Alright, we're back, and we're going to be hearing from Josh Howley in the auto pin, so take her away. It marks the first hearing on the Autopen scandal. Was Biden in control of the country? If not him, then who was? I mean, from the party that lied to this nation for four years.
Let's just take a look at some of the things that. Our colleagues said on the Democrat side when their own Justice Department was concluding that Joe Biden, who let's not forget, illegally took classified documents. Illegally took classified documents and kept them in his garage, in his freezer. I mean, Lord knows where. He just certainly didn't know.
Their own Justice Department interviewed the guy and concluded he could not form the requisite mental state to stand trial. He did not have the mental ability to stand trial. And what did our Democrat colleagues say? Vice President Harris says, Oh, no, no, the way that the Her report characterized the president is so wrong. The president's demeanor is totally fine.

Will anything happen to the people, or are the Democrats going to get their way and tell everyone just to move on? Here's the first collab investigating the Auto Pen scandal. The president's signature is itself the protection of democratic principle. When the president signs, he communicates his assent and endorsement of the action he takes. The auto pen is a device that signs the president's signature to a document.
The Oversight Project. Of which I am a board member, has discovered that the Biden White House deployed an auto pen to affix President Biden's signature to pardons, prison commutations, executive orders, and presidential proclamations. The Oversight Project's research has found that the Biden White House first deployed the auto pen to affix President Biden's signature to a proclamation on day five of his administration, and that there were at least three different auto pen signatures in use throughout President Biden's tenure in the White House. In June 2022, the Biden White House began deploying the AutoPen to sign clemency warrants and executive orders. AutoPen use skyrocketed from there.
We found that of the 51 clemency warrants issued during the Biden presidency, over half 32 in total. Were signed with an auto pin. And these include some of the most controversial acts of clemency of the Biden presidency, including death row commutations. And the preemptive pardons of members of the Biden family, Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and more that were issued in the final days of the Biden presidency.
We reviewed President Biden's schedule and his publicly available media and were unable to find any record of President Biden's personally approving these actions, such as a statement issued by the president himself to reporters. To me, that's the biggest tell. I'm going to let this continue in just a minute, but they're looking for any evidence that showed that Biden publicly said he would pardon any of these people, his own family, Fauci. All he ever said in public was, I will not pardon Hunter Biden. And then Hunter Biden gets pardoned without Biden changing course or making a public statement.
That becomes some kind of a theory or evidence that though Biden didn't want these things to happen, other people gave his approval through the auto pen. In addition, we found that the Biden White House used the auto pen to affix President Biden's signature to clemency warrants and executive orders while the president himself was in Washington, D.C. For at least some of that day, and thus was presumably available to sign important executive actions. Finally, we found multiple days where President Biden wet signed a bill into law but used an auto pin to issue an executive order or for other important executive actions. The Biden White House's widespread use of an auto pin to affix President Biden's signatures to documents that exercise executive powers belonging solely to the president poses significant constitutional, legal, and practical considerations.
Once the president's signature is copied and loaded into the auto pin, the machine can sign documents as the president himself would. To be blunt, by using the auto pin, anyone can sign documents as the president himself.
Now, to be clear, I'm not here today to suggest that the auto pin is bad. It's just technology. I'm here today because of questions concerning President Biden's capacity and whether the auto pin was used to usurp presidential power or to conceal the president's decline. As the sitting president's mental acuity declined, potentially to the point of incapacitation, his administration's expansion of the Powers of the presidency raises more questions than answers. Any investigation into this matter should focus not only on whether President Biden directed or authorized subordinate staff to take action in certain instances, but whether he had the capacity to do so at all.
The 25th Amendment lays out clear procedures for what to do when the president is incapacitated. It was carefully drafted and informed by our nation's history. The Biden administration ignored it all to aggrandize executive power and push the country further in their preferred ideological direction. It is our obligation at this point to get to the bottom of these issues and to ask the important question as to whether or not the auto pin and other devices were used to cover and obscure President Biden's mental decline, undermining our national security and also the Constitution. Especially the Constitution.
Alrighty, you know, here here here's what stuck out to me. Uh two names, of course, Mark Milley. Mark Milley committed high treason. high treason.
Now, you know, and past presidents would Whenever they pardon someone, they will usually give you at least a little bit of why they pardon him again. Right. President Trump did. You know, what those people he pardoned, he tell you why he Exactly, yeah. But now You know, it appears to me like Biden wasn't even aware of the men.
that you weren't even aware of this, okay? You you know um If he was going to barden Mark Milly.
Now he probably would have maybe, Millie. But you don't know about Biden. Milly again committed high treason. He He said he told the enemies of America, Look, if if we're going to go to war with you or attack, I'll warn you. It's treason.
Yes, it is.
Okay, and so And then Ansidy Fauci, this guy. Hmm. He, I'm gonna tell you, Doctor Mingala, he's worse than Mingala, he's worse than Doctor Mingla. Um now, but he made so much money Killing people. And You would think uh here That you know, Biden wouldn't just give him a pardon, Biden would sell him the pardon.
That's the way Biden worked. Yes, that's right. And uh, But we didn't hear anything about that either, did we? Yeah. And so that's uh you know, those two things And again here.
If he is to if his own Justice Department said He was not competent he was not competent to stand trial. How in the world could he be given all these pardons? When he was at the White House and legislation had to be signed, And yet he signed it with the auto pin? Does that make sense at all? Hmm.
Absolutely not. Yeah. Pastor, you said that uh I'm looking at a figure of 4,245 pardons. I think you had a figure that was even higher than that. Yeah, well, we heard, I heard on Fox News it was a size 8,000, and you said how much?
4,000? 4,245. There were like 1,700 commutations that were in there. But that's more than all the three presidents before him, which total 3,839 between George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump before him.
That was their total. I got a feeling that Biden didn't even know because about a lot of these. Uh, he was he was caught a couple of times when Uh the Speaker of the House and others had uh wanted to discuss legislation that he signed. And he he said, I never signed it. I never saw that bill.
And he couldn't listen well, they're saying, Well, you know, he just didn't remember, okay? No, it was uh he just didn't remember. Yeah, it was autopin, okay, right? Yeah. Auto pin did it, okay.

They just started running any candidate they want.

Unfit to serve: How Biden Cover-Up Engaged America and Undermined the Constitution. For four years, we had a president. Who could barely string together coherent sentences after 6 p.m.? Yet, this glaring fact went unreported, undiscussed. and unaddressed.

What a massive scandal, anti-constitution scandal. I think we all know Democrats don't care. This is going to all be the Republicans having to do all the heavy lifting on this. Here's Trump on the Autopen comment this morning. I mean, so much of our effort goes to getting people out of the country that should have never been here in the first place.
What he's done to this country, it's not him. He had no idea what was going on. Everybody knows that. It's other people. It's Lisa and this one and all these people, all this scum that was around the Oval, you know, the Oval Office.
All this scum. There's a quote for you. Trump calls, that's the last president. That panel of people, they were your president. That unknown mass of people.
And Trump calls them scum. Making the last president scum. Around the beautiful resolute desk, telling this guy, here, do this, do that. and not even telling them. They just go over to the Autopen and sign whatever the hell they wanted to sign.
Because say what you want about Biden, he wasn't for open borders. He wasn't for transgender for everybody. He wasn't for men playing in women's sports. But he has no idea what the hell he has no idea. And they were very upset.
They wanted Bernie Sanders. And after about a week or this guy, they said, wait a minute, we just hit gold. This guy has no clue. He'll do anything we tell him. And then they realized they don't even have to get permission.
They just go up to the autopen. That's a subversion. That's a takeover of our government. And you people ought to start looking at that. Yeah, you people, he's talking to the press.

So, obviously, the First Family itself was taking millions of dollars from China. The Biden First Family through Hunter Biden and China CEFC Energy. China CEFC Energy was taking five to ten million dollars in consulting fees from Chinese energy firms. There we go.

I mean, are we are we going to see I know that they brought him in, uh, Biden's aides and those uh there were there was like six or seven that are very close Uh now they let them come in On their own initiative, if they refused, then they were going to get subpoenaed. And they would be um you know, if they lied under oath, that's jail time, so. What do you think? Because I haven't heard anything since that.
Well, when we hear about any of this that's going on with the Autopen and all this other stuff that happened during the Biden administration, I think. Most people feel like, let's see some jail time handed out, or let's see some real results of this. All we're hearing is that they're they're having committees and they're talking about this. You know, I'd like to see somebody being literally put behind bars for their crimes that they've committed. And then, you know, let the other people start quaking and coming forward and telling the truth.
Jake Lang just texted me today and he said that uh He's getting a a lot of good press, believe it or not, you know. Uh he's running for Senate in uh Yeah. And uh he's the front runner right now, but He spent four years four years in prison. Yeah. Well yeah.
And a lot of those J6s, it was the same thing. They didn't have a trial. And and these people that put them in there that that uh so called Select Committee. E every one of 'em should should be serving the same sentence uh that they did. And so you're talking about Nancy Pelosi, Lynn Cheney, that uh rhino Republican traitor, I can't think of his name offhand.
And but Oh. Benny Thompson, okay. All of these people need to be serving, and Mad Maxine. Oh, my goodness. They all need to be serving time for what they did.
And. Most of all is that Officer Bird who who murdered Ashley Babbitt in plain sight. They gave him a promotion and moved him out to shut him up. Yeah. It's sad it's sad to see, but it it it seems like when the R Republicans are in power, they don't have any teeth to go after this stuff.
But when Democrats are in there, man, they they don't waste any time. Yeah, they're just ruthless. Of course, they break a lot of laws to do what they do, but you know.

By no longer providing transgender procedures in an exclusive sight-down. Shut down. Interview by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The VA announced in March that it had ended programs providing gender affirming Prostates and Cross sex Hormones and other transgender treatments under multiple presidencies, including the first Trump administration. Collins told The DCNF that the taxpayer money saved through this policy will be used to help veterans in need and more conventional health treatments.
If we went ahead with this, it would l be literally millions of dollars, Collins states. The V A has faced complaints across multiple presidencies about Low-quality care, standard. medical facilities and A slow bureaucracy. Before Collins the agency considered it a priority to provide items such as fake female breasts, wigs, fake genital, and uh chest binders identifying people. That's just some That's just not some things we are going to do at the VA because it really doesn't fit our mission.
And there was Mm. that we were supposed to be. We are going back to just treating veterans, Collins said. All right, it's very good so. Uh, you know, just think about that.
You know, and and that we have the same thing in our prison system. It's, you know, the guys get some of the worst treatment you can imagine out there in in the Department of Corrections. I mean, I've seen some horrible things over the years, okay. That not that there's not any good people, there are some good people, you know, working there in in the state run hospitals, but The treatment they get is mostly very, very substandard. It's very bad, but And to think about that, but one of the things that they did in the prison system is they got their hormones.
They let these men sit on the edge of their bunks, try to grow breasts. I mean, this is insanity. And giving them bras to wear and stuff. Yeah. It's ridiculous.
And then on top of that, transferring them because they said, Well, we're women to day, so we need to go to the women's prison. And so some dummy said, Okay, well, if you're women, if you're sure are you sure you're women?
Okay. And uh They they'd say, Yeah, we're we're sure because They say, well, then you can't be a Democrat because we Democrats don't know what a woman is, but. If you're sure that you're well, maybe you're a Republican. I don't know. What do you think?
But anyhow. Then they shipped them over to the women's prison, and a number of those guys got a number of these women pregnant in prison. And of course the first thing they do is they tell you we got to go kill the baby. We'll take you right to the abortion mill and let you kill the baby. That's that is insanity.

Pam Bondi issues warning after two Jews allegedly refused service. Amid a Trump administration war on anti-Semitism, which has moved from a number of universities with such policies to the broader scope of American society, a lawsuit has been filed by the Department of Justice over the alleged actions at a California coffee shop. The action was accompanied by a warning from Attorney General Pam Bondi. You can't do that. And so we've sued them, and we're going to stop this from happening.
And anywhere in the country, if you do this, we're coming after you, she said. Newsweek reports a lawyer, Glenn Caton, for the Jerusalem Coffee House, denied all the accusations it refused. uh to serve Jews. Neither the owner nor staff are anti-Semitic, and they would not tolerate anti-Semitism in their cafe, Caton said. The action alleges the coffee shop denied service to two customers wearing the Star of David, which the owner denied.
According to the civil complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, one customer visited the coffee shop while scoping out a nearby venue for a workplace event. He was wearing a baseball cap with the Hebrew words Am Yizreli Chai, which translate to. The people of Israel live, the report said. He was confronted by a man who accused him as a Jew.

And constitutional expert Jonathan Turley said the events also have triggered a private lawsuit by the Anti-Defamation League.
The federal lawsuit notes that on the first anniversary of the October 7th Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel, the Jerusalem Coffee House announced two new drinks, Iced and Tea Fada. an obvious reference to Intifada. What what in the world do they think they're going to do? If they destroy everything here.
Well, the key word is think and they're not doing that, okay? Um You're absolutely right. It's just un unbelievable. But Here, if you take a look now think about this really logically. It starts with them hating God.
Mm-hmm. They hate God. Why do they hate God?
Well, they they'll claim that they don't believe in God. Why would you hate spend so much time hating someone you don't believe in, right? They'll claim in that, but they can't even tell the truth, can they? No.
Uh be because it's the idea somehow in their mind They believe that if they don't believe that God exists, then God therefore can't exist. Exactly. And if he doesn't exist, therefore. uh he will he will not judge them some day.
Okay. So in their their mind by refusing to believe in God, Um they're you know, they believe they can escape God's wrath. Yeah. Yeah. And and folks, we're trying to explain something to you out there for you Democrats out there listening.
Um You don't have to be this way. You don't have to. The only remedy for your sin is repentance. That's the only remedy for your sin. And and you have to understand.
All of these years, over and over and over, we've warned you. You know, every night. How many people die every night in their sin? And when they die in their sin they're on a fast track to hell, aren't they? And all of these years, how many times, how many preachers have preached so many messages asking?
How many people have witnessed out there, folks? Over and over and over again.
So, if people end up in hell, Richard, it's because. They've chosen to go to hell. God does not send anyone to hell. They choose to go to hell by rejecting Jesus Christ. Absolutely.
And so folks out there We've been trying to tell you, we've been trying to warn you. Right now, we want to continue to do that. We want to be to continue because it hasn't been in vain. God's word does not return in vain. And just think about this.
Over the years, thousands of people because have prayed that sinners' prayer with us here. Those excuse me. Those are the ones that that didn't make it to the lake of fire. And and we're gonna continue. We don't.
We're not ever gonna stop, but we need We need your help to do it. And so that's why we're we're here. That's why look. None of us get paid for doing this. We're up here late tonight.
And after this radio program, we all got a big drive home and So we don't get to bed till after one o'c in the morning, maybe later, okay. We're not doing this because we get paid. We don't get compensated. We're doing it because the cause is a righteous cause. That's right.
It's the right thing to do. And so we and we need your help to continue doing it 'cause You know, Richard Richard's an old man. I'm very old. Very old. Yeah, I know.
I've been with him all these years watching him get old. And it's it's not easy on uh us anymore. It really isn't. But we We need your help to continue.

But now You guys aren't ladies. And if I asked you to cry, if I asked you two to cry, you probably don't know how to do it, do you? No.
We may know how to do it. I don't think we're going to do it on a response. Style sure wouldn't help you, right? No.
So, see, here.
So, folks, you see the predicament I'm in? We need your help. I need your help out there right now. We have less than Oh my gosh. In just a couple of minutes, we're going to be giving the invitation for tonight.
So we don't have we have less than 20 minutes left tonight. To hear from you.
So if you're out there. Ask yourself this though. Has God been present? prick in your heart if he's if he's telling you.
Well, I don't know. I never play. I don't know if I can afford it.
Well, uh believe me, I know about that. Right. Um I hear You gotta step out in faith if you wanna Um You know Again, this ministry, when you're giving to this ministry, You're not gonna buy me That's right. Any Learjets? I don't have a Learjet.
I don't even have a Piper Cub house here, but I I don't get any of it. It it goes right into airtime. Mhm. To bringing God's message across the country, okay. I know that people are quick to They would they go and they give these prosperity preachers who fleece the flock.
Okay, and and and just unbelievable. Uh because of biblical literacy. Mm-hmm. Here Uh Joe Osteen that doesn't really ever preach a gospel message at all. He doesn't He refuses to preach against sin.
Uh Or hell, he does he won't ever mention hell. Jesus preached more in hell than he did heaven, didn't he? Uh we're where we're in accordance with holding strictly To teach in the word of God.
Okay, so. Jesus said When I return, will I find any faith on earth when I return? That's right. That's right. Our response was: Here we are, Lord.
Here we are.
Okay, there's us. And that's that book of remembrance he talked about. Will be written in that book of remembrance. Mm-hmm. Now folks, if if you feel Even the slightest remote notion that God is telling you to help and support us.
Do it. Amen. Yeah, please do. Please do. One more time.
Eight, eight, eight. And 888. six seven seven nine six seven three. In fifty years, we've never compromised, we've never backed down. And we've run to the side of so many people that needed help, okay?
And we've ran to their ran to their rescue and especially many of those in the prison ministry, but all the pro lifers, you know, we ran to the rescue, folks. And so We need for you to run to our rescue to night now, so It's that time for you fellows to tell the folks how they kin Escape that lake of fire. Who wants to spend eternity with a bunch of Democrats who refuse to listen, right? Uh-oh. And how they can get to glory.
So go ahead and. And start. Go ahead. Why don't you start? All right.
Amen. You know, one of the things that really stands out is when Jesus ascended up after his resurrection in the time here on the earth. uh post his uh resurrection. He went up on a cloud and The men were standing and gazing, and the angels looked at them and they said, Ye men, why are you standing here gazing? At Jesus being taken up, he is going to return in like manner.
And what we need to understand is that time. is running out. Whether we're looking at his return or whether you draw your last breath tonight, you know, time is running out. And there were many people that went to sleep last night thinking they would get up today, and they didn't. But yet, if you're hearing this message tonight and you have not accepted Jesus Christ in your heart, now is the time of salvation.
Now is the time, as we talked about at the beginning of this message, that it's important. that you repent. And the Bible says this. It says that to enter in at the straight gate. for wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many be there.
uh which go in their app. Because straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Listen, I don't know if you want to be one of the many on the broad road or one of the few coming in the narrow way, but Um, to be one of the few, you have to hear his voice tonight. And if you hear his voice, if you hear him tugging at your heart, and you know that you have not accepted him, uh, listen, we want to, he's knocking at the door and he wants to come into your heart. And whatever preconceived notions, or maybe you've heard bad doctrine before, but listen, uh, we want to teach you, pastor, pastor will teach you good doctrine, and we definitely will show you how to get eternal life tonight.
And then the rest of that, you can learn. But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and everything else shall be added unto you. Amen to that. And I'm going to just read a little bit of Romans 10. It says, if thou That if thou confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead.
Thou shalt be saved. For with the heart men believe unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. where there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek. For the same Lord over all is rich, unto all that call upon him.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. It's such a simple process, but it's a belief. In who Jesus Christ is. The gospel is what Jesus is. that he walked a perfect life, he was born of a virgin, His father is the God, it's God Almighty.
And that he walked that perfect life. God shed the blood and his blood. For our sins, He died on the cross, and here's the key. and he rose the third day. If you believe that And you are willing to Confess that you're a sinner.
And turn to him. That's the repentance is just turning to Jesus Christ and acknowledging that. that belief alone If you've done that truly in your heart, you're saved. And you can make a simple prayer by saying, Dear Lord, please forgive me a sinner. And Lord, I want you to be the ruler of my life.
I want you to. guide me in my way from this time forward. Please. Allow me to Be in your kingdom and be a new creature. Be born again.
And we ask you, Heavenly Father, to come into our hearts and do that. If you've done that, if you've just made that simple prayer and truly believed it. That's salvation. And you're saved, and you're just entered into the family of God. And there's tremendous benefits as far as for Christians in this world.
We talk about the benefits after this world. that we have that eternal life with him. But there's many, many benefits in this world for becoming a Christian and making that commitment. There's not a Christian that I know. That doesn't say the only regret they have is that they didn't become a Christian sooner in their lives.
And so that's a simple thing of belief. And who Jesus is. and are willing to Repent, turn, turn to Christ. and admit that you're a sinner. That's the s that's simple.
Yeah. Yeah. So what do you say to people say, well look, I uh I'd like to be saved. I'd like to know I'm going to heaven, but the way my life's been, the way my life's been. If I was to to receive that wonderful gift of salvation, I'd do something to mess it up.
I'd do something and and I would lose it. and it would just be again one more time. Uh you know, d everything I don't I refuse to ever love again And I just don't want to I don't want to have something more to lose. What do you tell those people? The scripture tells us that we have eternal salvation.
It also tells us that Jesus said That he holds us in his hand, and no man will pluck them out. And that's no man, that's including yourself. You cannot take yourself out of the hand of Jesus once you've made that commitment and you've entered that.
So you're saved. You have that eternal salvation. Are you going to sin after you're saved? Yes, you'll sin after you're saved from time to time. But God says He's the propitiation for our sins.
He's He will take our sins from us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins.
So then our our salvation is not kept by us 'cause if If we could lose our salvation, we would lose our salvation. Oh, it would take us one sin to lose it, huh? That's exactly right. And God knew that, and that's why. He made it so that we aren't in charge of our salvation once we're saved.
Can you tell me what it was the guy didn't know? Just wondered, just wondered. We're uh we're coming up. We're about out of time, I think, for tonight. But we still we're gonna the phone lines will be open until midnight, until 12 o'clock.
