Headphone warning. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another Wednesday episode of the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. I am the heel that you love to hate, O'Shea Jackson Jr. Hey! K.

A. Petty Guerrero. Hey, yo! It's me. It's me.

It's the T. W. O. The J. I.

Double G. Two Degree. T. J. Jefferson.

What's our main?

Now I know that I said, "Welcome to another Wednesday episode." Yeah, but you didn't say it right today. No, no, no, no. Because today is a Wednesday episode. Happy Wednesday of the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. Because we will be joined by the the.

Rene Sinclair, the number one contender to the NXT Women's Champion, dog, and I will give you credit. This just cause you, me today, yeah. Today's guest, that's cause you, bro.

Well, you know when when we become fans of somebody, we ride or die for him. And like about last year, I was like, I don't know what it is. It's just something like I love Rene right now.

So so we're gonna we're gonna support her, and you see the Rene QCC there, and then you know. Her putting on the mask, doing the little. Yeah, you know, we talked about this on the pod last week. I told you about Tommy Rich and Mister and Ted DiBiase doing that thing.

Well, that's what Ren did to to win the Battle Royal. Yeah, tended to be Lady Shawnee, you know, Raina Volcan. Yes, hit her with the powers, Raina, and that couldn't have felt good. No, no, no. But at the end, she taught she tossed who she tossed out.

I can't even remember now. Not off the top of my head. We gotta do my hold on my little NXT. Where's my NXT book? But regardless, don't look at me.

Look at my NXT book. But regardless, she she won the battle royal, and then. Unmasked to reveal that it was actually Ren and not Lady Shawnee.

So, yes, now she's got she's got Kalani. She's got this number one contenders match. Even though yesterday on NXT, ooh, Kalani jumped Kendall backstage and put the beat down on her Shay, drug her out so Ren could see the damage, and you know. That's that's gonna put an extra layer, Cali. That's right.

Yes, Cali Armstrong, friend of the show. That's gonna put an extra layer of oof on this match, man. And kind of a gangster move. Right, kind of a gangster move, yeah, no doubt. You know, Kalani plays no games.

I mean, speaking of gangster moves, I mean, her dude is out here, yeah, rolling, rolling out, and we and we witnessed that because this past Monday, you and I, we took a trip to San Diego, San Diego, the Wells, okay, yeah, hoo ha, hoo ha, and we watched Monday Night Raw, man. And of course, we had a great time. Shout out to everyone there who. Treated us well, you know. We got to go backstage, but the the coolest part is we're pulling our car up because we got parking.

You know, Crystal General hooked it hooked us up with parking.

So we're pulling up to where all the trucks, the production trucks, or the buses are. The first person we see, yeah, is Becky Lynch. First of all, I saw her out the window going up, walking up the ramp, walking up the ramp, and there's a picture of us. Yeah, just you know. Full power mode.

Yeah, and you are like, there is Becky. Yep, got all that. I know that lady. Turn, Tej. Yeah, yeah.

So that was cool. And then as I am chopping it up with Becky, I turn and who are you talking to, but? Your, my, your, our tribal chief Roman Reigns. Yeah, Akuma. He was on his way to the bus to get ready for the show, so that was cool.

So then you know Becky's like, do I need to walk you down or you cool? I'm like, I don't know. I'm like, I think they see us with you now, so I think just took care of us. Yeah, man. I felt so seen.

Then you go. There's a picture of you and Roman. This is after the show. Yeah, after the show, where you got him to autograph your world heavyweight championship, which now has autographs from Roman. Seth Rollins, Seth freaking Rollins, and CM Punk.

That is memorabilia right there, no doubt. But yeah, Monday Night Raw. It was fun. It was um, you know, we got in right as I there was some pre-match matches, main event was going on, so we got to see Otis take on Theory, yeah, and um. Maxine, yeah, was there, and that was great.

And I am gonna tell you this. I am gonna tell you this. Logan Paul is a big dude. I keep trying to tell him, bro. People keep trying to get on me about rocking with Logan, bro.

Logan Paul. He just he's he's the heel that you love to hate. He that Logan's a big big dude man. Ain't playing right, bro. Just just he's a celeb.

He's a celeb guest that they let have a WWE championship match, man. Like. Bro, he went up against Roman for the title. Yeah, I'm at the point now where you realize like he's not just doing this for the clout; like he's really into this. You know, and like I said, he tore his triceps, so he's probably.

The braces off, so I'd imagine he's kind of close now to coming back. You see the scar too. You look, you see the scar.

So yeah, so when we got there, guys, what really cool. We got walked into Gorilla. All right, and that's always cool when you get to to be in Gorilla. You kind of see, you know, it's like pulling the curtain back with the great powerful odds. You get to see how the sausage is made, and of course, we saw our guy Paul Heyman was there.

Oh, got to chop it up with him, William Regal, William Regal. Mr. Regal, who we we spoke to before and after the show, who did say he wouldn't he wouldn't come. He goes, I don't do a lot of these things. Yeah, but he told just some great WCW stories to us after the show.

Things that he goes, I've never really talked about this.

So it'd be great if we can get him on here. But yeah, just you know, the run off the list of a few wrestlers we saw backstage. You know, Randy the Braun Breaker, and you know he saw me. Came over, I dapped him up, and then. You know, it was one of those things when you dap somebody up and you hit them on the shoulder, and it was just like, "Well, Dad, yeah, let's do this, bro." Like, my pinky, and then you guys saw each other, the Super Smash Brothers, Super Smash.

He was so happy, and it's funny to see him have to turn the switch because we saw him. At another show, when he was opening the show, and he was in mode, man, I walked by him before I didn't want to say anything, but this time I did, and he smiled, came over, and then he did all that, and then it was right back in the locker mode. He had to go out there, but yeah, ran into him. You know, the Usos, the Usos solo.

So I guess they the Fatues. You know, here we are, Triple H. You know, he made that trip to Turkey, bro. You know, he's just trying to flex on us at this point. The head of hair is looking good, and there's you know me and Cody.

Rahim chopping it up. Actually, folks, Cody Rhodes will be on the Rich Eisen show tomorrow, Thursday. He will in to talk Street Fighter, so that's really cool. But yeah, and then there's our guy, Dirty Dom. Ran into him there.

Yeah. Dom is so cool. Dom's the man, and there she is. Hi, Miss Parker. I almost got slapped before and after this picture got taken.

I want everybody to know, but this was a this was a cool moment because before she was about to hit me. Yeah, yeah, and then we got you know the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, and like I've I've met Chief I think five or six times now. Never once asked for a picture, and I'm weird with that because of. Like I, I don't know. I guess it's it's being born in you know in in the light.

Yeah. But like I never ask people for pictures, and it's like people that I wish I would have got. I never asked Kobe for a pic. See that? But there is a picture.

Yeah. Yeah. That somebody snapped a candid. Candid is kind of like your boy Nate was with us. Yeah.

He was snapping a lot of these just like candid pictures. Yeah. If I if I didn't have that candid. I wouldn't have any pictures of me and Kobe, you know. I have I have one like that.

I have a man. I've had this poster. It's not a poster. It's hard to describe it. It's about this big, and it's the NBA logo on a piece of poster.

Yeah, I've had this thing since I don't know, bro, mid '90s. I don't know. I think I got it from a Footlocker somewhere, but I brought it to the studio once, and Jerry West was in here because Susie Rich's wife and Jerry West were very close.

So whenever she would host, Jerry would be a guest. Met him one time. Like the most interesting woman in the world, bro. And like people love Susie, right?

So the second time he came in, I had that thing here. I'm like, I'm gonna get Jerry West autograph this. But he and I are talking, we're chopping it up, and it just didn't feel like the right moment to say, "Mr. West, would you sign this?" And unfortunately, that was the last time I saw him. He passed away.

But I'm thinking, if I'll show you this, if I would have had Jerry West sign this thing, it would have been the greatest thing ever.

Sometimes you just, you know, some people are weird about taking pictures, but to me, it's just like you know. Like your dad once said, shake my hand and make it a firm, exactly. Say what up, Ice Cube, and then break. And I used to live that a lot, you know. But it's like you get in these situations in these rooms, man, and it's it's really worth the time to to document this because other people don't get to do what we just did on Monday, man.

To step into the gorilla tent to have Roman Reigns. 20 minutes after Raw goes after, with the whole world at the end of the ramp waiting to talk to him, for him to stop and chop it up with us for 20 minutes after the show, for Cody to you know bring me in for a hug, you know, to for Ray, you know, we're talking to Ray Mysterio without his mask on, and that felt weird. I wanted to make sure we didn't take a picture of that, but like you know, we're talking to Ray and he don't have his mask, and this like this is intimate. People don't get these opportunities, man.

So I I never take that for granted. I always turn into that little. Like man, this is mad cool. And then, fellas, or I said fellas because there is women too. Friends, I should say.

Shout out to the women. We saw nine four six backstage. You saw the picture of Jada Parker, right? Here is what you didn't see. There was a point because O'Shea Jackson Jr.

at the end of the show, when nine four six came down and they fought with the bloodline, he was standing up, booing nine four six straight up, and Bronco was standing right in front of you. And he like snarled at you because Bronco always got the snarl on his face, and he said something back.

So you had a little back and forth. And I saw him after the show, and he came up. He I said, "What up?" I'm like, "I saw you yelling at O'Shea." He goes, "I had to do it." I'm like, "Yeah," because he you were booing him. You deserve to get yelled at, but there was a point. Him and Lucian, you were talking a little trash, yeah.

And those two brothers start circling you, and I was like, "Oh no, I'm I'm have a decision to make here." And I thought I thought you was about to jump because let me tell you, those are two big dudes, big dudes. They are two big dudes.

So I was like, "Man, I'm gonna have to get beat up," because if they, I felt like they was about to jump you, dog. But you had it coming. I'm gonna be very honest with you. You had it coming. See a lot of people.

A lot of people know me as Ice Cube's son. I'm Kim Jackson. I don't give a damn. Boom! From the diaphragm.

Yeah, it came from it came from the guts. Hey, man. Hey, hey. As you know, managing maintenance, repair, and operations is never easy. But for the ones who always rise to the challenge, Granger has your back.

I booed John Cena while he was here. That is true.

So you don't care, but but you did. It was like I was like, "Yo, they're about to jump him." I'm national. I'm national treasure. You know what I mean? All right.

But this this this Egyptian cotton here. But luckily, luckily they let it slide.

So we didn't we didn't have that. But yeah, we had some good matches right off the bat, man. Thinking of Chad Gable against Ray Mysterio versus Dragon Lee. By the way, which was just announced, him and Dragon Lee. Oh, was yeah.

Ray being thrown in was not expected. Oh, I didn't, but because we were in San Diego, so it made sense. And the the pop that Ray Mysterio got, of course, from his hometown fans, it made me sit there and go, "Oh, Ray's going to get this belt tonight, bro." I was convinced until Gable won the match and got the three count. Yeah, it was that moment that went, "Oh, Ray's not going to win this." Yeah, dude. And there was a moment where there's a little shot here of Gable with Ray and an ankle lock and dragging Lee at.

Is about to come and drop kick Chad's head off his shoulder. TJ told Ray, "Hey man, I thought you was gonna, you know, they were so loud. I thought you was gonna win it." And Ray looks back and goes, "Man, at a point I thought I was gonna win." He goes, "I thought the same thing, man. Like, bro, it was electric. It was electric.

Yeah, it was, and that was a great match, you know." Chad Gable is one of those guys, right? We got to get him on here too. Yeah, but he's one of those guys we always talk about, right? When fans look at someone and go, "They deserve more. They deserve better." For years, people knew that Chad Gable is one of the best wrestlers in the world, but he had to go through a lot of the BS with the Shorty G stuff and him not getting the push that we all knew he deserved.

Right? Then he had to respect to Jason Jordan. He probably should have been Kurt's son. Yeah, but by the way, those two was attacked. Jason Jordan.

If you didn't watch American Alpha back in the day. Man, you missed out because those two were great, and it sucks that Jason got hurt. But you know he's still working. Yeah, of course. Working backstage.

That producer, that producer gig is a good gig. Yeah, yeah.

But like Chad, you know, he was a guy who everyone said like this guy deserves more. Then he had to go under a mask to get a little shine. We saw what happened there with the El Grande Americano, kind of helped elevate another wrestler who was another guy who probably wasn't going to get to the point he is now. But because of the El Grande thing, now we got another guy who got elevated. Yeah, so it's great to see Chad Gable get what we, as fans, always felt he deserved, which was a shot.

And now he's he's doing amazing work as the IC champion. He definitely he's definitely put something behind that belt that you know that after Gunther. You know, went to Sammy. Sammy's obviously gone on to do better things. But even with the Braun Breaker Jay Uso rivalry that was there for a little bit, and now off off the chat, and it still it feels like that belt still means something.

Yeah, that championship should always mean always means something. I mean, it's the Intercontinental Championship. Cup of coffee in the big time, baby. By the way, did you see that they were selling that? WrestleMania three, the Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Honky Tonk Man belt, eighty thousand.

I think the last I saw, wow. Let me tell you something. If I had an extra eighty grand laying around, let me tell you what would happen. That belt would be sitting right here. Oh, but the way my bank account is set up, I can't.

Oh, we gotta hit a Dave Mellick. Yeah, we gotta get another one. We got, we got two. My fault, Dave. My fault, Dave.

Dave, and it's already made. Right, Dave is just like, are y'all gonna pay for this, my man?

Well, you know.

Well, I told you I was going to take my fantasy football championship winnings I won last year. This year, I've thrown in the the it's a wrap. I I won I won the championship in my main league, the one I've been in for twenty five, twenty six years, and that's all I want. Fourth time means the world. This year, I did not follow my blue the the strategy I had drafting, and I am in last place.

I'm one in five, and it's not looking good for your boy. But bro, I just lost scary Terry. Yeah. That's a shame. Terry McLaurin is such a good dude.

And technically, I just lost Scatterbow because for whatever reason, the Giants. I I promise you, I'm calling it here and now. I already have a never draft again list. Number one is actually my cousin Michael Thomas. Ken Cardin.

Thanks. Can't guard Mike. Mike sure can. Anyway, so what are you talking about, Mike? He had one bad season.

Yeah, I know, but like he wasn't even hurt and just stopped coming to work. Like I'm like, Yo, Mike, you playing this year? And he'd just be like, Like, man, you know, drafted him and he just never showed up again. Yeah, but he didn't want Carr. But it was a whole thing.

Well, let me tell you, for a while, Mike Thomas was the man. Yeah, are you kidding? Are you kidding? Teahouse Tav High School, but I'm calling it right now. Yeah, what you call?

I will never, ever draft anyone from the NFC East ever again. Never, not one. I already got Jalen Hurts on there from two years ago. All right, and Jalen, I hope you okay. Sending you thoughts.

Leave it at that, dog. Sending you sending you thoughts and prayers. And that's real. By the way, on some real real stuff. That is scary, bro.

Your blood. But and like people online, they got something to say about the.

Well, the thing is, real quick though, because we like to talk everything. One of the the weird things we're not doctors, but you hear that they told him you got to stay up for thirty six straight hours. You don't go to sleep, and they play, and then you have to go play as a quarterback. You your mental game is probably the biggest part. Your arm strength, yeah, your athleticism, great, but ment mentally, you got to be in the game.

And to think that a man had been up that many hours straight, probably no, you don't know the fear that was probably. Going through his hurt, and you put him out there to start a football game. It's like, yeah, dude, it's a bad look, man.

So we like that is God bless, man. Fantasy does not matter. This is real life. Just wanted to just give a shout out to Jalen Hurts, but the Commanders. I went Daniels, Scary Terry for the one-two combo.

Daniel's gets hurt, not his fault, but them going for it when they did was coaching. That's happened two times. And then now, scary Terry's hurt. Yeah, that's and Scadabo. Whatever's going on in New York, I will never, and I mean ever, draft anybody from the NFC East.

Ever again, DJ. Cool.

Well, I mean, that means you don't want to win, but that's fine. Win. There's a lot of good talent there. Yeah, they're probably gone. Just not play for sure.

Yeah, you could go be successful somewhere else. Maybe it's your attitude. Maybe. Which, which just leads to me never drafting from the NFC East ever again. All right, yeah, I'm done.

You can. Hey, more Cowboys for the rest of man. Yeah, to read. Yeah, that's why I said we got to get the belt back from Dave. But yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely, man.

And the the time at Raw was one of my favorite times. Got to take my best friend from college, my man Nate Howard, San Diego representative. What up, Nate? And this fool, his first live show. Yo, get to talk.

I don't. Yeah, we don't want to be jealous, right? Because we, I just, I just said, not a lot of people get the opportunities we did. Yeah, your boy Nate, his very first show, get to go to Gorilla. He gets to meet the first two wrestlers he ever gets to meet.

Outside of the arena are Becky Lynch and Roman Reigns. We get down there. We see Chris LeGento. He's the head of PR. Chris is like, "Oh, let me take you.

Oh, Triple H, let me take." He's giving Nate a tour. He's telling Nate about, "Okay, so Triple H is here running the show." By the way, I've never got that. I had to sit there. I was just eavesdropping. Right.

Oh, okay. He didn't offer it to us. No, I was just like, "Oh, that's cool." And we followed them. He's showing them where because Triple H didn't get there yet. We were about forty minutes early, so he hadn't made it to his.

Showing Nate, well, this happens here, and this happens here, and this is really regal. And and I was just sitting there, like, wow, Nate. Then his ass said, "You got to see Gorilla your first time." That we what do you mean? We were in Gorilla. That's what I was just no.

But he said, "Oh, it's your first time here. You got to see Gorilla. You know how many first times here I've had, and you never offered. Take me to Gorilla." I'm just saying, man.

So yeah, Nate. And and on top of all the wrestlers Nate got to meet, we got like the ones we said, Cody and Roman and Dom and Ray. And Miss Parker, and and then as I'm sitting there, all the ladies start walking out, and here comes Bailey, and Bailey sees me, and she just beelines to me and gives me a hug, and I was just like, oh, it's, yeah, yeah, um, you, yeah, I'm TJ, remember? Yeah, she remembered. It was it was so nice because it was a nice hug.

But what I missed is in the train. I saw at the corner of my eye Roxanne.

Now we haven't met Roxanne in person yet. I haven't met. Oh yeah, yeah. You did, yeah, yeah.

So I haven't, but you guys are chopping up. But it was like one of those things where they were making their way to the bus. They had to get going.

So as I'm talking to Bailey, you're like TJ, and I turned and she stopped and she was like, "Oh, she was Ryan's mom." And I wanted to run and say hi, but I could tell they were in a hurry to get out, and I was already talking to Bailey.

So, and then when I turned. Who do I see? My moon and my stars. Yes, Bailey, embrace, and I'm like, when are you gonna come to the show? She said, Oh, you tell me.

And I'm like, first of all, we would have all of you on all the time. But like, man, do you hate us? Said, No, I love you guys. What was great about this? We'll give a little insider information.

Is what we were with the head of WWE PR.

So what was really cool is you know some of these people we have interviewed but not met in person.

So it was kind of cool to meet some of the people that we haven't actually seen in person. But also cool for him to see the way the wrestlers responded and reacted to seeing us, kind of letting them know that like, all right, man, yeah, we cool, cool, you know.

So it was dope. And also your your milk of magnesia, you got to see Maxine, you know.

So yeah, man, we got to meet and see a lot of people. But Nate, Nate had it was like I said, we're joking about hating. But Nate, for his first match, that was well. That's you. That's crazy.

That's an extra boy, which is weird. Yeah, but yeah, that was just super dope for someone to have that be their first. Like, don't be thinking this happened every day. Yeah, because this this is not there. And then you go rocks in right there.

We got to see Raquel. Yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

You know Raquel put us over, and then you said, "There she is, Universe." Ruka, and then we have Roxanne. Io, it was a tag team match here. Was the Harders, Roxanne, Raquel. They took on Chelsea Green and Io, and you know it was hard to to to cheering that match because I love everybody. Yeah, man, we love everybody.

And then you have Io and Chelsea. That was a great picture of them. Yeah, it was just it was it was it was a great time. A couple great matches, and then at the very end, you know, you got that build up right here. Got the bloodline kind of getting back together to take on nine four six.

So you see me acknowledging the bloodline right there.

So I think that's where we're going for Survivor Series. Obviously, going to be probably as our new friend Mister Regal said, "War games." And you're probably going to see now. But now, Shay, I saw a little. See something's going to cause a little bit of a rift in the SmackDown universe. Ooh.

La Knight and Solo have a little bond going, right? But now La Knight's going to see Solo dapping up Roman, throwing the ones back up. You know that's not going to sit well with La Knight.

So now there it is, right there. You know the handshake.

Solo and Roman kind of. Not saying that Solo is back with the bloodline, but he stood tall with them at this moment. Yeah. But you know, on Friday, La Knight is not going to like that.

Solo. Let me talk to you. Let me talk to you. Yeah, man. He goes.

You're gonna go back to the bloodline, dummy. Yeah. Like, first of all, bro, they're my brothers.

Okay. You're my friend from work. Can you chill? Where were you when I got kidnapped? Huh?

Well, he can't be everywhere. That all the time. Everywhere. I need you to be in the arena. What do you mean?

Care about that? My God, you didn't send out an Amber Alert for me. You don't know that. What do you mean? We all get them at the same time.

Not from where they were. Only, well, he was in 50 miles of your location. We didn't know where they had him. I knew how he got free. I know he wasn't in the Los Angeles area because we would have gotten an Amber Alert.

Listen, all I'm saying is, what are you saying? La Knight, La Knight. Take it easy, dog.

Well, it's his brother. My point being, though, it's probably going to cause a little, a little bit of a rift. You have to imagine. I'm a little nervous about two things. I'm a little nervous about Jacob.

Jacob is really the X factor in a lot of this because War Games is five on five. Not four on four, right? And if Chief is in, that means that what the bloodline get five, and then they have to find a fifth member, which is already scary. Or is it going to be Jacob? And then, then I'm I'm an NXT watcher.

I'm wondering about Zilla. It's a number. I don't know where this is going to go, but I do know War Games is five on five, and it's funny that you mentioned Zilla because yesterday. Zilla on NXT, you know, he got his hand broken, right?

So, ouchies. He's in the he's in the office with Mr. Stone, who we'll talk about later. Yeah, you know, lucky you didn't right. Mr.

Stone got got ran off her suspension, but Zilla just said a throwaway line because Mr. Stone was like, "I don't think you're ready." Blah blah blah. And Zilla's like, "No, the doctors have cleared me. I'm ready to go. I'm ready to." And he said something to the effect of, "I'm ready to support my bloodline." Real quick, and that made me go.

Hold on, what did? Was that just a random line? Did you just happen to say the most popular group in the company?

So again, it gives us something to look forward to. Like Shay, you got to go back. Look, it was just a throwaway, real quick, right? But he mentioned them. He looked up.

So now you're thinking, maybe I don't know. Perhaps, perhaps. I don't know, man. But it's our favorite when we don't know things, right? Because I remember for years and years, the dirt sheets would ruin everything.

Like there were times where I would go online and read the results for a whole card before it happened, and then I was like, "Why do I want to do that?" Like I I don't want to know what happens beforehand.

So right, it's like when I when I go online and I'm looking up anything I know after a trailer comes out for a superhero movie, and I'm looking for. You know, somebody who's overanalyzed the trailer shot by shot, so I can know about the movie instead of just waiting for the movie.

So it's just just like, but I gotta know. But that's a good point.

So nine four six has Royce Keys, Mello, and the OTM brothers, Bronco and Lucha. That's four. Yeah. It's five on five. Shay, that is leaving the door open for some tomfoolery.

You know, we joked about a lot before about maybe La Knight was in nine four sixes before Melo came through. Maybe this, that, and the third. That door is open, man. Door is open.

Something wonky, I think, is going to happen. I don't think. I agree with you. I don't think it's just going to be four on four. I think we're going to see something wild.

Something's afoot. Yeah, storms are coming. But right now, if I'm not mistaken, there's somebody knocking. Yeah. Well, let's let her in.

Fans of the No Contest Wrestling Podcast, as you know, we like to hit you on every Wednesday. Every what? Every Wednesday. But today is. Wednesday, here to talk about how she plans to wrap up Kalani Jordan better than a tortilla from H E B.

Here is Ransom Claire. Welcome to the pod. Oh my gosh! Happy Wednesday. I've never felt more seen.

Well, you've never been on the No Contest Wrestling Podcast before, Ransom.

Well, whose fault is that? Hey, we got a list. Yeah, we got a list. You know. You were on the list, and so eventually, you know, we made it happen.

You see, TJ, in my research, I found out she's a big fan of the tortillas from H E B, bro. I expect nothing less from you. What you don't know is we do our research here, Ren. We we don't ask you like the the basic questions. We dig deep.

Yeah, I'm scared now.

Well, something something that we like to ask everybody their first time here on the No Contest Wrestling Podcast because we like to. Have a a feeling of familiarity. That's a hard word for me to say right now. Say it three times. Nope.

And I would like to ask, when did Rin get bit by the wrestling bug? Having uncontrolled eosinophilic esophagitis or EoE can mean you're stuck in many ways, like cutting your food into tiny pieces, or stuck chewing food for a long time. Dupixent (dupilumab), a prescription medicine for patients one year and older weighing at least 33 pounds, can help with that. It's a breakthrough treatment that can reduce inflammation in the esophagus and improve swallowing. How about this?

Dupixent is not a steroid. It proactively treats EoE, so you can get ahead of it. Severe allergic reactions, including skin reactions, can occur. dot com slash guarantee for full details. Hills. Ooh, I would have to say it was when I was younger. I just remember my brother was flipping through the channels as one does, and he saw China on the screen, and they made him like do a double take. And so, as my brother's brother, because he only had sisters, one of us had to be his brother.

I ended up watching wrestling with him, and kind of. You know, as kids do, like, oh, you be this person, you be this person, and so I really loved Team Extreme and Lita and Scotty Twohotty growing up, and so I feel like then is when I was bit. And then I didn't really fully realize that one I could do it. Like when we were younger, you couldn't really just Google like how to be a wrestler. But when you were in college, you can do that, and they have answers.

And so that's what I did.

Okay, fire, fire.

Now, do you remember your your welcome to wrestling moment? Ooh, I mean, yeah, paying my dues. Literally, I'm just kidding. Um, I think like my biggest, like, oh my gosh, I'm actually doing this, was probably my first independent match. I wrestled Jazz again.

She is here now at the WWE. Um. But I just remember watching her on TV back in the day, and she was terrifying. She just had like this aura about her, and you could feel it through the screen. And I just remember like meeting her for the first time, and I was just like so scared.

I was like, let me just keep my distance. And she'd be like, I am the nicest person ever. I said, Yeah, you are, but like. I it's like if you would meet like Freddy Krueger in person, like he's a normal person, but like seeing him on the screen after this many years is just like yeah, chill, chill.

So I feel like having my first match against her, I was terrified, obviously. But right before I went out to the curtain, she made sure to tell me some words of wisdom. She said, "I taught you some of what I know, not all of what I know.

So that was really reassuring to go up there. And then, as soon as I stepped out there, everyone started chanting that jazz was going to kill me. And I was like, 'Oh, I'm in it.'" What a confidence booster! Honestly, I just was really set up for success on that one. Yeah, that was one thing.

He O'Shea and I, we noticed like doing our research. I was like, and I have it on the paper. You're in bold, by the way. Your first match was against Jazz, like, so you basically let us know that that was a terrifying moment, which I. But we got to meet her, and she really is so nice.

Yeah, sweetheart, she is. But watching her destroy Trish and Lita, I think it was WrestleMania 19. I think it was. Was it was not nice. Yeah, her and Trish definitely went back and forth a lot.

So you know, we we bumped up to your welcome resting moment, but I like to dig you know a little bit deeper and go further back. What was life like for? Because you mentioned you were you had one brother, bunch of sisters. What was life like for little Maddie growing up?

Well, I am the youngest of four, and so obviously I basically had everyone wrapped around this little pinky. Life was great, man. Yep, but obviously, like being the youngest, you have to kind of develop a bit of a thick skin. You know, you have to be able to combat and argue with people who are ten years older than you, who know things you don't. Yeah, so you gotta get tough, and you have to develop a sense of humor.

So I think I've done all of that pretty well. That that baby of the family, you know, my I have an older brother, my older brother Daryl, who I like to call the rough draft, okay, because he knows the real mom and dad. All right, right, and like the later the kids go, you get the nicer and nicer and nicer version, but the siblings get you. The siblings get you when you're when you're the baby.

So during you know you. You started to watch a little bit with your brother. Did you get inspired then? Who were some of the people that you kind of looked at were like your your favorite wrestlers? I really liked Lita when I was growing up.

Who don't like Lita? Yeah, but she was like different in the sense that like she didn't always look polished, and I don't always think that. I was the most polished person growing up. Like I didn't relate to like a girly girl. I wasn't like, like I loved them, like Kelly Kelly, Trish, etc.

But like I didn't dress up and like. The people I saw in my life also weren't like very glammed up, very makeup like to the nines, and so like seeing her, she was more of like a tomboy, and I feel like that's what I did growing up. Like I did a lot of sports. You know, so I feel like that's why I was kind of drawn to her. As I started getting older, I feel like I reconnected with wrestling when NXT actually did a Texas tour, and at that time I wasn't really watching too much.

But my brother took me to one of the shows in Austin, and so I hadn't really seen many of these people, and this was the first time I've heard of NXT. And I just remember, I think it was like a triple. Threat, Enzo Amore and big cast came out, and I had no idea who they were. But as soon as he started talking, my name is Enzo Amore. The whole place just started saying every single word with him.

I was like, Oh my gosh, this is power! Like I need that. I need that. Yeah, crowd control. That really kind of brought me back, and I was like, "How do I do this?" You know.

Yeah, I'm a certified G and a bona fide stud, and you can't teach that. My God.

So what? What other sports were you playing? Were you playing anything else athletically while you were growing up? Yeah, I mean, we did a lot of like soccer. I did softball for one season, and then I got hit with the ball, and I'm like, "Better not." Plopped out of that.

And then we ran a lot. Yeah. Again, being the youngest child, sometimes you just get drawn into the sports that your siblings do, and so we were like a family of runners. We were those annoying families that got up on Thanksgiving and. A 5K.

Oh, that was you. Oh no, that was you. I'm so sorry for who I was before. Oh my goodness. I just, I'm saying, I just respect people who run.

I really do. I don't. I hate it. It's too much in your brain. There's too much time to think.

Not a lot of it. I'm like, wait! You're leaving me alone with her. Which is why I don't do it too much anymore. I did it because I was kind of good at it, not because I liked it.

Do running, you know, too much running. My body is like, are we in danger? Wait, I'm not going to run. I ain't been running in a while. Not even going to be like, oh yeah, my button.

If I start running now, I someone's got to be chasing. Yeah, now just be like, just get the steps in, baby. Just got to get the steps in. That's all. Or just get the stabbing and get it over.

Like, so understand that you were a fan of the great Florence Griffith Joyner. Joe, is this true? Oh yes, that is where I got my first kind of outfit and spoh. And again, we ran a lot, and so when you do certain sports as a kid, people always want you to like look to see. Especially like there weren't a lot of big famous women athletes, and so like for instance, when you're doing soccer, it was like me a ham.

But like when you're a runner, like a lot of women don't get kind of the praise that they deserve, and she kind of was a trail. Blazer, I would say, very iconic in the world of running track, especially with her outfits. It just made her stand out so much more, and so that is why I did the one leg.

Okay, that's yeah, that's nice. Yeah, she was she was iconic, man. She was the gear, the nails, the hair, everything about Flo Jo was you know was different.

Now in Texas. Every sport is taken serious, right? Every every sport is taken.

Some of the the high school football, bro, it's insane. And you start to really see, you know, a a lot of the people from Texas are kind of just built for those big moments and things like that. You know, when I when I hear Texas, obviously, friends of the show Booker T and Mark Henry, they're you know they're larger than life. And I know about the H E B love, but what are some Other Texas loves that will always be a part of Ren Sinclair. Um.

Obviously, let's go ahead and hit Selena. Anything for Selena? What a burger! Love that. Shout out to What a Burger.

Obviously, shout out to Big Tex, the icon of the State Fair. I've seen, I've seen that. Love that man. Even after he got set on fire. Wait, they set Big Tex on fire.

Well, he, I think, malfunctioned at one point and he caught fire, and so. He had to be updated. Happens to the best of us. A couple years ago, yeah. I mean, we all combust a little bit.

What happened with Britney Spears? Oh, so yeah, that was. I was glad to ask that because everyone from Texas talks about Water Burger. Yeah, I've been there. Got to be on this run.

Wasn't that? Hold your tongue. Wasn't that impressed?

So I got to ask you: Have you ever had In and Out? Yes. Yup.

Okay. So, so what's better? What a burger! What a burger! A hundred percent.

You can't ask a Texan, all right? But I figured Ren would be truthful with us. They have their own national anthem, bro. All right, it's different. I'm just saying.

What a burger! No disrespect. Is not better than the. Yo, comment section is about to be crazy, bro. Relax.

That's fine. But yeah, I'm a California guy. You know, yeah, like like Ren. This guy lives and breathes everything L.A.

So the fact that he's trying to give I don't understand what we're That idea, it's a little weird. It's a little weird. By the way, why are you wearing your coat like it's a shawl right now? Like what? Like because man, I'm feeling good.

Talking to me, I was like, I'm feeling good. You see the the hands got to be ready. You see the shoulders looking nice.

Well, whatever, man. We'll get we'll get to that later on in the show. But let's get back to it. Anything else, Texas? Are you a Cowboys fan, Ren?

Let me ask you that first and foremost. I feel like because my father is from New York, I can't say that. But also, like allegedly, they're America's team. No, it's not allegedly, Ren Sinclair. It's it's a fact.

We are America's team. Yeah. Oh, so you agree with that Texan, but not what a burger? Yeah, no. I want yes.

I agree with the Dallas Cowboys, not so much. Let me tell you something. Not my America. All right. Okay.

All right. It's only it's only one America. I don't know what to tell you, bro. Cowboys is not my America's team. Not right now.

We're not doing so great. Was it the nineties? Yeah. Yeah. Back in the day.

Oh yeah, sorry, sorry. We can't, we can't fight. We can't fight. Ren, you, you got us going. You got us going.

Got us riled up. Got us riled up. My apologies.

Now, your, um, I mean, your debut. You were replacing Cora Jade, and and you kind of took that and have ran with it to where you are now. Talk, talk to us about what that was like. Uh, going through your mind. You know, your preparation and going into that.

Um. Well, there was no preparation, really, because I literally was. I just got there maybe like a week or so ago, and immediately they were like, uh. Thrown in, and I was like, "Oh, this is terrifying! I'm going to be in a ring with all of these women that I do not know.

I can't create any alliances. We met like a couple days ago.

So there's absolutely no preparation for that. But yeah, I feel like." Then to now has been like a complete change because that's such a not a crummy, but that's such a terrifying way to get thrown in, literally thrown into the deep end. It's not like oh a singles match. It's like oh all of them. Yeah, yeah.

Just kind of thrown into the deep end and like you know succeed. That's how life is, man.

Sometimes you get thrown in the pool and they'll see if you can swim. Yeah, and to go from that day to turning every day into Ren's day. When did when did when did that light bulb go off? Because that's that's money, right?

Well, before I got here, I did a little social media thing, kind of similar, except it was on Mondays, and I would call it side character spotlight. Basically, it was just a way for me to put myself on social media consistently, while also like talking to different people on the independent. And so I really enjoyed doing the sidecar side character spotlight. It's been so long, I just can't say it anymore. And I feel like when I got here, obviously I didn't do that because that's not who I was anymore.

But I feel like I missed that, and I missed having to hold myself accountable to post once a week at least. And I was like, okay, so I. Traveled with a couple different ideas for Ren, and obviously here at the performance center, we have like great promo coaches, things like that that'll help you. And so I tried some things out. I had like Ren's World, and it was like a cute little sitcom almost that I would try and produce.

Very, very bad production, but I like tried that, and it didn't really stick. And so I was like Ren. Wednesday, Wednesday. I'll take that day, and it just kind of started out because I feel like the way I got onto NXT, I was just thrown in there. Like now, when people are kind of coming in, they get like teasers, they get vignettes.

If you're Zarya, you get a whole trailer, like a movie. But I didn't have any of that. They literally just saw me in the middle of the ring amongst twenty or however many other women, and. And knew my name, and at that they didn't really know my name, and so I feel like I just needed to figure out how to establish myself.

So it started off as like a Q and A, like here, let me tell you about me, because I wasn't really getting the chance to do that, and so I started just kind of. Ear wiggling it in people's ears, not their mouths. That's weird. Hold on. Pause.

And so I just kept doing it. I just kept doing it, and it seems to have kind of caught on a little bit. And I'm just going to keep doing it. Yeah, I mean they're they're great. You're really funny.

Your personality definitely shines through when when you're when you're doing those videos. I want to talk about the NQCC. But your time, yeah, I know. I'm just kidding.

Okay, we can go back. I mean, we can't. We can't erase history, Renzo. And I, I know that you wanted to be a part of that group. What did it mean for you to, you know, have that connection with those guys?

Um, honestly, I would say that's really how Ren Sinclair like. Really got into NXT. I feel like even the first couple months into NXT, I was kind of floundering. I was with Fallon, and we were like best friends, or like friends. She kind of tolerated me, I think, but I had no idea what was going on.

But I feel like with the NQCCs, like where I was able to actually like plant my roots in the ground and then start growing something out of there. I had like direction, I had meaning, I had people. To play off of, and I feel like the best part about it was that Ren Sinclair had absolutely no business being in the no quarter catch room. Like, if you see that, like on paper, that's just the silliest thing in the world. But I feel like sometimes wrestling is.

It kind of portrays life because if you saw me and Charles being friends in real life, like that just doesn't make sense either. But it's real. Like I made him be my friend the same way I made them let me in the group. Yeah, you you definitely wore them down. They they seemed like they didn't want.

And people who don't know that was Charlie Dempsey. Yeah, that was our buddies, Miles, Born, and Tavi on Heights, and they got some beef right now. Like that, but yeah, that's how she and you did. You really wore them down. They didn't really want you to be a part of.

It was like the the he man women's haters club almost. And then you you forced them to be like, no, I'm I'm with you guys. I'm hanging. That just sounds like she threw a wrench in their plans. Oh, but don't.

I did. It was a big wrench. Even to this day, I'm not sure they would say they wanted me. It's all about self branding, and if it's one thing I've picked up from you, you're really good at that. Yeah, I mean, it worked for Shack for decades.

Okay, you know, just throw his name, make his name into anything, right? And look at Bucky's. Bucky's makes everything, man. Shout out to Bucky's. Oh, I love Bucky's.

I can't believe I missed that in my Texas shout out. Yeah, I had to. I throw that allie up to you, man. Bucky's good people down there, man. Also, though, she wanted to join the crew after she saw them beat someone up.

In the parking lot, yeah, the most dangerous place, most dangerous place in the world. They murdered someone. They murdered somebody. Hey, but as long as I could get in the group, you know, I wouldn't tell nobody. Exactly, I didn't see nothing, even though it was on television.

Speaking of television, me and TJ, we like to. We're at a constant war with the IWC. Yeah, those people. Yeah, they are just savages, and they need to be reminded of the animals that they are. And we do, and we do every week, every week.

And there was a time where they tried to disrespect Total Divas, trying to act like Total Divas didn't mean a lot, right, to the women of wrestling.

Now, if I'm if I'm not mistaken, does what does Total Divas mean to Ren Sinclair? Oh, I love Total Divas. I loved. I loved reality TV growing up. I don't know why.

Maybe that's why I'm kind of confrontational nowadays. Reality TV very confrontational. Oh yes, I used to watch Total Divas. Obviously, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Bad Girls Club. avid watcher of that.

The Bad Girls Club.

Now, Rand, I won't interrupt, but man, there was nothing but violence on The Bad Girls Club. Yeah, and then in the later seasons, they were like, "Hold on, guys, maybe we should actually try and reform them." And they brought a therapist in. I was like, "What are we doing? This isn't why we watch this." Exactly.

Now it's like they they pick people just for the sole purpose. Of them fighting, let's get to scrapping, right? You know that's what we're here. Hey, it's like NXT TV, exactly.

So total divas, total divas, it meant something to Rin Sinclair. You're saying, yeah, because you didn't. I feel like it highlighted the women sometimes when the television didn't. It allowed you to get a grasp of what they actually go through. I know a lot of times in the show, like their segments got cut, their promos got cut, etc.

So you never really got to learn who they were. And I feel like that show, it felt like I was in Natty's house sometimes, like playing with her cats. Like it felt like you got to know them. Like I feel like I know some of them, and I haven't even met. Them, but I feel like it really showed people that they're people and like they're legitimate, like professional wrestlers.

Like they're in this too, even though they don't have the ball all the time.

So I feel like it was empowering, absolutely, and it just gave that that look, that peek behind the curtain. Because you know, now you guys, wrestlers, you do a lot of podcasts and things, you know, and so. It feels like we have more access to guys than we ever did. Like I'm a kid growing up, I could never, you know, see Hulk Hogan on a, you know, or see Bob Backlund or see Macho Man doing an interview, you know. But now it's like.

Today we feel like man, we were a lot closer to these wrestlers, and Total Divas kind of did that, man. It was one of the things that made it seem like, oh yeah, like I feel like I'm in on this, yeah. And because as fans, we have such a greater connection to the superstars. That whole it's still real to me. That's the real part, right?

Because I want them to succeed as people. And you definitely got fans over here.

Now we know that you're a fan just from. You know, speaking with you, so something I love to ask superstars: tell us, Ren. Tell us the time you remember where wrestling broke your heart. As a fan, man, we haven't seen this in a while. In a long time, yeah, man.

When did wrestling break apart? I feel like I remember specifically we were upstairs, and Trish and Lita were like doing this storyline where like they would wrestle, and I feel like they were kind of doing a rubber match at one point. My brother was a huge Trish Stratus fan, and I was a huge Lita fan, and I just remember like watching that match, like I was. Like I was mad, and I'm like, oh my gosh, she's gotta pull through for me. Right.

And then when she lost, like you would have thought, my brother like said the rudest thing to me. I don't even know how to explain it, but like I was so mad, not only at him, right, but at Trish Stratus. I was like, "How dare she!" Like I was so mad. Yeah, it does it to you, man. Yeah, it does it to you when you're locked in.

Oh, it hurts. It shouldn't, but it does. But it hurts.

Well, and the thing is, I feel like I still like fall for it time and time again. Like again, Endzone Big Cats are what kind of brought me into this, and just like watching them kind of. Feud, for lack of a better word, like whenever he betrayed him, and he had that one gangster tear. I was like, oh shoot, hurts. Yeah, yeah, bro.

That's that's that's what it's about. Like, still, what move do you hate to take? Yes, what move that you you know you're wrestling somebody right, and you know the finisher, and you're like, oh man, yeah. Um, I feel like when I first started, Lash is so powerful, and she is so tall. She is so so tall.

Her choke slam that she was doing at the time, oh, so tall. I feel like so tall. It was the it was the waiting. Like I went up and then I felt like it was one of those dreams, and you're just like free falling, and it's like almost to a point where you're like, please end this. I'm falling so far.

Where is the mat? Yeah, it's funny because. We get a lot of women had said taking Raquel's Fajana bomb is a move that they absolutely just hate. And more than one person said that. Yeah, superstars don't like power freefall.

Yeah, choke slams and power balls. Choke slams, power balls, and Oba's pizza toss. They hate Oba's pizza toss. That looks terrifying, right? Just like flailing in the air, just gonna chuck you in the air and spin you.

Yeah, yeah, I wouldn't even know how to. I, I. I think at that point I just hope it ended after that.

Now our number one question, I have to ask, Renn, you're—it's a situation-based question.

Okay, you're out with the girls, having a good time. Life's good, you know. If you're in Texas, probably on Sixth Street or something, you know, doing the big. Shay knows stuff about Texas. I'm obviously apparently.

I dabbled quite a bit in Texas, so but. You're out with girls having a good time, and there's a situation where you're in a bar. There's 50 ladies in there that don't really think it's Wednesday. No, they they think it's either Tuesday or Thursday. Yeah, ew.

So I need you to pick a team of you and four other superstars. To make sure that Rensday lives on, and you make it to the car, and these can be women from any era, Ren. They don't have to be today. They can any era, any era. Yeah.

Okay. Um. So then me. Yeah. Obviously.

Obviously, we gotta have Kendall in there. Yeah. That makes sense. Um. I'm gonna say jazz.

Yep. Awesome Kong! Oh yeah! Wow! Yeah, Haika.

She's gonna love hearing this. Yeah. Um, and then maybe I will throw uh one of a current current. I would put Jada Parker. She just hits on with the car, right?

Right. Or as we, I like to call her Miss Daisy. All right. Get yourself a driver. Oh, yeah.

No, yeah. Actually, get Jada in here and give her some car keys. All fifty of them out. We we we have this thing we do at the end of every single episode where you know because of a Friday thing we say goodbye to Miss Parker, and I think that started out of fear because we met her once after WrestleMania a couple years ago, and I might you know I like to be kind of funny, Rand. I might have said something maybe a little slick, which then led to her taking her earrings.

Off, like I was about to get smacked.

So she's got a knife.

So I'm, I'm always a little bit, I'm, I'm a little bit afraid of Jada. I saw her Monday after Raw. I was like, Hey, what's up? And she was like, What? And I was like, Okay, yeah.

See, like, why you gotta say what? What about hello? I'm not waiting on that one. I'm not trying to get hit by a car. Yeah, you don't want you don't want those problems.

But okay, that great insurance. This is a solid bar fight crew. We got Kendall Gray, Jazz, Awesome Kong, and Jada. I like your chances of getting home safely. Yeah, I really.

Me too. I think I'm just gonna stand back and let them do it. Actually, speaking of Kendall, you guys have a great relationship, a great friendship. Even though I think you started off, didn't you beat her in a match once? But that was.

Sure did. That was a long time ago. Just saying. What does Kendall mean to you now? Um, I feel like that's such a good question because most people don't know.

Like when I first got here, Kendall was here in the performance center before me, and she kind of welcomed me in. And I'm not used to that being in an indie wrestler. It's like mainly men around, and so girls weren't always the nicest.

So to have someone who's like, "Hey, let me show you like how things go here. Like, do you need someone to?" Ride with, it was like a a real like she's a real genuine person.

So to finally get to be able to show that on screen, I feel like people can tell that we are friends and that. The way that we support each other is genuine. It's not something that was like forced together.

So to have her as a friend outside and to have her as a friend on screen as well, and get to do these fun things with her, and even just standing out there and supporting her. It's kind of surreal because you don't really expect that. Like sometimes you hear and like wrestling, like people get put together, and then after they're like, "Oh, I didn't like that." But I feel like every time we get to work together, people have to corral us.

So I'm really excited and that I get to work with my best friend, and we get to stand out there and support each other and yell obscene things at each other in the ring. How how good is Kendall Gray? Oh, Kendall is phenomenal. I would say that she is probably the best women's wrestler. In the industry right now, in the ring, she's incredible.

It is actually insane how fast she picked this up, and the things that she does. She's like a little energizer bunny. I feel like you wind her up, and the bell rings, and she's just like ping, ping, ping, ping, ping. And then I'm like, hold on, wait, what just happened? You guys have a mutual enemy.

You know, we have probably many mutual enemies, but I think the one you're talking about is yes, yes. But you got, you know, you got to prepare for Halloween havoc. What is going through your mind with with what happened and and What do you see going to happen as you go into Halloween Havoc Saturday, October thirty first? Especially after what happened last night, you're you're in the ring, you're getting ready for Kalani to to sign something, and then she basically jumped Kendall back, beat her down, and and drugged her out to you. Then that just added fire to the fuel to the fire, I guess, right?

Yeah, I would say a hundred percent that that did. I don't know. I feel like it's kind of. It's a mixed emotion going into this match because some people will say that it is the biggest match of my career, but for me, it's not necessarily about the accolades right now. For me, I feel like it's more of someone being myself is just being pushed and pushed, and I feel like there's a track record of that through my time on NXT, where it's just like we can say whatever we want to random.

Ren's gonna take it. Ren's gonna sit there and not say anything.

So I feel like it's a culmination of everything that I've taken and the way that I feel like I've been treated and the opportunities that I haven't been given, maybe because I didn't speak up. But her, I don't know. There's just something about the fact that she injured me and I was literally out for a month. She injures Kendall. And then she does what she did last week.

Like I feel like she's playing a mental game, but I feel like what fuels her is ego, whereas what's fueling me is like emotion and passion. And so I'm going into this feeling like after everything that's happened, after everything I've done, the battle royal, beating her with the kendo stick, etc. I'm not really sure how I come out of this. I can't lose. Like I can't do anything but become the NXT Women's Championship.

Like there's too much, and there. This means too much, and the fact that I have so many people believing that I can do this, which I feel like they never did before. I feel like you would put a graphic up, and it would be like Rens and Claire versus. X, Y, and Z, and everyone in the comments is like, "Oh, Ren's losing. Oh, someone tell Ren's family to prepare her funeral arrangements." Like the fact that that's not even a conversation anymore, is like.

I don't know. It's just so surreal, but it really makes me realize how much this match means to me, and how I'm not just defending Kendall. I'm defending myself, and that just means so much more. It also shows the growth you've had. Like you, you went from the girl who was just, "Hey guys, let me in your group," to now it's like we look at you as a real contender, and that just shows your work ethic.

It shows what you've done. You know, the rank QCC. Who would have thunk it? You know, when when Charles didn't want to let you in the group, and now you are doing your thing. And I just got to say, she sold the hell out of that fight right now, right?

Yes, indeed. And now you mentioned it. You mentioned the Kendo stick. Kalani put Kendall on the shelf. You came out and you extracted a little bit of revenge for your friend.

But then something happened that really did not sit well with us at No Contest Wrestling, because we've spoken about the NXT parking lot and the dangers. We've seen people get merked out there. How many broken limbs have we seen? Oh my goodness! I mean, we've seen people get run over by cars, baseball batched fists, knees, elbows just get worked.

You did something in the ring. Yeah, yeah.

That should be the place where you handle your business, right? There's a waiver, and yet, Mister Stone, he decided to suspend you, and it was at that moment that we were like, uh, uh, we can't let this happen. Injustice! Injustice! Injustice!

No justice, no peace. Let's talk about this. Let's talk about what made you snap and beat her with the kendo stick, and then your feelings once you got suspended. Um, I feel like. Watching Kalani do everything she did, and the fact that she again put someone literally out of the ring, not medically cleared, and she just said it, and she had a smugness, and she had a smile on her face, and it was disgusting.

And I feel like every single human being has had someone like that. Every single person in Your life has had someone who just pushes you and pushes you and pushes you, and eventually, like, there's nowhere else to go. And so, I have two options: I can either be the person who continues to let people step on me. Or I can fight back, and maybe I get my butt handed to me. But I'm not gonna go down without a fight anymore.

And so I feel like that's kind of what snapped. I had to think, like, who am I if I just let her, like, literally just so smug, talk like this and say these things and expect nothing to happen. And so. Is it my fault that WWE leaves kendo sticks under the ring? No, I'm an avid watcher.

I know these. You know, we have we have one unsaid here, Ren. We have a kendo stick here just in case. Noted. Where do you keep it?

Right by my desk. Yeah, right by TJ's desk. He he surprised he surprised me one episode and pulled two candlesticks from out under the stage. Yeah, happiest day of my life. I couldn't believe I got a candlestick.

Right right right when we start the podcast, I'm like I got to give my tag team partner a gift, and I was like, what better gift than a candlestick? You know, honestly, it feels so good to use one. I don't know if you ever done that sound.

Well, I hit, I hit, I hit our producer, I hit our producer Don Bowie with it because he didn't believe that it would hurt, and I held back. He liked, but I held back. He liked, I held back. Boy, wow.

So let's the suspension though. What is Upwood's like? How could he free rev? You know, Stone used to be a wrestler. He understands what timing is when you see your partner get jumped.

I just didn't like. The fact that he suspended you, and and and you did your best to to get him to lift this. I think we even played a little part. You know, I was leaving some you know nasty comments under his pictures. But look, eventually it got done.

The suspension got lifted. All is well with the rent. Right. No, I would agree with you. The suspension definitely was unfair because, like you said, and I guess he was saying that it wasn't the fact that I attacked Kalani, it was that I hit an official.

But one, it wasn't a match. Two, why did she grab me? Like, since when have officials ever been good at stopping anything? Right. So hold on.

Yeah. Well, it just seems like favoritism right there. Yeah, and it's like the one time I do anything that's out of the norm or out of what you expect Rens and Claire to do, I get suspended. Yet I watch on a day to day, people do worse, yeah, if not like, and they get rewarded. They get PLE matches, they get championship matches, and they just got there.

But when I do it. It's suspension.

Meanwhile, tell me how that's fair.

Meanwhile, I don't know what their HR is like, but you would hear thirst trapping in office. No, for real. He's getting paid for that. What was that line? It's a problem when I do it.

It's okay when they do it. Yeah, right. Come on now. But I do is a problem. You see, we got it here wrong.

Where did you get that? Listen. All right. I don't know. I don't ask him any questions.

He just provides. Yeah, you know, because you never know. Another podcast might want to start some trouble, right?

So we got to be ready, Rand. We got. And at no contest, we don't hope. We we wish. We wish.

We wish somebody wants to wish. We come, Rand. You know what I mean? Absolutely.

Now going into this match. You are a friend of the show. We've had Kalani on before. Another friend of the show. I hate.

I hate. That's the problem. We become friends with everybody. Then we gotta watch them fight, and it hurts. But I mean, but it's it's Wednesday every day here on no contest.

We shoot every Wednesday. That's yeah, like we shoot every Wednesday.

So hopefully, it really is Wednesday. Yeah. So hopefully, we'll see that Halloween havoc turns into Halloween havoc. October thirty first, Saturday. Honestly.

W and of course on the ESPN Unlimited app and internationally you get to watch it on Netflix. Everything there's no reason not to watch this. Let me ask you, Ren? Yeah, if you weren't having this match. For the NXT Women's Championship.

If you weren't in NXT, what would Ren Sinclair? What would you be doing with your life if you weren't a wrestler? Ooh, um, I would love to be like a professional food eater or a professional food critic. A professional foodie, yeah. Like I would.

I was either thinking, like you know, like Joey Chestnut, like just eating a bunch of food like for money, or a food critic where I could just make money eating. Either way, food is involved.

So, how many water burgers would you be able to eat in, like, say, like five minutes? Like, just okay.

Well, now I feel like I don't know. Just having to be a professional wrestler, I feel like my food tolerance has gone down a lot. I can't eat as much as I used to. But like in my past, whenever Sonic would do like their fifty cent corn dogs, like I would devour those. Especially in college, fifty cents for food.

Ooh, yeah, that's the move. What college did you go to? I went to Texas State University.

Okay, all right, now now say Texas.

So, all right, all right, last one. Give me a quick ranking. Last one, yeah. Of give me a quick ranking of of Bucky's Whataburger, H E B. Yeah, that's it.

Yeah, give me, give me, give me those. We do this game called Start Bench Cut.

So you start one, you bench one, and you cut one. Which are they now? Bunkie's H E B and Waterburn. Wow.

Okay, so obviously we have to start H E B because no one does more than my H E B. Yeah, she liked the sushi there too. Oh, okay, sushi Wednesday. To do research, bench. I would bench.

Ooh, this is hard. Unfortunately, I would have to bench Bucky's and cut Whataburger, only because. Once I think like Chicago took over Whataburger. It's different. It's different.

I knew. See, see, I knew that's nasty. Not the same. Yes, we got we got the nasty version. And it just depends, like when you go, also, and what location, because some of them make it with love and with their whole hearts, but some of them don't.

H E B and Bucky's, you get variety too. Like you get. How do you know so much about H E B? You you live down there, man. T J, please, please.

Sorry, sorry about that, Ren. This has been amazing.

So, Ren. Oh, I got one. Of course, another thing.

So, Ren. Now that you did this, you were already part of the family, but now you were officially NCW. Oh, yeah, she got the keys. And when you're NCW, you're NCW. For life, right?

So that means whenever you come to Los Angeles, you know we'll tell you where the spare key is. You come on in the house, help yourself to whatever's in the fridge, put your feet on the couch. You know what I'm saying? We'll have some in and out waiting for you, and it'll be great. But there's something else in in the in the garage.

We got a little something. We don't tell everybody this. Just our special friends. We have a DeLorean, okay, and it's a time machine. Believe it or not, Marty McFly.

You know, like I said, don't tell everybody. But here's what we're gonna do: we're gonna give you the keys to this DeLorean, right? Because today is Back to the Future Day, October 21st, on Wednesday. On Wednesday. On a Wednesday.

By the way, so give you the keys to this DeLorean, Ren, and your mission is you get to travel back in time. Either stay there, you bring them back, but we want you to give us five. Five opponents that you would have a dream WrestleMania main event with. You get to go back and grab them from any era, any point in time, but it's someone that you think that you'd have an amazing WrestleMania main event with. Amazing.

Okay, so first, I feel like I obviously have to say Jazz for reasons prior discussed. Ooh, I'm assuming like. Yes. Who told you? Do you also have a mind reading machine?

I feel like I'm gonna throw back a little bit. I feel like someone who was underrated a little bit was Medusa. I feel like she doesn't get her flowers enough. That's a great one. Thank you.

Um, let's see. Ooh, this is hard. And by the way, I want to feel. I want you to feel pressured that I said Lita because she might not be. She was going to say Lita.

You want me to feel pressured? You just told me I have a time machine. But no pressure. Great movie. Um, let's see.

I would have loved to have worked with Mako Satomura. Um, I would have loved to have worked with her. Um, and then I, let's see, um, this is hard. I feel like if I want to choose a modern day, I feel like everyone says Ria, so I don't want to say that. Even though I would, I would say my.

Chelsea Green. Oh, really? I was just about to say Chelsea Green. Her working with Chelsea Green makes so much sense, just from like her personality and just like absolutely, absolutely, Ren.

So we have Ren Sinclair WrestleMania dream matches against Jazz, Lita, Medusa, Mako Setamora, and Chelsea Green. Yeah, Chelsea hate heights, by the way.

So, by you saying "make a," that tells me that you're really in the game. Like this isn't like ball nowhere. You know ball. You know you definitely know ball.

So, Ren Sinclair, this has been amazing. Thank you for all the time you've given us. Good luck as you go into Halloween Havoc, which will be Halloween Havoc, October 31st on the CW and the ESPN Unlimited app, 4 p.m. Pacific, 7 p.m. Eastern.

Good luck. Thank you for being here, and you are always welcome at the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. Yes, indeed. Okay, no take backs. We wouldn't dream.

Every day's Rensday. You know we're not. Every day's Rensday. Bring your Rendo stick. Oh, let's see it.

Let's see it. Come on now. Go and buy your Ren merch. Yeah, Ren merch, everybody. And Ren retrust.

All right, I'll order it today. Yeah, absolutely. You know what I'm saying? All right, well, good luck with everything, Ren. This.

Has been a pleasure. Like I said, you've been you've been one of our favorites here recently, and this was a lot of fun. As of today, oh, recently, oh, as of about a year ago, yeah, yeah. You can go back. You can go back.

See old episodes. He been he been talking about. It's not a game. It's not a game, Ray. Thank you so much for your time.

All right, thank you. Thank you guys. I thought we'll throw it up before you go, y'all. Rinsing, what a like, what a doll. She's amazing, man.

She man, just funny, a lot of personality. Like I said, her being funny was what made me go. I'm really million dollars smile by the way. Yeah, but like in the ring, like I said, I've watched her improve. It's like what I told Live Morgan.

Remember last year where I met the Live Morgan? When you first started, I wasn't a big Live Morgan fan, and she said to me, "What made you change your mind?" Which was wild. Like, and I was like, "Cause I saw, I witnessed every week, every month, every year you getting better and better and better." Yeah. Same thing with Red Nile, and now Kalani is a big hill to overcome. Yeah.

The way, Hall of Red Havoc. Come on, Hall of Red Havoc. But it might be time because Kalani has done Kalani Jordan has done everything. She looking the the lady OG over there, right? She's done everything there is to do there.

She with the TNA won their title.

Now NXT, I think it might be time for Kalani to get that call. Hopefully, it is, man, because she's. Obviously, Shawn Michaels has a lot of faith in her. Making you know, she was the first North American champion, right? Yeah.

Like I said, TNA World Champion. She's just she's done it all, and I think it's time for her. And it might be she's like heel work, heel work, and it might be time for her to to pass that that title over to Ren and then get called up. Yeah, and congratulations to Kalani and Carmelo. They just got married last week.

Right, that was awesome. You know, he's a Celtics fan. Yeah, well, you know, I'm okay with you getting that some black love. I love to see it. Yeah, but yeah, that was that was that was dope to see that.

So. Congratulations to those too, and yeah, it might be, it might be, it might be Ren's time, and it might be. I think it is time for Kalani to make that move. I'll let Ren have it. Come on, get the merch going.

If we see the shirt, you know, right, right. But then that say that leads me to believe, just looking down the the NXT line, that kind of feel. If I am hoping that we don't get the. Kendall Ren split right now because it could very because that's what they love to do. You get a team together and then you love to split them.

Hopefully they let this play out a little bit, but ultimately might might get a little little. You remember Lyra and Bailey when they were both were going, you know, it's like okay, yeah, you you you got the title, not the Intercontinental, you know, might be might be interesting, but all I know is we gonna be watching NXT. Oh, for sure, y'all need to start watching NXT. It's good stuff over there. All right, we promise, and especially this Saturday, October 31st, Halloween Havoc, where you will see our guest, Halloween Havoc, Saturday, October 31st, on the CW, on the CW, ESPN Unlimited app.

You know what to do by now. Yeah, if you're not, welcome to wrestling.

Now, speaking of promises. If I'm not mistaken, last week I asked something of you, brother. You did. Let them know what you did. I asked for T.J.'s top wrestling nipple babies.

Now I asked for ten, but you, sir, are a giver. Yeah, I'm a giver. You know. Trying to make, and I had this list like I said, second generation wrestlers. Yeah, but because you wanted the Nepo baby, you know, because because Nepo babies, Nepo babies up by a billion.

And the thing about wrestling is, wrestling wouldn't be where it is without the second generation wrestlers. What I'm saying, third generation. That's what I'm saying. The Nepo baby.

So what I decided to do is, I decided to make a list. I was going to have a top ten, but it was so hard to cut down. I decided it's my list. I could do what I want. Yeah, it's my.

My name, right there. God gave you free will. Here we gonna go. Here we go. I'm gonna give you TJ's top 15 favorite Nippo baby wrestlers.

All right, and I'm gonna tell you right this: there's 15 spots, but there's more than 15 because some are families, and I couldn't break them. How about that? How about that? Coming at number 15, one of the Steiners. We have Braun Breaker, friend of the show, and number 14, son of Ray Mysterio.

Even though he doesn't like to claim it, yeah, Dirty Dominic Mysterio or Eddie Guerrero.

Well, don't. Get ahead of yourself now. And number thirteen, one of my favorites from back in the day. She still is Paige. You know she comes from wrestling with my family.

We know she comes from a wrestling family. At number twelve, we have Terry Funk, Dory Funk Jr., the Funks. Oh yeah, both of them former NWA World Heavyweight Champions. Of course, Terry Funk. Terry Funk always gets shouts out on the show.

Of course, and he was also. In well, he's done a lot of movies, Terry. But in particular, Roadhouse. You know, he was in Roadhouse. I love that.

Just put that out. And number eleven, we got my guy. We mentioned. I think this was the reason you came up with this idea because I said how much I loved Barry Wyndham and Mike Rotundo.

So I'm putting in Bray Wyatt, son of Mike Rotundo, AKIRS. He's at number eleven. At number ten, I put him at ten, but in terms of favorite, he's probably lower on the list.

So. Would be lower, but I put him here, and that is Eddie Guerrero.

Now I'm gonna say this: he probably should be lower, but I put him at ten. No disrespect, because a father of Don, but yeah, Eddie, the great Eddie Guerrero at ten. At nine, I have the Von Ericks because there are too many. We have Kevin, Kerry, David, Mike. You know, all of them except Kevin passed away now.

But I was a huge Kerry Von Erich fan when I was younger. He was probably my favorite. But yeah, man, the Von Ericks, I got them there at number nine. At number eight, we throw in the Hearts. We got Brad Hart, Owen Hart.

Natalya Hart. Oh, that's controversial. People, people already their their thumbs are twitching right now. Yeah, and it's probably a little low. But like I said, as long as you're on the list, yeah, your actual number doesn't matter.

It's that you made the list.

Well, we got the hearts in there, and at number seven, Charlotte Flair. Whoa. Yes, that's my dog. At number six, at number six, yeah, Randy Orton. Oh, come on, man!

You hear voices? I hear voices. Let's hear out the son of cowboy Bob Orton, of course you know from WrestleMania. Absolutely.

And now we got the five. At number five, they're two brothers. I couldn't really separate them, so I already told you I'm putting together. That is Dusty Rhodes' sons. Yeah, Dustin Rhodes and the American Nightmare.

Kody Rhodes, I got the Rhodes in at number five, and number four, this guy doesn't get talked about enough. He's one of the greatest of all time. He's the second generation wrestler that is Mister Perfect, Kurt Henning. All right, at number three, like I said, this is where I cheated again. Come on, baby, I got the bloodline.

Roman, Jimmy, J, Solo, Jacob. I couldn't break them up. I had to leave them all together. I got them at three. At number two, oh yeah, brother, freako, freako.

Yeah, I'm talking to you. Ricky, Dragon, Steve, yeah, it's the Macho Man, Randy Savage, yeah, and I'm here in no contest wrestling, brother, and I'm talking to you, O'Shea Jackson Jr., the guy with the big guns, yeah, yeah, freak out, freak out, dig it, yeah, and at number one, my number one, top Nephew baby in the history of professional wrestling, I got one word to say, and that one word is if. I got the Rock, Dwayne Johnson, son of, you know, the Soul Man Rocky Johnson, grandson of the High Chief Peter Maivia. I got the Rock at number one, and that is TJ's top fifteen. Favorite Nippo baby wrestlers.

Do what you want to do in the comments. Let me know who makes yours. Like I said, the order, the number, you know, they can be moved around. But like, I feel solid about about these names that I mentioned. Absolutely, man.

Like, I can't believe he didn't say the. I can't believe he didn't mention the. These guys don't know what they're talking about. Hey, it's gonna come, and you know that's when you know. Whenever you do these lists, obviously you're gonna open yourself up to comment.

But like I said, man, bring bring it and tell me your list. Just tell me I was wrong. Give me your list. But you know, I like the list. I'm pretty happy with it.

Absolutely, man. And and I mean, you delivered. Thank you. You delivered. TJ the Almanac and his list of nepo baby earthlers.

Come on, dog. That was crazy. Listen, I was like, all right, come on, bloodline. What would you have done if I didn't have him in there? I would have flipped out.

I would have flipped out. I'm already waiting for people to get on you about no McMahon being in there. Yeah, but like. I see why the the list that you have is the list that you have, but like a top twenty would have that bloodline wasn't there. I've been like the propaganda is at work.

Is at work. By the way, on shout out to our friends over at Two K and WWE Two K. They did this collab with Street Fighter where certain wrestlers come out as certain Street Fighter characters. You get Bianca Belair as Cammy. You get a Rey Mysterio as Ryu.

Um, and then they released some. Other ones. Oh, you you get Ultimate Warrior as Blanca, the like you know, yeah. But dude, they got The Rock as Bison, oh the the villain. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

They got Final Boss Rock as Bison. Correct. Yeah, that's what's up. I'm uh I'm pumped. Can't you tell?

Yeah, I know you're looking forward to Street Fighter. Dog, I uh. And don't act like I didn't talk about Robert Reins about some films as well as you should. You shot your shot, dog. You, but it was a good show.

Yeah, it was a great show. By the way, I got to show off the shirt again just so people see it because you know, hi, Dad. But whenever I look at like stuff like that, I'm just like. That was him around my age or stuff, and that's just crazy. Nah, he was younger than you.

No, for sure that that. But like when I just look at younger version of my dad, I'm just like, isn't that crazy? Like most of us born before, say, let's just say 1990, right? Yeah. Taking pictures, you know, not everybody did.

Very few people had video cameras. I've only seen a few pictures of my mother under the age of, you know, like twenty five.

So it must be crazy for you to be able to like to to see your parents young, man. Like that must be a trip. It hold on. Let me just get let me let me fact check this. Let me fact check this.

But yeah, it trips me out that like number one, my daughters. Like her, her kids are gonna have video proof of her from day one. That's insane. Like, and then when I think about my dad, War and Peace. All right, War and Peace, the the double disc, and not that, not the novel, the ice cube double disc.

Yeah, he was twenty nine. Oh, really? That trips me out. That was what five albums in already, dude. That, but like, just like by the piece album, he's thirty.

I'm thirty five right now. That trips me out, dude. Because I remember when those albums came out, and like to think about myself now, like it's it's just insane. It drives me. And I think I told you, like I said, obviously I'm older than you, but buying your dad's CDs, I can tell you the first four Ice Cube.

CDs I'd ever bought. I bought them twice, and not so much because I loved ice cream so much. I did obviously, but because somebody jacked each and every one. Like I had to buy them twice. America's most like I had that for like a month.

Somebody came in my dorm room, I think, and stole it. Yeah. So I've had each of your dad. That is a true story. I bought them twice.

It's the first for because people love Ice Cube, I guess, and decided I appreciate it. We appreciate you doing it. I appreciate you doing it. But yeah, man, that is just it's just it's just wild. It's just wild to think of my dad, young.

At all, let alone just like you know, being there piece by piece. You know what? Wait, but let's keep it real. Since we're going here, like I know this isn't wrestling talk. This is our side.

But what your pops did in those first twenty nine years? Yeah, like come and then to have it. Because I feel like my dad just did rap. He'd be a different guy. For him to branch off into storytelling with movies.

I just, I just don't think anybody was doing it like that. No, and like I said, by the time War and Peace came out, it was almost like hip hop rap was his second thing because he'd already now he'd already started the movie journey by that point, right?

So it was just like, all right, now he's doing yeah both of these things. And there are times, man, I'll listen to your dad and I'll sit there and pause a song, like sometimes I want to like have you ask him, how did you think to write it? Like, how did these words? Like, what? Wow!

Yeah, what happened? What happened? You know what else was another little fact? Tripped me out. What's that?

That's how young my dad was when he started.

So what? Seventeen. Jay Z's older than my dad. Yeah, your dad's only or or wait or my dad might be older than him by a couple months or something like that. But it's like your dad's only like fifty six.

Fifty six. Yeah, trips me up. He put he put a lot. Into those years, but like yeah, him him and Jay Z are like crazy close to age, and I'm like, damn, you started off. He was like, yeah, I was 16.

Like that's nuts, dude. It's insane. And by the way, he's 16, 17, writing. You know, he's still in high school. At the police, yeah.

Like then having to go do social studies. That is amazing. What about the Tigris and Euphrates and shit? But here's something funny. Before we leave, that I found out, I've listened to the song "What Can I Do" by your dad.

When I tell you I've heard that song throughout my lifetime, I don't know. Three hundred times. It might be underplaying the amount of times that I've heard that song. But I'm getting ready for work the other day, and the song's playing, and I'm singing along in my head as I'm putting on my socks. And it gets to a point where your dad goes, "Lawyer got paid, plead no contest." Yeah, no contest.

And everything I heard, own got repossessed, and I went, "No, wait a second." And I went back and had to scroll back, and he's like, "No contest." And I was like, "It was because people was joking, like we should get a theme song and stuff." But I was like, "That has been right there in front of us all this time." I I rap that song. Since we've been doing this show, and it never hit me until two weeks ago that it's like, wait a minute, he just said no contest, no contest. Yeah, we gotta we gotta mix that in, like old school, like how like my my dad. This is a random conversation, but my dad when uh like back in the day when his young stuff like. It was not a lot of hooks.

It's a lot of scratches and like, you know, just like the beat building and stuff like that. And I wonder if he should bring that style back to a new age of rap, where it's just like not hooks, but just like he would have a bunch of like sound bites and like scratches behind the music. Like, um, I mean, check yourself. Don't really have a hook.

Okay, like it's like it's it's anyway, it's a science behind it. My my thought process is just mixed up because now I'm excited. But oh yeah, Jay Z, he's six months older than Jay Z, and I would have never thought like they'd be that close in age because like when Jay Z like came out, Jay Z was young too when he started. Yeah, so it was just like. Tripped me out how close they were.

I was just think my dad would just be way older. By the way, I want to ask you something. Though Jay Z is coming up, SoFi Friday, Saturday. Any chance there might be a huge appearance? I mean, yeah, man, I don't know, but I I had to find out about last Friday through the internet.

Tell me about this real quick. What do you mean you had to find out? I mean, like me and my dad when we talk, we never talk about work.

So like I be finding out like about work. Through the internet, like everybody else, like when we did Fanatics Fest, yeah, right, right. Fanatics Fest, I was like, yeah, I'm going to Fanatics Fest, and he was like, all right, cool. And then like the next week, he was like, hey, I need you to stop by the house. You know, your mom need help with.

I said, Dad, I'm going to New York. I'm going with you, right? Oh, you, where you going? Fanatics Fest. Oh, all right, dope.

Go to Fanatics Fest. Go to New York. All right, same hotel. We're in the same hotel. He leaves to go to Fanatics Fest.

Doesn't think to like tell me or nothing. I'm all mine. He kicking it with Aiden Ross and Tom Brady and like. Oh my God! Like you're still in the room.

Yo, yeah. Just I don't know. It's just us. We're weird. I can testify to this.

There was a point. This was probably 2017 where. Your dad was on the Rich Eisen show. He's in the green room, and then you came walking in the green room, and neither one of you knew the other was going to be.

So you, we're here at the same, and I and I witnessed this firsthand. Yep. Him look at you, go, "What you doing here?" Yeah. And you are like, "What are you doing? You doing here?" It's crazy.

I was like, "You guys saying, you know, you know, okay, I don't know, man. It's because I don't know. I don't know. We just don't be Ice Cube and Don Shirley Jackson Jr. When we were around each other, because that's Ice Cube." Yeah, but you ain't you ain't really worried about ice cube.
