Media Downplays Attack on Trump, Calls it "Apparent" Assassination Attempt

Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. Set us, that's right. I love this American ride. All right, I'm going to be saying some things over the next three hours that are going to be triggering to a lot of people out there, and I want to give you advance notice. And No, no, Dylan, I don't want the Liberals to turn off the radios.

No, what I want you to do is call a Liberal and tell them to turn on the radio because I want them to be triggered. I want them to feel in their hearts and their souls and in their bottomless. They're bottomless, soulless bodies what I'm about to say. But, ladies and gentlemen, it is very clear that somebody within our Federal Government wants Donald Trump dead.

Somebody wants the former president of the United States to be pushing up daisies. And we've got to get to the bottom of this.

Now, we're going to go through a lot of stuff today, and I've got a lot of stuff to say about what happened yesterday at Trump International Golf Course around 1:30 in the afternoon. But hear me on this: the media has already started to downplay what happened. to President Trump. They've been calling it an apparent assassination attempt. That's what they're calling it.

As if and again, ladies and gentlemen, understand what happened here. You had a guy who just, according to the media, just randomly showed up, built a sniper's nest in the bushes outside of Trump International Golf Course, and they would have you believe that everybody in South Florida just toasted around at AK forty seven.

So don't be surprised here if the media spins this that Ryan Wesley Routh was some sort of a humanitarian and he was only there to hunt geese at Trump International Golf Club to feed the oppressed Haitian refugees in Ohio. You watch. That will be the narrative when it's all said and done. But I want to back up for a moment, and this is the question that not a lot of people are asking until I asked it last night on Newsmax. I was hosting our breaking news coverage, and I started out the show with a very simple question.

How is it that this 58-year-old guy, Ryan Wesley Routh, how is it that he knew where to find President Trump? And I asked that question because the campaign does not release the daily comings and goings of President Trump. They just don't do that. He is not a sitting president. Therefore, there's no need to release where he is and what he's doing on any given day.

So we understand now that the decision to play golf was a pretty spontaneous decision. And not a lot of people knew about it. As a matter of fact, only the inner circle knew.

So you would have the Secret Service involved, which is under the auspices of Homeland Security, and you would have a few Trump staffers know about this. Nobody else knew about it. And so the President is off playing golf with Steve Wycoff, and we're going to play some audio from Sean Hannity in just a little while. Sean's good friends with Steve, and they had a good conversation yesterday. And by the way, kudos to Hannity.

He kicked butt yesterday, going wall to wall for hours. On Fox News channel. But anyway, all that to say that only a very few people knew that Donald Trump was going to be at the golf course.

So, my question is. How did this guy know? How did this guy know to be at hull number five at that particular time of day, one thirty in the afternoon? How is it that that guy knew to be there?

So As far as I can tell, and I was thinking about this last night, there are only three logical explanations. Only three. Number one, somebody in Trump's inner circle spilled the beans. Number two Somebody And the Department of Homeland Security spilled the beans, or number three, this guy just has some incredible luck. And I think the more plausible explanation here is that somebody within the Department of Homeland Security.

Alerted this guy to be at a certain location at a certain time. And I say that because this is no rando. You know, the media would have you believe this guy is just some sort of a random fellow. He's not. There's something about there is something that we don't know about there's a lot we don't know about the guy, but the stuff we do know raises even more questions.

And if I'm a betting man, I would say this guy is somehow involved in the government. He is a passionate supporter of Ukraine. And by the way, this guy has been profiled by the New York Times. I'm talking about him the past couple of years. He's been profiled by the New York Times.

Time magazine did a big story on him. Newsweek did a big story on him.

So this guy claims. Clearly is a power player in the shadows. of Washington, DC So is it possible? And by the way, the son did an interview with the Daily Mail, and the son and where is the quote here? Oh, yes, here we go.

The son told the Daily Mail that his father hated Trump as every reasonable person does.

Now, I'm just curious here. I don't think I'm out of line here. And if I'm out of line, you call and let me know. But I'd say that somebody is hunting President Trump right now. There are some very powerful forces at work that do not want this man to be president.

Now we still have a lot of unanswered questions about what happened in Butler County, Pennsylvania.

Now we have the situation here, and it appears and I found this to be fascinating at the press briefing, which was not very long, but it was somewhat informative. But we understood right away that the federal government was taking immediate custody of this guy.

So my concern is that he doesn't get Epstein'd. And that is a very real concern here. But I would have rather had him in local or state custody. I know Governor Ron DeSantis, God bless him, has already launched their own investigation because nobody trusts the Feds. Nobody.

I don't trust them. Do you? I mean, seriously. Do you trust the federal government? There's a reason why.

They refused to release the files on. The JFK assassination. There's a reason why. Everybody involved in that is now dead and gone.

So there's nobody left that could be disparaged, or nobody's life could be jeopardized as a result of what is in those documents. But what if What if In those documents is the revelation and the proof that it was in fact the Federal Government that assassinated John F. Kennedy. Maybe that's the reason why they're hiding those documents. I don't know.

I'm speculating because none of it makes any sense. Why would you not release that information? It makes no sense at all. But again, ladies and gentlemen, I think the broader issue here is that the Democrats and the media have put a target on the backs of every single freedom-loving conservative in this country. A couple of days ago, we were just talking about, and I know this certainly pales in comparison, but we had the lady call in from Statesville, North Carolina.

She had a Trump bumper sticker on her car, goes into the grocery store, comes out, somebody slashed her tire. And we hear these stories all the time all over America. Trump supporters are being targeted. And my encouragement to you and I know it's hard, but I'm telling you, at this very moment, I proudly have two Trump signs out in front of the news bunker here, and I may put a third.

Well, I'm not going to be bullied. But that's what they want you to they want you to they want you to feel afraid Now, here's what I would do. If I were President Trump, I would say, you know what, Secret Service, appreciate your service, but you guys can leave now. I'm hiring my own people. If I were Trump, I would be hiring my own Private protection.

Squad. That's what I would do. I don't trust it. I don't trust them. Now the rank and file Those are good and decent people.

But I'm telling you right now, there are some somebody in leadership Has it out for Donald Trump, and they're coming after this man. They're comin' after him. And quite frankly, the people that ought to be charged are folks like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. All this nonsense about Trump being a threat to democracy? What's up with that?

And by the way, I want to say this about the Trump family. I love this family, and I hope. I hope every night that you are praying for Donald Trump and his entire family. Can you imagine the agony and Don Junior was writing about this today. He once again had to sit down with his five young children and explain why some sort of a lunatic tried to kill their grandfather.

Can you imagine the pain that Melania Trump is going through? And by the way, Melania Trump. She knows. She knows what they are trying she knows what the government is trying to do to her husband. We got a lot of audio we're going to be playing, and we're going to play that audio of Melania Trump because she is.

She's absolutely right to be concerned. And what about poor Baron Trump? This kid now in college at NYU? It has to live with the fact that every single day and what about Donald Trump? I mean, the man, I can't even begin to grasp.

What goes through this man's mind? Here he is just out for a random day at the golf course and And all you know what breaks loose, and his only concern Donald Trump's only concern was about the people he was playing in his golf party. He wanted to make sure they were okay. But can you imagine being the president of the? Could you just imagine knowing?

Say the cops knock on your door and say, hey, somebody's trying to kill you. But go ahead and live your life. You know, you can still go grocery shopping, go get gas. You're like, wait, what? I mean, imagine what that what that is like.

For Donald Trump to be out there. Knowing that any second he could lose his life. If I were Donald Trump yesterday, if I were Donald Trump, I would have said to hell with you people. You know what? I'm done here.

That's it. I'm done. I'm out of here. I'm going back to Mar-a-Lago. You guys deal with all of this, but that's not who Donald Trump is.

And if nothing else, he is now tripled down in his determination. Mm-hmm. But you have to be asking yourself this question. Why don't they want this man in the White House? And the reason why, and again, step back for a second: who is it that has the most to lose if Donald Trump?

Gets to the White House.

Well, I can think of two groups right away: the military-industrial complex, for one. Number two, The Deep State Bureaucrats He promised to clean house, and he's going to have to do it. He is going to have to clean house. And they're afraid. And so they believe in it.

Look, they see where all this is going. They see where the election is trending right now. And they realize there's only one of two things that can happen. Number one, he gets sent to prison. For five years Or he gets assassinated.

And it's a very sad question to ask. But it's a question. that we need to address. And it's a very simple question. Did somebody within the Department of Homeland Security tip off Ryan Wesley Routh to the whereabouts of President Trump yesterday?

I think the answer, to my knowledge, the answer is no. I have no knowledge. I think what we're finding out, he's not from this area, which of course raises the bigger question is, how does a guy From not here, all the way to Trump International. realize that The president, former president of the United States is golfing and is able to get a rifle in that vicinity. I think that's the question the FBI, the Secret Service, or Lays are focused on today.

Is this guy part of a conspiracy? Is he a lone gunman? If he's a lone gunman, President Trump is that much safer because we have him. But if he's part of a conspiracy, then this whole thing Really takes on a very ominous tone. All right, that was the sheriff in Martin County, Florida, which is where they captured Ralph on I-95, and the sheriff raising some very important questions.

I also thought it was interesting, folks, yesterday that the sheriff in West Palm Beach, or rather in Palm Beach County, actually said the reason why Trump did not have a full Secret Service detail is because he's no longer the president. Are you kidding me? You've got the Iranians out there trying to actively kill Donald Trump. You've already had, at that point, one attempted assassination. And there was a complete meltdown in security, and you're telling me.

Honest to goodness, they this is Alex Witt. arguing it's the Trump campaign that needs to tone down the rhetoric. Cut a lot of it. Do you expect to hear anything from the Trump campaign about toning down the rhetoric, toning down the violence? Or would that be atypical of the former president?

Well, Alex, remember back to the assassination attempt on President Trump's life and how there was talk of a new tone and then the Republican Convention was by Trumpian standards muted. And it did seem like he was Just trying to take it down a few notches. But then by the end of his convention speech, you know, we were kind of back to where we started.

So I don't know how long. This could like you know, this moment of unity for the country where we come together and we say, I don't want. any political opposition to be under threat of violence. It's not okay, any threat of violence, you know, we don't want. I I would love for us to have a unity type moment, but I think it's probably going to be pretty fleeting as we've seen in the past.

Who lets these women on air? Why do they have jobs in the media? Is it simply because they wear skirts? Because those women have no brains. This moron, Alex Witt, is out there saying, well, the problem is that the Trump campaign gets upset every time we call him Hitler.

So MSDNC is of the opinion that the problem is Donald Trump and his rhetoric. Do you understand how this is playing out? As a matter of fact, by the way, it was Lester Holt who actually blamed the assassination attempt on Donald Trump last night. These are some very evil people. I hope you understand this is why you can never trust the media and why you are right to hate the media.

You are right to loathe these people. These people are beyond you talk about beyond redemption. I'm talking about the mainstream media of this country. Never seen anything like it. But that's who these people are.

Oh, by the way, and it's not just the media, this is Congressman Dan Goldman. Dan Goldsman, a Democrat. Saying that Trump needs to be killed, cut 24. It is just unquestionable at this point that that man cannot see public office again. He is not only unfit, he is destructive to our democracy, and he has to be eliminated.

He has to be eliminated. That's the rhetoric coming from the left that apparently is acceptable these days. But I am telling you, folks, if nothing, I hope. I hope that what happened yesterday has fortified your backbone. And I hope you are standing tall.

I hope you're slathering your car right now with Trump bumper stickers. You're flying Trump flags. Folks, this should make us even more anxious to get out there and vote on Election Day and get your neighbors out there. We've got a country to save. And I don't know about you, but I'm voting for the guy they're trying to kill.

From Hawaii, who, by the way, was voting in North Carolina, but he's not registered to vote in North Carolina.

So somebody needs to be investigating that. He lived in the Greensboro area, apparently. But this is interesting. He's only facing two federal gun charges, and that's it. Yeah.

That's it. He's not being charged with the attempted assassination of President Trump.

So my question is, and they're going to try to say this was not an assassination attempt. If that's the case, what was that guy doing there for almost twelve hours in the bushes? What was he doing there in the bushes With a barrel of a gun sticking out of the fence line. How is that? You're just telling me that's normal behavior for somebody?

Come on. Come on, we know what's going on.

Now, I want to play some audio here, and man, did this trigger some people over at CNN. Former FBI agent, a guy by the name of Tim Clementi, And he was on CNN, and he laid out the bigger problem here: cut number 21. When the first one happened, I think the entire country was in complete shock. And then today, there'll be more numbness by people. But can you just put into context what it is like to see something like this?

This is just to state the obvious, this has never happened before, it is unprecedented. You know, Aaron, it's unprecedented in a civilized society. And I think we're becoming more and more uncivilized, sadly, with the political diatribes that are going on and the political indictments of either candidate. And sadly, the finger pointing at Trump has led to. Yeah.

You know, the line about the blood bath talking about the auto industry being used as if he's gonna. create a a bloody coup if he loses. That kind of verbiage is something you use in a third world country when you're talking about a dictator. And that sadly has led to, I think, these attempts on Trump's life. And I don't think it's going to end.

And I think we just have to realize, look, we're political opponents. You and I might not agree on 50% of what we care about politically. It doesn't matter. It doesn't mean we can't be friends, neighbors, relatives, and have a regular dialogue every day. And we have to get back to that.

Talk about our differences, but not in a way that makes us feel like you're the enemy and I'm all good. All right.

Well, you know that triggered them because they were not expecting that, but it's true. What this guy said is absolutely true. By the way, Trump was doing an interview with Fox News Digital today. And he said that he's blaming the rhetoric coming from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and he says it's putting all of us in danger. Do you agree with that?

I think he's spot on here. Spot on accurate.

So look, um You've got a. Where is that audio? I want to play. This is. Again, this was just on Saturday.

All right, Saturday, Jasmine Crockett. The the Democrat And here's what she had to say about all of you conservatives out there. Cut 20. I talk about the fact that when we swore in finally in January, that we swore to defend against those that are coming against us, whether they are domestic or Are international, and right now I feel like MAGA in general, they are threats to us domestically. And we see it time and time again.

And I think that's why you see so many national leaders, whether they're Republicans or Democrats, coming together to say there is only one person qualified to be the commander-in-chief, and that is Kamala. All right, there you go. Again, these are the Democrats out there putting a bullseye on every single. Conservative in the country. By the way, Rachel Vendman, what.

What a soulless, vile woman This woman, I feel bad for her children that they're having to grow up in a household with this sort of evil.

So her husband is running for Congress in Virginia. And here's what Rachel Vindman wrote on social media yesterday: No ears were harmed. Carry on with your Sunday afternoon. No ears were harmed. Carry on with your Sunday afternoon.

I can't. What are you going to do with these? These people are evil. They are monsters, ladies and gentlemen. Monsters.

This is what we're dealing with. And they want to turn around and they want to call President Trump every name in the book. They want to go after his beautiful wife. I mean, it's agonizing and heartbreaking to see what they are doing to this family. But they're on to something.

The Trumps are onto something they know what's wrong and what is broken. In this country. And they're promising to fix it. And I think that terrifies. The deep state here.

I think it truly does. And you heard the sheriff from Martin County, Florida, suggesting maybe there is a conspiracy here. Bongino, by the way, suggesting there may be a mole somewhere within the FBI or Homeland Security. And that's those were the questions I was raising yesterday. It just seems to me that somebody is leaking information.

Somebody in Homeland Security wants Trump dead. And that's what led to Butler County PA. I do think both of them are connected, by the way. They wanted him dead in Butler County PA when that did not work. Keep in mind a turn of the head.

If Trump had not turned his head, he would have been killed. Right there on this spot.

So, this is what we're dealing with. I want to play some audio. This is Sean Hannity yesterday talking about the moments after the attack, cut number 12. Anyway, so long story short, is President Trump, they were on the fifth hole. They were about to go up to putt.

And the way Steve Witkoff, now, just as a little bit of background, Arthell, I happened to go to breakfast with Steve Witkoff and another friend of mine this morning. And I was invited to play golf. They happen to be really good golfers. I don't have a lot of time to play golf, so I said thank you, but I'm not going to go out on the golf course and get killed out there. But long story short, so they were playing, they were on the fifth hole.

And the way Steve described this, the way the president described it, they both had exactly the same story, which was that they heard pop pop. Pop pop. And Steve went into great specificity and great detail as to what happened right after. Within seconds, the Secret Service pounced on the president, covered him. You had snipers with tripods.

They knew the direction where the shots had been fired, and they had eyes on the location where the shots had been fired. And long story short, they were able, I have confirmed with both the president and with Mr. Wickoff that the gun has been found. They identified it as an AK-47. And thanks to Secret Service drone video coverage, they were able to identify one individual involved in this shooting getting into a car after dropping the AK-47.

And my understanding, according to both of them, is that that car has been identified and I believe it's been surrounded, whether or not that person has been apprehended. Or not, I don't know. This happened in a matter of seconds. A little more color, a little bit more details on this is that when they got on top of the president, immediately what is called a fast cart that I believe has steel reinforcement and protection was able to whisk the president away. And then the Secret Service immediately sprung into action.

They had eyes on where the shooting had occurred. I saw the New York Post report that these were two people shooting at each other outside the course. I do know, and they did confirm that the shots were outside of the course, but certainly seemingly within range of the former president.

So we don't have any details on any of that. They don't know that part. I only know the part of what they experienced while they were playing golf at Trump International in West Palm. Thankfully, the president is safe. Steve Witcoff is safe.

The Secret Service apparently acted with incredible speed and professionalism. But certainly alarming in every way imaginable in light of what happened in Butler, as you mentioned. All right, there you go. That's Sean Hannity yesterday giving us some background intel on the moments after all of this happened. One of the things it's very unclear, and this has not been answered: did the gunman get off a shot, or did all of the shots come from the Secret Service agent?

So that question remains unclear. We will hopefully get some more intel on that. But I'm curious, ladies and gentlemen. Do you believe that there could be a mole, somebody within the Department of Homeland Security, within the FBI or Secret Service, that's leaking this information out there? And if that's the case, My question is, how many other Would-be assassins are there out there?

I mean, this is frightening. All right.

Well I'm tired. This has gone on way too long. with no consequences. Look, threatening the President of the United States is a federal felony under Title eighteen, Section eight hundred and seventy one. A threat to inflict bodily harm to President is punishable by up to five years in prison and a two hundred fifty thousand dollar fine.

Now for too long, the Secret Service has failed to go into these studios and talk to these people. that are spewing this rhetoric. When you hear Dan Goldman say he must be eliminated, That is a criminal threat to the President of the United States. And this not only covers the President of the United States, It covers the Vice President and all Presidential candidates.

So it's time the Secret Service stepped up and started making some visits to these people. that of making these statements Well, I'd go a step further. I think when you make a threat like that, Mike, you are disqualified from serving in public office. You're out of there. You're removed from power.

Absolutely. And number two, Look. The rhetoric that's going on. On one side, and I'm telling you, it's been on one side of the aisle. They can say what the hell they want.

Trump wasn't driving this rhetoric. We know exactly who was driving this rhetoric. All you have to do is turn on those channels in the morning. and listen to what they say. They ought to be hanging their head in shame right now.

Because I'll tell you, I feel the same damn way for with Joe Biden. or heard it was threatened.

So they need to knock this off. And the only way you do it is to get consequences for these people that do this. We watched this with Johnny Depp. We watched this with Madonna. We watched these spreads for years.

And no one and I mean no one was held accountable. It's about time they held them held someone accountable. And this may put a cease to it. And that goes for these organizations. And all these stations You know what I'm saying?

They have to deal with the FCC. And FCC has regulations about that. You have to live by those regulations every day, Todd. Sure, do. And so should they.

I'm with you 1,000% there, Mike, and I appreciate your call. And again, folks, there's got to be a price to pay for this right-of-course. Remember Kathy Griffin? Whatever happened to her? Remember, she had the plastic surgery and her face melted off?

Oh, it was terrible. And now she's like hideously deformed. I don't know. Is she still a friend of the gays? She was doing all the, she's a gays really loved Kathy Griffin back in the day.

What's on your mind today? Hi, Todd. You hit it right on the head that and so does that other fellow. If something happens to Trump, there will be reaction, and that is what these people want. They know they're probably not going to win.

So if they can manage to kill poor mister Trump, What happens is they have a reason to declare martial law if there's a reaction. And now there's no election, everybody's house is getting searched, a la every other Gestapo technique that this administration seems to want to employ. Um So we really he's really got to get, as you pointed out, and I think I pointed it out once to you, he's got to get a private A private protection group. Because his life is truly in danger. No, they're not going to stop.

Webb, I'm with you. I think his life is in danger, and I do believe that he needs his own private security force. Look, all of this is meant to cause chaos in our country and the culture and to cause unrest. That's the bottom line. And who benefits from that?

Well, it's the Marxist. It's Barack Hussein Obama. Keep in mind, he's the guy running the government right now. He's the guy behind all of this.

There's no way, no way that the gunman could have known where Trump was going to be unless somebody told him. I mean, it really is that simple.

So, a lot of moving parts here, and welcome to the show. Again, we are going to be providing you an opportunity to weigh in. A lot of angry people out there, and rightfully so. But I hope, ladies and gentlemen, that this makes you even more determined. We don't need anybody backing away.

We've all got to stand up and we've got to fight this evil. We have to confront this evil. And that's what it is. It's just downright evil. All right.

Okay, this is Senator Blumenthal, who is a Democrat. He was in one of the secret committees, and I want to get your thoughts on this. I'm going to play this audio talking about the failures of the Secret Service in Butler County, PA, COP23. But I think the American people are going to be Shot? Astonished and appalled by what we will report to them about the failures by the Secret Service in this assassination attempt on a former President.

Okay. But I think they also ought to be appalled and astonished by the failure of the Department of Homeland Security to be more forthcoming, to be as candid and Frank, as it should be to them in terms of providing information. And we are going to absolutely insist on the truth and the whole truth. in documents and testimony. As members of the United States Senate, but also as citizens.

Why did you learn new today? When you said we're going to be appalled. I'm not going to go into what we have learned in specifics. I'm giving you my reaction. And we will have a report very, very soon that I think will.

Absolutely shocked. the American people. or it should about the lapses and lags in The protection that was afforded that day. And the breakdown in communication, failure in responsibility. All right.

So well, first of all, I appreciate Senator Blumenthal being forthcoming as much as he can be. But Ladies and gentlemen, that's not good enough. It's not good enough anymore. This is now the second time that somebody has tried to take a shot at President Trump. And we actually know more about the kid who opened fire in that Georgia high school than we do the gunmen in Butler County, PA.

Anyone want to explain that one to me?

So let me explain what needs to happen here. And this is an opportunity for all of you to work the phones. And last night I did a, or yesterday afternoon, I did a big Facebook live video for all of our followers. And I outlined a few suggestions. And here's what I want to suggest: We are in the middle right now of a raging debate on Capitol Hill whether or not to advance a continuing resolution that includes the SAVE Act.

The SAVE Act would require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote Election Day. The Democrats are adamantly opposed to this and are threatening to To vote no, which means the government would shut down. There would be no money to keep the government open.

So, here's what I want to suggest. We get answers immediately. We convene immediate hearings. Bipartisan, get everybody in the room, televise it, wall to wall television coverage, no more secret meetings, no more closed door this or that. Everything is done in front of the cameras.

We get all of the facts, we lay all of it out there on the table. The good, the bad, the ugly.

So the American people can see exactly what happened in In Pennsylvania, and what happened in Florida. And we get to the bottom of it. And if that does not happen, then the Republicans should shut down the government.

Now, I posed this question to a congressman yesterday, a Waltz, Congressman Waltz out of Florida, and he said, Well, you know, we probably shouldn't do that because the military won't get paid, and these people won't get paid. And, you know, again, We've got to get to the bottom of this. We cannot have a country. Where Republican candidates have bullseyes on them. We cannot have a country like that.

So I say, let's cut out all the nonsense and let's get to the bottom of this. Let's find out who the mole is in the Department of Homeland Security. Let's root out these people. And may I suggest this? It is.

Attempting to assassinate a President is not a death penalty crime. But being a treason being committing acts of treason against your country is. And I would contend that if you've got people inside the federal government that are attempting to overthrow Well first of all They already trying to do that. But if they're trying to kill A president of these United States or a candidate for the presidency, that to me is a death penalty case. And what we ought to do, if those people are caught, they should be tried and they should be executed, and the executions should be public.

And if I might be so bold as to make a recommendation, is you haul out, you haul out the same contraption they used. To take care of the assassins and the conspirators that killed Abraham Lincoln. And you have the public hangings for the entire nation to see.

Okay. Sending a message to others that we will not tolerate this kind of behavior in the United States of America, and those who engage in that kind of activity will suffer. and will suffer with their lives. That's what needs to happen here. Is it going to happen?

Probably not. They're going to want to sweep this under the rug. And they're already trying to do that. A CNN, an MSDNC, it's an apparent attempted assassination.

So what was the guy doing, deer hunting? With an AK-47. In the woods? On hole five at Trump International Golf Club? Are you kidding me?

But that's what they want you to believe. That's what they want you to believe. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. Another big story, and this was actually going to be our top conversation piece today is as the blowback in the aftermath of this ABC News debate.

This is just bonkers crazy.

So there is now a whistleblower. We're going to call him an alleged whistleblower. Because I don't know who the guy is, but the information is out there, and the alleged. Whistleblower is an ABC News. staffer, and the day before the debate signed an affidavit under threat of penalty of the law.

That ABC News had been conspiring With the Harris campaign. And this person said it was just incredibly unfair. We also understand and again, this is coming from the whistleblower, that it was agreed that Donald Trump would be subjected to fact checking during the debate, while Kamala Harris would not face comparable scrutiny. This was widely known throughout the company that Donald Trump would be fact checked. In fact, various people were assigned to fact check observations it was perceived candidate Trump would make during the debate.

In fact, the Harris campaign required assurances that Donald Trump would be fact-checked. This was done via multiple communications with the Harris campaign, whereas the Trump campaign was not included in the negotiations. In other words, there were private negotiations leading up to the debate. This is just jaw dropping. The Harris campaign was also provided with sample questions that, while not the exact questions, covered similar topics that would appear during the debate.

So this is, and by the way. When the campaign says, well, we didn't get any questions from ABC, they're being somewhat accurate because they did not get the exact questions.

Furthermore, the Harris campaign imposed restrictions on the scope of questioning. Moderators were not allowed to question anything regarding the perceived health of President Joe Biden. Also, no inquiries related to her tenure as Attorney General in San Francisco. There were no questions allowed concerning her brother-in-law, who faces allegations of embezzling billions of dollars in taxpayer funds. and who may be involved in her administration if elected.

And it goes on and on. This is just absolutely insane. But if this is true, ladies and gentlemen, heads should roll at ABC News. And again, if I am in the inner Trump circle, At this point I I am telling you, no more debates, none. And I would also ban anybody from ABC News until all of this is addressed.

If in fact The debate was rigged. Heads Need to Roll at ABC News. But if I were Trump, I wouldn't let him anywhere near his White House. ABC News should be banned from the White House press briefing room. Oh, oh, oh, I nearly forgot.

Can we just circle back for just a moment?

So this The the gunman yesterday, this Ralph guy, Back in 2002. The guy was arrested. Are you ready for this? He was arrested for possessing a weapon of mass destruction. And yet he got probation.

Now you say, okay, what is a weapon of mass destruction?

Well, Homeland Security defines weapon of mass destruction as nuclear, radiological, chemical or biological designed to inflict mass harm. We don't have many details of what that incident was. But he was only given probation. I'm just going to throw this out there. I have no knowledge of this.

I'm just asking a question. Is it possible at that point? The CIA Or somebody else comes in and says, All right, here's the deal, pal. You're either going to go to prison for a very long time or. We're going to give you a probation.

You can come work for us. What do you think? You think that's possible? You think that's a possible thing here? Because I am telling you, this Ryan Wesley Ralph is not who he says he is.

He's working for somebody, and he's got connections. Nobody gets profiled. This guy's a nobody, and nobodies don't get profiled by the New York Times. I'm just telling you. That's the way it is.

I just wanted to say that I agree 100% that she had to be coached. in what she was going to say during the debate because as you just played, she's a complete blithering idiot. The only time that she has sounded even coherent side of the debate.

So she had to have known what they were going to ask, and they had to have coached her one hundred percent or she would have never come across as even coming close to sounding like somebody with a brain, which we all know she doesn't have. She's a dingbat. You hate to say that about somebody, but it's true. She's. I just don't get it.

I don't get it, Susan. But I think you're right. And this is, again, why we need to investigate. As a matter of fact, Mark Penn, who's the former campaign adviser for Bill and Hillary Clinton, is actually calling for an official investigation Into whether or not Kamala was actually fed the questions, this whistleblower coming out with these allegations, it all sort of makes sense. And then you tie in the earrings that may not have, in fact, been earrings.

The company that makes these listing devices says it looks very similar to a product they sell, Susan. Exactly. I mean, I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist. But everything that is going on, I never thought that we would see this in our country. I never thought that we would have to worry about the integrity of our elections or that somebody would go after after someone like President Trump.

and be as evil as they are. I it's just it's just hard for me to understand. I'm I'm seventy three years old and I never thought that this would happen in our country. Insane. But she is a junk.

And the person that is running with her, I think that we need to be more afraid of him even than we are of her. Because he's so vain. Yeah, that guy, something's not right with him. He's a little light in the loafers, if you know what I mean. Yes, I do know what you mean, and the very idea.

that if something happened to her, which Considering what they did to Biden and the fact that she didn't even have to. C and P nominated correctly, Democratically, and then for them to say that Republicans are trying to get rid of the Constitution is crazy. That's it. Susan, we got to leave it there. It makes a lot of sense that she was coached, especially when you watch her bizarre behavior there in front of the Congressional Black Caucus. Hey, great to be on, Todd.

So Congressman, first, I want to get your reaction to what happened yesterday. I mean, a lot of people are in shock here, but a lot of others have been saying it was only a matter of time before they tried it again. They're right. It's only a matter of time, and the media is complicit in this. They're trying to act like the first one didn't even happen.

I mean, he was grazed in the head in the first shot.

So I don't know why they're not taking it seriously, but I am glad that Governor Ron DeSantis is. and that he is doing his own investigation because I don't have I don't have faith in any of these agencies anymore.

So, Congressman, here's what I don't understand, and I think we have to get to the bottom of this one question: how did this gunman know to be where he was at that moment? Because this was the plans to play golf were spontaneous. Nobody had any information.

So, unless somebody was leaking information. To the gunman, he must have incredible luck to be there at that time, at that place.

Well, that's a good question, and I wonder if we'll be able to find out anything from him. I mean um you know, there th this is a unique opportunity to find out, but um Who is it? Did somebody leak that? Is there somebody on the inside that's broadcasting where Trump's going to be? Um These are questions.

The other thing is, you know, Trump has been kind to the Secret Service in his response to this. But remember, these are the people who are supposed to protect him. They're surrounded. They're around him. They've got firearms.

It would be hard for him to be critical of them at this moment, but I'm going to be critical of them. Nobody should be able to get this close to take that shot. I'm with you. I just don't get that. And I mean, I'm glad the Secret Service agent saw the barrel sticking out of the bushes.

But again, still a lot of questions. We don't know if the gunman fired, you know, got off any shots or if all of the shots came from the Secret Service agent. Hopefully, we'll get those answers. Congressman, here's my take on it. I'm tired of all the closed-door meetings up on Capitol Hill.

I mean, we heard from Senator Blumenthal last week saying all of us are going to be shocked when we find out what the Secret Service agent did. Why can't we know that information now? We're over two months out from this.

Well, they love to use this term even when we investigate. They say that, oh, this is the subject of an ongoing investigation and it's our long standing policy not to comment. Here's the problem. We fund them. We created these agencies.

We can uncreate them. They can give those answers in a press conference. But they shouldn't be giving those answers to Congress. Yet they do. And we let them get away with it.

We are complicit because we turn around and fund them. If we would just withhold the money for one toner cartridge at the FBI or the Secret Service or the DOJ, We could get them to talk. I mean, they're that sensitive to the funding, yet we won't even do it ourselves as Republicans. This is the problem. We're not holding them accountable and the one tool that we have is the power of the purse.

And look, we're about to do another CR or omnibus. We're going to fund everything at the same levels, and these guys aren't giving us any answers.

So you we gotta blame ourselves. Real quick, before we jump to the original topic we were going to talk about. Do you have concerns that there may be a mole somewhere in DHS leaking intel on Trump? Um Yeah, I think 95% of these people are that work there. are Democrats.

It varies by department. whether it's FBI or DHS or DOJ, but if you look at their donations. It's above 90%. When you get to USDA, it may only be 60 or 80 percent. We've seen this before.

I mean, Peter Strzok, these folks had an agenda. Vendman had an agenda. When they get in their head that they are saving the democracy by. Uh perpetuating these leaks? Then they have no moral dilemma.

They'll do it. But again, that's where the media is complicit. That is where Joe Biden is complicit and Kamala Harris is complicit. When they use words like the stake of our country, you know, that is riding on this election and saying that democracy is at stake. They're basically justifying anything against the president in the minds.

Of these radical activists, and many of them are working in these departments. A thousand percent accurate there.

Well, Congressman, and by the way, folks, this is Congressman Thomas Massey joining us today. You have introduced a very important piece of legislation. It's called the National Constitutional Carry Act. It's especially important for those of us who live in Memphis, my hometown, where they're trying to disarm law-abiding gun owners because of the violence in this city.

So, Congressman, what would your Piece of legislation do for the American people.

So there are 29 states right now that have some form of constitutional carry. In other words, the government of those states acknowledges that you have the right, it's a God-given right, but it's protected in our Second Amendment, the right to carry a firearm. It's keep and bear arms.

So my bill is pretty simple. It says that those freedoms that are recognized in 29 states need to be recognized in all 50 states and all of the territories. If you're able to own a gun, you should be able to carry it without permission from the government. It's that simple. The bill's only about four pages long.

The genesis was this. there's been a lot of interest in reciprocity between states that issue permits.

Well, what's happened is a lot of states have gone on beyond issuing permits, and they say that you have a right to carry even without a permit.

Well they've We've been trying to update the reciprocity bill in Congress, but frankly, the states are far ahead of us in recognizing the Second Amendment. And I think it's time that we recognize the Second Amendment doesn't require you to have permission to carry a firearm.

So it's real simple. We just say it belongs to all fifty states.

Now, there may be some people who say, oh, well, you're overriding the states' rights. The problem is the states are overriding the Constitution right now, and since the Heller decision followed up by the McDonald decision, It's now the jurisprudence in this country is that all of the states are bound by the Second Amendment. That includes bearing arms. And quite frankly, Congressman, with the level of rhetoric coming from the Democrats and the media, I would contend that every freedom loving, law abiding, lawful gun owner in America who is a Trump supporter needs to be packing heat because you never know when these crazies are going to come after the rest of us. Look, if the Secret Service who are detailed to the President can't protect the President, what hope do you have of being protected by the police?

If you're just an individual, I mean, even as a member of Congress, I don't receive any kind of security detail, but you can be sure I'm carrying quite frequently. Because of that, and I think every American should. Speaking of the liberals jump to take our guns or ban guns or keep us from carrying, they've already come out and said that this attempted Assassination. By the way, by a liberal freak show there in Florida, that justifies another assault weapons ban. Here's the problem.

They define assault weapons by their cosmetic features. Of which this rifle that the perpetrator tried to use has none of those features. It doesn't have a pistol grip, doesn't have a foregrip, doesn't have a flash suppressor, bayonet lug. All of those are collapsible stock.

So they're using, like they always do, they're using an example that doesn't apply to the legislation they're trying to get passed, and they're hoping that the American people aren't paying attention. You know, I think there's a brilliant observation from Patrick Parsons over at American Firearms Association. And he says the whole argument coming from the left is that constitutional carry would lead to the wild, wild west. And that has been the exact opposite, Congressman. Right.

There's 29 states where you've got constitutional carry, and the opposite has happened, as you said. The more people that carry firearms, the less Risk and also crime statistics show this. You know, the Democrats are right now.

Now, they've cooked their books, they're trying to leave out Chicago and these big cities who aren't reporting crime. But if the Democrats are saying there's less crime now and you've got more states with constitutional carry than ever, then why won't the Democrats conclude that, well, maybe we're stopping crime by allowing more people to carry firearms? It's a great point you raise. I'll tell you here in Memphis, you know, again, one of the deadliest, if not the deadliest city, most violent city in America.

So what did City Hall do? They told the police department, don't release any crime information. That has to come out of us, City Hall. We get to decide what the people need to know about violence. And now they're trying to say, crime has plummeted.

No, you're just not reporting it.

Well, and that the Memphis brings up a good point, and I don't know what their gun control laws are in Memphis, but some cities try to have a higher level of gun control laws than the state itself.

So my bill, we took great care to make sure that localities, cities and counties also cannot override the Constitution as they're want to do.

Well, we have statewide permitless carry. I'm really fascinated by this legislation because right now there is a fight. The city wants to put it on the ballot and have a referendum on whether or not we should allow people to have permitless carry. You can't have a city overriding state law, so it's going to be a huge lawsuit over here in this part of the state.

Well, listen, that doesn't keep the cities from trying to override state laws. I mean, they'll do it. The Supreme Court decision that incorporated the Second Amendment as applying to all of the states happened in 2010, and it was McDonald versus Chicago.

So it was the city of Chicago that was infringing on his rights. And what came out of that was an acknowledgment that the Second Amendment. applies to all of the states through the incorporation doctrine using the Fourteenth Amendment, which they've done for the they've done this for the First Amendment and other protected liberties. But it wasn't until twenty ten that they got it incorporated, and it was because of the Supreme Court decision that involved Chicago, not Illinois. All right.

Congressman, we've got to leave you there. I love this legislation. And, folks, a good many of your elected leaders have co-sponsored sign-on as co-sponsors, but we need all of them to on the Republican side.

So call your Congressman, tell them to get on board the National Constitutional Carry Act. Congressman, appreciate your time this afternoon. Thank you very much, Todd. We'll talk to you later. All right.

This is brilliant, and I love the idea that every American's constitutional Second Amendment rights should be protected in public spaces, especially with the fact that many of our towns and communities have been overrun by all of these illegals. You know, they're putting together all of these memes and parodies over the fact that the Haitians are killing and eating the pets in Springfield, Ohio, which, by the way, they are. And here's a lot of people, and you go back to the day. Can we go back to the debate for just one moment? And when President Trump brought that fact up, right, that was not a big story of the national media until Trump brought it up during the debate. And it was interesting because almost immediately the ABC News moderator said, We've checked that out and it's not true.

How would they know to check that out? How would they know to check that out before the debate when it wasn't even a big national issue?

Is he a lone gunman? President Trump is that much safer because we have him. But if he's part of a conspiracy, then this whole thing Really takes on a very ominous tone. All right.

That is the sheriff in Martin County, Florida, where Ryan Wesley Routh was captured on Interstate 95. And the sheriff raising a question that many are beginning to raise, many are beginning to ask. Was there a mole within the Department of Homeland Security? Was there a mole in the FBI or Secret Service who leaked out information as to where Trump was going to be yesterday? Because, again, all of this was off the record.

President Trump was not scheduled to go play golf yesterday. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision.

Congressman, we just had Thomas Massey on in the last hour, and he's concerned, too, about how this information was able to get out about where the President was yesterday.

What concerns do you have after the attempted assassination of President Trump? Yeah, I it is very puzzling how an individual could travel across the United States. Assuming that he did, and then go to an area that he's not familiar with, and somehow is able to. Get a uh a firearm within five hundred yards of the President, it's disturbing. And I I think what's interesting is he's he's still alive.

Yeah uh so we'll be able to at least um hopefully get some information out of them. And at least I hope he stays alive and it's not a Jack Ruby situation. Yeah, I'm with you. And as soon as I heard that the feds immediately took over and took him into custody, that raised my eyebrows. I was anchoring on Newsmax last night, and I'm thinking to myself, uh-oh, this may not be good.

So I hope you're right. I hope he's still going to be alive to be able to answer questions. Yes, and thankfully, Governor DeSantis is going to open up an investigation independent Because I don't know that we can we can Fully rely and trust on the FBI at this point. This is an agency that spied on the President. and uh and have have done everything they can to try to throw him in prison.

So I don't know that they're going to be highly motivated to get to the bottom of this.

So that's why I'm really excited to hear that Governor DeSantis is going to be investigating this. Are you guys getting any information from Speaker Johnson? I know he was actually at Mar-a-Lago yesterday. Any intel on investigations that maybe you guys are going to launch? I'm told that and I haven't heard directly from the speaker that they're going to add this.

invest this to the investigation that's currently being conducted about from the original assassination. Attempt. Um The speaker dedicates some more resources to that investigation. I know that some really great. Um weren't added to that committee I I know I'd I'd love to see Eli Crane and And Corey Mills added to that because they they you know you know two guys that actually understand what it's like to be a sniper.

would be helpful on that committee. Yeah, again, I just it's mind-boggling. And you mentioned 500 yards. My understanding is it would have only been a couple of hundred yards from hole five to where the gunman was. And I mean, when you under when you look at the sort of ammo being used here, this could have inflicted a lot of damage on all of the people on that golf course.

I mean, there, but for the grace of God, go I again, and you wonder how many more miracles are out there for the President. Yeah, I think God has his hand on President Trump. I think um The y yeah It's, you know, they they've tried to throw everything at him, and thankfully, he's. He's still alive, and I hope he's the next president again. But when the rhetoric, as I'm sure you've been talking about, the rhetoric is that you've got Democrats Saying things like my own former state senator of Missouri, Claire McCaskill, who was on MSNBC saying That Trump is more dangerous than Mussolini and Hitler.

When you say things like that, don't be surprised that the public believes you and wants to respond. And so you have Dan Goldman saying that He's destructive to our democracy. He has to be eliminated. It has to be eliminated. Yeah, and so you took the Democrats love to use the word dog whistle.

Well, this isn't a dog whistle, this is sending instructions or telling people. to do something about it, or they're going to lose their democracy, right?

So I think they need to um take accountability for what they've said. And I I would challenge the former Senator McCaskill to To apologize for her words.

Well, you and I both know that's not going to happen. I mean, they've been putting a bullseye, not just on Trump, but conservatives in general, going back to 2016 when he was running in that very first election. And it has only gotten worse.

So I'm with you, though. She ought to, but I'm not quite sure she will. Congressman, our time is short, and I do want you to give us an update on this continuing resolution and the future of the SAVE Act. Yeah, I'm not a fan of continued resolutions. I think this is a complete it's a disaster that the federal government can't Can't do its real job and put together or pass twelve independent appropriation bills.

I voted against every CR. this one creates a predicament because if they add the SAVAC, which I have supported and I voted for and I highly support, if they add that to this, then then we're confronted, do we vote? You know me. for the continuing resolution, but also vote against Or if we vote against it, you're voting against. the Save Act.

So it it creates a conundrum I would at least it's better than a close. continued resolution. And so I would love to see more things if we're going to If we're going to do this, then I would love to see HR two. placed on that. I would love to see Our language related to freeing up the energy industry in the United States.

And I would try to get everything in the book. In this and It tells and let the Democrats be the ones that shut the government down. Yeah, I'm with you, and we've got to do what we can to protect our elections and the ballot box. It's just ridiculous. that illegals are being allowed to vote.

But here's what gets me. Over the weekend, the New York Times said we may not know who won the election on election night. I've got a big problem with that, Congressman, and every day something like that drags on. That's another opportunity for somebody to go in and cause shenanigans with the election. Yeah, what that's that's it's disturbing that we're at this place where our elections, we can't we don't we can't trust them, that we that there's a lot of doubt.

in the process and And so I think that we owe it to the American people to put reassurances, put safeguards. On our election system. I know in Missouri, I was part of the effort and Language that require that eliminated the drop boxes that requires cybersecurity audits of any election equipment. to move towards paper ballots. And um and so I I think that and Missouri as a result is ranked one of the most one of the best states when it comes to election.

Integrity. We need to do this across the United States. People need to go to their state legislatures and demand better election integrity. All right.

Wow. By the way, um, I I would be um Yeah, I would be remiss if I did not mention this crazy story. Involving Congressman Mark Green from Tennessee. One of the most well-respected members of Congress, and it is, there's an ugly story. Uh the the The congressman is involved now in a divorce, in divorce proceedings.

You know, he portrayed himself as a staunch evangelical Christian. But now we understand, according to his wife, And uh she sent out a message to every um every spouse on Capitol Hill, saying that her husband of thirty-five years was leaving her for a younger woman he had met in Washington. It also included an allegation about the identity of the woman's employer, and that may or may not be accurate. But she says that he fell head over heels in love with her to the extent that he wanted to marry her and start a new family. She said she tried to reconcile.

She's a very devout Christian. She says she tried to reconcile, and he wants nothing of it, and has insisted on a divorce. She goes on to write: Satan has rewritten our marriage in his mind. My heart is shattered. I really just don't know how to do life right now.

That's terrible. The congressman says, This is a difficult time for my family and me. We're going through divorce proceedings, it's a deeply private matter. I asked for privacy. Yeah, that's all well and good, but Mark Greene is chairman of the Homeland Security.

Committee. That's a pretty darn powerful committee.

So here you have a guy who is apparently shacking up. Oh, she, the. The romantic partner is identified as a thirty two year old woman.

So, anyway, it's sad. I'm not surprised. There's a lot of that going on up on Capitol Hill, by the way. It's like a whorehouse up there. I don't mean to offend the good church-going Baptist ladies of the Todd Stern Show audience, but that's what it is.

So because We're watching what's going on with President Trump and the potential mole, which I agree with. Is it not possible that the potion who Mark Green is hanging out with. Inappropriately is a Set up from the other side. to attract him away from his duties and ruin his good name. Are you a spy type person?

Or what I don't even know what they call it. They have a term for that in the spy world, but I don't know. Sidewalk Sally? I don't know. It's uh yeah, I don't know what it is.

Or when you you get a woman to come in and you and you. You sucker the guy aside. And he falls in love with you and ruins his life. A side piece? I don't know.

It's uh what is the official we'll find out the clinical term for that, Fred.

So you think this is all possibly a setup? I do, it's interesting the date that this happens right after Trump. You know, why did she do it today? Fred, it's well, it's no, no, no. This did not happen today.

This happened over the weekend before the shooting.

So there's a weird timeline here. Back in February, Mark Greene said that he was going to retire from Congress. And he thanked his wife and kids. Then, two weeks later, he reversed course. And after President Trump called on him to reconsider, And then last month is when Green filed for divorce.

So the side piece got picked up a couple of uh s at least a month or so ago.

Okay. So it's it's a good thought though. I mean, y you never know. I mean, you never know. Look at uh who was it, Swalwell with uh he was dating that what was her name?

Uh Bang Bang Ho Chi Minh City, uh whatever her name is. The Chinese trick But I do remember. I may have gotten that name wrong. I don't know. He may have, but we got the essence.

We try. We try. We have the essence. Yes. All right, Fred.

So she sends basically an email to every. Female, every spouse.

So, if you're in Congress and you got a wife or a husband, I guess, you're getting this letter, and she was basically saying, heads up, ladies. There are women after our men. And she wrote that he pushed, talking about her husband, Congressman Greene, he pushed God out of his life, me out of his life, and developed friendships with other congressmen and women having affairs and getting divorces, drinking, partnerships. Hardy, in all while hosting a weekly Bible study in the basement of our home. Good golly!

It's terrible. Anyway, you feel bad for misses Green.

You know, all all the you know, We don't need tweets.

We need action. They're going to kill President Trump if they don't do something. It's not going to be the last time this is going to happen. You know, the thing about President Trump now, I've played that course many times. I've played it with him many times.

I know exactly where the sugar was at. I know where President Trump was at when all this happened. He was getting close to being up. within range and uh But you know, we have so much mental ill illness in this country that anything can happen, but Again, I You know, I feel for his family. I feel for President Trump.

I mean, this is. But you know, the the This is just going way overboard. here. And again, if this was a Democratic nominee for president, Uh I mean, you wouldn't be able to get within ten miles of them. It's a fair point you raise.

And again, the fact that here we are over two months out from the first assassination attempt, and we still don't have any answers, except for Senator Blumenthal coming out last week and saying, this is going to scare the living daylights out of you, and you're going to be enraged over what the Secret Service did or did not do. At that point, I'm like, okay, let's get it all out there. Everybody put their cards on the table and see what we're dealing with here. Yes, you're exactly right. And again, I don't believe it.

Yeah, bus. saw that tweet by Senator Blumenthal. We all know we have problems. We got many, many problems up here in Washington, DC with an overloaded government. We're just sending tree ins out of our country, not protecting American citizens, but You know, this is just uh Listen.

Gone way too far. There's not enough done with it. Alejandro Mojorkas, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, The guy that's over all this. is the same guy that's been telling us for three point five years, oh, the border is closed. When we all know 13 to 20 million people have come across the board, now they're all flying into the country, they don't have to walk anything.

We're actually paying for them to come into the country. The American taxpayers, and this guy couldn't tell the truth if he knew the truth. But we have to. We have to wake up and see what kind of government is being built behind these these radical socialists, and it's not the type of government the American people deserve.

So, Senator, I'm curious to get your take on this. Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch points out that the FBI official. Who spoke at yesterday's press conference is the head of the Miami Field Office. This guy is anti-Trump. And he was actually ordered to scrub anti-Trump social media posts last year before he could get promoted.

This is the guy that's going to be in charge of the investigation? Yeah. You're not surprised, are you? No. It is.

Let me tell you, Todd, I've been up for three and a half years. And I've never seen like the hypocrisy. that these people have. Obama ruined everyone. The FBI, the CIA, now they're good people that actually do the legwork.

But the people that make decisions were all taken out of office and replaced by bureaucrats years ago. And now it's showing this guy down there when he said that. He should have been immediately replaced. and then forced into retirement because We don't need people that's not going to stand up. I don't care what party that you're backing.

You stand up for the American people and the people that are running to put their life on the line, to help run this country. I mean, this that's a disgrace. But our whole FBI, the CIA, the DOJ, I am so sick of them up here that they do nothing. All they do is talk, and they're all controlled by the Obama, Biden, Harris, mainstream media. And it's just I mean, it's going to put our country under.

I mean, God forbid it happens again, but I think it's going to, Senator, and I hope that Almighty God is there to protect President Trump a third time if that happens. But I really fear for this country if somebody is actually successful in taking out this president. I think. Do you think the country could unravel? Oh, it uh definitely unravel.

That's like the Save Act that we're trying to push, Todd. Mike Lee, myself, several other senators. We drew this up a couple of months ago. And basically, all the Save Act is, is Please, let's just have American citizens vote. You have to have proof of citizenship to register and to vote.

If you don't do that, You don't deserve to pick the leaders of the best country ever. The problem with that is not one Democrat will vote for it. Not one. That's true. And they say, well, we've already got a law that says illegals can't.

Vote in elections. Hey, Democrats, we also have laws that said you can't rob a bank, but they still do it. I mean, there is no common sense on that side. And this goes the same thing with protecting President Trump. It's happened once.

He got shot and Very, very lucky he didn't die th on that day. He came probably within Uh I would say a minute. Of being in Target, me knowing that golf course. You know, the guy was there for 12 hours, Todd. They now released he was in that one place for 12 hours waiting for the president to come.

And, you know, President Trump's an outside guy. I mean, you're not going to keep him all caged up. He's going out to talk to the people and the people that.

So Uh you know, you just can't you can't Um understand and I can't understand the thoughts of the Democrats up here. Over the top in terms of changing our country into a socialist communist country, they will do anything. Anything. To win this election.

Well, you're right about that. All right.

Vance going toe-to-toe with Dana Bash over the crazy stuff coming out of Springfield, Ohio, Cut 16. Dana, first of all, let me just respond to a couple of things that you said. But I want to start with something you said, which I think is frankly disgusting and is more appropriate for a Democratic propagandist than it is for an American journalist. There is nothing that I have said that has led to threats against these hospitals. These hospitals, the bomb threats and so forth, it's disgusting.

The violence is disgusting. We condemn it. We condemn all violence. Senator, this happened after you and President Trump on the debate stage said to me, cats and dogs. You asked a question, Dana, and I'm going to go ahead and answer it.

After that, they were what we have said is that this town has suffered terribly under the policies of Kamala Harris.

Now, you just accused me of inciting violence against the community when all that I've done is surface the complaints of my constituents, people who are suffering because of Kamala Harris's policies. Are we not allowed to talk about these problems because some psychopaths are threatening? violence. We can condemn the violence on the one hand, but also talk about the terrible consequences of Kamala Harris's open border on the other hand.

Now, let me just fact check a couple of other things that you said, Danny, because it's important. You said that all of these migrants are in the country legally. They're in the country through what's called temporary protective status. That is when Kamala Harris waved a magic amnesty wand, taking people and giving them legal status. That is not to say that they're here legally.

That is a terrible indictment of her amnesty policies that have further opened the border and further terrible migration in the country. And that is how you handle the mainstream media. You know what I'm feeling? I don't know why, Dylan. You know what I want to do here.

I know we got to go to break, but you know what I want to do? I want to throw out a song if we could. And I want to dedicate this to Mr. Whiskers. of Springfield, Ohio.

In Springfield, They're eating the dogs. They're eating the cats. This is for you, Mr. West. They're eating the pets of the people that live there.

You know, the other big story we've been following is whether or not the Democrats will use the threat of a pandemic to shut down the country again in advance of the 2024 presidential election.

So look, there was a study just out that said President Trump's plan to distribute hydroxychloroquine during the pandemic could have actually saved millions of lives and avoided spending trillions of dollars. Why do you think the medical establishment denigrated hydroxychloroquine? Because of the Emergency Use Act. I mean, in order for the vaccine to hit the childhood schedule, they had to basically. Show that the only modality, the only treatment during the pandemic that saved lives was the vaccine.

That's why they persecuted doctors who were prescribing hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin. They discriminated against pharmacies to fulfill those medications, which is absolutely criminal. We had doctors proving and getting people better with these medications, but yet they were criminalized, they were persecuted, and the media weaponized Basically, themselves against the treatments and modalities outside of the vaccine. And billions of dollars were on the line here to get this vaccine on the childhood schedule. And they succeeded, unfortunately, at getting this dangerous vaccine on the childhood schedule.

Now, good luck getting that thing off. It's absolutely criminal what happened. And so, yes, absolutely, lives were lost and saved due to the hydroxycorquin being implemented, but lives were lost because of the government and the media went after hydroxycorquin.

So, my concern is: let's just say, God forbid, Harris and Waltz are elected. Could we see an ultimate ban on treatments that have been successful, like ivermectin, like hydroxychloroquine?

Well, this is one thing for sure. You're going to see something more dangerous than just a banning of a prescription drug. You're going to see the banning of alternative voices and freedom of speech in this movement. Those who are speaking out against the pandemic are bringing truth to the table. I mean, you got Tim Walls right now stating that, oh, I support freedom of speech, except when it gets deemed disinformation.

You know, I was labeled one of the disinformation dozen during the pandemic. They said I was responsible for 65% of the misinformation on the vaccine. And I was like, dang it, I was shooting for 100%. But I'm telling you, the organization that came after us during the and labeled us disinformation was an organization called the Center for Countering Digital Hate. Proclaiming that what we were bringing to the table here and what we were stating was hate speech.

And I'm sorry, I was bringing data and manipulation of data. I had proof that the government was lying and deceiving the people, and it was from their own data sources. The National Body Reporting System, which is a subdivision of the CDC. Are you kidding me? And that's hate speech.

So it's a very slippery slope here.

So you ask the question: can we see some activity from the Harris? Presidential organization here, administration, on banning of free to speech and drugs. Absolutely. It can be linked to a lot of different things, but also people that just got they come down with a flu issue. I mean, hybermectin has helped them tremendously, and hydroxychloroquine has helped them tremendously. I don't recommend taking those drugs daily, but in the case of you ever get sick, that's something that to be considered.

Some of these kits are really life-saving. It's good to have, give you that peace of mind.
