Welcome to the Todd Starnes Show, sponsored by Legacy Precious Metals. There's never been a better time to invest in precious metals. Visit LegacyPMInvestments.com. That's LegacyPMInvestments.com. Live from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee, It's America's conservative blowtorch.
That's us. That's right. I love this American ride. Todd Starnes. Oh, yeah.
You know, this country never ceases to surprise me, ladies and gentlemen. The lunacy of the left. Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Starnes Radio Program. And we've got a lot to go through today.
And, you know, I was having a conversation just the other day with someone years ago when I first bought KWAM, our flagship radio station in Memphis, Tennessee. When I first bought the radio station, we had a couple of, well, we had more than a couple. We had a lot of leftists who worked in the building. And I've got nothing against the leftists. I've got nothing against liberals and the media.
As a matter of fact, when I worked at Fox News Channel, someone told me once maybe 0.5% of the people who work at Fox News Channel would actually consider themselves to be conservative.
So in other words, the mainstream media is predominantly, overwhelmingly liberal. It's leftist. And that is, it's no surprise. We see it every day. And that's one of the reasons.
And by the way, the reason why Fox News Channel for so many years was conservative, was actually fair and balanced, is that the people in charge, the people calling the shots, the people producing the shows were, in fact, conservative. That was the 0.5 percent. But now many of those people have been fired or let go or whatever. But I'm not talking about Fox News. I just want to use that as an example.
and especially in the public welfare journalism sector. I'm talking about PBS and NPR, two organizations that cannot afford to pay their bills, and that's why they require tax dollars. And I've heard, I know, I know, it's only 2%, Todd, only 2%. I don't care if it's a penny. I don't care if it's a penny.
It's still our tax dollars. And as a radio station owner, it bothers me that the profits, the taxes that I have to pay from my very successful radio station have to prop up the failing public radio station here in Memphis, Tennessee. It bothers me. But that's not what I want to talk about.
So anyway, when I first started here, people were very alarmed. Oh, that Starnes, he's a conservative. He's just a big meanie. He's going to shut down all of us. And the reality is I did not.
As a matter of fact, early on, I knew we had a couple of on-air talent that were far leftist, but they put out a pretty good product, and they had a pretty good program. And I said, you know what? We're going to keep the show. As long as it's getting ratings, as long as the ads are flowing in, what do I care? As long as it's entertaining, because that's what radio is supposed to be, ladies and gentlemen.
You know, a lot of these Rush Limbaugh wannabes that are out there, and there are some. As a matter of fact, there are a couple of radio hosts who are proclaiming themselves as the second coming of Rush Limbaugh.
Well, that's a lot of hubris because there's only one Rush Limbaugh, and he's in glory right now. He returned his talent that was on loan from God. But you've got all these talk radio guys out there, and they're the next Rush Limbaugh. And what do they do? And you've heard the shows.
You know, I'm not going to name names, but you've heard the shows, right? All they do is scream at you for three hours. That's not what Rush Limbaugh did. Rush Limbaugh was an entertainer as well as an informer. He educated a generation of American citizens.
So all that to say, there's just a lot of noise out there, and a lot of people are just confused about what is entertaining on the radio.
So for me, it is about being challenged, and I want to hear what that person is going to say next.
So one day, the leftist loon who had the show called up and said, I'm no longer going to work for you. And I'm like, well, all right, why not? What happened? And I was really intrigued. And it turned out that this individual was offended by something I said on my national radio show.
and you're just intolerant. That's what this person said. You're just intolerant. You're a mean person. How dare you?
You know what it was? It was during the George Floyd stuff. And I dared to say that all lives matter. And as I pointed out in Memphis, Tennessee, clearly all lives do not matter because people are getting slaughtered all over the place and nobody cares. But in this particular instance, I just pointed out that I believe, as an outpouring of my Christian faith that every single life is important and every single life matters and not one life is more important than someone else's life.
That's what set this person off.
So anyway, as soon as hung up the phone, I mean, she was just very upset. How dare you? How dare you? I'm like, what do you want me to do?
So this individual quit right on the spot and then wrote this nasty note on social media saying that I was an intolerant person. And that really struck a chord in me because I'm anything but an intolerant person. As a matter of fact, if you want to talk about intolerance, this individual who stormed off in a huff was the intolerant person because this person had a platform on a radio station owned by a rock solid conservative.
Now, on this radio station, I don't know what it's like on your local radio station, but we have guests of all different persuasions that come on to this radio station, KWAM, the mighty 990, celebrating 75 years on the air. We have Republicans, we have Democrats. As a matter of fact, we have more Democrats begging to be on the show than the Republicans. And trust me, in Memphis, Tennessee, there's not much difference between those two parties. And why is it the Democrats want to come on a conservative talk radio station?
Why is that? Because, first of all, they know they're going to be asked the tough questions, but they know we're going to be fair and we're going to be balanced. We don't do the gotcha stuff here. And people appreciate that.
So we have a platform on a conservative radio station, a conservative radio station that is open for everyone, no matter what their ideology is. We just ask one thing. Can you be entertaining? We don't like a snooze fest here. This is NPR.
We have breaking news today. The sun came out, and we need your money. Will you give $25 for a tote bag? No, nobody wants to hear that crap. No wonder we got to fork over our tax dollars to keep those people employed and off the unemployment line.
I mean, geez-a-loo.
So anyway, it really struck me that all of these people out there, they're saying the conservatives are intolerant, when in fact, we're pretty open-minded people. I'm a pretty open-minded guy. We have all sorts of opinions on this radio station and on this radio program. Guess what happens, ladies and gentlemen? If you disagree with me, what happens?
You go right to the top of the line. Because we like the debate. We like to have the conversations. do you ever see that on npr do you ever see that on pbs do you ever see that on any of the local tv stations in your market i don't see that but you know what you see it here and that what that's what makes us unique and we take pride in that a conservative radio station that is open-minded all that to say in Indianapolis Indiana they've got a bunch of leftists in the media up there and I've got a story to share with you in the aftermath of what could have been a massacre at the mall in Greenwood Indiana and it's a crazy story but it's one you need to be aware of So there is a CBS traffic reporter, and this guy claims to be a devout Christian. He claims to be an Eagle Scout, yada, yada, yada.
His name is Justin Kohler, and he is the traffic reporter at the CBS affiliate in Indianapolis.
So anyway, we all know now the name of the hero, the Good Samaritan, who stopped the shooter inside the food court at that shopping mall. The guy's name is Elisha Dickin. It's kind of a weird spelling. I don't know what the nationality is, but it's Elisha, but it's got a J and an extra S in the name. Anyway, regardless, Elisha Dickin is the hero.
22 years old. He had a handgun. When that guy started shooting in the food court, Mr. Dickin, instead of running away and hiding, took out his legal weapon.
So he had a concealed carry, took it out and immediately shot the gunman. And then the gunman stumbles into the bathroom and drops dead. The mayor, police chief, Congressman Jim Banks, anybody who is breathing in Indiana says without a doubt that guy stopped the gunman from committing a massacre, and he's a good Samaritan.
So that's that phrase set off the traffic reporter. And so the traffic reporter went on social media, and he's all upset. And you can tell he's one of these woke evangelicals. You can just see him coming from a mile away. The hair with half of the hair is there, and the other half is shaved off, and it's just a weird look, man, a weird look.
But I digress.
So here's what he wrote. The term Good Samaritan came from a Bible passage of a man from Samaria who stopped on the side of the road to help a man who was injured and ignored. I cannot believe we live in a world where the term can be equally applied to someone killing someone. My God! You know, sir, you profess to be a Christian man, and yet you use God's name in a slur there.
Might want to repent of that.
So he's all upset because he doesn't believe you can call this man, this hero a good Samaritan. And he's not the only one.
Now people are piling on. It's the anti-gun crowd and the woke evangelicals, these woke, never-Trump Christian people. And they're all attacking this poor guy, and they believe the better option would have been for there to be a massacre in the mall. Folks, see how this parallels our politics of the day, because these are the same people, these never Trumpers and the woke evangelicals and the anti-gun crowd, all these people were saying, you can't vote for Trump even if he saved the unborn babies. You can't because they seem to believe that the better course of action would have for Roe v.
Wade to remain the law of the land. That's the parallel here.
So anyway, this caller guy goes back. I mean, people are piling on.
Now, the blue checkmark crowd, they're all in with this guy. But the regular folk, they're like, are you a lunatic? What are you saying here?
So Mr. Kohler later came back, and here's what he wrote. Let me be clear. My thoughts are not meant to discredit the heroic life-saving action an individual took in stopping the shooter. That's exactly what it is, you moron.
Stop stiffing gasoline. He goes on to say, I'm no biblical scholar. Then you know what? Maybe you ought to just stay in your freaking lane, sir. Maybe that's what you ought to do.
Now, I'm not a theologian, but I can tell you this. I believe that what that man did was noble and honorable, and I believe he was, in fact, and is a good Samaritan.
Now, if you go through and read your Bible, you can see plenty of stories about God's people in trouble, and what do they do? They pray out to God and ask for help, and what happens?
Well, if you read the Bible, there are plenty of stories about armies of angels rushing, rushing to the defense of those in need. And I want you to think about this for a moment. Just maybe, as there were families, terrified families, huddling under chairs in front of the closed Chick-fil-A on a Sunday, trying to protect their loved ones from the gunmen, Maybe, just maybe, a few of those folks actually prayed out to God for help, and guess what? The army showed up, God's angel showed up, and he happened to be a 22-year-old kid from Indiana armed with a handgun. Anybody thought about that?
So look, we're going to take a break here, but I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this. Do you have a problem calling this young man a good Samaritan? 844-747-8868. That is our toll-free telephone number. That's 844-747-8868.

He needs to be acknowledged as the great Samaritan. His actions deserve that. All right, that was Ed from Texas, and he left us a shout-out, and you can do that.
So if you don't want to call in and talk live on the air, You can actually leave me a message on our awesome app. You say, all right, how can I get the app? It's very simple. Go to kwamradio.com and download the app, and you'll be able to listen to the show. Send us a shout-out just like Ed from Texas did.
All right, let's get to the phones here. 844-747-8868. Salem, Oregon. Ron listening to us on KYKN. Ron, what's going on?
What's on your mind?
Well, I'm just telling you, I'm that black redneck. I'm going to see you Friday, my brother, right there in Salem pretty soon. Ron, it's going to be a lot of fun. And for those of you who may not be aware, I'm heading out to Salem for a couple of big events coming up Thursday and Friday. And we would love to see you there, sponsored by the Marion County Republican Party and KYKN.
Go to KYKN's website, and all the information is there. and we would love to see you, just like Ron said. It's going to be a lot of fun, Ron. Can't wait to meet you in person. I'm just telling you right now.
Now, this is a great example of Martin Luther's turned over in his grave to help separate us from the Catholics, my brother. Because a person said the Good Samaritan. I mean, excuse me, I had a couple of those Good Samaritans on 90 freshman normally, 120 to 10 people, when Maxine Waters let catch and release and everything else, puppeteer, Mike City Councilman, South Central Los Angeles, Northside, which was middle class. And I was blessed to have a Schidt-Sameronization stop. Did we lose Ron?
I think we lost Ron.
Sorry about that, my friend. We will try to get back to you, and if not, we will see you Friday. But to Ron's point, look, when you look, this reporter from the CBS affiliate, the traffic reporter. This guy would have you believe that I guess we're not even allowed to have militaries anymore.
So if you're a Christian, you can't serve in the military. But the idea that if you shoot somebody, you can't be a good Samaritan, that's the most moronic thing I have heard. Shameful, just absolutely shameful.
So I say this, I'm with Ed from Texas. He's not a good Samaritan. This guy, Elisha Dickin, is a great Samaritan. And he illustrated a very important point that the left would prefer you not know, that by and large, overwhelmingly, 99 percent of law-abiding gun owners in America only own a gun to protect themselves and their families. They may be hunters, they may be marksmen, but primarily people own guns to protect their families.
And thank God that Indiana's concealed carry law went into effect. Otherwise, we would have been talking about a massacre. And you would have given more ammo for the left to go after an all-out gun grab, which is apparently coming possibly as early as this week. All right, look, we've got to take a break here. We got so many stories to drop by you today, folks.
A lot happening. We love your calls. 844-747-8868. That is our telephone number. By the way, the website toddstearns.com.
And I want you to go and look at the front picture. And I ask you a question. Are those dudes ladies? We'll talk about that coming back. There's no doubt the nation is facing a financial crisis because of the Biden administration's economic policies.
Hi, this is Todd Starnes, and no doubt our economy is in trouble, and you need to take steps to protect yourself.
Now, if all your money is tied up in stocks, bonds, and traditional markets, you are vulnerable. Gold is one of the best ways to protect your retirement. No matter what happens, you own your gold. It's real, physical. It's always been valuable since the dawn of time.

All right, welcome back to the Todd Starnes Radio Show. I hope you are having a pleasant day wherever you are across the country. You know, I'm getting ready for the Delta Airlines flight, and I'm flying first class out there. And so you get to order food.
So they serve you a dinner. And I will say this about Delta Airlines, and I only fly Delta. If Delta doesn't go there, then I don't. And there's a couple of reasons why. Delta is the airline that I actually hate the least out of all the airlines out there.
But they do a pretty good job of getting me from point A to point B.
So anyway, I got an email last night saying I had to select my meal for the trip, and I was kind of put off by the recommendation.
So it's like one is a protein-free meal. That's what they're calling it. It's like a vegetarian burrito. And the other is some sort of a Vietnamese salad with chicken, allegedly. and the other was a beef dish, but the problem was it was on this lima bean succotash.
And I'm like, okay, what about a good chicken sandwich or something? Do they not have Chick-fil-A? I don't know, it's very odd. Anyway, I'm saving my appetite for when I get to Salem because I understand the food scene in Salem, Oregon, is out of this world. All right.
We've got to talk about a story out of, and by the way, Congressman Ronnie Jackson's coming up in the next hour, and that's why we're not talking about Biden's cognitive decline just yet, because he is the expert on this as former President Obama's doctor, now Congressman Ronnie Jackson out of Texas. And we're also going to be talking to the mother of a female swimmer who had to go up against Leah Thomas. Marshy Smith is with Icons, and she'll be here a little bit later on in the program. We've got a story up on our website, toddstarns.com, and I'm going to bring to your attention. You need to understand what's happening on your college and university campuses in America.
There's something very dangerous afoot.
Now, many public universities, public schools, have a student government association, and it's just like your local or state or federal government. You have senators or representatives. You have a student Supreme Court.
So you have – it's basically a student version of what we do in real life in politics. But here's the problem. It really is a microcosm of the problems we're facing in big government. Because a lot of these kids are coming up with very dangerous ideas on their college and university campuses, and they're implementing these policies in the school itself. And that's where we start with Maya Little.
She is a black student at the University of Houston. She is a Christian, and she was hoping to become the first black woman elected to the student Supreme Court at the University of Houston.
So she goes before her peers, her classmates, and she's giving her speech, and she's explaining why she deserves to be named to the Supreme Court at the University of Houston. And she quotes a Bible verse during her remarks, and it triggered the student politicians almost immediately. And they decided to go into a closed-door session, and they voted, and they rejected her because of her religious beliefs. And they said that they had to be very sensitive about appointing Christians to positions within the government in the aftermath of Roe v. Wade.
Now, the Daily Cougar is the university's newspaper, and they've been covering this story. and they say that Miss Little, because she is a Christian, has something called latent bias. I have no idea what that means. And they were especially troubled by the Bible verse. Miss Little, in an interview with the student newspaper, and by the way, kudos to the student newspaper for reaching out and getting her side of the story, she said, I read a Bible verse months ago and it really inspired me.
It made me realize that the world to me and in my eyes is made out of love.
Okay, well, what's wrong with that? It's not like she read some sort of a Sodom and Gomorrah verse about God smiting people. It was a verse about love. And who doesn't appreciate a good Bible verse about love? She did have one supporter on the student Senate, a guy by the name of Nolan Schultz.
He said, quote, I think with record-level crime, disparity, and poverty, we need more Christ in government. Oh, golly. I'm surprised they didn't impeach that guy. Quote, I need to go on the record saying I bring Christ anywhere I go. Wow.
Again, kudos to the student newspaper for getting both sides of the story. The Daily Cougar. You better watch it. They're going to impeach that guy. And we'll be on the story if they do.
Now, you might remember this a couple of years. Maybe it was last year. There was a kid at Auburn University. He was a white guy, and he was a conservative. He's still white, and he's still conservative.
He was the most qualified individual for the Supreme Court there at Auburn University, and they rejected him because he was not diverse enough. What does that even mean?
Well, I'll tell you what it means. He's of the Caucasian persuasion. No, he is. He's a white guy. Can't have no honkies on the Supreme Court at Auburn.
I know that might offend people, but that's the truth.
So look, here's the deal, folks. You need to pay attention to this nonsense, because what's happening on your college campus eventually happens in real life. And if you don't believe me, why don't you go out there and ask somebody what their preferred pronoun is?
so here's my again here's my take on this um we need to crack down and crack down hard because this is against the law what they're doing to reject somebody from a position because of their skin color or because of their religious beliefs that's against the law and if congress will not do anything about it we need to get new people up on capitol hill i have a very simple solution to all of this. Defund any university, public or private, that refuses to protect civil liberties. It's very simple. You're either going to support civil liberties or you're not going to get our tax money. But you need to understand something.
There are a growing number of people that are being taught in public school that Christians and white people are no longer qualify to serve in public office. Pay very close attention to that.
Now, I believe that we ought to be electing people based on the content of their character. I know that is a foreign concept these days, but that's what I believe. Very troubling story out of the University of Houston as well as Auburn University. Let's go to the phones here 844-747-8868 Phillip is listening to us from Havlock, North Carolina wants to weigh in on that Good Samaritan story Alright Phillip, what's on your mind? Yes Todd, first of all thank you very much, I am a first time caller and I really appreciate you taking my call Let me just make one comment about Auburn University because I was born and raised in alabama and uh what we call auburn is a very good school to go to if you can afford to go to a very good school well there you go i'm not gonna get into that bite i'm a tennessee fan so i don't i've already got a dog in the fight we got our own problems i understand um Let me just say that I'm a retired Marine, 24 expert marksmanship awards in the Marine Corps, and I'm a Christian man.
I'm an older white man, considerably older than you. And let me just say that in the county that I live in, here in North Carolina, there are more concealed carry holders than you can shake a stick at. And if somebody wants to pull out a gun and start shooting people, he's going to get weighed down by a crowd of armed people. As well it should be, Philip. And I think when the bad guys understand that, when they know that, hey, look, there's a pretty good chance people here are packing heat, or if a homeowner is packing heat and is well-protected, you think the bad guys are going to think twice before they knock in that front door.
That's exactly right. That's the entire point of the Second Amendment. We will protect ourselves, and we will protect those around us. phil and just think about this wrong and and we are we're honoring this young man we're praising this young man and a large part of that is to help him because he didn't he didn't show up at the mall thinking he was going to have to take out a terrorist uh it's just something that he was prepared to do but he didn't want to have to do that and i don't know about his religious nature or status but i have to imagine that he's going through a heck of a lot emotionally right now knowing that he had to take somebody's life to save others. I mean, that's a big thing for anybody.
I can't imagine what kind of emotional turmoil one would go through if they took out someone's life. But for what reason? That's right. And that's why we have to have this affirmation, and it's really appalling to see these reporters coming out and attacking this young man and really casting dispersions on him. He did the right thing, and we've got to honor that and let people know this is how you behave in that sort of a situation.
I couldn't agree more. Philip, first, I have to tell you, you did a great job as a first-time caller, and second, I just want to say thank you for serving our great nation, and you could give us a call back one of these days. Will you do that? Oh, yes, sir. I will, please.
All right. So now you'll be a veteran caller.
So, Philip from North Carolina, God bless you, sir, and thank you for your service. All right, good people down in that part of the country, by the way. A lot of military veterans live in that part of North Carolina and listen to us over on the talk station as they brand it over there. All right, we've got to take a break here. Lines open, 844-747-8868.
What do you think we ought to do with these colleges, these universities, that want to crack down on Christians and people because of the color of their skin. 844-747-8868. That is our telephone number. By the way, famed political strategist Dick Morris, he says Donald Trump is running for president. Few people know Trump better than Dick Morris.
He's been his top advisor for years. And Dick Morris has a great bestseller out this week. It's called The Return, and it reveals Trump's secret plan for 2024 and the real reason that he is running. Dick says Trump is still facing three big threats, but Biden can never be re-elected. Already a number one bestseller on Amazon.
You've got to get a copy of The Return. Here's what I want you to do. We've got a free offer from Newsmax. You're going to save almost $28. Go to thereturn911.com.
That's thereturn911.com. thereturn911.com. We'll be right back. Ever since I got the new Galaxy Z Flip 4, I've been learning all these new tricks with my dog Finn. Like how to take the best selfies at the park.
I just set my phone down, put it in flex mode, and capture hands-free pics from multiple angles. Or how to capture our training sessions for his followers. I simply wave my hand to start recording video. Good boy! Plus, the Z Flip 4 is compact and fits perfectly in my pocket.
Oh, wow! Click the banner to get your Galaxy Z Flip 4. By the way, Dick Morris is predicting that the 2024 race is going to be Donald Trump against Hillary Clinton. Could you imagine that this is going to be one of the greatest political rematches? It's going to be like rocky.
This is going to be pretty epic.
So anyway, we'll keep Tams on that. And Dick Morse is going to be on the show, I believe, later this week or possibly next week. Let's get to the phones here. 844-747-8868. Keith from Maysville, North Carolina.
Hi, Keith. What's going on? Hello, Todd. I hear it's hot over there in Memphis. Oh, my goodness.
Keith, they're telling us that the heat index is like 115 degrees. You could smoke a pork butt outside. Get you some good sweet hickory, dude.
Well, I'm going to base myself in barbecue sauce, my friend. There you go. On a side note before I jump into the call, the best food I ever had and the best service I ever had on an airline was British Airways flying to London on my way to Kosovo. Is that right? Good food.
Yes, yes.
Well, I will say this since we've got off on this tangent. When I flew out to Israel a couple of years ago, we did Virgin Atlantic, and man, it was top-notch. They actually played the theme song to Shaq as they took off and landed, which was a little weird, but it worked. It was the vibe. Cool.
All right, let's talk about college diversity.
Well, it's quite simple. If they want to do diversity, well, let's do diversity. all their and their basketballs and football teams every one of them has to be diverse let's put more white guys on them and i'm talking about starting white guys even if they're not even if they're not good enough we're going to put them on there because we're going to be diverse keith you're going to get me in trouble here look i i mean it's a fair point you know because again like the nba especially in professional sports you nba nfl and especially the nba it's overwhelmingly non-white. And you don't hear anybody talking about diversity except complaining there are too many white coaches.
So I don't know. I guess maybe they just don't. Here's my take on it, Keith. For the record, and you know we've got all these leftists that are assigned to this program, and they write down everything I say.
So officially, I believe that you want the best person, the best qualified athlete for your team.
However, and let me put in a caveat here.
So if you're a female basketball coach, you want every transgender basketball player on your team so you'll be able to beat the girls. That being said, if in fact we're going to be ruled by diversity and the quota system, then what you just said, Keith, is pretty accurate. You're going to have to have an equal number of black players and white players on the team and Hispanic players and Asian players. But it won't fly, Todd. They want the best players.
Of course. And that's the way it ought to be for everything. You want to talk about diversity hires? Take a look at the White House press secretary right now. She can't even answer a question.
And the reason why is because she was not hired for her ability to communicate. she was hired because she is a black legal immigrant lesbian. And there's something else in there that I'm missing. But she was a diversity hire. And that's the problem.
They're not hiring the best of the best. They're hiring diversity people. That's true, Todd. And listen, you have a great day, and I'll continue listening. Keith, God bless you, and thank you for the food recommendation.
Appreciate that. All right, 844-747-8868. That's our telephone number. That's 844-747-8868. All right, coming up, a good friend of this program, Congressman Ronnie Jackson, is going to be here, weighing in on President Biden's cognitive decline.

Do you believe it is time for the Biden cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment? We're going to be talking about that with the Congress, and also Congressman Barry Lautenberg is going to be here talking about the border crisis a little bit later on as well. 844-747-8868. It's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starnes. That's us. That's right. I love this American ride. All right.
Maybe I should not be complaining because the good people in New Hampshire, I got a message from somebody I knew back on the campaign trail over in Nashua, and they're dealing with tornadoes up in New England, which is a little unusual. here in Memphis, Tennessee at 530 this morning. I get an alert on my cell phone. I thought, oh my gosh, what's happened? It was an extreme heat warning at 530 in the morning.
All that to say it's a hot day around here.
So we're dealing with it the best we can. But if the staff seems a little ornery, it's hot. Everybody's tired. They're sticky. The air conditioning, it works.
It doesn't work.
So give us a little bit of grace today, if you will. 844-747-8868. That's our toll-free telephone number. Really excited to welcome back a great friend of this program. He's a great American patriot.
And by the way, also an author. A new book coming out called Holding the Line, A Lifetime of Defending Democracy and American Values. We're going to talk more about that in just a moment. Always good to have on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line our good friend, Congressman Ronnie Jackson. Congressman, hope you're doing good.
Hey, Todd, I'm doing great, man. Thank you for having me. I appreciate being on the show. Congressman, we're going to get to your book here in just a moment. I would like to hear your thoughts on an issue that we've been talking about for quite a while on this program, and that is the physical condition, the health of the President of the United States.
And you've been sounding the alarm bells. I have been. I've been talking about it for a long time now, Todd. I started talking about it when he was candidate Joe Bikes before he was even the nominee. And I think there's a big failure in the Democrat Party allowing that to happen, because I think certain people should have seen what was going to what was going to happen and should have stopped it.
But, yeah, I've been talking about it a bunch. There's a lot more about it in my book. It kind of came to light recently. And we can talk about this in a minute. But in my book is an email that President Obama sent to me, kind of chastising me and really coming after me, criticizing me because I was going after Joe Biden's cognitive abilities.
But it's a problem. I mean, you know, it is a good problem. I mean, everything that's happening in this country right now is in a large part because this man is confused. He doesn't know what's going on. I don't think he's being read into things.
Who knows? He's making actual decisions in the White House. I can honestly say from my time in the White House, it's probably not Joe Biden. He's probably being given just enough to get out there and talk about something for a couple of minutes. and then they roll him back into the bedroom or wherever they keep him until it's time to roll him out again in front of the teleprompter.
But he continues, despite that, he continues to embarrass the country overseas. We have no confidence, our allies have no confidence in us anymore. Our enemies, our adversaries do not fear us at all. They see this Biden administration as a huge window of opportunity to take what they want, whether it's China or Russia or Iran or whoever it is. And then domestically, I mean, he's killing us domestically.
Look at our southern border. Look at our economy. the price of gas. I mean, you know, crime. It's just, you know, the entire administration has been a complete disaster.
And it started, you know, with him having some cognitive issues, and it's just continuously gotten worse. And I just don't think he's going to make it the rest of the term. I don't know what the Dems are going to do about it, but something's going to have to happen. And before we go any further, and again, I think it's important for people to understand your credentials because they are incredible. You retired from the U.S.
Navy as a rear admiral. You've served 25 years, and you have served as the White House physician for President Obama's time in office, and you were the chief medical advisor for President Trump.
So you have some pretty strong credentials there. Congressman, do you believe, is it possible that they're, you said rolling back to the bedroom, and do you think that they're juicing the president up? and maybe that's the inappropriate word to use here, but do you think they're giving him some sort of a concoction to make it through the day?
Well, I think they're doing something. And, you know, you're right. I was at the White House for a long time. I was actually there during the Bush administration, the Obama administration, and the Trump administration. I spent 14 years at the White House.
I took care of three presidents, four if you count the fact that I occasionally took care of 41 when he was the former president, you know, when he was in town and when he needed things.
So I've seen firsthand what it takes both mentally and physically to do this job. Every single day I was at the White House, every single day I was with the president of the United States, and I know what it takes, and it is a tremendous, tremendous burden both mentally and physically. And you're right, he's not up. And so I think what happens is whatever's going on with him, and I said I'm not his doctor, although I did spend time around him at the White House, I was not responsible for his medical care. I was responsible for the team that provided it, but I didn't provide his medical care, So I can speak about, you know, just without any concerns about my patient-doctor relationship.
But you don't have to be a doctor to look at what's going on. I mean, I tell people I'm not making a diagnosis. I'm not saying he has Parkinson's. I'm not saying he has Alzheimer's or multi-infarct dementia or whatever else. I'm saying something's going on cognitively related to his age.
He's got cognitive decline.
Now, all of those diseases, no matter what you're talking about, they have good days and bad days. And as time goes on, he's going to have more and more bad days and fewer and fewer good days. I think they selectively try to roll him out on good days now. there's good times of the day and bad times of the day i think they try to time that as well but i do think that they're probably at this point giving him something to perk him up and to try to make him more awake and alert and a little bit more cognitively intact uh but that kind of stuff those drugs that are out there that do that uh the drugs that address alzheimer's and things of that nature and some of the stimulants those will only cover it up for so long eventually they kind of stop working and that's why i think they're getting away with it right now even though the whole country sees it, but there's going to come a point where it's just not going to be feasible anymore for him to stay in office, and everyone's going to know it. Did you notice a change?
I mean, you were there during the Obama years. Is this the same Joe Biden that you saw in the White House several years back? No, it is not. You know, I mean, anybody can see, you know, the one thing we have for this particular man is he's been in politics his entire life. He's never done anything but politics, and so we have 40-plus years of tape, and we know that he's always been a little bit prone to gas, you know, but these aren't gaps anymore.
This is something much more serious. He's confused. He's lost. He's disoriented. He slurs his speech.
He shuffles when he walks. I mean, all of these things like a point directly at some type of cognitive age related cognitive decline. And so, no, things have changed. And I tell people, you know what, if Joe Biden had ran 15, 20 years ago, maybe he would have been okay to be our president. I don't know.
I can't say for sure. But his window of opportunity to serve as our commander in chief and our head of state, in my mind closed a while back and it was closed before they ran him as the nominee and that's the sad part there were people that should have stopped this from happening but they were so blinded by their opportunity to be in the west wing whether that's jill biden as the first lady or ron clane as his chief of staff or the obama the obama folks i mean you know this is essentially to some extent a second obama presidency because the obama folks put a ton of their people into the west wing as soon as he was elected led by susan rice who's domestic policy right now and you know some of those people have quit and they're gone now but initially there was a ton of obama people in the west wing and i think that everybody saw this as an opportunity and everybody just wanted to look the other way and hope that he would struggle through this cognitively but now they have nowhere to hide i mean this is not going to work congressman i want to pivot just briefly to politics if in fact the the president is not able to finish out his term kamala harris becomes president of the United States. There are a lot of people that are scared of that, but I think the same people that are calling the shots now are going to be calling the shots if she's president, so I'm not sure this is going to change one way or the other. What say you about that?
Well, it can't get any worse in my mind, right? It's really, you've got to understand that it's not Joe Biden that's doing it anyway. It's people behind the scenes that are doing this anyway, so I don't think that she can do any more damage to our country than what he's already done, And she's just a different category of incompetence. I mean, he's incompetent because he's got some cognitive issues and he's not what's going on. I mean, she's a box of rocks, right?
And so, I mean, it's just, I don't know. You know, I think at least maybe she'll be held accountable more than he is. You know, maybe they won't cut her the same slack they cut him as someone who's, you know, obviously old and having issues. But I just submit to you that I don't think that she can do anything worse to this country than what Joe Biden is doing on a day-to-day basis. and if that's who replaces her, then I say, move on and let's do it because this is not working.
And our country can't sustain another two more years. Maybe she'll have enough common sense to tack to the center when the Republicans take the House and the Senate back. I don't know. Apparently he doesn't have that kind of advice coming his way. He's just doubled down on everything.
On the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, our good friend Congressman Ronnie Jackson, new book coming out, Holding the Line, A Lifetime of Defending Democracy and American Values.
Now, Congressman, you mentioned this email that President Obama sent you because you were one of the early ones to come out and say, hey, something is not right about Joe Biden. I want you to tell us about that email exchange.
Well, you know, I was just frustrated that day. It was early on in the campaign, and I was going to a campaign event in Wichita Falls, Texas, and I was almost there, and I saw this tweet that came up from Ronna McDaniel where she put a video clip in of Joe Biden just making these stupid statements, you know, saying he didn't know what state he was in. He was talking about running for the Senate. He didn't even know what office he was running for. And they put this out there.
And I just got frustrated with the double standard and the hypocrisy. Because if you remember, whenever I was Trump's position, the far left, the mainstream media, the elite in academic medicine, they were relentless in pursuing me about, like, Donald Trump's not fit to be our president. Mentally, he's not fit. He needs to be cognitively tested and so on and so forth. And he did nothing for anybody to think that he had any cognitive issues.
They didn't like his style. They didn't like his tweet, and they didn't like some of the things he said, but there was nothing confused about him. They just didn't like him and his personality. But now we have a president that has legitimate cognitive issues, and you hear nothing, nothing from these people. It's crickets.
And so when I saw that tweet come up that day, I was just like, you know what? This is BS.
So I retweeted it, and I just said something simple like, does anybody remember the cognitive test that I gave at real Donald Trump, the one that he aced? Looks like somebody else needs a test. scary that's all i said it was pretty benign overall uh but then within 30 minutes man ding my phone lights up and i have an email a scathing email from obama just like calling me out just saying you know he starts off you know how he considered me a friend and a fine doctor a great doctor this that and the other and i but he was like you know i he said this is i'm writing to you to tell you that i i don't appreciate your attack on joe you know on twitter this is beneath you as a Navy Admiral. This is beneath you as a position to the president. This is a direct attack on me and my administration and the people that you served with in the White House during my time there.
And I hope that you use better judgment in the future.
So he really scolded me pretty aggressively in the letter. And, you know, initially, I'll be honest with you, I have a pretty tight personal relationship with all three of the presidents because I spend so much time with them. And even though I don't agree with anything, anything Obama did during the eight years that he was president, I wasn't paced to have a political opinion. I was on active duty. I was just like the guy that flew Air Force One or, you know, the guy that flew Marine One or the commander of Camp David.
I was there to take care of the president and the office of the president. But, you know, anyways, so I was a little bit when this came in, kind of a combination between being a little pissed off and having my feelings hurt.
So I didn't know what I was going to do. I was going to write him back. And I thought, you know what, I'm just going to call him. And then I was late for this fundraiser. I went in.
I did it. And I thought when I come out, I'm going to call him. But when I came out, I had a little more time to think about it. And I thought, you know what, before I do this, I'm going to touch base with somebody who can basically kind of go over this with me, make sure I don't do anything I'm going to regret.
So I called Dan Bongino, right, because Dan and I have become really good friends. Dan was a Secret Service agent during the Obama administration. He and I traveled all over the world together, and I knew he would know how I felt about this, the emotions I was having.
So I called Dan, and Dan sent me straight right away. Dan was like, look, Ronnie, you don't owe this man anything, nothing. Where was he at when you were being butchered by the far left and by the mainstream media during your nomination for VA? They were destroying you over false allegations and lies that he knew were false allegations and lies. One phone call from him, he could have picked the phone up and made one phone call to test you or somebody on the Veterans Affairs Committee, and it would have completely stopped.
He did nothing to help you. You don't owe this guy anything. And I thought to myself, you know what? Dan's exactly right. That time has passed.
I don't owe this man anything at this point. And I didn't even reply to the email. And I hadn't talked about it at all until it was in my book, and it got leaked out of my book. But that's how it's become an issue now, because it was back in February of 2020 when he sent it to me.
Well, the point is that President Obama did not do that. He did not go out there and defend you. And it's interesting that he did not refute anything that you said. He was just upset that you said it. Right, right.
That's absolutely right. All right, Congressman, we're going to have to leave it there. Congratulations on the new book, though. And we've got a direct link to that on our website, Holding the Line, A Lifetime of Defending Democracy and American Values. Wow.
A lot to unpack there, but we really appreciate your great insight, Congressman. Thank you. I appreciate it. And there's a lot of really good stories in the book.
So thank you, Todd. I appreciate you having me on the show. Can't wait to read it. All right. Congressman Ronnie Jackson, everybody.
And he has the same publisher I do, by the way, Postal Press. Great. It's a division of Simon & Schuster. Great publishing house. But this guy is the real deal.
And you heard him describe in pretty graphic detail what he thinks is going on at the White House, saying that he believes that White House physicians are giving Biden some sort of a cocktail to get him through the day. Do you believe, based on what you've just heard, that it is time for the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment? Do you believe Biden's going to be able to finish out his term? 844-747-8868. That's our toll-free telephone number, 844-747-8868.
This is the Todd Starnes Show. Drivers who switch and save with Progressive save over $700 on average, and those savings add up. Imagine what you could buy in the future. Hey, remember how 20 years ago I switched to Progressive?
Well, now it's the future, and I used all those savings to buy this new hologram phone because, you know, it's the future, and everything is holograms now.
So switch to Progressive and save big because those savings can add up in the future. Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and Affiliates. National annual average insurance savings by new customer surveyed who saved with Progressive in 2020. Potential savings will vary. All right.
Wow, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis hanging out with the Moms for Liberty. And he's talking about how Florida's protecting kids from woke indoctrination. and the women just went bonkers. I'm surprised they weren't like throwing like clothing at the governor. We're going to snatch that audio.

Jeff listening to us on KWAM, our great flagship station. What's going on? Yeah, Todd. If you recall, before the election happened, I called in and stated everything that's happening now, I told you was going to happen. I told you the gas prices were going to go up.
I told you we were going to have food shortage. Actually, I think I called it a Venezuela number two. Oh, Jeff, I do remember you now. You're right. You called it Venezuela number two.
I remember that. Yeah. And my prediction for after this election, I predict that Republicans will take the House, will take the Senate. I predict that Joe Biden will be removed from office because of what happened in Afghanistan and the various things that he has done in office. That's what I'm predicting.
Well, Jeff, now what's interesting is if the Republicans are able to sweep, and by sweep I mean overwhelming supermajorities in the House and the Senate, they could end up removing Biden from office if the cabinet doesn't. But I think the Democrats are going to be more than happy to make Biden their sacrificial lamb.
Well, Todd, if you remember when Bill Clinton got elected, he said it was the economy, stupid. it that's true and and he was able to use that phrase and just think about this you had a an extremely popular wartime president and hw did not go all the way he he did not take saddam hussein out of power um he he ended the war it was a success people were happy and then the economy went south he broke his word on the read my read my lips read my lips no new tax and but it really wasn't even bill clinton it was ross perot who waged a fierce third party uh campaign and actually did in hw that was the first time i think in modern history where you didn't have an overwhelming majority i don't think clinton broke 50 of the vote yeah but you know i'm an old i'm an old i'm like 58 years old and i remember i'm well i watch i watch the election throughout the years i remember ronald reagan when he was my commander in chief you're like our jeff you're like the todd starn show karnak from mississippi if you remember the old johnny carson show uh hey jeff gotta run take a break You give us a call back but you right You predicted all this was going to happen Hey, folks, we're going to the phone, so hang tight. Got a couple of lines open, 844-747-8868. This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show.

Progressive can not only offer you a great price when you bundle home and auto they offer you round the clock protection something you probably don't know the average garage door is made up of 1.3 millimeter aluminum panels something you probably do know your neighbor likes to tinker with his dirt bike something you probably don't know a runaway dirt bike can take out your garage door and a good portion of your car bumper bundle your home and auto with Progressive and get more than a great price get round the clock protection something you know for the things you don't know coverage from Progressive Casualty Insurance Company affiliates and third party insurers and subject to policy terms bundle discount not available in all states or situations All right, welcome back to the Todd Starnes Radio Show. Following some breaking news out of Nevada, and I want to share this with you, we're getting the video up right now on ToddStarnes.com, and you'll be able to see it for yourself, what we are seeing. There has been some sort of an explosion and fire at Hoover Dam. A tourist was on the top of the dam when she heard an explosion.
She turned her camera on, and we can see billowing black smoke coming from one of the buildings.
So the dam structure is not on fire, and the explosion was not at the structure itself. But when you're looking at Hoover Dam, and this is down below, so this would be on the Colorado River, you've got these two buildings on either side. One of those, I believe, is the spillway house. I don't believe that's what is on fire, but there is clearly something burning. billowing smoke and we're going to keep you updated our team is monitoring local police channels and we'll keep you updated on what we can find out there in the meantime let's get back to the phones here 844-747-8868 mark our good buddy from the villages america's friendliest hometown and wants to weigh in on the good samaritan critic hey mark what's up good how are you yeah we really like ron de santis here in florida that's why i'm saying a trump de santis ticket oh yeah hold on mark hold on i gotta we're gonna play this audio this just happened uh moms for liberty and they're huge desantis fans here's your governor a few minutes ago and you know we're now in a situation where disney is not going to have its own government they are going to live under the same laws as everybody else and they are going to pay their fair share of taxes.
Oh my gosh, it was like a rock concert, like Elvis Presley was up there, Mark, from the Villages. Yeah, amen, amen. He's an incredible governor. I wish, you know, we had more of him. That's why I'm looking forward to him and Trump in this ticket.
Either way, if Trump runs, I'll vote for him. If DeSantis goes, I'll vote for him. Love it.
Alright, let's talk about the Good Samaritan. Yeah. You know, you really want to trigger that far leftist in Indiana, go one step further and let's say that he was a godsend. You know, this Samaritan was a godsend that saved those people. You know, that's what I would say, a godsend.
What a complete idiot, Todd. You can't make this stuff up. If that fool had family, if he had family that was in that mall shooting, he wouldn't be talking like this. This is a type of idiot. If he had his way in, this guy in Indiana, if he had his way, he would be siding with the mass shooting at school.
You know, don't shoot them. Don't shoot them. You know, Todd, he's a complete idiot, what he has said. This guy saved a lot of lives. And I said to my girlfriend, if I ever see somebody going into a school or somebody's doing some kind of crap like that, I told my girlfriend, I said, you get down.
I'm going to take care of this situation the best that I can. You know, this guy should be, oh, my God, I'm just appalled at his stupidity. and those that are siding with him, you're going to sit there and let him kill massive groups of people instead of saving their lives? Todd, I don't know what they're smoking or what they're drinking, but there's obviously some issues with some of these idiots in this country. It's that kind of behavior that got a bunch of school kids killed down in Uvalde, Texas, Mark.
Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. And if we need good Samaritans like that guy, that's why here in Florida we love Ron DeSantis. We have ways to protect ourselves. We can go in.
We can feel protected. Why the heck would I want to go into a mall that says you cannot carry a weapon? In Florida, we can. We can. Why would I go into a mall and chance my life or my family if I can't protect ourselves?
I mean, this is stupidity. When he makes a complaint, and I hope he's listening, you're an idiot to make that kind of a statement. You're a stupid fool. You know, we have the right to protect ourselves from these nut jobs. Yeah, Mark, I hear you.
And it is it's infuriating to hear these TV reporters, you know, again, preening on the TV screen. These people are morons. They're stupid. They're not very well educated and they don't know anything. And for this guy to somehow claim that he's, you know, some sort of a closet theologian and that God would frown on this.
OK, well, what would he say about David and Goliath? oh absolutely you know he said you know people like that are a waste of my time and they're a waste of good people in this country i mean i don't even know why people give them a stage to even talk on i wouldn't i mean what a useless piece of crap to be making those kind of statements if he had family in there and he lost a member in that wall i can guarantee you his attitude would be a whole lot different. You've got that right. It's true. Mark, I got to run.
God bless and drink some iced tea. Calm down now a little bit.
So cool it off. I love Mark. He's a good guy. Let's go to Marie in Newport, North Carolina. Marie, what's on your mind?
I was having a conversation at lunchtime with my husband about Newsom visiting the White House. yes yes so marie let me let me get people the background here um so while president biden was overseas mumbling and fumbling and fist bumping people gavin newsom flew over from california and took a visit of the white house i don't know if he was measuring curtains or what marie but uh to your point what do you think's going on oh yeah they're going to put uh by now right after the the midterm election they're going to he's either going to go out sick or they're going to do a 25 and put them out so that leaves the chatty kathy as the president she's the elect her vice president so guess who that's going to be of course gavin newton newsom and then they're going to find a way to get her out they'll bring something against her and dismiss her.
So then that automatically puts Gavin Newsom as president. And that's Pelosi's nephew, so he will carry on her tradition. And here's the challenge, Marie. They're going to have to do this pretty quickly because the Democrats know they're not going to win the midterms.
So they're going to lose control of Congress.
So whatever's going to happen is going to happen between now or immediately after the midterm elections. Right.
Well, if the Republicans have Congress, they'll put her out. They can vote to put Chatty Cathy out. Chatty Cathy. And that would automatically put Newsom in. Marie, I love it.
All right. You keep us updated, Marie, and tell your husband we said hello.
Okay. All right. Marie from Newport, North Carolina. Marie's on to the Dems. The jig is up.
We're on to you, Pelosi and your drunk husband. By the way, Gallup, a new survey. This came out late yesterday. Are you ready for this? Only 16% of Americans have a great deal of confidence in newspapers.
Only 16%. Only 11% have the same degree of confidence in television news. In other words, an overwhelming number. We're looking at, what, 80-some-odd percent at least of the country. They don't trust the media.
They do not trust the media. 844-747-8868 is our telephone number. Let's go to Blaine in Morrisville, North Carolina. Hi, Blaine. What's going on?
Hey, Todd. Hope you're doing well. I am. Thank you for asking. Hey, I got a cheer.
You need to tell Trump he needs to get some cheerleaders at them rallies, and they're just cheering. It's hey, hey, ho, ho, Joe, Sleepy Joe's got to go. I love it. Hey, hey, ho, ho, Sleepy Joe's got to go. It's a catchy tune.
It's always good when you have the cheerleaders, though. It's spice up the rally somewhat. Little pom-poms, yeah. I hear you. Blaine, I love it.
God bless you, and thanks for listening, and thanks for holding on. Let's go to Johns Creek, Georgia. Joe on the line, WDUN, our great affiliate there. Hey, Joe, what's on your mind? Thanks, Todd, and I enjoy your program immensely.
Basically, I wanted to talk about Ronnie Jackson's book, Holding the Line, not about his book, but about that topic, because he said he thought the Democrats didn't like Trump's style.
Well, from my perspective, what's an attack on all Americans is our individual freedom is being taken away from us. And what I mean by that is that the Democrats are like a heavy, lead, sticky blanket that covers the United States with their regulations, taking away our individual freedoms. We need to focus on that. And this heavy, sticky, lead blanket of regulation and government was lifted by Donald Trump, and it enraged the democrats not only enraged them but it came to the point that they obviously had to attack him continuously and on and on even through the january 6th committee because they want to reassert the heavy blanket of government on us and our individual liberties hillary said it pretty clearly she said well if the republicans take over we're gonna lose democracy as we know it. And what is her democracy as she knows it?
It's government regulation that's taking away our individual freedoms. That's it. Let me say this, Joe, and I know there are a lot of conservatives who disagree with me. I think the country would have been better off if a Democrat was going to win in 20— when Obama ran? Was it 2008 when Obama ran?
Let's just say it was between Obama and Hillary. I think we would have been better off if Hillary had won that election than Obama. I do, too. Because she's a pragmatist. She knows.
And I think somewhere inside Hillary she's a patriot. She's a leftist, but she's not Obama who wants to destroy this nation. And he is anti-colonialism, and that comes from his father from Kenya, and they want to destroy this country. In addition to that, we know that Cass Sunstein and his wife, Samantha Powers, heaped on the regulations during the Obama era. And that was taking away our individual freedoms.
And as we watch Democrats even today, their whole effort, gasoline prices, the border, inflation, is being regulated through the departments and through these independent agencies, passing regulations and stopping our individual freedoms we need to as a as a nation teach it in our schools we need to keep our individual freedoms and teach our children that government has no money joe joe the most important thing and i'm late for a break here but joe the most important thing is to retake our public schools we've got to start teaching kids american history american we got to teach them to love our nation that's what we've got to start doing joe god bless you. Now, before we go to break, we have got some new information on this fire, this explosion at the Hoover Dam. We're going to share that with you right after this. Progressive presents Don't Do It Yourself.
Okay, read me the manual. Using a Phillips screwdriver, Dwayne Zagalba, Bissi Fitzitz. What was that? Dwayne Zagalba, Bissi Fitzitz. This sounds like another language to me.
Okay, maybe we should bundle our home and auto with Progressive. We could save big, then pay someone to do it for us. Maybe. What's next?
Next, Pony Ostium Pronus Intera. Was that one Latin? Save when bundling home and auto with Progressive and use the money to, you know, not do it yourself. All right, so we have the video up on the website now over at ToddStarns.com. About, oh, 40 minutes ago, there was some sort of an explosion and fire at Hoover Dam. We do not know if this was some sort of a technical malfunction or if it was a terrorist attack. We just don't know. This is the information we have.
We can tell you Hoover or the local fire department has posted an item saying that they are on the way to the fire. But this is being described as a massive explosion, and it certainly does look like it from the vantage point.
So the tourist was actually up on the dam structure itself. And, of course, if you know anything about the Hoover Dam, one side is in Arizona. The other side is in Nevada.
Now, it looks as though whatever exploded and is burning is inside the turbine house on the Arizona side of the structure. We don't have any word on injuries, nothing of that nature just yet. And it looks like Fox has got the story now as well, but you heard it here first on the Todd Stearns Radio program. um all right so this this information coming in from boulder city nevada they're saying the fire was put out before the fire department arrived on the scene so i guess they have fire crews emergency crews there at the dam but it doesn't look like the dam structure itself was was damaged in whatever this was uh they're saying that the bureau of reclamation and the hoover dam will be handling any additional questions and that's all we've got right now so anyway video which is pretty spectacular and this video was literally shot and you can tell that was shot just seconds after the explosive blast so be sure to be sure to check that out over at toddsterns.com all right let's go to Gainesville Georgia Jeff on the line WDUN our great affiliate there hey Jeff what's going on hey tom how are you i'm good thank you for asking yes sir i got two comments i'd like to make uh one on uh should joe biden be removed from office and uh i would say no because he don't know what he's doing and uh i'd be afraid they put kamala harris in there and she does know what she's doing and that scares me you know really you think kamala harris knows what she's doing well you know what I mean by that. She's like a super-sized word salad, my friend.
Yes, sir. And then the other one I would like to make is about the Good Samaritan, and you've had some good examples. But I think that people, when they read the Bible, they have a little bit of a misunderstanding. They think that this Jesus is a little flower-sniffing guy, and he's not. I mean, he's a warrior God, and he'll go out there and he'll fight for his people.
He fights for his people today, and he'll set things up. I mean, if it takes an angel, if it takes, he uses his body, the body of Christ, and he puts them in position where he wants them to be.
So thank God that young man was there to stand up and do what he needed to do. Yeah, I'm with you, Jeff, and we all know that the Lord works in mysterious ways, and who's to say that it was, you know, that this was all part of the grand plan, that this young man was there at that specific time to help save a lot of lives. And I think we ought to be honoring that. I do too, sir. And I appreciate you.
You keep on here. All right, Jeff. Appreciate the call. God bless you, sir. And thanks for listening to us.
Great. By the way, every Tuesday morning, we always do a hit with a segment on the morning show. Our good buddy Bill Main over at WDUN, Great American Patriot, just got back from vacation and back behind the microphone.
So that's how we start our days early, early on Tuesdays there in Gainesville, Georgia. All right, coming up next, folks, we've got some great guests, including the mom of a female swimmer who had to compete against Leah Thomas. Also, Congressman Barry Loudermilk. We're also paying very close attention to what's happening out at Hoover Dam. We'll bring you an update, any information we have.
In the meantime, head over to our website and check out that insane video of the explosion. We'll be right back. This is the Todd Starnes Show. Progressive presents Married to Your Home. If you want to leave me for another house, I totally understand.
House? Where's this coming from? It's just, I know there's some newer homes on the market. I didn't even know that because I'm not looking. I bet those other houses don't have a crack in their foundations.
You know that crack doesn't bother me. No matter how much you already love your house, you'll love it more knowing you could save big bundling your home and auto with Progressive. Coverage from Progressive Casualty Insurance Company affiliates and third-party insurers. Bundle discount not available in all states or situations. Live from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun-toting, Bible-clinging, deplorable American.
That's us, that's right, I love this American ride. Todd Starnes. All right, hello everybody, welcome to our three of The Big Show. Good to have you with us today. Write down our telephone number, you're going to need this.
844-747-8868. That's our toll-free telephone number. That's 844-747-8868. We've been following this breaking news story out of Nevada and Arizona. There's been an explosion and fire at the Hoover Dam.
We understand the fire has now been extinguished. Looks like it happened in one of the turbines. And we don't have much information other than that. We understand that, no, we don't have any word on injuries. No, we do not.
So we don't know the extent of injuries. Video, which is posted on toddstearns.com, shows this. It's mere seconds after the explosion. You can see the fireball and the smoke rising from the area around the turbines.
Now, what is especially interesting is that now this happened within the past hour but five hours ago someone on twitter posted the following message news the hoover dam has been destroyed hundreds are dead or missing millions are without electricity and water reserves are quickly depleting so this was allegedly posted several hours before the explosion. This is out there. I'm sharing it with you. I don't know what it means, but we will keep you updated as these details become available. Again, we don't know if this was some sort of a malfunction or if it was some sort of a terrorist attack.
844-747-8868 is our toll-free telephone number. That's 844-747-8868. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. We've been following another big story out of the world of collegiate sports, the University of Pennsylvania nominating a man for their Woman of the Year award, Leah Thomas. And that's got, I'm telling you, this whole battle over transgender athletes is rocking the sports world.
I want to go to the phone lines. Marshy Smith is from Icons, and it's an organization that's been speaking out about this and defending biological female athletes. Marshy, so good to have you on the program today. Thank you so much for having me. What are some of the concerns that you have based on the news coming out now that UPenn is pretty much tripling down and nominating Leah Thomas for this NCAA award?
Well, this nomination is truly outrageous. You know, Penn and the Ivy League have essentially been running an anti-woman campaign throughout this entire season. And there has just been consistent and frequent harassment of their current women athletes. You know, they were making constant threats that any statements in opposition to their guidelines that allowed a male competitor to compete in the women's category, they were asked to be cleared through the university first.
So freedom of speech was non-existent on the team, which extended to their families. They were told to seek counseling to make themselves okay with uncomfortable feelings changing in the locker room. They essentially surrendered Ivy League conference titles, including Ivy League Women of the Meet, after their conference championships. the world watched the NCAA championship title and the 500 free go to a male athlete. And now this is like another kind of nail in the coffin of women's collegiate sports by this nomination for woman of the year.
So, you know, the conference is making a big statement on the flip side. And you being in Tennessee, I'm sure I don't have to convince you too hard, but the SEC really needs a pat on the back because they have backed the University of Kentucky and Riley Gaines, who tied for fifth place with Leah Thomas at the championship meet. In so many ways, they have encouraged her to use her free speech to speak out and object to the guidelines that are in place currently. And they've gone so far as to award Riley Miss Wildcat an SEC Community Service Leader of the Year. And this is after she has publicly spoken out.
And now she is a nominee on behalf of the University of Kentucky and the SEC as well for NCAA Women of the Year. See, I think that's a class act, and it's the right thing to do. Marci, I want you to give our listeners a bit of your background. I mean, you're an NCAA swimming champion, and, of course, you've co-founded this incredible organization, the Independent Council on Women's Sports. Did you ever think that you would have to become an activist for biological females in sports?
Never in my wildest dreams. I'm actually a stay-at-home mom. You know, I've been disconnected from the University of Arizona where I went to school for about 15 years now. I had a professional career that was unrelated to athletics, but obviously a place that I could utilize the skills I learned as an athlete. And I basically was, you know, potty training a toddler at home.
My three-year-old son, I have a six-year-old daughter. and in denial at the start of the season as to what was going on, I was shaken to the core when I saw Leah Thomas win a conference title and tried to be imaginative in ways to voice the opinions of prior women athletes. And so I actually linked up with Kim Jones and Ivy League Swim Mom, probably my 200th phone call when I was making the rounds trying to figure out a plan to make our voices heard. And we have founded this organization to kind of create a team of current and former athletes that want to ensure this right to fair competition and respect for women. And Marci, I have to imagine that there has been a lot of intimidation, there's been a lot of bullying, urging these girls, these female athletes to stay silent and not to speak out or complain.
There definitely has been, and that fear has successfully muzzled a lot of people that don't agree. I mean, the majority of people understand the biological advantages men have in sports versus women. And yet that fear of whether it's canceling or backlash in their career or job or on social media, smear campaigns or whatever, has done a good job of keeping people silent. But I am here to say that it's not worth staying silent to allow this to continue. We really need to put our foot down right this moment so that things like this do not continue to occur throughout all sports, women's sports.
And, you know, it's not a legacy we're willing to give to our daughters and granddaughters.
Well, I mean, you have to wonder at what is the ultimate endgame here, because if you're a coach and you got the ability to put men who identify as women on your team you be stupid not to do that to take advantage And so I wondering do you fear a time when there will not be a place for biological females in women sports Absolutely. I mean, the women's sports category is the inclusive category. If we didn't have a separate category of eligibility designated for female athletes, then there wouldn't be any women athletic sports because men dominate due to strength and speed, physiological advantages that women can't compete directly, which is why we are the inclusive category.
So for people to tell women now that you have to be inclusive by allowing men into this category, it's completely backwards. All right. Well, Marci, we appreciate the updates. This is a very important story, and we've got to stand up and speak out, stand alongside these female athletes, and know they're not alone and that they can speak out without fear of retribution.
So we appreciate the great work you and your organization are doing out there. thank you so much yes please please get the word out oh we're going to do that i can promise you marshy smith everybody from icon and she is a former ncaa championship swimmer and she's speaking out in defense of these uh these athletes out there 844-747-8868 is our toll-free telephone number. That's 844-747-8868. We are following this crazy story out of the Hoover Dam. And so now the Los Angeles Times is reporting as well there was an explosion and it has prompted an emergency response from a Nevada fire crew.
Now this is interesting because the Boulder City Fire Department said they were told to stand down. And then we've got this crazy, we have this crazy story, I want to bring in, let's, Josh Rivera is a part of our team at KWAM in Memphis, Tennessee, one of our great news anchors filling in for Grace Baker today. And Josh, you found this bizarre tweet on social media, and I want you to share with our listeners what this person was tweeting out about, what, five hours before the explosion. Yeah. So I was just going through the latest on what's going on.
It's number one on trending right now on Twitter.
So one of the tweets that I saw, like you said earlier, it's that a random account, it seems like he's claiming to be a journalist, a comedian, podcaster. But one of the things that he tweeted a couple hours, I think it's four hours before the initial explosion, was that, and I'll just quote the tweet, news, the Hoover Dam has been destroyed hundreds are dead or missing millions are without electricity and water reserves are quickly depleting um really weird tweet it's starting to get some traction now when i first saw it it didn't have much traction at all um but yeah as you can imagine i mean i the time stamp confirms that it was sent at 7 56 in the morning my time so just really weird so there's a follow so the guy posted a follow because almost what's almost 700 000 people have liked this tweet of his. He says, a lot of people are wondering about this, so all I've got to say is it's just coincidence. That's a mighty weird coincidence. Yeah, I wouldn't be shocked if he had a couple phone calls coming his way.
Yeah, or knocks on the door already.
So he may need a new front door in a matter of moments. He says, I actually posted this at 1 a.m. last night, and it got one like, so I gave it another shot when I woke up. also the dam wasn't destroyed and i live on the other side of the country nowhere near the dam it's just a weird situation it is bizarre um folks what do you think's going on out there and by the way the the bigger question is will this have some sort of an impact on rolling you know they're already having blackout problems out there forest fires uh you wonder if this is going to have any sort of an impact on that interesting all right josh keep us updated and uh and let us know just jump in if we um if you have any other details uh folks we've got to take a quick break here what do you think's going on over at hoover dam 844-747-8868 that's our toll-free telephone over this is the ton stern show we all know someone who's all work and no chill trust me that used to be me but then i found galaxy z fold 4 which allows me to do more things at once ah much better now i can take video calls from my phone and use it to take notes at the same time Wait, are you at the spa? Or check my shopping list while ordering more scented candles and face masks on the foldable, expansive screen.
Don't take your to-do list one line at a time. Multitask so you can relax. Click the banner to get your Galaxy Z Fold 4. Hey Todd, this is James from Sherwood, Arkansas.
Well, you guys keep saying and everybody else keeps saying that the Democrats are going to lose in the midterms.
Well, everybody thought Donald Trump was going to win last year, well, in 2020. And look what happened. I wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch. All right, James, thank you for that. James, by the way, leaving a message for us, a shout out on our brand new app, which you can access at kwamradio.com, kwamradio.com.
You can download the app. You can listen to the program wherever you are in America. And you can also leave us a shout out like James just did. Welcome back to the Todd Stearns Radio Show.
Well, look, I mean, to James' point, I think we've been pretty clear here that Republicans should be campaigning as if they're 20 points behind in the polls. Because there's a lot of ground between here and Election Day. By the way, new survey out. This is from Mediaite, the polling done specifically in the state of Florida by Victory Insights. In a head-to-head matchup, Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis for the GOP primary.
Ron DeSantis in Florida gets 61%, Donald Trump just 39%.
Well, there you go. All right, so still a long way to go. Oh, we have this news in from the UK Royal Headlines. All right, Prince Harry, not a big fan of America. You know, they kicked him.
Didn't they kick him out of Great Britain? I mean, they didn't want the guy over there. It's the wife. What's her name? Markle?
Is that her name? Meghan? Anyway, they're all trouble. You could see that coming a mile away.
So what happened? Prince Harry came to the United States.
Somebody thought it was a good idea to let this guy into the country. Anyway, Prince Harry speaking these words at the UN. We're living through a pandemic that continues to ravage communities in every corner of the globe. Climate change wreaking havoc on our planet. We're the most vulnerable suffering most of all.
The few weaponizing lies and disinformation at the expense of the many. And from the horrific war in Ukraine to the rolling back of constitutional rights here in the United States, we are witnessing a global assault on democracy and freedom, the cause of Mandela's life. All right. So look, this guy taking a cheap shot at America. Here's my take on Prince Harry.
He needs to go back to where he came from. This is why we need strong border security. We don't need to be letting these people into our country. You know, if Prince Harry thinks we're a lousy country, then he's more than happy to go and relocate to Mogadishu or Somalia. That's what I say.
What say you, ladies and gentlemen, 844-747-8868? And by the way, they've been lying about climate change from day one. Day one. All right, I think we've got an update here. Josh, what's going on at Hoover Dam?
Yeah, well, I got a tweet or I found a tweet from the Bureau of Reclamation. Basically, they're in charge of delivering reliable water supplies for agriculture based off Washington, D.C. But they sent out a tweet saying at approximately 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, the A5 Transformer Hoover Dam caught fire and was extinguished.
So the fire is extinguished as of 1030. There are no injuries to visitors slash employees. There is no risk to the power grid. Power is still being generated from the powerhouse, and they are currently investigating the cause of the fire and will provide additional updates. All right.
There you go. All right, folks.
Well, there you go. It's weird, though, that somebody hours ago predicted all of this was going to happen. I mean, isn't that weird? These days, you can't be too sure. I mean, you got the terrorists out there, people coming across that border.
You don't know who they are, what they want to do to us.
So there you go. We'll keep you updated, any other developments. But I got to tell you, that video is pretty spectacular. We've got it posted on the website. All right, 844-747-8868.
That's our phone number. This is the Todd Starnes Radio Show. The General Insurance presents Shower Ballads by Shaq. And I'm going to keep my love in you. Turns out, everyone does sound better in the shower.
And it turns out, The General is a quality insurance company that's been saving people money for nearly 60 years. For a great low rate and nearly 60 years of quality coverage, make the right call and go with The General. The General Auto Insurance Services, Inc., an insurance agency. Nashville, Tennessee.
Some restrictions apply. All right, word is from our good friends at Newsmax, President Biden is expected to make some sort of an announcement on climate and climate change tomorrow. He's going to issue some sort of an executive order. Look, here's the deal, folks. Going back to 1989, when you had a senior U.N.
official predicting that entire nations could be wiped off the face of the earth by rising sea levels by the year 2000, nobody ever refuted that. Nobody ever came back and said, oops, I'm bad. Nobody did that. Every single time they come out with one of these dire predictions, 10 years from now, a decade from now, and the decade comes, the decade goes, and guess what? We're still doing just fine.
The only problem is that the government keeps taking more money away from we, the people, to fund this nonsense.
So we'll keep you updated on that. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker Line. Always a pleasure to have our good friend from Georgia's 11th Congressional District, Congressman Barry Loudermilk, with us. Congressman, I hope you're doing good. I'm doing well, Todd.
How are you doing? Doing well, Congressman. Let's jump into this. The mayor of Washington, D.C. is very upset.
Turns out she doesn't like all these people coming across the city line from places like Texas and Arizona.
Well, you know, she ought to go to the president that she has been unashamedly supporting and talk to him about it because it's his actions that have caused these consequences. And that's the issue that Democrats fail to acknowledge is that their actions have consequences. Obviously, she didn't care when they were being dropped off in New York. She didn't care when they were making their way through Texas or anywhere else in the U.S. But now that they're coming here, oh, this is a big deal.
We need to stop this.
Well, how about let's just secure the border and then everybody is happy. But they're not going to go that route because the Democrats have never made a mistake in their life. Remember that, Todd. They've never made a mistake. No, no, no, of course not.
You know, I love what Governor Ducey and Governor Abbott are doing. And quite frankly, what they ought to do is double up and send some of those buses to Delaware and to Nancy Pelosi's district over in San Francisco. Would you do that, though, to even that? Is that not cruel and unusual punishment to send them to Nancy Pelosi's? They already have a lot of problems there.
But no, I agree with you. That's But, you know, I don't think that would have an impact on Nancy Pelosi since it appears that when she retires, she's moving to the Republican-led state of Florida, which doesn't have an income tax. And the economy is doing well and people have some freedom there because of Governor DeSantis. She doesn't even want to go back to San Francisco.
Well, no.
Well, who does? I mean, you look at the number of U-Hauls that are coming out of the state of California and moving to places like Texas and other free states. I mean, we're dealing with the same thing here in Tennessee where we're getting a lot of these refugees from these blue states. I just I really hope and pray, Congressman, they leave their politics back home. Absolutely.
It's just like, you know, some of the folks that seek asylum over here. That's fine. If you're coming for freedom, don't bring the ideology that caused you to lose your freedom from your other country. The same thing is when you're coming from the foreign country of California, leave the bad policies behind. Otherwise, you're going to leave this state again.
Right.
So remember why you're moving to these states, because they're run by freedom-loving Americans who believe in individual freedoms and liberties. And there is something that it's okay to believe in, which is American exceptionalism. Congressman, I know that you represent a lot of the, well, they call them bedroom communities, a lot of commuters in the Atlanta suburbs who drive in.
So people in the Atlanta area, you're in your car a lot. And I have to imagine probably more so than any other place in the country, you guys are getting pounded by these high gas prices out there. Oh, absolutely. Now, one thing in Georgia that the governor did is he suspended the state transportation tax that was on fuel.
Now, we could afford to do that in Georgia because the economy was doing so well that our transportation funds, we had some surplus there because the governor opened up the state instead of shutting the whole thing down during COVID.
So we had the flexibility to do that. And so he has suspended it.
So as the travel that I do, I see Georgia has some of the lowest gas prices, which are still ridiculously high. But we're also seeing, you know, Georgia is a pass through for a lot of people heading down to Florida for their vacations. And from what I'm hearing is we are seeing lower than expected amounts of people traveling through the state because I think people are curtailing their travel because of the high gas prices. And so they're especially doing their summer vacation travel is they're cutting back. And so I think that's one of the reasons why you've seen this short term drop in stabilization in fuel prices is because the fuel industry was gearing up for the summer travel times, and it just hasn't been there to the level they expected.
And one of the things I appreciate you pointing out here is not just ending the Keystone pipeline, pulling the plug on that, but you've got these Democrats that are going after offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. I mean, this is a very dangerous game the Democrats are playing. They are, and they've actually included some provisions in the appropriations bills that will be brought up this week. And so there's an old adage that when you're in the hole, quit digging. But they just keep digging.
It's like, oh, we're going to fix this by reducing more American oil production. Todd, since I've been in Congress, we became energy independent. And it was actually during the Obama administration. Republicans in Congress ended a 40-year ban on exportation of U.S. oil.
I was surprised to find out that we were the largest producer of oil in the world. We had the capacity to do that, even greater than OPEC.
So we passed a bill that forced Obama to sign it that ended the ban on exporting U.S. oil. Literally within weeks, we became the world's largest exporter of oil, which meant that OPEC no longer controlled the international price of oil. Everyone quit hearing about OPEC until Biden came into office. And what does he do?
He shuts down our domestic production, and now he's going over to OPEC countries to ask them to help us with their fuel prices. It makes no sense what these folks are doing, and then they just double down to try to make it worse. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Congressman Barry Loudermilk on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker Line.
You know, Congressman, we saw President Biden coming off of this trip to the Middle East. It was a gaff Olympics over there. We had Congressman Ronnie Jackson on just a little while ago. He's very concerned about the president's condition, medical condition, and has been very outspoken about that. I'm just curious, are people talking about that even among Democrats on Capitol Hill now?
you know they you're hearing some rumblings on it but what's hard to to understand is this guy's been gapping for 40 something years since he's been in public office um but now it's like some of the gaps are incoherent so that's what the concern is i mean he's been saying off the cuff bad making bad remarks for a long time but when he is standing before a teleprompter and it gives instructions on the teleprompter and he reads the instructions like it's part of the speech like repeat the line as he did recently there's something going on cognitively that has to be looked at the problem that the democrats have really is the same problem we would have is if they if they executed the 25th amendment because he's unfit for office mentally what do we get we get we get probably something worse than biden and they realize that that even uh kamala harris's polling numbers are are are dismal they're even worse than uh joe biden's and so they're they're kind of in a catch-22 congressman we're going to leave it there appreciate the great info and i hope you're staying cool this summer we are trying i tell you what i probably spent more in utilities uh in electric costs keeping the air conditioner going and of course guess what uh what we use to actually produce most of the electricity in this nation fossil fuels so you know americans need to put two and two together when the cost of gas goes up the cost of electricity goes up too so how's that for all the electric vehicles out there that's it all right congressman barry loudermilk from the great 11th Congressional District in Georgia. Congressman, thank you. Folks, got to take a break here. This is a weird story coming out of London.
So they've been dealing with super-sized temperatures out there. It's, what, 101 degrees.
So there are reports coming out that just fires are just breaking out all over London. They have declared a fire emergency.
So far, 10 fires are burning, and it's only getting worse. People are freaking out, and it is not a good situation over there.
So what a weird news day. You got the fires burning in London. You got the explosion down at Hoover Dam. Very strange indeed. All right, got to take a break here.

All right, those masks are coming back across Southern California. San Diego, by the way, Los Angeles is on the verge of mandatory masks. San Diego is reinforcing their mask mandate, and they're telling the kids, hey look if uh if you don't want to wear a mask don't come to school cut number six please parents who who don't want to wear a mask indoors in school are there any other options for them for the fall there are some options they can go to our uh school that's online um they can opt not to return to the regular school but to go to the school where they don't have to go to school at other than via Zoom. And that's the easiest way for folks who don't want to. What about the summer school?
What if they were already enrolled in the summer school and now they get this mask mandate and they're not comfortable with wearing a mask? They really should wear the mask. But if they're not comfortable, what should they do? They should just make it known that they don't feel comfortable and at that point just not return. All right, folks, you know what?
Don't go back. Get your homeschool your kid, send them over to a private Christian school, get your kids out of the public school system. It's the only way we're going to be able to fix this problem, this mess that we are in. All right. This story from Washington, D.C.
I don't you know, you heard Congressman Loudermilk talking about Kamala Harris. Here's the problem. She's literally half the age of Joe Biden, and he's more mentally with it than she is.
So here's the latest Kamala Harris word salad. Because of what you did then.
So I'm here to ask you to do what you know how to do. Because when you do what you do on all of these issues, the American people win. Thank you, Kamala Harris. The more you know. All right.
Unbelievable. Oh, Uvaldi, last night, parents went at it with the school board. How is it that any of these people still have jobs down there? I want you to take a listen to moms and dads speaking out, students speaking out last night at the school board meeting. My daughter has something to say.
This was the last dress that all my friends saw me on. Most of those kids were my friends, and that's not good. and I don't want to go to your guys' school if they don't have protection. And she's encouraging for her friends not to go to school too. Advocacy starts at this age.
Leadership is standing up here and showing our children that that is not leadership. That is poor leadership. Nobody has to tell us what happened on May the 24th. We all saw the videos. And it's a shame.
It's embarrassing to see the inaction of our officers on that day. What a rude awakening at the expense of these children to understand how unprepared our agencies were. Do you think our officers that were in the school room that day did their job, yes or no? No, not what I saw.
So if they didn't do their job, why are we still employing them? Look, it's a great question the guy raised. Why are we still paying their salaries?
Some of these people ought to be in jail. By the way, this report coming out, and this is not getting a lot of attention, but one of the things that investigators looked at were the number of times that the school in question, Rob Elementary School, had been locked down.
So there's a big problem along the border, and this is something that's unique to border towns and communities. Between February and May, the elementary school, Rob Elementary School, had been locked down at least 47 times. You say, what the heck is going on down there?
Well, you've got a lot of these illegal aliens that are being chased through the town, through the community. And every time that happens, when you've got a bailout, so you've got all these illegals, let's say high-speed chase. You've got, what, 30, 40 illegals stuffed into a Buick. And then all of a sudden, everybody jumps out and scatters. And so they have to lock down the schools whenever that happens.
so this is a regular way of life down there and and it it makes you wonder and and the investigators are looking at this all of these and again this is almost a daily occurrence and it makes you wonder if if in fact when the word came of another lockdown that people didn't take it seriously yet another reason why we have to secure our border all right let's go to moorhead city north Carolina. Tim on the line. Hey, Tim, what's going on? What's on your mind?
Todd, good afternoon. I just had a quick, it's something I've been thinking about for a while and talking about Kamala there and the issues that she's got. And I haven't heard it anywhere else. And I actually wondered why I haven't heard it. But you know, back in the 70s when we were, at least when I was growing up, maybe you were growing up then too.
Probably not. um you're too young for that um but you know they would tell us they would warn us about smoking the doobie and the marijuana and stuff and i think she's got a pretty long history and uh maybe it continues and i think that's what's happened well now her heart now so you think that maybe her brain has been fried i they warned us and now you know that was the that was the word and And I'm afraid that, you know, something wasn't heated. And, you know, it was, she grew up, I guess, maybe not entirely in California, but perhaps in a place that, she had some interesting friends, if you recall, back when she was growing up and becoming educated. Oh, no doubt about that. No doubt about that.
I think that, I don't think we need to go any further than that right there. She may have been maybe an honorary member of Barack Obama's Shum gang.
well you know i'm afraid the free the free whatever and the sharing i think it's taking a toll well uh she sampled a little bit too much of the product uh tim we're gonna leave it there that is an interesting thought um maybe kamala harris pothead back in the day and uh and now she's suffering the side effects i i love it all right folks it has been a crazy day hey ToddStarns.com. We're keeping tabs on all the breaking news of the day. You get out there. Have a good one. We'll see you tomorrow, America.
