Aimee Cabo Nikolov is a Cuban American who has lived most of her life in Miami. After many years of healing, finding love, raising a family and evolving her relationship with God, Aimee's true grit and courage led her to pen an honest, thought-provoking memoir. Dr Anjhula Mya Singh Bais is an international psychologist, specialised in trauma and a thought leader in psychology and strategic leadership focused on high socio economic status dynamics. As Founder, director, and consultant psychologist of Fourth Dimension Consultancy, Bais’s expertise on mental health, human rights as a director at Amnesty International, and the climate crisis is informed through an intersectional lens of feminism, transpersonal psychology, and sustainability.

A philanthropist, she is the co-founder of the Bais-Selvanathan Foundation and is one of only six psychologists to be named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Marie Claire called her a top 25 Woman of the Year influencer, Vogue India a supermodel and Prestige Magazine honouring her on the Prestige’s 40 under 40 list. Trusted by her peers, Bais is the American Psychological Association Division 52 Standing Representative for the Social Justice Committee. As a former ambassador to INGO Concern Worldwide, Bais utilised the media presence as an international actress, model, and MTV presenter to speak as a social change agent including hosting His Holiness the Dalai Lama in an emotional vigilance workshop in Mumbai. An LSE Distinguished Alumni with two years of research at Columbia University studying global intelligence and social psychology, Bais holds a B.A. in psychology from Lady Sri Ram College, University of New Delhi, a M.Sc. in psychoanalysis from University College London, a Ph.D. with distinction from The Chicago School and is currently a fellow of Apolitical Academy.

Bais’s contributions are regularly featured in leading international publications such as Washington Post, Financial Times, BBC, New York Post, and Vanity Fair. Her print and radio contributions include includes hosting #MindMatters on Lite FM with one million listeners and her number one Amazon new release in Psychology and Medicine textbook chapter A Comparative Analysis of Global Health in South and Southeast Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Singapore) in the textbook Why Global Health Matters: How to (Actually) Make the World a Better Place (2017).
