Why would the word for "Hand" and "Axle" be the same in Biblical Hebrew?? What a wonderful thing to ponder as the word, hand is used in so many passages, especially the hands of, Jesus. A bit of a deeper dive into the letter/pictures for me is spectacular. The first letter in hand or axle is the letter Hebrew yud ' and the name of that letter is in fact this word,(amazing right). Yes, each letter in Hebrew has a name and this letter the smallest of all letters is yud. This picture is just a dot as shown above, the mark made when the pen touches the paper, the little that means a lot, the big bang and the first letter in God's name and Jesus name. The idea being that for an infinite God to make a finite world He would have to contract himself, yes, the letter yud….. BANG! The second letter, (words are right to left in Hebrew) is a dalet ד – the bent over servant, the door of humility. Be it a hand or an axle both serve the power. Thus we are called the hands of Jesus… yielding completely to the transfer of power without taking the glory. The wheels on the bus go round and round – they spin on an axle but the destination is The Kingdom of God. Without the power from God/the engine and the traction of the wheels/The Purposes of God. Apart from God and His purposes we the hands/axle can do nothing…

This is the Truth Network. Welcome to the Christian Car Guy Radio Show. I say this calls for action and now. In the dashboard of a life. I see gauges glow There's a light for kinds And it set in a roll.

Yeah. Right beside the meter that is marked as truth. Then the dial of righteousness shining like my youth Just beyond this peace and like a calm breath All these little signals guiding me at night. When the colours start to fade and I'm feeling low, there's a love that calls me back, telling me where to go. Gauges of grace on my heart's display.

Kindness, truth, and peace lighting up my way. When I'm running out, when I lose my view, I remember you, I remember you. Gauges of grace in your love, I see all the whole devils. The servant of the power today. That's.

Pand slash axle. That's an interesting. I kind of like this idea and I Uh you can ponder it for a while, but why would the word for hand Right. And the word for axle. In Biblical Hebrew, they're the same word.

They're spelled exactly the same way. They are the same word. Why would hand and axle? B the same word, and it has to do with the servant of power. And so it is Jesus' labor of love week.

And you may know within the Christian Cargai Show, we have this ministry. It is a five hundred one C three.

So completely tax-deductible that we help out single moms, widows, and families in crisis across the country. Amazing how God has blessed that part of our ministry. And this is the week. of the month, usually the third week. of the month that we Have a chance for those people that have been helped by that or the volunteers and all that are involved to take part in the show.

And so, very fun today. I have not only Scott. You know, our traditional been on how long have you been with us, Kon? Six years, maybe? Yeah, a long time, six years.

We started in 2011 with the Jesus Labor Low, so we've been around a while. And now, as of last week, you heard Paul Williams call in.

So, welcome, Paul. Very fun as we have a new volunteer as of today.

Well, thank you, Rob. I'm glad to be here. Yeah, we're glad. You know, if again, if you are not familiar with that ministry, if you go to ChristianCarGuy.com, you know somebody that needs help, all they have to do is just click on that banner, apply for assistance. Or, again, if you've got financial resources, we can certainly use them.

Or you want to donate a car, you're going to find all that right on the left side of the homepage of the website. Pretty easy to find all the stuff on the Jesus Labor Love. But if we were talking about. This servant of power, which clearly we all have a chance to be the hands and feet. Oh Jesus.

And so why would you know, the word axle and hand be the same. And as I pondered that this morning, it was kind of spectacular to look at it inside. And often I sponsor a show by a Hebrew letter.

So I'm going to sponsor this show today by the Hebrew letter Yud. Because it is the first letter of the word hand or axle. And so when you think of that letter, Jesus said, every jot or tittle, well, that jot that just when you put the pen to the paper, that little bitty dot, that's what the picture is. And the picture is this: that in order for an infinite God, think about this. Infinite kindness, infinite love, infinite joy, just things we can't even begin to get our arms around, for that kind of infinity.

to come into a finite world He would have to contract himself, just like Jesus came out of heaven. But just think about this philosophically for a second. That Here's this infinite that needs to be finite, and so you have this contraction. And thus you have the little that means a lot. Or if you picture it, that you got this you know, thought in your mind, and it's this great big thought and you got it in your mind, and to some extent it's infinite.

But now if you're gonna try to put it on a piece of paper, you're gonna have to take a pen, and the second that pen touches the paper, it's a yid.

Okay? And so that's the kind of power that this letter holds. And it's the tenth letter. Which In, you know, there's a lot of tens in the Bible, and you know, ten has to do with.

So many different ideas, but that's the very first letter, and there's only two letters in the word hand. And again, the fact that we get to yield that power, this infinite power, is just unbelievable that we get to be God's junior partner. The second letter. in the word hand or axle. is the letter dollop.

And that letter looks like... Like half of a door frame because it kind of means a door, but because it's kind of like. Um A bent over a servant. If you were to look at the picture. That would be the letter.

And that idea of a humble servant Fascinatingly, if you think and you just hear the The D in the letter David, Dalad, and it's also, if you think of David's name, it has two Dalads in it, it's Dalad of Dalad.

So this idea. Of a servant who is more than willing for the master to get all the credit, to get all the glory. He's just in there to serve, right? He's just doing his part, right? And so that second letter Is this letter dollet?

And so when you think about it, it's an axle, right? You got an engine, it's got all the power.

Somehow or another, it needs to get to the wheels. And how does it go about doing that?

Well, Right. It does that with an axle. And so very cool in the book of 1 Kings, chapter 7, Solomon made all these carts. To carry the water around for the sacrifices. And it's the only place that I found in the Bible where I could see the word axle clearly.

Like, okay, there it is right there. They call it an axle. I can see that it's on these wheels that's connected to this cart. It's got to be an axle. And here it is, it's exactly that word.

Okay. Yud Dalit, which means again. Kind of cool. And so when you hear that you're the hands and feet of Jesus, oh, absolutely. But just think of the power that you're connected to, the infinite power.

As you get a chance to serve. There is a relationship, you know, apart from me you can do nothing. And so when you're actually serving like like these guys do every you know Like, how many calls did you make this week, Scott? probably thirteen, but I had a lot of people call me too. Oh, I did too.

Yeah, we we have been so blessed, we really have, because ChatGPT, lots of social services have found out more and more about us and w I think last November and I mean last October and November combined we had 20 applications. This month We will easily hit 50. We're at 46 right this minute. We've got a few days to go.

So you can see that, you know, it's just like. five times the normal amount that we were getting that the Lord has just provided with And I know you're like me, Scott, and soon you will be, Paul, too. One of my favorite parts about it, every single one of those applications. We pray with those people, right? Absolutely, every single one.

And Just the second, okay. I just want you to complete the picture now. The very second you pick up the phone, and one of the very first things Scott does, and I know the first thing I'm going to do is say, All right, if I pray with you. Because a lot of times the people are real, you know, it takes humility to ask for help. And they're kind of anxious, and sometimes they're kind of angry.

Because they're mad at whatever's happened. And so the second you say, I can pray with you, you are being an axle.

Okay, because at that very moment, you're taking the power of God and you're connecting it. To this person's situation, which has a purpose, which is God's purpose. Right? We don't know what the purp I mean. All things work together for good, and we don't know what God's purpose is in this, and sometimes it looks pretty horrific.

But he always has one. I can assure you. And our job is to pray, right? Yes, we have all kinds of resources. But primarily, the resources we have are you guys, right?

Is the volunteers and this chance?

So, the beautiful thing about the Jesus Labor Love, I've always thought. Was there's a lot of social services out there.

Okay. But if you don't connect him apart from me, you can do what, Scott? Nothing. Right? If you don't make the connection somehow.

And it was just completely a gift that God gave me because one time. You know, when I was doing this myself, before I even had Vic, I was the original volunteer. And this lady was just wearing me out. I mean, she was screaming and yelling. And I, you know, all I did was call, you know, can I help you?

You know, and you know, I had nothing to do with her problem. I had nothing to do with anything. And she's just screaming. It was obvious she was in a lot of pain. And so the Holy Spirit said, Robbie, pray.

I said, okay. And I just started off the prayer with this. I said, Lord. I'll just say her name was Becky. I'll say Lord a I am so grateful that you had Becky call me this morning.

It takes tremendous courage to reach out and ask for help. I thank you for Becky, and I know you're aware of her problem. And if you could have heard, you know, the prayer went on to just ask the Lord to help her and be with her. If you could have heard the end of that, as soon as I finished praying, her attitude went from screaming and yelling to like. Man, nobody has ever prayed for me in my life.

You know, it just immediately connected her. Changes the temperature. Right, we're an axle, we're a hand.

So we're gonna come back. We got Ford calling in, we got RK. It's gonna be a great show. Stay tuned. A whole lot more Christian Carga show coming up.

You're listening to The Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Jesus. The truth that my heart believes, Prince of Peace, who calms every fear and me, Son of righteousness, forever you will shine. Loving kindness chasing me through all my life, all my life gauges of grace for my heart. The servant of power today on the Christian Car Guy Show and Slash axle is this is the Jesus Labor Love weekend.

Again, we would Love your calls. If you have any comments for the Jesus Labor Love, or you've been helped, or you want some help, whatever we can do for you, 866-348-248. 7884-866-348-7884. We got RK calling in at the bottom of the hour. He's going to talk about axles since we've got this discussion about axles.

But and where that came from is, you know, fascinatingly, this week. I had two situations with axles. Um as you may know that Most cars these days are front-wheel drive. And back in the day with fixed axles in the back, it was a completely different world than it is with front-wheel drive cars. You know, it would be a rare thing to replace an axle.

You know, unless you were a b You know, some kind of drag racer or something. If you did that kind of thing, you replaced axles. But other than that, You just drove your car regularly. Would not be replacing a lot of axles. But in today's cars, because they have these joints at the end, both sides.

On the ends. That attaches the axle to the motor or to the engine, as the case may be, and it attacks and it attaches at the other side to the wheel. And so it's called a constant velocity joint. In order to do what it does, it needs to be able to go up and down and sideways and all around. And so.

It's like a great big ball bearing, so to speak, in there and it has a Boot around a rubber boot around it, and there's supposed to be grease inside that rubber boot. And what happens is they drive out. And They um But the The rubber will crack or break, and once that happens and the grease escapes. then there's no longer Greece to to Service that bearing, and thus you'll start hearing this click, click, click noise. And you'll see all kinds of people that, again, if you regularly take your car in for service, where somebody will put it up on a rack and go, gee, you've got a brake in your CV boot, and you can just replace those, place those boots easy enough.

But if you don't replace those boots, Then You will be buying a set of axles before you hardly know it, and they are fairly expensive compared to the boot. Just saying.

So Again, today's show, all about axles. RK is going to get into that right now. We got Wendy. He's in Cary, North Carolina. I know Wendy, an old friend of the Jesus Labor Love.

Wendy, you're on the Christian Car Guy Show. Good morning, Wendy. Good morning, guys. How's everyone? We're doing great.

What have you got? I'm loving this fall weather. Yeah, it's a beautiful day. It's a beautiful day. It is beautiful.

I think those guys gave me a both And it is running great. Mostly just going to say thank you. I'm so grateful. My son and I take it everywhere and I'm finding that it's really good to have the storage space, you know, in the back, and it's just good for a single mom.

So I appreciate you guys. Is that the Volvo that Gaither Donate it. Yeah. I love that. You know, that car is all.

Gaither's a very good friend of mine. And. His wife drove that car, and I saw it for years and years and years. And so it's kind of neat to. Know that now it's in good hands.

And so, Wendy, you do that right. Doesn't she? Do some work along the side as well. Yes, yes. Yes.

W weren't you working with an agency Windy. I do a little bit of work on the side, yes, as a voiceover and actor. Yeah. Really? You have a great voice.

I did not know that. Yeah, well, we are grateful that you had a chance to experience God's gift, right? It came like an axle through from His power into your hands, and you got transportation for you and your son. And you've met her son, right? Yes, Gunnar.

Trey, Trey. Uh Terry and I both have. He's kind of a tall athletic young man. Oh, good. Really smart.

Okay. And and very nice and obedient.

Well, thank you for calling in, Wendy. We really appreciate it. You have a beautiful day. As it is a beautiful movie, thank you for taking such good care of that vavel. All right, God bless.

Bye-bye. Yeah. Thanks again.

So The applications you dealt with this week, Scott, which ones stand out to you? Um Well, we're getting a lot of batteries and starters and alternators and things like that. We've had a couple of gentlemen that were one was local and one was in Fayetteville. And they were both veterans, and so that really touches my heart a lot. that they served our country And then we've had a few that were homeless actually.

And and that really is touching. Um Yeah, it's tough when they tell you, look This car is all I have. I'm sleeping in my car and I need it to To get on my feet, and you know, and I've got this situation and that, those are tough calls. Oh, yeah, yeah. Most people are so, so appreciative though, for every little thing and just the fact that somebody cares and wants to listen.

And they really do appreciate the prayer, too. But yeah, what a blessing just to to be a vassal to It'd be a conduit for God to be put in this position where we able to help people. And I'll tell you what, there's some resourceful people. I mean, when you deal with them, and I do, but you know, I had this lady in Siler City. Right, and she originally needed a battery, yeah, but she also needed a pair of tires because now then I think, yeah, right, and so you know, originally we worked it out so she could get a battery, and I was all set to get her a battery.

And she found somebody else to give her a battery, and then once she got that, she said, Well, then you know, you guys can help me with the tires, and so really neat with all the technology we have today. I was actually actually able to get the tires on Walmart. Right.com in Siler City. Yeah. And they set it up to put the tires on her car.

And so she had to do was drive down there. They put the tires on and away you went. Yeah, she was very resourceful. There's another thing that I has come to mind that These cars are so important because I find out a lot of them are doing the DoorDash. Oh, yeah, they're just that's where they're trying to make money any way they can.

Oh, yeah. Yeah, Uber and DoorDash. All sorts of different ways they use their cars, right? Right.

Well, we got RK coming up in the next segment, but we could use you. You've got a comment or something about the Jesus Labor Love, we would love to hear you again. Jesus Labor Love, it's all at ChristianCarGuy.com. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Jesus.

The truth that my heart believes Prince of peace who calms every fear and me Son of righteousness The servant of power The hand/slash axle today on the Christian Car Guy Show. It is Jesus Labor Love Week, and so we got Scott and Paul with us now talking about what's going on with Jesus Labor Love. Of course, you can find out all about that at ChristianCarGuy.com. It's car repair labor for single moms, widows, and families in crisis. But right now, we're going to move to In the Garage with RK, my famous technician down there in Ramsor, North Carolina, 89 years old and still doing transmission work and getting subers and garage.

So. And now time for the legendary garage of RK88 and Bill Bullthrop. He aged a year since I made that. Welcome, RK. Good morning.

Good morning, Robbie. I can hardly wait till I I will make a new one when you're ninety and I'll go ninety and still I have if I don't laugh, I have a Oh six uh We're on the bench in it. Twenty twelve uh Ford uh concept, for Little man transfers. Both of them I gotta do. I hope to get one done by the end of the week.

He is. There you go. He's got this shop right in the back of his house. It's absolutely amazing. But.

Today we're going to talk about axles, right, okay?

Okay. I have some interesting facts about him.

Okay. The uh what people don't know about'em is that all all all these cars out today have them. Front-wheel drives have the universal icons. They're not straight anymore. They used to be like in the back of the the trucks.

The big trucks. Or it's three quarter times or a half times. They still have A lot of straight archivals. But the front wheel drive cars And a small pickups explorers. you know, in that area that have four wheel drives have four wheel actors after it.

And do you there? They're not a berry, they're a uh like a I'm I was born like a pivot on top of a dragpo that can go any which way. And and it sits in rubber. Eras is in Some sort of dialogue boot. And they do tend to get harder to get And and split.

And that's what people don't know about him.

So good thing to check'em once in a while because if they s But Then they fluidly sout or Greece. And it's it's especially And then you then you it flings up onto the exhaust a lot of times. And then you smell that bird smelling. You wonder what it is.

Well, it could be that.

So it happened. You're dead. thing to do is to check that. Both served. Cars have a And there's one, two, three, four, five, eight of'em.

Eight universe Of these pivots, yeah. If you got a four-wheel drive, you got four axles like that, right? You got four axles, right?

Well, you have two ends, the inside ends. don't move as much as the outside'cause the outside is dirty. And a fraud, of course. In the back door. Yeah, that's the interesting thing, is you know, that wheel has got to turn from the right and the left and be able to go up and down and all that.

So, you know, to say it's universal is an understatement.

So, but you can get hurt because you've got a great story. I love this story. Yeah. I w I for years I ran the Vannheim Auto Walk Shot in Vannheim, Pennsylvania from New Jersey. I used to take four, five, six cars.

Sell them out there.

Now we do thousands, twelve hundred thousand to fifteen hundred dollar cars on a Friday. In a in a parking lot. And you walk it. And you're looking at cars to buy, to sell, to see what's out there, see if you, you know. And I happen to be about thirty feet.

But it's I can't remember if it was the Tornado or Del Dorado. And the guy was backing it up. With with one of those wheels at it. A broke The axle broke the axle in the front outer. And there are ball berries in there, guys.

I was standing thirty feet from it and it became Put me on the ground and hit me in the angle somewhere and put me on the ground. I could walk for at least A week I had crutches. It was unbelievable. the pain that that ball but this is the ball bearing, but this they lost their bearings is what it was. I mean, yeah.

It's a it's an inch it's an inch in diameter too.

So it's like a bullet coming at you. Yeah, I just like it didn't wasn't higher or didn't did it.

Well, it broke a little bolder there.

Something I don't know if ever they published it. Cast for a while. But hey, I've been hurting.

Well, I know for years and years, if I had a front-wheel drive car and I was going to. um you know is appraise it because I A lot of people are trading in cars and Paul well knows because he worked at the dealership I worked at that, you know, I would appraise cars, you know, however many a day. And one of the first things I always did is I would go into a parking lot somewhere, I'd turn the wheel all the way to the right and then turn it all the way to the left. And when it when you once you turned it, you you go in a circle and if you hear click, click, click, You can hear the axles, they'll click. And if you hear this clicking noise in your axle, guess what?

You need to repair. Yeah, you need you because, like RK just described, you don't want to shoot somebody on the scythe row. But worse than that, you know, sometimes you'll see. Like, seriously, I was in Atlanta at the car show two weeks ago, or was it a week before, whatever it was, and I'm going down interstate Like forty. Downtown Atlanta, and this wheel goes blowing by me.

And there's no tire attached, just the back of the CV joint. And I'm like, look at this. Like, man, you know, because they'll break and the tire will come off. Mm-hmm. Yes.

It's a bad thing. Several of Robbie several of them have very very wheelbarrows incorporated wi within them. Bec be a certain suspension, the way the suspension is. But not all of'em. Like this, all four Explorers got.

and bury inward it as he rejoiced. Right, and you remember that. And it was really cool because when they came out with the Toronado and the Eldorado, this was like in 1960. 61 was it maybe? 67.

I was I was wrong in the year. I was 60s not 90s now. But I think it was 63 that came out with front wheel driving the Tornado. And that car had torsion bar front suspension. Yeah.

And that You know, talk about something at the time was just like, oh man, look at this. You know, they had these bars that instead of a coil spring. These bars would twist in order to create that. And so that tornado was just like. And the Eldorado as well, which is absolutely amazing cars.

And the front-wheel drive. Um I'll never forget that One year we were racing a car up at Pikes Peak because our service manager was a race car driver. And the car that won was a Toronado'cause nobody could touch it with that front-wheel drive on the dirt road. It would just go right straight up, you know, when everybody else was sliding around. And, you know, there's the advantage.

I love it.

Well, you don't you talk about torsion boys. Back in the fifties, you you were in the that Chrysler business and they were out there. I still have three or four of them in stock to use them as prybugs. They're the strongest thing I've ever seen. They are strong, right?

They are strong. And heavy. I I know I listed a few of them. They're tight. But they're good they're good for pry bars, really.

Well, thank you, RK. It was a fun time in the garage today talking about these exers. Was there anything else? I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it.

Was there anything else you wanted to make sure we covered on this subject? Being added. Just make sure the service Oh. Please. If you have your wheel off, And you see the little rust coming in there in that spine there That's a little bit of a problem.

that to where the where the axle comes out, there's a big, big nut people that hold that axle onto the wheel, onto the outside of the uh uh the suspension. Make sure you don't see rust. You see Russ there that's Usually a loose Wheel. Really? That's there.

Pardon. I'm I'm listening to you. I did not know that. That's a factor if you see that. There's always a reason for rust running down out of it.

A a bar or something like that. There's something there's something wrong with that. Yeah, yeah, seriously. I have a question for RK. All right.

RK, for our listeners out there, could you. Explain and break down what the primary difference between an all-wheel drive and a four-wheel drive is. One is done automatically like the transmission as it's a clutches in the transfer case. And it it you don't you don't put it in here, it's all it's year all the time, but it doesn't work all the time. And only with and slippage, when there's a three percent slippage I'm your front or rear.

Complicated question. We got to go to a break. Scott, but that's a great question. And R.K. gave you a great answer, but it's a little more extended.

He's going to give you a little more information. We'll come back. What's the difference between all-wheel drive and four-wheel drive? Really interesting discussion. We'll be right back.

But also with the Jesus Labor Love, go to ChristianCarGuy.com. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Jesus All the truth. The servant of power today, the hand slash axle. It's the Jesus Labor Love Week.

We got it. Looks like a Jesus Labor Love call coming in, but we got a question RK was handling right before the break and Scott's question, what's the difference between four-wheel drive? An all-wheel drive, and before RK finishes that explanation, I wanted to point out that most people have no. real sense that There is no such thing Originally, when they came out with Jeeps and all back in the 40s, is what you would call four-wheel drive, because really, because of a differential, there's one wheel or the other that's getting most of the power. And so, all four wheels don't get equal amounts of power in the traditional four-wheel drive, in any sense of the word.

However, when they came out with the Rubicon, Jeeps.

So if you see Rubicon on the side of a Jeep, they have what they call locking axles. And for the first time ever, you actually had real, all four wheels pulling with all the power.

So in our case, with all-wheel drive, there might be 30% of the power going to the back or to the front, however it's allocated based on the need of what's slipping, based on the clutches that he's talking about. It creates it. But when you see those Jeeps that say Rubicon, and you want real live four-wheel drive, like... All four wheels getting the power of the engine? You you got it, right, RK?

Yeah, so that's what they call positive traction, too. That transfer case. Guys, hang it at the back of your transmission. If all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive has one. Whether it's automatic or whether it's got gears, and you manually shift the four-wheel drive, or you I have a Ford truck where you electronically.

Shifted from two to four-wheel drive.

So but if you get in the car like I was there yesterday, Subaru It's beautiful setup to a four-wheel drive, but it But it's but it's all-wheel drive. And it's a good a good one of the best on the market with the Subaru. You have no idea. What's going on with the wheels when you're driving it? And believe me, it's a safety track.

Yeah, there's so much electronics and stuff that's going on in there to make sure that the power goes to the wheel is getting attraction, that the one isn't sliding, and all sorts of other things that are going on to try to get you going where you want to go.

So it's a great answer, R.K. Thank you, RK. What a great time today. We'll see you tomorrow at church. I know that.

Okay, yes, R.K., by the way, goes to. Thank you. I got to put in a shameless plug for our church, R.K.

So we go to Amazing Grace Church of Ramsor, and I'll get to be the pastor there. How fun is that? Oh, yeah. Yeah, we meet on Liberty Street in Ramsor, North Carolina.

So you're looking for a church and you happen to be in Randolph County? We would love to see you, wouldn't we, R.K. He must have, yeah, so. There you go. Amazing Grace Church Ramsor.

So we got. Takara is it on Jesus Labor Love. Takara, you're on the Christian Carguy Show. Good morning. Good morning, Takara.

Good morning. How are you? Hi.

So, what have you got for us?

Okay. Well, I was lucky, not even lucky, blessed. Blessed to have gotten in contact with Mr. Barton, referenced to I'm getting my vehicle service and now I'm able to provide for myself.

So it was indeed a black end. And so wh what was going on with your car? A few things. First, it was the inspection of the besides the tires, but the inspection and service and the oil really needed a change. It was way past students.

So it was running hard, but now it's running good. I'm able to. Drive Get where I need to so I'll be able to provide for myself and my son.

So I'm I'm blast. uh half You know. Matt must be.

So it's not overheating at all? Was it perfect? No. No, it was the oil. The oil needed to change.

I guess it was the sludge, they call it. It was like, yeah.

So it was Rectify, so it was good. Wonderful.

Well, thank you for calling. That is awesome. Takara, I appreciate you sharing that very much. And God bless you. Keep up the great work.

Thank you. Thank you. It takes a lot of courage, A, to ask for help and also to call into a radio show, right? Thank you so much, Dakara. It sure does.

Yes, it does. God bless you. I got to tell you, I'll never forget. You know, most people would think that Robbie's. No, no, no.

I was, I, first time I ever called into one of Stu's radio shows, when he first went on the air back around 98, I was terrified. And so I get it completely. Like, yeah, it's not easy, but we still would love to hear from you. 866-348-7884. But God had other plans for me.

He was like, Robbie, you're going to get in radio. And so, you know, here we are today. And It was God's idea to start the Jesus Labor Love as well. And it seemed kind of. Like, I don't know how this is going to work.

But the way it works today is: again, people go to ChristianCarGuy.com and they fill out an application. And if you go there, you'll see it's pretty simple: your name, phone number, what your insurance company is, your driver's license number. We need those things to make sure we're not giving somebody help that doesn't have a driver's license. We've had that happen.

So we learned from our mistakes back years ago. Anyway, then once they fill out that application, it goes to one of these two wonderful volunteers who will call them, pray with them, and try to understand what we need to do.

Now normally It'll only help. Only help. In other words, we're never going to pay all of everybody's bill because we want them to take pride in being able to take Part of the responsibility of their own situation.

So normally we offer somewhere in the neighborhood of $150. Towards a set of tires or an oil change, or whatever the situation was for tomorrow that you heard, or you know, I can't tell you, but occasionally we have severe needs. Like we had this gentleman in Salt Lake City, who was a pastor, and he had all these kids, and one of his kids. need to go to the hospital, but he needed to transport all the kids and be able to go to the hospital and he needed a, you know, whatever it was, 15 pastor van. And we had to work on the transmission.

and somebody gave us a thousand dollars. I think that's one of the biggest we've done in years. That somebody gave us a thousand dollars to put towards that van. What a donation that was.

Well, not only that, but I talked to The mechanic out there in Ogden, Utah, I believe it was, and he was. Such a blessing. He was a believer, and he did the whole job for $2,500.

So he basically did the labor for free. Right, that might be by like a $6,000. Yeah, yeah.

So he was just overjoyed to be a part of this equation, and he was just a delight.

So I've had a couple conversations. Again, so how it works is. You know, people go in, they fill out the application. Normally, We'll try to help them find a place if they don't have a place. We have a lot of resources on, especially in this area of where to get cars repaired.

We know some in other areas when we can find ways for places. But for the most part, we offer financial assistance. And then in some cases, we're able to give cars, like Wendy, where people donate cars to us. Then we can go ahead and in return, you know, give them back again. The and we talk about this all the time, we have no paid staff.

So, if you give $100 or you give $50 or you give $5 to the Jesus Labor Love, every dollar, every penny is going to go back to. You know, some single mom, widow, or family in crisis that has to do that.

So, you can also, on the ChristiancarGuy.com, see the place where you can donate. You can donate monthly, you can donate once, you know, however you want to do that.

So, and also, if you want to donate a car.

So, again, ChristianCarGuy.com, you need assistance. You know, it's all kind of neat how God does all this, right? He provides the people that need help. If we didn't have the people that need help, we wouldn't need the volunteers. Also, your church might want to partner with us.

I'd like to encourage any of the mechanics that are listening that would like to partner with us to volunteer some of their labor. Just give us a call. Yeah, it's all there at ChristianCarGuy.com. And again, I'm so thankful to Scott, so thankful for Paul now to. for what you guys do and um The Jesus Labor Love is amazing.

And again, the idea of it, the reason why we called it the Jesus Labor Love is nobody ever has to wonder, you know, gee, where did this help come from? Right? Did it come from Scott? It didn't come from Robbie. It didn't come from the Christian Car Guy Show.

It comes from Jesus. And it comes through your generous support.

So we ask that you might consider being a hand slash axle in this particular process and pray about, you know, becoming part of that in whatever way that may be. We would love to have you on board. Mm.
