A devastating hurricane has hit Western North Carolina, causing widespread destruction and leaving many without power, water, or communication. The government response has been criticized as slow and inadequate, with many calling for more resources to be sent to the area. Meanwhile, organizations such as Samaritan's Purse and Christian Healthcare Ministries are providing disaster relief and emergency medical kits to those in need. The debate over the government's response to the disaster has also raised concerns about the ethics of gain of function research in bio labs.

Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. See ya. That's right. I love this American ride. And hello, everybody.

Welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Program. It is great to be back with you. Great to be back behind the microphone. And I appreciate. You guys just hanging in there.

We had some great fill-in hosts last week. Always an honor to have so many of our wonderful hosts around the country filling in.

Well, we got a lot to get through, and we'll tell you a little bit about the journey and meeting so many of our wonderful, wonderful friends all over Northern California. What a great, great time that was. And we certainly appreciate all of their kindness and hospitality.

So, look, this is a terrible situation that's unfolding across Western North Carolina. And what's even more appalling is the government's response to this horrible tragedy. And, ladies and gentlemen, I've been in that area many times. We have many listeners of this program. Many of you are without power, and many of you are stranded, and you have no food, no water.

Many of you are looking for your government to step up to the plate, and that has not happened. And I suspect it will not happen. And this is going to be one of those moments I truly believe will hopefully be an eye opener for a lot of Americans so you understand what's going on here.

So I have been in this area for many years. As a child, going to Ridgecrest, which was one of the great Southern Baptist retreat centers there in Black Mountain. Also, the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove is there. Asheville, Hendersonville, so many wonderful areas and so many wonderful, beautiful people. And What you are soon going to learn is that the death toll is simply beyond staggering.

And we could be looking at numbers.

well into the hundreds, if not the thousands. As they begin the search for bodies, I was told by a source yesterday that they found at least three dozen bodies. in Lake Lore. And it's a horrible, horrible situation. Yeah.

all the way around. Many people are wondering where the help is. And the help is coming, but it's not coming from your federal government, and you need to understand that. Here's my take on this, folks. And I am tempering my rage right now.

At Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. But I just want to be really clear here, and you know, I speak matter-of-factly on this radio program. I don't hem or haul. I just tell it like it is. And the reality is the reason why the federal government has not dispatched the full force of the federal government to western North Carolina is because, by and large, most of the people living in that area, and we're talking upwards of 300,000, 400,000 people in that area, by and large, most of them are overwhelmingly Republican and overwhelmingly white.

And that is why the federal government has not unleashed It's resources to help those people. Those people are suffering because of their pigmentation and their political affiliation. That's my take on it. And I know that's going to trigger a lot of leftists out there, but explain it to me. Because the same thing played out in East Palestine, Ohio.

An area that was devastated by that train derailment. And it is insanity right now. Just insanity. That the government Took so long to respond to that crisis. And why is that?

Well, because most of the residents voted Republican, most of the residents are Caucasian. I mean, it's really that simple.

Now if we had a bunch of illegal aliens living in Western North Carolina or we had a bunch of Haitians, well, all you know of would be breaking loose and Joe Biden himself would be would be flying a helicopter into Asheville, North Carolina right now. Yeah. That's what would have happened had there been a massive number of illegals living there. But isn't it interesting, ladies and gentlemen, you just think about this for a moment. And I know we have a lot of Democrats that listen to this program.

You lurk in the shadows of terrestrial radio or on your laptop. I want you to think about this for a second. There actually are a lot of liberals that live in Asheville. They call it the Berkeley of the South. They eat more they eat more tofu per capita than any other city in the South in the South than they do.

It's Science, you can look it up. Anyway, all that to say, there are liberals there. There are, you can call them hippies. As soon as you walk through downtown Asheville, I mean, it's just all of a sudden you are surrounded with the fragrance of patchouli. That's who they are.

So, Democrats, I want you to think about those people. I want you to think about the hippy-dippy people. Walking around banging their bongos in the drum circles in downtown Asheville because they're in the same boat everybody else is. They got nothing. As a matter of fact.

My understanding is that there is not going to be any water in Asheville, North Carolina for weeks, for weeks. This is America. What do you mean, weeks? You're telling me that people aren't going to be able to have drinking water for weeks and The greatest nation on the face of the earth? That's unacceptable.

Now understand this, all right? You've got military resources that are within. You've got Fort Bragg over in North Carolina. They don't call it that anymore, but I still call it the old name. They've got Fort Bragg over there.

What about mobilizing all of those resources, building the tent cities, getting in the water, the resources to repair the water plants and whatever else needs to be repaired? That was destroyed. What about doing that? Because we're sending billions of our tax dollars over to Ukraine. Billions of dollars.

Every illegal who comes across our border, we're getting them a house, we're getting them clothing, we're getting them access to health care, we're getting them food, we're taking care of their every need. But you're telling me that the hardworking taxpayers, the legal citizens, the law-abiding citizens of Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee and Georgia and South Carolina and Florida are not going to get anything. They're getting diddly squat? Is that what you're telling me that our federal government is more concerned right now about the plight of the Haitians? Than the law-abiding people who live in western North Carolina.

Is that what Joe Biden is telling us? I believe it is.

So, we're going to have to look after ourselves here, and we're going to have to look after our own people here. And you say, well, what does that mean?

Well, right now I know the Cajun Navy has already mobilized their boots on the ground. And here's the problem: if you haven't been to that area, This is not like you can just get in a boat and travel from point A to point B. We're talking about a lot of mountainous terrain. We're talking about just a massive amount of flooding, and there are no way there's no way in and no way out of the Asheville area right now. All the bridges are washed out.

It is a very dangerous situation. Honestly, the only way people are able to get in now, by and large, is through helicopters. But you've got the Cajun Navy that showed up a bunch of volunteers. I know the barbecue, the emergency barbecue folks are out there. Our friends in the Southern Baptist Convention have mobilized their disaster relief teams and their mobile showers and the whole nine yards.

And also, Samaritan's Purse.

Now, let me say this: do not donate any money to the American Red Cross. They are woke as all get out, and the money doesn't go to the victims. I want to encourage you to go to Samaritan's Purse. We have a link on our live show blog, and you can donate money there. Samaritan's Purse already on the ground and already helping people.

Of course, they're actually based in Boone, North Carolina, and Boone, North Carolina is completely. Submerged right now.

Some of these towns are gone. They're just gone. And I again, I'm being told that the death toll here is just going to be staggering. And what did Joe Biden do this weekend? Joe Biden was at the beach.

That's where Joe Biden was. What did Kamala Harris do? Kamala Harris is at these high dollar fundraisers. You know where President Trump is? President Trump is on his way to Valdosta, Georgia right now, town that was devastated by tornadoes.

The President Trump said he was going to go to North Carolina, but right now it's so bad in North Carolina that he doesn't want to be an impediment. He doesn't want to be in the way. And I think a lot of people really appreciate that right now. And I will say this: Mark Robinson, the lieutenant governor of North Carolina, he's doing what the governor ought to be doing. And I know Robinson's got his own issues, whatever.

I'm more interested in his leadership abilities right now. And Mark Robinson is showing more leadership and is behaving more like a governor than the actual Democrat governor of North Carolina. And again, ladies and gentlemen, I contend that the reason why is that. These people overwhelmingly vote Republican. In all the elections.

So the governor, who is a Democrat, really isn't all that concerned about what's going on in Western North Carolina right now. And keep in mind, early voting is about to get underway. And there's a pretty darn good chance these people are not even going to be able to vote on election day. This will have an impact in the 2024 presidential election. You watch and see how this plays out.

So, anyway, we're going to open up the phone lines. We're going to be checking in with our friends over at WHKP and Hendersonville to see how things are going there. This is a big deal, ladies and gentlemen. This ought to be the top story on every major national newspaper, television station, cable channel in America. That's what it ought to be.

I know a lot this morning on Fox and Friends, they were talking about everything except this. This is the top story of of the day. We're going to have to look after our own. And it may be that some of you have resources that you know about. Maybe you have teams of volunteers that are going in.

I was reading a post from our friend Sissy Graham, that's Franklin's daughter. You know, they live in that area. And it was like a 20-minute trip to the home of a family member that took eight hours because they had to stop every few hundred yards and literally chainsaw through trees that were blocking these giant trees blocking the roadway. But folks, I am telling you, it is a serious situation. 901-260-5926.

Our number, that's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show, our telephone number 901-260-5926.

I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, and we're very excited to have with us a good friend, Paul and Michelle Cox. They live outside of Asheville in Leicester, North Carolina. And Michelle, I understand that you guys have finally been able to get out of Asheville. Tell us where you are. We have made it down I twenty six, so for anyone who is trying to get out of Asheville.

I-26 through Hendersonville, and we're now in Greenville. It is fine. We had no problems getting out. But things are really, really bad in our area. Um We have been like we're been it's like we've been in a cave.

We we've had no new we have no power. We most of our area is rural, so we have wells, so we haven't had any running water. Um food has spoiled in refrigerators and freezers and from what we hear from friends, the grocery store shelves are wiped clean and people are waiting. In the couple of gas stations that we've seen open, people are waiting. in miles long lines trying to get gas.

So it's a mess. Biltmore Village, for anyone who's ever been to the Biltmore Estate, It looks like a war zone. I applied last night when I finally was able to get online for the first time. and saw some of the pictures of the devastation from one of our main parts of town. Yes.

It's bad.

Now, Michelle, one of the things that really shocked me, I know we were very concerned and I posted some messages asking if anybody had heard from you guys. By and large, is it true that most people in Western North Carolina have no idea what's actually happened? It it's like we've been in a cave. I mean, we knew the storm was coming. We knew we were being told this was going to be catastrophic.

But I mean, we went through Hurricane Michael with our son's family. We saw the devastation there, and we're seeing much the same kind of devastation in our area from what we are hearing. And again, most of this is Some of it's from people who live in the area, and we're getting first hand reports.

Some of it is now from Facebook. But we've heard that eighty-seven of our eighty-nine cell towers are down, which is why we have been without. the capability to reach out to family or anyone. up until yesterday, and it's a very spotty service if you're able to get it. Um so it's like Whole communities are isolated.

We have friends. who can't get in touch with their families in other communities in our area to even find out if they're alive or not. Or if they still have a home, we have friends who have not been able. to get back to their homes to see if they still have a home. Many of the businesses in town are devastated.

And I won't mention one of them, but it what I've heard is true, that it's gone. It's a big employer. There's going to be a lot of people in our area who are unemployed once this is over because their jobs will no longer be there.

Now, Michelle, I'm curious here. A lot of people have been asking about fatalities, and I know the numbers just keep going up well over 100 now. Based on what you have heard and what your friends, the people that you have talked to there in the area have seen, what are you hearing about the death toll? I think it's going to be far beyond one hundred TOT. We're hearing things that I really don't want to repeat because I haven't talked to Sources.

to be able to document But if what we are hearing from friends is what's really happened, the death toll is going to be staggering. pray for our first responders. They are So overwhelmed emotionally and physically, they've worked for days. and what they are seeing will be with them for the rest of their lives. And I don't know how they're going to get past the memories of what they'd seen.

Um today is day four. It's the first day that I have personally have seen a power truck. I cried as we made it out past our outlet mall, which is evidently serving as one of the staging areas. and the trucks have evidently started coming in, and the lot was full of power trucks and tractor trailers. We saw more power trucks coming up the interstate Tractor trailers with large equipment coming in.

So that's the first sign of help that I personally have seen Since all of this started, so no government, no FEMA, y'all haven't seen any of that. We have personally not seen or heard any of that. Our church has been working to reach out. and help those in need. We have heard from other churches that they're putting tractor trailers of supplies together.

And later in the week, hopefully, we'll be able to get in And I know churches in our area will serve as Distribution site for help because Michelle, I got to jump in here. The computer's going to cut us off. But again, I think the important news here is no sight of the federal government response here. Michelle Paul, we'll check in with you later, but God bless you. We're glad you guys were finally able to get out.

Hang tight, folks. We're going right to your calls coming up next. Folks, hang on tight because we're heading into one of the most critical elections this nation's ever seen. Let's be honest, there's no guarantee it's going to go your way. We've already seen how far the radical left will go to push their agenda.

If Kamala Harris takes the White House, you can expect more government control, higher taxes, and a full-blown assault on your freedoms. The stakes could not be higher. You need to make it a priority to shield yourself. Gold is already up 21% this year and still climbing. This is your golden opportunity to fortify your savings.

Text GOLDEN to 717-767 now. All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show. And again, we are following this crazy story.

It is. Folks, we're hearing reports of hundreds of bodies that are being found.

So, whether or not, again, just bear with us, the reporting from boots on the ground is just not good in Western North Carolina.

So, we need to be able to do our part to help. I know the Cajun Navy is out there. We understand WV Jammer writing on our Rumble live chat: God's Pit crew from Danville, Virginia, sending supplies and Bibles to the disaster area. They've already gone to Valdosta, Georgia. And the point here, folks, and the reality is Joe Biden is approving millions and millions of dollars for Taiwan, for Ukraine, for the illegals.

But he told reporters yesterday that there was nothing else he could do for the people of North Carolina. Nothing at all. Cut number 11, please. On the hurricane, Mr. President, why weren't you and Vice President Harris here in Washington commanding this this weekend?

I was commanding. I was on the phone for at least two hours yesterday and the day before as well. I command called a telephone to call my security people. Is it not important for the country to see? All right, no, he was at the beach, and she was at a front fundraiser.

Cut number one, please. Yes, it's tragic. Matter of fact, we're trying to get the exact number. My FEMA advisor is on the ground in Florida right now. There's a distinction between the numbers that FEMA's use and the ones that are used by the locals.

So it really is amazing. You saw the photographs. It's stunning. It's unbelievable.

So many, such a wide area. And we've given them all everything they have. We're on the ground ahead of time.

So we're working hard. Are there any more resources the federal government could be giving them? No, we've given them, we planned a significant amount of it even though they didn't ask for it yet. They hadn't asked for it yet. There you come.

He said, We've given him everything we got. That's it. And that was for Florida, not even North Carolina, which has borne the brunt of this storm. All right, let's go to the phone lines, nine zero one two six zero five nine two six. Edward, we start today with you in Statesville, North Carolina, WSIC.

Edward, what's on your mind? Yes, Todd, I tell you what, I am furious with our governor, and I am furious with our government ship that's not even. Applying any type of help or aid to our need. When the governor waits a couple of days to declare a national emergency and you got Mark Robinson screaming from the top of his lungs and nobody was listening. But it it what it comes down to is our local citizens have put together vast efforts to try to help out our Western neighbors.

They have loaded pickup trucks. Loaded to the brim. dropping off at local airports and these people with local aircraft Airplanes, helicopters, they're flying their own personal aircraft into some of these places that they can get to drop them off to the first responders in that area. to assist with the people that are in dire need.

So, what's in dire need right now is if people can call up some of these local airports, like Statesville Airport, Gastonia, Hickory. I don't have the numbers on me at hand, but if they can donate some money for fuel to these pilots, because They're not getting the help and assistance that they need. When I went yesterday to drop off, I was in line for over an hour, and that line almost tripled by the time I had got through and got everything dropped off. That hangar three was completely packed, and they were sending planes off just as fast as they can unload and load them. You know, the other big problem, Edward, is gas.

I mean, you're not going to be able to get the tanker trucks in there. And I've seen there have been photographs circulating showing people just lining up for blocks with a gas can in their hand, hoping to be able to get a couple of gallons of gasoline. Very, very true. We have many churches in our area, lots of other smaller fired. departments that are accepting donations where they can load them up in their trailers And then trailer them in as far as they can go to try to help ease the burden on this.

But where's the help, Joe? Where's the help, Cooper? I mean, come on. This is beyond unbelievable. Yeah, this is what really sets me off, Edward, is that there's no help.

You know, we're talking, what, day four here, and there should be plenty of boots on the ground already. I mean, you've got some military bases in North Carolina that could come in, that could be very, very helpful here, especially since, for example, in Tennessee, we've got hundreds of National Guardsmen that have been shipped out of the country. They need to be back here taking care of Tennesseans. This is just unacceptable. And I'm wondering if folks out there, and Edward, maybe you're hearing this in Statesville.

I'm just wondering: are the American people fed up? With our tax money going to help other people, and yet when we need help, our government is AWOL. Absolutely. Almost everybody I talk to around here. And you know what?

I don't think one red penny should go out of this country until we get everything from this hurricane cleaned up and the residents restored back to normal some type of normal working order. All right, Edward, appreciate that call, and good luck to all you guys out there. And again, folks, if you're looking for a way to help Samaritan's Purse, which is the ministry run by Franklin Graham, they are already there. They have mobilized, and the money that you donate goes directly to victims. And we have a link on our live show blog to make it very simple for you.

Let's go to William in Statesville, North Carolina. Hi, William. What say you?

Well, Todd, I just wanted to thank you for taking time out with your show today to acknowledge us and express your genuine concern of our state and general areas is of the Southeast and Hard Hit areas. I know main primarily your show is Is about politics and commentary, and I just wanted to thank you for taking the time out for a little while. to express your genuine concern. And we'll get through this with people like you, Todd, and us local North Carolinians. We'll get through this with or without the federal government's help.

If they want to step in at some point in time and help us, we'll take it. If they don't, then, you know, shut sit down and shut up. I don't want to hear another thing. As far as voting goes, I say That we get a precinct set up for all those folks in Western North Carolina when the time comes. Right now is not the time because they're concentrating on trying to survive.

But when the time comes to go vote, Get them the ballots to them so where they can vote. And I say, all the people that are deceased. Get them a ballot as well and let them vote as well. I know that's not legal, but you know what? We haven't been legal in a long time, so why not?

Let the dead people vote too.

Well, but they normally vote Democrat, William. You know how that goes. I don't know what happens in the afterlife, but. all those Republicans in it voting Democrat when they die. Yeah.

Weird. William, all right. Thank you for that call. And I I get the point he was making there. I it's it's just angers me w when I see And especially Especially conservative areas.

The conservative the conservative cities and towns in America have been put upon by this administration. And we have seen the illegals, we have seen the Haitians, and I still call them all illegals because they're here illegally. And we're being put upon here, ladies and gentlemen. Let's go to Bill in Statesville, North Carolina. A lot of very and I'm not surprised here, a lot of North Carolinians pretty fired up about all of this.

Hi, Bill. What's going on?

So, hey, Todd, just for start off, I'm a 30-year retiree Navy CV captain, and we train for this kind of stuff. I also, at the same time being reserves, I spent 20-some years at Fort Lee Army Base Quartermaster Center. All the combat service support is in the guard and the reserves. And when I say that, things that you need like Roku units for making water, that's in the reserve and the guard components. Where are they?

Your laundry units, your cook units, your water units. And then you got the combat engineers that should already be there.

So, you know, they can do that. I mean, I did a 10,000 person migrant ops facility one time in Obay, and this is exactly what I did. We had to produce water from saltwater.

So it should already be there. The guard should have already been mobilized. You want to find out where the guard units are? Call up to the guard bureau in Washington and say, hey, what are you guys here and how come they haven't mobilized? Go ahead and ask them that question.

The other thing I wanted to let you know is that FEMA has done a little bit of coordination. They've got some contract call carriers, like the milk tankers, the big silver trucks you see on the road. We sent five thousand gallons out of Statesville from the water plant yesterday heading west. and they found another source a little bit closer, but we're right on the edge of that. And my water plant can make fifteen million gallons a day.

We're only using 3.2 right now.

So if FEMA wants to land them tankers up, bring them on because we can get Water West. Right about 40 every day. It was, Bill, I was talking to Paul and Michelle last night. They're very dear friends of mine, and Michelle and I have written a couple of books together. And so I was really concerned.

We had not been able to hear from them, and we were able to finally connect yesterday. And it was shocking because the first question was, what's going on? We don't know what's happening in our community. People are literally in the dark, Bill, about the magnitude. They know how that things are bad.

But they've got no information. And I thought it was interesting last night they sent out an alert about a possible dam breach on the social medias. And I'm thinking, nobody's going to see this in the area. Nobody's got power. Nobody's got access to Wi-Fi.

It's just really shocking, you know, this cloud of darkness that's covering Western North Carolina. Yes, that's true.

So but where's your combat service support? I mean, the quartermasters and the engineers, if they get them out there, they'll take care of business. And all it takes is a phone call. And that should have happened Sunday or Saturday when they realized the magnitude of the situation in North Carolina, which is, I mean, things are bad in Florida. I get that.

But when you're looking at East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, that's total devastation. And I think we could be seeing numbers that exceed the Hurricane Katrina death toll. That's how serious this is. Bill, got a run. Thank you for that call.

Let's work in another phone call before we need to take a break here. Bert in Statesville, North Carolina. Bert, what's going on? Hey, how are you doing, Todd? I just wanted to bring up the fact that North Carolina's election board is controlled by the Democrats.

You go back to the 2000 election and you look at Yeah. COVID and everything else. at some of the little sleight of hand stuff that was done in order to make sure that That you know, I'm just being blunt. The Democrats could get all the votes they possibly could. Um and I just see this is Set up perfect for them to do the same thing in Western North Carolina, which is a big Republican stronghold.

if you take Asheville and Boone out of the mix. I got a sneaky suspicion that Trump is not going to win North Carolina. It's going to be a landslide. hairs well. And I think that our politicians in Raleigh need to get ahead of that, and they need to make sure that they are keeping a very close eye on what the election board does for however they try to solve this.

Bert, that is a great point. And I am look, I'm with you. And as soon as I really appreciate the fact that Robinson, and I know if it hadn't been for the hurricane, we'd be talking about Mark Robinson here. And I know he's been through some turmoil, but he's showing leadership here that your governor is not showing. And I appreciate the fact that Robinson is out there, but I'm with you.

It was already looking dicey for Republicans. That was no guarantee, at least in the lower, the down ballot races. I still think Burt Trump wins North Carolina. I really do. And we'll talk more about that in the next hour of the program.

But I think things are looking very, very solid for Donald Trump in spite of what's happening in the southern states with the storm. All right, Bert. Yep, thank you for that call, Bert. And again, we would also love to hear from our listeners in Hendersonville.

Some of the pictures coming out of there, and we've been to Hendersonville a number of times doing the show on the road. A lot of people hurting in the Hendersonville area, a lot of people just without power. And it's interesting. One of the first things Michelle Cox told me is: Todd, we're going and getting a transistor radio. That was the first thing.

And I'm telling you, folks, when everything goes down like that, the only resource you have is a transistor radio, and you need to have one wherever you live in America. And I'm telling you, more of these things are going to be happening, and you want to make sure that you've got access to communication.

So at least you know what's going on here.

So, 901-260-5926. I know our phones are ringing now. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, 700 Tennessee National Guard troops left Saturday for the Middle East.

So you can't make this stuff up, folks.

So again, can we just, whatever happened to America first? I am telling you folks, we've got to change this, and that's what President Trump is trying to do. America first. The federal government may have abandoned North Carolina, but the American people have not. All right, let's go out to the North Carolina coastline, Newburn, North Carolina.

Steve is listening to us on the talk station. Hi, Steve. What's going on?

Well, I just wanted to speak to uh one of your earlier uh Callers who Was talking about the ability of the Guard and Reserve to respond. My question is. This was well known days before The area had been saturated with heavy rains for two weeks. Already had.

Some minor flooding, and now you've got a Cat Four hurricane heading towards it. Why wasn't the National Guard and FEMA already called out? staged and ready to go. Why did it take days before these declarations were were put out and and mobilize.

Well, Steve, that's a good question. And I think I can answer part of that.

So, right as the storm was coming on shore, that storm jogged a little bit, right?

So, it moved a little to the east, which made it a direct impact on the Carolinas. But to your point, you're right. I mean, there was, and it wasn't minor flooding, Steve. They were, I mean, Biltmore Village, all of that was already underwater because of the earlier flooding from another storm or something.

So, you're right. It was just a bad problem compounded by a catastrophe.

Well, their incompetence in playing politics with people's lives have got a lot of people upset. By the way, Steve, I want to get your take on this. According to FEMA, you know what the number one goal of FEMA is? This is from their website, Steve. The number one goal of FEMA is diversity, equity, and inclusion in managing responses to disasters.

That's the number one goal of FEMA, not getting resources and taking care of Americans and providing disaster relief. They're only providing disaster relief through this DEI formula they've got. Disgusting. It is disgusting. And so I hate to break it to all you folks in Western North Carolina.

You folks are a little too Caucasian for FEMA. That's why they're. I mean, according to their website, we're not making this up. All right, Steve, good thoughts there, and thank you for that. And you're right.

Why were things not pre-positioned? They're saying it's the storm of the century. And by the way, Yours truly, I'll talk more about this later, but yours truly came under fire on social media because I pointed something out about the weather channel. And this was, we were having a big conversation. This all happened before North Carolina.

But anyway, the point is they were predicting 140 mile an hour winds, that Tallahassee would be destroyed, there would be a 20-foot storm surge, and it was going to be unsurvivable in Florida. And none of that happened. As a matter of fact, in real time, they were actually trying to explain, well, maybe there were some gusty winds in the swamps. But no, no, no, no.

So anyway, now people are attacking yours truly and taking what I wrote out of context. But my belief still remains and holds true. They're saying this is all a result of climate change. Really?

Well, guess what? They had a similar flood in the Asheville area back in 1916.

So if global warming caused whatever happened over the weekend, are they now telling us that global warming was responsible for the great flood of 1916? All right, gotta take a break here, folks. 901-260-5926. Our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

We got a lot more to talk about. We'll be right back, America. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch. That's right. I love this American Todd Star.

Oh yeah. You really can't make this stuff up, people. This is unbelievable. Welcome to the Touchsterns radio program. Very happy to have all of you with us.

So, moments ago, by the way, the Biden administration is catching holy, you know, what, because they are. Um because they are not responding well to what's happening in North Carolina. At all. And the vice president posted a photograph. She's on, what is it, the Air Force 2, whatever she flies, jet blue.

And the VP says she's got a photograph of herself, and she's got her head resting on her arm or her hand, which is clenched at a fist, and she's got a notepad there, and she's taking copious notes. There's a coffee cup on the side. She looks very intent. And there she is. She has her smartphone and the earpod.

There's just one problem. And President Trump pointed this out. It's brilliant. He says this is a fake and staged photo. He said, you have to plug the cord into the phone for it to work.

So somebody forgot to tell her, you got to plug the, yeah, she doesn't have the earbuds. No, she, no, this is the old school.

So you've got to plug it in so you can hear what the people are saying. But also, there's nothing on the paper, it's all blank paper. It's a staged photo. These people do not care about the state of North Carolina, at least that chunk of it. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line.

Say hello to a state senator from North Carolina, Kevin Corbin, represents District 50. And, Senator, just to help us out, you represent a large swath of Western North Carolina. Is that right? Uh yes, sir. Toddly.

All right, Senator, let me interrupt here for just a moment. We're having a problem with connectivity, so we're going to try to get that worked out here.

So bear with us for just a moment, Senator. But the senator represents District 50, which includes Cherokee County, Clay County, Graham, Haywood, all of that area of western North Carolina.

So guys, as soon as we get that restored, just let me know. But we're going to, and again, I'll tell you what we're going to do here. Let's take a quick break. When we come back, we will go right to the state senator. This is the Todd Stern Show.

How are things in your district? Can you hear me out there? You're coming in loud and clear, Senator. Great. Thank you.

Yeah, the the biggest problem we have right now is just communication. Uh I had to get to a a secure location. I've had to make some phone calls and but I would say ninety five percent of the folks in my district have no cell phone service, no Internet. Um so it it just uh Communication is just a terrible and and we can't um We've have folks we're just now getting nine one services back.

So that's been the biggest issue: just being able to communicate, find out where people are. Um We have 91 people. In our region, here confirmed that have passed away, and we have over 600 people that are missing. And that's in your counties, is that right? Your district?

Well, this isn't the eight. I represent Transylvania, Haywood, Jackson, Swain, Macon, Clay, Graham, and Cherokee, the eight western counties basically west of Asheville. The whole area affected is probably 18 or 20 counties running a little east of Asheville. As well.

So I think that's in the entire region from what I've been told that we have a Over six hundred. It may be more than that. The problem is that we just have not had communication to even know. Senator, what are you hearing about fatalities? We're hearing the numbers are already north officially confirmed north of 100.

Do you suspect those numbers are going to go higher? the problem has been communication, so folks have not been able to communicate That they're missing someone, or that a neighbor is missing. And I've had, as you can imagine, I've had. Dozens and dozens of calls from people from Georgia and Florida and everywhere else saying, Hey, my grandfather, my mother, my cousin, my aunt. lives so and so and we can't get in touch with them.

And we've been able to get in some cases, we can get in touch with the Sheriff's Departments. get them to go do a wellness check, make sure people are okay. And that's going on all over, you know, the 18 or 20 western counties in North Carolina. What about the roads? I under I know a lot of bridges, roads around the Asheville area washed out.

What about your district? Yeah, the uh They're bad everywhere. In my district specifically, it's worse in Transylvania and Haywood County, which is Waynesville, Brevard. Area. But all over the region, I was told this morning we had over 400.

Roads. That have either been completely washed away, compromised, but they can't be traveled on or or whatever. But you think about four hundred roads in a in a relatively small western North Carolina area that are that are impassable are gone. And people live on those roads. They live at the end of those roads.

And and uh That's the problem now is getting to them. Senator, let's talk about the response. There's been a lot of calls from North Carolina listeners today, critical of the governor and the response from the governor's office as well as the White House. Are you guys getting any kind of Federal resources? Are they there already?

I'm not sure. Again, the communication has been poor because of the lack of connection. But I did get a call from United States Senator Ted Budd. He called me yesterday and And I emphasized to him that we needed resources as quickly as possible. And he assured me that that would that request would be coming from him.

most of what we've heard has been from the American Red Cross. Uh Samaritan's purse. Is in the area there of Christian Relief Organization, as you may know, Franklin Graham's organization. And then we you know, we just have a lot of people on the ground that we you know, we live in a very self reliant Uh area, a lot of uh Neighbors helping neighbors, if you would.

So we have that's mostly what we're seeing. Go on, we're beginning to get some supplies in. But again, that's been kind of slow. Yeah, I mean, it's Monday, and this all started on Friday, so you would think at least by now there would be some sort of a coordinated federal response and especially getting communication back up. And that's does that surprise you?

I mean, especially after what happened in the aftermath of not just Hurricane Katrina, but also 9-11, where communication was another big issue.

Well, that's what we have communicated. I've communicated when I've been able to talk to people. I did talk to the governor's office. I didn't talk to the governor personally. One of his uh Folks gave me a call when I talked to Senator Budd, the governor's office.

Others, I've told them that the primary thing we need is communication. I mean, not to Not to talk to people, the chit-chat, but we need to be able to get information out. We need to find out about people. We need to get Um Get resources to the places that they need it, and we can't find out that they need it until we get. communication and that we just And that's tough, Senator, because your constituents are calling you.

And I get it. That's insanity. And it's crazy because I can't even get communication myself. I'm at a location now that actually has Internet and they've allowed me to use it. But as soon as I walk into an area where I have Internet, My phone just blows up with forty and fifty messages.

Every time I've done that, and of course I'm trying to return those phone calls. and put it we have a lot of people that are offering resources And uh so my office is putting them in touch with the American Red Cross and Samaritan's Purse and other people that we can uh get uh resources to where they're needed. Wow. All right.

Well, Senator, if people want to help, what should they do? I mean, we're directing people to Samaritan's Purse. We love Franklin Graham and the great work they're doing. But are you guys accepting volunteers, folks that just want to travel up to Western North Carolina, or are you guys advising against that?

Well, we're having some people had a lot of people actually have sent messages when we're able to get them offering to come in with chainsaw crews and things like that. And but I think probably you're correct if we could route those folks through Samaritan's purse. or the American Red Cross. they can send them to places where they're needed. We do have the the the North County Department of Transportation.

which has redirected a lot of their employees to the western part of the state trying to clear roads. And that's That's the I guess that's the most urgent thing now is just clearing roads and allowing people to get into people that need help and allow people to get out. Yeah, well, and we've got to get the federal I mean, somebody's got a lot of fire under the Biden administration, Senator. They've got to get those resources down there. Absolutely, that would.

Desperately needed. This is a terrible situation. If you've seen the pictures, we have We have whole towns that have been flooded. We have major roads. Interstate 40 had a major Slide on it was closed or is closed.

From Tennessee into North Carolina, you can't even travel that road. The eastbound lane. Eastbound two lanes were completely washed away. They're not there anymore. Um Point.

Fairly desperate situation to get supplies in, and so we have if folks are out there and they They hear you and they can help if they contact the American Red Cross or Samaritans Purse. Those are both the organizations that are offering a lot of help. All right.

Well, Senator, we wish you the very best of luck out there. Let us know what you need. We will get the message out. You're talking to millions of Americans across the country right now, and we need to raise the awareness of what's going on there in Western North Carolina. Senator, thank you very much.

Thank you, Todd. Appreciate you having me on today. All right.

State Senator Kevin Corbyn, ladies and gentlemen, taking time, and he was finally able to get to a place where they had Wi-Fi. Is it just me or the lack of communication? How is it that your lawmakers in the area would not have access to secure communications? That makes absolutely no sense to me. 901-260-5926 is our number.

That's 901-260-5926. We'll be taking your calls on that. Also, tomorrow, you've got the Vice Presidential Debate. And CBS News is going to be moderating that. That is going to be if you thought the ABC News debate was bad, wait until CBS gets involved.

And that is going to be a whole other level. But even with that, I'm telling you, there is just something off about Tim Waltz. There's something not right about that guy. And when you look at them together, it is a bad pairing. And there was a great, if you watch Saturday Night Live over the weekend, it was one of the funniest Saturday Night Live opens I have seen.

And they did a parody of Kamala Harris, Tim Waltz, Joe Biden, and President Trump and J.D. Vance. And it was spot-on hilarious. But I'm telling you right now, the campaign, Kamala, thought that. Tim Waltz was representative of Men in America.

But I think what happened with the campaign was that they misunderstood. The assignment, and they picked a guy who was representative of every man who votes Democrat. Yeah. Which is why you've got, I mean, somewhat right. I don't know any other man.

Ladies, ladies, let's have a conversation for a moment, shall we?

Okay. Ladies Do you look at Tim Waltz and you say, that's a man I want to marry? That's a man that I want that man to procreate with me. No, I don't think so. I don't think so because he acts like a woman, but not even it's like a, it's weird, right?

It's all very strange. Anyway, Waltz is out there with the jazz hands and pointing the fingers and all that kind of stuff. He got booed at the Michigan football game, by the way. Booed over the weekend. Donald Trump walks into the stadium down in Tuscaloosa, and you could hear the people cheering all the way here in Memphis, Tennessee.

People roared their excitement that Donald Trump was at the Alabama, Georgia game. My condolences to Georgia. I'm telling you, it was fascinating. Just fascinating to watch.

So, anyway, we'll give you a little deep dive in that a little bit later on in the program today. Also. Kamala Harris, the Border Czar, and folks, the numbers coming out now, unbelievable, staggering the number of criminals, known criminals that Kamala allowed to come into the country. And we're going to go through that as well. Let's go to Mooresville, North Carolina, Fred on the line.

Hi, Fred. What's on your mind? How are you doing, sir? Things are going well here. I wanted to comment about the Communications thing.

Yes. And that cell towers require. power and I don't know I'm not into communications a lot, but unless they've got generating that haven't run out of fuel. gel power goes down, you're not going to get anything. Um So I think a lot of the communication trouble is A, people don't have power to charge their phones.

And be the people you know, some towers are down and until the Power companies get it going again. There's probably not going to be self-communication.

Well, that's the issue here.

Well, Fred, hold on.

Well, that's the problem. Look, I get it if you're out in the country and you're in the boondocks and you don't have power. I get that. What I don't understand is how can you be in Asheville proper, which is a city of about a little over 100,000, 150,000 people. How is it that as of now, they still have not been able to reestablish power and Wi-Fi?

That makes absolutely no sense to me. And at this stage of the game, they should already have at least the power in Asheville and the burbs somewhat restored. This is a debacle. Let's go to Keith in Statesville, North Carolina. Hi, Keith.

What say you?

Hey, Todd, how's it going? I just wanted to let. Let some people know there's a group of At Statesville Airport. They're taking donations right there. Uh the NASCA one of the NASCAR drivers, Greg Biffle.

Uh, spying supplies up in helicopters making round trips. I started yesterday and it's a you know, non-stop effort to get those people some supplies that ha they're really needing baby food. Baby formula, they got they they have plenty of diapers. you know, right now, but uh They're sending it by truck, by helicopter. And airplanes, they're just shooting back and forth from stateful airport.

The axe for them back.

Well, God bless them. What a noble thing they're doing. And, Keith, that's happening over at the airport there in Statesville. Yes, sir. They were a hundred cars deep yesterday lined up.

People just dropping stuff off and they're separating it. Laying it out because the roads have to be weighed. And then they're just taking off with it, round trip. All right.

Well, Keith, I appreciate that information. We're passing that along. And well, you passed it along.

So thank you for that. Again, folks, over at the Statesville Airport, they're gathering supplies.

So, if any of our listeners in that area and folks, we would do this if it was Portland, Maine, or Salem, Oregon, Bartlesville, Oklahoma. It is important for us to stand together. And I am telling you. We're going to have to we're in this by ourselves here. We cannot rely on the Democratic-controlled government to do anything.

And as far as the radio world goes, and we're going to get into this in a little bit, in just a little bit, but George Soros, given the clearance to purchase. Hundreds of conservative talk radio stations around the nation, what we do here on this program becomes all the more important. All right, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show.

Our telephone number, by the way, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. I do want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, one of our great affiliates, WHKP, in Hendersonville, North Carolina. We have been there and done events in person, in studio, and just find, find people there. I want to bring in Richard Rhodes from WHKP.

And Richard, I know you guys are off the air, but give us an update of what's going on there in Hendersonville.

Well, it's uh the second or Mr. County. nineteen sixteen flood was the worst ever.

Okay, we've got a really super bad phone connection with Richard. We're going to try to get that worked out. Let's put Richard on hold, and we will try to get that worked out. Not surprising because of communication being off the charts bad there in the area. But again, we'll try to get back to Richard in just a moment.

NBC News. The only news network. That reported on this bombshell story that broke over the weekend. And you know, they love to do this over the weekend, people. Over 400,000 illegals convicted of crimes are currently roaming the streets of the United States of America.

ABC News, CBS News, did not mention a single story about this. Not a one. And by the way, NBC News did not report the full scope. Of the problem.

Now get this: more than 13,000 illegals convicted of murder are currently walking around free. In your neighborhoods. That's what's going on right now, ladies and gentlemen. Fox News reporting that ICE sent a letter to Congressman Tony Gonzalez of Texas and other members of Congress showing that as of July, There are 425,431 convicted criminal illegals. 222,000 with pending criminal charges who have crossed the southern border illegally, and they're waiting to be removed from the country.

According to the report, none of the criminal illegals are being held. In detention. Are you this is insanity? Of the four hundred and twenty-five thousand four hundred and thirty-one convicted criminals. Sixty two thousand have been convicted of assault, more than fourteen thousand convicted of burglary, fifty six thousand have drug convictions, and more than thirteen thousand have been convicted of homicide.

And yet they're still allowed to wander around free. In our nation, could somebody explain that? Look, let me explain this to you. This is what needs to happen tomorrow night of the debate, Senator, Senator Vance. Do you regret how The events transpired on January the 6th.

Do you have a problem with that, Senator? And here's what the senator ought to say. What we ought to be talking about is why Kamala Harris. Let more than 13,000 Murderers into the country. That's what we ought to be talking about.

Senator, do you have a problem with. President Trump calling Kamala Harris mentally retarded, Well, what we ought to be talking about is why Kamala allowed more than 13,000 murderers to roam around our nation. Senator, let me ask you a question. How do you feel about President Trump calling? Tim Waltz Tampon Timmy.

Do you have a problem with the name calling from President Trump Senator, sir?

Well, let me tell you what we I mean every single answer. Every single answer ought to be directed right back to this story right here. And now you understand, and I hope you understand. Why do you need to have a gun? Every law-abiding American citizen needs to have a gun because these animals are wandering around our neighborhoods, they're dumping these people everywhere.

Everywhere. It doesn't matter if you're in Springfield, Ohio, or Sylacauga, Alabama. They're dumping the illegals all over our little small towns and communities. That's what they're doing, ladies and gentlemen.

So now you understand why crime is off the charts. It's because of this right here. It's because The Biden administration, they need these votes. And you better believe that every person crossing that border is given some sort of a form of ID that the Democrats can use to fabricate votes. It's very simple.

It's very devious, but it's also very effective. I'm just telling you folks. This is what's really going on here. You got to pay attention to this stuff. 901-260-5926 is our number.

That's 901-260-5926. Now, look, I want to ask you about Elon Musk. Elon writing a. A lengthy screen on X. And he he makes a point.

that I actually agree with. That this is an inflection point election, that this is the moment. When We will decide do we want freedom or do we want tyranny? I mean, that's really what it's all about.

Okay. And Elon believes that if Kamala Harris is elected, That it's over. And I want to read this to you. And I want to hear your thoughts on this. Here's what Elon wrote.

Very few Americans realize that if Trump is not elected, this will be the last election. Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it. And Elon goes through and says: Let me explain this. Even if one in twenty illegals become citizens?

Something that the Democrats are expediting as fast as humanly possible. That would be about 2 million new legal voters in four years. The voting margin in the swing states is often less than 20,000 votes. That means if the Democrat Party succeeds, there will be no more swing states. And that's, by the way, ladies and gentlemen, that's why they are moving these illegals into red states.

You really think that I mean look Ted Cruz People are freaking out about Ted Cruz. They're afraid that Ted Cruz could lose his Senate race. I have some thoughts on that. Continuing with Elon. Moreover, the Biden Harris administration has been flying asylum seekers who are fast tracked to citizenship directly into swing states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin and Arizona.

It is a surefire way to win every election. Americans then become a one-party state, and democracy is over. The only elections will be the Democrat Party primaries. This already happened in California many years ago following the nineteen eighty six amnesty. The only thing holding California back from extreme socialism and suffocating government policies is that people can leave California and still remain in America.

Once the whole country is controlled by one party there will be no escape. Everywhere in America will be like the nightmare that is downtown San Francisco. Do you believe that, ladies and gentlemen? Do you believe? That if Kamala Harris is elected, this will be the last election.

nine oh one two six zero five nine two six. All right, let's go to Mary in North Carolina. Mary, where in North Carolina are you? Cod, SOS, SOS.

SO S Hendersonville, North Carolina. No power, no electricity, no water since surface. People are dying. We can't get any of the locals to help us. The the street links are out, everything is closed, the the the groceries There's no gasoline.

We need help. Send the National Guard. If it were Ukraine, they would. We're going to vote them out, these assholes. Oh, can't say that.

Yep. All right, Mary, hold on. Don't hang up on Mary, but Mary, we can't use that kind of language on the Phil. Carolina, we need help. A whole city has been decimated, chimney rock, Antonyville, people people have lost their homes.

There's people voting. There's people Keep floating. And nobody's done anything. And this has been going on since Thursday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, five days.

Okay. I'm not sure if I can do it. Mary, we're working on it, and we're working on it. And I know the phone signals are really bad in that area, but Mary, I think we got the gist of it. And we are doing our best.

To get you help and to get all of the good people in Western North Carolina help. And you can hear the frustration and the anger in Mary's voice. I think we were able to get Richard back, Richard Rhodes from WHKP.

Now, Richard, I know you guys are off the air. Mary just called in from Hendersonville. How bad is it in your area, Richard?

Well, let's just say that report was a little exaggerated, Todd. We are back on the air. We got back on this morning. I just got a tank of gas. I just got groceries at the grocery store.

And everywhere I've been, they're pumping gas.

Now they may run out of gas, but they're pumping gas. Um It's uh It's been a historic flood. Coupled with the high winds that we had, and you know, we've had some loss of life, not just here in Buckham County. But uh Other than getting the power back on. things are beginning to smooth out.

The worst thing about this whole situation was absolutely no cellular service.

So people could not tell their family and friends they were still alive. Richard, we're hearing from this I mean, this is great news what you're telling us, but we have hundreds of thousands of people posting messages and state lawmakers saying it is the apocalypse over there in y'all's area, but you're saying everything is better. In Hendersonville, I have been on the main floor lane. I have been on Spartanburg Highway, Main Thoroughfare 176. I've been on Upward Road.

I have been on sixty four. I have been on every major road in the county This morning and today, and I have had no trouble. I may have to go around a tree occasionally. But there's a lot of traffic on the road. The people in line are waiting to get gasoline.

That's what really the the situation is and I just witnessed something kind of remarkable. You can only get a twenty gallon limit and you have to pay cash for anything. You need to be prepared for that. You cannot buy groceries with a credit card in Henderson County right now. You have to pay cash.

Same thing with gasoline, you have to pay cash. But I witnessed two people that couldn't put all the gas in their vehicle they had paid for Letting the person behind them have the rest of the gasoline. I thought that was kind of American. Yeah. I mean, that's it's incredibly gracious, and I would expect nothing less from the good people there in North Carolina.

I mean, you guys are helping neighbors, which is what it's all about.

So your tower, your station was off the air for a little while, but you guys are back up and running now. Yes, we are running on generators. We couldn't get natural we couldn't get gas to the tower to get the AM station up and going. That was fixed this morning. We still don't have any power.

At the radio station, we're working a generator. We are told from everyone I talk to at Duke Power. that folks in Henderson County should not expect to have power restored until october fourth. And I know nobody wants to hear that because, you know. the main problem with folks that have generators, a lot of those generators are using gasoline, and now they can't find enough gasoline to keep a generator running.

Richard, did you guys have any fatalities there in Hendersonville, the Henderson County area? I think the last I heard was five. I heard Buncombe County had reported 30, but they had 60 more people unaccounted for.

Now I was told by someone else this morning that figure's gone up to over 100 in Buncombe County.

So You know the challenge, we got long gas lines, just think of the Jimmy Carter days. And we are going to have that for a while, but they do have gas and they do have power to pump the gas. The problem folks need to not get out and get gas to top off a gas tank. That's the wrong thing to do. If you've got gas, you ain't going nowhere, stay home.

And Don't burn the gas out trying to find gas. I guess that's a good way to put it. But As I was trying to say earlier, this is the second worst blood in the history of the county. nineteen sixteen was worse. We had twenty one inches in nineteen sixteen in twenty four hours.

This particular flood, we measured fifteen inches at WHKP.

So that is more than any of our rivers can take. But everywhere I've been, those rivers have receded. The roads are open.

Some businesses are obviously going to stay closed for some time because they can't get their employees in. And really the The bigger problem now are down trees that need cut up, and that's what's really handicapped at Duke Power, is they can't work to get the lines restored to get the trees off the lines. And in some of those places, it looks like a tornado came through. Power lines twisted up in massive trees just piled on top of each other. And it's going to be a while to get all that restored.

Well, if nothing else, Richard, and by the way, the Department of Transportation, they're in your state, is telling everybody: consider every road closed in western North Carolina. That's their just overarching operating procedure right now. That's the information coming out from the state capitol. I will say this, Richard: it's a reminder: make sure you have batteries and a transistor radio because you never know when that's going to come in handy. Awesome to have uh the ability to at least hear a voice.

And you know. This this effort to ban AM radio Think about what this storm would be like without AM radio. Folks would have absolutely no way to stay in touch with anything in the community. That's right. All right.

Okay. All right, welcome back to the show, everybody. Good to have you with us. This is Todd Stearns, and we're also following another big story: this one involving the Longshoremen's Union. And it looks as though the strike will happen beginning at midnight.

This is a. Big deal. And this could pose big problems. Joe and Kamala have decided not to get involved in any of this.

So, all of the ports along the East Coast and Gulf of Mexico will halt trade beginning at midnight tonight. And we're talking about anything, any products that are shipped to America in containers. They're not going to be getting to where they're going.

Now, the good news here. Is that many of you, or many of these big box stores, have already been preparing for this?

So they've ordered stuff in advance.

So if you've been over to Walmart lately or some of the big box stores, you might have noticed some containers that are just stacked up outside of the stores. That's the reason why. But again, we're talking about 36 ports between Maine and Texas. And anything You know, anything that is shipped in the containers, cars, trucks. toys, medicine, you name it.

It's going to be impacted now. The International Longshoremen's Association. has not been able to reach a new labor deal. And as a result, they're calling it quits. And they're going out on strike.

Initially, this should not cause a problem, but I would say by November, December, we could be having some big problems here in this country.

So be paying very close attention to what's happening here, folks. The Longshoreman's. Union going out on strike midnight tonight, the West Coast ports are not going to be impacted. No idea on how long the strike's going to last. All right, we've got to take a quick break here.

901-260-5926, our number, that's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Strange Show. Na na na na na na na, na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun totem, Bible-clinging, deplorable American. That's us! Smart!

I love this American ride. Todd Starr. Oh yeah! Oh yeah! Well, hello everybody!

Welcome to hour three of the Todd Starge Radio Show.

So very happy to have you with us today. And it's a little weird. We got a lot going on, I know. But the biggest story, in my estimation, is what's happening across western North Carolina, also in Georgia, East Tennessee, and in Florida. And it's a story that's not getting enough attention from the mainstream media.

It's not getting any attention from the White House. And we've got to stand alongside these folks. And there are a lot of people listening to us in that area, in the danger zones, that need to know that there are people out there thinking about them and we're trying to get as much help to that area as humanly possible.

Now, on our website, ToddSterns.com, Samaritan's Purse. We have a direct link to their website, to all of the great things that they are doing over at Samaritan's Purse. And they are a big part of the rescue and relief effort, not the government. But Samaritan's purse. All right, we've got a lot going on this hour of the program.

Yesterday, or rather, over the weekend, the. The Trump campaign did a little brief stop. You know, they're doing these little visits and greeting people at diners and restaurants and whatnot all over the country. And predominantly in the battleground states.

So, anyway, Senator J.D. Vance was at one of these places, Pramonte Bros, or is it Brothers or Bros? It's B-R-O-S, period.

So we'll call it Pramonte Bros. And it's one of these sandwich shops, right? All right.

So anyway, Kamala Harris did one a couple of weeks ago in the same in the same restaurant. It's a chain. She was in a different town. And she went in and they actually kicked out all of the actual customers and they brought in fake customers to film something. And there were no problems at all.

It was what it was.

So, anyway, you've got J.D. Vance out there, and he was scheduled to show up. And And when he did. The manager said, You're not welcome here. And actually told J.D.

Vance, you're not allowed inside our building.

Well, inside the restaurant were like 50 or 60 Trump supporters. They had already ordered their food, they had ordered their beverages, and they were waiting for Senator Vance.

So, you know, and you know how these things are not random occurrences, right?

So the Secret Service has to go in advance. They've got to check everybody out, make sure everything's ready to go.

Well, Pramante's, the restaurant chain is saying, well, nobody told us. That J. D. Vance was coming.

Well, we know that's simply not true. And they're doing damage control. But the reality is that J.D. Vance was told he's not welcome here. We don't want your kind inside this restaurant.

And And that's fine. You know what? I I get it. It's fine. You have a business and you don't want conservatives to come and go to your business and eat your food and drink your overpriced beverages.

Okay, that's fine.

Now, Pramonte Brothers is now denying that any of this happened. They're saying that. They never banned Senator Vance from entering, which is really interesting because there are about a half a dozen videos that were filmed in real time with Pramonte Brothers staff saying, You are not allowed inside this building.

So, what did J.D. Vance do? He was a gracious man. He went out, talked to people in the parking lot, told them, Hey, don't take it out on Pramonte Brothers. You know, they can do what they want to do.

And he even paid for all their beverages and food, and he left a giant tip. Because he's a a generous guy.

Now, look, I believe a private business has a right to deny service. All right.

So if you're the Pramonte Brothers and you want to deny service to J.D. Vance and any other America First Conservative, that is your right. But you know what's also a right, ladies and gentlemen? You have a right. You have a right not to do business or eat a sandwich made by the Pramonte Brothers.

That's what makes America so great. 901 260 5926 is our number. That's nine oh one two six zero five nine two six. O'Calla Harris is trying to beef up her Black Street cred again. Cut number seven, please.

One of my guilty pleasures, especially when I'm on the road, are my Doritos. What flavor? Nacho. Nacho. Old school.

Original. Come on. Come on. Yeah. No, that's exactly right.

That's exactly right. Got to have a napkin nearby. Right. Yeah. Oh my Lord.

So she was a guest on some sort of a black podcast? I don't know. I don't follow this stuff. I thought it was in she called it Do-Rito. Amadorito.

I gotta have me some nacho. My nacho cheese doughy toe. With the cankle. Anyway, that's common. You can't make this up.

I wonder if she sprinkles if she like will like get a bag of the dough Ritos and if she will s if she smashes the dough Ritos and then she goes into the bathtub and she sprinkles them on top of the collard green she's preparing. That might be tasty. A little kick. to your collared grades.

So, anyway, while Kamala was talking about her dory toes. You had Jin Saki, old circle back, remember her? She's working over at MSDNC now, and she interviewed second dude Dougie, Dougie M. Hoff. And here's how that went.

Cut five. important part or an interesting part of how people have talked about your role here is how your role has reshaped the perception of masculinity. And I'm not sure you planned on that, but you are an incredibly supportive spouse. Has that been an evolution for you? And do you think that's part of the role you might play as First Gentleman?

It's funny. I've started to think a lot about this. I've always been like this. My dad was like this.

So, a little bit to unravel here.

So, Dougie, who is, according to Jin Saki, He has reshaped the perception of masculinity. All right, this is a guy. Who, by the way, I'm I'm I'm about to get in trouble here. I thought he was gay, but he's not gay. No, he impregnated the nanny, which is why he got the divorce from the first Mrs.

Imhoff.

So, the vision of masculinity, according to the Democrats, is a guy who cheats on his wife with the nanny and then impregnates the nanny, and he may or may not have covered the bill for the nanny's baby to be aborted. That's the allegation that's out there. But he did admit to having an affair with the family's nanny. And according to Fox News. Hear me all this, this is Fox News.

The nanny's close friend claimed to the media that the nanny became pregnant during the affair with M Hoff, but did not keep the baby. Wow. Geez, hello. Insane. But there we go, ladies and gentlemen.

There we go. Um.

So, Dougie M. Off.

So, the epitome of manhood is for a guy to betray his wedding vows, cheat on his wife, knock up the nanny, and then. Pay for the nanny's abortion.

Okay. Gotcha. Thank you very much, Democrats. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

But don't forget, by the way, 5 o'clock tonight, I'll be back on Newsmax 2. Looking forward to a great, great show. We're going to have some great guests as well. Let's get to the phone lines here, Michael in Memphis. Michael, I understand you're a little upset with me.

What's going on?

Fun. Why do you always think, like you were talking about Kamala Harris eating Doritos and stuff, talking about trying to get a black street cred back? Don't do that.

Well, she is. I mean, that's. You say you're a Christian, right? I am a Christian. I thought about another human being.

I like Doritos, too. But I'm just saying the way you relate it come out. She's trying to get us three created back and Everybody black is not like that. You make it sound like we just. Michael, no, no, no, you misunderstand.

That no, that's what Camela thinks about black people. She thinks black people just walk around cooking collard greens in their bathtub and eating Doritos. Cooking collards, we never cook collard greens in the bathtub. Exactly, Michael, I have been telling you.

Now Todd, let me tell you something. I'm a sixty year old man. I grew up in the seventies and sixties and stuff. And I keep telling people, it wasn't too long ago we just got civil the the uh Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act passed in the sixties. A lot of us people are not looking at our history and what's going on.

Thanks to the Republicans, by the way, Michael. Oh, thanks to the Republicans, because they're the ones that shoved through the voting rights, right? It was the Democrat Party that tried to stop all that. Let me ask you another question, like you saying. If I'm a convicted fella and I don't, I can't vote, right?

I believe so. I don't have the law in front of me, but go ahead. Come on, man. They said if you're a convicted felon, you cannot vote.

Okay, go ahead. What's your felon cannot vote? My thing is, you got a guy who's running for president being a convicted fellow, but he's not a person, but I'm not sure. No, sir. No, sir.

He has not been. And that's the point.

So I want to get back, though, to your Kamala Harris thing, right? It was Kamala Harris who said that she prepares her collard greens in the bathtub. And I pointed out on this show, I don't know a single person in the South that prepares their collard greens where they wash their buttocks. I don't know a single person. And again, it's the pandering to the black community.

That's what I'm pointing out here. And that's what Kamala was doing on this podcast. It's a very popular podcast within the black community. And she was on there, you know, again, trying to beef up her street cred, talking in a way that she traditionally does not talk. And, Michael, I got a problem with that.

I don't care if you're white or black. I call out Mitt Romney for doing that all the time. Do you have an African microphone? Do I have any African-American friends? I have friends.

I don't. Do I need to keep a ledger? Do you have any African-American friends? Yes or no? Do ya ever sit down and talk about race and stuff like that?

Why would we do that? Because race doesn't matter to me. I don't care what color you are. Mm-hmm.

So, you have a full understanding about both races? Oh, I got a full understanding. I've got a full understanding. I remember as a teenager, I was denied a promotion only because I was a white kid.

So, I understand that. Yeah, I get that. But as far as I know, Michael, I don't slavery's been outlawed. I was just down in the Mississippi Delta. I did not see a single black person out in the fields picking cotton.

So I'm pretty certain that slavery has been outlawed in this country. We face racism every day. Out here.

Well, white people do. Yeah, white people do. In Memphis, Tennessee, white people are put upon just about every single day. It's still alive. I live in Memphis.

Do you live here in Memphis? You just got to talk radio show with the car. I live in Memphis. I get. Yeah, we got.

I've been brok my car's been broken into by young scholars. I've had a gun pulled on me by a young scholar. Yeah, I've I know exactly what it's like living in Memphis, Tennessee. Another question. Have you ever been pulled over by police and asked, Is this your vehicle?

When I was in my, it was, I was in my 20s then.

Okay. And I'm like, yeah, it's my card. I pay for it. I work for it.

Okay. So, what's your point? Yeah, I'm like, that's mine. Did they argue? It's still racism going on in this city, and it's still racism.

Like, some of these guys in these jobs get promotions that doesn't have the quality they can. Hey, Michael, may I ask you a question since you brought it up? Since you brought it up, Michael, in all due respect, why is it that over 90% of the crime in Memphis is being committed by black men? Why is that? Because nation of the black men don't have jobs like this, like this.

But you gotta remember, the majority of Mission is black.

So? You know that.

So? You know that.

What does that have to do with anything? You're not committing crimes, too. All right, so. Young black guys out here.

Solo, you just admitted that a majority of Memphis is black, right?

So I just want to follow the logic here. And yet you're saying racism still exists here. How is that since most of the city is controlled and has been controlled by Democrats for generations and blacks for as far back as I can remember?

Now, let me answer another question. No, no, no, you've got to answer mine. I've been answering your questions, Michael. Michael, I've answered your questions. Answer my question.

I wish I could sit down and you face to face and talk to you, so I can really just have a good conversation with you. I think we're having a fine conversation. I'm just saying. No, we don't have time, actually, Michael. I appreciate you calling in.

I'm not quite sure what he was upset about. Ben Dieter, it's I I Did I get this wrought? Kamala Harris prepares her collard greens in a bathtub. I mean, she's been on the record saying, I mean, and it was Hillary Clinton. Same thing with the pandering.

She likes black. She likes hot sauce. Kamala Harris likes collard greens where people wash their butts. You know what? A little earthy tasting in the collard greets.

You know what? My first question would be for Kamala Harris, if if we're able to get the interview. And I'm working some back channels to try to get the interview. Yeah, we're working on it. First question.

What's your favorite Tyler Perry movie? Yeah. Hey, she's she's been doing some great Medea impressions recently. Just send her to Georgia. It's wild to watch her.

So this is but it's interesting that Michael this is great.

So d do I have any black friends? I've got a ledger, so I keep like, you know, one, two, three, four, five, six. And then Asian Americans. What if you would have said no, just out of curiosity? No, Michael, I don't have any black friends.

I'm sorry. Of course you have. But again, I don't go around counting the number of white friends to black friends to. Indian friends to Asian friends. He should have asked me I mean and and fairness so to Michael, he should have asked what what about the skin color of my staff, you know, at the you know, at home, you know, like my butler and my lawn person.

Yeah. The housekeeper, the person that does all of Todd's grocery shopping. Todd doesn't push his own cart. 100% black. That's right.

Media is calling right now. I've got to go answer that. I have a home with columns in the front. I wear a wide three-piece suit with a wide-brim hat. No.

Why, welcome I say, I say welcome to the Tidestarns Plantation. Hattie, y'all come on in, make yourself at home, take your shoes off. I see, I see. You're going to get a call from the mayor of Memphis. Oh, I'm probably going to be kicked out of the city.

I. That's great. No, no, Michael, I have no black friends. That's insane. Anyway, 901-260-5926 is our number.

We're going to get to your calls. Hang tight, folks. Bear with me. But we've got a quick turnaround here. Again, our telephone number: 901-260-5926.

You know, it's kind of like, I do think, Theater, going back to the Doritos, because that's how she said it, right? Doritos. Yeah. You could crush those up and sprinkle them on the top of the collard greens, much like you would for a salad, and you have the delicious, crunchy bako bits. I wouldn't know.

I'm just one of those white guys like Tim Wallace that likes tacos that have fish and tuna on them and mayonnaise.

So, what do I know? I'm staying out of it. Tacos. I forgot about the tuna tacos. All right, folks, we got to take a break.

We're going to go find a black person to befriend. 901-260-5926. Christ, compassion, community. These three characteristics connect all believers. Here at Christian Healthcare Ministries, we prioritize our shared faith-based values by offering programs for every Christian.

Why? Because that every Christian is you. From flexibility in picking providers to the ability to personalize your care with affordable options, you'll see biblical unity in action as our members make a difference. Learn more by visiting chministries.org slash wellness. All right, welcome back to the Tot Starts Radio Show.

Happy to have you with us today. We have got a lot going on. I want to go right to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Hang tight if you're on the phones. We're going to get to you.

I want to say hello to our good friend Edward Graham, who is the chief operating officer at Samaritan's Purse. Edward, I know you guys, your boots on the ground. We have a link set up on our website where people can donate directly to Samaritan's Purse. Give us an idea of what you are seeing on the ground there in North Carolina. And Todd, thanks for having me.

We're in Boone, North Carolina, which is our international headquarters, my hometown. I was born and raised here, and we were hit hard. This county is called Latiger County.

Next door, Avery, hit very hard. wide destruction. I've never seen anything like it. My forty five years surpasses Hugo, that was kind of the benchmark for my lifetime. But I'm seeing entire communities wiped off, towns, cities, little small cities along the rivers and creeks here.

are gone. And so it's changed lives. We've lost Unfortunately, lost people. Livelihoods are changed, but I have staff members that have lost homes and had homes partially or completely destroyed, cars destroyed. And so not only are our teams out here, and they're in Asheville as well, where the Billy Grand Training Center is.

We have teams down in Valdosta, where my dad is today with former President Trump. We've got two locations in Florida between. uh Perry and in Tampa But this was a huge storm. But we had the right volunteers, the people out, and my own staff are out today taking care of other staff members.

So we had hundreds go out here in Boone, North Carolina. I'm proud of my hometown. They're getting after it. Edward, I know you had so many people reach out to me. We did our fall retreat there at the Cove for many years, and a lot of people are asking: how is the Cove?

Did you guys sustain any damage there? And the Cove, it's all right. The buildings are okay. I mean, there was some flooding damage obviously because it's up in a valley. You know the creek that goes through there.

But that's we're able to house our volunteers there. We've got generator power. Comms are bad. My brother Will lives in that area, and we didn't hear from him until yesterday. I finally heard from him from the first time, but they're fine.

We had guests there, and we were still maintaining the conference, but we've closed it to guests. We canceled, so we apologize.

So that's because we're housing volunteers there, but also first responders that lost homes and need a place to stay. We're having them stay at the Cove. All right.

I know you are on a tight schedule, Edward.

So let's talk about ways people can get involved. Samaritan's first boots on the ground. What are some ways people can help out? Easiest way, pray. If you can, that's the ministry that you that you know God's called you know he should be for everyone.

I'm a firm believer in the power prayer. Pray. There's so much lost. Pray for those that are hurting our first responders and the power line workers out there. But I'd really like for you to volunteer.

We've got a lot of overnight. Most of our overnight here in Boone are spoken for for weeks. That's a nice problem. But I need day volunteers that go out. And so, if you're in this area and want to come to volunteer, you can go to our website.

Samaritanspurse.com or spvolunteer.org, and you can sign up and go to one of these locations. But I need others, like down in Georgia and Florida. I need people in those locations, and I need the volunteers to keep coming, not get distracted. This is going to take a long time to recover from. It will.

And well, Edward, we appreciate it. I know you're on a tight schedule, but we always appreciate hearing from you. And folks, again, go to our website, ToddStarnes.com. We have the link there so you can donate and get more information. And Edward, certainly praying for all the volunteers and all the folks in the entire area as you guys recover.

Thank you, Tod. I appreciate it. Thank you very much for having us on. All right.

Edward Graham, everybody, the COO of Samaritans Purse, and they are very, very busy today getting resources, again, not just in North Carolina, but also in Georgia and Tennessee as well as Florida. All right, let's go to Randy real quick. Listening to us in Oregon on KYKN. Randy, I understand your brother is in East Tennessee, is that right? Georgia.

And Tennessee. All right, Randy, let's turn down. All right, let's get Randy to turn down. We'll put him back on hold. Let's get Randy to turn down his radio.

And, folks, if you're on hold, just turn down your radio because there will be a bit of a delay. Let's go to Sonny in Ocala, Florida. Hi, Sonny. What's on your mind? We were hit with the storm, but I didn't m myself and my wife were on a little hill here in Florida, so I didn't have a a flooding problem.

But what's getting me is the fact that I'm watching the weather channel, not the news channel. I'm getting more information from the weather channel than from the news. about Valdosta. From what I've seen in the weather channel, Valdosta looks like a war zone. We also have problems.

Some people were hurt by this storm in South Carolina, northern part, northwestern part of South Carolina. have relatives in North Carolina and and Uh My uh wife's cousin uh has a family. His family, they lost the house. Whole house is gone. Then it's in eastern Tennessee.

This is a national Disaster. It's not a state's disaster. Where are the helicopters and everything from the National Guard? They're in the Ukraine, sonny. They're in Ukraine.

That's where they are.

Well, the only thing I can tell you is that Our national response is really, really bad. And I don't care about the person who's occupying the White House. what happened to the Attorney General and the rest of these here. We know Camilla's busy getting her tortillas or whatever or Snacks. Toritos.

Yeah. No, I hear you. Uh So where's the rest of our unelected officials, for God's sakes? This is a national disgrace what's happening. It's one one one was it, about a third of our country has been affected by this third terrible storm.

And and you you want to find out, you go to a national weather channel? Really?

Well, you're look, Sonny, you are right to be frustrated. And again, it's the same story in every state, whether it's Georgia, Florida. Florida.

South Carolina. North Carolina. Eastern Tennessee. They haven't seen any government response at all. And that is unacceptable.

Sonny, got to run. Thank you for that call. Let's go to Randy in Oregon. Hi, Randy, KYKN. All right.

So your brother is in East Tennessee. All right.

Well, Randy, we tried twice. Thank you. Let's go to Stan in Memphis. Wants to weigh in on the fact that I have no black friends, apparently. Hi, Stan.

Hi, Todd. How are you guys this morning? All right.

What's going on, Stan? Let me s let me state for the record, I am a seventy-five-year-old Vietnam veteran lived in Memphis all my life except college and and military. And I I listen to you just about every day. In fact, my my my friends get on me about listening to you. But I always like to know what the other side is thinking.

And I I just want to say, uh You do come off a l like a red map. Like a racist.

Now I'm not saying that you are, but you do come off that way. Why is that, Stan? How is that? I love Uncle Ben's rice, and I use Aunt Jemima's syrup on my pancakes. How can I possibly be a racist?

You see what I'm talking about? No, and I love Tyler Perry movies. I'm a big Medea Ghost to whatever fan. Doritos on on and and Carmela are cooking greens in the tub. In the bathroom.

Come on, man. Now, surprisingly, it may be to you, I'm not supporting Cumberland. And I get a lot of flack from my friends because I am supporting Trump. because I do want this to come in and meet and get back on track. I do want us to get our military back in shape and get be the strongest nation that we can be.

And Biden and Kamala Harris have not done any of that for us. I'm concerned. Stan, I am simply pointing out that Kamala Harris is pandering to the black community, and I find that to be offensive. And by the way, the way she says she prepares her collar greens, I find that offensive just as a Southerner. I didn't hear her say that.

You saying she said that she prepared a green. Oh, yeah. Oh, she does. Yeah, we've got the video and the audio. We've been playing it forever on the show stand.

No, no, no. Yeah, I didn't make that up. Yeah, that's crazy. If I had just made that up, that would be racist. But no, she actually said during an interview that she prepares her collard greens in the bathtub.

And I'm like, nobody does that in the South. Nobody. Yeah. But you do you remember last year the comment you made about Michelle Obama? Again, I think these comments are coming from a Democrat perspective, not an anti-black perspective.

Um I just thought I'll, you know, let you know. No, I'm glad you did, Stan. That you do come across that way. Stan, will you be my friend? Oh, I ain't got no problem with you because you say you're a Christian.

I've got a black friend, finally. Yeah. You got at least one. Dan and Memphis. You got one.

All right, Stan. Look, I'm late for a break, Stan, but God bless you. And poor Stan thinks I come across as a red mech. That could be. Ben, I don't think I come across as a redneck.

I do like country music though. What was it? What was that one story time book back in the day? Sugar Creeks Gang. Todd's the 13th member of that.

That's what you are. One second. Thank you, Todd. All right.

Thank you, Ben. I think. All right.

Got to take a break. We'll be right back. All right, welcome back to the Tom Stearns Radio Program. Happy to have you with us today. Let's go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line right now.

Say hello to our friend, Dr. Kelly Victory. She is the Chief of Disaster and Emergency Medicine for the Wellness Company. And really, Dr. Victory, for such a time as this, When you look at what's happening in North Carolina and Florida and Georgia right now, I think of all of those people who may be going without very important emergency medicine, which is why you guys exist, is to get emergency medical kits into the hands of so many Americans.

Precisely right, Todd, and thank you for having me. This is what I call rational readiness. It's not a fear tactic. It's simple common sense. And truly, given what we saw during the COVID pandemic and the unprecedented intrusion of governmental agencies and pharmacies and pharmacists and hospital administrators and everybody on down the line into the sacrosanct relationship between doctors and their patients, I never want people to be at the mercy of the system again.

And then, as you just pointed out, we've had this horrific storm that has impacted multiple states and millions of people. And I fear for those people for even the basic things, trying to get their hands on an antibiotic, for example, for a skin wound or something they may have sustained during the storm.

So these kits that we provide at the Wellness Center provide a broad range of prescription medications. medications from antivirals to antibiotics, antifungals, things to treat wound infections, steroids, all those things. And it just makes good sense to have them on hand for such a time as this. When we talk about some of the products that you guys offer there at the Wellness Company, Dr. Victory, and I know we have a lot of people listening to us in those affected areas, those who actually have power.

Let's talk about some of the, you know, for example, the emergency medical kit that you guys have. Again, when you can't go down to the drugstore, or maybe the drugstore is completely run out, it's important to have your own supplies handy. Absolutely. And we're not asking people to fly blindly or fly solo, Todd. We are available always by phone call or telemedicine visit.

There's also a very detailed user guide included in the kits that tell you exactly how and when to take these medications. But you don't want to be in a position to try to find an urgent care or, God forbid, an open emergency department when there's a mass disaster like has just struck in the southern part of the United States.

So having those things on hand beforehand and having them available for your own personal usage is really a lifesaver. And not just for the folks in the southeastern United States, I mean, we are just, what, about three or four weeks away from the general election, October, the October surprise, and there's been a lot of scuttlebud about possibly having some sort of a pandemic-related October surprise. How likely do you think that is? I think it's highly likely, and I've been warning about it for over a year now. I still have multiple things on my bingo card, including the resurgence of COVID, bird flu, RSV, Ebola, monkeypox, Zika virus, you name it, Todd.

But I think they have something up their sleeve. And the fact that our own government is participating actively currently in gain of function research. On viruses like bird flu and monkeypox is very, very concerning. Left to their own devices, those viruses do not pose a significant threat to people. Bird flu, for example, rarely spreads human to human, but they are weaponizing it.

They are trying to make it in a laboratory more transmissible, human to human. And they're doing it at places like the USDA lab in Georgia and the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Likewise, they are trying to do gain of function with monkeypox so that it can be aerosolized. They're working on that at the University of Michigan. This is just insanity because you are taking pathogens that otherwise pose little risk to humans and you are making them more transmissible, more lethal, and more of a problem.

TWC.health slash starnes is the website, folks. Again, TWC.health slash starnes. I have three or four emergency. Medical kits at various places, office, home, car. And folks, you need to have them with you as well.

You never know when something is going to happen. By the way, promo code STARNS at checkout, and you're going to save big money. Again, TWC.health/slash starnes. Real quick here, Dr. Victory, let's say President Trump wins in November.

What would you encourage him to do to rein in these dangerous bio labs?

Well, first of all, he needs to go back to the moratorium on gain of function research and hold these people's feet to the fire. There was a moratorium placed by President Obama in 2014, but unfortunately it was lifted. And as we know, people like Anthony Fauci thumbed their nose at that moratorium anyway.

So, number one, we need to absolutely stop that.

Furthermore, we need to disarticulate the cozy relationship between big pharma and our medical institutions, including medical schools, and we need to disallow them, for lack of a better word, from interfering in the relationship between patients and their physicians so that people can get the medications that they are legitimately entitled to get if we have an outbreak of any sort. All right.

Well, I appreciate that information. And again, Dr. Vitri, our time quickly expiring here. But real quick, what are some of the products you would recommend people get? We've got about 30.

seconds here.

Well, absolutely, the emergency kits, which include everything from hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin to steroids and generic azithromycin. We have every reason to believe that bird flu will be easily treatable by medications like ivermectin, just as COVID was.

Furthermore, people need to focus more on their overall health and wellness, Todd, supplementing vitamin D and zinc, getting regular exercise, good nutrition, and adequate sleep. Those are the things that will keep people safe. All right.

Well, Dr. Vitri, we're going to leave that there. And again, folks, twc.health/slash starnes. It's a great reminder. Those of you in Salem, those of you in other places, go and get your emergency medical kit.

You never know when you are going to need this. All right, tomorrow, debate coverage. And tonight, 5 o'clock Eastern, watch me on Newsmax. Be good, America. Christ, compassion, community.
