This is the Truth Network. This is the Truth Network. Welcome to Truth Talk Live. All right, let's talk the truth is. I can't hide it.

I can hold. A daily program powered by the Truth Network. This is kind of a great thing, and I'll tell you what. Where pop culture, current events, and theology all come together. Speak your mind.

And now, here's today's Truth Talk Live host.

Well, welcome to Truth Talk Live. I'm Dwayne Carson. I'm in the studio here in Winston-Salem, and our friend, Robbie Dillmore, he's On with us, but he's at his home. He is recovering from a Accident he and his wife were in. We talked about this on Tuesday.

And Robbie, welcome to the show as well. Oh, I'm excited because I know this topic today. Of Iran, this ceasefire, and these things, it's a lot to talk about, and I'm excited to hear what. the truth listeners think about it. Yes, there's so much going on in the world.

And when we say in the world, I mean we've got astronauts. Up next to the moon, and they're checking things out. They've gone further than any man has ever gone. I think there was a TV show that said that one time. And we've got all these different aspects of this war with Iran that's going on, where there's a ceasefire.

But as you said, Robbie, as we talked about this show, it seems like we cease, but they keep firing. And The question that I wonder, and you're wondering with our listeners, is: do we really see peace? in the Middle East any time soon. And the number to call is 866-348-7884 Robbie, my question for me personally. over the last uh Let's just say the last 96 hours.

Um what is my response as a believer? Uh as I'm hearing about President Trump making some bold, I mean, in some ways, yes, crude statements about What he wants to see done to Iran to get this thing to come to a conclusion. Uh here and there is a ceasefire. Um Okay. I want to know what I should be doing as a believer.

And 1 Timothy chapter 2 tells me without question that we are to be praying for our leaders. And I've just sensed. Uh that I am supposed to be interceding for our President, our Vice President, the secretaries of the different departments, our leaders right now. And that's biblical response. Robbie, your thoughts?

Yeah, my my thoughts are that as well. But clearly I You know, one of the exciting things about doing live radio is hearing you know what the listeners think and that opportunity to call us and share we really really really want to hear what your thoughts are Is this a lasting peace? Is this real peace? 8663487. 7884-866-348-7884.

You know, Doc, I love what you said as we were discussing the show that. you know if i had a few minutes and i was going up to president trump In the few minutes, and could I honestly look him in the face and say, you know, I've really been praying for you. And would I have anything of value to add? You know. As I'm aware that I know very little of what really is going on.

He clearly knows a great deal, but I know what it feels like in my heart. Is when I think of the word peace, you know, in Hebrew, that word is shalom. And it has to do not only with obviously a lack of conflict. But more than that, it has to do with the completeness, things being returned to the way that they're supposed to be. And I Honestly, as long as that regime is in place, if I really look in my own heart, I can't feel that way.

It'd be like. from my perspective leading it leaving adolf hitler in charge of nazi germany Uh ha having attacked and that kind of thing. I guess that's That's my feeling about it. And I also know that most of my friends in Israel, as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, feel those same ways that um That they want to see this. Result in some type of regime change because I think that those people just simply can't be trusted.

Yeah.

Well, Robbie, based on your request, we have a caller. All right.

So we have Alex from Spartansburg, South Carolina. Alex, welcome to Truth Talk Live. What do you have for us? I was going yeah, I wanted to say that um the problem with peace between Iran and America is the um what's written in the Quran. See, I grew up a Christian, but we had a Quran at home that we could read and my dad could read.

And the Quran states seven times that you need to kill the infidel. That would be us because we don't accept Allah. A lot of people compare Allah to God, and they say that that's just their word for God. And I'm like, well, we could start calling God frog. Is that going to be.

The the the true name of God? No, it's not. You know, so the actual fundamental problem is that their religious book. states that you should kill the infidel, which is us. If our Bible stated that we should kill everyone else that doesn't believe in Christianity, there would be a problem with the religion fundamentally.

See, in in um in Christianity there are zealous Christians And there are ones that are like lukewarm, that are not zealous. And that's the difference between their uh They're jihadists, for example, or the ones that'll bomb themselves, and the ones that are lenient and compromise with their reli inside of their religion is. The ones that compromise are considered lukewarm. But the ones that that will go blow themselves up and fight to the death and kill every infidel they can, they're consil considered zealous Muslims according to the cur Quran.

Well, you're bringing home a tremendous point, and I go back on history. Uh you know Thomas Jefferson As the third president understood this, as he was dealing with the Muslims there in Tripoli. He understood that they believed it was their right to take people prisoner. It was their right to kill them. If you don't bow down to Allah, then you don't have a right to live anymore.

And we have to understand what our enemy is determining to do to us. And I think again, that's where we've got to have leaders. Who who Have an understanding of the true times. We're living in times where there are people who chant deaf to Israel, deaf to America. When they scream out from the river to the sea, they are saying we want Israel to be exterminated from the land.

That's not peace right there. That's annihilation. That's not what we want to do to Iran. We want to see them. uh have a different way of thinking about life.

Um Am I still online? You are. Yes, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, so.

So imagine if they took those seven verses out of the Quran, where it states to, like, for example, a verse that says. If an infidel refuses to believe in Allah, strike him in the back of the neck with a sword, for example. If they took these seven verses out of the Quran, then we would be able to have peace with the Muslim world. But if our Jesus Christ ordered us to kill every Muslim, then it would it would also be impossible for us to have peace. The only way that we can have peace with the Muslim world And stiff they reject the teaching itself to kill us.

Hmm. That's it. Robbie, your thoughts on what Alex is saying. Yeah, that goes back to why we need to pray a lot because. I wish I had Alex's understanding.

I've never studied the Koran and I don't Oh. But from the word of God, Robbie, we have a different commandment, don't we? I love one another. Yeah.

And And then a commission. Instead of going and killing a Muslim, we're supposed to go and witness to a Muslim. Yeah, exactly. It's an interesting challenge. And I love, again, that there are listeners who've got a view, and to hear it is.

is extremely helpful to me. And so we're hoping some more will call in at 866. 348-7884.

So grateful for your call, Alex. All right, well, thank you guys. And when we come back, we've got our good friend Nikita Koloff is going to come on the show with us. Truth talk lies. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com.

And welcome back to Truth Talk Live. I'm Dwayne Carson in the studio today in Winston-Salem. Here with Truth Network, and we've got Robbie Dilmore on the line with us as he is recuperating from And we calling it an Easter miracle. God protected he and Tammy, but there are some things he needs to do to be healing up. And Robbie, we let you know again, we love you and we're praying for you.

And we're thrilled that while you're needing to rest at home, you are still able to work. And we're talking today about the component of this ceasefire and praying for our president, praying for our vice president and other leaders. But just also kind of curious what you and Tammy might be doing. I know last night Denita and I went to a movie called A Great Awakening. And what have you been doing lately?

Yeah.

Last night, Tammy and I went to the couch to see a movie. We rented, I can only imagine two, which interestingly we could get, I understand it's still in theaters. Oh my goodness. Honestly, one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life. Is it.

Takes us through you know but the The lead singer, Mercy Me. his relationship with his son who is diabetic and and some other things that really. Had a plot twist I was not expecting and what a redemptive movie. What? You know, I don't know how many parents are out there, but you know, struggle with our relationship with our children.

It is, it is an amazing. Movie from that angle. I really, really enjoyed it. How about a great awakening? I'm excited to see that.

I hope I can rent it quick too.

Well, I'm at the same place of saying, I saw an amazing, amazing movie last night. Takes us back in history and. It's all about George Switzfield and his relationship with Benjamin Franklin. And we've got on the line now Nikita Koloff. And welcome, Nikita.

Um I'm thinking I'm bringing him on. Uh uh Nikita, you there? Hello, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir.

Now I understand you've been to see a great awakening too. What's your thoughts on a great awakening? Then I'm going to give mine. We're going to enlighten Robbie Dillmore. and our listeners about a great awakening.

Well, let me let me first say this feels like a family reunion. The last time the three of us were together on this show was Jerusalem in December.

So that's right. Great to have the family back together. Absolutely.

So I could speak actually to both movies. Um And I can highly recommend Both movies to anyone and everyone. I can only imagine two. I agree, Ditto, what Robbie said that it was. A powerful, powerful story.

uh between a father and son and a reflection of of of Bart, the least singer. And his father, the difficulties and the challenges they had there. and then how that transferred between him and his son. Uh but But without, I'm not the movie spoiler, so I won't give away how the movie ends, but it's definitely worth seeing. And then a great awakening.

Oh my goodness. I had no idea. I knew George Whitfield. I've actually Uh guys, I've actually preached in Delaware uh at a church at the pastor's house The front yard Doctor, I mean Doc George Whitfield stood and minister preached from that front yard of the pastor's house. And actually, I had to go out and stand there and pre pretend like I was speaking to 7,000 people like he did that day.

And I I was blown away by the buck movies really, but they're they're dipp they're different audiences, but they're both worth seeing.

Well, I love history, and we're going to celebrate our 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Uh but you know when we look at the different dates that really make up America, we're gonna get into 1787. where there's going to be this conf uh Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia. And uh That's when we're going to get what we presently have, the Constitution of the United States. But there was so much bickering going on between the large states and the small states.

And Ben Franklin is going to make a statement that, guys. As long as I've been alive, the longer I live, the more I come to understand. that God rules in the affairs of men. And then he says, if a sparrow falls to the ground and it can't fall to the ground without his notice, how can you build an empire without his help? And then he made the great statement that unless the Lord builds a house, they that build it build it in vain.

And then he made the proposal. that every day Congress would begin in prayer. And we do that to this very day. Congress, both houses, both chambers, the Senate and the House, open in prayer. That's because of Ben Franklin, but that's because it goes back to him and his relationship with George Whitfield.

And Whitfield, oh my goodness, Nikita, I don't know about you, but when I heard him preach the first time on John chapter 3, you must be born again. I'm like, that's what changes lives. It's not political. It's not economical. It comes down to you must be born again.

And I can't give a higher rating on a movie for our Christian brothers. Go see it, but take a lost person to see it. Let them sit under the preaching of the gospel because that's what happens in this movie. Yeah, you can definitely, you know, again, it can reach across all age groups. And anyone and everyone will take away something from the movie.

And what a great tool of witness. You know, you could invite someone to say, hey, let's go learn about the history of our country. Because what Whitfield did, I didn't realize, well, was a precursor to the revolution.

Some credit George Whitfield's awakening, leading into the revolution, the breaking away from Britain and the independence that we now get to appreciate. Because of the sacrifice George Whitfield made, and coming across the pond. from England and traveling by horseback All over the country, yeah, it's absolutely astounding. I I was blown away by the and I had no idea of his relationship with Benjamin Franklin. Um, and uh I I'll just say again, not to be a movie spoiler, but you'll be surprised by the ending.

Yes. Yeah, the ending, I was not ready for that. I. Even though I've read things, I wasn't ready for the way it ended. And it is worth going to see, especially again when we think about.

Our country, how it was founded, the principles that guide that founding. Uh Uh George Whitfield preached to 80% of Americans. during his time. He would die at 1770 and over those 25 years of pre 80% of Americans heard him preach at least one time. He I will say this.

Benjamin Franklin told his grandson that Whitfield spent more time on a horse than he did on his feet because he just went from one place to another to preach the gospel. Um Sometimes we spend more time in the air or in a car than we do on our feet now because of trying to get from one place to another. But he was on a horse, and having ridden horses, I have high admiration for somebody who would travel all across those 13 colonies to preach the gospel from all the way up in New Hampshire, Rhode Island, all the way down to Georgia. But it's all about a great awakening. And it leads us to, for me, Lord, I want a great awakening in the 21st century in America.

Yeah, we need one in America without a doubt. I'll just say too, the actor that played George Whitfield did a masterful job. Yes, yes.

Well, we're going to break. We need your calls: 866-348-7884. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. I'm Dwayne Carson and today with Robbie Dilmore, we're in two different locations, but Robbie, you and I are kind of catching up.

We have not been together for a couple weeks, but uh a lot has been happening and um And part of that catching up is: well, we both saw movies yesterday that impacted our lives. And for our listeners, we would invite you to call in. If you've seen either of these movies, I can only imagine two: a great awakening. I'd love to hear your thoughts about those two movies. And as well, we're wondering, you know, our response as believers.

As our country is trying to deal with a country that has, they want to destroy Israel, they want to destroy us. Deaf to America gets chanted, deaf to Israel. We've had presidents, not just Republican, not just President Trump, who have said that Iran cannot have a nuclear bomb. Our President is dealing with that based on the facts that he has. I'm believing right now, Robbie, that we are supposed to be praying fervently.

For our president, Um for our Other leaders who work with him, our vice president going to Pakistan right now. We're interested in what our callers may be thinking about the ceasefire. 1-866-348-7884. Robbie. Yeah, it's the real challenge as of right this minute, from what I understand.

Uh Netanyahu um Prime Minister of Israel. has um offered to sit into these peace talks with Hezbollah, as well. That's a crazy combination if you think about it, and unheard of really. in his effort to try to bring some stability to the situation. You know, you can't help but wonder about that is I can tell you how many.

ceasefire's Hezbollah has broken. It it's not even in the, you know. It it's really, really complicated and I think that Like you said, the opportunity to pray for Israel. Praying for peace. But that peace meaning Let a You know, God's kingdom's coming.

I mean, that's the kind of peace that we really. And that we have to... Um We need the Prince of Peace, don't we? We do, but we do. We have to defend Israel's right to protect itself.

Because You know, of course, Iran saying, How could Israel shoot these missiles into Lebanon?

Well, guess who fired them first? That's right. As they fired first. And And it it is It requires great wisdom. you know, are definitely above my pay grade.

But also I know I don't I'm not feeling the sense of Wow, I really... could ever trust Iran in the current. state of you know, the regime that they have, et cetera, et cetera.

So You know, I'm really curious, again, what our listeners think. I would love to hear. 866-348. 7884-866. Three, four, truth.

And I think of, you know, 2 Chronicles 7:14, right? Yes. That kind of goes with the Great Awakening. Right, we got to humble ourselves. I don't really think I know.

I know God knows. I'm not sure Trump knows all that as much as he would like to know. And so that's part of what you're saying, Doc. is we humble ourselves. You know, ask God to show.

You know, President Trump, where he needs to learn some things, I'm sure. Yes. Well, you know, the wisest man. That we believe ever lived is Solomon, and he increased in wisdom. Uh but He was so humble.

As he started out, he said, Uh I I I don't know how to do this. I don't know how to do this. I need wisdom. And if any man lacks wisdom, let him ask. James 1:5, any man lacks wisdom, let him ask, and God will give it.

And the wisdom that we're looking for is that heavenly insight for earthly living. And. Again, I'm not a historian, but I do like history. And I look at Franklin Roosevelt and how he was seeking God on how to make decisions. Dwight Eisenhower, the D-Day decision that was June 4, 1944, to finally go into Europe to start taking back what Germany had taken.

There was so much prayer. There was so much wisdom that was needed of when to do that. And right now, listeners, our... Leaders need wisdom. We need to be praying fervently for that.

Robbie, once again, you have said we need callers, and we have Mike from Dayton. Mike, welcome to the show. Hi, thank you for taking my call. You're right. We need to pray verbally.

How do you say that? Ferbently. Yeah.

Yes, we need to pray. And then pray again. Um Uh I I like our press Press Secretary that Trump has. I noticed the other day, I was listening to her, and before she got on the air, She was praying and she had people around her praying and uh That's the wisdom that we need around our President. We need that wisdom.

And we need to pray that more people like her get around our President and pray Uh pray with him and pray for his decisions. You know, um I I notice in our on our on our church that uh we've been praying a lot. Uh My mom's been praying. And we had over this Easter Sunday, we had Uh nineteen people baptized. Oh, that's awesome.

Hallelujah. Yeah.

And I'm just saying that's because People are getting on their knees and praying. And I really believe that wholeheartedly. And um People underestimate the power of prayer. I really do. I didn't realize that until I was.

Yeah.

How powerful prayer is. And I'm sixty.

So, you know, it took me that long in my Christian life to realize. How powerful prayer is. And um Well, you know, Mike, I got a call. I got a call today from James Banks, who those who listen on. Truth Network on Saturday with no James Manx as the host of Encouraging Prayer.

Yeah.

And he was calling me more pastorally, and he called me specifically. He said, You know who called me, Robbie? Was Mike out of Dayton, Ohio. And he said, man. He said, That man is led by the Spirit.

And he was telling me about the prayers that he had. for you on Monday especially after you heard that something had happened to someone at the truth network And he said. Interestingly, he says, that's episode I want to do this week. And that's really the message I'm getting from you, Doc. that that is really resonating with me that Boy, if I don't feel like I have You know, I have feelings about all these things and with Iran and Iraq and Israel, but I certainly don't have answers.

And so prayer is exactly where we need to be mike i couldn't i couldn't agree with you more my friend Yeah, um Like I said, the more you get on your knees and pray, the more you realize how the communication with God and how blessed that is, and how much more. Um Faith comes through. Getting on your knees. How much more faith in God do you have? Because God answers prayers.

He really does. He answers mine. And um, he talks to me and walks with me a life along uh how you say that song, uh, like you know, he walks with me and talks with me along life's marrow way.

Well, I'm just a carpenter and I'm just getting on my knees and I'm just praying, but My gosh, God is with me, and I am so glad that God walks with me and talks with me. Yeah, go ahead, sir. I'm sorry.

Well, I just wanted to s follow up on your statement about on the on your knees. You know, we find ourselves very divided. Um I I have found that when I'm on my knees with someone it gets very hard to kick them. Um Yeah.

Well said, Doc, I've never heard that, but that's really beautiful. Maybe we need to have some more prayer meetings with people that we disagree with. And, you know, I. It's not that we gotta all be in total agreement. I I liked what happened this past weekend when there was this debate that took place in the White House situation room.

There's a pilot that has gone down. Do we go get him? And after this everything's said and done about him being rescued, the press is asking questions. And one of the questions was to the President, did everybody in the room agree with you? And he goes, No.

There were a number of people in the room that shared different opinions.

Well, that's the only way you make wise decisions. I've said many times with my teams as we try to come up with ideas, to get a great idea, I'm going to need nine that I'm going to reject. And that doesn't mean they were bad or horrible, but they're just not what I needed. That means you're against me when I go with number 10. But to get to the best idea.

We've got to have many ideas. And they threw out a lot of different things. And maybe we take a moment and just think about it again. Isn't it amazing that President Trump pulled the trigger, if you will, made the decision. To send in, and all we know is hundreds.

They wouldn't tell us the full number, but hundreds of. Of our soldiers were activated to rescue one. I just think about the 99, the shepherd leaves the 99 to go get the one. What what a story. It reminds me, you know, the whole movie Saving Private Ryan.

Yep. I'm sure you're familiar with it. It's that same kind of idea that our country Yeah. and has been all about you know, no man left behind. And and Good.

that the beauty of leaving the 99 to go get the one Because You know God's heart Yeah. Is a rescuing heart. He loves to rescue. And those, since we're made in his image, I think it's a natural inclination. I'm sure it feels that way for Mike coming out of the Marine Corps.

And thank you again, Mike, for your service. That that no left man left behind idea is a godly Oh desire, right? It is. It is really a godly desire. It's a You're willing to sacrifice your life for that person to get him back to a famine.

You know what I mean? in the Marine Corps. when when those guys went into Iran and and made that decision, to uh die you know to uh to rescue that person, they're willing to die for that person. And yeah.

Well, hey, we've got to go to a break, and Mike, you may be hanging on. We'd love for you to. I know Robbie's going to be here, and we want to hear your thoughts. 1-866-348-7884. This is Truth Talk Live.

You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Welcome back to today's show. This is Truth Talk Live. I'm Dwayne Cromson. We've got Mike on the line from Dayton, Ohio.

Robbie Dillmore is at his home. We're catching up on the events that have happened over the last couple weeks, especially as we think about our military, our president, the vice president, they're dealing with a ceasefire that we're praying holes. And that leads to an end to a conflict that will leave Iran at a place where they are unable. To ever have an atomic bomb, a nuclear bomb that could destroy Israel, that could destroy us, our leaders need wisdom. That's been one of the conclusions of today's show: that we are praying fervently for them.

We're also taking a moment to remember My goodness, what happened this weekend with a uh One of our Air Force pilots in his rescue, Mike. I got this from an Air Force guy. He's a veteran. At one point, he had risen to the level of flying Air Force One. He sends me this note on Sunday morning: pretty cool that what will go down as one of the greatest rescue missions in military history.

happened on the day we celebrate the greatest rescue mission of all time. And uh Jesus did do a rescue mission, did he not? Robbie? Mm-hmm. Oh, actually, you know, it's it's We um at the boot camp actually that mike attended We teach a class or whatever you want to have a talk on the larger story.

And when we Talk about Jesus coming to earth. We show a clip from the movie Private Ryan because, for that very reason that you just described, that. It was the mission was one man. And when Jesus came, you know, you've heard it said many times that. If there was no one else on earth to die for, he would die for you.

Yeah, it's a hard a thing to grasp, but it shows the importance of our cherishing our salvation Um you know, really help helping others when possible. to see the value of of what really has taken place is unthinkable. Yeah.

What's your thoughts, Mike?

Well, my thoughts are, um I just I just listened to, um, Um J. D. Greer uh this morning and he's He said something about where Jesus was in the garden. Yes. And um he was sweating bullets.

Oh. sweating blood 'cause he was annoying what he had to go through for for us. That was the first time he ever s um did not hear from God. And did not hear that God was with him. And God was he because He was taking on our sin.

He was taking on our on our on our You know, he was taking on what he needed to take on to conquer death. And um and he gave and he did that for us. And um It it's just it's just amazing that uh a god man like that. He he was God, but he And he was mad. Did what he did.

It it's just That is where that's the bit, that's the little story or the big story. of this whole world story. Um We want uh a great awakening in the world. We need to tell people about God and what he did for us. And having that reality of what Jesus did on the cross and what he did and how he rose again and what he went through, he was God.

And he died for us. And we don't have to do anything for it. All we have to do is say thank you. Yeah.

We don't have to work for it. We don't have to pray every sunrise. We don't have to pray on the end sunset. We don't have to, you know, we don't have to tell anybody. We just have to say thank you, Lord.

Yeah, it's a free gift. Free gift. It's unbelievable how free it is. And then it's eternal gift. It's it's If you don't get that, And you're not excited about that and tell somebody about that.

Mm-hmm. We got a problem here, Justin. I know we went around the moon, but. Jesus died for us and That is more than going around the moon. That is something that We can live for, we can die for, you know, that's what, you know, that's what our, that's what we need to do.

As Christians, we really do. We need to die for that. We need to tell someone. Hey. Yeah.

God loves you. And this is why. And um Yeah, it's just It's hot. Um that that is so incredible that you know um That what Jesus did for us. And then we just, I know that was just, you know, we had the big.

celebration of Easter. But It never hits home like it does when you really study and really think about what he did for us. When you sing that song, when I survey the wondrous cross and you see from his hands and from his feet, his head. And all the things, part of my Easter study over the past few years is to really consider. The hostility.

that was shown to him by sinners. And the agony that he would go through. And being in that garden, the incredible agony that he faced there. The physical was one component of it, the emotional was one part of it. But there's the spiritual component that you talked about there on the cross when the sins are poured out on him.

He cries out, My God, my God, why have you? Yeah.

And that's the moment where he has taken on the sin of mankind. And the wrath of God is now being poured out. But that's also what brings about our great redemption. Yeah.

It's f uh it and it's free. And we don't have to do nothing. I mean, I like free. I can listen to this radio station for free. That's free is fun.

You know what I mean? And let's then have it kernel life for free.

Well, Robbie, if we go back to a great awakening, that's going to be one of the great points that George Whitfield kept bringing out. that um You're not working for your salvation. And I really appreciated how those guys there at Sight and Sound, that's located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, they put this movie together to really convey the true gospel that a person is born again, and they're accepting the free gift of Jesus Christ. Mm. Yeah, I answered.

A beautiful idea that that um you know that story Which is what you're doing by looking at movies like the Great Awakening or I can only imagine two. you know they speak to your heart And and I You know, that was. Part of the way that George Whitfield did that is he crossed the country, but the story of itself. That this is how our country was founded, and these are the things that give us the freedoms. Like people like Mike who fought for and are in our soldiers today.

That are All in harm's way over there, believe me, whether we think there's a ceasefire or not, I can assure you they're in harm's way. Um You know, they're fighting for this very freedom. That we enjoy every single day. And so, again, it takes me right back to where you had us at the beginning of the show, Doc. On my knees, um Just praying for wisdom because You know, we were given this unbelievable opportunity to be God's ally for such a time as this.

In other words, there is no other time in history like this time right now. And here we are with this opportunity to pray and take part in what God is doing in this moment. And I mean in this moment. There are opportunities that we can join with him in prayer. And so I feel more motivated than ever actually doing this show, Doc.

to to get right there with you guys. And pray for this situation.

Well, I am curious, and maybe our listeners are too, since you are homebound right now. Are you still getting up early in the morning to pray? Ha ha ha ha ha. Ha ha ha ha. Yeah, well this morning I I I I had You know, honestly, after the concussion and all that, I was struggling with how I could get up that early, but I wasn't finding that place I wanted to find in prayer.

And so this morning, since I was beginning to get my concentration back and some other things, I was really focused on. Being able to get up and pray this morning. And so I set my alarm with a new sound, which happened to be these birds. These birds, tell us more. And so when I woke up this morning, I mean, here's, it sounded like my room, I had not listened to the sound before I heard it in the.

And I've forgotten that I set it in my alarm and I thought I was being invaded by demons or something. These birds are screaming out. I came running in the living room. Tammy, can you not hear these birds? Why is the dog not barking?

Ha ha ha. Ha ha ha ha ha. Yeah.

And she hasn't let me down over that all day, but I did have an amazing time of prayer. uh doc after that um i was so thankful Well, I want our listeners to know you get up earlier than the birds. You are an inspiration. Most people get up with the birds. At least that's what I try to do.

But you got up this morning because of the birds on an alarm. But Robbie gets up about 3 a.m.

so he can get in the presence of the Lord and just bathe in his goodness. And So you're back to being able to do that, and that's another answer to prayer for us. Yes, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Both of you and all the listeners that have taken part in that. It means so much. I can't imagine life without it. I don't want to. Hey, Doc, can we pray right now for our country and Masabi and Elden?

Yes, we're going, the show's coming to the end, but right now, Father, we lift up our president, vice president, give them wisdom, protect our soldiers. Thank you for our great nation. Thank you more for our great gospel, our wonderful Savior. And we pray this in Christ's name. Amen.

Amen. Hey, listeners, thank you so much.
