This is the Truth Network. Welcome to the Christian Car Guy radio show.

I say this calls for action and now. Water Walking 101, today on the Christian Car Guy show—yes, today's Christian Car Guy show—Water Walking 101, because it's like graduation time, right? A lot of folks are graduating and, you know, it's a pretty good time to be thinking about, man, how can we walk on water? And I got my good friend—Bob came in, my Christian junkyard guy, as sort of a surprise guest on the 1st of June. Surprise myself. Surprise!

Surprise! But anyway, I've loved this idea. It's fascinating. There's probably a billion servants that have been preached on walking on water. And there's a wonderful book—maybe you've read it—by John Ortman. It was, if you're going to walk on water, you've got to get out of the boat, which is very, you know, important, no doubt critical to the equation. And then if you want to find something interesting, just go on YouTube and put walk on water songs and you'll see that almost everybody that's ever been anybody has created a walk on water song. It's a common theme, but interestingly, I was studying it along a different line, and as I came across some of this stuff, I was like, man, this is really good. Like God really taught me some stuff along the way that had been teaching me for years and years, actually.

And so I thought I would share a bit of that today. And so the idea of Water Walking 101 is there are some basics that I think that Peter shared with us as he was fixing to go get out of the boat, right? Because when you think about it, you've got all these disciples, right, that they may think that, you know, Peter failed, but I've got news for them. The only one that actually got to walk on the water is the one that got out of the boat, right? And sometimes people think, and I've heard even said, you know, the reason he sunk was he, you know, got to look at the wave and all that stuff, but in a way, if you think about it, the only way he rose was when Jesus lifted him up. And the rest of that trip, he was in Jesus' arms, and I'm thinking it was better than the first part of that trip. Because if you think about it, I don't know if you've thought about this, but I've thought a lot about it this morning, that, you know, he was still pretty scared when he walked out, you know, he took that step out of the boat in the first two or three years walking, it's got to be pretty, you know, like, man, something— A tad apprehensive. Yeah.

To say the least. But can you imagine, once he's pulled him out, right, and they're still in the water, it's not in the boat yet, and there he is in Jesus' arms or holding on to his arm, however it looked, you know, nobody gives us a great, you know, but what I do know is this, is he was no longer afraid, he's like, oh, well, I'm with Jesus, I got this, right? And the reason why I say that is I bet some point in your life you got out of the boat, you know, depending on how old you are, if you're not old enough yet, get out of the boat sometime and walk in faith, like Jesus asked you to do something, you felt very clear that God told you to do something, and you began to walk, and the next thing you know, and I know Bob's story well enough to know, there's this fire, right? There's this giant fire, and your whole business is burned down, you'd been walking with him for some time, and wasn't it a lot more— It changed our walk, it changed everything, brother, it changed how we believed and how we walked and how we prayed, and it just changed everything. And the better part of the walk was after he picked you up and you realized, well, I got nothing to worry about, right? And so I bet you got a story like that, and I'm hoping you do, and I want you to call us with yours, 866-348-7884.

When did you walk on water? Especially the part that I'm looking for, is when you sunk, because you looked at the waves, or whatever you want to say, you sunk, your attitude, you know, whatever it was, but then all of a sudden, Jesus reached down, he got ahold of you, and it was a whole new ballgame, and not only was it a whole new ballgame for that experience, but I really think part of the reason that Peter was able to overcome his later denial of Christ and all that stuff, was he realized, here I am again. I'm pretty sure everybody knows we're going to fail a little bit from time to time.

It's part of life. Right, and the only way you're going to fail is if you get out of the boat, right? And when you do, that's where God wanted him, so we're going to triangulate our position here a little bit, and as we're thinking about graduation, I always think it's a beautiful thing to be thinking about, you know, not just your calling, because we know we're all called to be the children of God, but a lot of people, they refer to this, on your life, they're sort of a calling that you're going to become, or you're becoming, you know, kind of what God has for you, and I don't think it's necessarily your occupation, in fact it rarely is someone's occupation, but it's their witness. It's balled up into a lot of different things that end up being a big part of your life, and how do you find that, right? How do you go about looking for that, and to an extent, you're walking on water your whole life, whether you realize it or not, because you realize that you can sink at any given moment.

So many people look at graduation as the end of something, but it's the beginning of so much more. It's always the next step, you're leveling up, in like any good video game, you've got to level up, and so as you're leveling up and you're going, okay, now what direction that we go? So here we have a little Christian car guy GPS training, right?

It's global positioning sensor, I mean system for people's cars, but I call it the God positioning system that I've developed here, if you happen to be watching on Facebook or YouTube, here you go, if you go to christiancarguy.com you'll see the picture of what I have, and what it is is it's triangling your position to kind of get a grip on your calling, and I'm not talking about being called to be the child of God, which you are, but I'm talking about if you're moving towards service, or you're moving towards ministry, what does that look like in your life? And so if you're going to triangulate your position, and here's the part where I'm really asking for Bob or Nick to jump in if I start to lose you, okay? But in other words, in order to triangulate your position, if you draw three straight lines, right, in intersecting positions where they come together, those three straight lines, that's how you triangulate your position, well how do you determine where those straight lines are going to be in order so you can triangulate your position, because that's the whole idea, and that's what they call getting their bearings, because you're trying to get those lines. So you may have wondered, how do you do that? Well let's just say you're in a boat, okay, and you're just in the ocean, and you're floating around now, and fortunately you're not so far away that you can't see anything.

It's harder to do with the stars, but you can do it, and obviously Christopher Columbus did it, and I could go into that, it's a little more complicated, so I'm going to just use this simple one, okay? So let's just hope, you know, as the case is today, that you might have a good map. If you have a good map, that's going to be really helpful. So you look on your map, and you look over there, and there you see this island in long distance, here's an island over to your left, and so you take, and you look at that through your little eyepiece on your compass, and when you do that on your compass, it will give you a bearing, it'll say, you know, 320 degrees, 180 degrees, whatever degree of that compass is, you take that line that you're going to draw on your map, at whatever degree that is, and you draw a long line.

That's your first bearing, you see? And then you look, oh, look over here, there's a buoy over to my right, about another, you know, mile and a half, and I can see that buoy, and I've got on my map right here that that buoy, you know, is on this map. There's a seagull on that buoy.

There's a seagull on it, yeah, and it's talking at you. So once again, I take my handy little compass, and I look from where I'm standing at that buoy – Your compass is nicer than mine. Yes, and you get through that little eyehole thing, and then you look at that bearing again, and so, wow, okay, this time it's 216 degrees, okay? So I take my one bearing that was 320, and I got the other one that's 216, and then, oh, I look over here, over to the left, and I see a lighthouse. How wonderful.

How wonderful. Over to the left, and that lighthouse happens to be, when I look through my little compass, at 330 degrees. So I draw a long line, again, three long lines. Where those lines come together, I now have triangulated my position. That's exactly where I am on that map.

So why is that important? Well, your desire, your risk, you know, how much you're willing to risk, and how your validation work can help you triangulate your position in your calling, that's all very complicated, but we're gonna hopefully make it simple for you when we get back, plus we want your stories on when you walk on water. We'll be right back.

We're listening to The Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Water-walking 101 today on the Christian Car Guy show, and you know, we're getting into this, how do we kind of find our way out into the water, and when is it right to jump out of the boat? When's it not right to jump out of the boat? Especially, you know, as we're all leveling up, you know, every single day in your own way, you're in a new level, and you get a chance to take your bearings again to see where you are. And you know, I hope I didn't lose you, I lost Bob a little bit, I had, how about you, Nick? I'm easily lost.

It's a little bit, okay. So it's totally okay if you didn't understand how to triangulate that navigation-wise, but just you get the idea, if I'm sitting here and I see that street sign right there, and I got a map, and I see that road right there, and over behind me is the water cooler, right, and I got a map, and I just took a line between all three of those, well, I'm right here in the middle, right, okay? So that's as simple as it is.

And that's the way that GPS systems work, they just do it with satellites. So that's only important from a standpoint of when it comes to your calling of looking at these three telltale things that Peter clearly looked at in my opinion. And so the number one item on the pit parade here is your desire, right?

What is it that you really, really, really, really want? And you know, that's kind of a key, one of those things that you're going to triangulate if you're going to try to understand your calling or where you feel like God has you in life. And when you think about it, if we go back to Peter's story, what did Peter want? What he wanted was to go to Jesus. Yeah, he was going to get there by means of walking on the water, but what he said was, Jesus came out there, right, and he's walking on, you know, he's fed the 5,000, the boats. If you remember the scene, it's in the lake, and it's going up and down, and the boys are scared and all of a sudden they think they see a ghost, and Jesus hollers out, don't worry, it's me. And Peter says to him, if it's you, command me, right, and I will walk to you, right, I'll walk to you on the water. So think about what he said, it's just absolutely amazing, that quote, right? He said, if it's you, command me to come to you on the water. That's the exact quote. So he's wanting to go to Jesus. Now, you can't, it's pretty much a good deal any time you, that's what your number one desire is. Now, if you want to walk on the water, that's even better, because that's going to get exciting, and I'll show you why in a minute, but nonetheless, his desire was a really good desire.

I mean, there's no doubt about that. So is your desire to sell used auto parts, why were you selling used auto parts there at the end, Bob? That was the, what, from your God's point of view, what was the purpose of 109 You Pull It? Well, we were there to make a living, and we were there to help people, and we were there to help people save some money, and we were there to employ people and help them feed their families, and, you know. But all those people in their own way, they got to touch God, because every single morning you did what? We prayed every morning. After the fire. After the fire, we did not pray every morning before the fire, but after the fire, we prayed every morning.

At one point, we were praying morning and afternoon for a long time, and then some things happened and we got away from the afternoon before we leave prayer. So of all the things you could have wanted at 109 You Pull It, if somebody got closer to Jesus or came to know Jesus as a result of 109 You Pull It, can you imagine anything better than that? Well, there was so many people. A lot of people came to me and said, you know, Bob, this is the only God some of these folks are going to get is your meetings in the morning, and I'd never really thought of it like that.

We were just so grateful to have, to be able to open up right after the fire and be able to continue and be able to feed people and help folks and everything, and make a living. The desire was, and walk on water, you know, oh yeah, I get to walk on water too, however that works, that's how it worked for him. So desire is one of those bearings that you draw the line at, and the better the desire, the more possible that you're going to arrive at your calling, just saying. And you know, it's pretty hard to beat what Peter wanted. He wanted to come to Jesus. And then the next one that is interestingly on our hip parade, and it goes like this with whatever it is you're trying to triangulate, it's called validation.

In other words, is what you're wanting valid? And so what Peter did, this is a critical understanding in my opinion if you're going to walk on water. Just before he got out of the boat, he asked, Jesus, you know, he said, if it's you, command me, right?

Because once Jesus told you, yes, Peter, it's okay, so now you've got it from the actual source. If this is what you want me to do in my business, if this is what you want me to do in whatever, Lord, command me. And once you understand that that is a valid thing that you now have received, you've hit two of the great touch points on your idea of what you want to do. You think you want to write a book? You think, well, Lord, if you want me to write a book, command me to write a book.

Interestingly, as I'm in a season in my life where I am sort of the interim pastor at West Asheville Baptist Church, and I'm asking God, God, if you want me to be the senior pastor at West Asheville, then command me. I mean, and that way I'll know it's valid. And I'll understand it when I see it. But that's part of it. The desire is good.

Now how about validation? And a beautiful picture of this always is you remember when in the movie Chariots of Fire where Eric Liddell was running, but he also was called to be a missionary, and there's a famous scene where he's standing there talking to his sister, and she's wanting him to be a missionary, and she's all upset at him because he's running in the Olympics. Why are you doing anything so foolish as running in the Olympics when you could be a missionary, right? And he says, but when I run, I can feel God's pleasure, and to not run would be to hold him in contempt, right? And so when you write those songs, when you write that book, when you are doing art or when you're teaching that Sunday school class, do you feel God's pleasure, right? Do you feel God's pleasure when you do that?

Well, that's validation. You're realizing that what you're doing is in line with what God is commanding, which is what Peter realized, that God's pleasure when he jumped out of that boat. So we're going to have more of that.

We've got Nikita coming up. You're listening to The Truth Network and truthnetwork.com. Water, walking 101 today on the Christian Car Guy show. So we have talked about desire. We've talked about validation.

We're going to get to risk in a minute as the third touchstone on this idea of triangulating your position on your walking on water. But before we get to that, we've got Nikita Koloff, my friend, is going to be at our church in West Ashboro this next Saturday, so a week from today. Nikita's going to be having a conference out there at our church. It starts at 930, and so Nikita, give us an update. Well, it starts at 9, Robbie. We don't want people, guys coming late. It starts at 9. Oh, and if you know Nikita, he's on Lombardi time, so you better be there at 845. That's right. If you're five minutes early, you're ten minutes late.

That's exactly right. No, I'm excited, Robbie. I'm excited for it. Yeah, by the way, my favorite, one of my favorite Christian car guys, Robbie Dilmore. No, I'm super excited about being with you next week. Right now, I'm on my way to the Sevierville Civic Center to sign autographs for Superman and Hercules. Can you believe that, Robbie?

Oh, wow. Superman and Hercules, as well as a bunch of other actors. But all that said, I'm just as excited, really more excited, to be at your church next weekend preaching on Sunday. Man Up Conference on Saturday, and we want guys to come, Robbie, we want guys to bring their sons, bring their grandpas, just bring everybody, all the guys, right? Guys gathered together. You know, there's some of the guys that are bringing their guys from work, right?

Their whole crew, whatever that might look like to come. Again, it's West Ashboro. If you're on your way to the zoo, that's where you're going to find our church. It's on your R Street.

If you go to WABC on Facebook, you can register, you'll see Nikita's event, WABC, which is West Ashboro Baptist Church. And man, we would love to see there. Again, it starts at nine, but again, Nikita's always on Lombardi time, five minutes early. It's ten minutes late. Nine a.m. Nine a.m. We're going to feed them lunch, right, Robbie? We're going to have a few giveaways as well, a few door prizes, have some fun along the way. And man, we're going to feast, most importantly, on the Word.

We're going to feast on the Word. I am looking forward to it hugely, and I'm looking forward to meet you. I know Nikita's looking forward to meet you, and your grandpa, and your son, and whoever else you can bring along, right? Yeah, and you're going to have to attend West Ashboro to come. Just by the way, you know, it's a community event, so don't feel like, ah, don't go to church there. I won't be welcomed or invited. No, you're invited, and we'll wrap our arms around you, and we'll welcome you, and just love on you for the day. So come on out. Yeah, well, I'll look forward to that.

That's so awesome. Thank you, Nikita. You enjoy your time with Superman and Hercules there. Kevin Sorbo, I know, is going to be there, your old buddy from college.

My old buddy, Kevin Sorbo, from college days, yes, finally met him after 42 years, so come on. All right, thanks, Robbie. I look forward to next weekend. Same here. God bless.

I'll talk to you soon. Believe me. God bless you guys. All right. Bye.

All right. All right, we've got Ms. J is in Greensboro, but before we get to her, I want to finish this idea a little bit so that, you know, those people are waiting. So again, we talked about desire, right? The idea is we're going to get out of the boat, and we're going to do what God has for us, okay? We're going to try to find sort of our calling, however that may look, and again, this is a journey.

Every day it's a new place that you've got to find your position. We talked about validation, that you can feel God's pleasure when you're in the middle of doing that. You can sense that you're, you know, walking where he told you to walk, like Peter had it, like Jesus told him, walk this way, get out of the boat, come over to me on the water. So he had a desire, and he had the validation, but the third touch point, which you may be surprised at, is risk. And the idea of that is, what God has for you will require you to literally lay down your life. In other words, what Peter risked as he stepped out of that boat was his very life, and the idea of, you know, pick up your cross and follow me, in other words, you've got to crucify. In other words, when he stepped out of that boat, unlike, you know, the brothers that were in the boat, he literally was risking it all. And so you think, well, man, you know, if I go do this, if I go do that, but if you listen to the stories, or, you know, if you just go watch the movie Unsung Hero by King and Country that just came out, same thing.

The man, when he came to America, he burned the ships. In other words, he took his last dime, then everything else he could, and that's where he, I mean, he risked it all. And time and time again, you'll find that, and I know that when you bought, when you opened that business, did you risk it all, Bob? Ooh, more than all.

Yeah, that's me. When I opened up West Side Christ, believe me, I risked more than I, you know. So when you really are jumping out of the boat, there's a huge risk involved.

You know why? Because God wants you to trust him. You got to, Peter was expecting a miracle. He wasn't hoping for a miracle. He had complete faith. In other words, he wouldn't have jumped out of the boat if he thought for sure he was going to die. In other words, he had to believe that this was going to happen because Jesus told him to do it.

And so the idea here is, it's really a beautiful concept. And by the way, the reason why, you know, you remember the whole story of the talents, God is a risky God, and he loves people that are willing to trust him. Trust me. Get out of the boat. I told you to get out of the boat. Now get out of the boat, right? And so when he tells you something, and you know it's something you want to do, then you got to trust him to take that step.

Trust him to the point of risking your life. I didn't risk my life, but not too long ago somebody called and asked me if I would call this lady and speak with her about something God had laid on her heart. And I was like, Oh, Lord, why they call me? Why they call me? And I called and had the conversation with the lady.

And I was like, Oh, Lord, this is not in line with what I was thinking. But it turned out to be exactly what I should be doing. And it's been a real blessing.

And later in life, I will share that on the air. It is, you know, it just made it real clear when you was talking about it this morning, taking a risk, it was a little risk. And now the risk is gone, and the rewards are abundant.

And it's really, really, really worked out well. Now, again, laying down your life can mean the time that you're risking, right? Or it could be your financial risk that you're taking, or the fact that you could end up with tons of mud on your face and look like a fool. Oh, I've been there and done that. Right, right, right, right.

I'm the poster child for mud on the face. Right, right. You know, there's all sorts of different ways, but you know what I mean by risk. In other words, this is risky. Love is the riskiest thing that you'll ever do. And that's how we know that God is a risky God.

He gave Robbie Dilmore free will. Now that's a risky thing to do. And then he loved, you know, he loved Judas. He loved Judas the night that he was betraying him, that he washed his feet. It was a risky thing. And you can imagine the suffering that God went through, because he knows better than any of us what Judas really was facing as the hell that he would experience as a result of the choices he was making. But God took that risk, even though he knew it may not play out so well, you know, however that works.

So but again, you know, I love what John Ortberg wrote, in order to walk on water, you got to get out of the boat. You got to risk. You hopefully are getting God's validation like this is what you ought to be doing.

And it needs to be something you really want to do. We got Ms. J has been holding on very patiently in Greensboro. Ms. J, you're on the Christian Car Guys show. Good morning. Hey, family. How y'all doing? I'm very patient.

God has made me to be patient. My story is, there was a great storm that was here in Greensboro, where the ice, you know, the snow and ice that came up when we woke up that morning was really well woke up about three that morning. Well, let me just start with I had gotten a summer job to cook at Salvation Army Center for Hope, where it's full. When it's full. It's 150 people. So I think it was full this particular night because the snowstorm had came and there was no cook there.

And this wasn't one of the places this where families were living at, like mothers, fathers and children, and they didn't have individual stores to cook on, there was an actual cook or a chef that will come in and cook. And I had already gotten the job and that that following week, it was snow that was going on. And when I wake up, I'm looking out there, it is snow and ice and you're telling everybody on the news don't come if you don't have to go out, you know, so but for my love, for the people because I knew that they wasn't going to have that meal for the weekend. And it was like that Saturday.

So I prayed. I was like, do you want me to go and fix the school for these people? So I hate to jump in on you, Miss J, we got to go to a break. But it's kind of like perfect timing. And so for a little backstory on Miss J, you know, she's a professional driver. She drove school buses.

So it wasn't like she didn't know what she was risking. Like most people, you know, like so when we I'm dying to hear the rest of this story. I know you are. We need your story.

Call us 866-348-7884. We're walking on water. You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com Water walking 101 today on the Christian Car Guys show. You know, when you are looking at, you know, you're calling that kind of thing to get out of the boat and faith and walk with God, what might that look like for you? We would love to hear your story, especially the part maybe where Jesus reached down and grabbed you and you got to walk on the last part of the water with him 866-348-7884 truth.

We got Miss J when we left our hero. She was deciding whether or not to brave the ice storm to go to the rescue mission or the Salvation Army to be a cook, right? That's correct. And I made the decision and I was on the highway, I got off my exit on the highway. There was nobody else on the highway, just straight snow and ice and I wouldn't have anybody to do this unless you believe that God is actually really giving you the peace for that.

And plus my skills for driving for so many years. So you're right about that. So it helped me with the navigation going. It felt like I was on a sleigh ride the whole ride there and it was just and it was beautiful though. It was so at peace and it was that beautiful for a moment there. I got stuck a little bit and that's where I felt like I was thinking and I was like, oh my goodness.

Oh my God. I put on my glasses in case anybody covered. And then all of a sudden I was able to get up out of that that little putt that got hold up with the water and the ice and that slushy and got out of here and then I didn't have any more problems. But I was on my exit, got into the building and oh my God, and then I started cooking, getting things together. And then, you know, the people applauded me and it was just so that was the person I think I ever cried at that place. Very rewarding, I guess. Yes, it was very rewarding.

It was so fulfilling. I just I cried the whole time I was serving and making food because he had to do the grill. I gave them like one of the best meals and they they told my supervisor, my supervisor, I said, you didn't have to put all that buffet out there. But I always put a huge buffet just like it's the last supper anyway. They always get at me about that. I have a big buffet. I had like maybe 12 big round tables out there. So I do a big buffet.

Do not feast, you know, if you're going to eat, eat well. You know, there's a story that the Jewish people tell about the letter vav that goes along the line of your story that, you know, if you can picture a shepherd's crook sort of in your mind, that there was this very, very learned old rabbi and there was this mountain where he would go to pray at the top of every day. But apparently it was so rugged that nobody else could climb it except this old man who was in his 80s. And he every morning he'd get up and climb this mountain, whether it was snow or ice or whatever it was. Well, one day these young boys watched him climb this thing and, you know, they're watching and they're like, well, you know, we'll show this old man how to climb that mountain.

And of course, you know, they all got, you know, whatever way up, slipped and fell, you know, ended up in the hospital, right? And so the rabbi, being the good rabbi that he was, went and visited him and they were like, old man, what in the world? He said, well, you guys were trying to use your feet, but I have, you know, my staff, I was holding on from above, right? And that shepherd's crook was hanging on to God, right? Like Jesus holding your hand as you're pulling you out of the water. So as I pictured you getting out of the slushy ice, I think, yeah. And we're in that situation when you're totally in God's will and you're walking with him. Once he grabs your hand, there's no sinking.

There's no slipping down the mountain. Whatever the case may be, you know, it's a beautiful thing. But again, you saw, you felt God's validation that that's what it was going to be. You risk it, yeah, but by the same token, you know, the real fun, the peace and all that you experienced is just where you're at when you're with God. And even though things are crashing around you sometimes, it's just absolutely beautiful when you're in his arms, right? And I felt so powerful that day in his love that, you know, I opened the floor for salvation. I always would go out there and do a song or something, maybe sing my poems or something to somebody, but this day it was a song of salvation to them. And it was just like, it was just as quiet and just like it was on that snow and ice.

And people came and they didn't come directly at that moment, but they were dwindling in a little bit. Thank you so much. Thank you so much for that word. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

You know, you're not supposed to really talk about the Lord there like that openly, even though it is a salvation place. But I just, you know, every time I feed them on the weekends, I come out there and do a song or something to pimp them up. Yeah, there's always a reason for the hope that's within us, right, no matter where we are with boldness. Well, as always, your story lightens my day wonderfully, Miss J. Thank you so much. That's awesome. Awesome story.

Just perfect. Thank you for your prayers for my mom. You know, I got to see her. That was another walking in the snow and the risk going up that way from my old past, you know, all my God, all that stuff flooding me from my past when I went to go see mom. So I stayed there with her a week, it was wonderful. Buying rebuked and cast down demons and stuff, and when they said she wasn't going to make it anymore, her light came back to her.

They have her in a rehabilitation center now, so she's from out of the hospital to there. So it's like God is still doing it, and thank you guys for your prayers, oh my God. You know. We are honored to be part of what God's doing.

Oh yeah, we're honored to be part of what God's doing. Thank you again, Miss J. You have an amazing weekend.

Walk on some water while you're at it. Bye bye. So again, a couple other little points that I would point out here on, again, if you go to ChristianCarguy.com, you can see my Walking on Water 101 little map thing that I drew. That's an awesome map.

I really like that. It helped me get the lines in my head like you were talking about. So there's a couple other things I want you to know that the compass, you said I got a really good compass. Now the compass is literally the Bible, right?

And Jesus is true north. The best compass. Right, the best compass is your Bible. If you want to figure out what God is actually saying and whatever, it's an amazing compass. So as you're looking at these triangulation, trying to understand, gee, this is my desire.

Well the way to actually get your bearings on that is the B-I-B-L-E, right? It's the Bible. But interestingly, the map that I have here, as I've thought through this a great deal, because if you don't have a good map, you've got to have a compass, there's no doubt, but you've got to have a good map. Well your map, believe it or not, is actually your testimony. In other words, your story of kind of where God has come from, just like Ms. J, she has this story about going through the snow. And so she knows that if I feel this, or you have the story of the fire, and from now on you have a level of faith that now allows you to level up, you didn't have before. And in my case, you know, I lost a dealership or when I was healed by cancer, or any of the many things that God pulled me out of the fire.

He's been holding my hand a long time. And all those things, they help you navigate your calling and realize, you know, here I am, and this is where I am in my story. And your story, by the way, Bob, I know, is, you know, you're at a different level, you're at a different place, right, where all of a sudden you go from the stage of king to a sage, where now you're pointing people to God. Now what might that look like, and how could I point people to God, and then you begin to ask God, okay, based on my story, based on your Bible, based on these things, what is it that I'd love to do, what is it I want to do, what are the things that I really enjoy doing, all I have to do with desire? Then where do you feel that He wants you to do it? And then is it risky enough? Are you really going to need Him?

In other words, if you think it's easy enough you can do it without Him, probably not what He has in mind. So again, thank you all for listening so much.
