Oh, yeah.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, if you're looking for some good news, we are not broadcasting today's radio program from Atlanta Fulton County Jail. Hello, everybody. I'm Todd Starnes. I was not indicted yesterday, so I guess that's good news. We have got a lot to get through and a lot of information to share with you after the events of last night in the dark of night in Atlanta, where the district attorney, Big Fannie Willis, as we're calling her on this program, Big Fannie, whose daddy was a Black Panther, whose daddy is Afrocentric, went after Donald Trump and a number of names you are very familiar with, including former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and our good friend Rudy Giuliani.

So arrest warrants have been issued, and we're going to get to that in just a little while. But ladies and gentlemen, I want to start with something that Speaker Newt Gingrich said on Fox News Channel last night. I was watching Hannity, and Speaker Newt really nailed it. Where we are in the country right now, there's a lot of anger. There is a lot of outrage, and it is all righteous.

Everything that you are feeling right now is righteous. You know that something is not right. This is not the way we do things in the United States of America. And what happened last night you would more often than not see in a place like the old Soviet Union, where you have political operatives attacking and jailing political enemies. And that's what's happening in Atlanta right now.

And by the way, I had a chance to read through the charging documents, more than 90 pages. And I was really taken aback by some of the charges surrounding tweets that the president wrote. Who knew that tweeting about the election and the integrity of the election was a crime? But those are some of the things that this district attorney, Big Fannie Willis, is charging President Trump with. speaker newt came out and said we are getting dangerously close dangerously close to a very awful terrible time in america cut number 18 i think what you're seeing tonight is one tree in a forest and i think we are drifting towards the greatest constitutional crisis since the 1850s and the rise of secession and the Civil War.

I don't mean that as hyperbole. If you read Andy McCarthy's remarkable book, Ball of Collusion, which came out in 2019, he makes very clear that it is Barack Obama who corrupts the Justice Department. It is Hillary Clinton who routinely breaks the law and gets away with it. And now we have Joe Biden who's learned. He's learned from Obama that it doesn't matter what you do, if you're a liberal Democrat, you will not be prosecuted.

He learned from Hillary that a person in high public office can get millions and millions of dollars. And they learned from watching Donald Trump that a true outsider willing to take on the entire system could destroy their entire machine.

So what you're seeing across the country is a desperate last-ditch effort by a corrupt machine to destroy their most dangerous opponent in a way which not only breaks the Constitution, destroys the rule of law, and establishes a moment of bitterness which I think will last for a generation or more. I think this is going to be a horrendous period, and we just need to understand the people who want to control America and dictate to the rest of us, will break any law, lie about any topic, and manipulate the system any way they can. And that includes a lot of the elite news media. And he's absolutely right. A thousand percent right.

Speaker Newt is. And I am very concerned about where this is all going. There comes a point where you just, you can tell people, protest peacefully. But sooner or later, people are just going to say enough is enough. and you wonder, are more people going to be arrested simply because of their allegiance or their devotion to President Trump?

At some point, you have to start addressing those issues. But look, folks, we've got to be peaceful with our protests. We can't be like the Democrats. And I know the Democrats, they like to go out there, and you know how these thugs are. They go down and burn down their own neighborhoods.

They go down and burn and pillage and plunder and loot. That's what the Democrats do. And we've seen this over and over again from Baltimore, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Los Angeles. I mean, we can go down the list. It's a terrible thing.

We have seen Trump supporters bloodied and beaten in the streets. And I know if you watch the mainstream media long enough, if you watch them, you would think that it is the Trump supporters that are out there causing all the mayhem. And that is simply not true. on the exact opposite is true and we have plenty of documentation over at toddsterns.com and all you have to do is google or go look at our go look at our website and use the search function and you will see story after story of democrats that were physically beating trump supporters in the streets look at the attacks on republican lawmakers it was a bernie sanders supporter who tried to commit a massacre at the Republican Party softball practice. Look at what they tried to do to Justice Kavanaugh.

Folks, the list goes on.

So there is a danger out there. And it's coming from the mainstream media, it's coming from the Democrats, and it's coming from Hollywood. I remind people frequently that the man who assassinated Abraham Lincoln was in fact an actor. John Wilkes Booth, he was an actor, a man of stage. They didn't have screens back then.

But he was an actor.

So you have all of these Hollywood actors out there threatening violence against President Trump and his supporters. Look at Kathy Griffin holding the severed head, the fake severed head of Donald Trump. These are very vile people.

So I get it. But we can't behave like that. We can't be like the Democrats. Don't stoop down to their evil level. they're a bunch of degenerates, a bunch of perverts, a bunch of racist perverts.

And so here you have Big Fannie Willis over in Atlanta, the district attorney. And I want to give you some background on this woman. This is not a good person. As a matter of fact, she campaigned on a promise to go after Donald Trump. In 2022, she actually tweeted a political cartoon that depicted her in a fishing boat.

And she was fishing for charges against President Trump.

So it's no secret what she was trying to do. As a matter of fact, in her campaign in 2022, nearly 75% of her entire contributions came in the aftermath of her tweets promoting an investigation. And most of those came from outside of the state of Georgia. Over 90% of her contributions came from out-of-state donors.

So what does that tell you? What does that tell you? We also know that she grew up in a family that hated people. Her daddy is a former Black Panther. And by the way, her daddy also describes himself as Afrocentric.

She goes on in an interview to say that her first name is Swahili, meaning, I guess you pronounce it Fani. We're going to call her Fanny. I think that's the Americanized pronunciation. association, Fannie Typha and her last name Willis, her father, a Black Panther, Afrocentric.

So you say, well, what does that mean? I have no idea. She promotes herself as that. That's how she describes herself. For some reason, it's very important for her to know, for you to know, that she comes from a family of Black Panthers.

No, Dylan, no, not the Wakanda forever Black panther. These are bad black panthers. These are very bad people. Wakanda forever.

So this investigation, two and a half years, incredibly long. And you think it's just coincidental that all of this came down yesterday, which, by the way, it was not supposed to.

Now, I want to go back and talk about what happened yesterday during our program late in the show. We had a strange report coming from Caleb Park. Our managing editor came rushing in with the breaking news that the indictment had been handed down. And I think the entire nation was shocked. Typically, the reporters and the networks were given some sort of advance warning that something may be coming down.

And we assumed that something would be coming down later in the week. As a matter of fact, witnesses had already been scheduled to testify today. And I believe there may have been some scheduled to testify on tomorrow. But yesterday, on the county clerk website, all of a sudden, the charging document was posted. Reuters saw what was happening and immediately did a story.

And all you know what broke loose. The district attorney's office says, no, that is fake. It's not real. And poof, it's gone. Nobody ever saw it again.

But it's interesting because the district attorney said, no, this is fake. This is not real. We don't know where this came from. And yet when the charging document came out last night, word for word, verbatim, it was the same charging document that was on that website. And the district attorney was asked about that, and she refused to comment.

My question is very simple. It's the grand jury that votes to indict or not to indict. Do you charge somebody or is it no billed? That's the question.

So here's my question. How is it possible that the indictment was posted before the grand jury actually voted on it? How is that possible?

So it seems to me that this whole thing is a fix.

So the fix is in. There's no other way around it. There's no way, by the way, Trump or any of the other defendants are going to get a fair trial in Fulton County, Georgia, where only 20% of the people actually voted for Donald Trump. It's not going to happen. But this is what the weaponization of the government looks like.

And this is what the weaponization of the justice system looks like, ladies and gentlemen. But here's my take. if you're going to arrest Donald Trump and Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani and all the rest of them for complaining about the legitimacy of the election, then you're going to have to arrest a whole heck of a lot of Democrats, starting with Hillary Clinton and also Stacey Abrams.

Now, here's Stacey Abrams, and we're not going to play all of this, but I want you to hear Stacey Abrams denying the results of the of the 2018 gubernatorial election in the state of Georgia. I do have one very affirmative statement to make. We won. But I didn't lose. I got the votes.

But we won't know exactly how many because of how they cheated. I did win my election. I just didn't get to have the job. We were robbed of an election. Using the word rigged, using the word steal do you think it's dangerous going into 2020 i don't because we can actually back it up and so in response to what i believe was a stolen election i'm not saying they stole it for me they stole it from the voters of the door back to the outside asking if i'm ever going to concede the answer is no this is not a speech of concession because concession needs to acknowledge an action is right true or proper and i will not concede because the erosion of our democracy is not right People that they're going to steal your election.

It was not a free and fair election. I think the election was stolen from the people of Georgia. I believe it was stolen from the voters. Thousands of Georgians had their voices stolen because they were not able to cast ballots. And they cannot be guaranteed that their votes will be counted in 2020 if we don't do this right.

If what happens to you happens nationally and we see whoever runs for, whoever wins the Democratic nominee, if they say actually I can prove that there's a number of votes in every state and that the same thing that you just described happens in multiple states, should they concede? I do not think we should concede an election until we know the results of an election. I still fundamentally believe it could be fair. And that's just not how life works. If it looks like it's cheating, it probably is.

If it looks like it's rigged, it probably is. We've been raised to believe that it is invalid. In fact, it's uncouth to call the question. And if you want to run for office again, you've got to concede the election so that everyone knows you're a good sport. I'm not.

I said that the election was stolen from Georgia voters. The process that took place during the legislative cycle was one that did not countenance and did not pay attention to the deep and real concerns of those who watched this election be stolen. Over and over and over again. We have five minutes, five minutes of Stacey Abrams denying the election results. By the way, to this day, she has yet to concede the race for governor in Georgia.

Why isn't she in jail? Why isn't she out there? Why isn't she out there being accused of trying to stir up an insurrection? Why is that? Because that's exactly what she tried to do.

so we're going to be talking about this through the program kimberly guilfoyle is is going to be here in just a few moments uh to weigh in and folks i'm telling you this is a we're at a pivotal point in american history this is where we have to decide what kind of a country are we going to be are we really going to be throwing political enemies into jail and by the way where are all the Republicans up on Capitol Hill? Where are they right now? Where is the outrage? Where are people standing together? Why isn't every single person in the Republican Party back in Washington, D.C.

to stand side by side on the steps of the Capitol building to say, we are not going to tolerate this kind of lawlessness in America. We're not going to tolerate it. And by the way, You folks in Georgia, just be aware that your governor does have the authority to remove the district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia. Your governor has the authority to put together a panel to start that process. My question is, what is Brian Kemp going to do here?

And I know you have a lot of Republicans in Georgia that are just giddy over this. But we've got to take a break. We'll be right back. We don't know their names. Those are individuals who more or less were testifying against President Trump and the others. And we don't know who those individuals are. A lot of folks are guessing about it. It's a process of elimination.

But as it now stands, the question is who among the 19 will turn on the others? And I know the district attorney is planning to charge all of them. And by the way, try all of them at the same time. I doubt that's going to happen. By the way, get a load of the judge here.

This is the judge cracking jokes after he was handed Trump's indictment. Cut number nine. That's it. Was it all you hoped it would be? Can you tell us what it says?

I did get a good look. Unbelievable. They just don't care. And the reason why they don't care, by the way, the judge's wife is a massive donor to Democrats, including Joe Biden and Hillary Rodham, Mrs. Bill Clinton.

And if you think that's bad, I want you to listen to Jeff Duncan. You people in Georgia, this is your former lieutenant governor on CNN Cut 14. This feels different. You know what? Donald Trump did his most damage in Georgia.

He sucked the soul out of the Republican Party here. He sucked the morality out of the Republican Party, the fiscal responsibility out of the Republican Party. He sucked our winning percentage out of the Republican Party. He's taken everything from us, and it is our turn to take it back. It's our turn to win elections based on the policies that we think we're better on.

This is the prime spot for us to take Joe Biden to the woodshed and call him out for not running the border right, not protecting our communities, not putting our best foot forward internationally. These are our moments in time. But if we make this about the three-ring circus of Donald Trump, we will lose, lose, and lose again.

Well, I hate to break it to Jeff Duncan, but the soul of the Republican Party had already been sucked out long before Donald Trump showed up. And I would just direct you back to the landslide losses of Senator John McCain and Willard Mitt Romney.

So you want to talk about that, Jeff Duncan? President Trump breathed life into a dead political party, sir. Unbelievable. All right, I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Great to have our good friend Kimberly Guilfoyle with us.

Kimberly, a lot of people are very angry around the nation over what happened in the dark of night in Fulton County, Georgia. Oh, my gosh. It's absolutely ridiculous, and it's reminiscent of what occurred in the 2020 election. But, you know, this isn't even about 2020, right? Let's be just straight up honest about it.

It's about 2024. It is flat out election interference, what they're trying to do. They know they can't beat Trump, right, at the ballot box.

So now they're just throwing every single thing and sham indictment investigation that they can after him right before the election. It makes absolutely no sense. None of these have any factual evidence to support. They all will be overturned should President Trump be convicted. Alan Dershowitz and I agree on that.

I had him on my Rumble show. We were discussing it. But, you know, it shouldn't be happening. And by the way, how about the fact that they posted it on the docket before the grand jury even decided and deliberated to return a true bill? It's unbelievable.

And look at some of the acts listed as part of this alleged, you know, racketeering conspiracy, apparently advocating for signature verification. I don't know if you know this is apparently a crime, according to this Fannie Willis, OK, who's a political opportunist. She's fundraising off of this. And one of the other acts listed in the indictment is literally a tweet from Donald Trump about how the Georgia hearings were on TV.

So apparently tweeting about what's on television is criminal activity, according to Fannie Willis.

So every call, speech, tweet appears as a criminal step in this conspiracy that she has alleged. And it's just unbelievable, you know, not to mention that your identical indictment posted earlier.

So that was an embarrassment. She has eggs on her face. People are seeing through it. It's only building the momentum for, you know, President Trump. And it's a sad day for Americans.

I think this seriously as a former prosecutor and officer of the court, because it's telling the whole country and, quite frankly, the world that there is no integrity left in our justice system, that it can be weaponized into lawfare and politicized to the point of where it is unrecognizable. And quite frankly, it has crashed and burned our justice system under Joe Biden and every left wing lunatic prosecutor and politicized judge that they have employed along the way and engaged along the way to try to do their dirty work. on you know and it's very upsetting to me because you know i have looked deeply at you know and thoroughly at all these cases there isn't any uh you know basis for them no justification whether it's the document case he had the ability and authority of the presidential records act to declassify but you know who didn't joe biden where's his charges where's his investigation You know, and let me say something, Rico. And this is what Fannie Willis does to any of her political opponents. Brings Rico charges against them to try to break their bank, break their spirit, destroy them.

It's really disgusting. John Gotti didn't even have four indictments against him. Like the biggest of all mob bosses and criminals in the country. Like they have never had four indictments against them. And that's what we have right now is just, you know, a complete, complete banana republic behavior happening in the United States of America against Joe Biden's primary political opponent.

Because, yeah, I know that there's, you know, the primary going on right now. But let's all just be honest. It's going to be, you know, Trump and whoever we can at Bernie's person, they prop up, whether it's Biden or someone else to go against Trump in the general election. And, you know, these RICO statutes, they're being used in the improper context. Because you remember, Georgia was like decided by a razor thin margin.

It's not a crime to raise concerns about an election. That's healthy and robust to make sure to want to count every legal and valid vote. But, Kimberly, let me jump in here for just a second, because I was reading this every single one of the articles last night. And the numbers of complaints they had about tweets being illegal and questioning the election being illegal.

Well, OK, fine. If you're going to do that, why aren't they arresting Stacey Abrams? Why aren't they arresting Hillary Clinton? Because they did that and even worse. Yeah, because they're not running against Joe Biden.

That's the problem. And in the meantime, you see sweetheart deals for Hunter Biden. And there you know chaos and that hotel cocaine California you know family ridiculousness that they have going on with lawyers changing and withdrawing and blah blah blah I mean the whole thing it's just, it's not just historically unprecedented, but this is all just based in like flimsy, you know, inappropriately applied like legal theories on, you know, all of this will be overturned. It really will, Todd. But the problem is, it shouldn't be happening.

And that's why, You know, the reckoning is going to be coming when Trump is reelected in 2024. He has to and he will restore integrity in our justice system, the DOJ and the IRS, FBI, CIA, anything that's got like three letters in it. Let me tell you, it needs help.

So I just I can't stand to see this because it's prosecutors and officers of the court. It's judges who have been brought in. They're the ones. The judge laughed. The judge laughed last night.

Yeah. it's just i want to play this this is the judge in the case last night um kimberly laughing yucking it up as the indictment was handed down cut number nine that's it is it all you hoped it would be can you uh you tell us what it says i did get a good look i mean it's like the old tv show night court here uh this is a joke by the way you're absolutely right it's exactly what it was and i'm thinking to myself they're talking about putting the best president this country has ever had in prison for 400 plus some odd years or more it's adding up by the minute and they're just laughing about all this like they think it's funny can i ask imagine if they did this to barack obama oh my god can you imagine the outrage kimberly it's a that is that is a thousand dollar question right there a kimberly guilfoyle on the patriot mobile newsmaker line how is the president doing he's doing really well actually it's like unbelievable don jr and i talk about it we like to talk to him and he's like strong and robust and just he's really fired up you know to win and to get this done he's tireless you see that he's everywhere got a huge reception in iowa um he's raising money so you know he's getting a lot of momentum from this so it's like reverse kryptonite you know they thought they were going to stop him and defeat him and suppress his support and have people question it so that, you know, he wasn't getting funds in or wasn't getting the support. But as you know, he's up like 40 points overall, his opponent. DeSantis has fallen into third place in polls. Vivek climbing a little higher than him.

But, you know, it's just this is going to end one way. But quite frankly, we're all calling for the other people running against him in the primary to drop out and support and back President Trump, because this is all just theatric. It's just helping the three ring circus of these left wing lunatics and these Democrats that are out to get President Trump. And we should all combine and go together to actually support him and start running and preparing right now for the general election. Like, let's start that now.

That's what needs to happen. The rest of this is a waste of time unless you want these criminals. These people are the ones that are guilty of crimes against the country. unless you want them to continue to destroy this country to the point where you not recognize it. Then, you know, keep supporting Biden and Kamala Harris and the rest of the Star Wars bar scene that they have there working in the administration for Joe Biden, you know, ruining the company, the country, the economy, making disastrous decisions like withdrawals from Afghanistan as it relates to foreign policy and national security.

I mean, look at our border. It's a complete and utter disaster. And then don't even get me started about Joe Biden, what a disgrace he is with the bountiful fires and the loss of life and property and destruction. When he's asked the question about it, you know what he says? No comment.

That's the commander in chief. He can't even function without a teleprompter to like actually emote or understand what's going on in current events and have some, you know, empathy and sympathy for the people and the loss of life there. You know, it doesn't take, like, a rocket scientist to figure out a good response on that. You're absolutely right. Kimberly, we're going to leave it there.

Good hearing from you. And, again, it's a terrible day. You know, Newt Gingrich, and one final thing before we let you go, Newt Gingrich said we are driving to a path of a constitutional crisis in this country that we haven't seen since the days of secession. Do you agree with Newt Gingrich? I a thousand percent agree with Newt.

He's absolutely right. This is a constitutional crisis in our country. We've got to fight for the Constitution and fight for the good people in this country that deserve better than what we're seeing going on right now. And that's why I know Donald Trump will get it done. All right.

Well, Kimberly, give the president our best. Don Jr. as well. I always appreciate you. All right.

God bless. Thank you so much. All right.

Kimberly Guilfoyle on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. folks, there's anger out there, a lot of anger. And if we are not careful, and by we, I mean, if Joe Biden and the Democrats are not careful, they will split this country in half. That's where all of this is going right now. And I hope people wake up and understand.

And she's right about the Republican presidential race. It's time for everybody to just set your hopes and your aspirations aside here and understand the country is under attack. The republic is under attack. Our way of life is under attack. And the only person who can get us through this at this point, at this juncture in history, is Donald Trump.

He's the one that can unify everybody. But it's going to take all of these candidates and starting with Ron DeSantis saying, you know what, we've got a bigger problem here in this country. We're going to rally around Donald Trump. And I can promise you this. If Ron DeSantis does that, he will be the nominee in 2028.

He can lead the charge to unify the Republicans, unify the independents so that we can fight back against this nonsense. Folks, I've never seen anything like this. In my 55 years, I have never seen anything quite like this happening in our nation. All right, we've got to take a break here. 844-747-8868.

Again, phone lines are down, but you never know when they might pop back up.

So we are monitoring that situation. If you have Comcast, leave. Just leave them and go to Patriot Mobile. Go to somebody else. But Comcast is horrific.

Shame on them. All right, we've got to take a break here. This is the Todd Starnes Show. MyPillow is celebrating its 20-year anniversary with over 80 million MyPillows sold. Mike Lindell at MyPillow wants to thank each and every one of you by giving you the lowest price in the history of MyPillow.

Phones are back right now. If they go back down, we may have to, I don't know, Dylan, go stand in the corner. 844-747-8868 we're going to be taking your reactions through the the show today that's 844-747-8868 let's go to charles in north carolina wsic charles you made it through in spite of comcast uh i did i said i've been trying to call you for 10 minutes and it just keeps cutting off but I was persistent. But thanks for taking my call. Todd, you know, what everybody is seeing is fascism on full display here.

You know, you hear a lot of talk from Joe Biden, the Democrats, and the drive-by media about democracy and defending democracy and protecting it. You know, democracy is where the people rule and where one candidate has a set of ideas and another candidate has a set of ideas. they throw it out there and let people vote and decide which ones they want. What's going on now is fascism. What's going on now is Joe Biden and the weaponization of justice.

They're trying to silence their political opponent by not letting people hear what Donald Trump has to say and preventing him from speaking what he wants to say. This is what happens in North Korea. This is what happens in Venezuela. This is what happened in Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia in the early 20th century. And we just cannot allow this to happen.

I've just like you. I've just been angry the last, you know, 12 hours and just thinking, you know, what can we do? And I don't know, maybe we need to find a way to exert some economic pressure on these cities like Atlanta, like Washington, by, you know, boycotts, refusing to do business, you know, in these cities. I don't know, maybe even showing up at some of these DA houses and, you know, like they do us. But we cannot allow our candidate to be arrested and put in jail over something that we know is based on a lot.

I hope that President Trump doesn't go. You know, he's got to turn himself in next week. I hope he doesn't do that. And if that makes him a fugitive for justice, I guarantee you there will be thousands of people listening to this program that would be willing to provide the president safe harbor. Towns that would be willing to provide the president safe harbor.

But I'm not too sure. I think they'll actually try to put him in jail in Fulton County.

Well, Todd, I agree with you. I was thinking that same thing to myself. I thought Donald Trump does not need to show up. And at this point, and I mean, this may sound, I don't mean this to sound extreme, but I mean, what they're doing is more extreme than us being invaded by a foreign power. I think that we need to have a home guard, a protective force of literally tens, if not hundreds of thousands of people.

And we'll protect Donald Trump. You want to come arrest Donald Trump? Come to about 50,000 of us. I like that. I like that.

And again, we're a peaceful people, but we're not going to be trod upon. And I'll just say that. We are peaceful, but we will not be trod upon. Charles, we are running up against a break here. I appreciate you calling in.

Hang tight if you're calling in, folks. We're going to get to your calls. 844-747-8868. By the way, the governor of Georgia just weighing in, and he is attacking President Trump. Brian Kemp, the governor of Georgia, now attacking President Trump, says the 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen.

For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward under oath. And he says we've got to focus on the presidential election and not what's happening in Georgia. All right, again, 844-747-8868. We'll do a deep dive on the governor. And do you think President Trump ought to turn himself in, or should he be a man on the run?

We'll be right back, America. Father. Peanut gallery. Long time no see. No can do.

When I grow up, I want to be obsessed with emotional safety. And do workplace sensitivity training. All day long. When I grow up, I want to climb the corporate ladder. Just by following the crowd.

I want to be a conformist. I want to weaponize my pronouns. What are pronouns? It's time to grow up and get back to work. Introducing the number one woke free job board in America.

Red Balloon dot work. Live from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite cuntotin, Bible-clinging, deplorable American. That's us, that's right. I love this American ride. Todd Starnes.

All right.

Hello, everybody. Busy, busy breaking news day here on the Todd Stearns Radio program as this nation continues its march towards fascism. And look, we're going to get to your calls here in just a moment. But I want to remind you that that you need to understand what was really going on in that grand jury room. And never forget that this is the woman who was responsible for Trump's impending indictment.

This is the jury for woman in Atlanta. Cut number eight. Personally, want to hear from the former president. I wanted to hear from the former president. But honestly, I kind of wanted to subpoena the former president because I got to swear everybody in.

And so I thought it'd be really cool to get 60 seconds with President Trump of me looking at him and being like, do you solemnly swear? And me getting to swear him in. I just I kind of thought that would be an awesome moment. Good Lord. Help us.

folks, it's nuts. And if you missed the interview with Kimberly Guilfoyle in the first hour, you got to go to the website, toddstearns.com, get our podcast, and we'll be posting that. But I would encourage you to head over there right now. Our telephone number is 844-747-8868. That's 844-747-8868.

Now, just a few moments ago, Brian Kemp, the governor of Georgia, posted an attack on President Trump.

Now, President Trump has announced that there will be a press conference, a news conference on Monday in Bedminster. And he says that they have finally finished this report on the presidential election fraud that took place in Georgia. He says it is large, it is complex, it is detailed, but it is irrefutable. And he said based on the results of this conclusive report, All charges should be dropped against me and others. There will be complete exoneration.

And Brian Kemp, in response to that, said the 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen. For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward under oath and prove anything in a court of law. Our elections in Georgia are secure, accessible and fair and will continue to be as long as I am governor. the future of our country is at stake in 2024 and that must be our focus so anyway that's the governor of georgia now setting up a an ugly ugly battle in the peach state and so my question to you is it goes back to something newt gingrich said and we played this audio in the first hour that this nation is on the path to a constitutional crisis that we have not seen since the civil war Do you believe that to be the case? 844-747-8868 is our number.

That's 844-747-8868. Let's go to Frank in Gainesville, Georgia, listening to us on WDUN. Hi, Frank. What's on your mind today? Yeah, how you doing?

Welcome to the state of the fruits and nuts, I guess. these godless heathens are have destroyed our schools our children our moral values and they're destroying our government and what newt gendry said about the constitutional crisis and resulting basically into a civil war god forbid i totally believe that we are heading for civil war and i pray to God every single day. I'm a Christian man, and I pray that this does not happen. You know, Frank, it's troubling because you feel the unease in the nation, and you know that we live in a divided nation, and it's troubling where this country is going. And there are a lot of people who are angry.

You've got to be peaceful in your protest, but there are a lot of people who are angry and you heard Charles in the last hour say what we need to do is just rise up and just have thousands of people outside of the courthouse standing alongside Donald Trump. But I will say this, and folks, we'll open this up to your thoughts. I don't think Trump needs to go to Atlanta. I don't think he should turn himself in because, Frank, I'm afraid they may just throw him right in the jail and locked up and not let him out. I think the very same thing.

And like that one gentleman said that he would harbor President Trump. I would do the same here. I lost my beloved wife just a little over a year ago. In fact, I was talking to you while I was picking her up from dialysis, but she went home to be with her Lord and Savior. And I pray and thank God every day that she does not have to see what's happening to her beloved country.

And our grandchildren, we have 20 of them, and I fear for them.

Well, Frank, God bless you, and thank you for listening to the program, and we wish you well. And I know there are a lot of other people that stand alongside you and say, you know what, if push comes to shove, I'm willing to provide President Trump safe harbor. And look, who would have thought that we would be in a situation like this, ladies and gentlemen. Frank, thanks for the call. Let's go to John in Kentucky, listening to us on the KWAM app.

Hi, John. What's on your mind?

Well, Todd, I have to agree with your caller, just not now, and your other caller. You know what? Newt Gingrich is wrong. We are in the middle of a constitutional crisis, okay? I truly believe that.

And as ones that served overseas, and I'm sure there's a lot of veterans that feel the same way, Yes, we would be more than willing to defend this president. And my greatest, the saddest part is, Todd, is remember when I mentioned you had the ballot box? No, you had the soapbox, ballot box, jury box and cartridge box. my concern is now we've gotten to the cartridge box because they're railroading this president and it's it's really sad as a matter of fact do you realize the anniversary of the sacking of atlanta by sherman's army is coming up fast upon us well i wasn't aware of that years yeah but the thing about it is if anything you know i i i would no he shouldn't turn himself in no i don't think he said i and i believe there There should be towns out there that would say, come out here, come into this county, and we will defend you until this whole thing is real. And where's the Supreme Court on this, Todd?

And I'll hang it up and listen for your comment as far as where's the Supreme Court? Why aren't they doing something?

Well, this is – all right, thanks a lot, John. Appreciate that. And look, this is going to be a state issue. And clearly, the governor of Georgia, who, by the way, has the authority under a brand new law that I believe went into effect in May, and they have organized some sort of a panel or a commission. It may be in the works because it just happened.

That would allow the governor to remove district attorneys. And it seems to me, based on this district attorney, Big Fannie Willis, It seems to me that her behavior, campaigning and promising to go after to get Donald Trump, her behavior as district attorney, she does not need to be anywhere near a courthouse. But I don't think Kemp's, based on what I just saw, I don't believe Brian Kemp is going to be doing anything life at. Let's go to Gainesville, Georgia. John listening to us on WTUN.

Hey, John, what's up? hey yes i of course i agree with just about everything that the past two callers have said i think it's coming to a civil war crisis because it seems that there's been a lot of talk about doing this and doing that to change things but nobody does anything it just stays keeps going on the same way and uh i can i can understand now why georgia when i went to sleep during the presidential elections georgia was pretty much trump and then wake up the next morning and it's it's it's it's all you know they say oh biden won it no biden didn't win it no there has look john there has been and there was documented evidence of fraud of voter fraud in the state of Georgia, thousands of ballots.

So I'm not sure what Brian Kemp is, what point he's trying to make here, but the reality is there was voter fraud. Did that rise to the level of an election being stolen?

Well, you know what? That is, at its heart, a very subjective question. And you can pick a side, but just because you pick a side of that question doesn't necessarily make you a criminal. And that's what the district attorney here, Big Fannie Willis, is trying to do in Fulton County, is she is trying to say, if you have the wrong opinion, we're going to criminalize that opinion. Got a problem with that.

It's unconstitutional. All right.

John, yeah, go ahead. Finish your thought. It seems like Kent was in bed with the devil. Start out with.

Well, it looks like the devil went down to Georgia and took up residence. That's what it looks like. John, appreciate that call. 844-747-8868. Let's go to North Carolina.

Bill listening to us on our great affiliate WSJS in Winston-Salem. Hey Bill, what's going on?

Well, getting ready for a big barbecue this weekend, but that's neither here nor there right now. We have sanctuary cities for all these illegal immigrants, terrorists, drug pushers, all this other stuff. Why can't we make a sanctuary city for Donald Trump? Put him in there and say, y'all can't touch him. I love this idea.

So just like we do for the illegals, we should provide a sanctuary for Donald Trump and America First defendants. I love this. But they can't come after him because they can't do anything to these people in the sanctuary city.

So, simple way to keep the Donald out there, I guess. I love it. I can guarantee you that a lot of the small towns out there across America would be more than willing to provide sanctuary. I can see a big sign. Welcome.

Welcome to Gainesville. Welcome to Winston-Salem. We're a Trump sanctuary city. You got it. All right, Bill.

I like your idea. Thank you for calling in. All right, we've got to take a quick break here. We're going back to the phones, 844-747-8868.

So the latest information is that Trump and the others' arrest warrants have been issued, and they've been allowed, they've been given permission to turn themselves in.

Now, the sheriff there in Fulton County, and he's another leftist nut job, and he says we're going to treat trump like any other criminal cut number three we are following our part our normal practices and so it doesn't matter your status we we got mug shots ready for it so they want to embarrass the president i'm not sure trump you know you know trump is gonna he is gonna ham it up in the mug shot but they want to shame this man that's that's what they want to do here. And my recommendation is stay as far away from Atlanta as you can, Mr. President. It's a trap. It's a setup.

They're going to throw you in jail and they may not let you out. And I would fear what would happen if they went down that path. I truly would fear for that. All right.

844-747-8868. This is the Tonstern Show. All right.

So here's my take on it. The Trump 19 should ignore the arrest warrants. It's a trap. And I think the Georgia Gestapo plan to throw all of them in jail without bond, even President Trump.

So anyway, I know there are plenty of cities out there that would provide safe harbor to these great patriots. Anybody got a spare bunk? Maybe Rudy could just spread out on the couch or the lazy boy. I don't know. I mean, who thought we would be in this time in American history?

Let's go to the phones here. 844-747-8868. Let's start with Robert listening to us on WSIC. Hi, Robert. What's going on?

Yes, sir. I don't see why we can't beat the Democrats. there is a way to do it all we have to do is deplete their bank accounts now everybody doesn't have money like donald trump does to fight these people but if all our people in congress would do like nancy pelosi did they would start putting charges on these people all these people that are pulling these games put charges on if you lose that one put another charge on if you lose that one put another charge keep keep them in court keep them fighting keep them buying lawyers keep them because they just flat go broke. When you hit their bank account, they will listen to you. They'll stop what they're doing.

Robert, I like your idea. The problem is that the Republicans in Congress are not going to go along with this. I mean, they're not doing anything right now. They're just sitting on their hindquarters. I want them up in front of the cameras raising, holy you-know-what.

But I don't see them doing that. But I like your idea. I have never seen a bunch of people so gutless in my life as they are. There's only about 20 of them up there that's worth a doodle them. The rest of them, you throw them into garbage.

They're not worth a damn. There you go. Robert, appreciate that call. Thank you, sir. And you're spot on accurate.

By the way, according to Breitbart, Trump now faces 76 years in prison in Georgia. Right. This is just Georgia. 91 counts, 727 years in jail, and the death penalty is also on the table here.

So you don't think this is serious? You don't think these radical fascists will think twice about sending Donald Trump to the electric chair? I mean, these people are bonkers insane. But they are serious about this. and the Republicans, you better wake up.

But shame on all of you elected Republican leaders that are out there standing up and defending Donald Trump here. Because once they get finished with Donald Trump, they're going to be coming after you. That's how crazy this is. All right, let's go to Michael in Cleveland, Georgia, home of the beautiful Truett McConnell University. Hi, Michael.

What's going on? Not much. I just want to throw my two cents in I think Trump there was fraud in Georgia The ballots came in last night and he lost by the ballot harvesting that took place And they have evidence that one person was dumping hundreds of ballots in mailboxes. And my question is, how do you know they could have gone to somebody's house, had them fill out the ballot?

Some of them may have been for Trump. But if they saw it was for Trump, they could have made copies of both envelopes and the form, forged their information signature, changed the information to get Biden in, and set up some of those ballots going for Trump. They all go to Biden because in the middle of the night, everything changed. And it was from downtown Atlanta where all this ballot harvesting went on. And I think the same thing happened in Pennsylvania because they gave him an extra three days.

and you can't tell me that somebody can't, a poll worker can't look and see who's voted, who hasn't, and then fill out some ballots and put them in at the last minute, the post office, and all of a sudden all these extra votes come in. And these poll workers are not signature experts.

So they can look and make a couple of letters the same as somebody else's, forge their name, and there you go. You change the election. And the Republicans have got, there's got to be a better system for this ballot harvesting and some rules and regulations because you cannot call up to say, make sure that the vote that you sent in, you can't verify your vote. You know, when I go to a poll, I know I fill it out, I put it in, and it's done. But if it gets changed between the person you give it to and a mailbox, they can change it.

Michael, there's no reason why we couldn't have, and you know how all the new driver's licenses work now. There's no reason why we could not use some sort of a driver's license, some sort of a government ID that you could swipe your card and that would record your vote. There's really no reason why we couldn't have something like that. But again, this is only happening in Democrat controlled areas. You don't see the voter fraud in Republican controlled areas.

All right, Michael, good call. We've got to take a break here, folks. 844-747-8868. We have Bo in Louisiana, Victor in Maryland, and we've got Jeff Stein from Waterloo, Iowa, coming up next to talk politics as well on the Todd Stern Show. All right.

Welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. Hang tight if you're on the phones. We're going to get to your comments momentarily. I want to invite on to the program from our great Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, our good friend from radio station KXEL, the Blowtorch of Iowa, our good buddy Jeff Stein, who actually happens to be the real king of talk radio in Iowa.

Hey, Mr. Stein, King, King Stein. Oh, heavens. That's a heavy burden, Mr. Starnes.

I need a court jester. If I'm going to be the king, then I need a court jester.

Well, I have a few suggestions for you, but we can talk off air. Yes, sir. Jeff, real quick, before we jump into politics, because I'd love to get your take on what happened over the weekend in Iowa, but what is the reaction there in Iowa to the news coming out of Georgia in the wee hours of the morning? Not a single bit of surprise. The concept of this being a rigged game is just well-known.

People are just shaking their heads. If you're a Trump supporter, it's just another way that he's being persecuted. And if you've jumped over to the anti-Trump side, well, then you're just cheering this publicly. But privately, you know this is only going to make Trump stronger among members of the base. And so I've got a poll question up there for my listeners to tell us, OK, do you think that this is a rigged game?

Do you think that there might be something to these charges? And so far, nobody seems to think this has merit. They just think it's political persecution. You know, it's interesting. I know that you're an attorney, and the story coming out in the late part of our show yesterday about the leaked charging papers.

And, of course, that turned out not to be. They said, well, those are fake papers. But now they turned out to be word for word, verbatim, what came out around midnight last night. You remember the old phrase they would have in Westerns where they'd say, now, wait a minute, we need to have a trial before we hang him. And that reminds me of this whole situation where, now, wait a minute, we need to have the grand jury vote on these charges that we already know we're going to file.

No confidence whatsoever, Todd, in the system. And if we don't have confidence in our system of justice, we no longer have a republic. It's a concern. And I think the average American is going to see through this. But like Newt Gingrich said, as a matter of fact, can we play, Dylan, play this audio for Jeff Stein.

This is Speaker Newt last night on Fox. I think what you're seeing tonight is one tree in a forest. And I think we are drifting towards the greatest constitutional crisis since the 1850s and the rise of secession and the Civil War.

He's learned from Obama that doesn't matter what you do. If you're a liberal Democrat, you will not be prosecuted. He learned from Hillary that a person in high public office can get millions and millions of dollars.

And they learned from watching Donald Trump that a true outsider willing to take on the entire system could destroy their entire machine.

So what you're seeing across the country is a desperate last ditch effort by a corrupt machine to destroy their most dangerous opponent in a way which not only breaks the Constitution, destroys the rule of law and establishes a moment of bitterness, which I think will last for a generation or more. I think this is going to be a horrendous period, and we just need to understand the people who want to control America and dictate to the rest of us will break any law, lie about any topic, and manipulate the system any way they can. And that includes a lot of the elite news media. What do you think about that, Jeff Stein?

Well, keep in mind, Speaker Gingrich is a historian, and he doesn't just drop these references lightly. lightly. There's nobody better at putting it into context. And I mentioned this on the program last week when you were kind enough to allow me to sit in. You've got the Biden administration.

And again, it's not controlled by Joe Biden. Nobody believes that. It's all the other people behind the scene. Who is their chief Republican opponent? Donald Trump.

So what are they doing? They're trying everything they can to have the man wear an orange jumpsuit and be in jail because they're scared to death of him. Who is Biden's chief opponent on the Democrat side? It's Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and they're denying him Secret Service protection, even though, remember, Barack Obama got Secret Service protection much earlier in the campaign than Mr.

Kennedy is asking for it now.

So if the Biden administration is trying to jail one opponent and make sure that another one is not protected from a safety standpoint, what does that tell you about any means they will take in order to retain power? Jeff, I want to go back to what happened over the weekend where you had dueling campaigns at the Iowa State Fair. Who was the winner? Who was the loser in all of this?

Well, the blue ribbon, to use the fair analogy, thank you very much, goes to Donald Trump, because all he had to do was show up, and thousands just followed him through the fair. You could not get into the place. The lines were backed up for many blocks. Could well be a record attendance day at the fair. Yes, Governor DeSantis was there.

Yes, other candidates were there. Ambassador Haley, Mr. Ramaswamy, others. But Trump shows up and takes all the air out of the room. And so whatever momentum the DeSantis people are claiming they are building, and they may be building some among some of the elites in the Republican Party, Trump shows up and just basically says, you folks, the rest of you combined, you don't reach the kind of people I reach.

And it was just masterful. Flying the plane with the banner that said, be likable, Ron, over as DeSantis was trying to present. They had the Jeb font. Remember Jeb with the exclamation mark?

Well, he got that Florida tie that's very nicely played. And, you know, again, here is the nutshell of the DeSantis problem.

Someone saw him at the fair and was trying to be supportive. And they yelled, go get him, Rick. And, you know, I mean, it's unfortunate.

Well, it is. I mean, you know, that's the height of glory and the depth of despair all in the space of one sentence.

Somebody recognizes me.

Somebody supports me. Maybe he was talking about somebody else. It was just unfortunate.

So Reuters had this crazy story. I know you and I were talking about this over the weekend involving the family leader conference. And they had all the candidates out there except for Trump. Tucker was interviewing them. Glenn Beck was there.

And this was sponsored by a guy named Bob Vander Plaats who runs this. They call it a very prominent evangelical group, the Family Leader Foundation there in Iowa. And the report is that the DeSantis team and others surrounding DeSantis paid him $95,000.

So is there much scuttlebutt about this story in Iowa? It's not the first time these accusations have been made of paying money for the possibility of an endorsement.

So the way that they finessed it, Todd, now the Family Leader is a non-profit foundation. The Family Leader is the front piece for something called the Family Leader Foundation Incorporated. And the way they make money is to hold these events. And you and I talked on this program about how much you had to pay to go to that event with all of these candidates.

Well, they also have souvenir programs. And so a campaign can buy an ad in the program so that they can reach the attendees. Tim Scott paid $20,000, $25,000. Vivek Ramaswamy paid a similar amount. But when you combine the Never Back Down pack, another nonprofit that is pro-DeSantis and the DeSantis campaign, $95,000 was paid for advertising.

Now, you are a small business owner. You have KWAM Radio. You go out, your salespeople go out and say, we have a wonderful audience with this radio station, with the Todd Starnes Show. We want to introduce your business to this audience by advertising. That's, in essence, on the surface what they did.

They said, we've got all of these wonderful evangelicals who vote. We want to introduce our audience to your campaign by advertising. But here's the difference. Starnes Media Group is a for-profit capitalistic organization, and you're not going to make an endorsement based upon what you receive. It just seems pretty funny that the more money that comes into this nonprofit, the closer Mr.

Vander Plaats has gotten toward the DeSantis campaign. Photographs at church, etc., etc. And as I said, in the 2012 campaign, there were allegations of contributions being sought from candidates, Santorum and Bachman among them, with the understanding that if you make a contribution, we'll consider you for the endorsement.

So if this doesn't sound like pay for play to you, I don't know. I think I have some swampland I'd like to sell you. Fascinating. All right.

Good stuff, as always. King Jeff Stein in Waterloo, Iowa, KXEL, 50,000-watt blowtorch. And I understand what Tim Scott is back in town, so you're going to have these folks there until Caucus Day.

Well, this is the last week of the Iowa State Fair, and so they're all coming through again this week. We have a KXL event at the end of the month. Yes, we put everything on hold until January 15th, and that's when the caucuses will be held in Iowa, and we'll know something. A question, what's the big thing at the Iowa State Fair that if you're going to go there, you've got to sample X, Y, or Z? Generally, I'd say any food on a stick, because that's kind of the thing.

But you really need the grilled pork chop on a stick.

So you can walk around like it's not a, you know, we'll sell you a turkey leg, too, if you really want the medieval experience. But you're walking along with this fresh-squeezed lemonade in one hand. You got your pork chop on a stick that you're gnawing on in the other. And you make your way, Todd, to the dairy barn to see the life-size butter cow sculpture. I love it.

the trifecta right there wow there you go all right ladies and gentlemen uh book your tickets now to the iowa state fair yes sir all right jeff always always appreciate having you on the show it's a privilege todd thanks much all right good man right there radio station kxel uh and he really is the king of political uh talk radio there in the great state of iowa all right here's what we're going to do we've got full line so we're going to take a break when we come back we will be going straight to your calls 844-747-8868 is our telephone number that's 844-747-8868 this is the todd stern show all right let's uh head right over to the phones here louisiana on deck bow watching us on rumble hi bo what's on your mind today oh i think you've taken my call mr starns glad to do it bo uh uh my deal is i just want to say i hope georgia remembers the war between the states uh when atlanta was burning and what do you mean by that bo well do you remember when sherman come through georgia what what did he do he burned georgia to the ground he certainly did although yes he did caused a lot of destruction and death there in the in the beautiful state of georgia yep i hate i hate to see it but if they keep pushing us that way it's liable to end up that way but we we can't do that though that's the thing is that conservatives i know we can't conservatives don't do that i know we can't but they keep pushing us we just not have to Yeah, that's what they want you to do, but we can't do it. And we've got to play a smart game, and we've got to elect lawmakers that are going to fight tooth and nail. And I'm very disappointed in the lot we've got up there right now. They talk a good talk, but when it comes down to standing up and doing the right thing, they're nowhere to be found. I hear you.

All right.

I do want to tell you one other thing. Yes, sir, Bo. I listen to you on Rumble and also listen to you on your KWAM.

Well, thank you for doing it. And I love when your Star Spangled Banner comes on KWAM. Every day at noon, Bo, we stop everything we do and we play the national anthem. I love it. Wonderful.

I love it. Keep it up. Bo, what part of Louisiana are you calling from? I'm just south of Shreveport. All right.

All right.

Is that in the Arklotex area? Yes, sir. All right.

Good people in that part of the country. Bo?

Well, I'm originally from Arkansas, but I'm in Louisiana now. All right.

Well, that's all right. good people there too so i think the food's better in louisiana i'm just gonna say i appreciate you all right thanks for calling bo appreciate you uh let's go to suzanne in georgia wdun hey suzanne what's on your mind today hey todd you know this i think this is a real important point i have oscillated thinking what if trump goes to prison what's going to happen so i was kind of for DeSantis, even RFK. But can I quote something from Politico as I'm talking to you? If it's not real long, go for it, Suzanne.

Okay, but the general view among legal scholars is that the need for a duly elected president to fulfill the duties of office would override a criminal conviction and require the sentence to at least be put on hold.

So what I want to say to your audiences here and i think for myself my concern was well what if trump ends up in jail he can still do it and the party has to get behind him desantis ramaswamy everybody because he can still do it and that's what we need i'm with you suzanne i i think now based on what happened last night and the way all this went down i say every single republican needs to get behind this president they if they if they convict him they send him to jail then by golly run from the run from jail and and he's going to win i guarantee it suzanne yes and the point is though that todd that he can do it it was a eugene deb who was a socialist in 1920s he did it he didn't win but it's possible and i think that's what people like myself previous to really looking into this i realized yes he can run from prison. How can you not go behind this guy, even if you don't like him? He's great. I'm sorry. And I have done a total turnaround, but we all have to get behind him.

All the candidates, all the Republican candidates, where are they? What are they doing? Aside from Vivek Ramaswamy, I haven't heard from anybody today. And we'll do a double check just to see Suzanne. But right now, I'm not hearing from anybody so Suzanne appreciate the call thank you for listening let's go to Greg and Georgia hi Greg I know you want to weigh in on Brian Kemp what you got for us well it's uh Brian Kemp just needs to come down on the right side of this because this is actually bigger than Donald Trump I love Donald Trump but what we're looking at is um something bigger than him if they can do this to him they could do it to anybody so anybody running for office this could happen to this is beyond donald trump donald trump is just a political football is all there is to it yeah greg you're right about that and that's the big challenge is that it's a lot of people think oh this is about trump it's not it's it's much larger and my concern is you would have a republican candidate who did not have the intestinal fortitude that trump has and they would just wave the white flag and you can't do that.

So this is the hill to die on. This is where you have to stand. This is where you have to fight. You got to be peaceful about it, but you got to stand up and you got to let your voice be heard. Greg, got to run.

Appreciate that. Hang tight, folks. Hour three coming up. We're going to your calls, so don't go anywhere. 844-747-8868.

We're going to He's speaking to our good buddy Tim Barton from Wall Builders coming up in the next hour.

So stick around. This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show. Live from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starnes. Love this American ride. All right.

Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Stearns radio program. Very happy to have you with us today. Oh, by the way, a little bit of news from over at Fox, where Geraldo did an interview with Mediaite. And, by the way, the senior reporter there, Diane Falzone, a former colleague over at Fox, and she was a terrific writer for FoxNews.com.

Anyway, Geraldo Spilling the Beans says that he left Fox News because of his on- and off-air conflicts with Greg Gutfeld and Tucker Carlson. And he says, I should have left a long time ago, but he said he ended up sticking around. He was here for a while, as a matter of fact. Geraldo said he took a steep pay cut to join Fox from NBC, accepting less than half of his multimillion dollar contract with NBC because he wanted to cover the Iraq war as a as a correspondent. And I remember, actually, I was a news anchor at that time, and we would go to Geraldo every now and again for a hit over there when he was a war correspondent.

As did Oliver North, by the way, who's one of my favorites over at Fox. I haven't talked to him in a long time. But Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North doing well, from what I understand. All right, we've got a lot going on this hour. We are expecting Tim Barton from Wall Builders to drop by.

As promised, I want to go back to the phones. A lot of folks wanting to weigh in, including Raymond in North Carolina. Raymond, what's on your mind today?

Okay, what I want to talk about, remember yesterday when you were talking about those women with the purple hair? Oh, yes, the profane t-shirts and that big crowd of, yeah, big gals. but the biggest thing that you forgot to mention conveniently is that 100% of them have illegitimate children well I don't know about that I have I have no idea if they have children or not listen if this country's turning into nothing but illegitimate children 90 80 90% of the criminals are illegitimate children because they're in that kids for cash program okay i raymond i have no idea if the woman with the smurfette hair has illegitimate children i have no earthly idea i don't think you do either but i hear your point uh i'm not quite sure what it why it pertains to what we're talking about right now donald trump oh oh i know that's what you want to talk about but i'm gonna yeah it's because it's my show yeah i'm gonna put anything in his place today too okay thank you uh raymond appreciate that and we'll just put you in yours uh all right 844-747-8868 easily done voila uh let's go to cordova tennessee bill listening to us on our flagship station kwam hi bill what's going on hey todd uh thanks for having me again this is nice um donald trump doesn't deserve any of this number one this is um purely 100 political as i know you know but one of the things that bothered me last night i was up at midnight watching that her highness read the uh indictments and one of the things she said was that trump intended to overthrow overturn the georgia election so he could become president but even if he did that, if it worked, if that was true, and if it worked, they don't have enough electoral votes to put him over 270. That count doesn't, that math does not add up. Remember what he had at 207?

Yeah, no, no, I hear what you're saying here, but again, the argument from the governor of Georgia now is no voter fraud at all. We had no voter fraud in the state of Georgia. I'm not sure how he can make that statement.

Well, think about Staples Arena with the fake burst water pipe and the two women that were in there counting votes and scanning them while the building was evacuated and tell me there's no fraud. Look, I think you're preaching to the choir here, Bill, on that one. Yeah, I am. I know. I'm curious.

I just don't see how they can say that. No, no, I'm curious, Bill, when you look at what's happening, and especially when it comes to the conservatives, are you disappointed in the way the Republican Party has responded to this? I'm very disappointed in it. Of course, always disappointed in Mitch McConnell, number one. But I agree with one of your earlier callers that said every – actually, you said it – Every Republican candidate right now needs to drop out and throw their hat behind Donald Trump and get everybody on board behind Donald Trump.

Because if we let the Democrats get away with this, Todd, if they win this, we will never have another Republican president, at least not for a long, long time. And we will be a socialist country. We can't let them cheat us again like they did in 2022 or 2020. Yeah. It's 22, actually.

You're right, and we've got to take a stand now, Bill, and that's the issue. I'm not sure people are going to understand that, but they need to, that if we do not stand up here, it's over. They're going to ramroad whatever they want to do, and the steals are going to continue to happen, which, again, part of me is excited about all of this because we finally get to see all the evidence. Yep.

so that's one thing that trump does will get to do in a january 6 indictments he'll get to present he has the opportunity from what i understand to present all the evidence that he uncovered that was uncovered during their investigations that the courts would not hear yeah uh well said yeah bill we've got to run here i've got to get another call in before we get to the break appreciate you listening let's go to washington and anthony is on the line anthony what's uh What's your take on this?

Well, my take on the issue is that actually I was at January 6th event at the Capitol building. And what I observed, the Capitol police were not ready for this event. And I don't hold President Trump accountable whatsoever on this matter. But I'm the principal White House correspondent. I'm a Republican, but, you know, I'm really upset, you know, with the Biden administration being, you know, using the, you know, the so-called Department of Justice.

I'm more thinking of injustice in this matter, but going after President Trump. And he's the best president I'm convinced that we've had for a long time, although my favorite president, of course, is President Lincoln. But you may have heard about the Biden administration going after removing 442 reporters' press passes. And it's very troubling about what this administration is doing to President Trump, saying that they're trying to be impartial or whatever, but they're not. And it's very disturbing for me to see all this happen.

And I think of the wonderful book that David Horowitz has about final battle how the next election could be our last I really worried for America And so hopefully things will turn around here very soon, Todd.

Well, I certainly, yes, I hope so. But it's going to take every single person who loves the Constitution to stand up and get involved in the fight. And Anthony, I appreciate your call and thank you for listening. I will say this about David's book. This is why you need to read it.

It's because he lays all of this out and he takes us through the process of how these globalists, these billionaire players like George Soros are trying to change America. And they have been incredibly successful. Remember Barack Obama fundamentally transforming America. that's what this was all about. And I know President Trump is a big fan of David's book, The Final Battle, and you just heard Anthony mention it there.

You can get it in bookstores everywhere. It's been an Amazon bestseller for quite some time now. And Newsmax, our good friends and partners, are going to save you almost $30. well some woman from australia causing a lot of trouble here in america and god bless our friend over in texas greg abbott the governor of texas so and this young lady from australia was very upset at the sight of old Gloria. I guess somehow we let her into the country, and now she got triggered by the stars and stripes. Cut number 12. I'm just going to say it. There are too many American flags.

Like, they're on houses, they're on cars, some of them on couch cushions. Like, I don't know who's making these American flags, but they'd be making a bloody fortune. And, like, you're the only country that I know that does this. like the only time i think i've ever seen an australian flag is like on the harbor bridge could not tell you what it looks like like i know it's like blue and it's got some stars on it but i i think i could draw the american flag from memory like i think i could make a bloody sculpture out of it that's how many times i've seen it it's enough let's pull back on it okay let's stay humble all right well look uh darlin there's a reason why nobody's flying the australian flag because your country sucks right yet you don't have much down under so to speak so all i can tell you is uh don't let the door hit you with a good door good lord splitcher geez lou butchered that uh texas governor greg abbott says go back to australia crikey oh i added the crikey part but it's true what's geez lou you know we're proud of our country we love america and yeah we We're a great big dumpster fire right now, but it's our dumpster fire, darling.

So don't you come over here. You had them back, and you know what? You can take your blooming onion with you. Nobody likes that crap.

Okay, it's kind of tasty, but I got caught up in the moment. But seriously, I mean, what good has come out of Australia besides Crocodile Tundee? Is he still alive? Is he still with us? Do we know?

Could you Google that, Dylan?

So seriously, what good has come out of Australia, aside from kangaroos and, I don't know, Crocodile Dundee? You've got the Outback Steakhouse. That, too. There you go. All right, 844-747-8868.

Want to play some audio from this morning. You've got to love Trump's lawyer. Her name is Alina Haba. I think she's going to be on the program sometime this week. And she finally confronted Steve Doocy.

This was pretty classic. Cut 13, please. One of President Trump's attorneys, Alina Hava, joins us now. Alina, great to see you in person. Good morning.

Good morning. What do you understand took place last night? As I'm doing the five, we hear about the Royals report that had the indictment handed out and then receded, rescinded. And then we get the final announcement about the indictment five hours later. Yeah.

What do you think happened? This is what I think happened. There was a clerical error. I think there was a due process violation. I think that the fact that they had the indictment prior to the grand jury voting on the indictment.

And all the witnesses have not been heard yet. No.

So what happened was, and we do know this, there were witnesses that were scheduled to come in on Tuesday. I was suspecting that this would come down Tuesday. Unfortunately, because of the hiccup, or as they call the fictitious document that went up, which, by the way, was exactly what the indictment was.

So they lied. That's what I'm saying. And they go in and load it up and panic, start calling the witnesses. And this did happen. They started calling the witnesses and rushing them in yesterday.

That's why the court stayed open late. That's why they ran people in. There was somebody on CNN that literally left from the grand jury, went into the courtroom and then went on air and was saying, I was just in the grand jury. They rushed me and I was supposed to be there tomorrow. And now I'm in and people aren't reporting this.

You know what else they're not reporting? That Fannie had her her campaign website put up on Thursday and then updated on Friday. That says it all. That says it all. What do you make now?

I've heard from a lot of legal analysts and they say what is different about this case than the federal cases is Georgia has laws that are specifically tailored to election interference and things like that. But Andy McCarthy, a Fox News contributor, and also he wrote an op-ed in the New York Post. He said that the Georgia indictment is the most perilous threat to former President Trump. Does President Trump know that this is a perilous threat? We do not agree that it is a perilous threat because we actually have inside information.

So I love when people... What inside information?

Well, the inside information, Steve. And, you know, you used to love Trump. I've got to tell you, I mean, this is something I'm not going to breach, right? I have confidentiality and I have ethics and I'm going to continue. But I think you need to understand something.

When somebody is given a report.

So there you go. Good for you. And Ducey didn't used to be a big Trump supporter back in the day. I don't know what happened. It's very sad.

By the way, President Biden finally talking about the horrible tragedy in Maui. And there's a lot of layers to unpeel and unravel here. Do we have that audio from – we do. All right, let's listen to Biden.

Well, I've got to talk a little bit about Hawaii. I've been on the phone with the governor coming up here and the senators. And let me say – address that devastating wildfires, some of which are still burning in Hawaii. They've claimed the lives of 99 people so far. Why is he yelling?

They haven't cleaned things up yet. The deadliest wildfire of more than 100 years. The whole city destroyed. Generations of native Hawaiian history turned into ruin. I've spoken to Governor Josh Green multiple times and reassured him the state will have everything it needs from the federal government.

So they're giving everybody who lost their homes and lost their jobs and lost every possession they have, they're giving people $700. No, I'm not making that up. $700. That's it. We've sent $75 billion to the people of Ukraine.

That's what Biden has done to the Ukrainians. And meanwhile, American citizens, our fellow countrymen on the island of Maui, and they're only getting 700 bucks from the federal government, from our tax dollars. does that make any sense to you i mean this guy's been wandering around stumbling and bumbling around the beach for days now while people are still trying to identify bodies and he can't even be bothered for a comment how many times two times he said no comment i don't want to talk about it i don't care about these people i'm going to enjoy my day at the beach don't bother me you feckless mindless tool shame on you mr president 700 bucks by the way there's a lot of speculation as to the cause of the fires and we're being told that it's a crime scene so it's being treated as a crime scene so that tells us something is up here something is up but they don't want us to ask questions. As a matter of fact, they don't even want the media there. They have roped off like 12, 15 square miles of the island, and you're not allowed to go there.

It is a no-go zone in Maui.

So they don't want the reporters to see anything. And meanwhile, there's a lot of speculation as to why these fires were actually set, because now a lot of these investors are coming in and they're offering to buy up the property of the islanders who lost their homes.

So some people are saying, hey, look, you need to be checking out these high-dollar, multi-bazillion-dollar landowners who are now coming in and trying to steal the land away from the native folk. By the way, Hollywood stars vacationing in Maui, they're beachside, but they don't care about the victims no sirree all right got to take a break here 844-747-8868 this is the todd stern show all right welcome back everybody happy to have you with us on a busy news day and how many of you were up until the wee hours man that was these Democrats tell you what doing stuff in the dark of night want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line great to have our good friend Tim Barton with us he is president of wall builders wallbuilders.com folks great resource there especially if you want to teach your kids the real version of American history Tim hope you're doing well today hey Todd I'm well thanks for having me on so look uh this indictment I mean you know we we call a lot of these news events of late historic, but this truly is historic. Never before in the history of the republic have we been down this path with the president. No, and what's crazy as we say this is historic. It's in a very negative sense for sure, because what President Trump is being accused of is less than what many former presidents have actually done.

And so this is nothing more than the weaponization of the Department of Justice, as we've seen much in the Biden administration, as we saw even during the Trump administration, that the issues he was dealing with, with the Russian Trump collusion hoax, so much has been going on. And so this is historic, but certainly not in the way that we would hope to be setting records in a modern America. This is definitely the continuing political politicization of different agencies of the government. Tim, I'm curious, you know, when you look at this from a historian's point of view, what do you think the story is going to be? I mean, we know how it's being played out in the news media, but how do you anticipate this looking, you know, 25, 30, 40 years from now?

Well, I think it depends on whose version of the story you read. But I do think part of what we will see coming out of this is we know that a lot of the indictments have been released at strategic times. And even the charges were filed at strategic times as they're uncovering information about Hunter Biden.

Well, it's time to go indict President Trump again. And maybe it's coincidental that many of these indictments have come at a day after within 24 hours of some major thing being exposed or criticism of the Biden administration. Maybe it's coincidental, but it certainly seems that if we look back historically, what we're gonna realize is that much of what Trump was arguing actually probably were valid. We do know now that there certainly were places where election fraud happened. Was it to the extent enough to overturn the election?

That can be debated. But the fact that he had concern, there's a reason to be concerned, not dissimilar to what Carrie Lake experienced in Arizona, where in some of these strong Republican districts, they have issues with voting machines.

Now, it could be coincidental, sure, but there's a reason you understand why they're concerned about the issue. And I think honest people looking back are going to recognize that the Biden administration was failing in many areas, that they're using the Department of Justice to cover for what appears to be a lot of crimes, a lot of issues and illegal activity that they've been doing, and then politically targeting their arguably strongest, at least most news-gathering opponent at the moment. I think historians are going to look back and certainly criticize the Biden administration for this. It's, you know, again, now, you know, when you look back and you have years from you know where we were from watergate and and i'm not sure that you know we have the full story of what happened then going back even further to you know the jfk assassination where so much of that information is still under lock and key and even though most of the players if not all the major players are now dead and you really do wonder from a from a historian's point of view why would they why would they cover up a lot of this stuff why not go ahead and let the American people see all this information?

Well, and to your point, I think it's very telling that the only logical reason that the government would not release the files on things like JFK is because maybe it would be a self-indictment. It would be kind of them criminalizing, identifying their own criminal behavior on some level, or their injection into things where, I think I heard RFK Jr. just recently talk about the dozens upon dozens and dozens of times the CIA has been involved in overturning governments in, quote unquote, democracies around the world. I think what would be revealed is how much nefarious activity has happened inside of the federal government. And it would really lead the American people to go, maybe we should disband some of these agencies.

If they're going to do this much bad action, if there's that many bad actors that are part of this, we should do away with this. And I also think it's one of the reasons that they will fight so hard to stop people that are trying to expose them because they don't want to be exposed. And it's not to say that there's not good people inside the FBI or inside the CIA, but it certainly is indicative of the fact that there are a lot of highly motivated people that care seemingly much more about promoting an agenda, stopping a political opponent than they do about the rule of law. That's interesting. And, folks, we've got Tim Barton, president of Wall Builders, on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line today.

Tim, I want you to give our listeners sort of a bird's-eye view of what you guys are doing at Wall Builders, and especially for moms, dads, or maybe even just grown-ups who want to know more about the real history of the United States. Absolutely, and I appreciate the question. And we do a lot studying American history from original documents. I believe that we have what's considered the largest personal collection of original documents from the founding fathers. And we are kind of famous going on record saying, hey, please don't take our word for it.

Don't take somebody else's word for it. Go read the original document yourself. Because so much of the sins America gets accused of, so much of the sins the founding fathers get accused of, they're actually not guilty of all the sins they're accused of. and certainly some of the sins they did participate in, it wasn't quite like it's being taught and promoted today. And we tell people, look, let's go back and let's study American history from the original document.

And what you would realize is even though the founding fathers weren't perfect people, that guys like George Washington was an incredibly honorable person. And there's a reason that he had monuments erected to him all over the world, literally around the world. People recognize the greatness of George Washington because of who he was. And in modern America, we say, nope, he wasn't perfect. We need to cancel that guy.

That's a crazy position to take. And that is what we are saying based off original documents, because when you don't know who these people were and what they did, it's easier to believe lies about them. We want people to go back and see who these people were, what they actually did, and recognize how unique America is because of the foundation given to us by the founding fathers. Tim, yesterday we had Scott Walker, who's president of Young America's Foundation, on, and they've got a new survey. They were talking to Gen Zers and millennials, and many of them, a majority, say, hey, look, we need to have limitations placed on how old people can be.

If they want to run for president, you can't be an 80- or 90-year-old and run for president. And it reminded me of a story, and you might be able to – I'm asking you because you will know. I seem to remember reading in some Wall Builders materials that most of our founding fathers were actually younger than 40 years old in 1776. You're exactly right. Thomas Jefferson was 33 when he drafted the Declaration.

You have guys like Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, who were very young in their involvement in the Revolution, some of them teenagers, some of them in their 20s and 30s. In fact, Benjamin Franklin was the oldest guy at the Constitutional Convention at 87 years old. Most of the people who were there, you're right, were in their 40s, And it is kind of crazy to think we're in a place in our nation today where literally the leaders of the House and the Senate by and large, at least from the Democrat side with Nancy Pelosi, on the Republican side with Mitch McConnell over in the Senate.

Some of the main leaders of our political system are people that, you know, God bless them not to be critical, but are not long away from assisted living and nursing homes and whatever else. And they're the ones making decisions for the leaders of the world. It is a crazy position to be in. But the founding fathers never thought that you would make a career out of being a politician. They thought you go and serve the nation for a little bit and then go back and be with your family, go back and be on your farm.

They didn't think this would turn into what has become in America, a way to enrich yourselves at the expense of the American people.

Well, you're not kidding. I mean, it's just a whole a whole different mindset shift. You know where you go, you do the business of the country, then you go right back. I mean, you're anxious to get back home so you can tend to your family and whatever crops you may have. You're exactly right.

And, in fact, you have guys like Patrick Henry, who was the governor of Virginia. And back then, you didn't necessarily say, I'm running for governor. People had a ballot, and they would write a name on a ballot, and whoever had the most names written down, literally, like a blank piece of paper at times. You'd write a name down and submit it, and Patrick Henry kept being reelected as governor. the last time he was elected, he actually, before the election, he went out and said, guys, please stop writing my name down.

I want to go home and be with my grandkids. He had 64 grandkids. He just wanted to go be his grandpa. 64? Yes, 64.

And probably he needed to practice learning their names. It's crazy. But literally, the founding fathers, they wanted to be with their families. They didn't want to enrich themselves off the tax dollars and off business deals made with foreign nations, much how our politics have become today. You see, folks, this is the great information you're going to get over at Wall Builders.

So, look, Tim, appreciate you coming on and giving us some historical insight here. And, again, WallBuilders.com. That's WallBuilders.com if you'd like more information. Thank you again. Thanks, Todd.

All right.

There you go. 64. You know, these days he would have a TLC show, Patrick Henry, 64 and County. All right.

I want to play some audio before we go to break. This is the district attorney from last night, cut number 16. The indictment alleges that rather than abide by Georgia's legal process for election challenges, the defendants engaged in a criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn Georgia's presidential election result. subsequent to the indictment as is the normal process in georgia law the grand jury issued arrest warrants for those who are charged i am giving the defendants the opportunity to voluntarily surrender no later than noon on friday the 25th day of august 2023 you think you think trump ought to show up i say stay as far away from that place as you can Mr. President, I think it's a trap.

I think they're going to throw you in jail. And by the way, they will not only throw you in jail, there will be photographs of the president behind bars sitting in some sort of a cinder block cell with a dirty, filthy toilet off to the side. That's what they're going to do to the president. Mr. President, if I'm giving you counsel, I'd stay as far away from that place as humanly possible.

All right, we got to take a break here. 844-747-8868 going to the phones that's 844-747-8868 we'll be right back all right welcome back everybody let's get to the phones here 844-747-8868 Tracy in Memphis, Tennessee, listening to us on KWAM. Hi, Tracy. What's on your mind?

Hello. I love y'all's show, but Todd, I got to disagree with you on this one because Trump, he doesn't need to stay away. He needs to go ahead and face it as he's done everything else. He has courage. That's one thing about him.

I've always said he has courage.

So it's going to make it worse if he doesn't do that. And while she was reading off the names, I would have been walking down there turning myself in then. She wouldn't have to ask me. I'm just saying.

So, Tracy, you're not concerned that they might try to put him in an orange jumpsuit and frog march him through the streets of Atlanta? Here's the thing. It's a concern. However, however, whatever the bond is, he'll bail out. Or is it the bail is he'll bond out, whichever way it is.

Whatever it is, you know, he has supporters.

So this is just something, unfortunately, he's going to have to go through, but I would not stay away. I wouldn't do that. No.

Go ahead. Be a man. He has courage. I'm telling you. Y'all know that, right?

No doubt about that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So this is just the test.

Just go ahead and do it. Go ahead and do it.

Now, I have a brother who's a cop in Georgia. He's like, yeah, I'm going to vote for Trump. You know?

So, I mean, it's not really stopping anything. Those that want to vote for him, they're still going to do it. But he needs to handle, he really needs, I know it's, I can imagine how he feels, but go ahead and do this. He's a man, he has courage.

Now, that's one, again, he has courage. I've always said that about him.

So he cannot let me down. All right.

So, Tracy, we've got you on the record now. You think Trump needs to go to Atlanta, face the music. he i would have done it while she was up there reading she sounded like she was going up a pyramid with her voice because she's getting louder and louder voice was very yeah it's grating voice i'm like i'm like come on now you know so yeah i just go ahead and face the music you don't fight this with fear all right we got you down tracy appreciate you calling in What do you think here, folks? Tracy says Trump needs to go to Atlanta. He needs to stand there and whatever happens is going to happen.

But he's a man of courage. Look, I have no doubt about that. I mean, Trump is probably one of the most courageous presidents I've seen. No doubt. But I just I'm really concerned that they're going to try and pull something where they just keep him in jail indefinitely.

And there's not much anybody can do at that point. By the way, here's the reporter. I believe this was a Fox News reporter. And my hat is off to this person for asking the question that needed to be asked. She did not take many questions.

But here's the reporter asking Big Fannie Willis about the fake indictment that was posted. According to the Fulton County Clerk's Office that was circulated online with charges against former President Donald Trump, That fictitious document matched exactly the charges that we now see in this indictment. Can you tell us more about that document leak? Because now you have the former president's lawyers who are saying this is emblematic of a serious problem with your office. No, I can't tell you anything about what you refer to.

What I can tell you is that we had a grand jury here in Fulton County. They deliberated until almost 8 o'clock, if not right after 8 o'clock. An indictment was returned. It was true build, and you now have an indictment. I am not an expert on clerk's duties or even administrative duties.

I wouldn't know how to work that system, and so I'm not going to speculate.

Next question. I don't know what I'm going to do. I don't know anything about a clerk. I don't know what to say. I know she got the makeover, but she should have worked with a voice coach or something.

That voice is irritating. My goodness.

So again, to give you some background on this gal, she is a far-left Democrat. She endorsed and actually raised funds for the Democrat political opponent of a Republican Georgia state senator who was a target of her criminal investigation.

So she's going out there and attacking other Republicans while giving money to the Democrat opponents. She was also disqualified from investigating an election witness because of her partisan political activity.

Now, we told you that she is the daughter of a former Black Panther. These are radical activists here and a man who identifies as Afrocentric. and you have to wonder if that sort of radicalization and ideology has impacted the DA's office. Not only that, she appeared nearly 40 times throughout this investigation on far-left TV shows and was boasting about her efforts to take down Donald Trump. I mean, the Trump team has just laid it all out here, folks.

she often bragged about her investigation to national media outlets time magazine in 2021 rather than remaining impartial willis opined about the ongoing investigation of the media telling time that she had a what in the hell moment when she heard president trump's phone call in 2022 this is according to usa today willis said that on day one she knew an investigation of trump may be warranted and she said almost immediately i knew if there was something to be done that it would be appropriate to do it in her office and then there's a political camp campaign photo of her going fishing for donald trump you know what that's all about all right folks we've got to scoot out of here we have so much more to talk about we will continue tomorrow in the meantime head over to toddstarns.com be good america stay safe mr president .
