Let's do it.

You got questions. We got answers stalk for the line of fire with your host activist, author, international speaker and theologian Dr. Michael Brown your voice of moral cultural and spiritual revolution Michael Brown is the director of the coalition of conscience have the president of fire school of Ministry get into the line of fire valves by calling 866-34-TRUTH.866-34-TRUTH your again is Dr. Michael Brown home lines are open. We are ready to go.

You got questions. We got answers. Michael Brown delighted to have this time with you, 866-34-TRUTH 866-34-TRUTH 87884 is the number to call. Just a quick shout out to all my friends a long time, especially in Suffolk County.

I'm coming your way this week and after the show today scheduled to fly out to New York and then Saturday afternoon having a special meet and greet. This is going to be an intimate time when I expecting hundreds of people of hundreds of people shop I'll be shocked.

I will be in Stony Brook Long Island Saturday afternoon 3 to 5 sharing some encouraging inspirational behind this.

The scenes things with you. Take your questions face-to-face sign books if you like. So to be a great time 3 to 5 this Saturday afternoon, then preaching in the Stony Brook church on the sound similar to services nine and 11 AM so to find out more go to my website. Asked Dr. Brown a SK DR Brown.org and just check out my itinerary there right so any question you have of any kind in any area of expertise. I have this is the time to call 866-34-TRUTH 87884 if you want to probe something, discuss something with me that I have previously said if you want take issue with something a clarification by all means give me a call in the city, program the better chance we have of getting to your calls now one bit of news that was sent to me earlier today, which is positive, encouraging news for those who want to vote for Donald Trump or are voting for Donald Trump that he has now appointed Marjorie Dan seltzer was the president of the Susan B. Anthony list which is one of the foremost pro-life organizations in America. He has appointed her as chairwoman of his pro-life coalition that she was previously a critic of Donald Trump as I had been in the past, especially during the primaries and make clear that it was during the primaries, when we had other choices that I was airing these concerns and if you receive the nomination, then I would evaluate my stance because I certainly did not want to support Clint in any way that being said, she will seek to mobilize quote national and state why this is. This is the way it's been put from the negative national statewide antiabortion leaders with a particular emphasis on people in battleground states activate their spheres of influence.

So again, this is a critic of reporting this, hence the reference to anti-abortion, but of she, like others during the primaries were concerned about his week stance on abortion is pro-choice stance before his his tepid condemnation of Planned Parenthood or I should say his partial combination of Planned Parenthood.

And yet he is consistently one of the direction of pro-life. He is consistently surrounded himself with strong pro-life people, even the Ben Carson's and the Mike Huckabee's along with James Dobson's in the 20 Perkins and the James Robison's and I know these leaders are speaking very clearly into his ear as it was just doing this to win the election. Well Whitney have a better chance maybe of just running this kind of have a middle-of-the-road guy and look, I am not extremist like Hillary Clinton on the extremist like Ted Cruz in kind of a middle-of-the-road guy know it seems to me that he wants to go in this direction and that whatever his deep deep views are. This is direction. He plans to go if elected again. God only knows what this divorce is of an open criticism in the past. One of the openness of the positive take place. Nothing said would come right back to straight your call. The line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown voice of moral cultural and spiritual revolution there again is Dr. Michael Brown thank you friends for joining us on back in Queens, New York. Chris, welcome to want to fire Dr. possible. They given their life.

I barely stay on track five years all back in their drinking smoke and building all habits of the past, but go on for while they believe in years and they can't let it all these people have these people truly been failing as a possible Fabian Baldock & then repent that fallback defendant extend and repent all Allergan.

Chris has a very, very sadly it is very sadly that's what the New Testament warns us about playing games with sin. That's why the New Testament calls us to persevere until the end.

The three Hebrews 3. Since we're made partakers of Messiah fleet we hold to a conference firmly to the end. That's why the New Testament warns about. It'd be worse for someone after having come to the knowledge of the truth to turn back and go to their old ways so very sadly yes, that can happen to good news is even in that steak I can get hold of people and bring them to deep and lasting repentance to say that this person that walk with the Lord for five or 10 years was a counterfeit convert was never saved. There is no biblical evidence for that and there's no reason to think that account for conversion would last that long and would appear to be that deep. But you have to ask yourself why are there constant warnings on the road telling you the speed limit and telling you to beware of dangerous curves or slippery when wet weather.

Although signs there. Unless there's the real possibility of getting off the road and then when you see those skidmarks and you see the wall dirtied up and damage that reminds you that people continue to do not heed those warnings to the same thing.

There warnings throughout the Bible old and New Testament of the potential danger of falling away because it's a real danger. On the flipside, the promises are even greater because the promises are based on God's power, not our power. So if I will throw myself wholly on the goodness and mercy of God and cry out until the answer comes the answer will absolutely come and there's no reason why any of us should fall away, or need to fall away, because God's promises are sure to his promises are sure the warnings are real and sadly there folks. I know that walk with the Lord for years and then turned away and have been away from ever since. But I continue to pray for their salvation and repentance first and current. It talks about how I think it's correct. Five verse five all about the man who had relations in his mother-in-law speak on how to splash over to get give them over to say also is flesh would be destroyed. So his spirit might be saved. It exactly meaning that the hope would be as he is excommunicated from the body and given over to Satan. That is, he comes under Satanic attack enhances his flesh, his physical body is destroyed that he would truly repent in his spirit be saved. So that's telling you he was a safe man but his salvation is at risk because of his willful defiance of the Lord, the hope is, though, that he would be brought to repentance and that his spirit would be saved so that underscores the very point that were making one thing, salvation, I would say lose it they can forfeit. They can walk away from it mean there many many Scriptures that point to death if they can walk away from it. They can forfeit it. God will not force you to stay in the house. Jesus said if we confess him. He'll confess us.

If we deny him will deny us.

So, just as you had to respond to the gospel in order to be saved get to say yes to God. It's his salvation. It's his grace it's his mercy yes absolutely with the same way we can say I refuse to follow you repudiate use. Lord it is spiritual suicide, but the word is clear on that.

I'd encourage you to read my book go and sin no more, Chris.

I think you'll find it very helpful.

Go and sin no more. So you put your trust in the keeping power of God, but you don't play games with the Lordship of Jesus.

A thanks for calling Chris if you're climate yourself for some close to me. The Lord's grace be there to fully restore 86634 let's go to Vienna, Virginia Raj, welcome to the modifier. Thank you very special request and I'd like you to please try to find more. How do we pray for those who are air potatoes who depending entirely on the audit so-called find fickle pharmaceutical medications and neglecting what God's garden provided from the good of God and I say this because often because depraved individual and their dear men, many of the men of God attributes who relying upon the so-called publisher could depraved enough to get hold master these affecting the body's own healing process with God has placed in our bodies to be wonderfully made.

Depending upon the natural processes and what you provided in the fruit of the trees, who to believe her medicine and want to effectuate this. I live yes in particular context of the deer will prime minister on credit yes or prepare them to please dictate. Your yes I appreciative?

First, there is much that medical doctors can do in the Bible never prohibited medical doctors. Rather, it was pagan practices that were prohibited, but even things like drinking wine medicinally or pouring oil into wounds. These were things the doctors that setting bones and and things like that. It's just that much of the medical practice in the ancient world was associated with priests and pagan temples and superstitions. That was a large reason that it was that it was forbidden. So that's that's that's one thing the, the, the other thing the other thing is, is this that in a case like Shimon Peres with a severe stroke. I don't know what can be done just in terms of the body healing itself.

What other means should be done if if I knew some of us doing something that was absolutely destructive and what they were doing was was going to kill that person, then that would give me concern that my prayers are to God all the same. So I pray for God's intervention, God's mercy God's healing. I pray that God would give doctors and nurses wisdom. My mom was was recently hospitalized and there were certain things that helped her with medication, then that helped her to be eating better and by eating better without her body is getting a little stronger but still frail at almost 94 years old but I I would not look at them is in conflict unless I know they are in conflict and the the healing of the nations through the leaves of the trees. Ezekiel 47 vision to me that something beyond just the natural healing qualities, God's put in these things, but of course there are human qualities. The gods put within nature, and there also things that he is giving doctors wisdom to understand as to how to use and and how to combat certain illnesses and sicknesses that were we have that knowledge. We should use it with as a conflict, then we we pray for God to override anything that's being done wrongly and for Shimon Peres. We pray for God's mercy for God to reveal the Messiah to him and for God's best purposes for his life to be filled me know that people ultimately not live forever in this world outside of life in the Masai. Thank you for your your concerns and your call 8663 for 87884 I before I go back to the phones with a reminder to check out this week special resource offer Jonathan Kohn's new book of mysteries together with the one hour interview that we did on the radio and a free copy of my mini book 7 secrets of the real Messiah. You want to talk to me about any question on ask me if it's appropriate for Christian radio. Let's do if we go back to the phones in Lebanon, Connecticut Allen, welcome to the line of fire conducted by artist want to give you a compliment, are naturally wondering when you came here three or four years ago and seen your mark today with Betty Robinson, you look really fit under what you been doing what you look like you're really doing well conflict or giant tubing prospers and being in the health of the Lord brought you so congratulations, thank you again and sat down a little over two years ago, I I radically changed my life started working out over the years, but radically change my lifestyle to eat totally healthy all the time and only healthy all the time and that's it. I wrote a book together called breaking the stronghold of food. That'll be out the first week of January we talk about life transformation different relationship to food healthy eating and you better believe it that the benefits are massively worth it, the change in my own life is been overwhelmingly dramatic, mind-boggling.

The self and does so I'm I'm thrilled and thankful beyond words. God really helped me to make this radical change with thank you sir for Freud, noticing the big difference directly. Good to talk how much weight you lost my car, but my point.

I'm going to go live in a Pentecostal most part Christopher about 36 years, but I just recently started going to miss your current dictionary communicated, much to my surprise, the liturgy is very selected Orthodox dog want to abuse which shows guarded way beyond all praise and exultation are all under knowledge for eternity.

I find that a little disappointing you think we can change a literature messianic target make the show.

The blessing you have is Joe sure Jesus said Manuel and the Holy Spirit dealing with yet. It's a fascinating question Allen's there are many many different traditions. Messianic congregations just like there many many traditions different traditions in Protestant churches than a different branches of of Christendom and in many cases, the messianic congregations will use some of the traditional liturgy that which they affirm and believe is is relevant and helpful and and and true.

That's one thing and then they will they will incorporate worship of of the Lord and ask exultation of Yeshua in the midst of it and and for many, they feel great with both.

In other words, this is reflecting what Jesus himself would have done.

Not exactly those words, but a similar thing liturgical service reading of Scripture and also reflecting life in the spirit and new covenant realities. The problem would be sometimes depending on what liturgy is used, there can be conflict.

For example, although we are longing for the final redemption we have already receive forgiveness of sins we have already come into that relationship with God. We have a ready entered into new covenant realities and the prayers that are prayed in the security Jewish prayer book in many cases, are longing for something that we've already experienced longing for something that we've already received in that sense there could be a conflict or or the centrality of Israel is the chosen people, when now the good news is gong to the whole world so I would say it's a matter of which congregation herein and some of them have liturgy that reflects more new covenant realities, and they've written all their own liturgy and some will use some traditional liturgy mixed with their own and some will just use the traditional liturgy, so it varies from congregation to congregation and it's a matter of the heart of the leader in the heart of the congregation to be honest, I myself over the years have found some messianic interrogations where I was able to enter into more and summer. I felt more of a of a conflict because I didn't feel there was sufficient emphasis being put on the work of the Messiah. On the flipside, I been plenty of churches where I felt that there is a discounting of the Old Testament foundations of the Jewishness of the faith so that it can happen anywhere, but I fully understand your Sangamon Avenue address these things over the years my dialogue with other messianic leaders and I without note. Does that mean we create a brand-new liturgy totally could be this mean that we you selected to recite the Schumann to declare that that the Lord our God is one from Deuteronomy 6 we should love our neighbor as ourselves in Leviticus 19 min is the reason why we should recite those things. But as I say there other things that if were going to since recite and pray we need to do so in a way that's more reflective of the issue is so so the Amida the Schumann x-rays is called the 18 benedictions there ways that messianic Jews have taken those put them in song form and incorporated them, not just what were praying for but what Jesus the Messiah has already done. Beyond that, hey it's it's really a matter of where you are, what target reported by the way Tess's question and then we got a break from August 24 getting two years ago I went from 275 pounds to 180 that was in less than eight months and just by eating totally healthy. The way came flying off.

The site will be helpfully and then I maintain that ever sense continue to eat totally healthily. I don't have a cheat days when people asked me how often they cheat enough guys as math I asked him how often he cheats on his wife for me.

A day were all all indulge a little as it did like my birthday or something. I'll have more of the healthy stuff that have normally have a more raw nuts or something else and you and ladle out about breaking the stronghold of fruit how we approach things and since then I probably bounced up maybe 5 pounds heavier put on a little more muscle and things like that so Down syndrome 185 in just under 63 surrender on here feels feels great and I blessed my cholesterol for little over 200 down to 123. Blood pressure was high. It was size 149 of 103 now split about 105/65 27234 headaches.

We haven't had a headache now in over two years and used to be with a severe sleep apnea had to use a breathing machine CPAP and now the weight loss systematic that I don't need that anymore so I'm blessed by the grace of God morals in his hands.

Mattia blessed.

I thank you for the call. It's the line of fire with your host activist, author, international speaker and theologian Dr. Michael Brown voice of more cultural and spiritual revolution get into the line of fire now by calling 66343 here again is Dr. Michael Brown back to the line of fire rates disseminated for you got questions we got answers. I want to get to some email questions when you get to some email questions now okay can't use the name for personal discretion.

Let's go. I have a question about a young man in my youth group is wrestled with the biblical truth of the sin of homosexuality for a while. Recently, claims to been enlightened by the Holy Spirit to reality. That is not a sin is working to camp this summer.

He was removed for teaching young children, homosexuality was okay God's eyes recently just entered into homosexual relationships are not sexually active in claims he met his boyfriend to the providence of God question is that acid and Hillary comes to youth as a method of discipline dry allowed to come and continue sharing the truth with him. I'd be very grateful for any insight you could share a thank you from the pastor writing.

What a difficult, painful situation that absolutely one it's gonna come up more and more.

The problem is he is actively sending by being in a relationship saying that it's fine, although it's not sexual at the moment, whatever that means, you can tell me that two young men who say they're attracted to children brought together by God and believe that homosexuality is okay or not can it have any sexual contact To say it's not still sinful enter into romantic same sex relationship. More importantly he is seeking to deceive others, so what I would do is this. I would send them privately and say listen.

Glad you want to come in graduate Alyssa. However, if you try to mislead anyone.

If you address any of these issues. If you and anyone claim that that homosexual practices obtained on site.

If you come with this guy make clear the two of you together am very sorry but we have to market is as being divisive. We don't want to do it. We love you we care about you program aftermarket same as with any other situation. Don't treat this any differently than any other situation.

Imagine the guy is saying that it's perfectly fine to him to marry a nonbeliever, and in fact gonna marry and have sex before marriage.

It's perfectly fine and he now starts coming with a Muslim girl Hey, you know, it's fine if we married Muslim Christian is perfectly fine and Gabby were sleeping together, but we love each other It was Sarah you handle that. The exact same way. So the fact is homosexuality. Don't let that change anything so you sit them down lovingly tell me who to help and and you care about his socialist, hear the gospel great that you will be publicly making clear what the Bible says and that may make him uncomfortable but you are going to do that right and the other thing the other thing is this, you could tell him quite plainly that the devil is a great deceiver.

What he claims the providence of God. To meet this guy if it ends up reaffirming his belief that homosexual practices find it's from the devil if it was anything unusual, anything other than just plain coincidence is not of God is of the devil, just like if a married man code providentially met the woman of his dreams and now ditches his wife divorces her in marriage so that that was not God's providence that was needed. To some it happen or the devil set it up if anything would've been divine judgment, not providential blessing. So you need to say listen to doubles after your soul. If this is a set up. It's a set of from hell. And if if you want to come in humility and listen and and you're not going to show off that your couple and not Jenna talked anyone to defend your viewpoint, then you're absolutely welcome here, but if you gonna try to tell others that homosexual practices okay or make it known that your goal with this guy, or come together to the meetings with them then then you're not welcome here-repentance is the spirit are the number, plan, and it's the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown into the line of fire now by calling 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown. I go back to the line of fire Michael Brown.

Answer your emails, but if you got a question when you get to some phone calls as well. 866-348-7884. You got questions, we've got answers. Okay this is from a friend in Moscow.

What's the difference between solo script Torah and prima script Torah director Brown first of all, in a thank you for with your dues administer love your show and love your passion list a few 3 to 4 years now your constructive impact on my life is hard to exaggerate one of those, my dearly respective look at his great examples of Jesus followers of my dear brother in Moscow. Thank you, thank you for the very kind words. Much appreciated me continue to shine brightly for the Lord over in Russia by Esther question I've heard you mention before that you believe this or this or this.

Because you are so the Scripture believer a pastor my respect explained to me, so Scripture is actually from the Scriptures nearly verbatim without washing the feet women covering and covering their heads and being so immature terrazzo Scripture. But we rather prima script or which seven. The Bible is the primary authority plus traditions of interpreting the Scriptures to please weigh in on the difference between the two. I don't know where he got that idea about the solar script Torah did not meaning what what we what we say it means solar script Torah means that the Scriptures alone are our final authority of truth that the Scriptures not Revelation outside of Scripture, not church tradition.

That's authority in Scripture interprets Scripture is nothing to do with a hyper literal reading of the text or reading of a text doesn't see nuances or beauty of the text doesn't see different literary genres. Rather, it has to do is saying Scripture alone is supposed to remember this is this is in contrast with Roman Catholicism, Roman Catholic position that would say Scripture plus tradition that it is Scripture plus church authority and that church authority.

The church is the authority to interpret the Scripture or the church tradition can clarify Scripture or church tradition can in a sense, modify Scripture so in point of fact, that's I'm looking at one website, for example.

That's is the prima script Torah is the name given by many as a counter for solo Scripture. The ideas that will Scripture is not the sole rule of faith of the church is the primary authority refers to the primacy of Scripture with Scripture is primary among traditions and ecclesiastical decisions of these also carry some authority alongside Scripture. So no, I absolutely not. We we are solar script Torah and in other words, if if someone else comes along and says the Lord gave me a Revelation that there will be forthcoming's of Jesus and we throw that out because it's it's contrary to Scripture, if Simmons is normal but II have 1500 years of church tradition that says that that there is three infallible leaders and these three infallible leaders govern our lives will know, we throw that out because contrary to Scripture solo script Torah again that the that the Bible is the supreme authority in all matters of doctrine and practice now.

The reason I'm a charismatic is because of solar script Torah people so highlight be if he shows maturity belief example that there can be tongues, and interpretation today or prophecy today and I'll be heading to the Bible. No, no, no. Why would that get into the Bible. There is plenty of prophecy in the New Testament days it was not recorded in the Bible that was never part of the Bible that was never in competition with the Bible and they were pretty plenty prophetic utterances that were given in the Old Testament that were words from the Lord that never part of the Bible never played the role of the Bible whenever God's word to all people for all time low course that because the Scriptures to me quite plainly say that the gifts of the spirit will continue because the Scriptures plainly say that that these things will continue until Jesus returns. So because I'm so Scripture because this is my absolute authority in all matters of doctrine and practice. I embrace the gifts of the spirit for today and I challenge my dear friends that that are secessionist believers to have a civil debate with me on this. Why I say civil debate on immunity unsettle but say that not not some polemics or emotionalism or name-calling, which is what is the word say let's look at let's exegete the text. Let's open up the Scriptures together and show me why I should not believe the disempowered spirit for today based on Scripture alone so the Scripture, I can easily make the case, gives the spirit continued to this day.

Are there abuses had always been abuses of the conference in the Boston conference. The reasoner conference. Those because there is truth, so help prima Scripture is very different. A Catholic could say that there prima Scripture and thence to recognize church tradition and things like that is it is we who hold to the Bible alone, who art solo Scripture, 866-34-TRUTH.

Let's see here. Okay, I'll just on the skin, answer hi Dr. Brown was reading the last latest issue of Christian magazine ran across an article it says there is no scriptural evidence for the rapture. Are you familiar with well okay the email was derogatory with says things, but are you familiar with Hank paragraph should be listed.

You deserves a special revelation of the rest of us are overlooking. Okay Hank is a colleague we have some deep differences on Israel today and cause eternal purposes for the Jewish people, but there is far more that unites us than divides us. We had some differences in the days of the Brownsville revival, but found that the things that we major honor were quite identical to our pleasant surprise, the things that mattered most to us in terms of people coming to faith in people becoming true disciples, and believes the Bengali devoted lives that we were very much the same page really wanted people to know God and the people of his word, etc. so absolutely deeply yes yes yes however neither Hank nor I believe that there is a pretrip rapture. Okay. Neither of us see it in Scripture. Neither of us believe it is there. However, Hank does not believe in the millennial kingdom as I'd which I do not believe that Jesus is coming before the tribulation or whatever end times chaos for people to may be that radical will preserve us in the midst of all of that by his grace we will overcome everything has to be overcome and see him face-to-face at the end of that time as he returns will be caught up to meet them in the air and to send to earth with him.

Sounds like something out of a Hollywood movie or beyond Hollywood and yet it's scriptural it's extraordinary it's gonna happen through is the Lord's work in our lives. These things will happen, and then help establish his kingdom on the earth will arrange for thousand years, after which we enter into eternity. I could have a different view of the end times and would reject what I recheck, namely the pretrip rapture teaching, but they would also reject the millennial kingdom on the earth, and things like that and a future vision for Israel as a nation which I strongly hold to which he rejects also benefit from Hank.

He has been he has been a great force on the air in many ways for many years.

20 people away from the cults, Jehovah's Witness Mormons, and especially years back educating people about errors in Darwinian evolution helping believers understand the evidence for the resurrection.

Helping believers take the word of God seriously and yet when it comes to Israel. We have some very profound differences and of course Hank was criticized for participating in a conference in Tehran that many felt led credence to anti-Semitic views that that he was anti-Semitic with that lend credence to anti-Semitic views of those areas where Akamai would have the most profound differences as brothers and fellow workers in the Lord and should he ever want to discuss and debate these things in a public setting. I would be more than delighted to if you wanted to 866-34-TRUTH 87884 Harriet what is your answer to reformed theology. Pastor believes that Christians must ask us reading this persons is there was much ado with words that sound so penitent. Thank you God bless.

I like the question, in other words, if today I realized why you know I was rude with that person on the phone I need to call back and apologize drowsily to say "oh God oh God oh God oh God, oh I'm so so all I got a little I'm just on the word of words that were you doing and can repent a network. If you are convicted by the spirit that what you did is wrong on that level then repent deeply there been things of the years Rob repented that deeply and more with weeping and wailing before God did on my face. I can't believe I did forgive revolve wash me clean and amazing march to someone else may seem small to someone else. Both diets it's a large to me before God for the most part, but you know if I realize okay I I I hung the horn at that guy cut me off and hunt the horn. I should've done that father sorry wash and I'm gone so relationally. I don't want to let the thing happen still and if state before God for salvation relationally. I want you to be anything that is knowledgeable technology before God, thank you for his mercy.

The loss depends on the nature of addiction medicine file line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown get into the minor fire now by calling 866-34-TRUTH dear again is Dr. Michael Brown back deck out or special resource offer this week with Jonathan Kohn's book of mysteries special interview I did with Jonathan Wilson for free will pay the postage and also give you free my mini book 7 secrets real Masai that is not for sale. We send it out for Jewish outreach purposes want to give it to you as a gift this week, 86634 all okay drive time for this.

Okay let me get some shorter ones. Jody asked this. I have a friend who wants to know as to why what would the people have heard when our Lord declared it is finished from the cross. Thanks there are some who argue that because he would have been speaking in Hebrew, or more like the Aramaic that he might have said something that would have been the equipment if paid in full. So when he Bernice Lahm that he was saying all your sins are paid in full, but that would not logically translate into the Greek word that we have in John XIX chapter.

Now I actually write about this in my book.

Hyper grace but to make it very very simple.

The exact form of the word. It is finished that we have on the cross. In John XIX chapter occurs just a few verses earlier and this is the only time of the only time in the New Testament that this word this Greek word occurs in this form so we have in John 1928 after this, so this is Jesus on the cross. After this, knowing that all was now finished said to fulfill the Scriptures there so notice knowing that all was now finished the verse 30 we received the sour wine he said it is finished. So we have this Greek form here, the all only twice okay so from the Greek word to let go. Here you have the tele-stye is finished yet or twice in the entire New Testament you have it in John 1928 and you have it in John 1930. So what is me everything that had to be done has been done.

Everything that had to be done for our salvation has been done has been accomplished. It's it's that simple.

All right. And that's really in that sense the end of subject.

That's that's what he said his note was a mystery. There is no double meaning hiding behind it. Rather, it's finished, it's done everything that had to be accomplished everything I was given to do everything they need to be done for the sake of the human race if is finished and that's what people would have heard. However, it would have been expressed in Aramaic or in Hebrew and was indicated to us by John 1928. Use that exact same forms. These two verses earlier, John uses it, and now Jesus says those words on the cross as it's translated into Greek for us.

There's no question everything that had to be done for our salvation has been done and finished 86634 should let's go over to these questions is from Dori.

He said God said it's not good for man to be alone, so he must believe it's not good for woman to be alone either. If he loves me, why hasn't he heard my pleas for husband. I was careful in his footsteps and keep his ordinances that I feel is turned his back on me. Husband abandoned me with one days notice six and half years ago. I'm 74, with no family and no husband. My health is going to break down. I am an unloved unwanted woman.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that story and I can imagine the trauma that you have gone through and yes ideally selected for the man or the woman to be alone.

There are, sadly, many single people that have not met their mate. There are those in your case, who been abandoned and no one else is coming to their lives. What I can say is this an onset lightly number one God promised to be the husband to the widow and the father to the fatherless, and so somehow she can be there for you if you say God no human being can meet my needs right now only, you can. He will give you sufficient grace. I don't belittle your situation like I don't say it's easy to simply say if you will cast yourself on him and say, God, you have to meet me I'm desperate, I'm discouraged, all alone. He can do that and he can bring people into your life as well. The other thing is this is where it's so important. Have a family of believers around your leisure totally isolated. Is there anywhere you can go for fellowship. Is there anywhere we get involved in a Bible study or it would lead a church know hey II can't get around much, and I would love for people to spend time with me said it's not the same thing as a husband I understand, but other brothers and sisters can encourage us so were not alone and there can be fellowship and strength that comes out of that and and yes is there potential grounds for remarriage. Some would argue yes there is.

If your husband ex-husband is still alive that even in that case there could be grass remarriage. But remember, there are many that never remarry because they don't believe as long as the spouse is living that they can.

I have friends like that. They live for many years. It's it's painful, and yet God has met them in the loss of been fruitful. So friends, listen, can I ask you just especially somebody that hear this and it really gets to you which you pray for Dori that God would meet her every these door he's able to do that with or without another human being and and I don't say any of these things lightly.

All right, one more question Mike I Michael Brown ocean show every day. My question is on Jesus name baptism in the book of acts.

They evoke the name of baptism in the book of acts I'm an apostolic and believe in the one the sum still struggling right now. Some things I believe Trinitarian to say been forced onto baptism. I struggle with thinking only people speak in tongues or save all of Mike Michael listen first and ask the eighth chapter, the believers. There were surely saved and they had not spoken in tongues or the Holy Spirit had come on them yet, but certainly Peter and the other apostles, stripping of the Lord. If the Holy Spirit had come on them to speak in tongues and and surely the Holy Spirit indwells every single New Testament believer tongues reported divine empowerment but not necessary for salvation is for the name of Jesus. It would either mean that is the name of Jesus. There are several different Greek formulas that are used into the name of Jesus upon the name of Jesus wasn't mean probably that the baptismal person being baptized would be calling on Jesus for salvation, or that they would be baptized into Jesus, but what we see from the early church documents is that they understood what Jesus said in Matthew 2028, 19 to mean just that the formula was in the name meaning into the formulaic name of the father son and Holy Spirit, not the Jesus was the name of the father so the Holy Spirit certainly not.

So that is my answer to question a hope that helps.

86634. Truth is the number to call. Let's see an anonymous question dear Dr. Brown did Adam and Eve have the ability to remain sinless. Theoretically yes theoretically they didn't have to send that they had complete free will and the date chose to disobey. And that's when evil is actuated, yes, theoretically they they could have in any of the tree of of of life and live forever. Sinless, theoretically could have awoken the effects of Original Sin on the rest of humanity.

Well we know the effects on men and women that the relationship became imperfect in certain ways that the woman without pains of childbirth that the man would be cursed with the difficulties of of an unfriendly agriculture, thorns and thistles and things like that and that human beings thereafter would be born in a fallen state so that it would now be impossible for human being to be sinless because were fallen and broken just like if we step wings at least be able to fly without wings anymore and then lastly can human sin human since Adam and Eve remain sinless. If not, is this a result of Original Sin, yes, yes, as I just said absolutely not. Again, it doesn't mean that were incapable of saying no to temptation even outside of Jesus.

It doesn't mean that we are incapable of of having a conscience.

It means that we are incapable of self transformation and we are incapable of living perpetually sinless the end that even on our best day our most holy day were still falling short of divine predict protection would be like if you look at something. Sarah looks pretty white to me and then you hold it up to a perfectly white background. You wall wall will look white because it was being held up a much darker background.

We compare ourselves to ourselves. We think were pretty good become persons to God's perfection.

We know we are in big trouble. Hence, hence the cross, hence the mercy of God has forgiveness of sins and transformation, new life through Jesus, 8663 for 87884. You've got questions. We got answers I got a bunch of email question silicates as well.

Son never plan by the Expo line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown your voice of moral cultural and spiritual revolution.

Here again is Dr. Michael Brown thank you so much for on modifier 866487884 is the number to call you got questions, we've got answers hate pray for the leadership of North Carolina as is were blasting over North Carolina right now is a speak. Pray for the leadership of North Carolina to do the right thing and stand strong against the bullies to stand strong against the ACC and the NCAA NCAA and others who are seeking to bully the good people of North Carolina and threaten us with economic harm because we want to protect the privacy and safety of our citizens. Pray for the governor prefers Raven to stand strong and pray for a righteous vote that we can pray for Lord Mayor people vote righteously in North Carolina.

Okay from Anthony the drama want to start off by saying that you are one of my go to public leaders in the Christian public old public political scene videos and very informative and relevant. I'm in college working part time she videos the top of my feet. Every now and again are priceless to me. Hate Anthony that is priceless to hear and I thank you for saying that we work hard on getting those out as much as possible and or throw their blessing to you, ever since I've heard of the Calvinism versus Arminius debate. I reject the Calvinism for many reasons. I whatsoever you church basically was read many articles and in Bible study of my own for the past couple of years I've been able to defend the non-Communist standpoint using Scripture recently. However, I found it difficult to explain the passage in Genesis rituximab Jacob and Esau. I'm sure you're familiar with this so my questions are one we read passages in the Bible about God choosing us in us choosing him the various aspiring writers seem to have different interpretations of how God interacts with man this this week in Scripture to the poor brother passages could be seen as simply an interpretation of the revelation all know know I would simply say they are presenting wonderful truths from different angles. Wonderful. Choose from different viewpoints. Look, I have. I have seen it. I have seen it over and again that I have information on the subject, say a news item that seems complete to me and very damning toward someone and then you read another article of this was left out of the first here's the rest of the story from another perspective, and suddenly all now that puts it in a different light. That makes sense know the old story was was told about the pastor was seen in the car with another woman and there is a scandal about it. They didn't realize that you just gone to the beauty parlor that they completely change her hairdo. The person drove by and saw them hug you in the car that was another woman and some look that way that it was based on limited information out of if that can happen with with earthly natural things it can certainly happen with spiritual things. You know it it's it's often said that that someone walks through the door and on the front of their shirt it says whosoever will let them come and drink the water of life freely by who you, whosoever will know that the open invitation to everyone and when he walks through the door on the back of assurances chosen before the foundation of the world and one writer may emphasize one point or the other but both have to be true sometimes with our limited perspective we don't get how most can be true, and in my view, sometimes Calvinist over systematize and sometimes Arminians under systematize, but I from both his absolutely true, which clearly those I start in Genesis read all the way through the revelation that there is human responsibility that there is the choice to say no or to say yes and that is all God's salvation.

He is the only Savior, the one and only Savior, and we cannot save ourselves and that are chosen.

This is found in that he is chosen the people in the Messiah and we put our faith in him we become part of that corporate people. So no, I see no contradiction there.

No weakening the thing being an interpretation. Second question is not why would godless Jacob, but he deceived his father next in a way that modern Christians would call on Christlike understand how this fits into the Calvinist perspective, but that is where we start to Calvinism because it seems so out of character for the God of the Bible gondolas. Just as most people do what is right, how can he. How can this be explained to us on Calvinist great questions are asked of your salvation is simply has to do with God's purposes. This was not Jacob chosen for salvation and these are rejected for salvation. That's never in view here. Not a hint of that. Okay, Esau's not describe this is say Judas is is Iscariot is a son of perdition right the one doing to destruction.

No, not at all. In fact, when Romans nine quotes Jacob of I love the site I hated this from Malachi 1, which is speaking of the nation of Israel and the nation of either so certainly not all Israelites are saved and not all Edomites are lost. Obviously obviously so what's the point. The point is that this is chosen this for a a purpose for a role okay and in that sense very plainly very clearly the the calling on Jacob was for divine purpose that no look when you look at Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to see their flaws specially see Abraham's great faith we see their flaws and if you look at the children of Israel's history unfolds is bad is bad. So the choosing of Israel is not because of good works. The choosing of his rose because of God's purpose and that's all has to do with chosen for service not for salvation, which a sky can choose to bless someone in the role for service despite the deceit, but certainly does Jacob pay for his deceit over and over and over and over again and just got still blessed Esau.

Yes, he does, and in many many ways he does in the in this world.

He does so that the issue is not that that God chooses to save someone without any reason and and in some type of unjust or unfair way which of course Calvinist wouldn't believe either. And one of the thing when it comes to Jacob. God cannot often see something in somebody's heart that we don't see and even though their deceitful, dishonest God can see that something good will come out of it again. Jacob pays dearly for his sins. God is always just because always just it never works out where someone got away with sin know God is always just analyst receive mercy through the cross. We will pay for our sins and sometimes even as believers in this world will pay for sins and mistakes the errors that we make and things like that. That being said to Kelly Donald Trump so his flaws pretty evident every time you speak every times during an interview is a use you get to see some for some weakness. Windows track record. We know his history was a man of the world. A proud man of the world.

Amanda boasted about his adulteries. Manny said he was strongly pro-choice. We know all of that, Amanda. You could say is been cruel towards others or if we know if it yet. Their people say no, God's going to use him and watch what happens and again God only knows where things are going, but those evangelicals that I know that it got behind them got behind them because they they see something else there. They see something else that God can work on with these humility and a willingness to receive and and elicit so again let God be God. In that respect I hope that answers your question.

All right phone question audiologist address like this very very briefly from a caller. The seven bowls of wrath in the book of Revelation.

What exactly are they do they refer to something that unfolded in the past. Some would read it like that a a credit risk historic reading of the book of Revelation would say that everything that was written was written first and foremost for the first century church and applied to struggles. There were going through and persecutions and hardship under Rome and speaks spiritually and allegorically of God's judgments and of God's penalties and of God's wrath, but not in a literal sense.

I appreciate that interpretation and certainly Revelation 133 speak in particular to the early church in the whole book brings comfort the persecuted people.

But even with what is called apocalyptic apocalyptic language. This this language that speaks of God's dealings with the word it with the world of these cosmic end time massive ways and a star is falling forever and everything shaking in a people things like that, even with apocalyptic language.

I don't see fully how the book of Revelation applied and in that sense to the first century church. Aside from the comfort and encouragement they get from a to endure through tribulation and hardship if it is something that is still future, which in many ways this is how I read it messages to the early church. A general message for them the things that are still future, the symbols wrath will speak of God's wrath being poured out of the sitting world.

At the end of the age.

A terrible upheaval and whatever those symbols would actually mean because again the whole of Revelation is is put in figures and symbols and things like that is can be a dreadful time for those that rebel for those that refuse to bow the knee to God. As a 26 God tells his people come away come to the inner chamber and hide yourself to my wrath passes by. But exactly what they are exactly how to go unfold. I do not claim to know. Thank you for the call here again is Dr. Michael Brown. Very very led to something that is really going to strengthen people, believers around them. I help help them really overcome because week we have three or even more plugged in to God for the day that yes Jonathan Kahn good timing after I just address seven bowls of wrath what that might mean speaking in his new book, the book of mysteries. One mystery for each day of the year 365 in total was hardcover books in other words read it either one data time to read through and and let the Scriptures unfold in front of your eyes with a great offer with the go to the website ask Dr. Brown.Borg to find out more by the way for everyone listening to me in North Carolina. According to the latest survey, Gov. Pat McCrory, who had been down to Atty. Gen. Roy Cooper by about seven points in a recent survey now is apply to yet a nine point shift and nine point shift and Maggie Gallagher has asked the question on the post 2016.com the MBA NBA NCAA attack on North Carolina just backfire to points that that a new civic hospital shows an astonishing turnaround for the courageous North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory a nine point swing out putting him up to points after being down seven in the last poll of Franklin Graham is calling on pastors North Carolina stand up for the governor was facing an avalanche of big donor money and attacks for simple common sense values. Franklin Graham said this this Carolina based evangelist Franklin Graham said he's outraged at the ACCs decision to pull games from North Carolina because of the house of hospital to the call on pastors to join them in speaking out a strongly worded letter to ACC conference commissioner Susan Atlantic Coast conference commissioner Johnny Swofford, a copy of which was sent to the presidents of its 15 member schools. Graham called and him not to make political points of student athletes. He also told Swofford that the ACC NCAA and other companies and organizations now boycotting North Carolina as the controversial are guilty of profound hypocrisy for making calculated business decisions disguised as moral outrage Dr Pepper. The chief sponsor of ACC football makes money selling it sold in countries where homosexuality is illegal.

Graham pointed out, but you see, because Vegas is the right is an opiate for North Carolina champions of traditional believers. Amen to that. And my friend and colleague Robert got gone has an article up on the screen posted yesterday, but I just saw today. I had sent to be early in the week.

We just thought up now a memo to the Washington Post, the Bible does reject quote transgender behavior and it's a great article sets the record straight. Responding to a ridiculous article in the post from August 26 is a restraint LOL I'll get that out on social media as well. All right, I get time slip for some more email questions that not that answers that answered that.

Let's go over here okay what about that answered all those okay from Rob.

Here's a good question lately have been confronted with Christian saying that flatter this in the Bible in many places the many teachings on this my pastors alliance is beginning bigger bigger nation. That dress is true about the Bible telling us longer. The shape of our planet is this flatter theory. Just another erroneous distraction. What will Rob I III.

How could anyone argue that the earth is actually flat. Let's move.

We know what we know see the spirit from outer space that the earth is not flat so the question is does the Bible wrong on the subject of your question not, is there a flat again. I I do not understand how anyone could possibly argue that that that the earth yeah I know people are arguing for, but what can I say I of the IAI so does the Bible speak of a flat earth.

It certainly biblical times. He did note we know about the universe and is much observational language. If yes, some of the Bible does the song around the earth think they would've assume the answer is yes, same terminology we use today. The sunrises and sunsets so, we use observational language going to the ends of the earth would they have thought if you go to the end that you can reach the end and fall off the end could could well be cell or the corners of the earth. Yummy.

That's how they they knew it and look at the horizon near their endpoints and that's you go off that and go to nothing that could of been believed that the they were making scientific statements during observational statements. They were not saying we are now putting in writing by revelation from God with the shape of the earth.

You have other verses that that speak about the food, the circle of the earth does that mean that there is understanding that it was spherical or look at the horizon.

When you look where say that the water meets the sunset or something like that and any can be can be spherical, rather than just straight this this that is that with your talk about. So once I know the Bible actually describes the earth as a sphere because it mentions that the food carts that the circle of the earth and and and then people points versus a like Job 26 and God hangs the earth on nothing that that there was a recognition of of invisible forces of gravity and things like that without understanding what they were so yeah you could make an argument that the Bible addresses these things from different angles, sometimes using observational language in other places using language that is more in keeping with what we know scientifically that but the Bible is not written to give a scientific information when it's just giving observational information.

This is the purpose of it, nor should we expect it to be so to use the Bible argue for flatter seems to me to make a mockery of our faith before the world. That's what it seems to me if you're flat earth reset all my friendly talk but you don't get appointed all then enlightenment unserious to tell me where the arguments coming from right or how you deny what we know about the earth when you can circle around the earth right in and so on.

866-34-TRUTH 87884 Bradley my question few deals with the words erev and Bo care used together like in the creation account in Genesis 2200 erev Autocare so erev is is morning excuse me as evening and Bo care is morning erev is speaks of of the root Hester with mixture can be like that, the twilight where it goes from light into darkness and Bo care. Apparently roots in the can.

I freaking out. Hence the light shining in the morning today case evening and in the morning so evening and morning. This is one full day right half evening, half morning right. How is it special.

Using Daniel a the sum since the days, years using Daniel nine's 70 weeks as their basis. Okay yeah it's good question for Thursday but I can answered on a Friday as well is run able to: no, I don't. I don't see it as having any different millions annually unserious is having to do with years because it uses morning and evening. Personally, I will sensing a basis for that suggest just for your information, see basis for years. As with 70 weeks of view is that a line 24. 27 thank you for asking. It's the line of fire with your host activist, author, international speaker and theologian Dr. Michael Brown voice of more cultural and spiritual revolution get into the line of fire now by calling 66343 here again is Dr. Michael Brown thank you much for joining us on the line of fire, 866 you got questions leave God answers all my friends listening and greater Dallas-Fort Worth. Remember lesson two weeks from now will be with you for two special days Wednesday, September 28.

We've stayed extra set that up just for you are radio listeners in the greatest greater DFW area, 866-34-TRUTH Sheila asked first Timothy 212. Women not be permitted to teach or have authority over the mantises rest today and the thought of always been confused about the some say women should teach some say it's okay can I encourage you to just go to my digital library web address this in different occasions.

We talked about on the radio, but I've also done a video on it. Should women be pastors address this head-on. So check that out by going to ask Dr. Brandenberg as Katie, or rather just click on digital library and just type in the word women and you'll see resources that deal with this directly right in short, I believe governmental authorities, primarily male. However, women can be used in all different types of effective ministry and service in the body.

Let's see from Mike Jubilee for the 70th week of Daniel out if you don't have you changed your view, what is your view on the rapture the church I heard a radio show.

You should bring the 70th week of Daniel out now and never said that I had no idea, no idea, no idea, no idea where that comes from honestly no idea of never once in my life publicly said the written 70th week of Daniel never said that I don't believe it.

I believe the 70 weeks were filled before the second Temple was destroyed. Jesus dying on the cross and the container for sense is the center of the prophecies and that they come to pass before the second Temple was destroyed with the destruction of the second Temple at the end of the 70th week and I don't believe a preacher raptures of said over again, even in the last hour so for more that my views on rapture.

Just go to Esther to browse and organize digital library and type in the word rapture yeah just so this new Steph Curry urges North Carolina change anti-LGBT law.

We we really gotta find a way that to get to her brother's death, who is been a strong Christian witness and really help them to see what is coming down on the total wrong side here. Yeah, maybe. Maybe I do need to write an open letter to him is that I think it's unfortunate for city or state to be under the microscope with HB two, and how it's unfolded, will frequent your rights and treatment for everybody to like it's address until some changes made.

This could be a recurring theme in North Carolina want that to happen obviously from North Carolina gloves, North Carolina. He does one of Carolina punished and he cares about everybody but is on the wrong side of this politically sudden onset of this politically and and I think is missing some appointment from his vantage point that he cares about north, he doesn't want the city of Charlotte to be heard in the some of the state to be heard he's he's historic member of of the pastor Livingston's church in Charlotte when the great churches in the city and obviously he he doesn't want his home state in his home city to be hurt, so he speaking in that way, which I appreciate an abscess when I heard it is where gays and lesbians. The question is this the right thing? So yeah maybe that open letter was to write thank you.

The line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown voice of more cultural and spiritual revolution. Here again is Dr. Michael Brown on fire. God answers you are talking about asked me about.

Let's do it. Let's have added I got to a but I have not gone to emails. I think it any last week I got to lunch to day and I make it to a few more but but I think it's time to go to the phones. So what will do that will do that start comes Ohio CJ, welcome to the line of fire. Hello Dr. Brown hello question back where where Scripture makes reference to weeping and gnashing of teeth like as in Matthew 812 is ever referring to something that believers have to look forward to and if so how do we avoid a gift that that outcome at the joint. Yeah, we certainly do not want a situation where we have to look forward to weeping and gnashing of teeth. As far as I can tell that usage is the usage of other lostness not not a metaphor or a description of of deep repentance and and pain got I'm so sorry is sinned against you father forgive me, but rather that of the door shut.

It's too late. So the context you mention here is Jesus feeling that the servant of a Roman centurion who had great faith and yet he saw grade of the leak from his own people is that I city verse 11, that many will come from the East and the West will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, but the subjects of the kingdom and other Jewish people will be thrown outside into the darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth of the cultural study Bible notes says to verse 12. Many believe that the sent from Abraham ensure their admittance to the feast since March with Jewish sources often envision damnation and darkness sometimes is a prelude to or alongside burning. With reference to first Enoch 10 103 then weeping and gnashing of teeth is taken to mean people would weep over there damnation to the 16th, 17, gnashing teeth can detect anger, but here may reflect anguish or agony. So no, I I don't see that as an option for believer less that the lever turned their back on God pronounced him and went back to the world and said I refuse to have you as my Lord and I'm going back to sin which case they don't. Repentance roles they will face weeping and gnashing of teeth across simplest way to success.

Not for us. There is no condemnation to those in the side Jesus. There is no sense of damnation hanging overhead.

There is no scenario in Jesus would still be weeping and gnashing of teeth because again it's it's a figure not just of of repentance. It's not repentance it's it's agony it's anguish it's you upset and there's no hope. And there's no way back. But if we want to avoid the heavy conviction of the spirit and in godly sorrow that we walk closely to the Lord and and we keep a short account with him another which we don't allow our hearts to get hardened by committing the same sins over and over with. We don't play games with his holiness. We we don't walk away from him and break fellowship with him and and if we do that then were not going to commit some horrific sin within the Jamaican wake up one day and say how do I end up robbing the bank today and and out leave the police on a 5 mile chase and and then dinner.

Getting in a shooting spree. The second half, but how happy I just love my wife and ran off with some of the leading committed Just haven't these things don't just happen God's keeping power in us is great. So I throw myself totally in his hands, confident that that he who began a good work will keep it to the end. Keep us to the end, but I don't play games with it and and I don't do any more than one goblin flying to New York tonight and I open the emergency door to jump out the experiment. Same thing right here appreciate the perspective that I just heard a talk before that the faith to believe effective that Barnett faithful. Somehow they don't get to participate in the future millennial kingdom and end at about make it relative to Christians of believers. Now that the only delete thing that you could have, and it certainly could be very intense and and devastating, but not the image of weeping and gnashing of teeth, which to my knowledge, is always in the context of a final irreversible judgment in life. If you run references on it, you'll see that so first Corinthians 3.

It is possible that someone in ministry say can build a whole massive ministry that looks great and looks powerful and looks impressive and and it gets exposed on that day that it was was built on pride and it was it was built on on ulterior motives, even of the person was saved and all those works will go up and in the fire. All the reward they would've had the lose they might be weeping at the time of Romans 14 tells us that will will all give account before God will all stand before the give account. There may be some of us there, there may be some of us who feel that that's you know we've done all these great things for God and we stand reform and realize we completely missed his calling and we may have regret in tears on a day Revelation 21 says God will wipe away every tear the such as me generically. No more suffering that we will have tears, weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 812. I'm just looking at the references 1342 people thrown into the fiery furnace in their place. To be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Again, same as verse 50 thrown into the fiery furnace to be weeping and gnashing of teeth at 2213, bind him hand and foot, cast him into the outer darkness. And that's I still be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 2451 carbon pieces and put them with the hypocrites in that place the be weeping and gnashing of teeth cast the worthless servant out to the outer darkness. That place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth yeah and then Matthew 811 paralleled Luke 1328 so it is final horrific judgment. That's what's been spoken of their and not simply regret that we may have will be give account before God for falling short or for not being good stewards okay great thing it believers not being able to be a part of millennial kingdom is that now that I mean there the Jehovah's Witnesses. The whole goal really the Jehovah's Witnesses to make it his slave into the millennial kingdom because they have no hope of eternal life.

This just for the hundred 44,000 elect.

As noted through their perverted reading of Scripture and almost all of that was the first century believers are just here and there. There someone that would be one of the elect with eternal life. But otherwise you have to work hard, do your best and then you you make it into millennial kingdom as a slave and saw no we will be glorified with Jesus we we will be when he returns glorified with him and assuming there's a millennial kingdom, that is for the nations of the earth that survived the attack on Jerusalem with Israel as the lead nation in the millennial kingdom and with us, ruling and reigning together with Jesus that would that would be the way that unfolds, but would we have less responsibility, less authority, less reward you that.

That seems clear through the Scripture, but no less eternal life. The less salvation and in no less being with him forever. Hey, thank you, thank you for asking. Much appreciated and paid. Take all the word seriously. No take it seriously and say Lord I don't want that ever happened to me that it give you the assurance that in Jesus. It never ever will. Thank you for calling 866-34-TRUTH lifetime Janet I know you're quite busy server if you could if I just have a moment of your valuable time. I know that's a no and he revealed that if you want to say to know him in Hebrew. How is it spelled. Thank you for your time. So to know someone to know is law.that's the infinitive to know So to know him Ocho to know him. However he would not say that in modern Hebrew.

Do you know him because that means intimately. That would imply sexual you use a a different term that would be the hotkey here to know so if you're asking if if in the Bible. Someone said I knew him See I knew from you TO toll. I knew him again saying that couldn't fly intimacy and Adam knew Eve it's not always is like that of Scripture, obviously, but in modern Hebrew. You don't want to use that expression.

So if you're trying to communicate something in Hebrew, and then let us know what you're trying to communicate our essence is, you just search online how a citizen Hebrew to get you in Hebrew and transliteration for you a Tony, thank you for any help you will give him looking for information about the King David with someone 03. If you conform to the creek sorcerer answer. I greatly appreciated. We can answer that definitive. We cannot answer it definitively.

We have psalms that have the superscription the David in Hebrew the David that is normally taken to mean that David wrote it okay, but David normally means he wrote it.

It's possible that is written for David the Debbie cost me that part that was part of the Davidic collection of Psalms the David however, the assumption is if it says the David that he did right so I can't guarantee it. The language would say. So the story with their what's laid out there would say so that I can guarantee it is that the preponderant view that he did right. Yes, this gets 100% sure that we feel sure the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown. Your voice is more cultural and spiritual revolution there again is Dr. Michael Brown.

So much for joining us on last to be with you. 866-3478 84 question from Juan subject progressive sanctification see any place in the New Testament where the original Greek word for holiness, sanctification refers to becoming less sinful over time I've used the Englishman's Greek concordance to look for this defined only find places where the Scripture say we are positionally holy, that we live a holy life that Jesus blood continuously makes is 100% holy I'm not taking a hyper grace position.

I agree with you that is totally wrong.

The Scriptures clearly teach that we have to live a holy life.

I just don't see any place for the actual original Greek word for holiness explication conveys a given improvement over time. This is almost universally believed see it what you think a great question and I love the way you're going at it. Looking at the semantic evidence look at the lexical evidence looking at the dictionary looking at the usage and seeing what is this word being how is it used. Is there a word that in and of itself means to grow in holiness what, let's turn that around and ask what word in English, in and of itself means to grow in holiness. Does the word sanctify mean that no does the verb be holy means that no suite have to add something to it. Yes, like grow in holiness or progress in holiness or mature in holiness, so there's no word in English and was solicited off top of my head that in and of itself would speak of gradual growth into into holiness or purity or something like that. If I say purify me, that would have the same meaning as Hebrew and Greek words would be a cleansing washing that could be progressive, yes, but the word itself would mean so in the same way Sir, the Scriptures plainly say that it may just not be one word at an end quite plainly, quite forthrightly, quite quite directly so I will start in second Corinthians chapter 6, beginning in verse 14.

Okay. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers with partnership has righteousness with lawlessness with fellowship is light with darkness, with the court is Christ with W with Porsche and is a believer share with an unbeliever. What agreement has the temple of God with idols, for we are the temple of the living God is God said, I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them. I will be there God and they shall be my people.

Therefore, go out from their midst and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch. No unclean thing that I will welcome you of your father Judy should be sons and daughters to be, says the Lord Almighty. Therefore, 627 one. Since we have these promises below. Let us cleanse ourselves from every defilements of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion and the fear of God bringing holiness to completion and the fear of God King James new King James, perfecting holiness in the fear of God HCS be completing our sanctification in the fear of God.

NIV, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God NET thus accomplish holiness out of reverence for God and LT let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God of so he complete Jewish Bible strive to be completely holy out of reverence for God so the growing part, the becoming more and more like Jesus. The, the, putting away sin defilement that's expressed and in a fuller sentence, but it absolutely says that so the holiness that we been called into and set apart to as you say positionally.

We now live that out.

So that's clearly taught their second Corinthians 71 is is quite explicit and in the same way, you're right. Other versus a be holy right be holy. But, for example, first Thessalonians chapter 4 Paul writes this you know instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus verse three for this is the will of God or sanctification same Greek word your holiness that you abstain from sexual immorality. Each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and on and on. The passion of lust, like dance also something that we grow in were called to it and we grow in the language and in Roman sixes is similar as as well where where Paul says all that we skip down. I'm speaking human terms. Verse 19 because of your natural limitations. For just as you once presented your members as slaves to impurity into lawlessness the interval lawlessness. So now present your members as slaves to righteousness leading to sanctification out right so verse 22, not even set free from sin and become slaves of God are free to get leads to sanctification. It's an eternal life. So we are growing in this we are becoming more and more like Jesus. This is the will of God. Our sanctification of this is how you live it out. Perfect holiness bring holiness to completion in the fear of God and it's it's in harmony with the exhortation in first Peter five that that that exhorts us to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus exclude me. Excuse me, and in them rather in second Peter. The third chapter and before I get there.

Second Peter one tells us this universe.

Five for this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith virtue virtue with knowledge, not self-control, self-control, steadfastness, steadfastness with God and his cognizable effect of the affection of the affection with love.

Hence, when you get to second Peter three grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus merits and experiential knowledge. We are growing in the knowledge.

Colossians 3 put to death with the loss of the sinful nature, and then put on the silk growing and holding the same images in Ephesians 4 take off. This put on this into the fifth chapter and and this is how we live.

So in essence, much of the teaching of the New Testament addresses the very question that you raise not with one specific word but with full sentences with combinations of words with phrases. God wants to make something beautiful out of us.

You can even look at the imagery and in second Corinthians 3 where Paul says this that we all with unveiled face.

Verse 18 behold the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from 1 of glory to another.
