Ashley Tealy shares her passion for teaching the Word of God and praying without ceasing, citing biblical examples of prayer's power, such as Peter's escape from prison. She emphasizes the importance of knowing God's Word and leaning on His understanding, rather than Satan's, to navigate life's stresses and problems.

Welcome to the Christian Car Guy Radio Show.

I say this calls for action, and now. Good morning and welcome to the Christian Car Guy Show. This is not Robbie Dilmore.

Robbie couldn't be here today. He's actually got a prayer commitment. He's in Asheboro, North Carolina today with Nikita, and they're doing a weekend retreat speaking engagement. We have a very exciting show today. We have a local activist here. His name is Jamal Womble, and he's going to be talking about one of his passions, which is a local ministry, the Salem pregnancy. We also have a wonderful guest, Ashley Tealy. She's on right now, and she'd like to speak. Good morning, guys. Good morning, Ms. Tealy. Are you there, Ashley? Yes. Can you hear me?

We sure can. I'm so excited to have you on today. Thank you. Good morning.

Thank you. Yeah, I've been doing the one-minute spot for quite a while, and I want to spell my name because I have a podcast, and somebody was like, I spelled it wrong and couldn't find it. So it's A-S-H-L-E-Y, and then a space, and then T, and then a space, and then L-E-E. So it's Ashley Tealy Ministries.

So some people get confused about that. Yeah, I'm a big fan. I've been listening to your little segments for years.

Yeah, same here. Aww. And I just love the tone of your voice. My goal in these is to really teach the Word of God, and in a 90-second spot, it's kind of hard to do that. So now God has me really transitioning over into podcasts, so I'm really enjoying it.

That's good. I know I look forward to hearing you myself. I've heard the one-minute clips on Truth Network, and I'm like, ah, this is always uplifting.

Ms. Tealy seems to be so upbeat and so inspirational and so informational as well. So I know since you're going to have more time than just one minute today, I know we're going to be blessed, and the listeners are going to be blessed as well. Yeah, so the key that God really has me wanting to do is teach people literally how to put on a tool belt, because you know, you get saved, and you're like, oh, you hear people say, oh, read the Bible, do these things, but then it's like, well, how do I do this? How do I pray?

What do I do? So my podcast really goes through and teaches you as I go along teaching the Word of God. So what I do is try to go literally line by line through the Bible. The beginning of the podcast, because I'm on episode 168 right now, so the beginning goes through the first podcast, episode one through six, is about a book that I wrote on how to get over stress, and it's really exciting.

It's called Lean on God's Understanding, How to Have a Stress-Free Life, and people just go, whoa, this really made a big difference in my life, and then I go through another book where I talk about the fruit of the Spirit, and then keep going, and I go through the kings and the prophets, and then now I'm actually in the book of Acts, and it's so cool because I will do the teaching and study all week and do the podcast, and then when I'm talking to people like my kids or whoever else, I can kind of share some of these truths so they can have a better walk with God. So I just got done with Acts 12, and it was so exciting because think of the scene here. You've got Herod, who's the king, over all these Jews, and he doesn't really care, but he wants to make the Jews happy, and then all of a sudden this church has started, and the Jews are hating it, and they want to get rid of all of them, so Herod's like, okay, I'll kill James, because he's the head of the church right now, and then he's like, oh, well, the Jews were happy about this, so now I'm going to kill Peter, so he puts Peter in jail, and literally he's under maximum security.

He's got two soldiers with chains on each side holding him in, then there's four squads of soldiers, 16 soldiers, and then they've got guards at the ward area of the prison and the guards at the gate leaving the prison, and then they get through to the city gates and there's two more guards, so there's no way Peter's ever going to get out. But what did the Christians do? They were in somebody's house praying without ceasing for a week, and we think, well, prayer is nothing. We want a bomb, or we want a stealth bomber, something like that to make things happen, but this prayer time that they had praying without ceasing, literally the angel came and said, Peter, get dressed, we're leaving, and afterward he got past all those people, and they were all like, well, we have no idea how he got out, and it was insane to think about that. So I tell people, if you have a problem, or if somebody's stressed, pray for them without ceasing, and just watch God work. It's amazing how it happens, it's really cool. That's good stuff there, Ashley. So I wake up every day, starting to pray, and I pray all day long, and you know what it does?

It gives you the heart, it helps you understand the heart and the mind of God, so that you can look toward heavenly things in our future, because we have so many promises from God, but if you don't focus on God and pray all day, well, you're going to look at all the mess in the world, and you're going to go, ugh, and you're going to get depressed, and you're going to get negative, but this is powerful. Right, and who would have known about all those details surrounding James and the guards guarding, who was that, you say Paul was that, I'm sorry? No, this was Peter, when Peter was put in prison. So basically, Herod put Peter in prison, intending to kill him, you know, by the end of Passover, because this was during the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and you have to wait a week, and then there's Passover, and they couldn't kill anyone until after Passover. So all, it's just neat, when you look at all the details, you see, this was maximum security, and that's why when Peter finally got out, and he went to the door, you know, he was knocking this joke we all have, he's knocking at the door, and Rhoda comes to the door, and she's like, she doesn't even answer it, she goes back and says, Peter's at the door, and they're like, you're crazy, there's no way that Peter could have gotten out of that prison, because that was the maximum security in any prison ever, and what did God do? He did better than a bomb, he went in and just got the angel and took him out, and those guys were like, we don't know what happened, we have no idea. There you go, and we need these kind of stories to- And so Peter needed to see the power, yeah. Yeah, we need these kind of stories to further dig out the power, and also the details of God. God works in the big, and he works in the small, that very same question that you asked. How did this happen?

We had all these guards, and he was in prison, and all that, and how did it happen? Well, if you believe in God, and you believe in prayer, God answers prayers, have you prayed about your situation? Yeah, it's too big. I don't think God is going to work in this big kind of way, or, ah, it's too small, I don't want to bother God. Okay.

Right. Well, if you don't go to God, you can't expect him to work in your life if you don't go to him. But you know, it's easy to tell somebody, pray without ceasing, and Peter learned that day, he came back and he was like, whoa, you guys were praying without ceasing for me? So the only other time in the Bible that says pray without ceasing is in 1 Peter, obviously, he knew he'd seen the proof of prayer.

But then people listening might go, well, how do I get started? So what I did when I first got started as a new Christian is I pushed aside my shoes in the closet, got on my knees and started writing down my prayer quest. And I even have a little book on Amazon where you can write down your prayers, but write them down, get started, lay it before God, and that will turn into praying without ceasing as you study the word, and he will take you and show you exactly what to do. Amen.

And real, real quick, Barton, just wanted to add on before you chimed in with your thoughts. I tell this to about every group I am a part of. Write down your prayers, write down the blessings. As a matter of fact, write down other people's prayers, other people's blessings, and not just in your community, not just in your city.

Do that throughout history. Go to other areas, other continents, other countries overseas, and check out how God has answered their prayers. We have such a short attention span, we just say, oh, well, God, open up that parking spot for me today at Dave and Buster's or something, or God got me out of that speeding ticket or what have you, and then we forget about that prayer. But if we actually sit there and have a documented list of all the prayers that not only has God answered in our lives, but in our loved ones' lives, through the people throughout history, their lives, the people throughout the whole entire span of the globe, the billions of people and the tens of thousands of years that we've been around here, I'm sorry, not tens of thousands, but thousands of years that we've been around here. If you list all the prayers that have been answered, you'd be amazed at what all God has answered. Real quick, I think we're going to a break, Ashley, if you could tell our listeners how to get that prayer journal book that you were talking about on Amazon real quick before our break. Because I don't want to take too long, you guys tell me when.

Go ahead, and if you'll hold it, come back after the break. All right, thank you for listening to The Christian Car Guys show. Once again, my name is Scott Barton, and I've been a guest several times on Stu's show. My local ministry that I'm involved in is called Jesus' Labor of Love, and what we do is we help single women, widows, veterans, anybody that's going through tough times, we help repair their cars, and occasionally we have people donate cars.

When I say occasionally, we just never know. We've been blessed this spring, we actually have two cars we're trying to get together and get them to pass inspection. In fact, one of them passed yesterday, and it's sitting in my drive, and I'm so excited because there's a lady that's been waiting almost two years, and I'm going to meet her Monday morning over at the tag office, and I'm going to try to clean it up this weekend, put gas in it, and I'm so excited. We've got a distinguished guest on today. Her name is Ashley T. Lee, and we have been talking about the power of prayer. Are you still there, Ashley? Yes, I am. Could you tell the listeners how they could get in touch with your ministry, and once again, that book on Amazon about praying? Okay, yeah, sure.

I actually just looked it up right now. You can look up my books on Amazon under Ashley space T space Lee books, and I've got three of them on there, and I just looked, and for some reason, the prayer quest book is not on, so I'm going to contact Amazon to make sure it gets back on, but in the meantime, my website is ashleytlee.com, and you can go on the website and message me or whatever, but give me a few days to make sure that book gets back on Amazon. I don't know why it got off. I've had it on there a while, but the main thing that people need to know is you've got to know the Word of God. I mean, if you read the Bible, the Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. The Word is the truth.

The truth will set you free. It's just so powerful, and I teach line by line through the Word on this podcast, so I get to extend all these truths and let you know, don't wallow in your sadness. Go to biblegetway.com.

Look up the word sad. It's over 400 times in the Bible. See what God has to say about it, and pray without ceasing. It is so amazing.

I've done that, and literally, if something's upsetting me in my family, I'll pray without ceasing for two or three days, and God already fixes it, so I get to see His heart, His mind, and His future promises, not the tragedies and everything in the world. Yeah, I see your website right now, and it looks like a very good website. You also have other books up here. Let's see if I'm on the right website. Just make sure I'm not shouting at the wrong person.

Let's see. I went to ashleytlee.com, and I see Unlocking the Fruit of the Spirit. That's one, right? Yes, and I have a series on the podcast, nine parts to the fruit that are on the earlier. Some of the podcast sites let you go back to episode one. Try to go back and start at the beginning, if you can, for the listeners, but some of them don't. I know Apple allows you to go back to the front, and some of them don't, but anyway, that's a book that I did a series on and ended up writing that, and then the Lean on God's Understanding How to Have a Stress-Free Life. That one's cool. Get over stress. Right, right. I think we all need some added tools to get over stress these days.

People are a little stressed out, and I'd rather have the best stress reliever that I can think of. That's the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and you have a book detailing that and going through something like that specifically. Can you go through some highlights on that book about relieving stress? Oh, wow. Lean on God's Understanding.

It is so cool. I actually went through a stress because I was trying to sell a house by owner, and I thought, I want to get the most money out of this house. We think of that, right?

We don't think of what God wants. Yeah. Keep that commission to yourself. Oh, yeah.

Yes. I had it on set, and all these realtors are calling me saying, you need me. You can't do this.

There's no way. I was like going, okay, God, I know it's not that important that I sell the house, but I am moving, and it's kind of for your purposes, so is it bad for me to really want you to help me sell this house? Why are these people stressing me out? So usually when I get really stressed, I think of a verse that I try to quote scripture, which that's a good thing to do, try to memorize scripture, and my book tells you a lot about that. But anyway, so I was quoting Proverbs 3, 5 through 6, trust in the Lord with all your heart. Amen. Lean not on your own understanding.

One of my favorites. Yeah. And I'm going, wait a minute.

Wait a minute. What is our understanding? And so I did a search in the Word going, wait, what's the deal? And it turns out there's only two types of understanding in the Bible, Satan and God. Wow. And guess what?

Guess what, guys? We were raised on Satan's understanding, because he's the prince of the world. That's right. Yeah.

It doesn't matter how strong a Christian the house you grew up in, you got more of the world every day than you did God. So think about balancing our time between Satan's understanding and God's understanding, because Satan says the opposite of God. He says, lie to be happy, steal to be happy, oh, just charge it, somebody will pay for it. There you go.

It's free money anyway. Yeah. And so we need to learn how to lean on God's understanding, because our understanding is the wrong kind. It's from the world. Well, Ms. Tealy, if you could expound on that a little bit, you know, it's good to say be wary of the devil, you know, flee from the devil, run from him, turn away from the ways of the world. Sometimes we don't know what that looks like. Satan does not appear with a guy in a red jumpsuit and horns and a pitchfork and looking to stick people up and all that. Satan came to be a being of light. He came to deceive. He's not going to come as a blatant evil guy saying, hey, I'm here to destroy you. He's going to deceive you. So how does the devil deceive? He deceives by what we want. He deceives by what's tantalizing. So when you're following the doctor so-and-so on the daytime talk show, you're following the people on The View, not saying that they're evil guys, but, you know, to mention some of the worldly figures out there, you're following Oprah, you're following Deepak Chopra and all that. You're following all these feel good guys. What is the difference between what God's word offers, what you're talking about versus what the world is talking about?

Can you talk about what the difference is between those two? Yeah. And here's the hard part today. Hold that thought.

I'm sorry. I had a big question right before the break. When we get back from the break, we have a caller and if you'll stay there, Ashley, we'll be right back.

Okay? You're listening to The Truth Network and truthnetwork.com. Okay, welcome to the Christian Car Guy show and this is Scott Barton and I'm a guest host for Robbie who couldn't be here today. He's with Nikita and Ashperl doing a kind of slash bootcamp type retreat speaking engagement. I'm not sure of the details. We've got a caller, Wendy from Cary, North Carolina. Did you have something Jamal?

Yeah. I'm sorry, Nick. We had a thought that Ms. Tealy did not get to finish. So just to remind people about what the question was, the question was, Ms. Tealy is going through the Bible and talking about how to handle life's stresses, life's problems through prayer. And I said, well, we have different doctors out here, Dr. Feelgood, Dr. so-and-so, Oprah and so on and so forth, people from The View saying that they have the option, they have the way.

Well, how can we differentiate between the ways of the world and the ways of God, ways of prayer and what are the benefits of following God's way, God's prayer versus somebody else's feel good method? It's tough. I mean, the hard part about our world today is there's so much social media and all these most people today think, oh, if it's on TV, then it must be right. There you go. Right. But that's the world. We know that Satan's the prince of the world. So he's working through these people to feed us lies. And sometimes, you know, a false teacher only teaches about two percent wrong. Right.

And the rest of us, it's very hard to distinguish it. So we've got to be drowning in the word of God. I tell people, oh, yeah, women, the word of God, you've got to know it and you need to take verses and memorize them so that when I wake up, you know, I told you, I pushed the shoes aside and got in my closet to pray and write down stuff. But then now what I do is I wake up in the morning and immediately my mind is quoting scripture. And I'm starting to pray without ceasing all day long. And that'll give me the heart and the mind of God and God's spirit that lives in me, who is overflowing every day, which that that's what we want.

And he's overflowing that he's going to tap us on the shoulder and go, oh, Ashley, they're not telling you the right thing on TV. I know that book that says it's Christian. It's not right. And, you know, we've got to look at the word of God to see. Jesus warned, he said, in the end times, there would be false teachers galore every day. Everywhere I look, I see it.

And so it's sometimes it's hard because I can see it, but I want other people to dive in the word and get to know God and pray without ceasing all day so they can know the heart and mind of God. And they see he's warning them. Watch out. Right.

Yeah. Well, we're going to get to our Carla a Carla. Also, we've got to give out the number 866-348-7884 again, that's 866-348-7884, three four truth word. We got a caller that's been patiently waiting. Go ahead, ma'am.

Good morning, Wendy, Wendy, thank you for your patience. Of course, of course. At first shout out to Jamal because I've talked to Scott before, but I wasn't familiar with Jamal.

And I've been listening this morning and I can just tell Jamal, you have a heart for Jesus. Oh, thank you. Appreciate that.

Yeah. Shout out to you, it's great to hear you on the air and just hear your perspective. I appreciate that. But also, I'm calling because you guys helped me repair my car.

And I'm a single mom, I have a 15-year-old son. We are believers, but I became a single mom, not of my own choosing, and just had to really pray for a lot of provision in a lot of different ways over the past couple years since my divorce. And God has used y'all mightily. And I was thinking this morning about what a picture of Christ you are, because things come through your hands, cars and an ability to fix cars, and you just pass it along, and it's like that R.C. Sproul quote that you just played, it's like, none of us deserves, it's all grace, and you guys are that picture of grace in our lives. We're just giving grace that's flowing through you.

And so I just wanted to say thank you for that. I just wanted to add that Wendy has been a very devoted, faithful listener for years, and we've been trying to keep her car going. And she's actually been on the list for a car donation, and with God's will, hopefully she'll be able to get one soon. You just keep praying, and I hope that your old caliber holds out just for a little bit longer, because it looks like we may be getting some more cars donated here soon.

I talked to a brother from church, and we've got one we're working on now, and one we just finished, so just keep praying, Wendy, and we really appreciate your steadfast prayer and faithfulness. We really appreciate you putting us on the list, and yeah, I've said this before, but my caliber's sort of like the Israelite's clothes in the desert, it just hasn't worn out, you know? In Exodus, the Lord says that, didn't you notice that your clothes didn't wear out those whole 40 years, and I feel like I've kind of been in the wilderness through my divorce and since my divorce, and yet that's where God grows us, and my car has just kept trucking, and y'all have been a huge part of that.

I don't mean to not give you credit, because y'all have fixed it, for sure, but we've got 189,000 miles on a Dodge Caliber, and they're not known for that at all. Wow. Isn't God good? He's grateful to y'all. He is.

He really is. Well, thanks for your call, Wendy. Back to Ashley, I had a question about the prayer journal you were talking about. So many times that we pray for something, and we're maybe a little too specific, and if we write it down, we can measure that progression. I was discussing with Jamal during the break, there's a lot of times it's a little too ambiguous, and what we pray for, and if we keep a journal, we look down the road a couple months or a year later and realize it wasn't right for us anyway, or it wasn't our whole situation, the temperature of the room, everything changes. So that's why that progression is so important, is to measure it, that a lot of times we don't even pray for the right thing. So I think it's so important to measure steps along the way.

Yeah, but it's okay. Like when I was a new Christian, of course I prayed for every little thing, and a lot of it wasn't in God's will or whatever, but He's growing. You've got to remember, we're babes. We're drinking out of a little baby bottle, and the Holy Spirit's in there growing us every single day, using all the word that we take in. We soak it in.

We get more educated. Look at Paul. He was the most educated of anybody, and he had been under Gamaliel. Gamaliel was like going to the best seminary in the world, and Paul was so educated, and that's what was so powerful about him when he was going on the missionary trips. A lot of times he'd go, and the Jews were like, whoa, he's got education, let him speak.

We want him to talk to us, and then of course he's telling them everything about Jesus, and it's just amazing how God used that, and He took him on the backside of the desert in Arabia for three years to teach him too. So Paul was the most educated to you, so we just need to keep reading, taking little bits and pieces at a time, and God will grow us to where we really understand everything. There you go. It goes back to one of your favorite scriptures, Proverbs, lean not on your own understanding. Right, and it's God's understanding, yeah.

There you go. Just because somebody is smart or intelligent doesn't mean that they're wise. We have some of the wisest people affirming to this gender ideology. Not to go off on another tangent here, but they said that you can self-identify how you want to be. Your chromosomes, your DNA is insufficient, to quote an astrophysicist.

So wait a minute. These guys who have doctors by their names, more degrees than a thermometer, are saying you can self-identify how you want to be. Sorry, I can't be a hippopotamus one day, and then turn around and be Mickey Mouse the other day, change my age and all that, change my position. I'm now commander of the universe, and I advise you to address me as such.

No, I'm Jamal Womble, same guy, 6'2 black male, American. I can't change who I am. I can't change my DNA, but you have these so-called educated people saying this. So that just lets us know that you can't follow somebody just because they're intelligent. You have to have the fear of God.

It says, and you have to help me out with this, Miss T. Lee, the knowledge of God, I'm sorry, the fear of God is the knowledge of wisdom. Right, right, beginning of the knowledge, yes. And the thing we've got to remember is Satan was beautiful. There you go. It says in Genesis, he was beautiful.

I mean, it's just like probably the most gorgeous in the world that we've ever seen, and so enticing. So we've got to remember, it's hard. People love sin more than they love following God. So we just have to, like you say, go to your prayer place, write it down, go to the Word of God, read something. If you're not good at reading, start with like Psalm 1, and then go to John 1. Read those, read Psalm 1 in the morning, John 1 at night, go to 2, and just keep going through little bits and pieces. And eventually, the goal is to know the entire counsel of God from the beginning to the end.

And that's what I teach, is all of it compiled together, because we don't know Him truly until we know the entire Word He says. There you go. We're going to a break. 866-348-7884. Call in. We're looking for your call. Thank you. You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com.

Welcome to The Christian Car Guy. This is Scott Barton with my esteemed guest, Jamal. And we have Ms. J from Greensboro on the line. Good morning. Good morning, Ms. J. Hey, Jamal and Scott, you know, I had to get a shout out to you. I debated on whether I was going to call or not because I kind of hang the phone when I call.

We love to have you call. Ms. T. Lee, what's her first name? Ashley. Ashley. Ashley, I went to your website briefly and one of my gifts is to see who the person really is.

And a poem for you to encourage you, if I may, is okay. Oh, she's such a poet. I was telling Jamal earlier about the songs that she sings. I feel like I'm her twin, though.

I'm just on the other end. It's about us being a spiritual pregnant and how we have to go forth with the Word of God. So it goes like, just like Mary, he spoke a word inside of me, just like Mary, it lives and breathes inside of me. And just like Mary, it's for the whole wide world to see. And just like Elizabeth, at least we'll bow for joyful praise.

I just wanted to encourage you, woman of God, to continue going forth. That is beautiful. I love that. That's amazing.

I love it. I want people to know about the future, to be able to look toward the future. We have such an amazing future ahead of us. There's a millennial kingdom, the kingdom of God, and we're going to have a new body like Jesus. And it's amazing. We're not going to be in pain, tears, nothing, no death, nothing.

Amen to that. We're walking it out, the Word becomes blessed, just like the Word, just like it did with Him. And He said the Word inside was like He said, we swim in it, we're drowning in it. And I just engulf His presence all the time and I'm so pregnant. It's just like a while back, Robbie talked about the pomegranate. You know, God showed me how we're so pregnant, just like that pomegranate. And we have much fruit, you know, I saw on your, you had a book about the fruit, the fruits and that is such, yes, the fruits of the Spirit. And that's one of the pomegranates that I see that he had ministered to me about. So I just want to encourage you and I did that shout out to Scott because I was a recipient for transportation as well. And I have a new plea though.

I think God has directed me towards ministry with the oldest being that I have to care for my mom now. Okay, that's wonderful. So I'm looking for a van. Okay. I'm looking for a van. I don't know if one will come available and maybe somebody can donate it or even an RV.

I don't have to be trying to get a hotel or any places when I get there, but I just want to share that. And Scott, thank you for praying for my mom, yes. I'm so glad you got to see her because you were so worried about that.

It was right at Mother's Day too. Are you still there? Sounds like she might have gone off. Got cut off.

All right. But you know, that's the key to everything we've got to see. God has so many promises and that's what happened to the Israelites.

They forgot about his promises and Habakkuk had to come to remind them and all those prophets had to come to remind them. Don't forget what God told you. It's going to happen.

There will be a Messiah one day and he's going to give you life eternal. It's amazing. There you go.

There you go. And I'm also reminded about the scripture, about we are to be all things to all people as what Paul was saying. The thing about the Jesus labor of love, how they're supplying a need for people out there.

I think about June Hunt. She's a Christian counselor. She provides counseling to people on a Christian level, of course. I'm thinking about Faithfy, formerly Moneywise, who provide financial help through a Christian band. So why are we going to other secular means, secular outlets for help? We don't really know fully what they're about.

Yes, Christians are not perfect, but I know they follow the perfect savior and I'd rather rock with them than anybody else. At least I know what book they should be following. For anybody else, I don't know what your goals are. I don't know what your means are.

I go for a BLM, Black Lives Matter, a little while ago. They had all this kind of following. They said they were going to do such good and all that, but look what happened. They ended up folding and floundering.

There was some money that was stolen and all that. They ended up being a Marxist group, unfortunately, but you followed a group that was not aligned with God and look what happened. So I'm going to follow a group.

I'm going to follow people that follow God so we all know what we're following. We all know who we're supporting and we all know that those groups themselves are going to support God ultimately. And it's unfortunate that Satan, his master thing is confusion and he makes the confusion look good.

Just like the BLM stuff, like you said, it looks so good, but if you really stop and look, it's confusing and contradicting and it's hard today. There's churches where you go in and you think it's okay, but then after a while it's like, wait, this is kind of confusing. So they're teaching some wrong stuff today and you've got to know the word of God. This relationship is not between you and the world, it's between you and God. Very good.

Very good. And it is a one on one thing. And there could be somebody that you're so close to at church who is off base and you've got to know it.

There you go. And also somebody who might not even be in church, invite them to church, go out to lunch with them, you know, warm those waters first and then go out to lunch, then invite them to church. But I like what you said a little while ago about confusion. God did not give us the spirit of confusion or fear. So if you're sitting there in a confused state, you're with some confused people in a confused situation, that's not of God. That means you're in the wrong spot. They be like Joseph and run, run. Put on those sneakers, baby.

Get out of there. Thank you so much for your ministry, Ms. T. Lee. Thank you for what you're doing. We need more voices out there in the world that's seemingly, of course, I don't know it all, but it seems like we're just getting away from God, you know, almost like the people over there that I think it was Sodom and Gomorrah that said we were too good for God or something like that.

It might've been, you know, somebody can correct me on that in the comments somewhere online, but they say, you know what? We're too good for God. Hopefully America has said the same thing. I'm glad we, the other day we had the memorial for D-Day, we have to remember the sacrifice that people made for us to have the lifestyle that we live in today, but for me, I always try to tie everything back towards Jesus, back towards the book, back towards God. So while we recognize the sacrifice that people made on D-Day, let's remember the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made for us, the ultimate sacrifice, the sacrifice of all of our sins. And the key is the word of God. So if you're too busy to read, if you're like in a job that's strange, you can listen to a podcast, well go listen to the podcast because I go through line by line and really keep all the details like I did earlier, showing you all the details about the prison so that it makes sense.

It's like, oh wow, I just passed by that before when I was reading, but it's really important for us to know every single word of God. There you go. So it's Ashley, I'm going to spell it again, A-S-H-L-E-Y space T space L-E-E podcast. And then I have a YouTube channel that's the same thing, Ashley T. Lee, so if they wanted to go to that. Ashley, I want to thank you so much for being on our show today. It's been riveting. It's been so exciting. And Jamal, he's going to stay with us for our second hour of Kingdom Pursuits.

And we're going to talk about his passion in Salem pregnancy. And I just want to say that be joyful and hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer. Thank you, Ms. T. Lee. Thank you so much. Thank you. Enjoyed it. You're welcome. This is the Truth Network.
