Well, I was up late last night and listening to.

Some of the incredible radio news coverage of these huge tornadoes that tore through the heartland last night. Welcome, everybody, to the Todd Starns Radio Program. Great to have you with us. And one of our affiliates was at Ground Zero. That would be the incredible KWON Radio K-1 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

And their town took a pretty Took a pretty big punch last night. I was listening to the live anchored coverage and we told you yesterday on the program and again today because this huge tornado threats impacting a huge, huge swath of our vast audience. And we told you, listen to the radio. The folks on the radio are going to get you through the danger. And that's what happened last night.

They literally had to relocate to their tornado bunker live on the radio. And you could hear the sirens blaring outside and things crashing about them. And one of the staff members actually lost his home, had a huge swath of the home, a part of the home that was just blown away by the tornado. And yet, these guys and gals were on the air, and they were making sure that people could listen to the radio. They were getting information.

And my hat is off to them. I emailed the station owner last night to see how everybody was doing. Everybody's okay. But certainly a lot of damage there in Bartlesville and some of the neighboring communities.

So we're certainly thinking about all of you guys. And we're just so proud of the incredible work that Cato. WON did last night to keep everybody safe.

So there you go. Wow, we've got a lot going on. Stormy Daniels, speaking of tornadoes, Stormy Daniels is testifying today, the so-called star witness in Biden's trial against Donald Trump. And make no mistake, that's exactly what this is, ladies and gentlemen. This is a government-sponsored, government-sanctioned takedown of Donald John Trump.

Now, I want to tell you something about Stormy Daniels here, and this is important for you to know before anything else is said about what's happening in court today. Stormy Daniels in twenty eighteen signed a statement saying that Donald Trump never paid her hush money. President Trump shared this a copy of this statement and Judge Murchan, Juan Merchand, who's overseeing Biden's trial, who also happens to be a Biden donor, threatened to throw him in jail if it was not deleted immediately. Stormy Daniel signed another letter. Um by the way, saying that she never had an affair with President Trump.

Those letters signed in 2018, January 10, and January 30th. But the judge made Trump take those down as well. Trump posted photographs on social media. I want to read this to you. This is from Stormy Daniels, dated January the 10th, 2018, because again, this whole trial is that Donald Trump was engaged in some sort of a hush money scheme to silence Stormy Daniels.

Stormy Daniels wrote this, To whom it may concern, I recently became aware that certain news outlets are alleging I had a sexual and/or romantic affair with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago. I am stating with complete clarity that this is absolutely false. My involvement with Donald Trump was limited to a few public appearances and nothing more. When I met Donald Trump, he was gracious, professional, and a complete gentleman to me and everyone in my presence. Rumors that I've received hush money from Donald Trump are completely false.

If indeed I did have a relationship. With Donald Trump, trust me, you would not be reading about it in the news. You would be reading about it in my book. But the fact of the matter is, these stories are not true.

Well, that seems to me like a complete repudiation of these allegations. Ladies and gentlemen. From 2018. I want to read again. This is from January 30th, 2018.

To whom it may concern. Over the past few weeks, I have been asked countless times to comment on reports of an alleged sexual relationship I had with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago. The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence. Are you ready for this? In 2006, 2011, 2016, 2017, and now again in 2018.

I am not denying this affair because I was paid hush money, as has been reported in overseas own tabloids. I am denying this affair because it never happened.

So again, ladies and gentlemen. We have the center of all of this, Stormy Daniels, saying, not once, but twice. That this never happened, there was no affair, there was no hush money.

So why are we having a trial? We're having a trial. Because the Attorney General of New York State, Letitia James, and And ladies and gentlemen, the district attorney in New York City, one Alvin Bragg. campaigned on a promise to destroy Donald Trump. That's what this is all about.

By the way. Stormy Daniels' own lawyers said that Daniels admitted that she had extorted Trump and that the whole thing was a shakedown. From Michael Avenatti, and we'll read some of Avenatti's comments a little bit later on, but now he's suggesting, Avenatti is suggesting. that Stormy Daniels should be brought up on charges. Because she lied.

By the way, you know, Trump had a nickname for a. Stormy Dangels. According to CMN, they're saying that um Trump nicknamed her Horse Face. Yeah. Down girl, down girl.

So there you go. That's the very latest. I will say this, and I said it yesterday. I will say it again, ladies and gentlemen. If they throw Donald Trump in jail, and by the way, that could happen.

Merchan is now threatening Trump with jail time if he breaks the gag order. I think Stormy Daniels has actually been asking to be gagged. I don't know what that's all about. Ma'am, it's a it's a court of law. Save that for the poor nose.

Well, I have to share this with you. It's fascinating. The Boy Scouts Of America are officially changing their name. And I'm curious, any of you folks were in the Boy Scouts. I know a lot of you moms and dads, you've got your kids in America in the Trail Life USA.

And we're big fans of Trail Life USA. But uh this is the headline. Boy Scouts of America changing name to become more exclusive. The Associated Press reporting that the Boy Scouts of America will no longer be known as Boy Scouts. Instead, they're changing their name to Scouting America.

That's That's the official name of the group now.

So, Boy Scouts have been hemorrhaging members. It's been terrible. they have seen a seismic, seismic shift in people leaving. And the reason why is because first they started they opened the gates to the gay youths of America and then the girls.

So a lot of people may not know this, but girls are actually allowed In Boy Scouts now. And I suppose that Now, the transgender crowd will find a home in Scouting America as well. But all of this started back in 2013. That's the year they began allowing gay ute. to join the scouts.

Then they allowed gay adult leaders to exist in twenty fifteen. And then in twenty seventeen, they made the announcement that girls would be accepted. as scouts. And at that point the the group was called Scouts B S A. There were nearly 1,000 young women in the inaugural class of female Eagle Scouts in 2021.

That group was founded in Oak Ridge, North Carolina. grew from five girls to nearly fifty. What's wrong with what's wrong with the Girl Scouts? And the Girl Scouts are allowing boys who identify as girls to join.

Well, a while ago, the Girl Scouts of America, in order to get woke uh get on the work agenda. They they changed the name of the young girls. They used to be the brownies.

Now they've changed the name to the Embers. to become more woke. The embers Yeah. They are no more Girl Scout brownies, they are empers. E-R-B-E-R-S.

So, this is what, and now this is fascinating. You're right, they have made that name change, and I believe it happened last year.

So the seven and eight year old girls are no longer brownies. Breck.

Well, that's just to become wealth, you know. Was it racist? I don't was that why? What that makes no sense. Yeah.

Now, if they were the whiteies, I could understand that, but they're not. They're they're brownies. I thought it was a cookie or something, a snack.

Well, it's it's changed, and I'm sure it's so they'll allow everyone in, and they don't have anything that's in any order conserved. Any time you call something brown or black now, You're considered You're challenged. People are very sensitive about that. I mean, just incredibly sensitive about that.

So. Yes. All right.

Well, a little bit of good news. I know this has been a notable year back and forth regarding Boy Scouts of America, but Um be aware. Um that Youngsters that at fourteen, if they so desire, they can join the Ski Scouts. If they join the Steve Scouts, which is part of the scouting effort, If they join the Seascouts at fourteen, they are also eligible to join the U. S.

Coast Guard Auxiliary. If they join the auxiliary, They can go for training. And as they roll out of eighteen, nineteen thereabouts, They are then can go and join the active Coast Guard or even go into the Coast Guard Academy. If they enlist in the Coast Guard, they can go in at a higher rate of pay. and a full-time career.

Is that right?

Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. It is a good deal. As a matter of fact, if someone who wants to join the Coast Guard Auxiliary and they wish to cook, There is a bonus that's available, an enlistment bonus. All the military. is suffering from from lack of of volunteers.

And the Coast Guard? And the Coast Guard is is, you know, is Not immune from that. All right.

All right, OG, appreciate that call. And again, it's a great opportunity. But again, to circle back to the Boy Scouts. The new head honchoette, it's a girl, a woman. said this, that their decision to rename the Boy Scouts And to remove the word boy, sends a really strong message to everyone in America that they can come to this program and they can bring their authentic self.

There you go. That's it right there. They can be who they want to be. If you want to wear a kerchief, you can wear a kerchief. You you want to wear a feather boa?

You just wear that feather boa, boys. Prance around that campfire. She goes on to say that now that we have removed the word boy. That scouts can be their authentic self. They can be who they are, and they will be welcomed here.

So there you go. That, ladies and gentlemen, was once a great storied tradition, a great storied organization. Many of our great presidents, our great leaders, our generals, leaders of industry and business came from the Boy Scouts back when the Boy Scouts was the Boy Scouts. And not some sort of a a a gender neutral spy. I don't I don't what are they going to be doing?

So. Governor Kathy Hokul, the the governor of New York. We're going to get to her in just a moment. I want to circle back to what's happening at Ole Miss, the University of Mississippi, where you had these protests out there, and one Yahoo was acting the fool, as we say, and he was misbehaving. And so now, all of a sudden, Ole Miss is at the center of attention.

There are accusations that the university is a bastion of. White supremacy, and now the NAACP is getting involved. Count seventeen. I think this young man should be held accountable for every step of the way for his actions. In his career, if it has to go into the afterlife, then that too.

I hope that the university will do the right thing and look at expulsion. It's just merely influence and ignorance that took place that day. His parents shouldn't be proud. And as the university and the chancellor said, Things like that, or people like him won't be sheltered here. A handful of pro-Palestine protesters at the center of the whole situation also attended the town hall.

One of them told the crowd she wanted to see swift action and criticized the politicians who praised the counter-protesters. At the end of the day, we're all fighting the same. Problem. The root of all of this is white supremacy. And I can't just like.

All right, so they had a big town hall meeting. I want to go back to what this guy said here.

So he thinks that the person who was mucking around, as they say, they want that guy to go to hell. Is that what they're saying? That this should follow him to the afterlife? Because there is one unforgivable sin, and apparently that's calling someone Lizzo. That's apparently one of the most egregious insults you can call somebody.

So now you've got all of these people that are fired up. They're demanding action. But here's what you don't hear. You don't hear the attacks that are being waged against white people or Jews. That doesn't matter anymore, right?

Because this just happened a couple of days ago, and I don't I don't hear the NAACP say anything about this. Cut number 10. And she has the audacity to to be in front of me while I'm like recording this What the f? This is actually Look, I hate white people. I swear to God, if they write about me, I'm calling it racist because.

Yeah. I hate white people. That's what she said. But do you understand the logic here? Because she's not alone in this, right?

So if you if you criticize her, how sh you're like, well, I can't how dare you? Why would you hate white people? Just because of the color of their skin? I mean what? That's insane.

And so, if you say that, and if you're shocked by that, they can turn it around and say, You be a racist. You be a racist. Because you be upset that I be calling you A bad white person.

So So it's that you can't have it both ways. You just can't. If it's wrong for one group to say that, it should be wrong for everybody. What was it over the weekend? They had the, oh, it was a horrible music festival in Memphis.

Nobody showed up. It was all run by lefties. And the left here's look, I knew this was going to be a failure because left-leaning people are just miserable. They have no fun. They suck all the joy and happiness right out of life.

And that's what they did in Tom Lee Park and downtown Memphis. It was sad. And you know what? By the way, they got caught. Photoshopping.

Crowd shots, right? That's how bad it was. I've got a point. I'm on a tangent right now, so bear with me. Yeah.

But it was horrible. And what was the response from the organizers of what was supposed to be a massive 20,000, 30,000 people a day concert festival?

Well, um we were just Looking for Boutique concerts. This was a boutique festival. Oh, well loti frickin' daughter. It was a bad festival. And you know why?

Because Liberals were in charge. That's why. They're very unpleasant people. Anyway, what was I saying? Oh, yes, so at the concert they had one of the artists get up there and says, All right, all right, all of you white people out there, you just repeat that to me, black, black, black, black.

And all the dutiful little liberal white kids out there, black, black, black, black. That's what they were over and over and over again. It was. Very Caucasian.

So anyway, I just ask you if I don't know if Bieber, is he still a thing? Is Justin Bieber?

Sorry, Bieber is still a thing.

So if Justin Bieber got up there and said, all right, all of you, he's from Canada, isn't he, Justin Bieber? He is, I forgot about that. All right, um, all of you black people out there, A, I need you, A, to um s just chant after me, white, white, white, white. What do you think would have happened? They would have been, oh, you know what?

They would have expelled Justin Bieber from the country. Yeah. Oh, that's not actually a bad idea. Anyway, I digress.

So, all that to say, there's this double standard when it comes to race. I don't believe that conservatives are racist people, it's not who we are. And I will remind you that That it was the Democrats running around in white bed sheets with pointy little hats burning crosses in the front yards of black folk. And it was the Democrats who tried to thwart, yes, I said it, thwart. the civil rights movement.

Just sayin'. Facts matter. All right, so that brings me to New York Governor Kathy Hokul. Governor Hokul, a white woman. We really don't claim her, but she's she's one of us.

Here's what she had to say about all you black folk. Got 15. Young black kids growing up in the Bronx who don't even know what the word. A computer is. They don't know.

They don't know these things. And I want the world to open up to all of them. Because when you have their di diverse voices innovating solutions through technology, then you're really addressing society's broader challenges.

Well, at least she didn't say you people, but she did say them. Um Well, see, people are asking me, all right, well, Starnes is is the governor of New York is she a racist or no, I don't think so. I just think she's a moron, but she's a I she may be a bigot. Because she certainly seems to think that black people have no idea what a computer is.

Now, we have one of the largest. Minority audiences in the nation. Listening to this radio program, and the reason why is we treat everybody the same here on this program.

So I want to ask the great black listeners of the Todd Starnes radio show: is it true that young black children don't know what a computer is? Is that true? By the way. Kathy Hochl, who is a Democrat, She's not the only one who thinks like that. Here's Joe Biden, cut number 16.

Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids. Oh, Jesus. Wealthy kids, black kids. Asian kids. Not really mean, but think There you go.

And it gets worse. I mean, Biden has a long history of saying some very racist stuff over the years. And we're not going to get into all of that today because it's just ugly. It really is. I mean, Joe Biden at his heart, and I've said this before.

I think the guy really is Um a r a racist. It's terrible. All right.

Let's go back. Let's go back to 1994. This is Joe Biden. When he was a senator, talking about black kids, cut number 12. found out.

At this midnight basketball, they're getting together a bunch of giant folks living in their city to do, you know, try to see if they can be Michael Jordan. Uh When they found out they were keeping schools open, So gangs come off streets instead of out raping my mother, marauding me. robbing the local store. They're in a gymnasium, and my daughter will be safer. My wife will be safer, my mother will be safer, and I will be safer.

And I will be happy. All right, that was Joe Biden just back in the 1990s. Do you really think he has changed that much? I mean, talking about the Jive people. I mean, it's I am shocked.

You know, Kamala Harris is actually on to something. And when she went after Biden in the Democrat primaries, talking about his position on things like busing and segregation, a lot of people seem to forget that Joe Biden used to brag about having lunch with all of the old school segregationists.

Now to me, if you're a pianist, that's some matter that that love to play the piano. Raises images like they write. I hadn't even entered that race stuff nowhere. I went into the human race because I was out a long time ago. Man is main.

Whatever you think comes out in your actions. And that's when I can tell. If you evil Or you're this person. I don't know that's no good. I need to read no books to see who you are.

But I just want to say another one thing about. About Mr. Trump, he's a special person because I think he's having a good time. Even on the line, he probably doesn't care nothing about sitting up in court and all that. But I can see him, this brings him energy.

Even when you speak. And that's good for his life, like The energy that I'm going to have when I get back to getting involved in this. James, I have never seen a man with that much energy. And you put him next to Joe Biden, and it's unbelievable. James, I got to run.

And it get hot, I got a lot of I got hairy legs that turn that that that that that that turn uh g um blonde in the sun. And the kids used to come up and reach into the pole and rub my leg down so it was trading, and then watch the hair come back up again. They look at it.

So I learned about roaches. I learned about kids jumping on my lap. And I've loved kids jumping on my lap. Oh, dear lord. Um okay, Miss Janice, to your point, though, you hear you heard him call the black children surrounding him roaches.

What's your reaction to that?

Well, my reaction to that is that he's a no-good rotten racist, and people should not ever vote for him. You don't do that. No, no, you don't do that. And I'm glad that you reminded us of that time and that moment because that happened out on the campaign trail. And aside from the perversion of inviting children to rub his hairy legs, the broader issue, which nobody in the media wanted to cover, is the fact that he used that kind of derogatory language to refer to black people, and it's unacceptable.

Oh Good afternoon. I just wanted to talk about the Peace I need. About black kids not having computers. Yeah, let's get to it. Yeah, well, wasn't it like ten or twelve years ago?

Um that they All across America was to put a laptop into every kid's And at school? I have a 14-year-old black stepson. And he's had a computer in his hands from their schools. Ah, that they give me kids. He's had it for five years.

Did they forget to Give all the Kids computers in New York?

Now, Gary, I don't know what they're doing in New York, and I don't know if they give them computers in New York, but that's besides the point. The idea that you've got some sort of a a white woman out there suggesting that black kids don't have access to computers is ludicrous, or they don't know even know what a computer is. That's ludicrous. And it's stupid. It's absolutely stupid.

But it allows you, these kinds of moments allow you some insight into the thinking of these Democrats, these white Democrats, who are of the same ilk of Lyndon B. We were, I believe, we were the first national show to break the story about a 16-year-old. By the name of Christian McGee, a student at a high school in North Carolina. And he was suspended.

Now, we understand that a legal firm is now involved, the Liberty Justice Center, and they are now representing Christian, this brave 16-year-old kid, who got in trouble for one of the weirdest things. I want to bring into the conversation. Dean McGee from the Liberty Justice Center, an educational freedom attorney. Dean, good to have you with us today. Todd, it's my pleasure.

Thanks for having me. All right.

Well, I want you to tell us what did your client do that got him in trouble with the school? My client's a sixteen year old boy. He was in class in Davidson County, North Carolina. He went to the bathroom, came back to class in the middle of an English vocabulary lesson. and he heard the word aliens used, and he raised his hand.

and he asked the teacher whether she was referring to space aliens or illegal aliens who need green cards.

Now. At this point, a boy in his class who he is friendly with, and that is critical. who is of Latino descent. Turned around and jokingly said, Hey, I'm gonna kick your forgive the language of a sixteen-year-old boy, I'm going to kick your ass.

Now The administration was brought in. As best we can understand during our investigation, because the teacher didn't know that that kid was joking, thought there might be a fight in her class. They're pulled outside, and both of the boys say We were joking, this isn't a big deal. The young man who said. you know, of Latino descent said, not a big deal.

I was joking around. and the administrator had the audacity to tell him no, This is a big deal. In in other words, telling this boy that he should have been offended by what Christian said. And from there our client was suspended. Suspended for three days out of school.

I can go into the detail. I'll tell you, though, the school did everything wrong, both from a legal perspective and just from the perspective of having empathy for a child's conversation. Completely innocuous, racially neutral question during his English class. And the broader problem here is this poor kid was basically, and correct me if I'm wrong here, but it sounds like they were branding him as a racist. That's exactly right.

That is on his record right now. He is suspended. In his record right now, it says he is suspended. for three days for making a racist comment in class.

Now, I've met with this boy, I've met with his family, I've gotten to know them as well as you can get to know people over video calls over the last week. There was no racial animus in this family. From this boy. The phrase illegal aliens is obviously, first of all, it's a legal phrase. Second, it is completely neutral.

As to race, And yet the school insisted that it was a racist comment. Not anyone in class. And they've punished him according to According to the administrator, the same way they would as if he had said the N-word in class. And that is a quote from the administrator.

So are I mean, in spite of all of the the overwhelming evidence that this was nothing was meant by this, nobody got offended, and you point all of this out, what has the district done here? Are they backing away at all from this? We filed our lawsuit this morning, so we'll see if they back down now, and if not, we'll prepare to take this case. to trial. But the problem is they ha not they haven't backed down and And From the very start, again, a total lack of empathy.

When the mother came in, Christian's mother, Leah, came in. To meet with the administrator on the day this happened. and to discuss this. She said It's my understanding no one was actually offended by this, that my boy is friendly with this other young man in class. But why don't we all If someone was offended, why don't we all meet?

Bring me in, my son, the teacher, this boy, his family, and we'll all meet and just make sure there were no misunderstandings. about anyone's feelings.

Now that is, by the way, the sort of modern progressive trend towards discipline in schools. It's called restorative justice. And this administrator said no, that Christian needed to be punished harshly. Three days out of school suspension, missed the big track meet of the year, and there would be no opportunity to even talk to the supposed victim of the comet. All right, so you guys have filed the lawsuit today, and we'll be waiting to hear from the the school to see what they have to say.

Now, how is Christian doing in all this? It has to be I mean, for a grownup, it has to be aggravating and infuriating. But I'm wondering how's your client doing? This has been devastating for him.

So he's been branded by his own school as a racist. This has gotten around students who weren't in class Assuming the school wouldn't have suspended someone for racism if there wasn't racism involved. have targeted him, harassed him, bullied him to the point where his parents didn't even feel comfortable sending him to the school anymore. And he's dealing with this every day. And it's one of the reasons why, among the many things we're asking for from the school, is just an acknowledgment that they got this wrong and an apology.

Well, at the very least, that needs to happen. Again, folks, this is a crazy story out of North Carolina. On the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line today, we have Dean McGee from the Liberty Justice Center. Um what is this overarching I I think there's a much broader issue here uh when you're dealing with these kinds of of situations in the classroom, and it just seems to me like they're trying to find something to punish children with.

Well, that's right. I mean, there's really no other explanation for this if for and they said as much. They said in their view, this needs to be punished harshly. Um No opportunity for appeal even, which is one of our claims under the Due Process Clause.

So there does seem to be something odd here. The administration Is so focused on punishing this boy, I think they're going to destroy their own reputation of their own school just by refusing to admit they made a mistake and doubling down on this punishment.

Well, to borrow their phrase, their behavior needs to be punished harshly as well, Dean, and I hope that you guys are able to accomplish that in the courtroom. That's the goal, and I'm confident we'll be able to hold people accountable. That's what we do at Liberty Justice Center. All right.

For the floundering Joe Biden. And I would not be surprised. She is, in fact, my dark horse candidate if things go south. As a matter of fact, there is.

Well, when you look at it, over fifty seven percent of Democratic voters don't want Biden to run again. And then when you throw in the The anti-Israel crowd. which is a massive part of the Democrat Party. At some point, it may take someone like a Michelle Obama to come in and keep the peace within the Democrat Party. I mean, it is it's really getting bad over there on that side.

They're fighting like cats and dogs with each other. Never seen anything like it.

So we'll see how things play out, but I am telling you right here and right now, folks, it is not looking good, and I don't see Joe Biden as being the guy. Come the fall. I just do not see it. Yeah. So I want to go back yesterday and revisit something that old Maxine Waters had to say.

Maxine accused all of you conservative folk America first, folk, of hiding in the hills and you're going through training or something, like a bunch of, I don't know, radical Islamic terrorists. Cut number eight. Trump has to say. No matter if he loses, he's going to say that it was fraud. He still has not accepted what happened in the last presidential election.

And so we have to be very concerned about a former president of the United States talking about attacking his own country, talking about perhaps a bloodbat, talking about perhaps there's going to be trouble. He said it in so many different ways. We should take him seriously. This man does not believe in the Constitution. He wants to be a dictator.

This is a dangerous human being. And we have to know what our country is going to do to protect us from him. Yes. I know you could keep going for this whole hour, Congresswoman, on that. But speaking of the Constitution, Trump says in that time interview that he would not seek to overturn or ignore the Constitution's prohibition.

on a third term.

So, the American people believe that. Do you believe that? No, absolutely not. As I said, you can't believe anything that Donald Trump has to say. Donald Trump will do any and everything that he can possibly get away with.

He does not at all support the Constitution of the United States of America. This is a man who we better be careful about. And I tell you what, I'm going to do. I'm going to ask the Justice Department and I'm going to ask the President to tell us what they're going to do to protect this country against violence if he loses. I want to know about all of those right-wing organizations that he's connected with who are training up in the hills somewhere and targeting what communities they're going to attack.

We need to know now, given that he's telling us that there's going to be violence if he loses, we need to know what his plan is and how we're going to be protected. Curious, are any of you folks right now in the Hills training? And if so, I'm curious to know what sort of training are you doing in preparation for the presidential election? Are you I don't doing Pilates? Goat yoga.

What are you doing to get ready for 2024? Maxine seems to think all of us are hiding up in the hills. Woohoo! Listen to banjo music. Little blue grass.

We're in overalls. Running around with that in his shoes on. That's old Maxine. Anyway. I what is the clinical term I'm looking for here?

Maxine Waters is a thug. But the problem is she's a stupid thug. She's an ignorant thug, Maxine Waters. This woman has been riling up mobs of people for years. She is, in fact, a terrorist leader.

Telling people to go and harass Trump supporters and get in their faces and do all this nonsense. And that's what the Democrats do, by the way. That is what they do. They're the ones going out there, and you see it right now on university campuses all over America. And yet Maxine Waters seems to think that it's all of you people, you law abiding, legally, legally Second Amendment, law abiding firearms owners.

You're out there. You're living your life, you're paying your taxes, you're going to church, you're mowing your grass, you're making sure that there's no trash in the streets in your neighborhood. All of a sudden that makes you the bad guys.

What evidence of that do you have?

Well, someone called me who said he was a part of it and was mad at me because I found out about it. But like, can you present some evidence? As like someone from MAGA country saying we're up in the hills is kind of offensive. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What you talkin' about, Maxine?

What you talkin' about? And here was Maxine Waters. And this was her. This is shocking.

So, first of all, kudos to Laura Loomer and her team for tracking down Maxine Waters and her explanation. And they rightfully asked for evidence. Do you have video? I mean, are they, where are the soccer moms up in the hills? And they're doing their goat yoga?

What's going on? And what did Maxine say?

Well, I somebody told me somebody told me I was down at Roscoe's House of Chicken or Waffles. Yeah. And somebody told me.

Well, what? By the way, Roscoe's. I've actually been to Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles. Very delicious. An odd combo, but you know, it is what it is.

Anyway, Maxine Waters is out there saying that somebody told her, somebody said something, and somebody told her, and now all of a sudden, we got a bunch of white folk up in the hill country. Learning how to do Lord knows what. This woman, ladies and gentlemen, this is the problem with Congress. I don't think. What is a polite way of saying this?

I'm in so much trouble today already. The front porch lights on, but nobody's home. That's Maxine. All right, Maxine, get some education. Educate yourself, man.

And a lot going on, of course. Chief among them are the reports coming out of the White House that the Biden administration is planning to allow Gaza refugees into the United States. Good idea or bad idea? Oh, that is a terrible idea. Todd, this administration has proven they are incapable of vetting refugees at the southern border.

We've had 10 million come across that border now under Joe Biden's watch. They proved themselves incapable of betting the refugees that were coming in from Afghanistan after we withdrew from Afghanistan. And it turned out that they didn't know who most of the 77,000 that came out of Afghanistan, they didn't know who about 70,000 of them were or where they were going. or where they are even today. And now we hear that lo and behold, they're going to try another one.

There is a reason That the countries in the neighborhood, whether it is Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, No one wants these refugees. And that reason is. The Palestinians elected Hamas As their government. Hamas. Is a terrorist organization which is funded primarily by Iran.

And people in the neighborhood don't want this. in their communities. And for this administration to now say, well, we're going to bring these refugees here. We've written, there are thirty-four of us that have written the Administration to say, hey, wait a minute, what is the vetting process? How much is this going to cost?

Where are you planning to send them? Give us some of the specifics. Let's not go about this like you did after Afghanistan fell. The other big problem here, not only bringing these people in, you've got the illegals that are being flown all over the country. And now there's concern that these numbers are going to skew the census counting.

And we understand the administration says they strongly oppose excluding illegals from being counted in the census. That is right. We have been saying this now for the last several months. That all of these people that were coming across the border, and bear in mind, 10 million people that have come across that border, that is. A population greater than the population of 38 of our states.

So you look at this. And then you look at where these people generally want to go. They want to go to blue cities. What is the problem that blue states and cities have? They're losing population to places like Tennessee.

And what we hear is that they're trying to. Backfill. the population with people that are illegally Coming into the country.

So, of course, they want to count them. And you'll notice, Todd. the mayors in these big blue cities and states They're not saying close the border, we can't take any more illegal aliens. What they are saying is send us more money.

so we can take care of these illegal aliens. Senator Marshall Blackburn on the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line right now. And Senator, another big story piece of legislation, your bipartisan Report Act is set to be signed into law. And tell us what this law will force big tech companies to do. Yes, this is going to help us protect children in the virtual space.

And this will require social media platforms to report Predators and pedophiles that are displaying or promoting child sexual abuse material. Child pornography. on these platforms. They must. Turn it over, report it to NICMIC, which is the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The NICMIC Cyber tip line. And then it allows NCNIC to hold that information for a longer period of time so that these law enforcement entities, prosecutors and judges can get these pedophiles and predators into court And go through the trial and get them locked up off the web, off the streets, and away from our children. Senator, I was stunned to read this number, and I just find this hard to believe. They're saying this report from the Chattanooga Times Free Press, a staggering report, they receive a staggering 36.2 million reports of online child sexual exploitation just last year. Is that right?

That's accurate. That is accurate. And the numbers have been climbing, and NCNIC is trying to get more of these. into trial.

So being able to hold the information for longer for the judges and prosecutors, being able to transfer it using the cloud, not having to print it out or put it all on the thumb drive, This is something that will help speed that process to get more of these violent offenders as they are against our children, get them locked up. All right.

The Boy Scouts of America officially going woke, they are changing the name to Scouting America because they want to be more inclusive for every ute.

And I would assume that means the non-binary transgender to spirit crowd. The The new group called Scouting America says that the rebranding reflects the continuing efforts to welcome everyone to experience the benefits of scouting.

So, if you you know have a child and they identify as a daffodil, then they would be uh welcomed with open arms. The Scouts go on to say here in a new press release that just came out that. Though our name will be new, our mission remains unchanged. We are committed to teaching young people to be prepared for life. This will be a simple but very important evolution as we seek to ensure that everyone feels welcome in scouting.

So anyway, the the police, the NYPD, they were pretty smart about all of this. They would not be fooled, and they did not allow the protesters to get anywhere near the Met Gala last night.

So the The rich and famous and hypocritical crowd could go about hobnobbing last night. Anyway, very, very weird. To be perfectly blunt about it. Very weird. All right.

So The former lieutenant governor says that he's not going to be voting for Donald Trump. He's going to be voting for Joe Biden, cut number 19. We're listening, convince Republican Scott Jennings and your other fellow Republicans that they should vote. for President Biden. Mm.

Well, enough's enough. Donald Trump is not our future. He's not our present. And now looking back, he certainly wasn't our past. Donald Trump's a fake Republican.

He's proven that over and over and over again. He simply wants the position of President to be powerful. And he's willing to lie, cheat and steal for it. And if we're going to fix this party and go forward, the party that is conservative but not crazy and angry, we've got to do it without Donald Trump. And I know it makes sense to try to elect a Republican to be the President, but if we can get past Donald Trump, have a Republican controlled Congress, we can have a firewall in place, and then we can take the next four years to fix our party and get a legitimate candidate forward that can lead us in the right direction.

So what is this guy's problem here? Cut number 20. Lieutenant Governor, and we are just about out of time here, but you do think that this is and you state and you're writing, this isn't a is not sorry, it is a binary choice. How do you convince people that it is a binary choice?

Well, I'm only speaking to those Republicans that are conservative, like me. I've got a historical voting record that is as conservative as anybody. I'm putting the piece that I've been a Republican my whole life, unlike Donald Trump. And I think we've got to take our medicine. And it's painful, it hurts, it sometimes maybe doesn't seem like it makes sense, but if we're going to heal, we've got to move past Donald Trump.

He's taking us to the bottom of the ocean, and some of us don't even realize it.

So this guy now says, and he says that he's a true conservative, he's a true Republican, and he's going to be voting for Joe Biden.

So I'm asking you. Can a true conservative, can a true Republican vote? Vote for a Democrat. Because what Mr. Duncan is now saying is that he's going to support a man.

Instead, they want to be more inclusive, so they are now renaming the organization Scouting America.

I want to bring into the conversation from the great state of Missouri, Congressman Mark Alford. Congressman, good to have you with us today. Todd, good to be with you.

So Congressman, we've been following these protests as they've been unfolding all over America. My hat is off to the young men, the fraternity boys at UNC in Chapel Hill. Who would have thought that it would be the Frat Boys who would have saved the country?

Well, someone needed to do that if the presidents and the administrators of these. institutes of higher learning, as they like to call themselves, are not going to take action to get law and order back on the campuses and protect the Jewish students.

Someone has got to do the job.

So my hat's off to them. Congressman, what action, if any, can the House take to go after these schools that are not protecting Jewish students?

Well, Speaker Mike Johnson has really launched an effort on several committees to get them headed in the right direction to look at the oversight, the money that's going to these universities, some way to possibly pull back funding for the universities. Billions of dollars goes to these public and private universities. through the federal taxpayer funds. And so we have the ability to take that money away. And so I think through the Education Department, the Oversight Committee, the Education Committee, they will be having hearings.

They will be calling more presidents and administrators up on Capitol Hill to answer the tough questions. Why did you let this get out of control? Why did you not protect our Jewish students? Why is this still going on? Why are you negotiating with what have become really criminals?

These are not just people out wanting to give their opinions about the war with between Israel and the Palestinians, the Hamas. uh terrorists this This is breached over now into criminal activity, and it needs to be stopped. No, well, it does. And to your point, there are a lot of adults in the mix, but by and large, they are mostly kids, contrary to what the media may be saying. And I'd like to know where these kids are getting radicalized.

Is that happening on these university campuses as well? It's being fomented on the university campuses. You know, it's starting, and people don't want to talk about this, but you know as well as I do. has been a very bad influence for our young people and other social media platforms. The communist Chinese are using TikTok as a platform to indoctrinate our children and divide our country.

And others are as well through other social media platforms. And so it's starting there, it's being organized. On different social media platforms, Antifa is involved. George Soros and his funding is involved. Their goal is to divide our nation and watch it fall and rebuild it into a form of communism, Marxism, socialism.

It's interesting, there was a survey out there, and I think everybody agrees that China is definitely using TikTok to spy on average American citizens, but the same polling data shows that an overwhelming number of Americans don't have a problem with that. I'm wondering how you guys deal with that on Capitol Hill.

Well, Joe Biden certainly doesn't have a problem with it. He's actively using it to campaign. He's welcomed TikTok. Users, some of these people who are very big on TikTok, the influencers, into the White House and almost giving them press credentials. He knows that young people are on TikTok and he's going to do anything he can to try to get their vote.

And we don't use it. We don't use it on our government phones. We're prohibited from doing that. And I just think people need to wake up. There are other platforms available out there.

And we have taken action in the House. We're waiting on the Senate to take similar action to ban to force the sale of TikTok. to get it out of Chinese Communist hands. Congressman, any movement on Speaker Mike Johnson? Where do things stand with MTG's plans to vacate the chair?

Well, listen, the latest I heard was in our conference meeting this morning. I know that yesterday Marjorie Taylor Green and Tom Massey. Uh Met with the speaker for about two hours. They're meeting again today. I know there were some.

requests that Marjorie and Tom had for the speaker. Among those is no further funding of Ukraine. I voted against the funding for Ukraine for good reasons. Um But I don't know how just how far this will go. I don't know what the other requests were.

I wasn't privy to that, but at least they're talking. Uh I don't know I I think even if a vote comes up today, which some are saying it might later today, It would be a motion to table Marjorie Taylor Greene's uh vacated uh the chair motion to vacate the chair I think it will come out in favor of Speaker Johnson. Are you hearing that the Speaker may have been making some concessions to Democrats to maintain control? No, I don't know about that. I have not talked to the speaker about that, so I wouldn't want to guess on that.

I do, you know, if you have a handful of Republicans going against a speaker, he's going to have to have some Democrats to help him. maintain that position. I just think this is the wrong time in our nation's history. with six months out before this Most consequential election of my lifetime, Todd. We need to be focusing our efforts on expanding the majority in the House, winning back the Senate, and putting Donald J.

Trump back in the White House. That's where I'm expending my efforts, energy, and time. And money. Yeah, no, look, I think that makes sense. I mean, Speaker Johnson is doing a lousy job.

I think he has betrayed his own party. And I think it's shameful the way he has conducted himself as Speaker. At the same time, you're right. There's just more important things that we've got to focus on. And I just hope we are able to maintain control of the House based on the way he's led over the past couple of months.

Well, I think we will. Being a speaker, I kind of equate it to being a wife of King Henry VIII. It sounds good at the time, but it doesn't end well. And we'll see what happens over the next couple of months, and we'll see if he retains the speaker's gavel. As we go into the 119th Congress, I don't know.

I certainly couldn't have done, I don't think, a better job than Mike Johnson. Really? It's hard to know. I don't know about that. I think you could have.

I mean, the man betrayed the party platform, for goodness sakes. Yeah. You know, when you get to these positions, there's a lot more into it than um trying to get things through the house. That are conservative value propositions, conservative bills. And when people are voting against the rules, And I did vote against one particular rule this time around.

That's where I'd never do it, but I didn't think it was right how the Ukraine funding, the Israeli funding The Taiwan funding was all wrapped up into one package at the end and then sent over without any. Securing of our own border. And so I did. But there, you know. I'm learning as things as a freshman here.

It's a very complicated process. And I know from the outside, it looks like there may be simple answers to get things done. But I think once you get up here, you realize that it it's a complicated process.

Well, yes and no. And again, I understand that you guys don't control the Senate, but you do control what happens in the House of Representatives. And I think you have to take a principled stand every now and again. And issues like abortion and the fact that the spending bill included funding for late-term abortion facilities, that was of great concern, I think, to a lot of folks. I'm just saying I think there is a wealth of evidence that would lead people to vacate that chair.

But I just think at this late stage of the game, we've got to read the clock here, and we've got to focus on salvaging whatever we can.

Well, Todd, here's what I tell people. I'm a representative for the 4th Congressional District of the great state of Missouri. 772,047 individuals. Republicans, Democrats, agnostics, independence. but I'm to be their voice.

The majority of the voices in our district are strong Republican conservatives, and that's exactly what I am. but I have no control over the Senate. And so when I take votes or when I consider legislation, I don't give a darn about what the Senate's going to do. I care about what our district wants me to do, and I'm voting my consciousness well. And so I know that there are others here concerned about, well, the Senate won't do this or they won't play ball or they're going to send this back.

I don't care. Let's do our job and then put them in the box. We're so worried about the box. that the Senate is going to put the House in, we need to reclaim our power back from the executive, get rid of these executive orders, reclaim our power as the U.S. House of Representatives.

The Boy Scout um thing you're talking about. My son on Valentine's Day this year turned thirty years old. I got pictures of him. Um One of them was a a group pitcher, Troop one hundred eight, with Don Malarkey, one of the Band of Brothers, the original Band of Brothers guy. He was a personal friend of ours.

And then I got a picture of him with Bill Wingot. Yeah, when my son became an Eagle Scout, he's in his uniform. And then Bill's sitting in his easy chair, and then behind Bill is a mural or a picture of a bunch of American bald eagles. And I call it my eagle's nest picture, and it's the most beautiful picture you ever saw in your life because. Here it had an Eagle Scout and Screaming Eagle from the Hundred First Airborne Division and then the Eagles behind him.

Wow. And whenever you come out here for your um Book signing and stuff, I'm going to drag these pictures out and show them to you. You're going to love it. Yeah, no. And I also had a shadow box made the year that my son became an Eagle Scout, and that was the one hundred year anniversary of the Boy Scout.

And I got some silver coins. Put them in a picture of him when he was just a. a little Cub Scout. And then when he became an Eagle Scout, And it's as American as you can get. But today, if my son was the age to go into that, there's no way I'd put him in it.

That's just that's the way I feel about it. Randy, when you look back on the history of the Boy Scouts and how influential they were in the lives of so many of the men who became leaders, the young men who grew into leadership in this country, and you wonder, wow, okay, maybe that's yet another reason why the country is in the shape it's in right now. Yes, I I agree with that one hundred percent. You see, 'cause what it is You know, they're not only tech in the U.S. Constitution, you know, that anything to do with something that's that's stable.

No stability. you know, and and the honesty and stuff, you know, and what made this nation great. That's Like we had the honor of when Bill was getting up in his ears He had a two story house with a log cabin. I rented the lower part of his house. And my son and I lived with him to help take care of him.

And I did that on purpose 'cause I wanted my son to rub shoulders with these guys. you know, and some of it, you know, rubbed up on him. And then Um Like another picture I got, the fourth it was on the fourth of July, twenty fifteen, at Kaiser Baseball Stadium. My son was fifteen years old, And he won this baseball. And I see him running for because a bunch of veterans were there that day, and Don Malarkey had to be one of them.

And my son ran over to him, and I knew he was going to ask me to autograph that baseball.

So I ran over. Got off to the side. And when Don was autographing that ball, my son was looking at him, I snap that picture. And then, when Don looked up and handed my son the ball, my son took possession of it. I snapped that picture.

Wow. And. You know, I mean, it's a piece of history. I mean, to me, all the money in the world wouldn't buy that picture because of what it represents.

By the way, is that all the Democrats have to do? Because the kid at Ole Miss I mean, they're saying that he should be punished even in the hereafter, in in the in the afterlife.

You know, people, I don't talk about my conversations with world leaders. And so when I looked at the book and I saw that excerpt, I decided to make the change to the content of the book, and that's been done.

So you didn't have a conversation with Kim when you were at the DMZ? I don't have conversations about my conversations with world leaders. I've been working on policy for 30 years, Jesse. And that's what most people don't remember about me is I'm old. I'm a mom.

I'm a grandma. I'm not a pretty little grandbaby. I'm not that old.

So maybe you did have a conversation with Kim, but you don't want to talk about that. I will not talk about my personal conversations with any world leaders. It just won't, and I'm not going to do it.

So here's the follow-up question that Jesse should have asked.

So why did you write about it then? If you're not gonna talk about it, why did you write about it?

Now She also said that she's old. Christy Noam is fifty one years old.

So, Dylan, fifty-one years old. What does that make me, Dylan? Young man. Thank you very much. That's a very good answer.

51 years old. And she wants you to think that she's like Joe Biden and is forgetful or something. I don't understand this.

Stuart Varney Asked, and again, I'm going to s set this up for you for a moment, all right? She has published with a very well-known publishing house, Hachette. She wrote the book.

Well, let me put it this way. Her name is on the cover of the book. She voiced the audio version of the book, and now she is on a book tour to actually talk about the contents of the book. And within the context of that, She told the story about shooting the dog and killing the musty goat.

Alright, so here's how this all went down on Stewart's show earlier. You still think that you are in line to be Trump's vice president? It's up to Donald Trump. He's the only person who will decide this. He's the only person who will decide.

And I spoke, yes, I do speak to him. May I ask what he said to you about being vice president? No, I never tell anybody my personal conversations with the dog story come up in a conversation with him. I talk to President Trump all the time. About the dog?

About a lot of things. And right now, I tell you what, he is being persecuted in a political hunt, witch hunt, in this court case.

So I'm proud of him about how tough he is and how well he is doing. Did you bring up enough, Stuart, with Trump to give you a turn? This interview is ridiculous, what you are doing right now.

So you need to stop. It is.

And here's my question: the editor. The editor. Was she possibly a plant, a liberal plant? Because I'm not sure either one of these stories, the dog story, the North Korea story, seems like the Christinome I know. No, the buck always stops with me.

I take my own full responsibility. I wrote this book and I take the responsibility for what's in it. It's a great book, Eric. I hope everybody reads it and buys it. Um Okay, let me explain real quick what's going on here because that's just insane.

All right, so here's the deal: most of the people that you see who are on cable, television, and most of the people who are running for office have never written any of their books. They have ghostwriters and they hire people to write their books. They slap their name on them, and that's that, right?

So that's probably why Christine Noam didn't know that some of this stuff was either in the book or she just was unaware. But either way, it's not good.

So just fess up to it. She should have said, You're darn tootin' I shot that dog, and I'd shoot another dog. Why is your dog growling at me, lady? You better start running. I mean, you could have.

I mean, you know. You got to embrace it, right? You got to own it. I'm just saying, if I were you, I'd consider yourself a cat lover. All right, let's go to Anna in Georgia, WTUN.

Anna, what do you make of all of this?

Well, um You know, I'm sure. Ms. Noama's Governor Nome is a nice lady, but I am so sick of hearing stuff like this with the leftist shaking down all these people. Uh People that have already been shipped down. How about Ronda Sanders, Kelsey Gabber?

Um for Vice President. Uh because it she she shot her She she not only shot a dog, but she shot a self in the foot. Oh god. Uh That's not right. But she you know, I'm sure she's a nice lady, but oh no, I don't think so.

But uh You know, he's got Some good people that you could choose, Ian. I think you'd do well by it, and I think we would do very well by it. She's an unknown. Seven airdell. Yeah.

Uh but like I said, you know, uh try to be hateful to the woman. Uh she just wrote a book and at night. But I don't give up that. I care about us, I care about how our country is The protected hand. And I care about the President of the United States, and I'm hoping that it's Trump, and I'm hoping he's going to pick somebody.

Well, there you go. You know what my regret is, Anna? You know, my book came out in March, and she's getting some great press here. I guess I should have shot something, maybe like a squirrel or something. Maybe I could have gotten better press.

So, a little while ago, President Trump's lawyers moved for a mistrial. That motion has now been denied by the judge. Of course, it has.

Now, Trump's lawyers say that Stormy Daniels' testimony was completely different from what she said in 2016, and the only purpose of her testimony was to embarrass Trump and inflame the jury. And the judge actually agreed with that. He says, I think the witness was a little difficult to control. Or if that's the case, then you have to call a mistrial. But here's the problem.

The judge Is all about keeping Trump in that courtroom for as long as humanly possible because of the election. Just keep that in mind. Oh, by the way, did you hear that story about Chris Cuomo now over at News Nation? Admitting that he has had problems as a result of getting the COVID vaccine.

That's colchicine, a prescription drug. If there are any signs of autoimmunity, remember Megan Kelly said she took the vaccine and she has autoimmunity. We commonly use hydroxychloroquine, which we use throughout the pandemic. We use colchicine through the pandemic as well. Again, safe, and it seems to be very helpful and effective in helping resolve these autoimmune syndromes.

Some people say no, you should worry. What say you, Dr. McCullough? You're the expert. The Global Vaccine Alliance, one of the Gates Foundation supported groups, they said bird flu in twenty twenty one is going to be the next disease X.

That's it. It's going to be the next pandemic. It looks like it's going to affect Poultry, it can jump into cows and then occasionally into man. The virus particles that they're finding in food, they're killed because they get killed through the pasteurization process, so don't worry about that. But the issue is the Chinese have been vaccinating poultry for 20 years.

It's made it way worse. The animal vaccines don't work, so they spread around the virus.

Now it's in mallard ducks, which fly everywhere. There is gain of function research being done in the USDA Poultry Research Center in Athens, Georgia. And the strain that infected the mammal in Florida and potentially the the man in Texas. That's actually gain of function research coming out of the USDA lab.

Now, Dr. McCullough, real quick, we hear gain of function research. I know some of our listeners are like, what does that actually mean? We hear that phrase all the time. is very dangerous research that makes viruses far more infectious and deadly.

Researchers should not be doing this. They're doing it to try to get ahead of it with vaccines. Turns out a company, CSL, in twenty twenty one, already has a human bird flu vaccine. And then messenger RNA vaccines are on the horizon. Multiple companies are working on this.

What you need to know is. Problems are not solved with vaccines, particularly acute pandemic problems. At the wellness company, our contagion kit now is expanded to cover bird flu. We've got this. We can start treatment early.

Also, iodine based nasal sprays and gargles really work. A few drops of iodine in salt water for a nasal spray, a few drops in scopa glysterine.
