Our daughter, Jessie, loves playing detective. A clue. But since we discovered she has sensitive skin, we've been playing detective too. We thought the problem was our puppy. But it was actually our old detergent.
Aha.
So we switched to Tide Free and Gentle. Tide cleans better than the leading competitive free detergent, and it doesn't leave behind irritating residues. Plus, Tide Free and Gentle has no dyes or perfumes, so it's gentle on her skin. Case closed. If it's got to be clean, it's got to be Tide Free and Gentle.
Live from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun-toting, Bible-clinging, deplorable American. That's us, that's right, I love this American ride. Todd Starr. Oh yeah. Hello, hello Earthlings.
This is Todd Stearns. Wow, what a great weird day we're about to have together. Welcome to the program, ladies and gentlemen. I am Todd Stearns, your voice of truth and hope from border to border, coast to coast, across the fruited plain. And we have to talk about what's going on in New Jersey, ladies and gentlemen.
We've been having a lot of fun over the past couple of weeks trying to figure out why in the world the Klingons would want to, I don't know, conquer New Jersey, the Garden State. Maybe it's because of Atlantic City. They have a hankering for the delicious saltwater taffy. But I will tell you that something is not right here. And I think we need to set aside for just a little while the humorous anecdotes about whether or not there is life on other planets, whether creatures from another planet are visiting us.
I don't think that's it. And I think we have to have a very serious talk about what's going down here. There has been some concern for quite some time that something big was going to happen in this country, something at the level of 9-11 or even worse than 9-11. And we know there are very bad actors out there. We know, and the only reason we know this, by the way, is because we've had congresspeople on our program talking about it incessantly, that very bad actors have been coming across our border, people who want to do us harm.
And I'm talking about the Islamic radicals. And they want to do something to us. And they want to send a message.
Now, there are a lot of people that want to disrupt Donald Trump and his upcoming administration. And I have some concerns, and I want to talk about those. And I'm not meaning to be dark or ominous here, but there are just some things that are happening that are just not adding up. and you need to understand the reason why i have waited to jump into this is because i wanted to see what law enforcement was saying i wanted to see what the elected leaders were saying and now we've got congress involved the fbi says they don't have any idea what's going on here a local law enforcement are freaking out these are not just people that are posting you know a photoshopped images these are real videos coming from law enforcement these are reports coming from members of congress that there's something something happening over the skies and in the waters around new jersey and we're starting to hear of these things happening in other states now i want to say that i don't believe it's just new jersey because when i look at those images and if you've seen any of the videos, in many of the cases, there would be four, five, six lights, objects moving about at various speeds. I have seen that in Memphis, Tennessee.
And I thought, that's weird. And at first I thought, well, maybe we have a lot of police choppers, but I don't think we have that many police helicopters. And the way they were moving around, it was just odd. This is a little while ago.
So what exactly is in the skies over New Jersey? What is what's lurking out there?
So the FBI was asked about this yesterday. Take a listen to cut one. What is going on in New Jersey?
So, sir, the FBI and our Newark field office, along with the state and local partners there, are the bureaus actively investigating the situation you mentioned, just the unexplained sighting of drone activity over that part of New Jersey, including proximity to sensitive sites and areas of concern.
So we do not attribute that to an individual or a group yet. We're investigating, but I don't have an answer of who's responsible for that, of one or more people that are responsible for those drone flights. But we're actively investigating. What the Bureau has done to aid our state and local partners is what we generally do, enlist the help of the interagency, enlist the help of the public. There's a tip line there, that 1-800-CALL-FBI, tips.fbi, for information from the public that could help us resolve this.
It is concerning. Is the public at risk? Is public safety at risk? Are we concerned that there are nefarious intentions that could cause either national security or a public safety incident that would put Americans at risk? there's nothing that is known that would um lead me to say that but we just don't know and that's the concerning part what do you mean you don't know you're the freaking fbi here's a thought just a thought fbi stop knocking down the doors of pro-lifers stop spying on roman catholics and get your butts over to new jersey and find out what the heck is going on here shoot down one of the drones how difficult is that by the way you're not allowed to do that did you know that you joe joe citizen uncle sam you're not allowed to actually shoot down one of these drones the size of buicks that are hovering that are hovering over houses and by the way that's what's going on here and i'm just going to tell you right here and right now todd stars if i'm in my home and i hear this noise and I look up and about 60 to 70 feet off the ground there's a a drone the size of a Buick hovering over my home you know what I'm probably not going to sleep well that night then again I will say in the south even though we're not supposed to shoot things down sometimes things go missing especially in Memphis I mean it wouldn't be out of the it wouldn't be a stretch to say the drone got you know drone jacked I'm just saying but anyway back to back to all of this the fact that the fbi doesn't know how can they say that those objects don't pose a threat when they don't know what they are and how is it they don't know what they are these things have been flying up there for weeks now for weeks and the citizens are terrified you think about the poor grandmas and grandpas but not even the grandmas and grandpas let's get real here folks one of those things flying over your house at one o'clock in the morning you're getting nervous so i want to throw this out there we're going to be talking in just a few minutes i asked our good buddy and he this guy is an aviation expert his name is general john teichert just retired he was the commander the base commander at edwards and andrews and he also is a is a test pilot so he's flying in all sorts of contraptions and we're going to try to pick his brain on this but i want to i want to ask you very seriously if this may be a possibility because i'm starting to see some rumblings on social media about this is it possible and again these drones have been flying over military installations in new jersey why haven't we been shooting them down and i suspect the reason why is because those drones actually belong to us that these are for whatever we have no idea what they're experimenting with but whatever these devices are these drones they belong to the united states and that's why we have not shot them down so then the second part of that question okay is what are they doing up there well i have a theory on that and i want to share it with you i want to hear your thoughts i'm i'm wondering if if they're looking for something and specifically if they're looking for something that might be a weapon of mass destruction it might be some sort of a nuclear device you know last week we had that weird offshore earthquake off the coast of california and there was a spike in radiation levels by the way they were talking about all this it's a seven magnitude 7.2 quake and it did not cause a tsunami people were freaking out over there they were saying tsunami warnings but that was a very weird situation um there are again the geological experts say it's not unusual to have a spike in radiation levels after an earthquake okay that may be the case but it's kind of weird and some people are asking if the russians or the chinese set off some sort of an underwater nuke to get our attention i don't i don't think that's the case but that's a theory out there and the problem is nobody's answering questions nobody's got any answers so you've got a lot of speculation so in that area and especially around trump's golf course these military installations are they searching for a dirty bomb a weapon of mass destruction whatever it is i think they know but they're not telling us and so the question at that point is all right well why are they not telling us because people are freaking out now and it seems to me that the good people of new jersey would want to know what's going on but but hear me on this if the military was to come in and say well we you know we've got word that there may be a dirty bomb somewhere in new jersey what do you think would happen are you kidding me all hell would break loose you would have you would have an entire state evacuating so maybe that's one of the reasons whatever this thing is that they may or may not be looking for could be so horrifying that they may just not know or they may just not want to tell you all right we got to take a break here when we come back we're going to be talking to general teichert 901-260-5926 our number that's 901-260-5926 what a weird story Folks, hang on tight because we're heading into one of the most critical elections this nation's ever seen.
And let's be honest, there's no guarantee it's going to go your way. We've already seen how far the radical left will go to push their agenda. If Kamala Harris takes the White House, you can expect more government control, higher taxes, and a full-blown assault on your freedoms. The stakes could not be higher, and you need to make it a priority to shield yourself. Gold is already up 21% this year and still climbing.

and he goes on to say that there is evidence that the drones over New Jersey are actually Iranian. We're going to work on getting this audio for you. But again, Congressman Jeff Van Drew, the Republican congressman from New Jersey, saying they've got evidence that the New Jersey drones are from Iran and he has high level information suggesting Iran launched the Chinese drones from our eastern seaboard. All right. I want to go right now to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line and welcome our next guest, a good friend, also a brilliant mind, a retired Brigadier General, John Teichert.
General, good to have you with us today. Todd, it's always good to be on it, and I'm kind of amused that I'm your UFO guy. yeah you know i mean you did such a great job on newsmax last night uh i'm thinking we got to get you we got to get you on the radio to figure figure out what the heck is going on i think we have ruled out a klingon invasion of new jersey general i never thought that it was little green men but i was concerned as i mentioned last night that these easily could be adversary systems that are probing in their activities to see how we would respond. And maybe based on this information from the congressman, that's the case. Yeah, I mean, this is staggering.
And so many questions. First of all, how is it that we've got an Iranian ship somewhere off the eastern seaboard that we don't know about?
Well, Todd, I think it's horrifying that for the last four years, the Biden administration has been lackadaisical or negligent in defending our homeland. And whether that's a Chinese spy balloon or embeds or attacks onto telecommunication or infrastructure systems or attacks on our intellectual property, this is just another in a line of lackadaisical attempts or lack thereof by the Biden administration to protect Americans.
Now, the concern I have, and we saw this, I believe, in the October attack on Israel. First of all, the area that was attacked was a rural area, mostly farming communities. but we understand there were some drones used in those attacks. My concern, General, would be that we could see something like this happening. I mean, it's a good thing these drones are not armed.
Otherwise, we would be dealing with a massive national crisis right now.
Well, Todd, I think this could be a precursor to that. There have been at least two other situations in the last few months where drone swarms have been orbiting around military bases, one in Virginia and one a U.S. base in the United Kingdom. And my concern is that if they see the adversaries that we don't respond in a way that demonstrates a capability of strength or will, then it means that maybe we are vulnerable to something more extensive than just a probing activity. General, can you take us through the process here?
I mean, you were the base commander at Edwards and Andrews. If there was some sort of an unidentified object that had violated the airspace over the base, what happens at that point? Todd, it is a lot easier of a case when we're talking about overseas bases in combat areas where you have more authorities as a base commander to defend your base. Here in the United States in particular, it is very difficult, based on limited authorities the Biden administration has given base commanders, to do anything to protect yourself against aerial attacks or threats against your base. There are systems, mostly systems that we've deployed overseas, that could be used here to defend against these type of probing activities or ultimately attacks.
But unfortunately, we prioritize or certainly have in the last four years how to protect overseas bases instead of protecting American bases.
So you're saying that even if there's a because the question is, and we've been hearing the reports from lawmakers verified that these these drones have been over military installations in New Jersey. And people are wondering, well, how come they haven't shot it down? No, that's right. And it really does come down to law enforcement and military authorities and the difference in the two here in the United States, which creates a certain level of legal challenge, but not something that good leadership could overcome at the presidential level. Unfortunately, we haven't seen that for the last several years.
And you're saying this is because of policies from the current administration? It is a combination of policies and a combination of the type of equipment that you could use to shoot down these things that has been deployed, but not as deployed or actively used here in the United States as it has been overseas. You know, I thought it was fascinating. A couple of weeks ago, we did a story about a guy who had a drone hovering over his house and something was coming out of it. It turned out to be a Walmart delivery thing, a drone, but the guy didn't know.
So he shot it, shot it down, and he got arrested because people do not actually own the airspace over their homes. That's controlled by the government, and that guy actually committed a crime when he tried to shoot down the drone. I have to imagine there are a lot of scared people in New Jersey. I mean, if there's a drone the size of a Buick hovering over your house, then there's really nothing you can do about it. No, you're right.
And it goes back to the idea that not only are these things big and potentially armed, but they're also creating some sort of electromagnetic interference, at least according to reports in New Jersey, that is causing clocks to stop or GPS signals to be lost, which indicates maybe that these are intentionally being used to enact electronic attack capabilities, again, to potentially probe for our weaknesses here in the United States. General, we are coming up on a break. Can I ask you to hold over? I still have a couple more questions to ask. Do you have a few more minutes to hang with us?
Todd, for you, absolutely, yes. Oh, shucks. You see, I tell you, General, you're a good guy. Folks, hang tight. we've got General John Tankard with us and a lot of questions and again this breaking news coming out of the out of Fox that these drones may be coming from an Iranian ship our telephone number by the way 901-260-5926 that's 901-260-5926 hang tight everybody we'll be right back this is the Tom Stern Show.

I have some information, and again, this isn't just Jeff Van Drew, oh, let's get on Harris Faulkner's show and say something outrageous. I'm telling you, a straight deal from very high-positioned individuals who are telling me this. And the bottom line is they're launching them. They are across the country. We don't even have anything like this.
our government and also certainly our hobbyists don't so think about it it's not only do i have the information but it's also common sense we've got to get them down we've got to determine how they function what they do make sure that we can get them and you're right in a safe way when i say shoot them down get them down any way that you can but right now they're probably extracting information this is a clear and present danger to the united states and to our president-elect And it's a serious business. All right. You just heard Congressman Jeff Van Drew. I want to go back to our Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, a retired general, John Teichert, base commander at Andrews and Edwards. General, there have been people talking now on social media concerned about maybe, you know, if in fact, let's just say they're American drones, that these drones may be looking for or searching out weapons of mass destruction.
Is that a concern? And have you guys worked through those kinds of scenarios in the military? Todd, I think maybe the best thing that the government could or should be doing here is to figure out the point of origin or destination of these drones, which means where they launched from or where they end up. And if it is a ship off the coast in an Iranian drone and an Iranian ship, then now understanding the pathway of those drones and we have sensors that should be able to detect the entirety of this type of flight path then now we can do something actively about it which is more than just shooting down some individual drones but figuring out what their source is and then dealing with that source either by striking it or likely by seizing it and then making a very clear statement if we had a resolute president that this is not to be tolerated above the united states Now, is it true that there are sweepers, I guess, planes that are in the air and they sniff out these, I guess, what, radiation or nuke devices? Todd, it's more likely there are planes that are like that.
But we also have a lot of ground-based sensors and space-based sensors to be able to judge electronic emissions and the type of payloads that could be carried by something like this. I think if it is Iranian or Chinese or anyone else, that I think they would love for the United States to consider our vulnerability and stay on the sidelines by just the nature of being able to fly over the United States without us doing anything about it. And to me, it harkens back to that Chinese spy balloon where the Biden administration ignored it until the public clamored to do something about it.
Well, right now, the public should clamor that we must find out what these drones are, what they're up to, what their source is, and then actively do something about it. You know, General, I mean, and, you know, if you're Iran or China, as the congressman is suggesting, that's where these drones came from. What is the point of this to basically scare the living bejeebers out of folks or to tell our military, hey, look what we can do? I think it's a combination. I think if there are no actual payloads on these things, which it seems like they're not or they're pretty minimal, then it just sends a signal to the United States that we are vulnerable to Iran or to China.
And that makes it more likely we will sit on the sidelines if something happens elsewhere instead of actively engaged because we realize that we are vulnerable. What we need to do is reestablish deterrence, which is to figure out what these things are, attribute them to where they came from, and then do something actively about it so that those countries or whoever it is that is flying these drones don't keep us on the sidelines and send a signal that they are strong and we are weak. I mean, if you were a base commander again, you had drones flying over your base, what would you do? Yeah, my authority is to protect my base.
Now, there might not be legal authorities or policies currently in the administration that would allow me to do something about it. But when I commanded Andrews, I commanded the base that houses Air Force One. Or when I commanded Edwards, I house a base that has $2 billion B-2 and B-21 bombers. that it is my responsibility to protect my base. And even if the president hasn't given me the authority, I've got to talk to my lawyers and make a decision about the responsibilities that I have been given and the capabilities that I have to protect my base and our mission of the base and the people on the base.
Wow. All right, General, great information. We're going to be following the story. This is a head-scratcher, and this new information, very disturbing. General, we'd love to get you back on soon.
Call me back anytime, Todd. And again, this seems like a precedent based on the other types of drone swarms we've seen in the last few months. And our federal government has to do something about it. General, real quick, you've written some great books on leadership. You have a great devotion book out.
Where can people go to get more information about what you're up to? Todd, thanks for asking. JohnTitker.com is where you can see all my activities. I do keynote speaking. I do a lot of writing.
I do media interviews like this one. And my favorite is talking to you, Todd. but if they check out my website then they can find everything else that i'm up to got it uh folks that's john teichert.com that's t-e-i-c-h-e-r-t.com uh we'll post a link in our live show blog general all the best to you thank you thanks todd all right wow um you know ben teeter this is i mean we're talking about if if this is true if the and i don't look we've had Jeff Andrew on the radio show, on the TV show. This is not a man who's like prone to hyperbole. He's not one of the radical talk, you know, the far right ringers, as they say.
This is a pretty measured man. And the fact that he's out there with this information means somebody in the know is telling him. And it is that is a very dangerous proposition. Certainly. And I think a question you posited a couple minutes ago, what would you do if you looked up into the sky say you're a random joe without the intelligence that these lawmakers in washington are receiving you are concerned you're nervous so do you pick up the phone and call 9-1-1 i mean think you're out shopping at a kroger and all of a sudden you see what do you do you got iranian drones flying in tennessee those drones will be gone it's jersey so they have a well i'm surprised that jersey you know i know there's some gun toting folks in jersey i'm surprised they haven't taken down those drones.
Yeah. I mean, at this point, our nation's, if this is true, the nation's been invaded.
Well, I mean, real quick, the Chinese spy balloon, how long did that traverse our country? It's a fair point. I want to know why aren't we engaging? I had no idea. And you heard the general say that there are policies in place that make it very difficult for base commanders to defend their bases on American soil.
You can't even put a drone up in the sky in Memphis, downtown Memphis. Memphis police officers are chasing you down. unless you're Iranian yeah all right let's go to Tim Moorhead City North Carolina all right Tim you just heard the general what's your take wow that was really interesting as I was waiting to come on uh to get uh maybe another clue or two I think you're exactly on the right track from earlier um is anybody else having the same feeling as I am where it's like these guys are coming up with new ways to phrase the idea. Boy, we sure would like to know. I mean, it's gotten ridiculous at this point.
I think the FBI probably knows. I think the only reason that they may not know is if some other organization has basically said, butt out, we're not telling you. But I'm with you. I think it's known. And it would be nice if we could return to the era that we all you know years ago we would say something mysterious would be happening We would go oh yeah they already know what this is all about And we did that with a lot of confidence that the government would do the right thing.
Man, were we naive. I think those days are long gone. But I think it's known what they are. um these things apparently are lit up like christmas trees uh very very much like christmas trees red and green lighting i guess that's uh navigation to keep from the lid uh well from happening tim let me throw this out there let me posit this idea you're right all the lighting is red and green guess what colors the iranian flag are red and green and but my thought well i it's It's all very interesting. Thank you for taking this on and really enlarging this story.
But I just, I can't believe that everybody that shows up to a microphone says the same thing. It's like, yeah, we're investigating. We'd like to know. How long does it take? I'm with you.
You said that earlier. But gee, what, how long does it take? Go get one and take it apart and let us know. It can't be that hard. but it's like they're running out of phrases to cover yeah and the iranian thing maybe maybe but see this has come from not direct but sort of indirect some maybe some leak maybe not um and that's a little suspicious i think that could be sort of low-hanging uh fruit well you've got a you've got a u.s congressman tim that's out there saying no no no no no we've got he's got intel he's got information coming and i would suspect that the the locals in new jersey but we're talking about a sitting united states congressman jeff andrew is not going to come out on national television and say what he just said if he didn't have the goods to back it up or if he did not trust his sources on that so i think we do have to take that into consideration but i'm telling you right now there's no way the there's no way our government does not know what's going on here and if it is in fact true that you've got iranian drones flying and violating american airspace we are in a de facto state of war ladies and gentlemen all right we got to take a break tim good call 901-260-5926 this is the todd stern show i don't really like working i'm gonna need a priority parking space i only work remotely.
How are your safe spaces? Can I bring my dog to work? Will your company protect me against microaggressions? You're triggering me. Is this interview almost over?
You don't run a daycare. You run a business.
So why use high-priced recruitment agencies who charge you up to 40% of an employee's first year salary?
So they're focused on getting you the costly talent, not the best fit, which means you get more of this. What's your policy on paying employees to attend protests. And I demand eight weeks of vacation. I need at least 12 weeks of paid vacation. I'm going to need a lot of mental health days.

That's 833-880-0600 for a free consultation. Redballoon.org. All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. And again, the breaking news.
You just heard Congressman Jeff Van Druse, his sources now saying that the drones were coming from an Iranian ship. Those drones may be Iranian and Chinese. We're going to follow this story throughout the day. What an insane, insane thing that is happening over the skies of New Jersey. But there's also something very exciting happening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where Louisiana's capital city is about to be governed by a Republican mayor for the first time in a generation.
I want to bring into the conversation on our Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, Brian Haldane, who is the news director or morning host of the best talk radio station in Baton Rouge, Talk 107.3 FM. Brian, I hope you're doing good. I'm great, Todd. How are you doing today? Man, I'm doing fantastic.
I just had to smile when I saw this story the other day. Tell us about this high school football coach who is going to be the next mayor. I mean, it's a really remarkable story, and I'm going to include as much as I can in it because there's so many levels and facets to it. First time in 20 years, first time in 20 years, Baton Rouge is going to see a Republican mayor, and when you talk about having to move heaven and earth to get there, that's exactly what happened. Sid Edwards, Coach Sid Edwards, and he's still insisting everyone call him coach and not mayor, president-elect.
He was on the ballot on November 5th, and that's the largest plurality of votes. Not unusual for a Republican to win there, but in the runoff, that's where the Democrat usually passes him back up because in Baton Rouge, you have more Democrats than you have Republicans.
However, this time around, there was something a little bit different happening. Todd, you remember the last time we talked? We had just formed a new city within East Baton Rouge Parish. That's right. I remember that.
The city of St. George, fifth largest city in the state.
Now, they're going to come into play here in just a second because in Baton Rouge, we have a consolidated form of government. We don't have a mayor. We have a mayor president, both the mayor of Baton Rouge and the president of East Baton Rouge Parish.
So on your November 5th ballot, if you're a Democrat, you're showing up to vote for Kamala Harris. You're showing up to vote for Cleo Fields for Congress, and you're showing up to vote for Sharon Weston Broom for mayor. On the December 7th ballot, your motivation is decreased by two-thirds. I know I'm talking math on the air. It's entertaining everybody, right?
Your motivation is decreased by two-thirds.
However, if you are a Republican, or more specifically, if you are in the city of St. George, there's a 2% sales tax on the ballot that is your entire funding mechanism for your city, the entire funding mechanism for your city on the ballot.
So the most conservative portions of the parish had all the reason in the world to show up and vote. And add to that, the state GOP got behind Sid Edwards big time, which is great to see the state party behind a local candidate. They got behind them big time. And, I mean, it was the perfect storm of everything converging together. And Sid Edwards wins 54-46 when it's all said and done.
And you guys, again, have not had a Democrat run the city. Is the city just in bad shape? Yeah, it's been generations worth of crime on the rise, out migration to be sure. You see more empty. I mean, look, it's not in bad shape, but it was definitely declining shape.
And it wasn't getting better over the course of the last 20 years. And you can add to that mix, Todd, all the different tragedies that go along. We had a huge flood in 2016 where people moved and never came back. rewind the clock 20 years back to 2005, Hurricane Katrina ripped through New Orleans, and that changed the face of Baton Rouge as well.
So, yeah, there's been a number of different things contributing to Baton Rouge not being where it needs to be. And then meanwhile, you've got this guy, this football coach for the last 40 years, who has not just a message of positivity, but a record of service to the community. His actions spoke louder than her words. I thought it was interesting north of you guys up in Shreveport, you had the mayor there, Tom Arsenault, became what the first Republican to leave that city in more than a generation. He got elected back in 2022.
So this is sort of exciting to see this beginning to happen. And I'm wondering if folks are just waking up and understanding, you know what, maybe the Democrats don't have our best interest at heart. I mean, look, not only that, if you rewind the clock by a year, Jeff Landry won the governorship without a runoff.
So that was a clear mandate there. You saw what happened in Shreveport. You see what's happening here. New Orleans has a mayor's race on the ballot next year. I'm not holding my breath yet.
No, I hear you on that. By the way, you're a senator there, Cassidy. Nationally, he's sort of considered a rhino.
So is he safe or is he going to face some primary opposition whenever he's up next? Yeah, that rhino tag. OK, his voting record up until very recently has been as conservative as the day is long. But he committed the cardinal sin of voting to impeach Donald Trump not once, but twice.
So, yeah, he is very vulnerable around here. The guy who has already announced he's running against him, John Fleming, is our state treasurer and a former congressman from North Louisiana. Fleming is very popular amongst Republicans around here. And those two impeachment votes might come back to haunt Cassidy when it's all said and done. Wow.
All right. Well, Brian, I appreciate the great intel. And Estruma High School, so he was the coach at Estruma. Yes, that's North Baton Rouge.
So when you talk about Baton Rouge being south is a lot more Republican and a lot more Democrat to the north, he was in the thick of some of the worst neighborhoods, some of the poorer neighborhoods in town, and just affecting change up there. And before he was at Estruma, he was at Redemptress, which was just right up the road from Estruma.
So he knows Baton Rouge inside and out.
Well, there you go. I'm a Broadmoor guy, so I went to Broadmoor Junior High back in the day. Right off of Goodwood about three miles from my house.
Well, there you go. All right, Brian, always good having you on the show, and you keep things going good down there in Baton Rouge. Appreciate it, Todd. We'll talk to you soon. All right, Brian Haldane, everybody, news director, morning show host over in Baton Rouge at talk1073.com.

Live from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's us, that's right. I love this American ride.
Well, hello everybody. Welcome to Hour 2 of The Big Show. Thank you for joining us. Ben Dieter, I was checking the mail this morning, and we have gotten a lot of Christmas cards. And we love putting up our Christmas cards here at the...
We already have a Christmas tree downstairs, and we've got a huge, huge, beautiful nativity scene. I'm shocked. Do people still sing Christmas cards? Oh, yeah. Everything is like e-cards now.
Yeah, I don't like the e-cards. I like, and I'm wondering how many of our listeners actually go out, buy the Christmas cards, address them. It's expensive. Stamps. It's a little expensive.
I got an email, or an email, I got a Christmas card from Jennifer in Temple, Texas. And it is a Charlie, what I love about this, it's a Charlie Brown-themed Christmas card, but it's also a Charlie Brown-themed envelope. It's got Charlie Brown right there on the cover. Wow. And you know, it's also interesting.
She has a Texas Longhorns logo attached. Oh, no, it's a 3D sticker. Is that what they call them? 3D stickers. Yeah, that's an expensive sticker she put on that envelope.
Well, I mean, it's a beautiful card, and it's got Linus and Snoopy and Charlie Brown. What does it say?
Well, it reads the, she's got the Christmas story there. And then she says, Dear Todd, listening to your show Monday through Friday is my habit. Thank you for making America aware of the left's absurdities. May God continue to bless you and give you good health. Avid fan Jennifer.
And then she says, May Christ rule in our hearts beyond the Christmas season.
Well, thank you for that. What a great note. What a great Christmas card. Was there any money in there? There was no money.
There was no gift card. Oh, come on.
Sorry. Come on, Jennifer. thank you Jennifer and then wait are you sending Christmas cards because we have a we have a camera we have you know Olin Mills remember going I even remember that old school no I remember my family you would go to the mall and there would be or JCPenney's and in the back of the JCPenney's where you could get your hair cut or your hair dyed there would be a photo gallery and you walk in there and for For $99, you could get 14 different poses. You could pick your different backdrops, and you had props. They would throw the kids in a wheelbarrow, and you would be transported to a winter wonderland.
Do you remember that? You had to wear Christmas sweaters. Everybody matched, and you paid for a bundle of photos, and that was your Christmas card. Do you guys remember, I'm not sure if they still had these at the mall, but back when I was a teenager, you would go to the mall, and they would have these glamour shops.
So you would go in and you would get your pictures made like you were a fashion model. The girls were all over this. I have to imagine there's somebody in our audience who went out there and had their pictures made. And one of these, what do they call that? They're like a modeling agent.
You go in and it was a huge thing at the time. That's crazy. People would have your makeup and blow up your hair. Oh, yeah. You'd be wearing a feather boa.
And it was all girls. This wasn't before.
Well, I remember the photo booths in the mall.
So it was different than the photo booth where you jumped in with all your friends. Right. Yeah, this was you had to make an appointment and people were just all over this. It was like the rage back in the day. All right.
So long story short, you're not sending photo cards. Probably not. Oh, come on.
Probably not. We also got a Christmas card from Kamala Harris. I kid you not. Directed to Todd Starnes? Uh-huh.
Yeah. And, of course, it's as innocuous. It says, Season's Greetings. That's a beautiful card.
Well, speaking of the card, and, well, if you're watching us, I'm holding it up here for the viewing audience on Rumble. The cover is the Vice President's residence called Winter's Glow, and it was painted by a 17-year-old high school student, tanya salmerin so well done tanya she's in 12th grade at calvin coolidge senior high school and i guess there was a contest and she won and so her beautiful uh painting of the naval observatory is um on the cover of the card now what did kamala tell you well first of all her penmanship is bad and ducky's is even worse oh no may the holidays fill your as a matter of fact cassie said is is is that her last name and i'm like no that's doug's that's doug's first name come let him off may the holidays fill your home with happiness and your heart with joy from our family to yours we wish you a wonderful holiday season and new year nothing about christmas nothing she was gonna thank you for your quick commentaries no something like that I was hoping for maybe a collard green recipe.
Now, that would have been a Christmas card photo. That's what she should have done. With the bottle of Josh in the bathtub with the collard greens.
Now, yeah, people say Christmas recipes. She should have done a collard green recipe.
Now, I also got a Christmas card from Joe Biden. I have no idea why I'm getting Christmas cards from these people. I always get Christmas cards from the Democrats, never the Republicans. You should be on the naughty list, not the nice list. Oh, you should have seen the Ramadan card that Barack Obama sent me.
I'm just kidding. That's going to get me all media-ite. Anyway, it's a beautiful card. It really is a beautiful card.
So the Bidens had nothing to do with it. And I'll hold this up for our audiences watching us on Rumble. Is there some powder in there? I just saw some snow.
Well, I was concerned about that. And so when it came out, I saw it was from the White House, and I just held it by the edge, and I just shook it to make sure that it was kind of like a snow globe. Yeah, you never know if it's anthrax or whether it's, you know, the sun's crack cocaine. Said, we wish you a holiday season full of peace, faith, and love. Oh, Merry Christmas and happy holidays.
Love, Joe, Jill, and Willow. Who's Willow? That's a creature. I think it's a dog or a cat. I'll investigate.
It's got a paw. All I know is it's got a paw. Anyway, there you go. All right. So that's it.
Oh, it's a cat. It's the White House cat. Oh, it is the cat? Yeah. Okay.
All right. Well, thank you very much, President Biden and Kamala, for sending it. We will post their cards. But you know what? You know who gets the place of honor is Jennifer from Temple, Texas.
And we look forward to it. If we get more cards, we'll be reading. them on air and we certainly appreciate that and we just we really have a great audience i mean it's the best all right um i want to go to the phone lines here and then we're going to play some new audio if you missed the first hour so now the word is from a sitting united states congressman that the drones ben deter are apparently iran iranian drones so we've been invaded and we're learning about this from who from fox news why aren't we learning about it from the Pentagon or the Oval Office. Where's Jake Sullivan when you need him? Joe Biden's under his desk.
A couple of hairs is where he got. She's in the bathtub. Oh, God. Let's go to Jim in Lakeland, Tennessee. KWOM, our great affiliate.
And Jim, I understand you're a certified drone pilot. Is that right? That is correct. And it's domestic drones. And the ones that you have now that are brand new that are being sold have a remote ID.
And you register that with the FAA. And when that drone is flying, they can track that drone, and they know exactly who it belongs to because each drone has to have, like you register your drone, has to have a sticker on the side of it with like what an airplane does, a certification number. and they can tell you who that drone belongs to so i have heard this from another source as well jim so if you're just out there and you're you're a domestic drone pilot and you want to pop your drone up say at memphis international airport they're going to know lickety split who you are that's right now number one you're not allowed to fly a domestic drone within like five to seven miles of any kind of a municipal airport and you're only allowed to fly up to 400 feet in height and that's it and and how long you get clearance so jim how long does your battery last in a drone on average depends on what model anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes so when you're hearing reports that these drones are up for hours at a time what is that what does that tell you That tells me it's some sort of a military-style drone. Because that, to me, I mean, to stay up for hours, that has to be one heck of a battery pack. It does.
I mean, look at the size. Have you personally seen drones that size? I mean, they're saying they're as big as a truck, some of them. No, I have not. That'd be the size of a military drone, something like that.
that's that's a huge drone you know you just can't fly it in the backyard you know jim does it alarm you yeah it does because i don't understand why they don't bring them down unless it's our own drone yeah that's it it's either yeah and again for the congressman to come out i know jeff andrew and he's not one i mean he may be wrong he his sources may be wrong here jim but if andrew is out there saying his sources are telling him these are coming out of the water and And we've had multiple eyewitnesses from law enforcement say they have personally seen the drones coming out of the water, or at least from the ocean, onto the shore. That would not surprise me at all, you know, to bring them in like that, that kind of technology, you know. But that's nothing. None of the domestic drones that I know of can even fly in the water or even come. Once you hit the water with them, they're done.
But, you know, I mean, they're not waterproof.
Now, they may make one that is for rain or something like that, but not to come out of the water. Like up on the beach, and then all of a sudden sprout legs, and then propel a spin and start flying. Oh, Lord. That is like War of the World stuff right there, man. Oh, yeah.
I mean, that would have to be some sort of a military commercial-style drone.
Now, what they ought to do is bring one of them down, and they could. bring one of them down and then identify who it belongs to and if it comes from an iranian ship go sink the ship jim people don't believe me i've been trying to tell them that if they if they were if there were iranian drones flying in tennessee we would already have them we would have conquered them iran would have already surrendered well i'll say this you let them try that with trump and it'll be done and he will bring them down he he's not he's not going to fool with that i would be willing to bet my life on it yeah i'm with you i i don't think we need to be messing around here i think we need to show it needs to it's time for shock and awe that's what it's time for uh but it but it does tell me that we don't have control not only do we not have control of our southern and northern borders we don't have control of american airspace and that is especially concerning well they're only doing that because biden's still in office well and then that's sure and that's true that's true all right jim appreciate the intel and thank you for that and if you learn anything else give us a holler uh jim wow i had heard that from other people on social media that the drone battery power is not all that long uh ben so for something this massive to be up there that's not too good yeah that's not too good well they they should be having some form of a white House briefing later today.
So we'll see if KJP answers any questions about this. Yeah. Also, this just in at an emergency congressional hearing on this issue, Congress members are reporting from the Coast Guard that at least 50 drones have been reported coming out of the Atlantic Ocean. Again, I don't it's not even a sense of alarming people, But people need to know if if we are if we are susceptible to attacks from Iran coming from these drones. It's not all that difficult to put a payload system on these drones.
And that's what the general was talking about in the first hour. All right. We've got to take a quick break here, folks. 901-260-5926 is our number. Oh, Elizabeth Warren, by the way, now weighing in on this killing of the United Health Care CEO.
So she says people can only be pushed so far. I'll have more to say about that coming up next. I don't really like working. I'm going to need a priority parking space. I only work remotely.
How are your safe spaces? Can I bring my dog to work? Will your company protect me against microaggressions? You're triggering me. Is this interview almost over?
You don't run a daycare. You run a business.
So why use high-priced recruitment agencies who charge you up to 40% of an employee's first-year salary So they're focused on getting you the costly talent, not the best fit, which means you get more of this. What's your policy on paying employees to attend protests? I demand eight weeks of vacation. I need at least 12 weeks of paid vacation. I'm going to need a lot of mental health days.
Do you have a game room? My pronouns are Z's and Z's. Isn't it time you hired grownups? Call redballoon.org and skip those high-priced recruitment agencies. Call 833-880-0600 for a free consultation.
That's 833-880-0600 for a free consultation. RedBalloon.org All right. We've got even more breaking news, and this is a little weird. This is from the state of Maine. All you folks in Maine, pay attention.
you know you've been getting a lot of snow up there apparently and there has been an incident where apparently brown snow is falling as in brown snow falling about 80 miles north of portland in a town called rumford and it turns out a local paper mill apparently sent black liquor into the air and so now the snow has turned brown and the local authorities are saying whatever you do don't eat the brown snow black no it's not booze dylan no it's not booze uh black liquor is apparently some sort of a byproduct of the paper production process i'm not an expert in paper production but but it's not booze they say it is non-toxic but um it could cause you to develop a rash so that's why they don't want you nobody wants a rash on their tongue especially for the holidays so local school district was notified telling kids kids don't eat the brown snow you know what they ought to do is they ought to tell the kids it's liquid poo by the way you're not well we because we all know i mean the general rule of thumb and you folks in in portland and listening to us on wlob you know that you're not supposed to eat the yellow snow that's not lemon ice hate to break it to you so there you go uh 901-260-5926 is our telephone whatever that's 901-260-5926 can we talk about caitlin clark for for just a moment she is the the white wnba star and she's really sort of like has been a rock star and she's a phenomenal basketball player and she's gotten all sorts of accolades as a matter of fact she was named rookie of the year for the wnba and now she was named time magazine's athlete of the year which is a huge honor so anyway caitlin clark has really disappointed a lot of people because she went out there and she took a knee to the critical race theory crowd and she apologized for being a honky a person of the Caucasian persuasion So we got the story at ToddSterns along with a poll on the issue She says, I want to say I've earned every single thing, but as a white person, there is privilege. A lot of those players in the league that have been really good have been black players. This league has kind of been built on them. Time magazine went on to say that Clark is cognizant of the racial underpinnings of her stardom.
So what they're saying is that she's not a star because she knows how to dribble a ball. She's a star because of her skin color. That's what they're saying. And she goes on to talk about how we need to elevate black women. we need to make sure that we continue to do that and riley gains among those really upset and says that hey look you know nothing against caitlin she's a great athlete and a good person but she is way off base here and look i i mean caitlin clark seems like a very nice a very kind lady a good-hearted person but here's here's where i'm at on this if she really is remorseful for being born white then what she needed to do was rescind the time magazine athlete of the year award and say no no give it to a black person give it to a black person and then all these endorsement deals she's got out the wazoo she's making tons of money she needs to go to all of those endorsements and say you know i i just i i can't give it to a black person give it to them they deserve it I mean, that's what and then I would just resign from the WNBA with the stipulation that she'd be replaced by a minority player.
I mean, I mean, if you're going to apologize for being a white person, you got to go all the way with it. Caitlin, you got to. We'll be right back. Balance of Nature's fruits and veggies supplements changing the world one life at a time. Oh, I love it.

And the point of our justice system is a level of accountability to prevent a person who does not have remorse about taking another person's life. I mean, even people who have engaged in manslaughter or have taken a life accidentally and expressed remorse. And so the fact that a person may express no remorse indicates that there's a risk that it may happen again. And if we do not want to unleash that level of violence, then we should exert a level of accountability to prevent that from happening again. All right, that's Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez attacking Daniel Penny, the Marine Corps veteran who was found not guilty of charges related to that horrible, tragic story on the New York City subway car.
I want to go to our Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line and welcome our good friend, former congressman and great American patriot from Liberty University, Dr. Dave Bratt. Dave, good to have you back with us. Yay, Todd. Thanks much for having me.
You bet. You know, I just don't get this. You've got Black Lives Matter out there, and they're telling people to go on rampages and burn down the city. AOC, all these other Democrats out there, they really do think that Daniel Penny is the bad guy here. Yeah, no, well, I mean, that's a fundamental divide.
It's basically two camps in this country, one that loves God and one that's in open rebellion against God and his laws. I mean, it's just Genesis 2 and 3, and then St. Paul and Jesus and the whole shoot match. And so we have this thing called the rule of law that's evolved from the tablets of Moses in the U.S., and there's the basic laws, but then there's the rabbinic, you know, teachings on the laws, and these things involve intricacies of, you know, if you're attacked and you use harm and you hurt someone else, but you did it out of self-defense and you need a certain amount of witnesses. and all this has evolved into a beautiful thing in this country that eventually gave everybody their rights.
All minority people in this country are protected and have rights under law. And the left kind of uses whatever piece of this is useful to them for their political projects, but they do not honor God or his law. And so that's the way I view it. When I hear these things, for me, it's just simple, of course. You know, a jury of his peers heard exactly the facts of the case, and they said, no, you're not guilty.
You know, Congressman, while, you know, they're portraying and the media is portraying Daniel Penney as a bad guy, and yet they have extreme sympathy for Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old who was accused of killing the CEO of UnitedHealthcare. It's like our moral, we are dealing with moral rot in this country. Yeah, well, and the way you tell who's got it right is I just mentioned a theory, and the theory should explain the facts. And so my theory in the other case was there's one camp that loves God and his law, and the other is an open rebellion. And so on the second one, the Luigi thing, it's the exact same thing.
There's a rebellion against the law, against God, and the rebellious folks are just shaking their fists upstairs, and they're upset. They want to take justice in their own hands. And then you've got a bunch of groupies who think that's cool because they're in open rebellion. They're usually on the younger side or on the leftist, neo-Marxist side. And that is our society.
We're paying the price for taking God out of the schools, for not being serious about Christian ethics. I taught philosophical ethics for 20 years, right? Kant and Aristotle and the utilitarians and all that stuff. And those schools of thought are great, but they just have one problem. They don't have any followers.
On the other hand, you have 7 billion on this planet out of 8 billion that are followers of religion. And in this country, it's the Judeo-Christian religion. And the left uses that religion to make moral arguments. And they're just not even aware they do it. And so we got some heavy-duty education projects in front of us, and we've got to get at it.
Big time. And on our Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line is Dave Brandt, a former congressman and now at Liberty University. Dave, when you look at where we are in the country right now, and a lot of people are saying, well, they're trying to justify the murder by saying the insurance industry is causing all these problems. But the reality is the person ultimately responsible for the condition of our health care system is not the insurance companies. It's Barack Obama and Obamacare.
Yeah, no, that's right. They want big government solutions. And then if you look at the even bigger money, you know, RFK Jr. is assaulting big pharma and big ag. And the left has no problem taking the money, right?
MSNBC is funded by pharmaceutical ads more than anything else.
So they accept the big money from this, and then the left, if these folks in open rebellion wanted to take it out, they need to take it out on their own crew who's taking money from big pharma. But you'll never see that kind of consistency. They just want the symbolic win. They want to go down in flames and think they're going to live for eternity for their great deeds or something on this order. it's some sort of mental illness.
Dave I want to get your take on this we've got some breaking news and I think you're going to want to weigh in here. Time Magazine has just named President Trump as their person of the year and a lot of people thought it was going to be Kamala Harris but it turned out to be Donald J. Trump.
Well I mean that's so obvious the whole globe is pointing and looking at Trump. The other day, it looked like Joe Biden was friends with him again. I saw some goo-goo eyes there. Notre Dame, Notre Dame. And no, he's the man of the hour, and now it's all on him, right?
He came in the first time, and he didn't have folks around him that supported him. This time, I think he will. And the work he's got to do, right, with this Syria outbreak. I was just over in Ukraine last week with Russia. Israel has weakened Iran.
I mean, the world is in total freefall intentionally, right? Border invasion, economic inflation, the whole shooting match. And so, of course, he's had the prognosis right way back when. But that doesn't mean turning around is easy. It's not Mike Benz has made it very clear.
He was just on Rogan, Joe Rogan. And everybody ought to go listen to that thing, right?
Now it's wide-open knowledge that our CIA was in on Ukraine in 2014, coup d'etat. The CIA in the Los Angeles Times yesterday is funding both sides of the Syrian war, right? They're on the Islamic war here front, and they're on the other side as well. And so we're paying, our government is paying two opposing views to blow themselves up. And in order, they wanted to take out all three, right?
They took out Egypt, and they took out Gaddafi and Libya, and then this was the third. They wanted to take out the three. But nowhere, they're great at taking people out, but nowhere are they great at building friendship. I wish U.S. foreign policy was just Christian.
Let's just make friends with people, right? Let's just spend, if you're going to spend the money, build up relationships with people who share your values. Instead of this warmongering, it's just obvious now that the defense establishment is in full charge. The State Department, the DOD, the CIA cutouts, USAID has a bigger funding mechanism than the CIA. No one knows any of this stuff.
And Ben's just lays it all out. In a nutshell, I'll just summarize it. But they're taking out democracy, right? You'll note Ukraine is not a democracy anymore. There's no election in order to save democracy, right?
They're ending democracy in the vote of the people in order to, as they say, preserve democracy. It is so Orwellian, I cannot tell you. Dave, we're going to have to leave it there. And, man, it's good to have you back with us. I know you've been out for a while, but welcome back.
Hey, thanks, Todd. Liberty University, everybody. Check it out. liberty.edu great great school all right dave brad everybody and dave is a great guy go and check out all the great things you're doing over at liberty university raising champions for christ 901-260-5926 is our number that's 901-260-5926 let's go to web in in maine wlob web before we get to what you're going to talk about i got a question for you are you seeing any of the brown snow that's falling no i live in the southern part of uh good good cumberland all right i'm nowhere near it and yes if i suspect correctly i don't want to be anywhere near it no no no they're saying don't eat the brown snow yeah well i i hope they're not talking to the general public because the general public up here is pretty bright i don't know who they're talking to Well, probably Democrats. Yeah.
All right, Webb, what's your question? How can I help you, Webb?
Well, first of all, hi, Todd. Second of all, I don't know if anybody else heard this, but late in the afternoon yesterday, and I just heard it one time, it was the news, and it turned out that a 71-or-so-year-old man had a drone flying over his house. And he went outside and saw it, came back in his house, got his gun, which was a 9mm, and evidently it was a pretty good shot. He plugged it. And authorities came and pretty much arrested him because they averred that he had no right to shoot at a drone because airspace was owned by the government.
That is correct, yes. Where in the Constitution does it say that? Webb, it's a great question you raise, and the answer is a little convoluted, but first of all, it's not. The ownership of government airspace is not determined in the U.S. Constitution.
However, through legislation and legal interpretation, It actually is owned by the United States government, and it's controlled specifically by the Federal Aviation Administration.
So even if you're a domestic drone owner, you've still got to register that. You've got to have some sort of a government ID on your drone so they can track your drone.
So that's, yeah, you're right. It's not in the Constitution, but through law, they have taken ownership of your airspace. did you hear this i only heard it on the air once oh yeah we know we talked about it uh we talked about it last week on the show it was a guy down in florida and it turned out to be a walmart delivery drone and they had lowered some sort of a rope or something directly over his property so he went in did what i think any law-abiding gun owner would do and property owner and he took down the drone one shot yeah well i just thought it was worth noting i didn't know that you you had mentioned it before i must have missed that show but all right todd thank you for your time i was just curious well i'm glad you know what i'm glad to help webb thank you so much for hanging out with us all right ben teeter guess what we've got to do you know we've got the big one of the greatest things in memphis finesse aside from the saint jude marathon um which was last weekend and you came in first place in the 10k and our barbecue and our barbecue and graceland um we also have the world's largest singing christmas tree uh from bellevue baptist church and every year they put on all these performances and the show opens thursday so um we've got some tickets we're gonna get we're gonna send you and your family to otenenbaum to see the singing christmas tree it is one of the most remarkable presentations you will ever see. It is Broadway style, and I mean, thousands of people turn out to see The Singing Christmas Tree. All you have to do is answer a question for us.
And so it would be good if you actually live within traveling distance of Memphis, or if you want to fly in, it's really worth the trip. If you fly in, I'll come out and meet you with some ropes. Wow. Yeah. That's very generous of you.
That's a bold declaration. I'm impressed. All right. Here's the question. The movie Miracle on 34th Street is based on a real-life department store.
What was the real-life department store that Miracle on 34th Street is based on? I'm not even going to give the choices. Should I give the choices? I would need the choices because I've never seen the movie. Is it Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Bergdorf, Goodman, or Nordstrom?
Give us a call, 901-260-5926. We have four tickets to the Bellevue Baptist Church Singing Christmas Tree, one of the finest Christmas productions in America. 901-260-5926. the movie Miracle on 34th Street is based on. It's a real life department store.
We'll be right back. My dad works in B2B marketing. He came by my school for career day and said he was a big ROAS man. Then he told everyone how much he loved calculating his return on ad spend. My friend's still laughing me to this day.
Not everyone gets B2B, but with LinkedIn, you'll be able to reach people who do. Get $100 credit on your next ad campaign. Go to LinkedIn.com slash results to claim your credit. That's LinkedIn.com slash results. Terms and conditions apply.
LinkedIn, the place to be to be. All right, let's go to the phone lines here. Ben in Tennessee. Hi, Ben. How are you?
Hey, okay. Good. All right, Ben, where are you calling from? Actually, I'm in Memphis, as you can tell by the passing siren. Wow.
Wow. We need to hire him as a reporter. The sirens, that's the official song of Memphis.
Well, by the way, Ben, have you ever been to the Singing Christmas Tree production before? No, I haven't. It's really spectacular. And the talent, you're going to really have a great time. But first, we've got to win you some tickets here.
And the question, the movie, A Miracle on 34th Street, is based on a real-life department store. Can you name that department store? It's too easy. It's Macy's. Yeah, it is Macy's.
I tried to tell Dieter. I would not have get Ben from one Ben. I mean, you're way smarter than me because I had no idea, to be honest. I can tell you a hundred more little trivia pearls from the movie. It was remade with Sebastian Cabot and Santa Claus, the original Ed Fred Gwynn.
But the mail worker who realized that Santa must be a real legal entity if he gets all these bags of mail in the original movie was, I'm going to draw a blank on his name, Albertson, the fellow who was the grandpa in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Is that right? That's right. And he's so much younger, you have to look for him or you won't recognize him. It's a pretty small part, but it's also giant to the story.
That is a big story. That was a great movie. I love Fred Gwynn. I thought he made a great Santa Claus. Sure.
My first job in Memphis, 1987, I put up and took down the last enchanted forest in the Goldsmiths. Is that right? Wow. That's, you know, I got to tell you something about old school department stores, Ben. I miss those.
Every city had like a version of Goldsmiths, and they had so many cool, quirky little things that made them a special department store. And then Macy's came in and sucked all of them up. In the case of Goldsmiths, it was a real back-and-forth shuffle with the Campo brothers and britches in Atlanta and firing everyone and hiring everyone back as temps. And I did not stay for that. But when I go to the Enchanted Forest at the Pink Palace, I can tell them what was authentic and what I really don't remember ever seeing in their home shop warehouse.
Well, there you go. Well, Ben, congratulations. We're going to put you on hold. And Cassie will help you out with all your information there and hope to see you. I know the Stearns family, we're all going to go, I think, this weekend to see the Singing Christmas Tree.
Dieter, you ought to tag along. The last time I tagged along with you to a Christmas thing, I got bit by a goat at your church. Oh, that's true.
So as long as they don't have live animals, I'll go. My bad.
Well, don't put your hands in the goat's mouth. I was feeding it. Oh, well, that's why you use the palm of your hand. You don't stick your fingers. The goat was like, ooh, a hot dog.
I thought it was his mom's udders. Unfortunately, it was my fingers. Oh, my gosh. Wait, what?
Okay, that's disgusting. Hang tight. We got some more trivia coming up in the next hour, and hope to see you out at the Singing Christmas Tree. Folks, Hour 3 of the big show coming up next. Live from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch.
That's us, that's right. I love this American ride.
Todd Stearns.
Well, here is an interesting headline, and you don't see this sort of headline every day. Welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Program. I am your host, Todd Stearns. This is from the great state of Florida. A school board chair sparks outrage by suggesting that some students are too stupid to pump her gas.
Jesse Thompson, age 36, in Volusia County, Florida. She's the new board chair. She's also a Moms for Liberty gal. and she made the comments during a Moms for Liberty Summit back in August and we actually had the audio. I think a big issue is in Florida, the standards are so low.
And when I say the standards are low, I mean, we have one high school and I don't want you to take anything away from students or parents and it is a Title I school, so high five for doing this. They had a 100% graduation rate last year. 100%.
Now, I've walked that school multiple times. I've met some bright students, and I've met some students that I wouldn't trust filling up my tank of gas.
So I find it really hard to believe that they graduated, and graduation is now turned into basically just handing out participation ribbons.
Okay, well, that has created a bit of controversy, and now people are outraged. she also referred to a super a super liberal on the school board a guy by the name of ruben cologne and she called him a liberal wackadoodle i've got no problem with that i think i've used that phrase a time or two and she also called him a tan man because he had uh he had a i guess he's dark-skinned he's so mad he's calling for her to resign be fired from the school board i mean what's wrong with that i mean the guy's tan no doubt about it that's a compliment it should be a compliment you know so is she people work very hard at that now uh thompson said that um she says that they're not offended that year after year kids are struggling to learn to read and they're not offended that prisons base the number of beds they eat on third grade reading scores. Wow, that's true. You know, but the question is, are our kids too stupid to pump gas? I mean, I think they're not passing their third grade reading scores.
And if you can't read past the third grade, are you going to be able to know the difference between the different types of gas? I mean, I don't see necessarily the problem with this. I think she was trying to make the point that we have real problems with our education. And we played the audio. She's not straight up saying they're too stupid.
That's the headline by the New York Post and Daily Mail, which is she said students are too stupid. She's just maybe suggesting. She wouldn't trust students to fill up her, some students to fill up her gas tank. And I'm with you there, sister. I mean, half of these kids don't even know how to drive cars.
Number two, they don't even know what a gas-powered vehicle is, because they all drive Teslas now.
So if they're filling up their gas tank, who's not to say that these students are putting diesel in the car? It's a fair point. Mr. Colon, the tan man, was very upset. He says, these words were very hurtful not because of me we're big people pardon me sir i believe the term is your your plus size plus size he says we can handle it we're politicians people say whatever they want to say we get used to that then the mayor the mayor is very upset his name is Santiago of ila and uh here's what he said i am deeply appalled by the recent disparaging remarks made by jesse thompson about the students of deltona high school her offensive comments including the suggestion she wouldn't trust some students to fill up her gas tank are unacceptable and is also an insult to the hard-working students and staff of this a-rated school again are are there students there that are too stupid to fill up a gas tank that's what i want to know by the way in new jersey you're not even allowed to fill up your gas tank they have people to do that for you well i mean i i don't know that kids are smart enough to maybe parallel park i would hope that these kids are smart enough to take out a gas nozzle and put it in the correct hole of their vehicle and fill it up.
But you never know anymore, Todd. We have people suing McDonald's because their coffee's too hot. That is who we're raising.
So do they have the intellectual ability to fill up a gas tank? That's the question.
Well, and it's sad, but you got to ask those kinds of questions these days. I mean, kids, you send your little kid to school, sweet and innocent, and they come back with a shaved head and they don't know their pronouns. I mean, that's not right. And then it turns out that they're vegans.
Well, I think half of you're exactly right. I think that half of the reason that they're upset with this girl is because she is a Moms for Liberty candidate. In the photos, they have the Moms for Liberty banner. Every county in America has a Moms for Liberty chapter, and she just so happened to be part of the one. And she got elected overwhelmingly, and they're upset about it because they have a conservative mom on the school board.
Oh, man, I tell you, they hate those Moms for Liberty gals. It's worse than saying QAnon. Oh, my gosh. You could be a Klan member and you could get elected to the school board in some place. But God forbid you're a mom who's concerned about what's happening at the school library.
And you want your kid to know how to fill up a gas tank. Exactly. It's like in Germantown, Tennessee, the town I live in, where I go shop at my Whole Foods. And I am telling you, the school district there, they claim to be conservative. These people are liberal wackadoodles.
And they're mean. Look, they had a school board race. And there was more mud being slung around in that school board race than between Kamala and Don Trump. Yeah. Do you know what I think it is?
I think it's because Moms for Liberty candidates and these moms they're hot well they're attractive they all look the same they could host let's just say Fox and Friends in the morning and also they have intact families and the people that tend and I not over stereotyping I don want to over generalize and make anybody angry on the school boards yeah you are So the ones that get the most upset are either in the community the LGBTQ plus community or they are single cat ladies. And they hate these women because they typically have macho husbands and a full quiver of kids. Is that how you say that? It's true. That's the stereotype of Moms for Liberty candidates.
So when they come in, they're walking in there with their Chanel bags. They have a full face of makeup on, bleach blonde hair. It makes everybody else uncomfortable. That's what this is. I'm going to take it a step further.
Most of the people who get elected to school board are the women who could not get dates to the high school prom. Yeah. And now it's payback time. Yes. And what happens when you can't get a date to the high school prom, Todd?
You can't have kids. They don't have children.
So you're not going to get knocked up.
Okay. So I'm not saying that you can't be invested in a school board as a person without children. I know school board members that are single individuals out there. I remember walking into my first school board meeting in the local town I live in, and it was just, you know, normally you can smell like, I don't know, bleach and moth, you know, mothballs. You know, when you walk into a school, you know, that school smell.
You know what I smelled when I walked into that school? I smelled. i smell wokeness i smell liberals and guess what you did you marched up to the podium and you rained down hellfire and brimstone on that school board in a very polite way and most of the people and there were like a lot of you're right the alphabet activists they show up there and it's just yeah i'm telling you they hate they hate the moms for liberty but most importantly honest to goodness i think the real reason they hate these moms early is every single Mom's for Liberty member is a pretty hot babe. They're attractive. Can we say that?
I think so. They look good. Maybe a better way of framing it, Todd. Let me help you out so you don't end up in media. I'm in trouble.
They go to spin. They go to cycle bar every single morning. No large barges in that bunch. Yeah. I am in trouble.
I think we're maybe overgeneralizing. It's true, though. They all kind of look the same. I'm sure there's some serious news. Oh, tell them about what happened over the break.
The FBI thing. We have got to get to some breaking news. What happened? Oh, Chris Ray, FBI. Thank you.
Hold up. We have breaking news. Breaking news now on the Todd Starnes Show. I paid for that breaking news alert, so we got to use it. Chris Ray, ladies and gentlemen, has now resigned.
He has resigned as FBI director, and he's doing so because he was going to be fired by Donald Trump.
So now he's out of a job.
So long, Chris. That was not in your teleprompter. You know what? Maybe. And it's got to be tough on Chris Ray.
You know what he ought to do? He ought to go down to the Catholic Church and talk to his local priest. And then the priest can report back. Boy. Jeez.
Unbelievable. All right. So there you go. The breaking news of the hour. chris ray out at fbi hq you know it's a him and lisa page and peter struck you that was the that was the the smelly walmart people crowd if you remember that all right we got to take a break here folks also we have another trivia question and if you are in the memphis area again if you're within a hundred miles of memphis you're going to want to come and see this production it is the Bellevue Baptist Church Singing Christmas Tree, and they have tickets.

And we've got four tickets that we're going to give to the winner of this question. And here we go. What is the name of the young girl who receives a magical nutcracker doll as a Christmas gift?

Oh, this is interesting. Two black teachers are suing Beverly Hills over students wearing MAGA hats. Cut 13, please. This cafeteria, in their mind, is somehow disgusting or dirty simply because there are black people eating there. That is the epitome of racism.
It was just mob of kids, just so many kids outside my door. On election day, a group of students with MAGA hats and a Trump flag roamed down the hallway of Beverly Hills High School. I'm going to tell you how scary it was. Teacher Bella Ivory says the group of students tried to enter her classroom where there were several black students.
Some of the students were shouting, as they walked down the hallway. The profanity towards our vice president, who is part black, combined with students congregating in front of my classroom, increased my fears and also the students' fears who were locked inside that room with me. Bella's attorney has filed a formal complaint with the Beverly Hills Unified School District. He plans on filing a lawsuit next. We allege discrimination, harassment, retaliation, racial comments, physical threats.
That's what this lawsuit is all about. All right, yeah, so this is fascinating. This all happened at Beverly Hills High School, and we have some of the video up on our website, tonsterns.com, and the teachers were really upset because the kids are overwhelmingly Trump supporters. This is a really fascinating thing, and I suspect this is going to be a big problem in school districts across the country, where the younger kids are much, much, much more conservative than their teachers are. And these teachers got butthurt because the kids were outside chanting blank Camilla.
And the reality here is there is something called the First Amendment. and these teachers are suing and the reason they're suing let's get down to the the brass tax here the reason why these teachers are suing is because they don't like the fact that these kids are now conservative an overwhelming number of them so anyway i say good for the kids you're gonna watch your language you can't be out there you know but they're kids they're gonna make stupid decisions and stupid choices. That's why they're called teenagers. You make stupid mistakes. A New York Times op-ed has attributed President-elect Trump's success in 2024 to resentful young men and their creation of a manosphere.
Is that sort of like a man cave? according to the times it reinforces the male breadwinner norm i have a question for all you women out there all you women of america if you had if you could if you could have the perfect life all right just bear with me ladies would you rather have a husband who is the breadwinner and you stay at home and you raise your family and you tend to the homestead. You're a domestic goddess. Ladies of the Todd Stern Show, would you rather the man go and be the breadwinner of the family? I'm curious about that.
901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. Sarah Bernstein is a playwright. she's the one who wrote the article she said that our cultural narratives still reflect the idea that a woman's status can be elevated by marrying a more successful man and a man's diminished by pairing with a more successful woman oh that is true i've noticed that that is interesting the op-ed titled how our messed up dating culture leads to loneliness anger and donald trump It's always Trump's fault. The fact that you're a horrible human being is Trump's fault.
Okay, I understand. They noted that men's and women's fortunes were trending in opposite directions. After Trump was declared the winner over Harris, many blamed his victory on sexism, misogyny, and racism. Or maybe, maybe the men of America got sick and tired for being put upon. Maybe the men in America were sick and tired of having the women snip off their manhood.
Metaphorically speaking, of course. I mean, maybe that was it. And maybe all of these young teenage boys out there, when they see someone like a Donald Trump, they see a guy who is a man's man. And he's got a hot-smoking wife. He's got more money than he knows what's to do with.
And he's got a great golf game. And I know nobody wants to admit this, but for a lot of people, that is the American freaking dream, ladies and gentlemen. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starr Show.
all right don't forget five o'clock eastern tonight on the todd stern show on newsmax we have a full lineup and we'll be following the very latest uh with the murder investigation surrounding the united healthcare ceo also this insane story out of new jersey where earlier today congressman Jeff Andrew on Fox News says that the drones flying over New Jersey may be coming from an Iranian ship, and he said they pose a clear and present danger. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, a guy who knows everything that's happening in the state of New Jersey, radio host from WPG Radio in Atlantic City, New Jersey, our good buddy Harry Hurley. Harry, good to have you with us today. Todd, great to be with you. And then there were drones the size of SUVs.
Harry, I mean, this has been going on for days and days and days. What are people there in your area saying?
Well, here's what's amazing. It's been going on on a nightly basis for many hours since mid-November. People thought UFOs, government spying on its citizens. But, Todd, when the drones took the night off on Thanksgiving, I think we can rule out UFOs. But on a serious note, Van Drew, as usual, is exactly right, and he is first.
How do we let a Chinese spy balloon travel the entire continental United States? Then we shoot it down. And now since mid-November on a nightly basis, and oh, by the way, just so people understand, these are not tiny hobby drones that you could go buy at your corner store. I mean, these are elaborate automobile-sized items that are very, very suspicious, Todd. And they're going over President Trump's Bedminster residence and golf course.
They're going over military installations, other sensitive locations. I mean, a child, I think, could see they've got to be doing something like mapping and doing other nefarious things. Why do we allow this? I mean, no other country that would have the assets that we have. You know, we have a fighter wing that could scramble in New Jersey, right in Atlantic City.
I mean, how do we allow this, Todd? Harry, we've got some breaking news. I want to share this and get your reaction. The Pentagon is now saying there is no truth to Congressman Van Drew's claims the unidentified drones are coming from an Iranian mothership and should be shot down. look i i was said this earlier today about congressman van drew he's he's not a guy that's out there he's not a bombastic kind of a guy no so clearly he's got some sources i i'm tending to believe what the congressman's saying over the pentagon well how about misdirection though todd so what if it's not iranian it's still car-sized drones flying over our skies and that's a fair point um and again if i'm a homeowner harry and i've got a drone the size of an suv parked over my house you better believe i'm going to be calling somebody about that and you're right to be concerned about it well i wrote an article today and i wrote one nine days ago when no one was talking about it and even when i wrote it they had been flying for weeks you can see on the featured photo, and it's embedded in my article as well, you can see the drone directly above the roof of a home in New Jersey.
So this is not normal. We should just not allow it to take place. We shouldn't say there's no threat to the public because we don't know. We shouldn't announce that it is a threat to the public, but we should say it could be a threat to the public. There's got to be a reason that it's happening.
And again, this is not like just any child or any person could go get these things. These are larger than probably any drones you see outside of Ukraine, Russia right now. Harry, have you seen any of the drones in the Atlantic City area? No. It's more northern, but they're here, and now they're in Staten Island as well.
So something is up. And as usual, our government is very slow to do anything about it. Why do we just observe? Why do we just watch? Why don't we take proactive action on it?
My governor, who's a friend of mine, he said that every time you can get close, they turn the lights out and away it goes. But we have tracking equipment. We can track anything that's flying. It doesn't have to be lit up for us to track it. Why don't we track where these things are coming from and where they land eventually?
They're not flying nonstop. We're not doing enough. And the governor, Phil Murphy, says the minute we get eyes on the drones, they go dark. There's another guy who actually has a drone, fully charged, and he decided to launch his drone to track these things. And here's what happened when he tried to do that.
Cut number eight. It's right here over at Picatinny. There was a drone just hanging out. I put my drone up in the air and went towards it. I had full battery life.
Not three minutes into the flight, I lost control of the drone. Warning on my screen, you know, lost control, and my drone started going down dead battery.
So that tells me, along with the reports, Harry, of what the car radios and the clocks going, you know, bonkers, there's some jamming going on. Yeah, I heard about the person that said their clock went back an hour, and as soon as the drone activity subsided, the clock returned to the normal time. which gets a lot of people when you start hearing things like this, thinking like UFO and the Twilight Zone and all this stuff. But this much I do know, I believe this guy, if he's flying his drone and it's fully charged and within a couple of minutes it's not, that means these drones have the capability to take action against anything that gets close to it. Harry, this is the mayor of Belleville, New Jersey.
Let's play Cut 11, please. Welcome to some local law enforcement agencies, neighboring communities. They do have video. They have tracked these things going out to the water.
So that's quite interesting. And we heard Congressman Chris Smith say up on Capitol Hill that a New Jersey police officer observed 50 drones that came in off the ocean. Are you hearing those reports as well? I've heard it. I mean, it's very hard to nail down what's real and what's hysterical and what is sketchy.
but somebody's doing it, Todd, and they have to be somewhat substantial because, again, these are very expensive, gigantic drones the size of a large automobile. I mean, have you ever seen a drone that big, Todd? No. No, I haven't, Harry. I've seen little ones, and they're cute.
You can hold them in your hand, and then you have a little remote pad, and away they go, and they go up, and you can have fun and watch them fly and take video and, you know, have a good time, but this is way beyond anything like that. And I do note, I loved your breaking news report. The Pentagon, you know, disavows Congressman Van Drew's comment that it's Iranian, but they are flying drones, someone.
Someone is flying drones.
Well, my thing here, Harry, is how can that, again, that statement just coming out, the Pentagon says there is no Iranian ship off the coast of the United States. This is all unfolding at a Pentagon briefing. Hey, Todd, Baghdad Bob once screamed on the top of a roof in Iraq that there is no American presence in Iraq. It's true. As Apache helicopters, zoom, flying by his head.
I want to know how they know that. They've told us they don't know what those things are. They don't know where they came from.
So how do they know they're not from Iran? Todd, how about the company line? Whether it's the federal government or my governor, they don't know what it is, but they know it's no threat. They don't know what it is, but they know it's not an Iranian threat.
So I don't believe them. And the next thing you know, you see this beautiful plasma stream coming out, and you've been blown to smithereens.
Something's going on. It's not good. Man. And we're not doing enough. And I do think, Todd, I don't know if you agree, what can really the state government do?
So Governor Murphy's getting a lot of grief for this. This is the job of the federal government. They have the military equipment. They have the ability to deal with this kind of thing. I don't really blame Governor Murphy because other than talk about it, he doesn't have – he has a helicopter, but we don't have the assets at the state level.
But we do at the federal level, and again, it's typical as usual. We have a president who really isn't the president. President Trump is actually already the president. And oh, by the way, on the Todd Starnes Show, if you all haven't heard, Christopher Wray will be resigning before January 20th. It's a great day.
Oh, I think it's a terrific day. And, you know, we're going to get to the bottom of this. It's a troubling situation. And, again, even if it is, you know, a three-letter agency out there, you know, one of those three-letter agencies is not allowed to be operating on American soil. There you go.
But, Todd, why don't we scramble? Why don't we fly something? Oh, let me answer that question, Harry.
So in the first hour, we had on a retired Brigadier General, John Teichert, he headed up Andrews and Edwards Air Force Base. He said that here in America, the Biden administration really cracked down on the response.
So when a drone or something, you know, there is some sort of an incursion that they have to go all the way up the chain of command, you're not allowed to actually respond. he said the rules of engagement are very different here in america than they are on one of our overseas bases so well not surprised yeah if you look at how president biden handled the chinese spy balloon he just kept letting it go kept letting it go crossed into america went all the way through america mapped and looked at all of our sensitive military sites uh president biden said they didn't get anything china said they got everything i mean this is just january 20th cannot happen quick enough. My former boss, the 45th and soon to be 47th president of the United States, Donald Trump, would have done something since mid-November until December 11th. No doubt about it. No doubt about it.
And Harry, I will say this. I'm just kind of shocked. This is not a major story at Fox or any of the other networks. I think this is the number one story in America right now. Should be.
I mean, until we know, look, if it turns out it's just some rich guy or rich people that had the money to have this kind of equipment and they were just having a good old time, let's wait and see. But it just seems to me to be something much more pervasive because of where they've been going. Is it a coincidence out of the whole 50 states they're flying over President Trump's Bedminster residence and golf course, that they're flying over military installations. I mean, they're not flying over cow pastures. I mean, so something is going on here, and we need to get to the bottom of it.
Harry, one final question, and I want to bring in Fred, if we could, to ask this question, and you might be able to help us out here. Fred, you're on the air with Harry Hurley, so what is your question regarding the National Guard. Good afternoon, gentlemen. I would like to know why the governor of New Jersey can't call in the National Guard to send something up there to go find them. And if they get shot down by this thing or these things, then we would know that they're enemies and we can go after them federally instead of waiting for government to not do anything about it.
All right, Fred, thank you for that call. Harry, what about that, the National Guard? Fred, great question. Great listeners, great callers, Todd. I can't speak for Governor Murphy, but my knowing him well, my thought is that he does not want to escalate this beyond what President Biden is doing.
So if he activated the National Guard, which everybody listening to the Todd Starn show knows that the governor has at his disposal the ability to activate the National Guard at any time and place of his choosing in the state, he is choosing not to do that. And I believe that's an act of omission on purpose. Wow. Well, we'll see how this plays out, but it is certainly an odd situation. Harry Hurley, we've got a link up to your story on my website.
Folks, head over there and you can go and read Harry's great work. Harry, always good. Hang in there and, you know, be safe. And Congressman Van Drew is more oftentimes right than he is wrong. I'm with Van Drew until I know better.
Yep, same here. All right, Harry, got to run. Bye-bye. Harry Hurley, ladies and gentlemen, WPG. All right, hang tight.
We're going to get to your calls. What do you think it is? pentagon says nope not iran not iranian i don't know about that what are you laughing at deter it's a long day i ran jane i ran jane those italians what it's a giant cannoli i'm just disappointed it's not aliens or it could be are you really yeah i thought me i mean there's a lot of hype around these things and i think the expectation would have met the hype if it would have been the green-eyed, the big, bug-eyed, green-looking Martians. I mean, come on. What if the aliens look like us, though?
I mean, what if we're similar in build? Oh. Unless they're like some sort of, I don't know, reptilian-like creatures. What would scare you more, drones from Iran or aliens from Mars?
Somebody that looks like Rosie O'Donnell, I guess. Oh, gosh. Jabba the Hutt? I don't know. all right hang tight we'll be right back all right let's try to work in a couple of calls here let's say hello to bob in jackson tennessee hi bob what's on your line your mind hi hi bob hey bud what's up here's one for you nom 68 if you can read the newspaper from out of this world how come you can't identify a drone size of a car thank you okay uh bob thank you for that not quite sure what that was okay um all right let's go to susan in gainesville georgia wdun our great affiliate there hi susan what's going on hey todd merry christmas happy holidays I was calling about my theory with the drones over New Jersey.
How do we know it's not Elon Musk sending up drones to protect Trump's property at Bedminster and other secure locations since the Pentagon just came out and said that the drones were not a threat? That's my take on it.
Well, I don't. Yeah, I'm pretty certain that's not it. And again, if that had been the case, then we would see something very similar happening at Mar-a-Lago. And I think that there would certainly be news stories about that. The Pentagon is coming out here, and they're lying to the American people is what they're doing, Susan.
They can't come out and say these drones are no threat, and then at the same time saying we don't know what they are or where they came from.
So they can't have it both ways here. Yes, it is. Government doubles. But anyway, that's my thought. All right.
You have a good day.
Well, Susan, thank you very much. Appreciate that.
So thank you. It could be those Starlink. You know, those Starlink things are pretty cool. Oh, the satellites? Yeah, the satellites that give everybody 5G.
Yeah, but they're not huge. Yeah. They're not that large. They're not the size of a van. Yeah.
And Elon would be a little bit more obvious about it, I think. I think it would be pretty hypocritical seeing what he's getting ready to head up, which is all about government transparency. Yeah. If he's all about government transparency and then is hiding that from Americans, I think that would be quite hypocritical. We'll see how this plays out.
White House press conference coming up. And, you know, KJP is going to be asked about that. Yeah, that's going to be a big deal. All right. By the way, Kathy Hochul, the governor of New York, she feels your pain.
And now she wants to send out checks to all of you folks.
So this is terrible.
So according to Governor Hochul, she believes that a check between $300 and $500 will help ease inflation concerns that you have. Yeah, I saw that. I'm not too sure about that. I mean, I'm never going to say no to a handout. I'm sorry.
I'm a Republican. and I'm a conservative, but if she wants to give me $300, I'm going to raise my hand and say give it to me. You would do that. The federal government is responsible for inflation, so the notion, and it's a nonsense, that this woman as a state-elected official, she's a governor of a state, is trying to fix with these checks as a band-aid for a federal government spending problem is ridiculous. All right, Ben Dieter.
But please, I'll take the check. Ben Dieter wants the cash.
