ESPN women's basketball analyst Andrea Carter. And now, it's Rich Eisen. Hour number two of the Rich Eisen Show is on the air. We're going to have a fun next two hours. Not like last hour wasn't.

Um but Over the next couple hours, Ian Eagle's going to join us in about 20 minutes' time. Always a blast chatting with Ian. I feel like we're kindred spirits. We grew up in the New York area. Right around the same age, love talking sports, love uh Um you know Talking about things, a little bit of a sense of humor.

We both rip off Marv Albert every day. I think he would admit it, but at any rate, he's going to join us. And then Andrea Carter talking about women's march madness. She also. Will tell us who she's got winning in the men's bracket as well.

So that's all coming up. I also have a Power rankings coming up in hour number three. Based on the news. uh that the NBA is considering expansion. to Seattle and Las Vegas.

And um We all know If that happens. the name of the Seattle franchise, which is clearly going to be Supersonics. But what about the Las Vegas franchise? I've power ranked my top 10 favorite Las Vegas Potential NBA franchise name. Interesting.

This is going to be later on. I wouldn't miss that if I were you. fun. I guarantee it will be fun. I guarantee freshness and fun.

I guarantee we'll be here for it. Yeah, well, hopefully. Yeah, I mean, thank you for guaranteeing that. I'm just saying. Good.

Candles lit. It would be a shame if you weren't sitting there. It's not a real candle.

Well, it's okay. Was that the one he had on the table? Also, to come, maybe we'll do this at the end of this hour after I and Eagle. Rory McElroy's Masters Championship dinner. Yes.

Menu has been set. I haven't seen it. Oh, you have, though, right, Chris? It you're gonna. Oh, my goodness.

All right.

So you'll tell me what it is later on, and I will react. Absolutely. I will react. Maybe we create our own menus. We could do that.

Oh, that would be fun. Listen, we could do whatever we'd like. Your name is on the table. Thank you, sir. Thank you very much.

Um I just know that if Chris had a At a dinner, we'd have to bid on the dinner, what we would have to get, since that's what he does for his birthday, which is as close to him winning the Masters as it could possibly go. It's not a bid, it's a draft. A draft. We do this every year. I know that.

This being you do it for your birthday, and then I complain about which is why I never get invited. You've stopped getting invites. I did. I got locked out. And I never wanted to go, so that's okay.

That part worked out. It was fun. I went. That's coming up later on this hour. Look what you have to look forward to.

Yeah, we got a lot to look forward to. Let's do it.

So, the Max Crosby trade that went Kaputi. Man. Kaput. Listen, we're going to be. And everyone's like, really?

We're going to talk about that again? The answer is yes. We're going to be talking about this for a long time to come. Again, When the Ravens are on the clock, 14th overall in the NFL draft on that Thursday night, you bet I'm going to be bringing up the fact that the Raiders could have been picking here. Instead, it's the Ravens because of what happened.

And the question is, is this going to be another pass rusher or not? The Daniel Jeremiah mock draft that just Came out that we talked about with DJ in our number one. Has the Ravens uh he's got the Ravens taking Jordan Tyson, the wide receiver out of Arizona State.

So there's that. Peck right there. That he thinks that will be happening.

Now, he also did admit. That he did this before the trade, the Miami Dolphins trading away. Their top wide receiver, Jalen Waddell. and maybe uh the wide receiver draft that he thought would be the case for Mock Draft 3.0 needs to have a 4.0 look at it. But at any rate, It's going to be talked about then.

And then whatever happens with Max Crosby. If he returns His return to Vegas stays the way it is, like a before. Then anytime he gets a sack, it'll be like, well, they would have missed that. What if he does actually help lead the Raiders into the next Championship run. It'll be like, Well, they almost didn't have that.

I mean, it's gonna be nonstop. Or if he does go somewhere else again anyway.

So, this is going to be reverberating for a long time. And then, next year, at this time, right around the free agency period, we're going to be looking at. Anybody actually gonna be doing business with Baltimore? Anybody want to do business with Baltimore in that window where anything can happen? Between you handshake agreeing and then everything becoming official.

And the new league year, we're going to do that again? Anyone going to do business with Baltimore again? See, as I said, everyone's going to do business with Baltimore. Outside of that period.

So next year, next March. We'll be talking about this. Regardless of what Max Crosby does this year and for whom.

So, yeah, we're going to keep talking about it. But the reason why we're talking about it today is because we finally heard from Max Crosby. on his podcast slash show. Um His end of things. Previously, on the Max Crosby saga, we heard from Diana Rossini on this program from the athletic.

Nope. She said that The Ravens were already calling were in contact with Trey Hendrickson's side while Crosby was in the building. While Max Crosby was in the building, the temperature of the feet, Got So is sub-zero. That they started calling Hendrickson.

Now, Eric DaCosta and the Ravens have said that was part, the reason why Hendrickson was even. A lot of communication was open is because they were thinking about getting them both, Crosby and Hendrickson. Which is one of the more Difficult to believe portions of this saga. Exactly.

Okay. Um But be that as it may. Max Crosby said on his show That he For the first several hours of his visit. To Baltimore And in their facility. Where he was flown into DC and drove up to Baltimore.

Interesting. I don't know if there were no FBOs open, the BWI, okay. But at any rate, he said that it. took several hours before he Even face to face with the new head coach, Jesse Minter, and his for a hot minute general manager, Eric DaCosta. And then this is the way he said it was revealed to him.

that this thing was not happening. I go into the room. They sit me down on the couch and he's like, man, I don't know how to say this, but. You know, one of our doctors has concerns with you know, with the results and whatever, and like with your knee, like Some of them have, you know, are concerned about the future and da da da da da. And you know, we really want you, and this is what it is, but you know, we're just going to have to get more and more opinions.

I'm like, all right.

So I'm sitting there waiting for a call. I can't even sit still, bro. I'm like, what the f? I'll see Jay back. He hits me, he's like, yo, they're backing out.

And it's crazy because their guy called me, one of the Ravens guys called me and was like, yo, we're trying to figure this out. We're going to get this done. Don't worry. Five minutes later, CJ calls me. It's like, They're backing out.

I'm like, holy shit.

So I'm like frozen. I'm like what the f? I'm fing livid. confused the whole nine all in one. Wow.

Not surprised that that sound bite played here sounds like a truck backing up. Because that's the way we were all sitting there reading the news on an alert on our phone. me being told by Stephanie McMahon's outstanding staff of her podcast that I recorded with her on that day, As soon as we were done, they told me, you'll never guess what happened. I might have cursed, actually. And I bring it up just not to say that I'm.

Going to be on Stephanie McMahon's podcast, but to make TJ a little bit jealous. It worked. He didn't even tell me he was going. No, that was revealed after the fact. I understand.

Yeah. Same thing. Apparently to Max Crosby after meeting with the general manager.

So they didn't even tell him face to face it's off. The CJ is referring to as his agent C.J. Laboy, who is I guess got the call from the Ravens.

So they told him something's up.

Somebody was telling him something's up, but we're working on rectifying it. And then the rectifying was you're going back to Vegas. It's a cold business, man. It's cold. Again, everything the Ravens did was in their right to do it.

And I imagine there's no. Um Would you say there is no Right way? or easy way or non awkward way to do what they did to unwind it. What about His future now. Once again, he's talking about being a raider.

I'm not letting nobody knock my shine or make me feel weird or anything. I'm like, bro. It happens for a reason. I know exactly who I am. I'm healthy.

I'm crushing my rehab. I'm doing what I'm doing. I wasn't supposed to be in Baltimore. And that's it. You know what I mean?

I'm meant to be a Raider, it's through my damn core. And that's it. Man, it's too bad. I would have loved to have seen him in Baltimore. It's kind of him coming out of the smoke like Ray Lewis, the place would have gone nuts.

He's perfect for him. Yeah, but he's perfect for. For the raid for the raiders. Uh uh if he's not a raider Because something happened, man, where they just could not. Stay.

Right. Whatever happened in the final two weeks of the season and what's been happening with him. having to deal with the churn of the coaches and everything else. He could not Grasp. staying there any longer.

to the point where The Raiders took calls. or potentially made them, we don't know. But something happened that caused him to say, I just can't stay here anymore. I'd love to stay. I want to stay.

I just can't. And then this happened. And that w I guess the Drama Or if you will, trauma of what happened supersedes The emotions that he was feeling between All the coaching changes to the benching.

So they could tank Hmm. And him having to deal with being told by his You know, coach and general manager, that we feel we're better off without you suiting up with your teammates. And he could not. in any way, shape, or form, take that other than an insult? To that, you don't get me, you don't see me, you don't understand me.

I'm not. going to make a big public stink of it, but take some phone calls. But this now Maybe supersedes it. Unless it doesn't, and we'll see what happens over the next five weeks if they can try and put some. Humpty dumpty.

back together again to get as close to two ones as you possibly can get. Yeah, what percentage would you put that he's moved before the draft starts? I have no. If I'm sitting here going, oh, I think it's 70, 80, 90, whatever, it's a total dart throw. I don't know.

You don't know. I don't know. No, obviously. Because it could be like, listen, I still don't want to be here. But I'm going to talk about being a Raider for life.

And you can sit here and start taking calls again and say, it's two ones. Like, that's what it was before. You know, you can see what it. what Baltimore had a problem with. And they could also tell, you know.

Dallas. Or Chicago. Or whomever that is still in on him, that might have the cap space to get him. Because they made some moves in free agency as well. that that might prevent his Acquisition because they've made moves just like the Raiders made moves.

That might have caused Baltimore's foot temperature to get colder. 'Cause they lost their center and their tight end and their punter and their Fall back and They're probably sitting there going We could use some draft capital. Certainly, for a guy that our doctors are saying in 2028, 2029. Might not be physically viable. Let's go and get Trey Hendrickson.

And put a massive chip on Max Crosby's shoulder. Yeah, the last time we talked to Tom, he made it seem like it's not a foregone conclusion that he's going to start week one with the Raiders.

So it feels like a trade is still completely. That's what I'm saying. Again, unless the. hard feelings of what's happened, Um supersedes the hard feelings of What had previously happened, but if you're but if you're Max and you're and you're okay, maybe look, you fought for AP to be the coach, it didn't work out. One year with Pete, obviously, the way the season ended, you know, caused you to kind of work yourself into a tizzy to want to be traded.

But then free agency happens, and you have the trade snafu, you're back in the building. Oh, you know, the Raiders made some nice additions. We're getting Mendoza. The offense might be on the up and up. Linda Baum is here.

Maybe I want to stick around.

So the departure of all the people in. Baltimore, that might have caused them to get cold feet. including a center that's now on The Raiders. Also, in that interim between being a Raven and then being a Raider, All the other moves have caused Crosby to go, I kind of do like what's going on here. Right.

I can stay here. I can forget about the harder feelings that I thought were really harder than the harder feelings I have now. I have a chip on my shoulder. Let's go. I don't want to talk about this garbage anymore.

I'm a football player. I'm here in Vegas. It's clearly been meant to be. The football gods have put their thumb on the scale. I am here.

Let's go. This Raider team now, as it's constructed in mid-March with Mendoza coming, is not the Raider team that I was. Fighting to play the last two weeks in January, but got deactivated. This is all real and possible. But again, I'm a cynic.

After 23 years of this business, Miles Garrett drew it.

Well, I mean, yeah, obviously, Miles Garrett saying I'm gone in Cleveland, kind enough to come on our show and reiterate that. Much to the dismay of the yogurt people that brought him to our set. They were not happy and then turning around and taking the money to stay in Cleveland. Um does turn me into more of a cynic. Um so could it be he still has those feelings about the Raiders that he had that brought about the trade to Baltimore and the way to put it all back together is to say, I'm here, let's move on.

The Raiders are like, we're happy he's here. we don't need to do anything any more. And that's the way that the trade value can get. Pushed up, and everyone gets happy again, where the Raiders get their draft value. and Max Crosby gets his new address.

That could be happening as well. I don't know which is which. I Do If my heart of hearts, I believe it's the the former. That He's like, I'm screw it. I'm sick and tired of this talk and conversation, whatever.

I'm effing killing my rehab. I'm a raider. I'm here. Let's see what's up. And if they go five and twelve or You know, 4 and 13, and it's a difficult stretch because it's an up-and-down situation with a rookie quarterback, and the way things normally go when that happens with a new coach and a new kid.

Then maybe they revisit this thing next year. I don't know. But we will see what happens. But you just heard that. Didn't you think that they would have been the ones to bring him in and DeCosta would sit him down and go, Yeah, we are out?

There is the door? But instead, it sounds like they were like, we're looking at it. And then he gets a call from the agent saying, yeah, they're out. Wouldn't have thought it would be the agent. I would have thought it would have been them.

Yeah, that would piss me off if I'm Max. He's got a chip on his shoulder. And you ask me in Over Reaction Monday pod, where you can get your pods right now, as well as our YouTube channel, you're like, who's gonna what's more likely, more sacks for Max or more sacks for Trey Hendrickson? And I said, Max. He's got a chip, man.

This man is the voice of March Madness. I'll say it. It's his third year calling everything from the first game to the last. But he's joining us for the first time. Ever.

As a spokesman for Great Clips and its March Madness campaign. Ladies and gentlemen, Ian Eagle back on the show. How are you doing, Agen? Good to see you. Rich, great to talk to you.

I know how much your hair and my hair mean to each of us.

So to me, it's a perfect Perfect marriage. Yes. You are not going to be allowed to call a Tennessee Titan game this year because only bald men may apply. Wow. Yeah.

I don't know if you've noticed what Robert Salt. I did not see that. Robert Salah will not be. If you just take a look at everybody he hired, Gus Bradley and Gable. Let's just put it that way.

Robert Salo will not be doing a tour for Great Clips like you're on. I am not offended by any stretch, but there are a lot of Titans fans that could use Great Clips. Let's remember that. Look at you. Look at you.

How are you doing, man? Good to see you. Good. It's great to see you. You're not traveled out this time of year.

It's all good. You're wall-to-wall, doing everything right now, man. Yeah, no, it's been fun. The Big Ten tournament, as you know, maybe didn't quite finish the way that you would have hoped. That's correct.

Quite. Can confirm. But I'm going to say on the flip side of that, I'm going to take the glasses half-full approach with you, Rich.

Okay. That was a good test. That was a good exercise for the Michigan Wolverines to go through. And since the Kaysen injury, they have been walking a bit of a tightrope.

So the hope is that the Wolverines got that out of their system. And now this is a more extended run for Dusty May and company. Yeah, I mean, Kaysen's a kid that could get to the rim quite a bit. And I'm noticing a lot of perimeter defense and daring anybody, you know, not named Cadeau to try and get to the rim. And Michigan's been having problems doing it, you know, been having problems doing it.

But Yaxel made that game winner that you so expertly called against Wisconsin. And I don't know. Maybe I can hang my hat on that one going into the game. I think there might be some more triple Yaxels in the big dance.

So we have that to look forward to throughout this month. They're a really fun team. They're a fun team to call just by their style and by their different personalities. Mara brings something a little unique. You mentioned Cadeau, obviously Lendeborg.

He's just a fun name to say. Yaxel Lendeborg. That is correct. You can have a lot of fun with the syllables in that name. And then McKinney's got a real presence about him, the way he carries himself.

He just looks like an NBA player on the floor, the way he glides. I think they're going to need some serious production out of him. To me, he really could be the X Factor in this team being a Final Four team and a potential national champion. If I am not mistaken, sir, you and Raftery and Grant Hill and Tracy Wolfson have the call of the first game. Of the tournament, correct?

Are you first up with Duke and Sienna, correct? We do, we do. That's going to be the second game of that early session.

So you have the 8-9 game, which is Ohio State and TCU, and the Greenville section is very. Interesting. I mean, look at the big names throughout. I think the East is just stacked in general. No doubt.

And I do believe that you're going to have to run the gauntlet there to win a national championship. But the team that emerges, you just hope that they haven't had to exceed all of the necessary gas in the tank to actually just get to the Final Four, and they have enough to go out and win the thing.

Well, I mean, you know, Duke being the first overall seed. Getting a draw of Yukon, Michigan State, Kansas, and St. Jones as seeds two through five. Seems to be quite surprising to me. Certainly, since they beat my alma mater in a neutral site in Washington, D.C., which is, by the way, where the regional in the East is going to be played.

And Michigan, you take a look at their draw. They don't have a single Big Ten team in their draw, which could be a negative because they are the first Big Ten team to defeat every other Big Ten team in a single season, now with 17 other ones as well. But that said, you even heard Dusty May say, I'm glad I don't have to see anybody that's familiar with me or us with them for a while if they're lucky. I don't know how that happened. Yeah, I don't either.

And I'll also say maybe just because I just experienced it on a personal level, I do think there should be some consideration in regards to if you're playing in that final Sunday game leading into the selection show. Should you be playing on Thursday? And certainly, should you be playing on Thursday in an early session? To me, that is a very quick turnaround. And I know Michigan was interested in going to Philadelphia.

And if they had the number one overall seed, I think that was their preference. That's a Friday-Sunday slot.

Now, look, there's other agendas here, of course, and trying to get as many fans into these individual arenas is certainly a priority. But I think Arkansas and Michigan, SEC Big Ten, had legitimate gripes about where they were placed in schedule, not only necessarily who they were placed against. Which is the best team you've seen with your own two eyes calling games this year? I saw Duke this year in person, very impressive. They're not very deep, and they are dealing with some injuries right now.

So the concern would be that if they get into a real battle, and this was a concern last year, I had Duke early in the tournament, then had him again. Of course, in the Final Four. They just didn't play in a lot of close games. And then when they got into one against Houston, they made some serious errors down the stretch that cost them a chance to play for the national championship. Michigan was in a similar boat until the Big Ten tournament.

And I really believe, I'm not just saying this to make you feel better going into it. I think it will help them. I really do. I believe that this experience in Chicago is going to be of great benefit to them just to have felt some of those emotions. They were just dominating teams.

It wasn't even close in a bunch of their games, the majority of their games. Duke, Michigan, at their best, have been the two best teams that I've personally seen. But look, I've done a whole lot of Big Ten games. Wisconsin is playing out of its mind. Purdue right now has become a serious factor again.

Illinois is a team, if they can get on a run with all their talent and all their bulk, they're really big. Big and physical, that's a team that could potentially do some damage. I didn't see St. John's in person, but I know what they're capable of. Watch their big East run.

So you got a bunch of really fun storylines going into this one. Speaking of experience, I looked it up: your first ever NCAA tournament game, if I'm not mistaken, 1998. Utah State versus Maryland.

So my question for you, sir, is how Going into that broadcast, how many times did you look in the mirror and say, Sarunis Yakatevich? I was pretty sure that you were going to nail it every time. How out of it? Do you live in my brain, Rich? You and I are, we come from the same area, country.

In a way, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's so funny you say that because I saw the same social media post, and the first thing I thought of was preparing for the 1998 NCAA tournament. I knew nothing, I did not know how to do this.

So you're trying to learn on the fly. And the first team that I grabbed to prepare for was Marilyn. And the first name that I saw was the name that you just mentioned. And it just crippled me mentally.

So I broke it down into syllables. And I'm not exaggerating. I truly looked at it as if I was Marv Albert. Yes. And I decided I.

could do it if I just cut it up into pieces and I said, yes, a cavitus. That was all I locked in on. Yes, Akavichus. Yes, Acavachis.

So I nailed it every time. But Shirunis, yes, Akabachis was the first name I learned for my first tournament jaunt. Unreal. You and I both grew up on Marv. You know what I mean?

So that makes complete sense. And one of my. I'm so proud of this moment. My youngest son, we were watching our daughter, who's 12, play a. An all-star basketball game because she made her all-star team.

But the reason why I bring this up is she started on the bench, and all five bench players came in, and all five starters went out. My son turned to me and said, Dad, a wholesale substitution. And I'm like, Oh, this is the greatest moment. You passed it on to the next generation. We moved on.

All right.

Words I've never said to you before. Tell me about Great Cliffs, Ayn.

Okay, so what do you got for me here? Rich, here's the question. You've got a great slip. I'm looking at you right now. Phenomenal.

It's sort of like a brunette tug on the ear for me.

Okay. Would you mind doing that for me, Ayan? Thank you. Thank you. And when I promote NCIS Altoona, I'll think of you.

Hey, that's where TJ's from. Hey, Altoona. What else? It all works out in the end. Ayan, have a great tournament.

We'll chat soon. All right, Rich. One and only Iron Eagle for CBS, TNT, True TV, and Great Clips, and NCIS Altuna right here on the Rich Eisen Show. I got a star in that. That is, wow, what a pull by Iron Eagle.

Of all the places, of all the gin joints. Right. By the way, that's a Casablanca reference. I knew that.

Okay, that's good. Chris always likes looking up how ancient my references are. It's an 80-year-old movie reference. No, no, no, no, no. 70-year-old?

84. 84. Say it again, Sam.

Well done. Speaking of close to that, Dick Vitale last night, 86. You know? Brian Anderson was kind of struggling. I think he's got a cold or something.

Oh, no. Or he was just trying to. You know, make Dick feel okay that our voices aren't all 100%. That's a good play-by-play match. But what would NCIS Altoona look like?

Probably a lot of TJ. From what I understand, probably a little bit of. What do you mean you understand? You know Altoona? I mean, I haven't lived there in a while.

NCIS Staten Island would be quite a quite a quite a show. What's going on on NCIS Staten Island? We're going for pizza.

Okay. That's what we're doing. We're visiting the dump. Yeah, the dump is closed, Chris. But it's still there, Rich.

Excuse me. The dump just doesn't go away. Yeah, like well what they're doing is there will be um generations of Staten Islanders who might go skiing down those slopes. They're going to cover it, it's going to be beautiful. And people don't need to know that it's on top of garbage.

Doesn't matter. Rich, I saw it. What are you talking about? If it's covered with beautiful garbage in New Jersey, grass is going to grow on that thing, man. They got the fertilizer underneath.

The composting. It's going to be amazing. It's going to be toxic, guys. I was just going to say, it's like a nuclear waste site. Don't let your dogs eat that thing.

They didn't throw toxic waste in there, they threw garbage in there. Batteries. Toxic. Yeah, but the car. What do you think?

Yeah, it's toxic. We didn't research. Banana peels. There was no recycling. The Fresh Kills landfill.

They closed that a long time ago. Been away a long time. We don't take your garbage no more.

Okay. Maybe that's what NCIS is about, like the environmental impact. I have no idea. How do I know? I don't know.

I've been there a long time. We closed in Thompson Jersey and sent it to Staten Island. I'm just assuming, you know, we. We as a people, as Staten Islanders, have not advanced much. Just assuming.

I don't know. NCIS Altoona would have to do something with like a train because you know we're a big big train town.

So like murder on a train, express train, you know, and then Wilmer's got to come in. You're dustin' for Prince on the third rail? Harry Cole and Wilmer Valderama got to come in, and then that's when you meet the local crossover. And then you get the Altoona spinoff. And then that's when I got to go home and star in Lisa's first couple.

NCIS Livingston, what would that look like in New Jersey? I Don't really It's pretty much the same as it was when I was a kid, but Which of your stops would be the most interesting NCIS? Alaska? Alaska. It's got to be, right?

Or Maine. From NCIS, Maine. Yeah, there's a murderer on the lobster boat.

Okay. Now we're getting somewhere. That probably really happened before it happened. The lobster fishermen are a different breed.

Okay. You did it, right?

So then they take the lobster, they put them on the train, they come through the Altoona curve, the Altoona, the horseshoe curve, and then it won't be too much different from NCIS Staten Island since Maine is the Staten Island of New England. We've established that a long time ago. I mean, Casey Affleck did kind of. He did. He really did turn guys.

He did. He and Casey Affleck are beefing after that. I don't know. You should, because he made you look like a little fellow. Oh, God, yeah, he just did this.

I know. He did. After dunking up. Yeah, he vanilla nut tapped you on the way out the door. Like, hey, little fella.

He goes, oh, Maine.

Okay, great. All right.

This is going to be so much fun. The next two segments, or the next three segments, because Andrea Carter's after that. Oh, yeah.

So, top of the next hour, I've got my top 10, if you will, my power rankings of. What the next, what the nickname of the soon-to-be Las Vegas NBA franchise should be. Is Roulette one of them? Uh Close, almost. I took it off.

I put it on there. I took it down two on the nose and wouldn't have roulette on there. I'm sorry. The fact that you actually hit that, that was on there, and then I removed it late. But coming up next, the Rory McElroy.

Masters Champions dinner menu is out. Yes. Yummy. I want a hamburger. No, I want a hot dog.

You'll get nothing like it. You didn't win anything. Spalding. Actually, you get an NCIS Altoona.

Thanks for hanging on this time. What's going on, sir? What's going on, man? I had a big question for you. I hope I have a big answer to match it.

What are the Miami Dolphins going to do this year at receiver? Are they going to draft somebody or bring it out for free agency? They're going to have to.

Well, I mean, um. Mackay Lemon should be available. At 11, right? He should. He should.

And there's the comp, physical as well as spiritual, it appears, comp to Amon Ross St. Brown. You know, they always ascribe to somebody what school they're from, too, right? Going over the middle, fearless. From the slot can do whatever you you know can can do whatever you need If he's available at 11, I think Carnell Tate dropping would be their biggest.

hope but Thanks for the call. Appreciate it. You're taking a look at wide receivers. You've got Jawan Jennings and Debo Samuel and Calvin Austin still out there. Right.

Uh I I don't know. But That feels like a good Stefan dig spot. Could be. Hit a good season last year, over a thousand yards again. They got to do something for the kid.

You know, yesterday we spoke about this, and a friend of mine who's a Dolphins fan texted me and asked me why. We said Devin HN, right? You said that they should get rid of him. I said they would. He said they would not.

And he was like, why would we keep him? And then I literally all night was thinking. He burned it down completely to the ground. I mean, you just signed this kid, Malik Willis, and everybody's talking about how he should have second thoughts. He should have gone to Arizona, where there's Harrison Jr., there's Wilson, there's Algiers in there.

In Algiers now, with Connor hopefully coming back healthy. And that's a better. Offensive-minded head coach is going to be connected to you in the headset. You know, we should have done that. And I'm saying in this new brain trust you trust.

And clearly, they gave him money. I have no idea what Arizona was offering him, it was apples to apples. But let's just again, it's all part of a piece, puzzles. Let's see what they go into the season with. Let's see what they do at the draft.

I think 11th overall, the best wide receiver on the board is going to Miami. Period. End of story. Carnell Tate. And it could be Makai Lemon.

I don't think Tate's going to be there at 11. You don't? No, sir. No. I do not.

I don't think he gets out of the top 10. I am resigned to four Buckeyes going in the top 10 of this round. 844-204 Rich is the number to dial on the program. Christopher, I give you the floor. We love this every single year.

Okay, the Masters Champion has a dinner in his honor every year before he defends the Green Jacket title. And he chooses the menu, and Rory McElroy. Has chosen his menu. What do we have, Chris? Yeah, it is out, posted by the Masters site.

And then Rory, I think, spoke and gave a little explanation as to why he chose each thing. He's got four appetizers to eat. All right, four appetites. A peach and ricotta flatbed. Oh, flatbread.

What did I say? Flat bed. That would be an interesting thing. Oh, that's a truck. Yeah, flat bread.

Sorry. Balsamic hot honey and basil. Rock shrimp tempiro. Oh, no, that's good. Let me tell you, that's some good stuff.

And a creamy, spicy sauce. Oh, that's good. Bacon wrapped dates. Oh, that's great. That's a little bit good.

Now, if you're wondering why he chose that, that's getting a little heat online. He said his mom does these really, really nice date stuff with goat cheese wrapped in bacon. That's a winner. He wanted to honor his mother with that one. Dude, Ernie Ells is going to love it.

And then, lastly, the fourth appetizer here: grilled elk sliders. Why do we got to go gamey? With a caramelized onion jam and a garlic aioli.

Now, again, the expert. Why do we got to go gamey? He said in the build-up to the Masters last year, I was eating a lot of elk. I didn't want it to be the main course because I didn't know if everyone would be into it. Understood.

So I'm going sliders for the app, which I think is fun.

Okay. Elk? Kind of honoring his own prep from last year. Ernie Elk? Right.

Ernie Elk, I think, ever won the Ernie. Elk Sliders. Never won the Masters. Not at the dinner.

Okay. All right.

Two courses here for Rory. Damn it. First, a Yellowfin tuna carpaccio. With faux gras, toasted baguette, and chives. Fagua.

Fagua. It's very fancy. He keeps it. By the way, we got a flatbed, a tempura, which I don't understand where the hell that came from. Hey, Chris, we'll have them do it.

It's small. I think they can do it better. Tempura. What else you got? He says he got this from his wife and his favorite restaurant in New York is Le Bernadine.

No, Le Bernadine. Yeah, Eric Rippert, the head chef there.

So that's his own personality.

Okay, I like it.

So he's getting help there. And the main course here: a wagu filet or seared salmon.

Okay. Traditional Irish champ, sauteed Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots, brown butter. Yeah. Crispy Vidalia onion rings.

Okay. Which are a local delicacy. Nice. Nice. Dessert, sticky toffee pudding.

Oh, what a win. Vanilla ice cream. What a win. Warm toffee sauce. All right.

Yes. All righty. That's not bad. Not bad. And Rich, here we go.

Let's get to your favorite part here: the wine. The drinks, the wine. Without hesitation. Rory said one of the best parts about waiting, he now has access to the Augusta National wine cellar, which is one of the favorites. I had no idea.

They have their own wine cellar. He's going four options here: a 2015 champagne.

Okay. I can't pronounce any of the. Can you read that to pronounce it? Domain lefe. Yeah.

Nice burgundy. Pouligny Montrachet. Yeah, that Montrachet, which is, I think, is from South Florida, right, Dan? J-Pass, right? Oh, 90s, Chateau Lafitte Rothschild.

That is. They're digging into the. The Amanteado down there.

Okay. That's what you said. And Bordeaux. He's going French wines. Yeah.

So his explanation on those He drank the first one, the 90, was the wine he drank the night of he won the Masters.

So he's obviously bringing back that. And then to finish off a dessert wine, he said, quote, it's liquid gold. Liquid gold.

Well done, Rory McElroy.

Well done, I approve. The Rich Eisen Show Podcast. Mm-hmm.
