Meanwhile, General Michael Flynn's story is explored, and Donald Trump's presidency is discussed, including his potential running mate and the classified documents case. Stormy Daniels' testimony is also examined, and the situation in Israel and Gaza is addressed, with some calling for a ceasefire and others advocating for a more aggressive approach. The explosive new film. Flynn, deliver the truth, whatever the cost. Exposes secrets behind the government's takedown of General Michael Flynn. Flynn knew what the Intel world had been up to. He ordered the first audit of the use of contractors.

This set off alarm bells. He told the truth. He was the most dangerous person for Donald Trump to hire. They had to get rid of Flynn. Flynn, deliver the truth, whatever the cost.

Available now. Watch it today. Go to SalemNow.com. SalemNow.com. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee.

It's America's conservative blowtorch. That's it. That's right. I love this American ride. Touch starts.

And then they backed out of the out of the interview after it had been scheduled. And the same thing happened to Greg Guttfeld last night. Governor Noam was supposed to be on Guttfeld's show, and she canceled on the guy. And I we don't know why. I wish I could tell you why.

I have my suspicions. Here's what we're going to do. We're going to take a break. We are not going to take a break. All right.

We are going to. All right, Dylan, talk to me. All right. So again, Art sorry, we're having some difficulties here. 901-260-5926.

That's 901-260-5926.

So on a place of audio, this is Christy Noam. Crashing and burning on Newsmax, cut two. I agree with you there. But going back to what you said a moment ago, maybe not lying to the American people. And I think this is important to talk about because the book's called No Going Back: The Truth on What's Wrong with Politics.

And I think part of the problem with politics today is that politicians aren't honest with the American people.

So if, Governor, if you asked me a month ago who's at the top of the list to run with Donald Trump, I would have said your name. If you asked me that same question this morning, I don't even think you're on the list. Really?

So my question for you, yes, really, and it's because of things that have come out in this book, like your claims that you met Kim Jong-un, and then over the last week. I've been to the DMZ, I've been to Ireland, what I've said. Governor, one second, I will give you an opportunity to respond. I just want to get this out there.

So here's the quote from the book. You say that I remember when I met North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. I'm sure he underestimated me, having no clue about my experience staring down little tyrants. Governor, that never happened. What I have said in the book is that when I became aware of the content that we had, it changed.

And that's the way that it is.

So, I should not have put that anecdote in the book. I'm not going to talk about my indicators that it happened. I'm not going to talk about my conversations with world leaders. I've been involved in policy for 30 years. For 30 years, I've been traveling the world talking to world leaders, and that is a conversation that I'm not going to have in this book.

I've answered that in other interviews already. I've been very forthright, and I think that a typical politician wouldn't be that honest. As soon as it became to my attention, I asked for the content to be changed, and it has been. Governor, I'm not asking you about the details of this alleged meeting. I'm asking if the meeting actually happened.

I don't think it did. And I think if it did, you'd be able to confirm for me that yes, it did. And here's when it happened. It happened, say, at such and such a date or a month. Are you going to have to be able to do that?

I'm not going to talk about that conversation. You're going to continue to have to answer this question then. I don't think so, because the average American citizen is more worried about the border. They're more worried about what we see in a White House and a president that since January has gone out there and misled the American people over 150 times, and nobody pushes him on what he says. That he was imprisoned with Nelson Mandela, that he drove an 18-wheeler, that his uncle was eaten by cannibals, that he started the civil rights movement.

There is a hypocrisy in the media today, and I would like to see that the American people. People know and recognize the difference that they want leaders who actually will go forward and give them a way that they can elect people who want to represent them and fight for them. Governor, that's a very good point. And I'm not deliberately trying to be adversarial. Donald Trump winning in November is very important.

Yes, it is. And I think that whoever he chooses to be his running mate, and again, I think at one point you were at the top of that list, but you're going to get questions a lot more difficult than that. The thing that's very interesting to me is the only person who will decide is Donald Trump. He will decide and he knows that I think he should pick the person that will help him win. That is my one parameter.

When he was in the White House, I was on offense every day. I got to solve problems for the people of South Dakota. I got to, you know, think out of the box and be innovative.

Now, with Joe Biden in the White House, all I am is on defense.

So I will tell you that the one thing that President Trump knows for a fact is that I want him to win and that I want him to pick the person that will help him win because America needs him back in the White House. You seem surprised when Rob said that he didn't see you on the short list anymore. Are you still on that short list? Have you talked to him about being his vice president? I've talked to President Trump a lot.

I talked to him a lot, and I think the world of him, and he knows that, and I've always supported him. Uh Starring June Lockhart. Poor Lassie. All right. So I have a question here for Christy Noah.

All right, we there you go. Um I have a question for Christy No.

So she says she doesn't talk about her conversations with world leaders.

So, why is she telling us that she's been talking to President Trump? This makes no sense to me. And look, I want a believer. But I it's just weird. Isn't the whole thing just weird?

I don't get what's going on here with her. Remember, she was doing the she was what? She was hawking products for dental care and it's just weird stuff.

So I don't know what's going on with the governor, but it's very off-putting. And quite frankly, she does not seem very stable. I'm just putting it out there. It's just weird. Oh, here's the governor.

This is actually from the is this from the book? Cut number three. Later that evening, my uncle, who was the general contractor building our house, called me and he said. What got into you today? Nothing, I responded.

Why? He said, Well, the guy said you came barreling into the yard with your truck, you slammed the door, took a gun and a dog over the hill out of sight. They heard one shot, you came back without the dog. Then you grabbed the goat and headed back up over the hill, then they heard another shot. You came back, slammed the pick up door again, went back?

They heard another shot and then you came back without the goat. They said they hurried back to work before you decided they were next. Oh, my God That makes it even worse. That it makes it sound like that she was in some sort of a rage, an uncontrolled rage. I mean, you're and those by the way, this is the audio version of the book that Governor Noam wrote or allegedly wrote that's causing all this controversy.

So she's writing all of this. And at one point, does anybody just stop and say, you know, Governor, you might want to rethink this? Because by the way, that actually happened. And she said, no, this goes in the book. This story has to go in the book.

It's just it sounds like she had a she wa it was an uncontrolled rage, and she went out there and killed the dog and then killed the goat. And it's a good thing there wasn't a horse around, and the horse would have gotten the Ugh, it's all very strange.

So Paul Shankle wants to know if if Christy Noam cried when old Yeller died. I don't know, Paul. It's a good question. But there's something not right about all of this. And so now the governors canceled the interview.

And look, we were going to be I was going to be fair, I was going to be balanced, but we were going to ask the tough questions. And you got to ask these questions. Maybe Christianoma is right that you people don't care about any of this. The rumblings are that President Trump cares a whole lot and is like, What the heck is this all about? Anyway, here's Guttfeld, cut number 12.

Sure. This weekend, I did something I rarely do. I read a guest book for a segment we had planned. It's called No Going Back by Christy Noam. Who knew the title was referring to this show?

Because today she canceled on us. Yeah. The one time I actually read the book, and the author, sorry, I mean the person whose name is on the book came. cancels. Blames the weather.

I don't believe it. I just think it's a little late to keep her on a short leash. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. I'd hope she'd reconsider, but I'm not going to sit up and beg. At any rate, every dog has its day.

It's just on May 7th, 2024, and I'm not going to let them waste my time.

So we're moving forward with the interview. Standing in for Chrissy Noam is somebody she wished she had listened to before she ever wrote the stupid book. Dana Perino.

So, look, I don't know what's going on here with Christy Noam. Do you think this disqualifies her from being the vice president? Ladies and gentlemen. Do you think that this this is it for her? Because I'm telling you, they're going to come back after all of it's quieted down and they're going to say, you know what, we'd like to try to get the governor back on your show.

And I got to tell you, they're going to be barking up the wrong tree. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

Is it over? For Christino, we'll be right back. He said, Well, the guy said you came barreling into the yard with your truck, you slammed the door, took a gun and a dog over the hill out of sight. They heard one shot, you came back without the dog. Then you grabbed the goat and headed back up over the hill, then they heard another shot. You came back, slammed the pickup door again, went back? They heard another shot and then you came back without the goat.

They said they hurried back to work before you decided they were next. Wow, that was the voice of Christy Noam, and she was recording the audio version of her new book, and she was describing the moment that she killed the dog and the goat. But honestly, I had not heard the audio version of the book, and for me, That really says a lot, and it does raise a question about anger management. She certainly has a temper. And the way it was described, even her uncle was kind of stunned by her behavior.

But all of that aside, does that disqualify her from being considered as a running mate? Let's go to Mike in Maryland. Mike, what say you? Hi, Todd. I'd like to let you know I've owned five cocker spaniels.

All five have been euthanized. The last two I took very hard. And so much to the point that I decided I was never going to get an another dog. Lo and behold, I have a four-month-old German shepherd dog that I love very much. Saying all that, I want to say that Governor Noam Uh I trust her judgment.

that it was an aggressive dog and needed to be put down. I believe Governor Noam is America's governor. She's the best governor in the United States. and we need her experience and her leadership And people have just got to get over this silliness.

So, you don't have a problem with the way all of this went down. You're good. I'm good with it. I'm fine. You know, and I've owned dogs, and I love dogs.

But I trust Governor Noam's judgment on it. Mike, very good.

So we've got you down. This is not an issue for you. 901, appreciate that call. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-265.

two six zero five nine two six. I do have a question about all of this, and this is um wow, this is a difficult question to ask. But when she was on Stuart Varney, I think this is cut number one. Can we play cut number one for a moment? This interview is ridiculous, what you are doing right now.

So you need to stop. It is.

Okay. It is.

Let's talk about some real topics that Americans care about. I'm afraid we're out of time. Oh, well, of course we are. We do thank you for being with us. I know I press hard, but that's what people are talking about to this day.

Governor No, thanks for joining us. We appreciate it. Wow.

So just an observation here. And this is for the ladies in the audience. She was clearly angry over that and upset, and that's fine. You can be angry and upset. Um But she didn't show it.

Like her face was like frozen, like it was paralyzed. I mean, the only thing moving were her eyelids and her lips. There was no emotion. You could tell she was angry, but she didn't look angry. That was just weird.

Was that weird? Or was that some sort of a a procedure? You know, I don't want to. I don't know. I think the ladies of the audience might help us figure all this out.

It was, was she, is Botox still a thing where, you know, you stab yourself and then your face freezes so it like smooths out all the wrinkles? I mean, she said she was an old woman. She's not. She's 51. That's not terribly old.

All right, let's go to Christine, WHKP in North Carolina. Christine, what's on your mind?

Well, hi, Todd. Thank you for taking my call. I'm glad you're doing okay. Thank you.

Well, I don't remember where I heard the interview, who was interviewing her, or what. It was all when this book stuff started, but I remember her. saying That when she shot the dog, she didn't have any kids. And now she's saying she shot the dog because The dog was aggressive and she was afraid it would hurt her kids.

So I don't know. You got to get your facts straight, Christy, right? That's the whole rule here, right? If you're going to go down that path, you got to make sure you got your ducks in a row. Right.

Yeah. Yeah, it's Christine. It's a great point you raise that there's a lot of conflicting information coming out of Christinome. He must be. Talking to Stormy Daniel.

Oh, hello. Oh, geez alloo. All right. You went there, Christine. You went there.

Bye-bye. It's all right, Christine. Wow.

Yeah, we're going to get to Stormy Daniels momentarily. But that's a fair point. And look, these are all unforced errors. I just don't understand all of this, right? Why are you hawking products?

You're the governor of the state of South Dakota. You've done a great job as a governor. You've been a great supporter of President Trump. You don't have to do all of this. You don't have to.

And she's. She's embellishing her record here. That's the issue. And I don't know who the anchor was on Newsmax, but the anchor on Newsmax raised a very important point. If, in fact, You met with these people, just acknowledge that you met with these people.

I mean what's What's the problem there? It's just all very weird, and you do wonder if something else is going on, if there's something personal going on. I don't know. But I'm not too sure that she's the right person for the VP spot at this juncture. I'm just saying.

All right, we got a lot going on.

Some new developments in the Trump class. Classified document scandal. The judge. Indefinitely postponed. This case, and I'm going to explain why.

We have some new intel coming in on that. Also, The pro-Hamas mob is now going after World War I statues. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

Good to have you with us. This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show. Let's go to Marvin in Oregon on KYKN. Hey, Marvin, what's on your mind today?

Well, I was just wondering why you're trying to destroy Christy Noam. Oh, wow. Oh, wow. All right. Well, that's all you got to say, oh, wow.

Yeah, well, I'm I'm I'm just I it's a great question. It's a loaded question.

So you're you're saying that Todd Stern's here. I am trying to destroy Christy Noam. How am I trying to destroy Christy Noome, Marvin?

Well, you sound really gleeful when you uh Cut her down. How did I cut her down? The only people getting cutting down here are the dogs and the goats. Yeah, well, so much are only dogs and they're only goats. Oh, I see.

They're not humans. I see, I see. What about the meetings with, um so you don't have a problem with her going out and shooting a dog or a goat because it stinks? I'm just asking. All right.

It's America. I mean, you want to go out and shoot a dog or a goat? All right. Have at it, I suppose. I didn't say I wanted to.

So look, here's the issue. The Democrats, they don't do this to their people. They stand by them. But Republicans, we Republicans destroy our ours when they make a little mistake.

So what's the deal? Even uh news max. That will suck uh Interview he had with her.

So you didn't appreciate the way Newsmax conducted that interview? Appreciate the way you're cutting her down.

Well, how am I cutting her down? I'm just repeating. Hold on, hold on, Marvin. I'm repeating word for word what she wrote in her own book.

So I'm not, how am I cutting her down when I'm just reading? What she said. Wh why would you uh parp on her never day? What do you mean? Why?

Because she's in the news. Look, here's the deal, Marvin. If she can't handle questions like this about. Shooting a dog or whether or not she she met with Kim Jong-un. If she can't handle that these are questions coming from friendly media.

How do you think the mainstream media is gonna gonna handle her? And how do you think she's gonna handle herself going up against the mainstream media? I know how they would handle it, just like you are handling it. How am I doing?

So, your problem here is. Your problem with me is that I'm quoting what Christine Ohm said. You just admit you're wrong and lay off of her. All right, so you don't think we should be asking so again. She brought this up.

This is not like we went out there sniffing around. You know, she brought all of this up. And you're making money on it.

Well, I'm not making any money on this. She canceled, you know, she came and said, Can you please have me on your show so I can sell my book? She's the one making money here.

Well, just lay off of her. All right. Marvin, all right, we got it. Marvin, thank you for calling in. Marvin says, Starnes lay off Christy No.

Let's go to JR in Tennessee, WTJS. All right, JR, what say you? I tend to agree with the last caller in the aspect that the Republicans tend to devour Their own. He's right. Democrats will not.

Um get into this kind of thing and uh And uh you he brought up a point about your comments, and yes, you have made derogatory Insinuations like playing the last ethno and making general comments about the situations that have happened. And I agree with him in this aspect that They're just animals.

So JR, you believe her dog, her choice. Yeah. If she wants to if killed if you got a dog, little fluffy. Fluffily fluffy. That's the last time you mess on the floor.

You're out of here. Take her out back. See, this is exactly what I believe he was talking about, and what I'm talking about. All right, and the same goes for the goat. Her goat, her choice.

Absolutely. It's kind of like abortion, I guess. Yeah. Well, no, there's not like abortion. Abortion is a human being.

No, but you're right. The dog has no right to live, it's her decision whether or not the dog. The dog lives. And I get that, I suppose. I mean, it's a modern world.

Well, I think it's where we're failing in our society as well, where we're putting too much. value to animals. where they're part of the family. We adopt Animals Come on. They're animals.

I have no soul. You don't think this has anything to do with temp you don't think this has anything to do with temperament, J.R.

Well, yes, but none of us are perfect. And I just don't like the idea that we foul on each other.

Well yeah. Look, I hear that, and I see where you're coming from on this, but it seems to me these are all just unforced errors on her part. And I will say this: I have an even bigger issue with the fact that she's out there buying. Boasting about meeting with these world leaders when there's no evidence that she actually did that. Right, but we don't know.

Right. Well, that's why we have to ask the questions, J.R. And if you know, if sh and then she says, Well, I can't, you know, I don't talk about that, but you wrote about it.

So if you're going to write about it, then you have to talk about it. That's the whole point of writing a book. Then you're invited on these programs to make money by selling your book, and then you're not going to sit and answer the questions about the discrepancies that are there. I agree with you that questions need to be asked, but In your radio show, and it's been going on for quite some time because I listen to you pretty much every day at my lunch. That it's the way that you're characterizing these situations and you're making light of them and like it jokingly.

and using innuendos such as the Lassie song and things like that, Yeah. is making a joke of the whole thing.

Well JR, we're going to have to agree to disagree on this one. I have a problem with the way this was all framed. I think it's one thing, and again, We the only reason we know about this is because Christina brought it up, right? And she was she brought it up even though her advisers and wisest counselors said, Governor, this is not going to go over the way you think it's going to go over. And I I get it.

It's her story. You know, my question is: does this enhance her chances of becoming President Trump's VP? No, but I don't think it should end it. You don't think? All right, well, that's fair enough.

Fair enough. All right. Well, JR, I appreciate you calling in. And look, here's the deal, folks. And JR and Marvin are great examples of this.

You can disagree with me, and we're going to put you on the air, right? Because that's what we do here. We're not afraid to shy away, but I'm telling you right now. Here's Some people say, all right, well, she's canceling her interviews, and this is a wise thing. And by the way, they should have done this a few days ago.

They should have known right away where all of this was going. But Here's my recommendation. They have the big Westminster Dog Show every year in New York City. And here's what needs to happen: they need to somehow work it out where Christine Ohm is a guest judge. At the Westminster Dog Show.

They've got no, no, Dylan. They've got the metal detector.

So sh you know, but had the guy better go through the metal detector. Just better be safe than sorry. And then have her, you know, embrace a a little puppy dog or something.

Now boy!

Now!

Now boy!

Let's see. And then all will be made well. Because, look, this is America, right? We are a land of forgiving. I'm just saying.

All right, let's go to Steve in Georgia, WDUN. I'm in big trouble today. All right, Steve, what's going on? Hey, Todd, thanks for taking my call. Sure, happy to do it.

That's First time caller. Uh, you know, a person's character, the way that they do others and the way they treat animals, they kind of all go hand in hand. And uh, uh being a federally registered native uh American Indian. I look at the tribes there in South Dakota and I wonder what their impression of Christian Ones is. I believe she's been barred from ever tribe.

Is that right?

Well, I I what do you mean, barred? I I'm not familiar with that situation.

Well, they don't want noth they don't want nothing to do with her. I I had my daughter here in Atlanta, she's a R. N. Works nice. And she's also a member.

of of uh federal registered bibber of American Indian tribe. Um she spent her clinicals up there on Ojibwe uh Turtle Mountain Band of Ojibwe and it was just for, you know, the oppression and the things they there was some things that were put in law that they couldn't even vote. 'Cause they didn't have because they didn't have the addresses to vote.

So there's a lot of things that she's done that's been very offensive. You know, I just wonder if she looks at Indians the same way she looks at that dog.

Well, I don't know. I can say that there is a story out there from the Rapid City Journal about the governor, and this was from 2022, I believe, being banned from one of the reservations. That would be the Cheyenne River Reservation. And I don't know. There may or may not be issues there.

It may be about politics. I don't know. I'm just trying to figure out what's happened here with the governor, who was rock solid, regular. She's come on this show a lot of times, and we've been big fans of the governor. But at the same time, and people, sometimes people have a hard time understanding this.

We don't take talking points from people. Right?

So we're not toting anybody's water. We're not doing that. And there are some legitimate questions that need to be answered. And if you're going to write a book and you're going out there on the book circuit and we're doing this right now, you answer the questions. That's what you do.

And honestly, I think she would endear herself to a lot of people if she just got some bad counsel on how to do this or she ignored the counsel she got. And if that's the case, then it's on her. Anyway, I hope this has not damaged her down the road as far as political aspirations. We shall see. All right.

Appreciate that call, Steve. Let's go to Jeff in North Carolina. Jeff, what's on your mind? Howard, greetings from North Carolina, I'm a fan. Thanks.

The ASPCA published, they euthanized nine hundred twenty thousand cats and dogs annually. I had my dog put down at the recommendation of the vet, my veterinarian. who charged me three hundred and sixty eight dollars to put my dog down. I wish I'd have shot him in the head and buried him in the yard like my father would do when we had to put down a dog. Jeez a loo.

Well, what would your option have been for her to have a dog that needed to be put down? Let me ask you this.

So, when you went to go have your dog put to rest, Jeff, did you just storm over there? Did you speed over there and slam on the brakes and open the door and slam the door and throw the dog in there and say, shoot this SOB? No, I didn't.

Okay, good. Stop. Stop. Well, hold on, hold on, Jeff. Stop.

That's exactly what Christina Holmes just did. She didn't say SOB, but she was angry. This is in her own voice. She was angry about it.

So that's all I'm saying. I just, I think there was, I think that story is a story about temperament. That's what I think. Other people are like, well, she was unkind to the dog and the smelly goat. And that's fine.

I just think it's a temperament problem. And it may be, but obviously it's traumatic, and no one ever knows how we're going to handle trauma. And I did have a question in there, Todd. How would you have handled it? What do you well, I don't have a dog or a cat, so I.

I don't know how I would handle it. But I probably wouldn't just go out and I don't think I'd shoot the dog. I don't know. Do you think it's more humane to stick a needle in it? Sticking the Look, I don't.

I believe in, I believe in life. I love, I think animals should live. What do you think so what was I just and I really don't care how she handled it. But to your point, which I think is a great point, how about the people who give money to the ASPCA? have animals rescued when their version of rescue is to take them out of their misery and put them to sleep.

All right. Look, look, if what you're saying is, and that we want somebody in the White House. Who's going to be able to go down there and put down, you know, Sarge and whoever else, you know, any kind of dogs, then have had it. I, I. But for me, this is an issue of temperament and truthfulness.

And that's the issue for me. Mine as a liberals approach would be wah wah wah. and not have the nerve, not have the temperament. Sure, just go out and shoot the hell out of whatever? Is that what that is that a policy?

To your other caller's point, that's not what she did, was just go out and shoot whatever. Actually, that's exactly what it was. Dylan played the clip from the book again. Later that evening, my uncle, who was the general contractor building our house, called me and he said. What got into you today?

Dad stopped right there. Even the uncle was like, What the heck?

So, anyway.

Well, I I I agree, but you know, it does happen a million times a year. I think she's done it twice. Right, but nobody else is writing a book about it and boasting about it. Anyway, Jeff, appreciate the call. Thank you for that.

I think I'm I'm losing this battle. Grace Baker is enraged right now, and I told her she should call into the program. Real quick here, let's go to Jay.

So many people want to disagree with me. I'm trying to be selective here. Let's go to Chris in North Carolina, WSIC. All right, Chris. Todd, I am so disappointed in you that.

You know, I've sat and listened. And look, we all agree, Todd, that she should not have put that in her book. That was Yeah. But Todd, what us agree from the South do not agree with you with? People have been killing dogs.

The dog is theirs. It's their property.

So it's up to a person what to do with their property, and whether you agree or disagree. That's really irrelevant. But to tear this woman down like this.

So you spent three days on a Republican. What about the Democrats that are trying to ruin us? At least this lady loved America. Who cares if she shot a dog? All right.

Chris, that's a great point. We're super late for a break. All right. Dylan, I want you to take note of this day when all these people say Starnes never has anybody on his show who doesn't. I want you to remember this day.

Mark it down. All right. We got to take a break here at 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starge show. Hi everyone, if you've been injured in an accident that was not your fault, listen up.

Alright, I'm being told I'm sexist.

Someone typing in, sending me a text. Hod, it's her dog, it's her goat. The decision is between her and her sporting goods store dealer only. You should stay out of it.

Alright. Bob in North Carolina says, Todd, you're baiting a dead horse. Actually, it's a dead dog, Bob, but I understand the sentiment. Let's go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Grace Baker is on the line, a dog owner.

All right, Grace. Yeah. Oh my gosh, I am just appalled by everything that has happened in this hour, Todd. I just had to call in. Wow.

What what are you appalled by?

Well, first of all, I just feel like I'm like, do Republicans not like dogs? Like, what does fluffy do to y'all? I don't quite understand. I feel like Christy Dobell is there is a screw loose or something that she thought it was okay to go right about this, like you've said multiple times. And I don't quite understand why people are calling in and saying it's okay to just shoot a dog just because.

Because it sounds like she had a very young dog that was out of control, and she should have either taken it to the shelter or a trainer.

Well, that's just my opinion. And you're a dog owner. Yes, I have little Merlot, the sweet Dalmatian, three years old. Guess what? When she was fourteen months old, she was a little crazy too.

But you know what I did? I went to a trainer. You didn't threaten her with a gun? You didn't have a gun? Pull out a gun and say, Merlot?

No. One more time, Merlot. Oh, my God. One more time, dog. All right.

I gotta run for a break. Maybe I should be running for the hills. All right, Grace, thank you. Hang tight, everybody. We have got to change gears here.

We have some breaking news coming out about President Trump, and you're going to want to stick around for that. Hang tight, everybody. We'll be right back. Hive from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun totem, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. Yeah.

True. I love this American ride. Todd Star. And hello. America, welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Program.

Happy to have you with us today. And man, do we have a lot going on? We've got some breaking news about President Trump and the classified documents case. We're going to get to that story in just a little while. Also, Congressman Jim Jordan drops by with the very latest from his committee as well, the House Judiciary.

By the way, all you folks in Gainesville, Georgia, exciting news. We're coming to town on Monday. That's May 13th. And you'll actually be able to be in the audience. We're going to have a live audience for the national radio show, noon to three.

And then following that, we're going to be doing the big book signing.

So we're very excited about the event sponsored by Extreme Clean Auto Spa.

So head on over there and take your car to the spa, and you'll have a good old time.

So we are really excited about the big opportunity and meeting all of our great listeners there in Gainesville at WDU. And by the way, brand new studios downtown. Town on the square.

So that's going to be a lot of fun.

Well, no doubt about it. Talk radio is going to be playing a very important role in the 2024 presidential election. And there are a lot of changes, a lot of moving parts in the radio industry. One of the big events, the annual Talkers Convention, is the largest Talkers convention in America. And it'll be held, well, it's just right around the corner.

I want to bring in from Talkers Magazine our good buddy Michael Harrison. Michael, good to have you back on the show. Todd, it's great to be with you. Congratulations on the tremendous success of your book, your expanding radio show. A shout out to our friends at WDUN, who you mentioned before.

Martha Zoller is there, great folks in Georgia, and it's great to be on your show. We like Martha. She's good people, as they say, and she's a regular at the Talkers' Convention. She's just a lot of fun. Yeah.

No doubt about it. But we certainly do enjoy following your progress. You are you're a legend in the making. I don't want to call you a legend yet because you're still a young guy, and I think the best days are ahead for you, but I sure am impressed as an observer of this industry for so many decades By how many facets there are to your career, and you stay on top of things. And I just want people listening to know that ain't easy.

What you do is hard, and I admire you greatly for it.

Well, those are kind words, and really do appreciate it, Michael. And we appreciate the great support of all of your great team at talkers.com. And tell our listeners about this amazing, it's a lot of fun. It's really a one-day celebration of everything dealing with talk radio. I don't know how you guys put it all into one day, but you managed to do that.

we don't waste time. Most conventions are time wasters. They're in big places. You can't find the people that you want to see. They're spread out over two or three days, and there's no cohesiveness to it.

This is a nonstop linear program. There are no concurrent events.

So it's one thing after another, after another, after another. It's contained in a very tight area of rooms and studios.

so that you don't have to walk a lot or find people on the other side of a convention center. I do want to point out this is not a plug for the event because it's not open to the public and it sells out every year.

So it's more of interest to your listeners from the standpoint of what it means behind the scenes in the talk media business. And by talk media, we mean talk radio, cable news talk television, online broadcasting, satellite broadcasting, syndicated broadcasting, and of course podcasting.

So that's what it is, and we basically talk about the major issues facing. The aforementioned industries. And let me tell you, there are plenty right now, plenty of issues. You know, it's interesting because thanks to talkers, you know, I was able to recruit a lot of the folks that fill in for me when I'm out. You know, Mary Walter, Jeff Katz, Harry Hurley, the great Harry Hurley.

You know, these are folks that I was able to meet. And I know we do have a lot of talk radio friends listening in today. And it's really an important event, but for me, it's always refreshing. You feel energized and you're able to talk shop with a lot of fellow talkers from around the country. Yeah, and as I mentioned earlier, it's of interest to the listeners from the standpoint that in today's Transparent society, transparent from the standpoint that everybody's in show business, everybody has a Facebook page, everybody wants to have good metrics.

You know, follow me, subscribe to me, like me. Everybody's in the ratings business, that there isn't as thick a curtain between the audience and backstage in any of the arts, in any of the fields of communication that there used to be. People, even in sports, when you listen to sports um Shows They're not talking about X's and O's and who's got a great arm and who plays well. It's more like salary caps. And how much money can they afford to pay this guy?

And where are the taxes coming on the new stadium? It there's so much behind the scenes stuff going on in any conversation about stuff that used to be separate from people's lives. Um through the magic curtain of 20th century media. 21st century media and platforms, a whole different ballgame. It's amazing.

It's one that we're trying to wrap our brains around. Anybody who claims to be an expert or have all the answers Watch out. They they're they're they're they're not telling you the truth. What would you say i it takes t for someone to to be uh a good and effective talk talk radio host? Because back in the day before Hannity was National Hannity or Limbaugh was National Limbaugh, They were really good local radio hosts.

Yes.

Well, I certainly understand the need for national Uh hosts. And I also understand the fact that in the shrinking global village, National is also local, that we're all in the same town, even if we live on different sides of the continent. But I have to give a plug here. To local talk radio is the backbone of talk radio. And the local hosts out there, they do such a job dealing with the issues and being watchdogs in their community and being companions in their community for listeners.

I think that that is the backbone of the industry, and I can't say loud enough how important they are. Um I'm not sure what your question was, though. You're talking about local versus national? No, we're talking about what is it that makes a great radio host? What are those qualities that you think they need to have?

Well, the big quality is charisma. You have to have something about you that somebody like me can't explain. It's not so formulaic or artificial intelligence that I could give you the algorithms of what makes a great host. A lot of it is, you know, what makes a great friend, what makes a great lover, what makes a great relationship. There's an X factor and a charisma that a person has to have.

That being said, They've got to have knowledge based upon life experience. You can't just have opinion based on no knowledge. If you don't know what's going on, anybody can have an opinion, but what is that opinion based on?

So, you have to be a combination of a well-crafted, thought-out opinion about the various issues that come past your microphone. But you also have to have credibility and experience to back up those opinions? Or you're just the guy at the end of the bar who's mouthing off and saying nothing, spouting talking points. The other thing I think that it takes to be a great talk show host is you also have to be a good listener. That's it.

I mean, that to me is probably the key. I tell our team here at K-WAM, we actually had a guy apply, really super great talk radio host from another market. And he told me in the cover letter: I can be a liberal, I can be a conservative, I can be whatever you want me to be. And I'm thinking, you know, I want you to be yourself. I mean, if there's not that authenticity there, it's just not going to work.

I don't think the audience is ever going to connect. Yeah, that goes back to the days when I'll play country music, I'll play rock music, I'll play bolt, whatever you want me to play, I'll play it, say it's the best music in the world. That's it. I'll be whatever you want me to be. If you're not authentic and talk radio, you go on the radio two, three hours a day, five, six days a week.

It won't take long before you're exposed as having limitations. to your life experience, to your knowledge and to the validity of your opinions. Michael Harrison on our Patriot mobile newsmaker line. Talkers.com is the website, and it's a fun website, folks. Just chock full of great information: the Bible of talk radio and the new talk media.

And you guys have been doing this since, what, 1990? I can't even begin to think of the changes you have seen since 1990. It's amazing. Every day I get up and I say, I can't believe this world that I'm in a front row seat watching. And there are things that have happened I forget about.

And I go, Oh my gosh, yes, I remember that person. Oh, yeah, I remember that incident. The the technology, the issues The themes The world We have lived through our generation in the broad stroke sense of it has seen more change than I think any generation before. I used to think my grandparents saw amazing change, you know, from the 1800s into the 1900s and they saw airplanes and a trip to the moon, you know, pretty amazing considering where they started, but they've got nothing or they had nothing on us. And the changes are happening exponentially as we speak the world.

The world will be different when I get off the phone with you than when I came on. That's how fast things are changing. I'm curious your thoughts about this election cycle. How big of a role is radio playing in politics these days? Plays a major role, but it doesn't play the only role.

But radio also influences other media.

So sometimes the impact of radio in today's noisy world gets muted. The fact that it isn't easy to measure the direct impact of any one radio show on any one election or any one set of political circumstances. talk radio still impacts the rest of the media in a very, very big time way. Talk radio is not a monolith. Everybody's not talking about the same thing at the same time in the same place.

You and I mentioned earlier local issues Talk radio plays a tremendous role in the discussion of and the effects of that discussion of politics on a local level, all different kinds of things going on. And nationally, if you're in a swing state, Uh with the current Very strange set of circumstances surrounding this presidential election. It's very hard. To measure the impact of talk radio on this election.

Sometimes I think that this election could happen today or six months from now or three months from now, and the results will be the same. I think everybody knows exactly who they're going to vote for. The results of that will come down to turnout as opposed to anything else.

So maybe talk radio can influence. people listening to any of the different formats To turn out to vote, however, that is, because when it's tight as it is now, Turnout. is everything. And we don't often talk about that. We talk about, you know, bashing the other side or praising our side, whichever side that is, so much of today's media is targeted to certain sides, telling people what they want to hear.

The daily dance of affirmation, make people feel good about themselves. But um Real influence comes in turnout when we're talking about the presidential election. And it's going to be a doozy, and I know all the radio stations across America are going to be loving the advertising dollars coming in from those campaigns. Yeah, it is one big stew of conflicting interests. I don't mean that as a harsh criticism, but I'm very aware of how complicated it gets.

Well, I know at K-WAM, we take all dollars, Democrat or Republican, even the Libertarian, we'll take your advertising dollars. As well you should. That's the free marketplace, and it's a form of democracy. That's it. Michael, we've got to leave it there.

You know how this goes. We have to take a break to pay some bills.

So it's great hearing from you. Love your insight as always, and we appreciate the incredible work you guys provide and really the community that you guys provide, the Tonk Radio world. Thank you so much, and thank you for being such an important part of it and such an important part of its future. Keep up the good work, Todd. Michael Harrison, ladies and gentlemen, on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line.

And we do have to take a quick break here: 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

I will say this about talk radio: it's the one genre out there in the media world where you get to have that one-on-one conversation. You get to call in, you get to talk to the host, you can agree or disagree with the host. You can have that conversation, and you can't find that in any other genre of broadcasting. And that's one of the reasons why I love sitting behind this microphone every day. We just day before yesterday, I was listening to the live coverage of our station, our affiliate station in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, KWON, K-1.

And they were broadcasting live from the basement of their radio station as a tornado was tearing through that town. And to hear the dedication of these broadcasters who could have been at home with their families, but they were there at that radio station providing so much important information to keep people safe. That is something that radio does. And again, you know, when you're going through a difficult spot in life, whether it be bad weather or you're just having a bad day, you know that you're going to have friends on the radio. And I think that says something about.

Radio. All right, got to take a break. 901-260-5926. We'll be right back. I'm gonna go.

All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. Let's go to the phone lines: 901-260-5926. Greg in Oregon, listening to us on KYKN, our great affiliate out there. Hi, Greg.

What's going on? It's Well, there was a some new news that came out this morning on the On the news about last week, you know, there was an occupation at Portland State, and the police ended up having to go in and Uh take it take it down, take it apart. But earlier that morning, There had been a break-in at the Portland police. a safety training facility where People had got in there and they arsoned and had torched. fifteen uh Portland Police.

Vehicle. And that morning before the police went in to clear up the protest.

Well, this morning it came out on the news that a pro-Palestinian No. Karen Group here. claimed responsibility for that. And amongst other things in their statement was they were calling openly calling for open violence. And so Well I'm going to be interested in watching is is how are the uh How are the officials?

Here, especially like in Portland, how are they going to handle that now that it's not a rumor, it's not just fear-mongering, that the group itself. Has openly called called for more violence. And so it's going to be interesting to see how they flither. out of that and try to deflect it.

Well, Greg, it's a great point. And that is a story that should be a national news story. You're right. I read about the The vandalism, the torching of the police cars, and the intent was so they would not have enough vehicles to respond to whatever violence they were going to be committing. It seems to me this is an act of domestic terrorism.

And we've got to start treating this as terrorism. That's what we are watching here. In New York City. By the way, the World War II Memorial in Central Park. And if you've been to Central Park, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Was desecrated. They sprayed all sorts of hateful, anti-Jewish slogans all over the memorial. And then they literally burned an American flag. We've got the photos and the video of that over on our website, ToddSterns.com. They need to be arresting these people and then deporting the foreign nationals who are there as well.

All right, Greg, appreciate that call. We've got a skedaddle here. 901-260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926.

We'll be right back. My fellow Americans, after 1940-something, anti-Semitism lost much of its appeal until I reintroduced the timeless songs of the Revolution to America's youth. The rap is state of Obama. He said it. Equal work means equal test.

Well, now those kids have grown up, and you can welcome your student Stormtrooper home from the fight on campus for Hamas with comfort.

Songs of the Revolution. Featuring rousing songs like the march from the river to the sea. Watch them tap their toes to one-way ticket to Poland. Bond with your kids as you both sing along with Der Führer had the right idea. Yes, Adolph was ahead of his time.

He just needed to be more assertive in pursuing his ideals and less distracted by invading Russia. Don't let your kids make the same mistake. Keep them moving forward with my personal favorite: when you make them wear a star. College Songs of the Revolution. Available at Columbia, UCLA, anywhere in Iran, and a few places in Gaza.

But not there.

Well, thank you very much, Paul Shanklin. That sounds like a rousing selection. No doubt, a Gramby winner. I'm going to go ahead and call it now. Welcome back to the Todd Stearns Radio Program.

Happy to have you with us today. Oh, we've got to give you an update on Stormy Daniels. Uh You were the sunshine, baby. Whenever you smile But I can't. Will you star me today?

All right, so here's the very latest. The adult film actress, also known as the porn chick, Stormy Daniels. Expected to face more cross-examination today. Miss Daniels set to take the stand. Yesterday, she quite frankly committed great atrocities on the stand, detailing.

Her alleged encounters with President Trump. I don't believe any of this, folks. I don't believe a single bit of it. When you look at the letters that she wrote, not one letter, but two, and multiple times over the years, she denied that there was any affair. She never had an affair.

There was nothing untoward in the relationship that she had with the president, and she never received any hush money. I mean, this is coming from her.

So now, for her to turn around and to accuse the president, she's lying. She was either lying then or she's lying now, and I think she's lying now. And honestly, I don't think any of this is going to have any impact at all because I think the average American understands. What's really going on here?

Now, the question is whether or not Judge Merchand is going to reconsider the calls for a mistrial. Because that That level was reached yesterday in the trial, and the judge said, Nope, yep, we know she went over the top. She crossed the line, but no mistrial. And one of the reasons why is because they need this trial to go on for as long as humanly possible to keep Trump off the campaign trail. Oh, by the way, the prosecutor in the case gave $500 to the money.

Joe Biden. Just FYI. All right, testimony right now on Capitol Hill, by the way. And this involves Israel. The Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin now confirming before the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee.

That That the Biden administration is, in fact, withholding weapons that were bound for Israel.

So now the United States has basically told Israel, we're not helping you out anymore, because, and honestly, this was their explanation. They were afraid. That the bombs that we're going to get. would be used to blow blow things up in in Gaza. And so Secretary Austin.

Says that the United States has concerns about Israel's potential use of large bombs in Rafah. And that's why they're not sending any more bombs.

So, Israel, our devoted ally, our most important ally, needs these weapons, and Joe Biden is saying, nope, you're not going to get them. Nope. Nope, you've already made your point. Time to move on. Time to call it a day.

Now I contend that what Israel ought to do is what they should have done in the first place. is they should have gone in with shock and awe and they should have obliterated Gaza. And if they'd have done that, yes, there would have been a lot of blowback, but I mean, they're going to get blowback one way or the other.

So why not just go in and completely wipe out Hamas? But it's going to take him time because of all of these tunnels that the terrorists have constructed underneath the city.

So it's a big mess right now, an absolutely big mess. But the question is. Should we be sending aid to Israel? Our ally. It seems to me that if we're giving money to Ukraine, we ought to be giving our ally.

whatever they need. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926.

I was reading a story the other day. About grocery stores and meat. They're apparently putting the. the vaccine into some meat products now? It's insane.

That's why I'm excited about BankyardButchers.com.

So they are a Christian company. They are a conservative company and they are based in Texas.

So, you know, they're good people. And BackyardButchers.com slash Todd, by the way, BackyardButchers.com/slash Todd, they are now a brand new sponsor of our program, and they provide grass-fed and grain-finished beef. We're talking hamburgers, steaks, you name it, they've got it. And you can actually get a meat subscription. What a fine gift for Mother's Day and Father's Day.

It's pretty awesome.

So you got to love that.

So, BackyardButchers.com on a mission to bring American raised, harvested, and affordable meat back to the dinner table. And that's the key, folks. It's incredibly affordable. Just go to BackyardButchers.com/slash Todd and get 20% off your entire order. And when you subscribe, you're going to get an additional 10% off and free shipping.

We'll be right back. Yeah. All right, I've got a question for you. Yesterday during the show, word came down that the Boy Scouts of America are going to be neutered. They're getting the Snip Snip.

Um And they're renaming the entire organization Scouts America because they want to be more inclusive and welcoming. And an organization dedicated just for boys is no longer um is no longer appropriate. 114 years they've been teaching kids how to build campfires and tie knots and become men of character. And integrity, and now it's anything goes. In the um in the new the new Boy Scouts.

So it's it doesn't matter if you could identify as a daffodil, they will let you put on a kerchief.

So I'm curious, all you moms and dads out there, would you let your kids, would you let your sons? Joined the modern-day Boy Scouts. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

Now a number of tens when I say a number, I'm like tens of thousands of kids have joined Trail Life USA. The Christian alternative to the Boy Scouts. You know, Boy Scouts used to be a Christian organization. But then you have to go all the way back to, well, it's 2013. when they started down this slippery slope of tolerance and diversity and inclusion.

And I wrote a lot about this actually ironically in Twilight's Last Gleaming, my brand new book. And it's really tragic because, much like Disney, I think there's a lot of comparisons between Disney. And And the Boy Scouts, in the sense that they were. They were morally straight organizations that have now been that have now been taken over by the woke mob. First, they let the gay youths join, then they opened the door to the gay adult leaders, and membership started to decline rapidly, so they let girls in, and then they They renamed the Scouts the Scouts BSA.

And then, of course, yesterday they announced they're getting rid of the word bee altogether. No more boys. And when you look at what's happened, I mean, it's just, it's a tragedy. Look, back in 1972, 5 million members of the Boy Scouts, and today, barely a million members, and many of those are girls. And if I'm in the Girl Scouts, I'm like, well, who's going to be selling our cookies?

So, this is what happens when you go from morally straight to morally rotted. Let's go to the phone lines here, 901-260-5926. Rich, listening to us on WTJS in Tennessee. All right, Rich, what say you about the Boy Scouts?

Well, I think it's a good idea. Scouting America. It's uh I have to laugh with you, Todd, and that's why people talk people, get rid of me. All right. His pathetic And Mike Harrison, I love the talker guy, man.

But um It's the natural progression, and Fordham University. I think of good College presidents are like commanders of a ship. They may even go down with it. I would be the guy there if I were some. body at that place.

And I would be out there getting a hurt or killed by one of those people And I would have defense, and I would go down. What are we talking about here, Rich? You kind of lost me. We were talking about the Boy Scouts. What are you talking about?

Fordham College in New York. They're talking about what happened. bombing of the uh police cars. And they took it over. And uh we're gonna hear more tonight.

But uh The police uh The the they already claimed the deed, the Arab group, the Muslim, whatever they are, they've already. Said, and we are going to destroy America. That's their words. Those people, they're not even in jail at Fordham right now. Are you talking about Fordham or Portland?

Oh Okay, yeah, Portland.

So Portland State University is where they burn the police cars and the protesters. I know there have been protests at Fordham and many other universities around the nation, Rich. But Portland State is where we had a gentleman call in earlier on the show and was really concerned about the attacks on law enforcement out there in Portland. Rich, I got to run. It's good hearing from you, and thank you for calling in.

Let's go to Melody in Nevada, listening to us on the great K-E-L-Y. That's Wyatt Cox country out there. Hi, Melody. What's on your mind?

Well, I uh Calling in about the Boy and the Girl Scouts, I was a Girl Scout leader years ago, and I also was a Girl Scout back in the sixties, but You know, both organizations, I think they've lost their Their real reason for being in the scout. But the girls. struggled to get Uh kids to join, the girls to join and be involved. And they finally let Kindergarten and small children in, and they were called daisies just to to keep. um you know, the the kids coming in.

But they still were losing girls that were in fourth, fifth and sixth grade. And then all of a sudden, when the Boy Scouts came through and started letting the girls in, Some of the girls left our troops and went to the boys. And the Girl Scouts, I think their only big reason for being in was the bottom line. All they wanted you to do is sell their product and then buy their product. They were really big on Want you to buy all the reading materials and all that stuff, but I think they lost their.

Vision. And now the Boy Scouts, I would if I had kids now, I wouldn't let my daughter or son. join either of 'em. I I just go back to when Melanie, I go back to when I was in kid when I was a kid, I was in Scouts and I you know, it's we didn't talk about sex or or gender. I mean, it was the Boy Scouts, it was the Cub Scouts for crying out loud.

Yes, it was. And we had brownies, and I never and, you know. I felt like when they left the really young children in. Those little girls didn't know if they were a Boy Scout, a Girl Scout. They didn't know what the reason for joining Girl Scout was.

And I think it was just. to get someone to pay the dues and join. But I have found that you are only as strong as your leadership. And we have a a four-eighth program, and it was huge when my daughter was young. But now they also have dropped their requirements and they're letting young kids in now and they're called clover buds.

But it they I don't know what it is. It Nowadays, kids just don't want to get involved. And neither do adults into those leadership roles and get the kids in and have something. My daughter loved. Um Surviving here in our case.

It doesn't matter what it is, Melody. It doesn't matter what it is. The the sex and the gender crowd, they're trying to conquer everything and they want to make everything Perverted. And I mean, even things like 4-H Club, even things like the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts. And this is what happens when you.

When you turn your back on your founding and your foundational beliefs. It's over. At that point, it's over. And it's just a matter of when the decline, when the rot sets in. And we're seeing this in real time with Disney right now.

So I just don't think the scouts are going to be around much longer. I mean, when you go from 5 million in 1972, now you're down to a million, and many of those are girls. I just don't see that being a sustainable method for the Boy Scouts or for scouting America, whatever they're going to call it these days. Melanie, appreciate that call. 901-260-5926, our number if you want to weigh in.

Would you let your child join the modern-day Scouts? 901-260-5926. You know, the race between Biden and Trump is heating up, and our good buddy Rob Schmidt on Newsmax this week. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right.

I love this American ride. Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to hour three of the big show. Happy to have you with us today. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number.

If you want to call in this hour of the show, that's 901-260-5926.

Now Just a little while ago, our good friend Julie Kelly Shared some interesting information. On her website. About the armed FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago back in twenty twenty two. And we've all seen the photographs of the so called classified documents that were strewn about on the floor that were photographed.

Well, now word is coming out, and that there is evidence this was all. Made up. It was all fabricated, and that the photo itself was a stunt. This information coming out after. Judge Cannon yesterday announced that the investigation, or the case rather, the court case, had been suspended indefinitely.

And a lot of questions about the FBI's behavior, but it turns out that these photographs were fabricated. They were staging the photos. I want to bring into the conversation our good friend Congressman Jim Jordan, who is Chairman of the House Judiciary, also the House Weaponization Committee. Congressman, good to have you with us today. Good to be with you, Todd.

Yeah, they did that, Todd. In addition to, you know, we know that the order of the document seized was changed, it was altered. The physical documents don't match up to the the scan document.

So if they did we know that much. And then if they're like just staging some pictures and changing things around, that's even more evidence tampering, which you're not allowed to do.

So what happens now?

So we understand Judge Cannon has indefinitely postponed the case. Do you think the information that you have exposed and your committee has exposed led to the judge's decision?

Well, I think all this is part of it. We just we send a letter We want to know about how this was handled with the Office of Professional Responsibility at the Justice Department. Like, what's going on here? Because it sure looks like evidence tampering. Again, the documents, the order of the documents that were seized was changed, was altered.

You can't do that. But they did, and they had to admit it in a court filing. And then, once that came to light, then you see the judges basically saying, We're going to put this all on, we're going to suspend this all. That is and here's the big irony. Think about this.

So Jack Smith mishandled the documents. that he said President Trump mishandled, right? That's what he's going after President Trump. You mishandled, you didn't properly handle classified debate baloney. But here's the guy who's charging President Trump with a crime, with a felony, indicting him, going after him, charging him in in in uh in Miami.

And he mishandled the documents, for goodness sake. I think it just, again, all these cases are falling apart, which just shows you they were political from the get-go. I go back to months ago, and I was trying to reassure the audience. I just, when you look at all of the allegations, it's nothing's holding up. And I think at the end of the day, we could see the president be exonerated in all of these cases.

Yeah, it's it I mean, we know the Fonnie Willoughby case in Georgia completely falls apart. Nathan Wade, the whole deal, comes that has fallen apart. The Alvin Braggin case going on right now, the DOJ wouldn't bring the case. The Federal Elections Commission, his predecessor Cy Vance wouldn't bring the case. Even Alvin Bragg wouldn't bring the case until one of his assistant DA steps down and makes a big stink about it, does all these interviews, writes a book.

The Pomerance guy, Mark Pomerance, wrote the book. All that happened and and that case is looking ridiculous. The immunity uh arguments a couple of weeks ago in front of the Supreme Court on the Jack Smith case in DC relative to january sixth. That argument was so strong from President Trump's counsel, and the court's going to take a while on that, figuring out what they do with what kind of tests they come up with. The immunity and how it applies.

And then, of course, we got what happened in Florida yesterday with the judge.

So they're all falling apart because they were all part of this conspiracy, I believe, by the left. To go after President Trump and impact the 2024 race. And this coming out just four minutes ago, Congressman and House Judiciary sharing this information as well, that you and Congressman Comer now referring Michael Cohen to justice for prosecution. You're saying he lied at least six times to Congress. Yes.

So this was this is we did this before, but when he testified back during the Democrats when they were starting to go after President Trump back in the two Congresses ago, Six different things he said on the witness stand in front of the Oversight Committee back in 2019 were false. I mean, he said he actually said on the witness stand, he didn't want a job in the Trump White House. Everyone knows he did. I mean, there's all kinds of people who said no. Of course, he talks to me about it.

But there are many other things that he said. He said things different in his testimony than he put on his witness form that you have to sign when you're a witness in front of Congress.

So yeah, we sent that to the Justice Department just to just to underscore that here's the guy who's a convicted perjurer who lied to Congress six different times when he testified in front of the Oversight Committee. He's allowed to say whatever he wants, but the former President of the United States and the nominee by the soon-to-be nominee by the Republican Party for President this year is on a gag order and been fined $10,000 and you're threatening to put in jail? Like, what's going on? This is crazy. On the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line is our good friend Congressman Jim Jordan.

I want to read the headline here from NBC News: House Judiciary Chief launches investigation into Formula One over a decision about Mario Endredi and his exclusion. What happened there? What's the story?

Well well, Mario Andretti's team, he's working with General Motors Specifically, Cadillac to put together a team for Formula One. They opened it up, they let four He was the only one that said, okay, yeah, you're good. And then at the last minute, they say, no, we're not going to let you in. And understand, these sports leagues operate with a special. Designation when it comes to the antitrust laws.

And so we're saying, okay, that's fine. We understand you have to do that for the nature of your product, the NFL, that Major League Baseball, other sports franchises, excuse me, sports leagues have to do that. But this seems kind of strange when you met everything and how is this benefiting the consumer? We think there may be some anti-competitive aspects to this. But we're just inquiring and we're going to sit down and visit with Liberty Media, who is the owner of Formula One, and we're going to find out what's going on here.

Because here you have the biggest name in racing history. Ario Andretti's won everything. He's won the Daytona. He's won the Indy 500. He's won Formula One.

He's won everything. Big name in racing. American company. Why are you why are you keeping them out when you initially said they were all fine? And oh, by the way, they're teaming up with a pretty big company, pretty well known company, General Motors, with a pretty pretty famous brand, the Cadillac brand.

So That's why we ask the questions, and we'll see what they say in the briefing. Congressman, again, you are a busy man. I don't know how you do it all. You've also got this 800-page report that was released last week exposing the White House's censorship. campaigns.

I mean, this is just shocking stuff that's going on in this country. Yeah, it wasn't just Twitter, it was Facebook. It was YouTube and they even went to the White House was even going to Amazon saying do not promote these books.

So a virtual book burning, a virtual book banning that they were engaged in on your online, when you're marketing these, they wanted them to downplay certain books that disagreed. Imagine this, it took a different position in the Biden White House.

Well, there's a thing called the First Amendment, for goodness sake. You're not supposed to do that in this great country. And we had all these internal emails that showed just how pervasive the threats. And the pressure from the White House was on the social media companies and on Amazon when it came to books. Unbelievable.

And this is yet another reason why we have got to take back the Senate and the White House and maintain control of the House of Representatives so we can undo all of this damage, Congressman.

Well said. And it's now we're less than six months away. Good news is President Trump is as strong as ever. This stuff, I think, is backfiring, all this lawfare coming after him. And I think he's winning six of the seven swing states right now and all the polling.

So we need him back in the White House. And then you're right. I think we're going to win the Senate, and then we've got to keep the House as well.

So let's stay focused on that over the next six months. And let's win. All right, we'll leave it there, Congressman. Great info, as always, and good luck on the reelection campaign. Thank you so much.

Take care. All right, Congressman Jim Jordan, everybody, on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. By the way, Alan Dershowitz talking about this. Disastrous testimony from Stormy Daniels yesterday, which was great news for President Trump. By the way, and Judge Cannon's decision is great news for President Trump.

It is a major win. The media is not going to tell you that, but that's a major win there. That case is gone.

Now you've got Stormy Daniels, who pretty much doomed the prosecution's entire case in New York City.

So, this is looking very good for Donald Trump. And again, I told you we would need a miracle in New York City for the President to get justice.

Well, we may be watching a miracle unfold before our very eyes, ladies and gentlemen.

So the good news here is On a couple of fronts. Number one, From the basic concept of the truth. The truth is prevailing in all of these cases against Donald Trump. And on the other side, you also have the American people who are seeing through all of this. And even if Trump were to be found guilty, the American people understand that this was not a fair this was not fair.

That these charges were trumped up charges in the first place. And we can all see that.

So it's a win-win for President Trump right now. But we still have a long ways to go. All right, we've got to take a break. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, welcome back. No, no, no. This will get to Stormy Daniels in just a moment. I have some thoughts about this.

Let's go to Vera, though, in Georgia, W-D-U-N. Vera, before we get to what you're going to talk about. You have to sh you have to drop by the big bookstore on Monday. Oh, well, I'd love to. Wonderful.

Well, we're going to be in. I've had your book. I just haven't practiced it yet because the books are coming so fast by so many great writers right now. They are, but Vera. Yeah, but I've got to read yours.

I know. Vera, here's what I want you to do, Vera. Just take your big stack of books, and I want you to take mine and put it at the very top of the book pile.

Okay, I'll do that. I'll do that. I promise you I will. Wonder. All right, Vera, what's going on?

What's on your mind?

Well, Todd, I'm a prayer warrior. I have been all my life since I was a little girl to get out of the abuse in the coal mines. And so I learned to pray at a very early age, and I get answers. And sometimes it'll take a while. I think I at least I think I know.

Biden's end game. He's not going to win. legitimately. There's no way he can. I think he's going to end this whole thing.

with um declaring martial. Martial law. You you think Biden's going to declare martial law? I think he's going to declare martial law, mobilize everything that is legitimate in our nation. all of those migrant guys that came over, everybody kept saying, oh, you know, they look like military people.

They are military people. And they're going they gave them cellphones, a one little call from the right source. is going to mobilize thousands and thousands of those men. I believe that it came to me. The Holy Spirit gave me this.

And today, I have thought about calling you and thought about calling you, but today, It said call. Call. People need to at least Think about this. I'm not saying it's going to happen. I'm not saying I'm right.

I'm saying that this is what one prayer warrior got. And the Bible plainly says: if my people, that means Christians, who are called by my name. Will humble themselves and pray, and this is recited. I'm not looking at the Bible, will humble themselves and pray. Seek Mount Faith.

Then I will hear from heaven. and I will heal their land. And I keep saying that over and over and over to myself. And I have so many scriptures memorized. that that that go along with what's happening right now.

And everybody says, we've got to have the right VP, we got to have, we have the right. Everything, it will just call upon it.

So, Vera, let me ask you a question here because clearly you've gone through this, you've prayed about it, and this is what you believe. And I'm curious. What do you think the end game of Biden is? Why do you think he would declare martial law? Because if he does, everything stops.

Everything's built. Even if Trump wins, Biden doesn't have to leave the office. When you declare, as I understand it, from my Maureen brother, years ago, they talked about martial law, and I don't remember what it was about. But he explained it to us. as children.

What martial law would be. And uh it just You know that just rang out to me about two months ago when we were talking about well, you know, things look like they're getting better. Then this is really getting better in the last couple of days for Trump. And of course, I do believe that Trump's the man. I believe he'll be assassinated as soon as he's elected.

If other things don't take place. There are a lot of people out there that have concerns that there may be an attempt made on President Trump's life, which, by the way, and we've mentioned this before, he is the only living president who still has his full complement of Secret Service agents because of those death threats. And I will say, Vera, I don't know, and I appreciate you saying you don't know beyond a shadow of a doubt, but I think all of us have those concerns and have those fears. That something is just not right, and that you are correct. These are young men of military age coming across our border.

You say they are military. I would be tending to believe that. And I think they are coming into this country for nefarious reasons. We know that That Joe Biden is not really running the shop. At 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

That's being done behind the scenes. We know that. And I'm with you. I think everybody realizes there's no. There's no way humanly possible that Joe Biden can win this election.

No way. There's just no way. And we'll have to wait and see how all this plays out. But, Vera, it is a compelling argument you made. And we'll open it up to the listeners to see what they think about your thoughts here.

And, Vera, thank you so much. And again, we are going to be at WDUN on Monday, and we'll be broadcasting the entire show. You'll be able to come and watch the show. It's going to be a lot of fun. And we hope you join us there.

But Vera seems to think that we could be leading and heading to a point where martial law could be declared. And that the elections could be called off. I don't know. But there are certainly enough puzzle pieces out there to make you wonder about stuff like that. And if indeed martial law is declared, that's when the military comes in.

And your rights under the Constitution are suspended. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-2606-666. 260-5926. By the way, I have to tell you about our friends at Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

Go to patriotmobile.com/slash Todd. That's patriotmobile.com/slash Todd or call 972 Patriot. Hey, be sure to use my offer code Todd, and they're going to give you free activation. Patriotmobile.com/slash Todd. We'll be right back, folks.

All right, welcome back, everybody. So, well. We got problems in Memphis, Tennessee, people.

So it's bad enough that we're living in a war zone, but now apparently we've got a bunch of pro-Hamash people living among us, and they all showed up at the City Council meeting last night. Little Gazens. And they're very upset. They're very upset. Caught 18.

You all see what's going on overseas in my homeland, Palestine. There are endless killings happening every single day. The news will tell you it's a war, but it's shield the fact that there's a clear killer in this war. And uh yeah, it's very simple. If we can support a ceasefire resolution, yes, it is symbolic, but we need to de we need to put Memphis into an anti-apartheid system because we're we've gone from segregation and rampant racism and now we're still funding that same rampant rampant racism and segregation overseas.

So it's complete hypocrisy. I'm here today to speak on behalf of my people. Me and my family came here to this country thinking that there is democracy. We thought that there would be justice and liberation for all people, but I've been here for 10 years and I don't see it. As a little girl, I believed that the USA was a country that helped other countries.

I thought the country and its leaders were heroes. But now I know the truth about the one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. It is a country that only brings justice in a place where they can gain power and money. I might only be 15 years old, but I have broken out of the propaganda that this country fed to me. I know for a fact that this country has no democracy because if it did, then police officers wouldn't be trying to stop students from protesting for Palestine.

And I know if this country had democracy, then you would help us pass a ceasefire resolution because about 67% of Americans are in support of a permanent ceasefire. All right, little girl. Little girl. Shut up. Little little girl, shut your shut your mouth.

Little girl. Now, this is what these Palestinians do. Just like the Islamic radicals, they put the children up front, right? And they do that because they first of all, they don't think that anybody will attack if they put the children up front. But I'm about tired of this nonsense.

And when I was growing up, and maybe this may have been regional, I don't know if any of you folks out there in the heartland, you folks in Youngstown, Ohio, for example, we had a little policy at the Starnes household. For children. Do not speak unless you are spoken to. And then it's Yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes sir, no sir. Right?

And if you violated that policy, there would be a hickory switch involved. I'm just saying, there was a time when children were raised right, when children were raised to respect their elders. And clearly, this child and Bear with me here for a second. She said she's fifteen years old and she was wearing her little Muslim the hijab and all of that nonsense. Wearing all of that to send a statement.

And My thought on this is very simple. If you hate America, little girl, then you are free to pack your bags and go to wherever. You want to live. And by the way, that's what we call freedom in America. You are free to do that.

But if you don't love our country, and this goes for this little girl, it is like a little wannabe Ilhan Omar. comes to this country and then cramps on this country. We take in. We take in all of these kids, we take in all of these families, and then they come here and they suck our resources dry. And then they turn around and they spit on us.

And I'm tired of it. I'm absolutely tired.

Well, Todd, the First Amendment. Yeah, I'm not saying. Look. They have a right to say what's on their mind, but I do too. And I'm sick and tired of these people coming into this country.

and desecrating our statues. Marching on our marching on our police. Attacking innocent people. And nobody cares. Nobody cares.

Why care? Didn't realize that we got to worry about people in this town, in Memphis. Coming after. By the way, just think about this for a second. They're calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.

What about a ceasefire in Memphis, Tennessee? You worry about Gaza. We got more people getting shot on the streets of Memphis every day. Unbelievable. 901-260-5926.

Todd, they're just a. Children. Just children. Let them speak their minds. Don't speak unless you're spoken to.

That's how we were raised. And we turned out all right, right, didn't we? I think we turned out all right. Dylan, were you raised with that philosophy? Pretty much, yeah.

I've respected my parents and my leadership, so. I don't know. Maybe it wasn't that strict, but I mean, speaking till spoken to at a certain age is probably appropriate. Oh, by the way, remember the Dylan, remember the protesters? What school were they pr I don't know?

They're on a hunger strike.

So you got all the kids on a hunger strike. And some of them, I think, we would call that a diet. Yeah. But now they're all upset because they're not being they're not the university's not sending out doctors and medical personnel to make sure they don't keel over. Yeah.

All right, it's been two days. All right, give it a week. Yeah, but I'm usually a little fasting. Exactly. Hose them down.

You know what? That's got to be a pungent crowd right there. Because they're not taking paths, right? They're just out there. And some of them haven't started losing weight, though.

I think somebody, I think they have the lunchables. I think somebody. Smuggle in some lunchables. That's what I think is going on. Anyway, oh, there's this.

There's some funny audio. You got to hear this. This is great.

So. We have a big problem in Memphis with a letter. And I know this, you may have a very nice, clean city, but Memphis is such a filthy place.

So here's one of the city council leaders, and she's very upset at. At her own people. For not picking up their trash. This is City Councilwoman Yolanda Cooper Sutton, cut 17. Community, I stop by it, your garbage can't wrong.

Let's turn it around, let's get it right. Because you guys are out there, you are risking your lives with needles. I was out there on the pilot team picking up trash. Thank you for having the gloves out there. It is absolutely, I concur with you.

Stop putting your freaking mattress, shoes. It's just ridiculous. What has happened to our morals and our character here in Memphis, Tennessee? And where we're finding most of it's being done in the black and brown communities. Shame on us.

for continuing to be so nasty. And I don't understand where we picked up these habits at. I don't understand that. Blight Crime, we hear it all the time go hand in hand. Stop it, black people.

Rapid. Asian who else? Stop it. Clean up your mess. When there is something out there and you're not sure what to do with it, call and someone will help you.

These guys are out here risking their lives every day. Every day, I saw needles, I saw all kinds of stuff in that filthy trash that they're just dumping everywhere. Our environmental courts got to do better. I'm holding people accountable. It's accountability we're striving for this year.

I'm only here for four years, but while I'm here, we're going to get it right and make it right. These are hard-growing pains for us. I couldn't be cute. I had to go out there and work. I worked with you all.

So thank you. But clean it up, Memphis. Clean it up. and stop dumping everywhere. I yield the floor, Council.

Oh, well, thank you very much. All I can tell you is A white councilman would not have gotten away with what she said. But you know what? It needed to be said. And there's nothing wrong with it.

Except for the Asians. What do the Asian people do? I don't Their neighborhood's pretty clean. I got a specific shout out there. I went down to Little Vietnam the other day.

I took a wrong turn. It's a very nice neighborhood. I. Maybe she was just trying to be all inclusive.

Okay. By the way, I've seen some of you white folks out there, and you've got the tires in the front yard and the whatnot.

So. But I'm with you, Yolanda. By the way, my hat is off because there are Democrats now that are really speaking out. The Republicans are terrified. They are literally hiding under their desks.

They don't want to touch anything. Crime. Fiscal stuff, they don't no, not at all. No, no, we're not in touch with that.

So fortunately, we have some Democrats that are starting to get tough on crime, tough on littering. And tough on fiscal responsibility. This moron mayor we've got over here wants to raise our property taxes by 28%. Geez, hello. and that's to fund his midnight basketball programs.

I think what we need to do, instead of funding midnight basketball, we need to buy every parent a hickory tree so they can get switches. Or belts. Maybe knock some sense into some of these little urchins. These little demon kids. Or is it Demon Time?

Demon Time. Same lady, by the way. Oh, is that the same lady? Who's her? Yeah.

Demon Time. What is it? Anytime after dark, 10 o'clock. 10 p.m. 10 p.m., that's when demon time starts.

Makes a lot of sense. Yeah. Indeed. Indeed, it does. All right, pay attention, all you Asians.

I just loved. All right. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

Oh, um, we've got time for this.

So there is a um There's a crazy story, and we talked about this yesterday on the show. We had the attorney for this student out of North Carolina, Davidson County, North Carolina, and he was suspended for using the term illegal alien.

So. Folks showed up last night at the school board meeting, and here's what went down: cut number seven. I'm here to speak in support of the McGee family regarding the suspension of one of their children. I moved here recently to Davidson County, and as a member, I want to get involved in the community. My situation is interesting.

The last three point five years, we've been battling with the U. S. government going through the process. My wife, up until six months ago, was considered an illegal alien in this country. We spent a lot of time, a lot of money, so that she could be eligible to live here.

It is not a right, it is a privilege. And we spent A lot of blood, sweat, and tears to get that. My understanding of the situation is that the term illegal alien was used in a classroom setting at the high school. Maybe at the elementary or even middle school, that could be seen as something to reprehend the child that said that, but the high school. We are preparing these young men and women for life.

for their future after school. And My understanding is that The Mr. McGee, young Mr. McGee, was suspended. And the board has made little or no public address as to Why?

Other than just he's suspended. Over here on this board behind me, integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching. I believe you all had to do the right thing, had the opportunity to do the right thing when no one was watching. That time has come and gone. And it it just seems Unbelievable.

That you would reprehend somebody for using legal terminology per the federal government. We spent three point five years poring through documents, and in every document, it wasn't anything against a certain gender, a certain creed, a certain race. It was simply are they legal or are they illegal aliens? Do they have the right to live in this country? And for you to stand behind that decision, or as far as I know, stand behind it, because I've heard very little.

Is unbelievable. You're teaching our children that it's not about facts and the rule of law. At the federal, state, or local level, it's about how somebody feels. And because of that, there's been, my understanding, bomb threats, death threats, all sorts of other nonsense. that plays into that that you could have squashed right at the beginning.

And it's true. But the school board is standing by the decision, even though no offense was made. There was no intent to make any offense, and that the term illegal alien is, in fact, a legitimate term. Uh, just pathetic. Oh, by the way, attention, straight people in the audience.

A TikToker is warning you people. Hey, you better be careful. Watch your back out there, cut number nine. Straight people are getting too comfortable. I said what I said.

Some things are not yours, to talk about, joke about, or say. And you should go back to being deathly afraid of offending people. What brought that on? Do we have have we? Have we been offending members of the Alphabet Activist?

I don't know. But you don't want to make the lesbians mad. You don't want to get those folks after you. I'm just saying. Oh, is that a.

That's inappropriate to say. I don't think it is. Anyway, yeah, so straight people, apparently, we're getting too comfortable, and that we've got to be careful not to offend the LGBT crowd. A little sensitive, don't you think? We'll be right back.

Uh All right, heads up, everybody. There is some crazy weather going on out there. Gotta be careful. Listen to your local radio. All right, let's go to the phones.

Tony, North Carolina. Oh, how you doing, Mr. Starnes? Good. Thank you.

Hey, I want to say first that I really appreciate what you're doing. I listen to the show daily.

So it's I I just kind of I I actually had a car that I only listed the ones next to the show. But I I I'd like to make a comment on it about the fifteen year old girl. Go right ahead, yes sir.

Well, I'm saying she went she stood up at the school board before she spoke Somebody knew what she was going to say. And I can't believe there was a school a school board member there that someone had to know what you're going to say.

So the M Dilly, they must agree with what you're going to say.

So I could say shame on the sc the the school board. as far as but I also think that the parents They're not They're not being parents.

So they're they're trying to be a friend. That girl, and then they grew up overseas or whatever. If she's been here her whole life, Someone is fat or something. Or is she been i indoctrinated or something like that? It's not good.

And you're right. I think there's a way to do all of this. By the way, it didn't look like the parents were there. I don't know. She had an 11-year-old brother who spoke.

And by the way, the rule at the city council meetings: you have to give your name and your home address. And they decided not to have the children do that. And I got a problem with that. Rules are rules. And if you're gonna, you know, if you're a parent and you're gonna have your child, Deliver a message to the city council, you need to be there.

I agree. But also but right now that that's if the parents did know she was there and someone fed her the the line what or fed her the piece of paper to read, See But that's embarrassing to the parents. It is.

I I'm I'm I'm a retired marine. And I my kids weren't raised that way. And if that was an embarrassing me, when she got home, you talked about the hickory tree. It definitely would have been used. Yeah, that's true.

Well, Tony, God bless you, and thank you, sir. You raised your kids right, and we sure do appreciate you serving our great nation. And you give us a call back. We are running up on the top of the hour here. And I will say this: pardon me, I got a little, these allergies have been really giving me a hard go around this time.

There is some serious weather happening all over the nation. And today, tomorrow, you folks in Shreveport and Jackson, Mississippi, Montgomery, all the way down to Savannah, you guys could be having some hurricane force winds. In Memphis tonight, you guys are under the gun.

So you be sure to listen to KWAM. They're going to be providing live coverage throughout the evening of the storms as they come through the area. That being said, listen to your local radio station. They're going to get you through the rough patches. And be sure to give them a call and say thanks for what you do.

All right, folks, get out there. You be good, America. Yeah.
