Good afternoon, Truth Talk Live listeners. Today is Constitution Day. Those that didn't know, and on Truth Talk, we try to talk about current events. And since today is Constitution Day, we will be talking about the Constitution. I didn't come in normal.

I didn't come in regular today. I rolled in on my nice jag. Yeah, that's right. Had to break it out of the house, came into the station with my nice jag. But I don't mean the car.

I mean the judge advocate general. Mr. Don Brown. That's who I came in with. Don Brown, welcome to the program, sir.

It's gonna be with you, Jamal. You know, I actually used to own a jag. Or Jaguar, and there's an old saying back in the day it was a good-looking car, but if you buy a Jag, you buy a mechanic. After enough mechanics built, I had to say goodbye to my Jag, but it was a good-looking car. I'll say that much about it.

Yes, I have a little bit of experience with that. It's a nice car, but you do get a mechanic along with that.

So we have again Don Brown on the program. And for those that don't know, Don Brown is a constitutional lawyer, and he's defended veterans Um he's been a servicemen in the Navy, He's also a constitutional expert.

so I couldn't think of many better to bring on the show Then Don Brown.

Now, he's also authored over sixteen books. fiction and non-fiction alike.

So, we have a heavy hitter here today.

So, we're going to be blessed to hear what he has to say.

So, right out of the gate, Don, I was about to call you Mr. Martin. You told me not to do that. Old habits die hard.

So, if I say it, just please forgive me.

So Donna, we're just gonna come right out of the gate. I'm going to be coming from kind of like a layman's basic perspective. I'm going to try to step it up a little bit, but. I kind of want to come in from this perspective for people who don't really know about the Constitution, who really don't care about the Constitution. It I know enough to know it matters.

I have a good friend by the name of Caleb Iderley. He's also a constituent constitutional expert. He's really got me interested in the Constitution. He works with a nice financial organization called Pit Trader. Go check him out.

So as we've had conversations over the years, I've come to have a, I don't wanna say a love. Um but a an appreciation. respect for the Constitution, especially what it took for us to get that Constitution.

So again, right out of the gate, for those that don't really care about the Constitution, what would you say to those people, Don?

Well, do you want do you like freedom or not? And you like freedom do we appreciate what it means to be able to say what we want to say. to worship how you want to worship. you know, to be protected in our homes without having the police or soldiers just be able to march in. You know, do do we do we appreciate the right that we were to get in charge of the crime to have an effective assistance of counsel.

Um at the end of the day, it's a freedom document. Ne next to the Holy Bible itself, it is the greatest. secularized Freedom Document known to man. And um And if you really, and we don't teach the Constitution anymore. And I I had a um an article or op-ed come out this last week in the Carolina Journal.

Thing is, time to teach American exceptionalism. And we ought to be teaching the Constitution each and every year in public schools and the Federalist Papers, which are kind of like the guide to the Constitution, were written at the time the Constitution was being ratified. But if you really want a basic understanding of the Constitution, just start. by reading and thinking about the preamble. Starts with weed of people of the United States in order to form a more perfect union.

Then you get verbs and you get You get verbs. Powerful verbs and powerful objectives. The first is to establish justice. That means justice is blind. Justice said That doesn't favor one person over the other because of money, social status, race.

Uh you know, political power.

So the the Constitution is to establish justice. to ensure domestic tranquility. That means Law and order. We want to live in a country where we don't have to worry about being mugged on the street and where there is. common stability.

Yeah. So establish us, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for a common defense. We have a military and we want to make sure that we are secure as a nation. And then promote the general welfare. That's not talking about a welfare state, that's talking about the well-being.

Oh, and happiness. of Americans. done through a commerce calls. We have interstate commerce and a post office.

So you promote the general welfare, provide for a common defense. And then one of the most the closing of the preamble is to and this is what it's all about, to secure the blessings of liberty.

Now think about it where that's a powerful word to secure. The blessings of liberty. Liberty means freedom. It comes from libros, libro, or whatever the Latin word for free, to be free. Yeah, that's and our posterity.

That's those who come behind it.

So that's freedom. What is freedom of it's freedom? It's freedom from overreaching government. The Constitution itself, you see, is a great restraining device. It's an instrument that creates a centralized federal government, yet, it is a great restraining device against.

overreaching. Government, and that's how things have gotten turned around.

So I would say that somebody doesn't care: do you want freedom? Or do you want the government or some other nanny state coming in and telling you what you got to do, what you can't do, owning what you can own, telling you how much you can make or can't make, taking everything that you your hard labor through taxes, what do you want? Freedom? Or do you want government tyranny? And so if you want freedom, You should appreciate the Constitution, read it, understand it, get a better feel for it.

And that's what I would say. It's kind of a long answer to a short question, but that's the way I feel about it. Sticking with it. No, that's why you're here. Folks don't want to hear me talk about this.

They want to hear the experts.

So, yeah, the floor is yours, sir. But you brought me to a good question about freedoms, about protections, and again, why people should care.

Some folks I believe I could be wrong, but I believe some folks Think they can just roll out a bid and they have their rights, they have their government, they have their way of life even. Yeah. Talk about why that is not the case. Talk about what it took to get to the Constitution, all the way from, and I know this is going to be probably another long answer. We'll probably have to answer it on the other side of the break, but we can get into it a little bit about the Constitutional Congress and then talk about.

how we had to fight literally to have our independence. to have our Constitution, which are two different things. The Declaration of Independence is separate from the Constitution. I didn't know that. And then we have the Bill of Rights, where you have a lot of amendments at, which is also good.

Amendments talking about slavery and women's rights, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

So, to toss this question to you. For somebody that just rolls out of bed thinking we have our rights, protections, and way of life, talk about what it took to get the Constitution that we have today.

Well we start, of course, you mentioned with the Declaration of Independence, But the British controlled the thirteen colonies. And the king and the Parliament Parliament became increasingly oppressive Against the Americans who were British subjects who were living here. And What happened is. Uh continued and they'd gone into heavy debt to finance those wars, and they needed money.

So what they started doing was taxing Americans who were British subjects in the colonies. and they increased the tax through the stamp Uh Yeah. tax and through Other taxes to the and we're not giving Americans the right to really have a voice in the British Parliament. And then it came it became more and more oppressive. British troops.

would come in and and about authority of the king just Come in your house. Take over, stay there as long as they want it without permission, which is why we have a third amendment, third amendment for who it's at. But so The birth of the nation. Hey, hey, hey, hey, Don, Don. We're coming up on a break.

We have the JAG officer Don Brown in the house with us, and he's talking about the Constitution. You left off on Birth of a Nation, I believe.

So just to kind of read up For the people, and I mentioned this because I didn't want you to forget your thought, Don. For the people that are maybe just tuning in. Um, we or I asked Don about what it took to get to the Constitution, from the Continental Congress to fighting different battles, wars, what have you, to get to the Constitution.

So just to re up, could you answer that question, Don? Don, you with us? Are you there, Jamal? You copy? Oh, yeah, I copy, sir.

Man, I was sweating there for a little bit. All right. Yeah, so uh pick up where you left off please, sir. The the birth of a nation's built place to restart here because you see America, you know, We've heard Jesus tell Nicodemus, You must be born again. You see, America, so we as Christians, we have two births: a national birth and a spiritual birth.

Well, our nation really has two births. There's the birth of a nation. which was with the Declaration of Independence and the birth of our republic, which is what the Constitution represents. But this nation was born Out of A tyrannical government regimes. Taxes, regulation, no right to try, you know, to to protect against search and seizure.

you know, no right against self-incrimination. It was a very, very, very jack booted. British Governments that led to the rebellion and the birth of the nation itself, the final victory. that George Washington achieved over Cornwallis at Yorktown, which led The end of the Revolutionary War was an absolute miracle. You know, you had a ragtag group of farmers and blacksmiths, and you know, and And merchants and And and and others defeat the largest, most powerful military in the world.

So it's a miracle in and of itself. But after that The correction is colored with the baby nation government set or how it would be governed. And there was a lot of different thoughts. And they came up with what they call the Articles of Confederation Wait shit. were in place from seventeen really 1776, we're after 1776 until 1787, which is when the Constitution was born.

And um The Articles of Confederation were very loosely governed. They did not have any type of central authority at all and were very, very ineffective. And so when the Constitution was passed initially, september seventeenth, seventeen eighty seven, How many years has it been? It'll be It'll be uh Well, you knew the math. 239, let me see, we're 11 years.

You have an 11-year difference.

So 250 minus 11 would be 239 years ago today. Benjamin Franklin steps out of the Constitutional Hall, and a little old lady comes up to him and said, Mr. Franklin, what is it that you have given us? And what Ben Franklin says is a republic, ma'am, if you can keep it. And so the US Constitution created a republic.

And a republic You know, I lecture on this whenever I can. People don't understand that because we're not taught it. But a republic is characterized by two Three letter phrases. One of those phrases is checks and balances. Our entire Constitution is full of checks and balances And the purpose of these chips and balances, Jamal, is to protect Against the overconcentration of federal and now state governmental power.

And the second three Letter phrase. that characterizes Republic is rule of law. We're a nation of lost and not of men. We don't let mobs just go out and lynch people. We're a nation of laws.

Righteous laws should be what govern the nation, and that's the way the Constitution is set up, and that's how we came about, and that's how we were born. Uh y that is amazing. And I was going to try to find a way to squeeze in one of my new favorite movies now called A Great Awakening. Have you heard about that movie? I've seen the movie.

It's an absolute great, fabulous Fabulous piece of work. About the relationship between George Whitfield and Benjamin Frank, I recommend it to everybody. Yes, and that's another nod to uh Caleb Iderley and the Iderley family, Bill and Linda Iderley. I saw a couple of previews on it, but I just wrote it off like, Ah, okay, it seems nice. Maybe I'll catch it streaming later or what have you.

But That the idly said, No, Jamal, you have to go watch this movie. And I take their word pretty. pretty heavily. I I take it seriously.

So I went to To the theaters to watch it. And let me tell you how green I am on this, Don. I did not even know who Pastor Whitfield was. That is terrible. 'Cause the guy was so instrumental.

One guy. And I've talked about this a few times on the show: about the impact of one person.

So, the impact of not just one person, but also a Christian. Also a twin. Pastor. And this is not to spoil it for the folks that haven't seen it. And like Don said, if you haven't seen it, please go see it.

It's an amazing movie. Again, it's called A Great Awakening.

So Pastor Whitfield was a traveling pastor, was riding horseback up and down the East Coast, and he had a friendship with Benjamin Franklin. And Benjamin Franklin at the time, he was kind of agnostic, I guess you would say, but he kind of wore him down. And Continental Congress was had a, they were at kind of an impasse of what to do with. their government, how to form their government.

So Pastor Whitfield, Helped Benjamin Franklin on his path, and they brought God into that square, and they were able to break that gridlock when they brought God into the square and into the conversation. That was an amazing movie.

So, again, if you hadn't seen it, go check it out. With that being said, You also mentioned how Benjamin Franklin said, We have a republic if we can keep it.

So We have The DSA coming in now. And for those that don't know, the DSA stands for the Democratic Socialists of America. This is not attacking a political party or what have you, they just have aligned themselves with the Democratic Party.

So You have Mandami. that has been elected mayor of New York. You have some people making some inroads, I believe in Texas. You have El Said. That's out there trying to run a campaign.

You have Hassan Piker, who is. uh a uh YouTuber. and they're talking about socialist, communist views, and they're trying to bring them here. As a matter of fact, Hassan Piker said that it was a shame that the Soviet Union collapsed. He said it was a shame they collapsed.

Mm.

So with The socialism, communism coming in here. Can our country last with that kind of influence on our nation?

Well, we stand in the Word of God. And God's word said, With God all things are possible. Yes, we can survive, but we Turn to him. You know, if we follow the dictates of Second Chronicles seven fourteen, turn to him and pray and confess our wicked ways And uh we can With his help, defeat evil, was we're looking at unadulterated evil. But the thing that we cannot Yeah.

suddenly roll over and stop fighting and just let them have their way. Um You know, we're there's a big conference we'll be speaking at up in McDowell County called Sawd and Light.

Well I'll be speaking on the twenty sixth in just a about ten days or so, or nine days, I guess. And um Anyway, you look at the call saw it in white. You know, we have to be. If salt loses the saltiness, it's no good to be thrown out and crowned by men. We are to be the light of the world.

We. must stand against evil. And socialism is evil. Communism is evil. Nazism is evil.

A Sharia law in Islamism is evil. And we have Coddle evil for too many generations now in this country. Um, but there's a song that they used to sing back when I would go to church camp when I was a kid that it only takes a spark to get a fire going, right? And um, and so. Greater is he that is in you than he's in the world.

So, back to your question, we absolutely can defeat. And turn these evil forces back. Amen. If we look if we cast our eyes to the hills, whence comes our help. Gotcha.

Um, when we went to break, we were talking about the DSA, the Socialist Movement. Didn't think we would be talking about that, but Okay. Going back to what Ben Franklin said, it's a republic, ma'am, as long as you can keep it. Have we been asleep at the wheel? Have we been taking this gift that God gave us too lightly?

Um, some people say that they don't like America, they even hate America, it has an awful past, true. But I will go to what um Reverend Barber said, he said, Is your house perfect? Is everything right in your house?

Well, it's the same thing for America. We're not perfect, but I'd rather live here than anybody than anywhere else. And we just went through a few things that we can take as a blessing, our freedom of speech. That's something that everybody Can gravitate to and support. Everybody wants to have a voice.

It doesn't matter who you are, from the left to the right to the middle. Everybody wants to have their voice. We can go with the Second Amendment. touchy subject, but it gives us the right to defend ourselves. We do have crime.

Evil exists, unfortunately. And that brings me to one of my favorite quotes from Edmund Burke. He said, all it takes for evil to succeed It's for good men to do nothing. We still have crime, so we still have to defend ourselves. We still need military police.

We still need judges to take care of these crimes. Jail started to lock them up. Uh one of the things that the DSA says, they say they don't want to have any prisons.

Okay, so where are you going to lock up the criminals at? Where are you going to put those guys at? But I'm getting ahead of myself.

So Don Brown was talking about Yeah. Communism, socialism, the DSA, if it could work in this country.

So I'll toss it back to you, Don.

Well, certainly, communism can work if you want tyranny. If you want to end up in a situation where the government can take you and kill you without trial, yes. You want a situation where the government can spy on you And simply enter your homes and Tell you how many kids you can have, like they do in China. Uh then it can work. You know, that's what you want.

But see the problem is, you know, you you ask have we Falling asleep at the wheel a moment ago, or something like that. Jamal's very good question. I think we have. I think we've got fat and happy, you know, really, really since the World War II years, and it's been gradual. You know, and we have become like the frog in the frying pan.

They took prayer out of school, took the Bible out of school, they took manger scenes out of the public square, they took the Ten Commandments down, all through demented Supreme Court rulings, I would add. Which have nothing to do with the Constitution, but they began to do that. We got richer. We decided on Sundays. We're going to watch the NFL, nothing wrong with the NFL, don't get me wrong, but our priorities became everything other than worship.

you know, the next thing you know, you wind up in a situation where you're on the verge You know, it's like the Bible says at the end of judges they call good for evil and evil for good. And we have gotten into that situation today there. We are being taught in schools. Kids are being taught in schools that socialism is somehow glamorous. Right.

It's never worked. In every instance, it's led Security. You know, the Nazi party. was the National Socialist party of Germany. You know, Hitler himself was a socialist.

I mean, he millions he killed. And between chat and Mao Stekong, Hill and Joseph Stalin. kill well over 200 million people. And then you look at the number of deaths under radical Islam And yet these evil philosophies, which are now You know, soaking themselves in our culture because we have neither the courage. Nor the education.

to take action and stand up against them are like a cancer permeating, threatening our liberties. And these liberties that we have are God given, by the way, when you go even in the Declaration of Independence, we hold these truths to be self evident, all men are created equal, endowed by the Creator, And there by who the Creator? with certain unalienable rights among these, not all, but among these, Our line. Which is the first A native on right mentioned in our family documents. Liberty, the second, that's freedom.

And of course, the student happiness But these are God-given rights. And if we Uh don't Speak against Evil and stand against evil. It's like that great quote from Bert that you mentioned. Um, all for evil all it takes for evil, you know, to to to take control is for good men to do nothing. And that's where we are in the sun through today.

That's exactly right. And got to give out the number so folks can call in with their comments, questions, criticisms. Excuse me, we're not going to Jump down your throat. We're not going to attack you. This is an open dialogue.

That's one of the things that made this country great: an open eye. Open exchange of ideas. We had Einstein come over from another country, helped out tremendously with our science field. We had a whole lot of people coming in from other countries. I just mentioned him because he was one of my favorite guys to talk about.

We do better when we bring in other ideas.

Now, all ideas are not good. Again, there is evil, so, some things you have to say no to. But when we have an open dialogue, when we talk, when we... Um look at different angles that we haven't considered. We do better for that.

We had Charlie Kirk that was assassinated a while ago.

Some people don't like Charlie Kirk. I hear you. I understand that. But He was a guy talking about the Constitution, talking about his faith. And one of the things he said was, I want to be remembered for my faith.

So, when you have people getting gunned down like that, that is going down a path we do not want to go down. I'm not trying to compare him to Dr. Martin Luther King, but people talk about him being gunned down. JFK being down. being gunned down.

This served America. Land of the free hump of the brave. um good way of life, but yet our leaders are still being killed. and if not even leaders. people who are talking about Togging.

being killed. and then was bad on top of that, Don. is you have unfortunately people mocking his death. I'm not going to mock anybody anybody's death. As a Christian we shouldn't celebrate that.

We're all about life. CELEBRATING LIFE Um one of my favorite quotes is um Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus talked about life. Hmm.

So We should be better than assassinations. We should be better. Then killing en masse like they do in other countries.

So This is something that is kind of burning on on my mind right now. And I see we have a Jesse from North Carolina. If that's the Jesse I'm thinking about, he's a he's a top tier guy. You you like him, Don. And we'll get to Jesse in just one second.

We had the fall of Afghanistan a few years ago. We were over there for 20 years. Tragic letdown, loss of life, loss of billions of dollars. And to the potential of something happening and growing over there. It was it was stalled.

It was delayed unfortunately. What's different about Afghanistan and other areas versus here? Because that document It's pretty much It's not magical. It's just saying this is what we abide by. But Talk about how that document has inspired us to have this nation and why it works here.

And Can it work in other places? Did they do something wrong in Afghanistan? Why is that document?

So inspirational to us here.

Well, what's different about that than What happens in other countries, Dawn? because it stands for freedom and liberty. And when you have freedom and liberty, you can speak. You know, you have a right to speak dumb stuff or smart stuff. We have a right to go and worship how you want to worship without.

the you know, the jack lived a thug kicking a door down. You know, you don't see You can make fun of America, make fun of capitalism, make fun of the Constitution all you want. But you don't see millions and millions and millions and millions of people knocking down the doors to go to Afghanistan or any other Muslim country or even any Western European country anymore. Not far from Canada, they're fleeing to America, and is the bright shining promise. A freedom That causes that.

And you know, we have an opportunity. You can come here and outside of governmental oppression, be anything you want to be. And because it's the land of opportunity. And people around the world see that. And it is the beacon of freedom promised.

At the heart by the United States Constitution and by our Constitutional Republic, we are not a democracy. I was at the RNC last week, and we had some prominent speakers saying our democracy, and nothing gets on my nerves faster than to hear that. But it's a promise of freedom. And that Constitution, as I said earlier, checks and balances. If you look at the Bill of Rights, it starts with Congress shall not.

Congress shall not pass a law to prohibit the establishment of the r religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Or to Or to to prohibit that freedom of speech. are the press. or of the right of people to pre peaceably assemble. are the right petitioning of the government, free dress aggrievances, all those are protected.

Under the American Constitution, you go in the and you Against the government of Afghanistan or Saudi Arabia or anything like that, you can get your head chopped off real fast. You know, and even Canada, they were arresting pastors for quote unquote Hate Beach. During and after COVID. And only in America is there is there, and despite the flaws. Only one perfect man ever walked the face of the earth.

He was also God. But despite the flaws, that we have here We are still the greatest. Hope of freedom. On all the earth. And that's why people are flocking here.

Just look at the evidence if there's any question about it. Amen to that. And I wanted to jump in and give Jesse a Chance. Jesse, you're on. Welcome to Truth Talk Live.

But, Jesse, go ahead with your comments, sir. Hello, uh, thanks for having me on, Jamal. And um Glad that we're celebrating this Constitution Day. Amen. Yeah.

I overheard a little bit of the previous conversation with the JAG attorney, Brother Don, and I was. Oh. The question came up is why this document would it work in another nation or in another country? Um I'm assuming we're talking about the Constitution. Yes.

And The reality is it comes down to I love to quote this from John Adams, Our Constitution is only fit for our moral and religious people. For the governance of any other it is wholly and completely inadequate. Wow. And him being a a Baptist deacon. in the early colonies.

When he's talking about religion and morality, he's talking about some form, shape. or substance of Christianity. This is what was coming from all the different Thirteen states at the time, thirteen colonies, when they were ratifying the Constitution. And Alexander Hamilton makes the comment. We didn't think that we needed to make it any more obvious that we are a Christian nation in the document of the Constitution.

because it was so in the seed bed of our culture, our history. founding That's exactly right. And for folks who don't know Jesse, we became friends through Pastor Noah. He's a pastor of the church out there. I believe it's called First Baptist out in Kernisville.

How you doing, Doc? Yeah. I'm good, Jamal, and what a great day to be celebrating. What we have in America, the United States Constitution, and just have enjoyed listening to Mr. Brown, and you talk about the freedoms of liberty that we have.

And that again, we're connected to the Declaration of Independence that got us started.

So we celebrate two hundred fifty years But then we had to have Something to make that declaration of independence. Work. There's a formation that had to come together, and that's the Constitution. And that puts the declaration into action. And um I I love what Jesse just said from John Adams.

I saw an article today on my uh uh Fox News uh website about John Quincy Adam. As we think about the Constitution, he wrote letters to his son. And Adams believed that no education, I'm quoting now, could be complete without the Bible. Wow. He wrote to his son that when duly read and meditated upon, the Bible is of Of all books in the world that which contributes most to to make men good, wise, and happy.

And what really has made America different is not just the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, but the fact that we have taught the Bible through the years I go to Williamsburg and I I listen to the reenactor, George Whip, and he talked about the most important thing is that in those early days, they believed in a thing called virtue. And that comes from the teachings of Jesus. And how to live out the fruits of the Spirit. And so. We need not only to be teaching the Declaration of Independence, teaching the Constitution.

Mr. Ram, you are so white. We're not teaching what it says. And then teaching the Bible how they all go together to make for great people and the ability then to do great things with your life. And I just thank you for hosting this show today, Jamal.

I'm a big advocate of the Constitution because it gives us religious liberty. And I don't know of any people in the world that have enjoyed such Freedom to worship our God. And I don't ever want to see that fall away. Amen to that. Hey, Doc, we are coming up on the close of the show, but could you real quick in about a minute talk about that thing you mentioned at Wednesday in the Word about the July 4th new initiative going on?

Mm.

Well, we're seeing that with the Southern Baptist on their calendar, they have july the fourth. Is Religious Liberty Sunday. And so I don't know who all this. learned about that, but I would hope that every pastor will take advantage of now the fourth of July being on a Sunday, twenty twenty seven, And preach why religious liberty is so important because we believe as Christians, not just Baptists, as Christians, we believe in the freedom of conscience. We don't make anybody become believers.

Our government is not to make anyone worship God. We have the freedom to do that. God does not want us hearkening to Him with our lips, but our heart is far from Him. Uh we need to make the choice. And today, every person can choose Should choose To accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.

But I can't make you do that, and you can't make me do that. It wouldn't be true. Relationship with Jesus, if we were made to.

So we've got to think about what's so important about religious liberty in this country, and it comes right from our Constitution, backed up by, as Mr. Brown said, the Declaration of Independence. What makes us different is our rights come from God. Amen. That's your pastor, guys.

I know we call him Doctor, but he's also a pastor.

Like we've said many times over, it gives us our freedoms. And as you mentioned, which I wanted to reiterate, our freedoms come from our creator, not from government, not from your fraternity, your sorority, not from some kind of social group. It comes from our creator. Why is that important, guys? It's important because no government can add or take away from your freedoms.

That's another reason why this document is so key and so crucial. Uh, over there in Uh Russia and China. They don't have that in their document.

So it's hard for them to say, hey, government, presidents, officials. Adhere to our rights. It's written here. They don't have that kind of luxury. We do.

We can say a government, a president. Congress, you have to abide by our rights. And you can't take them away. And the moment somebody might want to trap take them away, we can check'em. Or if they want to do that.

According to the Constitution, They can be voted out, or they can be removed. And let me just turn to my handheld constitution. From Turn to Point USA. I know you know it, Don, but hey, I'm trying to step up my game here.

So that is going to be amendment. Is that 25? Is that right, sir? We're doing what was the question again? About removing the president from office.

Yes, it's Amendment 25. Absolutely. Yep. There you go.

So about 45 seconds. I'll let you have the floor or anything you want to close us out with, sir.

Well, I just think that we it should be a day of Thanksgiving. We should Reflect on the freedoms. that are recognized in the Constitution understand the Constitution reflects God-given rights. And our rights don't come from government, they come from God. You mentioned Russia and China.

There's communist governments. The government is their God with a small G. That's right. And that's the music, Don. Hey, Don, I got to cut you off, but thank you for coming to the show.
