What propels you? Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another Wednesday episode of the No Contest Wrestling Podcast.

I am the heel that you love to hit, O Shea Jackson Jr., aka Pettiguerro, but today I am Shin Shay Nakamura. I got him out. I'm looking at him out. Hey, yo, it's me. It's me.

It's the TOO, the J-I-D-G, Tut. Great. TJ Jefferson. Yeah. And TJ, we are at episode one.

Oh, one. I'm sorry if I'm talking a little fast. I'm trying to keep this episode short. But anyway, so TJ, what's going on, man?

Well, I don't want to go too long here. Yeah, no, no, no. Don't go too long. I don't want to go too long. Yeah.

But man, what a great interview we had last week with the man, Becky Lynch. That was so much fun. I wanted to thank her again for giving us her time and just getting to know the man a little bit. Yeah, you know, and we know that we didn't take, we didn't go into her matches or anything like that. But that's the thing about our show is that we like to get to know the person a little bit.

And, you know, especially in today's wrestling when. Back in the day, you know, they were these figures. They were these characters. Very guarded. Yeah, very guarded, you know, with Kayfabe.

But now that we are in a new age of wrestling where Kayfabe is, you know, the lines are a little blurred a little bit. It's good for their personal brands and them as people because it lets you know as an audience who you're really rooting for beyond the character, whether they're good or bad. You fall in love with them. And we use our platform to make sure people do that. And so, you know, it was a nice, nice conversation we had with Becky Lynch for sure.

But on a sad note, the wrestling world lost some people this week. Yes. You know, we definitely want to just send our condolences to the families and friends of the superstar Bill Dundee, who's someone I was a little kid growing up watching in like the 80s. In the 90s, I knew Bill Dundee watched him. But more recently, Andy Williams, aka the butcher from The Butcher and The Blade and AEW, he passed away, unfortunately, in an in-ring incident.

Yeah. Man, the amount of love. that the butcher has been shown. on social media is beautiful. It truly is, right?

I had a very limited knowledge of Andy. You know, I just knew him from AEW. I knew he was in a band, but I wasn't familiar with their music. But I knew, you know, he was a rocker. But I also knew that people really liked him.

I didn't know how much people liked him until this just tragic incident happened. But people coming out and just showing so much love for him, it was really beautiful to see. Yeah. And, you know, we've spoke about it before, but I said to my dad. With straight out of Compton, it was great for him to receive his flowers while he could still smell them.

And you know, it's beautiful, all these these tributes and And you know, everyone speaking about you after you're gone, but it's also, it should spark something in people to make sure you appreciate. Or let These stars know how much they are appreciated while they're still here. Of course, with Butcher is a freak accident. You don't you you hate you hate that it His life was taken away, which you feel like was shorter than what. He probably should have.

But you know he's a warrior of the squared circle. Rest in peace to him and to Dundee. Was there anyone else? Oh, man. Cody's dog, Pharaoh Pass.

Pharaoh. Pharaoh Pass.

So. Man, you know, I don't have dogs, but I understand how that works. I understand the way people love their dogs. And seeing Pharaoh, you know, from the original all-in to all of Cody's social media to always seeing the pictures of him with his daughter, Liberty. You knew Cody really.

Cody and Brandy and Lib loved this dog.

So we just want to send our condolences to the family and friends of superstar Bill Dundee and the butcher and, of course, the Rhodes family for losing their dog, man. Absolutely. We need like a bell or something in here for whatever this passage. That'd be nice. You know, we're 100 episodes in.

We're trying to think of new things to make, you know, to spicing things up around here. There's been talks about us even. Getting our own channel. The whispers, the whispers out there. People have been clamoring for that.

Yeah, but we need all y'all to go up there and subscribe when it gets on, all right? Because it's going to be bare around there, you know? But yeah, also, last week, as you guys know, I'm on the Rich Eisen show, so during the days I. pretty much have a day job where I'm Working on the Eisen show, but you had the opportunity to speak with someone on your own because I couldn't participate.

So let's let him know a little bit what we got coming up. Yes, today on the No Contest Wrestling Podcast, you will hear an interview that I conducted, Solo Dolo. With uh But the dad housing. That's right, folks. He uh It didn't get as wild as you would think it was, but it was a great interview that's going to be coming up for you guys later on today.

And yeah, Dan Houser taking the world by storm, dude. That's me. Who would have thought besides him? That's what's up. I'm looking forward because I didn't watch it yet.

Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You could watch your own show. That's right. That's right.

Look at you. What else can we talk about? Let's talk about Ross since it just happened. You're Saturday night's main event, return of no contest wrestling family member, Big Bronson Reed. Yeah, he came back and medium Bronson Reed.

The funny thing is, we've been social media. We've been watching his social media, so we've seen the transformation, we've seen the work that he's put in throughout the last six months. But then, just to fully see him back in the ring, you can definitely tell a more lean version, but still is vicious. The Tim Tam terrorizer is now a Vegemite villain. That's a little Australia joke for y'all.

The tsunamis are still with the hard hurt. It still looks like a hurt. Still look like it. But it was so funny because after watching still guest record holder, Oba Femi, watching him take all those tsunamis, all I kept thinking was. He's probably taken The lightest tsunami we've ever seen.

Oh, absolutely. It honestly might not be that bad. It's probably why he could get up. You know, Seth was sitting there like, really? Seth got him at his full, probably 340.

You know, it was probably the easiest tsunamis anyone's taken in the WWE. Yeah, so we saw that Saturday night's main event. We had who's going to be the man, I guess, essentially in WWE. You know, it goes back to the IWC, right? Because if you're going to be a hater, then you're going to hate.

I've seen people say that Braun against Oboe wasn't a good match. I thought it was fun, man. It wasn't a five-star classic. But was it fun? It's the beginning of a few.

Yeah, and I thought they did a great job. Yeah, man. I mean, I was entertaining. We know going in, chances are, and we know this as wrestling fans, this is what I be talking about when they ask me why I get so upset is because I get upset when y'all act like y'all don't know. If you're going into a match and it's the beginning of a feud, And you know that this match ain't about to be the end-all-be-all because it's the beginning of a feud.

And you go in thinking, neither guy can really lose this one right now. Story-wise, character-wise, it'd be bad if either one took this loss. Chances are, neither of them is going to take the loss. And we like. It's right there.

And if you're mad, like, oh, it shouldn't be so obvious. You've been watching wrestling your whole life. I'm sorry that you think of some stuff sometimes. And, like, there's just, you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Okay. What are you going to do? Make it rounder? It's just what it is. And I was entertained.

It was exactly what I needed. And it was great to see. Wow, am I really going to say that? The vision back? I hated the vision, but I hated Seth's vision.

I don't know. I really don't know what's going on with the vision because right now, Raw is in a spot where. You got The bloodline doing their thing, and then they're mad at this, you know, this LA Knight group, and now Royce Keys got this super powered group, and now the vision are back to being a superpowered group. And the judgment day is still there doing their thing, and everybody's just so stacked right now.

Somebody's got to not eat.

So who's going to be the person not eating? And with the vision, There's this new thing where Paul Heyman not really giving Breaker his props. Everybody else getting passed on the back except him. And I mean, he saw Bronson Reed and he hugged him like my son. You know, like got all of that.

You haven't done that in a while.

So, like. I, as a fan, I am intrigued. I'm going to watch every week. But then in my fantasy booker mode, I'm like Where we gonna go with all these people? It's crazy around here right now.

And I guess he could have worse problems. Yeah, everything you said sounded like a great problem to have, dog. Yeah, I mean, I guess. You got too much talent. And are you about to write Uber off?

Why do you keep getting OBA beat up?

Well, here's the thing about the Oba thing. I think it goes without saying we're Oba is number one fans here, right? But as a wrestling fan, as someone who's watched wrestling, believe it or not, there are people out there that think I don't like wrestling, but that can't be further from the truth. I study wrestling. I watch wrestling.

I go back in the crates. Like this weekend, I was watching Bob Backlund versus Greg the Hammer Valentine from 1979. You weren't watching Bob Backlund versus Greg the Hammer, I promise. But. Thing about Oba, what I didn't like, when you get that type of beatdown at the hands of the vision, right?

When you've got a returning Bronson Reed, who, by the way, You have to put some credibility on Bronx's name because he beat Roman. Those victories don't just get handed out like Halloween candy, right? No. You beat Roman Reigns. You jacked Roman Reigns' shoes off his feet, dog.

Like, we can never forget that you deboed this man, right? In fact. I think he still owe you one. Yeah. So therefore, we can never discount Bronson Reed.

Him coming back has to be a major storyline because you let him go over your biggest star. Therefore, he has a cachet, he has some credibility that you cannot waste.

So to have him come back. Tsunami, tsunami, tsunami, Oba. Even though Oba right now, he's on top. He's beat Brock Lesnar. He's got things going his way.

When Oba came out to the ring on Monday, Like nothing was wrong. I know we had a little tape up, but that felt very John Cena-ish to me in the sense of. John Cena would get Smashed on the PLE pay-per-view on a Sunday by Great Khali or Umaga, or as Stephen Rega calls him, Umanga. And then on Monday, he would come right out. Like there was nothing like nothing ever happened.

And to me, that always took a little bit of credibility away from the person who did the damage. If Oba comes out struggling to walk. And him still going out there to whoop somebody's ass. That's more believable than him smushing Petey Williams in the face, which was amazing. My God.

Right? And people who's trying to do my job. Can I tell you, you know what? Here's an aside. I'm going to get petty.

Oh. I'm going to get petty. The other week I said about how I didn't like the fact that it seemed like people like the pod, but our numbers aren't where I feel they should be. There's people on social media who have 100,000. As you know, managing maintenance, repair, and operations is never easy.

Who talk wrestling and don't know who P. D. Williams is. I'm not saying you should know every old school wrestler, but my goodness, man, if you're gonna have a platform that that many people are following you and you don't. know some of these people, it just kind of makes me sit back and go, The f You know, but anyway, point being: if Oba comes out and he's struggling a little bit to get to that ring.

But ain't nothing stopping him. And then that happens. To me, it's far more believable and credible for Bronson, but because he comes running out like nothing was wrong. I just think someone in backstage should have been like, I think you should do this instead of doing it this way. And that's not coming from a place of Oba hate, because you know we love Oba.

So all I'm going to say is. Obut got the lightest tsunamis there've ever been in WWE, bro. Maybe he can survive that first night.

Now after this last night, okay, you can be a little humble. And also, how annoying. The only place that didn't get to do the overstrut is where he went to college. Right. Alabama.

Alabama, right? They didn't even play his music. But I'm glad. Because how many, another thing that kind of hurts me: how many times have you seen somebody? There's a Beef going, someone's in the ring, and now someone's coming out, and they want to get them some, but their music will hit, and they'll do their yeah, they're doing your if he would have come out with the music, I would have been like, No.

Yeah, definitely. That was not the time for the music. That was not the time for the strut. That was the time to come and get some. But my only caution was he should have been made to look like what happened the night before was a little bit more devastating.

Like I said, the ribs and everything were taped. That was great. Listen, man. Just my thought is someone who doesn't really like wrestling that much. Listen, if Bronze Impic wasn't so light and ass, you know, maybe he'd be hurt.

But, like, you know, Bronson Reed been putting in, you know, getting a little, you know, the shirts is fitting nice. Yeah, man. That's not me, a little light. That's all. But still devastating.

Yeah, I mean, I don't want it. Man, still 280. It's an extra medium. It's not a medium. No, extra medium.

Extra medium. Really small. But, but yeah, so now we. Hold on. Can I just say a little shade?

Yeah. Little thought. This is gonna go off the rails. All right, so extraordinary, right? The word extraordinary.

is just extraordinary. That's like extra medium. It should not mean like it is like beyond. It's just, it's just extraordinary. Yeah, so that means extraordinary is like extraordinary, but it's just extraordinary.

Okay. Like extra medium. That is the extra medium of words. And that. Was a little off the rails with O'Shea Jackson Jr.

Now, back to our regular schedule program. See, I always call extra medium is like a kind of a diss to like it's not a small, but you're just an extra medium. That's how I've always tended to this is extraordinary, it's not ordinary, it's just a little extraordinary, but I see what you're saying and. Speaking of happy, because I know we weren't speaking of happy. Yeah.

Have you seen Braun Breaker happier than he was? To have Bronson Reed back. Braun's been mad for a few months, walking around with just the angry face. And now his brother came back. And his Smash Bros.

Right, and he was so happy. It was so happy to see him. Thank God. This is what I'm going to do. My boy is back.

But yeah, it's going to be interesting to see where it goes. We don't know what the Heyman situation is. I think it's easy to say Heyman's going to side with Oba. I don't. And by the way, it's completely plausible because think about the people.

Remember when Brock was at his peak? Paul left him for the big show. You know, so but I just don't think. Respectfully, because who doesn't need Paul Heyman? I don't think Braun needs Paul Heyman.

Yeah, Oba could talk. Yeah. Oba Oba could talk. You know, Oba, bro, he's had some promos that light some fire on the crowd. Definitely.

So, yeah, it would just be like, you know, what is Paul there to do? Because Paul's upset about something. Right. And then, like, also. Then you start looking around like Paul, How many X's you got around here, bro?

Like, man, you have a tournament.

So, I don't know if it's needed. We'll see where it goes. I just think, I just felt like after everything he went through, I should not see Oba on my TV. For at least two weeks, Like, if you want to sell it, right? Yeah, he got, bro, you got jumped twice by five.

It took what, four, five, four of them to put it away.

So, like, man, you know, uh, well, three, really, because Logan can't. No matter how beat up I am. Don't you put your foot on me, dog? No, no, that. Don't you put your foot on me, bro?

And who'd you think you would? Hold on. That elbow that knocked Brunson's foot off his back. That looked personal. Hold on, dog.

I get it. I get it. But I got to look out for Femi. All right, I'm a feminist. You know, and people are saying, well, he did it to Brock.

Well, Brock told him to send it to sell it. Yeah. So I guess there's an unwritten rule. You know, all these sports, all these acts have their unwritten rules. I guess you don't do that.

You don't put your phone on somebody without clearing it. You're happy to be back. But, you know, it ain't. Are you happy to be back? But it also looked like you could sell it to the point where, like, You know, Oba's still fighting.

Oh, yeah, you was hella. You was still fighting. You know what I saw? Don't you put your foot on me, dog. Aye.

So Vision's back together and they say they run WWE. But the thing is, you've had the judgment day for like the last four years saying that they run WWE. How can both of you run WWE? It's like we're at some point. You two facts are going to have to get it on.

I'm going to tell you right now. You can't run WWE. I'm going to tell you right now. Maybe. Uh Old school Judgment Day.

Nothing. This is Judgment Day. They better not want no problems from the vision. Are you kidding? They're so light in the ass right now.

Well, I don't know. I mean, you got Dom, you got JD. That's it. But what if the ladies? The vision ladies who are kind of jump Maxine every week.

That's what I'm saying. Maxine better watch her back. Just get up by Roxy and live. You don't want Roxy up there like doing the windmill punches, which I love. It's my favorite.

Bro, why are they even mad at her? What's that? Love, this is like Judgment Day right now. Like, maybe when it was like Damian Priest. Fancy.

Revito, Dom, like all right. And sometimes our truth.

Well, Rhea, Ria. Oh, no, yeah, that that was a different judgment day. But like, right now, Judgment Day, bro, y'all because they're not showing dirty dawn the love that we feel. No, Dawn was as hot as it can get. I don't.

And he's still the triple I champion. Yeah, yeah, exactly. I don't think he's long for that belt either, though. Yeah, that was that on September 11th.

So I think that one might be gone.

So, yeah, they either got a. I don't know. Add some members to the judges. This is what I'm saying. And now they've added like two big ass groups that they got to kindle their fire.

But don't you find it funny though that those two never that's never come up? Like, dude, I don't know. You're saying you're running it. We're saying we're running it, but yeah, we ain't never. Yeah, right.

Because we know. Come on, Dog. We know. We know who really run out of crowd here. Come on now.

Oh, and they look in trouble right there. Yeah. Uh um Do we know why A Royce Keys group is a bunch of numbers. Probably an area code. I would imagine, yeah.

What is it? 946, 946. Let me look this. Yeah, something. Uh.

Yeah, they they uh They for sure are super saiyan crime time. They are. Uh big dudes. Big dudes. Royce Keys looks like.

I wish they introduced him like this. Right. I wish they introduced him in this manner. Uh because it is uh He looked menacing. Yeah.

He looked like a problem. He looked like somebody you don't want to mess with. Yeah. He looked a little off. Yeah.

But I get it because you come in, you're trying to change maybe your outlook on wrestling and life. You find people that you think rock with you, and then you get jumped. And yeah, no one comes out to help you. Yeah. And now, okay, well, now I got to go back to what I know.

Yeah, and I saw people on like, why is he mad at solo? What you mean? What do you mean? Almost died. Nobody came out to help you.

Did you not see me coughing up blood? Yeah. And, you know, everybody not. It's a good look for him. The one thing I had an issue with Homie.

You're pouring gas on the escalate. You only poured gas in the front seat. You only like you they only showed you pouring gas on the front seat. He throwed a lighter, whole back seat on fire. You're looking way too deep.

It just was so like, it was like. Because how do you know they didn't pour it in the back before the camera came to him? Because, dog, you saw him from the beginning. And I was like, I definitely saw you pour it in the front seat. But also, he can't get the back seat wet because it's not really gas.

So it's a weird, it's a weird thing. Yeah, I kind of like that. You were. Yeah. Oh, the guy in movies is looking at special effects.

Yes. In a sense that you're looking too deeply in it, and I'll tell you why. Because We know the Usos ain't from Alabama, right?

Okay. We know most of these people aren't from the cities that they're wrestling. Yes or no? Yeah. So anytime something happens with someone's car gets damaged, why do I care?

I don't live, this is not my whip. And this is the second time they've done it too, by the way. Like this man's Corvette when it got the, yeah, okay, that was his ride. Yeah. That was Lowriders.

Those are Randy's car that Kofi poured over. That was Randy's car. Of course, you would have a reaction. I'm on the road, dog. You're blowing up a rental car.

How's that affecting me? Yeah, I'm looking. It had to be Jacobs. He looked the most shocked. Like, did you not get the insurance?

Because that's a mistake right off the bat. But two, excuse me, yeah, somebody blew my car up.

Well, I'm pretty sure you're going to get away. Like, you're not going to be charged for it. And it was on TV. Yeah. So I got proof.

That's one thing we always suspend. Yeah. Junk's on you, Royce. You got to deal with the Hurts company. Yeah, but it's just like, yeah, why would they care?

This is not their car. I don't care that you blew it. It was a minor inconvenience. Like I said, your car in your city that I know that you're a car, yeah, okay, I'm going to be mad. Blowing up the rental.

Hey, who getting the Uber? We're all good. You had your stuff in there?

So visually, it was great, but in the. Yeah, it just doesn't. Does it take pictures afterwards? Yeah, it just doesn't make sense that somebody would really care about you blowing up my rental car. 2026.

So there's that. Oh, what else we got? Let's go going back to the Saturday night. You know, we also had. Uh oh yeah.

Oh yeah, so The name is the area code that you were. Oh, okay. Yeah, you were. What area code?

Well, let me continue reading that. Yeah, what? You keep going, and I'm going to go. Whoever fans, I know somebody screaming, that's me, man.

Okay. Oakland? Yeah. 946 is Oakland. Apparently, yeah.

Damn, I don't know nobody from Oakland. That just seems you know, I'm gonna look at my phone and see if I got any 946. Shout out to Oakland. Shout out to the Yay area. But yeah, I know for sure.

I do. Yeah? Who do you know? This has gotten real personal. Oh, no, this is not the error code.

This is just 946 is the error. Yeah, yeah. See?

So, I ain't got nobody from Oakland on my phone. Um Shout out to Too Short. Too short. What else happened? Oh yeah, we also had a uh Championship match.

The care and live morgan. Let's talk about it. went exactly how you knew it was gonna go. Judgment ain't gonna come out. Judgment ain't gonna cause Stephanie Vicerre.

Stephanie Vickery doesn't get the title. And I hate that for a split second towards the end, I was like. When Raquel got kicked out, I was like, is it going to be crazy enough? Where Vicar is gonna pull nope. There you go.

I thought there was a chance of her winning because, as Becky pointed out, you know, episode 100, guest Becky Lynch. You might have heard of her. Yeah. She was trying to do. It was two hours, though.

Yeah. She was trying to. Kind of form an understanding with Stephanie. Not even a team, but just an understanding with Stephanie. But Stephanie don't want no part of it.

Becky being the vet, she already knew what time it was. She knew it was going to happen.

So she's like, watch the show. Yeah, she's like telling Stephanie, hey, I'm going to help you. Then you give me a shot. Which, by the way, seems fair. If I know you're going to get jumped in your title match, and I say, you shake, I'm going to come out and help you.

And all I'm asking for is you're going to have to defend the title anyway.

So just give me the first shot. That's actually nice. I would use it. It's honestly a nice gesture. Right.

Like, I'm not, I'm going to have to, if I win, defend it anyway.

So I'm just going to defend it against the person who helped me win. But Stephanie doesn't want no part of that.

So Becky tried to tell her what time it was. She didn't want to listen. I did think because Becky said they're going to South America, they're going to Chile. I figured, all right, maybe this is, maybe Steph will get this belt back and then do the tour. Or, like I said, with Penta a few weeks ago, maybe he beats Roman in Mexico.

See to become the champion. Maybe Stephanie wins the belt in her home country. That would be crazy. Still open, still open. Still open.

Still open. But when I saw Raquel get kicked out, hi Raquel. And Becky was out there with Just Roxanne, I was like, ooh. But then Roxanne dipped out and Becky Chased her and I was like ah No, I mean, bam, that did not happen. But care, you'll be okay.

Um, so happy to see the devil's kiss two times on the announced table, on the announce table, cameraman overall 99. Uh, the assignment, my G. And then uh, Uh Yeah, Liv is still on her run of being the greatest of all time and all of that. If you don't agree with her, somebody just beat her, and then that would be it. But ain't nobody beat her.

So, what do you want us to do? I mean, granted, there hasn't been a lot of defenses in there, but you know. Hey, hey, hey. Is that her fault? I don't think that's her fault.

Right. Let me ask you something. If you're making a movie, right, and I'm... in charge of the call sheet. Right.

And I don't. Put you we don't do any scenes with you Ain't my fault for a couple days. It's not your fault. It ain't my fault. Did I do that?

It ain't my fault. It's not your fault. You didn't ask for that time off. No, right?

So you can't really blame Liv for this. No, but the IWC will. And they do. And they do. Yeah.

Trouble, trouble. That's me. What else? What else? What else?

Trick Willie got his belt back. With, hold on. Because I got a bone to pick with production of WW. Why is it your bone? I think I know where your broke was going to get it back because the belt is still furry.

How hard? You got a replica in the back to give Corbin so he can have a strap? Like, come on. Put a little, you know. Especially when he won the belt.

And the first thing he said was, I'm going to change this belt back to what it was. Yeah. He never did because it was a rental. I know. You know, because you were there.

You know, there's a U.S. spinner belt laying around somewhere. Yeah. Why don't I bring that up? Yeah, bro.

You sell them. You sell them at the event. Baron Corbin with a white fur belt, that's not even his aesthetic. Yeah, like he doesn't wear white. Like, we knew this was just going to go back to trick.

And it's those little details that, like. It helps the show, y'all. Like, it helps the show.

So, yeah, the belt that Trick originally had without the fur. Just give that anything but the custom belt that is specifically custom to Trick Willie. Right back to you. I'm not mad, though, Trick Willie got the belt back because it felt like Trick Willie was just on this rocket, right? And then he loses a couple times to Corbin.

Feels like it was slowing down a little bit. And you know what? I ain't like that. Yeah. I ain't like that at all.

But it's like when you got a title, when you got the, you know, it's always the big boy, and then it's the Intercontinental or U.S. That rocket, if it kept going up. The only place it could go is world title. Yeah, and like it wasn't time, you know, so he gotta plateau that a little bit. It wasn't time, but we still need him to keep the momentum that give him a wrong reign.

And maybe that's what he's in for right now. You establish Corbin as a threat, unless you have little Yachti. And yeah. That's the other thing. I mean listen, props to the little yard, right?

Yeah, man. Because I was up and thinking, like, I don't want to see Lil Roddy. I don't know. I don't care. Like, no offense.

I just was like, I don't want to see. But. And be honest, your man Lil Yachty, he did all right for me.

So I will take back my initial thought. He did a great job. He didn't go over too much, which would have been too unbelievable. The nutmeg was perfect. Perfect.

He played his perk well and he just had to survive. Like Taz says, survive if I let you. Baron could have taken him out, but he went to play the game too much. Just like all villains do. Right.

All villains in movies, right? They got to give you, they got to give you that monologue, right? They could have just been pop pop or blah blah. But no, they got to sit here now and catch you up with everything. Yeah.

All the ways that they could have got you, but they didn't, all the things they wanted to do. And then all of a sudden, because they took too long, bam, here comes the hero. Yeah, bro. It's a movie making 101. And then once they save the hero, he knows your whole plan and he's going to beat you there.

And that's what happened. That's what happened. Trickly got that belt back.

So hopefully, you know, we'll see a long reign.

Some good matches still to be out there made. Fortunately, you know, some of the guys he could have made magic with are not there anymore, Ilya Dragon. But yeah. Where's Mello? Where's Mello?

It's time. Same. Propel Fitness Water. With Gatorade Electrolytes, Zero Sugar, and Vitamins, Propel hydrates better than water to help you get the most out of your workout and get back to your best self. What propels you?

Propel with Gatorade Electrolytes. This episode is brought to you by State Farm. No two football players are exactly alike, and the same is true off the field. That's why State Farm gets to know you so they can help personalize coverage for your life and budget. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.

Um Brought some Reeds back. We know that. The Baddies won. Jade Meach and BFAP, they won their match. And then.

Randall K. Oh yeah. Randall King and Cody Raheem, man. They put it on. I loved the ending of Sunday night.

I loved it. Because. Everybody sees Cody in Georgia. Cody in Atlanta is laid out. You know, this is Atlanta Falcon.

They got it all laid out for him. And surprise, surprise. You know, and that's the best. That is the way to do it because the way Cody was talking. The way Cody been talking, You know, he was like, bro, Sunday, like, the legend killer is gonna get killed.

You know, doing all that gapping. If you make Randy lose, Then what?

Now what? What do you do?

So it's the right call. It was handled the right way. Everybody goes home disappointed. Half of them are happy. Yeah, I mean, it's Randy.

It's Randy. I love how the crowd. There was a point the crowd was a little dead to me, right? And then all of a sudden it picked up to this is awesome chance. And I was like, all right, now they're feeling this and they need to be feeling it.

Yeah. And. Cody pause, he went for the kick, didn't go with it. Yeah, that bro. Or did he kick him?

I can't kick him. No, no, no. Yeah, he didn't get to kick him. Didn't get to kick him. And I love this teasing of Cody going dark.

You know, Cody going dark.

Now, I think it's, I think. In an episode or two. I think I'm going to show no contest my plan for What I would do with Evil Cody. I think it'll make some good internet. This is the plan that you shared on the WrestleMania bus.

Yeah, I've had it tucked for about a year and a half. And I think it was this password to me, just yeah, yeah. And I think it would be great. It'll be great content for no contest. My evil plan for Cody Rhodes.

All I'm gonna say is this: man, everyone. And I don't know why fans do it all the time. We they build someone up. Just like life, you build someone up, and then once they reach a peak, then you want to cut them down. Cena, Roman, and now Cody, right?

Yep. But, like I said, with Roman Reigns, when all the fans for years were like, make him a hill, I'm like, be careful what you wish for because if you think he wins all the time now. What's gonna happen when he decides, oh, I'm gonna cheat? And then you see what happened, how many days? Ooh, one thousand one thousand three hundred and sixteen days yeah Damn!

Because for years you wanted this man to go hill and then he went hill and went on a run. I'm telling you right now, if you have not seen Hill Cody Rhodes, and I don't mean pre-Stardust and I don't mean Stardust, I mean the Hill Cody Rhodes that went to the Indies and New Japan and AEW. Where she wasn't a hill because they wanted him to go hill.

So you gotta say, The indie run, the end The new Japan Cody run, where he was a heel, let me tell you something. I don't know if a lot of you are ready for Eventually, what is going to happen when this dude does turn hill? Because he is going to eviscerate people on the microphone. He's going to be mean, nasty, and evil. And I'm going to sit there and I'm going to laugh and I'm going to love it because you asked for it.

And now you got to deal with it. Bro, you know how I end how I. I forget when I started doing it, but how I have ended every recent episode of the No Conscious Wrestling Podcast is how. The IWC and just wrestling fans in general, how they act with stars. Have a good day.

But not too good. Who the hell you think you are? Like, dude, you just wanted me to have all this. And now that I got it, it's like, who does it? Who are you doing?

Somebody needs to knock this guy down. Like, dude, I mean, we're at WrestleMania, and Seth Rollins is in the ring, and he's got a mystery opponent. By the way, I'm telling you, people will now rewrite history and say everyone knew that was Cody. That is a bold-faced lie because I have video. You can hear people around me yelling out names of people who they think it could be: Undertaker, Cena.

Uh I heard like five, six different names. Not one person, I knew it was Cody because I, you know, not one person said Cody Rhodes. And then that music hit, people still didn't quite know because they weren't familiar. There was no whoa because people didn't know that they were supposed to, whoa. They were loving Cody.

They were loving the story. But now. Yeah, bro, because people only like The like, bro, they love you climbing the mountain. It is not about the destination. It is always about the journey.

And so, all the why wouldn't they put him on? Why wouldn't they have him win it here? Because, bro. Cause as soon as we give it to him, We know how y'all gonna do a famous professional wrestler. Uh I forget who it was.

He called you guys exactly what you are. Fickle. Fickle. I believe that was. Daniel Bryan or Brian Daniels.

One of those guys. I get them mixed up.

Well, actually, I think it was Daniel Bryan who's him. Yeah. You know, I've never seen them in the same room at the same time. I heard they were brothers. Yeah.

So. Yeah, he called you all fickle. And that's exactly what you are because, like, I get it. It's just the more interesting story when you see somebody fighting and clawing and getting there. And that's why they stretch it out.

That's why. Roman wins at 39. That's why 40 felt so good. Right, right. And you got to know that.

And it it's I'm gonna be real. It's kind of hard keeping people interested. as a babyface champion. How many times are you going to tell me to say my prayers and eat my vitamins? Especially in today.

Back on. You could tell me that for five, six, seven, eight years.

Now, these new groups of people, man, I don't know about y'all. After the pandemic, y'all were just. That's why the, like, what we do. The people who have staying power Are you Anti-heroes, your stone codes, who's like, yes, he's. Uh, face, but like, he also is really mean, you know.

That's like it's like that's where Roman, the pocket that Roman is in right now. Like, yeah, he might snap one day, you know. Like, there's nothing, I'm not gonna boo it. And uh yeah, Cody is the You know, the million-dollar smile, American flag, you know, like dudes got the white picket fence, you know, this man off. Yeah, but like, I need, I know.

I need that I need that nightmare. That nightmare has, you guys keep teasing it. Keep cheesing it. You know, I'm going to write this down so I don't forget. I've got it on my phone.

I've got one of Cody's New Japan promos, which I'm going to post on our Instagram after this today. And Cody goes on to. Basically, talk about everyone who's one of Dusty's kids, except that he's his real MFing kid. Yo, yeah.

So, check out our Instagram page. I will post that at some point today, and you can see what time Cody Rhodes is on when Raheem decides to go to the dark side. Absolutely, man. I uh Yeah, we will watch, we'll be intrigued, but right now, Randy Orton, Randy Orton, up. Yeah.

Randy Orton up. Because Randy's, what's he at now? 13, right? 13? 15.

He's at 14. Yeah, he's looking for 15. He's looking for 15.

So I can't imagine. That Randy doesn't get a title. Yeah, because right now he's tied and he has been tied for a long time with Triple H.

So Trips might not want him to take over. Hey, it's gonna be like that. Your buddy Paul. Don't be like that, Paul. Don't be like that.

Speaking of, again, a manufacturer, I wrote this on Twitter. I want to say this. Because of the, you mentioned earlier the Bronson Reed foot on Oba's back where Oba elbowed it, and that, of course, created a lot of. Content and discussion on social media. And I saw two comments and I wrote on one page: manufactured OBA hate coming in five, four, because it was a bunch of people now.

Faux mad at Oboe for not being professional or like stop it. Just stop it. You're looking for some reason to turn on Oboe. We ain't never turning on Oboe. Yeah, if you, these faux.

O my haters I want you to go home. Go in the kitchen, get the sharpest knife you can find, and cut the bullshit out, bro. Because, like, come on, man, get the foot off my back. Character-wise, you Like, come on, bro. He sold.

Get over it. TJ. I hear I hear Don. In my head, I don't even know how you do that because you didn't have ears in right. It's because, bro, when it was New Year's and like they gave me that $2 bill, it was something in it.

Oh, okay. There's something in it, bro. I can hear him. And I think we got to let these people hear our Dan Housing. Yeah, man.

So, again, for those of you who maybe missed the beginning of the episode, last week I was working my day job on the Rich Hisen show. We got an opportunity through WW2K to interview Dan Hausen, but it was at a time that I was on there.

So, we're not going to turn down no opportunity.

So, let them know what time it was, man. Yeah, I had to pull a little solo down, a little action. By the way, shout out to my big brother Daryl. because uh I had to use his his little his little side office for the interview and I appreciate you and I love you. But We have an interview with the man, the myth, the housing.

Dan Hausen. Fans of the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. I mean, as promised, we have one of the most powerful figures in the WWE universe right now. The only athlete. I think in the history of the world to win a Stanley Cup, a World Cup.

And an NBA championship in the same year. The man, the myth, the housing, dad housing. Welcome to the No Contest Wrestling. All right. We're actually going to acknowledge this in person or on air finally, huh?

That Stanley Cup and the World Cup as well. It all kind of happened in the same couple of weeks, so no one really acknowledged those two. Yeah, man, I'm a fan of seeing you on Twitter, and you have a valid point. Single-handedly brought all those together in the same year. It has to be acknowledged, and where else, but no contest, dude?

That's right. We got a little bit overshadowed by how popular the Knicks one was. But that's right. I was in Uncursed and then Recursed The Golden Knights. And then uncursed the Hurricanes, and then they won the next day, the Stanley Cup.

And then, what was it we cursed? Was it Argentina? Yeah. Yeah, and then they lost. It's incredible.

I mean. And it's It's a level of responsibility that you must feel to have that type of power. Yeah, you don't understand how glued to Dan Housing's phone he was checking the scores of the NBA finals. Especially because they like to play a game where they're down 30 points every single game and then come back up in the last five minutes. They were I mean, it was so hard not to root for the Knicks.

I'm a Laker fan, so I hate the Spurs.

So I'm all for the Knicks bringing on the title. And yeah, that had to be the. The craziest three nights in New York history. Yeah, well it was like a cinematic almost, like it played off like a movie. Beginning, the middle, the end, where the good guys come back at the end and win finally.

Yeah, and man, couldn't have been to a better guy than that, Jalen Brunson. I mean, how could you not root for that guy? Yeah, well he took a pay cut to be to make the team better and everything and it paid off. Yeah, paid off in the real sponsorships and lots of human monies. Yeah, he probably can't go Really, anywhere in New York now, which is kind of, you know, it's kind of cool.

Yeah. I think some New Yorkers, I think New York is a town where they respect the celebrities, though, don't they? Isn't that the thing? They kind of leave it alone here and there. He's the king right now.

I mean, you need more credit, though. We got to get you next to Timothy Chalamet, man. I know. What is that? I don't get it.

You're a hero statewide, not just the city, statewide over there. It did not happen due to scheduling, but I'll let you in a secret that Kat told Danhausen was that he had a meeting with Kylie Jenner and Timothy Chamolet about getting this done via Zoom, and they agreed to it apparently. But I think her schedule for her aloe clothing line, I think, got in the way.

So she was not at the game. Listen, it has to happen. It's something. Season is right around the corner. Yeah, it's right around the corner.

I can't wait for that to happen. But, dude, you got to tell me about this video game. You know, you being in WWE, 2K26, a part of the Ringside Pass Season 5. We can finally play as Danhausen. How exciting is that?

It is very exciting. I hope that Danhausen has a car in it. That can drive really fast. I hope we get all the prospects and powers from like Gran Turismo and, you know, I get rocket arms that shoot off and hit my opponents. Do we have any of those?

Do we know? You know, that seems a little complex. The way that the game works, you could probably have the car for the entrance, but I mean, you're done. Oh, well, I can still curse people at least, I think.

So that's probably enough. That will suffice. Absolutely. You've been on... One of the craziest, I don't like saying rookie, but like craziest first-year runs I've ever seen.

We still have six months to go. Yeah, it's been incredible. What has been the feeling on your side through your eyes of just everyone accepting? The world of Dan Hausen. I think it is to push the limits.

of what will work And what more we can do? Because originally Danhausen, I don't think was supposed to be a part of WrestleMania, but then it was undeniable that he must be added. And then he says, guess what? John Cena. Oh, great.

Sounds perfect. That was my next question. To be in your first year. And share the ring with Cena at Mania. Like, have your WrestleMania moment with John Cena in what he advertises, but you never know, might be his last time at WrestleMania.

It could be. Could be last time ever WrestleMania shared with Dan Hausen. Dan Hausen wishes he could have got there a little bit earlier, perhaps to do a tag team with John or something. That would have been nice. But.

This is, you know what? This is as good as it gets. He's retired. He gets the enjoy his time off. He's earned it.

He deserves it. And he's going to take time off. Let's be real. He's the busiest person on earth. Absolutely.

I could only imagine. Me and him had a movie come out the same day, so I'm kind of mad at John Cena, but. I mean, he doesn't care. Was it his wily coyote loony to? Yes.

Yes, dude.

Well, that had to come out because it was the fanhouses needed it to come out. Fanhousens of the Looney Tunes. I would never get in the way of the fan houses, man. No, take me through your. What's running through your head?

As you know, you know where you've been in your career and in all the places that you've taken Dan Housen. What's going through your mind while you walk down the ramp of your first WrestleMania? I think it's a little bit unbelievable. That's one of the few moments that hit Dan House, and sometimes it's hard to take stuff in. as uh superstars and wrestlers.

In this business, because stuff moves so fast. But I think when you're standing there, literally across from John. And he's looking at you as you're saying your catchphrase and laughing. I think it hits you a little bit. It's hard to absorb in the sea of people, but you can absorb in John Cena one foot away from your face.

Yeah, man, it's got to be surreal. A dream fulfilling for sure. Dream, double dream. You got John Cena in the ring at WrestleMania. What more could you ask for?

And you get to just completely make The Miz look like The Miz. Yeah, happy 20 years to The Miz. Get to embellish with WrestleMania, my first WrestleMania. I I tell people all the time the Ms. one of the hardest working superstars I've ever seen.

And he had a very hard time coming in from the real world. And he really shouldn't have. As fans, we should have all seen him as like, that's what we want: to be a fan and to get out there and do it. And he's a multiple-time Grand Slam champion. Yeah, he was also.

an independent wrestler before that, did you know? Let me know. Before he came through, he'll get real mad if you don't know this about him.

So, if you ever interview him, you gotta know ahead of time. He's going to get angry with you. All right, let me know, man. He's a local Cleveland independent wrestling hero. Stop it.

Yes, I forget what it's called, but you asked him about it. You interview him soon for his 20-year anniversary. Oh, yeah. Ask him about it. Tell him Danhausen informed you he was an independent wrestler.

All right, I got you, dude. I promise this is not a trick. All right, man, you're making me nervous, dude. No, I was listening to Kit Wilson ask him about it from around the corner because I cannot ask him questions because he'll get mad at me. All right, I feel that.

Now That was the Miz's beginnings. Can you let me know? Uh uh you you know, were you a fan when you were a uh a Littlehausen? Um you know, when did you get bit by the wrestling bug and knew that this was your path?

So get beat by the wrestling bug. Uh, there is a famous scene with Terry Funk, aka Chainsaw Charlie and Cactus Jack throwing the New Age Outlaws. Ah, flip-flop that. New Age Outlaws throwing Chainsaw Charlie and Cactus Jack off of the ramp. The entry ramp ray with a dumpster, and they showed it over and over and over and over and over again until it burned into my brain.

And then we'd watch periodically. And eventually I watched Bad Blood 1997 with Shawn Michaels versus The Undertaker, and Kane made his debut. And the visual of the red lights and the fire, and Kane coming out and ripping off that door was very uh Friday the 13th-esque, if you will. Yes. So, Dan Hausen, a big horror fan, even as a little Hausen, because of his father.

Uh. That got Dan Hausen interested in that. And then from there, it was just off to the races, which cold Steve Austin, The Rock. Degeneration X, everybody.

So that's what Denhausen started watching was like 1996, 97-ish. And then you kept watching, take a little break. When you get a little bit older, you fall out of it a little bit, and you get brought back by none other than Coloman Punk. No way! Yes!

Drop the quote-unquote pipe bomb. Mm-hmm. It was when he started the new Nexus. Dan Hausen started re-watching, and then that him and John's feud got Dan Hausen re-interested in wrestling, made him go to wrestling school. And yeah, that's history right there.

So I would say Kane a little bit. Cactus Jack and Terry Funk a little bit, and Cola Man and John Cena, a little bit responsible for Danhousing. Yeah, uh you know, punk Was our very first episode. I owe I owe a lot to CM Punk and uh you know he's a he's a friend of mine uh as well. And uh I heard that he gave you his finisher and then took it away.

Oh my god, this guy. He takes he backsies, is what I call it. Yes, so he retired. And then said, the move is yours, because Dan Housen was doing it. And I said, hey, is it okay if I do this?

He says, I'm retired. The move is yours. And then this guy, the audacity. You know, people say he's a jerk. He absolutely is, and this is why.

He returned. And then started doing Danhausen's move. They go right. And now Dan Housen is in the WWE with him, and I'm respectful and I am kind and nice, unlike this fellow. No jerk to the universe.

And he took it back. And you know what? He can have it. I'll figure out something else. No big deal, but he does have to pay me human monies now to use it.

It's called royalties. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I get a royalty statement every quarter from him using that move. And luckily, they're putting him to work and he's on all the live events. It's probably going to pay me off.

Now, since you are a fan and you, I see it's all burned into your mind.

Something I'd like to ask every guest that's on here for the first time. Can you remember a moment? As a fan. when wrestling broke your heart. I always say when uh When Austin and Vince teamed up and cracked the rock over the head at 17.

Oh, yeah. Oh, I was ruined. I was ruined. Uh Ah King taking off his mask was a big moment for the Danhausen. I remember being in disbelief that this actually happened, especially 'cause he had little weird curly hair still attached to the head in the back.

He had a George Costanza haircut. I think that was a moment of young Danhausen not really understanding that, wow, this is really happening, and you can put the toothpaste back in the tube right now. No, no, not at all. Although you kind of did eventually, he did get his mask back. Yeah, but like we all remember him looking like Wreck-It Ralph when he took that mask off, too.

We had that, and I'm trying to think if there's anything else. No, I think I think that was probably the big one for a young Danhausen. Yeah, that's it, man. Just for sure, a crazy moment. I can see the curls.

Like in my mind, I can see the curls still on his head. It gets got me. I said, oh, no, never again.

Okay, now who are I now I know who I know who helped you get into wrestling, but as a fan, who are your favorites? Ooh, favorites. Ah, so like you said, grew up cane, undertaker, I really like the New Age Outlaws. Bill Ass and Road Dog. Uh Triple H was.

Triple Hwist Breed Batman. Love him. He looked very cool with his purple trunks and his sledgehammer. You remember that? Yeah.

I think it's SummerSlam, one of the SummerSlams. Let's see. And then, more, you know, more recently, we had the CM, the Coloman Punks, CM Punks. Who else? Trying to think Bailey's great.

We love a Bailey here. Underrated. What else? Kane was still around. You get to beat up by a...

John Zena, though. John Zena! That was one that Before becoming a wrestler, He was out when he was wrestling Umaga and all those things, but those are great matches to go back and watch. John Cena, Bradshaw, all of those, those are great. Wow.

You know, I saw somewhere that you were a big. A big, a uh Bret Hart guy. Yeah, what are we? Oh, Roddy Piper, Brett Hartzar, we're going back to the old schools now. Brady Piper, Brett March.

Uh let's see. Yeah, give the Bret Hart uh tights at SummerSlam. Pay a little tribute at a classic technical wrestling match at SummerSlam, just like Bret Hart. One of our dream episodes is to have Brett on. And have Punk here to interview Brett.

Oh, that would be great. I know, I know, dude. I'm trying hard. Mr. Perfect was awesome.

Mm. Yeah, we yo, Damolition, great friends of Danhausen. Yeah, that's what's up. These are great. Yeah, you know, Dan Hausen uh did the Bret Hart, I did the cape.

did he deal with the glasses, I gave a cape away to the child at SummerSlam. Hey a little hovage. I could just imagine, like, being a kid going home with that cape, like, that's like. Wow. I'm trying.

Dan Housin's trying to get these capes at every show so he can give away one to a kid every single show.

So we're going to try it. We're trying to get it going. That would do, that would make that's one of those things that make you a wrestling fan for life. It was very exciting.

So I saw that and I said, we got to keep doing this.

So I'm working on getting those at every event. Hell yeah, man.

Now, you are. You are a just I told this to R-Truth when we were interviewing R-Truth. When you bring. comedy to the show.

So effortlessly. You are like a palate cleanser, like you are a breath of fresh air. when everything is so tight and serious and mean. To see you is like, is... It gives you that feeling of...

Relief, and you kind of centered the audience back to we're having a good time, it's entertainment. Can you think of? Any other wrestlers in that same genre that that you were entertained by. Oh. cleared angle.

Thank you, Dan Engel.

So, Dan Eisenhag's theory that a lot of people like to do revisionist history. Kurt Engels, great comedy wrestler. Stone Cole and Steve Austin, great comedy wrestler. Great. The rock.

Great comedy wrestler. Yes. A lot of these don't get looked at as comedy styles, but they were great comedic wrestlers if need be. They could also do other things, but very underrated in that aspect. You get, you know, you get R-Truth, you get Santinos, people know those right away.

But really, what Danhausen remembers is most of what cold Steve Austin would do, very comedic backstages, especially when he was a bad guy. Trying to break the Undertaker. We got the rock all the time, it was funny. Krit Angle, basically, all the time, except for when that bell rang. Very funny, except he wore that hair piece that one time.

That was funny the whole time. Yes, that was a curt angle. We just gave our. uh are like uh uh all time lists and I put him at the top of my My GOAT list because he could do everything. He could literally do everything.

If you can make someone laugh, you can make them a fan. Yeah. Because imagine if Kurt Engel was just a tactical great wrestler, but I think if he kept that like he originally was, he was not as popular at the beginning. Yeah, and there's so many people that are great at their moves, but that entertainment aspect, if it's not there, you know, they, they, they. Fizzle out.

You know what? There's one more that's often forgot about. Highly entertaining, highly comedic. Dan Hausen steals a lot from him. William Regal.

Oh, yeah. You still? Yeah. His faces. Yeah.

You ever see him drink pea? He was a general manager. Got tricked. Yeah. Yeah, Tajiri was his assistant.

Shout out to Tajiri, the buzzsaw. That's another unsung hero of my childhood for sure. Oh, yeah. Spike Dennis. Spike Dudley finds some heroes.

Wherever he is, I hope he's okay. Yeah, me too. We got choked slammed to the floor by The Undertaker.

Now, a question that I ask everybody, their first time here, and I can't wait to hear yours because you, you're great at these lists so far. You're in a bar.

Alright. There are fifty people in this bar. that do not believe in Dan Houser. Yeah. I need you.

To pick a team of yourself and four other superstars. To make sure that Dan Hausen and the Minnie Hausen's are headed to the car. All right, so APA. Number one, Brad Shaw Farouk. I'll pay them some human monies.

I don't think anyone can. out bar fight them.

So that's number one.

So what that's I need two more, yeah. Yeah. All right. I think I'm going to hire old old Call-A-Man Punk there. I think he might be pretty good at doing that.

Yes. He's got a mean straight to him. Punched a few groins in his day. And what else? Ooh, let's see.

Cool. Any era. Oh, any era, you say. Yeah. Let's go with Robbie Piper.

Unpredictable.

Okay, okay. You have no idea. We have been debating whether or not to just call this the hawku question. He's been picked. Oh, all right.

How could you not? You know what? I might have to sub out Roddy Piper for Haku and go with the. He's unpredictable, Roddy Piper, but Haku is Haku. Haku is Haku.

Absolutely, man. I think that's a great list. Yeah, I think so too. For sure. APA, Punk, and Haku.

First of all, Punk would just be admiring Haku. And also, he's the one that you want because he's going to be the sober one there. He's going to have all his. He's going to remember everything. Yeah.

Exactly.

Now, before I let you go, I do want to ask, just so I can get it out there in the universe, so if it does happen, I can take credit. Oh, good. I'd like to do that too. Yes, money in the bank is coming up. I just see the vision.

I see the vision of a suitcase that says human monies in the bank.

So, Dan Housing has thought of this too. That is that the briefcase is full of human monies. Yeah. Dan Hausen does need to try to win it because who knows how much human money is inside. Right.

I gotta find out. Hey, well, when you do. Speaking of rookie year, right? First year in, we've got to do. WrestleMania?

Wrestled at SummerSlam and a tactical masterpiece against Dominic Mysterious. And what else? Yeah, people are comparing it to a Bret Hart Classic. And also. We got money in the bank.

Got to try to get that briefcase because it's full of so many human monies. And then Royal Rumbles. Imagine that first year. First year, hey, it should be one for the books. I don't think I've seen a first year like this.

Uh Let's throw this out there too, real quick, while we're throwing stuff in the universe. Dan Hauser would love to participate at Survivor Series in a classic Survivor Series style elimination match. Not just the war games. Just like a a a regular regular style. No war games for that.

If he calls he'll do it, but he would like to do traditional classic Survivor series. As a fan, you got to have that under your belt. Yeah. Those are one of my favorite all-time matches, Survivor Series style. Yeah.

I mean, the most pressure-filled Survivor series ever for me was WWE versus the Alliance. I thought, man, I was like. Mom, the world is ending. I need to get home. Like, yeah, we got to do it.

Insane. Yeah, man. Dude, this has been fun. You can come on anytime. We obviously can talk wrestling for as long as you'd like.

Thank you for coming on, brother. Thank you. Make sure everybody checks out Dan Hausen season five of the what is it, the backstage pass? Ringside pass. There we go.

I had my notes, but it is Dan Hausen. Bam Bam Bigelow, one of the Bella clones, Brie Bella, and Pagano. That's right. Yeah. We've done it all.

Batman Bigelow might be good in a fight too. I don't know. Yeah, Major. I do remember him from Major Payne. That was the first time I saw that.

He's probably pretty good at fighting, too. Here. Thank you so much, Dan, man. Thank you. Have a great day.

Good job, my brother. And special thanks to Dan Housen, who's always great. And our friends over at 2K, just a reminder to fans: the Ringside Pass Season 5 dropped today. Go ahead, get on there, get our man Dan Housing, and also. Happy birthday to friend of the show, Lexis King.

Oh, word, word, right? I think he's 33 today. Yeah, man, it's his birthday. Go play 2K. How about that?

Also, congrats because Lexus King just got engaged. What? Yes, got engaged.

So, congratulations to our guy, Lexus King. They took the speed championship from you, and I know that ain't gonna sit right.

So, that's it from him and retired and retired it.

So, he's a lot. I'm the last of my kind. Yeah, man. But, yeah, human money. Human Moneys would probably buy you a new championship if it was up to Dan Housing.

Also. Um You guys saw in the Dan Hausen interview, I brought up something that might be a little controversial. Uh the human money's in the bank. Do you know how annoyed People would be if somehow Dan Housen got a chance to get that briefcase. Do you know how much the internet would explode in fury and anger?

And also, how dangerous of a briefcase would that be? I They're doing the qualifiers now. I don't see Dan Housen sneaking in, but it would be hilarious if he just made his own briefing just because it's Dan Housen. He can do whatever he wants. He's the most powerful man in KFABE.

Like, he's cursing people, and it works. Like, he is the most powerful character. in the WWE universe right now. If if like We're going by what he can do. Nobody knows what that thing is.

Oh, is he parts unknown? Is he in Vegas? I've never heard where Dan Housen is from. You know, he's listed as 6'7, 300 pounds? He looks about that.

That's what I'm doing. I mean six six t Probably give it up an answer, too. Yeah, so I mean, definitely 6'5 would boot. Yeah, man. Well, yeah, 300.

I probably look, they back up the numbers. I say he's really about 286. 6'6, 286. Could you imagine if Dan Hausen was 6'6 ⁇ , 286? Oh my god.

Like first of all he would have every belt and she would be like what like this big ass dude doing this weird ass gimmick. Oh, it would make the mini housing so funny, though. That would be hilarious. Did we ever give a shout out to Brad Williams for getting his age? We had to.

Yeah, okay. Yeah. Because he got to be a mini housing in there. Yeah, man. So ice cream bars.

Shout out to you. You know, I was a little sad that I didn't get to participate, but I had things going on.

So, what could I do? Yeah, you know, you're a hard-working man. Big tuna. Got two jobs. Tuna got to swim.

And I can't. That's that's the way it's you can't swim? No, man. You so black, you know. Most of our people don't swear.

I shouldn't even say that. See, stop. I'm not going to say that. I will. Mm.

I didn't know that about you. I mean, how would you? It never came up. Right, and we don't ever talk about swimming. No.

We just talk about wrestling. Yeah, right. Wrestling don't do swimming. There was a match I saw that Die Jack was on. I'm sorry, I didn't even think about this beforehand.

I don't know what wrestling organization it was, but there was a match. in water. Like they had the ring, but it was on buoys.

So I saw a Dijack. No, but Dijak, I don't know what his name is right now. Dijakovic, I'm sorry, respect, I like the guy, but he. Gorilla press slam someone out of the ring and into a body of water. That is kind of impressive.

A little bit. You know, that is that is. That's a wild Who even draws that up? Excellent question. Yeah, man.

So You know?

Well, I want to keep it. Let's not keep them too long because, you know, we did. We did a long episode. Yeah, man. So it won't won't make you guys.

But I do want to say something that we want to touch on. We didn't have a chance last week because, of course, we had Becky for so long. Becky's our week 100. You brought this up in text. AEW's all-in the week before was.

Hold on. Say that again, GJ? AEW's all in. No, no, no, no, no. Who brought it up?

You brought that up. I brought it up in text. You brought it up to me that we didn't touch on it because we, you know, we had Becky. How about that, Internet? But what a phenomenal, phenomenal card, man.

And I know it's a week past, but just want to give a shout out to a few people who truly deserve it. And then I got to knock some people. And I don't want to knock them, but I will. First of all, we have Mercedes Monet finally becoming AEW's world AEW women's champion, defeating Willow Nightingale and just a wildly entertaining, hard-hitting. I mean, these two women were beating the crap out of each other legitimately and just props to both of them.

I thought it was a phenomenal wrestling match. By the way, isn't it just so. annoyingly poetic. That, like, you know how I feel about Willow. Yeah, I love Willow.

We do. You know how I feel about Mercedes. She's your goat. She's your Oscar. Yeah, bro.

But Oscar is to me. Mercedes is the goal. And of course, when she finally gets the title, she got to take it off. Your guy, yeah. Your guy, bro.

Like, it's so annoying, but like, it's about. D Lo? Here's the bleep. It's about time, dude. Yes, Mercedes.

Knees, the big girl belt. Forever. Forever, bro.

Well, forever is a mighty long time. Yeah. And that's just the right amount. I don't care, bro. Mercedes.

Here's the deal. And speaking on someone who gets just an unrational amount of hate on the internet, people just, for whatever reason, One and Crap on Mercedes, and I don't get it. I don't get it. But I'll say this: like. If you're gonna tell yourself that she's not one of the best women wrestlers that you've ever seen, and I gotta, I guess, hit this with a caveat.

I know in Japan, there's been, throughout the years, there have been some incredible women wrestlers. We all know some of the names. But I'm not going to sit here and act like I've watched so many of these matches that I can truly rank some of these Japanese women, you know. But, you know, I didn't see enough Asia Kong, I didn't see enough Bull Nakano, Minyami, Toyota, women like that. There's a bunch of women now that are great.

We just, it takes a lot for us here in America to watch them.

So if you're one of these people who is very heavily into the Japanese wrestling, then maybe you might have something to say. But if you're going to sit here and tell me that all you've watched all your life is WWE and AEW and TNA and ROH, and you don't think that Mercedes Monet is one of the greatest women's wrestlers of all time, then you're just lying to yourself. And I think I just said deja vu, because I swear I said that somewhere between episode one and 50, but I'm going to say it again now in 101. You're playing yourself. You're lying to yourself that that woman isn't one of the greatest of all time.

Now, I, you know, I always separate my goat and the goat, you know, because there's always personal preference. Yes. But like Maro? Come on, she the goat, bro. She's like, she's like, I will, I will.

I will draft her number one in any opportunity I can get because of just like what I've seen. I, there was a time where in WWE, I was like, she's the best seller in the company. Like, when she was getting hit, bro, she would just make it. A work of art. Also, shout out to Dolph Ziggler because he's one of the greatest sellers I've ever seen in my life.

But, like, I'm a fan. I'll always be a fan. People want to drag her all the time. And it's like, you have a personal vendetta against her, and she doesn't even know you, dog. Right.

I. went on Twitter and applauded her and Naomi when they left and like stood up for themselves and got trashed for that. And now with her at the top of the mountain at another company, I'm still giving my props, man. Mercedes, she is my favorite female wrestler of all time. And you know, and looking back, you know, with Becky last week, we talked about how I said the four horsemen women, even though they weren't a faction, are kind of looked at as one of the greats, and you kind of take that with the shield, right?

So you have one person from each of these groups. that just what they were given Wasn't good enough for them, and they decided to bet on themselves and go out and find success elsewhere. And that's what Cameron Moxley did, and that's what Mercedes-Monet did. And if you're mad at them, at that, then that says more about you than it does about them. You know what I'm saying?

So, yeah, but big ups, that match, like I said, there were a few moments there where I was just like, oh, these women are beating the dog crap out of each other. Props to Mercedes. We also have the Billy Goat Will Ospreay, who we got to chop it up a little bit with over his weekend in Vegas. The Bruv finally became the AEW men's world champion. Again.

I gotta say this. Eric Bischoff, fan of the show, like Eric. Did us a solid by coming on, but he said, if I'm not mistaken, that he didn't like the match between Kenny. Omega and Will Osprey, we didn't think it was good. And man, I just to anyone saying that, like, if you like wrestling the way you and I like wrestling, I don't care what company you like, you cannot tell me you watched this match between those two and you left thinking anything other than.

That was dope. Yeah, they went hard. Because it was dope. That was a great match. That might have been, when you're talking match of the year, that's definitely on the short list.

I just don't understand how someone can watch that. See the passion that these two men put into this match, put it all on the line, and then come out and be like, nah, it was all right, whatever. And you know, there's going to be people who say, like, well, I knew like we. The writing was on the wall. Osprey's leaving this place with this with this title.

Shit, you watch enough wrestling, you can say that for every man. That's what I'm saying. For the naysayers who are complaining that the writing's on the wall, that Osprey's leaving, I also knew which Grande Americano was going to win, and that shit was crazy. Speaking of Max of the Year, Max on the short. That's what I'm saying.

So, like, I had the same amount of emotion for me watching that as I did Grande Americano, and I knew which one was going to get the victory there.

So, like, it's like people. People take this stuff so personally. And sometimes you just got to turn that off, dude. Right. And Kenny.

Kenny went through something that takes people out of the ring forever. Takes people out of life. Yeah. So, like. We don't know how many times he's going to be able to go.

at that level again. You gotta tip your cap and appreciate it. And also, as an anime fan, the My Hero Academia entrance, Kenny. Loved it. See, good.

I wanted you to speak on that because I don't have a frame of reference, so I'm glad that you explained to them what. Yeah, Kenny came out full All Might. For those who don't know Might, Hero Academia is an anime, and All Might is like the guy. Yeah, you Deku fans, shut up. But All Might is the guy.

He is the hero, and he came out to the music that we all, people who know the anime, all associate with All Might and. He just did it to a T, you know, even with the point in the beginning.

So it was just a nod to that. And the people behind the anime helped him and like gave him, you know, the rights to the music and all that. But he just did what Kenny always does: make these references to video games and just that and the anime nerd culture, if you will. And he did it to the T. And it was great because My Hero Academia is also about All Might passing on the torch.

Oh, okay. And so it was just symbolic, dude. That's thank you for explaining that to me because I didn't really know. That's dope. But then you look at Osprey's entrance, which honestly, one of the best entrances I think I've seen.

It starts with the video package with his mom, his mom narrating it, right? Yeah. And then, which right off the bat is going to get most of us. And then her saying, like, she was wrong at 16 years old when he said he wanted to become a pro wrestler. And she said, well, you're not going to make a living doing that.

You know, and that kind of hit me because I remember being a kid, right? You know, you and I, we always loved to. kind of relate. To these stories. Always being a kid, I was always the class clown, always, you know, got N, needs improvement, and uses time wisely, things of that nature.

My mom would always come home from parent-teacher meetings. Why do you always got to be the class clown? Why do you always got to be the funny guy? You're not going to get anywhere doing that. And I can remember one year.

I It was in between jobs. I went home. I'm laying on the couch because I was out of work, but it was like the way production works in LA. You work like 10 to 20 weeks on the show, then you know you're going to be off work for a few weeks till the next show pops up. That's the cycle I was in.

And as I'm laying there, I got a call that I had been. An offer had gone out to me to become the comedy consultant/slash comedy producer for MTV's Yo Mama Show. Right. So to me, it was just like, wow, I'm sitting here with my mom in the living room that I grew up in where she sat me in the couch that's not there, but in the same spot and said, you're not going to get anywhere always trying to be the class clown. Why you always got to do that?

And so for me to be able to roll over and like hang up that phone and look at her and go, I just got a job offer. And then tell her what that was, it felt so good. And I said to her, I said, I said, an apology would be fine. And my mom just looked at me and was like, I'm very sorry. But I'm entertaining her mama.

But yeah, so I feel that to a smaller degree. But yeah, the video of all him being 16 years old, just that's always dope. When you see how long that these wrestlers really have been grinding and doing this, like I said, last week. We saw a video of Javon Evans and Jackson Drake at 14 years old having a wrestling match that A lot of pros maybe can't even do as well as these kids were doing at 14.

So, that whole video package with Osprey was awesome. And then his walk to the ring. As he's walking to the ring with Teenage Wasteland playing, and he's walking past different people from different spots and different parts of his wrestling journey. Starting, you know, we had Zach Sabre Jr., and then there was Ricochet, and then Swerve, you know, and then we had. Mark Davis and Kyle Fletcher.

By the way, the other day, you were like, I can't say Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke, Takeshka, and Kazuchiko Kata. I said Kyle O'Reilly. And you didn't even check. Yeah, bro. Because I was waiting for you to get to Takesha and by the way, we talked about Bronson Reed pinning Roman.

Also, one of the few people on the planet that pinned Okada and Roman. Yeah, he's maybe one other person. But yeah, so as Osprey's making that ring walk, then there's Swerve because you know they had something. Then Mark Davis and Kyle Fletcher, because they were a group. Mark Davis's name still trips me.

Doug Zillow. Then he got really cool. He gets to his wife, Alex Windsor, and she gives that husband, wife, like the hug, the kiss. That was emotional. The guy's getting ready, puts his robe on, and as he's making his way.

You see that UK flag come out, and it's Jon Moxley. And if you know, you get that Will did a little program for a few months with the Death Riders to help strengthen his neck to help him get ready for what was to come.

So to have Moxley kind of, and the look on Moxley's face was almost like, I can't even believe I'm doing this. But he hands him the flag, and then the hood goes up, and his song plays. Tim Horns never hit harder. We went crazy. They went crazy.

And the match just, it was everything you could have wanted. It was great. And at the end of the day, Will Ospreay becomes one of the few men to hold both the AEW and the IWGP heavyweight championships.

So shout out to him. Congratulations. And then one more you got to hold. Yeah, well, I don't think that's ever going to happen. Oh, man.

I mean, it's cool. I think it's cool.

Sometimes he goes out of his way to say things to the other place that.

So I don't think we're right, man. But, like. VKM always says. It's not feelings. It's business.

It makes business. We saw a tag team dream match. We saw Cage and Coke take out the Young Bucks. Yeah. Thank goodness.

And I'm going to say this again, man. I know people were kind of. divided on the young bucks. I respect the heck out of the Dion Bucks, what they've done, how they've made the name for themselves, how. Like they said, if it's not for them, we probably don't get this company.

The Young Bucks. I throw our hate in on, but like, you know, like Mercedes, a lot of this hate is just. Undeserved, but it is what it is. It's wrestling.

So you're going to get it. Let me just say this.

So they had a little promo battle. Uh I forget when. But uh They came out in front of Cope and Christian? And they were like, Yeah, you know, you've had matches and pay-per-views named after you guys, but have you ever had a company named after you guys? That's kind of hard.

You can't hate on that. They said Have they ever named a company after you? You're they. You're the they it's your company. Oh, it's tony you're the they It's totally- That don't count!

It does kind of count. Dog, you're the they! You're they. Okay, so what's the point though?

So I'm just saying. I was like, ah. You're the they. You gotta let that hate out. No, you're the they.

That don't count. You're the they. You're the they O'Shea Jackson Jr. All right, well, we're gonna just go ahead and disagree on that one, but Andrade El Hidelo. Got a big win.

You know, he's been flip-flopping through companies, but I like where he's at right now. He seems like he's comfortable. And I only have one question. How you know? Oh my god.

That man got that over. He tried so hard to get that over, and now it's over. And you have to appreciate that. Yeah, it takes time. You have to appreciate that.

That water on concrete technique. But I want to bring up this about that gauntlet. There are plenty of guests that I've asked on this show: what's a move that you hate taking? And let me tell you, TJ, there is one wrestling move that I will never. Ever.

Be okay. Baking. In the whole uh was I don't know what it's called, but the The dick on the forehead move. Oh, that movie. Bro, I'm so like, bro, first of all, you ain't doing that.

Come on, bro. I can't. That's MJF's thing. I can't. Like, man.

And then who got it? Oh, Daniel Garcia. It used to be. It used to be MJF and Daniel Garcia.

Now, Andre. Yeah, bro. I was like, yo, this is a lot of nuts on the fourth. Yeah, I'm not. I'm not cool.

I'm cool, bro. I'm all, you know, for the pageantry and the art. Nah. Nah, we're going to fight back. Not me.

John Moxley wins the Continental Cup. Championship final against Nigel McGinnis. It was really dope to see Nigel get that moment at home in London. Of course, we all know that his. Career was cut short because of concussions and And so for him to get that moment, like I said, was really cool.

Moxley, another guy we could go on and on for people who kind of get this weird hate that I don't understand. Moxley's the man, bro. And that's just it. Divine Dominion, they lost the tag team titles. We got the brawling birds, Alex Windsor, as we mentioned, and Jamie Hayter hit it.

What, hater eight? Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.

So, the Brawling Birds, they are the new women's tag team champions. Kevin Knight retained, I'm sorry, Kevin Knight was defeated by Darby Allen. I wanted to bring this up because you said once that your dream match was Darby Allen against an old Mac man, and that created a little bit of rumbling. But when Darby climbed up that trestle, I guess, and did that bat jump and did the coffin drop, I thought of you immediately. I'm like, that's what those stand right there.

So, shaming man versus the lethal weapon. Steve Blackman. That Kindle sticker looked just like looked just like. That's my boy.

So, I don't know. Maybe too soon to take the belt off of Kevin. Darby was just the world champion.

Now he's back in the mid-card. But like I said, everybody kind of lives in the mid-card. I don't think the mid-card's a bad. AEW, you keep their pillars and go. Yeah, they keep them in gold.

They keep their pillars and go. To, you know, their. dismay or not? Like, you know, uh it it it It's a good thing, and some people see it as a bad thing because you're taking. Titles off new talent, but as long as that new talent continues to rise, like a Kevin Knight deserves, it should be okay.

It's going to happen.

So, yeah, congrats to Darby there. Also, we got a new international champion, Kazuchi Okado, retain that. A lot of people thought Fletcher should retain, but look, Okada's the best. It's Okado. You got to keep him happy.

And again, if you don't know, do some research. Look into why Okado is the man. And then, of course, We got new trios. Champions. I'm on a new level.

I'm on it. I'm on it. It was great to see Austin Creed and Kofi go out there with Swerve, and they get gold on their first time ever. First time ever. And then they came out when the tag team summit happened.

They came back out, loved the new, loved the song they're using out there. It was Tony trying to flesh. Yeah, I don't know how much they paid accept Ferg, but it was worth every dime. The new level, new Trios championships. Champions also in the mix for the tag team championship.

So they have to pay for Ergand in the future. Right, right. So, yeah, just wanted to give props to all of them. What did they do? Yeah, it's all in.

You gotta talk about all of them. Amazing, amazing card. And what I realized in four years of all in, There's not been one person who's been in the main event more than once. That's pretty cool. Each year gets a new two new people to have that main event spotlight, and that's that's pretty dope.

How about that? Yeah, so shout out to all them. What a great one. And speaking of championships. If I may.

Uh yesterday I had my fantasy football draft, but that Made me pick up the trophy, Shay. For the fourth time, I am the winner of the What I named the Franklin Strip because in in Near Los Felos in Hollywood, there's a trip called Franklin. Oh, yeah, that little birds, La Pubelle, or kind of like the Anchaser. That's where we all kind of met when we were kids here in LA in the late 90s.

So that's what we named it. But I won my fourth championship last year. Also, decided that we were going to change the name of our league. The actor Eric Dane, who sadly passed away in February from Luke Erricks, from ALS. He was in my league for 17, 18 years, bro.

Wow. And this was the first year that we drafted without Eric.

So it was a little tough yesterday to get through it for all the boys. But we're going to rename our league after him. And I actually beat him in the playoffs to get to the championship.

So just wanted to show Eric some love and just let you know that that's what we do here. We win championships. Here on no contest. But yeah, man, fourth time. Feels great.

Does it feel good to be a winner? Yes. Yeah, and can I tell you something else that was very funny, Shane?

Okay. Every year for the last. I say 16, 17 years when I start my draft. I play The Time Is Now by John Cena. Everyone knows it.

When I walk into a room with fantasy football for years, I've had that song playing. The guys all know this song.

So, for me to be able to not only play this song at the draft yesterday, but to pull up the video of me and John singing this song that I play every single year during fantasy was really dope. That's sick. And you are one championship away. From tying your beloved Cowboys. Right.

You know, that'll be a great mark for you.

So I hope you get the fifth one. And with four titles, that means you have more titles than the Sixers and Clippers combined. Oh, well, you know, I caused some commotion. After all this stuff going on with the Clippers and me being now an Oregon Duck football fan because of my friendship with Dan Lanning, I had to give up a team and I just decided that I couldn't take anymore and I let the Clippers go. Did your life feel better?

I signed a document.

Now I've got some clips. I'm being called names that people, I'm not even on some tough guy stuff that no one, these people would not say to my face, I'm being called on social media by Clippers fans. But look, man, I gave it 27 years, dog. I gave it a lot. I put a lot of equity into that team.

I bought a lot of jerseys. I left Staples Center with a lot of migraine headaches. I put up with a lot of name-calling from Lakers fans because I thought that I would, you know. I'd make a stand and not hop on the Laker bandwagon, which cost me six titles in my favorite sport.

So, because of all that, I decided Clippers, it was fun. If you were real. But I can't do it anymore.

So I wish them all the best. And who knows, maybe 10 years from now, we'll both be on the nap and we'll both swipe right. Maybe we'll get back together. But for right now, I've got to look out for myself. And I had to leave them go.

Right. Well, you know, it's Clipper fans, so who gives a f? Why don't you tell us where to find them? Anyway. To everyone watching, there might be some changes coming up, but for right now, you know where you can find us.
