Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun-totin, Bible-clinging, deplorable American. See ya. That's right. I love this American ride. Touch starts.

Well, hello, all you beautiful people out there. Have I mentioned that we have the best looking, the hottest looking audience in all of talk radio?

Well, it is true. It is absolutely true. Wow, we've got a lot going on today, and mercy, sweet mercy, geez a loo. I was just chatting with the staff. And we've got a lot of folks on vacation, by the way, right?

Dylan is out of the country. He's on a medical mission trip, which is sort of troubling because I think he's a music business major.

So I'm not sure if he's conducting major surgeries or what's going on. But I figure if you're in a third world country and you need some help, you're going to take whatever shows up. I'm just saying. We'll get a full report from Dylan. He's been gone like, what, Cassie, what, two weeks now?

We've got to check the vacation policies for Sterns Media Group. We got to work on that.

So, anyway, Dylan's out. Parker's out on vacation.

Well, he's back at basketball.

So, all that to say, we got a lot going on here, but I was going over, I was talking to the staff that's still with us here, and I am going to be on the road like nobody's business.

So, we've got a lot of speaking engagements coming up. This weekend, I'm going to be speaking at the National Association of Christian Lawmakers at Liberty University. Then, on Monday, I'm going to be in Dallas, Texas, and I'm going to be leading a pretty awesome panel over at the Danbury Institute. Riley Gaines will be the keynote speaker at that event, so it's going to be a lot of fun and looking forward to meeting a lot of our listeners either in Virginia or Dallas. The next week, we launched the, we have our big book launch, bash, and we'll tell you more about that coming up.

And then on Saturday, next Saturday, I'll be keynoting at the Republican. A big Republican gala in Tupelo, Mississippi.

So, all that to say, I may have to triple up on the balance of nature. Just to get me through the next little while, I'm just telling you. All right. You know, you folks know me. I've got pretty thick skin, and so I'm not sure why this.

Why this bothered me. But I was bothered by something, and I wanted just to talk about it with you for just a moment before we jump into the big stories of the day.

So I'm frequently the target of the mainstream media, the legacy media. These guys love to punch stars. And I'm good with that. You know, they've called me everything under the sun. And honestly, I really don't care.

But there was something that they said, and it was a Christian publication. And may I just say something? A lot of these Christian publications are as woke as the day is long. A lot of them are. And so, anyway, I'm not going to give them any credit.

I don't want to name who they are. But they use the same kind of terminology, far-right extremist commentator, Todd Starnes, that's how they qualify me as a far-right extremist commentator. And I always ignore this stuff, but man, it is all the time. Every single time somebody writes about me or says something, you know, they monitor this program. They listen to the guest interviews.

And the the folks over at groups like Media Matters and Mediaite, they just they really um they've got a big bullseye on me right now. And I get that. And that goes with the territory. And the reason why is because we have a lot of people listening to this program. Our audience is incredibly influential.

You guys. Um, I don't know if you understand the influence and the power that you wield. You guys are picking up the phones, you're calling Capitol Hill, you're sending emails, you're getting involved in your local school boards and your local communities politics, and it's making a difference, it's making an impact. And honestly, they're attacking me because they can't attack you. And I am honored by that.

I would be very happy to take bullets and arrows for you.

Well, arrows. No, I'll take the bullets too, but Kevlar. I need some Kevlar. Make a mental note, Cassie.

So, anyway, I got to thinking about this, though, because a lot of people buy into, and I didn't realize this until I was talking to some folks yesterday. And they said, oh, yeah, you're a far-right guy. And I'm like, wait, what? And it was a fellow conservative. Oh, you're a far-right guy.

What does that even mean? And that got me to thinking, and I jotted down a few notes, and I wanted to share this with you because, again, what is it? They use that as a pejorative. They don't mean that as a compliment. Right?

When they call you a far-right extremist, they're basically saying, oh, well, you're a terrorist or a Nazi. I mean, that's the implication, right?

So it is not meant as a compliment.

So I actually got to thinking. I was thinking about this last night. You know, that's the problem. There were no new shows online. I had nothing to do last night.

I was just, it was quiet, and you get to thinking. And it's like, man, what does that actually mean? Being a far-right extremist.

So I went down and I thought to myself, am I really that extreme? And so I'm doing a personal self-inventory. And I'm going through it, I'm asking myself. What is it about me that is extreme? I'm trying to understand that.

So I went down and I listed some of the things. About, and I wanted to share these with you. And this is not an authoritative list. I mean, it is not, these are just some things I jotted down, and I wanted to share these with you because. This is where I'm coming from.

You know, there may be, we have a lot of new listeners. We're picking up two new radio stations in the next couple of weeks. One in Alabama, another one in Texas. And so we're adding new folks, and I don't want somebody to think: oh, this Stearns guy is some sort of a wackadoodle extremist.

So here's what I believe. And this isn't not in any particular order, it was just my train of thought last night. as I'm sipping on a um well, I've given up the Baptist martinis. And I've gone with Dr. Pepper.

And you know why? because of that interview with the hundred and five year old woman who said that she lived to be a hundred and five because she drank three doctor peppers a day. And I figure, by golly, if it's good enough for grandma, it's good enough for me.

So I'm sitting there nursing at Dr. Pepper. I was into my second Dr. Pepper, and I'm writing down this list. And this is what I believe.

Number one, I'm a constitutionalist. And again, if all of these things make me a far-right extremist, then I guess I'm a far-right extremist. But number one, I'm a constitutionalist. I believe in. In the Constitution of these great United States, I believe, number two, in the right to bear arms.

Number three, I believe in freedom of speech, even if it is speech I disagree with. And let me put a pause right there. You know, a lot of people attack the radio station I own, KWAM. Why, those people are just they're just redneck racist over there, redneck racist, K Wham. Really?

This radio station is one of the most ethnically diverse radio stations in the entire city. We have people of all backgrounds that call into our programs, all colors that call in. And we have Larry Elders is a host on our program. We love Larry. As a matter of fact, we serve our entire community.

our entire community. And we even put people on the air that disagree with what our hosts are saying. We do that on this program too. And you know why? Because I'm a constitutionalist.

I believe in free speech. I believe in debate. And I believe that my ideas are better than the left's, the ideas that are being posited by the left. And I am happy to debate those ideas. Number four, I believe that we should take care of Americans first.

And if there are resources left over, that's when we can help other countries. I believe we should honor and take care of our military veterans. I believe in fiscal responsibility. I believe in freedom of religion, provided that your religion doesn't want to blow my religion up. I mean, that's a That's pretty reasonable, right?

Nobody wants to be blown up. Number eight, I believe our founding fathers meant for our nation to be a Christian nation. As President John Adams said, our Constitution. Is wholly inadequate for anyone other than a moral and religious people. In other words, If you sideline God, if you decide we don't want you to mention God in the public square.

then things start to unravel. When you take your eyes off of the foundation of the country, as John Adams was telling us here, then it all begins to crumble and fall apart. Let me go on. And this is a number nine is a controversial issue and a thought for many on the right. I believe the Constitution affords you the right to live your w life the way you see fit.

It's not my job to be your moral police officer. That's between you and God. I will say this, though, that the Constitution also affords me the right. Not to have to approve. Or accept the way you live your life.

And the same goes for you. You don't have to approve of the way I live mine. There's no way I'd eat a box of little debbies like Todd Starn's.

Well, you know what? The Constitution says you don't have to eat a carton of little Debbies. They're mighty good, though. Let me continue. Let me continue.

Number 10, I support legal immigration. I, you know, people say, oh, that starts. He's a, he's xenophobic. That starts. No, on the contrary, I want people to come to America.

I want them to do it the legal way, the right way, like my family did. You know, I'm second generation American on my mom's side. Our family fled Germany. came to the shores of America. And the first thing my family did was learn how to speak English.

But let me continue.

So I'm jotting all this down last night. This was, I think, I was cracking open my third. My third Doctor Pemper right about here. Number Number 11. I believe we should have secure borders.

I don't believe we should be forcing democracy on other countries. I believe that college football should eliminate and abolish the NIL. Oh, wait a second. I probably should have put that in the list. But I still believe it.

Number 13. I don't believe we should be the world's policemen. Can I back up for just a moment? I want to go back to the Constitution affording you the right to live your life the way you see fit. One of the things that breaks my heart is when you see, you know, I believe in life.

That's on my list too, but I'm sort of bouncing around for a moment, but hear me on this. It's heartbreaking to see what they do to gay people. in those Middle Eastern countries. throwing them off of buildings. The Public Hangings And for somebody who is LG or B, and they come to this country and they want to live their life the way they see fit, you know what?

That's a choice, that's a decision that you get to make in this country. That says something about the Judeo-Christian creation of this nation. Where you do have that choice, you can choose.

Well, that Todd Starnes, he's just a homophobe. He's just a big homophobe. No, I I'm really not. I just I want you to be able to live your life. How do you want to live your life?

I don't may not agree with it. But I don't want you thrown off a building. That's not who we are as conservatives. That's not who we are as Americans. All right, let me continue.

I don't believe we should be forcing democracy on other countries. And here's I came to this conclusion when George Bush was president. And he said, we're going to turn Iraq into a democracy, an American-style democracy. And I thought, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, that's not good. And you know why it didn't work?

It's because that's not what they wanted. And here's my take on it. You've got a country, and they're out there, and they're fighting for their freedom. They're putting their own personal treasure on the line. Then yeah, we're going to come alongside of you and we're going to help you.

But we're not going to fight your battles for you. That's not what I believe we ought to be doing as Americans. 14, I believe schools should be in the business of education, not indoctrination. Number 15, I believe that the strongest families include a mom and a dad in the home. I also believe in a strong work ethic.

And I believe that charity should be the ministry of the local church, not the government. I also believe in a very limited government. I believe the Bible is the inerrant word of God. And I believe the Bible instructs us on how we should govern ourselves. And if we can't get that one issue right, we can't get anything right.

Number 21, I believe we should judge people by the content of their. character, not the color of their skin. Oh, he's a he's a white supremacist, that Starnes.

Well, this is what I believe. And this is just a glimpse of it, folks. And yet, many in the media and in the church world consider me to be some sort of a wild-eyed, far-right extremist. But this is basically my ethos right here that I shared with you. This is what I believe.

And I'm just wondering: does any of that sound far-right or extreme to you? 901-260-5926, our telephone number, that's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. As you know, my friend Mike Lindell has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of your life.

And welcome back, everybody. This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show. Trust you are doing well today. By the way, brand new study out. I'm I'm not surprised by this.

The uh the new study Shows that conservatives hold a thirty-one-point lead. Over liberals, when it comes to having excellent mental health, according to mental health ratings by political affiliation. If you are liberal You have 45% of you have poor mental health ratings. If you're a conservative, only 19%, 19% of you have poor. 51% of conservatives have excellent mental health ratings only 20% of liberals.

I'm not surprised. I mean, if you're going to, again, going with the magenta-haired crowd, that's not a big stretch there. I'm just saying. All right, 901-260-5926. Let's go to the phone lines.

Charles in North Carolina. Hey, Charles, what's on your mind today? We're just listening to your open about conservatives, and I am in one hundred percent agreement with you. everything that you listed, I find myself believing the same thing. And uh you know what else, God?

The things that you listed, that's exactly what our founding fathers believed in too. And that's why they started this country. And You know, it wasn't until two hundred and fifty years ago Every country on the face of the earth since the Roman Empire had been ruled by a dictator. Ba king. By some type of authoritarian.

And it wasn't until Our uh founding fathers established a constitutional republic with limited government. that freedom and liberty were finally able to flourish.

So to equate our founders as being you know, Nazis or fascists. Who are people that believe in big government? Where government controls pretty much every aspect of your life, politically, religiously. They control your business. They control everything.

is just a complete misnomer. And I I wish there was a way that somehow the labels could be redefined instead of saying conservative or liberal. I think it needs to be. Uh you know people that believe in liberty and freedom versus the authoritarians because Whether you're, you know, consider yourself, you know, whether you're a communist or a fascist or a Marxist. It's all the same for the people that have to live under those forms of government.

It's all heavy-handed government and very limited political. Uh religious or economic freedom.

Well, I will say this, Charles. My concern is when the never Trump crowd, the establishment Republicans, they start using those terms to describe conservatives who happen to support President Trump. And I just, you know, I went down that list, and again, it was not a comprehensive list, but that kind of gets me in the ballpark here. I just want to know what on that list would make someone a far-right extremist. It seems to me that ought to be our common ground.

Everything I mentioned should be the common ground for political conversations in this country. I agree 100%. And there's nothing on there that would They're only people that believe would believe that you or me are far-right extremists. Are people that don't really know the history? Of people who are the true extremists, like the Adolf Hitler, the Joseph Stalins.

you know, the Gangas Khan, you know, people like that. They're the ones that do not believe in freedom, and they're the extremists. It's not you and I. Uh You know A few years ago, I learned something about the difference between negative rights and positive rights. I don't know if you're familiar with that, but.

Essentially, you know, a negative right is pretty much you do you. If you demand freedom of speech and religion, then I have to respect that. And conversely, Uh you have to convey that same right on me. And every single one of our rights in the Bill of Rights are negative rights. With every right becomes a duty.

I have a duty to respect your freedom. to own a gun, to speak, to worship.

Now, the flip side of that is what these leftists and fascists believe, which are positive right. That says that, hey, I have a right to free health care. I have a right to free this. I have a right. to this and you have a duty to provide me that right.

That's where it gets blurred, and that's the distinction between people. that are true conservatives and liberty-loving people like you and me. And the authoritarian. Yeah, Charles, yeah, good thoughts. And again, the concern here is.

That you've got people within the Republican world that are now buying into this garbage. And we've got to be careful because there are. People are going starting to go a little squishy on some of the conservative bona fides when it comes to the culture war issues. And if we go squishy, then everything falls apart and we cannot afford to go squishy. Charles, thank you for that call.

901-260-5926. That's 901-260-500. Five nine two six. I told you about the economy here, folks. You just have to be patient.

That's all. You just have to be patient. And the Fed's now projecting, you're ready for this. The GDP expecting a surge in the second quarter, 4.6%. And they're crediting incomes, which are going through the roof, inflation, which is plunging, and of course, the trade deficit, which has been.

just about slashed.

So, this is all because of Donald J. Trump and the great work he is doing. And honestly, I don't think there's another politician alive that could accomplish what Donald Trump has done here. Folks, we are on the verge of economic greatness in this country. I'm just telling you.

All right, 901-260-5926. Sebastian Gorka was on my Newsmax show last night. And by the way, Newsmax. Big news just went public on the New York Stock Exchange. Turns out that we are now the fourth highest rated news channel just behind CNN.

Reuters says we're one of the top news brands in America. And by the numbers, Folks, I'm being told 40 million Americans now go to Newsmax for all of our shows, including yours truly. And I want to encourage you to download our free Newsmax app on your smartphone or TV and start watching right now. President Trump says Newsmax is terrific. Again, get the free Newsmax app.

You can check out, by the way, Newsmax shares on the stock exchange. Go to newsmaxinvest.com. That's newsmaxinvest.com.

So, Gorka on my show last night on Newsmax, and he had a word of advice to every Christian. every Jew and every other American who is concerned about saving Western civilization. This was really a fascinating conversation because Gorka understands what what I was saying yesterday on this radio program, That we are literally on the brink of a global jihad. It's happening across Europe right now. And it's beginning to happen here in this country.

And I want you to listen to our interview that we did with Seb Gorka last night. I want to get your reaction to what happened yesterday in Boulder, Colorado.

Well, I think you summed it up perfectly, Todd. And those posts from the President, from Stephen Miller, from DHS are everything you need to know. This is the result of Democrat policies. For four years, they opened our borders open wide to tens of millions of illegals, individuals who were not screened, who were not vetted. These individuals, in many cases, hate.

Hate America. They hate not only America, but our civilization. For those who haven't watched the horrific videos from yesterday, all you need to know is what this man shouted as elderly Jewish Americans were on the ground in flames. He shouted anti-Jewish Jew hatred epithets. He accused the nation of Israel of being genocidal and thus justified the maiming of American citizens, one of whom the local press reports is in fact odd.

A Holocaust survivor. All you need to know. Is that the last administration endangered the lives of every single American by their feckless dismantling of our borders? Today, in the 130-plus days we have been in the White House, President Trump, Governor Noam, Stephen Miller, Tom Homan, Cash Patel, Dan Bongrino are working relentlessly to identify every single one of those illegals who poses a threat to America and to have them removed from this country. But in the meantime, you're absolutely right.

As I have said for many, many years before I came back into the White House, you The individual watching this show right now, you are on the front line of the war between civilization and barbarity. You have to take responsibility for your safety and the safety of your loved ones.

So, if you live in a jurisdiction that permits it, buy a gun, get the permit to carry it, train, and understand that you are on the front line of the war between jihadis and between Christians and Jews and Western civilization. You know, Dr. G, one of the videos just infuriated me. You could hear a woman shouting in the background: if only I had my gun with me. Boulder, Colorado, by the way, happens to have the strictest gun laws in the entire state of Colorado.

So this guy had to have known that this was going to be a peaceful gathering. Nobody there was really able to defend themselves against this monster. And again, we're talking about a 45-year-old, Dr. G. That's the concern.

How many more people like this guy are out there?

Well, you don't have to hypothesize. We've seen the videos from the Ivy League campuses, from Columbia University. We've seen dozens. Hundreds, thousands on the streets of New York here in DC in the nation's capital, screeching and screaming. Phrases like from the river to the sea.

That is genocide. That means the eradication of Israel. This is the reality of what has been incubated in America. When you have the president of Harvard incapable. in front of Congress of stating that whole genocide are bad on the campus of Harvard, then that's why the President's decision to make sure that these institutions do not receive a red cent of federal funding and that we have people like Leo Tyrell, Harmit Dillon at the DOJ who will be investigating the rampant Anti-Semitism, but not just the anti-Semitism, the subversive un-American.

actions being taken at these universities to inculcate Basically terrorist propaganda across generations. That ends under this administration, Todd.

Well, no doubt that you guys have done an incredible job. The reality is, as you said, there's a lot of danger lurking out there. What is your advice to People of the Jewish faith that are living here in America tonight, are they safe? It depends where they live. It depends what the local political elite has done to provide security for them.

I would hope they are members of faith communities, of synagogues that take the security of their parishioners, of their faithful seriously. But at the end of the day, look, I don't want to make light of this. But, you know, there is this old joke, why do you carry a gun? Because a police officer is too heavy, right? It's that audio that you mentioned, a woman screaming, if only I had my gun.

Look at that video. How long after? He's maimed. those American citizens. He's just standing there holding that improvised flamethrower, holding those Molotov cocktails.

How many more people could he have maimed or even killed? That's the question until those two brave law enforcement officers tackled him to the ground and arrested him.

So at the end of the day, you have to, look, it's very simple. The war against jihad, we've killed over 100 high-value targets, leading jihadists, since the president was sworn in for a second time. We've unleashed the might of the greatest military in the world to kill jihadis. But the idea that the war against jihad is something that happens, you know, 8,000 miles away on the plains of Syria or Iraq or in the mountains of northern Somalia. No, no.

Look at what's happening on the streets of Paris, on the streets of London. Look at what happened yesterday in Boulder, Colorado. This isn't something happening thousands of miles away. It's happening here.

So take responsibility for your safety. the safety of your loved ones. Yeah, and that's uh a great word of advice for all of us. And again, this goes back to personal responsibility. You know, back in the early days of the country, if you.

If you were the victim of a crime, so if you, if your family. Was the victim of some sort of a crime, and you did not have a weapon, or you did not protect your family, in many cases you would be targeted.

So there is personal responsibility here, and we cannot rely on law enforcement to be everywhere all the time. We just can't do that.

So I like what Gorka is saying here, and I think it is terrific advice for everybody, especially when you've got So many of these not only lone actors out there, but you also have sleeper cells. And when those sleeper cells are activated, that's when we're going to have another 9-11 style attack. And it's, hear me on this, I doubt it's going to be in the big cities. I think they're going to be targeting medium and smaller-sized cities, multiple cities at the same time to cause as much chaos in this country as possible. That's where I think all of this is going.

And the Biden administration is responsible for all of it. Because they're the ones who let these people into the country in the first place. All right, we've got to take a break here. 901-260-5926. This is the Tom Stern Show.

All right, welcome back to the Todd Sterns radio show. Coming up, Dr. Michael Youssef is going to join us. That's going to be a terrific conversation. Looking.

Really looking forward to that. You know, it's Pride Month, and you got all sorts of folks celebrating out there. In the next hour, we're going to talk about what the NFL is doing. But did you know, ladies and gentlemen, that Burger King has something called a pride whopper. Have you heard about this?

CNN, CNN Business first reporting this. Burger King has a new hamburger to celebrate Pride Month. They're serving something called a Pride Whopper.

So you might wonder: okay, what makes the Pride Whopper? Homosexual.

Well, I'm glad you asked.

So it turns out that Burger King, when they're preparing the Pride Whopper, You know how you have a top bun and a bottom bun?

Well, on Burger King's Pride Whopper, they only offer bottom buns. I'm not making this up. They also offer two top buns, so you can be a top or a bottom bun, according to Burger King. Promoting equal love and equal rights. That's what Burger Kings.

That's what they said. Burger King said in the post, The new burgers little twist is meant to put a smile on our faces and remind us to treat each other with respect and peace. Yeah, I'm not too sure about this. I'm not Yeah. Yeah, I'm not too sure about this.

Jarrett Weiselman, a manager at Netflix, said Burger King Austria made a pride burger. That's either two tops or two bottoms. What in the straight hell? I think that is a fair question to ask, to be perfectly honest. Another writing is a gay person: this is the funniest thing I have ever seen.

And I don't think I'll ever stop laughing. Jeez a Lou.

So there you have it, Burger King. Home of the Pride Whopper. If you don't mind, I would prefer not to have it your way. All right, gotta take a break here, ladies and gentlemen, and go throw up. We'll be right back.

This is the Todd Stern Show. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right. I love this American. Yeah, well, hello everybody.

Welcome to the Todd Sterns radio program. Great to have you with us. Our number two of the big show is underway, border to border, coast to coast, across the fruited plain. Wow, we are, you know what? We were talking about this in the last hour of the show.

Adding two brand new stations. We're adding a station in Alabama over to the Alabama-Georgia state line and also in Texas, Beaumont, Texas. We'll be telling you more about that in the coming days. All that to say, the audience is growing. We are just so excited about the involvement of our awesome audience, and you guys are just tremendous.

I want you to write down our telephone number. You will need this if you plan on calling into the program today: 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. There was an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal. A while back.

And it's fascinating how this story somehow became prophetic. Here's the headline, How Generation Z is becoming the tool belt generation. More young people are choosing trades over college study. America needs more plumbers, and Gen Z is answering the call. Long beset by a labor crunch, the skilled trades are newly appealing To the youngest cohort of American workers, many of whom are choosing to leave the college path.

Rising pay and new technologies and fields, from welding to machine tooling, are giving trade professions a facelift, helping them shed the image of being dirty, low-end work. And this is true, you know. Mike Rowe has really been leading the charge here as a sort of a modern-day John the Baptist.

Well, one of the schools that I've discovered that has. Really embraced all of this and the technology and the education part of it. And they're just doing really. An excellent job of educating these next generation American workers. Our friends over at Northwest Mississippi Community College.

And it's just a fascinating story. I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Welcome Dr. Andrew Dale to the show. Dr.

Dale, good to have you with us today. Good afternoon. Thank you for letting me join you.

So I'm just curious, first of all, the Wall Street Journal saying that Gen Z is becoming the tool belt generation. Is there some truth to what the Wall Street Journal is saying? Uh I would say so. Northwest locally in the Memphis space there in Mississippi. has grown about seventy percent in our career technical education programs in the last several years.

So there's definitely more interest in the career technical pathway. What do you make of that, doctor Dale? Why are young people so attracted to the trades? There's a lot of factors that play into that. The economy, the pressures that it takes to and the cost that it takes to go to a four year school.

more local opportunities for Oh. Just getting right into the workforce that maybe don't need a four-year degree, maybe something smaller. Um the The level of decision making that each student has to undergo on, like, what are my steps or They're different in every state or every location. And I just feel like all the things are stacking up well for us. here in North Mississippi.

So is there one particular thing that people are attracted to? Because you guys have I mean, you have all sorts of programs for those wanting to go on to a four year school. They want to get those first two years out of the way. But you guys have all sorts of programs there. We do.

Northwest Mississippi Community College is about one hundred years old. We started out just like most of the rest of the schools in Mississippi as a As an agricultural high school, but things have evolved over the years, and we do have. a lot of career technical education. We do certificate programs and One thing that just stands out, we're opening a new nursing building in a couple of weeks. Actually, we're ribbon cutting and it's been open for a semester.

But trying to get folks into the workforce is one of the things that we work really hard at as an economic driver. And obviously, we're here to fulfill the needs of the students locally on a daily basis, but if we're not also helping to make sure that there are jobs available for them, that is doing them a disservice.

So there's a lot of industry in our area, and we try to engineer our programs based on what local industry needs. are. And that kind of helps for the enrollment as well. I think this is it's so important. And I think that's the key is here's a school that's actually working with the community, working with industry and business.

And what do you do you guys just go and say, hey, what do you guys need? What do you guys what sort of resources do you need? We totally do that. We meet with a lot of industry often, and we have some. Coordinating boards and advisory boards for our technical education programs.

They meet biannually, and so they're industry members on our campuses inside of our programs. understanding how we teach and what we're teaching and they advise us on, okay, this is working or, hey, maybe we need to do this instead, and we can dial it in a little better for each of those specific programs. Um Back to that student element, you know, like I've been kind of working on this idea of an apple versus an organic apple. You know, when you go to the grocery store and you buy an organic apple and you eat it, two weeks later, What's the difference if you had bought the regular Apple? You know, you're just out more money.

You don't feel any different. And the community college is sort of the same way. when compared to other schools. Um on the economic pressure, it just costs so much more to go to a four-year school. And the um The the appearance of being able to have or spend money is such a cultural thing.

Uh everybody likes to have money or show that they have money. And maybe Um There's something to be said there. When you go to a community college, it's just.

So much more. Um of an economic driver for our students. better choices and they can get right in the workforce. And it can be a debt free pathway to college. Wow.

I think there are several pathways to that. Yeah, I think you just raised an interesting point for moms and dads out there listening that there is a debt-free path here as that these kids, even if you do have debt, they're going to be able to pay it off pretty quickly because these are high-paying jobs. I mean, you guys offer programs in what, diesel technology and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, which is huge. I mean, this is pretty impressive. I mean, just dozens of programs here.

Yeah, there are welding needs that we cannot fulfill inside the state with local industry, you know, down on the coast with Ingalls and in the shipbuilding industry and We have a partnership with John Deere, and those jobs, those seats in that classroom are always full. Um the tool in DA, um, precision machining. Um Also, a really cool we kind of talked about it last week, but using those mechanical ways that are programmed with computers to make medical devices. such a cool job, but also we can't We can't teach enough of those people because Those jobs are snapped up real quick. A lot of really, really interesting options that I didn't really know as a student twenty years ago that would be a great career pathway.

It's worth investigating. I President Trump last week announced that he's looking at taking three billion dollars away from Harvard University and giving that to trade schools, and I have to imagine that would be welcome news for you guys. Yeah, it really would. You know, career technical education is pretty expensive to. Maintain and roll.

The tools they use in the classroom are not like they don't cost the same as textbooks, they're very expensive tools. That the student would need to have as well as that the classroom needs to have and the instructor needs to teach with. And class sizes are limited. You can't put sixty, hundred, two hundred people in a classroom and teach a career technical education. It has to be Almost at one-on-one, 30 people and less.

So The cost effectiveness of the career technical education is burdened with the cost of the tools. and the time one-on-one time that each of those students would need in the lab space.

So that's the limiting factor on getting that done. And so Unfortunately, um We're limited by funds with some of those things. And if the President would love to share some of that, I'm sure that of the 1,000 community colleges across the country, we would love to tap in. having the availability to double capacity in several areas in current technical education, which Northwest has actually done, we've tripled the enrollment of our diesel mechanics program in Batesville, Mississippi. Wow.

Since we opened it. And that's not taking funds from the federal government. That's just like we have we have the need and the students are lining up. Let's just Do what we need to do to get the students in the classroom. You know, I've heard this from other parts of the country.

Our listeners calling in, and about once a month or so, we do a salute to the trade schools. And we're hearing the same thing that in many cases there are waiting lists to get into the programs. There's just so much interest. And I'm wondering, are you guys going into are you allowed to go into high schools and recruit and say, hey, you know, I know you may be looking at a four-year degree, but have you considered diesel mechanic a class? Yes, sir.

Being that the community college in Mississippi, we teach academic and career technical education courses. We also have that full complement of recruiting staff that visits high schools locally.

So of all the high schools that we have access to, we are absolutely going in and showing them all the programs. We bring them to campus. We do campus tours. We try to with video, social media, be as descriptive and as visual about all the things that we have on campus as possible. make sure that students are making the best decision for themselves.

Love it. All right. Well, Dr. Dale, we appreciate you coming on, and we're just so excited about the great work you guys are doing there at Northwest Mississippi. And best of luck to you.

Yes, sir. All right, Dr. Andrew Dale, everybody, Northwest Mississippi Community College. And it's just a school that's doing it the right way. And I'm telling you, it is a top-notch operation.

I'm sure many of you have schools just like Northwest Mississippi in your neighborhood, in your communities. But the reality is that a lot of kids are waking up and they're realizing: you know what? I can make a six-figure salary by working in heating and air conditioning, HVAC, or I can be a paralegal, or I can be a tool and die guy.

So there are so many wonderful opportunities from computer coding to you name it. And it's an exciting time, especially in this country for young people, as President Trump is putting a lot of resources into the trades. And here's the reason why. Jobs are coming back. Those manufacturing jobs are coming back.

to America. And one of the exciting things about Memphis and the Mid South, Elon Musk building the super AI facility here, the supercomputer. You've got Google coming in. And Memphis and the Mid South is becoming a, as Senator Marshall Blackburn called it, a digital delta. That is an exciting thing that is happening.

And I'm again, President Trump understands where this country is going, and we're getting back to our roots. And what were the roots that made America great and strong? We're talking about strong workers. getting out there, blue collar workers, putting in a hard day's work. Blood, sweat, tears.

That's what it's all about. And it is going to make us a stronger nation.

So well done, Northwest Mississippi Community College. All right, we've got to take a quick break here: 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. Just a reminder: three more days left for the very special signed edition of Star Spangled Blessings. Again, a limited edition book.

Friend, that wasn't very nice. Little impolite, don't you think?

Alright. Thank you for writing. It's terrible. Gary says, Todd. Add this to your list of being conservative.

Tell the truth. Don't lie to me. The Dems have a really bad habit of never telling the truth. A good conservative knows the value of always being truthful. Yes, Gary, you are absolutely correct, sir.

The Democrats are serial. Liars. Randall writes in from Tampa, Florida. Dear Todd You're so desperate to remain relevant. It's embarrassing.

Why are you so obsessed with sex, Todd? I don't think I'm obsessed with sex. Barbecue, maybe. A little pulled park.

Some ribs. A little Dry rubber. Yeah. But eh, not really obsessed with sex. Nice try though.

Jesus Lou. and just made my barbecue eating experience sound dirty. And Laura, lovely Laura, writing in from. Cleveland, Georgia. Laura says, Todd, you are our new rush.

Thank you for continually stating your faith. I do believe mister is a proper way to address As in, Mr. President, I agree with you. Todd, you are. Fabulous.

You are the new Rush, even better. You don't harangue like Rush used to do. Did Rush harangue? I don't think. Russia reigned.

But I'm worried about you, Todd. Uh oh. Laura says, I'm worried about your weight. Please do something about it. We don't want to lose you too.

Double heart emoji. Not so much for the pulled pork. Thank you, Lauren. Appreciate it. I do.

It comes from a good It comes from a good place.

Caller number, we're going to say caller number two, and you will win VIP tickets to our big book signing Bash coming up next Thursday in Germantown, Tennessee, right outside of Memphis. Great suburb. It's safe, people. And caller number two, you and a guest are going to win VIP tickets to come to our big event. That number, 901-260-5926.

That's 901-260-5926. Better tell them to put some carrots and celery on the menu. We'll be right back, everybody. Yeah. And welcome back, everybody.

This is the Todd Starts Radio Show. Happy to have you with us today. Wow, I want to go to the Patriot mobile newsmaker line, and I had no idea, but our next guest identified as Dr. Josh Jones. Is that a PhD, uh, Doctor Jones?

Okay. That's a good question. Wow. Our good friend Josh Jones, one of the one of the sharpest political minds in Washington. And Josh, you're going to be you're going to be coming to Memphis.

You're going to be at the big book launch celebration. Yeah, that's correct. I'm looking forward to it. I've uh personally never been to Memphis. But familiar of Tennessee, so I look forward to getting to see Memphis and see everybody as well.

Cassie, let's make sure we get Josh fitted for some Kevlar just in case.

Now, is there anything, you know, Memphis is actually a great town and there's a lot of fun stuff to do. Anything in particular? Is there like a list that you're working on that you've got to see this when you come to Memphis? I don't have one off hand.

So, I mean, I don't know if you have recommendations or the team or any of the listeners, but I'm kind of all ears right now. I don't have anything specific on the docket. We've got some recommendations. Cancey, turn your microphone on there. Cancey, you are like Miss Memphis.

Am I?

Well, sort of. I mean, even though you're from Jersey, but still, it's. You've acclimated well. All right. I'm thinking, what do you think?

I mean, he's got to do Beale Street, right? I think Beale Street. Beale Street. I would say the pyramid. Oh, the pyramid.

It's the 11th wonder of the world, Josh. Memphis has one of the. the like massive pyramid. Yeah, I was going to say that's the one thing I do know beyond obviously you guys being there. I knew you guys had the massive pyramid.

So yeah, actually that is on the list. Which is actually a Bass Pro shop.

So we can get you we can get you outfitted there. What about Graceland? I love it. I think real Memphians, they've never been to Graceland, is what I heard.

Well, I've been two or three times. It's great. The jungle room. You got to see the jungle room. All right, Josh, we're going to take you down.

You've got to grow out your sideburns a little bit, but I think you'll love Elvis. No, I'm looking forward to it. It sounds like it's going to be a good time. You know, the event looks really well put together.

So I'm looking forward to it. It's going to be fun.

Well, it's going to be, yeah, we're going to have a great time. And I know our listeners are going to enjoy meeting you in person. They see you on Newsmax and hear you on the program. You know, it's fascinating to watch what's happening in Washington right now. MTG just realized that.

You know, they voted for this big, beautiful bill without reading the big, beautiful bill. And apparently, there's something in there that she was opposed to. And so now she's demanding the Senate strip it out. It's just a reminder to all lawmakers across America: you got to read what you're voting on. Yes, no, one hundred percent.

That's a pretty good policy, particularly when it comes to these mega bills. I mean, you have to go through and actually and it means go reading it overnight and staying up all night, so be it. But you got to read what you're voting for. That's pretty politics one hundred one right there. Apparently, according to MTG, sections or pages 278 through 279 strips states of the right to make laws or regulate AI for 10 years.

By that time, we'll be like in Terminator territory.

So MTG says she is adamantly opposed to this and calling it a violation of states' rights. Yes, it is.

So why did you vote for it? Pardon me, Ann. That's a good question. Get a little irritated there. By the way, President Trump, there is some new information, a new survey out.

President Trump's. Approval ratings Are still through the roof. Josh, you've been in this business for a little while. Are you surprised that the President's numbers continue to remain high? I wouldn't say I'm surprised, no, because President Trump is following through on exactly what he said he would do on the campaign trail, and he obviously won the election.

So no, I'm not necessarily surprised. And also if you kind of zoom out a little bit, President Trump has been in the political fray now directly for basically 10 years almost.

So, people kind of know what they're getting at this point of President Trump, and you're either in his camp or you're not. And so, I don't think there's a lot of room left for surprises for most people.

So, no, I'm not necessarily surprised that his approval ratings are high considering that him and his administration are following through on exactly what they said they were going to do. You know, we went back and we looked at the same time during Barack Obama's presidency, and Trump actually has a higher approval rating than Barack Obama did, which is really remarkable when you remember, you know, Barack Obama was like Chicago Jesus back in the day. Yeah, no, I mean That is like the, you know, well, it's a great comparison point to look back up at President Obama's numbers or President Biden's numbers and see where Trump is today. I mean, he's like, like I said before, I mean, just following through and being consistent. I mean, that's really what the American people are looking for whenever they vote for a politician.

Because I think there's a lot of voter fatigue and exhaustion of voting for somebody and then they go into office and either do nothing or do the opposite of what they said they were going to do. And that's just not what they're seeing with President Trump. And that's why those numbers are where they are. I love this. There's a survey out there when it comes to Chuck Schumer, the Democrat, 17% approval rating.

Somebody comes to you, Josh, and says, I've got a 17% approval rating. What do you tell that person? Maybe you shouldn't be in politics. That's a pretty stark number, because that means not only are Republicans and Independents disapproving of Schumer, that's in the Senate Democrats, that's also his own Democratic Party disapproving.

So you've got a terminal illness, so to speak, there in your political career that's going to require either some major rebranding or getting your ad together, or like I said, maybe you just shouldn't be in politics.

Well said.

Well said.

All right. Joshua Jones, our great political strategist from Washington, D.C. Josh, the Democrats at large seem to be struggling with messaging, with leadership, trying to figure out who they are. There's a lot of infighting, a lot of finger pointing, especially in the aftermath of Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson's book. How do you see the Democrats?

I mean, we're getting ready, you know, midterm starting to gear up. Do you think this may be the cycle where the Republicans can actually maintain control of the Congress? I mean, I think it's definitely possible. It's too soon to issue an official verdict on that or official prediction. But I think it's definitely possible because if you look at the Democratic Party, there's no clear leader right now.

I mean, if you look at the Republican Party, not only is there President Trump, but there's a strong list of people on the bench for 2028 and going forward that can lead the Republican Party, whether that's Marco Rubio, J.D. Vamp, or others. But if you look on the Democrat side of things, I mean, I don't think Jakeem Jeffries is idolized as the leader of the Democratic Party. Neither is Chuck Schumer. And no governor has really taken the mantle of leading the Democratic Party.

So I don't know. And you have their infighting as well. I mean, if you look at David Hogg and the DNC situation, they can't even focus on fighting against the Republicans because they're too fighting. busy fighting themselves.

So all of that to say, I think it's definitely possible. If Democrats stay the way they are right now, I think Republicans have a good reason to be optimistic heading into the midterms. All right. Josh, we're going to leave it there. Safe travels.

We will see you in Memphis next week. Thanks, Dodd. Looking forward to it. All right. There you go.

Josh Jones, great American patriot. He also took part in our election night coverage and really just hit a home run. Good stop. Cassie, we got to come up with a list. Ben Dieter's coming back from DC, too.

We've got to come over the list here. What do we go? What do we take everybody sightseeing? We got to do the big sightseeing tours. We'd take them to see the ducks.

The ducks at the Peabody Hotel. Yeah. Oh, that's a terrific opportunity. That's going to be so cute. Yeah, I got to do the ducks.

We can get Ben Dieter to be the honorary duck master. That would be kind of fun. Just tell everyone it's his birthday. Let him write up. There you go.

He'd have to go through it.

Well, you know, I mean, it's like a big deal. You got to go through like a secret service background check the whole nine yards. It's so serious. They do not want anybody just walking those ducks. I got to do it twice.

Oprah only got to do it once. I got bragging rights. All right, we've got to take a quick break here, folks. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

We'll be right back. All right. Well, we just got word that we're going to have some folks from WDUN come over for the big book launch party, and we're excited. That's a nice little trip. Those of you coming from Atlanta, by the way, there is a Bucky's.

Right outside of Birmingham.

So right before you get to Birmingham, if you're coming down over from the Atlanta area, you'll be able to stop at Buck Ease, and you'll have a great time. Look, I had a very fascinating conversation with Congressman Randy Fine, the Republican from Florida. Congressman Fine, a Jewish conservative, and he's pretty fired up over what happened in Boulder, Colorado. Let's take a listen. I was really moved by something you wrote on X just a little while ago, pointing out that you had a very difficult time sleeping last night as a result of what happened in Boulder.

Well, I did, and thank you for having me today. Look, I'm not just a congressman, I'm a Jewish congressman, and I'm someone who's experienced anti-Semitism my whole life. And to realize that a Holocaust survivor who saw Jews burned 80 years ago would be burned himself. in the United States of America in 2025. Is just not a country that I want to live in.

And so today I'm upset, but I'm angry because this was all predictable. They've told us for 18 months, globalize the Antifada. Resistance by any means necessary?

Well, this is what it looks like. And the question we have to ask ourselves now is: what are we going to do about it? You know, Congressman, I just don't get it. The lack of outrage coming from the other side of the aisle. I mean, if this was George Floyd, there would be national outrage, marches, protests, press conferences, the whole nine yards.

And we're just not seeing that. And this was a heinous attack last night. What is extraordinary, right, when you think about that the left basically destroyed our cities because of the arrest of the violent drug addict, here you've got eight elderly people who are literally on a peace march that everyone should agree with. No one should be held hostage. They weren't actually marching in support of Israel.

They were marching in support of hostages being released. And the lack of anything beyond the occasional Twitter post says a lot. Look, the fact of the matter is, many on the left agree with the guy. Just go look at the comments on my ex-feed, and you'll see many, many people who wish to justify it. Starting in the aftermath, frankly, of George Floyd in 2020, the left legitimized political violence as a method of protest.

And so we're seeing it here.

Now there's eight people in the hospital about it. I think what we need to do is act differently. And I think we need to call evil by its name. And we need to say Palestinianism is evil. Free Palestine is a call for the destruction of Israel.

From the river to the sea is a call for genocide. And we saw this happen two weeks ago. We saw this happen yesterday. And it will continue to happen unless we take action.

So what kind of action do we need to be taking here? And by the way, don't forget about the governor's mansion in Pennsylvania getting torched as well, Congressman. That's true.

Well, there's a lot we can do. First, we have to go after our universities. Look, when you're a 45-year-old idiot named Mohamed who lives in Colorado and you're hearing America's finest institutions say Israel is condoing a genocide and killing thousands of babies, it's going to inflame you. And this is coming from our best universities. By the way, none of which are truly private.

They are all dependent on federal funds for their existence. And we ought to shut them down. We ought to simply say you will treat anti-Semitism the same way you treat racism. We should say no more Qatari funding. A lot of this is organized.

Very little of this is organic. And you can see it in the payments to influencers and fake media and things like that to promote this stuff. And then I think we've got to deal with illegal immigration. Look, if this wasn't a call for the illegal immigrants to go home, I don't know what is. If you want to be angry about something, Mohamed Solomon's daughter, who is also an illegal immigrant, will get to go to university in Colorado, subsidized by.

Taxpayers, unless we throw her butt out of here, and she ought to be on a plane back to Egypt right now.

So, there's a lot we can do. But the good news is, I spent eight years in the Florida legislature. I passed bill after bill after bill to deal with this problem. And if you look at Florida, we don't have anywhere near the kind of anti-Semitic problem they do in the other 49 states.

So, you can tackle the issue, you can make it safe for Jews, and as you point out, everybody else. There's a flag they flew on October 7th. Today we come for the Saturday people. Tomorrow we come for the Sunday people. The only difference between Israel and America is Israel is little and Israel is close.

And if they were to get rid of Israel, they're coming for us next. And they're not even coming for us next. They're coming for us now. I mean, you know, look what happened yesterday.

So I'm worried about where we are. And the question is: are we going to stop talking and are we going to start doing? It's a great question, and I appreciate the congressman's honesty and frankness about the situation we're dealing with here in this country. By the way, President Trump, just weighing in on Rand Paul, they're going to have some trouble in the Senate getting through the Triple B, the big beautiful bill. And Ram Paul leading the charge, Congressman Ron Johnson as well.

And the President blasting Senator Paul on Truth Social, saying Rand Paul has very little understanding of the BBB, especially the tremendous growth that is coming. He loves voting no on everything. He thinks it's good politics, but it's not. The BBB is a big Winner So ran Paul telling Breitbart. That he supports the tax cuts.

He voted for the President's tax cuts in 2017. And he supports them. He supports the no tax on tips and all of that. But he says we've got to do more. That's what Rand Paul says.

Let's go to Mike in Clear Lake City, Florida, or Texas, rather. Hi, Mike. What's on your mind?

Well hello, John. Yesterday and again today talking about the Muslim attack. I don't see why it comes to anyone's surprise because the Bible spells it all out very clearly that. You know, this is a course uh humanity is going to take. Genesis 16:12, his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand will be against him.

Talking about the descendants of Ishmael. Um This stuff is going on all over the world. It's not just an American thing. And I don't see how You know, you're never going to put the genie back in the bottle. The other side.

there's just nothing they won't do. There's not a line they won't cross. Mike, I don't know if it's going to happen in the next election cycle or the next, and I'm talking about the presidential cycle. But I do you see in the conservative movement, there is a growing anti-Israel sentiment within this conservative America First movement right now? Again, Matthew 10, 20, all will hate you on account of my name.

I mean, it's it's it's we're seeing it play out right before our eyes. But the point is. Like I live in we live in Texas. And you know, the the uh Texas legislature is run by rhinos and Democrats. But It doesn't matter what legislation is passed.

What government Ibn signs? The other side is going to do whatever they want to do. He had executive orders, no mask mandate. Especially in public schools. But our mayor and school superintendent said, nope.

You're gonna attend Houston public schools. You're gonna wear a mask, even though the governor. signed an executive order, no mask mandate. The other side is never going to play by the rules. No, they're not, Mike.

And it's a good reminder that in a way we are watching biblical prophecy being fulfilled here. And you're right, it should not be that much of a surprise. But to be honest, it is kind of a surprise, though. At least it is for me. Mike, thank you for calling in.

Well, we have certainly been through some very difficult days in this country, really, over the past month or so. With the fire bombing, the fire, the arson at the governor's mansion in Pennsylvania. With the two diplomats who were gunned down in front of the Israeli embassy and/ and in front of the Israeli Museum in Washington, D.C. And of course, this heinous attack. on elderly Jews in Boulder, Colorado over the weekend.

If you have been following the teachings and the writings of my next guest, you know this is not a surprise what is happening. He has a brand new book out called God's Final Call, and we are honored to have on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line today our good friend Dr. Michael Youssef. Dr. Yousf, hope you're doing well today.

Doing great, Todd. Thank you for having me, my brother. You know, Dr. Youssef, you the last time you were on, you were warning people about this rising threat of radical Islam, not just around the world, but right here in the United States. Absolutely.

And it is not something that has come and have arisen overnight. This is being built up for a long time, and we are a sweep of been asleep at the switch. That's part of the problem. The whole West has been asleep. And therefore, after decades of Socialist, Marxist indoctrinations, in schools.

Where the idea of creating a division and destroying the Uh created an unholy alliance with the Islamists who see that Is their way of destroying Western civilization so they can build on the Sharia law? And they started in England. and then France and then some other European countries that Will really also sleep at the switch and it started here. In fact, one Imam twist 20 years ago, he said, Sharia in America by 2050. And I quote him.

In so many of my books. And so this has been going on for a long time, and we've been lulled to sleep, unfortunately. And I never thought that this could ever happen and it's happening in Texas in Michigan and uh San Diego, it's happening all over the country in Me in in New Jersey. Yeah. And this sort of takeover is what they've done in England, what they call the no-go zones, where Sharia laws and Sharia courts are inside these zones where policemen could not go in.

And once they become established, now the rest is, as they say, is history. They're going to take over. Here's what I don't get, Dr. Youssef, and I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this. It seems to me that of all of the communities in America that ought to be pushing back against the rise of these radical Islamists, it really ought to be the LGBT community because they're throwing them off buildings in the Middle East.

And yet, you've seen many of these folks embracing these radical Islamists. Yep. And I saw I actually saw something on Twitter that X where a a man wearing a queer for Palestine got beaten up. They said, no, we don't want you. Wow.

But nonetheless, they somehow think that this is how they can unite together against one common enemy, and that is Western civilization. And basically, Western civilization, really the product, whether we admit it or not, the product of the Reformation. And we would not have had the civilization, Western civilization, without the Reformation. And but now we kind of taken the fruit and forgot about the tree, but that fruit came from a tree, and the tree was the Reformation.

Now we have The Western thought, the Western values that we value so much of liberty and freedom and individual importance of the individual. Person, instead of basically, the person means nothing in Sharia. Allah is the one who means everything. But then you say, Well, how do you know Allah?

Well, He's going to. Speaks through the caliphate, the guy who is supposedly the true successor of the apostles.

Well, who is that of the prophet Muhammad? Who is that? They say, well, It's a war now between the Shiites and the Sunnis. And the Iranians want to be the ones, the Saudis want to be the ones, the Turkish uh guy, Erdogan, is wants to be the one. And so it basically is not going to end well either way.

It's not a matter of. that is dangerous for us, but unfortunately, it could be too late By the time they start fighting with each other. And you mentioned this, and I want to give some folks a little bit of background. Of course, you were born in Egypt. You're a Copt, you're born in a Coptic Christian, and your ministry now is just what, over 190 countries, I think, that your ministry is in.

You you've been mentioning a lot, Doctor Yousuf, about this third jihad. You've been warning about that. What is that third jihad you're talking about? Actually, I wrote a book by that title, The Third Jihad, and you can get it from Amazon or elsewhere. And The Third Jihad I wrote eight years ago.

in which are delineated the history, where the first you had started, when and where it went, where the second jihad started. Basically, in the early seven hundreds, after the successor of the Muslim prophet invaded all of the Christian lands, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, all those were Christian lands. Eighty-five to ninety percent Christian. North Africa, we're literally fifty thousand churches by the middle of the six hundreds. they were invaded by the Muslim Arabs, and they came and they basically destroyed Christianity within fifty years.

And they came all the way to France and they got beaten back and and stop. But that did not stop them. They they waited. They're very patient people. They waited until the fourteen hundreds.

when the Turkish rise of the Turkish Ottomans, and they went all the way to Vienna. That was the second jihad. And they wanted to take over Europe, but they couldn't. And so Now they say, and I'm talking about their spiritual leader I would call him spiritual but The jihad leader who's now dead, Yusuf Kadawi, he's written this, and I'm actually recording from them. I'm not making this stuff up.

And they said, well, the third jihad in which we will literally take over all of Europe is going to take place, but this time it's not going to be with the sword. and through war is going to be by birth rate, and investment of dollar I mean, look, I mean, Qatar is putting billions of dollars into our universities And that's not because they j in love with America. And in many British universities, schools and all kinds of money that's being spent And in fact, I've read the other day that even the ones who out there demonstrating free Palestine, they were paid people. They're not really kind of have a cause or ideologues And so the money has been pouring into this country and into Europe. And for so long that it's very hard to tell who's who now.

But that is the purpose. The purpose is Islam is a superior religion. It must dominate and overtake the two previous uh religions uh what they call them heavenly religions. Yeah, because the Jews and the Christians have corrupted uh their books. And therefore, this is the truth, and the truth has to prevail even if we do it by force.

Dr. Michael Youssef is on our Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line today. He has an incredible broadcast ministry called Leading the Way, has a brand new book out from Tyndale called God's Final Call, and you can get that wherever you buy your books. You know, Dr. Youssef, when you look at where we are in this country right now with what happened Sunday in Boulder.

Sebastian Gorka was on my Newsmax show last night, and he said... That really all of Western civilization, this is about Western civilization, and the Jews and the Christians are going to have to stand together to defend Western civilization. What say you? Yes, I've often said that Israel really is the canary in the coal mine. And this anti-Semitism is the same way.

It's the canary in a coma. And once They destroy Saturday, as they used to say in the in the sixties where I lived in the Middle East. after we destroy Saturday, we'll turn on Sunday.

Well, they're not waiting to destroy Saturday before they turn on Sunday. They're trying to do both now. And it's so obvious. But nonetheless, it's an easy target for them to you know kill uh Jewish Americans or uh Jewish I mean, look, in i in in Australia, where I have lived for ten years back in the sixties and the seventies, I lived there and I went to university there. And they were Demonstrating in front of the opera house, the most sophisticated building in the country, and they say, Gas the Jews, gas the Jews.

And as I reminded my Australian audience, I said, this is not this is just the first. But it's not going to stop there. The idea is we have to win and we have to take over and the Sharia has to rule if we're going to please Allah. It's a shocking time, and it's a time for Really serious theology. You know, there's so many churches that have sort of I don't know if this is a fair word to use, but it seems like a lot of churches have dumbed down the sermons.

And it just seems to me that now is a time where even younger gener the younger generation is really demanding more solid biblical teaching. Absolutely, and they should demand solid biblical teaching because and I'm so thrilled to hear and read about how Gen Z are really now rejecting all of the millennials and all the others of softness But look what happened in Europe. Basically, when Christianity began to collapse under its own weight of religious falsehood and false teaching in the churches, whether the England or France or elsewhere in Europe. A a spiritual vacuum is created. And when a spiritual vacuum is created, it's got to be filled somehow.

And the Islamists were ready knowing that this is happening, watched it happen, and they say, we now can fill that vacuum because your Christianity, your religion has failed.

Now we have the answer. And to be truthful, there are some who are converting to Islam from so called Western countries. Wow. Folks, you got to read everything that Dr. Youssef has ever written, even if you have to go out and build a library.

Onto your home, it's going to be worth it. Dr. Yousev. Always good hearing from you. And again, God's final call.

Congratulations on the new book. Thank you so much, Mari Brad. Dear brother, I I appreciate you more than you realize because You are a very bright light in a dark world in the media world.

Well, you're kind to say that, Dr. Yousef, and God bless you, your incredible ministry, and we're going to get you back home very soon. Thank you again. God bless. All right.

He's a great guy. I had a chance. I was invited to speak at a Christmas dinner they had for the congregation or the staff at the Church of the Apostles, which is right there in the Atlanta area. And it is one of the most beautiful, you know, the churches, the building itself is not very old, but they made it, they built it to look like a church. And I'm kind of old school.

I love that. I love churches that look like churches. You know what I mean? And nothing against, you know, if your church looks like a business park, I got nothing against that. You know, whatever.

Whatever floats your boat. But there's just something, I don't know, there's something comforting about. You're driving down what Interstate 75 in Atlanta, right before you get to downtown Atlanta, and you look over, and there's this beautiful, you know, cathedral-like building. And you're like, oh, that's a church.

So there you go. All right, we've got to take a quick break. 901-260-5926, our telephone number. We're going to the phones. That's 901-260-5926.

Are you concerned about this third jihad that Dr. Youssef is warning us about? We'll be right back. All right, let's go to the phone lines: 901-260-5926, John in Kentucky. John, what's on your mind today?

Well, Todd, I got a question, and you know how I like listening to your answers when I hang up the phone. My question is. These executive orders Like what Governor Abbott did with the mass thing. and the executive orders put out by President Trump. I am willing.

getting sick and tired. of these politicians Sitting on the thumbs. And you know where those thumbs go. And why don't they send out the marshals and arrestee governors There are not. listening to the executive orders like protecting girls and boys sports.

Federal funding has nothing to do with it. It's about the idea of breaking the law. Colorado's violating the Second Amendment. But they still have the right to conceal carry. You go after those people and arrest them because they're violating.

federal law, but the executive orders Why are they not arresting these governors that are violating the executive orders And they're putting our young people in young ladies in danger. Hot great show. I just want to hear your answer. I'm just a frustrated American. Talk to you later.

God bless you.

Well, thank you, Pastor. And look, no need to be terribly frustrated here. Um there's some political calculations that are going into all of this. And I do believe, I side with you on this. I think that the president.

Ought to be ordering action immediately. I'm tired of giving people second, third, and fourth chances. I know the president is threatening to fine California because they're flat out ignoring his executive order banning transgender athletes from girls' competition. Over the weekend, you had a dude who took first place in the state finals in California in girls' high jump and girls' triple jump. And I think the president probably would respond to the American people rising up and saying, Mr.

President, we want you to start taking action. And the president threatening California with heavy fines.

Well, let's just go ahead and fine them. They're not going to lift their policies. They're not going to change their policies.

So go ahead and defund the state of California. Defund the state of Maine. If there are lawmakers calling for ICE agents to be doxed, If there are lawmakers that are actively colluding to protect illegals, throw them all in jail. If the President does that, All you know what is going to break loose in the media. And I know that you know the White House is thinking about this because there is an optics thing here.

And the media would be 1,000% against Donald Trump. That's just the way it's going to be. But my contention is this, they're already against him.

So, why don't we go ahead and take care of business?

So, you know, I'd be interested in hearing from you. Do you believe the president ought to go ahead and start having these people arrested, start defunding the states, the cities, the counties that are refusing to comply with his executive orders? 901-260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starn Show.

Oh boy, oh boy, geez, a loo. Oh boy.

So uh yes Well, I I've got to talk about this. Yes, I know Cassie is probably going to make people a little. a little perturbed, but I I've got to talk about this. Uh All right, ladies and gentlemen, in my uh fingers have a statement. From Elon Musk.

Elon is not happy. and he's directing his wrath at the White House. And I'm just going to read this to you. And again, I Well, I'll read it to you and then I will like give you some analysis here of what Elon's thinking. Here's what Elon wrote.

I'm sorry, but I can't. Let me try that again, please. Ladies and gentlemen, Yours truly made a mistake, an error.

Alright, that's the second one for the year. I'm sorry, but I just can't stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork filled congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. I I I don't think he really likes it, folks. He goes on.

Shame on those who voted for it. You know you did wrong. You know it. And that is my dramatic. interpretation of Elon's remarks here.

Uh Elon's pretty upset. And here's the problem. Just going to throw this out there. Republicans were told to vote on the bill without reading it. All right, that's what happened.

And so now people are starting to read it, and they're realizing that there's a lot of pork in this thing.

So, the question now is: let me put it this way: what Elon just did all but guarantees this will be killed in the Senate, and President Trump will not get his big. Beautiful budget. Package triple B BBB. B. Oh, that's quadruple P.

So, um This is not good. Elon Tulling CBS, and this aired last Sunday. That he was disappointed. And and I get it. I think we're all disappointed.

I'm And I understand why Elon's going scorched earth here. Here's my concern: it's what Donald Trump wants, and Donald Trump needs to get it. And I am believing that Trump. does have a plan here. But Elon's not seeing it and Elon is not buying it.

And again, I'll read it without the dramatic interpretation. I'm sorry, but I just can't stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it. You know you did wrong, you know it.

Now, this puts everybody in a bad spot. First of all, all the Republicans who voted for it without reading it, and this is where I have troubles. At least give people time to read it. And they should have had time. They're on vacation.

And again, I understand that you've got to march in the Bucksnort, Tennessee Comequat Parade. I get that, mister Congressperson. But the reality is you've got more pressing matters, which is reading this big, beautiful budget bill. B B B B Quad B. That's your job.

And if you didn't do that, well, that's on you.

Sorry. And I mean, I like Marjorie Taylor Greene, but you know what? She should have. She's feigning. I can't believe this was in.

If I'd have known it was in the bill, did you read it? Did you read it? You know what? You like to work out, MTG. You're up there on the you're on the the stationary bike, you're doing the stair steps.

Just get a copy of the bill and read it while you're working out. It's not that difficult. And that goes for everybody. I mean, I appreciate MTG coming out and saying, you know what, I probably should have read this. Yeah, you probably should have.

But the fact that we have conservatives that don't even take the time to read the big, beautiful budget bill. The BBBB, the quad B? And nobody bothered to read it. Does President Trump know what's in this thing? Are there things in the BBBB?

B Are there any things in there? that the President doesn't know about. But Elon is This is going to be tough because now the White House is having to respond. To What Elon said. As a matter of fact, just moments ago, Fox News asking the White House.

Press Secretary Caroline Levitt. By the way, Elon. Had a follow-up tweet. He said the bill will massively increase the already gigantic budget deficit to $2.5 trillion. But it goes further than that.

And let me explain: this is why Ram Paul's upset. Rand Paul is upset because it raises the debt ceiling. to what by $5 trillion or two five trillion it raises at five trillion dollars.

So this is it's b bad all around. And anyway, Caroline Lovitt says uh to Peter Docey. Look, the president already knows where Elon Musk stood on this bill. It does not change the president's position. This is One big beautiful bill and he's sticking to it.

I'm not sure that answer is going to fly. I'm just curious, ladies and gentlemen, and this is literally a no-judgment zone, but I'm curious: who do you stand with, Donald Trump or Elon Musk? Who do you stand with? I know many senior citizens have grave concerns that Social Security, the Social Security tax, was not eliminated, and I understand that. I understand that a lot of the dose cuts have not been codified.

By the way, you know what did not go to the house yesterday? The rescission package. Remember, they said it was supposed to go yesterday. People are really fired up about that. And I can promise you on this radio program, we're holding everybody accountable.

Everybody. And the reason why is we've got a country to save. And the Republicans made a lot of promises, and we want them to deliver on those promises. The president has an agenda, he has a mandate from the American people. They have to deliver on that mandate.

They have to. And we're going to hold them accountable, and it may be very unpleasant. We have a growing list of Republican lawmakers who don't want to come on this program anymore. And the reason why is they know we're going to ask the tough questions. We will be fair, but we're going to be tough.

But they don't want to answer those questions. They don't.

So, this is going to get a little squirrely here, folks. And the media will pit Trump against Elon, and it's kind of easy to see. That's what's happening here. But Elon clearly has been fighting Congress tooth and nail, and finally, Elon has just had it. And I don't blame him.

Here's a guy who literally gave up 130 days of his life. His businesses have come under attack. His customers have come under attack. They firebombed a couple of Tesla dealerships. You got people out there wanting to destroy Elon.

The poor guy now has to have a full security detail. This is the thanks he gets for going in there and exposing all of this. Corruption. And now Elon finds out that Congress isn't going to do anything about it, and they're not. Unless we hold their feet to the fire.

It's a quandary because we have to reelect the Republicans in the midterms to protect Donald Trump from impeachment. We have to do that. And I think that When you look at Republican leadership, or whoever is leading the Republicans in Congress right now. When you look at those individuals, they know that. They they know That your allegiance to Trump is going to win them.

re-election in the midterms. They've already made that calculation. They've already done that algebra. What a mess, ladies and gentlemen. What a mess.

All right, we've got to take a break here. nine oh one two six zero five nine two six who do you stand with here who do you side with Do Elon or President Trump? This is the Todd Starn Show. Oops. All right, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

There is a big rift right now in the America First Movement. Elon Musk on one side, President Trump and Republicans on the other. Rand Paul standing his ground.

So is Senator Ron Johnson. And by the way, this gives any other. Elon's comments here give every other Republican up on Capitol Hill cover. for whatever is about to happen here.

So it is a great big mess. Again, my concern is if you've got a lawmaker and you can't even be bothered to read the bill that you are voting on, then you don't belong on Capitol Hill. I mean, it really is that simple. And I get it. You guys have a lot to do.

You got to go to the rubber chicken dinners. You got to go down to the American Legion and the Rotary Club. And I get that because you got to get yourself reelected. But listen to me. Marching in the Bucksnort, Tennessee Comquat Parade is not your top priority.

Your top priority is getting through the agenda. And if somebody has snuck in pork barrel spending into the BBBB, Hold on, B, B, B, B. Yeah, the quad B. The big beautiful Bill Something or other. There were four of me.

Anyway, if you, if that is not your top priority, What are you doing up on Capitol Hill? In all seriousness. 901-260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926. The National Football League.

Going all out to celebrate Gay Pride Month. There's a video that has resurfaced on social media. You know nothing ever dies on The social media platforms, you know that, right? The video filmed back in 2021 and produced by the NFL. And the NFL declared that football is beautiful.

And I would say that I completely agree. Football is a beautiful sport, it's an American sport. It's a man's game. Man. That's why you don't see any women out there unless they're in short skirts.

doing things with their pom-poms. You know why? Because it's a man's game.

Okay, well, there could be a couple of ladies driving Subaru's on the line, but by and large, I'm just saying. That it's a man's game. The NFL would have been okay had they stopped there, but they did not stop there with their statement. The NFL. And if they would have, it would have been just fine.

Everybody would have celebrated that. It's a beautiful sport. You've got the star-spangled banner, and you've got the military. And you've got the marching bands, and you've got the halftime shows. Everybody loves the NFL.

But then they went a little bit further. In this video that was originally filmed in 2021. They said the NFL is also gay. Transgender Lebanese pardon me, lesbian and queer.

So the NFL says that football is queer. Is this true? Ladies and gentlemen, I'm It would explain a lot about the governor of Minnesota doing jazz hands in the boys' locker room back when he was an assistant football coach. I mean, that could explain that. But is this true?

The NFL says that football is gay, lesbian, transgender, and queer.

Now, I have to imagine if you're a tight end or a wide receiver in the NFL, you probably have a few questions about the NFL's messaging here. Hello. Hello? Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Des Bryant. Called out the NFLs.

messaging and says football has nothing to do with gays. Oh, let me put that back. Let me back up for a bit. He says: first of all, he has nothing against gays, but he says the message. This is far from right.

He said the idea that football is queer and transgender is a wild statement. And again, he says, I don't have anything against gay people at all. But football is not queer. Football is not lesbian. Have you seen the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders for crying out loud?

God bless America! Anyway, this year a number of teams are changing their colors. Their logos, they're honoring the pansexuals and the gender variant ground. You got the Detroit Lions. the Minnesota Vikings oh, that's Tim Waltz's people and the Buffalo Bills.

The Los Angeles Chargers actually published a handbook on how to come out of the closet. All that to say. If you're playing football in the NFL and somebody tells you to spike the football, you might want to ask for some clarification. That's all I'm saying. What about pickleball?

Okay, let's move on. I just can't today. Let's go to Jackson, Tennessee. De D Debbie on the line. Hi, Debbie.

What's going on? Oh, not much around here. How about down there?

Well, you know, just hanging out. Yeah, all right, sounds good. What can I do for you, Debbie? I was calling in to let you know that I'm on Felon's side. Is that right?

Why is that?

Well Well, first of all, I don't think Elon took the time off for all the reasons you just said to. to save American people a lot of money to have Trump turn around and spend all of it and more. Um If Yes, President Trump. I'm for Trump. Don't get me wrong.

I appreciate everything he's done up into this. But if he's got a reason for this, I think he believes in transparency and he should be telling.

Well, yes, I would agree with this because the explanation was we're going to have to spend more money to save money in the long term. And I think the President would have been his advisors would have been wise to say, Mr. President, I think you're going to have to explain that one to the American people. But I totally agree 'cause that just don't do it for me. And I don't think it's going to do it for a whole lot of people.

And I really think we're kidding ourselves to think that all the people that voted For Mr. Trump. And like I said, I voted for him. I'm a strong Trump believer, but I'm not going to be. naive enough to think that in midterm they won't flop right back to voting for whoever.

It was almost as if the people are being held hostage here. But again, my philosophy, and I do, I understand exactly what Elon is saying, but. I got to stand with Trump on this. But Trump is saying, and this is really where the country is being held hostage. Fine, if you don't approve this, the tax cuts are going to expire, and then everybody gets hosed.

Yes, I don't like being held hostage. No. that in that way, I think. He has, I think he's proved that he has the power and the ability to he could walk right in and change that. Today.

If he wanted to. If I were them Do you disagree? You don't think that he could change it immediately?

Well, I think he could, and he very well may have to, because the Senate seems to be. They're not budging. I don't think they're going to have the votes they need in the Senate to get this through. That being said, David. Yes.
