Nakita Kolov, the Russian nightmare.

No, the devil's nightmare here. From it's time to man up. Challenging men to step into their true manhood. Your chosen Truth Network Podcast is starting in just a few seconds. Enjoy it. Share it. But most of all, thank you for listening to the Truth Podcast Network. This is the Truth Network. Welcome to the Christian Car Guy radio show.

I say this calls for action and now. My beloved thrust his hand through the hole in the door and somewhere deep inside I screamed for him. Wow, that's the Song of Solomon chapter 5 verse 4. I don't know if you've ever listened to that, but the indication is that, guess what, Jesus has the key to my heart. And today on the Christian Car Guys show, you might guess the name of the show is The Key to My Heart. And as you listen to that intro, very exciting, I love that stuff. Those who know me know I love that music. And anyway, in the intro you heard A Hard Knock Life because before he stuck his hand through the hole in the door, there was a knock on her heart.

And a hard knock life it is. And then there was Maggie Lindman with Knocking on Your Heart. And then Key to My Heart, which is by Corey Lewick Music, which I really, really like that song. You're going to get to hear a lot more of it today, we hope, during the bumps. But today's show is always, well, I should say first I've got my lead volunteer with the Jesus Labor Love Scott with me. So welcome, Scott. Scott, we got to turn up your mic and now you can say good morning. Good morning. It's good to have you. It's good to be here. And we should tell you that today's show is always brought to you by a Hebrew letter. Are you shocked about that, Scott?

No, not one bit. And today's letter is the letter I in that we are going to talk about. And the letter I in, it has to do with your eyes to an extent. And if you think about it, you got two eyes, but they create one vision.

And so there's a whole lot about vision in the Bible, and there's a whole lot about unity. And so this idea of two eyes that come together, it looks kind of like a Y, the letter itself, because an I in has to do with getting yoked to something. In fact, I would actually call the letter your yoker, right? So when she said that her bowels were moved for him, if you look at the King James version of that, when he took his hand through the door and something deep inside of her cried out, that's her yoker. We are just dying to get yoked to something.

And so that letter I in is what's operating there as your heart cries out when he's got the key to your heart. And I do need to let you know that unfortunately, I would love, love, love to have done my Christian Car Guy Theater episode that we've been waiting on to get. Poor Valiant is on trial, and we've been dealing with that for a while. But unfortunately, we were supposed to be live from the Middle Eastern Christian Festival today, but due to the weather in North Carolina, that got canceled. So we're back here in the studio. It was a good call.

But had I known that, I could have gotten that other episode ready, but that isn't what happened. And then next week, I am going to be at Sweetwater Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, doing a car show. How wonderful is that?

And that's pretty sweet. And Jerry's going to be here doing the Middle Eastern Christian Festival live with the Christian Car Guy show. But I should note, if you're in the Atlanta area next weekend, by all means, in Douglasville is the name of the city in Atlanta, where I will be at the car show on Saturday, and then Sunday morning, I will be there. And then Sunday morning, they let me teach, and how fun is that? So I get to do that Sunday morning in Atlanta.

And then tomorrow, I can't even believe, Scott, sometimes all the opportunity God gives me. But tomorrow, I am going to be at the Pro Bull Riders event in Winston-Salem at the Cowboy Church, right? And I can't even believe they've given me the honor of actually bringing the message tomorrow at Cowboy Church at the Joel Coliseum here in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

If you're in the area, of course, we would love, love, love to see you at that event, right? I mean... Chris Smith That is so cool. Darrell Bock It really, really is. And then, last little note I want to make is that my boss, Stu Epperson, those of you who know him, he said, Robby, would you put a shout out there? You have a listener in Charlotte, that every time I go to her church, his pastor comes to me and says, do you know that there's all this lady talks about as a Christian car guy?

So her name apparently is Tricia, and I am so grateful. I really, really, I can't tell you what it does for my heart to know there's people out there that like the show, and they, you know, share my vision, right? That they get a chance to see Jesus, and my hope is always that you would see him and that I would get out of the way of that. Right, Scott? So it is the Jesus Labor Love Weekend, and so we got some folks that have been helped with that single car repair for single moms, widows, and families in crisis, and they'll be calling in throughout the show. But to get down to what I want to talk about today, as I said, you know, the key to my heart, and that starts out with, if we take those verses in chapter 5, the Song of Solomon, it says, I slept, but my heart was awake.

Right? That's an interesting thing to have happen. I wonder if you've had it happen in your life. I slept, but my heart was awake. So we know that when he sticks his hand through the hole in the door, it's the hole of the door of her heart, okay? And it's the voice of my beloved, and he knocketh on her heart, saying, open to me, my sister, my dove, my love, my undefiled, for my head is filled with dew in my locks with the drops of the night. To which, unfortunately, she responded, have I put off my coat? Should I put it on? I've washed my feet.

How shall I defile them? And then comes the line that I wanted to focus on today, which is, my beloved thrust his hand through the hole in the door, and somewhere deep inside, I screamed for him. So there's my question today. Has there been a time in your life, a specific moment, I would call it a game changer, where he literally thrust his hand through the hole in your heart, and he touched it. Now, in Acts chapter 16, verse 14, there's a very cool verse where he did that for Lydia, right? In the book of Acts, do you remember? It says that he opened her heart. So clearly, Jesus has the key to her heart, and there's the question—in fact, there's so many references to this verse that gives you back—there's one in Isaiah, several places where God does have the key to your heart, and he can touch that when he needs to, or when he wants to, in his timing.

And so what does that look like practically? Well, I thought I would share my story, which I've shared this story before, but it was definitely a defining moment in my life. It was actually before I started doing the Christian Car Guy show.

It was about 21 years ago. I was the Chrysler dealer in Mocksville, North Carolina, and I was praying about a lot of things that I thought were really important at the time, you know, about the dealership and all sorts of stuff. And all of a sudden, Jesus showed up in this prayer. I've never had him do it like it before or since, but when he showed up this time, it scared me.

It literally did. And he said to me, Robbie, what do you want? That was a very specific question.

Robbie, what do you want? And his presence just kind of blew me away right at that moment, and I was scared. Like, I thought, scared? Like, I understood the fear of the Lord right that second. And I glibly answered quickly, like, I just want to serve you, Lord. And he goes, and he said this without any condemnation, but what happened was beyond cool.

He said, do you? And when he did, he apparently had the key to my mind because all of a sudden I saw all these images in my mind of things that he'd asked me to do that honestly I had not done. And they were like, call your friend Ray and take him to lunch, or you need to get back up with this friend and spend some time with him. And they were all things that were connected to people that I knew in my life that he had put on my heart to contact, and I hadn't done it. And they were flashing before my eyes, like they would say your life flashes before your eyes. There were thousands of them, like he had files, man, and it was like, brrr.

And they're running like that. And instead of being ashamed or anything, what happened was I got really, really excited, like, wait a minute, this is all I got to do? I can do this stuff.

I got a call so and so, I can do such and such. And I got so excited, I got out of bed, I took a piece of paper, I started writing down all these things that I could remember as he was bringing them to my memory. And I was just so excited that I could do these things that really were serving him because clearly it was coming from him because I hadn't thought of this stuff.

And then as I laid back down and I just repeated, like I was just going, oh man, oh man, I can do this, I can do this. And at that moment is when he stuck his hand through the hole of the door of my heart. And when we come back, I'll share that.

But when did that happen in your life? When did he thrust his hand through the hole of the door of your heart? 866-348-7884, 866-344-TRUTH.

We'll be right back. You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com. The key to my heart today on the Christian Car Guys show, we would love to hear your story. When did he thrust his hand through the hole in your heart and your very insides were just screaming for him?

866-348-7884, 866-344-TRUTH. And so to kind of finish up my story, as I was talking about that after I had seen all these things that I could do or I felt like I could serve Christ, I was just really excited about the fact that I could make these calls, I could do this stuff. And then all of a sudden, this is when he thrust his hand through the hole of my heart, I started to see this unbelievable golden hue of a light.

It's hard to explain what it was. All I know is the room was filled with this golden light. And in that light was the outline of a face and immediately I realized somewhere in my heart that I was going to see his face. And my heart screamed something that I didn't know was even in there, right? If somebody had told me, oh, Robbie, you're dying to see his face, I wouldn't have told you that.

I've said, okay, I believe you. But when that happened, something happened and when that happened, Scott, I'm telling you, man, my heart was screaming something. I had no idea it was in there and it was like, you're gonna see his face, you are gonna see... And I just, I was undeniably the most excited spot in my entire life that I can remember, because I was sure right that moment I was gonna see his face, so sure that my wife, who was asleep in bed next to me, I grabbed her and said, Tammy, we're gonna see Jesus' face.

He's right here right now. How exhilarating. And when I did, she was not up for that moment. She just wasn't.

She was like, what? Go back to sleep. I wasn't asleep. I hadn't been asleep for a... But anyway, and it kind of killed the moment and the golden light went and I was just like, oh man, what a bummer.

I thought we had it going on here and then it didn't happen. And as I laid my head back on the pillow, I remember it all too well, that all of a sudden that same presence that had originally asked me, Robbie, what do you want? Then said to me, now, Robbie, do you know what you want? In other words, the experience of that gave me a defining thing in my life to understand the 13th Psalm. How long have you hidden your face from me? How long will we seek counsel in our souls, having sorrows in our hearts daily? In other words, you wanna understand the 13th Psalm, understand this hole that's in your heart that you don't realize like, oh my goodness. So I tell that story because I wanna hear yours. I have a feeling, I don't know how it happened and for everybody, it's different.

When did he just totally stick his hand through the hole in the door of your heart and just awaken something in you where you screamed out for him you didn't know was there? 866 is the number to call in, which I'm really, really, really, really want you to call if you got that story. I need to hear it. 866-348-7884.

86634. Truth, if you're digitally gifted, you can do that, Scott. Have you had such an encounter? Similar. All right. Well, God, you gotta share, man. Yeah. Actually, I just had a dream about my father last night.

Really? And yeah, we had the most excellent relationship. But in this dream, there was some tension. He was helping me fix one of my old beaters that I used to drive. I broke down on the road. That's a car dream. Yeah, on the Christian Car Guys show.

Just had it last night. And he met me on the side of the road and it started raining just like today, but it was at night. And he scolded me a little bit for not getting off the road and everything and not having my tools with me, but we got it going.

And then I don't remember anything after that, but it was pretty powerful. Yeah, because your dad was really, really precious to you. He sure was. And he touched your heart, no doubt.

Yeah. And so, that's a beautiful, beautiful thing. And I should say, sometimes my heart gets touched by the generosity of the Christian Car Guy listeners. And it really was by the generosity that was poured forth for the widow that needs the van in Milwaukee. I'm not the widow, the veterans that are... Oh, yeah. The veterans that are needing the van in Milwaukee.

Man, we had over 1,000... You're kidding. Even over $1,100 pour in for that cause. And I can't tell you the rejoicing that was going on from that family at the generosity of the listeners for the Christian Car Guy show. And all the ways, right, Scott? I mean, this week, you gave away several 150s to folks that needed it.

I saw the receipts. That's great, isn't it? What an opportunity they got.

God gives us to be there for people. How fun is that? Yeah. Well, we got Sarah Linda.

She's got a poem already. I've never had one in the second segment. Sarah Linda, you're on the Christian Car Guy show. Good morning. Good morning. I am so glad you're calling in.

What have you got for us? Well, I got a poem, and this is an occasion, October 25, 1947. We had just been married, my husband and I, and this is what happened on October 25.

We were married April 25, and this is October 25, 1947. And I had a tremendous experience when my husband's friend asked, why did Jesus say, my God, my God, why has thou forsaken me? And it was awesome. And when he said that, then my eyes were open, and I saw. Oh, Sarah Linda, we're going to have to get, I'm dying to hear what your eyes were open, what you saw.

I'm very excited about that. So when we come back, we're going to hear from Sarah Linda. We also got Clay calling, but we don't have you. So you call 866-348-7884, 866-34-TRUTH. We'll be back with more Christian Car Guy show. The key to my heart today on the Christian Car Guys show and when we left our hero, Sarah Linda, you had just said that your eyes had been opened.

And so we're all sitting on the edge of our seats here, Linda, to hear what you saw. Well, you know, I was born again when I was six and a half. And the Lord became my best friend forever. But I didn't see him. And I didn't see him, you know, but then when my husband turned to me and said, why did Jesus say, my God, this was on October 25, 1947. I told you that.

But my friend, my husband's best friend asked me that question. And, you know, we're all talking together. And then he turned to me and asked that question suddenly. And suddenly the eyes of my heart were opened. And I saw, you know, where it says, he was tramped out, it would be by eye to see the glory of the coming of the Lord.

He was tramping out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored. And I saw, I saw and felt and knew I was seeing the Lord from the inside. And I was seeing the Lord from the inside. And he was, he was, I saw what was happening in his heart with what he was going through. And all of the sin of the world.

He was tramping out the guy later on. Well, I heard that song. And here's the here's the Oh, wow. But yeah, dear, it was overwhelming. But what I wrote this morning, the key to my heart is the hole in the door for the wound in his hand is the key to my soul. When he cried out why for us all he cried for.

So we would understand and be made holy. Oh, I began to live from that. Oh my goodness.

Oh, wow. Like, I can see, you know, anybody that just heard that. Anybody that just heard what you just testified to, which by the way, right, that was, that's the, that's what I was really hoping for this morning. You know, that's how exciting that is when that happens. And I know that feeling, right? Yeah, you heard, I heard you. Oh, wow. So I want to share that a few verses later, because I want to share this with you, Sherlinda.

Yeah, yeah. You might know that she, she got up and the watchman, they found her and they took away her cloak. But then she said something very interesting. And I've really prayed a lot about this next line a lot over the last two days. She said, I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem. That's, that's Scott, right?

And everybody else, I'm charging you. I'm telling you, I'm begging you, right? If you find my beloved, if you find Jesus, tell him I'm sick with love.

Like, that's a prayer request, Scott. And you can hear the prayer request in Sherlinda's heart. And I'm hoping you can hear it in my heart. And I'm hoping that it's in your heart, that if you see Jesus, if you see him, will you tell him that Sherlinda is sick with love, that Robbie is sick with love? I certainly will.

That's exactly the point. I mean, that as we get united in that experience, you see, you know, then we share the, the, the yoga. In other words, we're yoked together as believers, because we've, we've had a similar experience with, and I love the way you put the hole in his hand to the hole of your heart.

Ah, it's too cool! That is beautiful, Sherlinda. You are my, you are my hero. Thank you for calling. As always, you made my day.

In so many ways, I'll be remembering this call forever. Praise God from whom all blessed people are. Thanks so much, Sherlinda. Yes, thank you. Thank you.

Thank you, my friend. You've had a beautiful day. We're having a Seattle day here.

Yeah. It's raining like crazy, but I hope you've got beautiful weather in Seattle this morning. Oh, yes, it is. Yeah, it's a little bit fiery in the, you know, from the, but some in the, but it's, it's beautiful. It's, oh, that's wonderful.

And not too hot today, so that's good. Well, have a great day. God bless you. I love you. Bye-bye.

Thank you. Bye-bye. All right, we got Clay who's been hanging on a long time. Good morning, Clay.

So, Clay, you're on the Christian Car Guy show. Good morning. Well, hey, Brother Scott and Brother Robbie. You know, last Saturday was a day for you and also a day for me because it was a year ago that the aunt passed away on Labor Day weekend. But, you know, I'm just thinking about certain things, you know, what you were talking about and something that you had going on. And you talked about something that the Lord said, what is it that you want? Well, I remember several years ago, I got to hear a pastor out in Arizona, close to Mesa, Arizona, talk about the difference between wanting and needing. And I think I've talked to you about this before, but, you know, my thing is, I look at it as it's like, what is it that, what is seek? What is it that we would like for our lives?

What is it that the Lord needs for us to be doing? And then, of course, you're talking about the heart. Well, the thing for me in that regards is that there's a major difference between listening to your heart, knowing what's going on in your heart, as to listening to your head. I've been able to talk to you about five different people in the last few weeks. And actually, one of them was working where I go do me. And she came over and I was laying in the bed and prepping the machine next to me. And the really interesting thing about that, she was mumbling. And I said, Hey, are you okay? She says, Yeah, I just got some stuff going on in my head.

And I looked at her, she looked at me. And I said, you know, it's best times when you need to listen to your heart. And I said, that's the best thing that the Lord needs us to do. Because it's so important. Just remember that our heart pumps red blood throughout our system. You know, arms, legs, and no matter how you look at it, it's all red.

And red stands for love. And that's what God the Father does for all of us. Because what did He do?

He so loved the world that He sacrificed His only son for us. So I, you know, I'm just thankful. You know, I'm just being able to hear you last weekend.

I tell your wife, I am sorry to hear about, you know, the mother. But you know what? The Lord makes those calls. And we expect it.

He does what He needs to do. It's not what we want. It's what we need.

Or what we would like. Well, thank you, Clay. I love that you had that moment with that young lady.

And I'm so grateful to talk to you this morning. And I know it has been a year and a while. You know, it's an interesting thing. I didn't even mention to Sarah Linda that her October 25, 1947, you know, that's an interesting date, from my perspective.

I'm sure that at some point in time. But anyway, thank you, Clay. Thanks, Clay. Well, you need to thank me, brother. Just give thanks to him because he's the one that creates each moment of every day.

I do. I thank him for, I do. Thank you. Thanks, Clay.

Clay. Bye-bye. God bless.

And you know, we're at six years since I started listening. I know it. Wow. That's awesome. God bless. Thank you. Bye-bye.

All right. We got Anne Ault is on with us as well. How fun. Anne, you're calling in this morning. It's good to hear from you. I wish we could be here in Christian Cargill Theater.

But anyway, what have you got for us? Yeah, well, I was just enjoying listening to everybody. And I thought, I won't call in. And then suddenly the thought hit me of when I, many years ago, I gave my life to the Lord in 1974.

And God's symbolism is everywhere in his parables. I gave my life to the Lord in a child's restaurant when my friend said, Anne, why don't you give your life to the Lord? And I said, I don't think I can handle that kind of a commitment. I don't think I'm worthy. And he said, you can't. You're not.

Just do it. So at that point, that's what I did. I just, you know, quietly gave my life to the Lord in child's restaurant and floated out of there. I was so high on the Lord.

And he, so many miracles at the beginning, you know, where he was telling me the night I was baptized. Oh, Anne, I hate, we're in another break. So I'm excited. I am excited.

I'm very excited to hear what is fixed to happen. But I'd be also excited to hear your story that Jim called in with you. You know, God put it on your heart to call us. 866-348-7884.

We only have one segment left. 866-34-TRUTH. The key to my heart today on the Christian Car Guys show and what amazing calls we've had, but you haven't called.

You know I'm talking to you. 866-348-7884. We want to hear your story, you know, how God put his hand through the hole of your door and your heart, like how that exactly works.

I'm not sure, but I know it does. So when we left our hero, Anne, Alt, she was fixed to share her story. So go ahead, Anne.

Yeah, let me, I'll do it real quick so you can get somebody else in. But in 1974, then I gave my life to the Lord, and in 1977, I went to a conference. I had moved to Los Angeles with my little showbiz career, and I went to a conference, and overnight I had a dream of a wedding. And I'm at this hall, and there are musical instruments, you know, these dreams, and a wedding invitation floated by, and, you know, and it was all very exciting.

And I woke up, what does that mean? And then I saw a verse about the bride of Christ, and I said, Lord, am I part of the bride of Christ? You know, I mean, I just kind of had that, just wondering, Lord, am I the bride, you know? Well, the next year, I went with a small group to Israel, and on the plane back from Israel, a friend of mine introduced me to, you know, we were all kind of walking around on the plane, and she introduced me to this young man she'd been talking to, and he had flown to Israel just to pray over the city, and it helped to keep back a battle.

It was amazing. And so, such a cool guy. And then we just chatted about the Lord and everything, and then he got up to leave, and out of the blue, we weren't even talking about this.

He said, by the way, Anne, he said, a bride doesn't need a wedding invitation. And I knew immediately, I knew immediately that he was saying, and I fell tight to that, I could tell you. I mean, I said, oh, thank you, Lord.

You know, he answers our prayers in the most unique way. Oh, cool. Yeah. Wow. Seriously.

Wow. I need to write that down somewhere. That's saying yes to the dress in a big way, isn't it? Oh, I love that. Oh, by the way, Anne, you know, a bride doesn't need a wedding invitation. Oh, that is the most beautiful thing. And it's such a comfort in the times when you feel, when you go through those valleys of humiliation and frustration and horror, and, you know, and you just have to remind yourself that I am the bride of Christ, you know. And there are times you don't feel like it.

That's exactly the point that's so clearly here to me, Anne, and to Scott, is look at the humility of her telling the daughters of Jerusalem. Yeah. Right? She just got beat up and they took away her veil, right?

Yeah. And she doesn't say a word about that. She says, hey, promise me. Which is, that has everything to do with the Jesus' labor love, to my view, because it's hard to ask for help, right? It is. And so she's turning to all her friends and saying, help me find him.

Tell him I'm sick with love. You know, that's exactly right. But Scott, you had something that Dave shared on humility the other day that you wanted to read. So many times we internalize and we start to think, you know, one little thing gets us down and we just really need to look around. Anyway, brother Dave Compton, who has the deep baritone radio voice, he shared this with us. It's a little poem and a lot of you guys have probably heard it before. It's an unknown author, but it's about humility and about whining.

It's called Forgive Me When I Whine. Today upon a bus, I saw a lovely maid with golden hair. I envied her. She seemed so gay and how I wished I were so fair. When suddenly she rose to leave, I saw her hobble down the aisle. She had one foot and wore a crutch, but as she passed a smile. Oh God, forgive me when I whine.

I have two feet. The world is mine. And when I stopped to buy some sweets, the lad who served me had such charm. He seemed to radiate good cheer. His manner was so kind and warm. I said, it's nice to deal with you. Such courtesy.

I seldom find. He turned and he said, oh, thank you, sir. And then I saw that he was blind.

Oh God, forgive me when I whine. I have two eyes. The world is mine. Then when walking down the street, I saw a child with eyes of blue. He stood and watched the others play. It seemed he knew now what to do. I stopped a moment. Then I said, why don't you join the others, dear?

He looked ahead without a word. And then I saw, I knew that he could not hear. Oh God, forgive me when I whine. I have two ears. The world is mine with feet to take me where I'd like to go with eyes to see the sunsets glow with ears to hear what I would know. I am blessed indeed. The world is mine.

Oh God, forgive me when I whine. Darrell Bock It is those kind of things that we need to know that God is there to help us. And also, so are all these people around you.

You are not in this alone. And so if you've had that experience with Christ, you know, then the daughters of Jerusalem can relate to you in a special way. And they too have had an experience like Ann just talked about, like, how beautiful is that? Like a bride does not need a wedding invitation. I know. It's such an affirmation and confirmation.

And we need those during Earth life. And so like when Sarah Ann, and I'm sure your heart melted too, like mine did, and when you're gonna hear how her heart melted as she saw that glow. I mean, in other words, when he became oh so real to her, right? And then we realized that, wow, you know, don't we want to jump in and tell Jesus? Yeah, I know Sarah Linda.

She's sick with love. I know Ann. I know Scott is. And I know how blessed are we so blessed that we get a chance to do stuff like the Christian Car Guy Radio Show or Christian Car Guy Theater or the Jesus Labor Love, which we're gonna mention that one more time because that's what we're doing. Today's show is kind of highlighting that ministry because it does so much to help single moms, widows, families in crisis. And we're so blessed to have people every week that are submitting those applications. And you're praying with them, Scott. I mean, that takes humility, but it's really— What an honor.

What an honor it is to answer those. And so has any of them touched your heart this week? Yeah, they all pretty much did. And there was a lady that got some breaks and she was so thankful. And come to find out, I think she said she had eight or nine kids. Wow. And she was riding around with no breaks or at least compromised breaks. Right.

She was so, so thankful. And right. So the application comes in. Yeah. Right. And we get a chance to pray with her and then God provides listeners like you listening that supply these needs like week in and week out with the financial means in order to help them and repair centers that help us out, Scott.

It's unbelievable. So thank you, everyone, especially all those who called in today and share those miraculous, you know, the key to our heart stories. I can't tell you what an honor it is to share this show and do all that we get to do here. And I hope that you remember to slow down. Jesus walked everywhere he went and got it all done in 33 years. Thanks for listening to The Christian Car Guy Show. This is the Truth Network.
