Is America on the Verge of Anarchy?

this great nation we call America, and we have a We have a crisis unfolding. Across our great nation, ladies and gentlemen, of epic proportion. And it very well may chip away at the true foundation. of our great nation. And I'm talking about last night's.

Last night's game, football game, NCAA Fiesta Bowl. The game between Ole Miss and Miami. And Dylan, I know that the entire state of Mississippi was in Arizona yesterday. They should have held an election. It would have been a great night for Republicans.

But I have to tell you, I am so disgusted by the officiating in college football. And it's really not just for this particular game, but it's really for like the entire season. I mean, there there has really, really, really been some bad officiating. This football season. Yep, I would not disagree with that.

I am troubled by several things. First of all, the missed kicks, the missed field goals. There were two well actually one went our way, the other did not. One boinked in, the other boinked out. But at the very last play of the game, and I don't know if you saw this, everybody's talking about this.

There's like a major controversy now developing. And if you haven't watched the game, it was really one of the best games I think I have seen in college football in ages. And it was so, you were so wound up. I was so exhausted yesterday. You know, I got to get up early, got to do the show prep, and I couldn't go to bed.

I was just so. Yeah. Especially 'cause of the very, very end, the last play. That game was so intense. I'll tell you what I did.

I went to Whole Foods yesterday after the Newsmax show. Don't judge me. They have good guacamole. Oh, yeah. And.

I should tell people that I want a diet. I'll get to that in just a moment. I am determined to lose weight in 2026. This is going to happen. One Chin Starns is going to be a reality.

Yeah. It's going to happen. It's going to happen. But anyway, I was, so I was going to eat healthy.

So I got some of their, I went to Whole Foods. I parked in the EV charging area because nobody else was there and go in, get my guac, and I get my healthy organic blue chips. I think those are healthy because they're blue. Blue corn chips. And I get them.

I wasn't even able to eat my football snacks because I was so wound up in the game. Yeah. So the fourth quarter was probably the most exciting part of the game, right? Because they were going back and forth. five minutes each.

They're just going they're scoring on each other. And it was electric, the last part of the game, and then obviously the last play. It's very controversial. And the announcers really didn't do a justice to the controversy. They were just...

Yeah. I don't know what to think. No, the announcer's like, oh, you know, they do that at the end of the game. They just sort of pat each other. No, if they were out on the streets, that would have been sexual assault.

Exactly. That was beyond handsy. I mean, it was past interference. Everybody's talking about it. Yeah.

And. And the announcers, yeah, they were basically like, well, things like this happen. When you throw a Hail Mary at the very end of the game, they're going to be. You know, they're both going to be tussling at each other. It's hard to call that.

And in my head, I'm thinking it's not hard to call that at all. Because you did that like five minutes ago, which cost us You know. A possible score.

Well, of course, you know, Lane Kiffen is out, and he's even Lane Kiffen was like, a dude. He said it should have been a call. Yeah. And we still hate him. I mean, good for you, Lane Kippen, but you know, you're a jerk.

But I got to give credit. It was a great game, though, all things considered. Fantastic game. But lousy call. Could you imagine, though, if they would have called past interference?

And the final seconds, I mean, this could, it could have been explosive. Within less than three minutes, the young seconds. Yeah, three scores. Yeah, so they basically, at the very end, Even the announcers were talking about it. They were saying.

Wow, the refs are really coming out now because they hadn't really called any penalties up until the fourth quarter. And then it was like every other play was a flag on either side. But this one was just an obvious, obvious call. And I don't understand why they're all talking like, oh, this happens. Like it doesn't happen.

No, it doesn't happen. You call the call. The referees suck. Why do referees suck? What's up with the officiating?

Why this is this is a national we need President Trump to step in and intervene. And if you remember the game before that. The Ole Miss, maybe it was the Ole Miss game where they played. Who did they play right before this? Georgia.

And that game never ended. No. You remember that? It was like one second left, the time expired, and they're like, no, everybody, get back on the field. You have to kick it.

Never ended. I was all nervous, though, in the first quarter. I'll tell you what, Miami, they were plowing through old miss like a lesbian woman in a Subaru at an ice protest. Never seen anything like that. Yeah, so the actual time of possession, you know, how long you have the ball.

Uh, 41 minutes for Miami. Wow, 18 minutes for Ole Miss. Really? What? Wow.

Well, that being said, it was a great it was a great season for Ole Miss, and they got screwed by their coach, Lane Kiffen. And LSU, you deserve whatever you get, which is not going to be much. And you know what? He'll do the same thing to LSU. Unless LSU does it to him first, because they don't mess around.

You're not wrong. They don't mess around.

So anyway, what tonight you got Indiana and you got Oregon. Yep. Peach Bowl. Yeah, Peach Bowl in Atlanta, hot Atlanta. I wonder who's going to show up.

Those teams are far away from Atlanta. And then you're back to Miami for what, the Hard Rock. Is that what they call that stadium down there?

So Miami's going to be playing a home game for the National Championship. I don't know about that.

Something stinks.

Something stinks to high heavens. Indiana's still going to win. I'd ask Pam Bondi to investigate, but. She'll get back to me in about 30 years. All right.

I know about baseball. Just forget that for a second. I'm talking about football. And the problem is you've got the lawyers and they're screwing it up. Lawyers and ESPN, and they're screwing up my favorite sport, and I hate it.

And we've got to figure this out. And I know there have been a lot of people asking President Trump to intervene. And I really do hope the President will I know the President loves football. I know he loves sports. Maybe he'll intervene and save college football from itself.

All right. We have got so much to. I wanted to get that out of the way because we got a lot to talk about. And last night we had a horrible situation. If you watch the news.

And this is what's crazy about the media folks. You can't believe them. I mean, these folks are pathological liars. I was watching the uh the reporting. I as a matter of fact, I missed the first part of the uh the the game because of what happened in Portland.

I got some text messages. Stearns, there's been another shooting.

So I I always flip over to MSDNC, which is now PMS Now, and then CNN. And so if they had a ratings bump, it's because I was watching last night.

So anyway, I'm watching and they're doing the news reporters like. We have horrifying breaking news out of Portland. where a a loving husband and wife, a sweet couple, in their vehicles, they were fired upon by Federal agents dispatched by President Donald J. Trump to slaughter Spanish speaking individuals. This is CNN.

You're like, wait, what? Holy crap, wait, what? We've got federal agents going out there and they're shooting sweet, innocent, married couples who only speak Spanish as they're like, what? What? So I'm like.

Reaching out to Homeland Security, I'm like, what's going on here? Why are we just randomly shooting people? And of course we're not. It turns out That the two suspects aren't even married, the two people in the car. They were the ICE agents, or I'm sorry, Border Patrol agents were conducting a traffic stop.

This is an immigration traffic stop. They're looking for some very bad people who were connected to the Venezuelan gang Trende Aragua. And it turns out that the couple inside, the woman, was literally affiliated with Trendearagua, and they weren't even married. They tried to run over These border patrol agents, which is when they open fire. And that's what happened.

And even still, you would not be able to. You would not be able to convince the Democrats or the mainstream media any other way that. When it comes to Trende Aragua, one of the most violent gangs in the world. And President Donald J. Trump, they would tell you.

They would tell you to a person that it's Trende Aragua, who actually has More Integrity. I'm just telling you folks. This is messed up.

So we're going to go through all of this. We've got a lot of audio to play. There's so many stories breaking today out of Washington that impact all of us. But I just want to step back from all of it for just a minute. And again, we've been pretty clear on this program to Tell you that this is what happened in Minneapolis, it's a terrible transit.

I mean, it is a, it is awful. It is terrible. But the media, and if you go to any news story, the media, they are telling you. this precious sweet mother of three This soccer bomb. She was just in the wrong place.

At the wrong time. This sweet precious lesbian. But it's a lot of speed moment. She's gone. And you're like, oh my God, what a terrible story.

And then, ladies and gentlemen, then we find out the truth. And the Democrats can't handle the truth. You know why? Because. They create narratives.

These people are pathological liars. And God love J.D. Vance. And Dylan, I want us to find that long video audio from J.D. Vance yesterday when he was tearing them a new orifice.

Right there in the White House press briefing room. And it was a beautiful thing. And J.D. Vance was right to do it. Because these people are liars, and liars are going to lie.

They're gonna lie all the time, and that's what they're doing here.

So, this woman, yes, she did have three children. But she was not a peaceful protester who just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. As a matter of fact, they were attacking JD Vance. How dare he? Who does he think he is?

Calling this woman a professional activist. Who does he think he is? The liar? But it turns out that JD Vance was absolutely correct. Renee Good was a well-trained far-left immigration activist.

She was actually a member of a group called Ice Watch. That is an organization that monitors and actively interferes in immigration enforcement operations. As a matter of fact, when they went out to interview people who knew her, They described her as a quote warrior.

So, within that context, now you get a pretty good idea and a sense of what was happening because, by the way, by the way. You can't tell me this was not planned. And maybe they thought that the ice agents were going to stand down or just they were going to sacrifice that one poor dude. But right before the shooting happened, she dropped somebody. There was a passenger in that van, and it's believed to be her spouse, her.

The missus, I guess. I d I don't know the I don't know what you Anyway, the the other woman.

So they knew what they were doing when they blocked these ICE agents. And also, our good buddy Paul Shanklin pointed out something to me. He said, Todd, look at the tires and look at where they were pointed. When she backed up, She d w in the process of backing up. Those tires were pointed directly at.

The Ice Agent.

Now, hear me on this. Hear me on this. They're telling us now that don't believe your lying eyes. That's what the media is telling you. Don't believe your lying eyes here.

But hear me on this. Look at the one bullet shot that was fired. Where was that bullet? Because they're telling us that agent was on the side of the van. She was not running him over.

She was going to roll down her window and just give him a high five. That's not what happened. And we know that because the bullet came right through the front windshield, not the side window. She was going to run that guy over. Whether or not it was intentional or not, well, that's a moot point now.

But ladies and gentlemen You need to understand that this woman. Described as a warrior, anti-ICE, was at war on that day. But again, can we go back to this one truth? It was a terrible tragedy. But it was one that was entirely preventable had this woman simply obeyed the original orders from Ice to get out of her vehicle.

In Florida here, I'm reminded that most of the sheriffs of the sixty seven counties Um the sheriffs, not even the Fed. the way they run them are is If you attempt to hit an officer in a car with your car in his car or run one over They had very brief press conferences. I was watching four or five by Grady Judd. They last about three minutes. And they explained that uh The person in the car hit the deputy or hit the deputy's car.

They were shot graveyard dead. And are there any questions? And let's have a good day and be safe out there.

So that's how the press conference goes. But it takes The right um The city states governors, mayors. sheriffs to run their to run their operation that way. And it becomes a non-issue. And the other thing is, I think the worst thing that's the thing that's going to come out that's going to hurt them the worst up there in Minnesota and around the country.

is the PM Bondi now. They are going to follow the money that this lady has made. And from being what she thought was a legal protester or whatever observer, they're going to follow that morning. And that's going to be very embarrassing.

Mark, what's going on, my friend? Happy New Year to you. Happy New Year to you and your staff as well. I wanted to hit on some of a couple of things on sports real quick. They had a call targeting on one guy.

And the other guy was targeted, and they didn't call that one.

So these refs. You don't know whose pockets they're in. Um Old Miss should have taken more time off the clock at the end of the game, but they didn't, and they gave that ball back to you know, back too quick. Indiana's gonna do a nonstop on Oregon, and Oregon's gonna be calling them shoot you, because I don't know if you know much about Mendoza. But he went to California, Berkeley and then went to Indiana.

He knew every one of the players. His IQ was phenomenal. He knew all the players in Indiana before he got to the team. And the same thing with the Heisman Trophy. When he got that Heisman Trophy, he knew every one of the names and everyone that was there.

The guy is a God-fearing, blessed person. You know, his mom. had cerebral palsy as well. The mom is not well. And he's just, Fernando Mendoza is really, what an incredible human being.

And you got to give credit to mom and dad. I mean, that kid was raised right. And just a fine, fine young man. He reminds me a lot of Tim Tebow, who was another great guy. But it's going to be a great game tonight.

I'm with you, though. Dylan, you're shaking your head as you're listening to Mark here describe the refs. Yeah, the refs that they've. Are ruining the game as well as the NCAA. But yeah, I agree.

Those targeting calls, they were questionable to say the least. Yes, I just don't I agree. These reps are again, you can't understand why they do what they do. I just say they're in somebody's pocket, what I say. But on Mendoza, he's a red he's a red shirt junior.

You know, he's got another another year.

So this this guy, like you said, he's very blessed, well rounded. His speech that he gave at the Heisman was the best I ever heard from anybody. Yeah. I was just amazed. I'm well-rounded in sports.

I'm a UConn fan. We had a good year in football, but our of course our basketball women's and guys are really really good again. They're good this year again too.

Well, he's a great young man, and I think that says a lot about this generation. You know, they call it the Gen Z, it's Gen Z and then Gen Alpha, and I'm not sure where he's at in all of those generational things.

Well, he's what, 20 is in his 20s, so he's probably Gen Z. But there's something about that generation, Mark, that seems to be embracing the values of our grandparents who were grandparents of the greatest generation.

So it's really exciting to see these young people stepping out. And these are young people who believe in God. These are young people who've been taught right from wrong, and they're willing to stand up. Stand up to the culture. He's a blessing.

I think he's going to have that game under control in the first half. I think the game's going to be over in the first half. That's my prediction. That's how good this team is. This team is phenomenal.

All right, good man, right there. All right, I'm going to go back and play this audio. This is. J.D. Vance, yesterday, standing before the White House press corps.

And just reaming them. And look, sometimes you just have to do this. You've got to say what needs to be said to the media. Take a listen. When I was actually walking out here, somebody sent me a photo of a CNN headline about what happened in Minneapolis.

And this is the headline, I'm just going to read it. Outrage after ICE officer kills U.S. citizen in Minneapolis.

Well, That's one way to put it, and that is the way that many people in the corporate media have put this attack over the last 24 hours. And I say attack very, very intentionally because this was an attack on federal law enforcement. This was an attack on law and order. This was an attack on the American people. The way that the media, by and large, has reported this story has been an absolute disgrace, and it puts our law enforcement officers at risk every single day.

What that headline leaves out is the fact that that very off ICE officer nearly had his life ended, dragged by a car six months ago, 33 stitches in his legs.

So you think maybe he's a little bit sensitive about somebody ramming him with an automobile? What that headline leaves out is that that woman was there to interfere with a legitimate law enforcement operation in the United States of America. What that headline leaves out is that that woman is part of a broader left-wing network to attack, to dox, to assault, and to make it impossible for our ICE officers to do their Job. If the media wants to tell the truth, they ought to tell the truth. That a group of left-wing radicals have been working tirelessly, sometimes using domestic terror techniques, to try to make it impossible for the President of the United States to do what the American people elected him to do, which is enforce our immigration laws.

The president stands with ICE, I stand with ICE, we stand with all of our law enforcement officers. And part of that is recognizing that you people in the media, not everybody in this room, but many people in this room have been lying about this attack. She was trying to ram this guy with her car. He shot back. He defended himself.

He's already been seriously wounded in law enforcement operations before. And everybody who's been repeating the lie that this is some innocent woman who was out for a drive in Minneapolis when a law enforcement officer shot at her, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Every single one of you. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes, go get him, go get him, J.D. You know what would have happened?

I just wish little Jimmy Acosta, remember that guy, little Jimmy Acosta over at CNN? I wish that he was still there in that White House press briefing room because J.D. Vance, J.D. was in control. This was not some sort of an unhinged rant.

JD was like, you know what? Here's the deal, media. Where's little Jimmy? Little Jimmy, where are you? And he's a little tiny.

You can't see over the, oh, there he is. He was at Little Jimmy, come on up here. Come on up here. And he says, you know what we're going to start doing to all of you liars in the media and just give him a good swift kick in the behind.

Sometimes you just gotta You gotta say what needs to be said. Y you do. I get it. Look, having to deal with these Yahoos every single day, I don't know how Caroline Lovitt and the crew do it over there. I really don't.

So, look, here's the deal, and here's where we're at. And in all seriousness, here, we are dealing with a big problem. And hear me on this. These protesters think they are above the law. The illegals think they are above the law.

The Democrats believe they are above the law. And what we're watching now. In Minneapolis. And last night you had protests, major protests, thousands of people in New York City, in Foley Square. I can't play the audio because it's so vile.

Thousands of people in New York City and Foley Square, they were chanting, kill ice, kill ice. They were chanting they wanted to hang Christy Noam. Wait, what? Dylan, are you serious? You didn't hear that on the news last night?

You didn't hear any of that on the no, it happened. That's why you've got to go to X. That's why you've got to go to social media, ToddSterns.com, because. We have the video. We have the evidence.

They were literally chanting thousands of people to go out there and kill ICE agents. This was happening all over America, all over America last night. While most of you were watching the football game or you were doing something else. That's what was going on in the streets of major American cities. That's dangerous.

Because these people do believe they are above the law. People are going online and they're posting videos saying they are going to go out there and start shooting federal agents.

So when When I ask, should the President invoke the Insurrection Act? It's not some sort of a flippant thing to generate some sort of hysteria. It's an honest to goodness question. Because if we don't, How do we fix this? If you've got millions of people around the nation who believe they do not have to follow the law of the land, That is that is anarchy.

And anarchy is going to lead to civil war. And it's going to be a weird civil war because it's not North versus South. This is an ideological war.

So the question is, how do we fix this? What do we do? Does President Trump go in? Does he make Minnesota? Does he set an example there?

What about Portland, Oregon? Or any of these other I mean, it is that widespread. And it seems to me the answer is to just flood the zone with these ICE agents. Flood the zone. God love our Treasury Department.

Secretary Scott Besson is out there, and he's saying they're going after the money. And they're going to, they are creating their own task force to investigate what's happening in Minnesota, and it's going to be deployed nationwide. They're telling us now, yesterday we played you the audio, yesterday we told you the government had been running the numbers, they determined at least $600 billion in fraud had been discovered.

Now we are learning that's on the low end.

So you could be looking at, I don't know, maybe a trillion dollars. I mean, this is insane. What the Democrats have done to you, what the Democrats have done to your family, what the Democrats have done to this country. But if we don't have the rule of law, we have chaos. And that's what I'm seeing.

And I think we're going to be in for a pretty bumpy weekend as these radicals get out there. And by the way, do you think this is all just. organic. It's all just spontaneous. Do you really do you really think that?

Mm-hmm. All right. Should I should I break the news here? No, and I So I have been, you know, I love food. I just, that's one of the reasons I moved back south.

Although I became very fond of the Jewish delis when I was in New York City. I'm a sucker for a bagel and a smear. What can I say? And the way they do the brisket is very good, not like what they do in Texas, but you know, it is still good.

So anyway, I have been trying to figure out I've got to do something about the weight. And so I'm officially on a diet. And Dylan, so far so good. It's been like five days. And I think it's going to be good.

My goal is 75 pounds. That's the goal. Very nice. I I'm doing the I'm trying to be on a diet as well.

So And you know, it's interesting. I'm actually doing the RFK Jr. food pyramid. You know, they turned it upside down. Yeah.

Lots of meats and vegetables. I was watching South Park, and I'm like, oh my God, it's brilliant. That's the wow. There you go.

So eat more, you know, meat. And fewer grains. And dairy. And dairy. Yeah.

Yeah. I was dreaming. What was I eating some yogurt town? Oh, yeah. I saw that.

Yeah. Of the strawberry flavor. Very good. We had no spoons. I had to eat it with a fork.

Surprisingly sufficient. But you got to make it work.

So, anyway, and yeah, I joined the gym, the what is it, ACT Fitness?

So, I'm doing, or ATC, whatever, SAT. You'll get it eventually. I went and I had to take a test. And I'm like, wait a second. Whoops, wrong place.

Anyway, I joined a gym. And it's so we'll see. My understanding is that weight weight training is actually supposed to help really and if somebody knows anything about this, I would be very welcome to hear your call. But my understanding is lifting weights is actually an easier way to lose the weight. Yeah, because you're building muscle at the same time as losing weight.

Whereas if you do just cardio, You'll lose the weight, but you're not gaining any muscles.

So, aside from, you know, hopefully one day a six-pack, right now I've got a keg, and so that's got to be repaired. That's got to be remedied. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Yeah, I'm not doing a marathon. By the way, and my doctor, this is funny, my cardiologist said, why are you running?

He said, there's no need to run. It's bad for your ankles and for your knees. Interesting. There you go.

I guess so.

Well, lifting weights is good, though. It'll do both for you. And so that means just more meat, no bread, and all that kind of stuff. The sugar is a big issue.

So, anyway, it's going to be a journey. It's going to take some time. You know, I was actually skinny back in my Fox days, but I was running marathons back then until I broke my ankle during the Country Music Half Marathon. There was a Dolly Parton cover band. No, it was a Gretchen Wilson cover band playing Redneck Woman.

And they were playing right in this curve, and I missed the storm storm drain. Because the music was so good. And down went my way to go. Yeah, it was really bad. And of course, so I flew back to New York City.

I'm in a cast and you can't get around much. And there just happened to be a Kansas City barbecue joint right around the corner from my apartment. This was Seventh Avenue and uh twenty third, I think Seventh Avenue and Twenty Third. It was called Rub, Righteous Urban Barbecue Rub. Wow.

Great place. I I ate my body weight in barbecue and burnt ins. That's where it all began. The story doesn't have a good ending.

So, anyway, all that to say, I would appreciate your encouragement there. It's going to be tough. If you see me eating a Butterfinger or something on air, you know, you've got to read me the Riot Act. Yeah. No more sweet tea.

They are bracing for what they anticipate is going to be a very violent weekend. As a matter of fact, they've already set up some sort of a no-go zone, sort of like what they did in Portland and Seattle, in that neighborhood where the domestic terrorist was taken out by ICE agents just a few days ago. Also Want to play some audio? This is from the Philadelphia. District Attorney Larry Krasner, who is a Democrat, cut number seven, please.

If any law enforcement agent, any ICE agent, is going to come to Philly. To commit crimes, then you can get the F out of here. Because if you do that here. I will charge you with those crimes. You will be arrested.

You will stand trial. You will be convicted. Whether it's in state or federal court, it's my office prosecuting it. That's how the law works. And you will do your time.

Because Donald Trump cannot pardon you for a state court conviction. Do you hear me? ICE agents, do you hear me, National Guard? Do you hear me, military? You're going to jail.

If you commit crimes in the city of Philadelphia, you will be accountable. The law applies to all of you. And I know that there are Honest, decent, moral law enforcement. Officers out there by the bushel, including in ICE. This is not for you.

This is for anyone. of your colleagues. who thinks they are above the law. All right, so that just gives you an idea of what Democrats in these large cities are planning. I mean, the idea that they're going to go in and start arresting federal agents, this is going to get ugly.

It's going to get very ugly. And let me just say this: I fully expect other people to try and use their vehicles to ram ICE agents. And if you're a federal agent and you've got a two-ton vehicle coming at you, screaming at you, then by golly, you have every single right to defend yourself. As a matter of fact, here is Sheriff Grady Jodd down in Polk County. Florida.

This guy doesn't mince any words. Hello everyone, Chef Grady Judd here. I've been asked by media outlets and several people to comment on the event that occurred in Minneapolis. yesterday. Let me make one thing abundantly clear.

You have to be accountable for your conduct. And that starts with the mayor. Did you hear his filthy talk? Did you hear his filthy, uninformed, talk yesterday to the people not only of the city and the state, but across the nation. Shame on you.

That's lack of professionalism.

Now let's look at the event. The investigation is not complete. I am giving you context. on the video clip that I saw. Law Enforcement Officers Federal law enforcement officers, ICE agents, were trying to take the occupant of the car out of the vehicle.

During this encounter, The vehicle backed up and the drove directly. at the Ice Agent. That is a deadly weapon. a two ton deadly weapon.

So what did the occupant expect? They should have expected to be shot. when you commit a deadly assault on a law enforcement officer.

So let's Do this. Let's send out the message loud and clear. And it should start with a mayor. The police chief? the local sheriff.

and the governor of Minnesota. Cooperate. with law enforcement officers, Don't resist them. don't violently resist them. If you do violently resist them, if you do felonious assaults, with two-ton weapons.

Expect to be shot.

Okay. Thank you, Sheriff. Look, I'm telling you, you drive through Polk County, Florida, you better be doing the speed limit. And look, this is a very rational approach here. I mean, it's common sense.

It's just overwhelming to me that so many people believe that they have a right. To talk back to the police, to attack the police. To run away from the police without any repercussions at all. Let's go to the phone lines here. We'll start in Gainesville, Georgia.

Steve, listening to us on the mighty, powerful WDUN. Steve, what's going on? Uh same deal. How you doing, man? I'm well, thank you for asking.

Here's my take. And I've got two cents and I'm standing on my uh Oh um Fox today, big soap box. I got introduced to this guy when I was at Georgia back in the early 70s when everybody was running around. Protesting. The the war.

You know 'em. And The guy's name, Saul Olinski. He wrote a book on rules for radicals. We saw it. during the Obama administration.

You create chaos. to get social change. And these people that are protesting, they bought into it thinking they're doing the right thing.

Okay. Well Well, they did, Steve. And here's the challenge. And this is where things are a little bit different than, say, the rioting and the marches of the late 1960s into the early 70s, the Vietnam War protest and all that sort of thing. Uh, at that time, at least the media was still somewhat conservative, or at least they ascribed to traditional American values.

That's not the media of today. And of course, we also have things like social media where you're able to amplify whatever your messaging is, getting out these massive mobs. You know, my question, Steve, is what happens if you've got, say, 15, 20 cities, major American cities, and over the weekend you've got all out rioting? What does the White House do then?

Well, I think that's their plan. That's exactly their plan. This is not spontaneous. I would say the vast majority of these people are actually paid.

Well, I'll give you an example. Are you ready for this? Kids and kids, Steve and Steve, kids in Minnesota, they're not going to school. They're allowed to do online learning for up until I think February the 12th. And the reason why they sent the kids home is that the teachers can get out there and march in the streets.

And now.

Now you've got Minnesota. This is a headline right now on Fox News: Minnesota Teachers Union calls for ICE to withdraw from the city as classrooms go dark.

So they have emptied the classrooms. Nobody's learning because they want these kids and their teachers to join the mob. I mean, this is insane. Wow.

That's uh And we've turned over our educational system to a bunch of Marxists. Yes, sir. If you'll remember, Karl Marx. said how you changed this country. is you infiltrate the school system.

It it was in its ten steps to take down capitalism, and they've infiltrated our school our government school system, and they're brainwashing these children.

Well, and here's the headline coming. This is just an hour ago. This was posted on Politico. Speaker Mike Johnson is now concerned the ICE shooting will hamper funding negotiations as yet another government shutdown looms. The speaker says it's a terrible idea to limit funding for immigration enforcement.

And again, these are Democrats that are going to use this as the method to shut down. The government. Here's the problem that I see, and it's really not a problem for the Trump administration, Steve. But what does Trump do here? Does President Trump ease up on immigration enforcement?

If he does, I think he loses the base of the party and the base of his supporters. What does he do here?

Well, we voted for him to do exactly what he's been doing. I don't think anybody intended him to get elected and be a lame duck for four years and not do anything. We expected him to do what he campaigned on it. He was going to take care of the border. He was going to run people out of this country that was here illegally.

He was going to abide by laws and he was going to get rid of the drugs. And he's done exactly that.

Well, he has, but there's so much more to do. And I will say this: this president doesn't have three years. He's got up until January when the new Congress takes charge. And the president is out there. He did an interview yesterday with Hannity, and he was actually, I think, in a way, he was almost preparing people for what could happen if the Republicans don't get their act together.

They could lose the House. And if they lose the House, it's over. The Trump agenda comes to an immediate halt.

So if we don't get it done between now and January, Steve, it's not going to get done.

Well, all you've got to do is look back to his last term. Uh the last two years. Uh he was tied up in court. And I've always been of the mind that if he wasn't in court, COVID would have never got to the extent it was. I think they were trying to kick him out of office.

when that was first revealed and we were about thirty days behind. uh the knowledge that uh this thing had escaped the lab.

Well, there you go. And it's a great point. It's a great point, Steve. I've got to run here, Steve, but I appreciate you calling in. And yeah, look, there are some concerns here.

I am hoping that this economy is going to be so strong. That the Republicans are going to win in landslides across the country. I truly hope and pray that happens, but we cannot count on that. And so when Speaker Johnson's out there saying, hey, look, we're going to hit the gas right away, we've got to do that. We've got to do that.

By the way, Been talking to the speaker's office. We've had some good conversations over the past really couple of weeks now, and the speaker has reached out personally. And we're probably going to be having some sort of a meeting, some sort of a lunch. And I'm going to share some of these things we've been talking about on the radio. And again, I think members of Congress just need to know that we've got their backs.

and that we're going to fight right alongside of them. They have not lost us. We've got to stand together here. Let's go to LAJ, Georgia, Joe listening to us on WTUN. Joe, what's going on?

I wonder if they're going to be showing this on the news tonight. on all the cable channels. Because this flies in the face of all of the reporting that that is out there right now.

What a What a terrible thing. What a terrible thing. The media rushed to judgment. The Democrats, they rushed to judgment. And now we've got chaos in our nation.

Chaos that we really didn't, we really didn't need. But I'm just telling you.

I want to get your reaction. I want to ask you the question we just asked of our reporter there in Minneapolis. What is the intention of the governor here with the National Guard? We've been hearing concern, a lot of very concerned people, that he may. use the National Guard against federal agents there.

This is an individual, Tim Walls, that is just reeling from being exposed as a national embarrassment once again through this fraud scandal. He has just dropped out of his political future in the governor's race. He definitely isn't a candidate in 2028 now, which is what his dream was. He is a man totally reeling without. any anything to save him and he is looking for whatever he can do whatever extreme thing he can do to to get him out of this and and reclaim fame yesterday he went as far as to say or at least imply that he was starting some sort of a war with the federal government this is an unhinged individual i don't know what his intention is but i do trust our national guard we have some of my best friends are national guard members here in minnesota and i trust those those members to not follow a ridiculous order to attack federal law enforcement.

That's not what their job is. They know that. They're going to protect the people of Minnesota. They're going to keep the streets clean. They're going to keep the streets safe.

But we're not going to see an all-out war between the federal law enforcement and Minnesota National Guard. That is totally insane and right out of a crazy playbook. It's absolutely insane, but it's a possibility, which is even more insane, that it is a possibility with this unhinged governor and this lunatic mayor. You've got Jacob Fry. And that's one of the guys I'm even more concerned about him because the rhetoric spewing out of that guy's mouth, that filthy mouth of his, it very well could lead some of these lunatics in the streets to try and attack ICE agents.

And I'm wondering if you share those concerns. It's an absolute fear I share. I'll tell you, these are the two weakest men in America. They have no backbone. They will bow down to the mob every single time.

And the mob right now does, they're looking for a target. And Jacob Fry and Tim Walls are readily handing them federal law enforcement as that target. It's despicable. And we need to find, we need to let cooler heads prevail. We need to get people who are actually responsible to speak to these crowds and let them know that there is not an option to attack federal law enforcement.

That puts you in prison, that puts your life at risk.

Now, what does it say that the reasoned voice in all of this is ironically Ilhan Obar, who's telling people let's wait and let's see how the investigation plays out here. That's how insane this whole thing is here, Senator. Yeah, you know, when Ilhan is the voice of reason, we have gone too far. I want to ask you about something. Congresswoman Mary Miller, she's a Congresswoman out of Illinois.

She says that President Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act, and your governor needs to go to jail. Are we at that point? Does the President need to intervene here? You know, if Tim Walls is, depending on what he's ordering or attempting to order our National Guard to do, I think that that's totally within the bounds of reality. I've actually, I issued a letter yesterday to the White House asking them to open criminal investigations into Tim Walls and Keith Ellison because these two individuals have been so they've been such terrible examples of leaders here in Minnesota.

The malfeasance, the non-feasants, and the all-out corruption has gone too far. Minnesotans. We've been through way too much in the last two years. When's the last time you heard about Minnesota on the news as much as you have in the last six months? This is because of.

Of years and years of non-feasance and malfeasance and corruption out of our highest levels of leadership. Senator, I had a young lady on the show. She lives there in Minneapolis. She's a former leader in the Republicans here in the college Republicans. She told me that there are parts of Minneapolis that are basically no-go zones where the Somalians are in the majority.

And she said that she and her friends just know not to go to those sections of the city. What does that say that Minneapolis has these no-go zones, much like they have in Paris and now over in parts of London? You know, I had the opportunity last week to meet independent journalist Nick Sorter, and we did some stories together. And he actually messaged me last night and showed me he had a video of him calling 911 asking for help because he was pinned down by an angry crowd. And 911 said, We're not going to come out there and help you.

You need to get yourself to a safe location. And then maybe we'll come out. And he goes, Well, how do I get there? What's a safe location? They said, I don't know.

And they hung up on him. That is. We saw this during COVID when 911, when the cops aren't even willing to come out and protect the citizenry, we have a failed state. And I think in Minneapolis and a lot of areas, that's what it is. I don't get off the freeway when I go through Minneapolis.

And most of the people I talk to, same exact situation. There are areas that might be safe, not worth the risk for me. I'm a father of five. I have no intention of taking the risk of going down there. All right.

I want to bring into the conversation our good buddy, Joe Messina, nationally syndicated talk radio host. Joe, thanks for joining us from your home there in Santa Clarita, California. Have you had a chance to check out the the latest video that was taken? This is the actual video from the cellphone of the ICE agent who got hit. Short answer is yeah.

Right after you said you had it. I went and looked and saw what was going on. And I got to tell you something. I looked at three different videos last night, and I came to the conclusion that this video shows that basically the ICE officer was in the right. And yes, the only caveat I'll put here is.

I believe she was trying to hit him. I'm not sure she had the intent of wanting to kill him, if you would. I want to give a little bit of the benefit of the doubt there. No, they were basically being jerks. It's not like you're and you're right.

I don't think I heard anybody say, I'm going to kill you. But it was very clear. This idea, CNN, there was one of the pundits on CNN, one of the Democrats said, Well, what would you do if an angry, mean man you didn't know was coming up and trying to get into your vehicle? That's what she literally said on CNN last night. Wow.

Yeah, I love the thing. When they were talking later on in that conversation, they said this woman had kids, right? I'm thinking, well, Charlie Kirk had kids. I mean, that's not an extent. Don't go somewhere.

Leave your kids alone. Don't go somewhere where bodily injury could happen to you if you're so concerned about your kids. And it wasn't a stranger. It was a police officer, and they knew it. Oh, of course they did.

And we know that because, you know what, Dylan, can we just play that again? And then I want to make sure that everybody hears what they thought they heard. That's fine. Are you joking? I'm not medical.

Show your face. I'm not medicine. We don't change our plates every morning, just so you know. And it'll be the same plate when you come talk to us later. That's fine.

U.S. citizen. Yeah. You wanna come at us? I said go get yourself some lunch, big boy.

Get out of my way. Yeah. The algorithm. Wow.

Um Joe Charlie Kirk. I'm sorry, you mentioned Charlie Kirk. Tucker Carlson. His reaction to this, I'm just not understanding it. He says.

How come so few conservatives are viewing this story through a human lens? And he goes on to compare it to what happened to Charlie Kirk. And I don't think you can compare the two incidents here. I mean, Charlie was assassinated. You know, this ICE agent was nearly killed in the line of duty.

Oh, totally agree with you. I mean, I don't know how he can look, I don't know what's happened to him. I know that I don't know if you're friends, but I know you worked with him at at one point in time, and I don't know what's happened to this man. And how he can try to tie the two together, you're exactly spot on when you say one was an out-and-out planned assassination. All right, and this here was an American citizen.

Yeah, I love an American citizen. Great, then follow the law. If you're an American citizen and that's what you want to use as a defense, Then follow the law. It isn't that hard. And frankly, if you weren't somewhere where you weren't supposed to be, if you weren't doing the things you weren't supposed to be, and you would listen to the orders of the police officers.

You know, you'd still be alive today. She would still be alive today. I want to read my, this is my national commentary, and it airs on hundreds of radio stations around the nation, this little one-minute commentary. I'm just going to read the last part of it. I said, It can't be overstated.

What happened in Minneapolis was a terrible tragedy. Pray for Mrs. Good's grieving family. Pray for the safety of the ICE agents. But make no mistake, this was entirely preventable had Mrs.

Goode obeyed the ICE agents' orders. And then Tucker turns around and says that we're not sympathetic here as conservatives. Ha ha ha ha ha ha. Right. I don't know what he's looking for.

I would say to him, what exactly are you looking for? I am sorry that she lost her life. And I mean that sincerely. It didn't have to end that way. But who brought it on?

Who started it? Who made it happen? And if somebody's you know, I I heard the bump, I I and actually I saw it in another video clip that uh from a total different angle. He was protecting himself and others at this point. Yeah.

Look, this is what Tucker said. The thirty seven-year-old was an American citizen and reportedly the mother of a kindergarten-aged child. Did we disagree with her views on immigration? Probably, but that shouldn't matter. Her death is a tragedy, regardless of her partisan affiliations.

Ideological beliefs are who pulled the trigger. A woman was shot in the face. None of that matters, Joe. It doesn't matter. I don't know what her political persuasion I have an idea.

I don't know about her ideology, but this is the only thing that matters is she disobeyed direct orders from the police. Yeah. And she suffered the consequences. Yeah, I love how they're trying to turn this. And look, she obviously was a lesbian.

Okay, that's between her and her God or no God, whatever. She had kids.

Okay, great. Lots of people have kids. And you know what? Lots of people obey lawful orders. And again, she shouldn't have been there.

And you go backwards in the video a little bit where she's got her backup lights on. It's obvious that she's ready to make a move here. And and she had to slam that car in the drive. to to hit that agent. Every move here was deliberate.

You know, it's interesting. I mean, we're assuming, I mean, you're right. She hit the gas. She was planning on getting out of there. Was she going to leave her spouse behind?

I mean, because she was afraid she was going to be arrested. I mean, that's what that was.

It could be trillions of dollars. And it looks like they're going to be looking at California, which I have to imagine would probably have more fraud than the rest of the country. What say you? Oh, no, you're 100% right on it. I think you're going to see hundreds of billions of dollars in fraud.

I don't know if you caught any part of it. I know the rest of the country doesn't much care, but we had our first state of the state address last night in four years. This governor saw no reason to do a state-of-the-state address. He does these five-minute addresses. That YouTubes to let us know what was going on.

And I'm telling you, Todd, if you listen to him line by line, every one of them was a lie. And I don't mean a little lie, I mean a big lie. And I agree with you. You know, he hasn't allowed, like Waltz, Governor Newscomb hasn't allowed any audits. of any of these departments that are in trouble, that are missing money.

So, when the feds come in and start doing this, I think it's going to be a big problem. My concern, though, frankly and honestly, is we can find all this evidence and get them and show it. But if we don't get the right judge, if we don't get the right people in place, they're not going to jail. No, you're absolutely right about that. And again, going back to the latest news coming out of D.C., where the Democrats are now threatening to shut down the government over ICE funding, we knew that was going to be coming, this whole new shutdown of the government.

We just don't have a lot of time to fix what is broken here. And it just seems to me like every single day we get so far ahead and Don't misunderstand what I'm saying here. Trump is doing an amazing job. But there is so much that is broken in this country. I just, you know, we got a lot of work to do.

We do. And you know what? The thing that scares me is are we ready for the pain it's going to take to make these changes? You know, years ago, I used to say when you go into that voting booth, if you're living off of welfare, legitimately living off of welfare, and you're about to pull that lever that may take that check away from you, you want to feed your family. You want your family to be okay.

You may vote incorrectly to save your own backside. Can you imagine the amount of pain we're going to have to go through to fix this? Even at the Social Security level, look at all the uproar when Trump said, we're going to have you come back in, reapply, and prove who you are before we can start cutting Social Security checks or welfare checks or any of those things.

There is new video. A woman has apparently hit a Border Patrol SUV. As it drove by with an agent inside, another person appeared to spit on the SUV.

And right now, they are taking down a very large, angry liberal woman. There's a lot of belly fat on that one, I'm just telling you. Whew, sweet mercy. All right, we'll keep you updated. No word on whether or not the ICE agent was injured, but yet another attack on ICE in Minneapolis.

This is a completely new incident. A woman hitting a Border Patrol vehicle. Agents were inside the vehicle. Another woman spit on the vehicle. Both of them were were arrested and there was no mercy.

Dylan, this is a big old gal here, and we were commenting on this. It took at least four Border Patrol agents to arrest this girl, this woman. Yeah, she was not going down without a fight, that's to say the least. The problem is her body weight, she was like a. Have you ever seen a A bowl of jello, like congealed salad.

And like, if you're bringing it to the table from like the fridge, and it's like, you know, just kind of like boying oil, yo, yo, yeah, it just kind of jiggles a little bit. Yeah, there's a lot of jiggling going on. And we only know that because her shirt comes up. It's not inappropriate. You just get to see the belly.

And I think the problem is her body weight is shifting so much, it's hard for the agents to. I'm sort of illustrating for our audience on social media, but I think it's just hard for them to get a good grip on her. Yeah, I mean, it's not very symmetrical.

So the angles that you have to take are very calculated, I think. It's true. Thank you for that. It's welcome. It's.

Oh, it is true. Let me just tell you something. Those agents got to work out. But anyway, both women are now in. Oh, lordy.

Did you see the one in the back? She's even bigger. Yeah. And she went down and mercy. And then there was one poor fellow.

There are a lot of very large, overweight people here that are at the protest. One of them was a guy. And I mean, his entire. Crack showed. And I just felt really, really bad for those Border Patrol agents.

Nobody needs to see that. Yeah, those masks aren't thick enough. Gotta get some nose plugs while you're at it. Jeez, Lou.

For example, in Portland yesterday, the two people that were shot, CNN still calling them a married couple. Number one, they were not married. Number two, they were members of the Trin de Aragua gang, or rather affiliated with that gang, that dangerous gang out of Venezuela.

This is from Seattle, Washington. Where where conservatives are sleepless these days. They elected a socialist mayor. Her name is Katie Wilson. Um she is still getting help from her parents to pay her bills.

She just, I think this may be one of her very first real people adult grown-up jobs. She was elected mayor, and she just declared war on ICE agents in Seattle. Cut number 10. Yesterday, armed ICE agents in an unmarked vehicle detained three North Seattle neighbors at Evergreen Washelli Cemetery. I am furious at the federal government's abuse of power.

It is unacceptable to kidnap people who are simply going about their lives. There is no place for this in Seattle. This latest abuse comes on the heels of the murder of Renee Nicole Goode in Minneapolis by federal agents. Renee was a poet, a caring neighbor, and a mother, someone with a family whose community is now grieving unimaginable loss. These are not abstractions.

These are real people, real families, and real harm. I know many people in our community are frightened and outraged about the way ICE and other federal enforcement agencies are being deliberately deployed across the country to intimidate and harm our communities. I am heartbroken and outraged too. This moment demands action. Here's what we're doing.

Seattle is a welcoming city. We already have laws in place that forbid our local police from aiding ICE in most instances. The police will adhere to these laws. That's an important step. But it's also true that we have limited authority with regard to the actions of federal agencies, and I know that our existing laws are not enough to keep people safe.

So I'm working with Police Chief Barnes, City Attorney Evans, immigrant rights groups and local leaders to identify every possible legal argument, public resource and creative tool we can use to keep the people of Seattle safe. This will take all of us. I urge you to sign up for the Washington for All ICE Mobilization Alerts. And don't stop there. I encourage you to raise your voices and demand that every elected official does what they can to actually protect the people who make our neighborhoods home.

This is a scary situation, and situations like this are when we show ourselves who we are and what we believe. Here in Seattle, we practice solidarity. Everyone should be safe in their homes, in their workplaces and in their city. My message to our immigrant neighbours. This is your city.

You need to be proactive. And if there's money being taken and favored against our citizens, against our youth to try to build to buy homes or whatever, or senior citizens. You need to look at your Constitution and get a reality check. and say who you serve first. God and country or the devil and conveniences.

And they say it's inhumane. The sheriff says it's good eating. And it's probably one of the best. It's probably one of the best things they've got on the menu. The sheriff says that.

There's nothing wrong with the warden burger. He says you get that in jail when you get in trouble. It's approved by a dietician. It's probably the most nutritious meal we serve. Want to know what's in the Wardenburger?

I really do, yeah. By the way, they do say that the detainees are served three meals a day. And they get to watch T V.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. I mean, if you're in the pokey. Not too bad.

So here's what's in the Warden burger. It's made of tomato paste. Flower. Dry milk. Oats Beans Ground Turkey Cabbage Carrots potatoes, onions, celery and just a a pinch of salt.

Cut number six. Of losing nearly $50 million in federal funding if the state doesn't revoke commercial drivers' licenses granted to unqualified immigrants. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, writing, North Carolina's failure to follow the rules isn't just shameful, it's dangerous. I'm calling on state leadership to immediately remove these dangerous drivers from our roads and clean up their system. The push comes after the DOT found that of the 50 North Carolina immigrant CDLs they reviewed, 54% of them were issued illegally.

There you go, ladies and gentlemen. Even in places like North Carolina, we're not talking about California. I mean, so if it's happening in North Carolina, you have to imagine it's really happening all over the country. And if you if you drive on the interstates, it's You put your life in your hands out there. It's a whole different world.

There's rules. Did the manager put that on the door? How did that get there? I'm not sure, but it's there. How do you guys enforce it?

Um They read the signs. You know, at the end of the day, you you have all right to come in and make a purchase. there's rules and regulations. You can't just walk behind the counter.

So they're not letting ICE agents into the McDonalds. Which is not necessarily a bad thing. You can go to Burger King or Wendy's or something of that nature.

I've been a journalist 30 years, never seen anything like this. It's coordinated, and I wish I could say that the environment in which the law enforcement officers found themselves yesterday was not coordinated, but it is because the left wants to create complete and total chaos in Donald Trump's America.

It's the only way they're going to be able to argue that he is some sort of authoritarian dictator. If they go and create the chaos themselves, and then law enforcement has to come in and subdue any sort of riots or protests or individuals who are blocking ICE officials, and the law enforcement's justifiable reaction is then spun out in the media, and you get comments from people like Mamdani or the mayor of Minneapolis or all of these other left-wing lunatics across the country. And they're doing it with the lives of police officers who have sworn to protect the American people. It doesn't matter what side of the aisle they are on. And yet, the left is completely fine using law enforcement officials essentially as shields for their own political agenda and trying to move forward a false narrative.

So it's highly disgusting to me. And I see all of these. Other people hopping on top of the bandwagon. It doesn't impact people who are in New York City. This is an incident that was justified, and yet now it has become the entire left-wing narrative, this anti-Trump narrative that just says, Oh, look, law enforcement and ICE officials are here to try and suppress any sort of dissent.

They're here to tear apart our communities when in reality they're enforcing the law. And last thing, Todd, I'd say is that if that officer yesterday had been run over and killed, you would not be hearing this type of condemnation from the left. You probably wouldn't have heard a peep out of them because they could care less what happens to our law enforcement officials. No, and we know that, and we know that as a matter of fact, because six months ago, that same ICE agent nearly lost his life. He was nearly killed when he was dragged 300 yards by that illegal, who was released, by the way, by a judge, appointed to the bench.

Meanwhile, you mentioned Mandami. I want to play some audio here. This is what Comrade Mandami had to say about that shooting. This is one part of what has been a year full of cruelty. And we know that when ICE agents attack immigrants, they attack every single one of us across this country.

I have made it clear. To everyone within my city government, and that extends to NYPD. That we are going to uphold our sanctuary city policies. We are going to adhere to them. What do you think about what the mayor just said there, Luke?

Before I came over here, I was looking at some of the recent ICE arrest reports and I saw one from the Midwest. I don't remember which state it was in, but it was a child rapist who was here in the United States of America who had forced an underaged individual to perform obscene acts. He was arrested by ICE officials. And yet, for some reason, you continue to hear people on the left say that they are going to stand alongside these individuals, that they are going to stand up for their rights, that they are going to stand up and protect them, that they could care less for the crimes that they have done. I want you to put that individual up alongside people like Mom Dani and ask him, Will you support this individual over the safety and security of Americans?

And whatever that statement is in response, and it's probably going to be affirmative that they do support that illegal immigrant who has committed unspeakable acts. Take that and run it in the midterm elections all the way up until November because that's not going to play well with the American people. And yet, that's the left's overall narrative. They want people. To believe that everybody who gets arrested by ICE is completely and totally innocent, and that is not the case.

They are the ones standing alongside the drug traffickers, the ones standing alongside the human smugglers, and frankly, profiting, helping the cartels profit off of all of the people that were coming over into the country under the Biden administration. And they refused to enforce the law in their own cities and states. And that's when federal law enforcement must get involved. They have been derelict in their duty, and I would submit that we wouldn't have to have ICE on the ground in Minneapolis or any other major city in the United States if the local and state officials followed the law and did their job. Newsmax correspondent Joe Moeller is joining us, boots on the ground in Minneapolis. Joe, I hope you're in a safe location, my friend. Yes, I have stepped away from this demonstration that's taking place at the federal building, and we've all seen the images happening here, and it's getting intense once again here on this Friday. And we know on the weekends these uh sort of demonstrations do tend to pick up. You know, um a a good buddy of mine, a Matt Finn from Fox is there, and I know that uh you saw some of this video.

These are insane videos that and you guys are right in the thick of all of this. Yes, I just saw Matt a couple of maybe like an hour ago when that happened. And what in that photo you saw from him in the video, I was standing right to the left of him. And basically, he was returning on a ride along something I did yesterday with Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bavino. And when they returned to that that facility, it's the Federal building, they uh protesters were slamming their cars with their palms, their hands and uh spitting on the window, but they they they hit the wrong car and an agent popped out and arrest uh took that person to the ground and decided to detain One woman and one male at that moment.

But I mean, agents, you saw you're seeing it this week, really. Every time these operations happen, they're targeted. And I mean, agents, people feel like they can do what they want, throw. gear ice and snow at these cars and um I mean spit on their vehicles. Hit the cars, which you're not supposed to be doing that.

And that's why some of these people are being arrested. Joe, I'm wondering, and I've seen some of the stuff you've been posting on your X feed, and folks, you gotta go follow Joe on the socials because he's right there, boots on the ground. Are you guys being heckled? I mean, are the mobs targeting the reporters that are covering this? Oh, yes, yeah.

Matt, at that moment, I know from Fox, he was. A lot of people are wondering who he was. And he sometimes you just have to avoid those answers, or you just avoid being asked those questions.

So I'm very careful on what I'm doing out here. But other reporters, I mean, there's other networks that they're being Harassed when they're out here, and some outlets have decided not to put reporters out here because of the safety issue. But yeah, you just you have to play your cards right. And unfortunately, you're out here to cover it and and cover these current events, but every a lot of these people don't. Necessarily agree, I guess, with certain networks.

Joe, years ago when I was uh at at at the other network, uh they they would assign me to cover these Hillary Clinton rallies and people were just awful.

So I um I I had a spare NPR mic flag and I just kind of slipped it on and went incognito. You gotta do what you gotta do, Joe. you got to be careful. I mean, you just really I act you act like you're on the phone a lot. I just try to avoid the answer or the question really because I mean, people do target anybody in the media, really.

They just think everybody in the media is not caught and sometimes you just got to do your job and ignore them.
