Todd Starns discusses the latest news and updates on the 2024 election, including Kamala Harris's performance on Fox News, early voting in North Carolina, and the response to the hurricane in Western North Carolina. He also talks about the importance of voting and the need for Christians to engage in the culture. Additionally, he discusses the issue of critical theory in schools and the land acknowledgement movement, which he believes is an attempt to delegitimize the founding of America.

Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. See ya. That's right. I love this American rat. I don't know if you had anybody like.

This you went to school with, but whenever the kid got in trouble. And maybe you are that person. The kid gets in trouble, and then they blame it on some sort of an imaginary person. Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Tom Stearns Radio Program.

That is Kamala Harris yesterday during this interview with Brett Baer. Got to hand it to Brett. I thought he did a pretty darn good job yesterday. He didn't have a lot to work with. And Kamala Harris showed up for that interview angry.

Her body language was off. And you could I think we got to see last night. And I know a lot of people are trying to analyze what we saw last night. But I think we got to actually see the real Kamala Harris. She was angry, she was irritated, she was mean.

Very unkind, very unfriendly, adversarial. That's the real Kamala Harris. That's the Kamala Harris that cannot keep employees. That's who we saw yesterday in that interview with Brett Baer. And I think for me, the takeaway is: oh, yeah, wow, she's a nasty piece of work, this woman.

I mean, that was my takeaway last night. And it had nothing to do with the, you know, she never answered a question. She was blaming Trump for everything. Even I mean, at at some point I thought she was going to blame Trump's mother for giving birth. and not aborting the fetus, the young Trump fetus.

I mean, this was unhinged last night.

So, anyway, we've got a lot of audio to play. I want to take us through this conversation. And I will say this: that what Brad Bear should have done, and this is the second story. Number one is we really got to see Kamala for who she is. By the way, her husband, I don't know if you saw this.

But her husband did an interview. And I guess when she was named the nominee, she called him and he was getting his. His hair done or something. I don't know. It's I'm trying to figure out which one of the two is more manly.

Tim Waltz or the husband, Dougie. But anyway, I digress.

So you have Dougie, and he said he got a phone call, or he didn't answer the phone, and his wife was enraged, and she dropped the F-bomb on her husband. You know, I'm not too sure I would have shared that story. But again, maybe Dougie is an abused spouse. Maybe he's just emotionally abus. He's been emotionally abused.

Well, no, I know that he smacks around women, but you can still, you know, you can still be emotionally abused. And bruised. battered.

So, anyway, we got to see the real Kamala Harris. Here's what I would have done: my only suggestion for Fox News channel. And look, you're going into an interview like this, and it's really, you kind of know what you're going to get, but I don't think they were expecting Kamala Harris to come off that mean-spirited. She was. a very unpleasant person.

She's the kind of person that let's just say that you're at the Burger King drive-through and she orders no mayo for the sandwich, for the whopper, and you put mayo. She comes in and she will tear you a new one. I demand to speak to the owner. You put mayonnaise on my, how dare you! Do I look like somebody who puts mayonnaise No, ma'am, you don't.

You look like somebody who puts collard greens in a bathtub. Yeah. That's the kind of woman she is. But here's what I would have done. They only gave Brett Bear 30 minutes, but they really didn't give him 30 minutes.

And the reason why is they showed up 15 minutes late for the interview, and then they shut it down. I mean, even our staff, the staff realize they understand, holy crap. This woman is terrible, and now everybody's going to see it. They all know she's a horrible human being. Mm-hmm.

They tried to shut it down. But what I would have done if I had Brett Baer, I would have started the interview. The interview was supposed to start at 5 o'clock on the dot. I would start. Start taping, start running film at five o'clock on the dot.

And if it's just Brett Baer in an empty chair for 15 minutes, so be it. Because that was not just a sign of disrespect for Fox News. It was a disrespect for For the viewers, now I have a question for you. There was a point to all of this. There was a point to her going on Fox News.

It wasn't just out of the goodness of her heart. Kamala Harris's campaign is imploding right now, folks. I mean, there's really no way around that. It's imploding. Yeah.

and nothing is working. They're throwing everything up there. Before long, they're going to be hauling out Jimmy Carter's near death corpse out on the campaign trail, hoping that moves the needle somehow. That's how bad this is for the Democrats.

So they needed her. On Fox News last night to convince establishment Republicans, never Trump Republicans, that she was okay. That it was okay for them to betray their party and their country and vote Democrat. She was also after the Independent votes. Folks, I don't think it moved one needle.

As a matter of fact, I think last night's performance hurt. Hurt her. I think her presidency ended. Yesterday. On Fox News Channel.

That's what I think happened.

So, we're going to be taking your calls on this. Also, it is early voting today. In North Carolina, and I'm very curious to hear how things are going in the Carolinas.

So, if you've been out to a polling place today, give us a call. We're going to be doing this leading up to Election Day. And our telephone number, by the way, is 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. And I want to hear from our good people.

I got an early text message this morning saying lines were very long in this one particular town.

So we'd like to hear how things are going in North Carolina.

So I went to go vote yesterday. And I love these kinds of I love Election Day. I love it. And the reason why is because it's the essence of who we are. as American citizens.

That's what this is what we do. Other countries, they don't get to do what we do, and they don't do it as well as we do it.

So, I went to go vote early, and I will say this: if you're asking for a paper ballot, be prepared to wait. And that was a big problem, apparently, yesterday across the city: a lot of these polling workers were not familiar or accustomed to dealing with paper ballots. But it took me about 15 or 20 minutes. I had already been through, given them my driver's license, all of that, and I'm sitting there waiting for my paper ballot, and it took about 15 minutes before it finally got there. And voted straight Republican all the way down.

I was honored to cast my ballot yesterday for Donald J. Trump and Senator J.D. Vance. And I also voted for Marshall Blackburn and David Kostoff. And I was honored.

Even, look, I vote Republican all the way down, including to our local school board. We have a great conservative. By the way, if you're listening to us in Germantown, Tennessee, I voted for a lady. Her name is Vicki Gandy. And she is a rock-solid conservative.

And I think she's going to make a fine school board member and a very kind, pleasant person, too. Very nice demeanor. She was so incredibly kind to the people. She was actually out there. A lot of the candidates were outside my polling place yesterday, and I got a chance to meet a lot of them and met a lot of our folks as well.

And I also ran into some Democrats. I will say this: I met. I met a lot of Democrats. The only person I met one rude Republican. That was it.

But everybody else was very kind, including the Democrats, who, by the way, this is sort of a funny story.

So, the guy run there's a guy running for the state legislature. He's a Democrat. He's a radical leftist, but he's a nice guy. You know, and sometimes you got these radicals out there, and they're humans, you know, they're people too. He's the kind of guy you'd invite over for, you know, a cookout or something of that nature.

You know, pleasant enough person. Anyway, it turns out the guy went to a Christian school in Knoxville, Tennessee, and yours truly was the commencement address speaker. And I I mean, this was years ago when I was at Fox News. And so now this kid, instead of being a good, decent Christian Republican, I think he's a radical leftist Democrat. I'm sure he's still a Christian, too.

But anyway, I thought to myself, wow, what did I say in that commencement address that Did I turn many of these kids off from the conservative way of thinking? I can't do commencement addresses.

So, anyway, all that to say, I loved it. And I went up and I talked to the guy. I said, Hey, look, shook his hand and I said, Hey, look, you know, man, I'm so excited you're out here. You've run a good race. You're running a good race.

I'm a Republican. I didn't vote for you, but man, I respect you putting your name out there because that's a tough thing to do. If you're a Republican or a Democrat, that's a tough thing. Because politics these days is not finding the best person for the job. It's who is still alive.

at the end of the brutal election cycle. Because, quite frankly, ladies and gentlemen, the way we do elections and the dirt and the hate and this destructiveness that. Uh My concern is that we got a lot of great people. that ought to be running for office. But they're never going to run for office because they don't want to put their families through that.

Or maybe somebody's got something they're embarrassed about in their background. And they don't want all that coming out. They don't want their character, their integrity to be destroyed because it's cutthroat. One of the, I'll give you an example. In the Memphis area, There's a school board race.

I'm not going to name names, but there's a school board race. And I'm telling you, it is dirtier than the presidential election. And that's just evil. That it's it's evil is what it is. And the problem is we don't get the best and the brightest in a lot of cases because the best and the brightest, they don't want to put up with the foolishness.

And I can't blame them one bit.

So anyway, um Had a great time meeting a lot of people, and even some of the poll workers, after I was walking out, one or two of them walked out and was like, Hey, we're big fans. We love what you do. And it was very kind. We have a lot of listeners out there in Germantown, Tennessee, and across the state of Memphis. I want to play some audio for you.

And. Oh, this may not be on my list. It was this morning on the morning show.

Okay. And there's an amazing story. There is a There's a pastor. Of a predominantly black Baptist church. And you know what he did yesterday?

I think this is just amazing. He rounded up the church buses, loaded up the church buses with. Registered voters and church members in his flock and took them down. And they all voted. Yesterday.

I thought that was a pretty brilliant thing. As a matter of fact, we've got some audio. This is the pastor you're going to hear right now. Long lines. In prayer at some early voting sites in Memphis, Pastor Frank Ray and dozens of his parishioners of the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, as well as state, county, and city leaders, gathering outside the Glenview Community Center, an early voting site, to pray and encourage everyone to show up to the polls.

Black churches have been the leaders in the black community to get people to the poll to vote. We need to keep doing it. We don't need to relax in it and then complain when it's all over. We have too much to lose and too much to gain.

Now, I agree with everything he said, except for one thing. I think all churches, not just black churches, ought to be influential.

Now, look, I don't know how those people voted, and that's none of my business. And I'm happy to tell you how I vote, but it's none of my business how those people vote. I will say this. We need more churches like that in America. And we need evangelical Christian churches to engage.

And, folks, I'm going to be hitting this very hard because many evangelical churches, Southern Baptists, my denomination, Southern Baptist churches especially, have disengaged from the culture because they got woke preachers. They got preachers that are afraid to speak truth to the culture. They got preachers that are more interested in making sure they get money in the offering plate every morning. They've got preachers that are more concerned that their praise and worship ban can get a spot on America's Got Talent. They're more concerned about those things than they are actually speaking truth to the culture.

Now, I'm not telling you to turn your church into a Republican Party precinct. I'm telling you to tell your church to start voting their blasted values. That's what we have to do. You want to know why Memphis, Tennessee, is a complete mess right now? I'm going to tell you why.

Because most of the white churches are terrified of speaking truth to the culture. They're terrified. Terrified of being accused of being racist for speaking truth to the culture and being an influence in the public square. And it's not just in this city. This is something that's happening nationwide.

George Barnes said 25 million Christians register to vote will not vote. You know what? You got to get over it. I am tired of butt hurt Christians in America. We've got to stand up and we've got to be bold and we've got to go and vote our values.

25 million of you register to vote and you don't vote. What is wrong with you? 15 million Christians aren't even registered to vote. You people make me sick, sick to my stomach, because you folks are the same ones out there saying, well, we've just got to do something to the country's going to hell in a handbasket. That's because you put the country in the handbasket, you idiots.

So get out and vote.

Somebody's got to start kicking Christians in the buttocks, ladies and gentlemen. And we're going to do that from now to Election Day. Get out and vote. And you go tell your pastor. Get the board of deacons together and say, Hey, look, we've got to start doing something.

It's too late to do this now, but you know what? We've got to start registering people to vote in the church house. We have got to get back to the foundation of this country, ladies and gentlemen. And that foundation was the church. It was Almighty God.

That was the foundation of America. You take God out of it all, and you get chaos in the culture.

So I'm not surprised by this. I wrote a book about it called Twilight's Last Gleaming. Got to get a copy of it. But I am telling you, ladies and gentlemen, it is time for all of us to stand up and save our country. Yeah.

And we will do it in a landslide if the Christians just get back to the culture. All right, got to take a break. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starring Show.

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors our nation's greatest heroes, their sacrifices, and helps our nation to never forget. Mario Nelson was a special man who respected and loved America. Mario joined the National Guard after 9-11. He volunteered to help with the recovery efforts at Ground Zero. Later, Mario and his wife had a daughter.

Motivated by his 9-11 experience, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. Sergeant Mario Nelson later deployed to Iraq. Just two months shy of coming home, he was killed in action at the age of 26. Thanks to the support of friends like you, the Tunnels to Towers Foundation delivered a mortgage-free home to Mario's wife and daughter.

In their darkest hours, that home brought them stability, peace of mind, and a place to call their own. Do good in honor of heroes like Mario, heroes who put their lives on the line for our country, our communities, and the freedoms we all enjoy. Donate eleven dollars a month to Tunnel to Towers at t two t dot org. That's T the number two T dot org. Hello.

All right, good to have you with us. Have you heard about this crazy story? We have it over on our website. A California elementary school teacher told the children they had to take part in a mock election, and that's good. You want to teach the kids how to vote and get in the process of it.

So, anyway, the kids had to vote for either Kamala Harris or Donald Trump.

So, before the election, the teacher gets up there and says, All of you kids who vote for Kamala Harris, you're going to get a free pizza party. But the kids who vote for Donald Trump, they get absolutely nothing. If the kids who voted for Trump win, then they have to buy their own pizza, but they're not going to get a free pizza.

So anyway, One of the kids goes home and tells their mom about it, and her mom calls the teacher and then records the conversation. And the teacher admitted to all of it. The teacher confirmed that the one class that voted for Kamala Harris would indeed get the free pizza, and the teacher actually thought the student was upset because she wasn't in the class getting the free pizza. That wasn't it.

So, look, here's the deal. The teacher needs to be fired. This is using pizza as propaganda. The only thing I can possibly think of that is worse is putting pineapple on your pizza. I just don't get this at all.

But here's the story nobody's talking about here. Out of all the teachers' classes in California now, in California, only one class overwhelmingly voted for Kamala Harris. What does that tell you? Folks, I am telling you That we are looking at a potential landslide victory. For Donald J.

Trump. We got to get out the vote. Churches, you people got to get out the vote. And I'm telling you. This kind of propaganda I know it's a horrible story, but the good news here is that a majority of that teacher's class has actually voted for Donald Trump.

What does that tell you? Even the third graders are smarter than these morons. I'm telling you. All right, got to take a break here. 901-260-5926.

Our number, that's 901-260-5926. If you're in North Carolina and voting, let me know how it's going. Hang tight, everybody. We'll be right back. A large retail store just canceled a huge order, leaving my pillow with a ton of extra My Pillows.

More than 70% of people tell the country is on the wrong track. They say the country is on the wrong track.

If it's on the wrong track, That track follows three and a half years of you being vice president and President Biden being president. That is what they're saying, 79% of them. Why are they saying that if you're turning the page, you've been in office for three and a half years? And Donald Trump has been running for office. But you've been the person held in the office.

You and I both know what I'm talking about. You and I both know what I'm talking about. I actually don't. What are you talking about? What I'm talking about is that over the last decade, People have been colour but Listen, over the last decade, it is clear to me, and certainly the Republicans who are on stage with me.

All right, there you go, folks. And again, um. That was a terrible interview. Last night. Kamala Harris destroyed herself.

She was unkind and unpleasant, and you just got a little bit of a taste of it there. And we'll play more audio from that.

Meanwhile, you've got even CNN, even CNN calling out Um calling out Kamala Harris. Mm-hmm. Even black Republicans are out there. Cut number eight, please. Oh yeah, well wait a minute here.

The vice president once upon a time supported taxpayer dollars, your money, my money, your money, all the people who are watching, to go towards people who broke the law coming into our country to give them driver's license, to pay for tuition when we're struggling to pay for our own children, to get a college education. Then her own running mate signed into law in his own state these very things that she's now saying she's now against them. And the American people are supposed to believe that the vice president has now all of a sudden had an epiphany. And all of a sudden, all of her beliefs have magically changed, yet the guy she chose clearly believes these things. And you're flipping it to Republicans?

By the way, Kamala Harris in a separate interview, and this is great. There's a lot of concern that black people and the folks who live out in the country, you guys are this is coming from Kamal Harris. You guys are so backwards that you don't even know how to use a Xerox machine or a photocopy machine. You don't know how to. I'm serious.

Listen, cut number six. Is agreeing to voter ID one of those compromises that you've supported? I don't think that we should. Underestimate what That could mean Because, in some people's mind, that means, well, you're going to have to. Xerox or photocopy your ID to send it in to prove you are who you are.

Well, there are a whole lot of people, especially people who live in rural communities, who don't there's no Kinkos, there's no Office Macs near them. People have to understand that when we're talking about voter ID laws, Be clear about who you have in mind and what would be required of them to prove who they are. Of course people have to prove who they are. But not in a way that makes it almost impossible for them to prove who they are. What?

What wow? What is this woman saying?

So, look, here's the deal. Kinkos went out of business a long time ago, right? They were absorbed by FedEx, so there are no such things as Kinkos anymore. Kamala Harris literally thinks that. There are Kinkos, and the reason why people who live out in the country don't have any access to prove their identity is because they don't have access to a Kinkos.

Have you ever heard of such a thing, ladies and gentlemen? 901260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starn Show. ShareRite ensures that you have access to the care you deserve precisely when you need it.

Good to have you with us today, getting some reports on the socials about the worsening situation in Western North Carolina. Apparently, they got a lot of snow last night.

Some places in the Carolinas got up to four inches of snow. Many people there are still without power, without lights, the whole nine yards. And now there are reports of gangs of illegal aliens that are going around looting, pillaging, robbing people. And that is a bad move on the part of the illegals because the good people of Western North Carolina. Are pretty much armed to the teeth.

And. Something tells me that many of these illegal alien gangs will no long they'll they'll never be able to find them. They'll be lost forever somewhere in the woods.

So, anyway, all that to say to our listeners in that part of the country: be careful, be safe out there. And we would like to know if you're listening to us in Western North Carolina, give us a call and let us know how conditions are. But again, many, many people. Are still without homes, without power, without electricity, without running water. And we are continuing our effort to raise money.

That our fundraiser concludes tomorrow. But let me tell you, you guys have just been so generous. Our initial goal was $10,000. We have already passed that amount. And we're hoping maybe, just maybe we can hit $15,000, maybe $20,000 between today and tomorrow.

For us to make that happen, we need your help to donate. And again, we are raising money and partnering with our friends at Food for the Poor. And 100% of the money that we raise goes directly to victims. I want to share some donations with you that have just come in this morning. Brian C.

is sending us $300. Joseph, $100. Susan and Julie, $100. Larry, $100. And Betty sending a one-time donation of $50.

You can go right now to our website and you can donate. How do you do that? Simple. Just click on the red disaster relief button at the very top of the page, and that will take you directly to the place where you'll be able to donate.

Now, you can also phone in, and I wanted to grab that number for you real quick. Write this number down if you want to call in your donation, 855-353-4673. That's 855-353-4673, and you'll be able to make your donation to our emergency relief fund. We'll update these numbers in the last hour of the show. That'll give you guys plenty of time to get out there.

There and make your donations and help the good people of Western North Carolina. Honest to goodness, folks, if there were not enough reasons not to vote Democrat, this is one of them. The fact that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have turned their back on Western North Carolina, and I truly believe it's because this is a mostly Republican area. They are mountain folks, these are country folks, and the Democrat Party they despise working class people and they despise country folks especially. And it's not right.

Speaking of not right, can I have a conversation with you good people in Statesville, North Carolina, for just a moment? What is going on in your school district there?

So we have a story up at ToddSterns.com, and there was a proposal made to. Put the Ten Commandments in all of the public schools there in the Statesville area. And it was a pretty noble effort by my estimation. The plan was to create a founding documents presentation that could be displayed in the school foyer or the library. And somebody complained about it.

The Freedom from Religion Foundation got involved. Those are these godforsaken heathen atheists out of Wisconsin. And they wrote a nasty letter threatening to sue. And now All you know what has broken loose, and the school board has now decided not to allow the Ten Commandments into the public schools there in the Statesville area. This is insane.

Board member Doug Knight was quoted in one of the publications saying. Based on legal guidance that we got tonight, it pretty much said the Supreme Court said you can't do that. This is Doug Knight, school board member. Look, I don't know who this guy is, but he clearly is not knowledgeable about the U.S. Constitution.

Where, sir, in the U.S. Constitution, sir, Mr. Knight, does it say that you can't put a copy of the Ten Commandments in a public school? Where does it say that, sir? Unbelievable.

So the school board apparently said they were concerned about legal battles that could cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Well, you know what? It's a fight worth fighting. But clearly, the school board members there in Statesville, North Carolina, don't believe that the Ten Commandments is worth it. Seems to me we ought to be teaching. Teaching these kids that they should not steal, that they should not kill, that they should honor.

There Fathers and mothers. Annie Laurie Gaylor is the Chief atheist there at the Freedom from Religion Foundation, Ms. Gay Lohr, had this to say, quote, The First Commandment is reason enough to reject this scheme since a public school board has no business dictating to other people's children how many gods to worship, which gods to worship, or whether to worship any gods at all. We are pleased the school board officials are instead upholding the First Amendment. Let me say this This woman is full of hooey.

She's also a demon, but she's mostly full of hooey, and there's nothing worse than a demon full of hooey. The reality here is they are thugs. That's all they are, atheist thugs, and they go around and they try to bully school districts that aren't going to do their homework to realize that, you know what, there's nothing illegal, there's nothing criminal about putting the Ten Commandments in your classrooms. And it's really sad that it's come to this. And I suspect the good people in Statesville, North Carolina, WSIC, our great affiliate there.

have to be pretty upset about this. Maybe, just maybe the problem with America is that schools are not teaching kids to honor their fathers and mothers or to obey the letter of the law. That thou shalt not act like street thugs. Mm-mm-mm. 901-260-5926 is our number.

That's 901-260-5926. Oh, this is a bizarre story out of The UK, it turns out. That King Arthur, remember that the Knights of the Round Table?

Well, it turns out the table may have been gay. Yeah. According to a this is LBC, this is an organization called Leading Britons Conversation, a conservative um a conservative news joint over there. A Welsh council has included King Arthur in their LGBTQ history timeline. and the reason why is they say he was once mentioned as having worn women's clothing.

The Welsh ruler, who is best known for attempting to find the Holy Grail, has been featured in the timeline because of his attire. The Council's mission is to celebrate local stories of sexual orientation and. Gender identity. What? So they're actually spending tax money on this.

And they say that King Arthur was depicted Uh, wearing ladies' garments. We don't know what are what were what exactly were the ladies wearing back in the day? According to the publication here. Welsh LGBTQ plus history, culture and heritage has contributed to our legacy and experiences as a nation and need to be told. It comes as Welsh guidelines released to librarians in Wales stipulated that racist buildings were now suitable for meetings.

Well, that's good news. What constitutes a racist building, by the way? The previous Welsh guidelines highlighted a host of notable locations, including monuments and statues which had links to slavery and empire, including Francis Drake, and the Duke of Wellington.

Now look, I don't know if um I don't know if King Arthur was gay or not. I mean, maybe he was, you know, how they do what is it, powder puff football in the high schools where the guys dress up like the cheerleaders and the cheerleaders dress up like the football players? Maybe that's what was going on. We don't know. But it's kind of weird that now everybody in history is gay.

What was it, Abraham Lincoln? They're saying Abraham Lincoln had a male lover or something. I don't know. So basically, everybody in American history, everybody in British history is now gay. That's what they want you to bully.

901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. No, Dylan, we just assume it was a sword that he was pulling out of the stone. That's we just. Yeah.

Well, I don't know. It could have been a euphemism for some. I hope not, but. We don't know what he was yanking. Uh geez, all of a No, I'm not talking about Snow White and the dwarfs.

That's a whole different story. That's incredibly inappropriate for family-friendly radio. All right. You can't make this stuff up, folks. You just can't make it up.

All right. I want to play some audio here, and this is from. This is from Kamala Harris last night. And she is just very, very upset about The claim that Trump is going to arrest all of his political enemies, which is what the Democrats have actually been doing. Cut number three.

He's the one who talks about an enemy within, an enemy within, talking about the American people, suggesting he would turn the American military on the American people. We asked that question to the former president today. Harris Faulkner had a town hall, and this is how he responded. I heard about that. They were saying I was like threatening.

I'm not threatening anybody. They're the ones doing the threatening. They do phony investigations. I've been investigated more than Alphonse Capone. He was the greatest gang.

No, it's true. But think of it. It's called weaponization of government. It's a terrible thing. Brett, I'm sorry, and with all due respect, that clip was not.

what he has been saying about the enemy within that he has repeated When he's speaking about the American people, that's not what you just showed. He was asking about what you just showed, in all fairness and respect to you. He didn't show that, and here's the bottom line: he has repeated it many times, and you and I both know that. And you and I both know that he has talked about turning the American military on the American people. He has talked about going after people who are engaged in peaceful protest.

He has talked about locking people up because they disagree with him. This is a democracy. And in a democracy, The President of the United States in the United States of America should be willing to be able to handle criticism without saying he'd lock people up for doing it. There you go.

So, again, it's not Donald Trump doing this. This is what the Democrat Party is doing right now with the help of establishment Republicans like Lizard Cheney and her daddy Dick. This is what's going on in the country, folks. Oh, by the way, I got to go back to this Dougie M. Hoff story.

So it turns out he was in spin class. Is that uh the bicycles? Is that what they're doing? Or is that the one where you just stand up and you spin around in a circle? No, this is the bicycle thing.

And they have the instructor in the front, and he's yelling at you. Pedal harder, pedal harder.

Okay. Anyway, he was in spin class when he got the call that Joe had dropped out of the race. And he was talking to a radio talk show host. And uh he said that uh he was ex he was He was relaying the call. She had l left him seven or eight messages.

Doug, where are you? Doug, where are you? Pick up the phone. Are you with that other woman again? Are you with the nanny?

Are you with the blankin' nanny, Doug? Where are you, Doug? Where the blank are you? Pick up the phone!

Now, I got to say something about this.

Okay. If I were Kamal Harris, knowing Doug's background, you know, he likes to smack around the women, I would be careful here. You don't want to get Dougie riled up, especially after spin class.

So there you go. Wow, what, what a miserable couple. All right, we got to take a quick break here. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

Ladies and gentlemen, that is me, your friendly neighborhood radio host. Trust you are doing well today. A lot going on this hour of the program. By the way, just got a text message from our friends over in Winston-Salem at WSJS, and they say the lines are massive, just massive. And, folks, I just sincerely believe.

that most of the people going and voting early are, in fact, Republicans.

Now real quick, I want to go to Caroline, who's listening to us on WHKP. And Caroline, I understand that you voted early. What did you see out there? Oh, a nasty bunch of people. Wow.

There was a lot of people.

So, Caroline, where did you go and vote? What town are you voting in? I'm in Hendersonville. All right, Hendersonville. Yes.

Caroline, were you able to talk to folks in line? What are people saying?

Well, we went to the my husband is a disabled veteran. And so we went and voted curbside. Because he's disabled. And so that way we didn't have to wait a long time.

Well, that's good, but you got right in. And they. The lady that came the one that came to us with our Paperwork was wonderful. But you know, it's real funny. You can look at somebody and you see a smirk on their face, and you know that it's a Democrat.

It's the smirk, is it? The smirk. Yeah, I guess you I guess that's what you call it. And one of the ladies, I know she had to be a Democrat. Her her name tag was known, but her name was To the back, to where you couldn't see it.

Oh, did she have the pronouns listed? Oh, wow. Was she did she have like magenta hair or something, too? That's usually an indicator. I think she must have been a probably to be a somebody that sort of watches, you know, to make sure that they do it right.

But there was one instance where uh Somebody uh There will I I just noticed I just noticed one thing that just didn't seem right. Yeah. I can't talk about it on the radio, but I I just saw one thing that I didn't think looked right.

Well when uh when they've got a when they've got a person that comes around with your Uh ballot. And you go to the car, you put your tag your little thing on the car to let 'em know that you're of voting and that you're taking care of them. And um Then uh They come up and they Show you and tell you and check your name and your ID and your tag, everything that they've got to tie.

Well, hold on. It sounds like they're being very thorough and making sure that everybody's taken care of. And I love how they came out curbside and helped you guys out there. Caroline, God bless you and your husband, and we certainly thank him for his great service to our nation. Thank you for calling in today.

Yeah, that's what it's all about. Want to hear from you folks, 901-260-5926.

So I got word yesterday that our good friend Ray Richardson, who is the morning show guru in the beautiful state of Maine, WLOB, was organizing a massive caravan that was heading south to help out our good friends in western North Carolina.

So Ray is on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line right now. Ray, hope you're doing well today. I am doing well, Todd Starns.

Now, what is it? Every time I talk to you on the radio, I've got a Chick-fil-A sandwich sitting next to me. What is that all about? Is that your influence from far away? I'm not sure.

You're living a godly life. What can I say, Ray Richardson? Hey, is that what it's all about? Yeah, I love that. That's a good reward.

That's a reward right here on the earth. Todd, you're absolutely right. We're all so concerned about the folks down in North Carolina and Georgia, and my family was right. They as a storm turned down in Florida, they were going to be right in the eye for Milton.

So obviously, we're keenly aware of all this. As a young person, I spent a lot of time in Western North Carolina, the Maggie Valley, Silva, but got hit really hard. And of course, Asheville, you You don't even recognize it now. A couple of boys reached out to me. My friend Brad Dyer, who's a businessman here in Maine.

Joel Chapman, who's a Navy SEAL, and Chris Peake, who is a Marine. And they wanted to put together a convoy of resources, money, fuel, diapers, wipes. Nonperishable food, you name it, blankets, because it's getting cold in the mountains.

So they've got a convoy that's leaving tomorrow morning at 2. 2 a.m. with about eight trailer loads of stuff. And then we had another guy reach out to me, Dennis Nickerson from Affordable Builders here in Maine. He's a really great guy, hardworking, just the best of the best.

And he put together a convoy that left from Maine today with all the same kind of stuff. Dennis is hooking up with a church in Virginia that is helping facilitate resources into North Carolina. And then the original convoy that I mentioned, they're right in North Carolina. Ray, I just think this is so amazing. And again, it goes it just shows the spirit of the talk radio community around the country where folks all the way up in Maine are lending a helping hand to the good people down in North Carolina.

Well, as you know, Todd, I grew up in Florida. My wife Dee Dee and I got married, and thirty nine years ago, we moved to Maine. We love this state with all of our heart. It's not only the most scenic and beautiful state that God created, but we have the best people. Their hearts, we may not be prosperous here, but boy, I'll tell you, if somebody's in trouble, they come running with resources, with money, whatever anybody needs.

It's just the most incredible thing. And that's what happened here And so the convoy that is hooking that's leaving tomorrow morning at 2 a.m., they have hooked up with Operation Hilo. Down in North Carolina. I don't know if you're familiar with them, but Matt McSwain heads that up. And some of the government helicopters were just too big to get down where resources were needed.

So they have about one hundred private helicopters. that are flying missions in, missions of rescue, missions of bringing in resources to families that are hungry and cold and have nothing, bringing in chainsaws and all kinds of things. Last Monday, they flew four hundred missions into the mountains of North Carolina. Bringing resources to people. And Matt said initially his company had planned to cover all the fuel, but they didn't realize how big it was going to be.

That first day, it was $60,000 in helicopter fuel to make all those missions happen, but they still did it. Wow. Ray Richardson on our Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. And folks, if you want to get involved in the effort, I want you to go right now to ToddStarnes.com. You can click on our red relief button at the top, and it'll take you directly to the donation page.

We have raised well over $11,000, almost $12,000 just this week for storm victims in North Carolina, and we want that number to go up. Ray, I want to switch gears, if that's okay, and talk politics. Tell us how things are looking in the state of Maine as we head into these final election days.

Well, there's a lot of excitement going on. As you may know, Todd, we, along with Nebraska, split our electoral vote And we have four here.

So we have two congressional districts on our northernmost, which is our most rural. President Trump has won that electoral vote twice. And he's looking at another big victory up there. We have a Democratic incumbent Congressman Jared Golden. Who is being challenged by a state representative who's also a NASCAR driver?

And his name is Austin Terrio, and Austin is mounting a big challenge. The polls actually have him in the lead. Speaker Johnson was up here recently. I had him on my program. And Speaker Johnson said that the entire Congress, if it's close, could turn on second Congressional District and whether we win or lose that seat.

So they've been pouring resources up there. And it's an exciting time here in the state of Maine. I don't know what will happen statewide. We've gotten pretty liberal in the big cities, as I think you remember when you visited us, but. The rural area of Maine is very traditional valued, very pro-America first agenda.

And people are excited to get out and vote. We've had a heavy ST balloting already. I think that bodes well for President Trump. I think people in Maine are tired of struggling. They've had it with the idea that their fate is to struggle.

They're tired of that.

Well, I'm with you, Ray, and I think they are, which is why we are seeing the turnout that we're seeing all over the country. By the way, Elizabeth writing it on our Facebook Live page. Ray Richardson. She says, I am running in coastal Kennebunkport as a Republican, Elizabeth Adams Jordan.

So she says, hello, giving you a shout out there. Oh, that's very kind of Elizabeth. She's a very nice lady. I've met her a couple of times at events. And she's that kind of traditional valued conservative that Maine desperately needs in the legislature.

Wow, that's great.

Well, Ray, we're excited about election night. Of course, we're announcing on the Radio Trades today that the Todd Stern Show is going to be doing six hours of live election night coverage. In addition to what we do noon to 3 Eastern, we're doing 6 p.m. to midnight on election night of wall-to-wall election coverage on radio stations across the country. We're going to get you to phone in.

You've got to give us an update from Maine. Oh, I'd love to do that. Chelsea McNelsey, that's an awful lot of coverage. Todd, can I tell you one 30-second story? Real quick, yeah, yeah.

Diddy and I call these Godwings.

So Ann Payne is a nurse down in North Carolina. She was on with me as we were promoting the convoy, and she was going in and providing medical care to the people who are trapped down there and can't get medical care. Her trailer had a flat tire. She and her husband were bringing in goods and everything. And because of when all this timed out, They met a woman who was having a baby, so Ann was there to be able to provide the medical care along with another nurse.

Well, that of course, we tape all her interviews, so she got to play it, and she sent it to one of her One of the ladies that helped her deliver the baby.

So, this guy reaches out to me and he said, Hey, I'm laying in bed watching the Yankees and the Royals. My wife is listening to the interview, and I keep thinking, I know this guy, I know this voice. But finally, he figured out that it was me. He said, is this guy in Maine? She said, yes.

I played high school baseball with him 44 years ago. He hadn't talked since. But just a God weak moment because Ann was talking about God is the way maker and he was making the way for that baby to be born. And just kind of a cool story that comes out of something like this. It's a great story.

And, Ray, what a great way to wrap things up. Always good hearing from you, my friend. And we certainly salute you and the great listeners there in Maine for lending a helping hand. Thanks a lot now. Appreciate it, Todd.

Thank you. All right. Ray Richardson, ladies and gentlemen, great American patriot. Hey, real quick, before we go to break, I want to go to Zach. And Zach, you're being described as a young North Carolina voter.

Is this true? Yes, it is. All right, well, Zach, how old are you? I am 24. 24 years old.

All right. So, early voting, tell me about your experience. Yeah, today is the first day of early voting in North Carolina, and I got to the poll around 11 a.m. stood in line for about an hour or so and was done by a little after noon this afternoon. All right.

And what part of the state are you voting in? Charlotte, North Carolina. All right, Charlotte. All right. And so I'm curious, what the crowds, is it are you able to tell?

Democrat, Republican, Kamala, Donald? It seems to be a good mixture of both from what I've seen. A bunch of Republican voters and a bunch of Democratic voters in the line as well. All right. Well, that's you know what?

Fair enough. Look, this is what the election is all about, getting out and voting. Curious, Zach, what was it that compelled you to go and vote today?

Well, naturally, I was going to go vote anyway. I just figured voting early would be the best way to do it to avoid the humongous crowd that would be forming on Election Day. and early buttoning, which just worked perfectly with my schedule to be able to go and do that. But really, just getting out in general was always my intention to make my voice heard this election. What was the big issue for you?

The big issue for me and why I decided to cast my vote for Donald Trump was how everything was handled with the hurricane in Asheville, North Carolina. Seeing how he responded and went actually into Asheville and helped everyone out in delivering supplies with his kids. versus what Kamala did, which was nothing. really inspired me to go out and vote this election season. Wow, good for you.

I'm wondering, Zach, how many other people maybe their opinion changed and their vote changed as a result of how the administration handled that hurricane disaster? For sure. And I'm an independent voter, a registered independent. And I've seen just a lot of different discourse within my own friend group of everyone kind of shifting their mindset a little bit after this whole hurricane. It's very easy to kind of just be disilluded to issues going on in the country when it's not Your home state, but when you see something like this happen in your own backyard and see how the people that we elected to protect and serve us not doing that.

you know, really kind of opens your eyes a little bit.

Well, it's look, that's a great point. And again, I think a lot of folks, when they sit down and they just start reading and analyzing, they're going to come to the same conclusion that you came to. Zach, do you have a copy of my latest book, Twilight's Last Gleaming? I do not know.

Well, you know what? We're going to get you a copy of that, and I think you'll enjoy it. It's a fun read. And hey, guys, let's put Zach on hold, and we're going to send you a copy of my brand new book, Twilight's Last Gleaming. And good for you, Zach.

Again, a 24-year-old voter. Said that he decided to vote for Donald Trump because of the way he responded to the disaster in North Carolina. You really do have to wonder if others are doing the same thing. Got to take a quick break, going right to your phone calls: 901-260-5926. Again, that number, 901-260-5926.

Let's go to Richard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, home of the MTSU football team.

Hi, Richard. What's going on? Hi, John. I'll make it short. Yeah.

Early voted yesterday. And I was listening to you all online because I can't pick you up over the air in Murfreesboro. But I was Kind of surprised at all the people who said that they were waiting like two, three hours. Um I voted around eleven o'clock yesterday morning. And they've got a local sports facility here that I voted at.

There were tons of people. But the poll workers were excellent. Uh I was in and out in about twenty minutes. Mm-hmm. Wow.

Yeah, it only took me a f I mean, once I finally got my paper ballot, it didn't take me just a minute or two to fill it out.

So but I think there were maybe it was just the volume of people coming out in West Tennessee. You know, Memphis. largest city in the state, so I think there were just a lot of people. Last time I voted Memphis, I voted at the Shakespeare facility on Cindy Road. Know exactly where that's at.

Richard, I hate to do this. You know what? Let's hang tight. Richard, hang tight. Don't go anywhere.

But we're coming up on a break here. Hey, folks, head over to ToddSterns.com. Donate right now. Let's help our friends in Western North Carolina. All right, welcome back to the Todd Starns Radio Show.

Or, as Kamala Harris would say, if she were actually hosting the show, where the blanket been? Where are you? Pick up the phone. Part of you feels sorry for Dougie Imhoff, but yeah, crazy. All right, I want to go back to the phones very, very quickly.

Richard had called in from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, talking about voting and what it was like yesterday. And Richard, I wanted you to finish your thought about voting in Memphis back in the day. Uh The Shakespeare Facility is the only place I ever had a paper ballot offered to me. I thought it was terrific. And I was hoping to find the same thing here in Murfreesboro, But unfortunately, they don't have those and For some reason When I expressed a concern that their Dominion voting machines were hackable, Oh no.

These we've had these checks, they're secure. They there's nobody can touch them. Dude. Come on.

Well, all I can tell you, Richard, is that yours truly asked for a paper ballot, and it took me 90 seconds to fill out my ballot. It took me 15 minutes for them to figure out how to print one off. I asked for one, too, and I got turned down because they said, whoa, we don't need those. Hey, you got turned down. That's your right as an American citizen to ask for a paper ballot.

They should give you one. You need to reach out to the Secretary of State's office about that. That's going to be my next step. All right. Yeah.

Do that. I appreciate everything you do, and I wish I could pick you up directly, but I listened to you online because there's nobody up here that matches what you do.

Well, you are kind to say that, Richard. Tell all of our friends in Murfreesboro that we said hello, and thank you for calling in. All right, I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line and welcome. You know, don't tell him I said this, but he's actually my favorite person on the planet. He also runs my company, Dalton Glasgow, from Wichita, Kansas.

Hey, Dalton, how's it going? Hey, I am doing great. And I was told that I had to keep this call clean.

So, our call screener is doing a great job to make sure the radio waves are appropriate today and this afternoon. Yes, the lovely Cassie is doing a great job, and she also brings baked goods, and we are very grateful about that. I can't wait to taste some of those. Yeah, she actually takes orders. I mean, it's really it's pretty darn impressive.

I I have to order. Like what's what's the top pick so far?

Well, I she brought them these muffins. I'm a big coconut guy, and she brought these like coconut muffins, but uh she makes all kinds of different kinds of uh muffins and uh baked goods. No, I can't do coconuts.

So that's off the list. Anything else, let's talk about it. All right. Well, don't get too picky there. Hey, Dalton, we've been watching the presidential race, early voting here in Tennessee, off the charts, record setting in the state of Georgia.

And, of course, now we're hearing reports from all over North Carolina about huge lines. You're a politico. What do you make of the numbers of people coming out this early to vote? I think for the first time, I've also seen the Republican Party embrace early voting.

So I think that's why we see some advanced members that were a little bit higher. I don't know if this translates into overall higher voter turnout. I would be skeptical if that's the case. But I do believe that Republicans, and I've seen the Trump campaign, I've seen local Republican campaigns, start pushing advanced voting more frequently. And so You know, historically, Democrats would almost always win the advanced ballot application because they would get out, they would vote early, they're not election day voters.

So it'll be interesting to see if this actually encourages more apathetic people to still show up on Election Day. or if we're just banking our votes earlier this year than we do later normally. I'm curious to hear your take on the Republicans here. And it seems like Trump's got the momentum right now, the big mo. Kamala Harris, the only reason she went on you know things are bad when you got to go on Fox.

And the whole point of that was try to win over Republican voters. First of all, do you think she accomplished that last night? I don't know if she accomplished it. I don't think she's lost those from doing it.

So if I was her campaign staff, I would tell her to do it. I don't think you're losing anybody that's listening to it. I think it's only a net positive if you can gain people. I do think Kamala's campaign, they started off strong. They started off I think managing a good campaign.

The problem with campaigns is all about timing, and you want to peak at the right time. And for me, it appears that she might have peaked a little too early for her campaigns like you. And I think they're trying to figure out ways to correct that. And you always want to peak right on Election Day. And I think for her, she may have peaked about a week or two too soon.

Yeah, I mean, they're throwing stuff against the wall now. And for anybody, and if Fox News, they ought to be counting their blessings because Fox News could have broadcast the video footage of Kamala's team. And apparently, there are four or five of them, according to Brett Baer, who were waving their hands telling them to end the interview. That's how bad it went for them.

So I think they're struggling. I will say this. I think, and if I'm wrong, if you disagree, I want to hear from you on this one. I think Donald Trump's best asset right now is J.D. Vance, and he is really coming into his own out there on the campaign trail.

Well, and I think JD was a liability at the start. I think you and I talked about I don't think he had a good first couple of weeks. But JD also understands politics, and part of him may have been making sure that he speaks at the right time and that he gains momentum. I think he really had a shining moment at the VP debate. I think regardless of whether you're on the right or the left, I think people were more trustworthy of JD after the debate.

I think they probably saw a different side of him than what the media is portraying. And I think holistically, the vice presidential debate was a good substantive debate on policy and the issues affecting our country, less than the character of people. And I think Americans were refreshed watching that, too. And so I do think he's an asset to the campaign when at first. He was a PMA liability, but I think he's really settled into the role and really owning it now that he's in there a little bit deeper.

Dalton Glascock on our Patriot Mobile newsmaker line.

So we've just got a couple of weeks between now and Election Day. Dalton, what What does Team Trump need to do between now and voting day? I think we have to keep making the early vote. And I think the campaign finally realizes that people are going to vote early. People like the flexibility of voting early.

They just want to get it done and not have to think about it anymore. The earlier you vote, the quicker that text messages also quit from campaigns because campaigns know when you're voting and when you're not voting. And so I think The Trump campaign has to make votes prior because you never know what's going to happen on election day. And so you want to make sure that you're going into election day with a steady lead. And if he goes into election day having enough votes, and if he's in the lead on election day or before election day, he'll win on election day.

Is there a way to gauge? I mean, you're a pro at this. Is there a way to gauge who's actually coming out? Can you guys sort of figure that out? Yeah, so campaigns know of who goes and votes.

So the second you vote, usually county election offices will send a recap to campaigns if you request the data that will let them know that you voted.

Now they don't know how you voted, but they know that you voted. And so campaigns then purge you from their list.

So That's usually why campaign messages quit. It's the good campaign. They'll purge you from the list because you only want to talk to people who you know haven't voted so that their ballot's still outstanding. And so, really, the hard part to manage. Is are they a typical early voter, or is this the first time they voted early?

If the first time they voted early, That's a great thing because we know that that might be a vote that's locked in that historically hasn't been locked in. And so, really, the people that need to be targeted are one of four voters. What that means is that you voted in one out of the last four elections. And those are the people that need to be targeted to get out and make sure that they go vote this cycle because those are the ones least likely to vote. They're going to be if it's a rainy day, they're like, oh, I'm not going to go vote or something.

It takes perfect conditions for them to go out and vote. And those are the people that you want to make your vote early, so you don't have to worry about it. Four or four people, you know they're going to vote. You know they're going to set up on election day. You're going to love this one.

This is from one of the local T V stations in Memphis, and we have a big Senate race here. Marcia Blackburn going up against a radical leftist. Her name is Gloria Johnson. I don't know how they did this, but they actually put up the somebody made a mistake and they put up the actual election results. Having Marsha Blackburn beating Gloria Johnson 69% of the vote to 24%.

Dalton, it's not even election day yet. Yeah, you shouldn't be posting any of the results prior.

Now, you know. I Go ahead, Don. No, go. It's again, it's just it goes to show you the chaos that's out there. I will say this, you know, one of the stories we were talking about, some pastor of a large black church actually got out the church buses, they loaded up the buses, and about 100 members drove down to the precinct, they all got together and prayed and had like a little pep rally, then they all went in and voted.

And, you know, that's how they used to do it back in the early days of America, back in our founding fathers' time.

So when I worked on the congressional campaign after District Ford here in Kansas, Ron Estes, a great congressman from Kansas, where we would go to small towns. What's really cool about small towns, we're all coffee and donuts, and boating is a communal activity. And especially in small towns, you want to be seen boating because people will judge you if you're not there.

Now it's a little bit harder in big cities where you have 40 different polling places across the area. But you want to make voting fun. This should be a day of celebration in America, regardless of political ideology. The idea that you can go and vote for your future and your leaders is a beautiful thing, and we need to embrace that. And I think Election Day should have far more importance, and it should be a celebration of the American experiment every single year.

And so I hope more and more churches and civic organizations do that. We think you all go and vote and celebrate this. Beautiful right that we have as Americans. I think that's brilliant, and that's a great way to wrap up this conversation. And again, ladies and gentlemen, election night, we're going to be doing six hours of live election coverage.

Border to border coast to coast is going to be pretty spectacular. You're going to be hearing voices like Dalton, Ben Dieter, and some of the top pundits and pollsters and political operatives in the country. It's going to be a lot of fun, and we'll be telling you more about that in the coming days. All right, Dalton, good hearing from you. We'll talk soon.

All right. Dalton Glascock, ladies and gentlemen, Chief Executive Officer of Stearns Media Group. By the way, I heard Ben Dieter telling me his ballot was like six pages long. Mine was one page, and then we had one election on the back. And I love it because the person running the poll was like, hey, just to let you know, you've got somebody else to vote for on the back.

And I'm like, oh, well, thank you for telling me that. Oh, that was the school board race, Vicki Gandy there.

So, anyway. All right. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. Let's work in some calls here.

Let's say hello to Baxter in North Georgia, WDUN, our great affiliate there. Hi, Baxter. What's going on? Hi, Todd. I just wanted to tell you my wife's sitting here with me, and I talked to you once before, and she said, I want to hear it, and I feel like you find it.

So she's so happy today. Just want to let you know we love you in North Georgia, Northeast Georgia, and Sakoa especially.

Well, Toccoa is great country. You've got a great college up there, and Tocoa Falls College. Exactly. But I wanted to just let you know that we went to vote early yesterday, the first time we voted early because we were prompted to by our pressed pressures President Trump. And uh So I was amazed because for a little town, that that place was really packed.

They had We had one one or two Clarkin's bus we could get into. It was busy. I mean, I was really amazed. But one thing I wanted to tell you: my wife asked, she's pretty brave, you know. She said Asked the people, says, Are Dominion people here today?

And they said, No, but they. They won't be here until election day.

So listen, tell all your voters get out and vote early because Dominion's not there. Wow. You've got a wise wife there, Baxter. Good for her. Yeah.

Thank you. Her name is Ann, just for your sake, there.

Well, I love.

Well, hello, Ann, and thank you. You know, Ann can weigh in here, Baxter. You can't just hog the phone there. You should. Hi, Ann.

How are you? I'm okay. I'm a little shy. Oh, don't be shy. It's just about five million people listening.

Yeah. I wanted to tell you one thing I've noticed. We come down to Gay and School. about every other week. And we are noticing there's hardly any truckers on the road, which is big, big trucks.

I'm talking eighteen wheelers. There's hardly any on the roads, which I think is very odd. Just something to think about. I don't know. Yeah, we pass maybe one every mile.

we would have one go the other way. You know, it's interesting. That's interesting. We'll make some calls and I will make some inquiries on that. I do know this, guys.

Every time I'm in North Georgia, and this only happens when I'm on a long, winding two-lane road where you can't pass, I'm the guy that gets stuck directly behind the chicken truck. Oh, gosh, we hate the chicken truck. My wife hates the chicken truck. And all of those Yankees that talked about back at Fox, they talked about, oh, we just want to go move to the country and breathe in that fresh country air. And I keep thinking, yeah, wait until you get behind a chicken truck.

You'll be heading back to Brooklyn before you know it. Yeah, my wife, she'll say, Oh, please pass the chicken truck, and she'll hide her eyes. She just don't want to see about the chickens being hurt, you know. I understand. One time I had cranked up the AC, and actually, a chicken feather, I don't know how it ended up in my car, but a chicken feather shot out of the air conditioning thing there.

So, all right. You could tell people that was an angel feather. No, that didn't smell like an angel. Baxter, and great, great talking to you both, and thanks for the kind words. And we appreciate you guys listening to us.

901-260-5926 is our number. Hang tight, going right back to the phones. This is the Todd Stern Show. I don't know. All right, folks, welcome back to the Todd Sterns Radio Show.

So be sure to help us out there. All right, let's try to work in some calls here. Charlotte in North Carolina wants to talk about early voting. Hey, Charlotte, what town did you vote in? Mm-hmm.

I'm trying excuse me, Todd, I'm trying to vote in Newburn, North Carolina, but I just drove to the They have a new boating place, and it's kind of offbeat. And so I thought there would be less lion there, and I went there. And I was told it was an hour and a half. And I have a dentist appointment, so I'll have to go back. But the l the line is long and they do have on drug by voting, which I think is great.

Oh, now how drive-by voting? I haven't heard no, somebody else called in and they said they came right out. They were disabled and they came out to the car. What's drive-by voting?

Well, you just drive Up to the curb of the entrance, and there's a man there that will go in and bring you out a ballot. And you don't have to be disabled, so I'm going to try that next time because the line may be shorter. Wow. All right. Well, that's good to know.

Well, Charlotte, appreciate that. Hope things go well at the dentist for you. Thank you. All right, and be sure the drugs wear off before you go and vote because you don't want to, you know, you don't want to get a little woozy. I can't forget where I'm going to vote, but I will go as soon as I finish here, and I think I'm going to try the drive-by lane.

Hopefully, it'll be shorter. All right. Well, Charlotte, I appreciate that. Thank you for calling. I've never heard of such a thing.

What, two? You just pull in and somebody comes out with a ballot? That's interesting. All right. Folks, we're going to have to take a quick break.

Don't go anyway. We're coming back. We've got another full hour. A lot of folks wanting to weigh in, and we're going to go right to your call.

So hang tight. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. And don't forget, during the break, head over to the website, make a donation, and help our friends in Western North Carolina. We'll be right back.

Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun totem, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. That's us! That's right. I love this American ride. Stars.

Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Starns Radio Show.

So very happy to have you with us today. A lot going on this hour of the program coming up. We're checking in with our good buddy Spencer Lindquist over at the Daily Wire. School districts are declaring war on America. I don't know why I'm out of breath.

We were searching for some headphones, and I can't, those earbuds. Always lose those things. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line, and always a pleasure and an honor to chat with our dear friend, Robin Poffman, one of the best journalists in America. Robin, what's going on? How are you today?

Yeah. Uh I'm good, my friend. I've been traveling the East Coast and looking for lawn signs and doing my informal polling as to who's going to win the election.

So I will I'm curious to hear your thoughts because in Tennessee, which is dark blue, the Democrats are enraged because there are more Trump signs than Kamala Harris signs out here. Yeah, that's how it is in certain parts of Georgia. I've been down in Florida through Alabama. There are a lot, a lot of Trump signs and calling Kamala Harris, kind of equating her to Kamala and crime. And I think that's today's big development, Todd, with Israel, the Israelis getting Sinoir, I think it's huge because it's symbolic.

I don't think that this administration can take credit for it. They might take credit for it. But this is all about Benjamin Netanyahu and going after these terrorist thugs who went after and murdered innocent Israelis and Americans. And it bothers me to no end. Every night before I go to sleep, I think about the hostages that are still being held against their will for over a year.

And what's being done about it? Not too much and not mentioned in the mainstream media. If you watch any of those nightly news shows on CBS, NBC, ABC, They never mention the hostages. It's like a criminal enterprise. These mainstream media folks, you talk about a house cleaning at the Secret Service.

We need to do a house clearing at the mainstream media in our country. I'm for Elon Musk buying one of the networks, Todd. Yeah, I'm with you on that. And I think the media has done a great disservice to the country. And it's important that we have a robust fourth estate.

We were talking yesterday on the show about how most people just simply do not trust what's coming out of mass media these days. Yeah, it's a criminal enterprise, and it's not only the reporters that are left-wing and activists and not journalists, but I really point the finger at the news managers. Many of them know better. Many of them are north of 50 and 60 years old. They know what's going on, they remember fair and balanced.

They know how to do a newscast with one Democrat and one Republican soundbite in it. They know better.

So I hold the news managers are really the people to blame because they don't rein in the troops. They don't rein in the editors with the shady left-wing editing and all the shenanigans and nonsense that goes on. And When I hear from a lot of folks that I know up in the Northeast, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut area, people that watch all that mainstream garbage. And all the local news and all the shady editing. I'm like, wow, you people are being literally duped.

Like, if you're like a viewer who watches ABC nightly news with whoever, and then you watch your Jeopardy shows, like just mainstream people that don't really know the full scope of what's going on, they're really being duped. And Rush Limbaugh famously called them low information voters, and they are because they don't have the full deck of cards. They only have a few cards. They don't really know the whole story from A to Z. Robin, I'm curious to get your thoughts on the Fox News interview Brett Baird did with Kamala Harris last night.

You know, I was worried that he was going to go easy on her, that he was, you know, going to be, you know, some sort of a lightweight or, you know, a rhino. You know what I'm saying? Like, I didn't think he was going to do the whole, you know, one, two, Rocky Balboa punch there, but he was great. I thought that the follow-up questions, he really didn't let her get away with it. I like that he went in for, so how many illegals do you think your administration has led into the country?

She wouldn't answer. He went back on it a second time. He went back on it, I believe, a third time, and tried to get her to focus with a number. And his number was real low. He said something to the tune of like, oh, so the administration admits to like 6 million.

She wouldn't even commit to that when we know that the truth is it's 20 million plus. I thought that the questions were good. You know, when did you think or find out that Joe Biden was possibly mentally impaired? She couldn't answer that. She wouldn't come out and apologize to the families of the women who've been raped and murdered at the hands of illegal aliens.

She couldn't answer that. What could she answer, Todd? Yeah, I mean, it's a fair question. And the anger, you know, here's what got me. I was watching body language last night, Robin, and I think we got to see the real Kamala Harris, the one who can't maintain a staff at the VP's office.

What, 92% of her staff has either quit or been fired since she took office? She came across to me last night as a very mean person. Yeah, and not only that, Todd, you've become me with the body language, right? I guess sitting next to me back at Fox News Radio back in the day, I rubbed off on you with the always looking at people's body language. Never listen to what they're saying, look at how they are acting.

And she was literally, if you go back and watch it, to your point, she was squirming in the chair. She looked small, she sounded small, very petty. You and I definitely know some people who fit that category. And Everything about her was small. She didn't look large and in charge.

She didn't sound large and in charge. She was off her game. Don't agree to do, you know, she didn't do well with all these other lightweight interviews she's done. She's certainly not going to go up against a heavyweight Brett Baer, who I think does sort of an old-fashioned in-the-belt way kind of a news show. Like if you want to know what's going on in Washington, D.C., I think he gives it to you straight.

He's one of the few that you could honestly say that you don't really know where he stands on the issues. Robin, we're just a couple of weeks out from Election Day. I'm curious, where do you think the campaign stands? It seems to me that Trump's got the big Mo on his side, and Kamala is just they can't. Figure it out.

They can't figure it out because they know how they've manipulated the American people. But the American people, the majority of the country, Understand that $13 a box blueberries, if you can even find them in the state of New Jersey, is is a criminal enterprise. And people know when they're paying crazy rent and crazy prices for gas. and crazy prices for electricity and heat, and people see the video of Asheville, North Carolina, and nobody is coming to help you and you are on your own, I think that people feel, Todd, that they are on their own. I'm going to speak for myself.

And tell you that I don't rely on the government for anything. I feel like I'm going at it alone. You're going at it alone. If you're in crisis, don't depend on the government to come and help you, not even in a hurricane, unless you live in the state of Florida and Ron DeSantis is large and in charge. But other than that, these people are not there to help you.

No, they're not, Robin. And that's what's really angered me, especially when you look at what's happened in North Carolina. And of course, we've been raising a lot of money for disaster relief, but it's just not even a drop in the bucket to what these people need. And I get you know, I think they sense it. They see it.

We had a 24-year-old caller from North Carolina voting in Charlotte and said he actually decided to vote for Trump because of how horribly the Democrats have handled. The hurricane relief efforts in his state.

So you wonder how many other people are out there like that kid. There's that, and let me add one other layer. There's a lot of people that can't find work or people who are losing their job. One airline in particular, I don't want to mention this airline, but there's an airline in particular that is getting rid of union workers and replacing them with people who are illegal and not vetted in this country. And very bad things are going to happen because of it.

So we don't know who's here. People feel very unsafe. They feel very insecure. And they are looking for leadership. I don't care if you're black.

I don't care if you're white. I don't care what you believe in. The gay, straight, black, white, old, young. When people are feeling insecure like they were during the Carter years and standing in line for gas and odd license plates and even license plates, we are desperately looking for leadership. And back then, we were looking for Reagan, and right now people are turning to Trump.

They aren't. All right. Well, Robin, we're going to leave it there. We'll touch base with you between now and Election Day. Good stuff, as always.

Thanks. Have a blessed day. All right. There you go.

Robin Poffman. By the way, again, we are just crushing it right now on our hurricane relief efforts.

So many of you are making donations. Coming up a little bit later on this hour, we're going to be giving you guys some shout-outs. Again, we only have one more day. Tomorrow is the last day that we're going to be raising money for disaster relief for North Carolina and western, or I'm sorry, Eastern Tennessee.

So you can go to our website, ToddSterns.com, right now and make a donation online, or you can call 855-353-4673. Again, that telephone number is 855-353-4673 to make your donation. All right, got to take a break here, folks. We're going right to the phones. This is the Todd Sterns Show.

Oh, this is interesting. The 2024 Lunch Report. This is coming from Newsweek. They found that nearly half of Gen Z workers miss lunch at least twice a week. 50% of Gen Zers say that's the best part of their workday: eating lunch.

They surveyed 5,000 full-time U.S. employees, 49%. Of all employees, miss lunch at least once weekly due to tight schedules and heavy workloads.

Well, what do we do here? Where's Dylan? Dylan, our great audio engineer, I mean, we actually have to work during the lunch hours. This is true.

So what d what do you guys do over there? I don't know. Lunch is overrated. I uh I'm my body's used to me eating lunch at like 2 p.m.

now.

So I mean I'm I'm perfectly content with waiting. Is that the happiest part of your workday lunch? Maybe, maybe 'cause I'm off work, if that's considered my workday.

So, yeah, sure. According to the survey, having a good work-life balance what is up with work-life balance? People don't like to work. That's why they're like, I need a good work-life balance. Which means they want to be unemployed.

They want to not, yeah, work. But you can't have a life if you don't work. This is true, yeah.

So, they say having a good work-life balance can improve mood and productivity. When you're not eating lunch, whether it's walking across the street for a salad or just to the break room to grab your leftovers, you're moving less. The less you move, the worse you feel. Is that true? I don't know about that.

Researchers from New York University found more than 7,000 people in the U.S. say that their work schedules Are connected to poor sleep, physical fatigue, and emotional exhaustion. Yes, it's called work. That's what work does. What are they teaching you guys in college?

Are they coddling you guys, Dylan? For sure, yeah.

Well, especially the college I go to.

Well, you're at a taxpayer-funded school. Yeah, yeah. We don't want to name the because you've got to graduate. That's true. We don't want to mess that up.

So I get through it. It isn't just Gen Z struggling to take a break. Of all workers, 23% said they can't take a break because they don't have enough time to get their work done.

Well, you guys took a break this morning, right? Yeah, we have time for breaks here. Went to Sunrise Cafe, had a little breakfast. Got me a sausage biscuit. We're doing fine.

You're doing good. We're doing good here. The work-life balance at the Todd Starn show is just fine. It's not that bad. All right, good.

Is that true, ladies and gentlemen? 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. All right, let's go to the phone lines here. Daniel, W-L-O-B in Maine.

Hi, Daniel. What's on your mind? Hi, Charlie. Good afternoon.

So Um I firmly believe the Democrats stole the election back in twenty twenty And I've been thinking about what is their plan to steal it in twenty four? And They've already had the plan in work since the day Joe Biden became president, and it's by allowing all these illegals over the border.

Now, if we take a a conservative estimate of, say, 10 million And if you only took 10% of that, Well, there's one hundred sixty-one million registered voters in this country, and the margin of The victory of the last election was less than a million, but 10% of 10 million is 1 million. That would throw it their way.

Well, it could, Daniel, but the thing is that we need to get out there. I can't control that. I mean, we're working very hard right now, and I know Matt Gates has a plan that he's introducing today to stop illegals from being able to vote. I know the governor of Virginia and Alabama, they're doing what they can do. You know, my call to action on this radio program is to get out and vote.

The vote Turnout has to be too big for the Democrats to rig. That's the plan.

Well, the other thing that we need to do as Republicans. We have a friend or two out there who don't usually see it our way. And we need to talk to them. I mean, a lot of these people were misled and you know We don't want to insult them, but we want to educate them and let them hear what the truth is. And hopefully, they'll see the light, come around and vote the right way and understand what's how they've been deceived for the last three, four years.

Well, that reminds me. You're not going to, Daniel. I appreciate that call, and it's a great point. Guys, I got a text message from the Kamala Harris campaign. Last night.

Hi, Todd. I'm Marcy, a volunteer with Team Kamala. Can you join us this week to learn how to talk to your friends and family about electing Kamala Harris and Democrats down the ballot? We have trainings every day. What's best for you?

You know, here's the thing. I'm thinking about volunteering to work the phone bank for Kamala. Could you imagine how well that would go? Oh, sweet mercy. I'm thinking about it.

I didn't say I was going to do it, but I am thinking about it. All right, real quick, let's try to work in Joe here in Georgia, WTUN. Hi, Joe. What you got for us? Tom, you're great.

I've been voting in LOJ for fifty years. I usually go real early, and it takes me about five minutes. But this time, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes, which indicates to me this is a big Trump county. The Trump people are really turning out big. And of course, the new Fox poll came out today with Trump ahead by two points.

So I think it's going to be a huge Trump win. I've never seen people so fired up and energized. And of course, the Fox News poll came out today and put Trump two points ahead. But I think he's going to win. By much more than that, the stock market's breaking all records.

And I think that's the reflection that Trump is going to win.

So with your radio show and people fired up, We're going to have a huge win, Todd. I know you've got a break coming up. Yes, sir. Appreciate you working me in. Joe, great call, and thanks for working in the break as well.

Appreciate that. Folks, I'm feeling great, and I think we're going to win in a landslide. I do. 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show.

Go give. Uh All right, we've been telling you for quite some time that many of our public schools around the country have been turned into these propaganda camps. And your kid goes to school, and many of you, mom, dad, you both have jobs, you got a lot of stuff going on after work, and you're just not paying attention to what they're teaching your kids. And so you wake up one day, and all of a sudden, you've got some little Marxist running around your backyard. And you're like, how did that happen?

Well, our next guest is going to help us understand that a little bit. There is a brand new story up on Daily Wire. It's an exclusive. Our good friend Spencer Lindquist discovered that many school districts around the country are saying that America was built on stolen land. Spencer, good to have you with us today.

Thank you very much for having me. All right, well, let's get into the deep dive on this. Tell us how many school districts we're talking about and what are they teaching the kids? Yes. So in this exclusive report, which we authored using some of the research from Parents Defending Education, we found that there's over one hundred schools or school districts across the country that have these land acknowledgement statements.

And what these are is sometimes they're read at the beginning of council meetings, school board meetings, at the beginning of any large event, maybe even as assembly. And effectively, what they say is that the United States, and sometimes they use this exact framing, was built on stolen land and that the United States is responsible for a genocide carried out against Native Americans.

Now what I think is quite funny is that you'll notice if you go through all of these different land acknowledgements. Of course, some of them are a little bit more explicit and more radical than others, but you'll never find any land acknowledgments that mourn the loss of Apache land, the Comanche. You'll never see any land acknowledgements that bemoan the Sioux conquering of the Omaha or the Chippewa. Facing off against the Sioux. You only see this type of chaining, this type of guilt-tripping, effectively, against America, saying that America is a country that is fundamentally illegitimate and that doesn't rightfully own the land on which this country was built.

You know, Spencer, I love your reporting, and you are really one of the finest young journalists coming up out of this country right now. And one of the things I really respect about you is the thoroughness of your reporting. For example, in Oregon, you talk about the North Clackama School District. And what is it? They blame the United States for colonization and genocide?

That's right. Yes. This is one of the schools that does have one of these more explicit and more radical end acknowledgements. Um and You know, a fact of history. Anybody that studied history has seen that there are clashes of civilizations all throughout history, both in the Old World and in the New World, on this continent and on every continent where human beings live and exist.

Um so there's really nothing unique About the United States in that Um There was this history where a clash of civilizations took place. But of course, it is being uniquely singled out by this school district and by school districts, just like it across the country, as something that needs to be apologized for, as something that should be derided as a source of national shame, rather than the traditional framing, which is to say that men like Christopher Columbus, of course, we just had Columbus Day, we just had Leif Erickson Day. That men like this were incredible, were titans of their time, and their actions reverberated across history, and that there's something to be inspired about when we look at their stories and when we look at the foundation of this country. You know, what I find fascinating here, Spencer, is that when you actually do study history and especially the history of the Native Americans or the indigenous people here, many of these tribes were incredibly violent. And I wrote about this in a column earlier this week for Columbus Day.

You had some tribes that actually engaged in cannibalism.

Some actually enslaved other tribes. But nobody wants to talk about that part of history. No, not at all. I mean, if you look at this with the Spanish conquest of Of Metro America, of modern-day Mexico, if you look at the Aztecs. Of course, there's a number of different practices there, human sacrifice perhaps being the most notable and the most infamous.

And there's practices like this that, of course, you don't have third graders being taught in Mexico that they need to be ashamed of this history, and nor should they, right? This is a we're not responsible For the actions of people who came generations before us. And again, I really would like to emphasize that this is something that seems to be unique to the American context, where our history is supposed to be a source of shame. I don't think you'd ever see a Muslim apologizing for or being shameful over the conquest of Spain that was ended with the Reconquista in the late 1400s. You'd never see this, and we shouldn't ask them to apologize for things that they personally didn't do.

But for some reason here in America, it's being used as a leverage point, not just in our national dialogue, not just in our politics, but actually in the classrooms of young children. And it's something that is fundamentally inverting. Our national identity and the way that Americans see this country in its history. Spencer, have you been able to ascertain why that is? What's the end goal here of introducing this kind of of teaching in the in the classrooms.

It's a good question. Type of rhetoric and the type of framing. As far back as you can look at Howard Zinn's book. uh on American history, where he he inverted the framing that was traditionally used. And effectively, it's an application of the school of critical theory.

Of course, we we see that in critical race theory and a number of other derivatives that effectively tries to make history uh to to boil it all down, to remove all the nuance, just into a conversation about who is oppressed and who's the oppressor. And really to take this approach That fundamentally seeks to subvert our natural understanding of ourselves and of our history. But this is something that we see in the American context. It's also something that you see in conversations about British colonialism. But it seems to be relegated specifically to the Western world.

This is not by any means a universal practice. Spencer Lundquist on our Patriot Mobile newsmaker line, and you can read his exclusive reporting over at the DailyWire.com. Again, DailyWired.com. And the headline: School districts across the country say America was built on stolen land. I'm curious, in your reporting, did any school districts respond to your inquiries and explain what's going on here?

No, no, this is something that is very interesting, too. These school districts are perhaps of interest because of their interactions with children. Children, of course, this is something that children are seeing. But we've actually seen that this has become a pretty common practice. And it's difficult to ascertain if it's something that originated in education and academia, but we've seen this.

at various different levels of county government. We've seen statements like this be put out by a number of different organizations. And perhaps it's the most striking, and we're dealing with an educational context where young children are having their minds and their beliefs formed. But it's something that we've seen really take off over the course of the last couple of years in schools and in other institutions across the country. Wow.

All right. Well, Spencer, we're going to leave it there. Great reporting as always. Thank you very much. All right.

The great Spencer Lundquist over at Daily Wire, DailyWire.com. You're going to want to read this. Look, this is why we recommend homeschooling your kids, folks. Homeschool gets your kids into a good private school or Christian school where they're going to be learning the true history of our great nation. And Spencer brought something up that's interesting.

We're the only country that's dealing with this sort of thing. And the reality is, and I'm going to answer this question that I asked Spencer. I'm going to answer it for you. The reason why this is happening is that we have radicals that are in our school systems, that are in our universities. That are in the academic world and they hate our country.

They want to delegitimize the founding of our nation. And the reality is, if you hate America, Go live somewhere else. But all these people talking about how bad America is, they don't want to go anywhere else. And why is that? Because America is the greatest country on the face of the earth.

And even the radicals know that. But they want to destroy our way of life here, and we cannot let them.

Now, I heard something, and I told you about this school board race. And I just want to do a brief aside here, if you'll allow me.

So I live in Germantown, Tennessee. I think, by and large, Germantown is a pretty conservative suburb of Memphis, but there are a lot of lefties. In the school district. And they're making decisions in the school district. And look, look, it's a free country.

You can be a lefty if you want to, but I don't want lefties teaching the kids. I want patriots teaching the kids. And there's a lady running for the school board. I told you her name. Her name is Vicki Gandy.

And I don't know much about her opponent. Seems like a nice person. I have nothing, but I do know Vicki, and I know where she stands and where she stands on a lot of the key issues. She's coming under fierce attack. I mean, there is a smear campaign against this lady running for the school board.

And by the way, it's being run by the same people that are attacking our moms for liberty here locally. And these are just moms that care about what their kids are learning. Anyway, Vicki's got, what, five kids, I think, and they're all grown and they're out of the public school system. And her opponents, her enemies, are. Are saying, well, how dare she run for the school board?

She has no children in the school system. What right does she have to run for school board?

Well, you know what? She's a taxpayer. She's a law-abiding citizen. She has a say on what's happening in our locally funded public schools. As a matter of fact, any taxpayer does.

I don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat. You've got a say. And just because you don't have a child in the school district means nothing to me. That doesn't automatically disqualify you for crying out loud.

So, anyway, whenever people are doing smear campaigns and they're throwing all this mud, and the other side isn't, yeah, I got a problem with that. There are a lot of very bad people that do not want this woman on the school board. And that tells me, you know what? Maybe we do need her on the school board. Mm-hmm.

That's all I'm saying. And again, I don't know anything about her opponent. Again, it seems like a nice person. Met the guy and. But again, there are other people out there.

And they are trying to attack a good and decent woman. I got a problem with that. All right, let's go to Bob in North Carolina. Wants to weigh on an early voting. And today is the launch of early voting in North Carolina, and we're celebrating you guys.

Wanting to know how things are. Are you seeing the big lines? Bob, what's going on? Big line. I'm in Moorhead City, Carterick County, North Carolina, and it took me forty five minutes to get through the line and vote.

I was five hundred thirty seventh in this one voting place today. Wow. Wow. How big is the town out there?

So eight thousand Bob, those are huge numbers for early voting already. Big numbers. My daughter went to another polling place in a little adjacent town, which is an early voting place. It took her an hour and fifteen minutes to get through to vote this morning earlier. Don't know how many were in that place, but she said that it took her an hour and 15 minutes, which was 30 minutes longer than it took me.

I I wonder, Bob, are you a n are you normally an early voting guy? I do every year. All right, good for you, because I know Trump's been telling a lot of people, get out there, cast the votes early, and it looks like a lot of people are doing that. I banked my vote in case I kicked the bucket between now and then well, don't do that, Bob. We don't we want you alive and kicking.

Looks like it may have been a a mixed bag of people voting. You know, you never know. I don't I don't talk to people lying to other You just might. You might. All right, Bob.

Thank you. I know folks like Bob. They just mind their business. They're standing in line. But I will say this.

My line was a little talkative yesterday in Germantown, and there were a lot of Trump supporters out there. A lot of Trump supporters. I'll just leave it at that. All right, we've got to take a quick break here at 901-260-5926. We're opening up the phone lines.

901-260-5926. And again, head over to the website right now. We're going to be reading off some names of new donors. Looks like we're going to be able to hit the $15,000 mark, but we're going to need your help to do that. Donate money right now to help our friends in the Carolinas and Tennessee.

And you can donate with our red banner at ToddStarns.com. All right, welcome back, everybody. By the way, if your kid wants to go to Gettysburg College and they're a Trump supporter, you might want to find another school to go to. Gettysburg College, they have a counselor there. Her name is Lupe Lazaro and she is Muiloco.

She is the admissions counselor, and she is sharing a number of social media posts that have been compiled by our friends at Campus Reform. And she basically hates all of you. Trump supporters. And she says that all Trump supporters believe that homophobia, misogyny, rape, and overthrowing democracy are not deal breakers.

Well, for one thing, these are all lies that this little girl is. Is espousing Lupe Lazaro. She currently serves as a regional rep for Long Island and New York City.

So, we're going to try to reach out to Lupe, and maybe she'll come on the program and explain what she means. Why is she sharing all of these lies? This is a story from the University of Tampa. Where resident assistants, R.A.s. I wonder if Ben Dieter was an RA.

back when he was in college. Probably not. I'm not sure. Yeah, he's shaking his head. No, he was not.

Resident advisors went through training at the University of Tampa and they were told that students are not allowed to fly Make America Great Again flags. I think we have what one here at the at the news bunker. Yeah. And the reason why is that they say that make America great again flags. make other students feel unsafe and threatened.

Now I know some of you may be shocked by this. You should not be shocked. I mean, what conservative kids have to go through on these university campuses is insane, which is why we're so happy and so excited to support groups like Young America's Foundation and Turning Point USA. It turns out, according to the Harvard Crimson, less than three percent. of Harvard University faculty members called themselves Conservative.

More than 75% of the faculty say they are liberal or very liberal. All that to say, you need to pay very close attention to where you send your kids to college. And I want to recommend some schools, Liberty University. Is a great one. We also need to be supporting schools like West Coast Baptist College, and let me explain why.

Their only mission at West Coast Baptist College is to train up pastors and church staff. That's their mission. And this little college out there in California has done more for advancing the kingdom work and bringing in pastors and youth pastors to churches across the country than anybody else I know out there. And what I love about West Coast Baptists, they don't take a single penny of government money, not a single penny of government money.

So if you're looking for a place to park some, I don't know, maybe you want to leave them some money in your will, or maybe you want to become a donor of a college, I recommend West Coast Baptist College. That school is making an impact in California. They are an offshoot of Lancaster Baptist Church, which is an independent Baptist church there in the high desert. It's in northern Los Angeles County. And these guys are running 7,000,08,000 people on Sunday mornings, and they're preaching the Word of God.

It is a very conservative church, a conservative school. In northern Los Angeles County. I mean, you want to talk about miracles from God. That's a miracle from God, I'll tell you. But again, go check them out, West Coast Baptist College.

And they're doing some incredible work out there. And it's impacting the entire nation. All right, folks, that music means we've got to scoot out of here. Hey, 5 o'clock Eastern on Newsmax. Be sure to watch the Todd Stern show.

And, folks, we've got one more day, so head over right now and make a donation. Help our good friends out in Western North Carolina. Be good, America.
