Welcome to the Todd Starnes Radio Program. We are in breaking news mode here on the program today. We are waiting for President Trump to arrive in Washington, D.C., where he will be arraigned. And there are a lot of unknown questions right now as far as what is going to happen in Washington. But a couple of things, and we're going to be taking your calls on this today.

We are dealing with uncharted waters.

Now, we can tell you that the judge in the case, the judge that we refer to as Judge Chakakad, was an Obama appointee to the bench and is a radical leftist. She has ties to the Democrat Party, worked in a law firm that had ties to Hunter Biden, and she has been especially harsh in sentencing of J6 defendants. As a matter of fact, in four of those cases, the prosecution said, we do not recommend jail time here, Your Honor. And then the judge turned around and said, nope, these people are going to jail.

So the question on a lot of people's minds today is what will happen when President Trump appears before Judge Shaka Khan? Shaka Khan? Do we know for a fact that President Trump is going to be able to walk out of the courthouse today? That is a great unknown.

Now, in the other two arraignments, the president was able to walk in. He didn't have to get a mug shot, didn't have to be fingerprinted. He walked in, pled not guilty, and then walked right back out. We don't know if that's going to happen today because this judge is getting ready to play hardball.

So it's possible that, I mean, as ludicrous as it may sound, it's possible that the judge could order President Trump to be jailed. And I'm hoping that doesn't happen. But again, folks, we have to maintain our cool here. We cannot play the same games that the Democrats play because we are law-abiding people. We are conservatives.

We don't play that game. We don't burn down American cities. That's what the Democrats do. We don't march in the streets. That's what the Democrats do.

We don't beat up our political enemies with baseball bats. That's what the Democrats do. And we cannot steer, we cannot veer from that path of being peaceful American citizens. But I'm telling you, that is a dangerous proposition to jail the former president of the United States or make him post bail.

Meanwhile, outside the courthouse, it is a circus. We understand that there are hundreds of people. A lot of Trump supporters are showing up, and I think that's a great thing. I think the judge needs to understand, hey, there are a lot of people in this country, at least 75 million, who are supporters of the America First agenda. By the way, if you think it's bad in D.C., Fulton County, Georgia, you folks in Georgia, the Atlanta area is controlled by radical leftists and the sheriff down there this guy's a piece of work he says if Trump is indicted in Atlanta there will be a fingerprinting and there will be a mugshot they say they're going to treat Trump like they would treat any other criminal that is a direct quote from the sheriff of Fulton County Georgia so you know they're just salivating.

You know this judge last night, and I believe she's married to another judge or a prosecutor, an attorney, somebody in the legal profession. This judge is just giddy. She's a radical leftist, and she can't wait. She can't wait to embarrass Donald John Trump. Oh, she probably couldn't even sleep last night.

Could you imagine, though, when she got the news that she was going to be the one that was going to preside over the Trump trial. Wow, I cannot even imagine the joy, the exhilaration that she must have gone through. Because they're just waiting. They're just waiting. They want to throw this man in jail.

This sheriff down in Fulton County in Georgia and Atlanta, You better believe he would love nothing else than to march Trump out of the courthouse, his hands in cuffs and his legs shackled, frog-marching the former president in front of the cameras. If they're given the opportunity to do that, they will do that. They hate Trump that much. It's just unbelievable. Just unbelievable.

And while poor Trump is having to deal with that, you've got these backstabbing SOBs, people like Mike Pence and Bill Barr. And Mike Pence is out there in front of the cameras, and he has completely betrayed Donald Trump. And folks, Mike Pence knew what he was doing from day one. He knew what he was doing from day one. This man is devious.

I was listening to KWAM this morning, our flagship station of Memphis, Tennessee, Liz Harrington, a guest on the morning show, which I happen to be on. And Liz Harrington said that Mike Pence is a disgraceful snake. In other words, Mike Pence knew exactly what he was doing. She says that he misrepresented every single thing the president told him, every single thing. it was almost as if mike pence on j6 was setting up donald trump and she called him a snake and i think she was being very generous with that description by the way uh mike pence cut number 23 please saying all you needed to do was just take a pause what do you say to that i say that's completely false and it's contrary to american history to our Constitution and to the laws of this country.

And I never considered it, Martha. Look, when the first time I heard speculation that as vice president I'd have the authority to overturn the election by returning or rejecting votes, I frankly dismissed it out of hand. Look, the founders of this country had just won a war of independence against a king. And I was confident as a student of American history that those founders would have never vested the vice president or anyone else with unilateral authority to decide what electoral college votes to count and which not to count. I was clear on that throughout.

I was clear with President Trump throughout all the way up to the morning of January 6th. But let's be clear on this point. It wasn't just that they asked for a pause. The president specifically asked me, and his gaggle of crackpot lawyers asked me to literally reject votes, which would have resulted in the issue being turned over to the House of Representatives and literally chaos would have ensued.

So, Martha, people can read the indictment. And frankly, I've said before, I had hoped it had not come to this point. I don't know if the government can meet the standard, the burden of proof beyond reasonable doubt for criminal charges. But the American people deserve to know that President Trump and his advisers didn't just ask me to pause. They asked me to reject votes, return votes, essentially to overturn the election and to keep faith with the oath that I made to the American people and to Almighty God.

I rejected that out of hand and I did my duty that day. And again, he says he did his duty, but it looks to me like Pence is not being honest here. And we know for a fact that Mike Pence has a very long history, an ugly history of not doing the right thing, and also of going back on his word. And we know this because when he was governor, he went back on his word and stabbed Christians in the back with his revocation of the religious freedom restoration law. And most recently, back in 2020, when Mike Pence stood up in front of a group at the Turning Point USA conference, and this was just a few weeks before J6, and he stood up in front of these young people, a cheering crowd, and he said, hey, we're going to go after these illegal votes.

And as our election contest continues, I'll make you a promise. We're going to keep fighting until every legal vote is counted. We're going to keep fighting until every illegal vote is thrown out. we're going to win Georgia we're going to save America and we'll never stop fighting to make America great again you watch oh we were watching sir we watched as you surrendered because just a few weeks after those remarks Mike Pence walked in to the the U.S. Capitol into the Senate chamber, and he stabbed Trump and the American people in the back.

So one of two things happened here. Mike Pence is either telling the truth and everybody else is lying, or is it possible that Mike Pence was telling Trump what he thought Trump wanted to hear, and then he walked into the Capitol that day and stabbed Trump in the back? I mean, something is not adding up here with Mike Pence. Anyway, Bill Barr, or Bob Barr, rather, going after the former president as well, the former attorney general, basically doing the same thing Mike Pence is doing.

So I suspect we will see other members of the administration coming after Trump. It's going to get ugly. But, folks, nothing has changed. Trump is still Trump. I do not believe that he has broken the law here.

I've read through the indictment again last night, and there's nothing there.

So what I suspect is going on here, and a couple of things. First of all, they're trying to drain him of his wealth. And we can't even begin to imagine the price tag it's going to take to defend himself on all of these charges. I mean, it's just unbelievable.

So they're trying to drain him of resources, and they're also trying to wear you out, the American people. And I've already started hearing from folks who say, you know, Todd, man, we just we love Trump. Man, we love it. We just hate what they're doing to him. And maybe maybe just maybe he needs to call it a day.

No, that's what they want you to think, ladies and gentlemen. That's how they want you to behave. They want you to get worn out. They they want you to wave the white flag of surrender. And that's what all these Republican candidates are counting on as well.

Every single one of them.

Trump, every single American taxpayer needs to stop filing their taxes.

They can't lock us all up if there's millions of us, Todd. And as far as Mike Pence, I thought the world to him when he was VP. He's a traitor. He needs to take his 3% points, honey, and go ahead and bail on out because nobody wants him, Todd. Jerry Lynn, were you surprised at what Pence has been doing over the past couple of days?

I mean, it's very clear now, and when you read the indictment, it's very clear he's the guy that was ratting out the president and his team. Absolutely, Todd. I can't tell you how disappointed I am, honey. I can't even begin to tell you, but I'm telling you right now, Todd, I'm not exaggerating. if they indict trump i'm not filing taxes anymore if i have to leave this country todd i've had it they've got to be stopped somehow some way this this is absurd todd this i'm telling you we we got to draw a line in the sand honey as marjorie taylor green says well i i think this is the hill to die on i mean look they're going to be indicting him until the cows come home my concern is one of these judges is going to want to try to throw him in jail and make some sort of a name for himself or herself.

And that could happen today in Washington, D.C. Absolutely, Todd. And I'm telling you, I do not understand, Todd, how this judge that's a far leftist can try this case. I don't understand it. How is she?

I mean, you know how she's going to go. Oh, absolutely.

Well, of Of course we do, Jerry Lynn. Look, this is all a setup. The whole thing is a setup. And I'm telling you, Joe Biden, I know the guy gives the impression that his front porch light is not on. But this guy is mean.

He is evil. He is just like the Godfather. Look what this guy did to his own kids. If he's going to be that way to his own kids, you better believe he's not going to think twice about screwing over the American people or Donald Trump. Good to have you with us today. four o'clock eastern that is when president trump is expected to be arraigned in the federal courthouse there in washington dc uh keep your radio set on this station uh because it's very important for you to get information and i can promise you this radio is going to do a heck of a better job covering this than the tv networks are going to but folks i'm telling you when you You cannot just look at this in a vacuum.

You've got to look at the broader picture of what is happening in our country and what the Democrats are doing. This goes back to Barack Hussein Obama and his promise on the campaign trail in 2007 to fundamentally transform America. This is something that is not happening overnight. This has been happening over decades. And even with Obama, this goes back to the 1960s, where our public school systems were radicalized and we did nothing about it.

We turned a blind eye. And so now we have generations of American kids that came up through radicalized schools and they have been taught a warped view of America. And that's why we have so many people now, especially the millennials and Gen Zers who have embraced socialism. They have rejected capitalism. They believe that we should have limitations on our constitutional rights.

that's why the federal government was able to come in under the guise of the global pandemic and say we've got to take away your rights so that you can be safe and what did we do did we fight back did we push back no the american people said of course take them away we don't need to go to church we don't need the right to assemble we don't need the right to be able to go and open up our businesses? No, lock us in our homes. We want to be safe. And that's exactly what happened.

So this is all part of the great unraveling. You know, when President Trump talks about this being the last presidential election, what he means is that if we do not stop the radicals here, then America will be lost.

Now, I'm going to give you two reasons why you need to go and vote in the presidential election in 2024. And you need to grab your neighbors. You need to grab the folks you go to church with and Sunday school with, the folks you go play golf with, the folks you go bowling with. Two reasons. Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito.

Both of those men are nearing their 80s. And if we have a Democrat president in 2024, there's a very good chance that those two Supreme Court justices, should they retire, should they step down from the bench, will be replaced by radical leftists. Radicals like you don't even know the definition of radical. And another part of this is jailing your political enemies. And that's what Joe Biden is doing here.

I want you to hear this, and we're going to go to the phones here in just a moment. Liz Peek just a few moments ago, our good friend, and she's on this program on a monthly basis. Liz Peake on Fox just a few moments ago explained the reality of who Joe Biden really is. He is not a genial person. So they're going to try their best to throw Trump in jail, and they're going to do that because they want to send a message to you 75 million people who support the president's policies and support this man. The first part being with Mike Pence. I've seen the highlights and have watched most of the Tucker Carlson interview with the potential candidates. And Mike Pence, flat out in his own words, it is not his concern the problems or the situation facing the American people nowadays. I would not vote for Mike Pence. I wish he would go ahead and drop out, but he is a globalist.

He's being propped up. I would vote for RFK Jr. before I would vote for Mike Pence. I'm curious, Jeff. Hold on just a second here.

I am curious about that.

So why would you vote for someone like RFK? It seems to me, even though you may have objections with a lot of the stuff that Pence has done lately, it seems to me you would have more in common with Mike Pence and you would RFK? I don't know. I think we're going to get more truth, more honesty and straightforwardness with RFK Jr. as opposed to Mike Pence.

Mike Pence flat out will lie to your face. He's a rhino through and through. You can't trust anything he says. I would not vote for him at all. At least RFK Jr., you're going to get some truth.

And prove that, back that up, is the Democrats are even going against RFK Jr. Because he's a threat to them. He's a threat to the establishment. He's a threat to the establishment, the global government Whatever they're trying to implement in the United States You see the same thing with immigration in Europe, the U.S., Great Britain Whatever they're trying to push, even RFK is a threat for that For example, how they denied him seek-for-service protection But Hunter Biden has it when he went to court in Delaware just last week or the week before Well, that is true I personally would vote for him over Pence All right. I've got a question for you, Jeff.

Are you in a casino right now? Where are you? I hear this noise. That sounds like you're at the slot machines. I'm at work.

I apologize. Not a casino. Oh, don't apologize. No, I was just going to see if you could maybe, you know, put in a couple of, you know, nickels for me. I need a new car.

All right, Jeff.

Well, I appreciate that call. Thank you for that. That is interesting. And I see his point there because and this is an ongoing issue with the Republicans. We elect these guys, they get to Washington, and they turn out not to be the same people, which, again, is why people love Donald Trump.

But may I just suggest something to you here? And again, Trump is right when he says that. Trump is always out there saying this is not about him. It's about you. It's about all of you people who are truly the America first people.

You see, you had your belief system long before Donald Trump came onto the scene, right? We just haven't had anybody who represented that belief system run for office. And along comes Donald Trump. I mean, we have plenty of people that say they're going to do it, but they never do. George W.

Bush promised, but what did he do?

Well, he spent money like a drunk Democrat and then dragged us into a war that we had no business being involved in.

So they make all these promises, but they always turn out to be basically Democrat-like. But along comes Donald Trump. And Donald Trump is different. And the reason why is Donald Trump has played the game. He knows how this works.

But Donald Trump also loves America.

So when Trump is saying, look, they're not coming after me, they're coming after you. And I'm the only thing standing between them and you. That's what he's talking about. We have always been around We have always been this silent majority And now the Democrats are scared because Trump was never supposed to be elected Keep in mind, the Russia collusion story was supposed to end the presidency, right? He was not going to be able to win.

That's why everybody was shocked. And it was a genuine sense of shock followed by dread because they realized they had screwed up. even Trump was surprised. And I suspect he was surprised because he knew what they were up to. But it didn't work.

And you know why it didn't work? Because you got out there and you voted. You engaged. And the silent majority is massive. But they're trying to send a message.

And that's why they're jailing all these people. That's why Judge Chakakhan put all those people behind bars. Chakakhan? Let's go to the phones, 844-747-8868. Rob in Youngstown, Ohio.

Rob, what's on your mind today? Good morning there, Mr. Stearns. I just wanted to call in and tell you, first of all, thanks for reminding me of, you know, don't let this left-wing crazy agenda wear me out, because I was getting a little wary, so thank you for that. It kind of, you know, brought me back to life there.

I just want to say I'm supporting Trump any which way. You know, I'm tired of this nonsense. I got four young adult children that support Trump. I got son-in-laws, daughter-in-laws that are supporting them, other family members, and we're talking to people.

So I know there's some of those left-wing irrationals that you just can't talk to, lost cause. There's a lot of people out there on the fence.

So just encouraging everyone to get out there and try to open their eyes and vote the right way in 2024. Rob, I'm curious, what is it that people are saying when you tell them, hey, are you supporting Trump or you need to support Trump? What do they tell you? What's the rationale in their support for the president?

well the one the ones that i'm talking to that are on the fence i just try to bring them you know look look at what's going on with the left you know with all these uh indictments with trump with all these lies and all the hunter biden stuff and it just seems like like a light bulb comes on in their head at times i'm not saying everyone but you know there's few in there to start thinking about this light bulb comes on they don't really see it but if i if i had to guess i'd say they fall on the uh the trump side of the fence at that point well i just people i just think people don't do their homework on they don't pay attention to what's going on they don't ask the questions they don't dig in deep to this stuff so no rob i think you're right and and that is a big problem with america is that even with even among conservatives we don't do our homework and and we've got to do that. We've got to make sure that we are engaged, we're informed. You know, we try to do that every day on this program, and we appreciate our good friends at 97.7 FM there in Youngstown for broadcasting our show, because we've got to get the word out. Hey, Billy, what you got for us today? Frustration. Lots and lots of frustration. I guess I'll definitely for Donald Trump. He gets my vote 100%.

The more they persecute him, the stronger I'm for him. The documents, that just really aggravates me because Biden, as a vice president, took documents. He had no right to take documents. He wasn't the president. Hillary Clinton took them.

She was just the Secretary of State. She had no right for those documents. The charges today in Washington, D.C. are just a joke. But what it's pointing to is this pattern that we're seeing.

Every time Hunter Biden's name is mentioned, they come after Trump. Three times. We've seen this pattern three times.

So if they take Trump out and somebody else is running, they'll go after him. It's whoever is trying to defeat the Democrat Party. They're going to come after us. It is just ridiculous what's going on in this country. And you talk about national security.

This is totally a security issue because China is laughing hysterically at our country. We can't do anything right anymore. Billy, it is frightening. It is frightening when you look at the international implications here, especially with what's happening in Ukraine with Russia and the war going on there. You've got Taiwan.

It's a very disturbing thing because our enemies look at us and all they see is weakness. They see an old man who can barely walk on a sandy beach, slouched over without a shirt on, his saggy man boobs for all the world to see. And they're laughing at us, Billy. they're absolutely laughing at us. I totally agree with you, and it's disgusting to me that they would go after somebody as fine a person as Clarence Thomas, and why they did not go with the rule of law when those people started marching in front of their homes when Roe v.

Wade was an issue again at the Supreme Court. They didn't use the rule of law. They ignored it. And they are still going after this man who is as fine a man as we could have that represents this country. I mean, I'm just sick of it.

Well, we are waiting, and there will be some breaking news today. President Trump will be arraigned in Washington, D.C. in federal court, and we are following those developments throughout the day.

Hey, great to be with you as always, Todd. Monica, there's a lot of anger right now, I think, in MAGA world, and I think this is a righteous anger they have today.

Well, absolutely, and I don't just think it's MAGA. I think a lot of very thoughtful, responsible people on all sides, independent, disaffected Democrats. I think a lot of people are really angry, confused, frustrated by what they're watching unfold. And it's not just today with yet another bogus Trump indictment and yet another arraignment of the former president. But it's what's been unfolding really over the last eight years since Donald Trump came down that escalator.

Todd, I think more and more Americans are waking up to the fact that Donald Trump was such a unique political figure who was driven by a very pure, I mean, certainly pure for politics, a pure motivation to restore America to greatness and put the American people and American interests first. And for that, you know, the old saying, no good deed goes unpunished for that motivation. And because he was able to execute a lot of that during his presidency, he needs to be destroyed by the corrupt ruling class on both sides of the aisle. The uni party, the system, the propaganda press, the deep state, the permanent administrative state. They all view him as an existential threat.

and it's a direct threat to their corrupt gravy train, threatening to expose the depth of corruption in all of these institutions.

So they've got to take him out. And I believe, Todd, that they cannot believe that he is still standing after everything that they have thrown at him, from the Russia hoax to two fake impeachments to a rigged 2020 election and on and on. They can't believe that the man is still standing.

So their final attempt to neutralize him as a political threat is to tie him up with all of these court cases going into next year, tie him up, distract him, drain his resources, prevent him from being an effective candidate in order to try to prevent him from being president again. And if that means putting him in prison, they will do it. You see, that's why I am very curious to see what this judge is going to do, because, you know, these these folks are not stupid. They've certainly seen what's happened after the previous arrangement arrangements where the president's numbers go up. There seem to be more people embracing the America First agenda.

And I'm wondering if this judge is going to throw a curveball and maybe throw him in jail, if nothing else, just for the sake of you've got to sit behind bars while we get your bail money or whatever rounded up. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised by any of it because the radical left, the communist left, they do not care about this country one bit. In fact, they're seeking to destroy it. This has been going on a long time. You and I have talked about this every time I come on this show.

But the radical left, their objective is to destroy the Constitution and the rule of law and free market capitalism. That's their goal.

So it's not like they don't know what they're doing. Of course they know what they're doing. And everybody else who's standing in the way, like Trump, like you, like me, like your audience, like my podcast audience, we're standing in the way.

So when Trump says they're coming after me because they're coming after you, no more accurate thing has ever been said. We are the biggest obstacle to their grand project of, in Obama's words, fundamentally transforming the nation. Nobody ever stopped to think about what he meant by that, Todd. And now I think we have a pretty good idea. He is our advocate.

And he is so right when he's, you know, all along he said, it's not about me. They're coming after you, and I'm the only thing standing between them and you. And when you look at that, Monica, look at what's happened over the past couple of years with the moms and dads who finally woke up during the China virus pandemic, and they realized what was happening at the schools. And once that happened, the leftists, they could not fight back. They didn't have enough numbers.

So there's more of us than there are of them, and they never wanted us to know that. That's the dirty little secret here. And that's why I think the left is so terrified right now, because they're beginning to realize we may not be able to stop this guy. We may not be able to stop this movement.

Well, every time we, meaning normal Americans who love our country, every time we feel our power and understand the power in our numbers, we have a real effect. Just look at the, and this was, these all, this movement was completely organic going after Anheuser-Busch. Target, Ben & Jerry's, Disney, all of these woke companies are suffering tremendous losses. Why? Because we got together organically and decided, why are we funding these companies that hate us with our disposable income?

No, we're going to make a choice not to support them with our disposable income and take our dollars somewhere else. When we do that, huge, huge impact, right?

Well, the same thing holds true for politics as well, that when we begin to feel our own power and recognize it and then utilize it, well, then the left freaks out. And this has been true throughout history. Every time we've kind of gotten together, the left panics. They realize that we really do have tremendous power, and they seek to attack our movement, smear our movement, undermine them, and then ultimately destroy them. And in order to do that, they have to go after the most charismatic leaders of those movements.

Right now, our movement is called the America's First Movement. Back in Nixon's day, it was a great silent majority. But it's all the same movement, right? It's just normal Americans who love their country. And so the left, the deep state, the press, they all mobilize to disperse us, to smear us, attack us, and then to neutralize our leaders.

That is exactly what's going on right now with Donald Trump. But I got to tell you, you know, a lot of people are opening their eyes and they're like, you know, it's always like the criminal who takes, who's stealing from a cash register, right, at their place of work. If they only took a dollar or maybe a fiver once a month, might not get noticed, might get away with it. But criminals, just like the deep state, they get greedy. and criminals will go in and swipe a hundred dollar bill and boom, it pulls the trigger and they get caught.

I think in this case, very similar analogy. You know, if the left had come after Donald Trump with one indictment, maybe one count charge in there. I think a lot of people might say, maybe he is guilty of that. I don't know. Let's see.

But this massive pylon against Trump has awakened a lot of people, and it's catching up to the left. Yeah, I think you're right here.

Something is just off about all of this, and I think the American people get it. Monica, I need to ask you a question. This is so unacceptable and talk radio I'm about to do, but I need to ask you a question here. You're on Twitter, Monica Crowley. You're on Twitter, right?

Yes.

So do you do the Twitter app on your smartphone? Yes.

So, Monica, is it just me or is I'm having problems now?

Now that I've switched over the logos, I can never find my Twitter app on my phone now because it looks just like some of the other apps.

So I miss the bird. Oh, you know, that's so funny because I still have the bird. Wait, you've still got the bird? I still have the bird. Yeah.

Wow. So mine switched over, and so now it's the black X, and it looks just like something else. I can't find the bird. Oh, no.

Well, listen, we're all still calling it Twitter. Nobody is calling it X.

So I understand that, you know, Elon Musk wanted to rebrand the thing and make it his own. I get that. But the bird was so iconic and bright blue and white, so easy to find. Kind of like the bird. No.

By the way, did it automatically switch over on your phone? One day you looked at it was different? It did. And I do think it hasn't happened for everybody just yet. but mine just, I guess, when it updated or something, and I'm like, where in the world is my Twitter feed?

I don't get that. But anyway, I thought that was just me.

Well, it is annoying. I know there are bigger things in life, like the loss of our country, but that is super annoying. That in my community, we still don't have drinkable water yet.

So yeah, there are some more pressing issues facing the country, but it is what it is. Monica, what's coming up on the podcast. Who do you have on the hot seat? Oh, thank you so much, Todd.

Well, yeah, I mean, I've done a couple of great shows over the last couple of weeks, and today I do a whole deconstruction of the Trump indictment, but also I talk about several other presidents, including Joe Biden and Barack Obama. Can you imagine if a dead body had been found on the Mar-a-Lago property. I mean, just visualize that for a second, how it would be wall to wall, and yet a dead body on the property of Barack Obama, and nobody says a word, and there's obviously a cover-up of something going on. It may have been an accident. Who knows?

We'll never know the truth.

So I want to take apart different presidents in different kind of ways, and that's what I do today, because, you know, we are in the throes of losing our country here, and we've got leaders at the top who are in it for themselves and for transforming the country in their own image. This is a very, very dangerous moment.

So I've got a great show today along with Mayor Trent Skaggs, who is the mayor of Riverton, Utah, who's actually challenging Mitt Romney for his Senate seat in the GOP primary in Utah. He's a fantastic guy. I've got him on the show. We've got to bounce guys like Romney who are uni party nightmares and put in people like Trent Skaggs and others who are America first. You know, back when I was a kid, went to summer camp, had a lot of fun, and met a lot of friends, learned how to do a lot of stuff. And, you know, it's really for a lot of kids, it's the first time that they're ever away from home. They're away from mom and dad. And it's part of that experience of learning how to grow up, take personal responsibility for yourself, learning how to play and work with others. And you learn about yourself, right?

So it's really one of these growing moments.

So there is a camp counselor over on TikTok, and he's actually admitting that he used his position as a camp counselor with a group of 13-year-old boys to turn these young kids, these patriotic young American boys, into communists. Cut number 12. I was a camp counselor for one week and turned an entire cabin of 13-year-olds into leftists. Here's how. It started on day one when the kids of their own volition decided to have an election to see who would be president of the cabin.

They had me track votes anonymously, and I may have broken the tie in favor of the obviously queer kid. Another kid who was weirdly obsessed with Russian history then asked if he could be Mikhail Gorbachev to the cabinet, to which I said, I don't think so. You could be Karl Marx, though. He was thrilled. The kids then, somewhat clumsily, started discussing the merits of their communist government.

It probably would have ended there, but on day two, the president told me that he had trouble sleeping the night before and asked me if I had anything to read. I had exactly one book with me, The ABCs of Socialism. This kid read the entire book in one night. The next day, another kid asked for it, and then another. By day four, Karl Marx proposed that our cabin cheer be the communist cabin, where everyone is equal, and everyone agreed.

Again, just to show you how messed up this country is, that moms and dads, now you have to worry about whether or not your kid's camp counselor is like little Hitler, right? It's just unbelievable. So pay attention, know what's happening, ask questions of your kids. And if you see them growing a short little mustache or something, you would be very, very worried. I would be.

So we'll keep you updated on that as the president makes his way. But the motorcade is now on the way to the airport. Interesting news item coming in. This is from Disclosed TV. The Biden administration has reportedly asked Facebook to alter its algorithms to favor certain news outlets over others.

This is according to new records.

So all of this, it's not in dispute.

so we know they were doing it. We have the records. And one of those involved an email exchange between the administration and Facebook, and the White House said, actually sending this note to Facebook, if you were to change the algorithm so that people were more likely to see New York Times, Wall Street Journal, any authoritative news source over Daily Wire, Tommy Lahren, polarizing people, you wouldn't have a mechanism to check the material impact? In other words, they were asking Facebook to marginalize or minimize the amount of news content coming from the Daily Wire and polarizing people. By the way, I'm a polarizing person.

And we can see it. You know, we have a team of professionals here, journalists. We, you know, our team is very well versed on algorithms and they monitor the traffic and they monitor all of those things. And by the way, the same thing on Twitter. And I will say this, ever since Elon Musk took over Twitter, our impact, our engagement numbers have dropped like a rock.

In other words, it was better for us back under the old ownership when Jack was still in charge.

So, and I'll give you an example. We have, oh, what, 213,000, 14,000 people that follow us on Twitter. On any given story, our engagement is literally in the hundreds.

So it makes absolutely no sense. And the same thing over at Facebook. We have 350,000 people who follow us on Facebook. I can't tell you how many times we get messages from people saying, why can't I see your content in my newsfeed anymore?

Well, it's nothing we're doing. This is happening as a result of these algorithms. And just think about this for a second. Just think about this for a second.

Now, a lot of the people over at Facebook are kids. They don't know any better.

So if, for example, if Joe Biden were to call me up and say, Hey, Todd, can you do something about KWAM, that radio station you own? There's this guy, this morning show host you've got. His name is Ben Dieter, and he's a conservative, and he's always saying very mean things about me. Can you guys just do something to marginalize that guy? And you know what I would do if that were to happen?

and I would tell Joe Biden to take his dark coffee and stick it where the sun don't shine. But if you are a kid over at Facebook and you don't know any better, and Joe Biden calls you up at Facebook headquarters and says, hey, we need you to do something about Tommy Lerner. You people over at Facebook, you're allowing Tommy Lerner and Todd Stearns' content to be seen by far too many people. and so you can imagine this this little left leftist child and his he's probably shaking his hands are shaking he's got the little man bun and the man bun is just quivering a little bit and he probably soiled himself out of terror and fear and oh oh mr president i'm so sorry mr president we didn't mean to offend you please don't hurt me please i'm sorry what do you want us to do what do you want us to do mr president you tell us we'll do it whatever you want me to do Mr. President, we will do it, please.

They'll say, well, thank you very much. I want you to get rid of Tom Stearns' content.

Okay, consider it done, Mr. President. We're so sorry. We're so sorry. That's what happened, and that's what happens.

They're terrified. These people are evil bullies. I'm telling you, remember Liz Peake, we played the audio. These people are evil. They're like a modern-day godfather.

That's it. Remember, no, remember the, was it the chin? The chin in New York City back in the 1960s, 1970s, and he was facing, he was one of the mobsters in New York City. And the guy was evil. I mean, he was a murderer.

So what did he do? He pretended that he was nuts, right?

So the guy put on a bathrobe. This is no, you can Google this story. It's a real story. The guy would wear a bathrobe and slippers and wander around the streets of New York City, mumbling to himself, trying to convince the feds that he had lost his mind all the while. As soon as he walked back into the house, he became like normal again.

I think that's Joe Biden. i right i mean yes he shuffles along the beach and he takes off his shirt to expose his wrinkled sagging man boobs and he's he he just he looks like he's about to fall over all the time it could be all an act right it could be a the whole thing i just got a text please todd i'm eating lunch Please stop with the sagging man boots. Please. My apologies. But you get the point here.

Something is just not right with this guy. But anyway, that's what they're doing to Facebook.

So that's why you are not seeing conservative content in your social media feeds. And with Elon Musk, I don't know what the heck is going on over there. It's the whole thing has been Twitter has almost become unusable. It is so bad right now. Just so bad.

All right, 844-747-8868 is our phone number. That's 844-747-8868. Tucker Carlson did an interview with the former U.S. Capitol police chief, a guy by the name of Stephen Sund. Mr.

Sund was in charge on the day of the January 6th riot. Fox News Channel refused to broadcast this interview. but somehow the folks over at National Pulse got a copy of the leaked interview, and they broadcast this thing.

Now, we have listened to it. The problem is there are so many glitches in the audio itself. It's really unlistenable, and we don't want to put you guys through that. But we have listened to the audio. It's an hour-long interview, and Fox News said, no, we're not putting this on the air.

And I want to explain why Fox News refused to put this story on the air. because the Capitol Police chief said that what happened on January 6th, what really happened on January 6th, was completely covered up, that he is not buying the explanation for what happened on that day. I want to read a couple of quotes from this. Sund said that he was especially disappointed with Nancy Pelosi and the former Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, Mark Milley, for the way they handled the intelligence that actually suggested problems would arise on Capitol Hill on J6.

Now, the original argument was nobody saw this coming. Nobody knew this was coming. But it turns out everybody knew that something was up. And by the way, the only reason they knew that is because the feds were in on creating the narrative and the plan for what went down at the Capitol. And we know that because the FBI to this day still refuses to acknowledge how many of their agents were there.

They admit they were there, but they will not say how many. Mr. Sun said and Mr. Sun told Tucker Carlson, if people were reporting the intelligence correctly, if I was allowed to do my job as chief, we would not be here today. This did not have to happen.

So what Mr. Sund is telling Tucker Carlson is that we had an opportunity to stop whatever was going to happen on that day, but there were forces at work that actually wanted the riot to happen. I tried to tell you folks about this.

Something had never, never made sense about J6. Mr. Sund went on to say that he's got three decades of experience in law enforcement. he served as the Capitol Police Chief from 2019 to 21. He said, everything appears to be a cover-up.

Quote, like I said, I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but when you look at the information and the intelligence they had, the military had, it's all watered down. I'm not getting intelligence. I'm denied any support from the National Guard in advance. I'm denied National Guard while we're under attack for 71 minutes.

Now, let's just stop right there, folks.

So you've got the former chief of Capitol Police now telling us that he was refused support. He asked for National Guard support, and that support was rejected. And then when the Capitol came under attack for 71 minutes, 71 minutes, they refused to send help.

meanwhile they want to prosecute president trump for telling people to protest peacefully does this make any sense to you ladies and gentlemen here's what j6 is shaping up to be a great big false flag what happened on j6 as the puzzle pieces are coming together is nancy pelosi looking for an opportunity to saddle donald trump with with an issue that would follow him for the rest of his political career is it possible ladies and gentlemen and again we don't have all the puzzle pieces yet.

So we can't come out and say definitively a thousand percent that this was all a setup to try and destroy Donald Trump. But it's beginning to look like a setup to destroy Donald Trump. It is. Why is it again that the Capitol Police asked for but did not receive help from the military? Why is it that their request for help from the National Guard was rejected?

And just why, pray tell, did Nancy Pelosi on that day of all days happen to have a video crew with her to film every single one of her movements on that day? I'm just I'm just asking questions here, folks, just asking questions. And we still don't know how many FBI agents were involved in the planning and execution of what went down on that day. Well, you asked about the January 6th and if we believe what they were telling us, and no, I've never believed that. But I don't hear anybody asking the question. I mean, I don't see what President Trump did wrong. I see all the January 6th people there to protest the election were being let in and led around by police. The only person that got killed was by a police officer, an unarmed woman behind the door.

So I'm not quite sure what President Trump or the January 6th people are guilty of. yeah i mean it's a great question and trump told people multiple times to protest peacefully and you can make the argument that you know well he brought the crowds there that's fine but that's not a crime you know i i see nothing criminal in the president's behavior on that day not not at all well i and i don't either and i question the election the first time mail-in vote vote i personally received three mail-in ballots at my home in my name that I didn't request and I called they were they had our our county board listed as the people that sent them and they said they did not so I I truly believe there was fraudulent activity with the mail-in ballot that aspect of is what I question.

Well, I think it's fair for you to question that. But again, I think the Democrats saw this as an opportunity to try and create some sort of an incident, try to manufacture an incident, an attack on the U.S. Capitol, and then blame it all on Donald Trump, hoping that would stop him from ever being involved in politics again. I would just say it just backfired across the board.

So we're going to hopefully get to the bottom of that story one of these days, and maybe it'll come out during the trial. Who knows? But I think the American people are due an explanation, much like we deserve an answer for what happened in November in 1963 in Dallas, Texas. But for some reason, the government is terrified. They never want the American people to know what really happened on that day.

And I suspect it would reveal that the CIA and other government agents were, in fact, involved in what went down. But Lisa, got to run. Appreciate that phone call, and thank you for listening to us. Well, good afternoon, Todd. It's great to be with you, as always. I will tell you that President Trump is standing in the gap for all of us right now. They have got to get through him in order to get to us, and that's exactly what's happening right now. This is just unprecedented.

I don't think the left believes they can beat him, so they've got to take him down and use the full power of the government to do it under a corrupt Biden administration and a corrupt Department of Justice. And so we're seeing this play out, and we in Congress are going to do everything we possibly can to defend law and order. You know, like it says in the Supreme Court, you know, one justice, one law, all of us equal, equal justice under law. That's what it says. Congressman Clyde, let's talk about the indictment here.

Have you had a chance to read it? I've read parts of it, and I see what people more experienced in, you know, I'm not an attorney, but with greater legal minds than I do, and they're just saying, this is a joke. I mean, are you serious about this? But you've got to look at the timing of it, too. You know, I mean, it seems that the timing is made just so that when there's a piece of information, you know, a serious piece of evidence that comes out against the Biden crime family, that the Department of Justice is ready to drop some sort of a witch hunt indictment on President Trump.

Congressman, when I read it, and I've read this thing four times, I see what looks to be like an op-ed out of the New York Times. I mean, it really does read like some sort of an op-ed or something in the essay section in the Sunday Times. I see nothing of substance here, and it seems to me the only criminal charges are being filed because President Trump had an opinion that the left finds objectionable. and that opinion is protected under the first amendment as it is for all of us i mean this this the left will stop at absolutely nothing to try and take down president trump and we are seeing it time and time again and i don't i don't doubt that we'll probably see it again in the future uh as we get closer they are doing everything they possibly can because the walls are closing in on the big guy, on Joe Biden. And they're trying to effectively eliminate President Trump's ability to get out and see the people.

They're trying to take his money in the process of trying to defend himself. In here, the punishment is the process. And they're hoping that something will stick on the wall. And I honestly don't think he would ever get a fair trial in D.C., that's for sure. No, no, not at all.

Not at all. And we'll see how that plays out. My concern is this judge, the Obama appointee, she's been playing hardball with all the J6 people. There have been four cases where the prosecutors said, we don't recommend jail time, and she overruled that and actually sent those people to jail.

So I'm curious to see what happens here and how the judge handles all of this. Will she try to jail President Trump, even if it's just for a few minutes while, you know, they're posting the bail or making whatever kinds of arrangements? Oh, I wouldn't doubt that they would try to do that. I mean, you know, this particular judge, what, Tanya Chukkan, I think is how you pronounce her name?

Well, we call her Chakakhan, Tanya Chakakhan. Chakakhan. You know, this is a President Obama appointee, and this is a judge that goes over the top. And, you know, justice is supposed to be blind, Todd. And that's what our country is built on.

You know, Lady Justice is blindfolded. She who holds the scales. And that's not. We've got a cinder block. The Department of Justice has a cinder block on the scales of justice here.

And they are trying to tilt it in the favor of a corrupt Biden administration. And we have got to stop that. The country has got to stop that. And we in Congress have got, as representatives of the people, have got to stop that. And I look forward, because I'm on the Appropriations Committee and I'm on the Commerce Justice Science Subcommittee, I look forward to when we come back in September and we take up the Justice Department's budget, I look forward to cutting their budget and putting riders in place to ensure that people have equal justice under the law.

President Trump is being arrested today because he believes the presidential election was stolen.

So in the event Trump says something, we'll be able to carry that. But I do want to play some audio. This, again, is a collection of Democrats going all the way back to 2016, right? 2016, when Democrats were out there saying the elections were rigged, that Hillary Clinton was the true president, that President Trump was not really the president. My question is, why are these people not in jail?

Why are they not being charged with a crime? Cut three. How can you win with Russian interference, though? That's the real thing. That's what I'm scared about in 2020.

But rightly. Because I think he's an illegitimate president that didn't really win.

So how do you fight against that in 2020? You are absolutely right. He's an illegitimate president in my mind. Would you be my vice president? Folks, look, I absolutely agree.

Trump didn't actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election and he was put into office because of the Russians' interference. Russia interfered with our election, attacked our democracy for the sole purpose of artificially placing someone at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. They were successful. Trump knows he's an illegitimate president.

The president-elect, although legally elected, is not legitimate. I don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president. You said you believe that Russia's interference altered the outcome of the election. I do. We have a president who, if in fact it is proven, has been assisted by the Russians and may in fact not be a legitimate president.

The one thing that Trump is fearful of when it comes to his being president is that finally we will see how illegitimate his victory actually was. I have an objection. I object to the 15 votes from the state of North Carolina. I object because people are horrified. He's an illegitimate president.

Our election was hijacked. There is no question. Congress has a duty to hashtag protect our democracy and hashtag follow the facts. John Lewis is completely right. There is a cloud of illegitimacy around the election of Donald Trump.

The Russians interfered with his election. James Comey and the FBI interfered with his election. The fake news industry interfered with his election. Trump knows he's an illegitimate president who got illegitimate foreign clouds. Do you believe Trump is illegitimate president?

What I believe is that there's no question that the outcome of this election was affected by the Russian interference. There absolutely is a cloud of illegitimacy.

So that legitimacy is in question, yes.

So that was a very tainted election, and in that sense, it's illegitimate. Why do you think the president is going to such great lengths to essentially prove that he beat you? Because he knows he didn't. He knows he's an illegitimate president. Stolen emails.

Stolen drone. Stolen drone. Stolen election. Welcome to the world of unprecedented Trump. Did you believe President Trump is an illegitimate president?

Based on what I just said, which I can't retract. He tweeted in February 2018, quote, The more we learn about the 2016 election, the more illegitimate it becomes. America deserves to know whether we have a fake president in the Oval Office. The Russian attempt to have the election, and frankly, the FBI is weighing in on the election, I think makes his election illegitimate. There was a widespread understanding that this election was not on the level.

We still don't know what really happened, Isaac. I mean, there's just a lot that I think will be revealed. History will discover. But you don't win by three million votes and have all this other shenanigans stuff going on and not come away with an idea like, whoa, something's not right here. Seems to me that there's a cloud of illegitimacy that continues to hang over 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

The outcome of the election was affected by their interference. To what degree, if any, the Trump campaign was actually in collusion with Russia. He knows he's an illegitimate president. So, of course, he's obsessed with me. And I believe that it's a guilty conscience.

All right. There you go, folks. That's what it looks like. And that's where we are right now.

So, all of those people that you just heard, Hillary Clinton, the whole nine yards. You had Dianne Feinstein. Of course, she doesn't even know if she's on the planet Earth right now. But you had all these people, Maxine Waters, all of them. Why are they not in jail?

Because they undermined the presidency, right? Hillary Clinton did a whole lot worse than that. And by the way, going back to the Mar-a-Lago and the classified documents scandal, what about Mike Pence? He had classified documents. He was not allowed to have them.

At least President Trump was allowed as president to declassify whatever he wanted to. Mike Pence didn't have that right. Joe Biden, when he was vice president, he did not have that authority either.

So, again, I think the American people are finally seeing through all of this. I'm curious, what do you think is going to happen if she throws him in jail today? If she throws him in jail, what do you think happens? There are a lot of angry people out there, a lot of angry people. But we call for people to be peaceful.

That's what we're called to do. But I'll tell you something, folks. There is something happening in this country, and people are getting fed up. They're just absolutely fed up with this. They're tired of it.

But CNN invited an analyst on the program to give his opinion, and here's what the CNN analyst had to say. Cut 24. When I first learned about the indictment, I had a long conversation with a friend of mine, Ryan Riley, And I told him how proud I felt to be an American at that moment, much in the way that I did when I learned that our military had killed Osama bin Laden. I just felt incredibly proud. These two seem comparable to you?

Incredibly proud to have been. I'm sorry, I don't want to cut you off, but why that comparison in particular? I believe they're comparable. In what way? Absolutely.

Osama bin Laden was a terrorist who committed a horrific act against American people and against our republic. And I believe that Donald Trump is a terrorist who committed horrific acts against the American people. You can imagine that that is a very eyebrow-raising statement, to say the least, the notion of Osama bin Laden in comparison to Donald Trump. It likely speaks to just how deeply you have been concerned and have felt about all of this. But are you concerned that statements like that or the rhetoric surrounding what his role has been is going to cloud people's view of this indictment as a fair process?

I think that the only person or people whose view matters with regards to this indictment are the jurors who will eventually be sat and listen to the facts and ultimately make a judgment as to whether or not Donald Trump is guilty of the charges that Jack Smith and the Department of Justice have brought forward. All right. So look, I don't know who the CNN analyst is, but the guy is just a pile of garbage. This guy comparing President Trump to Osama bin Laden, the man who orchestrated the 9-11 terrorist attacks, the worst terrorist attacks on American soil ever in the history of our country. And they're trying to tell you that Donald Trump is just as bad as Osama bin Laden.

that shows you how off kilter these people are.

Now, look, I know it's CNN. I know they're a bunch of godless, heathen atheists. I get that. I know they hate America. I know they hate Donald Trump.

I get that. But what kind of a moron do you have to be to sit there and listen as you invite an analyst onto your program and he sits there and says that Donald Trump is just like Osama bin Laden?

Now, it just seems to me that the lady host over at the reporterette over at CNN, and I don't know her name because her name is not important, but the reporterette over at CNN, the lady reporter, should have said, Sir, wait a second. Hold it. Hold it. Look, I get it. You may not like Trump.

I can't stand the guy, Mr. I can't stand the guy, but you can't make that comparison here. She didn't even have the courage to do that. or she might not have the brains, right? Maybe she was hired for another reason over at CNN.

I don't know. I'm just, I'm asking questions. That's all I'm doing here. I'm just asking questions. But I got to tell you, they have scraped the bottle of the barrel with this analyst.

And the president on his way was in Bedminster earlier today and will be heading over to the Newark airport. He is en route, may already be there, then flying down to D.C. 4 o'clock this afternoon.

4 o'clock Eastern is when we are expecting the president to be in court.

Meanwhile, at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, the new fall semester getting underway. And, folks, you want to talk about a university that is changing this nation and making this nation better. It's what's happening at Liberty University. And I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. We're honored to have the dean of the School of Law at Liberty, Dr.

Morse Tan, with us. Dean Tan, hope you're doing well today. I'm doing well. It's good to be with you, Todd. And Dean, as much as this is a horrible thing that we are seeing play out in national politics, for a law school student, this has to be fascinating to see all of this playing out in front of the cameras.

And I have to imagine you guys must be getting a lot of inquiries about, hey, what's going on here? We've had our share, and this is truly unprecedented in American history. we've never seen in all of American history a former president being indicted and charged with criminal offenses as President Trump has. And so this is truly unprecedented. Dean, as we were reading the, I believe, 44, 45-page indictment, I've read a lot of indictments over the years, first as a journalist and now as a talk show host.

And what really struck me was the amount of opinion in this particular indictment and the fact that they really seemed to take issue with the president having an opinion that the election was stolen. Was there anything that you've heard that really sticks out to you as unusual in this case?

Well, it does lay out a particular version of putative facts. and assumes those to be true. Our system provides for a presumption of innocence to criminal defendants. And I've also seen in various media pieces where there's a presumption of guilt coming from various media sources, where it's just being assumed that President Trump is guilty with respect to these. And there is a clear slant and a clear perspective that is being put in this indictment in regards to what the facts are and how the laws relate to these facts.

When you guys are taking students through the classes and through the courses at Liberty University and your terrific school of law there, when court cases, maybe prominent court cases or notable court cases are coming up in real time, are you all able to bring those kinds of conversations into the classroom and talk about those? Yes, I believe that happens. and professors are free to do so. And it could be a helpful pedagogical approach because I think a lot of times there is heightened interest on the part of students in regards to contemporary happenings. And so I do think that faculty members do so and feel free to do so to the extent that they're relevant and helpful for the learning of the students.

And so, yes, I think that happens. Looking at the indictment, of course, this is number three, and we understand that number four is imminent. As a matter of fact, the sheriff in Fulton County, Georgia, in the Atlanta area, did an interview with local TV and said in this particular instance, they will be fingerprinting President Trump, they will be doing a mugshot, and they say he will be treated just like any other criminal. It sounds, I mean, you know, again, in our world, we talk about the weaponization of government. Do you see that here?

Is there evidence that our government is being weaponized against us? There seems to be indicators along those lines, to the extent that it is actually happening, that is very dangerous and should not be happening. It is against the rule of law. It is against equal justice under law, as is famously inscribed on the U.S. Supreme Court.

And so there should not be the weaponization and politicization of our federal government against the political enemies of those currently in power. It really strikes against the heart of what the First Amendment seeks to protect, because at the heart of free speech is freedom of speech in regards to political matters. It's a reason why there's the speech and debate clause in regards to Congress, that because of the speech that a member of Congress makes, that member of Congress can't be hauled off. Oh, I believe we lost Dr. Tan there on the phone lines.

And again, as we await the indictment, this is from Hal Sharpton. And you've got to listen. This is amazing. It's cut number 19. You know, I thought about this as I was looking through the indictment last night.

And I grew up and started my activism in a section of Brooklyn called Brownsville. And walking to the subway many mornings, some of the guys in the neighborhood would say, Rev, I caught a case. I have never walked down that block and somebody said I caught three cases. I mean, this is just as low as it gets. I've never heard of three cases on one individual in three jurisdictions.

So this is serious. But on the other side of it, one day our children's children will read American history. And can you imagine our reading that James Madison or Thomas Jefferson tried to overthrow the government so they could stay in power? That's what we're looking at. We're looking at American history and how it will play out is going to be very important.

The sad part about this to me is that this is not a man that is facing all this because he believed in a political position or political policy or cause. I've seen people go down the wrong side for a cause. This is all about him. This is narcissism with steroids. And to think that he could get this whole country divided and split and commit these crimes and have others commit crimes off his own self-aggrandizement is as sick as it gets.

You know, you would hope that people like Al Sharpton are not that stupid, right? You would hope this man has a television program. This man has influence among the masses. You would hope that someone like Al Sharpton would not be this ignorant to go back and to suggest that people like Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton would be shocked at what Trump is doing. Does he not understand that that Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson were revolutionaries?

So, you've been following the developments.

So, Trump has arrived in Washington. Is that right? Looks like it. See his airplane on the big runway? It's got the big Trump on it.

So, he's there. All right. So, he didn't make a wrong turn and end up in Philadelphia or somewhere. No. All right.

Well, that's good news.

Well, there you go.

So certainly people are going to be very excited. We understand fencing has already gone up around the Capitol building. But there's nothing to worry about because the Democrats realize there's really nothing to politically gain for staging something else at the U.S. Capitol building. I'm just saying.

Oh, by the way, Ron DeSantis is trying to make himself relevant, I suppose.

So he is accepting an invitation to debate Gavin Newsom. Cut number 18. You heard Gavin make the offer. Your answer is. Absolutely.

I'm game. Let's get it done. Just tell me when and where we'll do it. And here's the thing, Sean. I mean, in one respect, the the debate between California and Florida has already been had, as you suggest.

People have been voting on that. They've been voting on it with their feet. They have fled California in record numbers. Florida has been the number one state for net in migration. We have the number one ranked economy, number one now in education, crime rate at a 50 year low.

But in another sense, this is the debate for the future of our country, because you have people like Joe Biden. They would love to see the Californication of the United States. Biden may not even be the nominee. You could have Gavin Newsom. You could have Kamala Harris.

And I think if we go down that direction, that's going to accelerate American decline. We can't see America decline anymore. We need to reverse American decline. Does he sound presidential to you? I mean, just think about this.

Could you handle hearing Ron DeSantis for four years on your nightly news, on talk radio programs? There's just something off. There's something off about all of this, his entire campaign. And honestly, I think what needs to happen is that Ron DeSantis needs to go back to Florida. He needs to finish up his term in office and he needs to figure it out.

And just really think long and hard about why he wants to be president of the United States. And what that means. I'm just something is just off here. And for that matter, based on what's happening right now in Washington, D.C., it's time for everybody running to call it a day. You know you're wasting people's money.

You're wasting people's time. You're wasting their effort. It's over. Every candidate, even big old Chris Christie, the big boy needs to just stop. Just stop.

We need to align ourselves behind Donald Trump so that we can fight the fascist together. Or else, and you better believe this, we're all going to be in jail. And if you don't believe me, all you have to do is look at history. Look at what's going on. Look at what happened in the Soviet Union.

Look at what happened in East Germany. That's going to be happening right here in the United States of America if we don't wake up.
