The kids are probably other moms home with kids get to see them a local playground or their opportunities are lost people in a grocery store, someone that needs prayer is is there it if we ask God more. Some right or real estate available houses available it if it was the Lord, you have a list of unsafe people that are better Y within 10 miles leave probably have thousands of names that God would give us you know our hundreds of names coworker at work.

So when you ride public transportation with a random person end up sitting next to that you normally don't someone a restaurant we are surrounded by a lost and dying world. And while we must cultivate revival in the church is critical to essential to the will of God our toothbrush to be revived.

If we are revived American will be shaken. But the only way America can really be turned friend. All right, because this is now under the category of child abuse that the government could then take your child from this is in the province from whence I am broadcasting now right. This is actually the law here and what happened is one conservative leader got out was replaced by a lesbian activist and then another room of new regulations were passed by one guy who's now in jail is a pedophile. We would not be in the situation we're in today. At the same time. This is the second segment of the show today. This is not just tying them together in case there was no clear connection for you at the same time won't stand for righteousness. What we do what's right will be speak what's right America as a nation needs the gospel atheists, Muslims, Buddhist Jews, Hindus, people of no particular faith. People of all types of syncretistic faiths combining different beliefs all right.

Traditional Christians who don't really know the Lord church going Christians who are Christian in name only artist hypocrites, all right. America needs the gospel. Yes there must be awakening in the church must repent of our lethargy must repent of our complacency.

We must repent of all of these things yes yes to all of the above and we must share the gospel with broken hearts with dying world. Besides, I I don't know. I don't even think about love and pray that God would give me his heart for the law. Show you that people law, not just a nice neighbor per coworker.

That person doesn't know the Lord according to the gospel. Their loss. There outside of God's grace if they would die right now they would be lost.

They would not be with the Lord forever. It's a great tragedy that people die without the war that it's a greater tragedy that we didn't tell them that the prices and pay them a picture of someone going to their execution just because someone failed to tell the warden that a part of the full pardon was issued because the person is been found to be not guilty. Think of that you imagine we have a friend who years ago was asked by his brother when he was gone at hey could you just go play these numbers for me at the lottery I got a good feeling about the water in it was one of these multimillion dollar affairs at that point and the brother went out God to stop at the store and play the numbers his brother that night. JP thanks so much for joining us to Dr. around. If I may call you Michael gets. It is really an honor to be with you. Thank you for having me on offense and I just I just presume to call you JP. So allow me to absolutely thanks. Let me ask you this. I'm a mild background communicate is a Jewish believer in Jesus and then being challenged by the rabbis. I was kind of thrown in the deep end of the pool to learn to swim. How did you get involved in the whole area.

Philosophy and apologetics reading these two together year a good question why I came to Christ in 1968 right kind of in the Jesus movement.

I was asked of physical chemistry major at the University of Missouri and so I I did know anything about humanity, I thought philosophy was psychology misspelled.

So I started sure my faith and I was getting my rearing. I didn't have answers anything and so I began to just try to read the answer people's questions of my own questions and I eventually I joined the staff of crusade from 70 to 75 and it was really as a result of evangelism and discipleship, leading people to Christ and the questions they were getting that I realized that most of these questions came back to the same ultimate discipline and that was the discipline of philosophy. And so, like actually started studying it and reading it and found it unbelievably useful in in just helping answer people's questions are so supreme for use of the academic study of philosophy ultimate report of the something practical. In other words, it is not the question of the tree falling in the forest is sound or not. So how is it that we discovered a minute and 1/2 before the break, the mobile will have converted can't get into it, but how is it that you say it all boiled down to Phyllis all right will people make claims about things you can know and what you can't know I'm you. You can develop these in such a way that their consistent with Scripture and so philosophy deals with fundamental questions. What should the state look like for who should I vote. Secular campuses today and unfortunately what a Christian campuses are just insane. The stuff that's happening there. Which are you are nobody would believe it. If they were told it. Everything is upside down. But the good news is that for about the last. I'm in a safe 30 years. There is been a growing kind of awakening in the field of philosophy and as a result of that you can't go to our top 30 or 40 school in the United States and do a PhD in philosophy without a good number of the grad students there being Christian and you can't pick up a journal in the field of philosophy anymore without there being an article of natural body of Bible believing Christian. Now they would all consider themselves evangelicals, but there they'd still hold to the resurrection of Jesus and and the gods of Trinity ends and you know, and so on, and if so what this is done is it's perfect it's provided cover for Christian groups like crew and the navigators think that they know they've got somebody on their side of the faculty that if they get picked on.

They can go to that person and and get help and it's also created an atmosphere where younger people are being drawn into the field. And so, believe it or not, Michael. I think our best days are still ahead of us but it's really it's made people have to take seriously questions about life after death in garden and in the resurrection they can't just pooh-pooh that anymore, they have to affix it's becoming increasingly anti-intellectual not to treat these topics seriously fascinated when you mention campuses becoming insane. That is, really, is that it is this intellectual and moral insanity. I was speaking to young people this past Wednesday night and there was a student there from USC. She's been in a video design department and she said it's 90% extremely liberal and she said every class, every Prof., every student at the beginning of every class they have to give their PGP their preferred gender pronouns are you kissing throughout the whole school yet at every single class. He has in the Department of Anacortes goes on and on and on and you know what's there was a fellow in in Seattle a short white guy who was going interviewing students at the University there and he was asking them if he identified his woman is he a woman, except that if the identified as a child he a child, except that if he identifies kinases in Chinese accepted that if you identify the 6 foot five is a this is no or not a certain point, the breaking kicked in again but I noticed as crazy as it is as positive in that this thing cannot work. It was when you completely throw out reality. Perception becomes reality. When you go you scorn the biblical worldview, etc. your gut the thinner self-destruct. No you put your finger right on it. You cannot have a university.

Ultimately, without a significant number of Christians on that faculty that are presenting a biblical worldview for two reasons. Number one universities will become plural diversities because you don't believe in a single rational guard that stands behind every field of study at the University then you have no reason to think that they should have that part should have anything to do with philosophy or psychology, but if you believe in a rational guard, you would believe that all these different disciplines came from the same mind and they should be integrated with one another, but now we are plural diversities were, you know. �18 get to make up their own curriculum when they become English literature majors. This the second thing is you actually have no purpose. I mean, what's the purpose of the University well you you have to answer that alighted what the purpose of life is but I mean if there's no God, there really is no purpose in life and so you get these nonsense date in there two kinds of universities today. I heard lecturer at Duke University by Kim members name describes a real All-Star but he said the truth.

Universities and their social justice universities, and social justice universities literally make the objective of the school to correct the wrongs and ills and to restore social justice and those universities have something like 12 to 13.

The one liberal to conservative faculty. They don't want diversity of conversation they run conservatives off-campus and won't listen to them.

Why is it will care about their students learning the truth. They want their students to be a certain kind of revolutionary truth universities in the heat he not named some. They have five to one liberal or conservative, but that's a lot better and they welcome our diversity of thought. They want conservatives to come to campus in lecture because they refigure their students can arrive. What's true.

If they don't hear arguments from both sides.

How refreshing is there but that's not happening anymore. Is it just as these are indoctrination centers for liberal secularism). For example, rather than learning English literature and reading William Shakespeare. You can't because that's white hetero sexist privilege. But I have seen too many of these things like I cannot not believe in them and so we just do the best we can. We never prayed that we never tell somebody that you're going to get. We just pray were gonna bless them that we asked for God to heal and he still does tonight. I've seen the supernatural as I've received words of knowledge from people that were there were to get specific to be made up. I have friends who deliver demons from people and the demon said things to the person that is that no human being could know and and he was accurate. This will explain these things and so I just believe that this the supernatural kingdom makes makes a lot of sense.

There's evidence for it and it's it's part of the Christian life.

There will still be people that Mark but understand that we have solid reasons to believe what we believe that when you get challenged by your professor young person going off to college or going back to school when your professor who knows so much more than you know your professor gets up there and here she starts wailing on your beliefs and mocking these fundamentalist Christians and mocking the idea anyone taking the Bible seriously. Please understand that as much as they may mock as much as they may denigrate your faith are solid answers. Solid responses you may not know them, because you may not have the educational background to be able to spar with the professor.
