What is it? What is it that makes you take such a good moment? and just shit on it. By flexing on the rest of us, you could have been there. You went to your room.

Anyway, folks, we had, obviously, we got to talk about the raw that happened after the show. Major situations with that. We're going to get into SmackDown. And. Little bit of AEW.

So. First, John Cena. First things first, John Cena comes out. Tells us how we're just pieces of trash and we don't deserve everything and yada yada. CM Punk Punk and Cena.

Yes. This is what. The people have been waiting for, we knew it had to happen on this last run. There's no way that it doesn't. Obviously.

Shay said that it should happen through money in the bank, but no one gives a damn about what I care about. I mean, so we got to do it this way. And they're doing their back and forth and John Cena U. You smug son of a biscuit eating bulldog Okay. He put punk in a situation where He has to kind of go against some things that Punk might have said in the past and go to Saudi Arabia.

Man, like he was very anti-doing that. Yeah. And shout out to the Miz, right? Man, that tweet was harsh. I ain't gonna say what that tweet was, but you can find it.

Uh, yeah, man. And you kind of had to wonder. I know I was wondering. Are they Because last year he didn't go. Yeah, he got hurt.

Yeah. He got hurt. And this year, I'm like, how are they going to. Slip and falls happen anywhere. Yeah, and now the man has to go.

To get his title shot. Right. And it's caused the ruckus. Yeah. I mean, of course, social media ate it up.

Um those animals. And yeah, it's a weird situation. Uh And it's all and it's it's just one of those things that Yeah. You got to be kicking yourself that you said it because now, first of all, it looks great for John. Such a heel move.

Right. Yeah. Such a heel move. Once again, bending story and reality and using it for the product. And that is, that's where you find some real gold.

And this is some real gold right here. And. When When Punk saw him again, he he they brought up Exactly, you know, when they were on SmackDown, they brought up what the internet was talking about. You know, CM Punk being a hypocrite, yada, yada, yada. And CM Punk let them know: bro, I will.

I will fly to Mars. Whoop your ass, right? You know, so that was then, yeah, yeah, exactly. If I'm punk, I'm like, why are you bringing up old stuff? Yeah, bro.

Chill out. I wasn't even with the company when I said that. And also, IWC. You know, we love you on this show. You know, we love you, man.

But, uh,. Let's just all right I'm still in the world where I think something happens where punk don't go to Saudi Arabia.

Something happens. Honestly, if we want to be, if we want to keep it, you know, GP, like. The world is in a situation right now where that might not even be the safest thing for me. Maybe he shouldn't be flying over there. You know, I don't know.

I would call in sick right about now. And so a number of things can happen. But let's just go in the world where he does go to Saudi Arabia.

You all go online and you talk about how much of a hypocrite CM Punk is. Then what? Then what? Then what? What happens?

What changes? What goes down? You're gonna boo him all of a sudden. You're gonna boom. You're already booing him.

I know a lot of y'all just got hate circles, and that's how y'all made friends on Twitter. Go ahead and do that too. But, like, Changes nothing. I'm sorry to tell you. And I know me having CM Punk discourse is a little taken with a grain of salt because he is my friend, but like, let's just be real.

What you gonna do about it? Nothing. Here you go, TJ. I'm sorry. You know how I get when I see nonsense.

I just see a lot of people with wasted energy when you don't like the dude anyway. Yeah, look, I mean, look, he did take a stance.

Okay, a very Very hard for very aggressive staff, very aggressive staff. Shout out to the Miz. Shout out to The Miz. But at the end of the day, he wasn't with the company. He was probably.

Saying that out of, you know, I can't even say he was saying that out of a place of anger because I don't think that's how he operates. Like, he obviously felt that way, which is. Why he said it. I don't know, look, man, why he's now going to go back against what he said. That is not for me to decide.

That is, you know, that's his own principle. But it's not going to make me change my thought process on him. You don't do nothing for my life. It's not going to make me go, oh, well, you know, you said something now, and now you're doing this. You're a hypocrite.

It's not going to change much. Like you said, what, then what?

So, you know, what it is, what it is. The bottom line is: if all goes to plan, we're going to get a. championship match in the year 2025. That pits John Cena against CM Punk, and that's all I really care about. Yeah, because that's.

And punk the guy trying to save wrestling in the company, and which is what I said during my Money in the Bank prediction.

Begrudgingly didn't want to do it. And then she did it. And it was like, oh, this is actually working. You know, so it was a a good plan on Roxy's part. And then.

You know, she g she walked away with the dub. And honestly, watching Kind of made me want a Live Roxanne tag for a little bit. They have that kind of weird Uh, I'm gonna annoy you to hell, chemistry. And I kind of dug it. Look, man, you ain't taking Raquel away from live, though.

We did a whole hour podcast and didn't even mention the fact that we had a World Heavyweight Championship match about to go down in a few hours on Raw. And uh then it went down. Yeah.

I Talk to me, man. Like, I'm watching the end sequence of the match. You know, the trading sleeper holds. It was like a real old school, like, almost an old school NWA wrestling match. Like, WWE doesn't really do, you know, that type of thing anymore.

And it was just like. You got to the point where I halfway through, I was like, wait a minute, is... No, Chase's not gonna lose. Like, yeah, no, no, no. And then at the end when Gunther has the sleeper locked in, And you realize Oh.

He's not getting out of this. And then the ref calls for the bell. Yeah, and I remember. Watching it. Waiting for the One, you know, and then the two, and then you put the arm, keep the arm, yeah.

It was even though it wasn't none of that, it was like now he's out, yeah, and. I have a tweet that I keep going back to.

Okay. Monday Night Raw. has no happy endings. I saw that. It just doesn't.

It never, it just does not have happy endings since Mania. And. It showed it again. And I know there's a lot of discourse online about Jey Uso's title run, or how you feel about him as world champion. You cannot deny how over Jey Uso is.

Bottom line right there. Anything you say outside of that. For after whatever. Yeah. Over.

That's the whole name of the business. Yeah, that is the name of the game. Do you Do you raise the belt? Do you bring, do you put asses in seats? Do you elicit a reaction from the crowd?

And you There's nobody more over. Right now, no, nobody gets more of a crowd reaction than Jeyus.

So, popularity means a lot in professional. It means everything, really. You want to be a top star, you got to be the top merch seller. You got to have fans wanting to see you. You know, they put you out to the meet and greets and on the TV shows and things of that nature.

He was checking all the boxes. Yeah. And so you start to ask. What is it really then? Like what is it really that you really have to do?

to be The guy in the company because if I if I check all the boxes I you know, they got me. You know, they're parading me around. The next generation has A love for Jey Uso, and I text him this after on Tuesday, after Monday. I'm a bragg. Yeah.

Because it is just like the generation after this one. They're gonna remember these moments with Jey Uso. Those kids that you walk past and have those moments with, there's a kid somewhere that wishes and is praying that one day they get to be that kid. The same way. Brett Hart came out and would give kids the glasses, which is what the Yeet glasses even came from.

He was able to do that. With that moment. Mm-hmm. So there's a there's a There's a it takes a special Type of guy to connect to a generation that can't even buy their own tickets yet. Because when they do, they're always going to remember: man, I came here and I saw Jay and Jay, like.

That's a real thing. People want to get on Jey Uso because they they Think he's boring? And then you start to ask, so what is it that makes A good wrestler because I don't do things or I don't do moves on a random Monday that might make sure I don't get to go home safe. or the guy I'm working with gets to go home safe. Is is that why I'm not a good wrestler to you?

In my mind, a good wrestler. The best ability is availability. And that's somebody I know can be here every week. And the person he's working with, I know he'll make sure that that person can be there every week. You're not affecting my dollar at all.

And in fact, you're bringing it in and you're bringing in new fans. Yep.

So, what. Is it? And it it If the rumors, the murmurs, and everything is true where they're thinking about going, and right before Gunther and Jay's match, I posted. A gif of Goldberg saying you're last. If we're really Doing that, and we want the farewell match to be for.

The title? It just seems Foolish. Because on one show You got a guy talking about how he's going to retire and leave the WWE with the title, and there's nothing anybody can do about it.

So, on the other show now, you're going to give me a title match that's supposed to be one guy's last match.

So, is he really going to win the title? His last match, and then leave the WWE with it.

So now you put yourself in that situation where I'm like... You're not winning that. And then, if you do, why would you do that? Like, why would you do that? Because now it makes the scene of the story look like it doesn't really matter if you just come back the next week with a belt.

So it's it's it's frustrating. It's I mean, you just gotta go with it. To the haters of Jey Uso, he's not going nowhere. You think the crowd is going to die because he doesn't have a belt? It was there before he had it.

So you're still going to be complaining. And Gunther is, I'm glad they didn't let, you know, it's not just Joe Schmo taking the titles, it's the ring general. Let's be real. And if you want to give him heat, you got it for him. Let me tell you that.

Well, he wants the heat, though. Yeah. He wants all the. Because he's a professional, first off. He loves that.

Dude dude's good. I just feel like Yeah. Not one singles Defense at a P L E. 51 days. And you start to think of like McFoley had it for less.

Another person, the crowd was just behind, over, can't get more over. Jeff Hardy, 42 days. Another person that the crowd really got behind in like four years in a tag team, well over a decade in the company, all those things. Jay reaching 15 years just this year. And so it's just like, what is What is over anymore?

It's just a real question. I I think you know You know, a lot of times a lot of wrestlers will say belts are props, right? Yeah, that's cool. And that annoys some fans.

Some fans are okay with it. I think at this point, you have to maybe go with that old school wrestler mentality of it's a props. You know, it's something that I don't want to say it doesn't mean anything because to me it does mean something, but I'm not the one battling for it. each and every week. Um It's just hard.

You know, you bring up 51 days, and I can look at many, many good. great wrestlers throughout the years. Who have had short title reigns. I mean, you know, me, I'm an old school cat. I'll go back to Wildfire Tommy Rich in 1981, beating Harley Race.

for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. He held the belt for five days. Five. Like, what was the point? Yeah, like you didn't even get a full week with it, and Tommy Rich back in those days.

Was as over, I would think, I would, I think it's safe to say he was as over as Jey Uso is today. Like Tommy Rich, if you don't know, back in those days in Atlanta, in the early 80s, Georgia Championship Wrestling, he was, you know, one of the top, if not the top baby face at that point.

So you got a guy who had a five-day title ring. Dusty Rhodes, for as great as he was, he had two title rings that I don't even think went 100 days combined. Right. You know, then you have, like you said, Mick. You have Ray, who won the title an hour one, a raw, and then lost it in hour three to Cena.

Do you remember that? Bro, I hated Cena.

So, you know. I think I I don't know if we put too much Emphasis on length of rain. I mean, obviously, some people do are going to, you know, Roman had a thousand-day rain. Jay's was shorter. But to me, and I put this on Twitter: the bottom line is this: no matter where you stand on this point.

Jey Uso. won the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. He went to the Super Bowl. And he won the championship. And I tell you what, five years from now, people aren't going to remember how long it was.

They're not going to remember how many defenses he had. They probably won't even remember maybe who he lost it to, but they're going to remember that moment. When Jay Uso Still the top. Those ring ropes and held that big gold belt above his head, and everybody went crazy. That's the part we're going to remember.

And I think that's the most important thing. Think about the men who never got that championship. Ricky Steamboat never got a world title in WWE. Roddy Piper never got the world title in WWE. Jake the Snake Roberts.

There's so many great. Legendary performers who never got that opportunity. And that's that right there. Because of the level of respect. For legends like that.

who never had the company Tell them We believe in you so much that you are now the face of the watch. That right there. is why it could never be viewed as a problem. That right there is why it does mean something to all those. Guys and gals in the locker room is because they know what that means.

Yeah. And it's not. necessarily The title because I'll tell you one thing, it is. The visual of Seeing somebody like you with the title, whether that be, you know, Kofi, when I was a kid, just the rock, just. Seeing that you can do it too.

Means a lot. And that doesn't necessarily solely have to be a. race or or color thing, but even when it comes to in a situation like uh uh uh when when page Won the title. You know, all the The, you know, the darker emo crowd, or whatever it is, somebody like me. She was the anti-diva back then.

All the other divas were blonde. Yeah. Like, and here she came, pale. Goth looking in black hair. That level of inspiration does a lot for.

People psyche, and not only for that, but within the business, you might get one of the greatest of all time because they saw somebody like them with the belt.

So it's a symbol of a lot more than just the strap. And so when I see Rikishi be as passionate as he is about his son. getting such a short reign. It's because he just put That family And I'm not speaking about cousins and all that, you know, like. Everybody online wants to talk about the NOI family and how, you know, they're, oh, they got this one and this one and this one.

That is a man talking about his son. Direct link, his boy. Direct link he saw his boy Go to the top of the mountain. You have no room to tell that dude how he should feel. Especially some Some guy On the couch with a PFP, that's like, we don't even know who you are.

You go tell Rikishi about the business, what's fair, it's not fair. We hear from wrestlers all the time how it's not fair. You don't get on somebody for speaking up on that. You know, you can. Bitch and moan all you want online, but that dude has a right to want to defend his family.

Like I said, this isn't the end of Jay's career, but there's been plenty of situations where. Like, we saw Kofi get 180 days. Ain't never seen him get close since. You know, and it's just. They don't hand out And hopefully this is the start of something new because I remember when I was a kid.

Kurt Angle, The Rock, Stone Cold, they were passing that thing around between each other all the time. Potato. Yeah, so you get multiple. Time reigns. I hope to see Jey Uso get another one.

But I want to, you know, I hadn't thought about this until just now, but I got to say this: there's a lot of negativity surrounding Goldberg online with current wrestling fans. And I just got to be honest with you, man. If you were around. in the late 90s, early 2000s, and you were part of This Goldberg phenomenon, because truly, that is literally the one word that you can use to describe it. I had friends who didn't like wrestling.

Who all of a sudden would walk, come over to my crib and walk in the living room and see Goldberg and be like, who is that? and sit down on the couch. And then all of a sudden, they start coming to the crib every Monday to watch Nitro. Goldberg was a phenomenon, man. And was he the greatest technical wrestler ever?

No. But guess what? You can't use that argument. When you had a guy like Deemolinko. Who was Quite possibly the greatest technical wrestler of all time, or at least on a very short list.

He only got so far on the card because. You just didn't have those other things necessary to build the fan base that would award you. A world title. Goldberg's different. He doesn't.

That character doesn't have to know wrist locks and chain wrestling. Nobody watched wrestling to see Goldberg go out there and have a five-star classic like Big E said. You know, you, you, Goldberg was the man because that theme music hit. There was a swell in the in the arena at home. Like at home, me and my boys knew.

And then him walking to the ring with security. They weren't there to protect him from you from him. Yeah. No, I'm sorry. Let me take that back.

Him from him. They were there to protect you from him. Yeah. I seen that dude bust his head open on the way to the ring because he won the head butter locker as a kid. I'm like, yep.

This dude's nuts, cashews, bro. Goldberg is the reason why I know what traps are. I mean, the Duke came out looking like a superhero. Yeah. Built like something we'd never seen.

Smoke coming out the nose. Like I said, security to protect you from him and not vice versa. Right. We didn't Go on there expecting to see a 20-minute Goldberg match. No, we wanted.

And guess what? He did that. And he did that better than anyone else.

So, yeah, I realize that if you came later and you saw Goldberg. You know, you saw an older version of Goldberg. You know, if you happen to see the Undertaker match or the other, you know, it wasn't the same thing. But in my mind, like, I just look back and you can't deny his place in wrestling history. And he deserves to go out, you know, on his own rights, his own way.

And that's just from someone who watched Goldberg. Like that first match I was watching when he came down, when he wrestled with Hugh Morris. No, I saw that match, bro, and I was like, who's Bill Goldberg? Like, this is a jobber name, but like. Look at this dude, man.

Like, and then he beats you more. It's like, what? Wait, what? You know, so. I don't know, man.

Like I said, I'm all for Goldberg. Should he win the championship at this point? I'm not saying that, but he's earned the right to have that final farewell match the way he does. They just want to get a picture of him with this again. Maybe that's what it is.

They want to get a picture of him with the logo on it. And I feel him for it. Why not? You got it. Do it.

She was became a wrestler because of you. Yeah, she's like, you helped pave the way. You paved the way for us.

Now, A lot of people want to get on. The divas. For their movesets or lack thereof. Being more about being aesthetically pleasing than you know, in ring. Athletically.

Athletically. And so There, you know, this trope has begun where it's just looked at as if it didn't matter. Yeah. And that's just not the case. And I know this is going to ruffle a bunch of feathers, ruffle them, but guys.

This is entertainment. This is entertainment. Bottom line. It like. If it was in-ring ability only.

Only that's the There's a lot more guys that would be... A lot further ahead than what they got in this entertainment circle that we have. Who we just met. Yeah. We just met Lance Storm the other day.

So, there's a balance that has to be found. And now, with that balance, there are people that pave the way and inspire with entering ability. And there's some people that can do that with both. But there's also On this side, the people who are Entertainment is what leads to viewership. Viewership leads to fandom.

Fandom leads to growth. And that is what... The Bell is whether you want to admit it or not. Helped bring in for the WWE the total divos. From 2013 Yeah.

I think they had nine seasons or something like that. which is crazy for a television show already. But let's just look at some things right here. The first episode of Total Divas, TJ. Yep.

1.34 million. Woo! That's a good ass wrestling show. 1.34 million. The highest that got rated in the first season was a 1.67.

Do you know how many eyes that is putting on the business. And There's reality shows that are just straight scripted. This was one of the first shows where. the curtain is peeled back people are starting to like see like The things that they have to go through to try to get stuff over, things as simple as gear, all the way up to moves. The the women trying to get that to be passed through are uh A crap ton of board meetings and all that crap.

Also, one other thing you're forgetting about, too, maybe we would have got to this later, but. Women who We're preparing to go on, have a match, and then you find out. Five minutes before the show starts, that your match has gotten bumped.

Sometimes you find out. an hour into the show. Yeah. This was the women. They had to deal with all of this stuff back then.

When I first started, when I did straight out of Compton and you're going out into the public, you get what's called media training.

Okay. So you don't go and say dumb stuff to ruin your career or the career of others. And in media training, a lesson that I was given is relatability is likability. The more that people can connect with you on a Oh, you're a regular human basis? The more they feel for you when things happen.

Exactly. And what that did, it allowed a different audience to peep in on this thing that we all love. And I know there's a lot of wrestling fans out there that try to act like casuals isn't a real thing, but they are. When you have something from the movie standpoint, if I'm selling you. A movie that's based off an IP, okay?

It's based off of a property that already exists. Like, Any video game movie, superhero movie, yada yada yada. It already has its planet fan base.

So they're going to go see the movie no matter what. No matter what, because they're fans of the product. Yes. It is my job to get people who don't know anything about it to come in too. And that's where my real money starts flowing in.

What Total Divas was able to do was to increase The female audience for WWE. like they hadn't seen before. And what that does is, it's putting new eyes, it's putting new girls in a situation where. I might want to do wrestling. This might like.

They're intrigued because they don't have to see just four minutes of a woman on. any of the programming that wrestling had. And with WWE, I know that there was a bunch of other places where women's wrestling was taken way more serious than the WWE. But if it wasn't for Total Divas, and the the popularity and the growth that it brought in. They wouldn't have even looked to like, maybe we should hashtag, give Divas a chance.

You know when that hashtag happened? That hashtag happened after a match between. Paige and Emma? versus the Bella Twins. How about that?

And because of that popularity that they have grown through the show, it led to women caring, women giving a damn. Like, no, we see how hard that these women go for their careers and what they want for themselves. And they're out there for 30 seconds. And women didn't want to put up with it. And it like if you don't see how that means Pave the way that you just She's being a dick, bro.

And it's okay for a lady to give another lady a nod of respect. It might not be the way that you see pave the way in your own mind. But there's different levels to everything, and to act like the Bellas didn't bring in a way. There's women dressing as the Bellas right now, they don't even know they're going to be on the show. You know, here it's a crazy thing because you know this, they don't quite know this.

I have a long Friendship with the Bellas, I don't know. Nikki and Bree, I met them. Bro, I think it was, I'm trying to find the date of a picture here. It was probably back around 2000. And 2009 or 10, I met the Bella Twins.

I was doing a fantasy football show. My friend Joyline Johnson, who used to work for WWE, she brought the Bella twins in. We did a fantasy football show and this is before they really started to blow up even within WWE World. You know, and they became the GMs of my fantasy football team that year. By the way, I had an awful year.

I blame Nikki, but not so much Brie, but I definitely put all the blame on Nikki. I'm looking right at the camera and saying Nikki's the reason we stunk, but that's not the point. The point being, the Bella twins then began to just blow up. And okay, I'll say this. Were the Bella twins as skilled in ring as an EO Sky or an Asuka, Stephanie Bukher?

Uh, no, but and I mean, no disrespect, because those are three of the literally greatest women to ever wrestle on the planet Earth. But what Nikki and Bree Brought, man, was so much more than just what went on in that squared circle. Right. You know, I had friends who didn't like wrestling again. Like I just told you with Goldberg, my friend Julie, who's a doctor, she's one of the smartest people I know.

I never thought that she'd be a wrestling fan. She saw the Bellow twins and she acted like she was like a little elementary school girl for years. When she found out I knew them, she'd always ask me, hey, could I get an autograph, you know? There was a woman when Nikki came out on Raw last night that Cried. How many times do you see someone in the stands?

Crying at the appearance of another human being. Michael Jackson used to make it. You know, like, you know, I'm sure Prince, I'm sure the Beatles made women do it. I know the Beatles made women do it. You know, CM Punk, we saw him at his AEW return.

A grown man was crying. Nikki Bella had a woman in the crowd crying just because she came back out. Like the Bella's brand is so massive, man. And what they've done, what they've been able to do outside of the wrestling world is just incredible.

So don't ever try to disregard the effect. Mm-hmm. They had Yeah. Without them, Total Divas probably doesn't blow up the way it does. Then you had their own series.

You know, their wine business, their hosting, they've just done so much based on. The fact that that Bella army is so strong, man. It's so strong, it is so powerful, and it's worldwide.

So don't ever confirm. Yeah. In wrestling, I guess I want to say the groundwork that they did outside of the ring. The stuff that went unseen, the stuff that was shown on Total Divas. The arguments that we Don't know about these are things that made the top company in the world.

realize that they had a gold mine untouched. They turned. divas into superstars like the men. And you have to acknowledge that. When they say she And her sister And others like Naomi, like Paige, like all the four horsewomen.

These When they say that they help pave the way They made A home where you could show your skills off. in the top wrestling company in the world. because they made them realize we can draw. just like the men can. And by bringing in something inside and outside the ring.

If you can't acknowledge that, bro, I don't know what to tell you. You're just going to be miserable anyway. I'm going to end it with a quote and then we're going to get to SmackDown. But. And I didn't And I think I speak for a lot of wrestling fans, I didn't always like the product scene that was on top, right? I didn't, I wasn't always a fan of the decision making. I felt there should have been other people who could have been elevated.

For sure. But the bottom line is, I gotta give it up. For the length of time that the man spent on top. And that's why I put John Cena. He actually got the fourth spot on the Mount Rushmore for me.

We found out that Stephanie McCare named her cat after Asuka, and now those two are about to meet in a wrestling match in less than, I don't know, four hours. And I am so excited. I cannot hide it.

Also, with a. With regards to AEW, there's something else I wanted to bring up because the Kenny, the Kinney. Uh in Okada. Unified belt. The two moves on the side of the belt, whoever wins the belt after them is just going to have to have Okada and Kenny on the side.

That would be cool if the nameplates are like moves. I'm down with that. That'd be a cool thing. I'm not going to leave them on there forever. I don't know what Tony Khan's going to do.

I don't know because Mildred Burke still has her picture on the Mildred Burke NWA Wilmington belt. And that was Queen of the Ring, by the way. 60 years ago.

Well a moment that happened during their This dude, Okada, hit Kenny with an elbow that turned this dude into the damn Kool-Aid man. Man, my man was just a kid. I'm like. Do it! Again, you love storytelling.

You love turn storytelling. But he should not wrestle. If that happened to him this week, he should not have a match with you. What? Kenny Omega better not be in the ring this week because it's long term.

So we've seen wrestlers kind of always attack and target his midsection. Okada, something burst.

Okay. Went for it. He needed to go to a local medical facility. Yeah, Kenny Omega. is is in trouble uh and he he better take some time to heal up because We know where Ocott is going.

Swerve and Osprey also ended in a draw. I don't know how I feel about that yet, but I mean, they're going to milk that all the way up. Oh, they had to. I wasn't too mad about that. And then.

What else went down? What else? Oh, oh, yeah. Hangman and the Death Riders.

Well you got Of course, the standard death writers put tape over your mouth so I can talk the whole thing. I want to give respect to the AEW crowd. First time ever, maybe last time. But the AEW crowd. That is how you do your role.

Hangman can't say anything. You got Moxley just giving it to him, and the AEW crowd was like, you know what? Hangman can't talk, so we're going to talk for him. Shut up.

So And I love that. I was so pumped seeing you guys do that.

So, kudos to y'all, man. That was dope. We're gearing up for that. For a while, I've always felt like Moxley was gonna win that. I'm starting to get a little swayed.

I'm starting to get a little swayed. I think Hangman might do it. I think Hangman might do it just because the buildup is being done very well. And I'm starting to believe. And I swear, if I get this high, TJ, and they drop me again.

You know, a few months ago, I think back in October. You came on the Rich Eisen show, and you and I were able, it might have been the end of September, you and I were able to announce the fact that we were actually going to start the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. What a time. You know, what a time there was. A bunch of young kids.

And one thing I specifically said. while we were announcing the pod. was that Rich and Chris from the Rich Eisen Show, they have a podcast also with us here called Overreaction Monday. And they took Overreaction Monday. to Fanatics Fest in New York last year.

Got to do the pod live in front of a crowd, and I thought that was really dope, and I said. To you, to Rich, to Chris, to everyone who was watching and listening that day. As we announced this podcast, I said very specifically one of my goals was to make sure that for the next Fanatics Fest that you and I were there. doing our podcast in front of that Fanatics Fest crowd in New York.

Well, lo and behold, you manifest stuff, you put stuff out there. And things happen, folks. And this Saturday. From New York. New York City from the Jabbit Center.

O'Shea Jackson Jr., TJ Jefferson, are taking the No Contest Wrestling Podcast to Fanatics Fest. We're going to be there. We're going to be going on around 4 o'clock. And we're going to have a very special guest. And why don't you let them know who that guest is?

Um We will be having the legendary. The mysterious king himself. Rey Mysterio will be joining us for a live episode of the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. It'll be a great honor. We have not spoken to Dom yet.

Yeah, that's gonna be a bit of a hit. But it's gonna be an honor, one of our our biggest honors so far on this road that we've taken. And it's all Thanks to the response that we've been getting from you guys, dude. It's such a weird thing being on a side like this where your success is completely. On other people, you know, and we're forever grateful to you guys because we all know that you have your ideas about wrestling, you have your conversations about wrestling.

So, the fact that you care about ours means the world to us. We'll continue to try to get you guys the best interviews that we can, speak from a fan perspective. And maybe crack some jokes at you for years to come, man. Yeah, man. It's just...

I don't know, it just I wanted this so bad for us. You know what I mean?

And, like, that was definitely. One of the things that was my goal was for us to do this. And it happened a lot quicker. quicker than I assume because The Fnax Fest that they did was a few months Later, so it would have been in the fall.

So, actually, we're a little bit ahead. Of the timeline that I had wanted for us.

So it's just, it's kind of wild, man. It's really dope. It's really dope the response that we've gotten because obviously you guys can go so many different places and watch and listen to so many different podcasts. You know, for whatever reason, a lot of you choose to rock with us, man. And that means, that means a lot.

You know, the response we get out in the street, you know, when we go to these different wrestling matches, you know, when we're walking around places, and I'm sure you get it probably more than I do, but it's just, man, it's really dope for people to. really dig what we're trying to do here and we're putting together. You know, if you're in New York, if you're. At uh if you're at the place at the Javit Center. Come see us.

Like I said, we're on, I don't know the exact location, but I know it's going to be 4, 4.15. Uh the ball stage? We're on the coldest ball stage, is the stage that we're on, according to Dom Bui.
