Let's dig into the Word of God this morning. We've been going through the book of Revelation. Not Revelation. What book are we in? Romans.
Just testing, see you've been keeping up with me here. We're now At Romans chapter 13. And if you look at history. Numerous battles. Have been lost because soldiers got drunk and partied.
Now the Japanese Battle of Okehazama. 2,000 soldiers defeated. 20,000 soldiers. Because those 20,000 soldiers have been up all night partying, getting drunk. 2,000 destroyed 20,000.
The Byzantine armies actually had a very interesting strategy in fighting their Germanic tribes. What the Byzantine armies would do is they'd leave alcohol. Outside of the camp of these Germanic tribes. The Germanic tribes would find the alcohol, get drunk, and the Byzantine army would swoop in and just destroy them all. Of course, tradition says that um George Washington defeated the Hessians at Trenton because they had had a big Christmas party the night before, and they were all hungover, and Washington came in and defeated them.
Now remember I've told you this before. The most consistent Analogy of the Christian life that the Apostle Paul gives is this: We are in a battle, we are soldiers. Over and over and over again, the Apostle Paul puts the Christian life. in military terms. And Satan is doing the same strategy with the church today.
Let's get the church lethargic. Let's get them spiritually drunk. Let's keep them off guard. And then let's come in and attack. Same strategy.
And scholars who look at the Words and the verbs and the nouns that are used here in Romans 13:11 through 14 says the Apostle Paul is now trying to use a military analogy and says to the church, you got to do three things, knowing that the enemy wants to destroy the body of Christ. What are those three things?
Well look if you would at Romans 13, 11. And that knowing the time that now it is high time to awake out of sleep. For now is our salvation nearer That's when we first believed. The night is far spent. The day is at hand.
Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk honestly as in the day, not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ and make not provision for the flesh to fulfill the lust thereof. The Apostle Paul saying to the church, there is an enemy. There are demonic forces.
There's a satanic army coming against you. And church, y'all got to do three things. Number one, he says, you have to. Wake up. Look at verse 11.
Now it is high time to awake out of sleep. For now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent. The day is at hand. Now, let me ask you this.
What does he mean when he says our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed? Because I thought we were saved when we repented of our sins. Said that man Jesus died for my sins. I'm now turning to the Lord Jesus Christ. I'm trusting in him.
I thought that's when we got saved. But he says, no, our salvation is near. What does he mean by that? Keep in mind, salvation has three aspects: past, present, and future. Pass, we were We were saved from the penalty of sin.
Present, we are currently being saved from the power of sin. future, one day we will be saved from the presence of sin. Past? We were saved. from the penalty of sin.
We are now currently, day by day, as we walk with Jesus, being saved. from the power of sin. One day when we die and go to heaven, we will be saved from the presence of sin.
Now, Paul says something very interesting. He's talking about that third aspect. He says, Jesus Christ is coming back. That third aspect of salvation, where Jesus Christ comes back and brings us home with him, that's just around the corner. That's what he means when he says our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.
And in fact, he says, do you see this? Uh the date is at hand. You say that. A lot of times in the New Testament, when it says the day, that's a shorthand way of saying the day of the Lord. The day of the Lord is not a 24-hour period.
The day of the Lord is a seven-year period of tribulation where God comes back and judges planet earth before Jesus Christ ushers in his kingdom. And so, what he's saying is, guys, we are close to the second coming of Jesus Christ. We have got to live differently, knowing that Jesus Christ could come back at any minute. Yeah, you need less than a year. the New Testament, except for maybe one.
Lived in anticipation. of the second coming of Jesus Christ. The one was Peter. Did you know that Jesus actually told Peter, Peter, you will die before I come back? Did you know that?
Every other Christian seemed to have lived in anticipation that today could be the day that Jesus Christ comes back. Beloved, you and I got to live with that kind of expectation. Y'all kind of roll y Good naturedly, roll your eyes at me when I start talking about prophecy and revelation and all this kind of stuff. I'm just doing what the Bible tells us to do. The Bible tells us to live in expectation that Jesus Christ could come back at any moment.
And when you start living like that, it changes the way you live your life. In fact, in 1 John 3:2, John reminds us that Jesus is coming back. Then in verse 3, he says this, and every man that has his hope. purifies himself as he is pure. Did you see that?
He just said, Jesus is coming back. And if you live with that expectation, it helps you to walk in purity. You ever heard some of these old-time grandmas would say, you go to the movie theater? You want to be there when Jesus comes back? Is that where you want him to catch you?
You going to that bar? Is that where you want to be when Jesus comes back? When Jesus comes back? I don't know, there might be some wisdom to that. I might start living differently if I understand that Jesus Christ could come back at any moment.
And that's what the Apostle Paul is saying. In every generation. has lived with that expectation. But beloved, it's never been like this. When you see all that's going on in the world, I know every generation has said this might be the final generation, but we've never in human history seen the kind of things that we're seeing going on now.
Jesus is coming back. And uh All right. I'm not in a bad mood. Maybe I'm a little bit jet-lagged. I might be a little bit, maybe I'm in a bad mood.
I don't know. Can I just address something real quickly? Since we're talking about the second coming of Jesus Christ, I've told you before that a pivotal part of the second coming of Jesus Christ is the nation of Israel. I never thought I'd have to say this to an evangelical audience, in particular, a Pentecostal audience. Because throughout the history of evangelicalism and Pentecostalism, evangelicals and Pentecostals have always supported Israel.
It's not happening now. I'm saying evangelicals and Pentecostals. Look, I know the cool kids at the lunch table don't support Israel. I get it. But you don't take your view of Israel from Tucker and Candace.
You take it from the Word of God, okay? And um I'm hearing people say insane things like this.
Well, I don't have any problems with the Jews, I just hate the modern state of Israel. Or I'll hear this: modern Israel has nothing to do with biblical Israel. They're two separate things, that's not biblical. Forget about modern Israel and the Old Testament. Let's just forget about that.
Modern Israel that you're seeing today, if we're living in times, listen to me. Modern Israel Forget about the Old Testament. Modern Israel is the Israel of the book of Revelation. And in the book of Revelation. The good guys support Israel.
The bad guys Hey, Israel. And some of y'all are starting to line up on the bad guys side.
Now, that doesn't mean we don't criticize Israel. When they do wrong, we criticize them. Not everything they do is right. But I'm going to just tell you something. If we're living in the end times, if the Israel that we're seeing today is the Israel of the book of Revelation, and it is, just remember this: the good guys in Revelation support Israel, the bad guys do not.
Okay.
So Paul says. We're in a battle. And church, first thing you got to do. is wake up. And understand the time is short.
Then the second thing he says is not only wake up, he says. Clean up. Look at verse 12. The night is far spent. The day The end times, it's at hand, it's near.
Let us, therefore, cast off the works of darkness. One scholar that I've read said this, here's the image Paul is trying to get. He says, you know, there's a lot of soldiers. Let's say they're from Fort Bragg, and they've been out at Fayetteville all night, and they're partying, and they're getting drunk, and they're still dressed in their blue jeans and beer-stained black t-shirts from last night, and they're all drunk, and they're there in their jeans and t-shirts. And Paul said, No, no, the army of God, you got to wake up and put your uniform on and get ready for battle.
Take off. The old beer stained t-shirt and put on the armor. Paul says wake up and then the second thing he says is clean up. And he gives us six things that we need to take off if we are soldiers of Jesus Christ. And he puts this in three couplets.
Three things of of two items. He says, if you're a soldier Jesus Christ, here's some things you got to take off. He says, take off. Do you see this? Rioting?
And drunkenness. You know what that means? That means going to the bars and clubbing and getting drunk. Matesim is a follower of Jesus Christ. Y'all don't belong at the club.
You don't blow down the road at Rick's. Strip club. It's not where you belong. Yes, but Pastor Chad, I want to go where the sinners are. No, you don't want to go where the sinners are.
You want to go get drunk and party just like everybody else and still say you're a follower of Jesus Christ. And Paul says, no, that's not you. No, no. Ma'am. You're 38 years old with three kids at home.
It's not cute anymore. Used to be cute when you go to the club or whatever. You're an older lady. You got kids. Stay home.
Be a woman of God. That's not where you belong. And so the Apostle Paul says, You gotta take that mess off. Take off. Rioting and drunkenness.
There is Take off. Chambering and wantonness. What is that? That's sexual promiscuity. That's immoral living.
That's any Sexual activity outside the marriage between a man and a woman. Are you hearing me? Any sexual activity outside of marriage between a man and a woman is wrong. I know. That's just my patriarchal.
Heteronormal behavior shining through. I get it. But that's biblical. And he says, you're a child of God. No, no.
You're a soldier of God. Take off that mess. I can't wanna say it again. Stop living together. The Bible calls that fornication.
I'm having to deal with this all the time in this church. Y'all are driving me crazy. You make my nerves hurt. I can't take myself. Stop living together.
But we love each other. If you love each other. Get married. Get saved, have a bunch of little baby Christians running around the place. You can't live like that.
Are y'all with me?
Now for those of you who just clapped Let me say this. If you can turn on the television and watch a movie where a man and a woman take off their clothes and they have sex with each other there on the movie and it doesn't bother you, you probably need to re-examine your salvation. And I'm not talking about porn. I'm talking about network TV. I'm just saying the people of God have got to start living differently.
Go with me honestly. And so the Apostle Paul says, you take off. What? Rioting and drunkenness. You take off.
Chambring and wantonness, that's sexual depravity. And then you take off striving in envy. That means those of you who are constantly conflicting with people. You're constantly mad at each other. There's constantly, every time, if you ever, I call them crisis Christians.
They are people who are miserable if there's not some crisis going on. And if there's not a crisis going on, they're going to manufacture a crisis because they're not happy unless somebody's going at it. The apostle Paul says, It's time to start living differently. You take that stuff off each other.
Now, here's what watches. Paul's about to tell you what to put on. But it's very important you got to take some stuff off Before you put some on. Does that make sense? Before you put on what he's about to tell you to put on.
You take some things off. You you don't put look I um This church has been on We've been on a couple News things. We were on uh What's that thing called? Nightline? Y'all remember, you know what Nightline is?
It's a news thing. We've been on Nightline twice. Second time we're on night line. They had asked me, they said, all right, we want to interview you on a Zoom call. And it's okay, it's fine.
Well, I had forgotten. that till the day before that I was planning to go deer hunting that day. And so, what I did is, when I went hunting that morning, I just threw a nice black shirt. Uh in the truck. And so I was smelly, it was just horrible, all this gut, it's just nasty.
And I look at my phone and I said, man, it's time for the Zoom call.
So I'm out in the woods. And I put that shirt on and buttoned up and I looked really nice. While they're interviewing me I feel like a hypocrite. Because if they knew what was on under this pretty black shirt, they would not want to be interviewing me. I put something nice.
Over something nasty. and fake my way through it. That's a Christian life for a lot of us. I'm going to try to put something nice. On top of something nasty.
and try to fake my walk with Jesus. We call that hypocrisy. And so the Apostle Paul says: if you're a soldier of Jesus Christ, If you believe that Jesus is coming back, If you believe we are under satanic attack, number one, wake up, number two, clean up, and then number three, dress up. Look at verse 12. Let us put on The armor of light.
Do you see that in verse 12? Let us put on the armor of light. Look at verse 14. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ.
Now Does Paul tell us to put on two things here?
Okay, put on the armor of light, got it. I'm a soldier. Verse 14. Put on Jesus Christ. Is he telling us to put two different things on?
Let me complicate this a little bit more. That same word, put on, is used in Ephesians 6, 11, where it says, put on the full armor of God.
Okay, well now I'm really confused. Every day. Do I put on the armor of light? Verse 12. Do I put on Jesus Christ over the top of that?
Verse 14. Do I put on the armor of God? Y'all know what I mean by the armor of God, Ephesians 6. Am I supposed to put three, four, five different things on every single day? Lord showed me this a long time ago.
When I put on Jesus Christ. I've put on the armor of light. When I put on Jesus Christ, I have put on the armor of God. Jesus is the armor of light. Jesus is the armor of God.
When I put on Jesus Christ, that's all I need. Hey, listen to me. We keep talking about and this isn't wrong. I asked Jesus. Into my heart.
Or Jesus Lives in me. No, that's okay. But did you know the Bible talks about us being in Jesus a lot more than the Bible talks about Jesus being in us? I am in him. Look at Ephesians.
Do this sometimes. Look at Ephesians 1 and 2, and highlight or underline every time it says in Christ, in Jesus, in him, over and over and over again. We are in Jesus Christ. I'm going to say this again. When you put on the armor of God You have essentially put on the Lord Jesus Christ.
In fact, turn if you would. Just take, we got a few seconds. Go, if you would, over to Ephesians chapter 6. Ephesians chapter 6. The armor of God.
See this?
Alright, he says, put it on Ephesians 6. The belt. of truth. That's part of the armor of God. The belt of what?
Truth. Jesus says John 14, 6, I am the way, the truth. When you've put on Jesus Christ, you've put on the belt of truth. Put on the breastplate of what? Righteousness, that's your body armor, at your Kevlar vest.
Put on the Kevlar vest of righteousness, the breastplate of righteousness. 1 Corinthians 1:30 says, Hey! is our righteousness. When I put on Jesus I have put on the breastplate of righteousness. Get your feet shod with the gospel of what?
Peace. But Ephesians 2.14 says Jesus is our peace. When I've put on Jesus Christ, I've put on the shoes of peace. The shield of Faith. Yeah, but Genesis 15:1 says, God says, I am your shit.
shield. When I put on Jesus Christ, I have the shield of faith. Does this make sense to you? The helmet of Salvation. Yeah, but the very name Jesus means God is my salvation.
When I put on Jesus, I have put on the helmet of salvation. The sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, John 1, He is the Word. When I have Jesus Christ, I have all the armor I need. One of the interesting things about this past week where we were up in Ecuador. It's a lot of witchcraft.
I mean a lot of witchcraft and demonism. In fact, it's very interesting. The ancient Indians that even preceded the Incas, they knew, because we were right there on the equator, they knew that celestially there was something interesting about some invisible line. We know it today as the Ecuador, or as the equator. But before modern astronomy, they knew that there was some kind of line here, and there are just.
alters all down the line of the equator. that the places is um knee deep. in demonism and witchcraft. What's that? Were you afraid?
Mm-mm. Why would I be afraid? Everywhere I went, I was protected by this armor called the Lord Jesus Christ. And for Satan to get to me, he'd have to bust through Jesus Christ and snatch me out of the hand of God. And brother, it ain't going to happen.
I am covered in Jesus Christ, He is my armor. When you have Jesus, you have the armor of God. Uh let me all right, so let me Anybody know, look at this picture of this accurate. Anybody know who this is? Robert Downey Jr.
In fact, I looked at Robert Downey Jr. up. He's probably in good shape. He's 5'8 ⁇ . 175 pounds.
Yeah. Can I be honest with you? I think I could take him if I had to. How many fellas here think I could take? I could take Robert down here.
Yeah, 58170. I could take this. You know, he's from Hollywood, so he's probably a vegetarian. I could take him. But I'm Robert Downey Jr.
Puts on this armor. And becomes this man. Anyone know who this guy is? Iron Man.
Well, you don't want to mess with him. He's got armor and he's got supernatural powers. Maybe I ought to leave him alone. Listen to me. In the spirit realm, you on your own is like that Robert Downey Jr.
The enemy can take you down, he can beat you up, he can turn you around, but when I put on the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the armor of God, suddenly I'm powerful and strong and invincible, and greater is He who's in me than He who's in this world. And that's what the Apostle Paul is saying. Wake up. Clean up. Stop living like this mess.
Take off the old clothes. And dress up. Put on the armor of light. Put on the armor of the Lord Jesus Christ. And verse 14 is incredibly powerful.
Look at this. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ.
And make not provision for the flesh to fulfill the lusts thereof. Do you see that? Right there. That's a powerful verse for Christian living, right there. He says, put on who?
Now, here's interesting. Paul didn't often do this. He uses the full title of Jesus Christ. He says, the Lord. Jesus Christ.
He'll often say the Lord, or he'll say Jesus, or he'll say Christ. But here he says the Lord Jesus Christ. Lord means he is my owner, he is my ruler, he calls the shots in my life. Chad? Aren't you afraid if you keep speaking out against things you speak out against, you're going to lose your church and lose your livelihood?
No. Because my source is not you as much as I love you. My source is the Lord, and I got to answer to the Lord. Shed Ain't it hard to have 4,000 bosses? I don't have 4,000 bosses.
I have one boss, the Lord. He calls the shots. And that's not just for me, that's for you. He is the Lord. Jesus, you know what that means?
Savior. Take you afraid of going to hell? Yeah. Because that man who hung on the cross for my sins came back to life and he saved my soul from the devil's hell. He is my savior, he's my Lord.
He is Jesus, my Savior. And he is Christ. That means the anointed one. That's the Messiah. That's the one who's going to come back to planet Earth and judge this world one day and rule planet Earth from Jerusalem for a thousand years before he ushers in eternity.
He is the Lord Jesus Christ. And he says, put on the Lord. When I realized Failers I am covered in Jesus Christ. When I sit down in front of that computer, And go online. It's going to shape what I watch online.
It's going to determine my online behavior when I realize I am covered in Jesus Christ. Ma'am. You can start Treating your husband and kids differently when you understand you are covered in Jesus Christ. What I'm saying is, the way you dress. Kind of changes your behavior.
Have you noticed that? Hey, anybody done this before? I did this a couple months ago. I had to go to an event. Anyone put on a tuxedo before?
I mean, you look nice, you shaved, you dressed, you got a tuk sudo. You always act differently. when you're dressed up, don't you? You asked with a little bit of class. With a little bit of dignity.
Yeah you act differently when you wear your pajamas to Walmart. than you do when you're dressed up in a tuxedo. When I realized I'm dressed in the Lord Jesus Christ, I act differently. And then he says this. Put on the Lord Jesus Christ.
And do not make progress. Provision for the flesh. I'm under a satanic attack. Satan's attacking me.
Okay, he may be attacking you.
Well, you may be living with your own stupidity. If you know you You got a problem with that alcohol? Don't make provision for the flesh. You pour that alcohol down the drain and get rid of it. Don't make provision for the flesh.
You defriend that High school boyfriend or high school girlfriend that found you 25 years later on Facebook, you befriend them and you don't contact them ever again. You don't make provision for the flesh. Put on the Lord Jesus Christ. And do not make provision for the flesh. I love this passage.
Let me land this airplane where I took off, okay? Church, you got to listen to me. We're in a battle. I'm going to pick on the church in America. But it's not just the church in America.
We have fallen asleep. And there's a battle going on. around us. And I'm telling you, brothers and sisters, if we don't wake up and realize, Satan wants to destroy your marriage. Did you know that?
Satan Hates a godly marriage. That might be why some of y'all have been having some trouble lately. Satan sees the potential that your marriage has for the kingdom of God, and he's been coming against it. Satan hates your kids. He sees that divine destiny that God has for those kids, and he's attacking your kids, and he's attacking the church.
Satan is real. He's a roaring lion. We're in a battle, and we're asleep. Paul says to the church in America, and he says to Cross Assembly, verse 11: it is high. Time to wake up out of sleep.
Hey. There's a prophetic picture of the church in the Old Testament. Y'all ever heard of Samson before? You ever heard of him? I think it's a prophetic picture of the church.
He was an anointed man of God with strength and power. And he got sidetracked by this woman named Delilah. Delilah represents The world. And she drew this man of God away from his divine destiny. And have you ever read this before?
The enemies of God, the satanic demonic forces, Tax Samson. while he was asleep with his head on Delilah's lap. He's doing the same thing to the church in America. The anointing of God is upon us. We are giants in the faith.
We are strong, spirit-filled men and women of God. And yet, our head is asleep on the lap of Delilah. And it says. When Samson woke up because he realized the demons were attacking. Said he didn't even realize the spirit had departed from him.
That's a sad verse. Beloved, how many of y'all understand? These are the last days. Jesus is coming back. We got to get our act together, we got to wake up.
Clean up. Dress up. And if the church of Jesus Christ will do that, we will push back the kingdom of darkness. We will put demons to flight. We will see God do incredible things.
But the church has got to wake up. We're getting sucked into all kinds of stuff. Uh I'd love y'all know who won. Y'all know who Leonard Ravenhill is?
Now I love Leonard Ravenhill. You can look him up. He actually has a book called Why Revival Tarries. He was a modern-day prophet of God. I knew people who knew Leonard Ravenhill.
That guy could be grumpy sometimes, and he could be mean sometimes. A lot of prophets are like that. Have you noticed that? But Leonard Ravenhill. That's this great story.
He said Napoleon Bonaparte. And his generals We're looking at a map of the world. They looked at nation after nation after nation that they had defeated. And as they're looking at this giant map, One of his generals pointed to China. and suggest that they move on.
and attack China Try to take over China. And Napoleon Bonaparte pointed to China on the map and said, that. That's a sleeping giant. Let him sleep. Because if he wakes up, he will shake the world.
world. And Ravenhill says this: Today, Lucifer is probably surveying the church just as Bonaparte did to China. One can almost behold the fear in Satan's eyes as he thinks of the church's untapped power and untapped potential, and Satan says to his demons. Let the church sleep! Because if she ever wakes up She'll shape the world.
Let's go. The church. Sleep and beloved, I'm telling you.
Now If we're going to win the world for Jesus, now's the time to win the world for Jesus. If you're going to send out missionaries to change the world, now's the time to do it. If you're going to impact your workplace for Jesus Christ, now is the time to do it. And if the church of Jesus Christ and the people of God will get filled with the power of the Holy Spirit and put on the armor of Jesus Christ and have an offensive mentality instead of a defensive mentality and understand that Jesus Christ had destined us from the foundation of the earth to change this world for him, if we will wake up. If the giant will wake up, we will change the world for Jesus Christ.
And the people of God said, Amen and amen. Stand to me right now. He's coming back. Today might be the day. I read something a while back.
It said a Christian ought to live like Jesus died. Yesterday? Rose today. And it's coming back tomorrow. I like that.
He's coming back. People ask me I've had parents. In fact, it's kind of interesting. I don't think I'm betraying confidence. The reporter, remember I told you about being out in the woods and doing the Zoom call with the nice shirt on over my old nasty deer clothes?
The reporter was talking to me. And she's asking all these questions. About politics and Trump, and I think that was when he was, I can't remember who he was running, whatever. She used to ask him all these different questions. And in the She said this.
Well, Pastor, what would you say? To a young mama. who has some young kids. And she's trying to raise these kids up in a crazy world. And she is afraid of the world that her kids are being raised into.
What would you say to a mom like that in the Spirit of God? hit me and said, she's not asking for this interview. She's asking for herself. A young mama trying to raise kids in a crazy world. What would you tell a mom like that?
And here's what I would tell her. Mm-hmm. Jesus Christ died for your sins. and the sins of your kids. And if you and your family will repent of your sins and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, When you die, you will be reunited in heaven forever and ever.
And no matter how crazy this world gets, you will know that you will be with Jesus for all eternity. Man, this world is not my home. That's why I'm not getting so torn up about what's going on on planet Earth. I'm gonna be here for a couple more years. I'm gonna spend eternity there.
Where are you gonna spend eternity? That's the answer right there. This world is not our home. Jesus is coming back. Yeah.
And I wasn't planning on doing this, but I'm going to do this right now. If you're watching online, Or if you're here today. And you don't know. Where are you going to spend eternity? Let me give you the good news.
Actually, I'm going to give you the bad news, and I'll give you the good news. Bad news is we're all sinners and we're separated from God. And if we die separated from God, You're gonna spend eternity separated from God. But 2,000 years ago, God became a man, and that man's name was Jesus Christ. And every sin you have ever committed, Jesus Christ took the punishment for when He died on the cross.
He was buried and he came back to life. He's alive today. And if you'll just turn from your sins and turn your life over to the Lord Jesus Christ, He will forgive you of all of your sins. He will come and take control of your life. And when you die.
You'll go to heaven. I want you to bow with me right now. If you're not sure where you'll spend eternity, I want you to forget about everybody else in this room right now. It's just you and Jesus right now. And if If this articulates what you're feeling in your heart, Say something like this to Jesus.
Now, repeating a mantra doesn't save anybody. Jesus saves you. But if this articulates what's going on in your heart, say something like this to Jesus. Jesus, I am a sinner. I don't deserve to go to heaven.
But Jesus, I believe you died. for my sins. Say that to him. Paid the price for my sins. Say something like that.
Jesus, I believe you were buried. I believe this three days later, God raised you from the dead. You're alive right now. Say something like that to Jesus.
Now this is so important. Say to him, I turn away from my sins. And I turn to you. Say this, then forgive me of all my sins. Come and take control of my life.
And when I die, Please take me to heaven. You so that's it? I'm going to do what your Bible says. My Bible says, all who simply call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.
Now, I think, do we have a little text thing up here? If we don't, that's no problem. Yeah, if you just said yes, text. Muscle man, can you bow your heads real quickly here? Because nobody can see your eye.
919-551-3036. Text. I just texted that and said, I said, yes. That's all you have to do. You said, Check, why are you wanting us to do this?
Because the Bible says you're now a baby in Jesus, you're a newborn in Christ, and now you've got to grow in Jesus. And if you text that, we'll send you some materials to help you grow in Jesus.
