Pam Bondi's confirmation hearing for Attorney General has been underway, with her addressing the weaponization of the DOJ under the Biden administration. Meanwhile, Pete Hegseth's confirmation hearing has also been notable, with discussions around his Jerusalem cross tattoo and its implications. Donald Trump has been making headlines with his comments on the hostage release in the Middle East, with some attributing the deal to his influence. The conversation also touches on Christianity and conservatism, with some critics labeling Republicans as hypocrites and others defending their values.

Now Taxes is 100% free when you file in the TurboTax app if you didn't file with us last year. Oh yeah? Yeah, just do your own taxes in the app by 218. What if I have lots of forms? All good, all 100% free.

What if I had three jobs? Still 100% free. What if I once saw Bigfoot? That has nothing to do with taxes, so still 100% free.

Now that's what I'm talking about.

Now this is taxes. See if you qualify in the TurboTax app. Excludes TurboTax Live must start and file an app by 2.18. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun totem, Bible-clinging, deplorable American. Sir.

That's right. I love this American Todd Starnes. And hello, America. I am Todd Stearns, your host and your source for truth and hope across this great nation. Hello, everybody.

Wow, we've got a very busy day. A lot happening up on Capitol Hill. Confirmation hearings out the wazoo. Yes, I said it out the wazoo. And I have to tell you, we're going to be zeroing in on Pam Bondi.

who will be the next Attorney General of these great United States. I want to circle back real quick, though. Yesterday, Pete Hagseth just did a remarkable job. As a matter of fact, some of the Democrats on the Senate Armed Forces Committee were actually praising Hagseth for coming into the hearing prepared, knowledgeable about the big issues. And I would not be surprised if we see some Democrats actually voting to confirm Pete Hagseth.

Doesn't really matter because all the Republicans are on board, but it is nice if you get one or two dims and you can say, oh, it was bipartisan. Democrats and Republicans.

So, anyway, I thought it was a wonderful moment for Pete. And one of the things I really appreciated. And we were talking about this last night on my Newsmax show. One of the things I really appreciate about Pete Hegseff is this guy just kept his cool. They were throwing everything at him, everything.

And one of the more despicable moments was when Tim Kaine went after Pete Hegseff and went after his youngest child, brought the youngest child into the conversation, and making these heinous charges and allegations involving sexcapades. And what I find ironic about all of this is Tim Kaine was Hillary Clinton's running mate. Are you kidding me? He surrounded himself with perverts. And we are hearing on social media, there's some title tattle, if you will, that Tim Kane may have some issues in his closet.

So, no, I'm not saying anything. No, no, I'm not going down that path. I'm not spreading rumor or innuendo. But I will tell you that something is not quite right about Tim Kaine. He's got that.

Aura that no, I'm not saying the P word. I'm just saying it's just a little, he's a little off-putting.

So, anyway, Hag Seth just did a remarkable job. I don't think I have seen such a smooth confirmation hearing as I saw yesterday until we got to Pam Bondi's, and we're going to get to that in just a moment. Pete Eggs has said something, though, yesterday, and it caught my attention. I've got a piece up on it at ToddSterns.com.

Now, He was asked about the Jerusalem cross. He's got a tattoo. And Dieter, I know you've got a tattoo or two. I do. I have I have one.

Well, I actually have a couple now that I think about it.

So I have a couple. But they're not like huge, right? No. All right. His tattoos come up in the confirmation hearing.

The tattoos came up in the confirmation hearing. This isn't a joke. No, this may be the very first time a tattoo has actually come up in the confirmation hearing. And if you go to toddstearns.com, ladies and gentlemen, we actually had the video of the moment when it all came up in the hearing.

So Hegse has a giant. Jerusalem cross tattoo on his chest. And it is huge. And the Jerusalem cross, and I know something about this only because years ago was in 2019. I led a team with me and the tech dynasty guys.

We led a team of folks to a Holy Land expedition. And late at night, the CEO of my great company, Dalton G, wanted to get a tattoo and said, Starnes, we're going to the old city of Jerusalem. I want to get a Jerusalem cross tattoo. And there's this family that's been doing the Jerusalem cross tattoos for hundreds of years, generations. I mean, Going all the way back.

And so we're it's like late at night. We're in the old city of Jerusalem. And uh the the um the tattoo shop, it's a very nice place by the way, but it's like in a cave. You know, it's like they have the the walls. There aren't walls, they're cave walls.

Wow. It was fascinating. And so, anyway, I watched, and they do this particular cross. Anyway, we get to the tattoo place, and it's late at night. And it turns out there's a couple, a middle-aged couple who was on the tour, and they happen to be there as well.

And so they turn around and they look shocked and horrified. Oh, they got caught. They're like, What are you? They're like, What are you doing here? And I'm like, What are you doing here?

And I'm just not a tattoo guy. I'm good with what you're shocked. I'm shocked. I know. A lot of people are surprised by that.

I know. I would expect you to have a sleeve or something, the American flag. Anybody, anyway, they were there to get the Jerusalem cross.

So it's a symbol of the Christian faith. It's a symbol dating all the way back to the Crusades. And the significance of the cross and then the four other crosses is to symbolize evangelizing the world and taking the gospel to the four corners of the earth. That's what the cross symbolizes. Unless you're in the Biden Pentagon and it means you're a member of the KKK.

And that was the allegation. Hegseth was saying that he was banned from serving. And working in the Biden Inauguration Day protection detail because. his of his tattoo. And they said that tattoo was an extremist symbol.

That white supremacists use the symbol, the Jerusalem cross, and therefore it is now a racist symbol.

Well, I'm not shocked that they would view the cross as a symbol of extremism. Because they view the cross as extremism. These are godless pagans, Todd. You see, I don't even think they would know the difference between a cross and a jigsaw puzzle, these people. I mean, you're right, they're godless heathens, these people in the Pentagon right now.

It's because it doesn't look like the typical Jesus fish. Or the faith fish, or Dylan, the Dylan over there, he has a cross on he has a cross tattoo. Are you a member of the Klan, Dylan? Do you want to confess? Not that I know of.

Okay, good stuff. But it's because his tattoo doesn't look scary. I guess. T uh the Jerusalem cross tattoo, the one that is on Pete Hag Seth's chest, just looks. Maybe more ominous.

It looks scary. Oh, it looks like here come the Christians. And that's what he said. Hey, look, this is a Christian symbol. Could you imagine, though, the Jesus fish?

Is that a smelt? Are you making a statement about the smelt fish? We need to protect that smelt fish.

So that's a great point. May I just say something? I'm getting off topic here for just a moment. Only because this happened a couple of days ago. I was in traffic, and somebody with a you know, they have the Jesus fish on the cars, right?

I guess that's how you know who the Christian drivers are. We got a lot of really bad Christian drivers in Memphis, and somebody like nearly, I mean, they. To my lane, I nearly rear-ended them, and I was about to honk the horn, and then I saw the Jesus fish. Not letting your light shine very well. No, I almost knocked out their backlights.

Yeah, that's the problem.

So, anyway, back to this.

So, this is all unfolding in the testimony yesterday in the Pete Hagseth thing. And I was just stunned because Hegseth raised a really interesting point. He said.

Now if this happened to me You have to wonder because he's a major, right? He's a major in the National Army. If this happened to somebody like a Pete Hagsev, you really have to wonder how many other people came under fire because they had a Jerusalem cross tattoo, or maybe they just had a cross tattoo, or the words, I don't know, I love Jesus tattooed on their bodies, or maybe they had a Jesus fish bumper sticker. How many other people in the military got in trouble, came under fire, missed out on a promotion simply because? They were a follower of Jesus Christ.

And it makes you really wonder.

So, anyway, I mean, there was so much ground they covered yesterday, but that one thing really. Really stood out to me because this is what Pete Hexeth is going to have to tackle. And I think he's going to be very effective at doing this. He's going to go in there and he is going to have to root out this godless rot that's infested the Pentagon. And I will say this.

I'm going to go on the record right now.

So, Dylan, let's mark this tape. And when it happens, we will come back and say that we told you this was going to happen. I'm going to tell you right here and right now that at twelve noon on Monday, you are going to see massive numbers of people heading over to the enlistment offices. And I think over the next four years, we are going to see historic numbers of American young men who are finally going to go back and reconsider joining the military. I think we're going to have a massive groundswell of red blooded American men who know their pronouns that want to stand up and they want to fight for their country.

That's what I think is going to happen here. All right, 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

Now, I want to talk about Pam Bondi, her confirmation hearing underway, Marco Rubio's underway. Oh, we had some bilingual protesters. Either that or somebody was ordering from Taco Bell. I don't know, but they hauled the chick out of the hearing room there. Pam Bondi, and again, this goes back to just how godless the Biden administration is.

So, Pam Bondi was. Was asked about this by Senator Mike Lee from Utah. And here's what Pam Bondi had to say about the weaponization of the DOJ. Under the Biden administration, cut number eight, please. As Attorney General, how will you prevent the weaponization?

of the Department of Justice against Americans. And Senator, you just gave the classic example of what's been happening. regarding the weaponization. I mean going after parents at a school board meeting has got to stop. for practicing your religion.

Sending informants in to Catholic churches. Must stay. Stop. What about branding parents as domestic terrorists or trying to incarcerate one's political opponent as a sitting president of the United States? Will stop.

Must stop. Good for you, Pambondi. Good for you. The weaponization is over. It's it's over.

And the the The amount of hate that was directed over the past four years against Catholics, especially, where now, even by the way, even your Pope. What's up with that guy? Pope Francis? Pope Francis the Commie, that guy is a lunatic. And even Pope Francis is coming after you Catholics who take part in the Latin Mass.

I can barely understand some of the English coming out of my at at the Baptist church. I can't even do Latin Mass. But a lot of you do. And a lot of folks are now wondering exactly. How How much targeting actually went on?

How and why specifically did Biden declare war on his own supposed faith? By the way, back to Pete Hagseth for just a moment. And in his testimony, Hagseth actually pointed something out. He said, Look, this Jerusalem cross, if you walk into the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., You will see a giant Jerusalem cross in the marble flooring of the cathedral. And he also pointed out something else.

Apparently, Jimmy Carter was a member of the KKK because when they handed out the little programs for the state funeral, guess what was on the cover? There was only one thing on the cover of the program at the funeral. It was a Jerusalem cross.

So if Pete Hengseth is a is an is an extremist and a white supremacist, then Jimmy Carter must be. Come on, people. All right, we got to take a quick break here, opening up the phone lines. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

This is from our friends over at Fox. There is apparently a hostage deal that has been reached. President Trump mentioned this as well. Israel and Hamas have agreed to a ceasefire, and President Trump in all camps says we have a deal for the hostages in the Middle East. They will be released shortly.

Thank you. You have to wonder. How that conversation went Remember when Al Baghdadi got blown off the face of the earth? Remember that? And Trump, he came out and he did the 40 minutes.

Remember that? He did 40 minutes. He freestyled. No notes, nothing. Forty minutes announcing that Al Baghdadi had been killed.

And what did he say? I mean, he came right out and he said, Al Baghdadi has been killed. He died like a dog. He died like a dog. So you have to wonder what the phone conversation looked like.

Trump may have actually I don't sent may have sent over some photographs and said, hey, look, we've got drones over your homes right now. Oh, there's the missus and there's the other missus. I don't know how many wives they have over there. Oh, Hamas's wife. Mi I call her what what's her what's her last name?

I call uh Mrs. Hamas. I don't know. She's running around the tunnels in Gaza with like $30,000 handbags. I've already sent.

A photo of Mrs. Hamas. And said, I've got a sniper on your wife's $30,000 Birkin bag. You better release the hostages right now, or we're going to take that $30,000 purse. They know he's not going to play around.

And I think he probably would have told him. He said, Well, guys, you're going to have the biggest sparking lot in the world. At 12.02. 12:02 p.m. I predict that Biden takes a victory lap on this.

Oh, you think so? 1 million percent. I bet he holds a presser today. I mean, you've got to think he has what, five days in office left before we ever hear from this man again. He's goodbye forever.

So he's got to say something. They already had to cancel one of his overseas trips because he was supposed to go on these big. Global tours prop himself up before he says goodbye. They canceled one because of the LA fires.

So he needs something to go out on. This is what it will be. He will hold a press conference, situation room style, and dunk on this one.

Well, because the argument would have been made, and here's what happened with Reagan.

So they waited. The Iranians waited until Reagan was actually sworn in, and then they released the hostages. That's what should have happened. And there was a long-standing controversy that still exists today. And the accusation is that Reagan worked out a deal with Iran.

To not release the hostages until he was president, which, of course, is a load of crap. But maybe Trump was trying to avert something like that regardless. Biden has nothing to do with this. This is all about Donald Trump threatening to turn Gaza into a glass parking lot. Yeah.

That's what that's all about.

Well, and Trump's folks, the team, the transition team, the cabinet picks, they have already been overseas in the Middle East. Speaking to Middle Eastern leaders.

So the work has been done, but they will take a victory lap on this. We'll see how that goes down. Let's go to the phones here. 901-260-5926. David in California.

Hi, David. What's on your mind?

Well, thanks, Todd. Did I hear right Trump is trying to take credit for Biden's settlement event? Settlement of what? The Hamas hostages. He's not taking credit for anything.

He just announced that the hostages are going to be released. A deal's been reached. Right, but it was Biden that did the negotiating. Oh, Biden. Biden didn't do squat.

Biden doesn't even know where Israel is. I doubt it. The other thing, I heard you talking about Heg Seth, and I'm just going to mix it in with your comment about the Pope. The Pope has a duty to care, right? I have no idea whatever.

I mean, I'm not a Catholic, so I don't know what the job description is. David, I wish you could have got to your point sooner because we got to go to a break here. Give us a holler back. I'm not sure what that was all about. 901-260-5926.

By the way, and the job responsibility over at the Pentagon, yeah, it's to blow things up and kill the enemy. It's not to get in touch with your emotions. President Trump just moments ago announcing a deal has been reached to free all of the hostages being held by those animals over in the Middle East, Hamas. Israel and Hamas have also reportedly agreed to a ceasefire. And look, we had a caller from San Francisco, David. Who was trying to say that Trump was stealing Biden's, he was taking credit for something Biden did. Biden did absolutely nothing.

Donald Trump, and by the way, Keep in mind, the hostages have been held for well over a year.

Well over a year, ladies and gentlemen. And Donald Trump. Like Trump normally does, says, here's the deal, folks. You're either going to release the hostages or there is going to be hell to pay. We will unleash on you.

Now, I understand the announcement was made during Marco Rubio's confirmation hearing. Do we have that? All right, let's listen. But ultimately under President Trump, The top priority of the United States Department of State will be the United States. The direction he has given for the conduct of our foreign policy is clear.

Every dollar we spend. Every program we fund Every policy we pursue must be justified by the answer to one of three questions. Does it make America safer? Does it make America stronger? Or does it make America more prosperous?

Okay, so again, there's Marco Rubio there at the uh at the at the hearing So, anyway, so I want to go back and play some audio here. This was, and this gives you an idea of the difference between Barack Obama and Donald Trump and how they handle these kinds of situations because Trump plays hardball with these people. Let's take a listen. The United States has conducted an operation that killed Osama bin Laden, Abu. Makar Albagdati is dead.

The United States launched a targeted operation against that compound. They did a lot of shooting and they did a lot of blasting, even not going through the front door. You know, you think you go through the door. If you're a normal person, you. Say knock, knock, may I come in.

After a firefight, they killed Osama bin Laden and took custody of his body. He died like a dog. But his death does not mark the end of our effort. A beautiful dog. The fire is a good one.

We give thanks for the men who carried out this operation. And I don't get any credit for this, but that's okay. I never do. And here we are. May God bless you.

And may God bless the United States of America. And I'm writing a book.

So there were 12 books. All did very well. Yeah. Again, it shows you, and Trump spoke. I remember that night.

I remember when it happened. About five minutes in, I thought, oh, I'm going to pop some popcorn. This is getting good. I remember sitting there, I had a Baptist martini, I had my Orville Redenbacher with the movie theater butter flavor. It was a lot of fun.

And it was, this is what we're about to experience, ladies and gentlemen. And I hope you're excited. I hope you're happy. This is going to be an amazing moment. Anyway, there's a comedian.

Who does a great, great impression of Trump? And we'll get to that in just a little while. Look, we're going to take your calls 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Jim was at the laundromat when he heard His ears said maroca, senor, but his nose said Hey, freshest scent ever.

Following his nose, Jim found a man pouring gain scent beads into the washer. The scent? The freshness? Jim blurted, Sir, your scent maracas smell amazing. You could call them scent maracas, but most noses call them gain scent beads.

Try gain scent beads, way fresher than detergent alone. All right, welcome back to the Todd Stearns Radio Show. We're happy to have you with us, ladies and gentlemen. Pam Bondi is just doing a terrific job, really giving a master's class on how to handle the Senate Democrats, weighing in on the weaponization of the Justice Department. Cut number nine, please.

it would not be appropriate for a prosecutor to start. With a name. and look for a crime. It's a prosecutor's job to start with a crime. And look for a name, correct?

Senator, I think that is the whole problem with the weaponization that we have seen the last four years and what's been happening to Donald Trump. They targeted Donald Trump. They went after him. Actually, starting back in 2016, they targeted his campaign. They have launched countless investigations against him.

That will not be the case if I am Attorney General. I will not politicize that office. I will not target people simply because of their political affiliation. Justice will be administered even-handedly throughout this country. Senator, we've got to bring this country back together.

We've got to move forward, or we're going to lose our country. Yeah, I think the concern is that. Weaponization of the Justice Department. May well occur under your tenure. And we want to make sure that, that's not the case, that you remain independent, that you remain able to and willing to tell the President no when that's necessary for to protect the Constitution and the integrity of the Department.

So that's where I'm asking these Uh questions. There you go. Pam Bondi just really doing a remarkable job. And I think it goes back to the quality of the nominees that President Trump has selected here. These are individuals that are going in to accomplish Trump's agenda, not their own.

Pam Bondi's not going in there with a Pam Bondi agenda. She's going in there with the Donald Trump agenda. And that agenda is to erase the weaponization and to deal with the weaponization of the Justice Department and to punish Anybody within the Justice Department That committed crimes.

Now, there are a lot of conservatives out there. And they're saying, well, we need to let bygones be bygones. As soon as Biden is out of office, we just need to. To move forward. We don't need to look back.

We don't need to address Hunter Biden and the laptop and the hookers and the cocaine. We don't need to address Joe Biden making millions and millions of dollars. From Ukraine, we need to just put that all behind us, and we need to focus on the future. I disagree. Because the problem is, God forbid the Democrats ever get power again.

They're going to do the exact same thing because they know the Republicans don't have the stomach to follow through.

Now Pam Bandi says she's going to follow through. And I believe her. And I think that she is going to target those who need to be targeted. And during one part of her testimony today, she was giving examples of individuals within the Justice Department who abused their powers. Those people need to be held accountable.

It really is that simple. And the reason why is people need to understand there's a price to pay here. You're going to come after conservatives. You're going to come after anybody because of their political beliefs because you might not like them? Yeah, there's going to be a price to pay for that.

901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

There is a A lot of blowback from something that happened yesterday. Up on Capitol Hill. There was a big battle over bathrooms and protecting women and protecting girls in sports and in bathrooms and all of that stuff.

So they finally got through some legislation. The Senate will take it up. More than likely, it will pass, and it may be, very well may be the first piece of legislation that Donald Trump puts his name to.

So anyway, yesterday During the The debate over this legislation to protect girls and women from the transgender dudes. Nancy Mace and Jasmine Crockett got into it, and it was ugly. And Dieter, you know, Nancy Mace is a former Waffle House waitress. A lot of people may not realize that. Yeah.

You don't want to mess with a Waffle House girl. Especially one like Nancy Mace. She's something. She's catch up. Yeah, she'll cut you and do it publicly and humiliate you.

So, this is this is how it all went down yesterday. I cut number one, please.

Somebody's campaign coffers really are struggling right now.

So, she's gonna keep saying trans, trans, trans, so that people will feel threatened. And, child, listen, I want y'all to children. I have no children. Do not call me a child. I have no child.

I want to start each of those females. I broke a leaf. I'm not afraid of ceilings in here. You will not do that. I am not a female.

I am claiming my time. Mr. Chairman, a committee is not. Ha ha ha ha. She invited her to go outside.

I think that's the lady thing, the ladylike thing to do. Right? You know, back in the day when you still had duels. You know, they would, you know, they would invite you outside to take care of business. I guess you don't want to get blood on the carpet.

I think that I I think what we just listened to is setting women back. Jasmine. Crockett, the Congresswoman out of Texas. They have been advocating that women need a place. A seat at the table.

that were not emotional, that were not all the stereotypes, right? Because they say they have been fighting against the p the patriarchy and misogyny. And misogynistic thinking is that women just get together and they can't They can't debate. They can't discuss it like the men. They just fight.

They get hissy. They start screaming. They start crying. It's exactly what they just did. They are literally fulfilling the stereotypes.

They're setting women back 100 years. Who would you have in that fight? The congresswoman from Texas. Really? You think Jasmine?

My money's on. Jasmine? Really? Yeah. See, I would have gone with Mace.

I think Mace grabs the hair extensions, and that's the secret weapon. You know, we've seen that in football. Right, where they drag the player down. I think share. I don't think it would be a clean fight.

I think it's going to be a dirty fight. And I don't want to upset people, but the reason I think that my money is on Jasmine Crockett is remember back in December, someone chooked Nancy Mace's. Arm And she ended up in a full cast. Hey, the lawsuit the the police report said A person within the Capitol shook Nancy Mace's hand, and the next day she was walking around with a sling and a cast.

So that doesn't speak to strength. I'm just saying, my money is on Congresswoman Grockett. All right, it was May 22nd, 1856. When Senator Charles Sumner. was publicly caned inside the Capitol building.

A pro-slavery Democrat from, believe it or not, this is fascinating now. There's a tie to this because a pro-slavery Democrat from South Carolina beat Senator Charles Sumner, an anti-slavery Republican from Massachusetts, with a walking cane. Wow. I would have Congresswoman Kamick on my side. At the end of the day, if you could get a roster on your side.

I'm going to go with Congresswoman. Kat can make on my side. The guy got caned. Um, he like. He was unconscious.

They had to drag his body out of the Senate chamber. Wow. Wow, back in the day. You know, it kind of breaks up the monotony, and it would be good for C-SPAN ratings. C-SPAN does like an MMA fight night.

with uh congresspeople's. Yeah. I would watch that. I I also think it's interesting because House Oversight and the committee, they say it's where all of the cat fights break out. They say it's not a serious Committee.

Like, you go on this committee to get C-SPAN time and then end up in the evening newscast. And so that's what you see. A lot of this, Todd. It's all optics. And politics is meant to divide people.

Half of those people within oversight and the halls of Congress, they're all best friends. This is when the TV cameras come on and they know it's go time. I'm not sure Nancy Mace and Jasmine. They're probably not getting tea. They're not sharing Apple teenies.

No. or Colt Forty Five or whatever they drink up there. Capitol Hill. Here's Nancy Mace, cut number four, explaining all of this. Thank you, Mr.

Chairman. Again, I don't know what's going on today. I find it extremely rich and offensive.

So we're talking about civil rights. I'm the former ranking member on the Civil Rights Subcommittee, something I believe in civil rights and civil liberties of all Americans. And we were talking about infringement of individual people. Also, quote, the right to privacy of individuals. Coming from a party.

That can't define what a woman is and won't give women the right to privacy. You all want men with penises, chicks with In the bathroom with us, you want women to be forced to undress in front of men in the locker room and in dressing rooms. And it's so hypocritical for you to sit here and say and be screaming from the rooftops about the right to privacy and civil rights when you don't respect women. And you don't respect women who've been raped, women who are victims of sexual abuse, and you want me, a victim of rape, a survivor of rape, to go into a locker room and be forced to undress in front of a man, you have to be effing kidding me.

So I don't want to hear about you talk about rights, individual rights, civil rights, because you can't find the courage from the 60s to fight for women all around America, fight for women like me, every single woman. And as a rape survivor, I shouldn't have to explain to you why women. have rights and why women When we're in the bathroom, when we're in the locker room, when we're in a dressing room. Why I don't feel safe when there is a man. And the fact that we're going here and we're going to say all these things is the ripeness of hypocrisy on the Hill.

People need to tell the truth. And if we're going to talk about the rights of individuals, we have to talk about it. Everybody. Has rights, including Women, and at some point, men are infringing on the rights of women. We just had it today, we just had a vote.

About protecting women and girls in sports. And I believe it wasn't one, it was two people from the Democrat Party who voted to protect women's rights in sports today. Two. Yeah. So Mr.

Chairman, this is a deeply offensive conversation to me today. We want to talk about real freedom. Women have freedom in this country. Women have the freedom to go to a private, women's only space and not see a man. In it.

Women have the right to change and not be feared that somebody with their sexual perversion.

Someone who's confused about their gender. We have the right to feel safe in these spaces. We have the right to know that we're not going to have trans people filming us in the bathroom. How many of these trannies are taking selfies? These men are taking selfies in women's spaces in the bathroom.

It's gross. It's disgusting.

So if we're going to talk about civil rights, let's talk about the rights of women in this country and how you are stripping them away every single day. And you're doing it in your legislation, you're doing it in your messaging, you're doing it on X. You're making women feel unsafe in this country. And you're making the opportunity for women and girls to be raped, to be sexually abused in this country, even greater than they've ever. ever been.

So don't come over here with your attitude and talk to me about rights when you're trying to take my rights as a woman, a rape survivor, away. Thank you, mister Chairman. I yield back. All right. So look, Hikeen Jeffries.

says that we're going to have to if this legislation is signed into law, there are going to be genital there are going to be genital inspections.

So in other words, before you go out and play a sport, they're going to have to check your private parts to make sure you're playing on the right team. I don't believe that to be the case here. But the reality is this is a major problem and it's only getting worse. And we'll tell you more about it later in the show, but there's a crazy story out of Utah State University where they're literally putting a dude. Who thinks he's a girl in charge of the female dorms?

And now parents are enraged over that. All right, gotta take a quick break here, folks. Our good buddy Pastor Jack Hibbs coming up. This is the Touchstarns Radio Show. I don't really like working.

I'm gonna need a priority parking space. I only work remotely. How are your safe spaces? Can I bring my dog to work? Will your company protect me against microaggressions?

You're jiggling me. Is this interview almost over? You don't run a daycare, you run a business.

So, why use high-priced recruitment agencies who charge you up to 40% of an employee's first-year salary?

So, they're focused on getting you the costly talent, not the best fit, which means you get more of this. What's your policy on paying employees to attend protests? I demand eight weeks of vacation. I need at least 12 weeks of paid vacation. I'm gonna need a lot of mental health days.

Do you have a gang room? My pronouns are Z's and Zer. Isn't it time you hired grown-ups? Call RedBalloon.work and skip those high-priced recruitment agencies. Call 833-880-0600 for a free consultation.

That's 833-880-0000. 0600 for a free consultation. Redballoon.org. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right.

I love this American ride.

Well, hello everybody. Welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Program.

So very happy to have you with us today. Write down our telephone number. You will need this if you plan on calling in today. That number, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

Well, interesting story. Out of Los Angeles, the president of the United Firefighters of LA County, that's the local firefighters union. Freddie Escobar, had a press conference. And he says that the fire chief, Kristen Crowley, who was the first female and the first lesbian fire chief in Los Angeles. Made an operating funds decision not to deploy firefighters in order to avoid paying overtime.

So, what's going on here?

Well, it turns out that the fire chief did not want to pay firefighters overtime, so they did not preposition firefighters to deal with the fires before they broke out. Mr. Escobar in being interviewed by Breitbart News. Says I've been on the board for seventeen years. And for years now the LAFT has been neglected by its leaders.

They have not addressed a woefully understaffed fire department. We need sixty two new stations, one hundred more firefighters and medics, more engines, trucks. We are woefully understaffed. Escobar said while the fire itself was caused by extreme winds. The scale of the fire was primarily because of the lack of resources, including personnel.

He also said the department did not like to pay overtime.

Now keep in mind, Mayor Karen Bass, while the fires were burning, by the way, she was literally at a cocktail party in Ghana. Mayor Karen Bass's budget had cut fire department expenditures by $17.5 million. And here's the other shoe to drop here, folks. She cut the overtime budget by more than $19 million. Escobar said that he didn't know whether the fire department could have prevented the fire outright.

But still, having more resources could could have helped. And now they've got more fires. Popping up. It's really a very sad thing. Yesterday on Newsmax, the Newsmax show, I had Andrew Gruel on and just a great guy, celebrity restaurateur down in Southern California.

And they're just opening up their restaurants. They're inviting people to bring donations. And they're basically feeding and providing bottled water to hundreds, if not thousands, of people who lost their homes. By the way. The latest word is That the state may come in and take over some of that property that was burned.

And this has been a big concern. We mentioned to you the California Coastal Commission, they have the authority, they get to decide who gets to rebuild and who doesn't. And so a lot of these people. There's a very good chance they will not be able to rebuild their homes, and the state could come in and take over their property.

So, we're going to pay very close attention to this story. It's far from over.

Meanwhile, over in North Carolina, The situation there Is criminal. And really, we're dealing with criminal negligence in both states, California and North Carolina. But I want you to listen to a congressman. This is Chuck Edwards. And he's calling on the FEMA director to resign in disgrace.

And the reason why, they have now discovered that FEMA kicked dozens of families out of their motels. Many of these families had small children. And it's been below freezing in the mountains for quite some time now. I want you to listen to Cut Sex. Call from a hotel owner today, a fellow that owns four hotels in Asheville, North Carolina.

And he's got at least 80 folks in those four hotels that have told they have to be out today.

So what happens? They call the hotel owner and the owner gives them the bad news and goes door by door. How does that work?

Well, there's an online registration system and the records that the folks from the hotels are receiving are often inconsistent with the direction that we're getting from FEMA, which really leaves folks in the lurch and not knowing where they're going to be sleeping tonight or the next night. It it's just unbelievable that that this is happening. But this is happening indeed in the United States of America. And it's unfortunate. But hopefully, hopefully, this kind of stuff is going to be stopped thanks to Donald Trump and the new administration coming in.

All right, 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

Let's go to Mark in the Villages in Florida. Hi, Mark. What's on your mind?

Hey Todd, I didn't see a picture of a snowman. That's my first thing. A snowman where Wait, I I didn't see a picture of the snowman you were supposed to build. There you go. All right.

Well, what's going on, Mark? We don't have a lot of time here. Let's get to it.

Okay, second yes, secondly, you need to play that audio with Trump saying what he would do to Hamas. if those hostages aren't released when he gets in office. And you need to play that over and over at least two, three times every single day so people like David in California, that knothead gets an understanding of who truly was the person that did it, not Biden. Oh, absolutely. Everybody knows that this is all about Trump because, look, they know these Muslims over in these Middle Eastern countries, they don't respond to people like Barack Obama or Joe Biden.

They don't respond to capitulation or let's all get together around the campfire and sing kumbaya. They only respond and respect brute strength and force. That's the only thing that gets through to these animals. Play that tape over and over for days so they get it knocked into their. Like I said, like David, that knot head, it gets into that thick skull of his.

Who is the true person that did? Just play it over and over. Yeah. That's what you need to do. All right, Mark, appreciate the call.

Thank you for that. 901-260-5926. Hang tight. We'll be right back. I don't really like working.

I'm going to need a priority parking space.

So they're focused on getting you the costly talent, not the best fit, which means you get more of this. What's your policy on paying employees to attend protests? I demand eight weeks of vacation. I need at least 12 weeks of paid vacation. I'm going to need a lot of mental health days.

Do you have a game room? My pronouns are Z's and Zeer. Isn't it time you hired grown-ups? Call RedBalloon.work and skip those high-priced recruitment agencies. Call 833-880-0600 for a free consultation.

That's 833-880-0600 for a free consultation. Redballoon.work. If they're not back by the time I get into office, all hell will break out in the Middle East. And it will not be good for Hamas. And it will not be good, frankly, for anyone.

All hell will break out. I don't have to say anymore, but that's what it is. And they should have given him back a long time. They should have never taken him. There should have never been the attack of October 7th.

People forget that. Yeah, and that, ladies and gentlemen, is why Hamas is about to release the hostages. That is why Hamas has agreed to a ceasefire with Israel. Because of what Donald Trump said just a few days ago. at that press conference at Mar-a-Lago.

So, Trump is very clear about all of this. There is going to be hell to pay. And the and the Muslims, these these Islamic radicals, that's the only thing that gets their attention. If you try to play nice If you try to make them your best friends, The Muslims will not respect that. They won't.

And we've seen this over and over and over again with Barack Hussein Obama going back to the Arab Spring. And It never worked. As a matter of fact, it put Americans in danger.

So, anyway, good for you, Mr. President. And I'm talking about President-elect Trump. Good for you, sir. because you're already making America safe again and you haven't even taken the oath of office.

nine oh one two six zero five nine two six. Let's go to Alice in North Carolina. Hi, Alice, what's on your mind today? I am so Fed up. You have no idea.

What is going on? Why do these people have to get out of these hotels? They have nowhere to go in Ashfield. And what does God do? He sends your money over to Africa.

He sends your money here. He said your money there. And what about the people in Nashville? taking care of the people in Los Angeles now. What what about the people in Asheville?

I have a cousin in Ashley that's homeless right now. Get. Infanto is going on. Yeah. Alice, w was your cousin did they did they lose their home in the floods?

Yes, you did. Jeff Emerson. Everything. What is going on? What is Going on?

America, we need to stand up and start and start civil war and do something. What is wrong with this man? And then he says, Check this out. He says, if he ran against Company, He would have won. And they said, his heart.

against Trump. Yeah, I think it's a good idea. If he doesn't want to shame my Well, look, Alice, yeah, he's not there. Front porch lights on, nobody's home. I think everybody gets that.

The problem, though, is that the people running and the presidency is being run by a committee right now. You've got a very large number of woke leftists of the millennial and Gen Z type, and they just don't care. They don't care about North Carolina. They don't care about Asheville. They don't care about Pat Cave.

They don't care about any of the towns that were devastated by the floods. They just simply do not care. And I wrote a column about this a few days ago, and I pointed out that the big problem is there are far too many Trump supporters in Western North Carolina, and there are not enough liberal Hollywood celebrities. And as a result, even the mainstream media, they just don't care what happens to the people of Western North Carolina. That's like that's you belading.

She passed. all the houses that had the Trump shines up. She passed the mark. She didn't want to do any any help she didn't want to help them because they were Trump supporters. And that was even said.

That's right. And those are the kinds of people that we've got to root out and punish. And quite frankly, there ought to be criminal charges attached to what that FEMA official did. Alice, just God bless you. And I'm sorry, but your government is letting you down right now.

And all of you folks in North Carolina and Tennessee. There's no other way, there's really no other way to say it. But Alice was talking about this FEMA officer. Who was ordering FEMA FEMA staffers to avoid any homes in the disaster zone that had any kind of a Trump flag or a Trump sign in the yard, and they were being punished. Donald Trump brought this up.

They said he was making it all up, and now it turns out that it was true. The whole thing was true. And it's really unfortunate, but that's and that's the reality of it. Far too many working class folks, far too many Trump supporters, not enough billionaires, not enough Hollywood celebrities. And that means Los Angeles, well, Those folks, they get all the attention.

I mean, it is what it is. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-2606. 260-5926. And that, by the way, is why Congressman Edwards says the FEMA directors got to resign immediately.

What kind of a person kicks Kick small kids out of a motel into the cold. Who does that? And you folks in North Carolina. Elections do have consequences. They really do.

And you could have elected a Republican governor, Mark Robinson, and I know it was a bad situation all around. But the reality is that you hand somebody. With Mark Robinson, Who would have stood up? And who would have stood with the people there? In western North Carolina.

So we'll keep an eye on this. I think Trump's going to be able to come in, and we're going to be able to get some things done. But the reality is. The the if you think it's bad in In California, in Southern California, at least they still had the infrastructure there. They got no roads.

They're all gone. They're having to rebuild everything. It's a mess.

Well, folks, I got to tell you, the economy, we're in a tough pickle right now. The national debt skyrocketing past, what, $36 trillion? And now you have Elon out there warning that inflation's going to rise. You got President Trump, he's working to fix the mess, but it's going to take time. And the President's been telling us it's going to take some time because the markets right now are chaotic.

And if the markets are chaotic, well, if you've got a 401k. You don't need me to tell you that your 401k is at risk. And that means your retirement plans are in jeopardy. And there is something. That you can do about this, folks, and that's about diversifying Your retirement portfolio.

Excuse me. The good news is you can take action right now. Gold is a proven shield. during these difficult times. As a matter of fact, if you look at the numbers from last year, gold has outperformed the SP 500, 39 record highs, and has climbed over 27%.

There was a lot of controversy up on Capitol Hill. Thank goodness the Republicans stood their ground. By the way, you had a couple of Democrats from Texas joining the Republicans, so this was all bipartisan. And lawmakers pass legislation that will protect women and keep these transgender athletes. out of girls sports.

Here's Hakeem Jeffries, the minority leader, warning about what's going to happen next. Cut number five. Their legislation is irresponsible. Effectively, what it would do is sanction without any guardrails. Adults including predators for engaging in inspections of genitalia in children as young as four years old.

Now in the sports arena, We've seen repeated instances of sexual abuse. Gymnastics, that's been the case. In wrestling, that's been the case. In football. That's been the case.

and in many other areas. And to have the federal government weigh in aggressively and sanction. this type of invasions You know, invasive inspections clearly would create a situation where childhood predators would be unleashed on the children of this country. And that's why you saw a significant number of Democrats say this is federal government overreach, and it's unacceptable.

Meanwhile, at Utah State, a mom is enraged after she learned. That the university put a male resident assistant in her daughter's dorm.

So there's a guy who is pretending to be a woman, and he is now the RA. This biological man moving into her daughter's dormitory on campus. And nobody was told about this. Cheryl Saltzman. Writing and Facebook.

A transgender with a she/her pronoun just moved in my daughter's dorm. That Utah State University. It is a girls-only dorm. You can apparently move into the dorm with your gender that you identify. I did read that last night in the contract.

However, the contempt toward anyone uncomfortable with it. is genuinely and deeply enraging.

So So again, we are seeing, and this is not surprising here. At Utah State University, the issue is not the dude, the issue is the girls.

So if you're a girl and you got a problem, well, you're the one with the problem. That's what they're saying here. And this is why Congress is stepping in because it's off the charts right now, folks. Gotta protect the girls. Gotta protect the women.

All right, 901-260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926.

All right, coming up, we're going to be talking to our good buddy John Rich over in Nashville, and he's been defending Carrie Underwood. You know, people are coming, people are really coming after her, and they're all upset that she's going to be performing at the inauguration. Just mere seconds ago, I received this from our friends over at Trump HQ. Here are some of the singers that are going to be performing at the swearing-in ceremony, and we're going to carry that live on the national show, by the way. Carrie Underwood, Christopher Macchio.

Who is uh singing the national anthem in Lee Greenwood? You gotta have Greenwood there. Also, at the Make America Great Again Victory Rally, Kid Rock, the Village People, Billy Ray Cyrus, Manus. Does he still have the mullet? Did he maybe he grew out of that?

Lee Greenwood again and the Liberty University Praise Choir. They're going to have church. Also, Jason Aldean, Rascal Flatts, and Gavin DeGraw. Want to go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line and say hello to a good friend of this program. He is the pastor at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills in Southern California, Jack Gibbs.

Pastor, Jack, are you are you musically inclined?

Well, listen, I wish I was. I can hear everything good. I can hear everything bad, but can I play a note? Not a chance. I was thinking maybe you and I could sneak into the Liberty University praise choir.

Yeah, listen, that's the way God invented mercy, so you and I wouldn't do that.

Well said. Pastor Jack, I was so excited.

Somebody sent me your sermon on Sunday, and Monday, we let off the whole show talking about your message there. You are really concerned about what's been happening in the state, especially around the wildfires. First, if you could give us an update, how are things going? And did anybody in your congregation lose their home? Uh yes, uh several families.

in our congregation lost their home.

So, Todd, on Monday when I couldn't be with you, I was actually. In the fire zone, we were escorted by the National Guard into the region of devastation, both in the Palisades area and Malibu. And Todd, all I could tell you is that if you take black and white photos, Of Hiroshima or Nagasaki, they are Images that you can overlay on top of another. And I have to tell you, Todd. I was doing okay.

I was doing fine. We were doing reporting. We were doing all kinds of things. We had with us Steve Hilton from Fox. And um Todd I I stepped into someone what used to be someone's house.

right on the sand in Malibu, and I might have been in the entryway. And it dawned on me that that home was standing at Thanksgiving, that home was standing at Christmas and New Year's Day. And just the feeling of being in someone's home, though there was no walls. There was nothing left but a foundation. I felt as though I was trespassing into somebody's precious private life.

It's a strange feeling that no one has ever gone through devastation. It's unlike anything you've ever experienced before, but all along the way, of course, being a believer, the anchor. is Jesus Christ, the joy is Jesus Christ, and frankly, the recovery is going to be by Jesus Christ because our government as the world is watching, is completely bankrupt in being able to rescue or to rebuild. I remember years ago when I was at Fox as a reporter and they had a massive tornado outbreak in Alabama around the Tuscaloosa area. And they sent me down.

And one of the things that I just really tried to respect, you know, because you're right, the same situation where you would have the homeowners and they would be standing in front of the slab of what used to be their home. And a lot of these reporters would just, you know, jump up and run all over. And, you know, you try to respect that, you know, this is somebody's house, or at least it used to be. And yet, you know, people still had hope. And I know they had church service there.

You know, the power was out, but they still held an outdoor worship service. I have to imagine this has provided many opportunities for you and the congregation to minister to people there in the Palisades.

Well, this is your question and comment is beyond. It is remarkable, Todd. You know, I've got to be honest. I'm sure I'm going to be labeled as being guilty of making good of something that's very bad. But listen, I come to you as a Christian right now.

This has been a horrible event. This has been something that is terrible. And we'll let the necessary people investigate that side of things. The issue is this. The church, I know our church for one, other churches in the region, They have risen up, they have come together, and the amount of help.

But I I I want all your listeners to hear this, even in Southern California, which, by the way, Todd, listen, you've preached at our church before. The church is strong in Southern California, and so its strength is now being lived out not in sermons so much as. Touching, loving, walking, holding hands, feeding people.

So last Sunday after service, Walmart Target Sam's Club. Costco, in our neighborhood, they were completely sold out, Pod, of what the National Guard requested and what L.A. County Sheriff's Department requested: blankets, pillows. food, protein bars, protein drinks.

Sold out, Todd. Gone. They they emptied the shelves because thousands of people wound up going to the store, bringing stuff back to the church, and we had trucks flowing into the areas where people are being housed in these um Schools and in auditoriums.

So, in the midst of fire, love is rising, and the church is doing what it was supposed to do in the first place. Put action to our professed faith. You know, we had Andrew Gruel on my Newsmax show last night. He and his wife own a seafood restaurant there in Huntington Beach, Calico Fish House. And I mean, it's been amazing to watch people just rally around and use that as a relief hub.

You know, people are dropping off supplies and they're getting those supplies to the disaster zone. And it's so encouraging to hear that the church in Southern California is stepping up and doing what needs to be done. But, Jack, I was really moved by your sermon, and I sense that righteous indignation in your voice as you called out the elected leaders in your state. over over the over what happened.

Well, yes. I mean, I had to do that Todd, I had to be the watchman on the wall that the word calls us to be, and it's no secret for us who live here. Everything I said in there is not only true, you can actually research and document it. The fact of the matter is that For whatever reason, Gavin Newsome's view of government in California uh has been more of an enemy to the church and to good citizens. And he has done everything he can with our love and our support as Californians.

to feed and fuel and to perpetuate this open border insanity. And uh I can't say too much about this right now, live and on air. But these fires, Todd, it will be found out that they were of nefarious causes taking advantage of the weather. It wasn't that the weather caused it. It was people taking advantage of the weather.

But lo and behold, Todd, I had to hold our governor accountable to the fact that we've got empty reservoirs in our region that could have handled all this. He didn't think it was important to fill them up for the last year and a half. And also so many other things where money, millions of dollars, I mean, I'm talking big, tens of millions of dollars. were diverted from the this firefighting fund for California to other projects. And then Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles, she just diverted $18 million that was supposed to go to the LA.

fire department and she put it in another direction. And so I tell you what, because they're coming together right now, Todd. Democrats, Republicans, Independents are demanding answers. And they're also, by the way, demanding that Newsom and Karen Bess resigned from office. And this is spooling up.

This is not going away. It's heating up. I thank God for the church, Todd. The the the silver lining Is Just like yesterday, this is a harbinger. We had two National Guard Soldiers accept Jesus Christ yesterday in Malibu.

That's just the beginning of good news to come. Wow. Are you concerned, though? I mean, there are people out there, critics, and they're saying the church has no business getting involved in politics. There are people saying they should strip you guys of your tax-exempt status.

What do you say to all of that? Yeah, well, number one, they can go ahead and strip the tax exemption. I could care less. God doesn't need it, he doesn't need the IRS. But the main thing is this.

Um I don't believe in those people, so it doesn't stick to me. I mean, it doesn't bother me. I know that they're ignorant of the First Amendment, they don't even know it. They're ignorant of the founding of our nation, Todd. They don't understand that this nation was literally built by fifty two pilgrims that survived the first landing with the pilgrim I mean, with the Mayflower.

And they gave us the Mayflower Compact, and that was the invoking of God to bless. their venture to spread the gospel uh uh in in the in this uh east coast part of the world to to bring forth a nation. I understand people are ignorant of that because it's not been taught that in schools these days. And so it doesn't stick taught you know, if an atheist was to say, I don't believe in God, well, I don't believe in people who say those things. But you know what's strange?

Beautifully strange? when their house burns down and they can't get any help, I find it A little ironic that the Christian is there loving on them anyway. And that's what we're going to do. We're going to live on people who don't like us. It's a lot of fun actually.

Jack Hibbs is the pastor at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, and he joins us on our Patriot mobile newsmaker line today. Jack, I want to go back to something you said about the you said there was something there was a nefarious nature to the fires. Can you elaborate on that a little bit? Yeah, I will say what is public, what's publicly accessible.

So for example, the Palisade fire. The University of San Diego of all places. Had a webcam. They just happen to have had it set up. Onto the scene, onto the hillside comes an individual.

That individual squats down, begins to strike something or use something. You can see the smoke rising. in the in the windy conditions The ignition takes place, the individual walks away and that is the confirmed origin of the Pacific Palisades fire. It killed people, and it became, if not now, we're talking $200 million worth of damage. And they caught, or they have, the image of this individual.

I had a chance to see it, Todd. And um This individual, you can see that there's a particular nationality or ethnic appearance. And what they were wearing, what they did and where they went was actually. Recorded. And uh I don't know why.

Uh you're hearing in the news. That we do not know the source of this? Yeah, actually, we do. I don't know why the media is not reporting it. But that is something that if you search hard enough out there, you'll find it.

We saw it, it was shown to us, and Yeah, it's This is a this is a time when I stood nefarious. Listen, first of the year, I don't need to tell you, Todd, the first of the year we had that incident in New Orleans. this stuff's going on. This is also public information, Todd, since the fires started on that Monday. There have been nearly three hundred fires set in Los Angeles Intentionally and thank God.

They've been put out. But homeless people and others lighting fire to Dumpsters downtown LA. Lighting debris for newspapers on the streets in the wind and letting it fly. These people have been caught. But, Todd, there's just something.

Listen, this is a crazy time. Everyone needs to pray for America's. safety and America's uh spiritual awakening because uh We need to get right with God. God bless Trump, but Trump Cannot meet the spiritual need of America. This is what only Jesus can do.

And we need to turn our hearts toward him for sure.

So I want to you because you're insinuating here, Jack, if I'm reading between the lines here, that this. May have been a terrorist attack.

Well, it was either arsonist or terrorist attack, and I think that's for the experts to figure out, but one thing is sure. It was started by an individual, and that is caught on video. Jack, I've got to give you a chance. We've just got a couple of minutes here, but we've got to talk about the real life network. This is just really exploding.

And we've been talking a lot about where people get their news and information. And I think people, when you look at the surveys, Nobody trusts the media. There's been a lot of balkanization. And even in places like X and Facebook, they're still censoring a lot of conservative thought. And that's why I've been encouraging people to go check out the reallifenetwork.com.

Tell folks what they're going to find when they go to Real Life Network.

Well, first of all, you're going to find yours truly Todd Starnes there, and you're going to find trusted material, trusted content. Todd, you just explained why we started it. During the age of COVID, everybody was lying, everybody was getting censored. We would do a message or a sermon on your liberties or freedoms or being wise, and we got knocked off so many times. And so God provided the ability for us to start the real-life network.

It's 24-7, 365. Spiritual content, practical content. There's some great children's programming, entertainment as well.

So we are devoted to having the content be reliable. And Todd, you know the success has been nuts.

So we've had everybody wanting to to join us. Hey, can I come on? Can I have my program on? And Todd, I'm telling you, we're saying no to more people than we are saying yes to because we want reliable Fans. Just character-building content.

It's just wonderful.

So, folks, I would encourage you to go check this out and join and become a part. You can sign up for free, which is awesome. Reallife Network.com. The gospel will not be censored. And that's why you need to go and become a part of this incredible platform.

Well, Jack, always leave it to you to stir stuff up, my friend.

Well, listen, I've learned a lot from you, buddy, but You know, I I I I would rather have my armor at the end of my life dented up Soiled, bruised, and messed up, but having been victorious.

So, you know, listen, God's given us the victory. Let's walk in it and let's be afraid of no one, but let's fear the Lord in honoring Him. Amen. All right, Jack Hibbs. Jack, appreciate you coming on today.

Thank you. Thank you. All right, there you go, folks. Jack Hibbs, what a great congregation, what a great church, and he speaks truth to the culture. And if we had more pastors like Jack Hibbs in California, People like, by the way, Dr.

Paul Chappell at Lancaster Baptist Church in northern Los Angeles County. If you can imagine an entire state filled with pastors or an entire nation filled with pastors like this, men who are not ashamed, who are not afraid to say what needs to be said, imagine what this country could look like. All right, we're going to take a quick break here: 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

This is the Todd Stern Show. You know, it's interesting when you look at Pete Hegseth, and a lot of the leftists are coming out and they're saying, Well, look at these Republicans, look at these Christians, they're hypocrites. Pete Hegseth has this horrible backstory. And the reality, though, is that they just don't understand Christianity. And it's really not about republicanism at all.

It's really not. This is about a fundamental tenet of the Christian faith. which is that that God forgives us. If we confess our sins and And I think everybody who's a Christian, you have been down this path in your life, you've been through things. Um, in the eyes of God, they're all the same, right?

Your sin is sin in the eyes of God. My sin is not worse than Dylan's or anybody. I mean, that's just the way things are in the Christian faith. But I think what happens is these Democrats overstep all the time. And they did this with Brett Kavanaugh, they did it with Clarence Thomas.

They did it with Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett. And going back years to Robert Bork. One of the most preeminent legal minds of the last century, and they made this guy out to be some sort of a racist Neanderthal. Look, the American people are waking up to what the Democrats are doing here. And I will say this: Donald Trump, he has created one of the most important cabinets in American history.

Hang tight, everybody. We'll be right back. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowbirch. That's right. I love this American ride.

Touch start. Oh yay! Hello, everybody. Welcome to hour three of the big show. Great to have you with us.

And also, want to welcome one of our brand new affiliates, radio station KSAL in Salina, Kansas. That's AM1150. Great people out there in Kansas. And I think we have four or five stations in Cannes now that carry the show. Millions of you listening on radio stations, on our streaming platforms, and social media, Rumble.

Great to have all of you guys with us for this hour of the program. I want you to write down our telephone number. You will need this if you plan to call in today. That's 901-260-5926.

901-260-5926. Coming up a little bit later this hour, our good buddy John Rich is going to drop by from Nashville. He's got some things to say about Carrie Underwood. And by the way, we got a text.

Someone said, Ton, what about the interview with Jack Hibbs over at Calvary Chapel, Chino Hills? Yeah, we're posting that on our on our podcast so you'll be able to download that immediately after the show today.

Well just a few seconds ago Pam Bondi caused Adam Schiff to squirm just a smidge. As a matter of fact Pam Bondi has been crushing it during her confirmation hearings. Schiff is going on and on and on and here is Pam Bondi. Here's what happened. I'm asking you sitting here today whether you are aware of a factual predicate to investigate Liz Cheney.

Senator, no one has asked me to investigate Liz Cheney. That is the highest. The president has called for it publicly. You are aware of that, aren't you? No one has asked me to investigate.

We're also worried about Liz Cheney. You know what we should be worried about? Ms. Bonnie, please. The crime rate in California right now is where the roof is.

Your robberies are 87 percent higher than the national average. That's what I want to say. What are you based on senators? Do you have the power to say no to the general? Wow.

You go, Pamponte. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line and say hello to Rob Collins. He's the former NRSC, the National Republican Senatorial Committee Executive Director, also the founder of Coin, which is a credit card and financial company built by conservatives for conservatives. We'll talk about that in just a moment. A brilliant guy.

Rob, good to have you on the show today. Thank you so much for having me. Honor to be on. Rob, I'm curious to hear your thoughts. I mean, you've been knee deep in politics, neck deep in politics for a long time.

I am just really, really impressed with the nominees that President Trump has put forward. Yeah, I think they've done well these first couple days. Rubio, Bondi, Heg Seth. if the Democratic Party is stellar, well, they do not have their groove back. I mean, I think they seem extreme, they seem a little unhinged.

They're I thought Bondi's response was great, which is, let's talk about problems in California. And he's trying to harp about some hypothetical about Lynn Cheney I mean, it's The Democrats have seem out of touch, and they've been out of touch, but they control big media and big tech and big government, so they've been allowed to be out of touch. But It's just more and more post election. They just cannot figure out what they stand for anymore, what it means, other than this blind kind of stumbling rage against Trump. That's just People voted.

And they don't want that. Yeah, so I think the Republicans are generally though. I think the Democrats are not reading the room right here, Rob, because Trump is winning. He's winning the culture. The jokes that they make about Trump are funny.

People are laughing, having a good time. Coca-Cola, the CEO of Coca-Cola, presented the president with his own designer inaugural Diet Coke bottle. This is just insane. And it's a lot of fun. It's kind of a good time to be a conservative.

I mean, this is how the other staff lives, I guess, for most of their lives, and we get it sporadically, but I'll take it where we can get it. I mean, we have the tech community coming around. We have people who are willing to stand up and embrace the President and help get his agenda accomplished. I mean, this is unbelievable. It's really great, especially when you compare it to twenty sixteen.

Remember all the Fortune one thousands were heading for the hills, and it's just different this time. And I think it's because of him. I mean, he has just hung in there and told his story and set out a vision, and people are like finally realizing He's what this country needs. Yeah, I think you're right there. And again, we know that there is going to be a honeymoon period here, which I'm kind of excited about.

And it seems as though the President is going in with and it's day one, we're ready to start moving. How much time would you say the White House is going to have to get a big chunk of the President's agenda through? I don't know. Usually you have until about July fourth. That's when you got to get all your work done and then.

It sounds crazy, but everyone starts to get ready for reelection in the House, but in particular. My guess is he's got a shorter leash, so I think they need to get most of their agenda done by May. Memorial Day is where I push them and try to get all those reconciliations and all the stuff you've heard about. It's just super tight margins in the House and Senate, so we really need coordinated activity and very focused government, but The fact that Trump's coming in day one, I mean, They traditionally, it's not until after the President's sworn in that they start all the meetings, just going around to the senators, hey, I'm Secretary of Defense, I'd like to be you know, and they kind of shake hands and do that. They did it all in December.

I mean, it was super fast. And so yes, I mean, clearly, Trump made a decision. He wants to hit the ground running and not uh you know, be on the pace that like Obama and Biden and Bush were. Rob Collins is with us, the founder of COIN, also the chief executive officer. You know, Rob, on this program, we really promote, and I wouldn't even, it's really not an underground economy, but we believe in doing business with fellow conservatives and with fellow people of faith.

And I'm excited to see the incredible success you guys have had with COIN. And I want you to explain to our listeners who may not have heard about COIN, what are you guys up to? Yeah, it so about two years ago, I started a company that's a it's a credit card company, just like every other credit card you've ever had in your life. It's a Visa credit card that gives you unlimited cash back. But every time our customers flight, At no cost to them.

we set aside a portion of the transaction. And once a quarter, we put all that all those transactions, all those set aside, we put into a bucket and we I've put up four good conservative charities. They're based in America, solving America's problem. And our customers vote on it. And if you get 40% of the vote, you get 40% of the charity bucket.

And this quarter, we just finished our vote this week: Stop Soldier Suicide is a big winner. And we're going to give away $180,000 this quarter. Wow. That's bigger than every quarter prior. I like to say, and this is important, and this is why what you said is so critical, which is we have to support each other and conservative businesses have to support each other.

We'll give more money. Think about what's in your wallet right now. We'll give more money to conservative charities this year than the top five credit card companies combined. That's remarkable. That's what we fight every day.

All right, folks.

Sorry about that. We had a little bit of a tech glitch. Those happen every now and again. We had Rob Collins on, and he is the founder of Coin. It's been around for a couple of years now, and they're just crushing it.

That's C-O-I-G-N, C-O-I-G-N.com. Coin.com. It is a credit card and financial company built by conservatives. For conservatives.

So that's pretty awesome. And certainly hope you go and check that out. We talk we have our good buddy Art Alley on from the Timothy Plan. And the whole point of the Timothy Plan, one of the top investment firms in America, run by Christian conservatives for over thirty years. And they help you invest in companies.

That share your values. That's why the left has been so successful at raising money is because the leftists support companies that share their values.

So, why shouldn't conservatives, why shouldn't Christians do the same thing, right? I mean, it makes a lot of sense. PatriotMobile.com, they have a they donate just like, and you heard Rob share this, once a month they pick a charity and they donate to that charity over $100,000 going to a nonprofit that cares for veterans dealing with suicide. Patriot Mobile, the same thing. They promote, they take some of their profits and they use that to support companies that share our values.

And that, to me, is just so vitally important. And if we are going to continue to make and make progress and make gains, That's the way We're going to be able to do it. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

I want to play some audio here. This is Pam Bondi from earlier today talking about the weaponization of the DOJ, cut number nine.

And we want to make sure that that's not the case, that you remain independent, that you remain able to and willing to tell the President no when that's necessary for to protect the Constitution and the integrity of the Department.

So that's where I'm asking these. Uh questions. All right, folks, they don't know what they've got with Pam Pondi. She is holding her own. All right, this just in.

This did not take long, and I'm not terribly surprised. Yeah. But Joe Biden just came out mere seconds ago. We'll try to get this audio for you. Oh, all right.

Here's President Biden taking credit for the hostage and ceasefire deal. And the Secretary of State, let's listen. Good afternoon. Yeah. It's a very good afternoon.

Because it long lasts. I can announce a ceasefire and a hostage deal has been reached. between Israel and Hamas. Um, okay, anybody buying that? Who do you credit, ladies and gentlemen, with the hostage release?

Joe Biden, who's been in office for Four years? Joe Biden, who could not get these hostages, released? Or Donald Trump. who said this just a few days ago From Vara Lago, Cut thirteen.

All right, so there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. And again, This is all thanks to Donald Trump.

The Muslims do not want to wrangle. With the Domold. Let's go to Indiana. Jim on the line. Hi, Jim.

What say you? Hey, uh, my wife just texted me and said that uh Biden was on T V and they was asking him some questions about Israel and Hamas and who was responsible for the ceasefire and a reporter asked him who was uh responsible for that, him or Donald Trump? And he said Well, that's a stupid question.

So he's taking the credit. Oh, of course he's taking the credit. But, Jim, you just heard, you know, we played this audio from Donald Trump just about a week or so ago. And Trump said, hey, look, here's the deal. Those hostages aren't out when I become president.

There's going to be hell to pay.

Well, and there would have been, and they're going to be released. I believe.

So yeah, mister Trump gets all the credit for that. Jim, thank you for calling in. Thank you for listening to us there in beautiful Indiana. Again, 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

I actually believe we have the full audio there. Let's take a listen to it all. The deal is structured in three phases. Phase one will last six weeks. It includes a full and complete ceasefire.

withdrawal of Israeli forces from all the populated areas of Gaza. And the release of a number of hostages held by Hamas, including women. and elderly and the wounded. And I'm proud to say Americans will be part of that hostage release in Phase I as well. And the Vice President and I Cannot wait to welcome them home.

In exchange, Israel released hundreds of Palestinian prisoners. And during Phase I, the Palestinians can also return to their neighborhoods. in all areas of Gaza. and the surge of humanitarian assistance in the Gaza will begin. And the innocent people.

can have a greater access to these vital supplies. You know, during the next six weeks, Israel will negotiate the necessary arrangements to get Phase two. Which is a permanent end of the war. Let me say it again: a permanent end of the war. There are a number of details to negotiate.

to move from phase one to phase two. But The plan says if negotiations take longer than six weeks. The ceasefire will continue. as long as the negotiations continue. I've spoken to the Emir of Kuwait.

and the President of Egypt. And we have pledged to make sure the negotiations will keep moving forward for as long as it takes. Then When phase two begins, There will be an exchange. For release of the remaining living hostages, including male soldiers. and all remaining Israeli forces will be withdrawn from Gaza.

and the temporary ceasefire will become permanent. And finally, Phase three. Any final remains of hostages who have been killed will be returned to their families. and a major reconstruction plan for Gaza will begin. All right.

The guy's delusional.

So now Joe Biden literally believes that he is responsible for the hostages being released and not Donald J. Trump. We're going to be taking your calls on this, ladies and gentlemen. 901-260-5926. And by the way, you heard our guy from Indiana talking about the question that was asked.

Here we go. Who is the History Book's credit for this, Mr. President, you or Trump? Is that a joke? Four.

Thank you. Thank you. Wow. What a loser. You know what?

Monday can't come quick enough, can it, ladies and gentlemen? All right, 901-260-5926. Our telephone number, that's 901-260-5926. Hey, during the break, head over. And if you haven't already signed up, get our free newsletter.

All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. Don't forget to watch the Todd Stern Show tonight on Newsmax, 5 o'clock Eastern, and we're going to have the very latest on the peace deal. God bless President Trump, and what a great day it is. And he hasn't even put his hand on the Bible yet.

So look, we just released a pretty lengthy list of performers that will be at the inauguration and some of the galas. Of course, a lot of folks are talking about Carrie Underwood, who is going to be performing America the Beautiful. She was incredibly gracious in her acceptance of the invitation. And she is catching holy you-know-what from a lot of leftists out there. And that brings into the conversation our good friend John Rich, who pointed out that Carrie Underwood is a great patriot.

And he also said that there are other top-tier country artists who support Trump, and he wishes they would have the balls to come forward and be counted. Let's go to our Patriot Mobile newsmaker line and welcome John Rich. John, good to have you with us. Hey, good to be with you again, man. And well said.

Look, I I know a lot of folks in the Christian music world, and I think there are just as many pro-Trump people there, but a lot of them don't want to come out and let people know. Yeah, why do you think that is? Any ideas? Just ask Carrie Underwood. It's fascinating, John, because you're right.

It really is a matter of standing up and being counted. And the guy took a bullet for us in the head. The least we can do is voice our support.

Well, listen, uh most of these artists that you're that are current anyway. Are going to have major record deals. They're going to have endorsements from big companies. And You know, they've looked at this. Situation as conservatives, I know a bunch of them.

I'm talking big time names. That Just refuse to come out and take a stand against all the stuff we've seen happen in the past four years. It has been a constant. Uh disappointment. To me.

that they would not step forward and be heard. You know, at some point, Don't you care about the future of your kids? and the future of your country. more than you care about making your record label happy. You know, a lot of the conservative artists I know, there are a few now that have come out.

It's not all of them. I mean, you've got. got a couple, two or three, that have come out, but the vast majority have not. Basically what I said was, hey man, there ain't nothing outlaw about keeping your mouth shut. to make your record label happy.

I mean, that is the antithesis. Of what Nashville was built upon when you go look at the The greatest of the greats, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Wayland Jennings. Christopherson, Loretta. I mean, you'd go on and on and on. They were All about doing what they wanted to do and saying what they wanted to say, record label be damned.

They didn't care. what the record label had to say. And I wish we could see that same spirit. Today, and you make a great point, you got a guy. who was willing to take a bullet, willing to be absolutely brutalized in every possible way you can imagine.

Not because he needs the money or needs the fame. or success. Because he is concerned. about future generations of Americans and what's going to happen to them. If he doesn't get in there and try to fix this mess, so yeah, I was really proud of Carrie.

for stepping forward And saying I'm going to sing at this inauguration. She gave a beautiful statement about it. But it did. It tore up a lot of her liberal fans, and she obviously knew that would happen. But good for her.

What's more important to Carrie? Upsetting some of her fans? or going on the record and saying, hey, I support this man and what he's been willing to do for our country and what he's going to do for it going forward. I tend to lean, as you well know, knowing me, I lean to the side of be an American first. Yeah.

Set an example for your kids. Think about the way the country was founded and what those men and women were willing to risk. Liberty or death. was not a bumper sticker, a website or a hashtag. Liberty or death is the attitude it took to found the country.

World War II, the greatest generation, can you imagine if those people had not had enough gumption to stand up and do what had to be done? And so here we are again at a precipice in this country. it is time for people to step forward. And that was my challenge. to the rest of the remaining conservative artists out there who have kept their mouths shut.

Hey guys. Why don't you stand up and be counted for once? Yeah, I mean, and it's and a lot of people are saying, you know, gee, yeah, come on, man. It's country music. Everybody's conservative.

Well, no, everybody's not. And a lot of these record labels, you know, these guys moved out from California to Nashville. And I wrote a chapter in my book about this a couple of years ago about the poor, you know, poor Governor Mike Huckabee. Where the Country Music Foundation said a guy like Hakabee is not welcome to serve on their foundation. I mean, this is a national.

Yeah, they k I mean, they kicked off Huckabee, and here's a guy Who has been a governor and understands how education works, the whole CMA thing. was about how to get music education into public schools. And so you have a former governor who oversaw the education of an entire state. And knows multitudes more of anybody in country music about how to make that happen. But they decided we don't want any conservatives in here to kick this guy out.

And they sure as hell did. They kicked my huckabee. Out of the CMA board, okay?

So that's the industry that guys like me and all these other ones I'm talking about are dealing with. But guess what? They lost. And they didn't just lose a little bit, they lost completely and entirely. the popular vote, the Electoral College, the sentiment of America, watching the world towtow now to Donald Trump and the United States, understanding that daddy's back in town.

There's an actual boss Headed back to the White House. I don't understand why any artist who's really a conservative and supports Trump. Yes. Still afraid. To step out there and say what needs to be said.

The artists that have stepped out. Let's talk about Jason Aldean, when Aldin finally stepped forward and said, okay, enough is enough. I'm going to tell you exactly what I think. And I talked to Al Dean about this before he did that. It's been a few years now.

And he says, what do you think's going to happen if I come out swinging like that? I said, well. You probably won't win many more CMA awards and they you know they may not invite you to the parties, but I bet your audience doubles. I bet your audience doubles, Jason, because the majority of Americans and definitely the majority of your crowd. Thinks like that.

They think exactly like you do, and they need leaders like you to step out and say it. And so you know what? He did. He stepped out, he took a stand and was not ashamed by it. He put out songs that backed up.

His position, and guess what happened to old Jason Alvin? His crowds doubled. He's never had bigger crowds. The guy's doing stadium shows. at this point.

So to any of the country artists left out there who who are the big-time names that are conservatives. It's time to grow a pair, be an American, stand up, make your ancestors proud, and give your kids something to model themselves after.

Well said. That could be a country music song right there, John. John Rich on our Patriot mobile newsmaker line. You know, John, also wanted to bring up something that our good friend Simone Gold is up to. There is a really groundbreaking healthcare platform.

Dr. Gold launching is called Gold Care. Tell us a little bit about Gold Care.

Well, so if you have a doctor I don't care if it's the best doctor in the world and you've had the doctor 15 or 20 years like I did. I had the same doctor for 15 years. More than likely your doctor. is taking kickbacks from Big Pharma. They're on the Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson payroll to some degree.

They probably work for a conglomerate medical company. And we all saw this play out during COVID, where all those doctors, including my doctor, Was under the thumb of all of that. And they would not prescribe to me what I wanted. They looked at me like an alien when I said I didn't want the vaccine. To the point where I fired my doctor.

I got rid of my doctor. And so Simone Gold said, listen. I put together a group of hundreds, it may even be more than hundreds of doctors now nationwide. That are independent doctors. And by independent, that means they're not taking kickbacks from big pharma.

They're not part of some large medical conglomerate. They are independent positions. Goldcare.com. And so she told me about this. I said, I'm going to check that out.

So I went on gocare.com and I started looking around and there are all these specialists in basically every subject you can come up with. If you want to talk to somebody about a heart condition, there's about sixty doctors that are specializes in hearts. You want to talk about diabetes, there's that, and so on and so forth.

So I went on there, I said, this is incredible.

So I signed up for it. me and my whole family, it's twenty bucks a month to be a member of GoldCare.com. And then you get to see these webinars. You get to learn about, they just did one on Ozempic. Like, what's really the deal with those Zemphic?

And a lot of people want to know about that. I was, I'm not. I don't want to take Ozimpic, but I'm curious about it. I've got family members thinking about it. You learn about stuff like that, and then you can set up private appointments with these doctors and get a second, third opinion.

They'll call in prescriptions when, God forbid, another pandemic breaks out. Hey, hit America with the bird flu. and see if they don't try the exact same thing where pharmacies refuse to fill prescriptions of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine and other things that we know work.

So I think goalcare.com is an incredible tool for every family to have in their back pocket. not only for an emergency, but just in general health, to have people Who you know are being honest with you and not on somebody's payroll? I think it's terrific, and I'm going to have to go check it out. I got a note the other day, my doctor's retiring, so this is going to be very helpful for me. Gold Care, excuse me, John, goldcare.com.

Go check it out, folks, and we'll post a link to it on our website. John, before we let you go, just curious to know that you and Cat Turd, our good friend, we've had Cat Turd on the show before. You guys are throwing a big inauguration bash. Is that right? We are.

We call it turd and rich. How do you like that? We just thought of th there's so many people. uh fans of his and mine that Can't go to the inauguration. but they want to celebrate Donald Trump winning this election.

They want to Celebrate for America.

Well, I own the Redneck Rivera downtown in Nashville. It's a it's a patriot honky-tonk. And so, yeah, on inauguration day, we're going to be down there watching the motorcade, watching the speech, watching the swearing in, and then playing live country music for the rest of the afternoon down there to celebrate this incredible win. I love that. And can people go to redneckriviera dot com for info?

Well, right now, the whole building is packed out to max. Unfortunately, we can't get anybody else in. But we may be live streaming some of it. If you follow me at John Rich on Twitter, I plan on live streaming it right there on my channel so you can kind of peek in and see what we're doing. But I think all the conservatives and patriots around America Whether you can make it to the inauguration or not, you should take time that day and celebrate with your friends, with your family.

What a massive train we avoided, hitting us right in the chest. with Donald Trump becoming the President of the United States. I mean, I don't know about you, but I feel like we got a real fighting chance right now to straighten this mess back out. John, I'm excited. And, you know, here in West Tennessee, where we base our show in Memphis, people are really fired up.

And I know we're sending a couple of busloads of people up to the inauguration. And I really do think that God gave us another chance to get this right. And it's going to be a lot of fun over the next four years.

Well, and Trump is doing what he said he's already doing what he said he would do.

So we just saw Trump said, I'm going to tell Hamas right now, if you don't release those prisoners before I'm inaug before my I'm sworn in, all hell is going to break loose in the Middle East. You're not going to like it. I just saw Biden on T V fifteen minutes ago saying, I've negotiated a hostage release with Hamas. I'm like, really? You did that, Joe Hunt, because that plan's been on the table since May of last year.

And you know what that is? That is an absolute play-by-play rerun. of Jimmy Carter Who couldn't get our people out of Iran? And then when Reagan's sworn in on January 20th, 1981. What do you know?

All the hostages get released.

So Biden is Carter and Trump is Reagan. And if Reagan's eight years is anything like what we're getting ready to see with Trump, This is going to be quite a boom to everybody.

Well said. All right, John, we got to leave it there, man. Always good having you on, and I can't wait to hear the great things that are happening at that inauguration party. Appreciate it, brother. Y'all have a great day.

All right. John Rich, everybody. Great American country music artist, singer, songwriter, patriot, and we love him coming on the program. It's going to be a lot of fun down at the Redneck Riviere. You know, honestly, as fun as it might be in D.C., I think they're going to have a better time over on Lower Broadway.

All right. I've got to take a break here, folks. 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Oh, Um Um Um All right, let's go to the phone lines, Rhode Island Carlotta.

Hi, Carlotta. What's going on? Hi, Todd. Happy New Year. Happy New Year, Carlotta.

Yeah, I I'm just wondering we we hear a lot about Elon and he's doing a wonderful job, but I And that seems to have dropped off the uh radar. The the coo the who who? I'm not familiar with the name. Vivek, whatever, but they were supposed to be in it together. Yeah, Ramaswamy.

Yeah, Vivek Ramaswamy. You know, it's interesting, Carlotta. You're not the only person to wonder what happened to Vivek.

So, there's a working theory I want to share with you. I've got an idea here. This H1B Visa story that erupted a couple of weeks ago. That really set off a lot of people in Trump world as an unforced error on Elon's part and Vivek's part. And Susie Wiles has been pretty she's a force to be reckoned with.

She's going to be Trump's White House chief of staff. And apparently, she sent out an email telling everybody, shut up. You know, just keep quiet until you're confirmed. Um stay off the socials. And it sounds like Vivek got the message.

Ah, so he's just laying low, you think? Ah, okay, 'cause I would hate for him not to be involved. I think they're both great guys, great additions. Oh, look, no doubt about it. And he's look, I think he's doing the right thing.

You never want to get ahead of the president on anything. And I don't care if you're Elon Musk or Vivek Ramasome, it doesn't matter. Donald Trump's the president here, and you don't want to overshadow the president of the United States. Right. Or or really have something blow up because you You step out yourself.

Uh well, exactly. How do you say, Hexep? Hex. Yesterday, when they asked him a question, he gave the ideal answer. He said, I'm not going to reveal anything that I think President Trump would do.

He's known for keeping his cards close to his list. Carlotta, I really do think that Pete gave a master's class in how to do a confirmation hearing, and so is Pam Bondi and Marco Rubio today. I'm just incredibly impressed with the President's picks thus far. Yeah. And I have to say, it it was also Uh the the fact that he picked Matt Gates as a throwaway card, that was also a stroke of genius.

Mm-hmm. And now where's Matt Gates doing a show on What America News?

So there you go. All right, Miss Carlotta, it is great here. I thank you. I was w you know, I was wondering where w where you were. I thought you pulled a vive.

No, no, no.

Well, you know, because there's so much to watch on T V now with all that's going on three posts at the end of Biden's uh well, during the election and at the end of Biden's whatever you want to call it at the beginning Of the Trump era.

So I've been watching TV more than listening to the radio. All right. Well, we got to fix that, Miss Carlana.

Okay. All right. Take care. Good hearing from you. By the way, tonight, 5 o'clock Eastern, speaking of TV, we've got Michael Reagan, who's going to join us talking about the Iranian hostage deal that his dad orchestrated.

Hogan Gidley is going to be here. Congressman Mark Harris from North Carolina and Paula Scanlon from the Riley Gaines Center at the Leadership Institute. We've got a lot going on. 5 o'clock Eastern, Newsmax 2. Be sure to watch the Todd Starge Show.

All right, folks, been a lot of fun. Get out there. Have a great day, everybody, and you be good, America.
