
So the White Hats and the FBI, the good guys, are still battling.
Now, the good news is some of those whistleblowers that were treated by the FBI, I mean, just tormented by the FBI. They lost their homes, lost their families, everything, because they told the truth. They blew the whistle. They're getting now, praise the good Lord, they're being reimbursed. Their jobs are back.
They got their jobs, and they're with full back pay and promotion, okay, because they told the truth within the system. But, again, and the same thing with the DOJ folks. Let me tell you, those people don't have it real easy. Pam Bondi up there at the DOJ and Kash Patel both, they're fighting. They don't know.
Within the system, there are the Communist Party holdovers, the deep state holdovers, and they're still being funded. And when I say being funded in a big way by George Soros and the others. Yeah, and I would believe, Dan, I understand how that stuff works. Like we said, we don't have any proof on that, but I would believe what he says because I've watched that injustice is being done through the police and the court system. And like Pastor Sanders says, there are wonderful people in the police department and wonderful people in the court system, but there's some scondrels out there that will do anything.
and if they want to frame you and they're coming after you, you just have to remember that you might sit back and say, oh, they must have done something wrong. But when they come after you and you haven't, how do you defend yourself?
Well, that's just it. All of a sudden you find yourself with all the media against you.
Now, why would I believe, Dan?
Well, first of all, one, see if this sounds familiar. He was working on the Trump campaign and the Vance campaign. He took part in pro-life protests, okay, and marches and that. And he spoke out against drag queens and things like that.
Now, what happened when Joe Obama-Biden was in office to all of those pro-lifers? What happened to those people that—how many Trump supporters went to prison? 1,600 J6's Patriots, okay? And that's why I believe him. And not just that, but I had his sister here on the program.
She verified. She went out there that day all this took place. And they tried to get her to lie. And they tried to intimidate her. And then here during this time that he was supposedly handing the standoff, His girlfriend was in there with him, and I guess they were both sleeping, and she got up and decided to leave and came out, and she saw all these police out there, and she told him, he's been in there sleeping.
He doesn't even know you're out here. And you know what they did with her? Held her for four hours, he said, yeah. Yeah, held her for four hours, wouldn't let her go. And so, while others came to see what was going on.
Yeah, and you know, when you question some of this, you know, the court system, well, let me just give you an example. O.J. Simpson. How many people out there believe O.J. Simpson was innocent?
But what did he have? He had a lot of money, and he had the best attorneys.
So if you don't have a lot of money and best attorneys, what's going to happen to you?
Well, if you want to find a hard time, like you said, money, to find a lawyer. I mean, I'm not talking about a public pretender. The public pretenders out there, they're getting paid. They're with you. They go right in, and they ask the judge, what do you want me to do, right?
Yeah. What should I do? And so, but especially if you've got a case against the government, unless you're very, very, very wealthy, you're not going to find any help, are you? No. And that's a shame about our judicial system, really, because it shouldn't be that way.
But it is. And I don't think it's fixable. But people, if you can afford good attorneys, you're not going to spend time in prison. Absolutely. You know, and even look at President Trump when they were coming after him and they took him to court over and over again.
Do you think if he did not have money, he'd been in jail and then sent to prison long before anything went on, but he was able to fight him? Yeah, he was. He had good attorneys, but he was up against big money. Right. The deep state was spending huge amounts to, you know, bribing whoever they had to bribe.
They call it pay to play. That's exactly how that corrupt judicial system works today. But what does us poor people that can't afford high-priced attorneys do when they come after you falsely?
Well, what I had to do is, we have a saying in this ministry, you know, We went out in doubt charge anyway, and that's what we did. We went after them. We went on the offense. We went after them. Well, and you had an ace in the hole because you had the radio program.
That's right. I got on here, and I told the truth. They were trying to kill me.
So for you, you had that backup in that. You may not have the wealth, but you certainly have the ears of the public. Yeah. Well, you know, when they came after you, I went down there. I know you're an associate pastor, but I was your pastor, and I went down into the courtroom.
And as I tried to get in the door, what they did, as soon as I went to open, somebody yelled my name when I turned to look. A hand came out right on my chest and shoved me, and then they bolted the door so I could not get in the court. And you were in there with no lawyers, nobody but yourself. and they wouldn't even let witnesses in. I know.
But there's been other cases like with Mike Keenan's trial. I went to be his, as his pastor, I went there, and the same thing, they would not let me in the courtroom. They didn't want me in there. And so now when we talked about this, you know, I did three radio programs with FBI. He just said in the studio, these were the good guys.
These were the white hats. These were good people, okay, patriots, okay. But I had my run-ins with their two others in the court that made all kinds of false testimonies and said things about me. It wasn't even my trial, okay. just because I had put the people on the radio.
And I give both sides, I give them their opportunity. You want to come on here, fine. You don't come on up here. But they didn't want to come on, but they got so angry at me. They said all kinds of false things about me in the courtroom.
And when I challenged them, when they came out of the court, I approached them and I said, I want a word with you two. and they yelled, we don't want to talk to you. And they literally ran out of the courtroom. Yeah, literally ran. Anyhow, so we've got a lot of things we've got to cover here tonight.

Okay, this one's by Bob Unruh. While deep state Obama acolytes advocate for, quote, insurrection or at least, quote, mutiny, Democrats and other extremists long have insisted the January 6th events at the U.S. Capitol War insurrection. And they continually blame President Donald Trump, who urged his supporters to protest peacefully that day. They've even tried to use their assumption of an, quote, insurrection to try to keep Trump off the 2024 presidential ballot.
The stunt reached full fruition at the Colorado State Supreme Court, where an all-Democrat panel decided to go for it before being summarily blocked and reprimanded by the U.S. Supreme Court. Actually, those events were a protest that got out of control, with the result being vandalism, damage to the Capitol, and hundreds and hundreds of protesters jailed for months by anti-Trump prosecutors. But now there's new evidence of, quote, insurrection. Actually, constitutional expert Jonathan Turley describes it more as a mutiny.
It was an absolute mutiny. The CIA was involved. The FBI rogue agents were out there. They were called the Dirty 30, okay, and this whole thing. And that so-called select committee, those people, little, one by one, they're going to go down, okay.
Right. We're seeing some justice. Mr. Bolton I think is just the first he's the first domino that's going to go but you're going to see him one after the other after the other going down now they got the goods on him Comey run his mouth Bolton went and wrote a book and put classified information in the book and so and they've got on record they've got Brennan and Clapper lying to Congress under oath on record. They've got actually all the records they found, all the classified information in burn bags about the meeting they had on December 9th where Barack Obama ran the meeting, instructed these people to come up with his false, false claims against President Trump.
And so all of this stuff we've, and so we're, I think we're finally going to see some justice we're finally going to see some justice thank God remember 1,600 patriots many of them spent four years in prison without even a trial four people died and those people on that so-called committee need to pay the price for that they did that Nancy Pelosi's one Lynn Cheney another all of those people on that committee Chucky Schumer, the whole shoot match. They need to go.
