That's legacypminvestments.com. Oh. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right! I love this American ride!

Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Program. Hope you are doing well today. Do we have a show for you or what?

So many, so many wonderful things happening today. And ladies and gentlemen, I told you, I told you, do not despair. Let not your heart be troubled. That's what the good book reminds us. This is all going to work out.

All of the schemes of the evil one will not prevail. And we are seeing this time and time again. When the evil has come from the Democrat Party, it's come from the weaponization of our judiciary. These are efforts to take out and destroy a good, decent man. One Donald John Trump, and it's not working.

So, a couple of hours ago, word came down from the Supreme Court. That President Trump will be appearing on presidential ballots in all fifty states. This was a unanimous ruling, and the left has lost their collective minds. And I've got a lot to say about this. Also, just so you know, before the ruling, talk about bad timing on my part, before the ruling, we sat down.

I sat down with President Trump for a great interview, and we're going to be playing that interview. He had some things to say about Nikki Haley, called her a spoiled brat. And we're going to get to that interview in just a matter of moments.

So you're going to want to stick around this hour of the program. We're going to be playing our exclusive interview with President Trump. But I I will say this. We need to be praying for our Supreme Court. Because the communist, and here on this program, for all of our new listeners, here on this program, we don't call them leftist, we call them communist.

There are conservatives, there are liberals, and there are communists.

Some people call them progressives, some people called them leftist. That's just a big marketing ploy. These are old-fashioned run-of-the-mill. Hairy legged communist. That's what we're dealing with here, and they are losing their minds.

As a matter of fact, Keith Olberman, just a little while ago, is now calling for the dissolution of the Supreme Court.

So we need to put all of the Supreme Court justices on our prayer list. Because They're coming after the Supreme Court justices. We saw them do this to some extent during the aftermath of Roe v. Wade. When the guy was caught nearly, nearly able to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh in his home.

So we're dealing with some very dangerous, very evil people here, and I would not put it past them to seek some sort of retribution. But it is the communists here are becoming unhinged because they know that there's nothing stopping Donald Trump, first of all, from being on the ballot. And second of all, all of these court cases are just falling apart.

So, I'm going to play some audio here. This is from CNN having a total meltdown just a few moments ago, cut 13. Um you know, look. Unfortunately for America The court isn't necessarily wrong that this is the way the framers wanted it to be. They wanted Congress, the people who are closest to their constituents, to be able to make the the roles of the laws.

That doesn't change the fact that because of gerrymandering in the House and all kinds of other issues, they're not doing their job on a lot of these big issues. I agree it's very unlikely, close to impossible that Congress will take action. But this is now a fair question that Manu Raju Melanes and Ona should be asking members of Congress. Are you willing to pass legislation that would give us rules for how this works? It could only be in the future, by the way.

All right, so they're completely losing their minds. I want to bring you up to speed here. Gray speaker alerting me, President Trump is about to speak at Mar-a-Lago.

So, Dylan, when that happens, just throw something at me and let me know when, and we will go directly to President Trump Live. We are going to be playing the interview we pre-taped in just a little while.

So, I don't want to miss the President's live remarks. But I will say this: that President Trump. Is fired up and he is ready to go. And this is Complete vindication, by the way. Of President Trump, and it is unanimous.

Absolutely unanimous. Ladies and gentlemen, that means even the liberals of the Supreme Court, even Sonia Satamayor. And the affirmative action pick from Joe Biden. Even they understood. How radicalized this kind of legislation was, this kind of ruling was.

So we've got a long way to go. That doesn't mean that that doesn't mean that we're out of the woods yet. But we are making our way. We're fighting our way. It's like we're in the middle of a jungle and we have the machetes and we're we're just slicing through the vines and the under the brush underbrush and we're we're shooting the venomous snakes that are coming out of the swamp.

But they hate this man, ladies and gentlemen. They hate Donald Trump. And I've look, I've looked into all of these cases, every single one of them. And I stand by Donald Trump. And it's not out of blind allegiance, it's because the facts simply do not add up here.

Donald Trump is a good and decent man. And it is shameful what the federal government and what the deep state and what the Democrats have done to this man and his family. We're taking your reactions here on the news of the day coming out. The Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, says you morons cannot remove Donald Trump from the ballot. Our telephone number is nine oh one two six zero five nine two six.

That's nine oh one two six zero five nine two six. We are waiting for live remarks from Mar-a-Lago. President Trump came out with a four-word statement earlier today saying, big win for America. And he's absolutely right. It is a massive win for America.

But we've got a long way to go here, folks, and trust me on this. We cannot be discouraged. If you know somebody who is a conservative and they're discouraged about things, you have them listen to this radio program. Because we are we are in the business of hope. Hope for America.

That's what this show is all about. Yesterday I was at First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. I have a long-standing friendship with Pastor Robert Jeffers, and it's amazing the ministry and the work of that church. and the lives that are being impacted and changed. From the rich man to the poor man and everybody in between.

And years ago, Dr. Jeffers invited me to come, and I was a relatively new author, new personality at Fox, and he invited me to come, and he did an interview with me during the worship service. And that's r what really started the friendship. And so we sort of made it a tradition that whenever I had a new book come out, we would do our first event, no matter when it was, we would do that at First Baptist Dallas. And folks I can't wait for you to read this book because it is so hopeful.

I know it sounds ominous. Twilight's last gleaming. Can America be saved? But the answer to that question is: yes, America can be saved. Yes, we can return from this dark winter that Joe Biden has shoved down our throats.

We can do that. I have hope. And it was, I met just hundreds, hundreds of friends at First Baptist Dallas and signed a lot of books. And the one theme, as people were coming and they were getting their pictures made, and I was signing and inscribing the books, the one thing over and over and over and over again, they said, Thank you because we need humor. We need to be able to laugh a little bit.

And thank you for writing a book that's just loaded with humor. And so I'm. And I real no, I think it is funny, Dylan. I hope they did laugh at a couple of the things I said during the service. But it was a great day at First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.

Long trip, drove there from Memphis, seven hours there, seven hours coming back. And I'll have to tell you about my stop at Bucky's a little bit later on.

So, look, here's the deal: we're going to take a break now. We are waiting for President Trump to speak from Mar-a-Lago. We're going to be taking your cause as well, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. We'll be right back.

Our God-given freedoms are facing unrelenting attacks. It's a battle for truth, and the only way we win is if we stand together. Hi, I'm Todd Stearns, and thankfully, Alliance Defending Freedom has been defending our rights for 30 years and winning. Right now, they're involved in two critical cases before the Supreme Court. They're suing the FDA for endangering the health and safety of women and girls.

The second case, they're assisting the state of Idaho to defend its law protecting the lives of women and their unborn children against the Biden administration's attempt to override the law and force doctors to perform abortions. And they need your help. With your best gift, you courageously join ADF in fighting critical Supreme Court cases against government lawlessness and help defend our cherished freedoms.

So call 855-417-6556 right now or go to ToddSterns.com and click on the ADF banner. With your help, I've already pledged to raise $17,000 by March 31st for ADF. Go to ToddSterns.com or call 855-417-6556 to make your best offer right now. I know with your help, we can beat that goal and help make a generational difference for freedom. All right, so we are waiting, or sort of in waiting mode, for President Trump to come out and speak from Mar-a-Lago.

And in the meantime, we're going to be taking your calls, your reaction. The leftists are going bonkers here, pardon me, the communist. Are going bonkers. Let's go to Ella J, Georgia, our good buddy, Joe, from Ella Jay. Joe, were you surprised by the Supreme Court decision today?

Uh Todd, I was not. I'm delighted. I think that's a great, a great move by the Supreme Court. And I also wanted to predict on your wonderful show, I think Trump will have it r the nomination wrapped up by the middle of next week, and then I think he'll go on to have a huge landslide win over Biden.

So, yes, I am really fired up about the Supreme Court decision, and Trump, and your radio show will help us. Give Trump a landslide win over Biden in November.

So, yes, I'm fired up. And Todd, thanks for all you do.

Well, thanks a lot, Joe, for calling in. And it could be decided as soon as tomorrow night, ladies and gentlemen. We're getting reports from our sources in D.C. that Nikki Haley is canceling ad buys. And it could be, and this is all happening after the Supreme Court decision.

So part of Haley's thinking in all of this could have been: well, if Trump is kept off the ballot, that's going to give her a path moving forward.

Now, the other part of this. Nikki Haley won the D.C., the Washington DC primary. And it was, it's the only victory she's had. But this is. This is the one primary that you don't want to win.

And President Trump has officially crowned Nikki Haley, the queen of the swamp. This is not a good thing that the swamp dwellers, the deep staters, overwhelmingly voted for Nikki Haley, and it was a landslide victory for her there in the District of Columbia. But again, this is not good. This is not good for Nikki Haley. Oh, here are the gals on the view talking about the ruling.

Cut number 12. What do you all think of this? I mean, is anybody surprised by this decision? No, and I actually think it was the right decision to make because it would have, you know, if Colorado had been allowed to do that, we'd have this chaotic sort of process where you have 50 states and some are choosing to put him on the ballot and some are choosing not to put him on the ballot.

So that's why this decision was unanimous in judgment. But if you read the dissent by Justices Sotomayor and Kagan and also Jackson, They are saying the Supreme Court went too far here because they answered a question that wasn't before them. The only question that was before this court was. Can a state do this? Instead, what they did was they insulated.

All alleged insurrectionists from future challenges to their holding federal office. And it is a tenet of Supreme Court law. I am a Supreme Court admitted, a bar-admitted attorney. It says what it does today, the court should have left undone. And we always learn that in law school.

The Supreme Court should just answer the question before it. And I had far too much hope. Hope. that the court would be united in this and not overstep in favor of Donald Trump. And I think what we saw was a court where justices that behaved in a partisan manner, and that disappoints.

All right, there you go. Uh so that's the squawking magpies over on the view.

So, look, this is a good thing here, ladies and gentlemen, and it is a good day, and this is a great victory for President Trump. In the meantime, We've got a big election day tomorrow, and here's the deal, folks. We need to go out in numbers that are so large that not only are we making a statement, but we're telling the libs: look, there's no way you're going to be able to steal this election. There's no way you're going to be able to go in and try and sabotage Donald Trump again. We're not going to allow it.

So we need to start getting our neighbors, getting the folks we go to church with. You need to get out and you need to go to the ballot box. That's what you need to do. Again our telephone number 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

In the meantime, President Biden getting ready for the State of the Union address on Thursday night. I gotta tell you, I don't know how well the guy's gonna do. I was listening to Hugh Hewitt earlier today on his morning program. And maybe, just maybe, if you're looking for a win here, is that Biden doesn't get confused. And get lost on the dais.

I mean, maybe that's the victory that the Biden administration has taken out of this. I mean, the guy is going to be reading from a teleprompter, right? But even still with the teleprompter, it's um If you're dealing with dementia, If you're dealing with senility, It's not going to make much of a difference because you're going to get lost, right? There's no way. No way.

That you're going to be able to understand what words you're saying. and be watching for Biden. Because again, it's late at night.

So the question is: are they going to keep him in bed all day and then juice him up? Are they going to give him an IV of Red Bull or something right before he goes out there? But are they going to juice the guy up so he'll be able to at least stay awake? And not keel over on the platform. These are valid questions that we need to be asking.

What exactly is a win for the Democrats here? That's what we're looking at. All right, so we'll be talking more about that a little bit later as well. Coming up, we're going to be playing our interview we did with President Trump. But first, we are waiting for the President to come out and deliver live remarks from Mar-a-Lago.

Nikki Haley, she's gotta go, folks. She is literally trying to sabotage Donald Trump's campaign. I mean, that's it's the writing has been on the wall. Since Iowa And the longer she is in the race the more money that is siphoned away from the Republicans. And it's just not right.

Oh, I was talking to I was talking to several folks in other states about how their Republican parties are doing. And it's really fascinating. The state a lot of these state parties are pretty much flat broke. They've got no money, and a lot of the local Republican groups, they're broke too. Never seen anything like it.

But I'm curious. I'm curious. We talked about this last week. And I'm curious to know, are you giving money to your local Republican Party, your state party, the National Party? Or have you decided to give your money directly to a candidate?

Because I'm hearing over and over and over again, especially in my area, that Many of the candidates who are rock solid conservatives are getting no support from their local parties. And I'm curious: are you hearing the same thing? Are you hearing that you've got conservative candidates out there and they're basically being just left to their own devices? They're not getting any support, no direction, no direction. No help.

From the party. And if that's the case, then why are you giving money to a political party? I say, let's just support the local candidates.

So hang tight, folks. We've got to take a quick break here, catch you up on your news. In the meantime, we are waiting for President Trump. He's going to be speaking. From Mar-a-Lago, and we will carry those comments live.

Again, our telephone number, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Tom Stern Show. Mike Lindell and MyPellow employees want to thank my listeners for your continued support. All right, we are waiting for President Trump to speak, and then the President will appear on our program. And we're in a sort of a wait-and-see mode right now, so we're standing by, and Dylan will just let us know as soon as the president starts talking.

Our telephone number, 901-260-5926. That's 901-222. 260-5926.

Now, Dylan, I was doing the long drive, the road trip. To First Baptist Dallas, and I thought, you know, if it's like five hours, that's my rule.

So if it's five hours, I'll drive and not fly. I didn't realize it was going to be that seven-hour trip down there, or was actually a nine-hour trip. Oh boy. Yeah, that was a lot of traffic accidents. It's a lot of coffee.

Yes, it is.

So drove down Saturday and stopped off at, and it was funny because for some reason I thought it was a lot closer than it was. But Bucky's, I went to the Bucky's somewhere in Texas. You have to. Right outside of Dallas. And it's this monstrosity of a, it was basically a Walmart with gas pumps.

Is that a good way to describe it? I think so. It's like the world's biggest gas station, it feels like.

So, the thing I appreciate about Buckeyes, and if you've ever been to a Buckeye's, I'd like to hear from you because this is sort of becoming a cultural phenomenon now. And it's not good enough to have the The truck stops where you have like a little Arby's and you have the subway sandwich, and then you go get your gas. But this is what I was greatly impressed by out of everything. The bathrooms. It's like 700 stalls and they're all clean.

Yeah. There's always somebody cleaning them. I've never seen, and people are happy. The staff, they're happy, they're joyful, they want to be able to lend you a helping hand. Sell you some of those beaver nuts?

Is that what they call? Uh, beaver nuggets. And so I brought some back for the staff. I I so I got it. You ha you can actually get a shopping cart.

This is amazing. You're at the shopping cart and you're wheeling it around and I thought, well, I gotta bring stuff back for the the crew. I got little Merlot a little doggy dish. They have like a whole dog section. At the Buckies You gotta go all out when you go to Bucky's.

So, what is it? The Beaver Nuggets or Beaver Nugs, as the young people call them these days? The Nugs. What are they? They're like, I don't know.

They're like a little sweet corn. Uh, what uh you know the little the cereal, like the corn pop? Oh, corn pop. Yeah, it tastes like that, but like a little bit sweeter.

Okay. All right. And then they had something called glazed nuts, and that just seemed inappropriate to me.

So I took a pass on those, but I brought back everybody the beaver nuggets and got Merlot. And then we have the official.

So I'm walking through, and I have the pictures on my Facebook page. Nobody's going to, I thought, nobody will believe I saw this. But then there's like this huge beaver just wandering through the store. And so I stopped and I asked one of the clerks, Would you mind taking my photograph with the beaver? That we're very happy to do so.

It's basically Disney World. Disney World with clean bathrooms and reasonable prices. I'm just saying. Yeah, can we talk? Do we want to talk about the barbecue?

No, can we talk about the barbecue?

So I'm not a big sauce guy.

So, I prefer, you know, if you're going to smoke something, I want to be able to, you know, taste the smoke. I don't want to taste the sauce.

So, I said, can I get. Can I get a brisket sandwich without the sauce? And it was like kind of an ordeal. And they said, sure, but we can do this. And I appreciated that.

So anyway, I get back to the car. You you can't actually eat in the In the Buckies, right?

So you have to take it out to your car. And there was a biker gang there, and everybody was in good spirits, right? Nobody got shot. It was not like, you know, well, you know. Memphis.

It was really, everybody was cordial. Everybody was in a good mood. I saw nobody in a bad mood at Bucky's. I'm going to finish this story. Let's bring up President Trump.

Very well crafted. And I think it will go a long way toward bringing our country together, which our country needs. And uh they worked long, they worked hard, and frankly, they worked very quickly. on something that will Be spoken about 100 years from now and 200 years from now, extremely important. Essentially, you cannot take somebody out of a race.

because an opponent would like to have it that way. And it has nothing to do with the fact that it's the leading candidate, whether it was the leading candidate or a candidate that was well down. On the totem pole, you cannot take somebody out of a race. The voters can take the person out of the race very quickly. But a court shouldn't be doing that, and the Supreme Court saw that very well.

And I really do believe that will be a unifying factor because. While most uh states were thrilled to have me, There were some that didn't, and they didn't want that for political reasons. They didn't want that because of poll numbers, because the poll numbers are very good. Uh the beating President Biden and almost every poll. New York Times came out yesterday with a very big.

A poll for us.

So they didn't like that, and you can't do that. You can't do what they tried to do. And hopefully Colorado, as an example, will unify. I know there's tremendous support. They've brought our support up very strong in Colorado because people thought people in Colorado thought that was a terrible thing.

That they did. And while we're on the subject, and another thing that will be coming up very soon will be immunity for a President, and not immunity for me, but for any president. If a president doesn't have full immunity, You really don't have a president because nobody that is serving in that office. Will have the courage to make, in many cases, what would be the right decision, or it could be the wrong decision. It could be, in some cases, the wrong decision.

They have to make decisions and they have to make them Free of all terror that can be rained upon them when they leave office or even before they leave office. And some decisions are very tough. I can tell you that, as a president, some decisions to make are very tough. took out ISIS. And I took out some very big people from the standpoint of a different part of the world.

Uh two of the leading terrorists, probably the two leading terrorists ever. that we've ever seen in this world. And those are big decisions. I don't want to be prosecuted for it. Uh Another president wouldn't want to be prosecuted for it.

It had a tremendously positive impact, it stopped everything cold. And sometimes you have to make, they were tough decisions, sometimes you have to make decisions like that. When you make a decision, you don't want to have your opposing party or opponent or even somebody that just thinks you're wrong bring a criminal suit against you or any kind of a suit when you leave office. I have that right now at a level that nobody's ever seen before. I have Rogue prosecutors.

And I have rogue judges. I have judges that are out of control. And it's a very unfair thing for me, but serving perhaps as a sample. Two others of what should not be happening. When you make good decisions, and in my case, the economy was great, we didn't go into any wars, we totally defeated ISIS.

We provided the largest tax cuts in history. We provided. the largest regulation cuts in history, but think of it, no wars We beat ISIS one hundred percent of the caliphate.

Now there were no wars. We we did a job that was great, but I maybe I wouldn't have done that. The caliphate defeating them was very powerful. It was going to take four years. It took me four months.

But it was a very strong dictum that I gave. I said Get 'em. Defeat him. End it. We were fighting for 20 years against ISIS, and we did it very quickly.

I don't want to be prosecuted. In that case, it worked out very well. There will be some things that. Perhaps don't work out so well, but I don't want to be prosecuted because I. decided to do something that is very much for the good of the country and actually for the good of the world.

A president shouldn't have that on his mind, and he has to have a free and clear mind when he makes very big decisions. Or it's going to be nothing more than a ceremonial post. You'll be president, it'll be a wonderful thing, and you won't do anything because you don't want to be hit by your opponent or hit by somebody else because who wants to leave office and go through what I've gone through. I'm being prosecuted by Biden, my opponent, because every one of these things, whether it's Fannie Willis or Bragg. These are local and state, but They're in total coordination.

With the White House. You can't do that. It shouldn't be done. I mean, a thing like that, in the case of the DA's office, they put one of the top people, maybe the second person. In the Manhattan DA's office to get Trump.

They had a Hillary Clinton lawyer. Leave the law firm, very prestigious big law firm, leave the law firm. to go into the DA's office to Get Trump Pomerance. Mr. Palmeritz.

So he goes in to become a prosecutor, worked for the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton, goes in to prosecute Donald Trump at a local level in total coordination with the Department of Justice, meaning Biden. And then you have the Fanny Willis, or as she would say, Fawnee Fawny. F A and I, but Farnie. And she hired somebody who knew the person long before. this horrible prosecution took place and she went out and She paid him an unbelievable amount of money, more money than he ever had dreamt possible.

Much more money than other people that do that for a living. He never did it at all, had no experience in it at all. And And they had obviously a conflict. We don't have to go into that. But They were able to get a lot of money because it was a high-profile person.

Me, I'm a very high-profile person.

So they were able to pay him close to a million dollars. When he was not Equipped to do the job, and she's not equipped to do the job, and that case should end immediately. That case is so conflicted, nobody's ever seen anything. Like it. And then you have deranged Jack Smith, who's a Trump hater.

and represents all the Trump haters. And he's going wild. He's just a wild man. He's been overturned unanimously by the Supreme Court. Went after other people over the years.

He said, Great failure. But he's uh mean, he's nasty, he's unfair, and the judges on these cases they're all trumpeters. Other than we have maybe one or two that I think can be fair. But you look at New York, what's happened, I mean, these people have. Tremendous hatred.

You can't do this to a president. And again, I'm not talking about me, I'm talking about in the future. A president has to be free. A president has to be, if the president does a good job. I did.

Some people would say a great job. But if the president does a good job, a president should be free and clear and frankly celebrated. For having done a good job, not indicted four times and not gone after on a civil basis. And not uh demanded to be to pay hundreds of millions of dollars in fines on something that was absolutely perfect, where there were no victims, where the financial statements were absolutely flawless, where you have disclaimer clauses, I mean, nobody's ever had a thing like this. I wasn't given a jury.

And I had a clubhouse judge just come up with this number. on a perfect land. And very conservative financial statements, but even at that, If you look, the disclaimer says don't rely on the financial statements. I'm going to jump back in here, and we have to take a break here as the President continues to speak. But again, he is outlining Time after time after time after time, that he was targeted.

Bye. These leftists by these communists. in the judicial system. And by the way, it's not even over. It's far from over.

So the Supreme Court ruled this morning, this afternoon. We understand that Congressman Jamie Raskin. On C and M Is confirming that he is actually working on congressional legislation to remove President Trump from the ballot.

Now I ask you, how is that not election interference? And you watch, there will be some Republicans that will join on with this and side with the Democrats because they hate Donald Trump. But I'm telling you folks, and I've told you from day one, this man, Donald Trump, has done nothing wrong. And the Supreme Court pretty much Said as much in their unanimous ruling today. Got to take a break.

901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. It's weaponization never been done in this country. It's been done in third world countries. And we're back in the middle of the day.

This again is President Trump taking questions from reporters now. Let's listen in. What they should do is really go all the way, go out and stop all of this nonsense. They're nonsense cases, and everybody sees it. You just look at Atlanta.

It's such an embarrassment to Georgia what's happening there. But Jack Smith, I don't think, is any better. Letitia James is terrible. She campaigned on I will get Trump, I will get Trump, and then it goes before. A Trump hating judge.

I mean the whole thing is a rig deal. And the public understands it. I'm lucky that I'm able to explain it to the public because if you weren't able to explain it, The public wouldn't know. They'd believe what they see.

So I don't want to win this way. Look, I want to win based on my policies are better. We're going to cut taxes. We're going to get interest rates down. You're going to be able to buy homes again.

I mean, you can't buy a home today. The interest rates are so high. I want to win on safe borders. I want to stop wars. I want to stop The war in Ukraine with Russia.

I want to stop what's happening in Israel. Israel would have never been attacked if I were president. Ukraine would have never ever been attacked if I was president. You wouldn't have had inflation. Inflation was caused by high energy prices.

I had low energy prices, I would have kept them there very easily. And it probably maybe caused the war with Ukraine because Putin became rich all of a sudden.

So, folks, we're coming up on the top of the hour, so we're going to have to dip out of the president's remarks. We will keep you updated if he says something that turns into breaking news.

Now, first of all, I just want to say thank you. Last week, we had a strong week as we raised money all this month for our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom, well over the $2,000 mark now. And today, we want to hit that $3,000 mark. Alliance Defending Freedom. One of the things I love about ADF is they're fighting this weaponization of the judiciary, what we've been talking about, this weaponization of the federal government.

And how many times have we heard these? This bizarre stories about alphabet activists coming after the bakers, coming after the wedding planners and the flower shops. Elias Defending Freedom is standing alongside every single one of these individuals, and they are winning these cases at the Supreme Court. But they can't do it alone. They need our help.

And the reason why is Elias Defending Freedom, they don't charge their clients any money at all. Right? These are pro bono cases.

So it's important for all of us to stand in the gap with our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom.

So here's what I'm asking you today: to go to ToddStarnes.com and you will see the Stand With ADF banner at the very top of the page. And I want you to consider making a donation, making a gift today, right now, to help our friends Alliance Defending Freedom as they are fighting against this weaponization of the judiciary, fighting against this weaponization of the federal government. And I'm telling you, it doesn't matter if you've got $5, if you've got $500, I want to encourage you to make a donation. The great thing, tax deductible.

So if you're looking for a tax deduction, this is a great way to do it. But all this month, we are raising money, and it's important because ADF has two more cases at the Supreme Court.

So they're going to need all the help they can get.

Now, not only can you give online, but you can also call 855-417-6556. That's 855-417-6556. And you'll be able to help us and stand alongside us as we stand with ADF. All right, coming up in the next hour, here's what we're going to do. Coming up right out of the gate, Congressman Bob Goode.

He is chairman of the House Freedom Caucus. Have a huge conversation about the continuing resolution. President Trump will join us at the 35.

So at the 1.35 hour, we're going to be talking to President Trump. A little bit later on, Kevin Kern, the Republican Study Committee Chairman, is going to join us as well. All right, stick around, everybody. A Wild Hour One breaking news. We'll be right back.

Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch. That's it. That's right. I love this American. Right.

Time. Stars. All right. Wow. What a crazy day.

And in the first hour, President Trump coming out and speaking live from A-Lago about the Supreme Court ruling. And we carry that for you.

Now, coming up this hour, President Trump joins us in about a half an hour. We did a pre-taped interview before the Supreme Court ruling, but I intentionally did not ask about that ruling, knowing that it would have come out later in the day. But we talked a lot about the border. And we talked a lot about Nikki Haley, who he calls a brat. And we're going to get to that conversation in just a few moments.

Right now, though, I do want to go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line, say hello to our good friend. He is chairman of the House Freedom Caucus from the great Commonwealth of Virginia, Congressman Bob Goode. Congressman, hope you're doing well today. Doing great, Todd. Great to be with you.

Thanks for having me again.

So first of all, I'd like to get your reaction to the ruling. The good news, unanimous from the Supreme Court, President Trump will be on the ballot. Great day. Even the liberals couldn't deny the constitutionality of the people getting to decide who their nominees are and ultimately who their President is. Big win for the country, big win for freedom, win for election integrity, a win against the weaponization of government against its Political opponents and abuse of power.

And so, you know, President Trump will rightly be able to appear. On the ballot in every state because of this ruling. And Ted Cruz had predicted to me a few weeks back, several weeks back, that he thought it might be a unanimous decision. I thought Herbert said Turley said that as well. And so thankfully, that was validated today.

Imagine the harm done to the country and to the faith and confidence and trust, further harm, I should say, to our election systems. if the Democrats had been successful in keeping President Biden's opponent, keeping Donald Trump, the people's choice, off the ballot, how harmful that would have been to our country. And what a terrible, dangerous precedent it would have set.

Well, it's far from over. We understand, and this is from the RNC research team. They say Congressman Jamie Raskins went on CNN earlier today along with Eric Swalwell, and they're working to revive legislation to force President Trump off the ballot. At what point does this become election interference or are we already there? We are there.

This is the ultimate a rigging of an election is to try to deny your opponent the ability to be on the ballot. You know, the election rigging started in 2020 with the suppression of information, the collusion with big tech and the Democrat Party to control what information was expressed or shared online or through social media and so forth, where so many people get their news. In the false phony Russian collusion scandal and all of that, the suppression of the Hunter Biden, the COVID ideology that was suppressed.

So much of that happened before the election. And you see that here today with a different tactic to try to keep them off the ballot.

So the Supreme Court did say, okay, it's up to only Congress You know, could pass legislation to do this on the federal level while states have acknowledge in the ruling that states have some ability to determine who can be on the ballot on the state level. They don't have it on the federal level, but Congress does.

So I'm not surprised to see Democrats, as you know, when they lose elections, okay, let's pack the Senate. When we lose a Supreme Court decision, let's pack the Supreme Court. Let's make Puerto Rico a state. Let's make D.C. a state.

This is what Democrats do. And in this case, okay, President Biden's going to lose, so let's try to keep President Trump off the ballot. And I'm not surprised they're going to try to take this action. Thankfully, they would need 60 votes in the Senate to advance it, but they're just surrendering to their left-wing base that believes the end justifies the means. And so I'm not surprised that people like this would try this tactic.

It's absolutely horrifying what President Trump has been through. And this weaponization of the federal government, this weaponization of the judiciary, Congressman, and the lurking thought out there. Is that if they are doing this to Donald Trump, they can do it to all of us? That's right. President Trump has said many, many times, hey, they're not after me.

They're really after you. I'm just standing in the way. And you are exactly right. This is a we're seeing abuse of power Again, weaponization of government is not just against its citizens, which is obviously terribly in and of itself, but also against those at the highest levels who represent the conservative worldview or represent America first or freedom in the Constitution as President Trump does. And so, right, if he's not safe, no one is safe.

And while I believe he will ultimately be prevail in all of these egregious. political persecution, this web you know, this law fare against him. There's a cost that it brings for him. His focus, instead of being on the campaign trail, he's dealing with this and resources that are occupied by this and time and energy. And that's their goal, is to wear him down, weigh him down going into the general election.

But it has had so far the opposite effect as people have rallied behind him, as we've all seen. And that's why he is going to be our nominee. That'll be further affirmed tomorrow. Nikki Haley represents, I suppose, the Chris Christie never Trump vote and Democrats that she's appealing to to try to come out in Republican primaries when the states where those are permitted. She needs to drop out.

Everybody's just rallied behind President Trump. The country certainly can't afford four more years of this administration. Folks, we've got Congressman Bob Goode with us, Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus. And Chairman, we always enjoy having you on the show. I want to go back to last week.

And this was a very ⁇ I was really surprised how little reporting there was on the continuing report. resolution that was passed and Where are we now?

So we kick the can down the road to next week. Is that right? Yes.

So, what you have, the sad reality, Todd, is in place now, here we are, excuse me, March. Of the second year, 14 months into Republican control of the House given to us by the American people back in November of 22. And you literally, with the continuing resolution that was passed last week, The fourth one, by the way, you literally have in place the Biden Pelosi Schumer policies From the Omnibus that was passed in December of twenty two. Remember, they knew the Republicans were going to take the House, and Mitch McConnell. the Democrat minority leader, no, I did not misspeak.

Mitch McConnell, the Democrat minority leader, joined with the majority leader Chuck Schumer and some, what, fifteen or so Republicans and passed that one point six trillion dollar omnibus to fund the government through september thirtieth of last year to emasculate or eliminate The Republican House's ability to impact the budget until October 1.

So all the fighting that we had last year with the former Speaker about passing our spending bills that would take effect October 1, that we failed to do that job. That's why we have a new Speaker. And now you've had four continuing resolutions that have extended that.

So we're still literally extending the policies that are straw in the country, the spending levels that are bankrupt in the country that were in place when the Democrats had full control of government because of our failures to fight and say no and to be willing to risk A government shutdown, which is just a temporary pause in the nonessential part of the government, the fifteen percent that does get paused when there is a government shutdown. Yes, you've got now. one part of it extends to march eighth, one part of it extends to march twenty two.

So the deal beyond the CR last week that ninety nine Republicans opposed, of course, I opposed it. It did pass with 207 to 2 of Democrats. That's how bad it was. Matter of fact, on the House floor, The minority party, the Democrats, didn't even speak against the CR continuing resolution on the floor because it kept in place their policies and their spending levels. Chip Roy, Thomas Massey, Andy Biggs.

Eli Crane. And myself spoke against it in opposition. We claimed the Democrats' opposition to our own spending bill because of what I just said on how bad it was from a policy standpoint. And it was 99, there were 97 Republicans, two Democrats voting against it. I want to we got to try to figure this out.

And I don't want to. Look, Speaker Johnson's team, they have pretty much shut out all of conservative talk radio and conservative punditry.

So we're left out in the cold. They're not getting any guidance or advice from what our listeners are telling us. But I'm just wondering, is. Is he an effective leader, Speaker Johnson?

So far, he has not been. I'm sorry to say, he has not been And unfortunately, he is not listening to us either. I do have regular conversations with him. Certainly, direct access to him as chairman of the House Freedom Caucus. We meet, we talk on the phone, and we meet in person.

However, all the decision-making is listening to the wrong people. I don't know if it's a bad staff. I don't know if it's out of fear. What he's telling himself is we'll fight later. We'll fight next time.

We can't fight now. And that never gets here. And the key to getting the majority, Todd, is to do what the American people like us do. The other track that we have, the alternative that we're saying right now, the practical reality is we could do what's called a continuing resolution, a long-term one, through September 30, not these one-week, two-week, one-month deals, but literally fund the government through the end of September using the FRA, the fiscal responsibility caps from a year ago. I was supposed to do this a year ago because a year ago we had much more opportunity and more levers to fight for more.

But we didn't. But there were some modest caps in place that would cut spending by about $100 billion than the deal he's negotiating right now with shooting. $100 billion is not nothing. It's modest by where we are from a deficit in a debt standpoint, but it's something. And it would cancel thousands of earmarks.

For some 4,000-year marks for Republicans and Democrats for tens of billion dollars more spending, we ought to attach the Border Security Bill H.R. two to it and have a shutdown fight with the Democrats over cutting spending, returning some semblance of fiscal responsibility and securing the border. I think the American people would be with us on that. And then they would see us fighting for them. And then they would likely give us the House majority to fight again in the Senate and the White House to fight more for them in 25.

Instead, we're surrendering, promising we'll fight next time, next year, hoping that the American people will reward us for not fighting now. And I don't think that's the way to go. And, Congressman, real quick, my fear is that Speaker Johnson's behavior and actions could jeopardize our efforts to maintain control of the House of Representatives. It's the opposite of what he thinks. He thinks the way to get the majority is to be careful and to give in and to promise to fight next time and not to shut down the government.

I say it's the opposite. Be willing to shut down the government if necessary to stop the unsustainable spending and the border invasion that is a An indescribable threat to the country as we're seeing with the crime, the violent crime, not to mention the taxing of our social services, healthcare services, education services, our economy, and all the rest. Unbelievable that we are fighting on that. Congressman, we got to leave it there. Appreciate the great insight and appreciate what you guys are doing there on the Freedom Caucus.

Thank you, Todd. Great to be with you. All right. There you go, folks. You heard it, a very frank discussion about the situation there in the house.

Congressman Bob Good sharing our concerns that Speaker Johnson has completely isolated himself. From Conservatives. And he is now taking orders. From the Paul Ryan side of the ledger. That is not a good thing.

All right, got to take a break here. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right.

Welcome back. Oh, you know, Dylan, I was actually singing along to this song on the road trip back from Dallas last night, among other things. Welcome back to the Todd Stearns Radio Program. President Trump coming up in just a few moments, exclusively here on the Todd Stearns Radio Program. But there is another story I'm calling an audible here, and I want to bring in a good friend and just really an amazing lawmaker.

He is a state senator from here in the Memphis area. His name is Brent Taylor, and he has been leading the charge to restore law and order to Memphis, Tennessee. And over the weekend, A group, a radical communist group called Decarcerate Memphis, actually doxed the senator's home, posting all sorts of photographs, the whole nine yards. I want to bring the senator in. Senator, good to have you with us, and so sorry you're having to go through this, but it seems to me like the whole point of this is to bully and intimidate you into silence.

Well, thank you, Todd, for having me. And first, let me say, I did not realize that I was going to be an opening act for President Trump.

So I'm happy to do so. But I will tell you, like President Trump, I don't intimidate easily, and these leftists. Crazed balloons of the Democrat Party who think they can intimidate me by doxing me have another thing coming. Look, you can medicate crazy, you can educate ignorance, but you can't fix stupid. And that's what these people are doing.

And what they did in doxing me, was about as original as a mullet at a tractor pool. That's not very original, actually. I've been to a few. Yeah, it's insane, Senator. The other part of this, and you're coming under attack from some guy who is a school teacher, and he's upset because you live in a mansion.

Now, look, you owned, before you went into politics, you owned a very successful funeral home business that you built from the ground up. And you live in a very nice home, which I understand. He's saying it was designed after the home of Jefferson Davis, and he's accusing you of bringing the Confederacy back to back to Memphis, back to the South.

Well, that's that is a Ridiculous. It's actually a replica of the Mississippi Governor's Mansion. which uh interestingly enough, when we designed and built the house, In my research on the Mississippi governor's mancheon, We chose it for a couple of reasons. One, we like the Greek Revival architecture, but the other reason we chose it is it is the only uh southern home governor's mansion that was not built with enslaved labor. And that was an important part.

We didn't want to replicate something that had been Built by slave labor, and the Mississippi Governor's Mansion is one of the few that was built without slave labor, and that was why we chose that design. The guy's name is Noah Nordstrom, and he's running for the State House. And this is what he said. Decarcerate Memphis. He's sending it to them.

Y'all know his mansion is a replica of Jefferson Davis' house. Sad to see my state senator pushing his Confederate values on the city of Memphis. These people are morons.

Well, I can appreciate him saying that, but. He should I know he's spending a lot of time A lot of extra time because he's not getting a haircut.

So he could spend a little more time and read history and recognize that my home is not a replica of Jefferson Davis' home. It's a replica of the Mississippi Governor's Mansion. And of course, and the issue there is this man is supposedly an educator. He's supposed to be teaching kids.

So, you know what? Don't be ignorant, Noah Nordstrom, and don't be a liar. Shame on you, sir. But back to this decarcerate Memphis. This is all about your efforts to address crime.

And, Senator, it's concerning when the mayor is spending his time meeting with these gangs, begging them, trying to negotiate with the terrorist, when you're the one actually trying to do something here. It is, and look, I have gotten a lot of pushback from. Uh the The restorative justice schemers like Decarcerate Memphis and Just City and fair institute of justice And look, they do not represent Tennessee values. And they're trying to accomplish through lawsuits, the threat of lawsuits and the acquiescence Of a compliant VA, they're trying to accomplish that which they can't get done legislatively. And uh You know, just like your guests coming up, just like President Trump.

It's not me they're coming after, it's the voter they're coming after, and I just happen to be in the way. And I will continue to push back because we have got to make Memphis matter. And Tennessee will not be successful as long as it's most famous city is sliding into chaos. And so I intend on stopping that slide.

Well, and we're going to stand alongside you. We wield a mighty big stick, not just in the Memphis area, but across the country with this show.

So, Senator, we got your back, and we're just not going to let these people get away with this nonsense. And especially, we don't like liars. And we're going to make sure that Noah Nordstrom gets the facts. Senator, we got to run. Appreciate you phoning in, though.

Thank you for that. Thank you, Todd. All right. There's Senator Brent Taylor from Tennessee. He wants to make Memphis matter, and I love that and I respect that.

President Trump coming up next. Let's go right now to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line, and it is always an honor to welcome President Trump back onto the show. Mr. President, hope you're doing good this morning. I am.

Thank you. Good morning. Good morning. Mr. President, I want to get your reaction to what happened in D.C.

I have to tell you, I'm kind of glad you did not win in D.C. because that is the swamp. And it looks to me like the people that are going to vote for Nikki Haley are the swamp dwellers.

Well, we didn't do anything in DC because it is the swab. And had we gone there and done a little work on it, We probably could have won. We almost thought it was good because you take a look, it represents the swamp. The people that we're not exactly in love with, and we didn't care. We assumed, I know she went there, she spent everything in DC.

And uh that was it it's very few delegates, it's a small one. But we did win the big ones yesterday, as you know. I'm curious, and we had one of our listeners from Bartlett, Tennessee, and he said, what do you think Nikki Haley is up to here, Mr. President? She knows she has no path to victory.

Do you think she's trying to stage some sort of a third party run down the road?

Well, I doubt it. She's not doing well. If you look at the states that we've had, she's getting beaten in record numbers. She was beaten by DeSantis in the one state that he was in. And uh although she tried to claim victory, if you remember that little fiasco, she tried to say that she beat him.

And you know, I mean, he sort of Then went his way. But she's not doing well. Uh y you know, she's I she's sort of like a spoiled Brad. And uh it's very interesting to watch actually because She's getting clobbered. I think uh On Tuesday they say It's possible that I wouldn't everyone or most of them.

And it looks like we might very well win everyone.

So that'll be great.

Well, I know you've got a lot of fans in Tennessee, my home state. And one of the big issues we've been facing in Memphis, Mr. President, where we've been under the rule of Democrats for generations, we have a George Soros-style district attorney and a clueless mayor, and crime is off the charge. The mayor is actually holding secret meetings with gang leaders to see what they need to get them to stop shooting people. What is your message to people across America who are just tired of the lawlessness in the streets?

Well, crime has to stop. We have to give our authority back to the police. We have to give authority back to the police, so we have to do it soon. We are going to have more crime than ever before because of the Biden crime wave that is being allowed in. It's called migrant crime.

It'll be it may very well blow all of the crime out. the window by comparison. It's big. It's much bigger. Nobody ever thought about it.

You know, they think of people coming over. That's settling down. But they have people coming from jails, from prisons, from mental institutions. They have people coming from rough areas, rough places. And they didn't realize what they were doing because when they let these people in, many of these people are murderers, they're drug dealers and drug addicts, but drug dealers.

Uh they they are letting people in our country and they're really I mean, they're poisoning our country. They are poisoning our country with this. And nobody had any idea it would be. This way. I did, and I said it was going to happen if they do this.

And what's happening is you have a large criminal population that's been injected into our system, into our country. And You're gonna have to get those police Let them be real happy, have them have their authority back. And things will happen, but we are injecting we are putting into our country people that are rough and tough And People that came from places you don't want to hear about. It's terrible. And it was so obvious.

But now it's happening. I guess it took them a little while to settle in. When you see police officers, officers in a fist fight. You know, now they've had worse than fist fighters, but the concept of a fist fight with a police officer. I've never seen that.

I've seen people do a quick little shot or do something against police, shout at 'em and do worse than that, shoot 'em. And you run. But I've never seen people standing in the middle of a street having fist fights with police officers and that's what you got. And in their country they'd be dead within two minutes. You know, these are rough countries that they're coming from.

They would be dead within minutes if a thing like that happens. You know, Mr. President, everything you said during that speech, coming down the escalator so many years ago, every single thing you said and predicted has come true. And I know you've covered a lot of these stories. You've talked about a lot of these stories of crime.

But it just seems to me the Lake and Riley story really hit you. And I know you called the family, and it's as if the media, the White House, they have completely ignored what happened to this young girl. Yeah, they have, and for their own reasons and the One that did this to her, you know, she was almost rec unrecognizable. She was beaten so badly. Uh beautiful Beautiful young woman.

Uh i i it's such a sad story. I spoke to the parents and And they'll never be the same. There's no way they'll ever be the same. They were devastated. You know, the mother was telling me she was such a great nursing student and talking about her so proudly and And now she's not there.

It's it's um And they don't want to talk. These people are sick. These people are sick that are running our country. They're bad people. And we have to get them out.

And we get them out We have to. We get them out on November fifth. I think it's going to go down as the most important day in the history of our country. There's never been anything like it. I won in 2016 based on the border.

I did such a good job. That it wasn't even a topic. It was never mentioned once. The mortar was never mentioned in twenty twenty, where we got millions of more votes anyway. than we did previously, but the election was rigged, and it's one of those things.

And we can't let that happen again. We have to bring our country back. We have to make America great again, and we'll be able to do it. But this is a big nightmare that this this stupid man has imposed into our country. There's horrible millions of people.

And the real number, I'll bet it's fifteen million as of now. It looks like it could be about that number, but nobody has any idea actually. But it's probably fifteen million people. And these are rough people. These are people that That you know, we're not vetted.

Nobody checks, nobody sees where they're they are. I mean, you have murderers coming in. You have serious serious criminal elements coming in. And this crime may be bigger, much bigger, and may be more severe. than all the crime we've had in our country before.

You can double it up. This is called migraine crime. and it's a tough crime, and they're tough people. Mr. President, you talked to the Border Patrol agents a few days ago on the border.

What were they telling you? What was the concern they have?

Well, they're devastated that this could happen to our country. I mean, the concern is that the borders are open. Uh Governor Abbott's done a great job in Texas and almost closing the borders. We had it so good. We were in such a great shape.

You know, when I was running it, We had the best border, the safest borders in the history of our country. And now we have the worst. You're right. No no country has ever done this. a thing like this.

It's never happened before. And it's never happened in numbers like this before. You know, we're talking 15 million people already. By the time he gets out of office, it could be twenty million people. Bad Many of those people are So bad, okay?

So bad.

Somebody will say, Oh, that was a little rough. I said, It's not rough, it's the fact. They're so bad, and you're never going to make them good. Nothing you can do will make them good. All right.

Super Tuesday, Mr. President. And you're right. This could be historic. What is your message?

And especially to minority voters out there who are just so disgusted now, I think people are coming to realize that they got screwed by the Democrat Party. What is your message to the American people for tomorrow?

Well, first of all, my message to the African American people and to the Hispanic. American people and Asian American people too. Is that you're going to lose your jobs with the migrants? The migrants are going to be taking your job. They're gonna be getting less money, much less money.

And they're going to be taking your jobs. I say that message to unions also. You have unions. And unions are going to be decimated by this this wave of you know, millions and millions of people. If you drive a truck and you're proudly driving a truck and you're getting a nice salary, I think your job is going to be lost.

It's going to be absolutely lost. That's why I think the Teamsters hopefully will be voting for me. I I don't know what's going to happen really. I think the Teamsters themselves will I I don't know about leadership. But I like their leadership, but I don't know about leadership.

But I think Teamsters are going to be voting for me. Because I'm going to close up the border. We're going to close up. First thing I do is close up the border. The second thing, but basically simultaneously, we're going to drill, baby drill, get energy prices down, everything else is going to follow.

I don't know if you've ever seen Vacant. It's four times more expensive than it was three years ago. Nobody's seen anything like this. And they don't include a lot of the really bad items in their reports, you know, in their reporting. They keep them out.

So it looks like inflation's at three percent. But It's at 40%. in terms of what it's done, and people are being wiped out. People that made money, had little money left over, you could save it, do what you want, they're getting wiped out. They're dipping into their savings accounts.

And if they don't do that, they they won't they can't survive. And there are many people that don't have savings accounts.

So it's a devastating thing. We're going to make America great again. We're not going to let nations take advantage of us. We're going to stop the crime wave. The crime wave is beyond belief.

We're going to give police back their dignity and their strength and respect and authority. And we're going to do something that will be Absolutely. Amazing. But it's much harder. If the election weren't rigged, none of this would have happened.

Ukraine wouldn't have happened either. And Israel being attacked wouldn't have happened. You wouldn't have had inflation. You would have had a great country. We're on the way to it.

And then they did this. They interjected fifteen million people already Into a system that can't hold it. No, it is not sustainable. It is not possible. It is so unbelievable that they did this.

Because a a moron would realize this doesn't work.

Well, Mr. President, we know you've got a super busy day. I do have to say thank you for endorsing my new book, Twilight's Last Gleaming, and you invited us down to do the interview there at Mar-a-Lago. The one takeaway from that whole meeting, Mr. President, you're able to multitask on a level that is just not human.

I don't know how you do that, but we just had a blast down there. And thank you for endorsing the book project.

Well, it's sort of multitasking. I'm intelligent. We don't have an intelligent man in the White House. You can't talk about. two subjects.

He can't talk about one subject, and this is our President. It's just absolutely insane what's going on. But your book is great. I'm proud of it. I heard it's doing really well, and I'm very proud of you.

That's good. You've done a great job, Todd. We really a lot of people a lot of people can't say everybody, right? But a lot of people are really very happy with what you've done. Proud of you.

Mr. President, we appreciate you, and we're excited for what's going to happen in November. We just got to get out the votes. But we got to get out the votes and we got to make sure they don't cheat.

Well, that's what 90% of my effort is this year. Make sure they don't cheat. We have the votes. We have to make sure they don't cheat. And you take care of yourself.

All right, Mr. President. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen. President Donald John Trump, a great American. And folks, you heard the message from the President: we've got to get out there.

Thank you, Mr. President. We've got to get out there, and we've got to do our part by voting. Yeah. All right, welcome back.

I have to tell you, we did that interview in the early morning hours.

So I think the president, you know, probably, I hope he just didn't get up, but Mr. President Starnes is on the phone. Hadn't even had his first cup of. Coffee this morning. But we appreciate the president coming on the program.

And this is a man who. Who will do what Nikki Haley did not do? I was talking to somebody earlier today, and Nikki Haley has refused to go on any talk radio programs, period. Because she believes that that is beneath her. And she would rather go on NBC News or CBS or ABC.

And look, nothing wrong with that. Nothing wrong at all. But if you want to really want to reach the base of the party, then you would want to listen to radio shows like this. This is where you're going to find the conservatives. And this is where you want to take your.

Your platform, you want to take your arguments, you want to get in there, and you want to have those kinds of conversations. Be able to sit down and take the tough questions. We don't do gotcha on this radio program. There are some radio hosts that might do that, but we don't do it here. But we want to have a good conversation.

And she doesn't want to do that. And that's a concern. The fact that the people surrounding Speaker Mike Johnson will not allow him to talk to conservatives, and you heard Congressman Bob Good say that he's not even listening to his fellow conservative lawmakers, that's a problem. And it very well may be that Nikki Haley is a nice person and a good person. It may be that Mike, well, look, Mike Johnson is a good guy.

I know him personally, but the people that he surrounded himself with Those are the ones you've got to look out for. You know, it's interesting. Wherever I go, and I was just in Dallas, Texas, and We were just at the National Religious Broadcasters gathering, and we were going to a lot of events promoting the new book. Every time we go out, people say, You have the best staff to work for. And I'm like, yeah, I know.

We have the best because we hire the best. And we have people that are sold out for the cause, right? We have people that are supporting what we're doing on this program, working on this program. I mean, if Grace Baker was a raging leftist with like magenta hair, no, that wouldn't work. That wouldn't be a good look for g for Grace.

I hope she's not listening right now. But the whole point is. You want to have people surrounding you that will believe in your mission and are sold out for that mission. And if you don't, eh, well, you know, you get Nikki Haley. You get Mike Johnson.

Look, coming up in the next hour, we're going to be talking to the head of the Republican Study Committee. By the way, we're going to be going up to D.C. as I think next week. We've got a big event with the House Freedom Caucus throwing a big bash for the book. And this is all part of the pre-launch.

We are already lining up our book tours around the country. Flying out to California next week, I'll be speaking to the Young Americas Foundation. They've got several hundred high school kids that are going to be out there learning what it means to be conservative. And excited to be able to talk to them. I'll be reading some passages from the book and talking about some of the thoughts I have.

You know, again, one of the things that people. Have really been excited about is there is a lot of humor in this, and you don't find a lot of humor on the conservative side of the aisle. It's hard. And I think we've been able to accomplish this. Actually, I know we have.

We've been able to accomplish this with the book.

So I hope you go and pre-order a copy wherever you buy your books. You're going to get a great price on Amazon. I'm just telling you, you get a great price on Amazon. Barnes and Noble Books a Million. And I just want to say something about those groups for just a second.

Locally, we just are so blessed. The Barnes and Nobles, we have two here, the Books a Million in South Haven, Mississippi. All three of them are wanting to do book signings, and they are so excited to be working alongside conservative authors. And I know the managers of at least one of those stores said, You tell the conservatives that we love them and that we want their business. And I said, You know what, ma'am?

I appreciate that. That means a lot to me, and I'm going to pass that along.

So if you've got a Barnes and Noble in your neighborhood, give them a call and say thank you for stocking conservative books, and thank you for supporting conservative authors, because there are a lot of independent bookstores out there that don't do that.

So, God bless you, Barnes and Noble Books a Million. All right, hang tight, everybody. Hour three. Wow, this day is flying by. We'll be right back.

Stick around. From the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun-totin, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. That's right. I love this American ride. Todd starts.

Okay. Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to hour three. What a day.

So we just had President Trump on, Congressman Bob Goode from the House Freedom Caucus. A lot going on this hour of the program as well. Folks, hang tight. We are going to get to your calls this hour of the show. 901-260-5926 is our number.

That's 901-260-5926. Of course, the big breaking news is, and we have two breaking news stories. First of all, a federal court, appeals court, has now ruled that Texas law enforcement can start arresting illegal aliens, which is great news. And also, the Supreme Court earlier today, announcing in a unanimous ruling that President Trump's name will appear on the presidential primary ballots in all the states.

Well, I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Great to have with us from Oklahoma Congressman Kevin Hearn, who is the chairman of the Republican Study Committee. Congressman, happy to have you with us today. Todd, it's wonderful to be with you as well.

So I want to get your reaction to the Supreme Court ruling that came down. It has completely discombobulated leftists in this country.

Well, certainly, what you're talking about with taking President Trump off the ballot in Colorado and other states trying to do that as well. Crazy states. Can you imagine that if, on a whim, a state based on its color or its politics can just take a A president, someone who's going to be the next president, and just stop him. They're doing everything they can. to prevent him from being the our President.

And it's just not going to happen. He's going to win. I mean, we can't keep Joe Biden in the office. I mean, my goodness, the guy doesn't even know which way to get off the stage. Can't put three words together or two sentences.

So It's President Trump's going to win and they're doing everything they can and they know it.

Well, it's yes, and I understand that some of your colleagues on the Democrat side of the aisle, Swalwell and another lawmaker, are trying to introduce legislation that would remove President Trump from the ballot. This is election interference, congressman.

Well, the very thing that they've accused very accusatory toward President Trump on the twenty twenty election, they're doing it in the states. They're trying to do it in Congress And again, it's just not going to work. I mean, the Supreme Court ruled, and it's unanimous, as you indicated, unanimous. And while the three dissenting votes, maybe not unanimous for the same reason, they still agree with the judgment that this is your states just can't do this. This is something that's held at the federal level, and states just can't take a uh a presidential candidate off a ballot.

Congressman, we've been following some legislation that you have introduced. This is being called historic. And it is going to fight back against the Communist it's called the Countering Communist China Act. I want you to tell our listeners what this legislation is going to do.

Well, certainly our greatest adversary at modern times, it's not Russia. I know we a lot of people want to say about Russia that they're the boogeyman, but China is the one that has an economy that's the size of ours. We're at twenty three trillion GDP. They're at eighteen trillion and growing. They're all over the world.

They're going in and conquering. We've been sort of secure in our posture because of the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. But I just recently, this past week, spoke with governments from Panama, from Colombia, from Peru. And others in China is coming through South America. We're seeing reports now, news reports of Chinese coming from halfway around the world.

coming through our southern border into the United States. We know that the Chinese gangs have have come together with Mexican cartels to put together fentanyl. Fentanyl doesn't flow south into South America. It's not over in Europe or it's not in Asia. It is coming into America.

The Chinese are using the Mexican cartels to kill Americans one hundred thousand a year, and this President does absolutely nothing. The Republicans know this, what we're seeing with China. is devastating. They're wanting to grow a military to five hundred ships by twenty thirty, and we'll be lucky if we're at three hundred Bunk external ships. They're mastered hypersonics.

That's technology that belonged to us, by the way, in the eighties. What they're doing with the Muslim Uyghurs, a million of them in camps. quote, reeducation camp, what they're doing with our children. Trying to do Confucius Institutes in our elementary schools under the guise of being cultural, trying to put the Chinese culture, make people aware of it, what they're doing in our universities across America. This goes after every aspect of that.

And certainly, more importantly, what we saw during COVID that shocked everyone is how the active ingredients for many of our pharmaceuticals Are made in China. And so we're going to have to do a lot of work to get those made back in the United States. It's really. I'm sorry, Congressman, to interrupt, but this really seems to me like when you see what the Chinese are doing, I mean, it's in one way it's a brilliant strategy, I mean, but this is flat out propaganda.

Well you know, all the and we see it You know, even in the flyover states, that they're bringing in these groups, these organizations, as you mentioned, the Confucius Institutes. These are very dangerous things. These are not just, oh, this is a cultural experience. They are shoving an agenda down our throats.

Well, certainly, the Democrats don't seem to care. We saw what President Biden did allowing the balloon to float across coincidentally, I guess, by luck across our strategic location, military bases across America. It's hard to believe it was just going with the jet stream because it conveniently flew across some of our most sensitive military installations across our country. And then, when you look at what the former speaker did, Speaker McCarthy back in 2019 went to Nancy Pelosi then and said, I want to set up a A joint committee on China, a select committee, if you will, and let's work together. But Democrats and Republicans, this is a threat to America, not to any particular party.

And she refused to do that. Speaker Pelosi refused to acknowledge that China was a threat. And so we had to wait till two years later, so we took back the majority.

So last year, took back the majority, and Speaker McCarthy put together a select committee. And asked Mike Gallagher to come in and chair this. And so what we're seeing right now is a lot of bipartisan work because of Republicans, not because of Democrats. And this bill encapsulates all of the thinking, all of the outside thoughts, the things that have been happening to make sure that we're putting China back where it needs to be, which is a country that wants to play by the rules, not make up its own rules. And just to put it in perspective for you, Today's that Their GDP, as I mentioned, is about eighteen trillion compared to our twenty three trillion.

That's Yeah. best or third highest GDP is Japan at 4.4 trillion. pretty close to Germany, which is about four point three trillion. There is a huge gap, huge gap between second and third. China is a strategic threat.

We have to be concerned. This bill attacks every single one of those areas. I know Speaker Johnson wants to address this very soon, and this bill will be a great Platform to launch that from. All right, good stuff. And real quick, though, have you been following the reports of all the military-aged young men from China that have been crossing the border?

Any word on what those guys may be up to?

Well, I've been to the border where that's occurring. We see a lot of Texas border where a lot of people come and cross in masses because they want to seek asylum. They want to come up and they want to come up and tell the CBP agents, I'm seeking asylum. But you go over to Arizona and certainly into the eastern part of California on the border, and they're sneaking across. They're coming where there are no border fences.

They're in camouflage. They're carrying backpacks. They don't want their tracks covered. Many have guns. These are organized individuals that are coming across, and we have no idea where they're at.

Just to put this in perspective, the CBP told me personally. Then in the Tucson sector, which is 256 miles, in 2018, they had 70,000 apprehensions. This year, when it ends in September 30th, expect that to be somewhere near 800,000. And these are people that are coming in and just going out across America, and we have no idea where they are. Wow.

Wow. All right. Well, Congressman, appreciate that. Good luck on this legislation. Again, folks, this is the Countering Communist China Act.

You need to call your representatives and tell them to get on board and support this important legislation. Congressman, thank you again. Thanks, Ty. Thanks for all you do. All right, uh there you go, folks, uh chairman of the Republican Study Committee.

Kevin Hearn joining us, and we appreciate all the great work they're doing. Folks, before we go to break, just a reminder: all this month, we are standing and raising money with Alliance Defending Freedom. They are fighting for our freedom, for our liberty in the courtroom, all the way to the Supreme Court, and they need our help.

Now, right now, you can help prepare for Alliance Defending Freedom's March 26th Supreme Court arguments. This is a case involving the FDA and their illegal removal of safety standards in abortion drugs. You're going to be able to send a loud message to folks like Walgreens and CVS that you oppose their decision to fast-track abortion pills in your neighborhood.

So, the very simple question here. Do you want abortion pills? In your neighborhood, in your community. If you do not, then I want you to go to my website right now, ToddSterns.com, and click on the stand with ADF banner, and you're going to be able to help. Elias defending freedom, fight this case.

Whether it's $5 or $100 or $500, we need whatever you can give. Again, ToddStarnes.com. Click on the stand with ADF banner at the very top of the page. You can also call them with your incredibly generous gift to 855-417-6556. That's 855-417-6556.

Folks, we are well on our way to our goal of $20,000, but we need all hands on deck today.

So pick up the phones or go to the website. We'll be right back. Uh All right, any of you folks been to Six Flags Over Georgia? It's actually, I remember back in the day, back when I was in college, we would go down for the big Christian music festivals, the big Christian rock concerts. Man, thousands of people there.

Outdoor concerts. All sorts of stuff going down.

So, anyway, and then we'd have the rides. You know, I wasn't a big. I wasn't a big roller coaster guy, but I did enjoy. And actually, that goes back to the old Opry Land. Anyone remember Opryland?

They tore it down in Nashville. They tore it down and built a big mall, which is, I mean, it's a nice mall, but it's not Opryland. And Opryland was pretty cool. But anyway, when I was a little kid. I didn't want to get on the roller coasters, but and my uncle, Uncle Jerry, said.

Little Todd, that's what they called me back in the day, Little Todd, get on you're gonna you're gonna ride the roller coaster. And so I rolled the ro I rode the roller coaster and ended up throwing up all over Uncle Jerry.

So never never rode another roller coaster and he never got me to ride one. It's amazing how that works. I had a hamburger with it had pickles on it. And it's amazing when you regurgitate pickles, they come back whole. I don't know how that happens.

I'm No, Ozana Pickle Spear was a chip. It was a dill chip, Delinetz. Very unpleasant. Anyway, what were we talking about? Oh, yeah, Six Flags over Georgia.

So I don't like the roller coasters.

So, anyway, over the weekend, they're opening up Six Flags, and it's a great, it's really one of the better Six Flags parks, or at least it used to be.

So, they open up the gates, and we have all the videos at ToddSterns.com. This is insane. 600 kids. They call them young scholars. They're mostly, I mean, it was pretty much a minority crowd.

There may have been a couple of folks of the Caucasian persuasion, but I didn't see anybody. But we just want to caveat, and we don't know that everybody there was a minority, but a good many were. And fl folks, it was a flat out riot. Right there at Six Flags Over Georgia they opened the gates and it was all you know what breaking loose. People were getting shot, were shot at.

They were beating up people. There's video of them beating and kicking somebody who is not moving. They're on the ground, and they're just. kicking this lifeless body. I the person was okay, but Nobody died.

But anyway, they then the the crowd starts shooting at the cops, where multiple people took out guns and they were basically in a firefight with the police. They're in Cobb County, Georgia. Which is where the the Atlanta Braves Stadium is. This is right up the interstate, but that's the the county. And it was so bad.

It was so bad, they had to call in reinforcements. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is now looking into this because, in all the melee, apparently a cop shot one of the kids. And, you know, the kid's going to live. We believe the kid's going to live. But it seems to me if you're shooting at cops and they shoot back, you get what you deserve.

So now everybody's all upset, and this is how the media operates. Did you hear what happened? Those police officers they just went out there and just they the police officer said, I'm going to shoot a black person. And they sh that's and that's how they present this. They seem to leave out the part about 600 people rioting and trying to, you know, burn down six flags over Georgia.

I think now there are only three flags. It's bad. They just like Tore it down. It's just terrible.

Now, six flags. Is responding.

Now, we just want people to know that the shooting did not happen inside the park. No, it happened in the parking lot. That doesn't make it any better. They're literally, the police were literally chasing the mob, and they were having this firefight on the middle of a parkway. I'm just telling you.

That's all I'm saying. It's terrible. Now, I just want to ask a question here, and I don't This is going to get me in a little trouble. But it needs to be it needs to be asked. Are we dealing with a cultural issue here?

Because In every major city. Every major city, when you have these rampages, when you have the smash and grab robberies, when you have the carjackings, when you have the violent clashes with police, more often than not, Most of the people involved are minorities.

So what's going on here?

Now, I'm not saying that there, and there very well may be. Thousands of uh white people in, I don't know, ball caps. With what's a white person drink? Mm-hmm. I don't know.

Iced heat. Mountain Dew. Thank you, Mountain Dew. Thank you, Medulla. White person in a ball cap.

If you're out there, there may be these white guys out there causing all this mayhem. I don't see it in the news, and it may be there.

So I will leave that as a caveat. But by and large, have you noticed that it is specifically one demographic that is by and large doing all of this violence and all of this criminal activity? And I will say this: in Memphis, Tennessee. They will do it in the faces of the cops, knowing that the cops cannot chase them. It's not a matter of being afraid of the, because you'll have the Ben Crumps of the world and the Al Sharpton.

Wow, they just going at that, they scared. They scared of the cops. No, trust me, they're not scared. When you're doing doughnuts around a patrol car, yeah, that tells me that you don't care and you are not intimidated. What's going to happen is Six Flags is going to shut down because I'm telling you, you're going to have families looking at what happened over the weekend, and they're like, there is no way.

I'm going there. And then, guess what's going to happen? You're going to have the Ben Crumps and the Al Sharp. That's racism. That's racism.

They just they don't want the children to be able to play. They need something to do. All right, well ride a roller coaster. You don't need to shoot at people. Is this a cultural thing, or is this some sort of an isolated random thing?

901-260-5926. We'll be right back. Some Mountain Boo. All right, folks, don't forget Super Tuesday. Get out and vote.

Our telephone number, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. Oh, have you heard about this story? This is a terrible story. This is sad.

So, there was a fella. And um He was advocating for unions. One of these alphabet people. And so he's going before the city council, and he's demanding the right to be unionized. In other words, this guy wants the city council.

to um To actually force their business, and we don't have the name of the businesses, but it's one of the is it Google? It may be the alphabet p uh anyway Here's what happened in real time during the city council meeting. Cut one.

So, to be supported by the City of Austin and also our allies in the labor community. Give us the motivation to keep this fight going. Oh. Yeah, they just laid us all off. We just all, I guess we just all.

Our jobs are ended today, effective immediately. Wow. Um I'm sorry your time has expired, but we'll follow up on this. Thank you. About sticking the knife in them.

Jeez. Mm-hmm. Pouring salt in the wounds.

Sorry, not only is your job expired, but so is your time.

Sorry.

Next. Mm-hmm. You know, look, I mean, what are you going to do? You're a company, and the kids learn a very important life lesson here. Right?

So a lot of these companies, they only have so much money. And when the money's gone or the money's not there, you're not going to get a raise. They're not going to hire more people. They've got to be able to make sure they can. Meet their bottom line.

All right, this story out of Oklahoma. Oh, we should have asked. Congressman Hearn about this, but I'm not sure it is the purview of the Republican House Study Committee. to weigh in on such issues. Have you heard about what happened?

This was in Deer Creek, the Deer Creek School District. And these videos went viral over the weekends. And the videos show. Teenagers and children. Sucking each other's toes.

Now. I'm just going to go out here on a limb and say that something is a little freaky-deeky over in Deer Creek. From the New York Post Disturbing video shows at least four children at Deer Creek High School lying on their stomachs. and what appears to be a gymnasium floor Lapping up peanut butter. off their classmates' bare feet.

Ooh, I wonder if there was some toe jam. Mm. Tasty. Anyway, this is all videoed as other children cheer them on, all part of a school-sanctioned event. The video racked up nearly fifty million views on social media in just twenty four hours and has led to a formal investigation by the Oklahoma State Department of Education.

Superintendent Ryan Walters, this is disgusting. We are clearing up this filth in Oklahoma schools. We are investigating.

Now, this is fascinating because the school is actually defending. The licking of the toes. Was it licking or sucking, do we know? There was clearly suckage, but we don't know if there We don't know. Dylan has put his head down on the desk.

It's the lunch hour, Todd. It is. My apologies. No, PB and Jay is going to be eating today. Mm, some toe jam.

Was it just the big toe? Do we know? It's hard to tell from the videos if it was all of the toes. Or if it was just, you know, this little piggy went to market, this little piggy stayed, okay, we don't know. Continuing on here, students from this was all part of a fundraising activity.

So, how does this work?

So, the video was filmed as part of the Clash of the Classes. The high school is raising money for a coffee shop that employs people with special needs. I can't. I just can't. All right, children, listen up.

Listen up, your attention. Attention, please. Attention, students. We need to raise money for the special needs children.

So we need you to take off your shoes and socks and dip your toe in some peanut butter. Do we know if it was extra crunchy or is it the smooth peanut butter? Everybody I just can't do this.

So, administrators don't understand why people are in an uproar over this. They're like, What's wrong with sucking peanut butter off a child's toe?

So the The administrators.

Now, this is impressive. Do you realize they raised more than $150,000? $150,000. That is a lot of peanut butter. Hope they went to Costco.

So the school is now defending this. They say they're sorry that anybody might have gotten offended, but they just don't know what the big deal is. Here is the statement from the school. All participants were students who signed up for the games they played ahead of time. No faculty or staff participated.

Well, thank you for clarifying that. Many dedicated students gave generously of their personal time to achieve this momentous accomplishment. We would like to thank all of the patrons, businesses and sponsors who contributed to the success of this year's wonderful tow sucking. Contest. We did a thing back, we did a donkey basketball game.

Back when I was in high school, you know, where you would have the teachers on donkeys and then they would play basketball. And then you would maybe, I think we had a fundraiser where it was like, you know, guys dressed up like girls, but it wasn't like, you know. gay. Um it was just like, you know, opposite day or something. It just It was the eighties.

Everybody was wearing p was wearing pastel colors. And they had little sweaters around their vests.

So, technically, everybody was suspect back in that generation. Sweet mercy.

So here's the question. Do you have a problem? with children sucking each other's toes off. Just asking. I'm at Maybe because I'm getting feedback from here.

People are saying, Todd, it's just good. It's just good, clean, wholesome fun. No, actually, it's not. It's filthy. You don't know where those toes have been.

I'm done. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926. I'm just saying. I But the school's defending it, parents are defending it, and they're saying all the rest of us are just.

Get our dirty minds out of the gutter. There's nothing wrong. Why go to the first United Methodist Church and we suck people's toes there? There's nothing wrong with that. All right, let's go to the phones.

Mary Lynn in Minnesota. Mary Lynn, how are you today? Hi, we're good. Thanks, Todd.

So first of all, I want to tell you how disappointed we are. We just came back from a long road trip. And if we had known you were going to be at First Baptist Dallas yesterday, we'd have timed our plan differently so we could have been there.

Well, I'm so sorry we missed each other. Yeah, that's yes.

So and now that leads to my next thing. How do we get you to Minnesota for a book signing? Or to Sioux Falls, either one. Sioux Falls, is that in Minnesota? No, Sioux Falls is in South Dakota.

You spoke there at the Values Voter Summit several years ago. Yes.

Or not the Values Voters, not Values Voters.

South Dakota Family Heritage Alliance. Mary Lynn, I would reach out to them and say, hey, what do you guys think about bringing starns up? And we would love to be able to do that again. I know we're going to Iowa. We're going to be in Waterloo, Iowa, one of our stops, Wichita, Kansas.

So we are hitting some of the Midwest.

Okay, okay.

So reach out. We went to your book signing in Wichita a few years ago. I can't remember which book that was. Oh, that was a lot of fun. We've done two there.

Yes, yes, that was a lot of fun. Yeah, that was a lot of fun. That was much fun, yeah. And so I was thinking in Mankato there's a conservative family. that has a very nice restaurant.

And they don't have a bookstore, but they have a nice restaurant.

Well, we can bring books. Bring your own books. Yeah, we could do that. All right. Well, Mary.

Would you like to talk to them and see if they would do it? Let's do it. I think that's a great idea.

Okay. Oh, excuse me. Yeah, we'll put you. Mary Lynn, here's what we're going to do. We're going to put you on hold.

We're going to get your intel, and we will connect. I'll have my people contact your people. But let's put Mary Lynn on hold and let's get all that information. She's a great, great supporter of what we're doing out there in the Minnesota area.

So, all right, hang tight. We got to take a break.

So, again, we'll be taking your calls on this bizarre story out of Oklahoma. Do you believe it's inappropriate for children to suck each other's toes in school? 901-260-5926. Dylan is shaking his head. Yes.

That's 901-260-5926. We'll be right back. All right, folks. Don't forget 5 o'clock Eastern, you'll be able to watch the Todd Stern Show on Newsmax, and you can watch on all of their social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, and Rumble.

So be sure to join us. We're going to be doing wall-to-wall coverage of politics later on this afternoon.

Well, I want to bring in a great American patriot. He's an awesome dude, too. He is the founder of Timothy Plan. That's TimothyPlan.com, TimothyPlan.com. Our good buddy Art Allie.

Art, how's it going today? Todd, it couldn't get much better than this. I'm sitting in eighty-three degree weather. You know, we do live in Orlando. Not everybody can do that.

Um and just love the life, man. Better than Donner's past. They've the the the photos and videos coming out just insane, all these big the the big rigs uh stuck, thirteen feet of snow. Uh art, I'm I I would like to live in Orlando as well.

Well, you know, we have almost a no-vacancy sign at the border, Todd. I'm sorry. We got too many people moving down here. Good messing it up. Good for you, Art.

Art Alley in charge of border security there in the Sunshine State. There you go. Art, there's a lot to. I was just wondering if I'm going to see you this week at CNP. No, you are not.

We're in the throes of this book tour, but I will be there in spirit. And of course, CNP, Council for National Policy, you guys just do some incredible work. And where's the meeting at this year? For this go-around. Dana Point, California.

All right. That's a beautiful area. You see, this is why we need to save California from the clutches of the liberals. It's such a beautiful place. Amen.

It is. Art, real quick, we don't have a lot of time, and there are a lot of topics I want to get to. We have been looking and following the prices on a lot of these, like for example, Netflix, hiking prices. Again, I noticed that a couple of the other programs, the platforms, they're actually charging even more money so you make sure you don't have advertising. And I'm wondering, you know, the whole point was cutting the cord because it was a lot cheaper to go for Netflix and Amazon, but now it looks like it's costing even more money.

Man, it's always about the money, Todd, as you will know, but Amazon. Man, I used to have them years ago, but the kind of garbage they put out over the air. regardless of their price. They could drop it to zero and I still wouldn't use them. I mean, that's they're on our screen list.

We won't invest in their stock, and I sure won't invest in their programming.

So I don't care what they charge. if they could clean up their act I wouldn't mind, but they put a lot of garbage out over the air. One of the things that we've been dealing with in Memphis, which is sort of crime central, I know CNN did a big Sunday night special on crime in the city. And so we have a new mayor. And the mayor decided to meet privately with all the heads of the gangs.

And we have like 40-something gangs in Memphis Art. And He came away, and basically he was like, What is it going to take for you to stop shooting people and carjacking? And they actually told the mayor, this is according to the mayor, we haven't heard from the gangbangers, but the mayor says what they want are jobs and more activities at the local community centers. And if they just, I guess if they just had a Zumba class that art, they would stop shooting people and stealing our cars.

Well, you know, there may be something too, though. They do need to have stuff to do and positive stuff to do. Uh but yeah. Uh that reminds me of um Uh Former pastor in California. You know, he brought all the gang leaders in.

'Cause I asked to meet with him. And you know, he put him at the table on a Monday morning, and one of the members was one of the members of his church. And he said, All right, you want me to be your pastor? And I said, Yes, sir. Yes, sir, we do.

All right. Oh, there he is. First uh item of business, all hands on the table. Anyone gonna have anything under the table going on? Uh and second I'm going to declare a no Killing weekend.

If you want to kill somebody, do it before Friday night or wait until Monday. Wow. They all agreed to that. And you know what? And the highest murder uh of Central in the world.

There were no murders. that went on in Los Angeles. for six months. Wow. That was a That was amazing.

E. B. Hill was his name. Many of the listeners know that guy. What a preacher he was.

He really wants to do that. I hear yeah. Art, one of the things we talk about, and when you look at all of these things, especially with your money, what are you doing with your money? How much money is it okay? And you raise this question on Timothy Plan: how much money is okay to have invested in abortion or pornography?

And the answer, as you point out, is not a penny, which is why it's so important to go to Timothy Plan to understand: hey, look, this is where your money is. This is when you're investing in a company, this is what you're also supporting.

Well, not only are you being true to yourself and your values and your convictions. But you're actually making a difference because it's always about the money. And if we would just quit blindly, spending money and and Operations that are trying to destroy us or investing in their stock. I believe we see a change in America. You know, Target is one one that I keep harping on because they man, they stepped in it when they We're promoting this transgender things, and moms of America are not going to tolerate this.

So, not shopping at Target is a good thing, and they still haven't got the message, but they will. But not owning their stock is another good thing. And they violate a bunch of our screens. Oh. does make a difference.

You can make a difference. That's it. Support. Companies. All right.

We got to leave it there. We're up against the top of the hour. But TimothyPlan.com, ladies and gentlemen, is the website. Go there and spend some time looking at their website. It is super simple to use.

You're going to find out all about the great programs that Timothy Plan has. It is a great ministry. This is all about investing with biblical principles, and we think that is a terrific thing. Art, God bless you. All of you great folks listening, thank you, and God bless you as well.

We're going to be right back here tomorrow. Don't forget, 5 o'clock on Newsmax. You be good, America.
