Todd Stearns. Oh, yeah.
Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Program.
So very happy to have you with us today. A lot going on in this country. But I want to start out by something.
Somebody sent me this early this morning, and it really captured my attention.
So You know, there are. There are times in your life when you are going to be in a hard spot between a rock and a hard place. You may have lost your job, and you can't find another job in your particular field. And you're not able to pay your rent. Maybe you're not able to buy groceries.
And so, what do you do?
Well, you go and you apply for unemployment insurance, and you get an unemployment check. And in many cases, people may need, they call them SNAP, but back when I was growing up, they called them food stamps. And the point of that, at least for many, many decades, and some of you would remember this, some of you old timers would remember these days, that. When you went on food stamps, it was not something to celebrate. I mean, you kind of felt bad about it, right?
Because, you know, you want to be a self-sufficient American citizen. You want to, you're one of those pick yourself up by the bootstraps kind of guys, and it's tough, but sometimes you have no choice. And out of the charity of the federal government, we created a system where, you know, if you're on rough times, then we're going to help you out at least temporarily. But here's the problem: over the years, what became a temporary solution, a temporary fix to get you over a difficult time, became a lifestyle. And now you have a situation in this country where literally generations of people have been growing up in public housing.
And when I say public housing, let me back up. In taxpayer-funded housing, many people have been generationally on food stamps. What do they call it now? Snap? I think that's what they, anyway, they've been on food stamps.
Stamps, and there's some new research out there showing that about one in three Americans now receive some type of government assistance. And So, my question is: are we raising a lazy society now, ladies and gentlemen? And you know, a lot of this came out during the pandemic, when the China virus. swept across the nation. And many people shut down their businesses.
Many people were forced to shut down their businesses. And the government decided, we're going to keep these people at home. Bless you, Ben Dieter. And we're going to we're going to give you a check. Are you feeling well, Dieter?
You're not like sick, are you? I'm doing great. All right. Just wanted to make sure. Maybe a little.
All right. Just wanted to make sure. I don't have COVID. I. No.
Can't see get some wet wipes in the break, please.
So, all that to say, I'm wondering if we're raising a lazy society. And, you know, Doge Elon and the Big Balls and Harry B-O-L-Z balls, all of these folks are out there trying to do a deep dive into all of the grift of the corruption. I think they need to look at these public assistance programs because something's not right.
So, somebody sends me this. This TikTok video. And I am I am stunned by this. But I want you to listen to this TikTok person explain why she is so distraught. She is losing her government assistance.
Take a listen. Cut four. I got a AHS letter in the mail this morning and I just now opened it and somebody reported me to the state of Michigan because I'm making money on TikTok and I and I drive a 2024 BMW. They have cut my food stamps from almost $4,000 a month down to $88 a month. They are telling me if I want a review That I have to sell my car.
So you're telling me, If you were on welfare, food stamps, cash assistance, section 8, you can't drive a nice car. They are forcing me to sell my brand new BMW. Or I lose almost $4,000 in food skippings. Not only that, they have taken my cash assistance totally away. They are telling me that Section 8.
will no longer be paying 95% of my rent, only 10% of my rent. Yeah. So I will have to pay a little over $400 a month now instead of $60 a month. Oh, boo-hoo. All right, can we stop for just a second here?
And there's a lot to unravel. And I am stunned by this. This woman says she's getting $4,000 a month in food stamps, Bend Eater. That's roughly $48,000 a year. Where is this woman doing her grocery shopping?
That's what I want to know. I always thought, you know, you were lucky if snaps covered canned goods. I mean, you're getting your $12 already pre-boiled eggs down at wherever you get them. Yeah, but I don't have a BMW. Did she say she had a BMW?
She's got a BMW.
So we did the price check on that because you're about to buy a car today. Yeah, and I wish there was a SNAPS program for buying cars. There's not.
Okay. BMW, the 2024 BMW ranges in price from $44,000 to $159,000. That's how much a BMW costs.
So this woman is now telling us that she's making just on the food stamps, she's making $48,000 a year, and she's driving a BMW that's worth, at the very least, $44,000 a year. And you and I are having to foot the bill for all of that. And this woman is somehow the victim in all of this. Oh, she's furious. She's.
Having a meltdown because she's not going to get her. That's an absurd amount of money. Can I apply? No, you can't. But I don't have the money to buy a BMW.
As you mentioned, I'm car shopping right now. I'm lucky if I can get a PT Cruiser or those, you know, those cars. But I don't make enough, I make too much money to apply for these benefit programs.
So there's a disconnect.
Well, the problem here is that we have coddled the American people. I'm just stunned that we're paying, and I'm wondering how many other people are getting that much money.
So, get this. In 2019, nearly 100 million Americans received some form of government assistance. And by the way, that's all being paid for by you people going out there and working 40, 50, 60 hours a week in jobs. And all these people out there, why do I have a job? I don't have a job.
I don't have skills. You want to make a taco? Great. I'd love to get you a job at a taco joint, but you can't get a job at a taco joint. You want to know why, person on food stamps?
Because the illegals are making your tacos and stealing your jobs. I'm sorry it had to be said. But it's true, right? I mean, this is the reality, and again, if you're on. I get it.
If you're on food stamps and you are in a hard place in your life, I completely understand that. Or if you are working a job and that job is not paying enough to cover all the bills and you need a little help from the government, that's what that is there for. That's what it was meant to be. But now we are literally supporting a massive number, nearly 100 million Americans we're having to put the bill for, not including all the illegals. Mm.
What kind of a car are you going to get? I can tell you right now, it's not going to be a BMW. No. I'm curious. That Ben Needer, who has to go shop for a car today, and I'm pinching every penny I've ever gotten from this company, is simultaneously funding her food stamps.
You are, my friend. You are. Where can we go to war? Sign me up. I'm ready to go to war.
I want to know where she's grocery shopping. Whole foods? I mean, $5,000 a month? That was a trader Joe's voice. I'm sorry.
Those folks are kind of weird. I've been there and I just feel a little weird. I always feel judged when I walked in there. Right, exactly. No, I know.
I walked in and I'm like. They know I'm a Republican. It's just that kind of like that stare. Yeah. And then everything's organic.
And the problem with Whole Foods, which I do enjoy, the problem is they mix the real meat stuff with the plant stuff. And you gotta pay close attention or you're gonna be very disappointed when you get home. But all that to say, If you are on food stamps, you should not be shopping at these high-end grocery stores. You should be shopping a place that's affordable, right? Yeah.
And you should probably be getting nutritional foods. That's the other conversation that's come up during RFK's confirmation hearings. He's talked about, and this is something you hear from the left: Project 2025 is going to gut food stamps. Whereas, if you're getting government assistance to go buy your groceries, you can't buy Twizzlers, MMs, and Pop.
Okay. And that's what a lot of this covers. I mean, we've all been at our local grocery stores when the assistance, the snaps, is rolled out for the month. And I'm always a little bit perturbed. And I appreciate.
The people that have to use it, you know, they're not judging. But I will say, there are sometimes very affluent people, and I see them that day of the month, and they are filling up their carts with candy and pop. And then I'm standing behind them, and they say, Here's my food stamps. I'm like, what? And the 80% beef, 20% fat, high-end Angus beef.
I've seen it. I know who you are. Exactly. It's true, though. No, seriously.
I remember when I was a kid, and my dad was an electrician. And when the oil industry went belly up, times got really tough. And there was a time where, you know what, you didn't have meat every single night. You had, you know, we were living in Louisiana at the time, and mom would make a big old pot of red beans and rice and cornbread, and you ate it.
So they weren't going to the store and getting fillet. You buy what you can afford. And this is the problem. And this is why, Elon, you know why, you know why all these people are upset in Washington, D.C. right now?
All these Democrats are just enraged. And it is dangerous because their cash cows are getting butchered right now. And they know there's nothing they can do about it, which is why they will, will. Lead to violence. We'll get to that a little bit later on.
But you know what they're upset about? They're upset because we finally know that they've been stealing our money. And that's what this is. They are stealing the taxpayer money. If you're spending all of this cash on sex change surgeries in Guatemala, Don't forget about the gay coloring books in Peru.
That too. That's my favorite. The transgender coloring books, where blue now identifies as red. And the crayon world, it's terrible. But all that to say that what these people are doing, and if they're standing in line at the grocery store and you notice they've got a big old thing of T-bone steaks and they're paying with the stamp cards, they're stealing.
That is not their money. It is courtesy of the American taxpayer. And I know that may make me a horrible person. But I am sick and tired of having to work 80 hours. You know, I own a business, and my day is literally sun up to sundown.
And I have responsibilities, and the responsibility is to make sure that Ben Dieter gets enough money so we can go out and buy a car. Yeah. But I still can't get snaps. Yeah. I'm doing, I guess I'm doing well enough.
You're doing fine. Let's go to Chris in Asheville, North Carolina. All right, Chris, what say you? Oh, my blood is boiling. This woman goes and buys a brand new VMW?
Why can't she buy a used one? You lose eight thousand dollars the minute you walk off the lot with a brand new car. Oh, Chrissy, you don't know the half of that yeah. I got laid off from three jobs in 18 months. I just went out and found another job.
I never collected food stamps.
So Chris Chris, hold on.
So you're telling me that you at one time worked three jobs just to make sure you can make ends meet? Yes, sir. I can I worked a day office job from eight to five, and the girls I worked with said they wouldn't want to follow me around, let alone do what I did. I cleaned at a store uptown three nights a week. I waitressed every night except Monday because they were closed on Monday.
You have a job for me to find. That's the way to do it. And Chris, and that's what you do. You know why? Because you're a proud American citizen and you were raised with a strong work ethic.
And we have lost that. I'm afraid a generation, and I may be wrong there, but from my vantage point here, I think we've lost at least a generation who has been told, you know what? It's okay. The government's going to take care of you. And that's not right.
Chris, got a run. Thank you for that call. 901-260-5926.
So what's your take on this, people? Your tax dollars, funding this woman's food stamps, $4,000 a month of your money that she's getting, and she's driving around in a 2024 BMW. 901-260-5926.

Promo code STARNS or call 800-839-8506. Uh All right, welcome back to the Todd Starns radio show. And it's just one of those things where, yeah, I get it. RFK Jr. got confirmed today.
And by the way, the only Republican senator who voted against RFK Jr. is Mitch McConnell, the turtle from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. And I'm not even sure he realizes what he's even doing up there. And it's, I mean, the poor guy needs to be in a nursing home and not in the U.S. Senate.
Senator, you don't know. And it's okay. It's not your fault. You're an old man. I mean, what are you going to do?
So, RFK Jr., and again, a lot of things happening. Of course, Tulsi Gambard yesterday getting confirmed. But, ladies and gentlemen, at the heart of this is we have got to get a handle on our finances as a nation. And part of it is taking personal responsibility. Let's go to Misty in Georgia, or MITSE in Georgia, listening to us on WDUN.
What say you? Good afternoon. I was just calling in on my input on people getting food stamps and Section eight. I am an individual that society will consider disabled. I was born this way.
But I have I've done a lot of my own businesses by cleaning horse barns, and now I'm walking dogs just to try to make ends meet. And, you know, the government doesn't support me. And I am getting tired of hearing individuals go in and be able to have Section eight, and yet they have their fingernails done and pedicures done and BMWs. It's it's not right. I won't ever ask the government for anything.
Because it is left up to me to take care of me. And I wish other people would feel that same way, disability or not. Mitzi, I hear you. And I remember we would go on mission trips as kids, you know, with these youth groups. And I was always shocked.
We go into these impoverished neighborhoods, and they had always had bigger TVs than I had. I was just like, wait a second, what's going on here? And again, it's, you know, I don't want to begrudge anybody, but the reality is if you are, I mean, you know, if you're a middle-class person, you're not going to be able to go to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse every night or go stay at the Ritz Carlton on vacation. You're going to go to Red Lobster maybe or the Olive Garden or you're going to stay at a, I don't know, a Hampton Inn where they have a delicious free breakfast. You're going to, you're going to live your life in a way that is conducive to whatever money you are bringing in.
And there's nothing, you know, I don't look down on anybody, but the reality is if you're living in a government-funded housing project and you've got flat-screen TVs that cost $3,000 or $4,000, my question is. Are you really serious here? And are you spending your money on what you ought to be spending your money on? Right? Live in live within your means.
That's it. That's it. And not my means, but your means. And that's the problem, Mitzi. Yes, sir.
But Thank you for accepting my phone call. You all have a good afternoon.
Well, you too, Mitzi. Thank you for calling in. You're a great American patriot. God bless you. All right, hang tight.
We're going to take a quick break here. Also, Ben Dieter is looking for some guidance here. He's got to buy a new vehicle. And so we're going to try to help him out. And believe it or not, Mr.
and Mrs. Dieter are here.
So maybe we should try to get some dirt on Dieter while we've got him here in Memphis. But if you've got a recommendation for a vehicle for Dieter, give us a call. 901-260-5926.

Hey, Todd's Randy from the United States.
Wisconsin here, I agree 100% on the welfare reform. They got to take a deep dive on that. I know individual that's been on it for 20 years. They can work, but they basically choose not to. And they buy a steak with Mm-hmm.
snap in a fit which there's nothing wrong with steak but Yeah, you're right, people. should be working to get what they want. It's not a gravy treat. No, it's not a graveyard train. That's Randy, by the way, from Wisconsin.
And Randy actually sent us a shout-out. You say, oh, that's cool. How do I get to do that? It's very simple. If you download our free app, you can listen to the Todd Stern Show anywhere in America.
And there's a function there where you can just shoot us a quick voicemail message and we will play it on the air, just like we did for Randy in Wisconsin.
So, again, going back, you know, circling back to this, and Dieter, you were sharing some stats before the break about the numbers of people that are getting welfare. And that has got to be fixed. There's no way we can, and a lot of those people, not all of them, but a lot of them are just flat-out deadbeats. Lazy, lazy, lazy. They're lazy, Todd.
And, you know, we spend about $1.6 Trillion. Capital T, Dollars on Welfare Programs. Every year. And we're paying a woman $4,000 a month to buy groceries for crying out loud. Here I am.
This is the reason we don't have eggs. You just they're taking all the eggs at Costco. I thought it was the bird floor. It's not. It's snaps.
Let's go to the phone lines. Let's go to the phone lines here: 901-260-5926. Richard in Ocala, Florida wants to weigh in. Hey, Richard, what's on your mind? Oh, wow, that just really discouraged me when I heard that.
$4,000 a month. That's ridiculous. Who makes that decision to give that woman that kind of money? Uh and how many Kid that she feeds in to get that kind of money. She's got to be popping them out.
I'm telling you, Richard, I mean, that is a chunk of change right there. It's aggravating. I make $520 a week gross. I work for myself. That's $2,253 a month.
I gross that much. And that woman is getting $4,000. I mean, that's a month what I get, and she's getting $4,000 a month food stamps. I thought you said 90% of our Rent paid And I mean, America can't afford that. No wonder we're broke.
Is anybody going to stop that in the Trump administration? Are they going to cut that foolishness out? What we got to do to make it stop? Yeah, they're going to do that, Richard. I have no doubt about that.
They're going to get around to it, and they have to. Because I don't know about you, Richard, but you sound like a hardworking man, and there's no reason why your money should be used to help people that are basically free loading off of the hardworking American people. I agree with you 1,000%. What do I need to do? What do I need to do?
I need to hold up a sign on the street corner. Tell me.
Well, you need to call your local Congress, whoever represents you in Congress. You also need to call your U.S. Senators and let them know that you want them to reform welfare in America. Yes, sir. All right, Richard, God bless you, and thank you for listening to our friends at WOCA down in Ocala, Florida.
Great people down there, great radio station. All right, let's go to Tim in North Carolina listening to us on the talk station out on the coast there. Hi, Tim. What's on your mind? Hey, Todd, appreciate the topic today and all these great Americans that are calling in.
because they are perplexed and can't understand How in the world Folks can learn to live in such a way. I recall growing up, and I mean I grew up on the farm, that type of neighborhood. And all the all your aunts and uncles and all your relatives around They would tell you when you were young, oh, don't be lazy. I mean, from the very earliest. Days.
It was It was the worst thing you could do. was to grow up and be a lazy kid.
Now you had time to play. But you had chores and you learned how to work. And uh I just don't understand. I think, Todd, I'm afraid, and you hit on it a bit earlier. This is going to be a painful change because it's a cultural matter now.
I mean, we have. We have trained people to receive A chair. That they don't work for.
Now, I know there are needs that we need to help people with. Nobody is everybody's willing to help folks that have a a real need. But it's just entirely out of hand. And it's really going to take it's going to be painful. And it's going to take a generation or two.
And I I don't know how we're going to get there. It is going to take time. You've got to cut people off. You have to say. I'm sorry, but you must go to work.
And there may be, maybe we can come up with a mechanism. Of course, we're not very good at sticking. To our guns when it comes to the government, we always wind up backing up somehow and going backwards. But uh it you know, it's It's got to happen. And the thing here's the other thing.
You just destroy Uh the human nature. I mean, you you you you basically Call on following human nature. to sink to the lowest Common denominator and lose your whole willingness to to to take care of your own and take care of your family. That's it. It destroys people.
It does. It does destroy people. And that, again, goes to the fabric of who we are as a people because we are hard workers, Americans from the early days of our country, the founding of our country. We had a work ethic that is unmatched in the entire world. And when you lose that, you become a lazy society.
You become fat and lazy. And I think that's what's ultimately happening in America right now. It's got to be taut. Very, very infrequently is it caught? It must be taught, and that's why I say it's going to take a generation or so.
that will make the hard decision and say we're gonna we're going to do things differently. And I hope we can have a golden age again if the Lord allows it. But There you go. It's going to be tough. Tim.
Thank you for that call. And it's a great thought. And again, this all goes back to who we are as a people. All right, let's go to Memphis, Tennessee. Chuck is listening to us on KWAM.
And Chuck, I understand you want to help Penn Dieter out here. Hi, Chuck. Yes, I think he should stop by the principal Toyota showroom and Check out some of the great selections we have. Oh, now, Principal Toyota is a great car dealership. And Dieter, is that on your list?
Yes.
So, Chuck, I actually messaged the GM of Principal Toyota. I got to give him a shout-out, Todd Lochner. And I think I'm headed your way after the show today.
So, get ready for lots of questions. Ha ha ha.
Okay. So, Chuck, don't cut him any deals. The guy's loaded. No, he can pay full sticker price.
Well, let me just say this: one, one, one, One thing. I actually don't work in the sales department. I'm in the parts.
So I heard the radio station uh needing a car.
So that's the reason I called. And You know, that's how that happened.
So, Chuck, what model do you have a referral to Aspor? What model do you what's your biggest recommendation when it comes to the models? What should I come in and check out? By far, the Camry. I mean, it's such a nice sedan.
My son owns one. You can't go wrong with a Camry.
Now, you know, Chunk, I mean, most people are looking for Camrys in specific colors. But here in Memphis, my question is, do you guys offer a bulletproof version? Is it, you know. No, but we could have it outfitted for that kind of thing. Oh, there you go.
That's not included in the sticker price. Can you tempt my windows? I've got to fit in here, Chuck. I love it. Chuck, what a great idea.
And appreciate you calling in. And Chuck over at Principal Toyota in Memphis, Tennessee, which is a great car dealership. I think they'll give you a pretty good deal over there, Teter. A Camry. I heard that.
They say they're reliable. Yeah. You know, all these people keep on asking me what make, what model? I'm not a car guy.
So, this is the first big car you've had since, I mean, your current car, it's dead, but it took you through college. It brought you down to Memphis to work here. Yeah, it's kind of like Joe Biden's first big boy press conference. This is my first big boy purchase. Wow.
That's exciting. Yeah. All right. Folks, got to take a quick break here. 901-260-5926.
That's 901-260-5926. Coming up, we're going to be talking to a congressman. Mary Miller, and she is the lawmaker from Illinois. And she, when the transgender member of Congress from Delaware needed to speak, she recognized him as the gentleman from Delaware.
Now she's being accused of being transphobic. Mary Miller is going to join us, and she's going to explain why she called the dude who identifies as a woman a dude. Also, Dave Brandt's going to be here from Liberty University. And in the last hour, we're going to have a great radio conversation with our friend Andy Hoosier from The Big Talker, KQAM, our great affiliate in Wichita, and also the owner of WSIC, our great affiliate in Statesville, North Carolina. Going to be a lot of fun.
Again, our number 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Wow, it has been rainy. You know, they've got the huge gully washers in Los Angeles and the Palisades, and they've got all the snow in DC. And we're just getting rain here in Memphis.

800-839-8506. That's 800-839-8506. Ben Dater, a lot of people want to help you with your automobile, my friend. Let's go to Bartlett, Tennessee. Lee listening to us on our flagship station, KWAM.
Hi, Lee. What's up? Hey, how are you doing? I just want to tell being what he needs is one of those. hot pink b uh V W uh bugs with flower on top.
'Cause, you know, he uh he does kind of kind of liberal this, you know. Liberal We're out! Is it the hairdo? Ouch. Yeah, the hair the hair.
Oh, that is listen, listen. If if it was a pink car and I got a discount for the pink car because I don't have snaps or any of these other, I'd take the pink car. I'm sorry. As long as it's reliable and affordable, I'm in. All right, Lee, appreciate that call there.
Did he just accuse me of being liberal because of my hair? Yeah, you got the white fro going. Yeah. Yeah. It's a power throw, though.
Yeah. I just don't have a hair pick in it. We can work on that. We'll get you one with like the little fist, the black power fist. I think that's appropriating.
They used to have one at downtown. It was a huge giant, seven-foot-tall hairpook in a park. It was called Art. All right, 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.
So. Yet another reason, and by the way, yesterday, President Trump saying that the Department of Education must be shut down immediately. And we completely agree with that, Mr. President. As a matter of fact, I would have liked to have seen that happen on day one.
Now, Linda McMahon is the new Secretary of Education, and I'm hoping that her only job is to dismantle the Department of Education. And here's why: there's a teacher at a high school in New York State. This guy's been placed on leave after he went on a wild and profane anti-Trump tirade in his classroom. Our friends over at Libs of TikTok obtained the exclusive video. And the teacher was cursing.
He accused Republican lawmakers of supporting a dictator. Then he starts screaming at one of the students. and accused the student of being disrespectful for being a conservative. Yeah. And he threatened to take back a recommendation he had given.
I guess he the teacher had called a college and said, Oh, yeah, this would be a good kid. And he threatened to call the college and rescind the recommendation. Yeah. Now, all I can tell you is that parents in New York, you need to consider homeschooling your kids. And the problem is not this teacher's politics.
The problem is the teacher brought the politics into the classroom. That is the problem. I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat. I remember growing up, I had no idea, except for one teacher, I had no idea who any of my teachers voted for. I didn't know their politics.
We didn't have any of that pronoun nonsense back in the 80s when I was growing up, the greatest generation. No, none of that. We went to school to learn. not to be indoctrinated. And that's the problem.
That's why you need to homeschool your kids. And we've got to abolish the Department of Education, and we've got to restore local control. Classrooms, our taxpayer-funded classrooms. We've got to do it. All right, let's go to Edward in Georgia, listening to us on WDUN.
Hi, Edward. I understand you've got some advice for Dieter. I think Derk maybe he's on the right track. with the toy yanuda. But I feel like he needs an SUV.
And I would, with the money I know you're paying it, he probably can go ahead and go get Alexis. Todd, are you listening to this?
Well, he could afford Alexis. Yeah, he's making good money here, Edward. No doubt about it. I know. We, Edward, Lexis.
Conservatism. Yeah. Well, I've always heard that Lexuses are the are the fancy cars for the moms. Is that true? The moms that are picking up the kids from soccer practice?
I have four of them. And maybe five. Anyway. Wait, you have four wives or Lexuses? Four Lexuses.
Oh, my apologies.
Well darn it, Edward, give me one.
Well, I all my kids have 'em, so Maka. The le and I think you just need the SUV. The the sed the camera is a little low. I think I feel like you would like it's just too low for you to sit in. You need to be a little higher up so you can watch for the gunshots in Memphis.
and and get you, you know, a three hundred or an NX or something like that. Or you know, the Toyota SUV would be great. A and Z Dieter with the ribs. He's at a park he stopped at a park like It's traffic light. All you see is the top of the white power throw bouncing up and down.
And I I just want to say, I'm not tired of winning. I mean I This winning that Trump is letting us have is awesome. Yeah. I think I can do this for 12 years.
So let's keep it going. Look, I'm with you, Edward, a thousand percent. Great guidance there on the car recommendation. Edward says Ben Dieter needs a Lexus. You're leaning towards the camera, bro.
What about your Cadillac? Do you want to give that to anybody, your favorite employee? No, it's the gas mileage, man. You don't, I mean, driving in from downtown Memphis to the station, it's the gas mileage. That Cadillac's not getting good gas mileage.
That Cadillac is nice. Guys, I have driven the Caddy. Todd has allowed me to drive the Caddac. I drove it to Nashville, and yeah, it was a different experience. Of course, the heated seats are nice.
The craziest thing, you have a. drone above your car that gives a three hundred and sixty Five camera shot of your vehicle. I do see it's very nice. It's very nice. I didn't realize they had heated seats, though.
So the first time I thought I was having a medical issue. I'm like, oh, wait a second. Oh, it's toasty. I should have stopped for a bathroom break after all. All right, hang tight, everybody.
Hour two of the big show coming up next. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right. I love this American man. All right.
Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Tom Search Radio Show. And I just want to, I'm going to take a moment here, and I want to say.
Well done, Senate Republicans.
Well done to you all.
So far, the Senate Republicans have confirmed every single one of President Trump's nominees. And the most controversial batch, Tulsi Gabbard, came through with flying colors. Then you had RFK Jr. earlier this morning officially confirmed as the new Secretary for Health and Human Services. And it's going to be nice to have somebody at the helm of HHS that doesn't wear ladies' underpants.
So we're very excited about all of the changes that are coming down the pike. And just so you know, There is going to be a mass if you think if you think the outrage surrounding Doge and all of the revelations of how your tax money has been used, if you think that's crazy, just wait until Big Pharma gets involved. And Big Pharma. Declares war because that is going to be ugly. It'll be unlike anything you've ever seen, folks.
But hear me on this. We are a medicated and addicted society. And It's going to take a little while for us to get all of that out of our system. Yeah. But we've got some problems in this country, and we have really been down the road here.
We really have. And I will say this, I'm excited about RFK Jr. I'm excited about his policies. I don't, look, he and I probably don't agree much politically. But I think we can all agree that we do need to make America healthy again.
And that we do need to start, we need to start getting all of these poisons out of our food system. We need to unleash the farmers of America. Yeah. We need to unleash and unshackle all of the people that own farms, whether you're growing crops or you're growing livestock. We've got to make sure that those people are able to do what they need to do without government interference.
And as far as big pharma. There is going to be a reckoning in this country, and they're going to have to pay for what they've done to the American people. That's just all there is to it. Our telephone number, by the way, if you want to call into the program this hour, write this number down, nine zero one two six zero five nine two six. That's nine oh one two six zero five nine two six.
Now, I want to play some audio from a press conference that was had yesterday. There are a number of Democrats on Capitol Hill in the House and the Senate who are now calling for reparations, and they truly believe that there needs to be a reckoning from the days of slavery in America. And this is not some sort of a harebrained scheme. These are elected leaders who are very serious. I mean, very serious.
about taking away your money. They want your money.
Now, Ayanna Presley is A congresswoman from the People's Republic of Massachusetts. And she is leading the call to action. She says that we are in a moment of anti-blackness. On steroids. Take a listen.
We can legislate justice. We can legislate healing. And we're certainly long overdue. And for those that would say we need to just get over it. That's interesting.
When, as a nation, you are benefiting right now. from an economy that was built On the brutalized backs and the indignities and the horrors. of chattel slavery in our African ancestors. That is simply not true. Everything she just said is simply not true.
You. White person, Hispanic person, Asian American person, you have not benefited. Your lot in life was not determined. By by slavery. Period.
And by the way, this idea that we are now living in a time where anti-blackness is on steroids, where is her proof of that? Because I'm fairly certain that people like Oprah and Beyonce and Barack Hussein Obama and Tyler Perry, I would say that pretty much all of the NBA and the National Football League, and not to mention the entire cast of the Super Bowl halftime show, would probably disagree with that. Because what we see in all of those individuals is pro-blackness on steroids. And that's just the the tip of that iceberg. Yeah.
So, contrary, and the problem, and the reason why she can't mention any of that, or the fact that we have historically black colleges and universities that are funded in this nation by white taxpayers, and that money was designated for the HBCUs by a white president named Donald J. Trump. They can't mention any of that. They can't mention the fact that you have black entertainment television. They don't mention the fact that you have an entire radio network called the Black Information Network that airs on just about every major city in America.
They cannot mention that. They can't mention that they have a black beauty pageant. They can't do any of that. And the reason why is because it would immediately disprove their argument that there is oppression in America. There's not oppression in America.
There is freedom. The freedom to be whoever you want to be. The freedom to do whatever you want to do. That is the greatness of America. And it doesn't matter if you're black or white, you can be something.
You can make something of yourself in this great country.
So then you have Congresswoman Summer Lee, who is the not-so-bright Democrat from Pennsylvania. And she goes on this wild psychotic tirade about reparations, cut number nine. Our government, no matter who is in power, has an obligation to right these wrongs, to provide reparations for descendants of enslaved Africans, to eliminate the racial wealth gap, to uplift the black community. White supremacy is rampant in this country. Just look at the current administration and our own legislative body.
They have contributed to the social and economic harms, to racial terror black folks have experienced in this country.
Now, more than ever, we must acknowledge and repair those harms. What black terror is she talking about? What is she talking about here? Where are those headlines? If that was true, there would be wall-to-wall news coverage of that terrorist attack.
But they're not. As a matter of fact, I would contend that Donald Trump is the most pro-black president we've ever had, and that includes Barack Hussein Obama. When you look at Donald Trump, his. His de facto vice president is an African-American man, a literal African-American by the name of Elon Musk. That's pretty doggone pro black in my estimation.
Facts do matter. Facts matter on this program. No, he is Elon Musk is from South Africa, Dulla. That's why he's African American. They hate that.
The left hates that. They hate facts.
So, Senator Corey Booker, the Democrat from New Jersey, also leading the pro-reparations charge in the Senate now.
So, you've got the House, and now you have the Senate. He says, We as a nation have not yet truly acknowledged and grappled with the way slavery, racism, and white supremacy continue to disadvantage Americans. This is all coming out yesterday, by the way.
So, Corey Booker is telling America right now at this moment. That We have yet to grapple with with the issues of slavery and racism. He wants to commission a study. And the study would help us better understand where our country has fallen short with help. With help from lawmakers to address the racial disparities and inequalities that persist today.
as a result of what he calls generational injustices.
So there you have it.
Now I want to go back to the the period of time that I grew up, which was really a chaotic time in the Southern states. And I suspected this was the way it was in many other states, but I'm from the South, and so I'm speaking from my own background here.
So I was born in nineteen sixty seven. By the time I started first grade, Schools, at least in North Mississippi, where I grew up, I was born in Memphis, raised in North Mississippi. I will tell you that the schools in North Mississippi were already integrated.
So I went to school with black with black classmates. My first grade teacher um a black woman. And that was not a big issue for us growing up, us kids. It became an issue in, I would say, the late 1970s.
So we had moved, dad got transferred down to the New Orleans area. And at that point, we were living in the suburbs of Baton Rouge, and the schools were under orders to. To desegregate. And that meant I was no longer going to be able to walk to school. I had to take a bus all the way across town to a predominantly black school.
And then the black kids were coming from the predominantly black school to the predominantly white schools. And at that point, it was just chaos, just chaos. But but through it all The race issue was not a big factor in our growing up years back in the 1980s or the 1990s, by the way. It was not. It only became an issue in the past, I would say, ten, maybe fifteen years.
So let's just say the last fifteen years, there has been a movement afoot To Make you believe. That we, that things in this country on the race issue, are worse off than they were the days leading up to the Civil War. And I would contend that is just flat out false. But this is what critical race theory has done. This is what all of the Common Core education has done.
And it all led up to the moment where we are now, where you have lawmakers on Capitol Hill who are now telling us. That They have to have reparations. Because people like Oprah deserve a handout. From you.
Now, I want you to gather the kids around the radio for just a moment. Can you do that, moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas? Just get all the kids to get the family around the radio, just gather around the radio. I'm about to drop some knowledge on the children.
So, children of America, I want you to hear this. And if you go to a public school, you're not going to hear this, but you need to hear it.
Now, the Democrats. Believe at this very moment. at this very moment that there are slaves picking cotton and singing spirituals in the Mississippi Delta. That's what they want you to believe.
Okay. And they And that belief is built on a lie. That is incorrect. That is fake news. Slavery was abolished on December 6, 1865.
You say, what happened on December 6, 1865? That is when the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified, outlawing slavery.
So nobody's in the Delta picking cotton in the fields unless they want to. There are no living slaves. in this country. There are no living slaveholders in this country. Those days, by God's good grace, are long gone in this country.
Now Anybody who says otherwise. I don't care who they are, they're nothing more than a bunch of lazy, no-account, race-baiting hustlers. And you need to hear that from me, ladies and gentlemen, because this nonsense stops and it's got to stop now. No reparations. You're responsible for your own lot in life.
901-260-5926, our number. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, folks, welcome back to the Tonsterns Radio Show. Elon Musk, just sharing this information on X. It turns out that the Associated Press has gotten over $52 million of government money.
I want to step back for just a moment. And Dieter, I know when you were growing up, you probably went to journalism school and they told you that the Associated Press was like the Bible of journalism. The Associated Press is used by virtually every news organization in America for their national and international news. It's called the AP Handbook Guidebook, and we had to actually memorize it and take classes because what the AP said. The AP meant, and we had to follow it.
They call it the Bible, really, of journalism. They call it the AP style book. And Ben's right. Everybody, you're tested on it when you go to journalism school.
So it's a big deal because they literally have more influence. If you think about it, they have more influence on the news that you read and you hear than even Fox News. And the reason why is every news organization, including Fox News, uses AP content.
So whenever you're reading and you see the little AP in parentheses before the story, that's an AP story.
So anyway, they've been getting. Millions of dollars of your tax money, over $52 million. Elon Musk says it's not the Associated Press, it's the Associated Propaganda. Yeah. And he's, I mean, it's a fair point.
Why are we spending this much money on these news organizations? You know, they talk about having a free press in America. This is not a free press. This is a state-run press that's funded by your tax dollars. By the way, they're not the only ones.
There's also another news organization called Reuters, they're based in the UK. Yeah. And Reuters was getting $9.1 million for a large-scale, and this is what they actually called it, a large-scale social deception program. All right, who are they trying to deceive? That's what I want to know.
I thought news agencies were supposed to be in business to get the facts out there.
So who are they trying to deceive?
Now here's the scary part. This program was actually approved during the Trump administration. And it continued through the Biden administration. It was uncovered by the Department of Government Efficiency.
Okay. So they were working with the Air Force to develop defenses against cyber attacks. That's the allegation. But I'm that's still not explaining who they were trying to deceive. And when you look at the $40 million the New York Times got from Uncle Sam, they say that money was used for subscriptions.
$40 million worth of subscriptions. Anyone buying that? Any of you folks believing this? What about Politico? They got millions of dollars from the American taxpayers as well, again for so called subscriptions.
They actually think you're going to believe this.
Now for years All of these news organizations have accused conservatives of embracing all sorts of conspiracy theories. Hunter Biden's laptop comes right to the top of mind right here, folks. And yet, through it all, Through it all, all of the the conspiracy theories have turned out to be true. Every single one of them. Yeah.
So now you have to ask yourself Were these news organizations doing the will of the Democrats and the federal government and the Biden administration and the Obama administration? Why else would they be getting hundreds of millions of our tax dollars? And this is just the tip of the iceberg. This is what we know right now about how your money is being used. Thank God for Doge.
Thank God for Doge. But I am telling you, This idea that America has a free press. No, sir. America's free press has been bought and paid for. That's what's going on here.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is incredibly, incredibly disturbing. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. Don't forget, folks, tonight, 5 o'clock Eastern, by the way, President Trump is expected to hold a press conference, and we're going to carry that live on the Todd Stern Show on Newsmax. Folks, I got to tell you.
Newsmax, America's top news brand. Millions of people are making the switch. I want to encourage you to consider downloading the Newsmax app. You can do that for free, by the way. And you can start watching right now on your smartphone, and you're going to be able to find out why millions of Americans have made the switch to Newsmax.
Even President Trump is watching Newsmax, so is the Pentagon. Cable, satellite TV, download the Newsmax app. You can watch us anytime, anywhere, because Newsmax is real news for real people. We'll be right back. All right, welcome back to the Ton Cerns radio show.
I want to play some audio. This has gone a little viral on my X account.
So there is a congressman from California, and this guy, he's. And again, the only reason I share this is they he puts it out there on his feed as being vitally important.
So this is information that he wants you to know. This is a gay congressman who was born in Peru. His name is Robert Garcia. He used to be the mayor of Long Beach, California.
Now in Congress. And this is the guy who, during the Congressional hearing, Dropped the D-word and then showed a photograph of Elon Musk. All right. So all of that happened, and then the guy was on CNN and he's doubling down on calling Elon Musk this word. Cut number five, please.
I want to hear why, but do you think that calling Elon Musk a dick is effective messaging for confronting what is a potentially irreversible transformation of the U.S. government?
Well, he is a dick. And I think he's also harming the American public in an enormous way. And what I think is really important and what the American public want is for us to bring actual weapons to this bar fight. This is an actual fight for democracy, for the future of this country. And it's important to push back on the chairperson of this committee.
I mean, Marjorie Taylor Greene talks about having decorum, about bipartisanship. This is the person that lies more than anybody else in the entire Congress. And so if she's going to make a mockery of hearings, I want to make sure that us as Democrats are bringing that same level of energy. And of course, after those comments, we went into exactly what Elon Musk is trying to do: dismantling the Department of Labor, dismantling the Department of Education, dismantling all of our consumer protection agencies. And so it's all important, but it's also important to get the attention of the American public and call Elon Musk out for what he is, and to make people know that Marjorie Taylor Greene is not a serious legislator.
and she shouldn't be treated as such. All right, so there you have it. I want to bring into the conversation a former U.S. Congressman. He is the Senior Vice President of Business Relations at Liberty University.
Our good friend Dave Bratt. Dave, hope you're doing well today. Doing well. Pretty spicy today there, Todd. Yeah, isn't it fascinating that you've got a guy literally calling for physical violence?
I mean, you had a Baptist preacher in Chattanooga, Tennessee, calling for violence from the what's going on there? Yeah. Well, they you know, I mean, we've been saying the same thing forever. They're the ones that want the big government. Fascism is a combination of big business and government.
So they're closer to the fascist spectrum than the Conservatives are. We want a small government. And then when it comes to the Judeo Christian West or having any ethical tradition whatsoever, our guys are always hamstrung 'cause they gotta fight like Cubs got. And the labs is completely unconstrained, and their voters love it.
So, when they behave that way, it's a total plus. Where if we behave that way, you know, half of our constituency rightly. says uh don't appreciate the lingo Dave right get it get your head on straight It cracks me up. You've got the folks on CNN and MSDNC and they're like, well, we just need to have more decorum on Capitol Hill. The Democrats are the ones literally calling for violence right now.
Only one party. Yeah. Well, and I mean, you got to face, they're losing, and they're losing their marble because. That USAID bomb, right, it it turns out USAID's got more funding than the CIA, and the CIA, when they really got to get dirty, they go to USAID. Who puts on programs under the cloak of handing out rights and peanut butter to poor people?
And I work at the World Bank. I'm sympathetic to that mission. Right.
So it's like stealing out a collection plate, right, if you're on the left. They're robbing the Holy of Holies. They're using what JFK set up to feed the poor. And they're using it for absolute total corruption, right? I mean, you can go over the list of horribles.
But I think everybody's heard them. And now we're going, you know, agency by agency Department of Defense, Department of Education, Trump made comments on the other day. And it's just getting worse and worse by the day, what's being uncovered. Billions. EPA.
I think $20 billion in fraudulent payments are going to be pulled back from the Biden spending. Accounts, et cetera. They're losing it, and we got the varsity team on the court finally. We have not had that. I was in when we won the House, the Senate, the White House, and we did nothing with it.
We squandered it.
Now our team's actually moving the football down the field, which we've never done. We have a game plan. We're moving it. And the last for a change doesn't know what to do. They got their JB team on the court, they don't have a bench.
They're not looking they don't have a strategy, they don't have a mission, they don't have an agenda.
So they're yeah, what they have is anger. They're just angry They are, and it's unhinged, and I love it. I'm loving what Elon Musk is doing right now. And the reality here, Dave, is that as much as they have cut, it's not even a quarter, not even there yet, as far as how much needs to go. No, yeah, yeah.
I don't want to bore people, but there's this thing called the rule of seventy-two. Right now we're growing at two percent.
So it takes you you take seventy two and divide it by two, it takes you thirty eight years to double your economy. Growing it too. Say we get utopian, we do tax cuts and get rid of all stuff. increase to four percent. It takes seventy two percent divided by four percent.
It takes you fifteen years. to double your economy from so that's twenty five trillion to fifty trillion, right? If you put all of that doubling toward the debt, you still wouldn't cover the debt because the debt's thirty-seven trillion. And CBO just came out and said we're going to add another twenty four trillion. over the next 10 years.
To the debt, thirty six trillion now. We're adding twenty four. That gets you to sixty trillion in debt. Just so people know. Right.
We we got to have an adult conversation before the bottom truly does fall out. Right.
Usually the bond market vigilantes come in and fix this. But they're not doing that because The markets can do okay when you print $9 trillion and when you're running this huge deficit. The firms, all they care about is the next quarter. They do not care about the welfare of the American people over thirty years. or about the kids who were stealing from.
And so yeah, it's it's Very uh it's a very pessimistic outlook. We got good guys on the floor right now, but you you're right. Even if we do everything right, we're still going to be eating spinach for the next Two decades. Dave, I want you to explain to our listeners. I was getting some messages about this last night, and the media, they're going after Trump for saying day one, the price of eggs is going to come down.
And clearly, the price of eggs and everything else hasn't come down yet. But it's going to take time here for all of that to happen. Can you explain that process for our listeners? Yeah, well, in Milton Friedman, uh yeah, the the Monetary guru says inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon.
So that means it's always in the hands of the Federal Reserve. in how much money they print. It's not really even government spending. Right.
The problem is whenever the government spends and when they do a two trillion dollar deficit, The Federal Reserve accommodates that spending by printing money. They should not do that. They should make us pay the price, right? Because if the government spends it and the Fed doesn't print any more money, Well, somebody else isn't going to get to spend any money, and there's going to be real pain and screaming going on. But instead The Fed sugarcoats it.
The government spends two trillion. They count that as government spending and as economic growth. When we borrow from our rich uncle two trillion a year extra dollars that we don't have, we count that as economic growth. And then the Federal Reserve prints more money to accommodate And so if the Fed does its job properly and we're going to see that they're coming next. There's a lot of good folks.
Elon's kind of a libertarian type.
So he and he's very smart on monetary policy.
So they have not mentioned the Federal Reserve Board yet. Rand Paul's dad Senator Rand Paul's dad is I've heard his name thrown about for being on the Federal Reserve Board, and that would, oh my word, that would be the best day ever. You mentioned Milton Freeman. I was watching a video. This one circulates on social media a lot.
And just the person interviewing him was like, all right, what about this department? What about that government department? He goes, nope, get rid of it. Get rid of it. Get rid of it.
It's really fascinating. And when you sit and listen to him, and he's a very rational, very soft-spoken kind of a guy. But it makes sense that the government is doing so much that the government was not meant to do in this country. Yeah, that's right. And they even in the economic textbooks, The presumption is And this is important, if there's a problem, That's not getting fixed sufficiently quickly, well, then let's let the government do it.
But there's never any evidence offered, right? We're supposed to be doing a social science called economics. There's no evidence that just because the government tries to do it, that they're going to fix it better than the market. And so that, that is the biggest assumption made by you know, the Lafkids made their trillions off of that assumption. And the conservative economists are far and few between, right?
There's just not many of them to push back But that's it. Just because the government says they're going to fix it, look at USAID. Look at our Department of Education, right? The President is rightly saying we're ranked forty. On international test scores, right?
All the Scandinavians are up there, right? The Swedes, the Finns, whatever, and China's way above us. And yet we pay more than any other country And our scores are terrible. And it makes you wonder, okay, so why is that? And it goes back to something very simple for me.
And I just believe all of this is intentional. I believe they mean to dumb down our society because it's a lot easier to control stupid people than it is people who are educated.
Well, no, and there there's proof to back that up, right? They they've lowered all the pass rates. They keep passing all the kids on. The Illinois Public Policy Institute that has literacy for the poor kid in Chicago, third grade. the literacy rate is twelve percent, eighty eight percent illiteracy.
And so all the data support what you just said. And then beyond that, beyond just this educating, they've been doing the DEI and indoctrinating kids on ideology. That's contrary to the Judeo-Christian West. It's contrary to just Greek reason. not to mention the the Judeo-Christian religious tradition.
And so now I hope the American people awaken on that front too, right? And just by the way, you can go out and look at any economic tool you want. But all the countries that grew first at 1800, modern economic growth, started at 1800. And guess who was out front for the first hundred years? A group of yellow dots on this chart that are called Christian countries in Western Europe.
And the probability of that happening, according to major economists, is one out of ten thousand. One in ten thousand probability that happening independently. And so the Christian what what's their mystery? What's their secret sauce?
Well, it's called the rule of law, private property rights, freedom, a respect for the image of God and everybody, uh all that. That matters in economics. And we've been losing that over the last fifty years instead of strengthening that.
So that If you really want to get the country back on track, that is the solution. Dave, we're going to have to leave it there. Always a wealth of knowledge. And, folks, if you want your kids to be as smart as Dave Bratt, you need to send them to Liberty University where they're going to get a great education. Dave, always good hearing from you, my friend.
You too, brother. Thanks. Thank you, Todd. All right. Dave Bratt, everybody.
And what a great guy. He is, of course, former congressman and the senior vice president of business relations at Liberty University. You know, it's interesting, Donald Trump. He put out a statement yesterday. And I think it shocked a lot of people when it comes to the Department of Education.
He says it's nothing more than a big con job. Trump says they rank the top countries in the world when it comes to education. The United States of America ranked number forty, but we are ranked number one in one department, and that is the cost per pupil. We are spending more money per per student than any other country in the world, and yet we're ranked at number forty. Trump said the last time he looked at where the U.S.
ranked in education. Uh it's just unacceptable. unacceptable. Even China ranks in the top five. China.
Yeah. So, President Trump has ordered Doge to find ways to slash spending, and the Department of Education made the chopping block this week. And I'm wondering, ladies and gentlemen, if you believe that's a good move. Should we abolish the Department of Education? Would you like to see Education returned back to the state and local level.
Our telephone number is 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Uh All right, I'm confused by what we're about to play for you here. This is an individual, and I guess they were at a restaurant.
And this woke leftist says that when they go into a restaurant, they will only go to restaurants where the waiters are either LGBTQ or an LGBTQ ally. Cut number six, please. You can go into any business and specifically request people who are allies. I just did it. I'm in a Mexican restaurant and I said, Hey, I would like to specifically request to be set with somebody who is LGBTQ or trans positive because that's how I'm spending my money today.
I don't know if they're sale. Oh, I don't think we have anybody like that. You can leave. Anyway, I just want you to know you can do that. You can also walk out if they're like playing Fox News or showing Trump.
And just, whoop, you can just walk right out. They can't stop you. There's nothing you need there anyway. Do you really want to be around those people in that vibe? Do you want to eat?
with that kind of energy going on in the air. Gross. I would love to eat wi I I that's that was one of the big problems back in the day when you would go to the airport and CNN was on every single T V screen. And finally they stopped doing that because it made people it put people in a bad mood. But I love it if somebody was playing Fox or Newsmax.
I think that'd be wonderful. But I want to get back to this.
So you're telling me that you are going to profile a waiter. Are you asking them, do they have to show their ID? Do they have to have their name tag? Do they have to have their preferred pronouns there? I mean, how are you supposed to?
I mean, really? Is that kosher among Gen Zers? Are you guys now just going up and saying, excuse me, are you a lesbian? I just think that would lead to a very bad experience at your table, is all I'm saying. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
What is transpositive? I need a definition of this.
Now we're in the negative and positive talk. I don't know. And I don't know that I'm well. I'm working through trans fat, which apparently means you're really skinny, apparently. That's the good fat.
Okay. Oh, is that the good fat? As opposed to straight fat? I don't know. Heterosexual fat.
So here's here's so she's at a Mexican restaurant. Would it be bad if we sat down and asked if our waiters were actually legal Americans? Would that be inappropriate? Because one could make the argument the tacos might be better if we knew they were coming from.
Well Old Mexico. Yeah. I don't think. I might put in a special request. I might also have Tom Holman on speed dial, but before Tom gets there, I want my taco cooked from someone that knows how to make a taco, if you know what I'm saying.
Can you imagine sitting down at, I don't know, a taco? El Cosmel. El Cosmel. And you're sitting there and you ask your waiter: so are you gay? Are you straight?
Are you pansexual? Are you a legal American? I guarantee you they'd say, ay karamba, and they just scoot out. You would never see them again.
So much for getting a refill on this, also. Wait, no, but that's such a great point. Didn't we have like civil uh rights movements to stop profiling and discrimination? Because imagine it, I mean. We are now straight up asking people what they do in their bed.
Okay. Imagine if you were to walk in there and do the same thing with maybe skin color. Imagine that response. I'll take one of those. Hi, I'm Bruce.
I'm your waiter. Would you like some sugar with your tea? Yeah, I'm gonna pass. Thank you. I'll just take the check.
I'll get it to go. We'll be right back, America. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch. That's it. That's right.
I love this American ride. Tough starts. Yeah, well. Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Starns Radio Show.
Trust you are doing well today. Big, big day up. In Washington, and we understand President Trump is going to be hosting the Prime Minister of India. A little bit later on today. The president holding a press conference.
That's going to happen during my Newsmax show.
So we'll bring that to you. Congressman Ron Estes from Kansas among our guests. Also, we're going to be talking to Tony Kennett from the Daily Signal, an investigative columnist there.
So we got a pretty busy show lined up for you on Newsmax. Right now, though, We are just really blessed. Our national radio show continues to grow, and we're one of the independent operators out there in the world of conglomerates. And so we're just always thankful for every single radio station we get. And I always think it's fun to bring in the host of some of our great radio stations because they have incredible opinions.
And what better way to broaden out our great big front porch here on the radio?
So I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker lines. We have Andy Hoosier with us from the Big Talker, KQAM, host of The Voice of Reason, and our good friend from WSIC, the owner and general manager, Justin Kazepis. Guys, hope you're doing well, and welcome to the show. Happy Thursday, Tony. Good to talk to you.
Absolutely. Justin, I want to start with you. You know, again, the radio business, and it's every single day. You know, we see these press releases coming out, and the big guys, the big conglomerates, and they're downsizing, letting people go. And I'm just wondering, what is it?
You guys have a very successful operation there in Statesville, North Carolina. What's the secret sauce for you? Todd, it's amazing. I'm an attorney and then now also a broadcaster who owns a station, so I can talk all day. But I've found that the secret is when you let the community actually talk, it's amazing how that can transpire into the business world as well.
And so we've just taken an approach over thirty five hours every single week to let the community have a voice, variety of hosts, elected officials, local business leaders, nonprofits, Anybody that has got a thought that thinks they can contribute to the pot, we welcome it. A lot of phone calls every single week. The station's 76 years old. We've got one show that's been on 50 years, longer than I've been alive. Wow.
Old school swap shop-style shows. People call them. They buy, they sell, they celebrate their birthday. It's just a lot of community fun, and we find that to be a very successful model for us. You see, I love that.
And Andy, I know that you guys are doing the same thing there in Wichita. KQAM, we did events at both of your radio stations. And Andy, it's always just a lot of fun. You guys have some great listeners there in Wichita. Oh, we do.
Yeah, we have a lot of great listeners, and they love your program, by the way, Todd.
So you're doing very well here in the Wichita area. But yeah, it's the same thing. It's that community involvement, getting people engaged in the local community, and having that voice. And with so much going on right now in the world of politics, obviously a lot of people are paying attention with the fast-moving pace that we're seeing under this Trump administration. But it's a reiteration, both in the radio industry and in politics, that politics is coming back to the home level, that local engagement, that local leadership.
And I think there's been a re-energizing of grassroots movements at that local level. It's been really encouraging, I think.
Now, Justin, you and I have something in common because we both own radio stations. I did not get my $10 million check from the Biden administration from USAID. I'm wondering, did you get your $10 million check? Unfortunately, not. No, that would have been nice, but no, I was not on the federal list by any stretch of the imagination in that particular agency.
No. Isn't it amazing, though, guys? And Andy, I'll start with you and then Justin jump in here. The fact that we've been paying with our tax dollars tens of millions of dollars to many news organizations around the country, and you do have to wonder: okay, what's really going on there? And was the news coverage tainted because of the checks they were getting from the Democrats?
Yeah, it's mind blowing just to see how much money has gone out and where it's actually going. And the crazy part is, Todd, this is just scratching the surface. I mean, we're just weeks into this investigation. Who knows what the heck is going to come up from there as well? I mean, they pride themselves.
If you go to the USAID website that's down now, but before, if you went there, you could actually see where they were applauding and patting themselves on the back for the media that they were funding overseas to dismantle government agencies and even politicians, destroying them in order to get people that are more in favor with the United States and U.S. policy to work closer with us.
So they've done it overseas overwhelmingly. It's only going to be a matter of time until we see exactly what they were doing right here in the United States against us, changing that narrative and setting the narrative on certain policy to go after conservatives in the Republican movement. Yeah, Johnston.
Okay. I just, Todd, I think the part that's most baffling to me is when you look back and you see all the clips, right, you see the headlines, how they all matched across the board for many, many of the major mainstream networks. And was that truly coordinated? And we talked about this last time. It's just amazing how much corruption there really has been.
And now I do think people's eyes are open, and they're also willing to actually say it. You know, that fear of being persecuted for saying what they truly believe in their hearts, at least that seems to be over, and we're all grateful for that. Guys, I want to play some audio. This is from Caroline Levitt, the White House press secretary. And she's been fielding questions about why the Associated Press has been banned from the Oval Office itself.
All of this stems from the AP's decision not to recognize the Gulf of America as the Gulf of America. And instead, they're going to stick with the Gulf of Mexico. Let's take a listen. I will think for you. Which White House official made the decision to bar the AP reporter from the Oval Office and the diplomatic reception room last night?
Well, first of all, let me just set the record straight. It is a privilege to cover this White House. It's a privilege to be the White House press secretary. And nobody has the right to go into the Oval Office and ask the President of the United States questions. That's an invitation that is given.
And there are hundreds of outlets on this campus, many of you in this room, who don't have the privilege of being part of that pool every single day and getting to ask the President questions. We reserve the right to decide who gets to go into the Oval Office. And you all have credentials to be here, including the Associated Press, who is in this briefing room today. But isn't it retaliatory in nature is the argument because the reason that the AP was barred, which they said was because they're not using the phrase Gulf of America, they're using Gulf of Mexico in line with their standards. And so the question here is, is this setting a precedent that this White House will retaliate against reporters who don't use the language that you guys believe reporters should use?
And how does that align with the First Amendment commitment that you were just talking about? I was very upfront in my briefing on day one that if we feel that there are lies being pushed by outlets in this room, we are going to hold those lies accountable. And it is a fact that the body of water off the coast of Louisiana is called the Gulf of America. And I'm not sure why news outlets don't want to call it that, but that is what it is. The Secretary of Interior has made that the official designation in the geographical identification name server.
And Apple has recognized that. Google has recognized that. Pretty much every other outlet in this room has recognized that body of water as the Gulf of America. And it's very important to this administration that we get that right, not just for people here at home, but also for the rest of the world. All right.
Justin, first you, then Andy, jump in here. Your reaction to the White House decision: AP not allowed. Yeah, interesting. I mean, and then there's a lot of stuff with AP two as far as USAID and all of those numbers that we're seeing now publicly and with multiple news media outlets and how that's all been affected. But and I think this comes down to a conversation, again, that's been really building over the past couple of years.
What is news? Because if something is a particular name, well, then that should be fact. That should be plain black or white. Why are we debating what it's called if okay, we're going to map and name a particular geographic territory? And if the President has the authority to do that, then respect it and move on.
And then let's get to what really news is. I think almost every article I see on any major publication really should be labeled as opinion more than news. Yeah, Andy. No, I agree. I mean, look, it's pettiness from the media to do something like that, and especially from someone like the Associated Press.
The Associated Press is supposed to be just like. The AP wire. It's just what news is coming down the line.
So if anybody was going to block something like this, it ridiculous, regardless of how ridiculous it may or may not be, for the Gulf of America versus the Gulf of Mexico, the AP would be the last one to do something like that.
So I mean, she's right when she made that statement that they have every right to either answer or deny a question from certain media outlets. And the AP was there.
So, the fact that they were upset with the AP is not necessarily the case. They just didn't answer the question in the White House. But for the AP to put up a wall, and that's the ground that they stand on, that's the hill they want to die on because of the Gulf of Mexico, doesn't make a whole lot of sense. But it's the pettiness of the media still trying to digest and understand that Donald Trump's in charge, and that's not going to change, and they have to go along with what he's doing right now. I know both of you guys have pretty large military populations, a lot of veterans in both of your cities.
Pete Hagseth just dropping the mic at the NATO summit, and here's what the new Defense Secretary had to say: cut 12, please.
Well, like President Eisenhower, this administration believes in alliances. deeply believes in alliances. But make no mistake President Trump will not allow anyone to turn Uncle Sam Into Uncle Sucker. You know, this is interesting, Justin, because there has been so much of our tax money that's been squandered. And President Trump, and I think he said this during his first term in the White House, is that everybody's going to pay their fair share here.
And, you know, again, the United States, we're happy to be there to help, but we're not going to shoulder the burden anymore. Those days are over. How do you think that is going over in Statesville? Yeah, it's it's and we were talking about this morning on our morning show. Todd, it's an amazing concept of okay, if we shift this and you in factor in the Department of Education particularly, which I think we'll see a pretty dramatic effect if the dollars really shift back to the state.
But management has to be a forefront for these states that are about to get large sums of money that they haven't been for, right? Because you and I both know, Todd, managing even a radio station, it's not magic, right? And I think Andy could probably say the same thing. And someone's actually got to do the management and the work. And so let's learn from the past and see the not good things and decisions that were made.
Heck, we even played Secretary Zeldon's clip this morning where he put out directly $20 billion for climate change that they're clawing back from banks that were sitting there that went out at the end of the Biden administration.
So all of this, it needs to open the eyes of folks to realize it's cool to care. That's the mantra we're taking on. It is cool to care. Indy, I know on the aviation side, you guys are a massive component of that, and yet there's been a lot of concern about how much money it's actually costing to build a lot of these aircraft. How much of our tax money is going to that?
And I'm wondering what's been the reaction there in Wichita to the President's crackdown. Yes, it's been an interesting conversation for sure, especially with the aviation and how many airplanes that we build here being the air capital of the world. I know everybody's eyes are on, obviously, the tariffs and now with the tariffs on the raw materials like the aluminum and the metal that they're trying to bring in as well.
So there's a lot of conversation up in the air right now, all waiting on pins and needles. But I will say that I think on a deeper level as well, it also brings in the conversation of labor and the union membership, which is on the decline right now nationwide, and how the labor factor is going to affect the market with a new economy that we're seeing. Because Todd, as you know, we're seeing the great reset in the country right now in a positive manner, the reset in D.C. and bringing the power back down into a private market, into the private economy for it to kind of balance itself out.
So we're seeing those ripple waves take effect. And we'll see where that happens with every industry, including the aviation one as well. All right. Well, guys, we're going to leave it there. We're up against a hard break here.
But Andy, Justin, first of all, I just want to say thank you for carrying the show. We love it when we hear from your listeners on the air. And Justin, you've got a wild crew that listens to WSIC. I'm just going to tell you right now, they're a fun crowd. I've joined it as a step family member to it, Todd, but I love it.
I absolutely love being part of it. There's no doubt about it. And Andy, again, we're going to get back to Wichita very soon. Tell everybody back in the great state of Kansas, we said hello. You betcha.
Always good to talk to you, Todd. All right, folks. Andy Hoosier, Justin Kazepis, WSIC, and Statesville, North Carolina, KQAM, the big talker in Wichita, Kansas, two of our great affiliates. And we love our affiliates on this national radio program. All right, we're going to take a quick break here, folks.
901-260-5926.
Our number, that's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, welcome back, everybody. Always love talking to our local radio stations out there, and they're just crushing it. Both of those radio stations are doing great work, and we love all of our great affiliates.
And we're going to do this once a week. This is part of a new project. And Dieter, you've been assigned the task of getting out there and booking our radio host.
So every Thursday, it's going to be Radio Affiliate Day. Radio Roundtable on Thursday. I like that. And honestly, if you have a radio host in your local market, you would want to pitch them, always call into the show. Happy to hear all those pitches, names, and we'll see what we can do.
I love that. Yeah, give us a call. 901-260-5926.
That number, 901-260-5926. I love this story, Ben Dieter. A guy, a black dude, goes into the toy store. And I don't know how he ended up on this aisle, but you know, they had the Barbies and the Ken dolls. And back in the day, Ken used to be like cool hip.
He used to be like a man's man. I mean, as manly as a Barbie doll can be. But now, Ken is. is very effeminate. Um, and I don't say he's gay, I'm just saying he's a feminine.
I think he's still hooking up with Barbie, um, in the um Barbie big house, but but Ken is definitely not a man's man. He's a little womanly.
So, anyway, this black dude is, I guess, shopping and he's on the doll aisle, and he sees the new Ken doll, cut number 10. Y'all, look what they done did.
Now, this got to stop. This is not no Ken. I remember when I was coming up, Ken looked like an executive white man who was straight. You know what I'm saying? He drove a black Corvette, you know what I mean?
And he was taking Barbie as his wife.
Now, look at him. They got him all looking all feminized and all this stuff here. This is crazy. You know, you can't blame nothing but the alphabet community for this. This is crazy.
Look, why does he have ice cream and a snowboard? Like, you know, that is not manly. Ain't nobody gonna be snowboarding with some ice cream. They don't even go together. That's not even right.
You understand? Look at this man's haircut. This is crazy. Look at it. He got a swoop.
This is crazy. And then he got the haircut on the side and the swoop like the girls used to do back in the day when they went in the club. This is crazy. And his hair is going to go back messed up. That's not Ken.
That's Kenisha. Yeah. Yeah. Barbie and Kvisha. It's true though.
You know, Dylan, when we were w when your mom and I grew up together, you're we're um we're all family and uh your your mom used to have these Barbie dolls. And of course, I used to have G.I. Joe's. And so when we were playing, like on the weekends, and we'd go to your mom's house, and we'd play, or they'd be at our house. G.I.
Joe would always beat up Ken, and he would take Barbie. Yeah, I had the WWE wrestlers, so they would really beat up. Oh, yeah.
Do you remember? Did you guys have it? It was Stretch Armstrong. I may be dating myself there. Not sure about that one.
Yeah, it's yeah, Ken was always. Yeah. He looked like a boy. He did. Yeah.
There was something not right about Ken. I just say And then they had that god-awful movie that came out. Oh, boy. That really didn't do a service to kids. Did you have to go see that movie?
That's a good way to put it. I did have to go see that movie.
Well, I mean, you were forced to. Yes, you were engaged at the time. Yep. Had to go see it. All right.
Unfortunately. Dieter, did you go see that movie, what is it, Barbie and Ken, or what was it called? I I think it was just called the Barbie movie. Dylan we went together. That sounded weird.
What? No, no.
So it was a group of us. We're actually friends in real life. And yes, I went. And Dylan, tell them how long I lasted in the movie. Like five minutes, yeah.
I passed out again because it's not Ken, it's Kenisha. All right. It is true, though. They're womanizing toys. It's true.
All right, 901-260-5926. Hang tight, everybody. Got to take a quick break. We'll be right back. Folks, I hope you are really taking into consideration this patriot economy that we've been promoting on the show.
And we've been telling you for quite some time about Bank of America. Just last week, there were more hearings on Capitol Hill, and Bank of America has now acknowledged and has admitted to debanking a number of conservative people and businesses, which is why we are encouraging you to check out oldglorybank.com. Trust oldglorybank.com. And here's the reason why. They're FTIC insured.

If you have any questions, you're going to be able to get those questions answered. Everything is handled right here in the good old US of A, and you're going to be able to put your money in the hands of people you can actually trust. All right, let's go to the phone lines. Joe in Claremont, Georgia wants to talk about G.I. Joe.
Hey, Todd, how's it going, buddy? Joe, doing well. Thanks for asking. Hey, I just want to say, you're going to have to explain to these younger people the G.I. Joes that you and I had.
You know, 'cause they were the the big, you know, foot tall ones. That's true. You know, they w they wasn't the little bitty ones. You know, you have the different uniforms and outfits where you can be a soldier or a fighter pilot or firefighter. And if you remember, in the early seventies in the the anti-military stage, we had the GI Joe action team figures, the guy with the big bushy beard.
And the emphasis was on action and adventure instead of the military. You know, Joe, I'll never forget my mom. She was yelling at me one day, Todd, get your dolls. I'm like, Mom, they're not dolls, they're action figures. G.I.
Joe is an action figure. And every time you changed his clothes, his foot would come off in his boots. Oh, that's true. I forgot about that. Wow.
You know, I just want to say thank you. You were a lighthouse in the darkest of times. But our time is back, and I just thank you for keeping that flame alive, Todd. Joe, we're honored to do it, and we couldn't do it without you and so many of our great listeners out there.
So, thank you for that, and thank you for calling in, Joe. And, folks, again, you know, we talk a lot about our local radio affiliates. Give them a call and let the radio stations know how much you appreciate the Todd Stern show on the local radio station there. And yeah, you can watch us on Rumble or YouTube or Facebook. You can listen to us on our live stream and the app.
But there's something about turning on that local radio station and being able to listen to the radio show there. Let's go to Robert in Mills River, North Carolina. Hi, Robert. What's going on? Yeah.
Hi, Todd. How are you? I I wanted to call and thank you for the book you sent me, The Twilight Slash Gleaming. Thank the world of that book and I only like one of yours is that Um dead. The Jaha Oh, culture jihad.
Yeah, Coca-Gi Hod. Yeah, I've got all your books and all of them autographed. It's really cool. I bragged I bragged up for all my friends. I showed 'em to my friends, they're like, You really got to meet him.
I said, Yeah, I'm handing with WHKP up there at one time. bought three or four books of his and he gave me one. I thought he's the nicest guy in the world. I said he's a real patriot, a real stand up guy. Mm-hmm.
Well, Robert.
Well, you're very kind to say that, and I appreciate it. You know, I remember that day, WHKP, and what a great radio station. And they set up, let me tell you something. There was a hot dog joint. I'm always looking for the best hot dogs in America.
And you guys have a great hot dog joint. You brought one over. It was incredible. And then they set me up at this beautiful table to do the radio show. And we did the book signing there.
And it was the same table that Ronald Reagan used when he came to Hendersonville, North Carolina, many, many, many years ago. I believe he was working. He was the spokesman for GE. Me book, Cod. Yeah.
You'd have to see it. I may send it to you as a gift. Carmen Aiden, I was It's a good book, and you need to read it. It's got all about that, where he met Ronald Reagan, and Ronald told him he had such a fine voice. Really good.
Wow. It must have been quite the event when Ronald Reagan came to town. But, Robert, thank you so much for saying that. And again, one of the things we love to do, folks, is whenever we have a new book come out, we hit our local affiliates and we do events because I love meeting you guys. We have one of the kindest, most fun audiences in all of Talk Radio.
You guys are a blast. All right, 901-260-5926, our telephone number. All right, Illinois Congresswoman Mary Miller, causing a stir because she has a basic understanding of human anatomy. Let's take a listen. The chair recognizes the gentleman from Delaware.
Mr. McBride for five minutes. All right. Well, the gentleman from Delaware is Congressman Sarah McBride, the first transgender member of the House. He won the state's at-large seat in November.
Mr. McBride caused quite a stir when he tried to use the ladies' room on Capitol Hill, and Republicans put a stop to that. McBride addressed the controversy by attacking President Trump, accusing him of a cycle of chaos, corruption, and cynicism. Joining me now is Illinois Congresswoman Mary Miller. Congresswoman, good to have you with us today.
Thank you. Good evening, Todd. Thank you for having me on.
So, why did you call Sarah McBride the gentleman from Delaware?
Well, of course, I was presiding over the floor in the speaker's chair that day over the floor speeches, and the way we address people. Other members as gentlemen or gentlewoman. And honestly, I had pre-thought out what I would do when he showed up in the bathroom, but I hadn't pre-thought what am I going to do if I'm faced with this situation on the house floor. And there is no way I was going to call him a gentlewoman. President Trump restored biological reality to the federal government long past due.
I was not going to propagate the lie that has caused so much damage, the fact that we have been mutilating our children, lying to them, confusing them, hypersexualizing them. have you know having these dance shows with Trans members, trans people half-dressed. We are going to stop. It is done. The trans agenda is over.
And I do have to say that courage begets courage. President Trump, Riley Gaines, and so many other people have been courageous, and I had no other choice but to speak the truth. And I appreciate you saying that because your critics are out there and they're calling you transphobic. They're accusing you of being mean-spirited. But that was not your intention, was it?
No, and when I was raising my children, I told them that we Americans need to redefine what love is. Love gives someone what they need, not necessarily what they want. And the first thing people need is the truth. And You know, if you can go back to Genesis, that God created us, male and female, if you don't want to go to the scriptures, just look at how. The world has operated for millennia in all times, all places.
Humans were identified as a male or a female, and people didn't switch genders. Congresswoman, I want to switch gears. We've been following some breaking news coming out of the Attorney General's office. We understand Pam Bondi just moments ago announcing they're going to be taking legal action against the state of New York. Governor Kathy Hochul, Attorney General Letitia James, among others.
Her comment, her quote, New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over Americans, and it stops today. I'd like to get your reaction to that.
Well, this is great news. Of course, I represent Illinois, and we've got the same problem. We're a sanctuary state, Chicago's sanctuary city. They put our people at risk by bringing unknown illegals into the state who have committed crimes. They're covering for them.
Illinois is allowing them to come in and change their names and seal the record. We're having to pick the tab up for it. I think this is great news for the American people. And when it comes to your home state, there have been so many people, especially the Chicago area, the south side of Chicago, folks saying, hey, look, we're being set aside here so that the mayor can take care of these illegals. And I'm wondering if the Republicans in your state, if they're starting to realize, hey, wait a second, we've got an opportunity to reach out to traditionally Democrat strongholds and say there is another way here.
Absolutely, especially the Illinois Freedom Caucus. They've been on the forefront speaking out and trying to tell the people that live in Illinois, look, we need to work together to restore our state. We agree everyone wants safety and security. We want economic opportunities and we want quality education for our children. It doesn't matter.
If you're a Democrat or Republican, let's join together and the Republican Um the The Republicans have been fighting for that more in Illinois. And I have to say, in light of Illinois, we are completely bankrupt and they have been spending billions to pick up the tab for illegals. Not only that, in my district, I've had several people, even recently, a policeman killed by an illegal, and then recently, a couple weeks ago, A car full of 20-year-olds, this illegal had already been deported. He killed two of them. This is just totally tragic for the American people, and I support what Pram Bondi's doing.
It's past time. All right, we're going to have to leave it there. The gentlewoman from the great state of Illinois, thank you very much, Mary Miller. Thank you. All right, I'm loving Pam Bondi already.
She held a press conference yesterday, and she's coming after Kathy Hochul and Letitia James and all of those woke chicks up in New York State. And she's also declaring war on any state not following federal law. Cut number 11, please. And that's why President Trump has directed this to stop. And if you don't comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable.
We did it to an Illinois, strike one. Strike two is New York. And if you are a state not complying with federal law, you're next. Get ready. And the great men and women of law enforcement are standing behind me today.
We have FBI, DEF, DEA, ATF agents. They put their lives on the line every single day to protect us. Yes, I love this. This folks, again, it is a new day in America, and it is going to take some time to get through all of this and to write the ship, but we are heading in the right direction. And I'm telling you right here and right now that this is a good thing for America.
Now there is a A British commentator, his name is Douglas Murray, and he's a conservative guy. And they've got some brand new polling data out over in the UK. And this is all going to sound very, very familiar to you. Let's listen to Cut Three, please. I'm Douglas Murray.
This is direct address. A poll out this week. found that just forty one per cent of young British people Felt proud to be British. Just 41% of people in the 18 to 27 age bracket. This has caused quite a lot of comment and some concern, not least because Twenty years ago.
When the same question was asked, the results were very different. In 2004, When young Britons were asked whether or not they felt proud to be British, fully 80%, 8%, 0%, of young Britain's polls said that yes, they felt proud to be British. The same results can be found in basically every Western European country. Central and Eastern Europe is a rather different matter. But in every Western European country, it's a pretty similar result.
It's a pretty similar result in Canada, and you find really pretty similar results in the United States of America as well. A recent poll in the US. asked people whether or not they felt extremely proud to be American. And among young Americans, Eighteen percent, just eighteen, one eight percent, said that they were extremely proud to be an American. And that's different from every other age group.
For instance, among people over the age of fifty-five, around fifty percent of people said that they were extremely proud to be American. It's not Surprising. First of all, that there are some consequences from all of this. Another poll recently found that just 11% of young Britons, 11%, would be willing to fight for their country. And That again caused a lot of alarm when it came out.
People said, How can only 11% of young people be willing to fight for their country? I would have said it's pretty obvious. If you've been told all your life that your country is rotten, absolutely everything about it is terrible, no redeeming features at all. That it's all racist, based in slavery and colonialism, and so on. Why on earth would you fight for it?
Why would you risk laying down your life for a country that's rotten? And so this stuff actually has very, very significant effects.
So what's going on over there in the in the UK? Th this is This is something that's happening across Western Europe, and it's happening to a great extent here in this country, except now Trump is president, and we're undoing a lot of that damage.
So I think there are two significant things that are happening in the UK. And we're about to see an uprising there, much like what we have seen here in this country. We are dealing with two factions. Number one, we're dealing with the globalists. And these are the people that wanted this one world economy, this one world government.
They wanted to take down all the borders. They wanted this United Nations, one big, huge global world and community. That's the first problem. But here's what the globalists didn't count on: the globalists did not count on. the radical Muslims.
And hear me on this. What's happening across Western Europe right now is a very troubling thing because the Muslims are literally taking over these countries. When you look at what's happening in the UK right now, it happened originally in France when they brought in all of these Muslims into this country, and now the Muslims are controlling massive swaths of France. And now they're taking over the UK. What was it last year, year before last, the number one baby name in the UK was Muhammad?
So, this is happening across Western Europe. People seem to not understand this idea that under the Islamic religion they want to literally conquer the world. This is not some sort of an extremist viewpoint. This is straight from their teachings, from the Quran. But the globalists did not count on that.
And so the globalists, by moving all of these people into other countries and destabilizing these countries, you know what they did? They have created a massive problem. That they did not think was going to happen. But that's what's going on in the UK right now. They were teaching their kids that the UK was evil.
They were teaching kids in France, France is evil. They were teaching kids in Germany and all these other countries the same thing. And they were doing that here in the United States of America as well.
So, anyway, we're going to get into more of that. We'll talk more about that. And we're going to try to get this guy on the show, Douglas Murray. I love the way they're thinking. The problem in the UK, though, is that Douglas Murray could go to jail for what he just said.
And that is a troubling thing. Folks, before we let you go here, I've got to tell you about our friends over at Priority Gold. Man, are they crushing it? And they tell me you guys have been lighting up their phones, and I love that. Priority goal.
