This is the Truth Network. We have lost the faith of mighty. Before Disparable Swiss sword. Welcome to the Christian Car Guy Radio Show. this calls for action and now nip it in the bud Yep it in the bud.

You got to nip it in the pot. The rockets red wave, the bombs were stinging there. They knew through the night that our flag was still there. Oh, save us and star strangled, let us wave over the land of the free and love of the rain. The shot.

Heard round the world. Today on the Christian Car Guy Show. The shot, again, it's the 5th of July, kind of fun. I hope you all had the fireworks. Extravaganza last night that you got to hear some of those sounds you just experienced in my intro, but the shot heard round the world.

Uh when you think about it, and by the way, I remixed Lee Greenwood a little bit there with his uh Star Spangled banner, and I certainly add a little lightning. By the way, that's a that's an actual lightning strike at the beginning of The Battle of Hymn of the Republic, which was done by the U.S. Army Bayonnaire, is absolutely beautiful. As we think about the 4th of July, the shot hoard around the world. I don't know if you're familiar with that term.

But it came from a poem by Ralph Waldo Emerson, which has to do with the original. Concord. Where that shot was fired that began the Revolutionary War. It was in 1775, but in 1776, of course, July 4th is when we celebrate. But that ensued with a sound.

of a shot. And to read Ralph Waldo Emerson's poem, which I think is appropriate today. It says, But the rude bridge that arched the flood Their flag to April's bee breeze unfurled. Here once the embattled farmer stood And fired the shot Heard round the world, The foe long silence in silence slept. Alight the conqueror silent sleeps.

And time the ruined bridge has swept Down the dark stream and seaward creeps. On this green bank, by this soft stream, We set to day a voting stone, That memory may their deed redeem, When like our sires our sons are gone. Spirit that made those heroes dare to die and leave their children free, bid time and nature gently spare the shaft. that we raise to s the to them and thee. Kind of cool, like the shaft of the flag is what he's referring to.

And, you know, that we don't forget, right, all that was done. But I want to focus on that idea of that sound, right? And so. You know, it's kind of cool to think. Um I have You know, God blessed me with an amazing website, ChristianCarGuy.com.

I hope at some point in time you've gone there at least to see the Jesus Labor Love and Car Repair Labor for Single Moms, Widows and Families in Crisis. And a lot of people go there for that reason. But over the years since 2016, I wrote an article. Because I had a question that was on my heart. that has been on my heart actually since then.

Um and for that reason, over 10,000 people a year go to my website to study this question with me and nearly 100,000 people have gone to see this question. How did John the Baptist turn the hearts of their fathers to their children? That was the title of the article, which, by anybody's standards, as far as how you're supposed to write a blog post, that should never get any because it's too long, right? But it was my question, and I wanted to answer it. And I did a show on that in 2016: How did John the Baptist turn the hearts of the fathers to their children?

And you can't help but say, hmm, why do so many people go see that?

Well, I can tell you why, because being a pastor, I can't tell you the number of parents that asked me to pray for them, their children, because they would love, love, love their hearts. To turn towards their fathers, specifically their heavenly father as well. It's a gigantic question. And so they would really like to know how it was that John the Baptist did that. And it's a fascinating study on all sorts of levels, and I've written at least three articles on it since since I saw the popularity of it in the original one.

But interestingly, the original one still gets the most hits every year.

So Interestingly, I decided to revisit that same thing all week. I was I was reading it and and thinking about what was it about Elijah that John the Baptist mirrored because it wasn't God said in Malachi 4 and 5, these are the last words of the Old Testament. Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he shall turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. That's Elijah the prophet.

So, what was it about Elijah the prophet that John the Baptist Had that spirit of, or you know, would reflect that that people would see that. But not to mention that he is going to come, obviously, again. And a lot of people would say that in the book of Revelation, the two witnesses, one of them is Moses and the other one's Elijah. We'll wait and see. But nonetheless, those are things to think about.

But what I want you to think about right this minute is let's just study something that happened with Mount Elijah at Mount Carmel, which I got to visit a few weeks ago in Israel. And think about what happened here and revisited. And you maybe have a chance to see some things I saw here more clearly. And I think it will really help you. It really, really, really helps me about my own children.

It helps me about my own fathers. And it certainly helps me as a pastor to understand this process a little bit better. And so. As you may know, Elijah stopped the rain from coming in 1 Kings 18 for some time. And Ahab, the king, was quite upset about that.

He tried to kill Elijah a couple times. And so there was a big showdown on Mount Carmel where Elijah gave the people a big question, which Elijah's name kind of means. It it means The Lord is my God.

Okay, so it's Essentially, saying that Yahweh is the one God. And so, what he does is he gives him a choice there on Mount Carmel. Are you going to follow these Baals, or how long are you going to waver between two opinions? Is actually what he asks him. And when I look at my own life, how long do I waver between two opinions?

How long do I waver between two gods? You know, what is going to be your God? And so eventually he says, Here's what we're going to do. You guys take your Baal prophets and whatever, and you slaughter a burrow a bull and see if you can make fire come down from heaven, which, by the way, is the sound that we're we're talking about right now. And I'm going to do it over here.

But first you do it, and you may have heard how he teased him and said, you know, maybe you're maybe bails out going to the bathroom or something. Because obviously the fire didn't come down. But when Elijah did it, here's the verses of what happened and a little bit of commentary along the way.

So and when midday passed, they prophesied until the time of the offering. Mm-hmm. of the evening sa sacrifice, but there was no voice, no answer, no one paid attention. In other words, nothing happened with those prophets. Then Elijah said to the people, Come near to me.

So all the people came near to him. And he repaired the altar of the LORD that was broken down. And Elijah took twelve stones. The numbers here are gigantic. He took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, to whom the word of the LORD had come, saying, Israel shall be your name.

In other words, you are going to wrestle with God. Then with the stones he built an altar in the name of the Lord. and he made a trench around the altar large enough to hold two says of seed. And he put wood in the order, cut the bull in pieces, and laid it on the wood. And then he said, This is fascinating, fill four water piles with water.

and pour it on the burnt sacrifice on the wood. And then he said do it a second time, and they did it a second time, and he said, Do it a third time, and they did it a third time.

So the water ran around the altar and filled the trench with water.

Now why? Did he ask them to do that? three times. Why didn't he just say, take twelve jars of water and go dump it on the altar. No idea why it chose three times.

Well, here's some really cool things to think about.

Well, three is usually the number of heaven. It's the number holy, holy, holy, the Father, Son, Holy Spirit, right? It was. From a Jewish standpoint, it was the number of the three patriarchs. Right?

Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But there were four mothers.

Okay, there was Sarah, Rebecca Leah and Rachel. Those were the four mothers. And three fathers, but it's always a sign when you see, and interestingly, the number seven is gigantically spectacular in the number of completion, but it is also where heaven touches earth.

So the idea of. God being the holy, holy, holy, touches the four, which there are earth always has a ramification of The number four, because there are four seasons, four directions, and the fours go on and on and on as you study the earth.

Okay? And so heaven touching earth is what's going to happen with these three times four, which happens to be twelve, which is the number of government. But also, what's he doing it with? He's doing it with water. And what's he really doing?

Honestly, He's baptizing it. Pure fine. Right now, what did John the Baptist do? Oh, yeah, he baptized. But it's more than just.

Purifying, right? It's a picture of death, which this is a sacrifice. We're going to get a lot more into that, but actually, that isn't the big boom idea. It's coming, so stay tuned. We're going to be right back.

You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. We that lose the faith almighty of his perfect sword for the land of the free and loves the love of rain. Yes, the shot heard round the world today on the Christian Cargas Show, and the one obviously. There at Concord was the shot heard around the world that we celebrate because obviously it was a wake-up call for a lot of folks, both in the United States as people would begin to form a battle line and some people would be on one side and some people would be on the other. And thus, you know, which side are you going to be on?

Are you going to be on God's side? Are you going to be on Baal's side? Was the question that Elijah was asking them? And he set out the offering just as we described, and then he baptized it quite thoroughly, I might add. But everything that was there on this particular thing was very similar to what you have.

In Christ was a baptized offering. Um And it would sit on the wood and it was in place, all these different items, right? And the people were all close 'cause he'd asked them to come close. Right? See wait and see how this picture unfolds.

Okay, so picking up at verse thirty six, and it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, those are the three, right? Let it be known this day that you are God in Israel, and I am your servant, which has everything to do with his name itself. Elijah means just that. And that I have done all these things at your word. Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that you are the Lord, and that you have turned their hearts back to you again.

What was John the Baptist doing? Repent. Repent. Right? Then here comes the big kaboom moment, all right?

So then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt offering, the wood, and the stones, and the dust.

So, Bill asked during a break, and you might ask too, and I even asked this morning at great length: does lightning consume stones, not Like that, it doesn't. But this was no normal lightning, okay? And it licked up the water that was in the trench.

Now, here's the part I want you to miss.

Now when the people saw this, okay, but the word saw is a is uh better translated in Hebrew when they experienced it. Because they didn't experience something that they just saw. If you were standing there that day and that fire came down, you may have heard a close lightning strike. In fact, the lightning strike that I used at the very beginning of that sound bite a minute ago was an actual lightning strike. And it goes kaboom.

I mean, if you're anywhere close to it, it's something you don't ever forget. You could imagine these people. Right? They all fell on their faces. Why?

Not just because of what they were seeing with their eyes, but they heard it. And they felt it. Right? Because this is such a kaboom that it kabooms you, okay? And you feel it and you tremble, and then you smell it, because again, So you got all your senses are highly aware of the fact That Something but Big.

It's just happened. And of course I'm going to tell you, if it was me, I'd be on my face too. And you know what they screamed? Mm-hmm. The Lord, he is God.

The Lord, He is God. They said it twice. Of course, they did. You would too if you were standing there and you'd been there, and here comes this kaboom, like no other kaboom you've ever seen. And you see this fire that comes down from God that.

Essentially, it oxidizes the stone, the wood, the ground around it, and certainly the offering. Which is not unlike what happened to Christ. I did a study on how he was oxidized in he was oxidized kind of from the inside out due to the crucifixion. And Bill was mentioning during the Break the shroud of terrin, which would indicate more of that oxidation. And at this point in time, of course, Elisha said, Seize the prophets of Baal and do not let one of them escape.

Now getting back to the original question, I asked, How did John the Baptist turn the hearts of the children to their fathers?

Okay, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. And To say that is just does not carry near the weight of what it actually like, oh my, you know, the fear of the Lord. And interestingly, if you look at the spirits of God in Isaiah chapter 11, which is the seven spirits, when we get to heaven, there's going to be a menorah with seven flames on it, and then those flames are. Wisdom Which is based on the fear of the Lord, but wisdom? understanding, counsel, knowledge, might, Fear of the Lord, which is the sixth one that also links up with wisdom, but the seventh one is the one that literally blows me away.

And it means... Essentially, The smelt. of the fear of the Lord. And it goes on to say that the that the Messiah that Jesus would not discern by the sight of his eyes, but based on you know what he was smelling.

Okay. Betty. Have you ever thought about how you smell God? And and and Paul points it out in, I think it's 2 Corinthians, where he talks about that we are a smell. to the to those that are perishing.

We are a delightful smell. And that God has those kind of things.

So all your senses are involved in the fear of the Lord, I can assure you. And one of the biggies is kaboom.

Okay. Like Now there's a still small voice and I like that. I love it. I mean, I enjoy it tremendously. But Have you ever had that moment?

Where God scared you? into awe. I'm not talking about fear. I'm talking about Fear of the Lord. I'm talking about awe.

Like, ugh, like. Like, there is a God, and I'm not him, and like, he has a really high spectrum. You know, there is my question today. I would love for you to call in and share. If you ever had that moment where you smelled God, Were you Heard a kaboom, or maybe you heard the still small voice, whatever it was, it got your senses.

In fact, I had a call one time from a man that said that the house just filled with the smell and he knew it was God. 866-348-7884 is a number to call in and share this. 866-348-7884. Right? Kaboom.

Or smell or Bill, you've been so quiet, but sitting there just Taking it in. I was a camp counselor for a camp of special needs. I was the waterfront director, and we had a flagpole. The storm rolled up, and we were getting all the kids in safety. And that flagpole got hit.

And this trench was created, and there was all this glass, the sand turned to glass. The sound was just breathtaking. And then to see what happened. When it happened and after it happened, was just going to be. Oh, it'll be back.

We've got to hear more. We've got to hear yours. 866-348-7884. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. Uh We have rules of faith almighty of his perfect sword for the land of the free and the world of the rain.

All right. The shot heard round and heard and felt. round the world today on the Christian Car Guys Show as we think about How God sends these signals to all our senses to know that something is on us, whether we like it or not. And so we left our hero Bill. He was describing.

this amazing moment at this camp. Where they were standing fairly close to this flagpole, which you know, Bill said as far as his car is to us, which probably was a hundred feet from us, okay?

So it's not far. And the lightning comes down and it's midday, and when it does, It sends a trench towards the building they thought they were all supposed to be running to for safety. And in that trench was sand. But you said. That you can still hear the kaboom, you can still smell what that, what was that smell like?

Um Oxidation. What uh If you've ever been around a lightning storm when there was a lot of lightning, sometimes you will. smell that smell and I'm trying to think there's something else that I've smelled similar to it that's not coming to my mind. But that sand turned to glass. That was there were chunks of glass in that trench.

Yeah, the middle of this camp, at one time it had been a Boy Scout camp, was all built around this great big lake. When storms came up, we knew that we needed to do what we needed to do. But it seems to me like this one came up real fast and nobody knew it was coming. And all the play areas were the fields, the ball fields were right around there. And we had a bunch of special needs kids that were all.

Yeah. Five to twenty. Yeah. Right.

So it was a lot like herding cats, especially when you had some that didn't do well when a new something proposed. Right.

They don't like it. They don't like change at all. And so, you know, you burst something onto the scene and away you go.

So as you're hearing this and you're thinking about when did you smell God? When did you hear God? When did you get the big kaboom? Or maybe it was a still small voice. We'd love to hear from you.

We really, really, really, really 866-348-7884-866-34 Truth. And as we were. Talking bill that if you could imagine with me here a moment all of Us together. Bill is standing by this flagpole 100 feet away. And at the same time, there was a man of God who was dressed in.

Right? Camel's hair, and had a big belt around his waist, and everybody knew him to be a prophet, also credited him without making it rain for some period of time. And all of a sudden, this guy says, God's going to bring fire down and it's going to consume this offering. Yeah. And here comes something like what Bill explains.

And it and it... falls down. Like, would you agree with me that at this point in time you'd say the Lord is God, the Lord is God, and scream it out just like these people did? In other words, The fear of the Lord became really, really, really real to this group at this particular moment in time. as did it happen, To the people of God at the bottom of Mount Sinai.

And if you look carefully at that description of what was going on there when they wouldn't even go up on the mountain, they were scared. And why it was the fear of the Lord that had them. And what was a big part of that was those thunderings that you'll see, which actually translated in Hebrew is voices. And so they were hearing. What appeared to be voices, but you may remember in the book of Revelation, it says the word of God, the voice of, it was the sound of many waters.

And so There's a sound experience, there's a smell experience, there's a sight experience, there is a big experience that. essentially is meant to Get your attention. Help you see that there's power beyond anything that you could even. I mean, let's face it, he's holding up the planet.

Okay. I mean, he holds the stars in place. I mean, all the power that's there is just beyond anything that we could possibly imagine. And we go about thinking, oh, well, we got it all under control. No.

Have you ever been on a boat when the mast was hit by lightning? No, were you? Oh, yes. That was one that really. We jumped in to do a night dive, and there was lightning way off in the distance, and that storm just blew right up over us, and there was lightning crackling.

Normally, and you were in the water? We were in the water, and normally to find the boat, there's this flashing light.

Well, when you got 50 lightning bolts going off, that little flashing light sort of so I popped up right next to the boat and got in. And that night later, after everybody got in, the mast got hit. Where the bunk I stay in is where the mess comes through and goes through the cabin and then into the floor.

So it was an interesting night.

So you were asleep at this moment when the lightning hit the mast? I was in my bunk. I'm not. Can't tell you whether you were awake shortly thereafter anyway. I was promise you I was awake after it hit.

And what was that experience like?

Well, it fried all the electronics, but it really didn't hurt the boat. We were able to get back, but it was one of those memories. It's like the hurricanes I've been through. After you're through with it and you're back after the storm, it's a neat memory to have. Was there a big kaboom involved in that?

Of course there were lots of booms going off, but That one was particularly like Sudden and quick, and here it came and has your attention.

So, how about you? Whenever you smell that. Mm. Smell. 866-348-7884, 866-348-7884.

So now, if you think about this, going back to. How did God How did Elijah, or how did John the Baptist turn the hearts of the children to their fathers and their fathers to their children?

So we have. uh a ministry that I'm very involved in called the Masculine Journey. And and we've studied several things along the lines of Fathered by God. And there's a young man in that group by the name of Andy Thomas. And if you were to know Andy Thomas, A year ago, 12 years ago, or 13 years ago, or 14 years ago, he.

He was the kind of person that would show up. for most anything that you did, but to get him to talk would be highly unlikely, right?

Okay. And he began To have this experience of being fathered by God. And he would go quite often to the mountains on his. Um, y you know, he would go on a lot of work tri trips to the west coast or whatever. And when he did, he would go to like, you know, Yosemite or or Yellowstone or someplace like that.

And when he did, he made it particularly important to him to. Take God along as his companion and ask him to father him. Because his father abandoned him when he was younger. And so being fathered by God was really, really important to Andy. And so when he came back from one of these trips with all these experiences where he felt God made it snow on top of this mountain in a moment's time, a lot unlike your lightning experience.

And he was like, all of a sudden, it's just snowing, right? Or he had these, all the pine trees, apparently at some point in time, they all give out their pollen in one felt big, huge thing on Yellowstone. And he'd seen it on YouTube. And when he gets on top of the mountain, whatever it is the pine trees did, they did it that very moment that he was there. And he knew that God just fathered him right through that.

And when he came back from that experience with that testimony, he began to talk. And began to explain how God had walked with him as he is being fathered by God. And he went from Like somebody who would never think about talking on the radio or never think about doing a talk at a boot camp or something like that to one of our most prolific, wonderful speakers. Seriously. I it j it'll just blow you away.

But what happened was He was fathered by God. And that that came from Not unlike many of you listening, there was some kind of an experience that got your attention. that wow That uh The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. And it's yes, in this case, the prophets of Baal, it was a fearful situation, but it's not always like that. I'm sure for many of you, you had that still small voice, but whatever it was, where all of a sudden you started to realize that not only.

Was there this unbelievably powerful, like gigantic God? But he also had this amazing love for you that you're his favorite, and he wants to spend time with you, and he wants to hang out with you. And as you begin to walk through that, he begins to give you gifts. Um that you didn't know you had to communicate his love to other people. in their own way, right?

You become that fragrance. of lightning. I realized the smell that I associated with that when I had model trains growing up. Oh, yeah. Those model trains, when you they were doing their thing, they The electricity, I don't know if they were wired properly or if it was just mine, but when I'd be playing with those trains, it would give off electricity smell.

It did because the brushes of how they moved up down the track or whether they, you know, magnets inside, yeah. That's really cool, Bill. I like that. And that is the smell. And now I got something.

So, how about you? We still got time to hear your call. 866-348-7884-866-34 TRUTH. We'll be right back. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com.

Uh We have lost the faith. Almighty God. His perfect swim sword over the land of the free and the world of the shot heard round the world today on the Christian Car Guys Show. When did you experience God? in such ways that it became, oh, so real to you that it kind of changes a lot.

So we got Mark is in Charlotte, but we need you. 866-348-7884. We would love to hear your story. I'm excited to hear yours, Mark. Hey, how are you doing today?

I'm excited. Excited to hear what you have.

So it was August of twenty twenty one We were on Lake Wiley. We keep a pontoon boat down there and My wife and my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, we were on the boat. And my wife and my sister-in-law, they're both. very they stay very weather aware all the time because of they're frightened of storms, so they're always watching the radar.

So we had We had gone to the south end of the lake because there were Possibility of storms forming on the north end, but nothing on the south.

So we were down near kind of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Right.

And all of a sudden Right over time, there was nothing on the radar. All of a sudden, the storm formed right over top of us and it starts raining and hailing. And we're in the middle of it. And I'm telling you the waves and the lightning bolts I don't think I've ever realized how wide a lightning bolt is when you're that up close to it. When you see it up in a distance, it just looks like this little.

Skinny, you know, arc or bolts of electricity. But when you're right up on it, I mean, these things look like they were 20 feet wide. And the waves on that lake got so high, I lost all control of the boat. I couldn't steer. I couldn't I couldn't get any pro you know propulsion I finally got enough to head.

There was this little island. like a sand island out in the middle. And I got up on that island. And I jumped up on on the sand of the island and I had a rope in my hand that was tied to the front of the boat. And this gust of wind came and pushed the boat right back out into the lake, and I just had to jump back on the boat because I couldn't hold it.

And so later that night We heard through the weather stations that there were actually right over where we were, there were six. Microbursts, one right after another, that formed. Brad Panovich, the weather guy, he was talking about, he was just blown away because he said, I've never seen this happen before. Um and we were right there underneath it.

So, I mean these wind gusts were sixty, seventy miles an hour that we were in. And um I mean, there was just nothing you could do. Absolutely nothing. When it all when it all was over We made our way over to the bank, and there were this guy let us come up on his dock, and he had huge trees down in his yard. It was just crazy.

And you know, it wasn't until that point that I ever really understood. When the Bible we talks about, you know, the The disciples and Jesus being in these storms. Then you grow up.

Well, and because it's called you know, it's in the Bible they call it the Sea of Galilee or this Sea and that Sea. And then you grow up and you realize it's just a lake they're talking about. And I used to think, well, how bad could it have really been on a lake? But then when I got caught in this one, I realized it can get really, really bad just a little late. You might think not, but if you ever get caught out in one like that, I mean.

You know what's cool about that, Mark, is about four or five weeks ago I was on the Sea of Galilee, I was on the Lake of Galilee, whatever, and you can look right across it. I mean, it's not but like eight miles across. And so it it's you're you couldn't be more right. And Tammy and I both thought the same thing. Like, how in the world could these guys row all night and not get across this lake?

I mean, yeah. But when you And I've been in some storms too. I've never had anything quite like that, and I've never had anybody describe lightning that wide. Have you ever heard of that, Bill?

Well lightnings are all different sizes and shapes. I've even seen lightning balls.

So you know Yeah, I was amazed at the lightning bolts just by the whole experience. It was just. Do you remember the sm do you remember the smell, Mark? Um, you know, I mean, just the I don't really remember the smell other than just the the Were those aluminum pontoons? Oh, there they are.

And it it it actually it actually completely Yeah, we had the We have both of the Bimini tops up on the boat for shade, and my wife And said And of course, I didn't listen to her, but she had said, We ought maybe we ought to put those tops down. I said, I said, There's nothing on the radar. I think we're fine. And it ripped those tops off like they were made out of Paper towels or something. Wow.

How long ago? You said it was.

So do you still have that boat? It was August. Yeah, I've still got the boat. Yeah, my. My insurance, my boat.

I had only had that boat for one year, and my insurance company had to put new Bemini tops on there for me. Just as a fellow mariner, what kind of engine did you have that you were trying to propel yourself through this? It was a Yamaha, it's a Yamaha 150. Oh, my goodness. And it's a 24-foot boat.

The only, I think the reason is because the waves just kept. Every time I would try to. Thrust, you know, the engine, the prop would come out of the water because the waves are just so. rocking the boat so bad. I mean, it was just crazy, crazy.

You reminded me of my wife and I, we rented like... A 38-foot sailboat.

So I wanted to sail to the Bahamas from Miami. It was something I wanted to do.

So I rented this boat to begin to practice that. We went out of Tampa Bay. And it was beautiful, and we got a radio signal back from the marina said, You need to get back in. There's a horrible storm coming. Which we couldn't see any radar, anything on the radar, couldn't see.

But when we crossed into that big, beautiful bridge that is Tampa Bay right there. On the ocean side where we were, it was beautiful. There wasn't a cloud in the sky. We just crossed the bridge, and the second we crossed the bridge, that kind of storm came up, only I was in a sailboat. With the sails up.

Wow. And my wife and kids, my wife, my daughter actually called her friends and said, I'm going to die because they didn't realize that sailboats are self-bailing and the waves are coming over the front of the bow like there's no tomorrow. It was something to behold, but just like Bill said. Oh Everybody rem they don't remember anything else about that vacation, but they remember that storm. Right.

Yeah, I've been in quite a few. I'm sure. I'm sure. I've got I've got um I've got a video of my wife and and her s my sister-in-law. Kneeling in the corner of that pontoon boat with towels over the head, and they were just praying.

And crying. Right, right, right. Because, I mean, it was just like we thought that was it. And so getting your wife back out on the water after that, I guess you have to wait. That you get a clear weather forecast.

So I know how my wife and daughter are. Yeah, we're not getting far from the dock if there's any chance of any storms anywhere. Yeah, I've been in a bunk with my knees and my hands holding me down in the bunk. Otherwise, I'd be bouncing between the two, trying to figure out whether I could get to the garbage can and use it, or if there was some way I could pull myself out on deck. Not a fun experience while it's going on.

No, it's not, but it's amazing that God gives us those opportunities to see, like, man, praying's good, situation. It's the best of times. It's the worst of times, you know. But, Mark, God bless you, man. Thank you.

You made my day. God bless you guys. Thank you very much. Wide lightning bolts for a long time, man. God bless.
